LOCAL LIVE: Holocene Sound
On October 19th, we welcomed Holocene Sound into the WFHB Local Live Lounge for a genre-bending session that covered a whole lot of musical ground!
Blending rock ‘n’ roll, psych-funk, blues, post-punk, and surf rock, Holocene Sound creates groove-heavy instrumental music full of atmosphere, melody, and unexpected turns. It’s a sound that’s hard to pin down, and that’s part of the fun. With no vocals needed, the band lets the instruments do all the talking.
Big thanks to Holocene Sound for bringing their sound into the Lounge! Check out the full Local Live session…
