This is a fun conversation with the cross-country coach over at Walker Valley in Bradley County Tennessee. We talk about her program there for the Mustangs, we talk about her running journey and what’s coming up in the future for that, we talk about how she got into Running and we also talk about how she got into coaching, and then of course there’s the rapid fire questions at the end.
