- 0:00Speaker 1: Now the Mark Simone Show on seven tenor filling in
- 0:05Speaker 1: for Mark. Here's Ken Rosotto and a very good morning
- 0:09Speaker 1: to you. The end of the week is here. Yes,
- 0:11Speaker 1: please excuse the frog in my throat. I was on
- 0:13Speaker 1: a plane the other day and of course everybody around
- 0:16Speaker 1: me was hacking up along and I said, I'm going
- 0:19Speaker 1: to get something. I know it so with me, it
- 0:22Speaker 1: settles in my vocal cords. It always has And don't
- 0:25Speaker 1: worry about it doesn't hurt, feels fine. It just sounds
- 0:27Speaker 1: kind of weird. So I don't think. Who is this.
- 0:29Speaker 1: It's Brenda Vicaro coming to you live anyway, It's good
- 0:33Speaker 1: to be here. Six days till Christmas. You could feel
- 0:36Speaker 1: the spirit in the air. Three more days of Hanukku.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Mark is off today. Hope you enjoy your time off.
- 0:41Speaker 1: Brother Ken Rosatto in and we have a lot to
- 0:43Speaker 1: talk about. First off, did you guys hear about what
- 0:46Speaker 1: is going on in Los Angeles? It is unbelievable now
- 0:50Speaker 1: with the fires that they had there earlier in the year.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Apparently firefighters wanted to go in to investigate this one
- 0:59Speaker 1: section of the mountain where there was smoke, but because
- 1:04Speaker 1: of environmentalist wackos who control that part of California. The
- 1:09Speaker 1: California State Parks had restricted firefighting operations in an area
- 1:15Speaker 1: that is designated an avoidance area. See because in the
- 1:19Speaker 1: mind of a liberal environmentalist, in an environmentalists brain, you
- 1:24Speaker 1: don't matter. Humans come ninety seventh on the list of importance.
- 1:29Speaker 1: It's about the uga uga fish and the maluluca tree
- 1:33Speaker 1: and nature and earth, and you are scum. You shouldn't
- 1:37Speaker 1: even be here. How dare you be part of the world?
- 1:40Speaker 1: You human? So this is the liberal environmentalist mind at work.
- 1:45Speaker 1: And so as a result the fire, where the firefighters
- 1:48Speaker 1: wanted to go in and investigate the smoke, it was
- 1:51Speaker 1: allowed to fester, and that is likely what led to
- 1:55Speaker 1: a much larger fire that resulted in deaths and billions
- 1:59Speaker 1: of dollars of property damage, destroying a good chunk of
- 2:02Speaker 1: that beautiful part of southern California. Once again, liberals destroying
- 2:08Speaker 1: a beautiful thing because they are just nuts. For them,
- 2:12Speaker 1: environmentalism is not a cause, it is a religion. Many
- 2:16Speaker 1: of the arch liberals don't have religion in their minds,
- 2:19Speaker 1: in their hearts, so they have substituted things like environmentalism
- 2:24Speaker 1: for their faith. As a result, if you try to
- 2:26Speaker 1: tell them that they're crazy that climate changes and naturally
- 2:30Speaker 1: cause thing. It's like if you're a Christian them telling
- 2:32Speaker 1: you, you know, Jesus is just a myth. I mean it
- 2:35Speaker 1: hits you to the heart, to the heart, right to
- 2:37Speaker 1: the core, or saying to somebody who's Jewish, yeah, the
- 2:40Speaker 1: whole thing was made up six thousand years ago. I
- 2:42Speaker 1: mean it's offensive, it's somebody sensitive to the core. It
- 2:47Speaker 1: is something you feel. And for an environmentalist, this is
- 2:51Speaker 1: what environmentalism is to them. It is a religion. So
- 2:55Speaker 1: they don't care. They don't care if thousands of humans
- 2:58Speaker 1: are put at risk, if thousands of homes are destroyed,
- 3:01Speaker 1: because this is an avoidance area. Don't you understand we
- 3:05Speaker 1: have to protect our wildlife here. And the result was
- 3:09Speaker 1: bigions and damage. But this is what happens when you
- 3:12Speaker 1: let liberals take charge. Seven to ten WR The Voice
- 3:16Speaker 1: of New York, hen Risotto went from Mark on your Friday,
- 3:18Speaker 1: what confusion in the Brown University case? Sorry, let's go
- 3:23Speaker 1: over try to summarize it, because I kind of went
- 3:26Speaker 1: over my notes today and I thought, what the heck
- 3:29Speaker 1: does this all mean? So this is what I got.
- 3:33Speaker 1: The suspect in the Brown University mass shooting now appears
- 3:36Speaker 1: to have killed himself. Pardon me. His name is Claudio Valente.
- 3:39Speaker 1: He's a forty eight year old former Brown student. He
- 3:42Speaker 1: was there one year in the early two thousands. He
- 3:45Speaker 1: is a Portuguese national, but he came here legally. He
- 3:50Speaker 1: was found dead from self inflicted wounds gunshot to that
- 3:54Speaker 1: and others. He shot himself at a storage facility in Salem,
- 3:57Speaker 1: New Hampshire, and next to him was a satchel, firearms
- 4:00Speaker 1: and evidence matching the crime scene. Now investigators say they
- 4:03Speaker 1: have no idea why the suspect targeted the university, but
- 4:07Speaker 1: official say Valente killed two students and injured nine others,
- 4:11Speaker 1: and also traveled fifty miles away to Brookline, Massachusetts and
- 4:16Speaker 1: killed a an MIT professor whom he knew. And he
- 4:21Speaker 1: may have even studied with this guy in Portugal and
- 4:24Speaker 1: may have been a roommate of this guy either in
- 4:27Speaker 1: Portugal or at Brown University. So they're still trying to
- 4:30Speaker 1: put together the details. But nonetheless something to point out
- 4:34Speaker 1: that Nevis was admitted into the US legally, but under
- 4:39Speaker 1: the very liberal diversity DV one visa program that appears
- 4:43Speaker 1: to be totally out of control. Basically, if you apply
- 4:45Speaker 1: with this program, you're in. It's also called the Green
- 4:48Speaker 1: Card Lottery. It was meant to quote diversify the US
- 4:53Speaker 1: because we're clearly not a divers nation right now. In
- 4:55Speaker 1: case you haven't checked, fifty five thousand people take part
- 4:59Speaker 1: in this lottery every year. But the Homeland Security Secretary
- 5:02Speaker 1: says she is now recommending to the President that the
- 5:05Speaker 1: program be paused. And you can understand why. It's because
- 5:08Speaker 1: these people aren't getting vetted. It's like, well, if we
- 5:11Speaker 1: can't go in this door, let's go in that door,
- 5:13Speaker 1: and these stupid Americans will let us in. And that
- 5:16Speaker 1: seems to be what happened. And he got in under
- 5:18Speaker 1: the wire, nobody vetting to see if there was anything
- 5:20Speaker 1: psychologically wrong with him. We know nothing about this guy,
- 5:24Speaker 1: nothing except you wanted to study here, Okay, come on
- 5:26Speaker 1: in and study. And this is what happens. So now
- 5:29Speaker 1: two Americans are dead. Seven ten wr the Voice of
- 5:33Speaker 1: New York. Hey show me your friends, I will show
- 5:36Speaker 1: you your future. Zoron. Mundani's not even in office yet
- 5:40Speaker 1: and one of his appointees has already had to resign
- 5:43Speaker 1: in disgrace due to what many are calling a history
- 5:47Speaker 1: of social media jew hating. Now, the New York Post
- 5:50Speaker 1: is reporting that in twenty eleven, when she was eighteen,
- 5:54Speaker 1: The paper reports that Catherine Almonte da Costa posted several
- 5:58Speaker 1: offensive anti Jewish posts that I will not dignify by
- 6:01Speaker 1: repeating here. And here's the irony. This woman, Catherine, would
- 6:06Speaker 1: end up marrying a Jewish man, a man born to
- 6:08Speaker 1: a Jewish mother, so he is Jewish by definition and Judaism,
- 6:12Speaker 1: you're maternally Jewish. And they have children together, and I
- 6:16Speaker 1: believe I read that the children are being raised Jews.
- 6:19Speaker 1: So yes, the posts were made fourteen years ago. But
- 6:22Speaker 1: did her feelings really change? I mean, maybe she's in
- 6:25Speaker 1: love with the guy but still holds hy stereotypes in
- 6:27Speaker 1: her heart. And were there any posts after that period
- 6:32Speaker 1: that we haven't seen yet? You never know, you know
- 6:34Speaker 1: what happens. They post some posts now and then eventually
- 6:37Speaker 1: other posts come out. Well, either way, it doesn't look
- 6:39Speaker 1: good when it comes to Mamdani's judgment, and the millions
- 6:42Speaker 1: of Jewish New Yorkers, both those who voted for Mamdani,
- 6:45Speaker 1: which I will never understand, and those who did not,
- 6:49Speaker 1: will be looking at every move Mamdani makes with suspicion
- 6:53Speaker 1: and rightfully so seven to ten. Wor Ken Rosatto in
- 6:57Speaker 1: for Mark, excuse the laryngitis eight hundred three two one
- 7:00Speaker 1: zero seven ten, eight hundred and three to two to
- 7:03Speaker 1: one zero seven ten. You know, for all the people
- 7:05Speaker 1: who hate Christmas and people who observe it, they sure
- 7:09Speaker 1: don't seem to complain about the day being a federal
- 7:12Speaker 1: holiday and getting the day off from work. Of course
- 7:15Speaker 1: they're like, Ah, these Christians, whatever they want to do Christmas,
- 7:18Speaker 1: as long as I get the day off. Well, if
- 7:20Speaker 1: you have not heard, President Trump has now signed an
- 7:23Speaker 1: executive order creating two additional federal holidays. Now those holidays
- 7:29Speaker 1: will flank Christmas on either day, ostensibly to give families
- 7:32Speaker 1: more time together for the holidays. So effective immediately, Christmas
- 7:36Speaker 1: Eve is a federal holiday, Christmas Day is a federal holiday,
- 7:40Speaker 1: and the day after the twenty sixth all designated federal holidays. Now,
- 7:45Speaker 1: in fairness, Congress had designated the twenty fifth a federal
- 7:49Speaker 1: holiday like almost two centuries ago. It was only by
- 7:53Speaker 1: executive fiat that Christmas Eve and the day after have
- 7:56Speaker 1: been designated that way. But I'm sure in the next
- 7:59Speaker 1: year or so US will be asked to codify it
- 8:01Speaker 1: into law so that future presidents can't negate it. But
- 8:05Speaker 1: why not. You know what, Look, even if you're not Christian,
- 8:08Speaker 1: you don't believe in Christianity, you don't believe in christ
- 8:11Speaker 1: you don't believe in Christmas. We all need a period
- 8:15Speaker 1: like that, three days that are set aside where we
- 8:18Speaker 1: could just just decompress and spend time with loved ones
- 8:23Speaker 1: because you need to do a reset. How often do
- 8:26Speaker 1: we have And I recently had a death in the family,
- 8:29Speaker 1: My father in law passed away rather unexpectedly, And it's
- 8:33Speaker 1: times like that that you realize the last time we
- 8:36Speaker 1: had a picture together was you know, fourth is July.
- 8:40Speaker 1: So you take for granted the times you spend together,
- 8:44Speaker 1: they're too few and far between. So take advantage of
- 8:47Speaker 1: having three days off to force yourself to reset and
- 8:51Speaker 1: spend time with people whom you love or even if
- 8:54Speaker 1: you argue with and you tolerate. You know what, there's
- 8:56Speaker 1: always something good you could find in that person, and
- 8:59Speaker 1: you never know you might learn something from them. I have,
- 9:02Speaker 1: I've been I've approached many situations in the past as
- 9:05Speaker 1: and know it all, thinking, Ah, this person doesn't know
- 9:07Speaker 1: what they're talking about. And it turns out I have
- 9:09Speaker 1: learned a lot from those people, and not bad stuff,
- 9:12Speaker 1: good stuff. So give yourselves time, spend time with your
- 9:15Speaker 1: loved ones, even you're not so loved ones, and try
- 9:18Speaker 1: to learn and enjoy the extra days off. Courtesy Orange
- 9:23Speaker 1: Man Bad if you're a liberal. A strange new information
- 9:26Speaker 1: regarding Nick Reiner, the son of Rob and Michelle Singer.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Reiner reportedly approached a number of A list celebs at
- 9:33Speaker 1: the Conan O'Brien Christmas party hours before he allegedly murdered
- 9:37Speaker 1: his parents and allegedly asked them all three questions. So
- 9:40Speaker 1: Nick allegedly went up to the celebs at the Christmas
- 9:43Speaker 1: party and asked, what's your name, what's your last name?
- 9:48Speaker 1: And are you famous? Kind of weird, right, We don't
- 9:52Speaker 1: know why he did that, but he did this. This
- 9:54Speaker 1: according to several sources at the party, and authorities say
- 9:57Speaker 1: the younger Reiner has a history of drug addiction and
- 10:00Speaker 1: mental challenges. So this will all be part of the investigation.
- 10:03Speaker 1: I'm sure it's ten fifteen right now. Seven to ten
- 10:06Speaker 1: wore the Voice of New York Ken Risotto went from
- 10:09Speaker 1: mark A all A nasty weather, the wind, the rain.
- 10:13Speaker 1: With the milder quote unquote temperatures, we could even see
- 10:17Speaker 1: some thunder. It's going to be really windy all day,
- 10:20Speaker 1: even as the temperatures get cooler tonight but partly cloudy
- 10:23Speaker 1: later in the day. The rain should end highes in
- 10:26Speaker 1: the mid fifties through the day. Oh, the artistic liberals
- 10:30Speaker 1: in DC are beside themselves. It is pearl clutching time.
- 10:33Speaker 1: My friends, they're gonna love this. The Kennedy Center, if
- 10:37Speaker 1: you haven't caught this, has been renamed the Trump Kennedy Center. Yes,
- 10:43Speaker 1: President Trump's name comes first. This was voted on by
- 10:46Speaker 1: the Kennedy Center Board of trustees. I mean, I know
- 10:49Speaker 1: liberals who refuse to call Reagan national Reagan national. They
- 10:53Speaker 1: call it National Airport. Still, now, why was this done? Well?
- 10:57Speaker 1: Number one, President Trump is the chairman of the BOK
- 11:00Speaker 1: so that doesn't hurt. But they did it because the
- 11:03Speaker 1: Kennedy Center, in typical liberal fashion, they all love to
- 11:05Speaker 1: claim something for their own, but they don't love to
- 11:07Speaker 1: dig deep in their pockets. They want you to pay.
- 11:10Speaker 1: So the Kennedy Center was turning into disrepair, being run
- 11:13Speaker 1: into the ground, and the very liberals who claimed to
- 11:16Speaker 1: love the arts so much, weren't getting any donations to
- 11:19Speaker 1: support the place, so it was literally falling apart. Answer
- 11:23Speaker 1: President Trump, he became the chairman of the Kennedy Center Board,
- 11:27Speaker 1: and he managed to immediately raise a record twenty three
- 11:30Speaker 1: million dollars in private donations for the first year alone.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Then he got Congress to write in two hundred and
- 11:37Speaker 1: fifty million dollars for massive building renovations. Remember what Trump
- 11:42Speaker 1: does best. Mark talks about this all the time. Trump
- 11:44Speaker 1: is one of the best builders in the world. If
- 11:47Speaker 1: anybody knows how to take a look at a building
- 11:50Speaker 1: and tell immediately what needs to be done and do
- 11:52Speaker 1: it for the best price, it's Donald Trump. Pardon me.
- 11:55Speaker 1: So he took a look at the building and said, ah,
- 11:58Speaker 1: this needs redoing. That needs redoing. The Kennedy Center, excuse me.
- 12:03Speaker 1: The Trump Kennedy Center will be gorgeous when all is
- 12:06Speaker 1: said and done. And this really irks the liberals because
- 12:09Speaker 1: this is one of their temples. This is like an
- 12:11Speaker 1: epicenter of arts and humanities, and an evil orange man
- 12:16Speaker 1: will touch our temple. Oh heaven forbid. So, thanks to
- 12:20Speaker 1: Donald Trump, the Trump Kennedy Center will once again be
- 12:23Speaker 1: a world class facility operating financially in the black. And
- 12:29Speaker 1: that's why the board rightfully added his name. Of course,
- 12:33Speaker 1: liberal members of the Kennedy family are screaming now this
- 12:37Speaker 1: name change was done illegally. Kennedy would be rolling over.
- 12:40Speaker 1: President Kennedy would be rolling over in his grave. You
- 12:43Speaker 1: can't do this. Congress named it the Kennedy Center in
- 12:46Speaker 1: honor for a fallen president. Well, under the way that
- 12:50Speaker 1: the charter was written, the board does have the right
- 12:53Speaker 1: to everything. It says nowhere that the charter in the
- 12:56Speaker 1: charter rather that the board does not have the right
- 12:58Speaker 1: to change the name. So if you don't like it,
- 13:00Speaker 1: change the charter and the board now runs the charter.
- 13:04Speaker 1: So sorry, it is what it is. The place would
- 13:08Speaker 1: have probably been forced to shut down if not for
- 13:11Speaker 1: the president's actions. Seven ten wowar the voice of New York. Hey,
- 13:15Speaker 1: all you Swifties and you know who you are. Have
- 13:18Speaker 1: you heard what iconic star Taylor Swift did for the
- 13:21Speaker 1: people who work for her. Swift's Eras music tour generated
- 13:26Speaker 1: two billion dollars in revenue. Can you imagine? And Swift decided,
- 13:31Speaker 1: in the spirit of the holidays, to share nearly ten
- 13:35Speaker 1: percent of that money with her two hundred or so
- 13:37Speaker 1: staff members. Yeah, that's right. So they will share one
- 13:41Speaker 1: hundred and ninety seven million dollars in bonuses. We're not
- 13:45Speaker 1: talking of fifty dollars you know, gift card folks. Dancers
- 13:49Speaker 1: who work for Taylor Swift to dance around her on stage,
- 13:53Speaker 1: they will get a bonus of seven hundred and fifty
- 13:57Speaker 1: thousand dollars this year alone. These people whose salaries are
- 14:03Speaker 1: about one hundred and fifty thousand, so the bonus is
- 14:06Speaker 1: five times their salary. That's insane, but good for her.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Even truck drivers guys who and women I guess too,
- 14:13Speaker 1: who drive all of the stages and whatnot from a
- 14:16Speaker 1: concert venue to concert venue, they usually make about one
- 14:19Speaker 1: hundred thousand a year. Well, they get double their salary.
- 14:22Speaker 1: They're going to get one hundred thousand dollars bonus. Can
- 14:25Speaker 1: you imagine? This is what Taylor Swift did. So they
- 14:28Speaker 1: will have double their annual salaries. In that case, that
- 14:31Speaker 1: is a happy holiday ten nineteen right now, seven to
- 14:34Speaker 1: ten wor the Voice of New York. Hey. Notice how
- 14:37Speaker 1: the left wing legacy media reported on President Trump's address
- 14:40Speaker 1: to the Nation on Wednesday night. As usual, they fact
- 14:44Speaker 1: checked every word, and whenever a statement could have gone
- 14:48Speaker 1: either way based on opinion, they judged what President Trump
- 14:52Speaker 1: said to be a lie. Well, one thing President Trump
- 14:55Speaker 1: said was that inflation was down, and what he meant
- 14:59Speaker 1: was the race of increase is down. But either way
- 15:02Speaker 1: it's down. Mainstream media immediately shot this down is false lies,
- 15:07Speaker 1: He's a liar. Then something happened. Facts were presented. As
- 15:12Speaker 1: of yesterday, the official government numbers show inflation has dropped
- 15:17Speaker 1: to a four year low for the month of November,
- 15:19Speaker 1: from three percent to two point seven percent. So, yes,
- 15:23Speaker 1: Donald Trump was correct. Inflation is down, Prices are dropping,
- 15:27Speaker 1: albeit slowly. Yes, things are still too expensive, but things
- 15:31Speaker 1: are coming down. The so called experts immediately threw water
- 15:34Speaker 1: on the numbers, calling November not a usual month because
- 15:37Speaker 1: we had the government shut down. But the numbers are
- 15:40Speaker 1: what the numbers are. And you know that if Biden
- 15:42Speaker 1: were still president, they wouldn't throw water on his numbers.
- 15:45Speaker 1: But of course, when it's orange man bad, you have
- 15:48Speaker 1: to throw water on them. And if you like President Trump,
- 15:51Speaker 1: how about another term. Forum Constitutional law expert and former
- 15:55Speaker 1: Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz, a lifelong Democrat, told President
- 15:59Speaker 1: Trump it might be legal for him to run for
- 16:02Speaker 1: a third term. You heard this right. This has got
- 16:05Speaker 1: to make the left absolutely going crazily apoplectic with conspiracies
- 16:11Speaker 1: right now. Dershowitz says the twenty second Amendment says there
- 16:15Speaker 1: are loopholes, apparently because it specifically states no person shall
- 16:20Speaker 1: be elected to the office of president more than twice.
- 16:24Speaker 1: But constitutionally, the electoral College does not elect a president.
- 16:28Speaker 1: They choose a president we elect. So if they were
- 16:31Speaker 1: to fail to produce a winner through the electoral College,
- 16:35Speaker 1: the House of Representatives would then select a president, not
- 16:39Speaker 1: elect a president. So technically, if we have a Republican
- 16:42Speaker 1: majority in the House, the House could select Donald Trump
- 16:46Speaker 1: and he could be president. That was one of several
- 16:48Speaker 1: ways presented, but I don't think it's going anywhere. It
- 16:51Speaker 1: was just enough to sell books for Alan Drshowitz and
- 16:54Speaker 1: enough to make the liberals crazy. Seven wor the Voice
- 16:58Speaker 1: of New York. We'd love to hear from you, so
- 17:00Speaker 1: give us a call right now. Eight hundred three two
- 17:02Speaker 1: one zero seven ten. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 17:06Speaker 1: seven ten, Please forgive my laryngitis. Candrosado live for Mark
- 17:10Speaker 1: on this Friday we're coming right back.
