Speaker 1: Welcome. It is Verdict with Center, Ted Kruz, Ben Ferguson
• 0:03
Speaker 1: with you. It's nice to have you with us. We've
• 0:05
Speaker 1: got some big breaking news. We're just gonna start right
• 0:07
Speaker 1: away with its Senator, I'm gonna let you take it
• 0:09
Speaker 1: away for the announcement.
• 0:11
Speaker 2: Look at an extraordinary story. Chuck Schumer has apologized to
• 0:16
Speaker 2: the American people. He said he's sorry. He is sorry
• 0:19
Speaker 2: that the Democrat Party has embraced open borders. He's sorry
• 0:23
Speaker 2: they allowed an invasion of this country. He said, he's
• 0:26
Speaker 2: sorry there are a bunch of Jahadis loving lunatics who
• 0:28
Speaker 2: defunded the Department of Homeland Security. And he said he's
• 0:32
Speaker 2: very very sorry to every TSA agent. He didn't pay
• 0:37
Speaker 2: to every Coast guardsman. He's still not paying to every
• 0:41
Speaker 2: Secret Service agent. He's not paying to every DHS officer.
• 0:44
Speaker 2: He's not paying to every FEMA official responsible for disasters.
• 0:48
Speaker 2: He has said he's sorry, and he said, look, the
• 0:52
Speaker 2: reason is he's just cheap and scared, and he cares
• 0:58
  Speaker 2: about power bonuses.
• 1:00
Speaker 1: Though, I mean, that's what I want to know. Do
• 1:02
Speaker 1: they get their bonuses for showing up?
• 1:05
Speaker 2: He will give them all the maduro cocaine I knew
• 1:10
Speaker 2: there was a catch here. Now, look, the only problem
• 1:13
Speaker 2: with this breaking news is is the calendar date? Yes, yes,
• 1:17
Speaker 2: that'll and and and sadly it is April, fools. The
• 1:21
Speaker 2: chances of that happening are as likely as pigs flying,
• 1:28
Speaker 2: is the moon turning to green cheese, as Chuck Schumer
• 1:31
Speaker 2: turning away from a camera. All of those are equally likely.
• 1:35
Speaker 1: It's more likely you're going to shave your beer today.
• 1:38
Speaker 2: No, no, it's not.
• 1:39
Speaker 1: No, okay, it's not. That thing is really there to
• 1:42
Speaker 1: stay right. I just want to be real clear about that.
• 1:44
Speaker 2: You know, look, it would be impressive, Ben if you
• 1:46
Speaker 2: could grow a beer.
• 1:47
Speaker 1: You know what I did it once for that It
• 1:49
Speaker 1: was it no shave November? Remember that? And they asked
• 1:53
  Speaker 1: me once on.
• 1:53
Speaker 2: TV is anything visible?
• 1:55
Speaker 1: It was? It was a little It was there's one
• 1:57
Speaker 1: picture on the internet and.
• 1:59
Speaker 2: It's kind of hill billy esque.
• 2:00
Speaker 1: Is it patchy all? What all comes in? It looked
• 2:02
Speaker 1: like I could have sold drugs on the side of
• 2:04
Speaker 1: the road. And uh and and so a producer called
• 2:07
Speaker 1: me one day and said, we're just curious if that
• 2:10
Speaker 1: beard is going to be gone by Sunday. When I
• 2:12
Speaker 1: was doing his show, it's like I have to take
• 2:14
Speaker 1: the hint. I'll shave it off by Sunday. Yes, it
• 2:16
Speaker 1: was Uh. It made it look like I was homeless
• 2:19
Speaker 1: and uh and and seriously in need of guidance in life.
• 2:22
Speaker 1: So that that does that. That picture is out on
• 2:24
Speaker 1: the internet, though, I will say.
• 2:26
Speaker 2: You know, the sad thing ben about that whole diet
• 2:29
Speaker 2: tribe I went on on April Fools and what Schumer
• 2:32
Speaker 2: apologized for. Yeah, there's not a word I said that
• 2:35
Speaker 2: was false. I mean the real April Fools joke is
• 2:38
Speaker 2: the hundred the other three hundred and sixty four days
• 2:41
Speaker 2: a year when he refuses to do that because that
• 2:44
Speaker 2: is the Democrat party position it is. It is astonishing.
• 2:48
Speaker 2: And so today we're going to talk about We're going
• 2:50
Speaker 2: to talk about radical Islamic terrorism and how the Democrats
• 2:54
Speaker 2: have coddled it, how they've embraced it, how they've exposed us,
• 2:57
Speaker 2: how they've endangered us, and we're going to talk about
• 2:59
Speaker 2: it in a number of instances. We're going to talk
• 3:01
Speaker 2: about it concerning Michigan and the Michigan terror attack that
• 3:05
Speaker 2: we now know was inspired explicitly by Hesbola. We're going
• 3:09
Speaker 2: to talk about it in New York City and Comrade
• 3:12
Speaker 2: Mandami apparently believing that it is the responsibility of the
• 3:15
Speaker 2: mayor of New York City to defend the Ayatola and
• 3:18
Speaker 2: to defend the Islamist regime in Iran. And then we're
• 3:22
Speaker 2: going to talk about it in terms of a radical
• 3:25
Speaker 2: left wing Senate candidate in Michigan who explained just how
• 3:29
Speaker 2: many Michiganders are sad, so very very sad that the Ayatola,
• 3:33
Speaker 2: the same Ayatola who chanced death to America, that he's
• 3:36
Speaker 2: no longer with us. And finally we're going to talk
• 3:40
Speaker 2: about something that somehow is not an April fool's joke.
• 3:43
Speaker 2: But the Washington Post this week came out and said,
• 3:47
Speaker 2: especially with the war in Iran, it underscores how the
• 3:50
Speaker 2: Democrat's Green New Deal energy agenda is hurting America profoundly.
• 3:55
Speaker 2: And that's actually not an April fool's joke. That's reality.
• 4:00
  Speaker 1: It's you can't make that part up. We've got a
• 4:02
Speaker 1: lot to cover today. There are so many of you
• 4:04
Speaker 1: guys that I just want to say thank you that
• 4:06
Speaker 1: have really gotten into standing up for the people in Israel,
• 4:10
Speaker 1: and there are a lot of people that are under
• 4:11
Speaker 1: attack in Israel. There is a lot of people that
• 4:13
Speaker 1: are hurting. There are a lot of people that are
• 4:15
Speaker 1: in need, and the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews,
• 4:19
Speaker 1: they are on the front right lines right now helping people,
• 4:22
Speaker 1: including Holocaust survivors who are homebound, giving them food and
• 4:26
Speaker 1: medical care within their home. And they need our help
• 4:30
Speaker 1: now more than ever before. A sacred season is approaching Passover,
• 4:35
Speaker 1: when we remember God's deliverance, the night he brought his
• 4:38
Speaker 1: people out of bondage and into freedom. This year, many
• 4:42
Speaker 1: of God's people will observe in darkness under the shadow
• 4:46
Speaker 1: of war across Israel. Red alert sirens pierced the air,
• 4:50
Speaker 1: Families run to shelters with seconds to spare, elderly men
• 4:55
Speaker 1: and women fear they'll be left behind, and parents are
• 4:59
Speaker 1: comforting their frightened children as explosions shake the night. Sleeplessness
• 5:04
Speaker 1: and uncertainty have become daily life in Israel, and Passover
• 5:08
Speaker 1: reminds us that God hears the cries of his people
• 5:11
Speaker 1: and answers with love and compassion. And that's why the
• 5:15
Speaker 1: International Fellowship of Christians and Jews is on the ground
• 5:19
Speaker 1: in Israel right now. They're providing food and emergency supplies,
• 5:24
Speaker 1: equipping bomb shelters, and caring for elderly Holocaust survivors, just
• 5:29
Speaker 1: as his people once cried out for deliverance. Vulnerable Israelis
• 5:33
Speaker 1: need your help today with your generous Passover gift. It
• 5:37
Speaker 1: shows you stand with God's people, and if you are
• 5:41
Speaker 1: ready to stand with the people of Israel, then stand
• 5:44
Speaker 1: with the IFCJ and help. You can call them eight
• 5:47
Speaker 1: to eight four eight eight IFCJ. That's eight eight eight
• 5:53
Speaker 1: four eight eight IFCJ to rush your gift right now,
• 5:57
Speaker 1: or you can give online at ifc dot org. That's
• 6:02
Speaker 1: if CJ dot org. All right, Senator, So let's get
• 6:06
Speaker 1: to this first big story here, and this is one
• 6:10
Speaker 1: of the ones that concerns me so much about what
• 6:14
Speaker 1: is happening in this country right now. We've also seen
• 6:16
Speaker 1: this happen in Europe, and we are now seeing that
• 6:20
Speaker 1: there are more attacks. We're seeing churches that are being
• 6:22
Speaker 1: burned around the world, and we're now seeing this synagogue
• 6:25
Speaker 1: attacker that attacked on behalf of Hesblah. It happened right
• 6:30
Speaker 1: here in Michigan. We know a lot more now than
• 6:33
  Speaker 1: we did before.
• 6:34
Speaker 2: Yeah, you remember when this story broke, when the man
• 6:36
Speaker 2: drove his truck into the synagogue that was also a school.
• 6:40
Speaker 2: There were over one hundred kids there. He was trying
• 6:42
Speaker 2: to kill as many young children as he could. And
• 6:45
Speaker 2: the media coverage they referred to him as Michigan Man.
• 6:49
Speaker 2: It was reminiscent of Maryland Man, the guy who was
• 6:52
Speaker 2: MS thirteen gangbanger and human trafficker. That was just a
• 6:56
Speaker 2: Maryland man who for some reason was deported. No one
• 6:59
Speaker 2: could imagine why. Well, here it was Michigan Man, and
• 7:02
Speaker 2: then they had all this sympathetic coverage. Michigan Man was
• 7:06
Speaker 2: upset that his brother had been killed in the Middle East.
• 7:09
Speaker 2: What they didn't mention is his brother was a commander
• 7:12
Speaker 2: for Hesbela, and so he was a terrorist. So Hesbela
• 7:16
Speaker 2: terrorist in America, unhappy that a different Hesbela terrorist had
• 7:20
Speaker 2: been killed, and so he tried to kill as many children,
• 7:23
Speaker 2: as many Jews as possible. Here are the details the
• 7:27
Speaker 2: attack earlier this month. This is from CNN on a
• 7:30
Speaker 2: synagogue in West Bloomfield, Michigan, was a quote Hesbela inspired
• 7:34
Speaker 2: act of terrorism purposely targeting the Jewish community and the
• 7:39
Speaker 2: largest Jewish temple in Michigan, the FBI said a news
• 7:43
Speaker 2: conference on Monday, the assailant, I'man Ghazzali, was a naturalized
• 7:48
Speaker 2: US citizen from Lebanon's now put a pin in that
• 7:51
Speaker 2: that we need to change our vetting for naturalized citizens.
• 7:55
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 7:56
Speaker 2: He rammed a pickup truck into the synagogue on March
• 8:00
Speaker 2: twelve as more than one hundred children were attending school inside.
• 8:06
Speaker 2: After waiting in the synagogue's parking lot for more than
• 8:08
Speaker 2: two hours, authority said, Gazali drove the truck far into
• 8:11
Speaker 2: the building, hitting a security officer before the vehicle became
• 8:15
Speaker 2: wedged in a hallway. Security officers for the synagogue began
• 8:20
Speaker 2: changing gunfire with Ghazali, who eventually shot and killed himself
• 8:24
Speaker 2: inside the truck. During the chaos, the truck's engine compartment
• 8:28
Speaker 2: caught fire and caused extension extensive damage to the building.
• 8:33
Speaker 2: The truck was filled with over two thousand dollars of
• 8:37
Speaker 2: commercial grade fireworks and about thirty five gallons of gasoline,
• 8:43
Speaker 2: which he used to enhance the explosion. No one else
• 8:47
Speaker 2: was killed. One of the temple's lead security officers was
• 8:51
Speaker 2: injured after being hit by the vehicle. Had he lived,
• 8:54
Speaker 2: he would have been charged with providing material support to Hesbela,
• 8:57
Speaker 2: the Iranian backed terrorist group in Lemanon, said Jerome Gorgon,
• 9:01
Speaker 2: the US attorney for the Eastern District of Michigan. Gorgan
• 9:05
Speaker 2: added that Gazali was inspired by Hesbelon propaganda to carry
• 9:09
  Speaker 2: out the attack.
• 9:11
  Speaker 1: Quote.
• 9:12
Speaker 2: This man acted under Hesbelah's direction and control. He intended
• 9:18
Speaker 2: to kill others, not just himself. In the days after
• 9:22
Speaker 2: the attack, US official said, Gazali was located in federal
• 9:25
Speaker 2: government databases as having connections to quote known or suspected
• 9:30
Speaker 2: terrorists associated with Hesbela. Stopped there for a second, so
• 9:34
Speaker 2: they searched the databases. The databases showed that he had
• 9:37
Speaker 2: connections to known or suspected terrorists. Then why the hell
• 9:40
Speaker 2: was this guy let in the country in the first place.
• 9:42
Speaker 2: Why did they allow him in? Why did they naturalize
• 9:44
Speaker 2: him as a citizen. I have a feeling that information
• 9:47
Speaker 2: in the databases didn't magically appear in the last fifteen months.
• 9:50
Speaker 2: It's been there a long time. It's just prior administrations
• 9:53
Speaker 2: didn't care. We didn't get to the bottom of that.
• 9:56
Speaker 2: A week prior to the attack, members of gaz Zali's
• 10:00
Speaker 2: family in Lebanon, including two brothers, were killed in an
• 10:03
Speaker 2: Israeli airstrike. As the US and Israel entered its second
• 10:07
Speaker 2: week of conflict with Iran. Now this is where the
• 10:09
Speaker 2: media clutched their pearls. Well, his brother was killed, So naturally,
• 10:13
Speaker 2: when your brothers killed, what you do is try to
• 10:15
Speaker 2: murder a hundred kids. That's the normal reaction to that.
• 10:19
Speaker 2: But then here's the killer paragraph that follows, the Israeli
• 10:23
Speaker 2: Israeli military said one of the brothers, Ibrahim Mohammad Gazali,
• 10:28
Speaker 2: was a Hesbela commander in charge of managing weapons operations
• 10:33
Speaker 2: in the Raigning Proxy Group's BOTD unit. Gazali began planning
• 10:38
Speaker 2: for the attack days earlier, so the FBI said, with
• 10:41
Speaker 2: his plans intensifying on March ninth. A review of Gazali's
• 10:45
Speaker 2: online activity dating to January. January was before the war
• 10:51
Speaker 2: in Iran started. YEP showed repeated searches for pro Hesbela
• 10:55
Speaker 2: and Iranian news outlets, as well as videos related to
• 10:58
Speaker 2: gunfire and ammunition. Beginning March ninth, FBI said he closely
• 11:03
Speaker 2: followed speeches in live coverage involving Hesblas Secretary Terry General
• 11:08
Speaker 2: Naim Kassem, along with reporting about an Iranian fatwah, a
• 11:12
Speaker 2: religious ruling concerning Islamic law calling for total jihad against
• 11:17
Speaker 2: the US military. He also researched Jewish cultural education and
• 11:23
Speaker 2: religious centers throughout the Detroit metro area, viewing multiple pages
• 11:27
Speaker 2: of upcoming events at Temple Israel, and searched specific terms
• 11:31
Speaker 2: and phrases such as quote the largest gathering of Israelis
• 11:35
Speaker 2: in Michigan Orthodox synagogues and Israelis near me. That day,
• 11:42
Speaker 2: after two people declined to sell him a weapon, Gazali
• 11:45
Speaker 2: bought an AR fifteen style rifle, ten magazines at about
• 11:49
Speaker 2: three hundred rounds of ammunition at a gun store in
• 11:52
Speaker 2: Dearborn Heights. Runyon said, Now, it's interesting that two stores
• 11:55
Speaker 2: declined to sell it to him, and yet the one
• 11:57
Speaker 2: in deer Born was willing to. I think that's something else.
• 12:00
  Speaker 2: You've owned a gun store.
• 12:01
Speaker 1: I was gonna say that is a massive red flag.
• 12:04
Speaker 1: Like if you turn down somebody and there's two stores
• 12:08
Speaker 1: they clearly like were doing their jobs, by the way
• 12:11
Speaker 1: a gun stores and.
• 12:13
Speaker 2: Say so, tell us as someone who's owned a gun store,
• 12:15
Speaker 2: like this guy goes in and says, I want to
• 12:17
Speaker 2: buy an AR, Why would a gun store say no.
• 12:21
Speaker 1: Yeah, there's a couple of reasons one you profile, and
• 12:23
Speaker 1: you can see if someone seems angry or agitated. You
• 12:26
Speaker 1: can also you're supposed to be looking to see if
• 12:29
Speaker 1: an individual you think is doing a straw purchase, which
• 12:32
Speaker 1: means they're buying for someone else illegally. You'll see that
• 12:35
Speaker 1: happen a lot of times with wives that will come
• 12:37
Speaker 1: in their husband would be a felon, or someone that's
• 12:40
Speaker 1: disqualified from only a weapon, or a friend will come in.
• 12:43
Speaker 1: You'll see people that walk in the store, they'll look
• 12:46
Speaker 1: at a gun, they'll take a picture of it, they'll leave,
• 12:48
Speaker 1: and then literally thirty seconds later, a minute later, someone
• 12:51
Speaker 1: comes in and tries to buy the exact gun that
• 12:53
Speaker 1: you just showed to someone else. Like, there's multiple things
• 12:55
Speaker 1: that you look for here, but then there's also conversations
• 12:59
Speaker 1: if you see that someone comes in and by the way,
• 13:02
Speaker 1: if you believe that they're drunk or high or on
• 13:04
Speaker 1: some sort of drug, you can refuse. And if you
• 13:07
Speaker 1: just have a really bad feeling it's something doesn't feel right,
• 13:11
Speaker 1: you can say I'm not gonna sell you a gun,
• 13:13
Speaker 1: and you have the rise of store owner to do that.
• 13:15
Speaker 1: But when you hear that two gun stores did this
• 13:19
Speaker 1: and most yeah, that says a lot, because something there
• 13:21
Speaker 1: I would love to see and go back and here
• 13:25
Speaker 1: because I'm sure there's going to be an interview. What
• 13:28
Speaker 1: was it? And then were the authorities alerted to this?
• 13:30
Speaker 1: And yet a third store was able to sell them
• 13:32
Speaker 1: the gun. They didn't check in on that afterwards. That
• 13:34
Speaker 1: also is very concerning.
• 13:36
Speaker 2: Yeah, the story continues. He practiced shooting the new weapon
• 13:39
Speaker 2: the next day and bought the fireworks. An order of
• 13:42
Speaker 2: dozens of water containers arrived on the eleventh day before
• 13:46
Speaker 2: the attack, and he immediately started filling them with gasoline,
• 13:49
Speaker 2: making four trips to gas stations so he would not
• 13:51
Speaker 2: arouse suspicion. He also bought two torchlighters, which authorities believed
• 13:56
Speaker 2: he used to set his truck on fire. On the
• 13:59
Speaker 2: day of the attack, Gazali sent his sister, who authorities
• 14:02
Speaker 2: believe lives in Lebanon, numerous videos and messages quote affirming
• 14:07
Speaker 2: his Hesbela inspired ideology. Ten minutes before he drove his
• 14:12
Speaker 2: truck into the synagogue, Gazali sent his sister two videos
• 14:15
Speaker 2: in Arabic indicating that he was at the largest gathering
• 14:19
Speaker 2: of Israelis in the state of Michigan, had booby trapped
• 14:22
Speaker 2: his car and would forcibly enter and start shooting people.
• 14:25
Speaker 2: The FBI said, God willing, I will kill as many
• 14:29
Speaker 2: of them as I possibly can. Gazali recorded himself saying,
• 14:33
Speaker 2: according to Runyan, look, these are the kind of threats
• 14:37
Speaker 2: we're facing. By the way, this podcast covered when the
• 14:41
Speaker 2: Iranian fotwell went out, and we have covered at length
• 14:47
Speaker 2: the radical Islamic terrorists that the Biden administration allowed to
• 14:50
Speaker 2: flood into this country and the lack of vetting, and
• 14:54
Speaker 2: tragically all of this happened at the same time we
• 14:57
Speaker 2: had the Department of Homeland Security shut down because the
• 15:01
Speaker 2: Democrats have defunded it. And I'm sorry to say, this
• 15:04
Speaker 2: guy is not the last radical Islamic terrorist left in
• 15:07
Speaker 2: the country, and yet Senate Democrats do not seem to
• 15:11
  Speaker 2: care at all.
• 15:12
Speaker 1: Well, let's go back in time just a little bit
• 15:14
Speaker 1: to remind people. This was part of what President Trump
• 15:17
Speaker 1: had said we need to do, which was to go
• 15:19
Speaker 1: back and to vet Can you give an update on that.
• 15:22
Speaker 1: And as some of that vetting stop because of DHS
• 15:25
Speaker 1: lack of funding in all these fights and the government
• 15:27
Speaker 1: shutdowns that have happened.
• 15:29
Speaker 2: Well, some of that vetting would be happening at the
• 15:32
Speaker 2: State Department. Some of it would be happening at DHS.
• 15:34
Speaker 2: And so I don't know the status of that vetting.
• 15:37
Speaker 2: We have not gotten a report. We obviously have a
• 15:40
Speaker 2: brand new Secretary of Homeland Security, Mark Wayne Mullen. By
• 15:43
Speaker 2: the way, I will point out, every Democrat but two
• 15:47
Speaker 2: voted against confirming him. So their position is they don't
• 15:49
Speaker 2: want a secretary of DHS. And by the way, they
• 15:52
Speaker 2: all like Mark Wayne. He was a colleague in the Senate.
• 15:54
Speaker 2: They knew him, he was well liked on both sides
• 15:56
Speaker 2: of the island. Was not personal. They wouldn't vote to confirm.
• 16:00
Speaker 2: I would tak bugs Bunny as head of DHS. Their
• 16:04
Speaker 2: party is the open borders party. Anyone who has focused
• 16:08
Speaker 2: on securing the border. Today's Democrats oppose.
• 16:11
Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt. And then you look at this story
• 16:14
Speaker 1: and you go immediately to New York. I am really
• 16:17
Speaker 1: concerned about what we're seeing in New York. You and
• 16:19
Speaker 1: I have talked about this Mandani. I think is a
• 16:22
Speaker 1: bigger threat to this country than just a threat to
• 16:24
Speaker 1: the people in New York City. Let's talk about the
• 16:27
Speaker 1: breaking news there as well.
• 16:29
Speaker 2: Yeah, very much agree. Give a listen to what Mandami
• 16:33
Speaker 2: had to say about about the war in Iran and
• 16:35
Speaker 2: about the Iotolin particular. Give a listen.
• 16:38
Speaker 3: I think we're seeing the fact that, in the face
• 16:41
Speaker 3: of Americans facing a historic affordability crisis, that we have
• 16:45
Speaker 3: the pursuit of something that has already cost twenty three
• 16:48
Speaker 3: billion dollars thus far, the kind of money that could
• 16:51
Speaker 3: transform working class to Americans live, whether through investments in
• 16:56
Speaker 3: medicare or teachers, or even elimination of student debt for
• 17:00
Speaker 3: tens of thousands of Americans, and all of that being
• 17:03
Speaker 3: thrown aside for the pursuit of yet another regime changed war.
• 17:07
Speaker 3: And it's a war that should be opposed on every
• 17:09
Speaker 3: single ground, not just procedural but also moral, but also political,
• 17:13
Speaker 3: and also a war that should be opposed on the
• 17:15
Speaker 3: grounds of the fact that it is being financed by
• 17:18
Speaker 3: the very money that could make it easier to keep
• 17:21
Speaker 3: calling this city, this country home. And yet there is
• 17:25
Speaker 3: a blindness to that fact, all while we're being told
• 17:28
Speaker 3: that this is this is not what we're seeing with
• 17:30
  Speaker 3: our own eyes.
• 17:32
Speaker 1: All right, Senaert, let's just go to the moral spot there.
• 17:34
Speaker 1: When he said that, I'm like, what world is he
• 17:35
Speaker 1: living in? Morally then explain the terrorism has Blahamas and
• 17:40
Speaker 1: all the other sponsors of terrorism, all the dead bodies
• 17:42
Speaker 1: and all the Americans have been killed by Iran. He says,
• 17:45
Speaker 1: there's no moral compass for this war to even begin with.
• 17:49
Speaker 1: I would say, sit down with families we've lost loved
• 17:51
Speaker 1: ones and are placing flowers at tombstones on Memorial Day
• 17:56
Speaker 1: and tell them this political garbage.
• 17:58
Speaker 2: Look, Iran is killed nearly one thousand Americans over the
• 18:01
Speaker 2: last forty seven years. They're the number one state funder
• 18:05
Speaker 2: of terrorism in the world. They get provide ninety percent
• 18:08
Speaker 2: of the funding for Amas Hesbalah and the Houthis. They
• 18:11
Speaker 2: hired hitmen to kill President Trump and the Iyahtola, who
• 18:15
Speaker 2: Mandami is grieving right there, regularly would lead mobs chanting
• 18:21
Speaker 2: death to America. And yet Mandami's loyalties apparently death to
• 18:26
Speaker 2: America is not a sentiment that he has significant disagreement with.
• 18:31
Speaker 2: He thinks it is immoral, he thinks it is wrong.
• 18:34
Speaker 2: It should be opposed on every front taking out a
• 18:37
Speaker 2: regime that is killing Americans. And look, this is the
• 18:41
Speaker 2: heart of today's Democrat party. Mandami and AOC and ilhan Omar,
• 18:47
Speaker 2: the radical Marxist, Islamist, jihadist America hating Kami left. By
• 18:53
Speaker 2: the way, I love that he begins with twenty three
• 18:56
Speaker 2: billion dollars? Can you believe they spent that much? Never
• 18:59
Speaker 2: in his life has Madami seen government spending that he opposes,
• 19:03
Speaker 2: except if it's taking out an Islamist leader who is
• 19:08
Speaker 2: murdering Americans. That's the one instance in which government spending
• 19:12
Speaker 2: he is opposed to. In every other instance, this.
• 19:14
Speaker 1: Man, how much of the government spending in New York
• 19:16
Speaker 1: City was for illegal immigrants that they were housing in
• 19:18
Speaker 1: four star and five star and three star hotels, Like,
• 19:21
Speaker 1: can we just remember, like how much money they've wasted that,
• 19:24
Speaker 1: by the way, could have gone to the people of
• 19:26
Speaker 1: New York that are suffering. Instead, they said, no, no, we
• 19:29
Speaker 1: want to pay out billions to illegal immigrants and make
• 19:32
Speaker 1: their lives more comfortable after they broke our loss.
• 19:34
Speaker 2: Well, and we played a couple of weeks ago on verdict,
• 19:38
Speaker 2: Kathy Hokeel, the New York governor, pleading with rich New
• 19:42
Speaker 2: Yorkers who had fled the state, please come back, Please
• 19:45
Speaker 2: come back to New York, but not promising to make
• 19:47
Speaker 2: it any better, say we want to tax the hell
• 19:49
Speaker 2: out of you. We want to take your money, but
• 19:51
Speaker 2: we have really lavish social spending programs and if you
• 19:54
Speaker 2: don't come back, we won't have the money to pay
• 19:56
Speaker 2: for them. And it really is funny. I'm trying to
• 20:00
Speaker 2: figure out who is the one rich guy who fled
• 20:03
Speaker 2: New York and hears, hey, come back so we can
• 20:06
Speaker 2: take your money and give it away because we know
• 20:08
Speaker 2: how what to do with it better than you are.
• 20:09
Speaker 2: Who's the one audience member who hears that. I don't know,
• 20:12
Speaker 2: but Mondammie isn't even saying that he's happy for them
• 20:15
Speaker 2: to flee his city. And look, I fear with this
• 20:20
Speaker 2: kind of environment. Number one, I fear for the NYPD,
• 20:22
Speaker 2: their ability to do their job with a mayor who
• 20:25
Speaker 2: now opposes their enforcing the law and protecting New Yorkers.
• 20:29
Speaker 2: But number two, his coddling, his embrace of Islamist America haters.
• 20:37
Speaker 2: It is not good. New York suffered the very worst
• 20:40
Speaker 2: terror attack our country's ever seen on nine to eleven.
• 20:44
Speaker 2: DC did as well, But having a mayor who is
• 20:49
Speaker 2: now rooting for the death to America crowd, that is
• 20:54
Speaker 2: a deep, deeply, deeply concerning development.
• 20:57
Speaker 1: If you think Mandannie's like a one off your and
• 21:00
Speaker 1: if you want proof of it, and how concerned you
• 21:03
Speaker 1: should all be over these types of individuals. Let's saga,
• 21:06
Speaker 1: look at the Michigan Senate candidate that avoids discussing Iran
• 21:10
Speaker 1: because quote, there's a lot of people in Dearborn who
• 21:14
Speaker 1: are sad that we took out the Ayahtola. Like, this
• 21:18
Speaker 1: is not just Mandani, folks, this is the Democratic Party
• 21:21
Speaker 1: growing very quickly in this Yeah.
• 21:24
Speaker 2: Look, some listeners, particularly listeners who are skeptical, when I
• 21:28
Speaker 2: said Mondani was sad the Iyahtola was killed, might have said, gosh,
• 21:32
Speaker 2: that's too harsh. He's not really that that's putting too much. Well,
• 21:37
Speaker 2: Mondani is part of a broader movement of America hating
• 21:42
Speaker 2: Islamists who are taking over the Democrat Party. And in Michigan,
• 21:45
Speaker 2: you've got a candidate for US Senate, a guy named
• 21:48
Speaker 2: Abdul l Sayed, And interestingly enough, he was caught on
• 21:53
Speaker 2: tape strategizing what to say about the the Iran War.
• 21:58
Speaker 2: And I'll tell you what, how about I don't put
• 22:01
Speaker 2: words in his mouth. Ben doesn't put words in his mouth.
• 22:03
Speaker 2: Let's listen to the words that came out of his
• 22:05
  Speaker 2: own mouth.
• 22:06
Speaker 4: Give a listener, noa, this is going to DC wise reason.
• 22:09
Speaker 4: I also, I want to remind you guys that there
• 22:11
Speaker 4: are a lot of people in Dearborn who are sad today.
• 22:14
Speaker 4: So like, I just don't want to comment on to
• 22:16
Speaker 4: Moni him an A at all.
• 22:19
  Speaker 1: I don't think it's worth even touching that doesn't even
• 22:25
Speaker 1: want to touch this, this this butcher and killer and
• 22:28
Speaker 1: murder of Americans because there's a lot of people that
• 22:31
Speaker 1: he wants to vote for him in Dearborn that are
• 22:33
  Speaker 1: sad today.
• 22:34
Speaker 2: And by the way, you hear his staffers huh huh,
• 22:37
Speaker 2: oh yeah, yeah, I mean they all know that this
• 22:39
Speaker 2: is no secret. Why are the people in Dearborn sad?
• 22:44
Speaker 2: They're sad for the same reason Mondani is sad because
• 22:48
Speaker 2: far too many of them are Islamists who cheer for
• 22:51
Speaker 2: the Islamists who want to kill Americans. And and you
• 22:55
Speaker 2: know this, Michigan senate candidate, you're gonna talk about senec
• 23:00
Speaker 2: listen to his strategy rather than talk about US national security,
• 23:03
Speaker 2: rather than talk about killing terrorists, rather than talk about
• 23:06
Speaker 2: keeping America safe. What do you think he wants to
• 23:08
Speaker 2: do instead? Well, again, don't take my word for it.
• 23:12
Speaker 2: Give a listen to his strategy rather than address US
• 23:15
  Speaker 2: national security.
• 23:16
Speaker 4: And I'm just gonna go straight at pedophilia. Frankly, I
• 23:18
Speaker 4: was a pedophile. President Bride decides that he doesn't like
• 23:21
Speaker 4: the front page news, so he decides.
• 23:23
Speaker 3: To take us into another war. There was a time
• 23:24
  Speaker 3: when you.
• 23:25
Speaker 4: All were talking about America first.
• 23:27
Speaker 3: This seems to be to be America last.
• 23:30
Speaker 1: There it is like, we're just gonna make up stuff,
• 23:32
Speaker 1: lie about the president, and do this, and that'll be
• 23:35
Speaker 1: our pivot from us actually having to talk about what's
• 23:38
Speaker 1: happening in Iran because I don't want to upset the
• 23:40
Speaker 1: Islamist that support, you know, support the Iatola.
• 23:44
Speaker 2: By the way, quick question, what painting did Jeffrey Epstein
• 23:48
Speaker 2: have hanging in his living room in New York City?
• 23:51
Speaker 1: It was Bill Clinton in a blue dress, isn't that right?
• 23:54
Speaker 2: And red pumps. He literally had a painting of Bill
• 23:57
Speaker 2: Clinton on his wall. He was an original friend of Bill.
• 24:00
Speaker 2: Bill Clinton practically had his own seat on the Louit
• 24:03
Speaker 2: Lead Express. And yet the Democrats just scream, okay, let's
• 24:07
Speaker 2: let's just call Trumpet pedophile. It's pure, but the citicism
• 24:11
Speaker 2: of it, the cynicism of it, is only works because
• 24:16
Speaker 2: the media is corrupt. Let's listen to what else this
• 24:18
Speaker 2: Democrat saidate candidate had.
• 24:20
Speaker 4: To say, Like we have the moral high ground here.
• 24:22
Speaker 4: I think the more we stay out is like they're
• 24:24
Speaker 4: going to try and dat us into saying yeah, but
• 24:26
Speaker 4: isn't it justified now that they took him out right?
• 24:29
Speaker 1: And I just think, well, we gotta prep for it.
• 24:33
Speaker 1: We gotta prep for taking out a murderous terrorist in
• 24:38
Speaker 1: Iran that says he wants to blow up and kill
• 24:40
Speaker 1: innocent Americans who already has and Israel and they're like,
• 24:43
Speaker 1: we gotta prep for this, guys, this is a big
• 24:45
Speaker 1: pr nightmare for us. What are we gonna do now?
• 24:48
Speaker 2: Well, there is one other Democrat strategy. One they scream
• 24:51
Speaker 2: pedophile and attack Trump. But there's a second Democrat strategy
• 24:54
Speaker 2: because if they don't want to actually talk about protecting
• 24:56
Speaker 2: America and killing terrorists, what they do instead is is
• 25:01
Speaker 2: their old their old refuge. Well again, listen, rather than
• 25:05
Speaker 2: let me characterize it, I mean that talking about doing
• 25:09
Speaker 2: this and Israel's issue always just makes me a little nervous.
• 25:14
  Speaker 4: I figured as much I can, I can, I can
• 25:17
Speaker 4: shade away from it. But when I say if I'm
• 25:19
Speaker 4: going to take the shot. I can't just allude to it.
• 25:21
Speaker 4: I got to take the whole shot, which means that
• 25:23
Speaker 4: I'm gonna say, look, you've got a path backed homors
• 25:27
Speaker 4: people who now don't want this to empower Congress to
• 25:31
Speaker 4: step up and enforce its own prerogative. Yeah, ask yourself
• 25:35
Speaker 4: who that benefits and why? Ask yourself how powerful that
• 25:39
Speaker 4: force is in our politics if they won't even stand
• 25:41
Speaker 4: up to a president who's making illegal and unjustified war.
• 25:44
Speaker 2: Yeah, making illegal war in order to distract.
• 25:47
  Speaker 3: Us, you know.
• 25:50
Speaker 5: Yeah, Yeah, I think that I think it's that shot
• 25:52
Speaker 5: is fine. I just think that it should always be
• 25:55
Speaker 5: coupled with the affordability argument. Like I think the danger
• 25:58
Speaker 5: here is just getting too caught up in the like
• 26:00
Speaker 5: high level politics of it and not not spending enough
• 26:04
  Speaker 5: time without machine.
• 26:07
Speaker 1: Gonna come up with what's her name with Welch.
• 26:10
Speaker 4: Yes, Well, she's going to be hot on this, and
• 26:12
Speaker 4: she's gonna she's going to bade me into the Israel stuff.
• 26:17
Speaker 4: And if I'm going to take the shot, I gotta
• 26:19
Speaker 4: set up. I gotta set up the whole shot. That's
• 26:21
Speaker 4: the thing, you know what I mean? Like, look, I'm
• 26:23
Speaker 4: running against an a Pack backed Democratic congressman, and you
• 26:28
Speaker 4: know what her statement was, We're perfectly okay with this war.
• 26:31
Speaker 4: She should have ASTs first.
• 26:33
Speaker 1: It's amazing how much sustain he has, by the way,
• 26:35
Speaker 1: for Jewish people in Israel, right, like just you can
• 26:38
Speaker 1: hear it there in his voice. He's like, look, we're gonna.
• 26:40
Speaker 2: His strategy is simple, attack Israel, attack the Jews, like
• 26:44
Speaker 2: that is his strategy. And you know what, in Dearborn,
• 26:47
Speaker 2: the same people who is he put it her quote
• 26:50
Speaker 2: sad that the Ayatola who chanted death to America is
• 26:54
Speaker 2: no longer able to pay terrorists to kill Americans. Those
• 26:58
Speaker 2: are the same people that when you attack Israel and
• 27:00
Speaker 2: attack Jews, they get excited and vote for you. And
• 27:03
Speaker 2: you know, you know what's really terrifying. That may be
• 27:06
Speaker 2: a winning strategy in a Democrat primary in Michigan, and
• 27:08
Speaker 2: obviously was a winning strategy in a Democrat primary in
• 27:12
Speaker 2: New York City. It was a winning strategy for Ilhan Omar,
• 27:15
Speaker 2: It was a winning strategy for AOC, It was a
• 27:18
Speaker 2: winning strategy for Rashida Talib. This is the base of
• 27:21
Speaker 2: the Democrat Party. And if you have any serious question
• 27:26
Speaker 2: about how do you protect America against radical Islamic terrorists
• 27:30
Speaker 2: who want to kill us. Yeah, like the Hesbala terrorist
• 27:34
Speaker 2: in Michigan that we started this podcast talking about today's
• 27:38
Speaker 2: Democrat party has nothing to say about it.
• 27:41
Speaker 1: Nothing. I want to move to this last story. It
• 27:44
Speaker 1: is April first, April fools. But this story is not
• 27:48
Speaker 1: a joke. We're not Babylon being you hear, Senator. This
• 27:51
Speaker 1: is actually a real story that has come out and
• 27:55
Speaker 1: it's amazing from the Washington Post talking about the Iran
• 27:59
Speaker 1: conflick showing why energy dominance is so important. You can't
• 28:05
Speaker 1: make this up. I mean wow.
• 28:08
Speaker 2: So this is a real editorial in the Washington Post,
• 28:12
Speaker 2: and it's an editorial from the paper itself. It's not
• 28:14
Speaker 2: a guest columnist. It is entitled three Cautionary Tales from
• 28:19
Speaker 2: the Iran Energy Shock. Never confuse good intentions with good planning.
• 28:25
Speaker 2: And here's what the Washington Post Editorial Board has to say.
• 28:28
Speaker 2: Roughly twenty eight million tons of liquefied natural gas have
• 28:31
Speaker 2: disappeared from global markets since the closure of the Strait
• 28:34
Speaker 2: of Hormuz and damage to Cutter's export terminals. Analysts predict
• 28:39
Speaker 2: the shortfall could last years. While every energy importer will
• 28:44
Speaker 2: feel the pinch, not every one of them will feel
• 28:46
Speaker 2: it equally. Germany, Taiwan, and California are cautionary tales. All
• 28:54
Speaker 2: three have had their politics shaped by green movements, and
• 28:58
Speaker 2: all three are more or vulnerable for it. When environmentalists
• 29:02
Speaker 2: came to power, they forced the premature retirement of nuclear reactors,
• 29:07
Speaker 2: coal plants, and oil refineries. They calculated that the planet's
• 29:11
Speaker 2: needs demanded it, and that global markets would fill the gap.
• 29:15
Speaker 2: All three polities are now frantically reversing course, but energy
• 29:21
Speaker 2: sources can't be rebuilt over night. Germany's Green Party was
• 29:26
Speaker 2: founded in nineteen eighty as an anti nuclear movement. When
• 29:29
Speaker 2: it first entered coalition government in nineteen ninety eight, its
• 29:32
Speaker 2: price of admission was nuclear phase out. It re entered
• 29:37
Speaker 2: government in twenty twenty one, in time to oversee the
• 29:40
Speaker 2: shuddering of Germany's last three reactors in twenty twenty three.
• 29:44
Speaker 2: The Greens also pioneered the phasing out of the country's
• 29:48
Speaker 2: coal plants. That Germany sits atop thirty five billion tons.
• 29:55
Speaker 2: Billion tons of lignite did not enter into their calculations.
• 30:00
Speaker 2: Germany bet big on solar and wind, but intermittent renewables
• 30:04
Speaker 2: can't ensure a consistent supply that left LL ANDNG filling
• 30:09
Speaker 2: the gap. Last week, Energy Minister Katharina Reisch called the
• 30:13
Speaker 2: nuclear shut down quote a huge mistake. With spot prices
• 30:19
Speaker 2: for LNG sharply up. The government is now looking at
• 30:23
Speaker 2: restoring coal plants it retired in the past. Germany has
• 30:29
Speaker 2: imported nuclear generated electricity from France when squeezed, soho noticed
• 30:33
Speaker 2: the Green Party. The effect of them is to go
• 30:36
Speaker 2: back to coal generation into increase pollution. All right, Let's
• 30:41
Speaker 2: continue and see what the Washington Post has to say
• 30:43
Speaker 2: about Taiwan. Taiwan's Democratic Progressive Party codified anti nuclear dogma
• 30:50
Speaker 2: into its founding charter in nineteen eighty six. Its arch rival,
• 30:54
Speaker 2: the nationalist and at the time authoritarian Kumanting Kua Mantang,
• 31:00
Speaker 2: wisely built nuclear power plants as part of a breakneck
• 31:04
Speaker 2: industrialization program. When the DPP won power in twenty sixteen,
• 31:10
Speaker 2: it legislated a quote nuclear Free Homeland and began retiring
• 31:15
Speaker 2: the country's coal plants. Phasing out coal made sense, replacing
• 31:20
Speaker 2: nuclear with LNG much less so. Like Germany, Taiwan can't
• 31:26
Speaker 2: rely solely on renewables. Taiwan has virtually no domestic fossil fuels,
• 31:33
Speaker 2: and without nuclear it has to import ninety seven percent
• 31:38
Speaker 2: of its energy by c Last week, the DPP reversed
• 31:43
Speaker 2: course and announced plans to restart the reactors. All right,
• 31:47
Speaker 2: how about the People's Republic of California, led by Comrade
• 31:51
Speaker 2: Gavin Newsom. In California, environmental regulations have achieved something remarkable.
• 31:59
Speaker 2: They have seven ver the state's gasoline market from the
• 32:02
Speaker 2: rest of the country. Unique fuel blend mandates mean no
• 32:06
Speaker 2: other state's gasoline is compatible with Californias. Other onerous regulations,
• 32:12
Speaker 2: emission fines, profit caps, drilling restrictions have driven refiners out,
• 32:19
Speaker 2: and there are no inbound pipelines for crude or refined products.
• 32:27
Speaker 2: Now gas is approaching six dollars a gallon YEP with
• 32:33
Speaker 2: no domestic replacement, California became dependent on gasoline imports from
• 32:39
Speaker 2: Asian refineries, which are now cutting shipments because the Strait
• 32:44
Speaker 2: of Hormuz is closed. As Chevron's refining chief Andy Waltz
• 32:48
Speaker 2: recently put it, quote, the California intent to offshore carbon
• 32:52
Speaker 2: to other nations has offshored their security of supply. Chevron
• 32:58
Speaker 2: has warned that it could leave calib entirely within a
• 33:01
Speaker 2: decade unless regulations change. By the way, Chevron was a
• 33:05
Speaker 2: California company. They moved to Texas in the last year
• 33:08
Speaker 2: because the California Loonies drove them out. And here's what
• 33:13
Speaker 2: the Washington Post closes with. The error in Germany, Taiwan
• 33:19
Speaker 2: and California was confusing good intentions with good planning and
• 33:24
