Uday Benegal (Indus Creed) — Alms for Shanti, 90s NYC & the Return of Indus Creed
Indus Creed frontman Uday Benegal sits down with The Sairaj Kamath Show to trace his journey through Alms for Shanti, life in New York City in the 90s, and Indus Creed's comeback with Evolve.
He goes back to the pre-MTV days of making rock music in 1980s India, reflects on the dark side of rock fandom, unpacks what separates 'good' music from 'bad,' and reveals how he nearly became a filmmaker before music took over his life.
A must-listen for fans of Indian rock, indie music history, and honest artist conversations — only on The Sairaj Kamath Show, Bangalore's home for in-depth interviews…
