- 0:04In this political coliseum, we slay the rising
- 0:08beast with the fateful sword of truth that
- 0:11transcends hypocrisy and censorship.
- 0:16It's time to unleash yourself from the tyrants
- 0:18of media propaganda on the America Out Loud
- 0:21Talk Radio Network.
- 0:26This is Unleashed the Political News Hour.
- 0:32Welcome to Unleash the Political News Hour.
- 0:35I'm your host, Bruce Robertson.
- 0:38Well, it's been a crazy week again.
- 0:40Every week seems to be a crazy week,
- 0:41folks.
- 0:43So that's nothing new if you've been listening
- 0:45to the program and following the news.
- 0:48But I'm going to take a little different
- 0:51angle on the week's news this week.
- 0:54I'm going to talk about cleaning house in
- 0:562026.
- 0:59It's springtime in most of America, and it's
- 1:02time for some spring cleaning, and we're going
- 1:05to talk about cleaning house in 2026.
- 1:09We are undergoing what I see as fifth
- 1:12generation warfare.
- 1:15And I think President Donald Trump understands that
- 1:17as well as anyone.
- 1:20He's been under siege ever since he came
- 1:22down that elevator, an escalator, really, at uh
- 1:25Trump Tower in New York City to announce
- 1:28his first candidacy.
- 1:30Um he's been under attack, and we've been
- 1:34under attack as supporters and uh conservatives, and
- 1:38it's time to understand that we are in
- 1:41fifth generation asymmetrical warfare.
- 1:45And President Trump has been posting, as you
- 1:47know, on Truth Social, and he has said
- 1:50that this issue, this particular issue that I'm
- 1:52going to bring up right now, is bigger
- 1:54than Watergate.
- 1:57It's straight up sedition against the United States
- 1:59government.
- 2:02He has said the following He said while
- 2:05Barack Obama commissioned the intelligence community to falsify
- 2:08intelligence.
- 2:12His CIA initiated the single largest spying operation
- 2:16on American soil in U.S.
- 2:20history.
- 2:22And that included instructing the five eyes.
- 2:25Now, do you know what the five eyes
- 2:26are?
- 2:27The five eyes are the intelligence alliance of
- 2:31Canada, Australia, the UK, and New Zealand and
- 2:34the U.S., those are the five eyes.
- 2:39All the English speaking countries in the world
- 2:41Canada, Australia, UK, New Zealand, and the United
- 2:44States.
- 2:46And so they call that the five eyes.
- 2:49And he apparently Obama instructed the five eyes
- 2:53to spy on Trump and the 2016 Trump
- 2:57presidential campaign.
- 3:01And now we have evidence.
- 3:04Obama's CIA director John Brennan identified 26 Trump
- 3:09associates to quote unquote bump.
- 3:15Now, to bump them means to make contact
- 3:18with them or manipulate them.
- 3:21And uh the House Judiciary Committee has just
- 3:25confirmed that a whistleblower report, uh, they confirmed
- 3:28a whistleblower report that the FBI had targeted
- 3:32Donald Trump soon after he announced his presidential
- 3:35campaign in June of 2015 when he came
- 3:38down that escalator at Trump Tower.
- 3:42Um, an off the book operation, it was
- 3:46an off-the-book operation, ordered by Obama's deputy chief
- 3:50of staff, and indicted FBI director James Comey
- 3:54that predated the crossfire hurricane operation.
- 3:59Two female FBI undercover agents had infiltrated Trump's
- 4:032016 campaign, and they were directed to act
- 4:07as quote unquote honeypots while traveling with Trump
- 4:11and his campaign.
- 4:16So this has just come out.
- 4:17Trump is aware of it.
- 4:19Uh it's it we we have more evidence
- 4:21on this as days go by, but there's
- 4:24a tremendous amount of evidence on this, folks.
- 4:27All this stuff's being declassified as we speak.
- 4:30So listen, I think we need to arrest
- 4:32them all.
- 4:34I think we need to prosecute them all,
- 4:37incarcerate them all at once for treachery, treason,
- 4:40and seditious conspiracy to overthrow the United States
- 4:43government.
- 4:47But first, Barack Obama.
- 4:50All roads lead to Barack Obama.
- 4:56And speaking of sedition and espionage, uh this
- 4:59one reads more like a James Bond story
- 5:02than an actual real life situation, but it
- 5:05is real, I assure you it's real.
- 5:09Former Arcadia, California mayor, Eileen Wang has resigned
- 5:13after agreeing to plead guilty to acting as
- 5:17an agent of the Chinese government, according to
- 5:21the U.S.
- 5:25Department of Justice this week.
- 5:28Federal prosecutors this week said that Wang worked
- 5:32with Chinese officials between 2020 and 2022 to
- 5:37spread pro-beijing propaganda through a website targeting the
- 5:42Chinese American community, while allegedly operating under the
- 5:47direction of the People's Republic of China.
- 5:51That's the Communist Chinese Party.
- 5:55The charge carries a potential sentence of up
- 5:57to ten years in federal prison.
- 6:00This case exploded online because it sounds less
- 6:04like local politics and more like an international
- 6:07geopolitical thriller.
- 6:11Prosecutors claim that Wang used encrypted communications with
- 6:15Chinese officials, and that she helped distribute state-approved
- 6:19narratives before later being elected to Arcadia's City
- 6:23Council in 2022 and then becoming mayor through
- 6:27the city's rotating system.
- 6:32Authorities emphasize that the alleged conduct stopped before
- 6:36she officially took office.
- 6:39Well, it doesn't really matter, but the story
- 6:43still triggered major debate around foreign influence, political
- 6:47infiltration, and how global power struggles are increasingly
- 6:51showing up inside local American institutions.
- 6:56They're here, folks.
- 6:57They're here.
- 6:58There are sleeper cells, both Islamic and Chinese,
- 7:00Both Islamic and Chinese and probably some other
- 7:01and probably some other influences too, and they're
- 7:04influences too, and they're embedded right here in
- 7:05embedded right here in our systems in the
- 7:07our systems in the good old USA.
- 7:08good old USA.
- 7:12We are clearly at war with principalities.
- 7:12We are clearly at war with principalities.
- 7:19You've heard about the Iran War, and you've
- 7:22heard about the lawfare war, as I've reported
- 7:25it here on these broadcasts many times.
- 7:28The lawfare war.
- 7:28The lawfare war against conservatives, Donald Trump, MAGA
- 7:33supporters, and our American way of life.
- 7:37All of the attacks by the deep state
- 7:41on Trump and conservatives have been outlined here
- 7:44as a lawfare war.
- 7:48And I'm sure that if you're a Christian,
- 7:51you've probably heard from the pulpit about the
- 7:53war between good and evil that's been raging
- 7:56stronger lately.
- 7:58But you know, it's been going on since
- 8:01really since the beginning of time, since the
- 8:04beginning of humanity, since Cain slew Abel.
- 8:07But I'm not sure how many people here
- 8:11truly understand the massive war that we are
- 8:15in and have been in here since at
- 8:18least 2015, when Trump came down that elevator.
- 8:22And I'm not talking about Iran because that's
- 8:24not a war and it never has been.
- 8:27It's more of a strategic military operation to
- 8:30destroy a deep state proxy.
- 8:33But I digress.
- 8:34That's not my point right now.
- 8:36The real war that's been raging since 2015
- 8:40is a political power and information war, which
- 8:43is officially labeled as fifth generation warfare, as
- 8:47I said earlier.
- 8:51It's truly the most dangerous type of war
- 8:55because it's all based around psychological warfare and
- 8:59propaganda to brainwash populations into thinking whatever the
- 9:03powers that be want them to think.
- 9:07And if you don't think that we are
- 9:11at war domestically, I would like to remind
- 9:14you that they arrested the president of the
- 9:17United States of America four times.
- 9:21They charged him 91 times.
- 9:24They indicted him four times.
- 9:27They spied on his campaign.
- 9:29They sabotaged his first term.
- 9:32They jailed his supporters.
- 9:34They raided his private residence.
- 9:37They censored him.
- 9:38They gagged him.
- 9:39They tried to bankrupt him.
- 9:41And they attempted to remove him from state
- 9:43ballots in the election.
- 9:46And when all of that failed, ladies and
- 9:49gentlemen, they tried to assassinate him.
- 9:53Not once, but at least four times.
- 9:58And then they go on national television to
- 10:01talk about how we need to vote for
- 10:05them to save democracy.
- 10:09Have you ever seen such a gaslighting program,
- 10:13a gaslighting agenda in your life?
- 10:20They go on national television to say how
- 10:23we need to vote for them to save
- 10:27the democracy after doing all those subversive, seditious,
- 10:30treasonous things.
- 10:35And now it's all coming out that it
- 10:37was all based on false narratives.
- 10:40They created stories, they leaked them to the
- 10:42press, they used them to impeach, they used
- 10:45them to have lawfare, they used them to
- 10:47indict, and they were all false.
- 10:50Every single one of them was false.
- 10:54So here's the truth bomb.
- 10:56Trump was indicted.
- 10:57One of the things he was indicted for
- 11:00was for quote unquote pressuring the Georgia Secretary
- 11:04of State Brad Raffensberger to investigate election integrity
- 11:07in his state.
- 11:12Five years later, Georgia comes out and admits
- 11:16that they illegally certified 315,000 ballots in the
- 11:212020 election, handing Biden a win.
- 11:25By the way, Biden only won by 11,779
- 11:28votes in that state.
- 11:31So they illegally certified 315,000 ballots.
- 11:36Biden won by 11,779.
- 11:40And they said Trump should be indicted, and
- 11:44he was indicted for pressuring quote unquote Georgia
- 11:48to investigate the election integrity in his state.
- 11:53And the attorney for Trump, remember Trump's attorney,
- 11:55Cindy Powell.
- 11:58She was sentenced to six years' probation, $6,000
- 12:03in fines, and $2,700 in restitution.
- 12:10And she was asked to apologize.
- 12:12She was made to apologize for challenging the
- 12:15fraudulent vote results.
- 12:19Now Fulton County admits that 315,000 votes had
- 12:23no poll worker signatures.
- 12:28Now Cindy Powell is going to get her
- 12:30money back, and they have to rescind the
- 12:32probation that she was on.
- 12:34They try to take her law license away.
- 12:37And she, and they, you know, the uh
- 12:40powers that be that in that uh attacked
- 12:43her legally, the law fair that they mounted
- 12:45against her, those people will be forced to
- 12:48apologize to Sidney Powell.
- 12:51That's a reversal, folks.
- 12:53That's all of this is coming out now.
- 12:56And uh GOP lawmaker, a GOP lawmaker has
- 13:01introduced a resolution to expunge now both maliciously
- 13:05false impeachments against Donald Trump.
- 13:11That's right.
- 13:12Representative Daryl Issa of our Congress, he's a
- 13:15Republican, obviously, and he is moving to wipe
- 13:19President Trump's two impeachments from the House record
- 13:22completely.
- 13:26He's arguing that Democrats used false claims and
- 13:30broken procedures to stain Donald Trump's reputation.
- 13:34The California Republicans' resolution, Daryl Issa's from California,
- 13:38uh his resolution reignites a fierce constitutional fight
- 13:42over whether Congress can undo what he calls
- 13:46a partisan abuse of impeachment power.
- 13:51And um, we're gonna go to a break
- 13:54right now, but when I come back, I'm
- 13:56gonna detail the rest of that story, and
- 13:59then we'll move on with this version of

- 15:32Well, the American people have seen Google's track
- 15:33record.

- 15:38player in the AI race.
- 15:45Now is our time, my fellows.
- 15:48America outmail dot news, liberty and justice for
- 15:50all.
- 16:00Welcome back to Unleashed.
- 16:02Ladies and gentlemen, I'm your host Bruce Robertson.
- 16:05And before we left for the break, uh
- 16:08I was outlining the move by Representative Daryl
- 16:12Issa from California, where he's moving to wipe
- 16:16President Trump's two impeachments from the House record,
- 16:19arguing that Democrats used false claims and broken
- 16:23procedures to stain President Trump's reputation.
- 16:27Now the California Republicans' resolution reignites a fierce
- 16:31constitutional fight over whether Congress can undo what
- 16:35he calls a partisan abuse of impeachment power.
- 16:39Daryl Issa introduced a resolution claimed at reversing
- 16:43both House impeachments of President Trump.
- 16:46The resolution is known as House Resolution 1211,
- 16:49and it has been referred to the House
- 16:52Judiciary Committee.
- 16:55The measure says both impeachments should be expunged
- 16:58as if they never passed the full House.
- 17:09He asked the House, where do you get
- 17:12your reputation back when this happens?
- 17:15The fact is, he said, that the Constitution
- 17:18doesn't spell out what to do when you're
- 17:20wrongfully indicted.
- 17:35If you're impeached by the House famously, where
- 17:38do you go to get your reputation back?
- 17:42People are still going to say, oh, but
- 17:44he was impeached.
- 17:45Well, if it's reversed, no, he's not impeached.
- 17:49That's the question.
- 17:50He argued that the answer is to return
- 17:52to Congress and to force a vote on
- 17:54the record.
- 17:56Issa said that the goal is to unring
- 17:59this bell.
- 18:01And that makes a lot of sense.
- 18:03So the 2019 impeachment is also challenged, and
- 18:08the resolution argues that Trump's 2019 impeachment was
- 18:12built on unreliable and politically biased information.
- 18:17It points to newly disclassified material that I've
- 18:21reported on here on this broadcast that Issa
- 18:24says undermines the anonymous whistleblower complaint that triggered
- 18:28the inquiry in the first place.
- 18:37It also alleges that the whistleblower was assisted
- 18:40by officials who had a political bias.
- 18:44And Issa further argues that House investigators mishandled
- 18:47or misrepresented what they called evidence while denying
- 18:50President Trump, President Trump the chance to confront
- 18:53his accusers.
- 18:56And we have that right in the United
- 18:59States of America to confront one's accusers.
- 19:14Tulsi Gabbard said that those documents revealed a
- 19:18coordinated effort inside the intelligence community.
- 19:22And she said that that effort was used
- 19:25to manufacture a conspiracy that became the basis
- 19:28for impeaching President Trump.
- 19:492021 impeachment was also attacked.
- 19:53And uh Issa's resolution also targets President Trump's
- 19:562021 impeachment.
- 20:00It argues that the House rushed the process
- 20:03from introduction to passage in just two days.
- 20:07The resolution says that lawmakers did not conduct
- 20:10a full evidentiary procedure.
- 20:12It notes that the measures uh advanced without
- 20:16fact, witness or any extended investigation.
- 20:20They impeached him for essentially an insurrection, a
- 20:24true high crime, and that on its face
- 20:27is false, Issa said.
- 20:32The GOP support is building for this effort.
- 20:36Previous attempts to reverse President Trump's impeachments were
- 20:40reintroduced in 2022 and 2023, but those efforts
- 20:45never received hearings, markups, or floor votes.
- 20:57So the effort also has support from House
- 21:00Support from House Judiciary Chair, Jim Jordan.
- 21:00Judiciary Chair Jim Jordan.
- 21:03And I met Jim Jordan not long ago,
- 21:03And I met Jim Jordan not long ago,
- 21:05and I talked to him about this.
- 21:05and I talked to him about this.
- 21:08And Jordan said Democrats weaponized impeachment against President
- 21:08And Jordan said Democrats weaponized impeachment against President
- 21:11Trump with politically motivated charges.
- 21:11Trump with politically motivated charges.
- 21:16Well, we all know that, but you know,
- 21:16Well, we all know that, but you know,
- 21:18Jordan is uh is behind this now.
- 21:18Jordan is uh is behind this now.
- 21:20So Jim Jordan is on board.
- 21:20So Jim Jordan is on board.
- 21:23And we've also got, ladies and gentlemen, so
- 21:23And um we've also got, ladies and gentlemen,
- 21:25so we've got these impeachments, these false impeachments
- 21:26we've got these impeachments, these false impeachments that
- 21:27that that
- 21:29uh Daryl Issa and Jim Jordan are trying
- 21:32to get reversed now in uh our Congress.
- 21:35But we've also got these voting issues.
- 21:39Our voting systems have been so badly corrupted,
- 21:42and the mainstream media has become essentially the
- 21:45propaganda arm of the uniparty elite in Washington
- 21:48that we can't get a straight answer or
- 21:52a straight shake or a straight election.
- 21:56Our intelligence and law enforcement divisions were horribly
- 22:00corrupted under the regimes of Bush and Obama
- 22:04and Clinton and Biden.
- 22:10And this is exactly why.
- 22:12Have you heard of the Q operation?
- 22:14Uh Trump has referenced it a few times,
- 22:16and some people say that it doesn't really
- 22:18exist, that it's a fantasy.
- 22:20But this is exactly why the Q operation
- 22:23really couldn't happen until now.
- 22:26Uh, you know, there was no possible method
- 22:29of fighting an information war before we had
- 22:32the internet.
- 22:36But now we have the internet, and it's
- 22:39very sophisticated, and it becomes more sophisticated every
- 22:42day with artificial intelligence, for example, and improved
- 22:46search um programs.
- 22:50But what you saw on your television or
- 22:53on in your newspapers back before internet days,
- 22:55uh, that was it.
- 22:58There was no other method of gaining information.
- 23:02So they had a very narrow delivery system
- 23:04of propaganda, and they could get the nation
- 23:07thinking in a certain way just by reporting
- 23:09it in the newspapers and on TV.
- 23:12Not anymore, folks.
- 23:14Before the internet, there was no way to
- 23:17go around mainstream media.
- 23:20And the mainstream media, after all, we're finding
- 23:22out are mostly or all just deep state
- 23:25propaganda machines.
- 23:28The mainstream media has been controlled by the
- 23:31deep state and foreign entities for decades, only
- 23:35putting out the information that the cabal wants
- 23:39us to have or wants us to think.
- 23:43The internet changed everything, folks.
- 23:46It's the biggest revolutionary change to our society
- 23:49since the printing press.
- 23:54It has given we the people and our
- 23:56military the ability to put out the truth
- 23:59on a separate platform than the television.
- 24:02In fact, it's given Donald Trump a platform
- 24:04to put out his truths when they when
- 24:07the media is refuses to cover some of
- 24:09the benefits and the programs that he's doing,
- 24:12the good things that he's doing for our
- 24:14nation.
- 24:16They won't cover it.
- 24:19And on top of that, they put out
- 24:22false information and propaganda against what he's doing.
- 24:26So that's why 4chan, there's 4chan and 8
- 24:30Chan, and that's why 4chan was originally used
- 24:33by the Q military operation.
- 24:38This is why people are so confused about
- 24:41Iran and what's truly going on over there.
- 24:45Because people still pay attention.
- 24:47There's still a lot of people that pay
- 24:49attention to the mainstream media in the newspapers.
- 24:52I mean, you know, this, I still see
- 24:53a bunch of, I still see old guys
- 24:55driving in the morning going to pick up
- 24:56a newspaper.
- 24:58Okay.
- 24:59I mean, why would you believe the information
- 25:01that's in those newspapers?
- 25:04It's a narrow, narrow focus.
- 25:06Why would you believe what's on CNN or
- 25:08even Fox News for that matter?
- 25:11It's agendized information.
- 25:15The mainstream media is in overdrive right now,
- 25:18trying to make everyone believe the complete opposite
- 25:22of what Donald Trump, President Donald Trump and
- 25:25the military are putting out in the information
- 25:29space known as FORTRAN or ATRAN.
- 25:35It's all to confuse you, folks, and that's
- 25:38the epitome of fifth generation warfare.
- 25:42We've been in this war for over a
- 25:45decade, and most people have had no idea.
- 25:49At some point, people will have to make
- 25:52the choice that they want to know the
- 25:54truth, and then come to the understanding that
- 25:57we are in an information war.
- 26:02Now let's talk about our election systems and
- 26:05the warfare going on and the corruption that
- 26:09exists in our election systems.
- 26:14The New York Times this week reported some
- 26:16terrific news.
- 26:18The headline, Trump administration demands names of 2020
- 26:22election workers in Georgia.
- 26:28Not just some of them, all of them.
- 27:18Or wondered why a burst pipe at an
- 27:21election polling area at a vote counting area
- 27:25required everybody to stop counting, except for a
- 27:29few highly dedicated volunteers who were apparently willing
- 27:32to get their feet wet and pull suitcases
- 27:36out from under tables.
- 27:40If you believed any of that, and if
- 27:43you so much as raised an eyebrow at
- 27:46any of that, you were immediately branded a
- 27:49threat to democracy itself.
- 27:54But all is not well within this immaculate
- 27:57monument to civic perfection.
- 28:00Snags have appeared, and there are cracks in
- 28:00Snags have appeared, and there are cracks in
- 28:03the armor of them trying to protect this
- 28:03the armor of them trying to protect this
- 28:07covert operation.
- 28:07covert operation.
- 28:10The Department of Justice now under Todd Blanch
- 28:10The Department of Justice now under Todd Blanch
- 28:14has issued a grand jury subpoena to the
- 28:14has issued a grand jury subpoena to the
- 28:18Fulton County Board of Registrars and elections.
- 28:18Fulton County Board of Registrars and elections.
- 28:22The Department of Justice is asking for something
- 28:22The Department of Justice is asking for something
- 28:25fairly straightforward, folks.
- 28:25fairly straightforward, folks.
- 28:27He's asking for all the name.
- 28:27He's asking for all the names, addresses, phone
- 28:31numbers, and email addresses of roughly 3,000 electric
- 28:34election workers and volunteers who touched the ballots
- 28:38in 2020.
- 28:42Now, short of an arrest warrant, I want
- 28:44you to know something.
- 28:47A grand jury subpoena, which is what they
- 28:49just issued, is about as serious as it
- 28:51gets.
- 28:54A standard civil subpoena, of course, can be
- 28:56challenged.
- 28:58It can be negotiated and routinely delayed, and
- 29:01people even ignore sometimes standard subpoenas.
- 29:05And they do that for months or years
- 29:08while lawyers argue about the scope and relevance
- 29:10of the subpoenas.
- 29:13But a grand jury subpoena is a different
- 29:16animal entirely, folks.
- 29:19For one thing, a grand jury subpoena confirms
- 29:23that somebody is in the crosshairs of a
- 29:26federal criminal investigation and case.
- 29:30And not just, that's not just an FBI
- 29:32fishing expedition.
- 29:35Okay.
- 29:36It's not just opposing counsel looking for information.
- 29:40It carries the full weight of federal criminal
- 29:44law and compliance to a federal grand jury
- 29:49subpoena is presumed to be mandatory.
- 29:55So the standard for quashing a grand jury
- 29:57subpoena is also much higher.
- 30:00Extremely high.
- 30:02Courts almost never do it.
- 30:05Because grand juries are supposed to have the
- 30:08power to investigate broadly in any case.
- 30:12There is no we need a little more
- 30:14time option.
- 30:16So now, if you had just overseen the
- 30:20most secure and magnificent election in American history,
- 30:23as they told us, you might assume that
- 30:26you'd be proud of your work, right?
- 30:29You might assume that these election workers are
- 30:32proud of running the most secure and magnificent
- 30:35election in American history, as they told us.
- 30:38You might expect these Fulton County folks to
- 30:41step forward and take a bow and maybe
- 30:44ask for a commemorative plaque with their name
- 30:47on it, or maybe at least a lapel
- 30:50pin saying, you know, yes, I was there,
- 30:53I scanned the ballots, I defended democracy.
- 30:57But oh no, folks.
- 30:59Instead, Fulton County officials immediately ran to a
- 31:03federal judge with a 27-page motion begging the
- 31:06court to squash the subpoena.
- 31:11They claim that the Department of Justice is
- 31:13trying to target, harass, and punish them.
- 31:17This is a very odd and fascinating response
- 31:19from someone who presumes that they're who tries
- 31:22to get us to presume that they're guilt,
- 31:24they're uh innocent.
- 31:28Okay, if the 2020 election in Fulton County
- 31:31was entirely above board, if every signature was
- 31:35matched properly, if every machine was calibrated calibrated
- 31:38and functioned properly, and every ballot was handled
- 31:42with the utmost integrity, then why is the
- 31:46mere prospect of the United States Judicial Department
- 31:49issuing a grand jury subpoena, simply wanting to
- 31:53know who worked the election.
- 31:57Why is that considered?
- 31:58Some kind of existential threat to democracy.
- 32:04They're gaslighting again, folks, to prove its innocence.
- 32:08The county, Fulton County, has hired the notorious
- 32:11Abby Lowell.
- 32:15Abby Lowell is one of the most expensive
- 32:18and prominent defense attorneys in Washington, D.C.
- 32:22And she's been hired to fight the subpoena.
- 32:26It's almost like somebody higher up said, we
- 32:28can't afford to lose this fight, guys.
- 32:31We better hire the best.
- 32:32We need a hired gun here.
- 32:36As their legal basis, Fulton County's lawyers, you
- 32:39know, they argue that the statute of limitations
- 32:43has expired.
- 32:47Now, this is the legal equivalent of saying,
- 32:49you know, we definitively did not steal the
- 32:52cookies, but even if we did steal the
- 32:54cookies, you can't punish us for stealing the
- 32:56cookies because it happened more than five years
- 32:59ago.
- 33:03Well, to be fair, folks, Fulton County is
- 33:06having a pretty rough year.
- 33:09Back in January, the FBI raided their election
- 33:13hub and storage facility, and they hauled off
- 33:16roughly 700 boxes of 2020 election documents.
- 33:21Nobody outside the grand jury room knows where
- 33:25this is going, but the scale and persistence
- 33:28of the effort, the raid of the warehouse,
- 33:31a civil lawsuit, and now a subpoena, a
- 33:35federal grand jury subpoena for 3,000 names, suggests
- 33:38that whoever is driving this bus believes that
- 33:42there is something real to be found.
- 33:47So here's my take on all this.
- 33:50The most obvious reason for the subpoena and
- 33:53the subpoenas that are coming out is to
- 33:56build a comprehensive witness list and evidence list.
- 34:00This is standard investigative groundwork.
- 34:03Get the list, start making the calls, trace
- 34:05everybody down, chase down every lead, and see
- 34:08who's willing to talk and which one's lawyer
- 34:11up.
- 34:14But what's worse for Fulton County is that
- 34:18there's another common play that could also explain
- 34:21the subpoenas, looking for a cooperative witness with
- 34:24nearly 3,000 names on that list.
- 34:28Those odds favor that at least some of
- 34:31the workers saw something that wasn't kosher.
- 34:35Or they were pressured, pressured to do something
- 34:37that they were uncomfortable with.
- 34:40Or maybe they just want to tell their
- 34:42story from their point of view when something
- 34:44didn't seem right to them.
- 34:48Prosecutors in complex criminal cases almost always build
- 34:51the case from the bottom up.
- 34:54They find the lowest level participant who might
- 34:57be nervous and wants to avoid penalties or
- 35:00Penalties or even jail time, and they offer
- 35:01even jail time, and they offer them immunity
- 35:02them immunity or leniency from prosecution, and uh
- 35:04or leniency from prosecution, and uh they work
- 35:05they work their way up the chain that
- 35:07their way up the chain that way.
- 35:08way.
- 35:11The sheer breadth of the quest request, uh,
- 35:11The sheer breadth of the request, uh, everybody,
- 35:14everybody, they want everybody, all the names, not
- 35:14they want everybody, all the names, not just
- 35:16just the supervisors, but every worker down to
- 35:16the supervisors, but every worker down to the
- 35:19the janitor, I think.
- 35:19janitor, I think.
- 35:22Uh this suggests with this kind of scope
- 35:22Uh this suggests with this kind of scope
- 35:24that they are casting a very wide net,
- 35:25that they are casting a very wide net
- 35:27precise.
- 35:28precisely to find that person or persons who
- 35:31can crack this case wide open like a
- 35:34pinata.
- 35:39So if the physical evidence about which we've
- 35:42heard so much, the ballots, the machine logs,
- 35:45the tabulator tapes, if they show discrepancies, then
- 35:48a cooperative witness who can explain how these
- 35:51discrepancies occurred transforms a forensic anomaly into a
- 35:54criminal conspiracy.
- 35:57And that's the difference between numbers don't add
- 35:59up, and here's the person who told me
- 36:01to run these ballots through over and over
- 36:03again.
- 36:06The former is a political argument, the latter
- 36:08is a criminal indictment.

- 38:16Go to TWC.
- 38:25So I'm talking here.
- 38:27Welcome back, by the way, to Unleash the
- 38:28Political News Hour.
- 38:30I'm Bruce Robertson, your host here for Unleashed.
- 38:34I've been talking about the uh Fulton County,
- 38:38Fulton County grand jury subpoenas that have been
- 38:41issued for a list of all the people
- 38:45who were involved in that election and the
- 38:48vote counting and everything else.
- 38:52Um I've said that there was a warehouse
- 38:54raid that got 700 boxes worth of documents
- 38:57and ballots and so forth, and now there's
- 39:00a subpoena on the table to uh subpoena
- 39:03every single worker at that facility.
- 39:06So the county's statute of limitations argument is
- 39:09interesting because they say that the statute of
- 39:12limitations has expired.
- 39:15So even if we did it, you can't
- 39:17prosecute us.
- 39:19Well, I think that's a dead loser.
- 39:22You know, it's true for most standalone offenses,
- 39:24but it's not true for conspiracy charges, which
- 39:27have a much longer clock and reset every
- 39:30time a conspirator takes an overt act in
- 39:33furthering the conspiracy.
- 39:37So the statute of limitations argument also fails
- 39:41if the investigation considers conduct that continued beyond
- 39:442020.
- 39:48For example, if records were altered, destroyed, or
- 39:51concealed after the election.
- 39:55The FBI's January raid focused partly on record
- 39:58retention violations, which would be a separate and
- 40:01more recent offense.
- 40:04So the statute of limitations is no slam
- 40:06dunk here.
- 40:09But the real theory that should make Fulton
- 40:12County most nervous is that the grand jury
- 40:16may just be using 2020 as a baseline
- 40:20predicate, establishing a pattern of conduct, whereas the
- 40:23real target might be what happened in subsequent
- 40:27elections like 2024.
- 40:31If the same workers, supervisors, or systems were
- 40:35involved in the 2024 election, and if there's
- 40:39evidence of ongoing misconduct, then the 2020 data
- 40:42becomes the foundation and baseline of a much
- 40:46bigger case than 2020 alone.
- 40:50And this would completely explain why the Department
- 40:53of Justice is still actively pursuing this five
- 40:56years after the fact, and why they raided
- 41:00the warehouse in January rather than simply closing
- 41:03the file.
- 41:06The Fulton County situation is just a microcosm
- 41:10of a broader Democrat polycrisis, I would say,
- 41:14that could show endemic and deliberate and embedded
- 41:18flaws in our voting systems.
- 41:22Systemic flaws.
- 41:25Now, Democrats spent four years using the legal
- 41:28system as a political bludgeon against Donald Trump.
- 41:33Two impeachments, four criminal indictments, civil fraud cases,
- 41:36state prosecutions, and now the instrument is in
- 41:40other hands, let's say.
- 41:44The norm against weaponizing federal law enforcement has
- 41:48been thoroughly shredded by Democrats.
- 41:52And now it's intellectually impossible for them to
- 41:56argue that investing a political investigating a political
- 41:59opponent's election conduct is somehow illegitimate when they
- 42:00Opponents, election conduct is somehow illegitimate when they
- 42:02just spent the last eight years doing exactly
- 42:03just spent the last eight years doing exactly
- 42:05that.
- 42:06that.
- 42:11And here's another bombshell, if we haven't given
- 42:11And here's another bombshell, if we haven't given
- 42:13you enough to ponder and think about so
- 42:13you enough to ponder and think about so
- 42:15far today.
- 42:15far today.
- 42:19Venezuelan whistleblowers have now exposed 2020 election rigging
- 42:23as Trump stands vindicated.
- 42:29The stolen 2020 election is finally cracking open,
- 42:32and Venezuelan insiders have stepped forward with some
- 42:35concrete evidence of foreign tampering in the American
- 42:39voting process, proving what real Americans knew from
- 42:42day one, that Joe Biden never won that
- 42:46election fair and square in 2020.
- 42:50President Trump has been right the entire time.
- 42:52I mean, didn't you suspect that a man
- 42:55who did not campaign and stayed in his
- 42:58basement during the entire campaign period?
- 43:00While Trump was out scouring the countryside, doing
- 43:03rallies, filling stadiums.
- 43:07Biden sat in his basement and told people
- 43:10they weren't black unless they voted for him.
- 43:14You think that guy won in 2020?
- 43:18You think he got more votes than Barack
- 43:20Obama, the golden Obama?
- 43:24If you do, I think you need to
- 43:26have your head examined.
- 43:30So Trump sits down and he delivers the
- 43:33truth pretty straight.
- 43:37He said the 2020 election was rigged.
- 43:40He states firmly he was interviewed.
- 43:42And he stated firmly he says it without
- 43:44any hesitation.
- 43:46He said it was rigged.
- 43:48And he points to the obvious.
- 43:50He says, listen, look at Georgia.
- 43:52Look at Pennsylvania.
- 43:54Look at these states.
- 43:56They were rigged.
- 43:57There was a rigged election, and they used
- 43:59COVID to hide behind it and do it.
- 44:02Then they used crooked, dirty cops to do
- 44:04it.
- 44:06Trump called out the system.
- 44:08Any time you have mail in voting, he
- 44:10said, you're going to have a rigged election.
- 44:14Anytime you're not using voter ID at the
- 44:16polls, the voter ID that the Democrats don't
- 44:19want, okay?
- 44:22They're fighting us on the Save America Act.
- 44:25Any time when somebody says we don't want
- 44:28voter ID, that means they want to cheat.
- 44:31Why else would they not want voter ID?
- 44:34They say, oh, I'm sorry, black people couldn't
- 44:37figure it out how to get ID.
- 44:39Well, you know, they all have driver's licenses
- 44:42and EBT cards and Social Security cards and
- 44:45you know, welfare uh documents and and job
- 44:49paperwork.
- 44:52I mean, they they all have I mean
- 44:55they all have identification.
- 44:59So it's a farce to say that somehow
- 45:02it it discriminates against people of color to
- 45:06ask for voter ID.
- 45:10Everybody of color who's legitimate in this country
- 45:12has ID.
- 45:16Even White House chief of staff, Susie Wiles
- 45:19dropped a major truth bomb.
- 45:22She confirmed she confirmed that uh Trump dominated
- 45:24Florida and strongly suggested he actually carried most
- 45:27of the other states too, maybe all of
- 45:30them, uh, and that the rig the rigged
- 45:32results said that he lost.
- 45:35He won Florida, but maybe struggled some other
- 45:38states that were were going to find out
- 45:40who actually did win.
- 45:45She said, I think we're gonna find out
- 45:48that he actually did win.
- 45:51Now the FBI has seized hundreds of boxes
- 45:55of 2020 ballots and materials from Fulton County,
- 45:58Georgia, the heart of the steel operation.
- 46:02A federal judge just ruled the DOJ can
- 46:06hold on to these despite desperate Democrat complaints.
- 46:11Those ballots, full of missing scans, broken chain
- 46:13of custody, and suspicious dumps in the middle
- 46:16of the night are finally under real federal
- 46:19review.
- 46:22And this is not theory, folks.
- 46:24This is facts stacking up.
- 46:27We have Venezuelan whistleblowers.
- 46:30We have Trump's consistent stand.
- 46:33We have Susie Wilde's direct confirmation.
- 46:36We have physical evidence now locked down by
- 46:38the FBI.
- 46:40The American people deserve complete transparency and real
- 46:42accountability.
- 46:45The riggers stole it once.
- 46:48It cannot ever happen again.
- 46:50We need to secure the vote.
- 46:52We need to mandate voter ID.
- 46:54We need to have verifiable paper ballots.
- 46:57We need to have one election day, not
- 47:00a month of election days, and we need
- 47:02to drain the swamp for good.
- 47:06And it's not just Fulton County where this
- 47:08is happening.
- 47:10It's not just the manual voting process where
- 47:12this has happened.
- 47:15Let's talk a little bit about gerrymandering.
- 47:18You know, the Democrat voter maps have been
- 47:21badly gerrymandered, and they've used race to uh
- 47:24do the gerrymandering.
- 47:28And now the Democrat voter maps in Virginia,
- 47:31Georgia, and California are about to be nullified.
- 47:35The FBI is busy in Virginia with a
- 47:37new 2020 election probe.
- 47:40And that's been in the news this week
- 47:41as well.
- 47:43Virginia Democrats' plans for a 10 to 1
- 47:46map in the Commonwealth of Virginia have been
- 47:50dashed by that state's Supreme Court this week.
- 47:53The Virginia Supreme Court has dashed the uh
- 47:56Virginia Democrats' plans.
- 47:59On top of that, the FBI this week
- 48:03executed a criminal search warrant at properties owned
- 48:06by the Virginia State Senator Louise Lucas.
- 48:10So the pressure is on, folks.
- 48:12Fulton County lost its bid to stop the
- 48:15Department of Justice from reviewing the 2020 election
- 48:18results.
- 48:20And at that same time, a new special
- 48:23counsel hit them with subpoenas for all their
- 48:26employee and volunteer information.
- 48:29I'd call that a winning week, folks.
- 48:31A winning week for democratic voting processes.
- 48:36And that's a winning week.
- 48:38But there's more.
- 48:40If that's not enough, there's more.
- 48:43Donald Trump made a post on Truth Social
- 48:46this week that could reshuffle the decks even
- 48:48further on voting.
- 48:52President Trump posted that we cannot allow there
- 48:55to be an election that is cut that
- 48:58is conducted unconstitutionally, simply for the convenience of
- 49:00Simply for the convenience of state legislatures.
- 49:01state legislatures.
- 49:04If they have to vote twice, so be
- 49:04If they have to vote twice, so be
- 49:05it.
- 49:05it.
- 49:07We should demand that state legislatures do what
- 49:07We should demand that state legislatures do what
- 49:09the Supreme Court says must be done.
- 49:09the Supreme Court says must be done.
- 49:12And that's more important than administrative convenience.
- 49:12And that's more important than administrative convenience.
- 49:16The byproduct is that Republicans will receive more
- 49:16The byproduct is that Republicans will receive more
- 49:20than 20 House seats in the upcoming midterm.
- 49:20than 20 House seats in the upcoming midterm.
- 49:24Now that's pretty significant, folks.
- 49:24Now that's pretty significant, folks.
- 49:27Trump is calling on state legislatures.
- 49:27Trump is calling on state legislatures to fix
- 49:30their unconstitutional voting districts, which Trump estimates will
- 49:33net the GOP more than 20 seats in
- 49:37the upcoming midterms.
- 49:40If we combine this with voter ID, the
- 49:44Dems are staring at a bloodbath in November.
- 49:49Now let's talk a little bit more about
- 49:52gerrymandering, which is exactly what Trump is referring
- 49:55to here as being unconstitutional.
- 49:58In Tennessee, there's a big victory in Tennessee
- 50:01on the back of a major Supreme Court
- 50:04decision about gerrymandering by race.
- 50:08The Democrats have been redistricting by race to
- 50:12manipulate elections for decades.
- 50:15And it all comes to a screeching stop
- 50:18now that now after this Supreme Court decision
- 50:22that it's against the Constitution to do this.
- 50:30So the gerrymandering comes to a screeching halt
- 50:34now after this Supreme Court decision that it's
- 50:37against the Constitution to do this to gerrymander
- 50:41districts by race.
- 50:46In Virginia, I've mentioned the Supreme Court ruling
- 50:49stating that redistricting using race as a criteria
- 50:52is happening.
- 50:55It's been blocked by the Supreme Court.
- 50:58Now the Virginia State Supreme Court has also
- 51:02just decertified the recent Virginia election as unconstitutional.
- 51:06So they've got big problems in Virginia.
- 51:10The Virginia Supreme Court struck down the blatantly
- 51:13unconstitutional gerrymander attempt by Spanberger and the Democrats.
- 51:17So this is a massive win for the
- 51:20GOP and the midterms.
- 51:22The Democrats tried to steal seats in the
- 51:25House, and it backfired spectacularly.
- 51:29Now, not only do the Dems not gain
- 51:32the seats in Virginia that they thought they
- 51:34had, they're losing seats in other states due
- 51:37to the Supreme Court ruling on the voting
- 51:40rights act, which is leading to the redistricting
- 51:43of many red states in the South with
- 51:45more GOP representation.
- 51:48They have started a gerrymandering war, and they're
- 51:50losing it badly.
- 51:53Republicans could actually gain seats in the House
- 51:56and one or two in the Senate in
- 51:58this midterm as a result.
- 52:01So now let's combine this with voter ID
- 52:05and no mass mail-in ballots, combined with the
- 52:08coming drop in oil prices once Iran is
- 52:12finalized, and all of a sudden, the Democrats
- 52:15are staring down the barrel of a bloodbath
- 52:19in the 2026 midterm elections.
- 52:22Now, some of this stuff is still up
- 52:24in the air, folks, but all this could
- 52:26happen before the elections.
- 52:28The stars are aligning for 2026 to be
- 52:31a fatal blow to the Democrats.
- 52:35And if the MAGA GOP win big, the
- 52:38illusion will be revealed.
- 52:42And the public will see with their own
- 52:45eyes that the Democrats have been propped up
- 52:48by fraud, gerrymandering, propaganda, graft, money laundering, and
- 52:51ultimately all their lies will come home to
- 52:54roost.
- 52:58And the grift continues.
- 53:01American taxpayers are actually paying for all these
- 53:04lawsuits, all this lawfare to oppose Trump, thanks
- 53:08to the Democrats.
- 53:11When will American taxpayers realize that Democrats stalling
- 53:16and lawfare is actually costing the taxpayers money?
- 53:21Currently, there are four Democrat-run states that are
- 53:23suing the Trump administration to stop investigating the
- 53:26Somali fraud.
- 53:29You know, we've had all the Somali fraud
- 53:31stealing money from the taxpayer, and now the
- 53:33taxpayers' money is being used to block the
- 53:35investigation of the fraud.
- 53:39Twenty-two Democrat states are suing the Trump administration
- 53:42to hide their voter rolls and not produce
- 53:44them on demand for inspection.
- 53:48They don't want to be looked into.
- 53:50They don't want to be investigated for the
- 53:51fraud that they're committing.
- 53:53You see what they're doing?
- 53:54And they're spending your money to prevent that
- 53:56from happening, or try and prevent it from
- 53:59happening legally.
- 54:01Twenty-one Democrat-run states are suing the Trump administration
- 54:04to give SNAP benefits and other benefits to
- 54:06illegals.
- 54:11They want to give welfare benefits to illegal
- 54:13aliens.
- 54:15And they're suing to allow that to continue
- 54:17to happen.
- 54:34So yeah, so they're suing the Trump administration
- 54:37because he wants complete transparency on all these
- 54:39sex change operations that they're trying to sneak
- 54:42in to the schools and do them without
- 54:45parental permission.
- 54:48That's what your money's being spent on, folks.
- 54:52There's another taxpayer-funded lawsuit related to Somali fraud
- 54:55investigations trying to freeze their funding.
- 54:58And those are in Colorado, California, Illinois, Minnesota,
- 55:01and New York.
- 55:05So they're trying to prevent us from finding
- 55:08out where the fraud is with the Somalis
- 55:10and trying to freeze their funding that are
- 55:13that's paying for the fraud.
- 55:16There are also lawsuits over voter rolls.
- 55:19The Department of Justice has demanded state voter
- 55:21data.
- 55:23In Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii,
- 55:28Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New
- 55:34Jersey, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, Oregon,
- 55:39Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington.
- 55:44They want the voter rolls in all these
- 55:46states.
- 55:48DC is also involved.
- 55:51They're trying to block sharing the voter rolls.
- 56:01All these different states involved.
- 56:01All these different states involved.
- 56:02The lawsuits over youth, gender, affirming care, and
- 56:02The lawsuits over youth gender affirming care and
- 56:04sex changes, as I said, all these states
- 56:04sex changes, as I said, all these states
- 56:07are involved.
- 56:07are involved.
- 56:10And finally, folks, let's talk about the economy.
- 56:10And finally, folks, let's talk about the economy.
- 56:16The headline here is jobs, jobs, jobs.
