The U.S. is rolling out strict new travel rules targeting travelers from Uganda, South Sudan, and the Democratic Republic of Congo to curb Ebola spread—any U.S. citizen who’s been in those countries in 21 days will be rerouted to designated U.S. airports for health screenings, even if just passing through.
