Workouts in and how is the creatine going, Steve? Getting big? Yea, kinda.
-125 kg deadlift on Saturday x 1 rep
-Quick leg workout yesterday morning
-Squats and bench this morning, run done in the afternoon (7 km in 45.05, why do I run faster after gym workouts?)
-And gaining weight, up ~1 kg in the last week…
