Finding Peace in Chaos: A Spiritual Perspective · The Unity Code - Where Science Meets Energy, Consciousness, and Spirit.

Speaker 1: We're going to go really deep today on empower your soul, as there was an amazing question that somebody sent me on Instagram about how do I deal with the state of the world right now, like how do I maintain my positive mindset with everything that's going on, and this really got me thinking, and so I'm hoping that this episode allowed you an entirely new perspective on the world, on you, on your own healing, and I am just going to give a PSA.
• 0:36
Speaker 1: I am not going to say it a million times, but I will likely sound a little bit like an asshole in this session today.
• 0:44
Speaker 1: In this I want to say this reading I don't know why I want to say this reading in this podcast today, so advanced apologies.
• 0:51
Speaker 1: I realize that what I'm saying has a ton of complexity and nuances to it, and so I'm just going to give that flat out disclaimer that my intention for this is positive and light and loving.
• 1:00
Speaker 1: However, it's probably not going to come out like this a lot of the time, because the reality of earth is the reality of earth and it's a painful place here, so let's talk about it.
• 1:09
Speaker 1: So, in particular, the question that was asked was related to, you know, the situation with Israel and Gaza, the situation with the president, like all these different things where the world is, you know, going down like a hell in a handbasket right hell in a handbasket right and so it was a really good, genuine question about how do I keep my vibes high while I am surrounded by things that are extremely depressing, that I can't control, that we are in and feeling the energy of from a collective, and it's a really good question, and so energetically.
• 1:47
Speaker 1: I guess there's two ways that I can approach this, and when I answer this question, I'm not going to just talk about the situations that were specifically asked in the political climate right now, but also, it is all right, I'll shut off my ding.
• 2:03
  Speaker 1: Here we go.
• 2:03
Speaker 1: But it is also this, anything negative or low vibration that happens to you.
• 2:11
Speaker 1: Why did it happen to you?
• 2:12
Speaker 1: Why me, why now?
• 2:14
Speaker 1: Or, like the people that are around you, why would it happen to them?
• 2:17
Speaker 1: And how do I maintain this neutral perspective and all of that?
• 2:21
Speaker 1: And so, as we kind of talk into this, I'm going to talk about energy and vibration, but then I'm going to also talk about perspectives, because I think there's two different ways to look at this.
• 2:30
Speaker 1: So, from an energy and a vibration perspective, know that we all exist as souls here on planet Earth.
• 2:37
Speaker 1: Planet Earth has its own collective energy.
• 2:40
Speaker 1: I know you've heard hopefully you have of the Schumann resonance which is essentially the heartbeat of Mother Earth.
• 2:45
Speaker 1: But also from a collective energy perspective, there is collective energy that we all put out, all of us as souls on this level, and think of it as, like it all goes up to this energetic fog that kind of circles the planet and we all kind of feel it.
• 2:58
Speaker 1: I mean that's the really, really basic, rudimentary way of explaining it, really basic, rudimentary way of explaining it.
• 3:06
Speaker 1: And so when there are horrible things that happen in the world, that collective vibration is going to reflect whether or not you know we're paying attention to or what is going on in the world.
• 3:17
Speaker 1: Because if, because we are a global world, right with full transparency, hopefully, into what's going on in the world and there's news and there's TikTok and all world and there's news and there's TikTok and all of these social media platforms that are showcasing everything that's going on in the world, so if you're tapped into what's going on in the world, obviously your energy and your reaction to that is going to impact the collective energy.
• 3:37
Speaker 1: So, needless to say, the collective energy is not that great right now.
• 3:42
Speaker 1: Okay, it's just not that great.
• 3:45
Speaker 1: So, as a result, the vibration of the collective energy is probably a little more lower than normal, which would be more negative than normal, which is fine, right.
• 3:57
Speaker 1: And so if you are an empath and you're picking up on those energies, you're going to be impacted by it and you're going to wake up feeling tired and feeling groggy and feeling like sad for no reason, or feeling like depressed or sluggish for no reason, even though in your life, when you look around, there's nothing that would cause that.
• 4:15
Speaker 1: But because you're an empath and you're clearly attuned to these collective energies, it might drag you down.
• 4:23
Speaker 1: Okay, and so for me, as a soul, I make sure to essentially protect my energy and make sure that I'm keeping out the collective energy, and I can for the most part because I don't I don't watch this, so it's, it's out of sight, out of mind.
• 4:39
Speaker 1: If I don't watch the news generally, I don't feel the energy of it, right.
• 4:44
Speaker 1: If I am waking up and I'm having a bad day, or if I'm not feeling myself, then I will just ground and center my energy and put my protection on so that I'm not tapped into that collective energy.
• 4:53
Speaker 1: I will purposely do things that step me out of and protect me from that collective energy so that I'm not influenced by it so energetically.
• 5:03
Speaker 1: That's how I not let it affect me on a daily basis.
• 5:08
Speaker 1: Is I purposely do things that are in the present moment.
• 5:11
Speaker 1: I bring my energy to the present moment.
• 5:13
Speaker 1: I will spend time outside to ground my energy.
• 5:15
Speaker 1: I will be great gratitude right.
• 5:18
Speaker 1: I will keep my vibration high enough and my energy protected enough that it doesn't influence me.
• 5:24
Speaker 1: That is essentially how I energetically like shield myself, so to speak.
• 5:28
  Speaker 1: I don't again.
• 5:32
Speaker 1: The caveat here is that I don't actively need to constantly be on the defensive because I'm on the offensive.
• 5:41
Speaker 1: Like I push out the energy that doesn't serve me.
• 5:44
Speaker 1: I don't let it in to begin with, and so I don't have to consciously do that because my vibration is so high it doesn't bother me.
• 5:52
Speaker 1: Does that make sense?
• 5:52
Speaker 1: I hope it does, as I talk to nobody but my face on the screen.
• 5:57
Speaker 1: Does that make sense To me?
• 5:58
Speaker 1: It does so energetically.
• 6:03
  Speaker 1: That's how I did that.
• 6:04
Speaker 1: I know I talked about energy a couple podcast episodes ago.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: I'm not going to go there, but the other way that, I think, is the more asshole perspective of this is, again perspective, right, it is the perspective of what I remind myself of, and this is how I get to sleep at night, every night is that, regardless of the situation and again disclaimer I said up front applies here we choose our lives here.
• 6:38
Speaker 1: We choose them knowing what's going to happen, knowing certain things are going to go down that are not very pleasant.
• 6:45
  Speaker 1: We know that.
• 6:46
Speaker 1: You know we choose lives that are we're homeless, where we're hungry, where we're born into famine right.
• 6:53
Speaker 1: We choose lives where we are born into war, where we know we're going to go into the army right, we choose our lives here.
• 7:00
Speaker 1: We choose our parents, we choose the paths, etc.
• 7:04
Speaker 1: Okay, I haven't been convinced otherwise yet.
• 7:08
  Speaker 1: I'm sorry.
• 7:09
Speaker 1: Maybe maybe you feel otherwise.
• 7:11
  Speaker 1: That's fine.
• 7:11
Speaker 1: I haven't been convinced otherwise yet.
• 7:13
Speaker 1: Maybe that will change in the future.
• 7:14
Speaker 1: But I do think that we choose our lives here and we choose the paths and we know what's going to happen to us before we come here.
• 7:20
Speaker 1: Then that slate is wiped clean and we don't know what's going to happen to us, and so there's always this perspective of why me, why, why this?
• 7:31
Speaker 1: Why is there war in the middle east?
• 7:33
Speaker 1: Why are all these horrible things happening?
• 7:35
Speaker 1: Why would we choose to come here and and live through the reduction of female rights in the united like?
• 7:43
  Speaker 1: Like?
• 7:44
Speaker 1: I don't pretend to know why on earth these things happen, but I trust that there is a bigger and deeper plan at play and I trust that our souls are so smart and so bright and so brilliant that I trust whatever they have decided to walk into in this meat suit, in this physical world.
• 8:05
Speaker 1: I trust that they knowingly made that decision and I trust that they made the right decision for them.
• 8:12
Speaker 1: Now, it doesn't mean that I don't feel bad about the circumstances people have been placed in.
• 8:17
Speaker 1: It doesn't mean that I don't feel sadness or want to help the people that are going through war and genocide and famine, because I absolutely do but also, at the same time, I have to trust that these souls chose this for a reason that I might not understand.
• 8:33
Speaker 1: Maybe and I'm just going to toss out some hypotheticals maybe they chose it because their soul used to be the aggressor that would kill people, and now they are choosing to be on the Palestinian side of things, the Gaza side of things, where they're deciding to play the opposite role, because they need to learn that perspective.
• 8:51
Speaker 1: Maybe these are souls who know that this conflict may lead to greater peace in the future and they volunteered to help become victims, to help the greater good of what's to come right.
• 9:04
Speaker 1: Maybe they've chosen to come in as orphans I don't know why.
• 9:09
Speaker 1: I want to say this, knowing that they would be forever sad about not knowing or being loved by their birth parents, but knowing that they've had a better opportunity and they know they need to overcome that internal struggle to begin with, that internal struggle of not feeling loved, that being given away right.
• 9:26
Speaker 1: Maybe that's a lesson that somebody needs to learn to progress the knowledge of their soul, the evolution of their soul, of their soul, the evolution of their soul and so like.
• 9:41
Speaker 1: For me, this is a really simple answer of I don't understand it, but I trust that spirit and souls make the right decisions when they come here and they know what they are walking into.
• 9:51
Speaker 1: And this is partnered up with what I have said repeatedly to people in the past week that it's not my job to take away people's lessons.
• 10:01
Speaker 1: So, even though I feel freaking horrible for some of these people right, for populations of people, for individuals in my life that have gone through hell and back.
• 10:12
Speaker 1: Even though I feel for them and I want to help them, I also know that they chose that for a reason and that they need to go through that and they need to learn from it and overcome it ding for a reason, and so I'll be there to support them.
• 10:30
Speaker 1: And I'll be there to help them when they need help.
• 10:33
Speaker 1: And if they reach out and say I need someone to lift me up, I need kindness, I need love, you know, if someone's going through a tough time from the loss of a sibling, I'll, you know, show up with some wine and some cheese and say let's talk.
• 10:48
Speaker 1: Right, but they're still the ones that have to go through and process it and I can be there to support them in whatever way they need help with.
• 10:55
Speaker 1: But they have to do the work and so I've learned I can't take away people's lessons, but I know what I do as a soul here in this world is that I provide those different perspectives for people.
• 11:07
Speaker 1: I remind people that your soul chose this, knowing you would be successful, knowing you would overcome this.
• 11:15
Speaker 1: So let's talk about what you're going through and why.
• 11:19
Speaker 1: That is a blessing and not a curse, and I know that sounds like spiritual sugarcoating, maybe it's like spiritual psychosis to think that there's a positive silver lining for everything that horrible that happens in the world.
• 11:32
Speaker 1: But again, there's so much we don't know.
• 11:35
Speaker 1: There's so much we don't know here in the physical world.
• 11:38
Speaker 1: So I will not pretend or judge people's choices, but I will be there to support them in whatever choices they've made and help them in whatever ways they're asking for help to move through it, but I will not do the work for them.
• 11:53
Speaker 1: And so, when this comes to personal growth and spirit wants me to go to the personal growth perspective this means that you have been born.
• 12:11
Speaker 1: Maybe you have been born within toxic family lineages.
• 12:15
Speaker 1: Okay, like I'm sorry.
• 12:16
Speaker 1: Who hasn't born within toxic family lineages?
• 12:19
Speaker 1: Okay, like I'm sorry.
• 12:20
  Speaker 1: Who hasn't right?
• 12:21
Speaker 1: We all have bones in our closets, every single one of us, right, and they're nothing to be ashamed of.
• 12:23
Speaker 1: But we are born with our own horrible experiences and or born to families that have imparted horrible experiences or energies or patterns or beliefs onto us.
• 12:37
Speaker 1: And so I fully believe that this generation that exists today you, me, our kids, right?
• 12:50
Speaker 1: Other people who are slowly waking up, one at a time, slowly waking up one at a time we are here to hit the proverbial reset button, to heal what's broken and release the chains of the burdens that came before us, whether it is past lives, whether it's family lineage, whether it's current lives and things that have happened, and come into further alignment with our souls.
• 13:18
Speaker 1: Because if we think that we're going to ascend the earth to 5D if you believe that or not, right if you think that we're going to ascend the earth to 5D in the same patterns and beliefs that exist in 3D, you're kidding yourself, right, like you got another thing coming to you.
• 13:35
Speaker 1: It doesn't make sense.
• 13:37
Speaker 1: And so for us to embrace the next level of human evolution, the next level of, you know, unconditional love and hopefully, healing and community and helping one another and like all of, probably the socialist ideals, without the government bullshit that goes along with it, you know, like being a true village and a true community across the world that is helpful and kind and loving.
• 14:03
Speaker 1: We have to become helpful and kind and loving ourselves.
• 14:09
Speaker 1: We have to live that ideal to become that ideal.
• 14:13
Speaker 1: And I'll tell you what none of the generations before us, or at least none of that I've known.
• 14:16
  Speaker 1: I'm jealous.
• 14:17
Speaker 1: If you've had it, oh, it's in my husband's family.
• 14:19
Speaker 1: Most of them are loving and generous and kind.
• 14:21
Speaker 1: My personal family I have a lot to undo right.
• 14:25
Speaker 1: They didn't know how to function that way.
• 14:27
Speaker 1: They were brought up under toxic dynamics that have gone back for generations, and so a lot of this is stopping the blame and stopping these patterns.
• 14:46
Speaker 1: But you can't stop these patterns by coming at them angrily and fighting them and doing the opposite of what the generation before us has done.
• 14:53
Speaker 1: You have to come into loving acceptance with the patterns, behaviors, beliefs, activities that have allowed you and your ancestors to thrive in the circumstances they grew up in, because at some point being vulnerable would get you killed.
• 15:11
Speaker 1: Right, world War II, germany.
• 15:14
Speaker 1: You can't be vulnerable.
• 15:15
Speaker 1: You can't talk, right.
• 15:16
Speaker 1: I've had clients where we've talked about.
• 15:20
Speaker 1: Their family from generations ago were bootleggers and it was their livelihood and that's what allowed the bills to get paid and money in the pockets and allowed the survival of the family.
• 15:35
Speaker 1: But as a result, the family learned not to talk Don't talk to anybody.
• 15:41
Speaker 1: The family learned to isolate and these are the patterns that have been sent down through the generations to the current client that I had that didn't feel safe to talk, that didn't feel safe to be vulnerable and I'm like well, it didn't start with you.
• 15:54
Speaker 1: Here's where it started and at the time it was really valuable for the family and it was very beneficial for the family.
• 16:01
Speaker 1: But you don't need to carry that burden anymore.
• 16:03
Speaker 1: You don't need to live like that anymore.
• 16:05
Speaker 1: You don't need to be quiet to be safe.
• 16:13
Speaker 1: But we can't get mad at these patterns.
• 16:15
  Speaker 1: We can't say they're bad, we can't say they're negative, we can't.
• 16:24
Speaker 1: We can't, like point the finger at our ancestors and say shame, shame, ancestors.
• 16:26
Speaker 1: We can't do that because they did the best with what they had.
• 16:28
Speaker 1: And instead it's rewriting the narrative, I want to say from a Christ consciousness perspective, because that's popping up in my head, but truly from an unconditional, loving perspective that allows us to say you tried your best.
• 16:45
Speaker 1: I'm going to release those chains from you for you, because I know you had no other choice and you did exactly what you needed to to survive.
• 17:00
Speaker 1: And some of the most horrible things that people do on this planet are because they lack love, because they lack being seen, because they lack the ability to use their voice, to speak up, to feel love, they lack the ability to let love in Right, and so a lot of the dysfunction that exists in the world.
• 17:30
  Speaker 1: How many male?
• 17:34
Speaker 1: I'm going to go there.
• 17:35
Speaker 1: I'm going to go there.
• 17:36
Speaker 1: Oh, how many male leaders are there in the world right now?
• 17:39
Speaker 1: And how are they solving it?
• 17:43
Speaker 1: From a male perspective?
• 17:44
Speaker 1: With guns and war and fighting and black and white and your side versus my side, and I'm right and you're wrong, right, and where does that come from?
• 17:55
Speaker 1: That comes from not being fucking loved as a child, right?
• 18:00
Speaker 1: Like, why would we need to put down other people if we weren't stable and secure in ourselves?
• 18:06
Speaker 1: Like, think about bullies in high school.
• 18:10
Speaker 1: Right, think about bullies.
• 18:12
Speaker 1: These were always the kids at least in my experience that came from broken, fucking homes that didn't have love, that had to get out that feeling of feeling better, because that's how they showed themselves love.
• 18:25
  Speaker 1: Right?
• 18:27
Speaker 1: Maybe that's how their dysfunctional parent showed them love, as if they were the best of the best.
• 18:32
Speaker 1: Then they would shower them with love.
• 18:35
Speaker 1: So you've learned to equate behaviors with love.
• 18:38
Speaker 1: I know I could go on and on and give so many different examples I won't, so really, the way forward is to meet every dysfunction, every shitty ass situation, and look at it and say where was love missing?
• 19:00
Speaker 1: What was missing here?
• 19:02
Speaker 1: Why was this a blessing and not a curse?
• 19:07
Speaker 1: How can we take this negative and honest to God like, turn it into a positive story from our ancestors, from our parents?
• 19:17
Speaker 1: Because as much as I talk about my narcissistic mom on here I love you, mom, if you're listening You're still a pain in my ass, though my narcissistic mom on here I love you, mom, if you're listening You're still a pain in my ass, though.
• 19:26
Speaker 1: She wasn't shown the love she needed as a child from her mother, who was also narcissistic, and so she coped the best way that she knew how, and in turn, she showed me love the way that she knew how to give love.
• 19:43
Speaker 1: Could she have learned a different way?
• 19:45
Speaker 1: Sure, but her nervous system was completely fucking shot, so she couldn't find a different way to show love because she had never been shown what emotional or love maturity looks like, and so she did the best with what she could.
• 19:57
Speaker 1: Right, and this is what I'm talking about.
• 20:02
Speaker 1: It doesn't mean that I have to right, and this is what I'm talking about.
• 20:05
Speaker 1: It doesn't mean that I have to.
• 20:07
Speaker 1: I love you, mom, accept the behaviors and the things that she said to me or done to me, but I also know that she didn't make those choices from a loving perspective, and I know from her soul she would have chosen differently if she had the ability to in this life, and she just didn't have the ability to.
• 20:29
Speaker 1: And so I have to love her for who she is and I have to love her for that path that she has instilled on me, because it's made me who I am today.
• 20:37
Speaker 1: I wouldn't be who I am today without my mother being that way.
• 20:40
Speaker 1: I wouldn't have pushed against the grain of literally everything in my life and proven everybody wrong my entire life to show up here and tell you that you're fucking awesome and that you don't need anyone else, because I've done it myself.
• 20:54
Speaker 1: And if my mom wasn't the way she was, I wouldn't be the way that.
• 20:57
Speaker 1: I am telling you that you can be the same way.
• 21:01
Speaker 1: You can be bulletproof too.
• 21:02
Speaker 1: You can be Teflon.
• 21:03
Speaker 1: Nothing can bother you.
• 21:04
Speaker 1: You are complete and whole as you are.
• 21:06
Speaker 1: You don't need that external validation or love or worthiness, because it's all in you.
• 21:13
Speaker 1: And so, again, it's taking the fucking lemons that life gives us and figuring out what was the lesson in that, where was the silver lining and how has this helped me on the path that my soul has chosen for me in this lifetime, knowing that my soul chose this lifetime for a reason and that exactly what I should be going through and learning is exactly what I'm going through and learning, no more, no less.
• 21:39
Speaker 1: I trust my soul and my spiritual team inherently that whatever comes my way, I will be able to handle it and it is always for my highest and best good, even if it doesn't feel like it here in the physical world.
• 21:53
Speaker 1: So, yeah, I guess that's my really long answer to how do I sleep at night is I trust there is such a bigger plan that I cannot even begin to understand and I will help people who spirit sends my way to help Give that perspective, and then I will push them out of the nest and say go forth and be so.
• 22:19
  Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know.
• 22:20
Speaker 1: Hopefully that gives you insight into my crazy mind and why I think the way that I think and why sometimes I sound like an insensitive asshole a lot of the times, because I don't pretend to know any better.
• 22:40
Speaker 1: I don't pretend to know the intricacies of the universe and the web and how things impact each other, and I'm not going to pretend that I think that I know better than your guides or your soul's plan, because where you're supposed to be is exactly where you're supposed to be.
• 22:56
Speaker 1: So there you go.
• 22:57
Speaker 1: I'm going to leave it there.
• 22:58
Speaker 1: Hopefully this episode made sense and I didn't go too far down the rabbit hole, but yeah, that's kind of how I sleep at night.
• 23:07
Speaker 1: If you have questions or thoughts or reactions to this, I would love.
• 23:10
Speaker 1: I would love it, because I literally put my whole heart on my sleeve for you all here.
• 23:14
Speaker 1: But I am sending you all the love and I want you to know that you are one resilient, badass bitch or person.
• 23:20
Speaker 1: If you're a male or be bitch, that's fine too, and I know that you are capable of anything and everything that you set your mind to, and I believe that everything that you've gone through has made you your superhero self that you are today, and it will continue to serve you as you go forward into this amazing journey in your epics meat suit here on planet earth.
• 23:46
Speaker 1: All right, I love you, take care.
