- 0:22Speaker 2: Horn is so stupid though, Like it's something that was funny,
- 0:26Speaker 2: maybe about thirty.
- 0:28Speaker 4: Craig Who, Craig, Craig Who, Craig from the radio, Craig Stevens, Yeah,
- 0:39Speaker 4: teacher came.
- 0:40Speaker 1: God, he's really a bitch for this sound effect.
- 0:42Speaker 3: I don't know what it is. Most people that they
- 0:44Speaker 3: move on with their day. It's just a horn for him.
- 0:46Speaker 3: He's like, he's look a look at them.
- 0:49Speaker 2: The problem is is that wasn't But anyway, that hasn't
- 0:54Speaker 2: been cool in a very long time. And I feel
- 0:55Speaker 2: like you're really excited about it. I'm excited just to
- 0:58Speaker 2: annoy you about it. Bring it back, I know, don't.
- 1:00Speaker 3: I have DJ friends that like to hit that in
- 1:02Speaker 3: the middle of one of their transitions.
- 1:04Speaker 1: Yeah, why why why do you need the horn? How
- 1:07Speaker 1: old are they like my age?
- 1:09Speaker 5: Are they like? Different levels?
- 1:10Speaker 4: Of like DJ etiquette or like style where they're like, man,
- 1:13Speaker 4: I don't hit the horn, and like.
- 1:15Speaker 5: You do something else.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I don't know. I just I don't know.
- 1:19Speaker 2: People load up there their their buttons with hockey's little
- 1:22Speaker 2: sound effects, with like little DJ sounders, like, you know,
- 1:25Speaker 2: I should really get something that says J Jewel or something,
- 1:29Speaker 2: you know, but.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Let's do it right now, DJ Joel d D D
- 1:34Speaker 1: D D D J Joel. Yeah, but that's kind of lame. Yeah,
- 1:39Speaker 1: d D D D D d j J. Do I
- 1:41Speaker 1: need a DJ name?
- 1:42Speaker 6: Can I try it?
- 1:44Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:44Speaker 2: Go ahead, DJ Joel.
- 1:47Speaker 1: There you go, very very good. George, do you one
- 1:50Speaker 1: my first?
- 1:52Speaker 5: DJ Joel?
- 1:55Speaker 1: Overlap them all all together? All of them? I don't know.
- 1:59Speaker 2: That's Crystal by the way. So and George's here as
- 2:01Speaker 2: well with Lee High Valley with love. This is episode
- 2:03Speaker 2: forty six. Thanks for coming, guys.
- 2:05Speaker 6: Absolutely.
- 2:06Speaker 1: What's been going on with you? Guys?
- 2:08Speaker 6: Oh a lot?
- 2:10Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 2:10Speaker 5: Where to start?
- 2:11Speaker 1: How was your Easter?
- 2:12Speaker 5: Pretty good? Do you see that plane on the highway?
- 2:14Speaker 7: Oh?
- 2:14Speaker 4: I know it was funny, not funny, I mean, but
- 2:18Speaker 4: they on the internet the one page did like, hey,
- 2:21Speaker 4: April Fool's plane lands on the Highway and then literally
- 2:24Speaker 4: like the next day, the plane land highway, so people
- 2:27Speaker 4: were Somebody in the comments was like, yeah, I made
- 2:30Speaker 4: fun of my girlfriend because I told her she fell
- 2:33Speaker 4: for the joke, and then he actually saw the plane.
- 2:36Speaker 7: On the highway.
- 2:36Speaker 1: It's crazy, isn't it? Or shadowing?
- 2:38Speaker 3: Yeah, I read about that we're on They were on
- 2:40Speaker 3: their way from New Jersey to like Indiana or something.
- 2:43Speaker 2: You'll imagine just the hold that all sixty five year
- 2:47Speaker 2: old dude.
- 2:48Speaker 1: Nobody got hurt.
- 2:49Speaker 2: He did it, honestly, Like you watched the video and
- 2:51Speaker 2: it looks like a damn good landing.
- 2:53Speaker 5: I don't know, it just impressed.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Now.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Picture yourself as a passenger on this plane. How would
- 2:57Speaker 2: you be feeling at the time. If he's like, hey, guys,
- 3:00Speaker 2: we're gonna be landing on seventy eight. I hope you're
- 3:01Speaker 2: okay with that? Would you be like gripping your seat?
- 3:05Speaker 2: Would you be calm? I'll be honest with you. Planes
- 3:07Speaker 2: are starting to creep me out a little bit.
- 3:08Speaker 3: Not like I'm never gonna get on one again, but
- 3:11Speaker 3: the little ones are a little I don't know, I've
- 3:13Speaker 3: been watching the FX thing about but John F. Kennedy
- 3:18Speaker 3: Junior who died in the plane crash, and now I'm
- 3:21Speaker 3: a little creeped.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Out between that and like you know, this plane on
- 3:23Speaker 2: the highway.
- 3:24Speaker 4: There's a subgenre of well it's not even subtimes, a
- 3:26Speaker 4: genre of YouTube videos that are all air crash invest.
- 3:30Speaker 1: I don't want to watch that.
- 3:31Speaker 5: That'll help so much.
- 3:33Speaker 8: Worse because he like falls asleep to them. They're like
- 3:35Speaker 8: very relaxing, like his ASMR of this just like absolutely atrocious,
- 3:40Speaker 8: like descriptive plane crash, like creating the.
- 3:44Speaker 5: Air crash and like what happened.
- 3:46Speaker 4: But like this one channel doesn't have any talking in it,
- 3:49Speaker 4: so it's just like very quiet until the crash at
- 3:52Speaker 4: the end, and then it goes to the next episode
- 3:53Speaker 4: and he's just there there.
- 3:56Speaker 1: They're going down in so much.
- 3:58Speaker 2: Okay, that's kind of almost how I am with nails,
- 4:00Speaker 2: which by the way, is horrible.
- 4:02Speaker 1: A couple of things on nails.
- 4:03Speaker 3: It's been a while since I sent you nail videos
- 4:06Speaker 3: that it was like a week ago for those of
- 4:07Speaker 3: you that are just tuning in or maybe first time
- 4:09Speaker 3: listener of the podcast. I have career aspirations to become
- 4:12Speaker 3: a pediatrist, but I don't want to learn the whole foot.
- 4:14Speaker 3: I just want to cut the nails. So now here's
- 4:17Speaker 3: another thing we were talking earlier behind the scenes here
- 4:20Speaker 3: about Sora, the AI video app that's going by by
- 4:22Speaker 3: now it's like they're getting rid of it. So Sora
- 4:26Speaker 3: has or AI videos have ruined my favorite thing of
- 4:30Speaker 3: watching people's nails getting cut on reels, because now I'm
- 4:34Speaker 3: seeing fake videos of people's nails being cut, Like the
- 4:38Speaker 3: little clipper just touches the nail one time and it
- 4:40Speaker 3: just disintegrates off in the air.
- 4:42Speaker 1: I sent you a couple of them.
- 4:45Speaker 5: Doesn't do it for you. Fake doesn't nail cut out
- 4:48Speaker 5: of like one hundred percent, Like how much of the
- 4:50Speaker 5: inch does that stratch?
- 4:52Speaker 3: None of it because it's very fake. It's very fake.
- 4:54Speaker 3: But here's the point that I want to prove, though.
- 4:56Speaker 3: If somebody's going out of their way to make AI
- 4:58Speaker 3: fake videos of l ill cuttings, there is quite a
- 5:01Speaker 3: market out there. There's a lot of people out there
- 5:04Speaker 3: just like me that find it very satisfying to watch.
- 5:06Speaker 1: But you want to see the real stuff. You don't
- 5:07Speaker 1: want to do fake stuff.
- 5:09Speaker 6: But I just I don't people could tell there's a difference.
- 5:12Speaker 8: I think that like genuinely enough people like yourself, you
- 5:15Speaker 8: secretly love these things.
- 5:17Speaker 6: Yeah, the real stuff's gonna make.
- 5:18Speaker 1: It no secret anymore, I'll tell you. Yeah.
- 5:20Speaker 3: I just you know, sure did no good to the world.
- 5:23Speaker 3: That that app did no good to the world, just
- 5:26Speaker 3: made people confused. And if I see another damn video
- 5:28Speaker 3: of a raccoon jumping up and down on a trampoline,
- 5:32Speaker 3: because it almost got me the first time it did.
- 5:34Speaker 1: On first first glance, there was like.
- 5:36Speaker 8: A section of there was like Bob Barker doing all
- 5:39Speaker 8: kinds off, I mean.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Just crazy and so fun.
- 5:42Speaker 6: I have to I will miss those a little bit.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Speaking of Bob Barker, have you heard the Have you
- 5:47Speaker 2: watched this E series about him?
- 5:50Speaker 3: It's all over the place. They just released it like
- 5:52Speaker 3: two weeks weeks ago. It's the show called Dirty Rotten Scandals.
- 5:55Speaker 3: Oh no, no, I know, I watched this whole thing.
- 5:59Speaker 3: I'm like, ah, how bad was he?
- 6:01Speaker 5: Oh?
- 6:01Speaker 1: Really bad?
- 6:02Speaker 9: Really bad?
- 6:03Speaker 1: Like we should probably cancel Bob Barker.
- 6:05Speaker 6: It's not surprising, it's not surpassing.
- 6:08Speaker 2: I mean, I can't just people just be regular, normal
- 6:11Speaker 2: human beings, you know.
- 6:11Speaker 3: Well, he was having an affair with one of the
- 6:13Speaker 3: models way back, but that was like big news.
- 6:15Speaker 1: Everybody knew about that back then.
- 6:17Speaker 3: And then she sued him and he sued her, and
- 6:19Speaker 3: everybody suit each other.
- 6:20Speaker 8: And then was it like a real one or was
- 6:22Speaker 8: it like coercive, like it's my boss, you better be
- 6:25Speaker 8: my girlfriend, like yuckie stuff.
- 6:27Speaker 3: I think you should go watch the documentary. Yeah, one
- 6:30Speaker 3: of the things. And now like, hey, I watched Prices
- 6:33Speaker 3: right all the time. There's a Pluto TV. Love Pluto
- 6:36Speaker 3: TV not a page sponsorship, but it could be. If
- 6:38Speaker 3: you want to sponsor a podcast, let us know.
- 6:39Speaker 2: But Pluto TV has a twenty four hour stream of
- 6:42Speaker 2: the Bob Barker era Prices right. It's the all old
- 6:45Speaker 2: school prices right all day long.
- 6:48Speaker 1: So they're saying in this.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Documentary that Bob Barker had a strict rule about no
- 6:53Speaker 3: more than two black people at the same time.
- 6:56Speaker 2: And now every time I watch it, I'm like, oh, one, two, Yeah,
- 7:01Speaker 2: it's pretty bad. So Bob Barker, man, what the hell?
- 7:05Speaker 2: I'm disappointed? Why I love Bob Barker, No love, Like, if.
- 7:10Speaker 4: If anything ever comes out about mister Rogers, I'm just it.
- 7:13Speaker 2: Well, yeah, I'll give up. He's in the Epstein files.
- 7:17Speaker 2: He was just redacted. Everybody redact whatever you want about
- 7:23Speaker 2: loving your neighbor. Yeah.
- 7:26Speaker 9: They Blazed and Confused podcast with Becker and Joel The
- 7:31Speaker 9: trivia podcast where Truth, Fury and th HC glide. Let's

- 7:58Speaker 2: and then at the end of the day it's like, man,
- 8:00Speaker 2: you're gonna feel like shit for two hours now, So
- 8:02Speaker 2: I blame work. This hasn't work to me, though, I

- 8:08Speaker 2: You're blowing the cover.
- 8:09Speaker 3: You're supposed to make the people think that this podcast
- 8:12Speaker 3: is paying you hundreds of thousands of dollars. You drive it, Bentley,
- 8:14Speaker 3: this is your only job. You're rolling here once a
- 8:16Speaker 3: week like Joe Rogan, record your ship and go home.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Hi, I'm Becker. This is all I do. Happy.
- 8:24Speaker 2: That's my friends all over there. Our guest today George
- 8:26Speaker 2: and Crystal Whacker with Leehighvalley with Love Media.
- 8:30Speaker 1: How's it going guys?
- 8:30Speaker 5: Hey, how's it going?
- 8:31Speaker 2: Hen So this is the first time that Crystal's on
- 8:34Speaker 2: the show. Are you going to be doing.
- 8:35Speaker 1: The questions today?
- 8:36Speaker 2: Or is George's what's happening.
- 8:38Speaker 5: You the question?
- 8:39Speaker 6: I'm just hanging out you guys.
- 8:40Speaker 5: She wasn't able to meet it last time. We didn't know,
- 8:42Speaker 5: we didn't have a babysitter.
- 8:44Speaker 8: So listen, I'm just I'm out of the house with
- 8:47Speaker 8: all my heart. But it's kind of nice just hang
- 8:48Speaker 8: out with you guys.
- 8:49Speaker 6: So I don't know. I'm just here.
- 8:50Speaker 8: I'm gonna get lost a lot, just kind of keep
- 8:53Speaker 8: me forward with the I didn't tell.
- 8:54Speaker 5: You it's a trivia thing.
- 8:57Speaker 1: Oh you didn't know distrivia thing. Yeah, it's all trivia,
- 9:00Speaker 1: all right, Well.
- 9:01Speaker 2: Even when it's not trivia, I mean it's not all
- 9:04Speaker 2: should do Okay, you'll be all right.
- 9:06Speaker 1: And the more we smoke, the easier it'll get.
- 9:07Speaker 7: Right.
- 9:09Speaker 1: I don't know about that. I don't know about speaking
- 9:10Speaker 1: of that.
- 9:11Speaker 2: I went to the grocery store yesterday. I had a
- 9:12Speaker 2: list of like seven things, didn't buy one of them.
- 9:15Speaker 2: I bought all this junk food instead. Really, yes, I
- 9:17Speaker 2: swear to god, I was supposed to get like dish detergent,
- 9:20Speaker 2: laundry detergent, paper, towels, toilet paper, you know, all those
- 9:24Speaker 2: things you got to get every now and then. I
- 9:26Speaker 2: was gonna get them all in one shot. But I
- 9:28Speaker 2: came home with pizza, hot dogs. Dunk a rouse Really
- 9:32Speaker 2: into that is they're like cookies with like a icing,
- 9:37Speaker 2: right as a dipping dude.
- 9:39Speaker 1: I'll bring some in next to that sounds pretty good,
- 9:42Speaker 1: dunk a roo. Yeah.
- 9:43Speaker 2: I basically shop like I was a toddler and didn't
- 9:45Speaker 2: buy any the things I actually needed, so I gotta
- 9:47Speaker 2: go to them.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Let me ask you, when you go to the grocery store,
- 9:49Speaker 3: do you write a list? Like you write a list
- 9:50Speaker 3: out on a piece of paper?
- 9:51Speaker 1: Really? But I have an idea of what I need
- 9:53Speaker 1: and want.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Okay, So I avoid the grocery store like the plague.
- 9:56Speaker 2: I know, you don't even go in one. Hell, someone
- 9:59Speaker 2: does it for you. Yeah, but you some some peasant
- 10:02Speaker 2: does it?
- 10:03Speaker 1: Stop it?
- 10:03Speaker 7: No? No?
- 10:05Speaker 1: I used to do the what's it called insta cart.
- 10:08Speaker 3: That's really when somebody, like on an app, you know,
- 10:11Speaker 3: you hire somebody to go shop for you and deliver
- 10:13Speaker 3: it to you.
- 10:13Speaker 1: That makes you feel like a piece of trash.
- 10:15Speaker 4: You do it a couple of times, especially when you
- 10:18Speaker 4: can just go do it, especially.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Because I live like literally two minutes away from a giant.
- 10:22Speaker 5: Look at it. I can see them giants.
- 10:25Speaker 1: It's very bad.
- 10:26Speaker 2: If you wanted to, you could comfortably walk home with
- 10:29Speaker 2: your groceries. Well, I don't know about comfortably walk home
- 10:32Speaker 2: with groceries uncomfortably, but yeah.
- 10:34Speaker 5: You could just have your own shopping cart.
- 10:36Speaker 8: Yeah, there was that extra one by the Big Lots.
- 10:40Speaker 2: Look online right now on Amazon. If we can buy
- 10:42Speaker 2: a shopping cart.
- 10:45Speaker 5: There's one by Big Lots. Take it. Sure they won't
- 10:47Speaker 5: mind collectors.
- 10:48Speaker 1: You're not condone stealing of any sorts on this pot.
- 10:50Speaker 5: I don't think they want it.
- 10:51Speaker 3: No, So I used to do the Instacart. I gave
- 10:54Speaker 3: up on the Instacart, and now I do the Giant Direct.
- 10:57Speaker 8: Did you have anybody like really mess up and like
- 10:59Speaker 8: replace it something weird?
- 11:01Speaker 3: Yes, we've talked about it a couple of times on
- 11:02Speaker 3: this podcast, but they royally screwed up my order one time.
- 11:05Speaker 3: One time I'm waiting and the dude came out. He said,
- 11:08Speaker 3: what's your name? I said, Joel, and he turned around.
- 11:10Speaker 3: He goes, I just cave. They just told me there, Joel,
- 11:12Speaker 3: and they drove off of my groceries. Oops, yeah, it's
- 11:16Speaker 3: more than one. I but it's dude, Honestly, you got
- 11:19Speaker 3: to order on the app. I've discovered that I save
- 11:22Speaker 3: money on the app. I don't order dumb shit that
- 11:23Speaker 3: I don't need on the app. You can sort things
- 11:26Speaker 3: about unit price on the app, so you know you're
- 11:28Speaker 3: getting the most bang for your buck. I eat the
- 11:30Speaker 3: cheapest shit you'll ever find. That's where I found the
- 11:32Speaker 3: ninety nine cent pasta sauce. You make fun of me
- 11:35Speaker 3: for why pay more than ninety nine cents.
- 11:37Speaker 5: I kind of don't want people touching my groceries.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Why.
- 11:40Speaker 5: I don't know. It just weirds me out a little bit.
- 11:42Speaker 6: My life's just so busy.
- 11:43Speaker 8: It's like my one joy to find like some stupid
- 11:45Speaker 8: thing where I'm like, oh, you're three dollars and you're like.
- 11:48Speaker 6: The best thing.
- 11:49Speaker 8: Like I have stupid little nat the house, the Aldi
- 11:53Speaker 8: Isle of Shame, my favorite, I.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Haven't tried Aldi.
- 11:58Speaker 6: Oh, all these like the best.
- 12:00Speaker 8: It used to be better, honestly, before everything got so expensive.
- 12:03Speaker 8: But like there's that one aisle down the middle. That's
- 12:06Speaker 8: just like all kinds of just I mean the most
- 12:08Speaker 8: random things you could find. I have like some cool
- 12:10Speaker 8: artwork in our house, and then I have like like
- 12:13Speaker 8: a screwdriver set, and then I get like a fancy
- 12:18Speaker 8: Christmas decoration that is like now like a family heirloom
- 12:21Speaker 8: because it was so cute and it was like six
- 12:23Speaker 8: bucks nice, but.
- 12:24Speaker 3: It rubs me the wrong way about aldi you got
- 12:26Speaker 3: to bring your own bags.
- 12:28Speaker 1: They have them there, they have them there, pay for
- 12:30Speaker 1: them them, right.
- 12:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 12:31Speaker 8: But they're like they like will like last you way more.
- 12:34Speaker 8: They're not just like the cheapy, flimsy like floating in
- 12:36Speaker 8: the air.
- 12:36Speaker 2: Pass that actually do your shopping for you so you
- 12:39Speaker 2: can pick it up. They don't do that yet do that? No,
- 12:41Speaker 2: they do.
- 12:41Speaker 7: They do.
- 12:42Speaker 8: There's a couple of spots at least at the one
- 12:43Speaker 8: where yeah you can only park.
- 12:45Speaker 2: You could be the customers. They're going to do everything
- 12:48Speaker 2: for you.
- 12:48Speaker 9: And you know.
- 12:51Speaker 8: They also like they're not that I'm like a big
- 12:53Speaker 8: deal about like dies and foods and stuff, but like
- 12:55Speaker 8: their kids like snacks for like our daughter, Like they
- 12:57Speaker 8: don't they have like die free stuff. And I don't
- 13:00Speaker 8: know if the end of that stuff is kind of cool.
- 13:01Speaker 6: They have it.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Yeah, I like going to the grocery store, though they
- 13:04Speaker 2: usually have good music on. The music at the grocery
- 13:07Speaker 2: store always surprised me. George Benson on the other day,
- 13:10Speaker 2: I was just proving up and down the aisle, So
- 13:11Speaker 2: this is great.
- 13:12Speaker 1: I should just come here all the time. Who's doing that?
- 13:14Speaker 1: Who's picking these songs?
- 13:15Speaker 6: I have absolutely shased the empty music at the grocery store.
- 13:19Speaker 1: You always get a jam at the grocery store.
- 13:20Speaker 5: I feel like everybody's a little bit grumpier.
- 13:22Speaker 2: Maybe it's just me at the grocery store just in
- 13:24Speaker 2: generally overly friendly. Oh, everyone's very miserable right now. Yeah,
- 13:28Speaker 2: I try to be like.
- 13:29Speaker 4: Oh here's Becker again. It's all super happy.
- 13:32Speaker 3: Honestly, I just think that customer service as a whole
- 13:36Speaker 3: just totally sucks everywhere. Let me give you a perfect
- 13:39Speaker 3: example of aw full customer service that I had recently.
- 13:42Speaker 3: So I am indeed moving. I bought a new couch.
- 13:45Speaker 3: I bought a two piece couch. They tell me, oh,
- 13:47Speaker 3: we're going to deliver it this Saturday to the new house,
- 13:49Speaker 3: which is empty, which is perfect fine, right, So I said, okay, Well,
- 13:53Speaker 3: I'm not gonna be there, but you need to, like,
- 13:55Speaker 3: you can call me beforehand when you're on the way,
- 13:58Speaker 3: and you can let me know, right. They're like, yeah, yeah,
- 14:00Speaker 3: we'll call you when we're at the last stop to
- 14:02Speaker 3: let you know we're on our way. I'm like, okay, perfect.
- 14:05Speaker 3: What's the time of delivery? He goes, yeah, it'll be
- 14:07Speaker 3: between one and five. Well, that's all damn day, you know,
- 14:11Speaker 3: so wouldn't you know? On that Saturday?
- 14:13Speaker 2: My phone rings a quarter after twelve and this dude
- 14:18Speaker 2: is like, Eh, we're sitting outside the house.
- 14:19Speaker 1: We're here. Of course they're early, right When are they
- 14:23Speaker 1: ever early? Ever?
- 14:25Speaker 3: And I said, okay, well, I'm gonna have to drive there,
- 14:28Speaker 3: so I quick drove. It's only fifteen minutes away. I
- 14:30Speaker 3: get there, they're waiting. They deliver the couch. He goes
- 14:32Speaker 3: to hamm of a receipt. I go to sign the receipt.
- 14:34Speaker 3: You know what's written on the top of the receipt
- 14:35Speaker 3: in big black letters? What call before arrival? What the hell?
- 14:40Speaker 7: I mean?
- 14:41Speaker 1: Really?
- 14:41Speaker 2: And here's are you supposed to tip these people? I'm
- 14:46Speaker 2: delivered again? Furniture? Yeah, a couch, I don't think.
- 14:48Speaker 5: I think so?
- 14:49Speaker 6: No, how's the quality of the couch.
- 14:52Speaker 1: They fuck it up.
- 14:53Speaker 3: Believe me, it ain't a great couch. Again, not the
- 14:57Speaker 3: Louis vatam Bran. I'll tell you that. I don't know
- 14:59Speaker 3: if they may couches.
- 15:00Speaker 5: But yeah, so do you tip the ice cream man?
- 15:03Speaker 8: Now?
- 15:03Speaker 2: I don't know that's problem. Everybody wants a damn tip.
- 15:05Speaker 2: Not to sound like an old man, but and do
- 15:07Speaker 2: you tip if like, do you have a machine taking
- 15:09Speaker 2: your order and somebody else is just like putting your
- 15:11Speaker 2: back you No, absolutely, now, no.
- 15:14Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 15:14Speaker 8: I just see all these people who work at sucky jobs,
- 15:18Speaker 8: and like, I don't know, I used to have a
- 15:19Speaker 8: crabby job. If I can chuck them a couple extra bucks.
- 15:22Speaker 5: I guess the option is nice.
- 15:24Speaker 3: Well, so like I'm going to hire movers. Look around
- 15:27Speaker 3: this apartment. There's a billion things in here that they're
- 15:29Speaker 3: going to have to pack up. This is a bit
- 15:31Speaker 3: of an apartment to move.
- 15:32Speaker 2: They do a good job, but this is gonna be
- 15:34Speaker 2: a couple thousand dollars probably, so I'm supposed to tip
- 15:38Speaker 2: them on top of that.
- 15:40Speaker 4: You know, you have some expensive stuff. Maybe a tip
- 15:44Speaker 4: wouldn't be horrible. I don't know if they do a
- 15:48Speaker 4: good job.
- 15:49Speaker 2: If I was always told that they're happy with buying
- 15:52Speaker 2: them some beer and food, you know, why not just
- 15:56Speaker 2: do that? Can you give your other people then you
- 16:00Speaker 2: can smoke them up or something. Yeah, did we talk
- 16:02Speaker 2: about that before? I don't remember. You and I have,
- 16:04Speaker 2: but I don't know. We talked about it on the
- 16:05Speaker 2: podcast the last time. When I moved to this apartment,
- 16:08Speaker 2: I used to live in another studio apartment.
- 16:09Speaker 3: It was the same thing. It was loaded full of shit.
- 16:11Speaker 3: I just I love stuff, and I'm not a hoarder,
- 16:13Speaker 3: but I just I love stuff.
- 16:15Speaker 6: Stuff.
- 16:15Speaker 2: Yeah, there's a lot of stuff. So they had like
- 16:18Speaker 2: three I think there was three of them, younger dudes.
- 16:20Speaker 3: They looked like about to be my age that came
- 16:22Speaker 3: over to my apartment to pack up my stuff, and
- 16:24Speaker 3: I like, everything was going to be packed on a Friday.
- 16:26Speaker 2: And then they were gonna move everything on a Saturday.
- 16:28Speaker 2: So these kids show up on Friday. And again, in
- 16:30Speaker 2: the back of my head, I'm thinking, I'm not paying
- 16:31Speaker 2: you people a fucking tip, Like.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Come on, So you kids start out like I know,
- 16:36Speaker 1: I know.
- 16:36Speaker 3: But then when they showed up and they were young kids,
- 16:38Speaker 3: I said, oh, you guys want to smoke and they're like,
- 16:40Speaker 3: fuck yeah, So we smoked and we took an edible,
- 16:42Speaker 3: and then it took all day, like, we didn't finish.
- 16:46Speaker 3: We didn't finish. It took four of us, three movers
- 16:49Speaker 3: and me all day long. It's like seven o'clock at night.
- 16:51Speaker 3: They're like, we're gonna have to go home. It just
- 16:54Speaker 3: slowed us down. And then then at the end of
- 16:56Speaker 3: that Kit and kaboodle, I realized I was paying them hourly,
- 17:00Speaker 3: So that's great. They made out great poems. Guys really generous,
- 17:05Speaker 3: worked like snails that day.
- 17:07Speaker 1: It was awful.
- 17:08Speaker 6: Their tip was the friendship they earned along the way.
- 17:11Speaker 3: Yeah, so at least I learned this move. I'll be
- 17:13Speaker 3: very very sober, very sober. Yeah, keep track of.
- 17:17Speaker 6: Ship that day, right, we're just very paranoid.
- 17:20Speaker 2: Come over and make sure your ship's in line. Here
- 17:22Speaker 2: we go, Let's do some rapid round questions. You got
- 17:24Speaker 2: ten questions sixty seconds. Crystal, you're at the helm.
- 17:27Speaker 6: Can help her, yes you can.
- 17:30Speaker 1: But like very fast? Yeah, all right, all right, where's
- 17:35Speaker 1: my rapid run? Okay? Ready?
- 17:36Speaker 5: Yeah, the game begins in three.
- 17:44Speaker 3: Who was shot nine times in two thousand and went
- 17:47Speaker 3: on to become a famous rapper.
- 17:51Speaker 7: Around.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Okay, yes, I was thinking that. What is a baby
- 17:55Speaker 2: bear called cub? What's the last month of summer for us?
- 18:00Speaker 6: You wish September?
- 18:02Speaker 1: That was us?
- 18:03Speaker 2: What type of entertainer performed spectacular gymnastic feats?
- 18:07Speaker 1: Sorry? What that just made me lie?
- 18:10Speaker 2: What type of entertainer performed spectacular gymnastic feats?
- 18:13Speaker 6: Oh? Acrobatic?
- 18:14Speaker 5: Yea?
- 18:14Speaker 1: What do you call the written laws governing the country?
- 18:18Speaker 6: The laws?
- 18:20Speaker 1: Yeah? A decagon has how many sides?
- 18:23Speaker 6: Ten?
- 18:24Speaker 2: Yeah? What's the complimentary color of yellow?
- 18:27Speaker 6: Oh it's a purple?
- 18:30Speaker 2: Very good, Joel, skip this one. A Dane is a
- 18:33Speaker 2: person from what country?
- 18:35Speaker 6: Finland?
- 18:36Speaker 1: No? No? What's known as the final front tier?
- 18:39Speaker 6: Oh? That star trek?
- 18:42Speaker 7: Okay?
- 18:43Speaker 1: What is fourteen times five?
- 18:50Speaker 6: Fourteen times wait for fourteen times five? Sorry?
- 18:54Speaker 1: Yeah, what is it?
- 18:55Speaker 5: Well?
- 18:55Speaker 6: Fourteen times five is.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Well, of course it's uh yeah, oh well, die Well
- 19:03Speaker 2: would not have been able to do that shot? Yeah,
- 19:06Speaker 2: fifty cent he got shut up nine times? Never the
- 19:09Speaker 2: only one I contributed to.
- 19:11Speaker 6: Well, I thought it might be him because I knew
- 19:13Speaker 6: he got shot a bunch.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Yeah, fifty got shot shot a lot.
- 19:18Speaker 6: Yeah, good for him?
- 19:21Speaker 8: And doesn't he have like a huge crush on like
- 19:23Speaker 8: Hilean Mirron, who think you're right, Helen Mirren, like that
- 19:27Speaker 8: gorgeous older actress.
- 19:29Speaker 5: Well, I feel like fifty is like graduated too. He's
- 19:32Speaker 5: doing whatever he wants.
- 19:32Speaker 8: Now, Like they've been on like interviews together, and he
- 19:35Speaker 8: can't like interview because he's so starstruck when she's around.
- 19:38Speaker 1: I wonder how old fifty should we google it?
- 19:40Speaker 2: Fifty fifty two or fifty three? Fifty fifty?
- 19:45Speaker 1: All right? Fifty dude, dude, do so stupid?
- 19:51Speaker 2: A baby bears called a cub. The last month of
- 19:54Speaker 2: summer for US is September. Acrobat, You got that constitution
- 19:59Speaker 2: is what we were looking for. Question five? What do
- 20:01Speaker 2: you call the written laws governing a country? Remember that
- 20:03Speaker 2: constitution our country? Is that something that still exists.
- 20:09Speaker 8: So that's not just our country like other countries have constitutions.
- 20:12Speaker 6: What it's officially called. I learned that today.
- 20:16Speaker 3: I didn't know that the constitution is the oldest like
- 20:20Speaker 3: written governing law that exists on planet Earth because I
- 20:23Speaker 3: asked that at Trivia a couple of weeks ago.
- 20:25Speaker 1: But it still exists. I mean, like that's.
- 20:28Speaker 5: Still that's still in use currently.
- 20:32Speaker 3: Yeah, again loosely a few parts should we say, like,
- 20:37Speaker 3: you know, voter rights.
- 20:39Speaker 1: I guess when it comes to that, we've.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Got a lot of different sides that part. Much like
- 20:43Speaker 2: a decagone which has ten Dane is a person from
- 20:47Speaker 2: what country?
- 20:48Speaker 1: Denmark?
- 20:49Speaker 7: Denmark?
- 20:50Speaker 1: About that question, it sounds a little racist, don't it. Jeez?
- 20:54Speaker 3: What Dane? That sounds derogatory? Don't do you mean like
- 20:58Speaker 3: a dame? No Dane, Like a Dane sounds bad.
- 21:04Speaker 2: I need more information which sounds derogatory, Like I don't
- 21:08Speaker 2: want to cautch it.
- 21:08Speaker 1: You're such a right now. No no no no no
- 21:10Speaker 1: no no no.
- 21:11Speaker 3: I want to compare it to another word, but I
- 21:14Speaker 3: don't want to use another word.
- 21:15Speaker 1: That word you might want to. But it's like bad
- 21:17Speaker 1: and great. Just Dane sounds bad, like doing this show,
- 21:21Speaker 1: like I tell you all the time. That's why that's
- 21:23Speaker 1: why I'm watching out because Dan sounds bad.
- 21:26Speaker 7: It sounds great.
- 21:27Speaker 6: Never mind, really you're looking out for everybody?
- 21:30Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 21:32Speaker 2: What is the complimentary color of yellow?
- 21:34Speaker 1: Never knew this one? I didn't know this either, I.
- 21:36Speaker 5: Didn't do you know?
- 21:37Speaker 6: How do you guys know?
- 21:38Speaker 8: Like the colors, there's a secondary and primary.
- 21:42Speaker 1: What are the primary ones?
- 21:43Speaker 8: So it's like yellow, red, and blue, right, because you
- 21:46Speaker 8: can't mix them to make anything, they are just themselves.
- 21:50Speaker 8: And then when you mix two of those together, you
- 21:53Speaker 8: then get the secondary colors red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple.
- 21:58Speaker 1: What sorry, Oh, if only we.
- 22:00Speaker 6: Had a video to explain it.
- 22:02Speaker 8: But basically, it's just it's like if you take one
- 22:05Speaker 8: of the primary colors and then you take whatever the
- 22:08Speaker 8: other two primaries colors are and makes them together.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Make anything out of them.
- 22:13Speaker 5: Yeah, it needs those colors.
- 22:16Speaker 8: So yellow is a primary color, and the other two
- 22:19Speaker 8: primary colors are red and blue.
- 22:22Speaker 6: Put them together. It makes purple. You get it, Joel
- 22:26Speaker 6: roigbib roygbib Baby, Yeah.
- 22:28Speaker 3: I feel like I knew that I had that somewhere
- 22:30Speaker 3: in there. I knew everybody knows that I had it
- 22:33Speaker 3: in there somewhere.
- 22:35Speaker 2: Explain it. Then, what is the complimentary color?
- 22:37Speaker 1: Yeah? Red, green, blue, yellow.
- 22:40Speaker 6: Close enough?
- 22:40Speaker 1: All right, let's go to the next thing. Complimentary color
- 22:43Speaker 1: color that looks good with the.
- 22:44Speaker 4: You know, when you're picking the colors of your walls,
- 22:46Speaker 4: you're gonna well, no compliment.
- 22:48Speaker 6: It's literally the opposite color in the color wheel.
- 22:53Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. What is known as the final
- 22:57Speaker 2: frontier that would be space, which is close to the
- 22:59Speaker 2: star trek is what you guess? That's firs enough for me.
- 23:01Speaker 2: I give her, Give her the so you were on
- 23:02Speaker 2: the right track. How about this artemist thing.
- 23:05Speaker 5: I like, is now the best time to be going
- 23:08Speaker 5: to the moon?
- 23:09Speaker 1: Why? That too?
- 23:10Speaker 2: But like, why why are they making it seem like
- 23:12Speaker 2: no one's been to the moon before?
- 23:14Speaker 5: We haven't been there in a very long time.
- 23:16Speaker 2: Though, Yeah, but it has happened allegedly, right, you're not
- 23:22Speaker 2: one of those I believe.
- 23:23Speaker 1: I'm confused.
- 23:24Speaker 4: It definitely hasn't happened in the sense where we can
- 23:27Speaker 4: basically watch it in real time.
- 23:29Speaker 5: You know.
- 23:29Speaker 2: I guess you're right, and it's it's supposed to happen.
- 23:32Speaker 4: We haven't landed since I don't know, one of the
- 23:34Speaker 4: extra Apollo missions or one of them.
- 23:36Speaker 8: Haven't collected like little science samples, so.
- 23:40Speaker 5: We can like transmit in four K from the moon?
- 23:44Speaker 4: Is pretty cool a distraction at all.
- 23:48Speaker 2: I always said that space was boring, but maybe space
- 23:50Speaker 2: isn't boring. It makes me so happy to hear it's cool.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Man lazed and confused random thoughts. Read the first one.
- 24:00Speaker 3: Yeah, I read this before, and you're wrong about this,
- 24:03Speaker 3: He'm wrong, He writes, if there's a draft, Joel might
- 24:06Speaker 3: have to go to war. Who can we still do
- 24:09Speaker 3: the podcast while he's fighting for our country?
- 24:12Speaker 5: Horrible.
- 24:13Speaker 3: I read that the draft, if it would come back,
- 24:15Speaker 3: which they don't think it's gonna but if it would
- 24:17Speaker 3: come back, that the cutoff would be twenty six and
- 24:20Speaker 3: I'm twenty seven.
- 24:21Speaker 2: Oh wow.
- 24:24Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 24:24Speaker 2: I also read that they extended the but that's like
- 24:26Speaker 2: the enlist age.
- 24:28Speaker 4: I also read a lot of things in the last
- 24:30Speaker 4: year that turned out to not be true.
- 24:31Speaker 1: All all I know is I'm gonna be forty two
- 24:33Speaker 1: in a couple of months.
- 24:34Speaker 2: This is the only good time to be old, right, Yeah,
- 24:38Speaker 2: let's just hold off a little longer. What a crazy thought, though,
- 24:41Speaker 2: What a time to be alive that You're like, ow man,
- 24:43Speaker 2: if they bring the draft back, I'll take things I
- 24:46Speaker 2: never wanted to think about for one hundred all yes, thank.
- 24:49Speaker 1: You very much. Did you think of anything this week?
- 24:51Speaker 1: Did I think of anything?
- 24:52Speaker 3: I did see that if you update your iPhone, I
- 24:54Speaker 3: don't know if it's out yet, but the newest update
- 24:57Speaker 3: of the iPhone is going to have a stoner eye emoji.
- 25:00Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, I read that too. And then I
- 25:02Speaker 2: thought it was a rumors. I know, well what I
- 25:05Speaker 2: saw this, I thought, oh, is this an April Fool's joke?
- 25:07Speaker 2: Because there's still like a few that are lingering around,
- 25:09Speaker 2: you know, that might be one of them, so that
- 25:11Speaker 2: might be fake news.
- 25:12Speaker 3: Well otherwise, no, pretty factual otherwise. Yeah, otherwise, No, I
- 25:16Speaker 3: don't have any random thoughts.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Are you following a long listening audience.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Yeah, there's going to be a test at the end
- 25:22Speaker 2: of the episode. We're gonna forget everything we said anyway.
- 25:26Speaker 2: But anyway, Hey, you know what I was thinking about
- 25:28Speaker 2: it over the weekend. I really wanted along John Silver's.
- 25:30Speaker 2: You know that they have those chicken planks now, they're
- 25:33Speaker 2: so good eew.
- 25:34Speaker 5: Listen, When did you have this thought? When did you like?
- 25:37Speaker 2: I was a little stone and I was just hungry
- 25:40Speaker 2: for long John Silvers, and I realized there's they don't
- 25:42Speaker 2: have them around here anymore.
- 25:43Speaker 1: They're all closed on.
- 25:45Speaker 6: Fast food seafood, just as not.
- 25:48Speaker 5: The other day, I try that new whopper like for
- 25:51Speaker 5: three of us fifty dollars dollar. We weren't like doing
- 25:57Speaker 5: anything crazy.
- 25:58Speaker 4: It was like the whopper and another whopper or whatever,
- 26:01Speaker 4: and then a kid's thing it's like.
- 26:04Speaker 6: Dollars.
- 26:07Speaker 2: However, though, however, though the whopper, though, you gotta admit
- 26:11Speaker 2: that new and improved.
- 26:13Speaker 6: Yeah, it's always it's always my favorite.
- 26:15Speaker 5: But it's just crazy you look at that noise. I
- 26:17Speaker 5: can't I can't justify doing this again for a while.
- 26:20Speaker 8: You know, have you tried the impossible whopper, like the
- 26:24Speaker 8: vegan one or whatever?
- 26:25Speaker 6: It's not bad.
- 26:25Speaker 2: I don't know if it's not bad, I probably haven't.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Doesn't seem like something you're gonna try.
- 26:28Speaker 8: It's honestly like it's just it tastes like a whopper.
- 26:30Speaker 2: Go ahead, this is yeah, here's the problem.
- 26:37Speaker 3: No, no, no, just explain this to me. Oh, I like
- 26:40Speaker 3: that one too. Non vegans eating vegan food?
- 26:44Speaker 7: Why?
- 26:45Speaker 1: Why? Why?
- 26:47Speaker 6: What to say?
- 26:48Speaker 8: I tried it, honestly, it was just one of those
- 26:51Speaker 8: things like everyone's a good sort.
- 26:52Speaker 1: Good like you actually enjoy It's pretty good in that case,
- 26:55Speaker 1: more power to you.
- 26:56Speaker 3: But you know, I've gone to Burger King at one, one,
- 26:58Speaker 3: two o'clock in the morning a few times now and
- 27:00Speaker 3: they're like, we're out of burgers, just crazy. The burger
- 27:04Speaker 3: can can't make me a burger. And they always say,
- 27:06Speaker 3: oh wait, we have the impossible patties. We can make
- 27:09Speaker 3: it the impossible.
- 27:12Speaker 5: Regularly.
- 27:13Speaker 6: Try to see if they look out with the deal.
- 27:15Speaker 6: Just try it out.
- 27:16Speaker 5: Yeah, Like, how many times can we tell Jewel there's
- 27:18Speaker 5: no burgers.
- 27:19Speaker 2: We'll have them on the month, he minute, We'll have
- 27:21Speaker 2: it in a couple of weeks, all right, Yeah, Long
- 27:22Speaker 2: John silver Here's the thing. I don't want to eat
- 27:24Speaker 2: seafood a b Even if I did want to eat seafood,
- 27:28Speaker 2: I really wouldn't want to eat it from Long John
- 27:29Speaker 2: fucking Silvers.
- 27:31Speaker 1: There's a reason.
- 27:32Speaker 3: Why they've for the most part gone out of business.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Put it that way.
- 27:35Speaker 2: Well, I looked it up online. I have to drive
- 27:37Speaker 2: thirty four point five miles to get to the nearest one.
- 27:39Speaker 2: It's like this in Hamburg, Pennsylvania, right next to the
- 27:43Speaker 2: where is.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Wow.
- 27:47Speaker 6: Oh, you guys should go together.
- 27:49Speaker 1: You know what we should do the podcast.
- 27:50Speaker 5: We're never going to go to Nardones. We're gonna go
- 27:53Speaker 5: to fact.
- 27:54Speaker 1: Can we do that.
- 27:55Speaker 2: Let's do it from a parking lot. We'll do the podcast.

- 46:09Speaker 2: that ended up being a cardboard box full of snacks
- 46:11Speaker 2: that I thought was a donation for some of some sorts.
- 46:13Speaker 2: When I first walked in, it was like, Oh, he's
- 46:15Speaker 2: maybe he's donating this food. But no, it's just a
- 46:17Speaker 2: random assortment of food that you got for Easter from
- 46:20Speaker 2: the Easter bart.
- 46:21Speaker 4: Yeah, but it's like single serving cereal exactly.

- 46:45Speaker 1: You like that. Thank you very much.
- 46:46Speaker 2: You have very welcome interesting butter beer. Do you guys
- 46:48Speaker 2: know about butter beer?

- 46:53Speaker 6: Yeah, it's like a Harry Potter thing.
- 46:56Speaker 1: I used the thing though. I don't want my goldfish
- 46:58Speaker 1: to be sweet.

- 47:23Speaker 8: gummy in the middle right on.

- 47:44Speaker 8: So there's two ways you can eat these. You can
- 47:47Speaker 8: just like eat the whole thing, or you can peel
- 47:50Speaker 8: the outer layer.
- 47:51Speaker 1: With your mouth or with your fingers.
