- 0:00Hello, warriors, halo, healers you about to listen to a live that I did on my Facebook slash Instagram platform about Brian House.
- 0:11Yeah no it's a little long but i believe the information will be very valuable so let's go straight to the episode.
- 0:19I did a lot of research because I wanted to give you.
- 0:22At information that can serve you wherever you are in your journey.
- 0:26To help you address the common symptoms of poor brain.
- 0:31Function.
- 0:32Okay.
- 0:33If you're new to my platforms, my Facebook, Instagram, I also have a YouTube channel.
- 0:37You don't know who I am.
- 0:38You've never met me before.
- 0:39I just wanna introduce myself briefly.
- 0:41Cause I know I have a lot of my patients right now that are viewing this Facebook and Instagram live, but I also know that I have new.
- 0:49So describers or new viewers in the audience and you will probably never seen me or met me.
- 0:56So my name is Dr.
- 0:57Jennifer Jensey.
- 0:58I am a functional medicine practitioner.
- 1:01Some people would call me holistic doctor, natural medicine that the integrative doctor, but I call what I do functional medicine, because my goal is to restore the function of my patient's body to help them.
- 1:14We start the function of the.
- 1:15The body, because I am a firm believer that the body can heal itself.
- 1:19The body can clean itself.
- 1:22The ourselves, our organs can rejuvenate.
- 1:25The tissues can repair because again, this machine or this vessel that we have that we live in is so amazing.
- 1:33And many of us take our bodies for granted because we don't believe in the power of healing naturally.
- 1:39So I own a clinic here in Denville, New Jersey.
- 1:42Rosie.
- 1:42However, I have patients all over.
- 1:45The states I have patients in New York and Pennsylvania and Georgia.
- 1:51I have patients Louisiana.
- 1:53And have patients is certainly city.
- 1:55So I have patients all over because, the work that I do.
- 1:58Can be so.
- 2:00We reward in that I want to really help as many people that are willing to, again, invest in themselves, invest in our programs so that they can see.
- 2:09Healing.
- 2:10Taking place on the regular basis.
- 2:13I have a signature program that I call the gut, the cluttering program that has been working for a lot of my patients.
- 2:19It is my, my baby.
- 2:21It is the program that has really helped hell a lot of my patients, digestive issues.
- 2:26I'm talking about gas bloat.
- 2:28Constipation diarrhea, colitis.
- 2:31Irritable bowel disease.
- 2:32Chronic fatigue syndrome, auto immune disorders high.
- 2:36She modeled thyroiditis.
- 2:37I even help a lot of cancer patients.
- 2:39As a matter of fact, I started my journey because my bad.
- 2:42Had Ginza.
- 2:44And the sea and how we were treated.
- 2:46By my colleagues, I did not like the treatment.
- 2:49And we received.
- 2:50So I decided to, you know what, I'm just gonna like take matters into my hands.
- 2:54Cause I always tell my patients be about the solution, not the problem.
- 2:58So that's when I started doing research, I'm like, okay, what can we do?
- 3:02Because I know back in the days when people had diseases, they had cancer or they had, you know, auto immune diabetes, high blood pressure, they were not taking a pill.
- 3:11I know that when I used to have a cold, a little.
- 3:14Like an ear.
- 3:15Or whatever my grandma would just go in the backyard, get some Bush, some like leaves.
- 3:21And the next thing I know.
- 3:22Like do a concussion and give it to me.
- 3:24I'll drink.
- 3:24And the next thing you know, I was brand new.
- 3:26So I know there was so much power.
- 3:29In natural medicine.
- 3:31But however, since my training is in conventional medicine, I was trained as a conventional medicine, ER, doc.
- 3:40So I was trying to prescribe to diagnose and prescribe, right.
- 3:44I was not trying to really help my patients hear anything.
- 3:47Identify the root cause of anything.
- 3:49Um, is that you've come to me.
- 3:51You tell me what your problem, and I'll give you a pill.
- 3:54And if the pill that I gave you did not work, then I will go back to the book.
- 3:58I had this in a pharmacological book.
- 4:00That tells me do this.
- 4:02Literally standard of care is so easy, was easy for me because I can literally tell Weafer I know in a reference the book and the book would tell me what to do to you.
- 4:13Right.
- 4:13So it's like, I never really take time to listen.
- 4:16To my patients, because I had to see you over like, You know, 20 patients per hour, I was very busy and the lobby was packed with people.
- 4:23So I had no time to really connect with my patients to identify and know the person that I was, you know, that came to seek my help.
- 4:30So just give him a pill, give him.
- 4:31We'll give him a pill.
- 4:32And that is why we have like 300 medications for one condition.
- 4:36Right.
- 4:36If you look at diabetes, you see that we have like so many medication for one condition, diabetes, high blood pressure.
- 4:43So medications, um, for one condition, high blood pressure auto immune condition.
- 4:48Like we have so many because from, uh, from, um, the, um, big pharma is realizing that, you know, one pill will not, may not work, so we need to increase the dose or change it to a different formulation.
- 4:58So that's why.
- 5:00You'll see, there are so many new medications, new injections, new products being generated in the market because again, people are getting sick and people are staying sick because no body is helping us.
- 5:13Right.
- 5:13Identify the with course.
- 5:15So my micros.
- 5:16Identify the cause, which is the number one step to healing.
- 5:19Your body is like, what goes in your symptoms, right?
- 5:22What's causing your symptoms.
- 5:23The diagnosis that you receive is not the cause of your symptoms.
- 5:28Okay.
- 5:28The diagnosis that your doctor gave you after doing so many tests or diagnostic imaging or whatever.
- 5:35Um, process diagnostic process you went through is not the cause of your symptoms.
- 5:41So.
- 5:42How myself eliminate all my digestive symptoms.
- 5:45When I say all of them, all of them, the gas, the bloat, the acid reflux, my skin issues, my fibromyalgia issues, my stomach pain, my constipation, my brain fog, like the energy and poofed.
- 5:56So that was like a long, like it took me multiple years.
- 6:00To really, we store the function of my body.
- 6:03So when I see that I was getting better and I was getting the energy that I wanted, the statement I had the vitality.
- 6:09So I started really.
- 6:11Being interested in what's out there.
- 6:14Why because I did a lot of trial and error.
- 6:17I was really frustrated on this journey.
- 6:20I was very, very unhappy because nobody could help me.
- 6:23I was trying all the supplements, trying all the diet, like you name it, I'm going to go for it.
- 6:28Why?
- 6:28Because I wanted to feel better.
- 6:31Right.
- 6:31It's not fun.
- 6:32Being sick is not fun.
- 6:33We can not bloating.
- 6:34Going to bed bloating and it's not fun to be gassy.
- 6:36It's not fun to have flatter tummy.
- 6:39And the next thing you know, your stomach is protruding.
- 6:41You look like you're pregnant.
- 6:42MI, it was not fun to get compliments from people when I'm not pregnant.
- 6:46Because again, I'm like skinny, fat.
- 6:49I was skinny fat.
- 6:50A little tummy, not fun.
- 6:52So I really understand the power of healing, your body, the power of restoring the function of your body, the power of giving your body what it needs to work for you.
- 7:03So I went back.
- 7:05And we learned everything.
- 7:07Like everything, like everything, like the herbs that are, you know, Um, that I've been most beneficial for certain conditions, the vitamins, the supplements, like I had to go back and we'll in functional medicine.
- 7:19How do we store the mind, body and soul?
- 7:23Because it is what we do in functional medicine.
- 7:25We don't just give you a pill or diet.
- 7:27We help you identify the with cause we'll help you address the three aspect of your health.
- 7:32So when it comes to health, we have three aspects.
- 7:34You have your mind.
- 7:36Like most people don't work on.
- 7:37Right.
- 7:38You have your physical aspect.
- 7:40That's what we all walk on.
- 7:42We would take a pill to help our physical aspect, and then we have to solve because there's a disconnect, right?
- 7:47Because when we go through this journey, we feel so.
- 7:50Unhealthy.
- 7:51We have so much pain.
- 7:53We've become very depressed.
- 7:54Right?
- 7:54We become very anxious.
- 7:56We.
- 7:56Alone and hopeless.
- 7:57So in the soul kind of get lost in the whole process.
- 8:01So when I help my patients, I don't just give him a pill.
- 8:03I don't just give them a diet.
- 8:04I do all of it, but we also work on mindset because if you have the proper mindset, then whatever I'm asking you to do whatever I'm work commending, you would just go out there and just do it.
- 8:16You're not going to fight me on it.
- 8:17You're not going to resist because the expert says something else or because you read something online, right.
- 8:23Like when I like right now, I'm going to take my, um, patients that are going through my gut decluttering program to about rice.
- 8:29We do in three days of fasting.
- 8:33Three days.
- 8:34Of restaurant bowels.
- 8:36Like, if you want to talk to other people about what three days I'm going to die.
- 8:39Nope.
- 8:40I've been doing this program, the bar.
- 8:43which is part of my, instead of my gut, the clutter and program, since the minute.
- 8:48Because that's what I did to really restore the function of my gut.
- 8:51I had to really like allow my digestive system extended time to heal.
- 8:56So we did three days of no chewing, no eating, solid food.
- 8:59We just do like smoothies and broth and soup and all that.
- 9:03Uh, that stuff.
- 9:05So that's what I do in my clinic.
- 9:07That's what I have in my practice.
- 9:08I love, I have a passion for natural medicine.
- 9:11Cause I see results every single day.
- 9:14I get patients, the sending us like messages every single day and that keeps me going.
- 9:20Because I feel like what I have can benefit so many people.
- 9:22I just want to put it in your hands.
- 9:24Okay.
- 9:25So this is a little bit about me If you're not following me.
- 9:28I highly recommend you subscribe to all of the platforms or my channels, because my goal is to really bring you some vital information where you can use it to win back to your doctor, to get the proper guidance and tools and the resources for healing to take place for you.
- 9:42I usually ask my patients for request of Facebook live because I am my patients.
- 9:48And I got a few requests.
- 9:50So I'm going to, like every time I do this Facebook live, I'm going to discuss a particular topic, a particular symptoms that a lot of my patients suffers with.
- 9:57And I think majority of the population also experience as well.
- 10:01So today we're going to talk about the brain.
- 10:05That Brian, the brain.
- 10:07The brand is very important.
- 10:09It is one organ.
- 10:11You cannot have a transplant, right?
- 10:13Like you can have a lung transplant.
- 10:14I tell my patients, you can have a lung transplant.
- 10:17You can have a heart transplant.
- 10:19You can have a kidney transplant.
- 10:21You can have a liver transplant, he can have transplant.
- 10:25In other parts of organs of your body, but the brain, this, this transmission, I call it the mother.
- 10:32And as a matter of fact, he should not be messing with your brain because if you mess with your brain, That's good.
- 10:37That can put you at risk to lose function.
- 10:39Right because the burn is attached to your spinal cord.
- 10:44Right.
- 10:44Like the brain is attached to your spinal cord.
- 10:46So those two things we don't mess with.
- 10:49So what we do, we can identify what the problem is.
- 10:52And then we go ahead and fix it.
- 10:53All right.
- 10:54So I, if I want to talk to you about the brain and I want to talk to you about the brain in a way that you can understand what's happening.
- 11:01There's a diagnosis out there that I usually talk to my patients about that I think many people are not aware of and I'm going to talk about it.
- 11:08Okay.
- 11:09If you experienced brain fog, fatigue, Memory issues, forgetfulness trouble concentrating.
- 11:16Poor concentration headaches.
- 11:18Vertigo, dizziness, depression, anxiety.
- 11:22Um, it would a birdie, clumsiness, um, personality changes, memory loss.
- 11:28You need to address this issues as soon as possible.
- 11:32Okay.
- 11:33It is not normal to lose brain function.
- 11:36As you get older.
- 11:37'cause I feel like when I talked to my patient and they tell me all these symptoms, I'm like, oh, how long have you been experiencing that?
- 11:43Oh, I think it's normal.
- 11:45My doctors is normal because, um, you know, I'm 40 years old.
- 11:48I'm 50 years old.
- 11:49I'm 55.
- 11:50When in fact it's not.
- 11:52Because that's how my patient's age is just a number.
- 11:55I know, a hundred year old.
- 11:57People that have a sharp brain, like black really deal, very sharp.
- 12:02They were members, everything.
- 12:03They are very active so age is just a number and sometimes we utilize that as an excuse for us not to work.
- 12:12On our symptoms, not to address and identify what's causing the symptoms.
- 12:17Okay.
- 12:18So again, if you have any of the symptoms, I just mentioned, particularly brain fog, fatigue, like mental exhaustion.
- 12:25That poor concentration, lack of motivation, dizziness, headaches, migraine vertigo seizures.
- 12:32I can't concentrate.
- 12:34Memory loss.
- 12:35You have a diagnosis called leaky brain.
- 12:40Yeah.
- 12:41There's another condition out there that, that does not turn you about you can do all the MRIs.
- 12:47Yes.
- 12:47Granted, we can have a brain tumor.
- 12:49Even that's also part of leaky brain.
- 12:52You can do all the MRIs or the cat scans all the testing.
- 12:55Right.
- 12:56But if you do not address leaky brain.
- 13:01Your symptoms will not be eliminated.
- 13:04You can have with do symptoms, but you still going to have struggles and you, and then they can always come back as you get older.
- 13:10So.
- 13:11As a good doctor.
- 13:12I love the digestive system.
- 13:14I love this section over here.
- 13:15We call God.
- 13:17I usually talk to my patients about leaky gut.
- 13:19Right.
- 13:20We all know what leaky gut is.
- 13:21You can literally Google.
- 13:22Like right.
- 13:23When you Google, you could go to get like a zillion articles on it.
- 13:27So, but this means that the particles from the food and the toxins from the food.
- 13:31Can pass through our gut lining.
- 13:34It's lucky have a bucket.
- 13:35So I have water here and there's leakage at the bottom at the bottom of the cup.
- 13:40Right?
- 13:40So the water is leaking.
- 13:42So when I said leaky brain leaky gut, we have leakage happening the food, the particles from the food, the toxins that are, that you have within you in your digestive system.
- 13:53When you wishes the small intestine.
- 13:55It's leaking because we have absorption takes place in the small intestine, right.
- 13:59That your stomach.
- 14:01It's for digestion.
- 14:03We don't absorb in the stomach, your small intestine.
- 14:06For absorption and your large intestine is for elimination.
- 14:10So when you have toxins that can pass through the gut lining.
- 14:15It gets into your bloodstream.
- 14:17Your immune system is recognizing it as a foreigner.
- 14:21It triggers your immune system.
- 14:23Okay.
- 14:24Increases inflammation because remember the only thing we need to have in our bloodstream is red blood cells.
- 14:30Right?
- 14:30We need to have red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets.
- 14:33That's it.
- 14:34We're not supposed to have sugar.
- 14:36In our bloodstream, we're not supposed to have potent in our bloodstream and that's supposed to have toxins in our bloodstream.
- 14:41So anything we have that doesn't belong.
- 14:44And the body doesn't recognize it as a normal thing is going to trigger the immune system.
- 14:50And the immune system is, is the army in the body.
- 14:53And I'm gonna keep saying that until that die, because people need to understand that.
- 14:57The powerful.
- 14:59Work of the immune system, like how you need to really feed your immune cells so that you can straighten the soldiers.
- 15:06And your army, because when we get like toxins or allergens, you in-house something, or you eat something or you put something on your skin that gets into your bloodstream, and then you have a mute.
- 15:15Like it goes into your restroom and then your immune system is recognizing it as a foreigner.
- 15:21That your immune system is going to go after it and start attacking it.
- 15:24It's happening.
- 15:24It's like, oh, we have something that doesn't belong here.
- 15:26Let's go.
- 15:27So that's the same thing with leaky gut.
- 15:30The food to eat in has.
- 15:31Herbicides pesticides, environmental toxins, more toxicity, this processed food, the pre-packaged foods that we eat in, right?
- 15:40The, the foods from the restaurant that.
- 15:43The process, our.
- 15:43Oils, the sodium, all this like salty food we eat in.
- 15:47That those are toxins when it gets to your small intestine.
- 15:51And you have gaps in your 19 of your digestive system, right?
- 15:57It goes into your bloodstream.
- 15:58So your immune system gets activated.
- 16:00That increases inflammation.
- 16:03Remember how I tell you guys toxins lead to inflammation.
- 16:07Inflammation creates disease.
- 16:11That's what you need to understand.
- 16:12That is the roadmap to disease.
- 16:14Like you have to have toxins to be sick.
- 16:16If you have diabetes.
- 16:17The toxins is your carbs, right?
- 16:19The simple carbohydrates, the sugar.
- 16:21The toxins is the food.
- 16:23That's not, you're not digesting properly.
- 16:25Because sugar alone doesn't give you diabetes.
- 16:27Right?
- 16:28So if you have high blood pressure, then your taxes is what, all the processed food.
- 16:33The nutritional deficiencies, the heavy metal toxicities.
- 16:37So those are like creating toxins.
- 16:39And so therefore that's going to create disease.
- 16:41So you have inflammation, right?
- 16:42We have gap in our line.
- 16:44Um, the gut lining Caxton school come through.
- 16:47Right.
- 16:48Creates inflammation.
- 16:49And then you have an increased risk for disease, including cancer.
- 16:53So all of this happened as a result of unhealthy dietary and lifestyle habits, right.
- 17:00Choices as well.
- 17:01And then this happens as well because you have an increased toxic load toxicity.
- 17:06Gut infections.
- 17:07I'm telling you.
- 17:08Gut infections.
- 17:10It is the unspoken.
- 17:11Because of a lot of your health issues.
- 17:14Those pathogens, they produce toxins.
- 17:17And this toxins can lead into your bloodstream.
- 17:20So gut infections.
- 17:21Antibodies that are produced as an, you know, from, you know, as.
- 17:25As a response to allergens and, and NCBA antigens, those antibodies.
- 17:31Lack Corvin.
- 17:32Is an antigen.
- 17:33Because your body recognized.
- 17:35Cool.
- 17:35Uh, what can I say is COVID that's an antigen and produces antibodies and those antibodies IgGs.
- 17:40IGMs or those, those markers that those antibodies can leak into your bloodstream.
- 17:45If you do not address it right.
- 17:47And then you have in proper detoxification.
- 17:49So if you have constipation or you have the area, because some people have the area, but they still constipated, right?
- 17:54You're not moving your bowels every day, all day to cleanse your pipe.
- 17:59So that's improper detoxification.
- 18:01So you're going to have baggage.
- 18:02You're going to have'em.
- 18:03Coxen going back into your drainage funnel that your lymph nodes can have toxins, right?
- 18:09So in proper, your liver is not the taxi fee.
- 18:11And detoxifying properly.
- 18:13So in proper detoxification, And also if you have imbalanced gut floor, so all of us that takes medications.
- 18:20Including antibiotic.
- 18:21Including the prescription medications, the over the counter medications can really mess up our gut.
- 18:27So you killing the good bacteria.
- 18:29You killing.
- 18:30I call them the police officers.
- 18:33That's supposed to guard the area, you killing them.
- 18:35So you have dysbiosis, you have imbalance in the gut floor, meaning that you have less good bacteria and you have more yeast.
- 18:43More viruses, more parasites.
- 18:45So there's an imbalance, right?
- 18:48And then of course.
- 18:49If you're not eat.
- 18:50Um, eating properly, not exercising.
- 18:52This can also cause leaky gut.
- 18:55So the same thing that happens to you, a gut leaky gut also happens to your brain.
- 19:03That is why we have the brain fog.
- 19:05We have fatigue.
- 19:06We have made the sluggishness.
- 19:08We have a good ability.
- 19:09We are forgetful.
- 19:11We have trouble concentrating.
- 19:13We have dizziness.
- 19:14Did I say headaches, migraine.
- 19:17Um, anxiety, depression, it would have birdie personality changes, mood swings, memory loss, because you have leaky gut.
- 19:25Why?
- 19:25So.
- 19:26Um, so what happened is because of.
- 19:29Um, Nikki got, okay.
- 19:30So th the same toxins that creates leaky brain leaky gut creates leaky brain because the toxins get into your bloodstream.
- 19:37Right.
- 19:37And then as you have blood flow all over your body, Blood or traveling all over your body.
- 19:43So then you have the Saxons all struggling all over your body, and then when it gets to your brain, It kind of got bind into, to the receptor site of the, uh, of the brain.
- 19:54Y it causes your blood.
- 19:56Brain barrier.
- 19:58There's a barrier.
- 19:59So it kind of binds to the receptor site and then that creates neuro inflammation.
- 20:06Okay.
- 20:06And since one of the barns is sensitive.
- 20:09Muscle again, because we can't have a bunch and spent, as I mentioned, and I have to tell you, it is the most aggravating things.
- 20:15When you lose your wind function.
- 20:18Right.
- 20:18AKA.
- 20:18K all simers.
- 20:19You don't know who you are, your children feel so sad because this powerful human being they used to know is losing the cognitive function.
- 20:27Right.
- 20:28So because you have to know inflammation.
- 20:32And because of the no inflammation that creates like shrinkage of your brain tissue.
- 20:38Weekends or when tissue lists.
- 20:39Shrinkage.
- 20:41And because of this inflammation, you have decreased oxygenation to your brain.
- 20:45Then you're going to have dead cells in your brain.
- 20:48So your brain is not going to function the way you want it to.
- 20:52It's very important.
- 20:53This damage can actually takes place for years, months in the case of Alzheimer's 10 to 20 years before we start seeing signs of dementia.
- 21:03Somebody has to have brain fog.
- 21:04First, you have to have gut infections.
- 21:06First, you have to have really poor diet for lifestyle or the alcohol that we drink.
- 21:11Right.
- 21:11Back all the beer and all the black vodka or whatever.
- 21:14So you have to have really like, Misuse your body in a way, for years before you started experiencing the symptoms that should could be getting from poor brain health.
- 21:27Okay, so an unaddressed, if you don't address these symptoms and address, leaky brain would lead to serious health consequences.
- 21:35As I mentioned, mood disorders.
- 21:38Dementia or Alzheimer's is really big right now.
- 21:41Like I knew so many.
- 21:42You know of my patients.
- 21:43The family members have Alzheimer's.
- 21:45And they will talk to me about it, how sad they are because they lose mom.
- 21:49Doesn't recognize them.
- 21:51Mommy's very combative.
- 21:53Or that is just not there one minute that will recognize them.
- 21:57And the next minute that is, you know, gone.
- 21:59The fatigue is also from an address.
- 22:03Um, toxins in the brain.
- 22:05When for permission, anxiety, depression, bipolar.
- 22:08Cognitive decline.
- 22:09Um, a D D a D H D.
- 22:11That's also taxes from.
- 22:13You know, irritate in the brain.
- 22:16Right.
- 22:16And now a lot of adults are being diagnosed with add.
- 22:20Because they can't really stay focused on one thing.
- 22:22Like your attention is all over the place.
- 22:24Yes.
- 22:24You can literally focus.
- 22:26Like you can literally like work and do exercises to help you focus on one thing, but I'm telling you.
- 22:32It's because you have so much inflammation.
- 22:36You can't really pay attention to one thing.
- 22:38When you don't pay attention to one thing, you get nothing done.
- 22:41It's very frustrating.
- 22:42I used to feel like I was a failure because I cannot accomplish a thing.
- 22:45I will start a project.
- 22:47And the next thing I know, I'm moving onto the next project.
- 22:49So I have so many unfinished projects.
- 22:51Very frustrating.
- 22:53And then I started asking myself, like, what's wrong with me?
- 22:55Is it me?
- 22:56I come back.
- 22:56Other people can go out there and do well well, and, you know, become, be very productive for me.
- 23:03And it's a struggle.
- 23:04I have to like jump all over the place.
- 23:06That's add ADHD and.
- 23:08Autism as well.
- 23:09It's also from toxins in the brain.
- 23:12Okay.
- 23:13If you a pregnant lady.
- 23:15And your diet is not healthy.
- 23:16You eat Verizon.
- 23:17Unhealthy.
- 23:18So all these toxins that you ingested, you will pass it through to the baby.
- 23:23Formula is baby formula is not healthy.
- 23:26That's going to create risk for autism and add and ADHD.
- 23:32So I spoke to you guys about the symptoms of poor brain health, right?
- 23:36Like what happened?
- 23:38When you do get those symptoms, what's happening to leaky brain.
- 23:41Now let's talk about like major causes of leaky brain.
- 23:44So the first one is really toxins.
- 23:47Is that what you said it already?
- 23:49Toxins.
- 23:49Yes.
- 23:50Toxins back decks, toxins, blood sugar, and balances.
- 23:53Chronic inflammation.
- 23:55Gut infections, heavy metal toxicity.
- 23:59Mold toxicity.
- 24:01Vaccination.
- 24:04What's in that vaccine.
- 24:06Toxins is in that vaccine.
- 24:07There's nothing healthy.
- 24:09In a syringe that we inject in our bodies, that if you into vaccination, you believe in vaccination.
- 24:15That's great.
- 24:16This is your belief system, but I'm letting you know.
- 24:19If you go to the cdc.gov and you Google that vaccine that you love.
- 24:24And so believe in, look at the ingredients, you'll see nothing healthy.
- 24:27So you taking the vaccines at your own risk.
- 24:29So vaccination in our children creates a lot of behavioral health issues.
- 24:34Developmental delays as well in our children.
- 24:38Um, actually a systemic infection.
- 24:41Medications can also cause brain.
- 24:44Cognitive declined.
- 24:46Like the side effects, those auto immune condition medications, the steroids that we take all the time, this antibiotic, the medications we take for our diabetes.
- 24:55Medication we take for cancer, the chemotherapies, like some of those radiation can also create brain issues.
- 25:03And also nutritional deficiencies, because if you're not feeding your body, the nutrients not feeding your brain.
- 25:09The nutrients that it needs.
- 25:11How is this supposed to function for you?
- 25:13Right.
- 25:13It's not going to happen because one is not getting the food.
- 25:16At all.
- 25:17So nutrient deficiencies, nutritional deficiencies as well.
- 25:20So you have to feed your body just like you need.
- 25:23Um, nutrients to function.
- 25:24Your brain also needs nutrients to function as well for you.
- 25:28So these are the major causes.
- 25:29I'm sure there are so many other ones.
- 25:32Um, we didn't discuss, but these are the major causes that I'm finding out.
- 25:36I can see why I have the brain fog.
- 25:38I can see why I have the anxiety.
- 25:40I can see why you have the depression.
- 25:42But the good news is you can literally put that prevent and slow down.
- 25:46Cognitive decline.
- 25:48You can literally get whatever your brain fog.
- 25:50You can get rid of your headaches, your migraines.
- 25:53You can get rid of all the symptoms that I mentioned, right?
- 25:56If you have Alzheimer's or you have anybody that have Alzheimer's or dementia, you can decrease you can have to slow it down.
- 26:03And that involves a lot of work, but it's better than having like, you know, increase where you can't really know you lost all recognition of who's around you and also of yourself versus Stony down where you still can have performance cognitive performance to finish the rest of the.
- 26:20The years that you have on this planet.
- 26:22The one thing that I see a lot in our program, again, the gut, the Clarion program is that everybody that came in with brain fog completely have them eliminated.
- 26:31Brain fog, headaches, migraine, like completely gone.
- 26:35I have this young guy that I'm working with.
- 26:37Came to me with headaches every day.
- 26:39Everyday everyday granted they have mold.
- 26:43In the house they have mold.
- 26:44Um, in the bedroom, they have mold, you know, in parts of the house.
- 26:48So he's, he's exposed to the mold, but every day, like that was his number one issues is the headaches so we started working together and I gave him a potluck and also we changed the diet.
- 26:58We had to completely change his diet.
- 27:00And then we also give him some nutrients for specifically, for brain.
- 27:04And next thing, you know, they had X one from daily to once or twice per week.
- 27:09So, if you are not addressing the taxes that are spasm in your brain, The toxins that are really interfering with your cognitive function.
- 27:18And you keep taking a pill to numb.
- 27:21His symptoms.
- 27:22Why do you think that's going to happen?
- 27:24You literally going to have Alzheimer's down the road.
- 27:27You literally going to have no brain cancers on the road.
- 27:29Because we are not addressing it.
- 27:31And I know people would come to me.
- 27:33They.
- 27:33Well, you know, I've had headaches all my life, but, and I asked him the question, what is the cause?
- 27:39I don't know.
- 27:40Some people we have headed so severe that they can't even sit in a room with lights.
- 27:44They have to turn off the lights because they have photophobia.
- 27:48Right.
- 27:49When you have headaches, migraine.
- 27:50You have sensitive to light, sensitive to sound.
- 27:52This is the extreme.
- 27:54So by eliminating the problem, knowing that toxins lead to inflammation, no inflammation that leads to disease on your symptoms you're experiencing can significantly help you.
- 28:06So now, how do we treat brain health in the conventional space?
- 28:11How hard.
- 28:12Did I use to treat it?
- 28:14The first thing I will do, I will give you a medication that is the first and the last thing I do.
- 28:18Right.
- 28:18I used to prescribe medications.
- 28:20If you have, you know, um, seizures.
- 28:24Topomax.
- 28:25Uh, The one 10 Gabapentin.
- 28:28I'm just coming up with medications.
- 28:30I used to give my antidepressant medications for your.
- 28:32Uh, depression and anxiety.
- 28:35Right.
- 28:35I used to prescribe air ACEP.
- 28:37Uh, Namenda.
- 28:38Namenda for Alzheimer's that I will give you a pill.
- 28:42The one thing I never did when I was practicing as a conventional doctor is to identify the with cause.
- 28:48No conventional doctors will help you identify the root cause.
- 28:51We don't do that.
- 28:52We don't have time for that.
- 28:54Even, we don't even know how to identify the word cause no way, Jose.
- 28:58We don't do that.
- 28:59Okay.
- 28:59So what have I used to treat like your brain fog, your headaches, migraine, your dizziness, your vertigo.
- 29:07Right.
- 29:07Your poor concentration, your memory loss.
- 29:11By giving you a pill?
- 29:13Cause that's the only thing I knew how to do.
- 29:15I never tell my patients to change the diet.
- 29:18We never did blood test to identify gut infections.
- 29:21We never even addressed the gut.
- 29:22Like I will send you through a GI doc though.
- 29:24Go have him.
- 29:25Look at the gut.
- 29:26I will give you a pill.
- 29:28This is the number one way, and the only way we address brain issues, when house pop, when.
- 29:34And health or decline cognitive decline.
- 29:37In the conventional space.
- 29:39May I remind you that your brain is one organ that you cannot, we place.
- 29:44So it is very important.
- 29:46That you maintain that organ with the minute you have an headache.
- 29:51Even if it's once or twice per week fine the world.
- 29:55Because the minute you have a dizziness, you have vertigo at whatever the symptoms that your brain is communicating with you and letting you know something is off fine.
- 30:05The cause take Tylenol while they take Tylenol, take whatever, but always go back and say, okay, what did I do?
- 30:11Like who do I need to see?
- 30:13What do I need to change in my lifestyle?
- 30:15My diet, that's going to prevent me from feeling that way.
- 30:18If you under stress.
- 30:19Found the stressors.
- 30:21Right.
- 30:22If you want about financial situation, you want about your child.
- 30:26Whatever it is.
- 30:27That fine.
- 30:28The cause.
- 30:30So.
- 30:31How do we treat.
- 30:33All the symptoms that Brian House flagpole grind function.
- 30:37Brain disease, the first thing we do first, we find the with cause.
- 30:41Like what.
- 30:42Find the word cause.
- 30:44And how do we do that?
- 30:45By doing blood tests by doing you in test because that those two powerful tests will give you, give you a doctor on me.
- 30:53Cause that's what I do now in my practice, all the toxins that I'm looking for.
- 30:58And also if you have any pathogenic activities, I call it pathogenic activities that I'm creating toxins.
- 31:05And then remember the Saxons leak into your blood stream and they traveled to your brain.
- 31:10You have to have leaky gut first before you have leaky brain.
- 31:15There's a brain gut connection.
- 31:17There's no healing of your brain.
- 31:19If you don't fix your gut, I'm telling you that right now, it's not happening.
- 31:22Because I know a lot of people will bypass the gut.
- 31:25And they'll be like, do something to fix the brain.
- 31:27How are you going to do that?
- 31:28Because whatever you're doing, you're ingesting is going through the gut.
- 31:31Right.
- 31:32And then you're hoping that whatever gets into your blood stream to go to your brain.
- 31:36So you have to fix a leaky gut first before you fix leaky brain.
- 31:40So find the root cause.
- 31:42Work with a doctor that speaks with cost resolution.
- 31:46That's going to help you do whatever it takes.
- 31:48To identify the root cause.
- 31:50Secondly, eliminate gut infections, eliminate gut disease.
- 31:55Eliminate your gas and your blood, your constipation, stomach pain, abdominal, whatever.
- 32:00Eliminate.
- 32:01Change your diet, change your food, the food you're eating.
- 32:04You continue eating the same food.
- 32:06You're going to continue getting the same results.
- 32:08I know it makes sense.
- 32:09Right?
- 32:09Ah, Dr.
- 32:10But I'm telling you, I tell people what that change, what you're eating, so you can feed your body different nutrients, right?
- 32:17So that you embody your Sask and we see what they need to go fight for you to go work for you.
- 32:21Because if you continue to in the same thing, like what do you expect the same thing?
- 32:26So change your diet.
- 32:28For me and my patients, we do intermittent fasting.
- 32:31We don't do breakfast.
- 32:32We work fast at anytime we want.
- 32:35Because intermittent fasting.
- 32:36Aloud extended time for healing.
- 32:39So I have a hope, like a whole thing about intimate infested in my program.
- 32:42Right.
- 32:43And then another thing that I do for my patients, we incorporate herbs that are powerful.
- 32:48For inflammation, not tumeric, not cook human.
- 32:51These are like baby herbs.
- 32:52I call them baby herbs, that powerful herbs, Chinese herbs.
- 32:56Right.
- 32:56Herbs are powerful.
- 32:58To decrease inflammation.
- 32:59And also help with cognitive function.
- 33:02I don't know about you, but I want to be sharp.
- 33:03I want to be like 90 years old and still got it.
- 33:06I want to still be able to keep going.
- 33:09Do all that I need to do.
- 33:10I don't want to depend on people to take care of me.
- 33:12That is my wish.
- 33:14My concerns.
- 33:14I don't want to be so.
- 33:16Sick.
- 33:17And so unwell that I lose that.
- 33:20You know, independency.
- 33:22And I am at the mercy of people, right.
- 33:24We all need people.
- 33:25I know that I need help, but I don't want to be in a state where it's like, I can't do anything for myself.
- 33:30Like my brain function is gone.
- 33:32I'm still confused.
- 33:33So disoriented.
- 33:35So incorporate some herbs for your brain and energy.
- 33:39Detoxification, my friend you got to get rid of toxins.
- 33:43Yes, we are going to eat healthy.
- 33:45Yes.
- 33:45We're going to take supplements.
- 33:47Yes.
- 33:47We're going to change our diet.
- 33:48Great.
- 33:49But guess what?
- 33:50If you have a bucket full of toxins.
- 33:52You have not.
- 33:53Empty your bucket.
- 33:55All right.
- 33:55What do you think that's going to happen?
- 33:57I like detoxification.
- 34:00That is why in my practice, my patients.
- 34:02And I, we always do a lot of detoxification.
- 34:04A full body detox.
- 34:05Twice a year.
- 34:06We do a liver cleanse twice a year.
- 34:08We do a parasite cleanse once per year.
- 34:12Why do we do that to decrease our.
- 34:14Bucket.
- 34:15Full of toxins.
- 34:16I don't know how we can stay healthy if we don't.
- 34:18Tax, I'm sorry.
- 34:19I like, we don't know how we stay.
- 34:20Like we are bombarded with toxins that everything has toxins.
- 34:23These water has toxins.
- 34:24Everything has toxins.
- 34:26We have to detoxify.
- 34:28And then of course, when you take your supplements, take supplements that will cater to your brain.
- 34:32Like omega as good amiga as you can do a mega test.
- 34:36Yeah, your doctor can literally give you a script to check your omega.
- 34:39You need the most.
- 34:40Because people also focus on omega three, but there are so many types of omega-3 like, which one are you deficient in?
- 34:46Don't just take supplements because that the GNC says it's good for you.
- 34:50No, you have to really know your deficiency so you can replenish.
- 34:55And that's the number one mistake people make my patients make is that they just take a lot of supplements.
- 35:00I'm like, okay, which one is working?
- 35:01I don't know.
- 35:02Okay.
- 35:03So then.
- 35:03What's the purpose of this supplement.
- 35:05I don't know that the GNC.
- 35:07That's why I'm here for you to tell me.
- 35:08I'm like, it's like, if I knew I wouldn't be here.
- 35:10I'm like, well, first of all, let's stop wasting your money.
- 35:12Okay.
- 35:12Let's just stop it right now.
- 35:14No more buying supplements.
- 35:15Let me give you all the supplements you need.
- 35:17So you have to really take the proper supplements.
- 35:20That's specifically for your brain.
- 35:22That magnesium is good.
- 35:23I did a Facebook live yesterday, talking about the different types of magnesium, the one for your brain.
- 35:28Take that one.
- 35:29But you also have to know the dosage as well.
- 35:32Right.
- 35:32That was just take supplements because you Google one and it has 300 reviews.
- 35:36Everybody's waving about it.
- 35:38And then you go ahead and purchase it and then you feel nothing.
- 35:41supplement 1 0 1, know your deficiencies and also know the proper dosage for you.
- 35:46And how do you do that?
- 35:47You can do testing.
- 35:49Right.
- 35:49If you learn B12 rack, for instance, LabCorp can test your B12.
- 35:54So go.
- 35:54With your doctor, ask the doctor to give you a scoop for like omega panel.
- 35:59A fatty acid panel, your B12 and folate, and the new look, and your doctor will be able to look to see how low or high you are and kind of help you.
- 36:08Um, supplement with the court dosage.
- 36:10So you can actually flow a different.
- 36:12Okay.
- 36:13Now, these are the things we do.
- 36:15And I'm recommending for you to really speak to your doctor about.
- 36:18Really get your brain function back.
- 36:21I know many of us wake up in the morning.
- 36:24We feel foggy.
- 36:25Or we can't remember where we put our keys.
- 36:28Right.
- 36:28We're going to remember the name I had a patient that came to my office that is like, I don't understand what's going on with my brain because this thing that I used to do all the time.
- 36:35I don't remember how to do it.
- 36:37And how old is that patient?
- 36:3832.
- 36:39She was like, I don't understand that.
- 36:41The other day I met this lady and I said, this lady all the time.
- 36:44And for some reason, her name wasn't coming to me.
- 36:47And she's 32 cognitive decline.
- 36:49And that we call that early on dementia.
- 36:52Because if she doesn't fix that problem, guess what?
- 36:5520 years from now, 30.
- 36:57For now 40 years from now, she's gonna have full blown.
- 36:59Alzheimer's.
- 37:00Why is that?
- 37:01Because again, there's a part of her brain that's not receiving.
- 37:04The blood flow that's origination the nutrients because of the tax incident.
- 37:09Black and then we set up the sites, right.
- 37:11So therefore her memory.
- 37:13Her cognitive function is not working the way it used to.
- 37:16Sometimes people will have the glasses on their head and they're looking for the glasses.
- 37:20They'll put the cockies here, go pick up something over there.
- 37:22I can't remember what the cockies are.
- 37:24This thing was not normal.
- 37:26And then when I talk to patients and be like, oh yeah, it's part of aging.
- 37:29I'm getting old.
- 37:30So then everybody should feel this way, the same way.
- 37:32Nobody should remember where you put your cockies.
- 37:34Like we all should be forgetting where we'll put our car keys.
- 37:37Well, we'll put everything because this is part of aging and it's normal.
- 37:40I'm getting old.
- 37:42So stop with the skews, please.
- 37:45Because if you continue saying that to yourself, you will never fix the problem.
- 37:48There's no age that indicates you should lose your memory.
- 37:52Poor concentration or forgetfulness or cognitive decline or brain fog, anxiety, depression, like, I don't know any age.
- 38:00That's it.
- 38:01That actually saying, this is what happens when you get to that particular age.
- 38:05So I'm telling you today.
- 38:07The things that you need to do.
- 38:09To really fix all the symptoms you face in that involves your brain.
- 38:14And I also want to remind you that the brain is the only organ you cannot replace.
- 38:19When you start losing it.
- 38:22And you don't repair it fast enough.
- 38:24You lose it for good.
- 38:26So read a book.
- 38:28Keep that muscle contract.
- 38:29And I love reading.
- 38:30I'm always writing.
- 38:32Like for us to be going home and just sit in front of Netflix all day long.
- 38:35We're not utilizing our brain.
- 38:37You can have both.
- 38:37You can watch Netflix but go out there, read something, try to do.
- 38:41Um, puzzles, try to memorize something.
- 38:44That is why I'm always constantly learning.
- 38:47I don't learn because I have nothing to do.
- 38:50I learned because I love to learn.
- 38:51First of all, there's so many things out there.
- 38:53Like, I feel like I'm back in.
- 38:55There's always things to learn, but I'm also putting my brain.
- 38:59On a treadmill.
- 39:00I'm working my brain.
- 39:02I'm contracting that muscle.
- 39:04Because if I let allow it to be lazy, I will never regain that function over time.
- 39:12Whenever we get in that function of a time.
- 39:13And that's why at the senior citizen homes, you see those people playing, but is that the puzzles by.
- 39:19Bingo.
- 39:20They actually work in the brain.
- 39:23If you don't use it, you lose it.
- 39:24Simple.
- 39:25Okay.
