Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. So the House Democrats on the Judiciary Committee
- 0:09Speaker 1: are coming out swinging. And they're finally demanding something that
- 0:13Speaker 1: I've been yelling about for years. And that is a
- 0:16Speaker 1: special counsel to investigate Jeffrey Epstein. Now of course they're
- 0:22Speaker 1: only calling for a special counsel to investigate Trump's ties
- 0:25Speaker 1: to Jeffrey Epstein. But as we all know, If you
- 0:29Speaker 1: appoint a special counsel, that shit goes off the rails
- 0:32Speaker 1: real quick. And they're going to investigate everything. It doesn't
- 0:36Speaker 1: matter what it has to do with. So I'm all
- 0:40Speaker 1: for a special counsel, but it has to be the
- 0:42Speaker 1: right one. Not one of these politically radioactive idiots. I'm
- 0:47Speaker 1: talking about going to get somebody like, I don't know,
- 0:50Speaker 1: Alan Jackson, Tenny Garagos, Mark Agnefilo, and paying them a
- 0:55Speaker 1: king's ransom. You get what you pay for in life, right?
- 1:00Speaker 1: So if you want a special counsel that's going to
- 1:02Speaker 1: handle business and do the right thing, you're going to
- 1:05Speaker 1: have to pay for it. I don't want no Jack Smith.
- 1:08Speaker 1: I don't want, you know, no Robert Mueller. I want
- 1:11Speaker 1: somebody that is not political. Somebody that's going to come
- 1:15Speaker 1: in here, look at every single facet of it, and
- 1:18Speaker 1: call a spade a spade. Because the time for bullshitting
- 1:22Speaker 1: is long over. Now's the time for action. And look,
- 1:26Speaker 1: these Democrats are talking a big game. But I hope
- 1:30Speaker 1: they understand that they're going to be held to all
- 1:33Speaker 1: of this. If you're making promises right now during the
- 1:36Speaker 1: midterms about Jeffrey Epstein, let me tell you, you're going
- 1:41Speaker 1: to be reminded of those promises on a regular basis.
- 1:45Speaker 1: So if you're using this as part of your campaign strategy,
- 1:48Speaker 1: understand that this issue doesn't go away when the election ends.
- 1:53Speaker 1: And if these Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee are
- 1:56Speaker 1: serious about a special counsel, I fully support it. But
- 2:01Speaker 1: that said, why don't we read this little clip here
- 2:03Speaker 1: from Politico and then jump into the report itself? Because
- 2:07Speaker 1: I think that's important to get on the books, right?
- 2:10Speaker 1: Let's see what the House Judiciary Committee is saying about
- 2:13Speaker 1: President Trump. And I think the best way to do that, obviously,
- 2:16Speaker 1: is to give you the full report for yourself without
- 2:19Speaker 1: any commentary from me. So that's what we'll do. We'll
- 2:22Speaker 1: read through the report like usual, and we'll see where
- 2:25Speaker 1: things stand. But one thing's clear. This cover-up of the
- 2:30Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein scandal is not going away. Headline, House Judiciary
- 2:36Speaker 1: Democrats want a special counsel to investigate Trump's ties to Epstein.
- 2:41Speaker 1: This article, or snippet of an article, was authored by
- 2:44Speaker 1: Chris Marquette. House Democrats are making increasingly clear they have
- 2:49Speaker 1: no plans to abandon their line of inquiry into whether
- 2:52Speaker 1: President Donald Trump was involved in Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking ring,
- 2:56Speaker 1: should they retake the majority in the midterms. A new
- 3:00Speaker 1: report from the minority staff for the House Judiciary Committee
- 3:03Speaker 1: released Monday calls for a special counsel to investigate Trump's
- 3:07Speaker 1: ties to the late convicted sex offender, alleging he was
- 3:10Speaker 1: an active participant in Jeffrey Epstein's sexual abuse of young
- 3:14Speaker 1: women during the mid to late 1990s. Now, look, we
- 3:18Speaker 1: need real evidence of that, right? That is a big allegation.
- 3:25Speaker 1: And besides Jane Doe 4 and Katie, there has been
- 3:29Speaker 1: no allegations about Donald Trump partaking. Now, that doesn't mean
- 3:34Speaker 1: he didn't, but we have to be on point and
- 3:37Speaker 1: we have to make sure that all of our ducks
- 3:38Speaker 1: are in a row and that all of the evidence
- 3:40Speaker 1: is there. You have to remember who you're dealing with here.
- 3:44Speaker 1: You're not dealing with some, you know, Two-bit nobody, you're
- 3:48Speaker 1: dealing with Donald Trump. One of the most politically savvy
- 3:51Speaker 1: dudes we ever ran into. And I know people don't
- 3:53Speaker 1: want to hear it, but it's true. For this man
- 3:56Speaker 1: to be elected twice, you have to be politically savvy
- 4:00Speaker 1: to do that. Or it has to be an act
- 4:02Speaker 1: of God. And we know that didn't happen. Donald Trump
- 4:05Speaker 1: is the ultimate salesman. The dude will package some shit
- 4:10Speaker 1: and sell it to you as gold. And unfortunately, there's
- 4:13Speaker 1: a lot of people that buy into it. So based
- 4:15Speaker 1: on the reports about Jane Doe 4 and what Katie
- 4:18Speaker 1: Johnson said, I think that Donald Trump should be looked at.
- 4:22Speaker 1: And if there's any evidence that he was partaking in
- 4:25Speaker 1: the abuse, then he, like anyone else, should be prosecuted.
- 4:30Speaker 1: But I don't want anybody getting ahead of their skis here.
- 4:33Speaker 1: And I think that when it comes down to it,
- 4:35Speaker 1: what we have evidence of, real evidence of, is a cover-up.
- 4:40Speaker 1: And that's why I continue to call for the special
- 4:41Speaker 1: counsel to to investigate the cover-up. And if this is
- 4:44Speaker 1: the doorway in, then I'm here for it. If they're
- 4:47Speaker 1: going to say, okay, we're investigating Trump, and then they
- 4:50Speaker 1: bring a special counsel on, they have to understand that
- 4:53Speaker 1: that special counsel is going to go after everybody. Bill
- 4:57Speaker 1: Richardson's going to be looked into, George Mitchell, the Clintons,
- 5:04Speaker 1: Reid Hoffman, everybody. It's not going to be a one-way street.
- 5:09Speaker 1: And I hope everybody is prepared to to hold everybody
- 5:12Speaker 1: that's found accountable, accountable. While Congress does not have the
- 5:18Speaker 1: power to appoint a special counsel, the report also makes
- 5:21Speaker 1: the case for increased federal support to assist with state
- 5:24Speaker 1: and foreign prosecutions of Epstein's co-conspirators, along with further congressional
- 5:29Speaker 1: action to uncover Epstein's expansive sex trafficking scheme. Both actions
- 5:34Speaker 1: lawmakers could undertake through legislation, so a special counsel has
- 5:38Speaker 1: to be appointed by the DOJ, right? And this DOJ
- 5:41Speaker 1: is not going to do it. But this DOJ is
- 5:44Speaker 1: not going to be in power forever. The DOJ is
- 5:47Speaker 1: made up of people. And those people come and go.
- 5:50Speaker 1: And if the Democrats happen to win, and they take
- 5:54Speaker 1: the presidency back in 2028, all bets might be off.
- 5:58Speaker 1: Then again, that's a long time from now. And we
- 6:01Speaker 1: can't really, you know, forecast much politically that far in
- 6:04Speaker 1: the future. Shit changes quick. But I would think that
- 6:08Speaker 1: there would be a special counsel that would be appointed.
- 6:11Speaker 1: After all the talk, all the bullshit, all the promises,
- 6:14Speaker 1: that's what needs to happen. So I'm happy to see
- 6:16Speaker 1: this rhetoric. And I know a lot of people will think, oh,
- 6:19Speaker 1: this is politically motivated, blah, blah, blah. Well, so is
- 6:21Speaker 1: the cover-up, okay? And when you're in a street fight,
- 6:24Speaker 1: sometimes you gotta fight dirty. The women who survived Epstein
- 6:29Speaker 1: deserve to be heard. Congress must have the complete files
- 6:32Speaker 1: required by law, and an independent special counsel must investigate
- 6:36Speaker 1: Epstein's co-conspirators and DOJ's cover-up, and ensure that state and
- 6:40Speaker 1: foreign prosecutors have the evidence they need to pursue justice.
- 6:44Speaker 1: Representative Jamie Raskin of Maryland, the panel's top Democrat, said
- 6:49Speaker 1: in a statement, and Jamie Raskin has been at the
- 6:52Speaker 1: forefront of this, talking a whole bunch of shit. So
- 6:56Speaker 1: if and when the House gets flipped, I expect Jamie
- 6:58Speaker 1: Raskin to be at the forefront, demanding transparency, and coming
- 7:04Speaker 1: up with all kinds of legislative ways to do that.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Because it's not just getting elected on the back of
- 7:10Speaker 1: this story. It's actually following through. So I hope that
- 7:14Speaker 1: they understand that. Because if not, they're going to be
- 7:17Speaker 1: stepping into some shit at their own peril. Look what's
- 7:20Speaker 1: happening to Donald Trump right now. And if you think
- 7:23Speaker 1: people are just going to ignore the Democrats, ignoring everything
- 7:27Speaker 1: they've said, over the past, what, two years almost now?
- 7:31Speaker 1: You're crazy. They've built up a whole lot of expectations,
- 7:36Speaker 1: and they better live up to it. Trump has denied
- 7:40Speaker 1: any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein's actions and has repeatedly
- 7:43Speaker 1: said he and Epstein had a falling out years ago
- 7:46Speaker 1: and that he banned Epstein from Mar-a-Lago for being a creep.
- 7:50Speaker 1: Does anyone buy that? I mean, come on, really? That's
- 7:54Speaker 1: why you banned him? Sure, Donald, sure. Next week it'll
- 7:58Speaker 1: be a different story. But Democrats think the House Republican-led
- 8:03Speaker 1: Epstein investigation has allowed accusations against Trump to go unchecked.
- 8:07Speaker 1: They also want to put more pressure on the Justice
- 8:09Speaker 1: Department to account for the agency's slow walking and haphazard
- 8:13Speaker 1: release of all the Epstein files, despite the law Congress
- 8:16Speaker 1: passed last year compelling all materials to be made available.
- 8:20Speaker 1: I mean, they've just done whatever they've wanted to do.
- 8:24Speaker 1: They don't give a fuck about the law. That's for
- 8:26Speaker 1: me and you, not them. They write the laws. They
- 8:29Speaker 1: don't have to follow them. And then they have the
- 8:33Speaker 1: audacity to get out there and talk about how this
- 8:35Speaker 1: is a law enforcement... administration, and shut up. God, just
- 8:39Speaker 1: shut up already. Their new report titled The Case Against
- 8:44Speaker 1: Donald Trump Emerging in the Epstein Files and DOJ's Desperate
- 8:49Speaker 1: Efforts to Cover It Up lists five women who have
- 8:51Speaker 1: accused Trump of raping or sexually assaulting them in the
- 8:54Speaker 1: company of Epstein. Every single one of those claims needs
- 8:58Speaker 1: to be looked at and looked at hard. And it
- 9:01Speaker 1: doesn't matter if it's Donald Trump, the Pope, or God himself.
- 9:05Speaker 1: I don't care. If those allegations are made, they need
- 9:08Speaker 1: to be investigated. And if they were investigated, show us
- 9:11Speaker 1: the work. Who was involved? Who wrote the memos? Where
- 9:14Speaker 1: did they come from? What agents were involved? What did
- 9:17Speaker 1: they think? We don't have any of that. But yet
- 9:22Speaker 1: they want us to believe them? They want us to just,
- 9:24Speaker 1: you know, go with the program and say, yeah, you
- 9:26Speaker 1: know what, it's a big hoax. It's pathetic. It truly is.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Lauren Biss, a White House spokesperson, said in a statement
- 9:33Speaker 1: that Trump has been totally exonerated. on anything related to Epstein,
- 9:37Speaker 1: adding that the president has done more for Epstein's victims
- 9:40Speaker 1: than anyone before him by releasing thousands of pages of documents,
- 9:44Speaker 1: cooperating with the House Oversight Committee's subpoena request, signing the
- 9:49Speaker 1: Epstein Files Transparency Act, and calling for more investigations into
- 9:54Speaker 1: Epstein's Democrat friends. Well, I won't beat that horse for
- 9:58Speaker 1: too long, considering we talk about it all the time,
- 10:01Speaker 1: but it's bullshit. Absolute bullshit. Donald Trump didn't do more
- 10:05Speaker 1: for the survivors than anybody else. He's done less. And
- 10:08Speaker 1: besides Epstein himself and Ghislaine Maxwell and the people that participated,
- 10:13Speaker 1: his bullshit is the most harmful. A spokesperson for House
- 10:19Speaker 1: Judiciary Republicans did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Well,
- 10:23Speaker 1: that doesn't shock me. What are they going to say?
- 10:26Speaker 1: I mean, besides, well, it's a big old hoax. Short
- 10:30Speaker 1: of that, they have nothing to say. Nothing worthwhile anyway.
- 10:33Speaker 1: But for me, the most important message out of all
- 10:36Speaker 1: of this is that people that are in a powerful
- 10:38Speaker 1: position are finally talking about a special counsel. Because as
- 10:42Speaker 1: far as I'm concerned, if you want to get to
- 10:44Speaker 1: the bottom of this, it's the only way. So I
- 10:47Speaker 1: support all calls for a special counsel. And as far
- 10:51Speaker 1: as this report goes, the 50 page report, we're going
- 10:54Speaker 1: to dive into that as well. But for this one,
- 10:56Speaker 1: I think we're going to wrap up right here and
- 10:58Speaker 1: we'll keep the conversation going when we dive into that report.
- 11:03Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
- 11:06Speaker 1: found in the description box.
