Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: Hey, friend, thank you so much for joining us once again.
- 0:02[SPEAKER_00]: Here on the Bible Trek Echoes Radio Broadcast, I hope you, like so many of our radio broadcast listeners that have contacted me, have enjoyed this week with Dr. Paul Levine.
- 0:14[SPEAKER_00]: It's such a joy to hear this lion of faith.
- 0:18[SPEAKER_00]: The Dean of Evangelists, as he was known toward the ends of his life, realized he started in the evangelism so young, he was led to it by God, he was started and his teenage years he was known as the boy of Evangelist, and he stayed faithful.
- 0:33[SPEAKER_00]: He stayed working, he stayed in the ministry, so long and so well that he became known as the Dean of Evangelists.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_00]: Well, today he's going to conclude a great message that he preached back in nineteen seventy-five.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_00]: He asks this question, do you know for sure?
- 0:53[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know for sure what?
- 0:54[SPEAKER_00]: Well, how about your eternal destiny?
- 0:58[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know where you will spend your eternity?
- 1:02[SPEAKER_00]: Before we get to the last snippet of this message, I'm going to share with you
- 1:07[SPEAKER_00]: a testimony.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_00]: From Miss Betty up in Wisconsin here's what she says, Dear Bible Tracks Incorporated, I am so happy to have a chance to brag on the Lord.
- 1:18[SPEAKER_00]: I've been saved out of Catholicism for about forty years.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_00]: I'm sixty nine years old and my dear husband went to the Lord in October of twenty twenty.
- 1:28[SPEAKER_00]: Although I thought I trusted the Lord for every detail of my life, and I went through many trials through the years.
- 1:34[SPEAKER_00]: I found that this event of my husband's passing showed me that I still have a ways to go.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_00]: The Lord showed me how to go deeper with him, to trust him even more deeply at this time in both my life and the world as it is right now.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_00]: I try to collect the promises in the Bible, in the Word, and meditate on them, personalizing them to me, knowing that He is ready, willing and able to fulfill each one in His and His will, and His way, and in His time, which is always the best.
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: And not only took me out of depression and loneliness, but gave me more faith in my Lord's provisions for every aspect of my life, and, of course, every saved person's life.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_00]: I have yet to have a prayer unanswered.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_00]: What a joy to hear that.
- 2:21[SPEAKER_00]: That's a blessing.
- 2:22[SPEAKER_00]: I'm amazed she continues on how he has caused my faith to grow.
- 2:26[SPEAKER_00]: If I have a question, I just bring it to him and prayer in a day or two, sometimes either a Bible verse might show up or more often not the not one of the sermons or devotional readings I hear on the radio, that day will be on just that topic and issue.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_00]: Whenever I need encouragement,
- 2:43[SPEAKER_00]: There's often something on the radio or a book to show me, and it's clear that it's from him.
- 2:48[SPEAKER_00]: She goes on to say that one of the programs that helps her is Bible-tracked echoes.
- 2:52[SPEAKER_00]: I feel like Micah is a friend, or would be if we met, just because he has that kind of personality, perfect for his job.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_00]: Now, I've got a parenthetically say, I don't know about that.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_00]: You might not like me if you met me in person.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_00]: I don't know.
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: But she says, you are fitted for it, Micah.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_00]: God bless you and your family and the people and families of the others.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_00]: Bible tracks incorporated in Bible track echoes.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_00]: Jesus showed me that he
- 3:19[SPEAKER_00]: is with my husband now, or should I say, my husband is with him.
- 3:22[SPEAKER_00]: I have no worries.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_00]: Materially, emotionally, spiritually, my mission now is to encourage faith in the younger generations.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: I listen to the radio appearance Wisconsin Lord works powerfully through radio as well as your gospel tracks.
- 3:37[SPEAKER_00]: God bless you all.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_00]: What a joy to hear.
- 3:40[SPEAKER_00]: Do you have a salvation testimony of your own that you'd like to share, or maybe you don't know Christ as your Savior?
- 3:47[SPEAKER_00]: But you'd like to.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_00]: Well, in just a moment, Dr. Paul Loving is going to ask a powerful question.
- 3:53[SPEAKER_00]: A partner question.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: Do you know for sure, if you do or you don't, and you'd like to get in contact, you can send me an email at Hello, H-E-L-L-O at BibleTracksink.org, or you can send me a text.
- 4:10[SPEAKER_00]: Here's that text line.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_00]: Three, zero, nine.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_00]: Three one six seven two four zero three zero nine three one six seven two four zero.
- 4:22[SPEAKER_00]: Now listen to Dr. Paul Levine as he stirs our hearts and concludes this message.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_02]: Now, that kind of separation does need to be.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't understand people who don't love their wife enough to be get to be a Christian husband.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't understand the woman who doesn't love her husband enough to say, I'll be a Christian wife.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_02]: And I can't understand prayers.
- 4:43[SPEAKER_02]: Who don't love their children enough to say, if my children are saying, I want to love them enough to go to heaven with them.
- 4:49[SPEAKER_02]: And I don't understand
- 4:51[SPEAKER_02]: girls and boys whose daddy's and mommy's are saved in these children say, we're not going to be saved.
- 4:57[SPEAKER_02]: That my folks go to heaven.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to reject Christ someday and we'll go to hell and that'll be it.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_02]: And families are parted forever.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_02]: And that's not what you were talking about.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_02]: He's talking about families being parted now.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_02]: And you know what?
- 5:12[SPEAKER_02]: Even though she just said goodbye to her beloved.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_02]: She had the joy of salvation.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_02]: She had perfect peace.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_02]: And she didn't have a status here.
- 5:24[SPEAKER_02]: And she gave a test of wounds that I'll never forget.
- 5:26[SPEAKER_02]: Now, if you were to go back down there to work, you were a new ceremony.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_02]: You were going to die tonight.
- 5:32[SPEAKER_02]: That's right.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to die tonight.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_02]: I'm going to be asking the body, because it was a war.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_02]: Earlier, are you scared?
- 5:37[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_02]: You're nervous?
- 5:41[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 5:42[SPEAKER_02]: You're trying to keep?
- 5:44[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 5:46[SPEAKER_02]: Why?
- 5:46[SPEAKER_02]: Early?
- 5:48[SPEAKER_02]: When you die tonight,
- 5:50[SPEAKER_02]: Are you sure you're going to go to heaven?
- 5:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 5:54[SPEAKER_02]: How do you know?
- 5:56[SPEAKER_02]: You think only would say, was I'm a good Baptist?
- 5:59[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_02]: Because I'm religious?
- 6:01[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 6:01[SPEAKER_02]: Because I was going to church?
- 6:03[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_02]: Because I took the Lord's suffering.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_02]: Yes.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_02]: I got baptized.
- 6:06[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_02]: Because I was doing the best I can.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_02]: Because I was a good husband and father.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_02]: He was all that, but he not banking on that day, healthy.
- 6:14[SPEAKER_02]: You better not.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_02]: If you were said, Ernie,
- 6:17[SPEAKER_02]: How do you know about this night?
- 6:20[SPEAKER_02]: When you die tonight, if you're going to go to have you already say, I admit it, I was a sinner.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_02]: When I knew I was a sinner, and then I heard the good news that Jesus Christ died for, my sins on the cross.
- 6:34[SPEAKER_02]: hurt that good news.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_02]: And then I heard that he rules again and that if I would admit I was a sinner and received him as my Lord and Savior and trusted him to save me, he would forgive my sins, give me everlasting life, and take me to heaven someday.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_02]: That's what I do.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_02]: I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, not trusting the church to the Lord, to religion or good deed.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_02]: I'm trusting only Jesus Christ and I know that He saved me.
- 7:02[SPEAKER_02]: Only God, you know for sure that it's been died of the night, even after you trusted in Jesus Christ.
- 7:09[SPEAKER_02]: How did He know who you're going to go to go to heaven when you died of the night?
- 7:11[SPEAKER_02]: He would have said because the Lord said so.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: That's all.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_02]: That's what Ernie would have said.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_02]: And Ernie would have said, I don't want to go to heaven tonight, because I said to Christ, and God said something, go to heaven.
- 7:24[SPEAKER_02]: God says, he said, believe it.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_02]: He just said, he would have believed it on me.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_02]: Have.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_02]: Right now, everlasting life.
- 7:34[SPEAKER_02]: Not going to get it when you die.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_02]: You're not going to get into judgment.
- 7:39[SPEAKER_02]: If you wait till then it's too late.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_02]: If you get eternal life, you're going to get it now.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_02]: And you're going to get the moment that you accept Jesus Christ and trust in Jesus.
- 7:50[SPEAKER_02]: Now, you know, what already had, he had an oval.
- 7:54[SPEAKER_02]: He had the perfect absolutes of assurance of heaven.
- 7:58[SPEAKER_02]: He had the non-whore.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_02]: He was not hoping, he turned out all right.
- 8:01[SPEAKER_02]: He was not hoping, he'd go to heaven.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_02]: He had the assurance of heaven, and that the new and the living hope that this same book speaks about in chapter one and verse three.
- 8:15[SPEAKER_02]: And I wonder if you had it for nine.
- 8:18[SPEAKER_02]: If you were to come to the end of this trailer, when you were lying on your back in the hospital,
- 8:23[SPEAKER_02]: and they told you you were going to die during this night.
- 8:27[SPEAKER_02]: How would you react to that?
- 8:28[SPEAKER_02]: Would you have never hoped and you would hope and be scared and hope and hope everything is turned out alright?
- 8:34[SPEAKER_02]: Or would you just settle backwards for a few days and say, well, I've got to know him.
- 8:39[SPEAKER_02]: I've got to be sure in some heavens, and I know tonight, when I leave this old body, I'll be with the Lord.
- 8:47[SPEAKER_02]: Now, neighbors, that's what you can have tonight.
- 8:52[SPEAKER_02]: And we want to help you get it.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 8:54[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 8:57[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 8:58[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:00[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:03[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:04[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:07[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:12[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:13[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_02]: We want to help.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_02]: He was chosen since he was just like a terrorist, they both saw the class.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_02]: I sat in the man's class.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_02]: In ten minutes before time to stop, he'd run out of anything and say, do we just quit?
- 9:32[SPEAKER_02]: And we'd just sat there for about ten minutes.
- 9:35[SPEAKER_02]: So in school time was done.
- 9:36[SPEAKER_02]: Well then, we had our little meetings, and we invited those people to turn the art service in time.
- 9:44[SPEAKER_02]: They were there that night.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_02]: He's done a cool shift in ten minutes, and he's white.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_02]: Both uncultiated, both religious, both churchmen, both baptized, both taking the Lord's supper, both cult and the Lord Heavens on day.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_02]: They all, they'll never rise, got that verbal, okay?
- 10:00[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that night, when I preached, I preached about the difference between salvation and religion.
- 10:05[SPEAKER_02]: You know, they're everybody has religion, but the only ones who have salvation are those who have access to Jesus Christ, religion is what you do for God.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_02]: Salvation is what God does for you.
- 10:17[SPEAKER_02]: Religion is from you to God.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_02]: Salvation is from God's view.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_02]: Religion is the way you are trying to get to heaven some way.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_02]: Salvation is God taking you to heaven by great principles.
- 10:28[SPEAKER_02]: When I got through preaching, I'm very beautiful to not feel you're saved and on the way to heaven, but you'd like to be with your raise your hands.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_02]: The sun is full of truth and tenets, and he's wise, and another couple with them, all four of them, put your hands up.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_02]: Or maybe happens if you don't tend to work.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_02]: Because I didn't know they were Christians.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_02]: They were religious, they were trying to teach you.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_02]: They were running a funny school.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_02]: But I didn't know they weren't saved.
- 10:53[SPEAKER_02]: Then they didn't know what he did the last night.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_02]: But now they didn't know it.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_02]: And they said pray for him.
- 10:58[SPEAKER_02]: The boys will have a few people raise their hands.
- 11:00[SPEAKER_02]: They're adding myth that they're having me.
- 11:02[SPEAKER_02]: They'll only sing annotations on all four of them.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_02]: Or both couples down the aisle they can.
- 11:08[SPEAKER_02]: and each of them in a room right behind the focus, that's what they dealt with.
- 11:12[SPEAKER_02]: So I went back there and listen, it was my joy to lead this sunny school superintendent, this sunny school teacher, to the Lord Jesus Christ.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_02]: And when you walk out of the church that night, you squeeze my hand and he said, Paul, the next time you set in my sunny school class, I'll have something to talk about.
- 11:35[SPEAKER_02]: In some time after that, that same man was walking right down the aisle of the church, and he fell over there.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_02]: And then you don't know how long you're going to live, but I'll tell you something.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_02]: You're going to live forever in eternity, either in heaven or hell, and all depends on what you're trusting in, or whom you're trusting in.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_02]: You get to have it.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_02]: You trust yourself, your good work, your religion, you haven't got it changed.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_02]: But this is a ridiculous thing.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_02]: And instead be just like you're going to have the non-wholeness and know for sure.
- 12:08[SPEAKER_02]: If you're only waiting ahead, that sounds better.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_00]: Well, friend, as we conclude this week, maybe you'd like to bow your head and word a prayer like this.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_00]: God, I know I'm a sinner.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_00]: I know that my eternal destiny should be hell, but would you save me?
- 12:25[SPEAKER_00]: I know you are the king, and I can't get to heaven any other way.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you for this free gift.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_00]: Amen.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_00]: If you would, if you prayed a prayer like that, when the announcer comes on in just a moment to tell you how to connect with us, would you reach out in contact us today?
- 12:46[SPEAKER_00]: Thank you so much for listening.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_00]: Have a great day for his daughter.
