- 0:00[SPEAKER_01]: It's fuck ya Friday.
- 0:01[SPEAKER_01]: Fuck you!
- 0:02[SPEAKER_01]: Get ready for some wins!
- 0:28[SPEAKER_01]: and it's the antidote to fear.
- 0:31[SPEAKER_01]: Each week my guess will bring bold, executable, intrinsic, and targeted steps that you can use to put yourself first and be it until you see it.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's a practice, not a perfect, let's get started.
- 0:48[SPEAKER_01]: Hello, be a babe, how are you?
- 0:49[SPEAKER_01]: Welcome to the Fakia Friday episode.
- 0:51[SPEAKER_01]: These quick and dirty fun episodes, Brad's that is going to join me on them and you will at some point.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_01]: I think they'll still be quick and dirty, but they're fun because we're just bringing a thing that we do from our communities into this, which is just that instead of saying what inspired me for the Internet this week is the Internet has been non-inspiring, oh my God.
- 1:10[SPEAKER_01]: I've made my algorithms as mostly beautiful nail designs, but somehow stupid chick keeps coming through.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_01]: So we're keeping things light and fun.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_01]: And if you're in our agency community, which is where we business coach, applies instructors, our LED community, which is where an intercept program members are, then you will have this channel where you can complain about something that happened that day.
- 1:33[SPEAKER_01]: And then you have to have a win immediately.
- 1:36[SPEAKER_01]: So since we're already doing this here, just figured I'd also get to complain too.
- 1:40[SPEAKER_01]: But I'll have a win afterwards.
- 1:41[SPEAKER_01]: And you can send in your need a moment.
- 1:44[SPEAKER_01]: I need a moment, I and I am.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_01]: And you're in.
- 1:47[SPEAKER_01]: But make sure you send in both or just a win.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_01]: Because if you just send in a moment, we will delete it.
- 1:52[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_01]: All right.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_01]: So my moment is this.
- 1:55[SPEAKER_01]: Okay.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_01]: I really don't like how people like to tell you how
- 2:05[SPEAKER_00]: One, then I have to explain to them that I appear to be very busy, but I actually just have boundaries in place for to predict my energy levels.
- 2:12[SPEAKER_01]: And I love sharing that in a podcast format in a way that can help educate and get permission to people.
- 2:17[SPEAKER_01]: But when someone on one situation, usually the people who are saying it are the ones who are kind of a little upset that they don't have you at their back and call.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_01]: And it's not that you don't have me, like, you can't have me.
- 2:27[SPEAKER_01]: You can absolutely have my attention and my time and my things.
- 2:30[SPEAKER_01]: I just have boundaries for when that is due.
- 2:32[SPEAKER_01]: when that can happen.
- 2:34[SPEAKER_01]: And it's a little annoying because it makes when you say like, oh, you're so busy.
- 2:38[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, I'm in control of my day.
- 2:40[SPEAKER_01]: My love.
- 2:41[SPEAKER_01]: And so I guess my moment that I'm just like, I'm tired of people telling me how busy I am when I'm actually just organized and have boundaries in place.
- 2:49[SPEAKER_01]: Healthy ones.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_01]: and sometimes I move them to do some things and sometimes I can't move them to do some things.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_01]: But I'm certainly not going to just move things around so I'm available during the times that people want at their convenience because they're not convenient for me.
- 3:02[SPEAKER_01]: And guess what, you two are allowed to be busy and air quotes and have boundaries and organize chaos.
- 3:08[SPEAKER_01]: And then I have to fit myself into there.
- 3:11[SPEAKER_01]: Like we all get to do this.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_01]: It's not just about me.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_01]: We all can be like this.
- 3:15[SPEAKER_01]: So that's why I'm a little irritated by this week because I've just tired of hearing it and I'm tired of it being directed at like, as if I don't want to spend time with someone or I'm an asshole, no, no.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_01]: I just know how much energy it takes to be me throughout the day.
- 3:29[SPEAKER_01]: And I wanna be me when you're with me.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_01]: That's what I want.
- 3:33[SPEAKER_01]: So my wife, you know, this one is going to be a bit of a team win, but I'm just really proud of our team in the last couple months.
- 3:39[SPEAKER_01]: We've got a lot going on.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_01]: We had a five day website not work thing.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_01]: We had one of our major team members end up needing to go into a hospital because it's going on with their pregnancy.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_01]: And then we had
- 4:01[SPEAKER_01]: Well, nothing is going to happen.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_01]: Everything is going better.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm just really proud of the team and myself, like, just really kind of sticking to the vision and the values and sharing the wins with each other and compment each other and supporting each other and stepping up for each other and doing the best we can.
- 4:20[SPEAKER_01]: Or down a person while they're on their amazing maternity leave.
- 4:24[SPEAKER_01]: And I'm proud to say that like the wheels are still on the bus.
- 4:26[SPEAKER_01]: The ship is still set to sail and things are still going in year.
- 4:30[SPEAKER_01]: You really learn a lot about like what is possible.
- 4:32[SPEAKER_01]: And what is going right and what system do you have in place?
- 4:35[SPEAKER_01]: And instead of going, oh, what we don't have a system for that.
- 4:37[SPEAKER_01]: It's like, oh, wait, what happened?
- 4:39[SPEAKER_01]: Oh, just like, just keeping their attitude and head on straight.
- 4:41[SPEAKER_01]: And it's just, you know, so our win as a team is that like, you know, six years of growing this team and putting systems in place have allowed us to be in a very,
- 4:52[SPEAKER_01]: intense season with a little bit more light-duggling than we want with one less person.
- 4:58[SPEAKER_01]: But we're doing it.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: I'm proud of us.
- 5:01[SPEAKER_01]: And you know, this too shall pass because that person's materially won't be forever than God.
- 5:05[SPEAKER_01]: And I know you'd just celebrate when they come back, but I'm just really proud of what we've done.
- 5:08[SPEAKER_01]: So that's my win.
- 5:10[SPEAKER_01]: So now yours, you send them in to me.
- 5:12[SPEAKER_01]: You can send them in to beapod.com, such questions you can DM me on Instagram.
- 5:17[SPEAKER_01]: Here we go.
- 5:19[SPEAKER_01]: On point Pilates has a couple.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_01]: So personal practice has been strong outside daily sunshine and training with my mentor, and I wanted to one and took a class, check, check.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_01]: Adam and Wins got a newsletter and a text blast out submitted payroll to Worker's comp.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_01]: Up to date.
- 5:34[SPEAKER_01]: You know, it's nice when you get to do things for yourself and you can check all the boxes of your CEO time.
- 5:39[SPEAKER_01]: Way to go, Amanda.
- 5:40[SPEAKER_01]: It's been so fun to have you at the Pilates Retreat as well.

- 5:49[SPEAKER_01]: It still feels unreal like a dream.
- 5:52[SPEAKER_01]: Oh my god.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_01]: I love that you're celebrating two months.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_01]: I love it.
- 5:56[SPEAKER_01]: I just had somebody like Slack and say, well, I've only been teaching a little bit.
- 5:59[SPEAKER_01]: So I feel like such an apostle and it's like, yeah, because you're a beginner.
- 6:03[SPEAKER_01]: You're not an imposter.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_01]: You're just a beginner.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_01]: And you should be a beginner.
- 6:07[SPEAKER_01]: And a liar should be a beginner.
- 6:08[SPEAKER_01]: And that will allow you to help your clients be beginners.
- 6:10[SPEAKER_01]: And why is
- 6:15[SPEAKER_01]: Congratulations on your two months as a prize instructor.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_01]: Thank you for letting us celebrate with that with you.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_01]: And now let's get a mantra for you to close out this week.
- 6:28[SPEAKER_01]: I believe in myself fully.
- 6:31[SPEAKER_01]: I believe in myself fully.

- 6:36[SPEAKER_01]: All right, Loves, you know to do until next time, be it till you see it.
