- 28:03Speaker 2: for how could you become any more relaxed and be
- 28:10Speaker 2: peaceful unless you get.
- 28:16Speaker 1: Ready to countdown after me.
- 28:25Speaker 2: Started with number ten tad times more relaxed, n.
- 28:56Speaker 1: Times, more.
- 29:15Speaker 7: Times relaxed, seven.
- 29:44Speaker 15: Times relaxed s joy.
- 30:49Speaker 1: Four time R two.
- 31:33Speaker 14: Time R.
- 32:21Speaker 1: Dis relax in a more deep and meaningful way, maybe
- 33:10Speaker 1: in a way that can not just allow you to
- 33:16Speaker 1: feel calmer now and throughout the time we spend together here,
- 33:29Speaker 1: not just relaxed at the end of the recording when
- 33:34Speaker 1: it's finished and you can enjoy that sense of comfort
- 33:41Speaker 1: and peace, but also I think it would be nice
- 33:56Speaker 1: to have those feelings of relaxation continue for longer after
- 34:16Speaker 1: the recording has ended, so that you can still benefit
- 34:30Speaker 1: from listening to my voice, maybe in a few hours time,
- 34:39Speaker 1: perhaps tomorrow, and then by listening regularly, especially if you find,
- 34:54Speaker 1: like some people do and myself as well, I sometimes
- 34:58Speaker 1: I find one particular record that really resonates with me,
- 35:08Speaker 1: and I just listened to it over and over again
- 35:13Speaker 1: every morning, every evening. There was this recording from We're
- 35:26Speaker 1: going back to about nineteen ninety nine. It was it
- 35:31Speaker 1: wasn't hypnosis, but it was a guided visualizations that kind
- 35:36Speaker 1: of was hypnosis, really, and I managed to find it
- 35:43Speaker 1: again and it still has the same effect on me.
- 35:49Speaker 1: And part of it was the person's voice relaxed me.
- 36:03Speaker 1: She just felt so peaceful, and I'd look forward to
- 36:09Speaker 1: listening to her in the morning and in the evening,
- 36:22Speaker 1: and I knew before even pressing the play button that
- 36:32Speaker 1: since I've done that, pressed the play button. This is
- 36:36Speaker 1: in the days of CD players press the play button.
- 36:51Speaker 1: In fact, it might have even been a tape tape recorder.
- 36:55Speaker 1: I'd lie down on the bed and then even without
- 37:04Speaker 1: necessarily listening to her words because I had them memorized. Really,
- 37:21Speaker 1: it was as if my body knew exactly what to do,
- 37:32Speaker 1: and the muscles just almost went into automatic relaxation, and
- 37:54Speaker 1: I remember my mind would slow down. Now, Now, I
- 38:08Speaker 1: was listening to this recording in the early days of
- 38:14Speaker 1: learning hypnosis, and long before I ever made any videos
- 38:25Speaker 1: or audio recordings. Myself, because I didn't start doing that
- 38:30Speaker 1: till two thousand and six. I knew, I knew how
- 38:46Speaker 1: helpful I found being able to just let go, to
- 39:00Speaker 1: have that trust in the person that I'm listening to,
- 39:13Speaker 1: knowing that it's going to be just as relaxing, if
- 39:21Speaker 1: not more so. Each time you hear my voice, you
- 39:31Speaker 1: may feel the same. Some people have been listening to
- 39:42Speaker 1: me for over a decade, maybe not solidly, obviously, not
- 39:56Speaker 1: twenty four hours a day. Maybe people come back. Some
- 40:05Speaker 1: people may be listen every day. That's something that I
- 40:20Speaker 1: do which you may not realize by listening, is when
- 40:36Speaker 1: I record these recordings. Now, for example, I also am
- 40:52Speaker 1: affected by the words.
- 40:56Speaker 16: That I say. So if I set you focus on
- 41:08Speaker 16: your feet, notice your feet relaxing, I will be focusing
- 41:18Speaker 16: on my feet.
- 41:24Speaker 1: I will be noticing my feet relaxing. If I said,
- 41:41Speaker 1: focus on your hands, and maybe notice the difference between
- 41:49Speaker 1: each hand, Perhaps notice the air in the room, the
- 42:00Speaker 1: temperature of the room. On the backs of your hands.
- 42:12Speaker 1: You may start to notice what almost feels like a
- 42:16Speaker 1: very light breeze, even though there may not be any
- 42:25Speaker 1: type of breeze at all where you are right now,
- 42:38Speaker 1: and as you become aware of your hands. I'm also
- 42:49Speaker 1: aware of how relaxed my hands feeling now and when
- 43:17Speaker 1: it comes to potentially drifting off to sleep, which may
- 43:24Speaker 1: be the reason you're listening, I also feel drowsy when
- 43:41Speaker 1: I make these recordings. I also notice my mind drifting.
- 44:02Speaker 1: In fact, at times I've actually fallen asleep without even noticing.
- 44:19Speaker 1: And then I carry on talking and it's suddenly where
- 44:29Speaker 1: I listen back to do the editing, like he is snoring,
- 44:40Speaker 1: and I think I don't remember snoring. I remember talking.
- 44:50Speaker 1: It's snorings I pick turned up. That's why I sound
- 44:58Speaker 1: like whant to snare. I get read into a whole experience.
- 45:17Speaker 1: I don't know how you feel, how relaxed you feel
- 45:26Speaker 1: in your feet, how relaxed you feel in your hands.
- 45:52Speaker 1: I have noticed more and more with the more relaxed,
- 46:06Speaker 1: deeper level of comfort you feel, the easier your briefing becomes.
- 46:28Speaker 1: It's almost like that additional muscle relaxation. So this allows
- 46:45Speaker 1: you to breathe easier without necessarily focusing on your breath. However,
- 47:16Speaker 1: being able to notice the ease in which you breathe
- 47:45Speaker 1: so naturally, you breathe so very easily and smoothly. Whenever
- 48:35Speaker 1: I imagine my breathing improving. When I've got my eyes
- 48:53Speaker 1: closed at tend to visualize beautiful field of trees and
- 49:13Speaker 1: flowers producing all that life giving oxygen. It feels nice too,
- 49:55Speaker 1: if nothing else, just taking some time away from everything,
- 50:25Speaker 1: enjoying that feeling of peace, serenity with a joyful heart.
- 51:23Speaker 1: Time seems to just drip by so very slowly, relaxed,
- 51:54Speaker 1: so deeply, fault completely unattached to any thoughts whatsoever in
- 52:34Speaker 1: this moment, completely free. He'd like to say that your mind.
- 53:37Speaker 17: Slowed down, slowed.
- 53:47Speaker 1: Down because nothing really requires your attention. You can enjoy
- 54:38Speaker 1: the physical sensations of allowing the stress to drip out
- 54:50Speaker 1: of your body, to repair an out of a every
- 55:03Speaker 1: butt of your body being released from your brain, your
- 55:35Speaker 1: mind slowly but surely, muscles in your legs.
- 56:25Speaker 14: Relacs.
- 56:31Speaker 12: Ras very deep, relax.
- 57:00Speaker 1: So deeply, and the feelings, the pleasant feelings in your
- 57:26Speaker 1: arms and shoulders deeply, in each part of your body
- 57:54Speaker 1: further mm deep and deep. ID like to say, the
- 58:31Speaker 1: feedings in the back of your neck, the feedings in
- 58:57Speaker 1: your wrists, muscles.
- 59:34Speaker 18: In front of your body.
- 1:00:02Speaker 19: Peace, deep.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: Sense of peace spreads through a very cool.
- 1:01:09Speaker 20: Even manu.
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: Focus on your mind. Your mind becomes Ah's slow, deeper,
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: relax fairies, sly stomach days for my nest stuff not
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: ms sound laxed. You now feel in the hole of
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: your back in a spy, your brain all the way
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: down the middle of your back, sending and receiving millions
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: of messages. If grey day deep comfort increase, deeply relaxed
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: me legs spreading these signals down your spine, cold into
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: every parts of your body, your shins and your calfnessles
- 1:07:26Speaker 1: outpusts fields of peace and tranquility, spreading through your body,
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: tips of your toes, to your eyes, your fingers, wait
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: till you look back. Letting go, read lettinker, pace to
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: drift in mind, just wanted in a way, happy to
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: let go, let God completely let go, So drink no
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: Boddy enjoyes sensory joy space this space, space and safety,
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: sur ery. Letting go, maybe weconus focus on different parts
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: of your body, just to notice a foiad you.
- 1:16:31Speaker 21: Guys, actual.
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: Solus, not to say a sense of complete freedom, absolute freedom,
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: peace and a change. Pace to graze so much ease,
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: not a nartist your mind drifting peace deeply in the
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: direct slf dital blissful pace, blissful pace direct two pace
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: let you go.
- 1:24:51Speaker 4: Like mind stop.
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: At the films almost invisible, very fact paceful pays like
- 1:27:41Speaker 1: and you could start to notice that you are feeling
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: more relaxed, even though I've not purposely focused your mind
- 1:28:00Speaker 1: upon that sense of physical comfort that is growing within
- 1:28:07Speaker 1: you throughout your body, and your mind starts to slow down,
- 1:28:22Speaker 1: And that could be almost in recognition of I guess
- 1:28:29Speaker 1: my speech not being particularly fast, things generally feel calmer.
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: Just by listening to my voice, you give yourself an
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: opportunity to take a break from the day, take a
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: break from your life, as it is, to give yourself
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: a rest, giving yourself permission to take some time off
- 1:29:22Speaker 1: and to allow your body to relax and allow your
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: mind to slow down, which in turn releases the tension
- 1:29:40Speaker 1: and he stresses that you had in your body. It's
- 1:29:49Speaker 1: almost as if the parts of your body just open up,
- 1:29:54Speaker 1: allowing the negativity out and at the same time replacing
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: that negativity with positive healing energy which then fills your
- 1:30:17Speaker 1: body up and your mind to also starts to appreciate
- 1:30:29Speaker 1: those feelings of increasing confidence and an almost uplifting, feeling, positive,
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: healing energy that spreads through your body like a way
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: of comfort. All this comes from just allowing yourself a
- 1:31:17Speaker 1: few minutes, maybe half an hour, however long you want
- 1:31:22Speaker 1: it to be, just rest, allow your mind and your
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: body to almost preset itself to the settings of comfort
- 1:31:50Speaker 1: and relaxation, calmness, which allows more for feelings of pleasure
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: and happiness to move around your body and into your mind.
- 1:32:21Speaker 1: Must as if your mind and your body are sinking together,
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: most mirroring each other with that growing positivity and calmness,
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: And it feels nice, really does feel nice to know
- 1:32:54Speaker 1: that you are the one that has allowed yourself to
- 1:33:03Speaker 1: feel more comfort and to experience more of this deep
- 1:33:17Speaker 1: relaxation spreading throughout your body. And as I focus on
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: each part of your body, you can notice that that
- 1:33:39Speaker 1: part becomes even more relaxed just by focusing on it,
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: becomes even more calm and comfortable just by focusing. And
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: as I'm moved down on your body, starting at your head,
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: the parts that you have already focused on or can
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: continue to relax deeply those parts that have not yet
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: focused on, or just automatically release any remain intention in
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: anticipation of even more comfort about to come now. And
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: the start by focusing on your forehead, just being aware
- 1:35:07Speaker 1: the feelings of your forehead, then your background sounds like
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: mister Herbert the pigeon can just allow you to feel
- 1:35:23Speaker 1: eve're more relaxed. Just means you in the moment, this
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: isn't this isn't a sterile environment. This is the world.
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: I live in the countryside. There's lots of nature sounds around.
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: As you focus on your forehead, just notice how it
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: becomes even more relaxed. Focus only on my voice and
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: that part of your body. Moving down to your eyes,
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: focusing on your eyes, noticing how your eyelids feel so heavy,
- 1:36:37Speaker 1: he has so light at the same time, and all
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: the muscles around your eyes relaxing.
- 1:36:48Speaker 19: Completely.
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: Moving your focus down to your mouth, lips, your tongue,
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: your teeth, you comes the all of your mouth, relaxing,
- 1:37:14Speaker 1: calm lass unless you focus now on your jawl just
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: a part of your journey. Your mouth, your chin all
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: the way up, the size of your face, to your ears,
- 1:37:41Speaker 1: the hole of your jaw, leaving all relaxed. Let be calm,
- 1:38:05Speaker 1: focusing on your leck, the front of your neck, and
- 1:38:14Speaker 1: your throat, legs in lace and calm the sides of
- 1:38:27Speaker 1: your leg, right and left side of your leg. Your
- 1:38:36Speaker 1: legs stand, lace.
- 1:38:43Speaker 22: And calm, now the back of your leg, focusing on
- 1:38:57Speaker 22: the back of your leg, letting go.
- 1:39:05Speaker 1: With any tension that may be there before, and enjoying
- 1:39:13Speaker 1: that sense of increasing comfort and release. I think you
- 1:39:26Speaker 1: can experience in the back of your neck moving down
- 1:39:37Speaker 1: your back, moving either side of your spine right from
- 1:39:44Speaker 1: the top of your back all the way down to
- 1:39:50Speaker 1: the bottom of your back down it's your lower back.
- 1:40:07Speaker 1: As you move up and down your spine, you can
- 1:40:15Speaker 1: feel the muscles either side of your spine relaxing even more.
- 1:40:30Speaker 1: And as those muscles relax, that sense of comfort starts
- 1:40:37Speaker 1: to spread outwards from the spine into both sides of
- 1:40:47Speaker 1: your back, the top of your back, the middle wind
- 1:40:55Speaker 1: your lower back, and as scared gently and slowly up
- 1:41:06Speaker 1: and down your back, the muscles in the top of
- 1:41:11Speaker 1: your back relax and become a looser. Muscles in the
- 1:41:21Speaker 1: middle of your back also seemed to just almost define
- 1:41:29Speaker 1: from each other, separating and almost melting, and in your
- 1:41:42Speaker 1: lower back seems to be an extra special feeling of comfort.
- 1:41:59Speaker 1: The spread into your hips sit down your lower back,
- 1:42:06Speaker 1: into your hips, into the area where your cosis are,
- 1:42:17Speaker 1: and into your buttocks. These muscles dont spread. Bring your
- 1:42:27Speaker 1: lower back into your hip area, start to mount, start
- 1:42:41Speaker 1: to reading, let go and you know where about focus
- 1:42:54Speaker 1: on your shoulders, back your spine, continue to like gtinue
- 1:43:09Speaker 1: to relax.
- 1:43:13Speaker 23: So coldly.
- 1:43:21Speaker 1: As she focus on your shoulders, you make notice they're
- 1:43:27Speaker 1: already feeling really this already come.
- 1:43:57Speaker 14: I feel.
- 1:44:02Speaker 1: Those muscles. The move from your neck into your shoulders
- 1:44:17Speaker 1: feels so soft and gentle, so sooner and calm. The
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: feeling in your shoulders since to spread deep your shoulders
- 1:45:03Speaker 1: and sense of relaxation, not just traveling deeply into your muscles,
- 1:45:16Speaker 1: also relaxing the butterness and move it all the way
- 1:45:28Speaker 1: to underneath your arms, relaxing and the whole area between
- 1:45:37Speaker 1: the tops of your shoulders and underneath your arms. He
- 1:45:46Speaker 1: then you just so relaxed and comfortable in your shoulders,
- 1:46:05Speaker 1: which sense that's deep message into your arms. You may
- 1:46:27Speaker 1: feel almost as if your arms an believes that because
- 1:46:35Speaker 1: the sun relaxed so deeply relaxed, so.
- 1:46:55Speaker 13: S s.
- 1:47:26Speaker 1: Fee spread o down your arms to ours.
- 1:47:41Speaker 24: Clearing day.
- 1:47:44Speaker 1: You ways scupt spreads away interists four sadrists.
- 1:48:19Speaker 11: So heavy.
- 1:48:23Speaker 1: Yet the same time sunlight and gentle. Said now.
- 1:49:11Speaker 4: As a.
- 1:49:42Speaker 25: Peaces a sensas.
- 1:50:22Speaker 1: Just seems to.
- 1:50:27Speaker 26: Feel hands relaxed, demi els it's upsaday she.
- 1:54:58Speaker 27: E English spots Sasha, then.
- 1:57:42Speaker 1: Sat so.
- 1:57:53Speaker 14: Second sack sack, pace, sack.
- 1:59:03Speaker 3: Same peace from.
- 1:59:24Speaker 1: Like sation the spread chest to stun let's chack go everything.
- 2:00:00Speaker 1: So I'm gonna start counting down now from twenty down
- 2:00:06Speaker 1: to one. You can imagine in the way it's like
- 2:00:15Speaker 1: just walking down some steps in each step or twenty steps,
- 2:00:22Speaker 1: and each step represents a level of comfort. Each step
- 2:00:31Speaker 1: represents a deepening of that comfort, and the furthes you
- 2:00:47Speaker 1: walk down those steps the deeper rags. Do you feel.
- 2:01:00Speaker 13: So?
- 2:01:00Speaker 1: Starting with number twenty twenty, nineteen, eighteen, seventeen sixty three
- 2:05:33Speaker 1: fourhhhhhhhh four.
- 2:07:40Speaker 14: You h y u.
- 2:13:06Speaker 1: U u.
- 2:13:19Speaker 28: U, uding to the.
- 2:14:36Speaker 20: Six fists.
- 2:17:07Speaker 29: Us USA, lady, did.
- 2:21:45Speaker 1: You focus on your lives? A countdown from ten down
- 2:21:59Speaker 1: to one, focusing just on your eyes, your eyelids, the
- 2:22:14Speaker 1: muscles around your eyes, your eye walls themselves, the whole
- 2:22:23Speaker 1: area that makes up your eye. As we count down
- 2:22:41Speaker 1: ten down to one, whilst to focus in on your eyes,
- 2:22:55Speaker 1: you become twice is relaxed with each number counting down
- 2:23:10Speaker 1: that you may find the way you want to do
- 2:23:18Speaker 1: is just drift off to sleep. And if that's what
- 2:23:27Speaker 1: you want, then just allow yourself to do that. Now
- 2:23:42Speaker 1: focusing on your eyes and to begin counting down ten
- 2:23:51Speaker 1: down to one right now, nine eighth seven h shhhhhhh.
- 2:30:29Speaker 19: Three us.
- 2:33:03Speaker 1: One. So counted down ten to one, ten nine eight
- 2:33:29Speaker 1: seven six five four.
- 2:33:40Speaker 21: Three two.
- 2:33:46Speaker 24: One.
- 2:33:53Speaker 1: And maybe that was a bit too quick in order
- 2:33:56Speaker 1: to relax. Maybe it's a bit too five asked for
- 2:34:00Speaker 1: you to notice the calming of your body, maybe even
- 2:34:10Speaker 1: a little bit of pressure there, like you count it
- 2:34:14Speaker 1: down from ten to one. Would you expect me to do? Man,
- 2:34:18Speaker 1: expect me to go floppy just because you're counting down.
- 2:34:28Speaker 1: If you try again, but this time I'll go a
- 2:34:32Speaker 1: bit slower this time. Then you focus on the whole
- 2:34:39Speaker 1: of your body before we focus on your legs.
- 2:34:45Speaker 11: Just notice.
- 2:34:47Speaker 1: How your body does start to feel more relaxed every
- 2:35:02Speaker 1: number that I count down ten nine, eight, seven, six,
- 2:35:43Speaker 1: five four three one. Just notice how how you feel, generally,
- 2:36:54Speaker 1: how your body feels. It's not necessarily even about counting
- 2:37:08Speaker 1: down from ten to one. It's that space that you have.
- 2:37:17Speaker 14: That.
- 2:37:19Speaker 1: Space between being active physically or mentally. It's just sitting
- 2:37:40Speaker 1: and lying down, just being there, not doing anything, not
- 2:37:46Speaker 1: saying anything, nor heeding to think about anything. So it
- 2:37:53Speaker 1: opens up a space, you know, a bit of a space,
- 2:37:57Speaker 1: a gap.
- 2:38:04Speaker 30: And the more I came down from ten to one,
- 2:38:09Speaker 30: the bigger that gap becomes. So there's that gap of calmness,
- 2:38:18Speaker 30: of comfort, relaxation.
- 2:38:26Speaker 1: It's a nice feeling, and it moves those stresses or
- 2:38:39Speaker 1: discomforts physically or emotionally, moves away. Allows you to just
- 2:39:00Speaker 1: you down someoney, count the game from ten downs to
- 2:39:06Speaker 1: one and notice that gap widening, the gap and its
- 2:39:16Speaker 1: it widens. It's almost like the stress and attention falls
- 2:39:22Speaker 1: into the gap. It gives you that distance, that space.
- 2:39:43Speaker 24: Now ten.
- 2:39:53Speaker 1: Nine, eight, seven, six, five three. How did you body feel?
- 2:42:09Speaker 1: Can you notice that? Do you feel a calm then
- 2:42:21Speaker 1: you feel relaxed? Now focus on legs, just two legs.
- 2:43:08Speaker 1: You're just gonna start with focusing on your thighs. Of course,
- 2:43:28Speaker 1: it's not the most exciting thing to be done, because
- 2:43:36Speaker 1: I'm sure like most of your body is not not
- 2:43:39Speaker 1: going on right now. Just focusing on the hold of
- 2:43:52Speaker 1: your thighs, the tops of your thighs, the sides of
- 2:43:58Speaker 1: your fighs, the bottoms of your thighs, your outer thighs,
- 2:44:06Speaker 1: inner thighs, basically the whole of your thigh that leads
- 2:44:12Speaker 1: into your hip and it goes down to your knee joints.
- 2:44:27Speaker 1: And this is a big area. It's a very heavy area.
- 2:44:35Speaker 1: It's very strong, probably the strongest muscles in your body
- 2:44:42Speaker 1: in your thighs. But I don't think we perhaps will
- 2:44:58Speaker 1: give enough attention to our thighs. Perhaps we don't and
- 2:45:10Speaker 1: acknowledge how important our thighs are to our lives, how
- 2:45:31Speaker 1: much they actually do for us all through our lives,
- 2:45:47Speaker 1: And mayhap may seem sound really weird. I think that
- 2:45:53Speaker 1: all her body parts, especially our thighs, need some TLC,
- 2:46:04Speaker 1: a bit of love, shine, a bit of acknowledgement, thank you,
- 2:46:21Speaker 1: gratitude for what our thighs do for us. And I
- 2:46:33Speaker 1: know this makes sound as strange. Maybe you think, why
- 2:46:40Speaker 1: am I? Surely I should be out in the garden
- 2:46:43Speaker 1: huging a tree or something. It's hard to set my
- 2:46:51Speaker 1: can phone up on a tree. As what I'm doing
- 2:46:54Speaker 1: this indoors was I wouldn't be outside work in a tree.
- 2:46:58Speaker 1: I can't see the tell a bit from dream. We
- 2:47:07Speaker 1: moved down to your knees. You gain such an important part,
- 2:47:17Speaker 1: and I think we don't necessarily. I'll speak for myself.
- 2:47:24Speaker 1: I don't necessarily appreciate all that one needs to do
- 2:47:29Speaker 1: for me until I have a problem with my need. Occasionally,
- 2:47:36Speaker 1: if I may, i'll bash it. It's aching for some reason.
- 2:47:44Speaker 1: It's then that I realize how much it does the
- 2:47:50Speaker 1: benefit of being able to use my legs without any
- 2:47:58Speaker 1: kind of physical discussion. That is a beautiful thing that's
- 2:48:05Speaker 1: possibly not appreciated. Tool it's temporarily removed. You know that's comfort.
- 2:48:18Speaker 1: But as you focus on your knees, regardless of how
- 2:48:22Speaker 1: your knees feel, you can have that sense of gratitude
- 2:48:31Speaker 1: and love to your needs for all they do for you.
- 2:48:45Speaker 1: You can still have that attention on your thighs. Maybe
- 2:48:49Speaker 1: notice how your thighs feel. Maybe you notice that they
- 2:48:56Speaker 1: are relaxing more deeply as you focus now on the
- 2:49:14Speaker 1: bottoms of your legs and your sheets, your calf bottles,
- 2:49:19Speaker 1: the bones between your knees and your feet incorporates, and
- 2:49:27Speaker 1: the course your ankles so important. Can anyone that's had
- 2:49:39Speaker 1: even like the slightest spray of an ancle knows how
- 2:49:46Speaker 1: how much should we take our ankles for granted, And
- 2:49:56Speaker 1: it's kind of strange in a way when you think that.
- 2:50:01Speaker 1: You know, logically, our wrists are a lot of thinner
- 2:50:05Speaker 1: than the rest of our arms, which is okay, it
- 2:50:09Speaker 1: doesn't you can't see any problem with that because we're
- 2:50:13Speaker 1: just picking stuff up by our ankles so much thinner
- 2:50:21Speaker 1: than the rest of our legs. And from a physics
- 2:50:29Speaker 1: perspective or logical even it doesn't really make sense that
- 2:50:35Speaker 1: all this weight will ultimately be resting on your ankles
- 2:50:44Speaker 1: then lead to your feet a thin area, thin bone. Yeah,
- 2:50:57Speaker 1: it does so much great work. Supports us, supports our
- 2:51:03Speaker 1: body for a lifetime, helps us to balance, It helps
- 2:51:15Speaker 1: you to get around, to be mobile. And there's the
- 2:51:28Speaker 1: calf muscles. Of course, when I was younger, I couldn't
- 2:51:36Speaker 1: see the point in calf muscles didn't seem to do anything. Okay,
- 2:51:42Speaker 1: you've walked around tiptoes and my calf muscles get some work.
- 2:51:48Speaker 1: But of course that's not true. The calf muscles are
- 2:51:51Speaker 1: being used whenever we use our legs, and your shins
- 2:52:04Speaker 1: there to protect your lower legs shaped in a way,
- 2:52:15Speaker 1: almost as a protector for the bone leading course to
- 2:52:27Speaker 1: your ankles and your feet. I'm not going to focus
- 2:52:38Speaker 1: on your feet. We're just going to focus on the legs.
- 2:52:42Speaker 1: And I realize, and now I've mentioned your feet, you'll
- 2:52:47Speaker 1: probably focus on them anyway, So maybe I should focus
- 2:52:52Speaker 1: on your feet a little bit. You can have them
- 2:52:58Speaker 1: in your awareness the same as you have your thighs
- 2:53:03Speaker 1: in your awareness. Even though we haven't been focusing on
- 2:53:08Speaker 1: your thighs a few minutes, we're focusing on your ankles,
- 2:53:20Speaker 1: there's still that sensation of comfort in your thighs. There's
- 2:53:35Speaker 1: that movement of energy because the thighs hold lots of
- 2:53:45Speaker 1: different sensations. Of course, there's the muscles, the big strong
- 2:53:51Speaker 1: muscles that we have in our thighs. But the skin
- 2:54:05Speaker 1: on the outside of the thighs, as in the outside
- 2:54:10Speaker 1: of all of our body, it can be very sensitive,
- 2:54:18Speaker 1: sensitive to a touch, sensitive to temperature, and inside your
- 2:54:32Speaker 1: thighs the bones, there's the muscles, the blood, vessels, the
- 2:54:40Speaker 1: arch trees to all this stuff inside of thighs. I
- 2:54:50Speaker 1: guess sometimes it would be nice if you could actually
- 2:54:53Speaker 1: put your fingers inside your thighs and message so you
- 2:55:01Speaker 1: can message on the outside of the course, but be
- 2:55:04Speaker 1: able to get deep into the muscles, to be able
- 2:55:08Speaker 1: to just massage inside your thighs, message in the bones.
- 2:55:14Speaker 1: If your leg massage veins, just gently healing thighs, you
- 2:55:31Speaker 1: can move down message inside your knees. Just message in
- 2:55:38Speaker 1: those bones, but with healing fingertips, spreading the healing energy
- 2:55:46Speaker 1: deep into the choice.
- 2:55:49Speaker 31: Your knees.
- 2:55:55Speaker 1: Of course, it's the bank you need. The side crease
- 2:56:02Speaker 1: real need is it's a very sensitive area, feels very
- 2:56:10Speaker 1: nice when it striking. That might be because it's an
- 2:56:15Speaker 1: area that's not really touched very often. It's almost like
- 2:56:20Speaker 1: a hidden part a crease your legs. It's almost like
- 2:56:29Speaker 1: a part that has a sensitivity, which is a little
- 2:56:34Speaker 1: bit different. Of course, it's protected by legs. Legend. Put
- 2:56:54Speaker 1: in your fingers into increase legs folded between your legs,
- 2:57:06Speaker 1: you can just message with your fingertips. Your fingertips gonna
- 2:57:11Speaker 1: be inside. Massage in the muscle tishire you can cause
- 2:57:22Speaker 1: fielder bones of your nas had it for your fingertips,
- 2:57:36Speaker 1: and then as you go down t calf muscles and
- 2:57:42Speaker 1: that's the part I'd like to be outside. Really put
- 2:57:46Speaker 1: my fingertips step inside my calf muscles, massage in every
- 2:57:54Speaker 1: single tissue, the muscle, every part. They doing the same
- 2:58:08Speaker 1: for a shields massage, gently stroking the bones, gently stroking
- 2:58:19Speaker 1: the hearing in a loving way, because they deserve to
- 2:58:24Speaker 1: be treated. There's the precious bones that they are. Our
- 2:58:31Speaker 1: legs are so precious that in all the other parts
- 2:58:35Speaker 1: of our body, the more precious of any chub the planet.
- 2:58:52Speaker 1: When you start to think about the legs sway, you
- 2:59:05Speaker 1: can change your perspective. It might sound it's silly to
- 2:59:15Speaker 1: stop here, the idea of family love you legs. Show
- 2:59:23Speaker 1: an appreciation with your thighs. Wanting to be able to
- 2:59:31Speaker 1: be your hands in your thighs, passage the muscles and
- 2:59:39Speaker 1: the bones, to get your fingers deep in their releasing tension.
- 2:59:50Speaker 1: Just to show how much you care about your legs.
- 3:00:00Speaker 31: What do you care for what your legs do for you.
- 3:00:05Speaker 1: Regularly, your meed, your calves, your ankles, the strength of
- 3:00:17Speaker 1: your ankles, considering how fit they are compared to the
- 3:00:25Speaker 1: rest of your legs, especially your thighs. Yeah, they're so strong,
- 3:00:35Speaker 1: so flexible, absolutely amazing things. Ankles are.
- 3:00:48Speaker 21: Truly a gift.
- 3:00:52Speaker 1: Because of what they do for you. Support in all
- 3:01:00Speaker 1: out weight. We can't understand how what weight you are.
- 3:01:07Speaker 1: Even if you eat a stone still would be long
- 3:01:12Speaker 1: weight for these little angles, How was it the heavier?
- 3:01:19Speaker 1: The Mainston double dome in my course support my body
- 3:01:30Speaker 1: all the time, but they do give off a side
- 3:01:37Speaker 1: of relief to sit down, as I've had my whole
- 3:01:42Speaker 1: necks though my fee feegle s, my toes clap. So
- 3:02:13Speaker 1: your legs really are amazing? Can I be talking about?
- 3:02:23Speaker 1: Talking about your legs is probably possibly the most boring
- 3:02:31Speaker 1: things you ever had anyone saying possibly boring on everything
- 3:02:41Speaker 1: I said is true. Your legs are amazing. Your legs
- 3:02:56Speaker 1: deserve of just respect. They deserve to relax.
- 3:03:08Speaker 14: Deeply.
- 3:03:16Speaker 1: They deserve to take some time out of the day
- 3:03:21Speaker 1: to just let go completely. The legs really can relax
- 3:03:58Speaker 1: because the legs are so such a nice, very important
- 3:04:03Speaker 1: part of your body. When your relax makes the rest
- 3:04:08Speaker 1: of your body also naturally follows in that journey of comfort.
- 3:04:29Speaker 1: Feeling my hips, My hips feel really nice, and also
- 3:04:37Speaker 1: my life back as well.
- 3:04:41Speaker 32: My lower back.
- 3:04:42Speaker 1: Really feels it feels stretched, even though I'm just sitting
- 3:04:47Speaker 1: in a chair and there's no stretching. As far as
- 3:04:53Speaker 1: my way that I'm doing. It's almost as if the
- 3:04:56Speaker 1: muscles just relax so much. There is a natural stretch
- 3:05:03Speaker 1: as a tension has reduced a bound countdown ten downs one,
- 3:05:33Speaker 1: you can continue to film wonderfully amassed ten nine, eight, seven, six.
- 3:06:02Speaker 14: Five.
- 3:06:07Speaker 1: Four three one. Relax because I'm just going to count
- 3:06:36Speaker 1: down five down to one, and as a countdown, you
- 3:06:42Speaker 1: just focus on the numbers, just the numbers counted down,
- 3:06:50Speaker 1: and notice how you feel in this moment as you
- 3:07:00Speaker 1: the numbers counting down, knowing that those numbers counting down
- 3:07:07Speaker 1: represent you feeling calmer, not just in the body, but
- 3:07:18Speaker 1: also relaxing the mind. Just notice how you feel. There's
- 3:07:27Speaker 1: nothing to do, there's nothing to say, there's nothing to
- 3:07:33Speaker 1: think about. Starting with number five, four three to one.
- 3:08:25Speaker 1: As you notice the gradual.
- 3:08:34Speaker 10: Letting go.
- 3:08:37Speaker 1: The tension in your body, you may also begin to
- 3:08:44Speaker 1: notice and be aware of how your mind is starting
- 3:08:52Speaker 1: to slow down. This is just a natural thing that happens.
- 3:09:03Speaker 1: It's not really a special procedure. It's just natural because
- 3:09:08Speaker 1: if your body relaxes, your mind also starts to relax.
- 3:09:15Speaker 1: And the more micro relaxes, the more your body relaxes.
- 3:09:19Speaker 1: It's just a continuous circle of relaxation, and there's that
- 3:09:31Speaker 1: calmness that comes from relative quietness. You know, even if
- 3:09:39Speaker 1: this background sounds, maybe your side online is still going
- 3:09:47Speaker 1: to be quite calm. You know, you haven't got the
- 3:09:52Speaker 1: television on, there's no music in the background unless you're
- 3:09:57Speaker 1: listening to the recorded with music. Of course, you're very
- 3:10:05Speaker 1: likely not going to be sitting in a room with
- 3:10:07Speaker 1: other people. Of course you might be, but generally it's
- 3:10:12Speaker 1: more ideal if you could do this on your own,
- 3:10:16Speaker 1: so no distractions, and when you stop thinking about stuff,
- 3:10:33Speaker 1: relaxation automatically rises. The sense of comfort starts to grow,
- 3:10:48Speaker 1: and without trying to build it up into something fantastical,
- 3:10:58Speaker 1: something magical, this is just a natural process, something that's
- 3:11:08Speaker 1: easy to accomplish. In fact, it's almost the sense of
- 3:11:18Speaker 1: relaxing completely happens really when you put no effort into it.
- 3:11:26Speaker 1: It's not something that you can really force. It's something
- 3:11:32Speaker 1: that happens naturally. A part of the process of this
- 3:11:43Speaker 1: recording and others is simply two allow you to take
- 3:11:55Speaker 1: advantage of this space this time, to just let go,
- 3:12:13Speaker 1: to just be here, to be in chune with how
- 3:12:22Speaker 1: you felt, yet with the intention of wanting to relax deeply,
- 3:12:40Speaker 1: that maybe even to fall asleep, depending on what is
- 3:12:47Speaker 1: the wish for yourself in this moment. And as we know,
- 3:13:01Speaker 1: relaxing is the majority of the process of falling asleep,
- 3:13:11Speaker 1: the actual fall. The sleep part is the tiny bit
- 3:13:15Speaker 1: at the end. The deeper relaxed you become, the easier
- 3:13:30Speaker 1: you find yourself drifting. You can also if you choose
- 3:13:45Speaker 1: to stay focused on my voice and really enjoy the process,
- 3:14:06Speaker 1: congratually relaxing each muscle in your body effortlessly and just
- 3:14:39Speaker 1: observing the sensation of letting go completely. This time may
- 3:15:06Speaker 1: count from six down to one. You can notice your
- 3:15:16Speaker 1: mind calming down at each number. Hear me saying, actually
- 3:15:34Speaker 1: feeling calm, slow to Paul, six, fivehhhhhhhhh, being nowhere. How
- 3:18:41Speaker 1: you might slip write down sinking deeply its relaxation. As
- 3:19:11Speaker 1: you focus on your wind, I notice that there are
- 3:19:20Speaker 1: some thoughts still there, maybe some stubborn thoughts that for
- 3:19:30Speaker 1: some reason perhaps need your attention. What you can do
- 3:19:44Speaker 1: is send love to those thoughts. Sprinkle those thoughts with love,
- 3:20:04Speaker 1: my lord, petals for a flower. Just sprinkle over petals,
- 3:20:10Speaker 1: feel good love towards those thoughts. To let those thoughts over.
- 3:20:20Speaker 1: You're not a band in a number, you just need them.
- 3:20:26Speaker 1: You require them to just calm down, slow down, quiet down.
- 3:20:41Speaker 1: Are now so as you focus on those remaining thoughts
- 3:20:54Speaker 1: as we count down, this time from seven down to one.
- 3:21:00Speaker 1: Each number, just imagine sprinkling those flower petals of love, kindness, gratitude,
- 3:21:19Speaker 1: both of those thoughts to allow them to just not
- 3:21:29Speaker 1: away relax deeply. Every number, those thoughts will become more
- 3:21:49Speaker 1: and more relaxed. Starting seven, six, Yes, next, got to
- 3:24:54Speaker 1: focus else if it's the over extray hands on relaxtra
- 3:25:12Speaker 1: body and mind. Do yes, you focus on my hands
- 3:25:35Speaker 1: and your fingers. Nothing needed to be done with a
- 3:25:45Speaker 1: clenching of fists, of dens and the fingers.
- 3:25:50Speaker 14: Writing that.
- 3:25:58Speaker 1: It's just notice focusing on your hands to see feel
- 3:26:28Speaker 1: the kiss stop an adds to your hands, fail my cart,
- 3:26:38Speaker 1: your mind feels comfiends your body, the taste starting to.
- 3:27:44Speaker 23: Say just spoixperience.
- 3:28:06Speaker 1: A real deep of that reaxation in your heads. Beguess
- 3:28:24Speaker 1: more relaxed feached number eight down to one in the west,
