- 0:09Speaker 1: Yee. It's Paulo and Loa Lo Welcome to the Naughty
- 0:15Speaker 1: but Nisha. I'm your host, Rom Shooter and it is Thursday,
- 0:19Speaker 1: which means our dear friend Mark Lupu joins us. Hey,
- 0:21Speaker 1: LUPI are you there?
- 0:22Speaker 2: Luy Lewis?
- 0:23Speaker 1: Hello? Did you miss us? Yesterday? We had a disaster.
- 0:27Speaker 1: So Donnie and I did a show and I think
- 0:29Speaker 1: it's the first time in the history of this show
- 0:31Speaker 1: and we've been on now for I think three four years,
- 0:34Speaker 1: that we couldn't post the episode. So we recorded a show.
- 0:38Speaker 1: It was delightful. Donnie was delicious. I was charming, and
- 0:42Speaker 1: I couldn't get it to post, so all day long
- 0:45Speaker 1: we had technical issues. So thank you everybody for reaching out.
- 0:49Speaker 1: It's so thrilling that you missed me, that you missed
- 0:52Speaker 1: us for twenty four hours. But we're back, and I
- 0:55Speaker 1: promise you We've got tons of gossip to get to.
- 0:58Speaker 1: What time is it, my friends? It is tee time.
- 1:02Speaker 1: I'm glad it wasn't your show, and Mark that we
- 1:04Speaker 1: had technical issues with your mother Doris or should be
- 1:08Speaker 1: on the phone, wouldn't she's screaming at me, screaming. She's
- 1:13Speaker 1: very upset.
- 1:13Speaker 2: You Terry and and the other Nazis. They were a
- 1:16Speaker 2: very upset in their Facebook group. They were pressing, So.
- 1:20Speaker 1: They're absolutely right. I'm gonna blame it on Arafat. Now
- 1:23Speaker 1: you won't know who he is, but he used to
- 1:25Speaker 1: be at intern and he was delicious. Now he's gone
- 1:28Speaker 1: on to become a huge technical wizard and he still listens. Arafat.
- 1:31Speaker 1: If you're listening Helabola alone, we still need you. Okay,
- 1:34Speaker 1: jumping into the show. This story is blowing up. So
- 1:37Speaker 1: one of Travis Kelsey's teammates, his name is Harrison Buckner,
- 1:42Speaker 1: is being slammed for sexist and anti gay comments he
- 1:45Speaker 1: gave during a conmencense speech. Gets worse. He also quoted
- 1:50Speaker 1: Taylor Swift, so the Kansas City Chief, and I'm learning
- 1:54Speaker 1: all this with you. Naughty. Sports is not my thing,
- 1:57Speaker 1: So I'm learning all this new language. So if I
- 1:59Speaker 1: get it rug, if it's a pitch and not a field,
- 2:01Speaker 1: or a field or not a pitch, if I say
- 2:03Speaker 1: baseball instead of basketball, let's just go with this one
- 2:06Speaker 1: because I'm really trying to learn it. Mok. So, this
- 2:09Speaker 1: gentleman called Harrison was given a commencement speech at a
- 2:13Speaker 1: college and he criticized women in particular for not wanting
- 2:19Speaker 1: to be home makers. He said that the most important
- 2:23Speaker 1: thing in life for women, addressing women in the audience,
- 2:26Speaker 1: is to be a quote homemaker. Then he even quoted
- 2:30Speaker 1: a Taylor Swift lyric to the crowd. It was from
- 2:35Speaker 1: her song be Jeweled, and he took it out of context,
- 2:38Speaker 1: and so he twisted it to mean something that Taylor
- 2:42Speaker 1: Swift is absolutely against. If you want to see the
- 2:46Speaker 1: best example of a wonderful, smart woman, look at Taylor Swift,
- 2:51Speaker 1: look what she's doing. And if you want to be
- 2:54Speaker 1: a homemaker, that's your choice too. But to have this guy,
- 2:57Speaker 1: he's twenty eight years old to say this, it's just
- 3:01Speaker 1: so shocking. So he was against working women, he's against
- 3:04Speaker 1: Pride Month, he's against abortion, he's against gender ideologies. What
- 3:10Speaker 1: was this school thinking Mark, to even ask him to
- 3:14Speaker 1: do this speech.
- 3:16Speaker 2: Well, listen, they clearly did not do their background checks
- 3:20Speaker 2: on him, because he's someone who prides himself on this.
- 3:22Speaker 2: He has said it before. He's very outspoken. I had
- 3:25Speaker 2: never heard of him until now, but if you look
- 3:27Speaker 2: into him, he said outrageous things in the past, and
- 3:30Speaker 2: I think, how selfish are you? To go and ruin
- 3:33Speaker 2: these people's moments. This is the thing worked so hard
- 3:35Speaker 2: for this, And I think back to my own self
- 3:38Speaker 2: and my college graduation. Lisa Ling was my commencement speaker
- 3:41Speaker 2: from formerly The View, and she said such positive things
- 3:44Speaker 2: about the world of journalism and broadcasting. And while I
- 3:47Speaker 2: can't remember the specific things she said, I remember how
- 3:49Speaker 2: excited I was after that to go after my dreams
- 3:52Speaker 2: and what I wanted to do. And I would imagine
- 3:54Speaker 2: these people will always remember now how he made them feel.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Yeah, what would you do if you were sitting there?
- 4:00Speaker 1: Would you get up and walk out? No, I've worked
- 4:02Speaker 1: so hard for years to graduate. I'm not gonna walk
- 4:05Speaker 1: out because what this guy is saying, and it's just
- 4:09Speaker 1: so complicated, and I think that's the right word. It's
- 4:12Speaker 1: so selfish. Now, we should be clear here on the
- 4:15Speaker 1: Naughdy Butt Night Show, we like diverse opinions. Harrison, you
- 4:18Speaker 1: are entitled to your opinions, but now to you're entitled
- 4:23Speaker 1: to the pushback. People are really really angry. So people
- 4:26Speaker 1: on the team are coming out and slamming him, saying,
- 4:30Speaker 1: I don't want my mothers and my sisters and my
- 4:33Speaker 1: girlfriend to be homemakers if they don't want to do that.
- 4:37Speaker 1: And interestingly, so far, Mark, we've not heard from Travis.
- 4:42Speaker 1: We've not heard from Taylor Swift. Now, normally i'd say
- 4:46Speaker 1: this has nothing to do with Taylor. This Harrison works
- 4:49Speaker 1: with Travis, they're on the same team. It's a work
- 4:51Speaker 1: friend of her boyfriends. But he did quote her. He
- 4:55Speaker 1: took one of her lyrics and really twisted it to
- 4:59Speaker 1: give a point of view that was not the original intention.
- 5:03Speaker 1: So maybe Taylor might say something, Maybe she might post
- 5:06Speaker 1: the lyrics. I think Taylor is so clever at this.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Do you think she will respond?
- 5:11Speaker 2: I mean the irony of this own quoting a Taylor
- 5:14Speaker 2: Swift song, I mean, it's what a gay thing to do. First,
- 5:17Speaker 2: but secondly, I hope so because it's it's out of context.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Taylor is a very big supporter of the LGBTQ community,
- 5:25Speaker 2: and it's not okay. And I hope that Travis says
- 5:28Speaker 2: something because it is uncomfortable and it's not okay to
- 5:31Speaker 2: slam the community of people because he has no idea
- 5:34Speaker 2: who he's speaking to and who's in the crowd. And
- 5:38Speaker 2: you know, as far as as being a homemaker, sure,
- 5:40Speaker 2: there's nothing wrong with that. That's great if you want
- 5:42Speaker 2: to be that, But this person's living in the past.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Like women now have many options. There are more women
- 5:48Speaker 2: now in college enrolled in college than there are men.
- 5:50Speaker 2: And that's why you're seeing more women in working and
- 5:54Speaker 2: having careers because they're delaying getting married, they're delaying having kids,
- 5:57Speaker 2: and the worth rates are dropping. And so we're in
- 5:59Speaker 2: a from place and time. Yes, he's stuck, and he's
- 6:02Speaker 2: stuck in another era.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Yeah, trying to roll the clock back, but doing it
- 6:07Speaker 1: in such a public way at a commencement ceremony. These
- 6:11Speaker 1: kids had worked so hard for that moment, and this
- 6:14Speaker 1: is what they're going to remember. I think Taylor Swift
- 6:17Speaker 1: should turn up into a free concert or something fabulous
- 6:20Speaker 1: at the school and yet just invit women, just that
- 6:22Speaker 1: we've danced the gays and just dance the night away
- 6:26Speaker 1: with Taylor, which brings us to our pole question of
- 6:29Speaker 1: the day. Travis Kelsey's teammates are coming forward to slam Harrison,
- 6:35Speaker 1: who made some sexist, anti gay comments during a commencement speech,
- 6:41Speaker 1: and he also to did quote Taylor Swift. So that's
- 6:44Speaker 1: why she's been pulled into this. I'm not just pulling
- 6:46Speaker 1: her in because she's dating Travis. He quoted at our
- 6:49Speaker 1: question is should Taylor respond? If you were Taylor Swift,
- 6:54Speaker 1: if you were the biggest star in the world, would
- 6:58Speaker 1: you respond? Should she respond? On? Now? We go back
- 7:01Speaker 1: and forth on this on this show. Sometimes when you respond,
- 7:04Speaker 1: you give a problem more attention. You give a narcissist
- 7:07Speaker 1: more attention. Harrison is probably loving all this at the moment.
- 7:10Speaker 1: He's not backing down. These are his views, Like you said, Mark,
- 7:14Speaker 1: He's lived with these, He's spoken about these for a
- 7:16Speaker 1: really long time. So I think now he's made himself
- 7:19Speaker 1: sort of into a star for that movement, for the
- 7:23Speaker 1: anti gay movement, the anti women movement. He's now the
- 7:27Speaker 1: poster boy, which is what I think he always wanted
- 7:29Speaker 1: to be get this. I get this. I did a
- 7:32Speaker 1: little research his mother. She's a physician, really highly trade physician.
- 7:40Speaker 1: I know his mother. So what do you think should
- 7:43Speaker 1: Taylor Swift respond? Go to our Twitter page at Naughty
- 7:46Speaker 1: Nice Robber Facebook page, which is naughty Goosie. I know Mark,
- 7:49Speaker 1: and be sure to check back tomorrow and I hear
- 7:51Speaker 1: your results. Hey loupieh are you working on Yes?
- 7:55Speaker 2: Okay, So Prince Harry and Megan Markle has taken home
- 7:58Speaker 2: page true of gifts the Nigeria tour the part I
- 8:05Speaker 2: love that, the parts of the longer being working Royals Okay, So,
- 8:09Speaker 2: Prince Harry and Meg and Marco concluded their visits in
- 8:11Speaker 2: Nigeria with more than just memories as they are part
- 8:15Speaker 2: of the West African nation with a collection of gosh So,
- 8:20Speaker 2: Unlike their former status as senior working royal members of
- 8:23Speaker 2: the Royal Family, their current non working royal status allows
- 8:27Speaker 2: them to remain the generous tokens of appreciation that they
- 8:31Speaker 2: were undering their brief rip No. I do love, I
- 8:34Speaker 2: do love a freaking I love it. I love training
- 8:38Speaker 2: the residence in Montesino, California, the Duke and Duchess of
- 8:41Speaker 2: Sussex brought back over twenty gifts received during their three.
- 8:45Speaker 1: Days YouTube YouTube. It's just wild, is it. You know?
- 8:51Speaker 1: They were like, back up the plane, We're gonna load
- 8:53Speaker 1: all this swagon. I know they put so much on
- 8:57Speaker 1: this plane. Now they're entitled to it. Now, working members
- 9:00Speaker 1: of the Royal family cannot accept freebies. But when you're
- 9:04Speaker 1: not working, when you're a profit making enterprises, which is
- 9:08Speaker 1: what they are now, you can accept gold bars Like
- 9:10Speaker 1: I can literally see Harry putting the gold bars into
- 9:13Speaker 1: the back of the plane and Megan they're with him
- 9:16Speaker 1: helping stack them. Another question that's come up is were
- 9:20Speaker 1: they paid for this trip? So did the Nigerian government
- 9:24Speaker 1: want to get a royal couple there so much that
- 9:29Speaker 1: they were willing to give them just hard cash. We
- 9:31Speaker 1: don't know the answer to that, but this is what
- 9:34Speaker 1: the royal family was concerned about. They were concerned about
- 9:38Speaker 1: rogue royals going around the world selling their privilege, selling
- 9:43Speaker 1: access to who they are to the highest bidder. And
- 9:47Speaker 1: so now they can do that. Is it a good look? No,
- 9:51Speaker 1: it's not a good look. But I think the world
- 9:54Speaker 1: now has changed, Mark and we're going to see more
- 9:57Speaker 1: and more celebrities people doing this. For instance, a friend
- 10:01Speaker 1: of mine said Mariah Carey. Big stars, even Beyonce gets
- 10:05Speaker 1: paid a fortune tens of millions of dollars to perform
- 10:09Speaker 1: in Dubai at bar mitzfers and parties. If Harry and
- 10:12Speaker 1: Meghan will offer ten million dollars to turn up at
- 10:14Speaker 1: a wedding, would they do it? Should they do it?
- 10:17Speaker 2: Like?
- 10:17Speaker 1: The answer is they can do it, and so now
- 10:20Speaker 1: are they going to be rented royals, which we don't
- 10:22Speaker 1: look down upon. If you hire Jay z or if
- 10:26Speaker 1: you hire Jenny Philpez to open your casino in Vegas
- 10:30Speaker 1: now instead of hiring Beyonce, maybe they'll hire Meghan and Harry. See.
- 10:36Speaker 2: I don't have a problem with Beyonce or Mariah doing that.
- 10:39Speaker 2: The issue I have with Megan and Harry doing that
- 10:41Speaker 2: is they want it both ways. When it's conving it
- 10:44Speaker 2: for them because they'll do this, but then they come
- 10:46Speaker 2: to London and they want like public they want the
- 10:50Speaker 2: private security from the government, and they want this and
- 10:52Speaker 2: that and the other. And so it's like you have
- 10:53Speaker 2: to make a decision. Do you want to be the
- 10:56Speaker 2: benefits of the of the royal family and then you
- 10:58Speaker 2: want to abide by their rules or do you want
- 11:00Speaker 2: to come to Nigeria and get paid by the government
- 11:02Speaker 2: there and get the gifts and whatever. So it's very complicated.
- 11:06Speaker 1: It is complicated. Is that people in Britain are really
- 11:08Speaker 1: confused about this. They're like, so you feel safe in Nigeria,
- 11:12Speaker 1: but you don't feel safe in London, Like they just
- 11:16Speaker 1: like my people are like, what's going on? Or YouTube?
- 11:20Speaker 1: I like this story. I used to work for Paris Hilton.
- 11:22Speaker 1: I was her publicist during the infamous videotape, remember that
- 11:26Speaker 1: all those years ago. She's actually very, very smart. I
- 11:29Speaker 1: really liked Paris. So she's addressing a car seat safety
- 11:33Speaker 1: concern saying, no one is perfect. Paris put up a
- 11:36Speaker 1: picture of a kid's in a car seat in the
- 11:38Speaker 1: back of her car, and then people flooded, flooded her
- 11:41Speaker 1: with the comments saying it's not safely set up. Apparently
- 11:45Speaker 1: I'm not a dad Mark, neither are you, So I
- 11:48Speaker 1: think no. Apparently that the sea testing go backwards. The
- 11:53Speaker 1: children shouldn't be looking forward until they reach a certain age.
- 11:57Speaker 1: It's safer if they are backwards. Or Paris knowledge that,
- 12:00Speaker 1: saying oop, see mistake. I'm new at this. Nobody's perfect.
- 12:05Speaker 1: I love that she didn't try to make excuses that
- 12:08Speaker 1: she didn't blame the assistance. People always do that, don't
- 12:11Speaker 1: they like the nanny put it in wrong? No, No,
- 12:14Speaker 1: Paris took responsibility and said, thank you, I'm going to
- 12:16Speaker 1: learn the lesson, and now the kids are facing the
- 12:19Speaker 1: right way. Paris Hilton all grown up.
- 12:22Speaker 2: There's a big change from where she was years ago.
- 12:25Speaker 2: But I do appreciate that too, and I think She's
- 12:27Speaker 2: learned a lot being in the spotlight for twenty years.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Because you acknowledge it, you say sorry, and it's all that.
- 12:33Speaker 2: The story is done.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Yes, yes, yeah, the story's done. It's so clever. She's
- 12:37Speaker 1: a brilliant publicist. Like I'm not quite sure what she
- 12:40Speaker 1: does for a living, but I know that she's a brilliant,
- 12:43Speaker 1: brilliant publicist. Isn't she coming back to TV with Nicole?
- 12:47Speaker 1: I read that they're going to come back with a
- 12:49Speaker 1: new reality show. I can't wait.
- 12:52Speaker 2: I was obsessed with the original Surreal Life.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Simple Life. I loved it. I loved it. I loved it.
- 13:00Speaker 1: I loved it. Hey you two, if you're listening, loo loo, Okay,
- 13:04Speaker 1: moving along, we have a dance performance by a very
- 13:07Speaker 1: unusual young lady. Explain what I'm talking about.
- 13:11Speaker 2: That's right, that's right. Shiloh Jolie Pitt, the seventeen year
- 13:15Speaker 2: old daughter of Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt,
- 13:19Speaker 2: has wowed fans with her impressive dance moves in a
- 13:22Speaker 2: recent Instagram video, so Querga so choreographer Kilan Carter shared
- 13:28Speaker 2: footage of Instagram showcasing Shiloh's talent as she danced solo
- 13:32Speaker 2: in a studio setting. Dressed casually in sweats and sneakers
- 13:35Speaker 2: and an oversized t Shallow exuded confidence and skill as
- 13:38Speaker 2: she moved the rhythm.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, it looked good. Watched I watched it like
- 13:44Speaker 1: five times. She should go on. So you think you
- 13:46Speaker 1: can't dance? I love that. Do you know why? I
- 13:49Speaker 1: went to high school with Kat Deely. We went to
- 13:51Speaker 1: school together. I know that we were in the amateur
- 13:53Speaker 1: production of Fiddler on the Roof. I was model. I
- 13:56Speaker 1: think she was in the chorus two steps behind me
- 14:01Speaker 1: catt although she's certainly in front of me. Now a cat.
- 14:03Speaker 1: If you're listening, go Lollo and lo. I love this.
- 14:05Speaker 1: It's a side of Shiloh we never get to see.
- 14:07Speaker 1: She's very private. They know that she's not on social
- 14:10Speaker 1: media herself. I don't think this was posted on the
- 14:13Speaker 1: carreographers page, not hers. Now, my sources tell me he
- 14:17Speaker 1: did get permission. They didn't just post this video without
- 14:21Speaker 1: her permission, but they did post It's it blew up,
- 14:24Speaker 1: It's everywhere. Take a look. It will make you really
- 14:27Speaker 1: really happy. Okay, quickly, before we get a break. Sophie
- 14:29Speaker 1: Turner is praising Taylor Swift, saying she's an absolute hero
- 14:33Speaker 1: for giving her a place to stay amid her divorce.
- 14:37Speaker 1: So Sophie is on the cover of British Road Gosh
- 14:39Speaker 1: looks fabulous, and she's talking about the challenges of her ugly,
- 14:44Speaker 1: ugly divorce and so there's a lot of stuff in
- 14:46Speaker 1: there too mean for this show, Well, what I liked
- 14:48Speaker 1: out of it is she said Taylor Swift was an
- 14:50Speaker 1: absolute hero extending her hospitality and giving me a place
- 14:54Speaker 1: to stay in New York. Taylor literally gave her her
- 14:57Speaker 1: New York apartment. Now these two are not particularly close,
- 15:01Speaker 1: they've known each other, but if you remember, Joe Jonas
- 15:04Speaker 1: dated Taylor Swift back in two thousand and eight, So
- 15:09Speaker 1: it is a little bit awkward than an X of
- 15:12Speaker 1: your husband who you are divorcing, offers you a place
- 15:17Speaker 1: to stay.
- 15:18Speaker 2: What do you think I like Soobe Turner, I was
- 15:22Speaker 2: rooting for her after the divorce because, you know, as
- 15:24Speaker 2: we talked about in the show, got really weird and messy,
- 15:27Speaker 2: natal nasty, and they kind of painted her as this
- 15:29Speaker 2: like party mom doing hair and I don't think that's
- 15:32Speaker 2: the truth. I think she just had a hard time
- 15:34Speaker 2: and she was kind of left for dead. So it's
- 15:36Speaker 2: nice to see that someone had her back.
- 15:38Speaker 1: Yeah, Taylor had her back. We have your back, naughties,
- 15:41Speaker 1: and we will be right back. Welcome back to the
- 15:46Speaker 1: Naughty but Nico Bro shoot her with our dear friend
- 15:48Speaker 1: mark Lepo. I hope you're listening today, everybody, because yesterday
- 15:51Speaker 1: we had no shower and so we have no poll
- 15:54Speaker 1: results today because we didn't do the pole. We take
- 15:58Speaker 1: the show, we edit, did the show, we polished the show.
- 16:01Speaker 1: We were proud of the show. We A lot of
- 16:03Speaker 1: work goes into these twenty bads. I know we make
- 16:06Speaker 1: it look easy because we're professionals, but actually a lot
- 16:09Speaker 1: of work does go into the show. So I'm sorry
- 16:11Speaker 1: it didn't work out yesterday. No poll result, but don't
- 16:14Speaker 1: forget to vote on today's pole. Go to our Twitter
- 16:17Speaker 1: page at Naughty Nice Rob or our Facebook page which
- 16:21Speaker 1: is Norty Gossip, and be sure to check back tomorrow
- 16:24Speaker 1: to hear your results. And now it's time for a
- 16:29Speaker 1: Nicest of the Day.
- 16:34Speaker 2: From Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's arch Archie. Well, so,
- 16:38Speaker 2: Megan Markle and Prince Harry's Archweald Foundation has been cleared
- 16:42Speaker 2: of delinquency. Oh Okay, let me explain. So, Meghan Markle
- 16:47Speaker 2: and Prince Harry's Archwell Foundation has been swiftly removed from
- 16:50Speaker 2: the State of California's list up to delinquent charities. Goodness colors,
- 16:57Speaker 2: worried so Duke and that'shes of Sussex charnable organization. Arch
- 17:00Speaker 2: Well was recently reclassified from delinquent to current California's charity's page,
- 17:06Speaker 2: marking a significant reversal that appears have occurred overnight. It
- 17:09Speaker 2: has been revealed that the necessary payments associated with the
- 17:13Speaker 2: renewal fees were indeed made as far back as November,
- 17:16Speaker 2: totaling two hundred dollars. It appears that it was some
- 17:19Speaker 2: kind of administrative lapse that led to the error, and
- 17:23Speaker 2: now the foundation is.
- 17:24Speaker 1: In good stay. Oh I'm so glad that young bank.
- 17:27Speaker 1: But he's so sloppy, isn't it. Oh, it's so sloppy.
- 17:30Speaker 1: You two, who are you hiring? Like? I don't expect
- 17:33Speaker 1: Megan and Harry to be sitting there with the checkbook
- 17:35Speaker 1: saying we've got to renew our funds, We've got to
- 17:37Speaker 1: renew aur fees. Harry send a check for two hundred.
- 17:40Speaker 1: They have a staff, they pay people hundreds of thousands
- 17:43Speaker 1: of dollars to do all this, get a better team.
- 17:47Speaker 1: This is hugely embarrassing and it should never have happened.
- 17:51Speaker 1: And at least you two are now backhand nicest of
- 17:54Speaker 1: the day, I think okay, and now I noticed the
- 17:56Speaker 1: day naughty naughty a serious story. David Copperfield is denying
- 18:00Speaker 1: sexual misconduct against allegations from multiple women. So David Copperfield
- 18:05Speaker 1: is overwhelmingly refuting allegations of sexual conduct following claims by
- 18:11Speaker 1: sixteen women. The UK newspaper The Guardian, very smart newspaper,
- 18:17Speaker 1: has a really long, detailed investigation into him into the women,
- 18:22Speaker 1: including three who alleged he drugged them before engaging in
- 18:27Speaker 1: non consensual sexual activity. Additionally, four women claim the Copperfield
- 18:33Speaker 1: groped them and can cursed them into engage in sexual
- 18:37Speaker 1: acts during live performances on stage, so while they were
- 18:43Speaker 1: on stage they said they were touched in appropriately. Once again,
- 18:47Speaker 1: he's denying this, but these details are very specific. This
- 18:51Speaker 1: is a really reputable newspaper. You are a naughtyist of
- 18:55Speaker 1: the day. Hey, let's end with a moment of ra
- 18:58Speaker 1: rob you rub, you get a roub not even you
- 19:01Speaker 1: are superhuman and that means willpower is not enough. So
- 19:05Speaker 1: if you want to stop doing something that's not good
- 19:07Speaker 1: for you, you've got to find something to replace it.
- 19:10Speaker 1: If you pull a weed out of the garden, if
- 19:12Speaker 1: you don't stick something in that hole, another weed is
- 19:16Speaker 1: going to come back. So you can't just cut out
- 19:19Speaker 1: bad behavior. You've got to replace it with something good.
- 19:23Speaker 1: When I wanted to change my habits, instead of just
- 19:28Speaker 1: stop drinking, I filled the time that I would go
- 19:32Speaker 1: out with my friends, on writing, on reading books, on
- 19:37Speaker 1: doing something that I really enjoy it. I replace the
- 19:41Speaker 1: bad behavior. Now I want to buy a piece of cake,
- 19:44Speaker 1: which I do every single day. Instead of doing that,
- 19:47Speaker 1: I go for a walk, and I just replace one
- 19:50Speaker 1: thing with another. Think about that, and I promise you
- 19:53Speaker 1: it will really help. Willpower. It's not enough. It's a lie.
- 19:56Speaker 1: It's not about you being lazy. It's about setting up
- 20:00Speaker 1: the system to work for you. When you want to
- 20:03Speaker 1: get rid of bad behavior, find something good to replace
- 20:06Speaker 1: it with. Hey, that is it for today. Thank you
- 20:08Speaker 1: so much for coming back Naughties and listening to the
