Kia’s recalling nearly 463,000 Telluride SUVs over a serious fire risk tied to the front power seat motor — a problem that persisted even after last year’s fix due to dealer workmanship issues. Since October 2023, 18 fires or melted motors have been reported, all linked to the seat switch getting stuck and overheating, especially if the motor runs continuously.
