Two Men Arrested in Xavier Gibbs Shooting | Salt Lake City News
Two men have been arrested in the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Xavier Gibbs, who was found critically wounded in a crashed car. Officers responded to a shots fired call and discovered Gibbs in a running Dodge Dart after a collision. Two days later, one suspect, Devin Taylor, confessed during an unrelated investigation that he and Dwayne Dowdell shot Gibbs during a planned robbery involving money and drugs.
