A 33-year-old man with autism, Todd Jeffrey Earnshaw Jr., has been missing for a week in Johnson County, Kansas. Last seen leaving his home on August 21, he was driving a black 2006 Honda Accord with no license plate. Standing 6’3”, weighing around 240 lbs, he had red-brown hair, blue eyes, and was wearing a light orange t-shirt and black Under Armour shorts. Officials are deeply concerned for his safety as he may be traveling throughout the Kansas City metro area — his last known transaction was in Louisburg.
