Chasing McStrikeouts w/ Chayce McDermott
Zach, Nick, and Bob welcome on another high strikeout rate starting pitching prospect acquired at last year's trade deadline, this time a right hander in Chayce McDermott who came over in the three team trade that sent Trey Mancini to Houston. They talk about how it felt to change teams mid-season, how he is evolving his pitch mix to try and improve in 2023, and how he gets his fastball to do that. After that, they discuss the latest happenings at major league spring training including updates on Grayson Rodriguez, DL Hall, Michael Baumann, and Kyle Stowers.
