A man rolled into a church parking lot in High Point armed with flamethrowers, body armor, and a weapon disguised as a gun—prompting an off-duty cop to intervene before backup arrived. Forty-four-year-old William Milliken was arrested and now faces charges including possession of a weapon of mass destruction and impersonating a law enforcement officer. Police found two flamethrowers, a CO2 launcher, crossbows, over 500 rounds of ammo, duct tape, knives, and Oxycodone in his truck. Authorities are still investigating why he brought this arsenal to a church—and what he was really planning…
