Nightly ramp closures hit I-66 and Prince William Parkway starting Monday, August 17th—yes, it’s road work, but it’s smart timing: crews are paving between 11 PM and 4 AM to avoid rush hour. First phase closes eastbound I-66 to southbound parkway and northbound parkway to eastbound I-66 through Aug 21st.
