The White House Correspondents’ Dinner is back — but with a whole new vibe. After being postponed in April when a 31-year-old man tried to storm the event armed and targeting President Trump, security’s gone up a notch. This year’s bash is now at the Waldorf Astoria (a Trump-owned property he sold in 2021) instead of the usual Washington Hilton, with tighter security and a much smaller crowd — down from 2,600 to just 1,300 guests.
