  SPEAKER_00: Hulnaf Mem Tes.
• 0:01
  SPEAKER_00: We're gonna start.
• 0:02
  SPEAKER_00: We left off yesterday.
• 0:03
SPEAKER_00: Five lines from the bottom of Memchesim Bayes.
• 0:06
  SPEAKER_00: Hai Machta.
• 0:07
SPEAKER_00: So we're going through a couple of stories where we found needles somewhere in the animal.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_00: Is it gonna be is it considered trafe or not?
• 0:12
SPEAKER_00: What are we worried about?
• 0:13
SPEAKER_00: Generally, we're worried about how did it get there?
• 0:15
SPEAKER_00: If it went through now again, we're not assuming it came from the outside.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: So this needle came from the mouth.
• 0:20
SPEAKER_00: Now the mouth that had two ways to travel, through the cona, the veshed.
• 0:23
SPEAKER_00: If it went through the conna, we assume it's not a problem because it inhaled it, it somehow got down there.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_00: By the way, even if uh it was pygming the cona a little bit, that's not a problem.
• 0:31
SPEAKER_00: We know Hatsikuna Pagum is okay.
• 0:33
SPEAKER_00: Um so wherever it got, if it got through, if it got there through the windpipe, the chula, it's not gonna be a problem.
• 0:41
SPEAKER_00: Whereas it went through if it went through the veshet, that's already gonna be a problem because on its way down it probably made a neck of somewhere.
• 0:46
SPEAKER_00: Even the tiniest neck of in the veshet or associated uh organs is going to be a problem.
• 0:51
SPEAKER_00: That's the basic uh background for this, and that's gonna give us an upset we need for these few stories.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_00: But either way, five lines from the bottom.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: So this needle was found in a piece of the liver.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_00: So what do you do now?
• 1:05
SPEAKER_00: So the suburb marber view is on the metro.
• 1:14
  SPEAKER_00: I don't understand.
• 1:14
SPEAKER_00: It was found in the liver.
• 1:16
  SPEAKER_00: What's that comparable to?
• 1:17
SPEAKER_00: If you would have found this needle in the regular buser of the animal, the regular flesh, would that be a problem?
• 1:22
SPEAKER_00: You would say that it's gonna be trafe.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_00: No, why would it be trafe?
• 1:24
SPEAKER_00: There's no problem with with a little neckib in the busser.
• 1:26
SPEAKER_00: And we know the liver is the same thing.
• 1:28
SPEAKER_00: The liver's only gonna be a problem if the entire liver was taken out.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_00: But even if uh you have most of the liver missing, it's not a trafo, because it can regenerate itself as we learnt.
• 1:36
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, you have a nekiv in the liver.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: What do you care really?
• 1:40
SPEAKER_00: And says the Gemara, says Rabashi, says Rabashi, that uh you would say the same thing as Traf if you found uh if you found a needle in the meat, and therefore this should be the same thing Alamarabashi.
• 1:51
SPEAKER_00: That's why Rabashi says that rather what are we looking for?
• 1:53
SPEAKER_00: We're looking for again how did it get there?
• 1:55
  SPEAKER_00: Because that's the problem.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: We don't care that it's actually piercing the covet, because there's no issue with the nekem in the covet, it's only an issue if the entire covet is gone.
• 2:02
SPEAKER_00: So we don't care if it's there's a nekim in the covet, we care about how did it get to the covet.
• 2:06
SPEAKER_00: Khazina, i kupa the bar in nekubi nakabasai.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: We look if the head of it, so a needle is made of uh the the blunt edge and then the sharp edge.
• 2:13
SPEAKER_00: So the head of it is the part where you loop in the string, that's gonna be the blunt edge.
• 2:16
SPEAKER_00: So in kupa the bar, if the head of it is is towards the outside, then that's like pointing inwards.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_00: We look at it in Kube Nakabasai, we assume that Embamish made a nekiv through the uh Vashet once it was coming down, and it's gonna be a problem, and therefore, um we assume that uh caused issues on the way down, it's gonna be trade, and I kupala gav, but if the head of it is towards the inside of it, then we could be titled that simpaina naked vasai came through the simpainus, which is part of the kane, and it came through the kana in a way that it didn't make a nekiv, or even if it didn't wouldn't necessarily but be a problem over there, and that's why it's not going to be an issue.
• 2:49
SPEAKER_00: So we see how did it get there, we try to figure out from the positioning of the needle how it got there, and based on that, again, we don't care about the fact that it actually is making a hole in the covet.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: That doesn't matter, it's like the buster, and therefore, all we care about is how it got there, and if it looks like it got there in a problematic way, it's gonna be a problem, and if not, then it's not.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gmarvi Hoksa and what's but sorry, Vahani me, what's the what's this hole aloch is balimsa.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: That's only true about a thick needle that you could look and see based on its positioning how it got there.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_00: Aval Katinta, but a small one or a thin one, loishnah kupa the gav, loishna kupala barn a kuvi nakabaso.
• 3:21
SPEAKER_00: It doesn't matter which direction it's facing because a thin needle, even the blunt edge, is sharp enough to make holes, and therefore we assume that it could have made it a hole to come in through the wrong places, neck of in the uh neck of in the uh in the veshet, and therefore you have to be highshish that really it caused a nekev that's gonna be considered a trefa.
• 3:40
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 3:41
SPEAKER_00: So um umishna mi machatchanimtas the ayude basakaisis.
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: Why is this different though than uh shareh?
• 3:48
  SPEAKER_00: Why is this different?
• 3:49
SPEAKER_00: Let's have it after before before after my mashur.
• 3:52
SPEAKER_00: So why is this different than a nekev that's found or a mahat or a needle that's found the oy de base in the in the walls of the base, which we know is one of the four stomachs of the animal.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_00: The basakais, uh what we need to know for now, had like two membrane sort of things, and it had these two membranes, you had to puncture both to get uh to really be a problem.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_00: So why is this different than a needle that was found?
• 4:17
  SPEAKER_00: So what's all mitzadechot?
• 4:19
SPEAKER_00: If it was only punctured on one side, then it's gonna be kosher, chira, because you need both to uh render it a real neckib.
• 4:25
SPEAKER_00: Mishnaithim, if it punctured both, then treef it's gonna be a trefa.
• 4:29
SPEAKER_00: Why don't we say though, says the Gemara, if layam mirun lechse kupala bari kupula gap, we don't say the same thing, meaning I understand that puncturing one of them is not necessarily gonna be considered a treful for the base alcoholis itself.
• 4:40
SPEAKER_00: For this stomach, you need to puncture both.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_00: But why not why am I not worried about how it got here?
• 4:44
SPEAKER_00: Forget about the base alkaisis.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_00: What how did it get here?
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it caused a neck of somewhere else, maybe it caused a neck of in the Vashad.
• 4:49
SPEAKER_00: So, how did it get down here to the base alchaisis?
• 4:51
  SPEAKER_00: Why aren't we worried?
• 4:52
SPEAKER_00: And why shouldn't I check the positioning of the needle to see how it got here?
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: Well, we're only worried about one uh hole, two punctures, shank his base alkaisis, how did it get here?
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: We don't say the same thing, says the Gemara Amri, the Ensern, that Hasum.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: In our case before where we said we do look at the positioning.
• 5:06
SPEAKER_00: Came in the eka eichlum.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, over here in this case the base, the stomach, came in the eka eichlumumashkin, aima eichlumashkin, the kua.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: In this case of the stomach, since there's other things also going on over there, you have food and drink in the stomach.
• 5:19
SPEAKER_00: So I could just say that really food and drink uh pushed around the needle and moved it around, turned it around.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, you can't really look at the needle based on its positioning right now, because there's a very good chance that it got moved around.
• 5:30
SPEAKER_00: And that's why we don't look at that over here.
• 5:31
SPEAKER_00: Whereas in the case where he found it in the liver, for example, there's no reason to say that it got moved around more than its natural progression downwards, and that's why it's actually gonna be something to be signed upon if you see this needle in a certain position, says the Gamar.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_00: Aumata, another needle was found.
• 5:46
SPEAKER_00: It was found in the big simpoin, the simpain are like the bronchal tubes, but this one was found on one of them that was closed or next to the the cover, the liver.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_00: So huna marma huna marbared rav idi tarif and marbarader of edi says it's gonna be traith, barmanumi says it's gonna be kosher.
• 6:06
SPEAKER_00: So they went and asked the shell to Ravina, and I'm he told them Sh Shkilu Grima Detrufai.
• 6:12
  SPEAKER_00: Take the baggot, basically.
• 6:14
SPEAKER_00: Take the bagot of the ones who paskin that it's traith, because that was mamish negligence.
• 6:19
SPEAKER_00: This is so kosher, it's not gonna be a problem.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_00: And this is such a and this is not even a shy law.
• 6:24
SPEAKER_00: And if someone who passed in that this type of thing is traith, that was mamish a pshia to the point he could be high if you could take his beggot to pay for the the meat that you caused this guy to lose because it's actually really kosher.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemarae Kashisa, there was a date pit, not so sharp, we're gonna need that compared to the next thing.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_00: So this is a date pit, the Stakich Bimar, that was found in the gold bladder.
• 6:42
SPEAKER_00: So, Marvash Ramash said, Kiyabina Beir of Kahano, Omar, so when I was by the Yeshiva of Kahano, he sent over this case and he said that Hov Vade that Simpoina Naked Vaso.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_00: In this case, he for sure got there from the Simpoinas, meaning the derek of the kone, which means it's not gonna be a problem.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_00: It for sure got there from the cone, you have to know the mitsillas, because if you know the mitsyas in order to get uh date pit into the into the uh gallbladder, it must have come through the cone.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_00: And alpha gavdeley kanafa, and by the way, even though you see in this case that it's not coming out, meaning you they're maybe they were trying to get it out of the cone and it wasn't coming out from the kana.
• 7:16
SPEAKER_00: So, how could you assume it came into through the kana if we're trying right now to get it out of the kana and it's not coming out?
• 7:20
SPEAKER_00: So even though it's not coming out right now, Mirbaludura, I can really just say that because it took a long time to go through.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_00: Meaning it took a really long time, it was stuck through this this animal's kana for a while until it slowly, slowly, slowly uh found its way into the into the Mara.
• 7:34
SPEAKER_00: But now you're trying to take it back through the kana, that's not gonna be an easy job, and maybe that's why you're not gonna be able to get it out.
• 7:39
SPEAKER_00: The way in took a very long time.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: Now you're trying to get it out in two seconds, it makes a lot of sense why it's not coming out, and it doesn't tell me necessarily that it didn't come in through that way.
• 7:47
SPEAKER_00: So is gummarini behani mili did.
• 7:50
SPEAKER_00: That's only true about a date pit.
• 7:52
SPEAKER_00: Dikla's uh palm tree, right?
• 7:53
  SPEAKER_00: So a date pit.
• 7:54
SPEAKER_00: Avot de Zesa, but uh aliv pit mivza baza, oliv pit is much sharper, and therefore we have to assume and we have to be highish that it really tore its way through the wrong place, which would cause it to be a trefa.
• 8:07
SPEAKER_00: So closing up on our rea so here.
• 8:09
SPEAKER_00: Why is the lung called a rea?
• 8:11
SPEAKER_00: Shame ira sainai because it lightens your eyes.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_00: It's very good for eyesight.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_00: Now, eating it is good for eyesight.
• 8:16
SPEAKER_00: So sazigamar you by the way, it's not a good thing.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_00: Eating the lung plane is good for eyesight, or only if it's like mixed with uh samunim, it's mixed with different herbs and flavors, then it's gonna be good.
• 8:34
SPEAKER_00: Hunabar youuda said that when you buy a goose, you should buy a goose for a zuz.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: But if you find the the lung of a goose, you should buy that for four, because the lung of a goose is mamish top of the top.
• 8:44
SPEAKER_00: So a lung of a goose you should buy for four, a goose itself, even though you buy even though you buy a regular goose for uh one, says the Gemara.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me that the whole myla of the rea is eating the rea straight up, then link it link it to be zuz of a I don't understand this khajman.
• 8:59
SPEAKER_00: Who would buy uh Rhea by itself for four zoos if you could buy a if you could buy uh avzah by itself for for one zoos, and uh you buy a goose it includes the rea as well.
• 9:09
SPEAKER_00: So buy the entire goose and then take out the rhea yourself.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_00: You saved yourself three shekels.
• 9:12
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemara, says uh Rahunabar Yuda, so it must be what?
• 9:17
SPEAKER_00: Must be from the fact that Hunabariuda said that the Rhea alone of a goose is more expensive.
• 9:24
SPEAKER_00: That if you find buy it for four, it must be not the same thing.
• 9:27
SPEAKER_00: It must be not a plain rhea.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_00: So alayhisimanim, it must be because we're talking about when it's done up, it's done properly with the herbs, that way is already much more hushiv.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_00: And that's not something you would necessarily get by buying just a whole goose and then pulling out the rea.
• 9:39
SPEAKER_00: That's not something you would get.
• 9:40
SPEAKER_00: So that done up with the samanim, that's what's very good for uh eyesight, and that's why it's called Raya Shame Ira Say Nay, because Imamisha brings light to your eyes, says Digimara.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: In kiva rea hei khademashmashayaditabha.
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: What if you find the neck of on the rea, which is a problem?
• 9:56
SPEAKER_00: You know, neqim and the rey even a culture is gonna be a problem on the lung, but you find this neck of in a place where the shaykhit was holding it.
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: So the shaykh took it out of the animal, whatever it is, wherever he was holding the reya, that's where you find the neckith.
• 10:08
SPEAKER_00: So, and this is before he checks it with the badikas.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: So can you be toila that the nekiv came as a result of him being Mimashmish with this uh reah, and then the day the nekiv is in the same place that his finger was, and therefore maybe that uh that is what caused it, and the animal's not a trefa or not.
• 10:21
SPEAKER_00: So you gotta talin, or laytalin.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_00: Can you be toila or not?
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: So Rabadaban Amatilin, Marzutubeda of Mari Amalinan, what's the rocha deokasa?
• 10:29
SPEAKER_00: Talinon, and you could be makel.
• 10:30
SPEAKER_00: You could be toila if this happened and the hole is exactly where he was holding it.
• 10:34
SPEAKER_00: You could be tail that he really caused it, and the animal was not a trefa before.
• 10:37
  SPEAKER_00: Um raidar of Abau.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_00: Abba, my father, me Reshi Kali the Rafram Have.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: He was one of the back in the day the the the big Rabbanam, they had a Maturgaman, someone who said over their speeches um in a very polished way or even louder.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: So my father was one of these um turgamon of uh Rafram.
• 10:54
SPEAKER_00: He was one of the top ones.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: The Umar, and he said over Talina that we are Tailan on this.
• 10:58
  SPEAKER_00: Amrua Leha Kameid Marzutra.
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: They said this over before Marzutra, but Rayder Riv Mari.
• 11:03
SPEAKER_00: But like I believe he didn't accept this.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: He held that we were not Tailan.
• 11:06
SPEAKER_00: And Umar and Masharshia Kabasa the Avua de Abba Mistabra.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: I'll I'll tell you why it's very mistabir, like Avua de Abba, like my grandfather.
• 11:12
  SPEAKER_00: Who is his grandfather?
• 11:14
SPEAKER_00: Masharshi's grandfather was Rib Akbar Nasan, who said before Talinon, right?
• 11:19
  SPEAKER_00: Sorry, Riv'adabanasan, Talinun.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: That we're gonna be tail over here.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_00: So says Rev Misharshiah that it's very mistabir, like my grandfather who said Talinan.
• 11:28
SPEAKER_00: The talinab is ab because we find the same idea that is a ab, we know that Allah is when you have a ray or you have a lung.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_00: Sheikh did the Shidah before he did the proper ridikas, a wolf came along and took the took the lung away, but then brought it back a few minutes later and dropped it off.
• 11:41
SPEAKER_00: So he doesn't have hands, right?
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: So he picks it up with his fangs and his teeth.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_00: So obviously there's gonna be a hole in the ray in the place of his teeth.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_00: So if we don't find any other nekavim, and that is the only holes that we see right now where the wolf bit into it, we could be tied that you don't have to be worried about Shemabim Makim Nekev Nakav as we learnt already.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to be worried that maybe he bit in the exact place that there was already a nekiv.
• 12:02
SPEAKER_00: No, the nekab we assume only came as a result of the wolf.
• 12:05
SPEAKER_00: And since we're being tailed over here, so it's the same thing.
• 12:07
SPEAKER_00: The guy was being mass mesh, and he found the nekab exactly where his finger was.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna be titled.
• 12:10
SPEAKER_00: We don't have to be worried that maybe there was a previous neckab.
• 12:13
SPEAKER_00: No, says the Gemara, says Rivirmiya, then it makes a lot of sense, or Rasharsh, sorry, makes a lot of sense like a void abra because uh Talinim is eb.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: We know that Allah is that we are tiled by Azai, and we're gonna be make us to him.
• 12:23
  SPEAKER_00: Here we'll be make a murna.
• 12:24
  SPEAKER_00: What about worms?
• 12:26
SPEAKER_00: Worms that come out of the rea.
• 12:27
SPEAKER_00: Now they come out through a hole, that's the issue.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_00: Again, the issue is not if the animal has worms inside, it's the issue if this rea has a hole in it.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_00: So after the sharita, you see these worms coming out of a hole.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_00: They make a hole and they come out of the rea.
• 12:40
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 12:41
SPEAKER_00: Question is, do you do you have to assume that hole was there before the shit and it's gonna be a trefa, or not?
• 12:46
SPEAKER_00: Meaning, did they just come out now and make the hole by themselves only after the animal died, and therefore it's not gonna be considered a trefa because the animal didn't have any holes while he was alive, or not?
• 12:54
SPEAKER_00: So it says one of them says, calling them shita parish, that they came out before shit.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: You have to assume they came out before shita, meaning it had a nekem in the re before the shita is gonna be a tree.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: That it came only, they only came out and made the hole to get out of the ray out after the shit, and it's not gonna be a problem.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: During the shita, it had no nakovim, not a problem.
• 13:18
SPEAKER_00: And what's alakha, and why by the way, because the smurret to say this is because what while the animal was alive, that was their matziv.
• 13:24
SPEAKER_00: They were very happy over there.
• 13:25
SPEAKER_00: And once the animal dies already, there's uh it's uh not the natural way they were before anymore, so they're trying to get out.
• 13:30
SPEAKER_00: So we're tail that they only made the hole to get out afterwards.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: So says the Gemar Melokh, so what's the aloha la acha shiitabaris?
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: You could be tailed that yeah, they made this hole to come out after shaitan, meaning it's not a tref.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_00: We still have a shim and shit in the Mishnah.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_00: This is uh specifically relating to the rea.
• 13:47
SPEAKER_00: Uh neciv in the rea is a problem.
• 13:50
SPEAKER_00: And Reb Shimit meaning a feel call show, and Rab Shimon came along, it's a not only not just a nekem in the rea.
• 13:55
SPEAKER_00: Only if that neckiv goes through all the way to the simpinus, those are the bronchal tubes attached, so that only if the nekiv goes to the simpinus, then it's gonna be considered a trefah.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: But if it doesn't reach the simpinus, then it's not gonna be a trefus.
• 14:10
SPEAKER_00: That Rab Shimon said only if it reaches the simpinus.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_00: He's talking about if the neck of goes specifically to the simpun gadl, the large one.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_00: The simpun gadal, the large tube.
• 14:18
SPEAKER_00: Yasub Rabakh bar Abba Kamedh of Kuner of Huna, he was sitting before Rafuna.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: The Yasubikamar and he was sitting and saying over the following Umbar Rahmal Rabishum and Levi, Ramalich, interesting name, said over in the name of Rashim and Levi, Halakh Kerb Shimon.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: Now Allah Bashiman, like we saw in the Mishka.
• 14:33
SPEAKER_00: Some of the he told him back, Maluich Arval Kamarat.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: Are you talking about the Ramalich that lives in Arabia?
• 14:38
SPEAKER_00: So, how could that be?
• 14:40
SPEAKER_00: Because In Alak Kirb Shimon Kamar, I'll tell you that Ramalek, if you're talking about the one who lives in Arabia, he said, In Allah Kirb Shimon, and you're quoting him in the name of Rashum and Levi saying, Allah Shimon, Kisalakzera, when Ribzaira came up to so from Baba, Ashkhil Bibi the Yasub Kamer, he's founder of Bibi sitting over and saying in the name of Ramalek, that Umar Malakham Reb Shuman Levi, Allah Kirb Shiman, that Allah is the Kerb Shimon.
• 15:00
SPEAKER_00: So he told him, that Nabr Abhiba Rab Rabasi, Akleinam le Asre, Os the Hogan Sekhever, we came to his town.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: We went to the place the Ramalek where he lives.
• 15:12
SPEAKER_00: We came to Asir the Ramalek in the place in Arabia where he lives.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: The Amri Lay, and we asked him, E Omar Mara Allah Shimon, did you say that Allah is like Shimon?
• 15:19
SPEAKER_00: Ramalani told us in Allah Bashiman.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: He said that the Allah's like not like R Shiman, Amri.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_00: He said, I said that Allah's not like Ib Shimon, not like what you just said.
• 15:26
SPEAKER_00: So how could you quote Ramalek saying that he said that Allah's aq shimon?
• 15:29
SPEAKER_00: I'm telling you what he told me, that Allah's not like Hub Shimon.
• 15:31
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemarah.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_00: And he continued asking the At Mami Adha.
• 15:34
SPEAKER_00: So how are you quoting that he said it is the Allah Shimon?
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: So Amalani answered him back.
• 15:38
  SPEAKER_00: You're right.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_00: Maybe Ramalach didn't say it, but I'll give you a different name that did say it.
• 15:42
  SPEAKER_00: Hakim or Rabitz Barami.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_00: Instead, we you know switch out Rabbi Z Bra'ami and start with Ramalach.
• 15:47
SPEAKER_00: Ribitz Bahra'ami was quoting Rabishim al Navy, the Allah Grab Shimon, the ein alchab Shimon ends off the Gemara.
• 15:51
  SPEAKER_00: He really really started.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_00: It was Ribitz Bray Ami quoting Rabishum al Navy.
• 15:54
SPEAKER_00: That the Allah Zakub Shimon, by the way, says the Gemara, what's the maskar over here?
• 16:00
  SPEAKER_00: Meaning it's a humra.
• 16:01
SPEAKER_00: It's a humra because Rib Shim is a cooler, that ad shit nak of labesa symphinas.
• 16:05
  SPEAKER_00: So what's the aloha?
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: Not like Rib Shimon, then even a nekiv in the re itself, even the shallow nekiv without going all the way to symphonis, is still going to render the trefa.
• 16:13
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 16:14
  SPEAKER_00: Nikvah Ha Kevah.
• 16:15
SPEAKER_00: The Keiva is one of the stomachs again.
• 16:17
SPEAKER_00: So if the Keva got a nekiv, Rabbiat Summar Akmani, Omrishya, Kheleb Shall Gabe Kevah, Kahanim Nagaboh.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_00: So the Gemar now is gonna get into the subyas of Kaiva, but beforehand, and that's really what we're gonna be doing for today.
• 16:29
SPEAKER_00: The Gemara is just gonna go into a little bit of a tangent about the Keiva.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_00: So Rabiet Submar Nachmini says in the name of Rabushia that Kheleb Shall Gabe Kava Khanim Nagabohataker is mal, shamar mshima vaisa.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: The fats, and we know certain heil is usr, right?
• 16:42
SPEAKER_00: Khaleb is a khi of karas, as we know.
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: If you eat the wrong fats, there are some fats that are mutter.
• 16:46
SPEAKER_00: In your meat, you see fats, that's okay.
• 16:48
SPEAKER_00: But there are certain Halev, the Gemara, the Tara outlines it, that are Usr.
• 16:52
SPEAKER_00: How do you know which ones are Usar by the way?
• 16:53
SPEAKER_00: So very specifically, this is a good decide to know.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_00: By Khadchim, by karbun, the khalavum were put where there were uh huhkar on the misbehak.
• 17:01
SPEAKER_00: You were maker of the chalev.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_00: Not all the chalev, you were maker of parts of the chalev.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_00: So any type of chalev that the din that had a dim haqrav, if it was khajim, so if this was a karban, you would be maker of that chalev on the misbehak.
• 17:14
SPEAKER_00: That type of chalev by chulin is gonna be usr.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_00: That's gonna be the type of chalev by chulin by regular animal that's gonna have the khivat cards to eat it.
• 17:20
SPEAKER_00: But if it wasn't the type that you would be maker by a karbon, then also that's gonna be mutter to eat that type of chalev by regular chulin.
• 17:26
  SPEAKER_00: That's the claw.
• 17:27
SPEAKER_00: But either way it says the Gemma like this.
• 17:31
SPEAKER_00: The chileb on the Kawah the Kawa was one of the Mataskuna.
• 17:33
SPEAKER_00: You take the Kava, you give it to the Khan.
• 17:35
SPEAKER_00: So the Kheleb on the Kaiva, the Kahanim were nayeg by hatr.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: They held it was mutter and it didn't have uh a din of the forbidden types of chaleb.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: And why did they hold that?
• 17:45
SPEAKER_00: They held that like a Bishmal Shamar Mishamah Baisav.
• 17:47
SPEAKER_00: This is something Rabishmal taught over in the name of his uh fathers.
• 17:50
SPEAKER_00: Mismnak, how do you remember who said who uh where they got this from?
• 17:53
SPEAKER_00: The Simin is Yishmal Kahana Messiah Yeshmal Kahana Messiah Kahani.
• 17:58
SPEAKER_00: Yesh Mal who was a Kayan, Yhshmal was a Kayan, he was there and he was always uh having the backs of the Ka'anim.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_00: He would always be Mikadur's things to help out the Kahanim.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: So Yesh Mal Kahana, Messiah Khani, he was the one that was helping out the Kahanim, meaning that you could also eat from the Khaleb on top of the cave.
• 18:12
SPEAKER_00: Okay, but you got his Mataskuna.
• 18:14
SPEAKER_00: Also the Caliph was going to be Mutter and you could be Naik by Hatter, and your Simeter remembers Yeshmo, who was a Kayan, he would be Messiah the Kahanim.
• 18:20
SPEAKER_00: Uh he came along with this.
• 18:22
SPEAKER_00: Where do we find this idea that Ibishmal was Messiah Kahanim?
• 18:25
SPEAKER_00: He helped out the Kahanim.
• 18:26
SPEAKER_00: Where do we find this?
• 18:27
  SPEAKER_00: Titanywe Braisso.
• 18:28
  SPEAKER_00: Koisibarhu is Bene Israel.
• 18:30
  SPEAKER_00: Kohisabarhu is Bene Israel.
• 18:31
SPEAKER_00: So Bishmal, I remember Ishmael says, Lamanu, brahli israelim fahanim.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: What do we see from this pasik?
• 18:35
SPEAKER_00: We find that Yisrael is getting a bracha from the Qahanim.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_00: Lookahanim, atmalay Lamanu, but we don't find where the Qahanim themselves get a bracha.
• 18:42
SPEAKER_00: Do the Ka'nim can themselves get a bracha?
• 18:53
SPEAKER_00: That teaches me that the Qahanim are blessing Israel.
• 18:55
SPEAKER_00: And then a Qadashbarhu is saying Vaniah Barakim and I'm gonna bench the Kaihanim.
• 18:59
  SPEAKER_00: Says Gemar, that's Rabishmal.
• 19:00
SPEAKER_00: Ribikiva in Rabikiva says, He says a little bit differently.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: Rabishmal said, uh, I found the Kaihanim giving a brach to the Israel, but I didn't find anyone giving a brach to the Kahanim until Baniabrahma Hashem is giving them.
• 19:13
SPEAKER_00: Says Ribikiva, no, the question is, where is a shem giving a brachati Yisraal?
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: I only find Kahanim giving a bracha to Yisrah.
• 19:20
SPEAKER_00: Where is Hashem giving a bracha to Israel?
• 19:24
SPEAKER_00: Where is a qajbarhu giving a brach to Yisrael?
• 19:26
SPEAKER_00: Shuimer when the Pasp says, Vaniya varhim, heavy kahim, ibrachim israel, a khajbarhu maskim al-yodom.
• 19:32
SPEAKER_00: The vanya varachim according to Rabi Kiva is not saying vanya varchim to the kahanim.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: It's saying vanya varhim, I'm maskim to the Kahanim's brach about the Yisrael.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_00: That the Yisrah that the Kahanim are benching Israel.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: Vaniya varchim and I'm mask him to that brach, and I'm also benching Israel.
• 19:44
SPEAKER_00: So that's where we find Biahbura.
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: So Ella, Rabbi Kivah, Brah of the Khanim, now.
• 19:48
SPEAKER_00: So according to the Bakibah Vaniya Varchim is not teaching you that the Khanim get a brach from Hashem.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: So how do the Kahanim get a bracha themselves?
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: We learned it from Posak and Lachlicha.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: As we know, Khaj Brahu told Abraham Vino the Avarchamivara, that anyone who benches you is going to be benched himself.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, if the Kanim are benching his show, they're going to be benched.
• 20:08
SPEAKER_00: Me Pia Gmura as well.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: And that's how Rabbi Kiva's gonna know it.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: So what do we see over here?
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: We see that Um Ribishmo was Messiah Khanik.
• 20:15
SPEAKER_00: He was always uh having the backs of the Kanim.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_00: He found a way over here that where Akhajbarhu is giving a brah to the canom.
• 20:20
  SPEAKER_00: Vaniel Varachim.
• 20:21
  SPEAKER_00: That's what he held.
• 20:21
SPEAKER_00: Vaniel Varakim is coming to teach me that he's giving a bracha to the Kanim.
• 20:25
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 20:26
  SPEAKER_00: Ribishmo, Shhamar Mishmah Vaisamahi.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_00: Or rather, sorry, skip the line.
• 20:29
  SPEAKER_00: My Messaiekhani.
• 20:30
SPEAKER_00: So how is he Messiah Khanim?
• 20:31
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 20:31
SPEAKER_00: How is he Messiah Kahani more than Rabikiva?
• 20:34
SPEAKER_00: They both learn in this braisa, if you notice, they both learn that the Kanim are getting a brach from a Qajbarhu.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: The question is where do you learn it from?
• 20:40
  SPEAKER_00: Vaniya Varachim?
• 20:41
SPEAKER_00: Or like Rabikiva said you learn it from Va'av Barcham i Varachakha.
• 20:44
SPEAKER_00: But they both hold that the Kanim are getting a brapa.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_00: So why what makes Rabishmal more Mesaikahani over here?
• 20:49
SPEAKER_00: And this is the whole Mikhar to Rabishmal is Messiah Kahani.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, I'll tell you why the muki lababirkas kehani be makambrahali the Israel.
• 20:56
SPEAKER_00: And then today it's a better mikkar.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_00: The barchum ibarach is a random parsa posig in Parshislachlah over Darshan in that that also applies to the Kanim.
• 21:03
SPEAKER_00: This leemur of Ribishmal took the Ba'aniyah Varchim, Mammish and the Posik of Birkas Kahanim, the same bracha that Klown Israel is getting, and Aqrajbrah who comes in and says Vaniya Varhim about the Kahanim, that I'm gonna bench them within that posik itself, about the same brach of Israel, that's more of a that's more of a Messiah Kahani, if uh you think about it logically, and that's why Ribishmal is the Messiah Khani.
• 21:24
  SPEAKER_00: Say Gamar.
• 21:25
SPEAKER_00: Okay, so Ribishmal, who's Messiah Kahani, what's the Makar to that?
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: As we just saw, uh Vaniya Varachim, Ribishmal was Messai Kahani, that's your sim and to remember that he was the one over here that was Matir the Khelev the Sha'al Gabe Ha Haqava, right?
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: So and that's why the Khanim and more of it he eat.
• 21:41
SPEAKER_00: The kid also the Khelev.
• 21:42
SPEAKER_00: Say Gamar, where do we find that?
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: Ribish Malhishmah Vaisamahi, where do we find Rishmal saying in the name of his fathers that the Khaileb on the Kava is going to be okay for the Khanim?
• 21:50
SPEAKER_00: The Tanya we have so eshalev tika'ko.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_00: Es hachelev a sharal kherev.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_00: So this is outlining the Khelevs.
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: Again, we said before that what were the types of Asurim, right?
• 22:01
SPEAKER_00: The chilebs that would be a khhi of cardis that you're not allowed to eat.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_00: That's any type of chheleb that if this was a karmic would have been huqharav and the misbehav.
• 22:08
SPEAKER_00: So the pasik outlines which ones to be maker and the misbehav by a karman.
• 22:11
  SPEAKER_00: It's a chile a sharak karev, the goimer.
• 22:13
SPEAKER_00: The pasq outlines four different types of uh kheleb.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_00: So lahavi khelef, so we're darshing the pasik.
• 22:18
SPEAKER_00: This is an extra above.
• 22:19
SPEAKER_00: We darsen lahavi khil of shalgabiyad dakin.
• 22:22
SPEAKER_00: To include also the khelev that's on the intestines.
• 22:26
SPEAKER_00: That you have to be maker, meaning it's gonna be usr.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: Div Ribishmal, that's what Ribishmal says.
• 22:30
SPEAKER_00: It's coming to be marbath that it's gonna be usir.
• 22:32
SPEAKER_00: Or that's gonna be by a carbon you're maker, and meaning by a by regular hun, it's gonna be asur.
• 22:37
SPEAKER_00: Riqiva and Ribakiva says no.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_00: Not the Khilov Shalgabe dakin, but rather the lobby chilim shah gabaya keiba.
• 22:42
SPEAKER_00: To include the khil of shalgabey a keh, that that's hukrav, meaning it's asir.
• 22:46
  SPEAKER_00: But that was Ribikiva.
• 22:46
SPEAKER_00: But Rabishmal doesn't hold that.
• 22:48
SPEAKER_00: Ribishmal holds this lobby child of shalgabayadakin.
• 22:50
SPEAKER_00: So what would Rabishmal hold about the Khilib Shagabayah Kava?
• 22:52
  SPEAKER_00: Mutter.
• 22:53
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, that's Ribishmal Messiah Khan and Rishmal or Mishama Vaisam, he helps out the Kaharim that get the Kava.
• 22:58
  SPEAKER_00: It's Mataskuna.
• 22:59
SPEAKER_00: Not only can you eat that, but by the way, the khilib on top of it is going to be mutter as well.
• 23:03
SPEAKER_00: So Ramin will ask you a stir uh the way we just brought it right now.
• 23:07
SPEAKER_00: Who said that the Khilib Shall Gabeah Kiva is mutter?
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: It was Rab Bishmal, as we know, Rabishmal Messiah Khan.
• 23:12
SPEAKER_00: And Rabakiva said it's Usr.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_00: And as related to impesting, Rabbi Kiva said that's mutter or usr.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: And Rabishmal said uh sorry, Rabish Kiva Rabbi Kiva didn't arsenal, so he said it's mutter, and Rabishmal is the one that said that's the usar one.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_00: Because I see over here, Bidduk Hafuh.
• 23:28
  SPEAKER_00: Essachile Masharla Karev.
• 23:31
SPEAKER_00: Rib Yishmal is the correct gear so.
• 23:33
SPEAKER_00: Ribishmal oymer, Ma Kheleva machasa is a kharev krum viniklaf.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_00: We learned from here the following.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_00: Just like the fat that is on top of the karav is krum viniklaf, meaning it's a krum, it's like a membrane surrounding, and it's niklaf, you could easily peel it off.
• 23:47
SPEAKER_00: Av kol krum v niklaf.
• 23:49
SPEAKER_00: So to any chelev, any fats that has the same characteristics that's krum viklav.
• 23:53
SPEAKER_00: It's like a membrane and you could easily peel it off, that's gonna be the type of chilov that's gonna be awser.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_00: Whereas Rikimo says, Mah Khilam Machasas a Kerav Toytov Krum Vinikla.
• 24:02
SPEAKER_00: Ribakiva adds in another another uh factor.
• 24:05
SPEAKER_00: That just like the chilem on the karav is tight of krumvenikov, it like drapes over the whole thing and it's a membrane, and it's niklov easily, of call titov krumaniklav.
• 24:15
SPEAKER_00: So too it has to also be titov.
• 24:16
SPEAKER_00: Anything that's tight of krumbaniklaf, it drapes, it's uh membrane and it's uh killed off easily, that's where it's gonna be also.
• 24:23
  SPEAKER_00: What's the question?
• 24:24
SPEAKER_00: This is the reminder, this is the end of the question.
• 24:25
SPEAKER_00: The question is, uh right now, if so, if so, according to this, if you plug it in and you know what we're and you know the mithsius of the chiliv shalgabe at dakin and the chiliv shalgabe a keva in the previous machlakis, then you would see it comes out exactly over here, the exact opposite.
• 24:42
SPEAKER_00: That really the chhelev a keh is krum viniklaf.
• 24:46
SPEAKER_00: So it should be usr according to the Bishma, the Kheleb Shal Gabiakiva, whereas Ribekiva who holds that you need this whole extra uh Toitov Krumviniklav, he should actually hold it's gonna be mutter because it's not Toitov, it's only Krumaniklav, and therefore if you plug it in, the Khav Shagabah Krav, that's the only Khrumaniklav, it should be Usr according to the Bishmal and Mutter according to Rabakiva, says the Gimara.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_00: And if so, Shal Khrav and Mishmehda Rabbiakan, Kahit Sa Shall Mishnah, meh bok kamaysa.
• 25:09
  SPEAKER_00: You're right.
• 25:10
SPEAKER_00: This is actually the right way of the Machlaikas, the one the way we just had it.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_00: Aye, what about the previous Brice that chose us to be Shmo is the one that is uh Makal and he comes out for the Khanim and he's the one that allows this?
• 25:22
SPEAKER_00: No, you have to be you have to be shitas, the first Bryce that we brought, it's really Ribekiba that's gonna be Matu Khil Shaqab.
• 25:29
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 25:30
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, my chosen the Abkis Samai So, ipoch bas right.
• 25:34
SPEAKER_00: So why are you switching around the order of the sheetas?
• 25:35
SPEAKER_00: Why are you switching around the sheetas in the first braiso?
• 25:37
SPEAKER_00: Maybe we should switch the sheetahs in the second braisa we just brought.
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: Says the gemora, shaniako kem tiktani ma dafka.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_00: Since in the second braisa we had a whole uh back and forth, right?
• 25:47
SPEAKER_00: It was much more explicit, it was more specific.
• 25:48
SPEAKER_00: That ma khela machasa saker of toito krumveniklav was much more specific, and that's why it's probably uh more exact in the second braisa.
• 25:56
SPEAKER_00: And if we're gonna change one of them, it's gonna be the first brays.
• 25:58
  SPEAKER_00: What's the obvious question?
• 26:02
SPEAKER_00: If so, everything we just said that is Mesay Kahani, and the Kahanim were uh we're uh eating this based on our bishmal, uh, the shamar mishumabaisov that it's mutter.
• 26:11
  SPEAKER_00: It's not like a bishmal, it's like a bakiv.
• 26:13
SPEAKER_00: Rabishmal, according to this apokh would actually hold it, it's gonna be awesome.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara Almar of Nachmaraiswak, Shammar Mishma Baisov, Vilay Svirulay.
• 26:20
  SPEAKER_00: You're right.
• 26:21
SPEAKER_00: They held its mutter like our bishmall, Shawmar Mishuma Vaisov.
• 26:25
SPEAKER_00: It wasn't Ubismal himself, it was a bishmal that was quoting his uh his forefathers, but Vila Israel, Bishmal himself, as we just saw as we were mapik, he actually doesn't hold this mahotrabi here.
• 26:34
  SPEAKER_00: Get Sham.
