- 0:11Speaker 3: Coming up tonight, we'll have a packed program for you.

- 0:17Speaker 3: at zero conundrum. Douglas Murray will join you to discuss
- 0:21Speaker 3: Britain's blasphemy laws and he also has a few words
- 0:24Speaker 3: of advice for preachy rock star Bono.
- 0:27Speaker 2: The Victorian government's reckless.
- 0:29Speaker 3: Economic agenda is again under the spotlight ten and McQueen
- 0:33Speaker 3: will weigh in on that, and later in the hour
- 0:35Speaker 3: Army Horowitz. We'll have the latest from the US.
- 0:38Speaker 2: And Left is Losing.
- 0:39Speaker 3: It features Greta Thumberg and friends as they sail to
- 0:43Speaker 3: Gaza and they've already run into trouble.
- 0:46Speaker 4: We need your helps this and.
- 0:52Speaker 5: This is lessens Red.
- 0:53Speaker 3: But first joining me now is Liberal Senator Alex Antique.
- 0:57Speaker 2: Alex, you were the driving force.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Behind I'm the South Australian Liberal Party's recent decision to
- 1:03Speaker 3: abandon net zero by twenty fifty, and you called on
- 1:07Speaker 3: the Federal Libs to also walk away from net zero.
- 1:09Speaker 3: But just hours later, the South Australian Liberal leader pulled
- 1:15Speaker 3: cold water on the move, telling reporters that none of
- 1:18Speaker 3: these policy discussions bind any of the parliamentary wings of
- 1:22Speaker 3: the party.
- 1:23Speaker 2: Tell my audience what's going on.
- 1:25Speaker 3: Are the South Australian Libs walking away from net zero
- 1:28Speaker 3: or are you sort of still half pregnant?
- 1:33Speaker 6: Well, look, Rita, what we're talking about actually was a
- 1:36Speaker 6: was a motion that went through our State Council of
- 1:39Speaker 6: the Liberal Party meets quarterly and for pre selections.
- 1:42Speaker 1: But this is just a routine meeting.
- 1:44Speaker 6: There are a number of party members and others who
- 1:47Speaker 6: were involved in putting forward a policy discussion about whether
- 1:50Speaker 6: or not the federal Parliamentary Party should be continuing to
- 1:55Speaker 6: press on with net zero supporting net zero, and the
- 1:57Speaker 6: overwhelming response was no, it shouldn't be, which was very
- 2:01Speaker 6: very encouraging, and that motion was passed and so the
- 2:05Speaker 6: Parliamentary Party, I guess, have received that message from the
- 2:08Speaker 6: South Australian division that the members here don't want that
- 2:13Speaker 6: support to continue, and they don't want it for good reason.
- 2:15Speaker 6: I mean for a whole range of reasons, but for
- 2:18Speaker 6: all the reasons we've been talking about for a very
- 2:19Speaker 6: long period of time. Net zero in itself is really
- 2:22Speaker 6: nothing more than a than a catch cry from a
- 2:26Speaker 6: time gone by. Really, I've been saying it's a sort
- 2:29Speaker 6: of a cash cry from a globalist bureaucrats who are
- 2:33Speaker 6: really doing nothing more than making China rich at our expense.
- 2:36Speaker 6: And so I think it's a very good position. I
- 2:38Speaker 6: hope it's adopted by the Federal Party. The State Party,
- 2:41Speaker 6: of course, weren't actually mentioned in the motion. They have
- 2:43Speaker 6: their own position and that's fair enough too. But ultimately
- 2:46Speaker 6: this comes back to listening to our members, which is
- 2:49Speaker 6: what we are here to do and we should.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Continue to do so.
- 2:54Speaker 7: Well.
- 2:54Speaker 3: So far we haven't had really any clarity from the
- 2:56Speaker 3: new Liberal leader Sas and Leon net zero under review
- 3:00Speaker 3: with a bunch of other policies.
- 3:02Speaker 2: But how much longer is that going going to take?
- 3:04Speaker 3: Alex, Surely the party knows where it stands on this
- 3:09Speaker 3: crucial issue. You've back net zero and lost two elections badly.
- 3:16Speaker 3: I don't understand what the confusion is here. Surely, if
- 3:20Speaker 3: you want to provide the Australian public with a clear
- 3:23Speaker 3: choice on this crucial policy area, you have to back away.
- 3:30Speaker 6: Well, let me start off by telling you what my
- 3:31Speaker 6: own view on the issue of the so called climate
- 3:34Speaker 6: wars is and that is that we should be providing
- 3:36Speaker 6: the cheapest possible power we can possibly provide, which of
- 3:39Speaker 6: course comes back to colon gas, and we should be
- 3:42Speaker 6: doing that. Senator Matt Canavan and I were I think
- 3:45Speaker 6: some of the only, if not the only, members of
- 3:47Speaker 6: the Coalition who opposed the flip to net zero during
- 3:50Speaker 6: the Morrison era in two thousand and twenty two or
- 3:53Speaker 6: twenty one, whenever it was at the end of that term.
- 3:56Speaker 6: And actually, if you look back on the history of it,
- 3:58Speaker 6: we went to the two thousand nineteen election with the
- 4:02Speaker 6: very strong message that we're going to save the weekend
- 4:05Speaker 6: and with no net zero policy, and had, of course
- 4:08Speaker 6: for a range of reasons, but that being one of them,
- 4:10Speaker 6: a very very strong return from the electorate compared to
- 4:14Speaker 6: the following two elections which have been no good, the last.
- 4:17Speaker 1: One being the worst when we've adopted net zero.
- 4:19Speaker 6: Now, obviously there are multitude of factors here, but putting
- 4:22Speaker 6: Australia first has got to mean dumping net zero, and
- 4:26Speaker 6: I hope we do come to that position, and I
- 4:28Speaker 6: hope we come to it quickly.
- 4:29Speaker 1: As a party.
- 4:32Speaker 3: Absolutely twenty nineteen, you won the unwinnable election and energy policy.
- 4:37Speaker 3: Remember they called it a referendum on climate change policies
- 4:41Speaker 3: and the coalition one. Now the UK government has announced
- 4:45Speaker 3: over neither. They're going to be overhauling their defense budget.
- 4:49Speaker 3: They'll be increasing the budget at two point five percent
- 4:52Speaker 3: of GDP by twenty twenty seven. The US is pushing
- 4:56Speaker 3: Australia to lift our defense spending, but the Prime Minister is.
- 5:00Speaker 2: So far refusing.
- 5:01Speaker 3: Apparently the UK is a very different place to Australia.
- 5:05Speaker 8: The UK's in a different place from Australia. We determine
- 5:09Speaker 8: our defense policy. Here where a sovereign nation that need
- 5:17Speaker 8: to have pride in our sovereignty and in our capacity
- 5:21Speaker 8: to make decisions in our national interest.
- 5:25Speaker 3: Alex the PM is talking tough there. He wasn't so
- 5:30Speaker 3: tough when Chinese warships were doing live fire exercises and
- 5:33Speaker 3: we're detected just one hundred and fifty nautical miles from Sydney.
- 5:37Speaker 3: But so far he is refusing to entertain increased spending
- 5:42Speaker 3: on defense.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:45Speaker 6: Well, I mean it's one for the Prime Minister. I
- 5:47Speaker 6: mean this is the Prime Minister, of course, who suggested
- 5:50Speaker 6: that the President of the United States scared the excrement
- 5:53Speaker 6: out of him a while back. So maybe that's hard
- 5:56Speaker 6: to do it. I don't know, but I would have
- 5:57Speaker 6: thought that protecting Australia's borders was the number one priority
- 6:01Speaker 6: of a prime minister in a government, and defense spending
- 6:04Speaker 6: would be one of them. And this is very consistent
- 6:05Speaker 6: with what the Trump administration has been doing all over
- 6:07Speaker 6: the world.
- 6:08Speaker 1: It's no surprise. It shouldn't be a surprise to this government.
- 6:10Speaker 6: They've seen them the pitch for higher spending throughout Europe
- 6:14Speaker 6: for a long time, in fact, going back to the
- 6:16Speaker 6: first Trump Trump administration, and why should Australia be any different.
- 6:20Speaker 6: I mean, you know, this government can find money for
- 6:23Speaker 6: all sorts of things, including hundreds and hundreds of millions
- 6:25Speaker 6: of dollars for the Voice referendum, to build larger bureaucracies,
- 6:30Speaker 6: to Bricky and their mates in Canberra, and for a
- 6:33Speaker 6: whole range of you so called intermittent power. They don't
- 6:37Speaker 6: call them that, We're going to call them that intermittent power,
- 6:39Speaker 6: not renewable power subsidies all over the country. But they
- 6:42Speaker 6: can't find money to defend our borders. I mean, where
- 6:44Speaker 6: are the priorities of this government? We need a government
- 6:47Speaker 6: that's Australia first, and spending on defense is high on
- 6:50Speaker 6: the priority list.
- 6:51Speaker 1: They would have thought.
- 6:54Speaker 3: Now the Prime Minister has left proposed to peranuation tax
- 6:58Speaker 3: hikes open to negotiation in an effort to possibly sideline
- 7:03Speaker 3: the Greens in the Senate and strike a deal with
- 7:05Speaker 3: the Coalition instead. But Alex, surely any coalition backing of
- 7:10Speaker 3: this tax hike has to exclude the plan to tax
- 7:15Speaker 3: unrealized capital gains.
- 7:17Speaker 2: That has to go.
- 7:19Speaker 6: Well, look, reader, I mean, at the end of the day,
- 7:22Speaker 6: it's very simple. We are the party of low taxes
- 7:24Speaker 6: and of small government and we need to be very
- 7:28Speaker 6: resolute on that. I mean, you know, it is true
- 7:30Speaker 6: to say that this Senate in particular is going to
- 7:32Speaker 6: provide an interesting series of decisions for leadership team. I
- 7:36Speaker 6: mean there are now I think they need the Coalition
- 7:40Speaker 6: or the Greens to pass laws on one side of
- 7:42Speaker 6: the fence. You'd have an argument that allowing the Greens
- 7:46Speaker 6: to be negotiated with over the top of us will
- 7:48Speaker 6: mean that we get worse law turned into even worse law.
- 7:52Speaker 6: But my position on this, for what it's worth, my
- 7:54Speaker 6: personal position is that the Liberal Party should always be
- 7:57Speaker 6: true to its core beliefs, the we believe statement, and
- 8:00Speaker 6: we should always stand for lower taxes, and that doesn't
- 8:02Speaker 6: always mean doing a deal, even if it means a
- 8:05Speaker 6: worse result in some instances. I think in some cases
- 8:09Speaker 6: we need to just simply allow Labor and the Greens
- 8:13Speaker 6: to show what they're made of here, and we need
- 8:15Speaker 6: to be resolute and sell that message to the Australian
- 8:17Speaker 6: people that will always be lower taxed under a Liberal
- 8:20Speaker 6: coalition government.
- 8:24Speaker 3: Now, a lot has been said about the Liberal Party
- 8:26Speaker 3: and young voters, so.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Let's just hear now from some young Liberals.
- 8:32Speaker 9: There's people on the conservative side of politics that say
- 8:36Speaker 9: the Coalition needs to go further to the right. That's
- 8:38Speaker 9: why they're losing the election. If the Coalition needed to
- 8:40Speaker 9: go further to the right, one nation would be in government.
- 8:43Speaker 9: But they're not what we had on election day with
- 8:45Speaker 9: a message from the Australian people.
- 8:47Speaker 8: And it's up to us now to listen and to learn,
- 8:50Speaker 8: and I'm confident that the party will do that.
- 8:52Speaker 3: I think there is a little bit of a misconception
- 8:54Speaker 3: that for the Liberals are these.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Big bad guys, or that they have some kind of
- 8:58Speaker 2: very extreme viewer who old. I think that's inherently incorrect.
- 9:01Speaker 6: I think the more important thing to do is to
- 9:03Speaker 6: sort of go, Okay, what does it mean to.
- 9:04Speaker 10: Be a conservative in twenty twenty five?
- 9:06Speaker 4: So what does it mean to be sort of socially progressive.
- 9:09Speaker 2: But economically a bit more liberal? How does that frame now? Alex?
- 9:13Speaker 3: I don't want to be unkind, but if that's the
- 9:15Speaker 3: future of the Liberals, maybe you should just wind up
- 9:18Speaker 3: the party now and find some new projects.
- 9:23Speaker 6: Well, look, I mean, I think reader, I mean, actually
- 9:26Speaker 6: I know all three in some degree, and they're all
- 9:29Speaker 6: very good young people, I have to say, But we
- 9:31Speaker 6: are dealing with the ABC, and the ABC does find
- 9:34Speaker 6: a way to prosecute its own view of the world
- 9:38Speaker 6: in many instances in.
- 9:39Speaker 1: A way that which you would expect they would.
- 9:41Speaker 6: And I think in many instances, you know, we could
- 9:44Speaker 6: have found probably, you know, if you give it, if
- 9:46Speaker 6: the ABC had contacted me and given me a heads up,
- 9:49Speaker 6: I could have probably found seventy young people that might
- 9:51Speaker 6: have taken a different view. But that's the way it is.
- 9:54Speaker 6: It is, as they say, a broad Church, and look,
- 9:56Speaker 6: we're not always going to agree. What I would say, though,
- 9:58Speaker 6: is that this narrative that somehow the Liberal Party, particularly
- 10:03Speaker 6: here in South Australia, has gone hard right or far
- 10:05Speaker 6: right or whatever, and that only applies if you're coming
- 10:07Speaker 6: from the hard left, as far as I was always,
- 10:09Speaker 6: I'm only far right to the far left. And what
- 10:12Speaker 6: we're talking about is getting the party back to a
- 10:14Speaker 6: position where it's talking about the issues that are important
- 10:17Speaker 6: to middle Australia. And I challenge anyone to tell us
- 10:20Speaker 6: anything about the sort of policies that I would you know,
- 10:23Speaker 6: push that are in that category. I think they're all
- 10:26Speaker 6: very sensible and I think a lot of mainstream Australians
- 10:28Speaker 6: would agree. So I think it says more about the
- 10:31Speaker 6: ABC than it does any of our young liberals.
- 10:33Speaker 2: Frankly, absolutely.
- 10:36Speaker 3: Now before you go earlier today, the latest GDP figures
- 10:40Speaker 3: were released and it's not great for the economy. Australia's
- 10:45Speaker 3: GDP increased by just zero point two percent in the
- 10:49Speaker 3: March quarter. That's lower than the zero point six percent
- 10:53Speaker 3: we saw in December and lower than the expectations that
- 10:57Speaker 3: economists had Alex. The key figure here is the per
- 11:01Speaker 3: capita figure. GDP per capita has gone back zero point
- 11:07Speaker 3: four percent, and that's really what impacts people.
- 11:11Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, and of course we've seen similar stats over
- 11:15Speaker 6: the last quarter or so about the decline in disposable income.
- 11:19Speaker 6: We're now i think leading the Western world leading I
- 11:23Speaker 6: use that term very loosely. I think eight percent. We've
- 11:26Speaker 6: gone backwards over the last term. And I mean, look,
- 11:29Speaker 6: this is just unfortunately we're we're up to I mean,
- 11:31Speaker 6: we are, as we have said many times under this
- 11:34Speaker 6: government and under this ethos, a nation in decline, sadly.
- 11:38Speaker 6: And look, our job is to provide a strong alternative,
- 11:42Speaker 6: both economically.
- 11:43Speaker 1: And I would say culturally.
- 11:45Speaker 6: And you know, we're just unfortunately it's going to be
- 11:48Speaker 6: a rough ride the next three years for Australian so
- 11:51Speaker 6: we just have to do everything we can to push
- 11:53Speaker 6: back on that.
- 11:56Speaker 3: Well, this is what's so remarkable. Yes, it was a
- 11:59Speaker 3: very lackluster election campaign from the Libs, but Australia has
- 12:04Speaker 3: just seen the biggest drop in living standards in the
- 12:07Speaker 3: developed world and the party that oversaw that has been
- 12:11Speaker 3: returned in our landslide. What does that say about the
- 12:16Speaker 3: election campaign that the Libs ran.
- 12:20Speaker 6: Well, look, i mean we've been a lot said about it.
- 12:21Speaker 6: I'veset a lot about it as well. I think it
- 12:24Speaker 6: needs to be properly reviewed, of course, but I would
- 12:27Speaker 6: say from the outset that we need to be very
- 12:29Speaker 6: clear about what we stand for, and I don't think
- 12:32Speaker 6: that the campaign.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Did that, and did it on a range of reasons. Look,
- 12:37Speaker 1: this is what we're.
- 12:37Speaker 6: Talking about when we're saying getting the party back to
- 12:40Speaker 6: what middle Australia is talking about.
- 12:42Speaker 1: We can't be frightened of issues which.
- 12:43Speaker 6: The left push, which are otherwise seen as being radioactive.
- 12:48Speaker 6: Most mainstream Australians are talking about them, be they economic,
- 12:52Speaker 6: be they cultural, and we have to be out and
- 12:54Speaker 6: loud and proud about it. And it's as simple as that.
- 12:56Speaker 6: And that's my hope for the next election cycles that
- 12:58Speaker 6: we start putting some clear alternatives and non labor light alternatives.
- 13:05Speaker 3: Yes, non labor light being the keywords. They're sent to Alexandchik.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Thank you for your time tonight.
- 13:10Speaker 1: Thanks reader.
- 13:11Speaker 3: Joining me now is one of the finest thinkers of
- 13:14Speaker 3: his generation, best selling author Douglas Murray Douglas, We've got
- 13:18Speaker 3: plenty to discuss today. Let's start with Bono, the preachy
- 13:22Speaker 3: YouTube front man with a history of questionable tax arrangements.
- 13:26Speaker 2: He's had some thoughts about usaid.
- 13:30Speaker 1: It's not proven.
- 13:31Speaker 11: But there's surveillance enough suggests three hundred thousand people have
- 13:36Speaker 11: already died from just this.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Cut off, this hard cut of USAID.
- 13:42Speaker 3: Douglas, we've got Bill Gates also making all sorts of
- 13:45Speaker 3: bold claims.
- 13:47Speaker 2: He's saying millions of debts.
- 13:48Speaker 3: Will this sort of advocacy for USAID have any effect?
- 13:55Speaker 1: No, it won't.
- 13:56Speaker 12: I think, as far as we know, the judgment of
- 13:59Speaker 12: Elon Ask, the Doge team, and indeed President Trump was
- 14:04Speaker 12: that they looked under the bonnet of what was there
- 14:07Speaker 12: at USAID, looked to see if there was anything worth salvageable,
- 14:11Speaker 12: and decided that the whole thing was so rotten and
- 14:14Speaker 12: there was so much unaccountability that it just.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Wasn't worth saving. It was worth scrapping.
- 14:20Speaker 12: I'm always loath to hear from Bono pretty much about
- 14:24Speaker 12: any subject other than singing with You two, which he's
- 14:28Speaker 12: great at. But whenever something like him talks like this,
- 14:33Speaker 12: they always seem to forget. This isn't their money to
- 14:37Speaker 12: give away. To his credit, Bill Gates says that he's
- 14:39Speaker 12: going to give away his money and give it away
- 14:41Speaker 12: to Africa, and we'll see if he does that.
- 14:44Speaker 1: But when Bono speaks like this.
- 14:46Speaker 4: He seems to forget.
- 14:47Speaker 1: This isn't just.
- 14:48Speaker 12: The sort of free money from something. This is money
- 14:52Speaker 12: that American taxpayers work for and hand over to the
- 14:55Speaker 12: federal government to be well used. And the is that
- 15:00Speaker 12: USAID's money was not well used. It was an incredibly
- 15:05Speaker 12: political entity, whether as I say, very little accountability. It
- 15:09Speaker 12: just it just hosed money out, particularly toward the end
- 15:12Speaker 12: of Biden's time in office, if you can say he
- 15:15Speaker 12: was actually in office. It just holds money out because
- 15:18Speaker 12: they want to be able to demonstrate that they're giving
- 15:20Speaker 12: out money. Well, I'd rather see that they're actually doing
- 15:23Speaker 12: some good with that money. But yes, it's very easy
- 15:25Speaker 12: for you, write bono to be very generous with other
- 15:28Speaker 12: people's money.
- 15:31Speaker 3: Yes, I think people's eyes have been open to this
- 15:34Speaker 3: sort of activism. USIID was funding around the world, as
- 15:38Speaker 3: so many of these movements will be wondering where they're
- 15:40Speaker 3: getting the money from. Where's this organic, sort of grassroots movement.
- 15:44Speaker 3: It never was that it was taxpayers unwishingly funding this madness.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Now, Douglas, it's happened again.
- 15:51Speaker 3: Kirstarma is again tweeting like his Donald Trump and angry
- 15:55Speaker 3: Donald Trump. He posted, you have every right to be
- 15:58Speaker 3: angry about small boat crossings. I'm angry too, and he's
- 16:02Speaker 3: promised all sorts of action there. But that was the
- 16:04Speaker 3: number of people claiming asylum in the UK in the
- 16:08Speaker 3: past year in twenty twenty four was the highest since
- 16:12Speaker 3: records began.
- 16:13Speaker 2: They're not really doing much to solve.
- 16:15Speaker 12: This issue, no, I mean, Kirs Starmer says, you know
- 16:19Speaker 12: in a tweet, I'm angry in order to try to
- 16:22Speaker 12: placate the actual real anger of the British public, who
- 16:27Speaker 12: just whether it's conservative or labor, the migration just keeps
- 16:32Speaker 12: going up, up and up endlessly, so that just illegal
- 16:36Speaker 12: boat crossings across the channel in a single day again
- 16:38Speaker 12: the other day were about eleven hundred people, well the
- 16:42Speaker 12: one thousand people arriving illegally in a day. And what's
- 16:44Speaker 12: the point of having laws, what's the point of even
- 16:47Speaker 12: pretending you have borders, let alone pretending that you're angry
- 16:50Speaker 12: when they are they're being infringed, when they're being infringed
- 16:54Speaker 12: every single day, when the law is being made to
- 16:57Speaker 12: look like an ass every single day. And if Arma
- 17:00Speaker 12: actually wants to demonstrate that he feels angry about this,
- 17:03Speaker 12: he shouldn't just send out a tweet he should start
- 17:06Speaker 12: the forced deportation of the hundreds of thousands, if not millions,
- 17:10Speaker 12: of people who have broken into the UK illegally.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Is he going to do that?
- 17:16Speaker 12: We'll see.
- 17:19Speaker 2: Probably unlikely.
- 17:21Speaker 3: Staying in the UK, one has to ask does the
- 17:25Speaker 3: country now have quasi blasphemy laws or perhaps I should
- 17:29Speaker 3: just call them blasphemy laws. We have a man who
- 17:32Speaker 3: burnt a copy of the Koran, his own copy and
- 17:36Speaker 3: shouted in Turkish that Islam is religion of terrorism. Well,
- 17:42Speaker 3: Douglas has been convicted of a religiously aggravated public order
- 17:47Speaker 3: offense and find.
- 17:50Speaker 12: You're completely right, reader, this is simply a blasphemy law.
- 17:54Speaker 12: You know, if somebody set light to a Bible, everybody
- 18:00Speaker 12: will be running out saying this man has an absolute
- 18:03Speaker 12: right to do so. The churches will be falling over
- 18:06Speaker 12: themselves to demonstrate it. It will probably win the Turner
- 18:11Speaker 12: Prize or some other art prize for being so daring.
- 18:15Speaker 12: But no, the holy book of modern Britain, as so
- 18:19Speaker 12: many other Western democracies now, is the Qoran.
- 18:22Speaker 1: It's the holy.
- 18:23Speaker 12: Book in that even the people who've never opened it
- 18:25Speaker 12: and don't know what's in it know that that is
- 18:29Speaker 12: the thing that has to be protected. So whether you're
- 18:32Speaker 12: an autistic school child in the North of England who
- 18:36Speaker 12: accidentally drops the Koran on the floor, that child's mother
- 18:40Speaker 12: will have to sit in front of effectively a Sharia
- 18:43Speaker 12: council and beg for the life of her child. In
- 18:46Speaker 12: Britain in the twenty first century, if you're a school
- 18:49Speaker 12: teacher in Batley and some deranged, semi educated parent alleges
- 18:54Speaker 12: that a teacher has said something blasphemous about Islam, then
- 18:58Speaker 12: that teacher goes into and is still in hiding to
- 19:02Speaker 12: this day. And if you burn a Koran, it turns
- 19:05Speaker 12: out that's the holy book. That's the thing you mustn't touch.
- 19:08Speaker 12: It's not just a blasphemy law. It's a blasphemy law
- 19:13Speaker 12: that the state is allowing to be pushed through by
- 19:16Speaker 12: threat of force. Because nobody is doing an argument here.
- 19:20Speaker 12: You know, there's no good argument for why the Quran
- 19:23Speaker 12: has to be treated as the holiest of holy books. No,
- 19:26Speaker 12: it's only that intimidation, violence and thuggery seems to work.
- 19:31Speaker 12: And I thought that was the sort of thing that
- 19:33Speaker 12: the law was there to protect us against.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Absolutely.
- 19:38Speaker 3: Now let's go to the US and you've written in
- 19:41Speaker 3: the Spectator about the derangement of Harvard. The Ivyla College
- 19:45Speaker 3: is currently at war with the Trump administration. We had
- 19:49Speaker 3: those a thirty more than thirty Harvard University student organization
- 19:54Speaker 3: signing a letter Douglas literally whilst October seven, Victims was
- 19:59Speaker 3: still being uncovered blaming the Israeli regime entirely for the
- 20:06Speaker 3: unfolding violence. Tell me what's happening at Harvard. How did
- 20:10Speaker 3: this prestigious Ivyley College become such a hot bit of
- 20:15Speaker 3: hatred and hostility.
- 20:19Speaker 12: Well, you know, it's well documented. As you said, Rita,
- 20:22Speaker 12: the students of places like Harvard, from the seventh of
- 20:25Speaker 12: October twenty twenty three onwards were making it clear.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Which side they were on.
- 20:30Speaker 12: They were saying in a joint letter written on the
- 20:33Speaker 12: seventh of October that the Israeli government, not Hamas the
- 20:37Speaker 12: Israeli government was responsible for all violence. And since then
- 20:41Speaker 12: students at Harvard and other elite universities have been allowed
- 20:44Speaker 12: to rampage across university, shut down student accommodations and places
- 20:50Speaker 12: of study, intimidate and beat up employees, and basically act
- 20:56Speaker 12: as low level copycats of the thugs of Hamas, and
- 20:59Speaker 12: they seem to admire so much, but the real thing
- 21:02Speaker 12: is Rita. We should all congratulate these students at Harvard
- 21:07Speaker 12: and Princeton and Columbia and elsewhere. Congratulations to them. They've
- 21:12Speaker 12: spent the last eighteen or so months calling for the
- 21:15Speaker 12: inter farda, the uprising, a violent terrorist uprising, to be globalized.
- 21:22Speaker 12: And well done, guys, You've got your way, because not
- 21:25Speaker 12: only do you have two people shot in the streets
- 21:27Speaker 12: of Washington, d c. On suspicion of being Jewish, you
- 21:31Speaker 12: now have in Colorado the Islamists, supporters of Hamaz trying
- 21:39Speaker 12: to burn to death Jewish people who are trying to
- 21:43Speaker 12: call for the peaceful release of the hostages still being
- 21:46Speaker 12: held by Hamas in Gaza. So well done, students at Harvard,
- 21:50Speaker 12: Well done, all the students at Princeton and Yale and
- 21:53Speaker 12: the rest of them. You're getting your globalized into Farda.
- 21:57Speaker 12: I hope you love it. Well.
- 22:01Speaker 3: We have that scene, that shocking rise in anti Semitic
- 22:04Speaker 3: violence in the US, the two incidents you mentioned, and
- 22:08Speaker 3: just a short time before that, a matter of weeks
- 22:11Speaker 3: we had a governor's house burned down. It's just such
- 22:17Speaker 3: an escalation. And yet, Douglas, if it was a right
- 22:22Speaker 3: wing movement behind these acts one after another, I would
- 22:27Speaker 3: imagine the reaction would be a little bit more serious
- 22:31Speaker 3: than what we're getting here. Because these are targeted attacks.
- 22:35Speaker 3: There are an acts of domestic terrorism, and I wonder
- 22:38Speaker 3: whether the authorities are looking at them as seriously as
- 22:41Speaker 3: they should.
- 22:43Speaker 12: Well, we've got equivalents we can pull out. I mean,
- 22:48Speaker 12: how many years was it now? Six years ago or
- 22:50Speaker 12: so since Jussi Smollett, remember him, a low grade act
- 22:57Speaker 12: in America, claimed that in the of the night in
- 23:00Speaker 12: Chicago he had been assaulted by two Maga Trump supporters
- 23:06Speaker 12: and racially abuse and had a noose put around his
- 23:09Speaker 12: neck and poison thrown at him and all sorts of
- 23:13Speaker 12: other things. And he just made alligation, which of course
- 23:17Speaker 12: turned out to be a total croc. He'd hired two
- 23:21Speaker 12: big black Nigerian guys to be the local white supremacist
- 23:25Speaker 12: MAGA people. But anyway, remember when Jesse Smollett pulled that
- 23:29Speaker 12: fake hoax hate crime. Within hours, every leading Democrat, Kamala Harris,
- 23:38Speaker 12: all these Hollywood people, all the show hosts all said
- 23:41Speaker 12: we have to have a reckoning as a country that
- 23:44Speaker 12: this could happen here, that low grade actors could be
- 23:49Speaker 12: assaulted by people they've hired from Nigeria to fake hate crime. Oh,
- 23:54Speaker 12: we've got to have a national rethink of everything, guys.
- 23:58Speaker 12: But when real things happening in real time and the
- 24:03Speaker 12: object of the hate is Jews, no, because Jews aren't
- 24:07Speaker 12: one of the cool minorities in the left wing intersectional world.
- 24:12Speaker 12: And you know what's not cool with then either is reality.
- 24:16Speaker 12: They're fine fine talking up the fakes and the hoaxes
- 24:19Speaker 12: and the ghules and the banshees they imagine are lingering everywhere,
- 24:25Speaker 12: but when reality is right in front of them, they'll
- 24:28Speaker 12: continue to do everything they can to avoid it.
- 24:34Speaker 3: And we've seen the media use some very imaginative words
- 24:38Speaker 3: instead of saying Jews or pro israel I think one
- 24:41Speaker 3: of them was pro Gaza hostage release activists. There was
- 24:47Speaker 3: some bizarre wording that NBC used before you go just
- 24:51Speaker 3: on Harvard, the university's tolerance anti Semitism and anti Israeli
- 24:57Speaker 3: sentiment seems boundless. In recent days, we heard another speech
- 25:02Speaker 3: at a Harvard graduation ceremony, this time by Zarah E.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Mom again all about Palestine.
- 25:10Speaker 10: There are no save zones left in US after six
- 25:13Speaker 10: hundred days and seventy seven years of genocide. I sent
- 25:17Speaker 10: her Palestine today not just because of its scale of atrocity,
- 25:21Speaker 10: but because of our complicity in it. Together, we must
- 25:25Speaker 10: refuse to be ruled by the tyrants of our time,
- 25:28Speaker 10: because our liberations are intertwined.
- 25:31Speaker 3: There you go, Douglas, seventy seven years of genocide. These
- 25:35Speaker 3: are the best and brights. These are Harvard graduates.
- 25:38Speaker 12: Yeah, she obviously doesn't have a dog in that fight,
- 25:41Speaker 12: does she? As she's covered in her fear.
- 25:45Speaker 1: And so on.
- 25:47Speaker 12: As I just mentioned in the Spectator last week, one
- 25:50Speaker 12: of the many interesting things is the toxic mix we
- 25:54Speaker 12: see here of real bigotry and real hatred sectarianism as
- 26:01Speaker 12: displayed by that young woman there and all the time,
- 26:06Speaker 12: with the fatal additional mixtures to the cocktail of fanatical
- 26:12Speaker 12: ignorance and narcissism. And the narcissism is, who do you
- 26:16Speaker 12: think you are? You're a student at Harvard, You're one
- 26:20Speaker 12: of the luckiest kids in one of the luckiest generations
- 26:23Speaker 12: of all time, and you seem to be under the
- 26:26Speaker 12: impression that the war in the Middle East that Hamas
- 26:29Speaker 12: started is somehow being directed from Harvard University. And I've
- 26:35Speaker 12: got news for those students. Neither Hamas nor the Israeli
- 26:39Speaker 12: government take any direction from Harvard University or any other
- 26:45Speaker 12: privileged Ivy League campus. There's a world beyond the end
- 26:49Speaker 12: of your own nos. And these students haven't been taught that.
- 26:53Speaker 12: They haven't been taught anything. They certainly haven't been taught
- 26:56Speaker 12: any humility, and so no, they think that the world
- 27:00Speaker 12: is going to be run on their terms. Well, the
- 27:03Speaker 12: sooner they grow up and learn otherwise, the better. But
- 27:06Speaker 12: in the meantime, yes, they'll just continue this toxic cocktail
- 27:09Speaker 12: of advocacy, endless prejudice against people they feel able to
- 27:16Speaker 12: be prejudiced against, and wild wild narcissism.
- 27:22Speaker 3: Douglas Murray beautifully said, thank you so much for your
- 27:25Speaker 3: time tonight.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Great pleasure.
- 27:27Speaker 3: As always, stilt karma Lefty is losing it past. The
- 27:31Speaker 3: Victorian government's reckless economic agenda is back in the spotlight.
- 27:35Speaker 2: Tina McQueen is up next. Welcome back.
- 27:48Speaker 3: Joining me now is Sky News contributor Tina McQueen.
- 27:51Speaker 2: Tina, let's start in Victoria.
- 27:54Speaker 3: We know the state is broke. We've got record debt,
- 27:57Speaker 3: heist in the country and yet Victorian true still hasn't
- 28:01Speaker 3: modeled the potential impact of a credit rating downgrade for
- 28:05Speaker 3: the state, despite strong warnings from ratings agencies that are
- 28:09Speaker 3: lower credit rating is highly likely if the Victorian government
- 28:14Speaker 3: continues with its irresponsible spending.
- 28:18Speaker 13: It's amazing that I can't seem to concern about this, reader,
- 28:21Speaker 13: And as you said, they've had warnings from global agencies
- 28:24Speaker 13: to rain in their operating costs. I mean, it's unbelievable
- 28:29Speaker 13: that the premiers said they'll raise taxes and you know,
- 28:33Speaker 13: cut where they can. Well, maybe she should start with
- 28:36Speaker 13: cutting some of the eighty seven staff she has on
- 28:39Speaker 13: you know, it's just ridiculous. They plan to introduce taxes
- 28:43Speaker 13: as the what is it, what the congestion levy tax,
- 28:47Speaker 13: the Emergency Service Fund, and yet she still plans to
- 28:50Speaker 13: give four hundred dollars to each parents of state school children.
- 28:55Speaker 13: It's just ridiculous. They haven't got a clue and they're
- 28:57Speaker 13: going to end up in deep, deep trouble.
- 28:59Speaker 3: Reader, Well, we've had some revelations in the last couple
- 29:06Speaker 3: of days. Victorian state government documents released under the.
- 29:10Speaker 2: Freedom of information.
- 29:11Speaker 3: Laws have shown that the Dan Andrews government approved six
- 29:15Speaker 3: point five million dollars in taxpayer funds for a last
- 29:20Speaker 3: stitch attempt to pump up the Yes Votina, just weeks
- 29:24Speaker 3: from the referendum. Again, this is a state in financial
- 29:29Speaker 3: peril and they're spending our taxes on this divisive activism.
- 29:34Speaker 3: For the record, Teina, the majority of Victorian's voted no.
- 29:39Speaker 13: Yeah, as we all did. Just unbelievable he would approve this,
- 29:44Speaker 13: you know they're saying now they didn't actually give the money,
- 29:46Speaker 13: but who would know the money was approved and went somewhere,
- 29:49Speaker 13: So we'll never hear the end of that story. Unbelievable reader,
- 29:53Speaker 13: Such such waste. Another thing I can't believe is they're
- 29:55Speaker 13: still running COVID nineteen programs and the Premier said she
- 29:59Speaker 13: planned to, you know, end those. Well why are they
- 30:03Speaker 13: still running all this time over the disaster COVID period?
- 30:09Speaker 3: Oh, there are so many questions. Let's go down to
- 30:12Speaker 3: the Mornington Peninsula. The Shire councilors there have stripped the
- 30:16Speaker 3: council's bureaucrats of the ability to control how flags are displayed,
- 30:21Speaker 3: both in print and on poles. After omitting the Australian
- 30:26Speaker 3: flag from a Shire kinder flyer that displayed the Aboriginal flag.
- 30:31Speaker 3: It had the Torres Strait Islander flag and the Pride flag.
- 30:36Speaker 3: No Australian flag. It's shocking enough to you now to
- 30:39Speaker 3: exclude our national flag, the only one that is actually
- 30:42Speaker 3: truly inclusive of everybody, but the inclusion of the Pride
- 30:47Speaker 3: flag is particularly odd.
- 30:50Speaker 2: We're talking about kindergarten kids here.
- 30:53Speaker 13: Ah, Look, these people not only should their powers be stripped,
- 30:56Speaker 13: they should be sacked.
- 30:57Speaker 2: It's ridiculous, Rita.
- 30:58Speaker 13: We really should only have one flag and do inclusive
- 31:02Speaker 13: for everyone, and we all stand under that flag. It's
- 31:05Speaker 13: just nuts that they were introduced confusing these young children
- 31:09Speaker 13: at such an early age with you know, a number
- 31:12Speaker 13: of different flags. It's just ridiculous. Now, I'm pleased to
- 31:15Speaker 13: say there's been outrage com communities and rightly so.
- 31:19Speaker 3: Now before you go, Tina, I've got some amusing footage here.
- 31:23Speaker 3: Victoria Police has released this CCTV footage of a burglar
- 31:27Speaker 3: dancing to what police believe was Bruce Springsteen's dancing in
- 31:32Speaker 3: the dark, just moments before he ran off with around
- 31:36Speaker 3: five thousand dollars worth of computer equipment from a.
- 31:39Speaker 2: School in Sunbury.
- 31:42Speaker 3: The criminal seemed to be quite happy here in Victoria Teena.
- 31:45Speaker 2: I'm not sure about the rest of the community.
- 31:48Speaker 13: Well picked, he picked the right song. I mean, clearly
- 31:50Speaker 13: he enjoys his works. I don't know what this guy
- 31:53Speaker 13: was on, but it was just insane, insane footage, and
- 31:58Speaker 13: I hope they catch up with.
- 31:59Speaker 2: Him so.
- 32:02Speaker 4: Well.
- 32:02Speaker 3: The lighting seems to be quite strong where he's chosen
- 32:05Speaker 3: to do his little dad, so yeah, thank god. They
- 32:07Speaker 3: may catch up with him pretty shortly, but in this state,
- 32:10Speaker 3: I don't think he.
- 32:11Speaker 2: Has much to fear. Tina McQueen, thank you so much
- 32:14Speaker 2: for your time tonight.
- 32:15Speaker 13: Thanks Reaver.
- 32:16Speaker 3: Now it's time for lefties losing it. Let's start with
- 32:20Speaker 3: Greta Thumbberg. She's heading to Garza on a boat. You
- 32:23Speaker 3: think the people in that region have suffered enough, but no,
- 32:27Speaker 3: now they have the little Swedish doom Goblin en route
- 32:30Speaker 3: to the wall zone to save the day.
- 32:33Speaker 5: Will attempt to again sail towards the Gaza and to
- 32:38Speaker 5: try to break the siege and open up a humanitarian
- 32:41Speaker 5: code or by delivering aid. Keep trying everything we can,
- 32:46Speaker 5: even if the odds are against us, to try to
- 32:51Speaker 5: protest and do everything we can to stand against Israel's
- 32:55Speaker 5: atrocities and war crimes.
- 32:57Speaker 3: And Greta Thunberg got a little bit, or at least
- 33:00Speaker 3: she tried to when describing the goals of the Freedom flotilla.
- 33:06Speaker 3: Really need to keep these theater kids out of geopolitics.
- 33:09Speaker 5: We are doing this because no matter what odds we
- 33:12Speaker 5: are against, we have to keep trying, because the moment
- 33:17Speaker 5: we stop trying is when.
- 33:19Speaker 14: We lose our humanity.
- 33:21Speaker 10: And no matter how dangerous this mission is, it is
- 33:24Speaker 10: now and near as dangerous as the silence of the
- 33:28Speaker 10: entire world.
- 33:29Speaker 3: Now, just imagine the arrogance, the delusion, the spectacular stupidity
- 33:34Speaker 3: of believing that the Israelis or even her mask give
- 33:38Speaker 3: a flying fruit bat about what Greta and her bunch
- 33:41Speaker 3: of weird own nosering wearing pronoun announcing lefty maates think.
- 33:45Speaker 2: We're on the Maduin.
- 33:48Speaker 3: We have been trying to sail to Luzza with aid,
- 33:51Speaker 3: with solidarity and love for so long, and we are one.
- 33:54Speaker 2: Huge step closer to getting to Dazza now.
- 33:57Speaker 3: And it was all fun and games and singers longs.
- 34:00Speaker 2: For a while.
- 34:05Speaker 3: The silence. But as Greta and her mates near the border,
- 34:14Speaker 3: they spotted drones and then came the calls for help.
- 34:18Speaker 2: Hello, Ron.
- 34:19Speaker 1: We are reporting you from them.
- 34:20Speaker 9: I've believe we are right now at eighty kilometers from
- 34:24Speaker 9: Greek lens and sixty.
- 34:26Speaker 1: Eight kilometers from Greek territorial orders.
- 34:28Speaker 14: What happened is that we just spotted a drone and
- 34:31Speaker 14: we confirmed it is a drone.
- 34:33Speaker 1: But we just lost a visual with it.
- 34:35Speaker 2: We could have either turned back or turned off the lights.
- 34:38Speaker 2: We need, We need your help.
- 34:43Speaker 12: That's it.
- 34:44Speaker 2: Please send This is less.
- 34:45Speaker 3: Sense now, this is an exciting development. Apparently you can
- 34:50Speaker 3: just serve yourself chicken nowadays. If the service take too long,
- 34:55Speaker 3: watch as this woman with a baby on her hip
- 34:58Speaker 3: loses it at eight Church's chicken outlet.
- 35:02Speaker 10: Oh my girl, my girl, County Bay, my girl fixing up.
- 35:08Speaker 2: Damn all right, wait, no, you know where you know?
- 35:26Speaker 3: I don't mind that I'm always getting these breast and
- 35:29Speaker 3: wing pieces when I want to get leg and thighs.
- 35:31Speaker 2: Maybe if I'm helping myself.
- 35:33Speaker 3: Let's talk about the Democrats now, they're not doing too well.
- 35:37Speaker 3: Trump is flying in the polls, particularly when it comes
- 35:40Speaker 3: to economic performance.
- 35:41Speaker 11: Plus eight point advantage for the Republican Party.
- 35:44Speaker 4: How is that possible?
- 35:45Speaker 12: Democrats?
- 35:46Speaker 11: How is that possible? After all the recession? Because after
- 35:49Speaker 11: the stock market's been doing all of this, after all
- 35:51Speaker 11: the terrorists that Americans are against, and Republicans still hold
- 35:54Speaker 11: an eight point lead on the economy.
- 35:56Speaker 2: Are you kidding me? This is a CNN This is
- 35:58Speaker 2: new CNN, Poland I was that when we look for trends,
- 36:01Speaker 2: how is that trending with other data that you're pulling in?
- 36:03Speaker 11: Yeah, if it was just this one CNN, Paul, that
- 36:06Speaker 11: would be one thing. But take a look at Reuter's ipsos.
- 36:08Speaker 11: What do we see here? Party with a better economic plan?
- 36:11Speaker 1: Well, it may have.
- 36:12Speaker 11: Twenty twenty four, just before Donald Trump was reelected president,
- 36:16Speaker 11: Republicans had a nine point advantage. Look at where we
- 36:18Speaker 11: are now and may have twenty twenty five, the advantage
- 36:21Speaker 11: actually went up by three points.
- 36:23Speaker 3: The Democrats and their propaganda, I'm including the painfully unfunny
- 36:28Speaker 3: comics on late night TV shows our in total denial.
- 36:32Speaker 3: Listen to this deranged discussion between Bernie Sanders and Stephen Colbert.
- 36:38Speaker 2: These people exist in a sad.
- 36:40Speaker 3: Parallel universe of their own. Get ready for a Hitler
- 36:44Speaker 3: analogy here.
- 36:45Speaker 1: But also we cannot wait.
- 36:46Speaker 11: We have to have mass protests, mobilization and disruption. Is
- 36:50Speaker 11: that what it's going to take because again there's five
- 36:53Speaker 11: hundred and twenty more days.
- 36:55Speaker 7: The truth of the matter is, I don't care if
- 36:57Speaker 7: you are a conservative, Republican or a progressive as I am.
- 37:02Speaker 4: You do not believe.
- 37:04Speaker 7: I mean, you just stop and think about it. Think
- 37:06Speaker 7: about the men and women who fought and died against Hitler,
- 37:09Speaker 7: fort and died against fascism, fort and died to defend
- 37:12Speaker 7: American democracy. And I think the vast majority of the
- 37:16Speaker 7: American people, regardless of the ideology, are not and cannot
- 37:20Speaker 7: and must not sit back and allow us to move
- 37:23Speaker 7: into an authoritarian type society where people get picked up
- 37:27Speaker 7: off the streets and put in detention centers. Really in
- 37:30Speaker 7: the United States of America, just.
- 37:32Speaker 2: Absolute derangement there from Bernie.
- 37:35Speaker 3: The American people overwhelmingly support deportation of illegal immigrants or
- 37:41Speaker 3: illegal immigrants.
- 37:42Speaker 2: Bernie still to come.
- 37:44Speaker 3: Donald Trump gives the Iranian regime an ultimatum.
- 37:48Speaker 2: Army Horowitz has the details. Welcome back.
- 37:59Speaker 3: Now we've already checked in on crazy Bernie Sanders. Let's
- 38:03Speaker 3: see how Eric Soorwell is traveling. This is the man
- 38:06Speaker 3: best known for dating a Chinese spy. He just released
- 38:10Speaker 3: this bizarre video see if you can understand what the
- 38:14Speaker 3: Democrats what Eric is trying to achieve.
- 38:17Speaker 14: Here, thy congressman, trying to help you put the is
- 38:25Speaker 14: up with Trump always chickening out on tariffs.
- 38:44Speaker 1: Anything else?
- 38:46Speaker 14: That's it.
- 38:50Speaker 2: Joining me now?
- 38:50Speaker 3: Is journalists and filmmaker Army Horowitz.
- 38:53Speaker 2: Army explain that video to me?
- 38:57Speaker 3: Are they suggesting Donald Trump needs.
- 38:59Speaker 2: To go high?
- 39:00Speaker 3: How do we tariffs while simultaneously being anti tariff? And
- 39:05Speaker 3: what's with the tacos? I'm genuinely lost with that video?
- 39:11Speaker 4: Yeah, so, I mean the video is here lost. The
- 39:14Speaker 4: video is absolutely awful, right, I mean, it was amateur hour,
- 39:17Speaker 4: it was stupid. But no tacos? Is is Trump always
- 39:23Speaker 4: chickens out? That's the kind of new the new new.
- 39:26Speaker 2: Saying the lais oh jays.
- 39:30Speaker 4: That's what it was. Really, Yeah, that's where it is.
- 39:34Speaker 4: That's exactly what that what that was. Just to be clear, Okay,
- 39:37Speaker 4: we don't right, So I am a soft shell taco
- 39:41Speaker 4: guy all the way. Okay, live or die. But if
- 39:46Speaker 4: it's it's unhinged to eat hardshell tacos, but if you are,
- 39:51Speaker 4: I think that, Look, he knows more about Chinese than Mexicans.
- 39:56Speaker 4: So I'm gonna give him that, but I get a
- 39:58Speaker 4: hard held taco from Taco Bell is Therida's look of right,
- 40:02Speaker 4: that's what you got to eat. I don't know what
- 40:03Speaker 4: he's doing there. And first of all, I'm from La,
- 40:06Speaker 4: so in La, I'm a del taco guy, okay, all
- 40:09Speaker 4: the way, not tackle bell, that's the cheap stuff. So
- 40:12Speaker 4: I don't know what he was doing there. I know
- 40:13Speaker 4: what he was playing at. And also, yes, of course
- 40:17Speaker 4: the Democrats are in free fall. They know what to
- 40:20Speaker 4: do anti tariff pro TEARFF. They have no idea what's
- 40:24Speaker 4: going on. But I'll tell you this, I mean Trump
- 40:26Speaker 4: just you know, I've been critical of Trump's tariffs, right,
- 40:30Speaker 4: or at least some of them on the air with you, right,
- 40:33Speaker 4: But the guy just doubled down on tariffs and it
- 40:36Speaker 4: came to doubling the tariffs on steel. So I don't
- 40:38Speaker 4: know what they're talking about. Yeah, they are unhinged. They
- 40:42Speaker 4: don't know what's going on, and this video is a
- 40:44Speaker 4: perfect example of that.
- 40:47Speaker 3: It's almost like they're trying to just get a reaction
- 40:50Speaker 3: from Donald Trump by saying he's wake or he's chickening out,
- 40:54Speaker 3: and really, that is such an idiotic way to be
- 40:58Speaker 3: tackling the currents that you just trying to provoke Trump
- 41:01Speaker 3: into a response as if that's a win. Now, it's
- 41:05Speaker 3: Pride month, it's June, and under the Biden administration they
- 41:09Speaker 3: used to party long and hard marking the occasion. They
- 41:13Speaker 3: even let up the White House for Pride Month. That
- 41:17Speaker 3: those days are well and truly over, Army, The White
- 41:20Speaker 3: House Press Secretary Caroline Leavitt was asked how they would
- 41:24Speaker 3: mark Pride months.
- 41:26Speaker 12: Does the President have any plans on making a proclamator?
- 41:29Speaker 12: Is it just going to be due this year?
- 41:31Speaker 15: There are no plans for a proclamation for the month
- 41:34Speaker 15: of June, but I can tell you this president is
- 41:36Speaker 15: very proud to be a president for all Americans, regardless
- 41:40Speaker 15: of Greece, religion, or creed.
- 41:43Speaker 2: The party is over.
- 41:45Speaker 3: Has there been much of a reaction to that, army,
- 41:47Speaker 3: much of a backlash?
- 41:50Speaker 4: Yeah, no, because that was the right answer, right. The
- 41:52Speaker 4: right answer is, Look, we're not looking at single out
- 41:56Speaker 4: one person, one religion, one sexual orientation. We're all Americans.
- 42:01Speaker 4: But the Balkanization of this country by the left has
- 42:04Speaker 4: has has proven fracturing for our society. The Democrats, this
- 42:10Speaker 4: is their playbook, right that we want to separate, want
- 42:13Speaker 4: to isolate different people. We want to promote victimhood.
- 42:17Speaker 12: Uh.
- 42:18Speaker 4: This is kind of what they've been doing for years,
- 42:19Speaker 4: and we're we the country are worse off for it. Yeah.
- 42:24Speaker 4: Look a couple quick stories. You know, you know, I
- 42:28Speaker 4: have a coffee shop Love Coffee across street for me
- 42:30Speaker 4: and during Pride Month, they've got the Pride flag up. Look,
- 42:34Speaker 4: I got no problem with that. Look at a private company,
- 42:36Speaker 4: private business, you could do what you want. I got
- 42:38Speaker 4: no issue. But you know what a flag they don't
- 42:40Speaker 4: put up on July fourth. They don't put up the
- 42:43Speaker 4: American flag. That's right, That's what I'm like, there's a problem.
- 42:46Speaker 1: Right.
- 42:46Speaker 4: Look, you want to you want to celebrate all of it,
- 42:48Speaker 4: that's good, But you're making a business in the United States.
- 42:52Speaker 4: You're making a profit because of America. Yeah, put up
- 42:54Speaker 4: the American flag on July fourth. Another quick story. A
- 42:58Speaker 4: friend of mine got married and she's going to be
- 43:00Speaker 4: baptized and they're on the left right, So they're going
- 43:03Speaker 4: this church and after she's baptized, she said, yeah, that
- 43:07Speaker 4: the priest is going to bring out the Pride flag
- 43:12Speaker 4: and bless the Pride flag. I mean, what in a
- 43:16Speaker 4: church in a religious ceremony. I don't get that at all. Look,
- 43:20Speaker 4: but what it does is this is the new This
- 43:23Speaker 4: is the religion of the left right. This is literally
- 43:27Speaker 4: and figuratively, and the New York Times is their scripture,
- 43:31Speaker 4: and the Pride flag is their crucifix. This is where we're.
- 43:35Speaker 2: At, yep.
- 43:38Speaker 3: But the Trump administration ain't having any of that now.
- 43:42Speaker 3: Earlier in the program, Army I featured Risha Thunberg and
- 43:46Speaker 3: her expedition to Gaza. What do you make of the
- 43:50Speaker 3: Swedish activists latest bit of well activism?
- 43:56Speaker 4: Yeah, she's a gross narcissistic fool. Was that clear enough
- 44:01Speaker 4: for you? I mean, should I should? He was at
- 44:04Speaker 4: an off I hedge my bets there. No, she had awful,
- 44:07Speaker 4: terrible you know. Yeah, I want to do a how
- 44:11Speaker 4: dare you to an Israeli naval corvette with a thirty
- 44:16Speaker 4: two log cells of Barack air to surface missiles. I
- 44:19Speaker 4: want to pull that with the IDF. Okay, see how
- 44:22Speaker 4: far that gets? I want to I want to be
- 44:24Speaker 4: there for that. Look she they're saying they're starving Gaza, right,
- 44:28Speaker 4: feed Gaza. Yeah, I don't think you're the one feeding Gaza.
- 44:31Speaker 4: I think you may have forgotten that Israel has said
- 44:35Speaker 4: one point six million tons one point six tons of
- 44:40Speaker 4: food to h to the Goslins to feed them. Look,
- 44:43Speaker 4: there's been a connection between radical environmentalism and and the
- 44:49Speaker 4: Palestinians for years. I mean, if you go to a
- 44:52Speaker 4: environmental rally, you will always see a free Palestine rally
- 44:56Speaker 4: the same time, I should say it all to you
- 44:58Speaker 4: right there.
- 45:00Speaker 3: Well, it's the usual suspect there is this unholy alliance
- 45:03Speaker 3: between the hard left with Islamists. It's all they share
- 45:08Speaker 3: a common enemy, which is the West, and conservatives staying
- 45:12Speaker 3: in that region don't want to ask you about.
- 45:14Speaker 2: Donald Trump has been quite clear.
- 45:16Speaker 3: Now with the Iranian regime that they must fully dismantle
- 45:20Speaker 3: their nuclear Richmond program as part of any deal they
- 45:24Speaker 3: want to have to ease the sanctions that are crushing
- 45:28Speaker 3: the country.
- 45:29Speaker 2: Tehran's not going to be very happy to hear this.
- 45:32Speaker 3: Trump administration has given some mixed messages to the Mullers,
- 45:37Speaker 3: but the key goal is to stop them from developing
- 45:40Speaker 3: a nuclear weapon.
- 45:43Speaker 4: Yeah. Look, I think mixed messages is the proof weare
- 45:47Speaker 4: of saying it. Where it's not clear what's going on
- 45:51Speaker 4: with the Trump administration and Iran right, we're here reporting,
- 45:56Speaker 4: We're here Trump saying certain things. I think that the
- 46:00Speaker 4: reporting was, in fact, he was going to allow in Richmond.
- 46:02Speaker 4: Actually the reporting was that it was gonna be a
- 46:05Speaker 4: similar deal to the first Iran deal, which obviously would
- 46:09Speaker 4: be a problem for Israel in the United States. And then
- 46:12Speaker 4: if Trump then trying to clarify and saying no, I'm saying,
- 46:15Speaker 4: there's no Richmond. We don't know where it is. This
- 46:18Speaker 4: could be Trump playing good cop, bad cop, and him
- 46:21Speaker 4: he's playing both the roles, which is a traditional way
- 46:23Speaker 4: of playing good cop, bad cop. Right. I think he's
- 46:26Speaker 4: also scared that he that he that Israel will in
- 46:31Speaker 4: fact launch a unilateral attack on Iran.
- 46:34Speaker 13: Right.
- 46:34Speaker 4: I think that Israel is scared. They're looking at what
- 46:38Speaker 4: has gone on with the who Thi's and gone on
- 46:40Speaker 4: with Syria and potentially with Iran, and they're like, what's
- 46:44Speaker 4: going on here, And there's been a lot of noise
- 46:47Speaker 4: of them attacking Iran on their own. I don't think
- 46:49Speaker 4: Trump was looking for that, and I think he's trying
- 46:51Speaker 4: to preempt that by making this statement. Look, there's also
- 46:55Speaker 4: been some other issues that most a lot of people
- 46:57Speaker 4: aren't talking about. But I think are significant when it
- 47:00Speaker 4: comes to the Trump administration visa the Iran There's been
- 47:04Speaker 4: a purge in the Trump administration on the NSC when
- 47:07Speaker 4: it comes to Iran hawks, right, a number of people
- 47:10Speaker 4: in the Iran administration who's taking a very hard line
- 47:13Speaker 4: against Iran had been summarily fired or moved in different
- 47:18Speaker 4: positions within the administration. And that's an issue. And the
- 47:22Speaker 4: reporting going on is that he's looking for Iran. Does
- 47:25Speaker 4: that align more with the Vice president his isolation's wing
- 47:30Speaker 4: of the party than the more traditional Republican hockey special
- 47:35Speaker 4: in Israel. That's disturbing. Again, these are all things that
- 47:41Speaker 4: Trump is good as his grand master plan, right, and
- 47:44Speaker 4: we don't know if he's doing in fact, this is
- 47:45Speaker 4: all negotiation, aployer or actually what he's doing, we're not
- 47:48Speaker 4: gonna know until it's done. So we'll see.
- 47:51Speaker 3: Yep, well we'll see what's happening. Ami Horowitz, thank you
- 47:54Speaker 3: so much for your insights. Appreciated, and that's it from me.
- 47:58Speaker 2: Up next is news not so you are to live
- 48:00Speaker 2: in Tomorrow night
