Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #248: Releasing the Baggage & Living Lighter
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, welcome to tea time with Amy and bab.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Sucker step steps up. I don't know. Life's fun, right,
- 0:10Speaker 2: It is fun. It's fun.
- 0:12Speaker 1: I laugh on myself all the time.
- 0:16Speaker 2: That's perfect. It helps people to be lighter in the
- 0:19Speaker 2: situations because we take things too seriously, which will be
- 0:22Speaker 2: great for our next topic. So how we get so
- 0:28Speaker 2: serious in life, I don't know how it happened, because
- 0:30Speaker 2: I spent most of my life being serious. Even there's
- 0:34Speaker 2: pictures of me as a teenager and they try to
- 0:36Speaker 2: take pictures of me and I did not want any
- 0:38Speaker 2: part of that. So there was angry faces that were
- 0:40Speaker 2: captured on film. Son of a motherless goat. But anyways,
- 0:44Speaker 2: some things I didn't have control over. But when you
- 0:48Speaker 2: think about all that stuff, we stop being a kid.
- 0:52Speaker 2: And it doesn't mean that we're immature. It means we
- 0:55Speaker 2: stop being a kid. So I've decided, as the money
- 1:00Speaker 2: flowing my way, and I'm jumping on my jet to
- 1:03Speaker 2: go wherever I want to go to. I'm going to
- 1:05Speaker 2: go to all the places to go play. I'm going
- 1:07Speaker 2: to go play everywhere. I'm going to go out to
- 1:09Speaker 2: expensive restaurants and I'm going to order dessert only. I'm
- 1:13Speaker 2: going to. I'm serious. I'm gonna if I want to,
- 1:16Speaker 2: if I want to eat freaking cheesecake for breakfast, I'm
- 1:19Speaker 2: going to. We came here to enjoy this experience, and
- 1:23Speaker 2: we got so caught up and I don't know, so
- 1:27Speaker 2: worried about being seen because we were to be seen
- 1:30Speaker 2: and not heard, but that we were going to say
- 1:32Speaker 2: something wrong, or we were going to be judged, or
- 1:34Speaker 2: we just got too serious. And a lot of spiritual
- 1:37Speaker 2: people are too serious. They are I have been one
- 1:40Speaker 2: of those serious, serious, seriously spiritual people. Really. But when
- 1:45Speaker 2: I look at things, things are constantly in an evolution
- 1:47Speaker 2: because as we grow, a lot of the things that
- 1:50Speaker 2: we might have bleedd in it a time or another
- 1:52Speaker 2: kind of shifts and it falls away because then we
- 1:54Speaker 2: go on, we expand, so it goes to something else.
- 1:57Speaker 2: And so it's I've planned on about on eighty acres,
- 2:01Speaker 2: and as the money's flowing in more properties than be bought,
- 2:04Speaker 2: because I want to buy up all the property bits
- 2:06Speaker 2: around us and keep it as more of a sanctuary
- 2:08Speaker 2: for animals, you know, it's just a good place for
- 2:11Speaker 2: them to go to and keep the land as land.
- 2:16Speaker 2: But at the same time. I want to make a
- 2:17Speaker 2: huge track, and I'm going to have these little freaking
- 2:20Speaker 2: big wills that are electric and I'm gonna be flying
- 2:23Speaker 2: around on my big will getting dirt in my teeth.
- 2:26Speaker 2: So I mean, that's my plans. These are big plans,
- 2:29Speaker 2: and I don't care what anybody thinks, because this is
- 2:32Speaker 2: my life. These are my plans. And I want to
- 2:34Speaker 2: play and have fun. I want to play and have
- 2:36Speaker 2: fun all the time. I want to be able to
- 2:38Speaker 2: go pick up my grandkids, throw them in our jet
- 2:40Speaker 2: and fly over to wherever and go play in the
- 2:42Speaker 2: freaking water, or go go play with legos. It doesn't
- 2:47Speaker 2: even matter, like I want to go play all the time,
- 2:49Speaker 2: because that's because we've gotten too serious and light is
- 2:52Speaker 2: meant to be lighter. And how can we have fun
- 2:55Speaker 2: if we're always seriously looking for the fun? How can
- 2:57Speaker 2: you seriously have fun? No, can neither have fun or
- 3:00Speaker 2: you can be serious. Isn't that there two? They just
- 3:03Speaker 2: don't go together. I don't know I say that right now,
- 3:05Speaker 2: but I might be seriously making some fun plans for
- 3:08Speaker 2: the future. So serious we're constantly evolving. But no, we
- 3:15Speaker 2: just take things too seriously and it's not, it's just
- 3:17Speaker 2: life is not fun that way. It's it's very stifling,
- 3:20Speaker 2: it's very limited, it's very resistant, it's resistant to change,
- 3:25Speaker 2: it's resistant to everything. And if we're resistant to anything,
- 3:28Speaker 2: we're resistant to everything. It's not a one and done.
- 3:31Speaker 2: It's it's when we're blocking things, when we're protecting our
- 3:34Speaker 2: heart because we've been hurt so many times, we're we're
- 3:36Speaker 2: blocking out everything, all all of it. We're not allowing
- 3:39Speaker 2: it to flow in, only what will allow to flow
- 3:42Speaker 2: in because we're controlling. Yeah, but it doesn't have to
- 3:45Speaker 2: be that way. So it's like I want to be
- 3:47Speaker 2: I like, I haven't got to play with cold. The
- 3:50Speaker 2: whole family has been sick, so like really I got
- 3:53Speaker 2: over whatever I got over and then it's like one
- 3:55Speaker 2: of them. I mean, it's just been it's been crazy.
- 3:59Speaker 2: So I've been helping take care of, you know, whoever
- 4:01Speaker 2: I can take care of outside of work and stuff.
- 4:03Speaker 2: So but it's just if I see it in my kids.
- 4:07Speaker 2: They can be so serious about stuff. Everything is so serious.
- 4:11Speaker 2: You talk to the grandkids and they're and they're worried
- 4:13Speaker 2: about the they're talking about stuff that happened. That's that's
- 4:16Speaker 2: not even good stuff, and it's like we're focused on
- 4:18Speaker 2: all we've got it wrong. We've got it wrong. Go
- 4:22Speaker 2: sit and think about what you did wrong. We've got
- 4:23Speaker 2: it wrong. Go sit and think about what you did right.
- 4:25Speaker 2: We've been not us. We don't have it wrong. We've
- 4:27Speaker 2: been going through this process for a while, but now
- 4:29Speaker 2: it's all kind of coming together and it just makes
- 4:33Speaker 2: more sense.
- 4:37Speaker 1: In a class I.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Taught a couple about a week or so ago.
- 4:43Speaker 1: They were there to learn about stress management. Of course
- 4:48Speaker 1: they get a whole lot more from me, and I
- 4:50Speaker 1: don't know anybody in this room, and so of course
- 4:57Speaker 1: I'm talking about heavy emotions and how it's stored in
- 5:01Speaker 1: the body. And people will show up in as teachers
- 5:06Speaker 1: for us, pushing those buttons that we have that triggers us,
- 5:10Speaker 1: where we have these reactive moments of anger or resentment
- 5:17Speaker 1: or frustration or irritation and all the things. And so
- 5:23Speaker 1: at the end of it, I said, listen, you're really
- 5:27Speaker 1: really good. You're really good. We're all really good. Myself
- 5:30Speaker 1: and clude, we're all really good at these heavy emotions.
- 5:36Speaker 1: We got anger down. We know how anger operates. We
- 5:39Speaker 1: got that, we know how guilt works, we got that,
- 5:42Speaker 1: like we understand these heavy emotions. How about we live
- 5:47Speaker 1: lighter and you can just feel the energy of the room.
- 5:52Speaker 1: It was almost like a like a breath and just
- 5:57Speaker 1: a relaxed moment, like some tension was released just from
- 6:07Speaker 1: hearing those words. It was giving a permission. If I
- 6:12Speaker 1: would have said I'd give you permission to live lighter,
- 6:14Speaker 1: that would have just been a whole different message. But
- 6:16Speaker 1: when I said, how about we all just live lighter?
- 6:22Speaker 1: They could feel that, Like you could just I sense
- 6:25Speaker 1: like they could just feel those words and be like, oh,
- 6:30Speaker 1: it's like when that light bulb goes up. You're like, oh, yeah,
- 6:34Speaker 1: I guess I could, like I have that option. Okay, yeah,
- 6:41Speaker 1: so yeah, I like that.
- 6:47Speaker 2: And that made everybody probably stop and but excuse being
- 6:51Speaker 2: think about things a little bit to allow themselves to
- 6:55Speaker 2: have that process.
- 6:56Speaker 1: Like how about we practice chats more often? Like we
- 7:01Speaker 1: have that option, but nobody's given us that given us
- 7:05Speaker 1: that option because nobody knew that option.
- 7:09Speaker 2: Yeah, the only options.
- 7:11Speaker 1: I'm not gonna say the only options, but the options
- 7:13Speaker 1: that we were given was suck it up. Uh, if
- 7:18Speaker 1: you want some to cry, I'll give you something to
- 7:19Speaker 1: cry about.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Go to your room.
- 7:21Speaker 1: As a punishment because you're now you're being shamed do
- 7:26Speaker 1: what I wanted to do. Now you're being guilted into something,
- 7:31Speaker 1: you know, being the people pleaser in the fixer Like
- 7:34Speaker 1: we're we we learned all that and that. Okay, great,
- 7:37Speaker 1: they're great tools because we do need them in a
- 7:40Speaker 1: sense for survival in certain circumstances, not all the fucking time,
- 7:47Speaker 1: that's true, right.
- 7:49Speaker 2: So.
- 7:51Speaker 1: Let's practice, because we've already practiced all that heaviness for
- 7:55Speaker 1: long enough, how about we practice just putting a smile
- 7:59Speaker 1: on your face more often and let that be contagious
- 8:02Speaker 1: or given somebody a hug more often, and practice that
- 8:11Speaker 1: practice the being having kind words more often towards other people.
- 8:17Speaker 2: It's a practice. And especially if you've you've been.
- 8:19Speaker 1: A person who is judgmental, it's a practice not to
- 8:24Speaker 1: be judgmental. So practice it. Yeah, if you criticize yourself,
- 8:30Speaker 1: it's a practice to look in the mirror and say, man,
- 8:33Speaker 1: you're you're amazing, you're beautiful. I love that we get
- 8:36Speaker 1: to do life together. I like that have to practice
- 8:41Speaker 1: these things to get better at them, which means we
- 8:44Speaker 1: get we have to practice being lighter in our our
- 8:47Speaker 1: mental state, our emotional state, which then shows up in
- 8:52Speaker 1: our physical body.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Agreed. It's really just listening to self, right, it's really
- 9:04Speaker 2: listening to that stuff. It really is, because you really
- 9:09Speaker 2: don't know how often you spend you could be right here.
- 9:14Speaker 2: I'm right here, right in front of you. But if
- 9:16Speaker 2: I'm constantly worried and thinking about all these other things,
- 9:19Speaker 2: I'm not right here. I'm missing out on everything right here.
- 9:22Speaker 2: I'm not living life. I'm living in this story that
- 9:24Speaker 2: I'm creating. And I had been doing that forever, and
- 9:27Speaker 2: recognizing that I recognize it now. So it's like I
- 9:30Speaker 2: don't have to do that anymore. I didn't have to
- 9:32Speaker 2: before either, but it's what I knew and I'm not
- 9:34Speaker 2: going to beat myself up for it because that's what
- 9:37Speaker 2: I knew, and I know different now, so I have
- 9:40Speaker 2: an opportunity. You have a choice. So I'm doing things differently.
- 9:46Speaker 2: I do everything differently. There's so many things that have changed.
- 9:52Speaker 2: I don't even know. You know, when you think about
- 9:55Speaker 2: think about a class reunion, right, I've never gotten to
- 9:58Speaker 2: a class reunion, and I'm fifty worldly fifty five this year.
- 10:02Speaker 2: The spotty will be anyways. But it's like you think
- 10:05Speaker 2: about that there's I would have nothing in common with anybody,
- 10:08Speaker 2: even family that you haven't. There's people I can even
- 10:12Speaker 2: say that I was calling him my stepdad, but he
- 10:15Speaker 2: was like he was my dad growing up. He was
- 10:17Speaker 2: my dad. Let's be real. He was the dad, the
- 10:19Speaker 2: only dad that I knew at that time. And it's
- 10:22Speaker 2: like and I and I recognize now he did the
- 10:24Speaker 2: best he could and it kept me alive. I'm still here,
- 10:28Speaker 2: you know. And so I may have picked up behaviors
- 10:31Speaker 2: from my mom and my dad or people that were
- 10:33Speaker 2: around me, but it's like I don't have to like
- 10:37Speaker 2: imprison them somewhere because of the stuff they've you know,
- 10:39Speaker 2: the ways that I perceive it, because that's a victim standpoint,
- 10:42Speaker 2: But I look at it as like, well, I've had
- 10:44Speaker 2: that experience. I don't have to have that experience anymore.
- 10:47Speaker 2: I don't have to be in that flow anymore. So
- 10:48Speaker 2: I don't hold anybody in that space of darkness or
- 10:51Speaker 2: or in that space of unforgiving, you know, hating them
- 10:56Speaker 2: and all this other stuff. So I'm in a different space,
- 11:00Speaker 2: and believe me, I feel lighter, I feel less serious,
- 11:03Speaker 2: I feel more joyful. More often. I'm finding that, oh
- 11:08Speaker 2: my gosh. I was sitting I was sitting at my
- 11:10Speaker 2: daughter's house the other day, and this is how I know.
- 11:13Speaker 2: This kind of goes along with it when when the
- 11:15Speaker 2: kids do something and they say something and it triggers
- 11:19Speaker 2: your victim inside. That victim that's inside is that my
- 11:23Speaker 2: little child that when that child was little, had the
- 11:25Speaker 2: same experience. And now that's why I'm having the response
- 11:28Speaker 2: that I'm having because I don't even have to have
- 11:31Speaker 2: that response. But she was reading this. She said, oh,
- 11:34Speaker 2: I was listening to TikTok the other day and they
- 11:36Speaker 2: were reading this. This guy was reading this story and
- 11:39Speaker 2: about how the little girl it's like, okay, hurry up,
- 11:42Speaker 2: we gotta get on the bus, and the bus drivers like,
- 11:44Speaker 2: hurry up, we gotta hurry up and get to school.
- 11:45Speaker 2: I'm running behind get to school, and the teacher's like,
- 11:48Speaker 2: hurry up, we gotta do this. And she's like out
- 11:49Speaker 2: on the recess getting ready to count some lady bugs
- 11:52Speaker 2: up but you know, spots on the back, and the
- 11:55Speaker 2: friends like, hurry up, we gotta go do this so
- 11:57Speaker 2: we can eat our food. And then the teachers like,
- 11:59Speaker 2: hurry up, you gotta do you know, it's it's been
- 12:01Speaker 2: that way all day long. And when she said this stuff,
- 12:03Speaker 2: I had an emotional reaction. I actually kind of cried
- 12:06Speaker 2: for a moment, like I felt I welled up with
- 12:08Speaker 2: tears and stuff. And I'm like, that was my whole life.
- 12:11Speaker 2: This is how I've always been, even when I would
- 12:13Speaker 2: get to a place, even when I would get to
- 12:14Speaker 2: my daughter's houses and the grandkids are there, even when
- 12:19Speaker 2: I get there, I'm in a hurry to get them
- 12:20Speaker 2: and get back, get to do the next thing. There's
- 12:24Speaker 2: no way how can you enjoy life? And I'm noticing
- 12:26Speaker 2: now since I had that, I noticed that that I'm
- 12:29Speaker 2: doing it less and less and less. I mean, I
- 12:32Speaker 2: was fifteen minutes late for work today, let's be real good.
- 12:36Speaker 2: It's it wasn't like it was on purpose, but it's
- 12:38Speaker 2: like it's just being too serious. Well, I got to
- 12:41Speaker 2: be a little bit flexible, and sometimes this is the
- 12:43Speaker 2: way life is. Maybe I had to go to the
- 12:44Speaker 2: bathroom in extra time or whatever. It doesn't matter. It
- 12:48Speaker 2: doesn't matter, people, it doesn't We get so wrapped up
- 12:52Speaker 2: in this crap and it doesn't matter. We get so
- 12:54Speaker 2: caught up in all these things that we think that
- 12:55Speaker 2: we're supposed to do and being on time and stuff
- 12:58Speaker 2: for everything. I'm not even gonna be on time when
- 13:00Speaker 2: I die. I'm gonna be so untimely. It's just gonna
- 13:02Speaker 2: be whenever I feel like it. People, I'm just saying
- 13:05Speaker 2: because that's just the way it is. But it's like
- 13:07Speaker 2: we do. We've taken things too seriously and we don't
- 13:10Speaker 2: allow We're trying to control everything because we were controlled.
- 13:15Speaker 2: Did it feel good? No, so go the opposite direction.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Still wear you're close when you go out in public.
- 13:21Speaker 2: Right now though, because that seems to be frowned upon
- 13:23Speaker 2: last time I change. I'm just saying, you, guys, gotta
- 13:26Speaker 2: there's gotta be some you can take take that at home.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Yeah, there's still consequences for that.
- 13:32Speaker 2: I guess there are some consequences in some places, although
- 13:36Speaker 2: you could go into some other areas of the world
- 13:39Speaker 2: where you could do that freely. So yeah, that's true.
- 13:43Speaker 2: It's true again it's a control thing because bad things
- 13:47Speaker 2: could happen in all the sudden. Someone. It's like, people
- 13:51Speaker 2: talk to me about stuff like that. AI is great
- 13:53Speaker 2: because it can be beneficial in a lot of ways.
- 13:56Speaker 2: It's just not to be reliant upon it one hundred percent.
- 13:58Speaker 2: We've got our own internal guide. Yeah, we do. Massage
- 14:02Speaker 2: is great, but you can go to Massafa's therapist that
- 14:05Speaker 2: can use it as good or they can use it
- 14:07Speaker 2: as bad. It's anything, and it's like, well, I'm going
- 14:11Speaker 2: to stand in my integrity and I'm going to you know,
- 14:13Speaker 2: do the best that I can every single time with
- 14:15Speaker 2: every single person that comes in. Yeah. So it's just
- 14:20Speaker 2: like being open. It's not being so closed off and
- 14:22Speaker 2: so fearful of all the things that are going on. Again,
- 14:26Speaker 2: we're the creators. If we want to create things, what
- 14:28Speaker 2: do you want to create from that space? I mean,
- 14:31Speaker 2: AI can come in and clean my house all they
- 14:33Speaker 2: want to. I'm good with that. Bring it on. Oh
- 14:38Speaker 2: allow that. So I mean it's like, use it how
- 14:41Speaker 2: you want to use it, right, if you want to
- 14:42Speaker 2: write your stories and stuff. But to me, that's all great,
- 14:45Speaker 2: but I'd rather I mean, I have seen some of
- 14:47Speaker 2: the stuff. It is actually pretty nice. But I kind
- 14:49Speaker 2: of like to write my own stuff, you know, I
- 14:51Speaker 2: like it to be at I've told you before. When
- 14:54Speaker 2: I read books, especially when someone does an auto biography
- 14:57Speaker 2: and it's their information or if they wrote it specifically
- 14:59Speaker 2: them selves, their energy is in that book. You feel it.
- 15:03Speaker 2: It's palpable. And then when you if you if I
- 15:05Speaker 2: was to write a book and then take AI and
- 15:07Speaker 2: have them you know, embellish everything or you know, make
- 15:10Speaker 2: it even look better. I'm not it's not going to
- 15:13Speaker 2: be the same because it's not my energy. So it's
- 15:15Speaker 2: like where you're missing out and thinking, Okay, AI can
- 15:17Speaker 2: paint a painting that you know, like it's seen before, Okay,
- 15:20Speaker 2: but we're there's no energy behind that painting, Like, think
- 15:23Speaker 2: about these things, there's no I was listening to the scale.
- 15:28Speaker 2: She's a channeler and she's talking about like, you know,
- 15:31Speaker 2: be be with things that are organic. It's so it's
- 15:35Speaker 2: great to utilize the stuff that's out there, but it's
- 15:39Speaker 2: not live, do you know what I mean? It's not organic.
- 15:43Speaker 2: And so it's just being in that space of you know,
- 15:45Speaker 2: finding things that are organic. And that goes with our
- 15:48Speaker 2: foods too, goes with everything, our clothing, our foods, everything
- 15:51Speaker 2: that you can think of total shifts. We're like, we're
- 15:54Speaker 2: looking at total shifts right now, and I think it's wonderful.
- 15:57Speaker 2: I think it's wonderful. You got more and more people.
- 15:59Speaker 2: I've had people come in me talking about going to
- 16:01Speaker 2: their doctors, and the doctors aren't wanting to listen to
- 16:03Speaker 2: what they're saying. What do you mean you're not going
- 16:06Speaker 2: to go on this medication. You could have heart attack
- 16:08Speaker 2: or you could have I'm not going on the medication.
- 16:12Speaker 2: Oh so you would just choose to die. You're just
- 16:14Speaker 2: cheating because they don't know. Because it's not because the
- 16:17Speaker 2: doctors are bad doctors, because the information they've been given
- 16:20Speaker 2: they believe, they believe all that stuff, And there's so
- 16:23Speaker 2: many people out right now that are doing their own
- 16:25Speaker 2: research on things. They're actually exploring things more so we're
- 16:29Speaker 2: seeing huge shifts. We could look at it as a
- 16:32Speaker 2: negative and people pushing against other people, but it's like
- 16:35Speaker 2: it's an opportunity for these doctors whoever they're seeing, to
- 16:40Speaker 2: explore some of the things that their clients are saying
- 16:42Speaker 2: or their patients are saying to like, you know, to
- 16:45Speaker 2: not know because I was that person too well, I
- 16:48Speaker 2: already know. So if I already know everything, I don't
- 16:49Speaker 2: need any new information because I thought I freaking knew
- 16:52Speaker 2: a lot of shit, and I don't know shit. I
- 16:54Speaker 2: don't know anything. I have experiences that I could talk about,
- 16:58Speaker 2: but that doesn't mean that I know that means I've
- 17:00Speaker 2: had an experience and it's and it's like there's too
- 17:03Speaker 2: many moving parts and all this stuff.
- 17:06Speaker 1: Well, it's the time now where we and I think
- 17:11Speaker 1: I started talking about this back in twenty twenty with
- 17:16Speaker 1: the pandemic experience that each it's it's we're at a
- 17:22Speaker 1: point where it is so vitally important that people start
- 17:28Speaker 1: learning how to be more in tune. I got this light.
- 17:33Speaker 1: You can see my blinds are open, So I keep
- 17:36Speaker 1: fifty over and that listening to your intuition because with
- 17:45Speaker 1: AI there is so much stuff that is fault. And
- 17:49Speaker 1: I also think about I saw I saw a picture
- 17:52Speaker 1: of a couple on social media, and I could tell
- 17:57Speaker 1: that the they had made themselves look better because they
- 18:08Speaker 1: are older than what the picture shows and it's supposed
- 18:10Speaker 1: to be a current picture. So with that, you know,
- 18:14Speaker 1: we when in our era growing up, the girls, all
- 18:20Speaker 1: most of our focus was on our We were not
- 18:23Speaker 1: good enough physically, we weren't pretty enough, we weren't the
- 18:26Speaker 1: right size, the shape, that all the things, because the
- 18:29Speaker 1: magazines depicted that this is what you needed to look
- 18:32Speaker 1: like in order to be attractive. So we grew up
- 18:36Speaker 1: with that and it was it's been very damaging to
- 18:40Speaker 1: us mentally and emotionally to see ourselves in a way
- 18:44Speaker 1: that that we thought we should be in order to
- 18:48Speaker 1: be loved and accepted. And now we have the ability
- 18:54Speaker 1: to do it ourselves, to make ourselves look better. So
- 19:00Speaker 1: instead of the organic aging, uh and showing pictures like that, Well,
- 19:06Speaker 1: now I can take a picture, I can fluff it up,
- 19:08Speaker 1: reduce the wrinkles and the lines and all the things,
- 19:12Speaker 1: and then look amazing and put that out there. But
- 19:14Speaker 1: when if you come to my class and then I
- 19:17Speaker 1: stand up there and I look a little different or
- 19:22Speaker 1: a lot of different than what you saw on that image,
- 19:25Speaker 1: you'd be like, wait, it's the energy. It's then too,
- 19:29Speaker 1: the energy, like you're saying, the energy is totally going
- 19:33Speaker 1: to affect what you're putting out there. So AI generated photos,
- 19:39Speaker 1: the AI generated content I use. I use AI a
- 19:43Speaker 1: lot for my marketing stuff, and I create it, but
- 19:47Speaker 1: I also go back and read it and make sure
- 19:49Speaker 1: it's in alignment with whatever I'm teaching, make sure it's
- 19:53Speaker 1: in the language that I would use and to attract
- 19:58Speaker 1: the audience. And so but your intuition is it every
- 20:06Speaker 1: every I just don't know how to put this, as
- 20:10Speaker 1: we continue to move forward, being intuitive, knowing what feels
- 20:18Speaker 1: right and what you what feels out of alignment is
- 20:23Speaker 1: going to be very, very critically critical to know within yourself. Yeah,
- 20:30Speaker 1: so you know it's truth and what is not?
- 20:34Speaker 2: Yep, because that's our navigation. That's our navigation, that's our discernment, honestly,
- 20:40Speaker 2: and that's the thing. It's there. You're right, there's a
- 20:42Speaker 2: lot of things that are out there that there's you know,
- 20:44Speaker 2: that is being said as if it's truth and it's
- 20:47Speaker 2: not truth. It's like everything that I hear from people,
- 20:51Speaker 2: I really check and see how does that fill in
- 20:53Speaker 2: my body? And if I'm not getting goosebrumps from it,
- 20:56Speaker 2: I'm not giving in any weight. Yeah, I'm not. If
- 21:01Speaker 2: I'm being told all this stuff about the government and
- 21:03Speaker 2: all this other stuff and I'm not feeling anything from it,
- 21:07Speaker 2: I'm using this as my gauge. And it's just like
- 21:10Speaker 2: before we've talked about this, and if I didn't start
- 21:12Speaker 2: doing my meditation last at the end of last year
- 21:16Speaker 2: or whenever I started doing it, it's been a few months, actually,
- 21:19Speaker 2: it's been a while. I don't think that I could
- 21:22Speaker 2: tolerate a lot of the things that are going on
- 21:25Speaker 2: these days energy wise, without even knowing, without even looking
- 21:29Speaker 2: at news or any that kind of stuff, there's an
- 21:31Speaker 2: energy if that's out there. And it's like, without knowing
- 21:33Speaker 2: that stuff, if I didn't meditate, I don't think that
- 21:38Speaker 2: I could navigate this very well. I don't. And so
- 21:42Speaker 2: it's been very beneficial for me to be able to
- 21:45Speaker 2: be in that space and to be able to do
- 21:46Speaker 2: that where I go out of my way every day
- 21:49Speaker 2: to and if I can't get it in the morning
- 21:50Speaker 2: to do my meditation, I do a couple of times.
- 21:52Speaker 2: I do it at night before I go to bed too,
- 21:54Speaker 2: but I will do another time where I do my writing.
- 21:57Speaker 2: That's where it's important. I want to do my channel
- 21:58Speaker 2: writing or my you know, maybe it's just gratitude or whatever,
- 22:02Speaker 2: because it's nice to be in gratitude when you're writing
- 22:04Speaker 2: that stuff on paper. And that's probably that's probably what's
- 22:07Speaker 2: promoted to shift withinside of myself in a lot of ways,
- 22:11Speaker 2: or my team's been guided you that way. And it's like,
- 22:13Speaker 2: because I ask when I'm not feeling when I'm not
- 22:16Speaker 2: feeling good, I'm asking to feel better, Like how can
- 22:18Speaker 2: I feel better? They see a bigger picture than I do.
- 22:20Speaker 2: I see it like with my blinders on and a
- 22:23Speaker 2: lot of times, and so I'm not going to see
- 22:25Speaker 2: something more without it being expressed to me. And I
- 22:27Speaker 2: and a lot of stuff pops into my head and
- 22:30Speaker 2: it's different words. It's stuff that comes forward, so I
- 22:32Speaker 2: know that it's not me, and it's words that I
- 22:35Speaker 2: just don't use. It's like words I have where I'm
- 22:37Speaker 2: looking up words. I'll say things and I'm like, well,
- 22:39Speaker 2: that's kind of crazy. How I go look up the
- 22:41Speaker 2: word afterwards to see, Okay, yeah, that was actually worked.
- 22:44Speaker 2: That was used very well in that sentence. And I
- 22:47Speaker 2: wouldn't have thought so because I didn't know that word.
- 22:49Speaker 2: You know, maybe I use it when I was a kid,
- 22:51Speaker 2: or I don't know. You know, it's now when I
- 22:54Speaker 2: look back at things, when you think about like the
- 22:56Speaker 2: vocabulary and English and all that stuff, it's there's so
- 22:58Speaker 2: much more of a benefit to those words that we
- 23:01Speaker 2: I had no clue. I just hated school, to be quite,
- 23:05Speaker 2: I never liked school. I never liked school. And it's
- 23:09Speaker 2: such an interesting process when you when you look back
- 23:12Speaker 2: and you think about those things, it's like, why not
- 23:15Speaker 2: it wasn't it just was. It's a scary place. It wasn't.
- 23:18Speaker 2: I mean, it's like, I don't know, throwing your kids
- 23:21Speaker 2: to the freaking wolves basically because you don't because there's
- 23:25Speaker 2: mean kids out there and sometimes you gotta be mean
- 23:28Speaker 2: to kind of match up or kind of keep yourself
- 23:30Speaker 2: safe for what. I don't know. It's just there was
- 23:32Speaker 2: a lot of energies and a lot of crap growing up,
- 23:35Speaker 2: and I just did not care for school.
- 23:40Speaker 1: I'm I'm right there with you.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Yeah, it would have been nice for me too.
- 23:44Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I didn't.
- 23:49Speaker 2: I wasn't excited about school now and then I hear
- 23:55Speaker 2: the grandkids, It's like, I don't honestly, I don't feel
- 23:57Speaker 2: like school should be it's for as many hours a
- 23:59Speaker 2: day as it is that I think it should be
- 24:01Speaker 2: like little house on the prairie and you're you know,
- 24:05Speaker 2: you go through school for a couple hours a day
- 24:07Speaker 2: and not because you have to go work in the
- 24:09Speaker 2: fields and stuff. But what if you did, you know,
- 24:11Speaker 2: it's it's your we get to we get exposed to
- 24:15Speaker 2: different things, different environments, but home is safe. I mean
- 24:19Speaker 2: home for me is safe. It's a safe place. So
- 24:24Speaker 2: school just wasn't. Yeah, school just wasn't. It was not beneficial.
- 24:30Speaker 2: I mean, I guess it probably was beneficial because obviously
- 24:32Speaker 2: I got to this point, but I don't know. It
- 24:34Speaker 2: just wasn't. I wasn't the match for that kind of environment.
- 24:37Speaker 2: And I think it's because I was just so different
- 24:39Speaker 2: and then trying to fit into a space that I
- 24:41Speaker 2: just didn't fit into but didn't understand. And I'm and
- 24:44Speaker 2: it's not because I'm unique. I think a lot of
- 24:46Speaker 2: us have felt that way.
- 24:47Speaker 1: Yeah. Just then also, for so many years, home wasn't safe.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Yeah, and then you go to school.
- 24:56Speaker 1: It's not safe at school, and then you did you
- 24:58Speaker 1: don't know where to go, what to do, and and
- 25:02Speaker 1: I'm with you now, I'm like, I want to go home.
- 25:05Speaker 1: I just want to go home. I got things you
- 25:07Speaker 1: can do at home, and that feel good to me.
- 25:09Speaker 2: So yeah, it's nice. It's nice to have that safe haven.
- 25:18Speaker 2: And if you don't have one right now, for anybody
- 25:20Speaker 2: that's out there listening, we just presented an opportunity for you.
- 25:24Speaker 2: What does a safe haven look for?
- 25:25Speaker 1: It like?
- 25:25Speaker 2: For you, it's like getting a notebook down and writing
- 25:28Speaker 2: down all these things, like what does it look like?
- 25:30Speaker 2: It's just like when you look about relationships when you
- 25:32Speaker 2: want to have that ideal person, or even if you're
- 25:34Speaker 2: already in a relationship and things aren't going the way
- 25:36Speaker 2: you like, well, what what do you see that you would?
- 25:38Speaker 2: What do you want from the things you've experienced? That's
- 25:41Speaker 2: the opposite of that. Maybe it is I want to
- 25:43Speaker 2: be holding hands all day long, or I want to
- 25:45Speaker 2: be going for walks, or I want to longingly look
- 25:50Speaker 2: into my partner's either cross some candle at dinner or
- 25:53Speaker 2: something like that, or it's like whatever, it's but we
- 25:55Speaker 2: have it's it's our story and that's the whole thing
- 25:58Speaker 2: that you know, we talked about that a little bit
- 26:00Speaker 2: the last one, but I just want to I'll probably
- 26:02Speaker 2: keep reminding people it's our story. And it's like you
- 26:05Speaker 2: can be miserable and be a victim to your story
- 26:07Speaker 2: because it's all our creation, or we can enjoy it
- 26:11Speaker 2: and really start creating. Yeah, so you're creating, So you
- 26:14Speaker 2: think about that. You're creating all these things, and we
- 26:18Speaker 2: have control over slow it down or speed it up,
- 26:20Speaker 2: or you know, we have that by by asking Okay,
- 26:23Speaker 2: what's next. It's like, okay, spirit, I've got all this information,
- 26:27Speaker 2: which which one which should we implement first, like because
- 26:30Speaker 2: what's needed in this timeframe and maybe for you like
- 26:33Speaker 2: a lot of us stuff because like you don't know
- 26:35Speaker 2: what's going to happen in the class. You can fly
- 26:37Speaker 2: by the seat of your pants and it might be
- 26:39Speaker 2: you have this information and knowledge in you spirit might
- 26:42Speaker 2: be like, hey, look at the third one you just
- 26:44Speaker 2: wrote down. Do that in this group today. You may
- 26:46Speaker 2: not even have a plan for it. But it's like
- 26:48Speaker 2: it's it's organic, right, it's one hundred percent whatever you're
- 26:53Speaker 2: flowing spirit, you're channeling too. It's we do We all
- 26:56Speaker 2: do it all the time. We all do it all
- 26:59Speaker 2: the time, unless we're constantly saying I think I think
- 27:02Speaker 2: means that you're you're pulling from up here. Yeah.
- 27:06Speaker 1: You know when people have a change in their life,
- 27:08Speaker 1: you know, they post it on social and it's like, oh,
- 27:10Speaker 1: I'm starting a new job or oh I'm moving or
- 27:14Speaker 1: whatever in the comments I put You're the author of
- 27:18Speaker 1: your of this of your life. So make the next
- 27:21Speaker 1: chapter amazing or I'm looking forward to hearing how the
- 27:24Speaker 1: next chapter unfolds, or something like that to encourage them to,
- 27:29Speaker 1: you know, just go and have an amazing time with
- 27:33Speaker 1: the embraces. Yeah yeah, okay, kids, tea time with Amy
- 27:42Speaker 1: and Bev. This is what we do. We show up,
- 27:45Speaker 1: we have these conversations or organic conversations.
- 27:48Speaker 2: Bev and I don't prep for these.
- 27:49Speaker 1: It was it was a spur of the moment. Hey moarning,
- 27:55Speaker 1: let's do it now, okay. And then like Bev and I,
- 27:59Speaker 1: we typically don't talk on a regular basis, but we
- 28:02Speaker 1: tend to have similarities in our experiences and then we
- 28:06Speaker 1: come together and it's like, oh, yeah, me too. So
- 28:10Speaker 1: we're on that me too movement only in a different way.
- 28:13Speaker 1: Yeah we had the other me too movement too, but
- 28:17Speaker 1: we're just like you know, we're on a different one now, different,
- 28:21Speaker 1: different level.
- 28:22Speaker 2: Now, different energies for sure. Absolutely.
- 28:26Speaker 1: So if these conversations resonate with you, be sure to
- 28:32Speaker 1: subscribe to our channel, share the content, be resourceful. You
- 28:36Speaker 1: can find us on many platforms. We're on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram,
- 28:41Speaker 1: Google Podcasts, podcast, Attic, iHeartRadio, Spotify, Speaker and so there's
- 28:49Speaker 1: no excuse why you can't share a link to a
- 28:53Speaker 1: platform about these conversations, or be brave and courageous and
- 28:58Speaker 1: have the conversations yourself. Either way, we encourage you to
- 29:02Speaker 1: just keep going and stay on the path of wanting
- 29:06Speaker 1: to live lighter and choosing to live lighter, have lighter conversations,
- 29:12Speaker 1: play more, laugh more, embrace life more, and just know
- 29:18Speaker 1: it can keep getting better and better and better. So
- 29:21Speaker 1: you just got to stay the course, keep focused on
- 29:25Speaker 1: what you want and desire and your dreams and goals,
- 29:28Speaker 1: and keep moving in that direction. So any final words.
- 29:33Speaker 2: I'd say, go out and find yourself an inexpensive go
- 29:36Speaker 2: to the dollar store and get yourself an amazing notebook,
- 29:40Speaker 2: find the fanciest, coolest pin, and then go home and
- 29:43Speaker 2: start writing all the things that you want to create
- 29:45Speaker 2: in your life. How you want to see your relationships?
- 29:48Speaker 2: What does the best relationship look like? What does the
- 29:51Speaker 2: best boss look like? Maybe it's you. What does the
- 29:53Speaker 2: best environment look like? What is what is your What
- 29:57Speaker 2: does your free time look like? Where do your hobbies
- 29:59Speaker 2: look like? Total me, write it all down, don't hold back,
- 30:04Speaker 2: and don't make it according to well I only make
- 30:06Speaker 2: this much money right now. If that's not a factor,
- 30:09Speaker 2: it's not a factor. It's creating outside of that. That's
- 30:12Speaker 2: what I say.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Go to release the judgments, don't allow those those thoughts
- 30:17Speaker 1: like well, people will laugh at me, or somebody reads this,
- 30:19Speaker 1: they're gonna think I'm crazy. It doesn't matter. It's not
- 30:22Speaker 1: for them, it's for you, and just so just put
- 30:24Speaker 1: it all down. Yeah, hundred percent, absolutely all right, my friend,
- 30:31Speaker 1: Thanks for hanging out with us, Tea time with Amy
- 30:33Speaker 1: and Bev and we'll catch you next time.
- 30:35Speaker 2: See you later,
