- 0:56Speaker 2: Heather MacDonald. Juicy Scoop. Hello and welcome to Juicy Scoop.
- 1:03Speaker 2: I have returned guests. It's been a few years, but
- 1:06Speaker 2: you guys have been asking and begging for it. You've wondered,
- 1:08Speaker 2: are we still friends? Is everything cool? And we are.
- 1:12Speaker 2: Kris Jenner, welcome back to Juicy Scoop. It's been a minute.
- 1:15Speaker 4: It's been a while. Thanks, doll. I am just so
- 1:19Speaker 4: honored to be here. You are doing fabulous, you know?
- 1:22Speaker 2: You really are. Thank you. I mean, I had you
- 1:24Speaker 2: on the show a few years ago, one of my
- 1:26Speaker 2: first years of doing the show, and you were so supportive.
- 1:28Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. I love doing small shows. You've grown since then.
- 1:34Speaker 4: This is impressive, Heather. I'm really proud of you, sweetie.
- 1:38Speaker 4: I really am.
- 1:40Speaker 2: Thank you. A lot of people wondered why we got
- 1:43Speaker 2: kicked off the Christmas card list. I know I was
- 1:45Speaker 2: six people deep with my mother-in-law and three kids. Was
- 1:49Speaker 2: that the reason? It couldn't have been me. It was
- 1:51Speaker 2: my kids who got me kicked off, right?
- 1:53Speaker 4: You know, it's out of my control now. My assistant
- 1:56Speaker 4: just does the list and I just some people get,
- 1:58Speaker 4: you know, axed every year. I mean, you had like
- 2:01Speaker 4: 18 people one year. That was a lot, okay? Some
- 2:05Speaker 4: people don't even talk to their in-laws, and you had
- 2:08Speaker 4: all of them.
- 2:09Speaker 2: I do think that last year I was there with
- 2:11Speaker 2: the final straw, and I think it was, and maybe
- 2:13Speaker 2: you don't want to admit it, but you had a
- 2:15Speaker 2: long red dress on.
- 2:16Speaker 4: Oh, yeah. Wasn't that stunning?
- 2:19Speaker 2: I had a long red dress on. So I don't
- 2:21Speaker 2: think you loved that. But then also Caitlin came in
- 2:24Speaker 2: a long red dress. And the three of us were
- 2:25Speaker 2: wearing long red dresses. And then after that, I never
- 2:28Speaker 2: was invited back. Also, my mother-in-law fell, which is, of course,
- 2:32Speaker 2: a scary lawsuit. What even happened?
- 2:34Speaker 4: I blame Caitlin for that one. She spilled her champagne.
- 2:39Speaker 4: And that's why that happened.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Probably. Yeah, absolutely. But you are doing so wonderful. Now,
- 2:46Speaker 2: are you as terrified as... of North, your granddaughter, as
- 2:50Speaker 2: the rest of us?
- 2:52Speaker 4: Absolutely not. She's an angel, you know?
- 2:54Speaker 2: She's not an insult comic?
- 2:55Speaker 4: Oh, well, I think she has a real, I think
- 2:58Speaker 4: she really has a career ahead of her as a rapper,
- 3:00Speaker 4: as an artist. You know, she's going to take over
- 3:03Speaker 4: Skims one day. I mean, we're really working hard with Northie.
- 3:07Speaker 4: So I think she is just a star doll, you know?
- 3:10Speaker 4: She's doing amazing, sweetie.
- 3:14Speaker 2: And when you see that Travis Scott no longer with Kylie.
- 3:18Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 3:19Speaker 2: And Kanye West no longer with Kim. Absolutely. Brought the
- 3:23Speaker 2: world to their knees at the show in Orlando. When
- 3:26Speaker 2: they brought out Kanye, I mean, chills, people freaking out.
- 3:29Speaker 2: And you see those two former, quote unquote, son-in-laws. Do
- 3:34Speaker 2: you think it's that they have... billion-dollar baby mamas, Kardashians,
- 3:39Speaker 2: that made them so successful today?
- 3:41Speaker 4: Well, I think they're very talented, too. I want you
- 3:44Speaker 4: to know I still have lunch with all of my
- 3:46Speaker 4: kids' exes. I really— I know you do. I keep
- 3:49Speaker 4: in touch. I saw Kanye on Tuesday, and You know,
- 3:52Speaker 4: even though, yes, I think Kimberly definitely lifted up his career.
- 3:56Speaker 4: I mean, she's Kimberly, of course. She's lifted us all up.
- 4:00Speaker 4: But I think that they, you know, I think they're
- 4:03Speaker 4: stars on their own. I think there's a place for
- 4:05Speaker 4: all of us. And I think that I am just
- 4:08Speaker 4: here to support them, even if they've done some pretty
- 4:11Speaker 4: shitty things to my kids.
- 4:13Speaker 2: How do you feel about Bianca, his wife? Could you
- 4:16Speaker 2: ever see her being invited to one of the Christmas
- 4:19Speaker 2: parties now that there's space, being that I'm not going.
- 4:22Speaker 4: Maybe if she gets some clothing. I've never seen her
- 4:26Speaker 4: wear anything but a pair of stockings. So I feel
- 4:29Speaker 4: like maybe if we get her dressed, she could show
- 4:32Speaker 4: up one year. But I don't know if that would
- 4:34Speaker 4: make my kids so happy. And I really do everything
- 4:37Speaker 4: for the kids. 26 companies later, here we are, doll.
- 4:41Speaker 2: I mean, you really are. Now, when you realized that
- 4:46Speaker 2: Jeff Bezos had a new girlfriend, her name was Lauren Sanchez,
- 4:49Speaker 2: how quickly Did you start DMing her and getting into
- 4:54Speaker 2: that best friend mode of yours? Because you're every girl's
- 4:57Speaker 2: best friend, if you allow it.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Thank you. I mean, you're my best friend, too.
- 5:02Speaker 2: Oh, we are still best friends. Absolutely.
- 5:04Speaker 4: Yeah, you're on the list of the girl's best friends.
- 5:07Speaker 4: Just maybe not the holiday party. Some people, you know,
- 5:10Speaker 4: around the holiday season, they act out. And not saying
- 5:14Speaker 4: you did, but something must have happened because.
- 5:17Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 5:17Speaker 4: I haven't seen you there. No, Lauren and I, you know,
- 5:20Speaker 4: Lauren and I met, we got, I got a manicure
- 5:23Speaker 4: one day and she popped in and I was just like,
- 5:25Speaker 4: what a coincidence. I, I didn't, I don't even know
- 5:28Speaker 4: how it happened. You know, sometimes I'm like a magnet,
- 5:31Speaker 4: you know, people come to me and I just, I
- 5:34Speaker 4: let the love flow. I really do.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Well, I, I so appreciate you, Chris.
- 5:41Speaker 4: And yeah, let's- Corey wants an autograph. He's a huge
- 5:45Speaker 4: fan of Juicy Scoop. He really, he would love for
- 5:47Speaker 4: you to sign. He really said, have her sign your tits.
- 5:50Speaker 4: And I said, Corey, please.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Well, I ran into Corey.
- 5:53Speaker 4: Oh my God.
- 5:54Speaker 2: At a Laker game recently. He was wearing his Dolce
- 5:58Speaker 2: & Gabbana satin leisure wear. How did that deal come about?
- 6:03Speaker 4: Well, you know, I'm very close with Domenico Dolce. And
- 6:06Speaker 4: he said, We got to do something out of the box.
- 6:09Speaker 4: And I said, no one would ever expect Corey to
- 6:12Speaker 4: have his own line. And so we just came up with,
- 6:16Speaker 4: you know, we said, what do you want to wear?
- 6:17Speaker 4: And he said something comfortable. And that was really the inspiration. Comfort.
- 6:24Speaker 2: And I love that it's always paired with diamond necklaces.
- 6:28Speaker 2: I think that is really a signature look for him.
- 6:30Speaker 4: Absolutely. I mean, Cartier, I think they want to dress
- 6:34Speaker 4: him all the time. Corey's really the most successful of
- 6:37Speaker 4: my family these days. It's wild.
- 6:40Speaker 2: Amazing. And what is going on with Scott? Because his ex-girlfriend,
- 6:44Speaker 2: Sophia Ritchie, got married. She's expecting a baby. Where does
- 6:49Speaker 2: his love life land today?
- 6:50Speaker 4: Well, Scott's in the back of my car right now.
- 6:54Speaker 4: He's on Tinder. He's sitting there just swiping away. I
- 6:59Speaker 4: am always there for Scott. He has ups and downs.
- 7:02Speaker 4: He really does. But at the end of the day,
- 7:04Speaker 4: he has given me three beautiful grandchildren and I will
- 7:07Speaker 4: always support him. And I think this Sophia stuff is
- 7:10Speaker 4: really It's really, you know, it got to him, but
- 7:13Speaker 4: he always powers through. I mean, look at Courtney. She
- 7:16Speaker 4: basically buried him, you know, with Travis. But Scott is
- 7:21Speaker 4: a strong, you know, Jewish man, and we love him
- 7:24Speaker 4: for it.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Do you think there's a real special bond, real fun
- 7:29Speaker 2: friendship between Chloe and Travis? Scott. Oh yeah. Do you
- 7:35Speaker 2: think there is a future, any future of them ever
- 7:38Speaker 2: being romantic? And if there was, would you support it
- 7:41Speaker 2: to go a second round with him officially in your
- 7:45Speaker 2: life as a son-in-law? I, Scott will always be my son-in-law.
- 7:49Speaker 4: I don't, so absolutely. I think Chloe, Chloe needs to
- 7:54Speaker 4: get out there. You know, she's my girl. I mean,
- 7:56Speaker 4: Chloe is amazing and she's such a good mother and
- 8:00Speaker 4: And I really believe that if Chloe and Scott got together,
- 8:03Speaker 4: I don't know, it could be magical. I think they
- 8:05Speaker 4: could really have a future together. I'm all for it.
- 8:09Speaker 4: It'd be a little weird because they're like brother and sister.
- 8:11Speaker 4: But who cares? Who gives a shit? It's 2024, right?
- 8:15Speaker 4: If you want to have sex with someone that's brotherly
- 8:17Speaker 4: to you, I say go for it, doll. I mean,
- 8:21Speaker 4: who cares, you know? Have fun.
- 8:24Speaker 2: Thank you so much for stopping by, Chris. I really
- 8:27Speaker 2: appreciate it.
- 8:27Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 8:27Speaker 4: I'm glad I could squeeze it in. I really am.
- 8:29Speaker 4: I'm so busy.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Wow.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Now here comes the secret portion. That was not the
- 8:38Speaker 2: real Kris Jenner, everybody. That is comedian, impressionist, funny lady extraordinaire,
- 8:44Speaker 2: Anna Roisman. Welcome to Juicy Scoop.
- 8:49Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 8:49Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 8:50Speaker 4: I'm so honored. What a cold open we had.
- 8:53Speaker 2: I'm so happy that you're here. It's amazing. Found you
- 8:57Speaker 2: on TikTok. Followed you. Love all the funny. You have
- 9:00Speaker 2: many different characters. We'll get into many of them. Chris is,
- 9:04Speaker 2: you know, probably... Well, she's maybe your most famous, famous
- 9:08Speaker 2: person that you do. So it's always fun to do her.
- 9:11Speaker 2: When did you start doing her? How did it come about?
- 9:14Speaker 4: Honestly, not that long ago. And I feel like it's
- 9:18Speaker 4: funny now when I laugh, I'm like, oh, my God,
- 9:19Speaker 4: I don't know how to laugh as me anymore because
- 9:21Speaker 4: I've laughed as her for an entire year. I've only
- 9:23Speaker 4: been doing her for like a year, like a little
- 9:25Speaker 4: more than a year, which isn't that long. I think
- 9:27Speaker 4: she's gotten better. I look at the first few ones
- 9:29Speaker 4: and I'm like, oh, like.
- 9:31Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 9:31Speaker 4: You had nothing. But I don't know. I love doing her.
- 9:34Speaker 4: I started doing her because I work with Andrea Lopez,
- 9:37Speaker 4: who you had on. And we have a podcast together,
- 9:39Speaker 4: Big Wigs, where we literally wear wigs and do this.
- 9:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 9:43Speaker 4: And so when she was doing Courtney a lot and
- 9:46Speaker 4: we were working together, we were making videos together. And
- 9:48Speaker 4: I was like, I got to pick one of them
- 9:49Speaker 4: in the family. Like, who do I resonate with? Obviously, Chris. Like,
- 9:52Speaker 4: she's my queen. So I was like, I'm going to
- 9:54Speaker 4: do Chris.
- 9:55Speaker 2: And I don't know.
- 9:56Speaker 4: I just started. I had all the clothes. That was easy.
- 9:59Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah.
- 10:00Speaker 2: I think when you what is your comedy background?
- 10:03Speaker 4: Well, I've done stand up for like the last 10 years.
- 10:06Speaker 4: So that's what I've done before that. I mean, I
- 10:09Speaker 4: did like improv at UCB.
- 10:10Speaker 2: I did all the. So were you someone that did
- 10:12Speaker 2: impressions like in the beginning of your career or as
- 10:15Speaker 2: a kid?
- 10:15Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 10:16Speaker 2: You imitate people.
- 10:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 10:17Speaker 4: All the time. And I would do YouTube videos like
- 10:20Speaker 4: back in the day of like, you know, people said
- 10:22Speaker 4: I looked like Sarah Silverman, probably because I'm a brunette
- 10:25Speaker 4: Jew and did comedy. So they were like, you know,
- 10:27Speaker 4: you look like like. I've met her. I'm like, we
- 10:29Speaker 4: don't really look alike in person, but I could see it.
- 10:31Speaker 4: And so I started doing her. I thought it would
- 10:33Speaker 4: help if it was people I looked like. So I
- 10:35Speaker 4: would do like her or Lea Michele or I used
- 10:38Speaker 4: to do Kourtney Kardashian or like any brunette, I guess.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Can you do Sarah off the bat?
- 10:44Speaker 4: I mean, I'm not going to tell you that my
- 10:47Speaker 4: podcast is more successful, but... It's like really, I've really
- 10:53Speaker 4: been taking off lately with a lot of my callers.
- 10:56Speaker 4: You know, I've been really feeling just like, oh, my God,
- 10:59Speaker 4: I'm finally in the swing of things, you know. But
- 11:03Speaker 4: I don't know. Sometimes when I'm super stoned, it's like
- 11:06Speaker 4: I don't really give a shit anymore about it.
- 11:10Speaker 2: That's great.
- 11:11Speaker 4: I haven't done it in a while.
- 11:13Speaker 2: I know. I think it's good. What's fun about doing
- 11:17Speaker 2: certain people is, and we talked about this on the phone,
- 11:20Speaker 2: is like You know, people can do impressions and some
- 11:23Speaker 2: people might have a stronger voice or whatever. But what
- 11:26Speaker 2: I like about you and, you know, other people that
- 11:30Speaker 2: I– when they do the impressions and myself is it's
- 11:35Speaker 2: about getting in the improv and going with the point
- 11:38Speaker 2: of view and the cadence of that person, of what
- 11:39Speaker 2: that person would say in that situation, which then makes
- 11:42Speaker 2: the impressionist who's also a writer– Or a stand up
- 11:46Speaker 2: better than just someone who can do an impression. Yeah.
- 11:48Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 11:48Speaker 4: If you change it, if you go to the next
- 11:50Speaker 4: level with it, I always like those so much more
- 11:52Speaker 4: than someone I'm like, well, they just did exactly what
- 11:54Speaker 4: I saw the real person do, which is cool.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Yes. Give me more.
- 11:59Speaker 4: Give me a joke.
- 11:59Speaker 2: When we just did the Chris, you didn't know what
- 12:01Speaker 2: I was going to ask Chris or anything. I didn't
- 12:03Speaker 2: know what I was going to ask Chris.
- 12:04Speaker 4: And you went deep. She's bringing up Travis Scott. I'm like, oh,
- 12:07Speaker 4: she's going for it. You're bringing in all the ex-family members.
- 12:10Speaker 4: I'm like, all right, Anna, how well are you? I mean,
- 12:12Speaker 4: I watch all the Kardashians, but I was like, here
- 12:15Speaker 4: we go. Yes.
- 12:17Speaker 5: I'm Darman, and this is What Happens Next. Each week
- 12:21Speaker 5: on the show, I sit down with extraordinary people who
- 12:24Speaker 5: have faced tremendous setbacks. And yet somehow have found a
- 12:28Speaker 5: way to turn them into their greatest strengths.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Life is one long lesson of chaos.
- 12:34Speaker 2: I'm heading to the Emmys and I have police complaints
- 12:36Speaker 2: filed against me.
- 12:37Speaker 4: When your free will was about to be taken from you,
- 12:40Speaker 4: what would you do if it was given back?
- 12:42Speaker 5: Where did that need come from where you thought that
- 12:45Speaker 5: you had to succeed in order to feel loved?
- 12:47Speaker 4: He said, I have a work dad.
- 12:48Speaker 5: I need a home dad. What happens next?
- 12:51Speaker 4: When I came in, he started crying.
- 12:52Speaker 5: Everybody in life encounters hardships. What defines them is not
- 12:57Speaker 5: those hard moments that they go through.
- 12:59Speaker 4: It's about what happens next. I decided to risk it all.
- 13:02Speaker 2: I realized how valuable every day was. You're worth the work.
- 13:05Speaker 4: Listen, Dar, I'm not going to pull punches. You can
- 13:07Speaker 4: use your voice even if it's shaped.
- 13:09Speaker 5: The stories are different, but the impact is the same.
- 13:13Speaker 5: Only one question matters. What happens next?
- 13:23Speaker 2: Okay, so we were just– before you came in, we
- 13:25Speaker 2: were talking about the scandal that happened on SNL last week.
- 13:30Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:30Speaker 2: Which was J.Lo was the musical guest and what's the
- 13:35Speaker 2: girl's name that won the Emmy?
- 13:36Speaker 4: Io Adebri.
- 13:37Speaker 5: Yes.
- 13:38Speaker 2: And I never knew who she was. I don't watch
- 13:40Speaker 2: The Bear.
- 13:40Speaker 3: Okay.
- 13:40Speaker 2: I saw that she won several awards for it. I
- 13:42Speaker 2: am going to watch The Bear. Obviously, she's a really
- 13:44Speaker 2: talented comedic actress. And so apparently– Bottoms.
- 13:50Speaker 4: Was really funny, too, if you want to see that.
- 13:51Speaker 4: She's in that movie. Oh, OK.
- 13:53Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 13:53Speaker 2: Oh, Bottoms.
- 13:54Speaker 1: OK.
- 13:55Speaker 2: And so I can't remember who it was. It was
- 13:58Speaker 2: somebody I follow. It was they got it. TMZ got
- 14:01Speaker 2: it from this person. So I apologize for who decided
- 14:04Speaker 2: to put out the old podcast that she did.
- 14:07Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 14:08Speaker 2: Where she was talking with her co-host or she was
- 14:10Speaker 2: a guest or something. And they were ripping on the
- 14:12Speaker 2: fact that they think that J-Lo is an awful singer.
- 14:16Speaker 2: And never really could sing. And they're talking shit. And then,
- 14:20Speaker 2: lo and behold, a couple years later, she's an Emmy
- 14:22Speaker 2: winner and she's hosting SNL with the person. I think
- 14:27Speaker 2: this was such a great moment, honestly, in pop culture history.
- 14:31Speaker 2: Because I constantly say, I've had episodes where I call it,
- 14:35Speaker 2: I heard what you said about me on your podcast.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Because everybody has a podcast.
- 14:39Speaker 1: And.
- 14:40Speaker 2: I've noticed with certain guests that are funny, that are
- 14:44Speaker 2: on their way up, they are smart. And they'll be like, Heather,
- 14:48Speaker 2: don't ask me about this. Don't ask me that. You know,
- 14:50Speaker 2: because I might be working across.
- 14:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 14:53Speaker 2: I know. By the way, I just said across. And everyone,
- 14:57Speaker 2: that bothers people, too. There's no T at the end
- 14:59Speaker 2: of across. I don't know. Thank you. But I'm going
- 15:03Speaker 2: across the street. Anyway, so. But there was a time
- 15:08Speaker 2: when I cared. And then there was a time when
- 15:10Speaker 2: I realized, what the fuck is the chances? Right. And
- 15:13Speaker 2: I would rather be, for me, I'd rather build the
- 15:19Speaker 2: authenticity of Juicy Scoop to the level it is. But
- 15:22Speaker 2: I'm not a young person. I've got nothing to lose.
- 15:27Speaker 2: I personally have nothing to lose. And I love talking
- 15:31Speaker 2: the truth of what I feel. But I do think
- 15:33Speaker 2: this is a good lesson to other people that, if
- 15:36Speaker 2: you're going to have a podcast, if you're going to
- 15:38Speaker 2: do it on Instagram and you're really pursuing this, maybe
- 15:42Speaker 2: think about it twice because you actually might be in
- 15:46Speaker 2: this situation.
- 15:47Speaker 4: It's so funny though. Like I think, I think if
- 15:49Speaker 4: I was in this situation, because I go on a
- 15:51Speaker 4: lot of podcasts and I talk, you know, I talked
- 15:54Speaker 4: all my stories all day long and like everything is saved.
- 15:56Speaker 4: Anyone can scree grab anything you do out on the internet.
- 16:00Speaker 4: But I'm like, would I ever be like, working side
- 16:03Speaker 4: by side with JLo. Like she just seems like such
- 16:06Speaker 4: another level to me that I imagine Ayo is like,
- 16:09Speaker 4: I'm not going to like work with JLo. I'm doing
- 16:12Speaker 4: comedy in New York. She used to do like stand
- 16:13Speaker 4: up in New York and I knew her then. And
- 16:15Speaker 4: I'm like, so I think it's so funny. I'm like, wow,
- 16:17Speaker 4: you blew up so big that someone found like a
- 16:20Speaker 4: little clip of you being like, I don't think JLo
- 16:23Speaker 4: can sing. And you're literally hosting with her as a
- 16:25Speaker 4: musical guest.
- 16:27Speaker 2: But I will say at all my times of being
- 16:29Speaker 2: on Chelsea and my own thing and Instagram and stuff.
- 16:35Speaker 2: I have done impressions of people and I have talked
- 16:38Speaker 2: about them, but I definitely have never said that about JLo.
- 16:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:43Speaker 4: I think impressions is flattering.
- 16:44Speaker 2: I have seen videos that made me kind of wonder.
- 16:46Speaker 2: I did think her latest video just seemed weird. Yeah.
- 16:50Speaker 4: I think we all laughed.
- 16:51Speaker 2: The dancing. Have you seen the latest video? I haven't. No.
- 16:53Speaker 2: Where she's wearing a bunch of bride dresses.
- 16:55Speaker 3: Yes.
- 16:55Speaker 2: You know, I can't get enough of, I can't get enough.
- 16:59Speaker 2: It's like a really weird dance. It's like the dancing
- 17:02Speaker 2: is kind of weird. And I will say that. It's
- 17:05Speaker 2: a little bit weird, but I still love, I always
- 17:08Speaker 2: say I love her look. I love her performing.
- 17:12Speaker 4: But she's a dancer first, so I'm like, that's strange.
- 17:14Speaker 2: That's what you took away from it. That the dancing
- 17:16Speaker 2: was weird. It was like this weird dancing that she's doing.
- 17:19Speaker 2: That's funny. Yeah, I do think that's kind of like, well,
- 17:23Speaker 2: for some people, If I was a manager and I
- 17:27Speaker 2: had clients that, like everybody, were going on Instagram or whatever,
- 17:32Speaker 2: I would be like, listen, don't do the TikTok where
- 17:36Speaker 2: you tell all about how you waited on Matthew McConaughey
- 17:39Speaker 2: and he was a dick.
- 17:40Speaker 4: Right.
- 17:41Speaker 2: Let's not do that. You know what I mean? Like,
- 17:45Speaker 2: what are you going to gain from it? I think
- 17:47Speaker 2: people need to think, what will I gain from going
- 17:50Speaker 2: after somebody in a nasty way that's a celebrity that– Like,
- 17:56Speaker 2: I feel that was sort of like a gotcha moment,
- 17:58Speaker 2: and I think that's why people remembered it, because it
- 18:00Speaker 2: was so harsh. Like, as much as I've talked about J-Lo,
- 18:02Speaker 2: I've never said that.
- 18:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Because I kind of felt like, well, don't we all
- 18:07Speaker 2: know that?
- 18:07Speaker 4: Right.
- 18:08Speaker 2: Don't we all know that, like, songs are enhanced and...
- 18:11Speaker 2: didn't we all know that this wasn't all her own hair?
- 18:14Speaker 2: And like, you know, don't we know that she uses
- 18:17Speaker 2: a bronzer? But still, great body, still beautiful face.
- 18:23Speaker 5: Sure.
- 18:23Speaker 4: Don't I bring in a photo to my hairstylist? I'm like,
- 18:27Speaker 4: can you do that? Can you just J-Lo me? Like,
- 18:29Speaker 4: that's me. I'm like, here, do it. I don't care.
- 18:33Speaker 2: And then I think J-Lo is smart to just be like,
- 18:37Speaker 2: have to be cool about it. Otherwise, you look like
- 18:40Speaker 2: the old bitchy auntie, you know? And nobody wants to
- 18:43Speaker 2: be that. When the girl is, like, 30 years younger
- 18:45Speaker 2: than you, you have to be like, oh, gosh. She's
- 18:50Speaker 2: such a funny cat.
- 18:51Speaker 4: I wish we could have seen them backstage. I just
- 18:52Speaker 4: want to see them, like, hug and, like, do it and, like,
- 18:55Speaker 4: be like.
- 18:56Speaker 2: I think she was probably like, who cares? Like, this
- 18:58Speaker 2: is only going to bring anything that... I feel like
- 19:01Speaker 2: there was a time where I would say, I just
- 19:03Speaker 2: don't understand... Why J-Lo just can't relax. Like, why is
- 19:08Speaker 2: she doing the same shit that a 25-year-old influencer has
- 19:13Speaker 2: to do on Instagram? You know what I mean? Like, really?
- 19:17Speaker 2: She needs the alcohol Delano or whatever it is now? Like, now. Like,
- 19:24Speaker 2: there's no way she's not worth, like, several hundred million dollars. Yeah.
- 19:29Speaker 2: And I'm like, well, you've never really drank. Your husband's
- 19:32Speaker 2: an alcoholic. Like, I don't know. Of all the things
- 19:36Speaker 2: to choose from.
- 19:37Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 19:39Speaker 2: But I feel like it's like she's like, no, I've
- 19:41Speaker 2: got to I've got to have it. I've got to
- 19:43Speaker 2: have what I like. There's something about her wanting to
- 19:46Speaker 2: stay really relevant. So I don't even think she minded.
- 19:50Speaker 2: think she didn't mind this at all because she's like.
- 19:52Speaker 4: It brings press to everything.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Yeah, this brings press and it makes me feel cool.
- 19:56Speaker 2: But then I did see her singing in the pink outfit.
- 20:03Speaker 4: There were people like memeing the pink outfit. Did you see?
- 20:06Speaker 2: It was like, I was like, Like, I almost think
- 20:09Speaker 2: I would change up the song. Like, if this all
- 20:11Speaker 2: came out, I would be like, oh, my God, just
- 20:13Speaker 2: do Jenny from the Block. Like, I don't want to
- 20:16Speaker 2: do this, like, ballad right now. I feel too self-conscious
- 20:20Speaker 2: about doing this ballad.
- 20:21Speaker 4: It's weird to do a ballad also on SNL, I think.
- 20:23Speaker 4: It's like, it's not the right mood. People, it's a
- 20:26Speaker 4: comedy show.
- 20:27Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 20:27Speaker 2: I don't know. So that was amazing. Now, let's talk
- 20:33Speaker 2: about In Just Like That. Because you do a great Steve.
- 20:37Speaker 4: Thank you. Wow, thanks.
- 20:41Speaker 2: Chris Frangela is a man on my show. He often
- 20:44Speaker 2: does a really good Steve, too. So we've done a
- 20:47Speaker 2: lot of impressions about where the show would go. I
- 20:51Speaker 2: have been obsessed with predicting storylines. Okay. And so let's
- 20:58Speaker 2: do one with Steve and.
- 21:04Speaker 2: I don't really do anybody that good. Wait. You know what?
- 21:08Speaker 2: I'm going to do Samantha. Great. Samantha's going to come back.
- 21:12Speaker 2: As she should.
- 21:13Speaker 4: That's the storyline I hope you always predict.
- 21:14Speaker 2: I'm going to come back as Samantha. Now I haven't
- 21:17Speaker 2: done her in a long time. I'm going to run
- 21:18Speaker 2: into Steve, and you're going to kind of fill me in,
- 21:22Speaker 2: and I'm going to just say what I've heard from
- 21:24Speaker 2: the girls since I've been gone. Okay. Okay. Okay, just
- 21:27Speaker 2: like that. It's Samantha. Samantha Jones. It's been a minute.
- 21:33Speaker 2: I've been living in London. Samantha? Oh, my God.
- 21:37Speaker 4: You know, I haven't even.
- 21:38Speaker 6: I haven't heard of you in a while. You know,
- 21:40Speaker 6: you haven't even been on the... You haven't been around
- 21:42Speaker 6: the block, huh?
- 21:43Speaker 2: You know.
- 21:44Speaker 4: I've been in Brooklyn.
- 21:46Speaker 2: I know. Steve, tell me it isn't true that you
- 21:49Speaker 2: and Miranda are no longer together. Oh, Miranda.
- 21:53Speaker 6: Well, she's always the love of my life, but, you know,
- 21:57Speaker 6: Miranda and I We've gone through some troubles lately, you know,
- 22:00Speaker 6: with this Che Diaz.
- 22:01Speaker 4: I don't know if you heard about Che Diaz. They
- 22:03Speaker 4: got a podcast. You maybe heard it.
- 22:06Speaker 2: Well, listen, darling. I'm no stranger to fingering a friend
- 22:10Speaker 2: here and there. But to leave your husband and small
- 22:13Speaker 2: redhead child for Che Diaz? Yeah. I was absolutely shocked.
- 22:20Speaker 2: Who knew Miranda couldn't put an Ikea cabinet together? but
- 22:25Speaker 2: could do a strap-on. Good for her, darling. Have you
- 22:28Speaker 2: tried to have her peg you?
- 22:30Speaker 6: You know, I told her, you know, she said she
- 22:33Speaker 6: really liked how Che was fingering her.
- 22:35Speaker 4: And I said, yeah, I got better. You know, I
- 22:37Speaker 4: got better at fingering. I've been working with fruits.
- 22:40Speaker 6: I've been, you know, I've been hanging out with the boys,
- 22:42Speaker 6: playing a couple of three-on-three games.
- 22:45Speaker 4: But I said, you know, I got to get better
- 22:47Speaker 4: at this stuff. I haven't done, you know, pegging. I
- 22:52Speaker 4: don't know about that stuff.
- 22:53Speaker 5: You know?
- 22:54Speaker 2: Steve, why don't you start a restaurant that nobody's going
- 22:56Speaker 2: to go to in Coney Island?
- 22:59Speaker 6: It's going to be fantastic, you know?
- 23:02Speaker 2: The summertime. Do they serve Cosmos there? Those get me
- 23:06Speaker 2: so horny. I just slide off my seat. I get
- 23:08Speaker 2: so wet down there.
- 23:09Speaker 4: You know, well, Samantha, that's a lot of information for me.
- 23:13Speaker 6: If you come to my restaurant slash bar, I'll make
- 23:16Speaker 6: sure you got a great Cosmo, okay?
- 23:19Speaker 2: I will.
- 23:19Speaker 4: You know, my kid's going to be barbacking. You know,
- 23:21Speaker 4: he's old now, so he can make a cosmo. I'll
- 23:23Speaker 4: teach him how to do it, you know.
- 23:25Speaker 2: As long as he's over 18, I'll be there. Oh,
- 23:28Speaker 2: my God.
- 23:29Speaker 4: Don't bone my son, Samantha. That's not where we thought
- 23:33Speaker 4: this would go.
- 23:34Speaker 2: Well, there's still not many left in Manhattan. You know,
- 23:38Speaker 2: I ran that town, ran it through London, and now
- 23:41Speaker 2: I'm going to run it through your son. And I
- 23:43Speaker 2: heard that.
- 23:45Speaker 4: Miranda?
- 23:46Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 23:47Speaker 4: I thought it was her behind you. It's just a
- 23:50Speaker 4: red dress. You never know.
- 23:52Speaker 5: You never know.
- 23:54Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh. There are rumors that she might be
- 23:58Speaker 2: coming back.
- 23:59Speaker 4: I would die. If that happened, like, I feel like
- 24:01Speaker 4: I'd just, like, pass out on my floor.
- 24:03Speaker 2: I just feel like the other, like, secondary character, like,
- 24:06Speaker 2: the professor. Who are the other girls? The professor... The
- 24:10Speaker 2: Nicole Parker and Seema, who's like a version of her. Well, Seema,
- 24:17Speaker 2: if she comes back, Seema should know that she's gone.
- 24:19Speaker 4: No, if Samantha comes back. We don't need two of them.
- 24:23Speaker 4: They turned her into Samantha. And I think she's really good.
- 24:25Speaker 4: I thought this season they made her even more Samantha-y
- 24:28Speaker 4: than they needed to.
- 24:29Speaker 2: Yeah, it was like the same storylines. But how do
- 24:32Speaker 2: you feel as yourself about Shea Diaz leaving the show?
- 24:38Speaker 4: I feel conflicted.
- 24:39Speaker 2: So do I.
- 24:40Speaker 4: I really do.
- 24:41Speaker 2: I ended up liking her. Yeah. Sorry, they. I ended
- 24:45Speaker 2: up liking, no, that wouldn't be right.
- 24:47Speaker 4: Them.
- 24:47Speaker 2: I ended up liking them, the character, what the character
- 24:51Speaker 2: was going through, more than the rest of the people. Because,
- 24:56Speaker 2: I don't know, maybe because Shay's character was a stand-up. Yeah,
- 25:00Speaker 2: because it was like, she was the stand-up, the pilot
- 25:03Speaker 2: didn't go, then they wanted, you know, and then all,
- 25:09Speaker 2: The pilot doesn't go and then all of a sudden
- 25:10Speaker 2: she can't even live in her apartment and she has
- 25:12Speaker 2: to work as a vet's assistant. She's living at her
- 25:15Speaker 2: abuela's basement. And I'm like, oh my God. I love
- 25:19Speaker 2: how invested in Chase. I've said this over and over.
- 25:21Speaker 2: The writers of And Just Like That are so jealous
- 25:26Speaker 2: of other writers who have gotten out of the sitcom
- 25:30Speaker 2: writing game and were successful podcasters. And they're like, we're
- 25:33Speaker 2: going to shit on podcasting so bad. Because when they
- 25:37Speaker 2: were like, Oh, you didn't want to do the one
- 25:40Speaker 2: ad about dry vaginas? Well, the whole network shut down.
- 25:44Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:45Speaker 4: What the hell?
- 25:45Speaker 2: You know what also really bothered me? This is a
- 25:47Speaker 2: minor thing.
- 25:48Speaker 1: What?
- 25:49Speaker 2: Do you remember when Bobby Lee, who was the partner of.
- 25:53Speaker 4: Who's famously my mom's favorite character on the show. I go, Mommy,
- 25:57Speaker 4: that's like two lines. I love that guy.
- 25:59Speaker 2: I'm like, what? Do you remember Bobby Lee had sex
- 26:04Speaker 2: with the podcast manager woman?
- 26:06Speaker 5: Yes.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Who was wheelchair-bound. Yeah. Do you remember she rolled in pregnant?
- 26:14Speaker 4: In the second season?
- 26:15Speaker 2: Yes!
- 26:16Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 26:17Speaker 2: No, I never addressed it at all. And then all
- 26:22Speaker 2: of a sudden he was married to the stylist.
- 26:26Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 26:27Speaker 2: Wow. There were so many weird storylines that they just
- 26:32Speaker 2: like dropped and like forgot about and thought that we
- 26:34Speaker 2: would forget. And we did, except for me.
- 26:37Speaker 4: Well, we also, my boyfriend and I always, I made
- 26:39Speaker 4: him watch every second of that show. And he was like...
- 26:44Speaker 4: I can't believe he even said this the other day
- 26:47Speaker 4: because we saw the actress who, oh, we saw her
- 26:49Speaker 4: at a coffee shop, the actress who played like Carrie's neighbor,
- 26:52Speaker 4: you know, who she gives, he's like, I can't believe
- 26:54Speaker 4: he gave that, that girl the apartment when Miranda's sleeping
- 26:57Speaker 4: on like.
- 26:57Speaker 2: A pullout couch at her ex JDS.
- 27:00Speaker 4: And she's like her best friend.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Like, And she gives her a huge discount. Yeah. Because
- 27:06Speaker 2: the jewelry was stolen to some girl that's obviously privileged
- 27:10Speaker 2: because she's living in the apartment anyway.
- 27:11Speaker 3: Right.
- 27:12Speaker 2: And also had the money to buy it.
- 27:13Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 27:14Speaker 2: So she's just some, like, trust fund person that got
- 27:16Speaker 2: to be a jewelry designer.
- 27:17Speaker 4: I know.
- 27:18Speaker 2: And it doesn't think about, yeah, Miranda, who's, like, living
- 27:22Speaker 2: dorm life at 52 or 55. Yeah, you're right.
- 27:24Speaker 4: It was weird because Carrie's... Carrie went to her on, like,
- 27:28Speaker 4: New Year's. Like, they have a whole history. I'm like, really?
- 27:30Speaker 2: Oh, and you know what also was really annoying about it?
- 27:33Speaker 2: That Carrie's like, well, sorry, for my final dinner, I'm
- 27:35Speaker 2: going to invite Che.
- 27:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 27:37Speaker 2: Because Che is my friend, too. But you know what?
- 27:41Speaker 2: I kind of, you know what? I take it back.
- 27:43Speaker 2: I'm going to miss Che. I kind of, I thought
- 27:45Speaker 2: it was, Carrie was in a weird position. Because A,
- 27:49Speaker 2: she was Che's friend first when they worked on the podcast.
- 27:52Speaker 2: And then. And then when Miranda was coming to take
- 27:55Speaker 2: care of her is when she and Che fell in love.
- 27:58Speaker 2: But then when they broke up. I kind of was like,
- 28:01Speaker 2: she wasn't your friend for that long. Like, and the
- 28:04Speaker 2: podcast is dead.
- 28:06Speaker 4: And also, they fucked in your kitchen.
- 28:08Speaker 2: And now it's time to, like, choose your friend of
- 28:10Speaker 2: 35 years over Che, who, let's be honest, how much
- 28:14Speaker 2: do you have in common with anyway? Right. You know?
- 28:16Speaker 4: They did have those weird, there were, like, two weird scenes. Remember,
- 28:19Speaker 4: it was, like, where... Carrie had to do the speaking
- 28:21Speaker 4: and like Che was like the joke writer. And all
- 28:24Speaker 4: of a sudden Che Diaz is like the most important
- 28:27Speaker 4: character of the episode. I was like, where did this
- 28:29Speaker 4: come from?
- 28:29Speaker 2: And also I'm like, wait a minute. Carrie has had,
- 28:32Speaker 2: was a funny girl from the start. She was always
- 28:35Speaker 2: cracking jokes, always doing puns, wrote the blog, wrote the
- 28:39Speaker 2: thing in the paper, written multiple books. She's the writer.
- 28:42Speaker 4: About sex.
- 28:43Speaker 2: And then Che's like, so, uh. ever masturbate? And she's like, oh,
- 28:50Speaker 2: I don't know if I'm comfortable. It might be because
- 28:52Speaker 2: I'm of a different generation than you. Oh, what should
- 28:58Speaker 2: I do? $ 20 for shoes? Oh, yes.
- 29:02Speaker 4: It's just so weird. She's going to dump her and
- 29:05Speaker 4: be like, I'm moving to Hollywood, bitches.
- 29:08Speaker 2: I booked a pilot.
- 29:09Speaker 4: I was like, I love how this works.
- 29:11Speaker 2: I made my sons watch it, and they ended up
- 29:14Speaker 2: liking shay the best as well because they felt the
- 29:17Speaker 2: other storylines were boring yeah they didn't care about the
- 29:20Speaker 2: nicole parker rich family and the mean mother-in-law they didn't
- 29:23Speaker 2: care about the professors trying to have up with her
- 29:27Speaker 2: husband who else was.
- 29:29Speaker 4: There it was sema trying to get laid.
- 29:31Speaker 2: Like her yeah dating some real estate guy like yeah
- 29:34Speaker 2: smoking all the time yeah no it's true i'm going
- 29:38Speaker 2: to miss you with the smoking.
- 29:39Speaker 4: At first I laughed. I was like, yeah, they really
- 29:41Speaker 4: fired Che Diaz. Che Diaz is that show. Like everybody
- 29:44Speaker 4: watched because of Che Diaz. I feel like it was
- 29:48Speaker 4: like a cultural moment. And now we just don't have that.
- 29:51Speaker 2: It was hate watch that then took over. I'm actually
- 29:56Speaker 2: really upset about it.
- 29:58Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 29:58Speaker 5: Okay.
- 29:58Speaker 2: Well, let's move on.
- 30:00Speaker 4: We could go on and on for Chase.
- 30:01Speaker 2: I love that you do Bethany Frankel.
- 30:05Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 30:06Speaker 2: And I want to know, when did you start getting obsessed?
- 30:09Speaker 2: Was it her TikTok? Was it her makeup reviews or
- 30:12Speaker 2: her eating reviews? What is it?
- 30:14Speaker 4: The food for me. I was like, you know, they
- 30:16Speaker 4: were just, she posts, I don't, is she a robot?
- 30:18Speaker 4: I don't even know if she's real. I've never met her,
- 30:20Speaker 4: but like she posts. seven TikToks a day. I don't
- 30:23Speaker 4: know anyone.
- 30:23Speaker 2: And then deletes a lot of them.
- 30:24Speaker 4: Posting as much as her.
- 30:26Speaker 2: I know. Yeah. Like, I don't know. Then realizes it's
- 30:28Speaker 2: wrong and then deletes it. And it is amazing. I
- 30:33Speaker 2: have been blocked, I'm pretty sure. So I will miss
- 30:36Speaker 2: these moments and then I'll see your... You gotta get
- 30:38Speaker 2: a burner account. Then I'll see your... You're eating the
- 30:42Speaker 2: bagel or whatever.
- 30:43Speaker 4: And I love it. I just think she's so unhinged.
- 30:47Speaker 4: The filming is terrible. It's honestly the easiest impression to
- 30:50Speaker 4: do because I could like drop my phone and people
- 30:52Speaker 4: will think it's intentional. Like I'm like, this is sick.
- 30:55Speaker 4: I'm just going to eat my sunglasses. These sunglasses are sick.
- 30:58Speaker 2: It's insane.
- 30:59Speaker 4: And like the S's and like, I don't know. She
- 31:01Speaker 4: just goes off and I love it. And she likes
- 31:03Speaker 4: it too. She keeps posts. She'll post my stuff, which
- 31:06Speaker 4: I'm always like.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Oh, she does. She likes it.
- 31:08Speaker 4: She likes it.
- 31:08Speaker 6: Good.
- 31:09Speaker 2: Good.
- 31:09Speaker 4: She did a highlight reel. You know, she has like
- 31:11Speaker 4: a team of 10, 10 social media people working for her.
- 31:14Speaker 4: She did, like, highlight reels of all the people who
- 31:17Speaker 4: do impressions of her.
- 31:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I know Hannah did one early on.
- 31:20Speaker 4: Hannah Burner, yes. And Andrea did one, and there were
- 31:23Speaker 4: a couple others. And she, like, I'm like, oh, wow,
- 31:25Speaker 4: we made it to the highlight reel. Hannah and Andrea
- 31:27Speaker 4: and I were, like, texting.
- 31:28Speaker 2: My favorite is, and I don't do the great New
- 31:31Speaker 2: York-y voice of hers, but what I loved was when
- 31:35Speaker 2: she was obsessed talking about the reality reckoning and that
- 31:40Speaker 2: she would, like, use, like, Football references that made no sense.
- 31:44Speaker 2: Where she's like, it's a game. It's a game. And
- 31:47Speaker 2: you've got six people against seven. And you know what?
- 31:49Speaker 2: You're going to take it to the end zone. And
- 31:51Speaker 2: if you miss that punt kick, don't come crying to me.
- 31:54Speaker 2: Because it's kill or be killed. And don't know if
- 31:57Speaker 2: it's about popcorn or big hot dog up your asshole.
- 32:00Speaker 2: But Andy's going to put it there and you're going
- 32:02Speaker 2: to accept it. And when you shed it out, don't
- 32:04Speaker 2: come crying to me. And you're like, what the fuck
- 32:06Speaker 2: is this? Like, it was.
- 32:10Speaker 4: In the zone, I'm Tom Brady, and this is the
- 32:12Speaker 4: fucking news.
- 32:15Speaker 2: You may not like the Patriots. Don't hate me. I
- 32:17Speaker 2: still went to the Super Bowl 18 times. I have
- 32:20Speaker 2: a bunch of rings. You're jealous? Guess what? This ring
- 32:23Speaker 2: could make a crown, and I could shove it up
- 32:25Speaker 2: your asshole. Whose dick do I need to suck to
- 32:28Speaker 2: make you realize that Andy Cohen is an asshole?
- 32:32Speaker 4: And i'm just like oh my god oh my god
- 32:35Speaker 4: when someone needs to ai like do you remember what
- 32:37Speaker 4: she had tom brady yeah do.
- 32:40Speaker 2: You remember when she had the show um with frederick
- 32:44Speaker 2: the realtor vaguely what was it called first of all
- 32:48Speaker 2: for the most successful person that's ever walked on earth
- 32:50Speaker 2: i mean she's so donald trump and talking about her
- 32:53Speaker 2: own successes it's it's literally the same it's like if
- 32:56Speaker 2: and I.
- 32:58Speaker 4: Discovered her later. I didn't watch her on Housewives. Well,
- 33:00Speaker 4: she had a show with Frederick.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Who is, I think, I can't remember what, he's foreign,
- 33:07Speaker 2: but he's like, not English, he's like South African or something.
- 33:10Speaker 2: He's this good looking guy and he's gay and now
- 33:13Speaker 2: he's married with two kids, but he was on Million
- 33:15Speaker 2: Dollar Listing in New York and then went to LA.
- 33:17Speaker 2: At some point, they met and had a gay man, rich,
- 33:22Speaker 2: Upper West Side love relationship where She thinks that she's
- 33:26Speaker 2: special to him and she's just one of many.
- 33:29Speaker 4: Okay.
- 33:29Speaker 2: But she doesn't realize that. So she thinks they're best friends.
- 33:32Speaker 2: And they decide, let's have a show together. Great. We're
- 33:36Speaker 2: going to flip houses together. One season. And it was–
- 33:41Speaker 2: both of them were so– Like used to doing reality
- 33:44Speaker 2: TV that, you know, that they walked into a unit
- 33:48Speaker 2: and it was like, how quickly can we get out
- 33:52Speaker 2: of here and get the shot that we're required to
- 33:54Speaker 2: do to get this fucking dumb show? So every episode
- 33:58Speaker 2: was for walking around going like getting in a bathtub.
- 34:02Speaker 2: And being like, who wants to go down on me
- 34:05Speaker 2: for this bathtub? Like every little thing was like, she's like,
- 34:08Speaker 2: whose dick do I need to suck to get an
- 34:10Speaker 2: offer in it today? Oh my God, I'm dying. I'm
- 34:13Speaker 2: drying right now. This is what we're going to do.
- 34:14Speaker 2: And it was like, and then boom, next thing. And
- 34:17Speaker 2: so what happened was they have some deal go bad.
- 34:20Speaker 2: And She goes on camera and is like all pissed
- 34:25Speaker 2: at him telling the world that he didn't like communicate
- 34:28Speaker 2: properly as her realtor. And then she was like, you're
- 34:32Speaker 2: a snake oil man or something. Snake oil. You're a snake.
- 34:36Speaker 4: What is it?
- 34:37Speaker 2: Snake oil salesman. Okay. You're a snake oil salesman. Is
- 34:40Speaker 2: that right? You're an oil salesman or a snake oil salesman?
- 34:43Speaker 2: She called him something that, I'm like, I don't think
- 34:45Speaker 2: a realtor wants to be called that, okay? And so
- 34:48Speaker 2: then that's what ended the show. I don't think anyone
- 34:51Speaker 2: was watching either, but it was just like, you know.
- 34:53Speaker 2: But it was constantly.
- 34:55Speaker 4: Bethany and the Zeitgeist.
- 34:56Speaker 2: Yeah, it was constantly like the dirty stuff that she
- 34:59Speaker 2: would say. To like be shocking. Like, oh, Bethany, you know,
- 35:04Speaker 2: like she's so, this is the girl who peed on
- 35:06Speaker 2: a stick when she found out she, you know, on camera,
- 35:09Speaker 2: the first person to pee on a stick. You know,
- 35:11Speaker 2: she's like, I was the first one who showed that
- 35:14Speaker 2: I was pregnant on camera. I didn't know I was pregnant. Yeah, right.
- 35:17Speaker 2: And I had the cameras come as I squatted, I
- 35:19Speaker 2: peed on it. And I was like, oh my God,
- 35:20Speaker 2: this is bad.
- 35:21Speaker 4: The best is she can really make a video or
- 35:23Speaker 4: a moment out of nothing.
- 35:25Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 35:26Speaker 4: It's a skill.
- 35:27Speaker 2: The other thing that is amazing is all the bad
- 35:29Speaker 2: acting when you go back. Like, there's a scene where
- 35:36Speaker 2: her assistant is like, it's so bad. She goes, oh, wow.
- 35:42Speaker 2: This isn't good.
- 35:43Speaker 3: What?
- 35:43Speaker 2: Tell me. Tell me what's going on. Tell me what's
- 35:46Speaker 2: going on. Have you heard of Perez Hilton? She's like, yeah,
- 35:52Speaker 2: he's just like a, I don't know. He's like a TMZ,
- 35:54Speaker 2: but he's like some guy.
- 35:55Speaker 6: Why? Why?
- 35:56Speaker 5: What?
- 35:56Speaker 2: What's going on? I don't know if I can tell
- 35:59Speaker 2: you this, Bethany. He just posted that you're pregnant. Are
- 36:05Speaker 2: you fucking kidding me? How would he know that? Nobody
- 36:08Speaker 2: knows that I'm pregnant. This is not even three months yet.
- 36:10Speaker 2: This is really, really bad. How did Perez Hilton know
- 36:14Speaker 2: that I was pregnant?
- 36:15Speaker 3: This is.
- 36:16Speaker 2: Just settle down. It's okay, Bethany. We can fix this. No,
- 36:19Speaker 2: we can't fix it. The world can't know I'm pregnant yet.
- 36:22Speaker 2: I wanted to have one private moment. This is fucking bullshit.
- 36:25Speaker 2: I hate that asshole. I'm like, if you're telling me.
- 36:29Speaker 4: You deserve an Emmy for this.
- 36:31Speaker 2: If you're telling me. This whole scene. That Bethany did
- 36:36Speaker 2: not have a conversation with Perez Hilton. Yeah. About posting
- 36:41Speaker 2: this and having it go up and telling her assistant,
- 36:44Speaker 2: act like you're surprised the cameras are here with Bethany
- 36:48Speaker 2: Ever After or whatever the first thing was where she
- 36:50Speaker 2: gets pregnant. It is such bad acting. I have to
- 36:54Speaker 2: go watch this. The acting is horrific. Horrific. But I'm
- 37:00Speaker 2: obsessed with it.
- 37:01Speaker 1: I love it.
- 37:02Speaker 2: I'm also obsessed with the fact that she did a
- 37:05Speaker 2: movie that I was offered a part in.
- 37:07Speaker 4: She's in a movie?
- 37:08Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 37:08Speaker 4: Like acting movies?
- 37:09Speaker 2: That is where Ramona goes. Well, you know what, Bethany?
- 37:13Speaker 2: I really think you should tell your daughter that you
- 37:16Speaker 2: did some nudity. That's right. Don't you have a daughter?
- 37:18Speaker 2: Don't you have a daughter? Did you do a naked
- 37:20Speaker 2: movie where you show the boobs? And then that's when
- 37:23Speaker 2: Bethany's like, mention it all! And that's where she does
- 37:26Speaker 2: her legs. Mention it all because they're filming. No, the
- 37:29Speaker 2: story was I was trying to get, you know, trying
- 37:33Speaker 2: to make it. And I went to the drama log, which...
- 37:39Speaker 2: I mean, I don't even, worse than Craigslist, worse than
- 37:42Speaker 2: anything that could ever happen to a human. It's basically
- 37:45Speaker 2: today's dark web. But you could get it on a newsstand.
- 37:48Speaker 2: I go and I do this awful thing where they
- 37:51Speaker 2: put a frog head on me and I had to
- 37:53Speaker 2: roller skate in this Sylmar reservoir. But I was so
- 37:56Speaker 2: desperate to get any tape, I was told, you know,
- 37:58Speaker 2: there's no small parts. Sure. Anyway, we're driving home from
- 38:00Speaker 2: Sylmar and the guy throws me the script and he goes,
- 38:03Speaker 2: would you like to be in this? These doctors are
- 38:06Speaker 2: investing in this movie and you're a part of this. Well,
- 38:08Speaker 2: I start reading it and there's this scene where the girl,
- 38:11Speaker 2: one girl, they're laying out and the girl is like, oh,
- 38:15Speaker 2: would you like some suntan lotion or something? And then
- 38:18Speaker 2: she goes and like puts it on her chest. The
- 38:20Speaker 2: girl's like, I'm not into doing this. And then the
- 38:22Speaker 2: other character's like, whoa, what's the big deal? You know? Okay.
- 38:25Speaker 4: Anyway, this is like a dare scene.
- 38:27Speaker 2: So I was always like, oh, I think this is
- 38:29Speaker 2: porn or whatever. And then the person's like, oh, shut up.
- 38:31Speaker 2: You think like Michelle Pfeiffer hasn't done porn? I was like, well,
- 38:34Speaker 2: I don't know if she has done it or not,
- 38:36Speaker 2: but I'm like, I'm not going to be on the
- 38:38Speaker 2: streets if I don't do this. I did go to
- 38:40Speaker 2: college and I have a family and I don't think
- 38:42Speaker 2: I want to do this suntan lotion scene. Anyway, this
- 38:46Speaker 2: Instagram account called Celeb Fail, they just pull up everything.
- 38:50Speaker 2: They're just like a Bethany. And all of a sudden
- 38:54Speaker 2: I see the movie scene.
- 38:56Speaker 4: And she did it.
- 38:57Speaker 2: She did the scene.
- 38:59Speaker 4: You guys are up for the same part. She did.
- 39:02Speaker 2: And it's just a cheesy thing, and it's not overly
- 39:05Speaker 2: sexual or nudie, but maybe she showed her boobs in
- 39:08Speaker 2: it or something. Who cares? But that was the movie.
- 39:11Speaker 2: And I knew her from.
- 39:15Speaker 5: L.A.
- 39:16Speaker 2: I even think she took a growlings class. I had
- 39:18Speaker 2: her number from meeting her at this place called Rebecca's.
- 39:21Speaker 2: We did know each other, and we're the same age. Oh,
- 39:24Speaker 2: my God. Anyway, I find that just so amazing. That's amazing. Okay,
- 39:28Speaker 2: so let's do a little... um Bethany um has just
- 39:34Speaker 2: discovered a a new salad in the Hamptons oh okay yeah.
- 39:40Speaker 4: This salad is insane have you had this salad have
- 39:44Speaker 4: you had this is a lobster cob salad I never
- 39:46Speaker 4: had lobster cob I mean I feel like I feel
- 39:48Speaker 4: like I eat lobster and I eat lobster with caviar,
- 39:52Speaker 4: lobster with drawn butter, but like on a Cobb salad.
- 39:56Speaker 4: Like who knew you could elevate this shit to the
- 39:58Speaker 4: next level? This salad is so at the level. I'm obsessed.
- 40:04Speaker 4: I'm obsessed with this salad. Is it $ 58?
- 40:07Speaker 2: Yes, absolutely.
- 40:09Speaker 4: Worth every freaking penny. I'm going to get another one
- 40:12Speaker 4: for my daughter. I'm going to get one for Brynn.
- 40:13Speaker 4: She's going to take it to school tomorrow. Lobster Cobb.
- 40:16Speaker 4: She's going to love it. She, you know. We're over
- 40:18Speaker 4: Trader Joe's. We're only doing lobster cob salads for lunch now.
- 40:21Speaker 2: Can I just ask you a quick question?
- 40:22Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 40:23Speaker 2: Do you have a fish allergy or not, Bethany?
- 40:26Speaker 4: You know, sometimes I do. You know, one time I
- 40:29Speaker 4: blew up when I had catfish. Who the hell eats catfish, huh?
- 40:32Speaker 4: What are you, South Carolina? No, this is East Hampton, okay? Lobster,
- 40:38Speaker 4: I'm fine with. I cannot eat catfish in South Carolina,
- 40:42Speaker 4: if you know what I mean, okay? The people there,
- 40:44Speaker 4: you know, I don't know. I don't know who comes
- 40:45Speaker 4: from there, but I had an allergic reaction, okay? That's
- 40:48Speaker 4: all I'm going to say.
- 40:48Speaker 2: Come at me, bro.
- 40:50Speaker 4: Come for me. You want to fight me? Come for me.
- 40:52Speaker 2: Come for me.
- 40:53Speaker 4: Dare you.
- 40:54Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 40:54Speaker 4: Dare you.
- 40:55Speaker 5: Right.
- 40:55Speaker 4: You guys are going to hate this, but I'm going
- 40:57Speaker 4: to eat lobster cobb salad. I'm going to put peanut
- 40:58Speaker 4: butter on it. You want to come for me? I
- 41:00Speaker 4: don't give a shit. I'm over it.
- 41:04Speaker 2: It's always the challenges of like, you know what I'm
- 41:07Speaker 2: going to do? I'm going to put cream cheese. on
- 41:12Speaker 2: peanut butter and I'm going to mix it with a
- 41:15Speaker 2: chocolate fudge sauce and a truffle salt. And you can
- 41:19Speaker 2: go fuck yourselves if you're not going to eat this
- 41:21Speaker 2: up your throat like Jesus.
- 41:23Speaker 4: You know what she did yesterday or like two days ago?
- 41:25Speaker 4: And I saw it and I was like, is she
- 41:26Speaker 4: challenging me? I think she's like daring me at some.
- 41:29Speaker 4: She goes, she goes, I just want a light snack,
- 41:31Speaker 4: a little protein snack. She's like, I'm going to take
- 41:33Speaker 4: a slice of turkey, deli meat turkey, and I'm going
- 41:36Speaker 4: to take this tuna salad. I'm going to fill the
- 41:38Speaker 4: turkey with the tuna salad. And then do a turkey
- 41:41Speaker 4: roll up. And I was like, she's putting tuna in
- 41:44Speaker 4: a piece of turkey and she takes a bite. She's like, mm.
- 41:47Speaker 4: I love when she takes a bite and she closes
- 41:48Speaker 4: her eyes and she's.
- 41:49Speaker 2: Like, mm, mm. Oh, you know when she started that word, Vavoon?
- 41:53Speaker 2: What did she call it? Davoon. Davoon. And she tried to, like,
- 41:57Speaker 2: make it her own. But I guess it was, like,
- 41:58Speaker 2: in Greece or something.
- 42:00Speaker 4: Davoon.
- 42:00Speaker 2: I don't know. Was it?
- 42:01Speaker 6: Yes.
- 42:02Speaker 2: Somebody pulled it up. And it was, like, in the
- 42:05Speaker 2: movie Greece. It's Davoon. Like, by one of the, like,
- 42:08Speaker 2: goofy characters.
- 42:08Speaker 4: I can't believe I didn't know that. I only watched
- 42:10Speaker 4: Greece for, like, the first 15 years of my life.
- 42:12Speaker 2: And she kept thinking, like, it was like don't stop
- 42:15Speaker 2: making fetch happen like she kept trying to think that
- 42:17Speaker 2: we would start using the word Devon but nobody did
- 42:20Speaker 2: I love.
- 42:20Speaker 4: That I have a list in my phone that I
- 42:22Speaker 4: keep of just Bethany words like Benunza insane Devon at
- 42:28Speaker 4: the level like just like whatever she says that's how
- 42:30Speaker 4: I just have a list and then I like have
- 42:32Speaker 4: fun with it I don't.
- 42:33Speaker 2: Write those God bless Bethany because she does give Us Entertainment.
- 42:40Speaker 4: I can't stop.
- 42:41Speaker 2: But I do wonder with certain people, like, do you
- 42:43Speaker 2: ever watch Real Housewives of OC? No. Okay, well, there's
- 42:46Speaker 2: this girl, woman, Shannon Bedore. Shannon Storm is Bedore. She's
- 42:49Speaker 2: since gotten divorced.
- 42:51Speaker 5: Okay.
- 42:51Speaker 2: But Bedore was her maiden name.
- 42:54Speaker 6: And....
- 42:55Speaker 2: I think, especially with reality stars, they can almost become
- 43:00Speaker 2: a caricature of themselves.
- 43:01Speaker 6: Oh, yeah.
- 43:02Speaker 2: And especially if they see people. And also, I think
- 43:05Speaker 2: the producers would say to her, now say your full name.
- 43:07Speaker 2: Because she'd be like, Shannon Bedore doesn't really care about
- 43:12Speaker 2: what other people think. Shannon Bedore.
- 43:14Speaker 4: In the third person. Yeah.
- 43:15Speaker 2: And then all of a sudden, she said Bedore all
- 43:18Speaker 2: the time. But if you watch maybe the first season,
- 43:20Speaker 2: she doesn't talk about herself like Shannon Bedore.
- 43:22Speaker 4: Right.
- 43:22Speaker 2: And she doesn't do the hands and everything. And so
- 43:24Speaker 2: then I think she realized that's what people– but also
- 43:27Speaker 2: that's what makes– like when you see memes of yourself
- 43:30Speaker 2: being iconic and all that, then you're like, well, that's
- 43:33Speaker 2: my shtick.
- 43:34Speaker 4: So– I do Luann now because Luann's a huge– she's
- 43:37Speaker 4: done that whole– right? Luann has become even more Luann
- 43:40Speaker 4: than Luann ever was.
- 43:41Speaker 2: Darling. Darling.
- 43:43Speaker 4: Are you coming to my cabaret?
- 43:45Speaker 6: Yes. Wow.
- 43:46Speaker 2: Yeah. It's a whole new show. It's called Mary Fuck Kill.
- 43:50Speaker 2: And you're absolutely going to love it.
- 43:52Speaker 4: And everyone gets served eggs a la Francaise in the audience.
- 43:56Speaker 4: It's really spectacular. And I sing only Stevie Nicks covers.
- 44:02Speaker 4: Did you hear Stevie Nicks? I'm dead over it.
- 44:04Speaker 2: I love it.
- 44:05Speaker 4: It's the best ever. I want to go to the show.
- 44:06Speaker 2: I love it because she sticks with it. She goes
- 44:09Speaker 2: for it. I've been to the show like five times.
- 44:11Speaker 4: I'm so jealous. She was in New York the last
- 44:13Speaker 4: three nights.
- 44:14Speaker 2: It is just a good time.
- 44:15Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 44:16Speaker 2: It's just a good time.
- 44:17Speaker 4: She puts on a show.
- 44:17Speaker 2: She puts on a show. It's fun. And it's fun
- 44:20Speaker 2: because like, you know, any of those shows, but because
- 44:23Speaker 2: it's music versus like standup, it's a little more participatory
- 44:27Speaker 2: as far as like you're singing, you're dancing. You can
- 44:29Speaker 2: kind of talk during it.
- 44:30Speaker 4: It's not.
- 44:31Speaker 2: Right. So it's like especially. And so you're with your
- 44:33Speaker 2: group of people. And I think that's why. And it's
- 44:36Speaker 2: one of those things you can keep going. It doesn't matter,
- 44:39Speaker 2: you know, if you went last year or two years ago.
- 44:41Speaker 4: She'll always have new looks.
- 44:43Speaker 2: Yes, she will. I love her. OK, so I want
- 44:47Speaker 2: to ask you about Hilaria Baldwin.
- 44:52Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 44:54Speaker 2: Where were you? Because I remember where I was. I
- 44:57Speaker 2: think this is one of the greater moments of pop
- 45:00Speaker 2: culture in the last 10 years is discovering that Alec
- 45:03Speaker 2: Baldwin's wife and mother of their six or seven kids. Seven. Seven.
- 45:10Speaker 2: Who we all thought was from Spain.
- 45:15Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 45:15Speaker 2: An immigrant. Was in fact born and raised in Boston
- 45:22Speaker 2: and only spent one summer in In Spain, where her
- 45:26Speaker 2: wealthy parents own a summer home. And I, to this day,
- 45:31Speaker 2: believe that Alec Baldwin married her thinking that she really
- 45:37Speaker 2: was Spanish because I don't think he ever asked her,
- 45:39Speaker 2: tell me about your high school career. I don't think
- 45:41Speaker 2: he ever asked her.
- 45:43Speaker 4: Did you do the plays?
- 45:43Speaker 3: Yes.
- 45:46Speaker 4: You play a little field hockey. Yeah, no, it was wild.
- 45:50Speaker 2: How is this not a documentary yet?
- 45:52Speaker 4: It's funny because people have talked to me about it.
- 45:54Speaker 4: There's a whole group on Reddit that like made my
- 45:58Speaker 4: impression popular. And I've been approached by people who are like,
- 46:02Speaker 4: I want to do a documentary or I want to
- 46:03Speaker 4: do this or I want to do that. And I'm like,
- 46:05Speaker 4: I don't know about this family. Like I think kind
- 46:06Speaker 4: of stay away and do my little impression. She doesn't
- 46:09Speaker 4: like it. I don't think she likes my impression. I
- 46:11Speaker 4: think it's like borderline like, Maybe she finds it offensive.
- 46:14Speaker 4: I think she's sensitive to it. But also, she had
- 46:18Speaker 4: so many opportunities to, like, come clean. And she didn't.
- 46:22Speaker 2: She leaned in harder. Well, she sort of came clean,
- 46:24Speaker 2: and then she will still do the accent. Because I
- 46:27Speaker 2: just think it's just been going on for so long.
- 46:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 46:32Speaker 2: And that, you know.
- 46:33Speaker 4: She, like, believes that she's this person.
- 46:34Speaker 2: I mean, there's so many moments that were just beyond shocking.
- 46:40Speaker 2: And I wonder, like, Okay, it's fine that your husband,
- 46:44Speaker 2: who just thought you were hot, didn't care. And he
- 46:47Speaker 2: was obsessed with Selma Hayek before.
- 46:50Speaker 4: I heard this, yes.
- 46:51Speaker 2: And I also heard that he'd go to that vegan
- 46:54Speaker 2: restaurant and somebody gave her the heads up. He goes
- 46:57Speaker 2: here all the time. And he's into Spanish-speaking girls. And
- 47:01Speaker 2: she had just started doing her Spanish ballroom or something.
- 47:05Speaker 2: And she spoke Spanish. So then she sat down and
- 47:08Speaker 2: was speaking Spanish. And then he goes, I have to
- 47:10Speaker 2: meet you.
- 47:11Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 47:12Speaker 2: And that's how they met. And then.
- 47:15Speaker 4: It's really wild. And then we found out in the
- 47:18Speaker 4: pandemic is when her high school friends, I think, like,
- 47:21Speaker 4: you know, with TikTok and, like, people were bored sitting
- 47:23Speaker 4: at home. They were, like, they outed her.
- 47:25Speaker 2: No, I think there was one particular... Shit, I apologize.
- 47:29Speaker 2: There was one person that put it all together.
- 47:31Speaker 3: Oh.
- 47:32Speaker 2: A really good Instagram account.
- 47:33Speaker 4: Like someone on Instagram, yes.
- 47:35Speaker 2: And I just can't remember who it was, but they
- 47:37Speaker 2: put it all together. Like, all the evidence of, like...
- 47:42Speaker 2: the cucumber on the show, on the cooking show.
- 47:45Speaker 6: Cucumber?
- 47:45Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 47:46Speaker 4: How you say?
- 47:46Speaker 2: So she was cooking. Let's just do that. So we
- 47:48Speaker 2: were cooking. So today we have a great chef, Hilaria Baldwin,
- 47:54Speaker 2: who's so busy. You have so many children.
- 47:56Speaker 4: I have like four or six now. It's just hard
- 47:59Speaker 4: to count.
- 48:00Speaker 2: And you're married to Oscar winner Alec Baldwin. Yes.
- 48:03Speaker 4: Alec Baldwin is my husband, though.
- 48:05Speaker 2: Yes.
- 48:06Speaker 4: I love him.
- 48:07Speaker 2: And so what are you going to cook for us today?
- 48:09Speaker 4: Today we are going to make a... El salado, you know,
- 48:13Speaker 4: have you have you have for lunch, you know, when
- 48:15Speaker 4: you want to feel healthy and stuff like that. But
- 48:17Speaker 4: like you also it's like we're going to do tomatoes.
- 48:21Speaker 4: And then I how you say in English the cucumber.
- 48:27Speaker 2: Cucumber.
- 48:27Speaker 4: Yes.
- 48:28Speaker 5: Yes. Yes.
- 48:29Speaker 4: That's and we are going to chop chop and then
- 48:31Speaker 4: we're going to eat it. And it's just like, oh,
- 48:33Speaker 4: it's so delicious.
- 48:36Speaker 2: You know, like delicious. Yes.
- 48:38Speaker 4: It's really so tasty. You know, my kids speak.
- 48:41Speaker 2: English so well. I really admire you because I took
- 48:45Speaker 2: Spanish in high school. I don't speak any. Oh. So
- 48:48Speaker 2: when did you learn English so well?
- 48:50Speaker 4: I would go, you know, I'm from España.
- 48:52Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 48:53Speaker 4: I'm from a town outside of España.
- 48:55Speaker 5: Okay.
- 48:55Speaker 2: It's called Boston.
- 48:56Speaker 4: Have you heard? Do you know? It's a beautiful place.
- 49:01Speaker 4: We have a lot of good comida, like clam chowder.
- 49:06Speaker 2: Oh, okay. Yeah.
- 49:07Speaker 4: It's very cultural.
- 49:08Speaker 2: Yes.
- 49:10Speaker 4: So we just always spoke Spanish, you know, in my
- 49:12Speaker 4: family and like with my friends. And then I was
- 49:15Speaker 4: a dancer. And so like I... Sometimes I just speak
- 49:19Speaker 4: English a lot. and Spanish a lot. It depends on,
- 49:22Speaker 4: you know, whose home I am visiting.
- 49:25Speaker 5: Yes.
- 49:25Speaker 2: Yes, that's. You know what I thought? Okay, so I
- 49:28Speaker 2: just remembered that when it was all put together, it
- 49:29Speaker 2: was so amazing because it was like not only the
- 49:32Speaker 2: cucumber thing. Then she was on a podcast where– Blatantly
- 49:37Speaker 2: like lies and where they're like, you speak Spanish so well,
- 49:41Speaker 2: that whole thing. And she just went for it. And
- 49:47Speaker 2: then I saw the whole thing of, I know I'm wondering,
- 49:51Speaker 2: did I, did I read an article or was there
- 49:53Speaker 2: like a little document? There was something about the dancing
- 49:56Speaker 2: where then she started working at the dance studio, the
- 49:59Speaker 2: ballroom dance studio. And that's how she kind of got
- 50:01Speaker 2: into the Spanish world.
- 50:03Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 50:03Speaker 4: She would compete. I think she would dance. I think too.
- 50:05Speaker 2: Okay. Like, And, but I remember when it was all
- 50:09Speaker 2: going down and everybody, no, I know how it started.
- 50:12Speaker 2: It was something like Amy Schumer made fun of the
- 50:16Speaker 2: fact that she was like on her head a week
- 50:19Speaker 2: after giving birth or whatever.
- 50:21Speaker 4: Okay.
- 50:22Speaker 2: And Amy was like, just had just given birth at
- 50:24Speaker 2: the same time. So there was some little joke and
- 50:25Speaker 2: then she kind of attacked Amy. And that's when the
- 50:28Speaker 2: person then goes, are you fucking kidding me? Like you've
- 50:32Speaker 2: been pretending to be Spanish for years. And that's when
- 50:34Speaker 2: it all just started to come. Where it was like,
- 50:37Speaker 2: everybody was like, oh my God. And then she was like,
- 50:41Speaker 2: I want to talk to you for a minute. And
- 50:42Speaker 2: she does like the whole talking to the camera. Like,
- 50:46Speaker 2: you know, defending herself. And I remember Ireland Baldwin was like,
- 50:52Speaker 2: This is the sweetest woman I know and stop being
- 50:54Speaker 2: so mean. I get it. Like your stepmom was. But I.
- 50:59Speaker 4: Don't know.
- 50:59Speaker 2: I mean, but then it is kind of like, hey,
- 51:02Speaker 2: if someone wants to identify as a whole nother thing,
- 51:04Speaker 2: are we supposed to accept that?
- 51:07Speaker 4: I don't think an ethnicity is something you can just identify.
- 51:10Speaker 2: I agree. No, I agree, but I feel like that's
- 51:13Speaker 2: what she was trying to do.
- 51:15Speaker 4: She's trying to normalize that.
- 51:16Speaker 2: Why isn't it okay? Right. But the real reason it's
- 51:18Speaker 2: not okay is that she literally, because of her privilege
- 51:22Speaker 2: of being married to Alec Baldwin and being this Spanish girl,
- 51:25Speaker 2: anytime they wanted to check a box and have someone
- 51:29Speaker 2: Spanish host a TV show, be on the red carpet
- 51:32Speaker 2: answering questions, be on the cover of Latina magazine. She
- 51:36Speaker 2: got it over real Latina, Latinas that are actresses or
- 51:42Speaker 2: hosts or whatever, models. And that is where, that's why
- 51:47Speaker 2: it was a real problem.
- 51:47Speaker 4: Because it's like someone wearing blackface almost. It's weird. It's
- 51:51Speaker 4: a strange thing to like morph into. I didn't mean for,
- 51:55Speaker 4: to do her, to go viral. That was a, that
- 51:58Speaker 4: was like, that happened to me by accident. I literally like,
- 52:02Speaker 4: When you were like, where were you? I was like, oh,
- 52:04Speaker 4: I was on my couch in my pajamas. I have
- 52:06Speaker 4: no makeup on. I didn't expect to go viral or anything.
- 52:08Speaker 4: That's when you like, you know, when you don't try
- 52:11Speaker 4: at all. It's an 11 second video. And I was like,
- 52:13Speaker 4: I just went on my Instagram and I was like,
- 52:15Speaker 4: I too understand. You know, I went to La Universidad
- 52:19Speaker 4: de Boston. And that's where I went to school. Like,
- 52:23Speaker 4: I just said that because I went to Boston University.
- 52:25Speaker 2: You did in real life.
- 52:26Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 52:27Speaker 5: Oh, OK.
- 52:27Speaker 4: And that's what I said. And people like it went super.
- 52:30Speaker 4: And then the L.A. Times called me a tick tocker.
- 52:32Speaker 4: And I was like, oh, my God, I'm I'm a
- 52:34Speaker 4: tick tocker.
- 52:35Speaker 2: Oh, my God.
- 52:35Speaker 4: I have like a new title under my belt.
- 52:37Speaker 2: And then you just did it recently because you had
- 52:39Speaker 2: kind of a weird moment that a paparazzi caught. Oh, yeah.
- 52:42Speaker 2: And it was the it was the fakest phone call.
- 52:45Speaker 2: She looks great. She's wearing like these little black shorts.
- 52:48Speaker 2: She's doing the mob wife. Aesthetic.
- 52:51Speaker 4: She's like a leather jacket over her shoulders.
- 52:53Speaker 2: Yeah, and like little black shorts and little like fishnet
- 52:55Speaker 2: lines and heels. And she walks by like ignoring the
- 52:59Speaker 2: paparazzi on purpose. And she's like, oh, okay, that's wonderful.
- 53:03Speaker 2: I love that for you. So we'll go to the
- 53:05Speaker 2: dinner now. And you did that perfectly. Thank you.
- 53:08Speaker 4: She also, I don't know if you noticed, she has
- 53:10Speaker 4: no bag and she has a coffee cup that has
- 53:13Speaker 4: no top on it. It was almost like someone's standing
- 53:16Speaker 4: around the corner and they're like, phone, cup. You're on
- 53:19Speaker 4: an errand.
- 53:20Speaker 2: Like, go.
- 53:20Speaker 4: And you know what?
- 53:22Speaker 2: That is my biggest pet peeve about props in movies
- 53:25Speaker 2: is coffee cups that are empty.
- 53:27Speaker 5: Yes.
- 53:28Speaker 2: Because you can tell there's no weight to them. It's
- 53:30Speaker 2: not hot and there's no weight.
- 53:31Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 53:32Speaker 2: But then to also not even have a cover to it.
- 53:35Speaker 4: And this isn't even a movie. This was an Instagram post.
- 53:38Speaker 4: I mean, the production value is insane. It is so wild, though. And, like,
- 53:43Speaker 4: whenever she does anything, she goes dark. She takes months
- 53:47Speaker 4: off of Instagram and, like, I did a lot of
- 53:49Speaker 4: her because these people would like DM me and be like,
- 53:51Speaker 4: did you see what she did?
- 53:52Speaker 2: You got to do this. You got to do this.
- 53:53Speaker 4: And it's hard to come up with your own version
- 53:55Speaker 4: of it because sometimes it's just there.
- 53:56Speaker 2: You know, you don't have to do much.
- 53:57Speaker 4: And we look alike. So people were like, I thought
- 54:00Speaker 4: it was really her, but it's you. And I'm like, oh, shit.
- 54:03Speaker 4: And I've been blocked on TikTok before. I've had people
- 54:06Speaker 4: like report them. I don't know if she has people
- 54:08Speaker 4: reporting my shit, but who knows what happens.
- 54:10Speaker 2: So then when that happens on TikTok, then they don't.
- 54:13Speaker 4: I get blocked.
- 54:14Speaker 2: You mean they just don't give your stuff any love
- 54:16Speaker 2: in the algorithm?
- 54:17Speaker 4: No, like I couldn't sign on once for a week.
- 54:19Speaker 4: And I was like, as an addicted TikToker.
- 54:21Speaker 2: And then what happens when you're on probation? Like, does
- 54:24Speaker 2: it just after a week, they just let you back on?
- 54:26Speaker 2: Or do you have to contact someone at TikTok?
- 54:28Speaker 4: No, after a week, I was allowed back on. I'd
- 54:29Speaker 4: try at least 12 times a day.
- 54:31Speaker 2: You know what I mean?
- 54:32Speaker 4: I made a burner account because I was like, well,
- 54:34Speaker 4: I have to watch other TikToks if I can't post myself.
- 54:38Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh.
- 54:38Speaker 4: That's so scary.
- 54:39Speaker 2: Scary.
- 54:39Speaker 6: Scary.
- 54:41Speaker 4: I've had it like done on Instagram to like sound
- 54:43Speaker 4: taken down only on those videos.
- 54:45Speaker 2: So I'm like, what do you think is going to
- 54:47Speaker 2: happen to her as time goes on?
- 54:49Speaker 4: I don't know. I feel like she just she doesn't
- 54:52Speaker 4: need to be in the public eye. Like she could
- 54:54Speaker 4: just be a mom, you know, or or teach yoga
- 54:57Speaker 4: or like do what she was doing. I feel like
- 54:59Speaker 4: she had this like obsession with being famous.
- 55:01Speaker 2: Well, she did, because I think she first was like, well,
- 55:04Speaker 2: we knew she was his wife. But also she would
- 55:07Speaker 2: was like one of those moms that used her kids
- 55:10Speaker 2: as All the time and, you know, could make food
- 55:13Speaker 2: from scratch and then but also like stand on her
- 55:16Speaker 2: head and do like a yoga pose. And she had
- 55:18Speaker 2: a great body and she was pretty. Yeah. So men
- 55:20Speaker 2: and women, everybody is sort of attracted. There's like this
- 55:23Speaker 2: new thing of like these moms that are like really
- 55:28Speaker 2: put together and skinny and they're like in their 30s,
- 55:32Speaker 2: but they have a lot of kids. Like in my day,
- 55:34Speaker 2: it was really weird if you had like more than
- 55:36Speaker 2: three kids.
- 55:37Speaker 6: Right.
- 55:37Speaker 4: That's a lot.
- 55:38Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 55:38Speaker 2: And then back in the 70s, like people had like
- 55:41Speaker 2: five and six. Now I feel it's like a flex
- 55:44Speaker 2: to be like, that's how rich I am.
- 55:46Speaker 1: Right.
- 55:47Speaker 2: That I can have like six kids.
- 55:49Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 55:50Speaker 2: And I don't. So weird. And like the flex of like,
- 55:53Speaker 2: and I don't have to work.
- 55:54Speaker 5: Right.
- 55:55Speaker 2: Because my husband makes so much money. I can like
- 55:57Speaker 2: make my own bread with my kid. Yeah.
- 55:59Speaker 4: Or I could just do yoga because I have four nannies.
- 56:01Speaker 6: So.
- 56:02Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 56:02Speaker 4: I can just do my own thing. Anyway, it doesn't
- 56:05Speaker 4: matter how many kids are around.
- 56:06Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 56:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 56:07Speaker 4: I watched Kris Jenner's masterclass. This is off topic the
- 56:09Speaker 4: other day. And she said that when she was 16,
- 56:12Speaker 4: she had a dream that she had six children.
- 56:14Speaker 2: That is true.
- 56:16Speaker 4: Is it?
- 56:16Speaker 2: She always wanted six kids.
- 56:21Speaker 4: She made it happen.
- 56:21Speaker 2: So then when she ended it with Robert and then
- 56:26Speaker 2: she met Bruce at the time, then when she had
- 56:31Speaker 2: tried to have a baby, then she got pregnant at 40.
- 56:34Speaker 2: And I remember Courtney being like, I'm like, what did
- 56:36Speaker 2: you think of that? Because I've known them forever. And
- 56:38Speaker 2: Courtney was like, we thought it was so gross. Like,
- 56:42Speaker 2: we're like, you're so old.
- 56:44Speaker 4: But she's fulfilling the dream.
- 56:45Speaker 2: And now Courtney has had her baby at 44. But
- 56:47Speaker 2: Courtney thought it was so gross that she had a
- 56:49Speaker 2: baby at 40 and 42. So they have the good
- 56:53Speaker 2: reproducing genes. And then, yeah, so then she wanted to
- 56:57Speaker 2: have another one. So that there'd be like friends.
- 57:01Speaker 4: Right.
- 57:01Speaker 2: Which I've had people do that too where there's a
- 57:02Speaker 2: big break. They're like, well, let me just have one more.
- 57:04Speaker 4: Yeah, so they have each other.
- 57:06Speaker 2: But yeah, no, she really did always want to have.
- 57:09Speaker 4: Wow. I can't imagine. I have two puppies and I actually,
- 57:12Speaker 4: I want to kill myself right now.
- 57:14Speaker 2: I'm dying. The first like paragraph of her book is, Chris's,
- 57:20Speaker 2: it was like, in a jet in Paris that looks
- 57:24Speaker 2: like a perfect Chanel purse. Something like that, I knew,
- 57:28Speaker 2: and I'm with Kim, and I knew this is exactly
- 57:30Speaker 2: where I'm meant to be. And it goes back to
- 57:33Speaker 2: like the manifesting and all that stuff that she's like.
- 57:36Speaker 4: I love that.
- 57:37Speaker 2: This isn't, it's like she's not really surprised.
- 57:40Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 57:41Speaker 2: Which is like very cool. So wait, you were saying
- 57:44Speaker 2: you have two baby puppies.
- 57:46Speaker 5: I do.
- 57:47Speaker 6: I know.
- 57:47Speaker 2: You got, they're twins.
- 57:49Speaker 4: They're from the same litter, yeah.
- 57:51Speaker 2: What kind are they?
- 57:51Speaker 4: They're toy poodles. Although I might have gotten gypped. They're
- 57:54Speaker 4: going to be bigger than toy, but. Hopefully not too
- 57:57Speaker 4: big because they have to travel.
- 57:59Speaker 2: And now, because you're Kris Jenner, is that why you
- 58:02Speaker 2: wanted two, like Kendall and Kylie?
- 58:05Speaker 4: Yeah, I really needed two. You know, I want them
- 58:07Speaker 4: to have each other to play because I'm so busy. Yeah.
- 58:10Speaker 4: It's really nice to just let them fight all day.
- 58:14Speaker 2: And how old are they now?
- 58:15Speaker 4: Three months. No, four months almost.
- 58:17Speaker 2: And you had to take them on the plane?
- 58:19Speaker 4: I did, yeah.
- 58:19Speaker 2: How do you do that? You have one carrier for
- 58:21Speaker 2: the both of them?
- 58:22Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 58:22Speaker 4: On Delta, you can have, here's the rule for anyone
- 58:25Speaker 4: flying Delta, but you can have two puppies if they're
- 58:27Speaker 4: the same breed under six months and like under the
- 58:30Speaker 4: weight limit or whatever. And they checked off those boxes.
- 58:33Speaker 4: So yeah, they were in one carrier.
- 58:36Speaker 2: And they can go under your seat?
- 58:37Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 58:38Speaker 4: If they behave well. You know?
- 58:40Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 58:40Speaker 4: I had to, like, hide one of them in a sweatshirt.
- 58:43Speaker 4: One of them went to the bathroom with my boyfriend.
- 58:44Speaker 4: He's like, yeah, he shit on the wee-wee pad in
- 58:47Speaker 4: the bathroom.
- 58:48Speaker 2: We were coming back from Oregon last night after looking
- 58:51Speaker 2: at the schools for my son.
- 58:52Speaker 4: Oh, nice.
- 58:53Speaker 2: And there were these two dads, like a couple, and
- 58:56Speaker 2: they had these adorable, identical twin boys that were about
- 58:59Speaker 2: a year and a half. Okay.
- 59:00Speaker 4: Human boys, not— Human boys.
- 59:02Speaker 2: And throughout the day, you know, they were there on time.
- 59:04Speaker 2: They're letting them run around. The boys were fine.
- 59:06Speaker 5: Good.
- 59:08Speaker 2: But then something was going down with the dads. It
- 59:11Speaker 2: was a full flight. And one dad, it was just like,
- 59:15Speaker 2: remember those two dads that we saw? Think about the girls.
- 59:18Speaker 4: Think about the girls.
- 59:19Speaker 2: Well, one dad was like trying to calm down angry dad. Uh-oh.
- 59:23Speaker 2: And angry dad was just like, no, this isn't right. Like,
- 59:27Speaker 2: I paid for this seat and da-da-da. And I'm like,
- 59:30Speaker 2: what is going on? So then they go, I'm so sorry.
- 59:33Speaker 2: We're going to have to deplane.
- 59:34Speaker 6: Oh.
- 59:35Speaker 2: And I'm like, no motherfucker. Like I've been in Oregon
- 59:38Speaker 2: for three days. This is last night. We're already landing
- 59:40Speaker 2: at like eight 30. I'm like, this is going to
- 59:42Speaker 2: make it like midnight. Right. So, and we're coming into
- 59:45Speaker 2: the store.
- 59:46Speaker 5: Right.
- 59:46Speaker 2: So I get up and fly to town. It's like,
- 59:49Speaker 2: what are you doing? I'm like, they just said for
- 59:50Speaker 2: us to deplane. She's like, oh no, no, no. The
- 59:52Speaker 2: cops are coming now. So then the cops come and
- 59:56Speaker 2: they're just like, you got to get off to the
- 59:59Speaker 2: two dads and the two boys. And I'm like, wait, what?
- 1:00:02Speaker 2: what happened and why are they so mad? So then
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: the one guy leaves, the one dad with the one twin,
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: and then the other one comes and he's got all
- 1:00:09Speaker 2: these bags and he's like, sorry if my bag hits you,
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: but these are my bags and dah, dah, dah. And
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: so then he goes, goes through with the baby and
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: they get off. And so then I'm like, so I
- 1:00:20Speaker 2: figured out what happened.
- 1:00:21Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:00:21Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: They did buy four seats.
- 1:00:24Speaker 5: Okay.
- 1:00:25Speaker 2: So each kid had out. And so then he wanted
- 1:00:28Speaker 2: four carry ons, but they said, while we were waiting,
- 1:00:33Speaker 2: And this is the last– they said over and over,
- 1:00:34Speaker 2: it's a full flight. If you're in group C or D,
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: which they were, you're going to have to check in
- 1:00:40Speaker 2: your check-in bags now.
- 1:00:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:00:42Speaker 2: And they were like, no, probably because they have like
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: a lot of kid stuff. So he was like, no,
- 1:00:46Speaker 2: I paid for these seats. No. But they can't help
- 1:00:48Speaker 2: it if there's no room.
- 1:00:49Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: And then mean dad got mean to the– nasty to
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: the flight attendant. And she was like, F off. I
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: don't care if you have kids. You're rude to me.
- 1:00:58Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: Screw you, dude. Get off the plane. And all I
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: could think about was like, oh, my God. Now you
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: have two one and a half year olds in an
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: airport in an airport after you've already been there for
- 1:01:09Speaker 2: two hours. And now you've got to try to find
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: a flight and you can't go back on Alaska probably
- 1:01:14Speaker 2: because now you're probably banned. Listen to anybody on a plane.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: This is not a restaurant. The customer is not always right. No.
- 1:01:23Speaker 2: Shut the fuck up.
- 1:01:25Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01:26Speaker 2: I don't care what they do to you. I don't
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: care if they move you from your seat. Like, even
- 1:01:30Speaker 2: if I paid for a seat and they were like, move,
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: I'd just be like, let me just document it. Let
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: me talk about it on Juicy Scoop the next day.
- 1:01:37Speaker 6: There you go.
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: Maybe I'll get a free ticket. Just get me the
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: fuck home.
- 1:01:39Speaker 6: Wow.
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: Like, even if you're right, people.
- 1:01:43Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:01:44Speaker 2: Don't think that you're going to win. Ten minutes before
- 1:01:48Speaker 2: a flight comes off.
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: You're not going to win. It's funny when you said that.
- 1:01:51Speaker 4: I just had PTSD of me moving to L.A. last year,
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: and I was flying with seven duffel bags, one dog
- 1:01:57Speaker 4: at the time, my dog who passed away. And I
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: had this carry-on that was like a small luggage, you know,
- 1:02:02Speaker 4: that was a carry-on. And they said, oh, you have to.
- 1:02:06Speaker 4: And we had already missed a flight. That's the best.
- 1:02:07Speaker 4: We already missed one flight.
- 1:02:09Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:02:10Speaker 4: So this is like four hours later. I'm drunk, and
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: I had to put it up top. I was going
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: to put it up top. They said we have to
- 1:02:15Speaker 4: check it. And it had my jewelry in it and
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: like my stuff for my grandmother, like anything good in
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: my life was in that bag. And I was like,
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: I just started sobbing. And I was like, you can't
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: take this bag away from me.
- 1:02:24Speaker 2: Like I need it. I'm moving. I need it.
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: And they took it and they checked it and I'm
- 1:02:28Speaker 4: still sitting there sobbing. And this one nice flight attendant,
- 1:02:31Speaker 4: he came over to me and he was like, what's
- 1:02:32Speaker 4: your favorite cocktail?
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: I was like, I don't know, old fashioned.
- 1:02:36Speaker 4: And he gave me like four drinks. I was a
- 1:02:38Speaker 4: mess the whole flight. I cried, but I was drinking.
- 1:02:41Speaker 4: So I was like even more emotional. It was anyway,
- 1:02:43Speaker 4: he was very nice, but I didn't win. I didn't
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: get to keep the bag.
- 1:02:47Speaker 2: You are not going to win.
- 1:02:49Speaker 5: Nope.
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: Not in an airline. You also learned.
- 1:02:51Speaker 6: What?
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: I just decided this this year in all my traveling
- 1:02:54Speaker 2: of standup. I used to always want to have a
- 1:02:57Speaker 2: carry-on because I was like, God forbid they lose my
- 1:03:01Speaker 2: thing and I got to look cute tonight.
- 1:03:02Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: And I want my special jeans and my whatever. Once
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: I just relinquished that and took one big bag that
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: I could like keep shit on a hanger and check it.
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: So freeing.
- 1:03:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:03:18Speaker 2: And I just am like, if it gets lost, it
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: gets lost. I walk out, I have a great fucking story.
- 1:03:24Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:03:24Speaker 4: That's so true. I've never not checked a bag. I
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: don't care if it's a day or two. I love checking.
- 1:03:30Speaker 4: I have to check a bag and then just be
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: free in the airport to like buy candy, walk around.
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: I can't believe all these years that I was like
- 1:03:38Speaker 2: pulling the thing like so or I would if I
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: checked a bag. Yeah, I'd make sure like I had
- 1:03:43Speaker 2: my badges in this bag and I had this and then,
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: you know, everything I needed to perform. And I used
- 1:03:49Speaker 2: to give away like reusable straws.
- 1:03:51Speaker 4: Yeah, of course. Why wouldn't you? I would love to read.
- 1:03:57Speaker 4: I need a reusable straw.
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: I mean, it's so great to be like, what was
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: I thinking? Like a guy would ever care. You were progressive.
- 1:04:03Speaker 4: That's what you were thinking. You were like, the environment
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: is fucked. I'm going to give reusable straws as my merch.
- 1:04:10Speaker 2: Sometimes I'm so jealous of Guy comics. You do a lot.
- 1:04:12Speaker 2: So you do stand-up.
- 1:04:13Speaker 4: I do stand-up, yeah.
- 1:04:14Speaker 2: Do you have dates you want to tell us about?
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: Anything coming up?
- 1:04:17Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm hosting.
- 1:04:18Speaker 2: You know what?
- 1:04:18Speaker 4: I'm doing a fun brunch show. I hate stand-up in
- 1:04:21Speaker 4: the day, but this sounded fun because it's at City
- 1:04:22Speaker 4: Winery in New York City.
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: And we have good people on it.
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: I've performed there. It's a great place.
- 1:04:26Speaker 4: Yeah, it's a good venue. I love doing shows there.
- 1:04:28Speaker 4: So they were like, you want to do a 2
- 1:04:29Speaker 4: o'clock brunch show? I was like, yeah, sure. It's February 24th.
- 1:04:33Speaker 4: So come.
- 1:04:34Speaker 2: I think that is great.
- 1:04:36Speaker 4: I think shows in the day.
- 1:04:40Speaker 2: It's where it's at. Really?
- 1:04:41Speaker 4: I think after the pandemic, yes.
- 1:04:43Speaker 2: Or earlier. Like I just told my agent, let me know, people.
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: I get gigs and then we sell out the first one.
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: And then if there's an option for a second, I
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: already told him, I go, if I get to a
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: place that I sold it out quick enough that I
- 1:04:59Speaker 2: feel confident I can sell it the second.
- 1:05:01Speaker 5: Right.
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: I'm like, I think we'd rather do it at 5
- 1:05:04Speaker 2: than 9.30. Okay. Because at 5, ladies can come, they
- 1:05:09Speaker 2: can have dinner, and they can still be in their
- 1:05:11Speaker 2: bed by 9. I like that. I think even for
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: millennials and stuff, people are just not into going out
- 1:05:17Speaker 2: late anymore.
- 1:05:18Speaker 4: No, they're not. There was an article. It was like
- 1:05:20Speaker 4: 6 p.m. is the new 8 p.m.
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: Reservation.
- 1:05:22Speaker 4: And I was like, yeah, kind of. I like going
- 1:05:24Speaker 4: out early and being like, oh, my God, it's like
- 1:05:26Speaker 4: 9 o'clock and I can just do nothing the rest
- 1:05:28Speaker 4: of the night. That's so nice.
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: Yeah. I don't know. And then also when you go
- 1:05:32Speaker 2: out too late, there's that time that you like might
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: go home and have that time to take a nap.
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: That's really bad. The nap before getting cute, especially if
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: the weather's not nice. Good fucking luck.
- 1:05:48Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:05:48Speaker 4: You're never going to make it out.
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: No, you're not. That's why I do like a six
- 1:05:52Speaker 2: o'clock dinner or whatever. Yeah. I, yeah, I, I love it.
- 1:05:57Speaker 4: I love, I think this is a post pandemic world, though,
- 1:06:01Speaker 4: like we're like, you know, 10 o'clock used to be like, yeah,
- 1:06:03Speaker 4: I'd eat dinner at 10 or I'd go to a
- 1:06:04Speaker 4: show at 10 or I'll do an 11 o'clock spot
- 1:06:07Speaker 4: on a show. And now I'm like, that feels so late.
- 1:06:10Speaker 4: Like if I were the audience, I wouldn't want to
- 1:06:13Speaker 4: be there at that hour unless it's like a Saturday
- 1:06:15Speaker 4: night and it's like, you know, a great weekend.
- 1:06:17Speaker 6: I don't know.
- 1:06:17Speaker 4: Nice weather.
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: But like, yeah, I just.
- 1:06:20Speaker 2: But then there also is something kind of great when
- 1:06:22Speaker 2: you do go out and like really rip it.
- 1:06:24Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:06:24Speaker 2: And you got drunk, provided you have nothing the next day.
- 1:06:28Speaker 6: Sure.
- 1:06:28Speaker 2: And then you wake up and you like a little hungover,
- 1:06:31Speaker 2: a little dry mouth. And you're like, I did it.
- 1:06:34Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: I did it.
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: You're like, I'm cool again.
- 1:06:36Speaker 2: I ripped it. I was not asleep till 145. That's
- 1:06:41Speaker 2: how great it was.
- 1:06:42Speaker 5: You know what I mean? Yeah.
- 1:06:43Speaker 2: Got to bring that back.
- 1:06:44Speaker 4: That's me every night right now with these dogs who
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: are on East Coast time. I'm like. I go to
- 1:06:48Speaker 4: bed at 1 and I'm like, oh, my God, they're
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: crying and it's only 4. That's three hours of sleep.
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: Like how did new mother– how do new mothers do it?
- 1:06:55Speaker 2: How do they do it? I don't know. I think
- 1:06:57Speaker 2: that with the twins that you have– My twins. Have
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: you thought of a co-sleeper?
- 1:07:06Speaker 4: A co-sleeper?
- 1:07:07Speaker 2: Well, you know, I saw this for humans and I
- 1:07:10Speaker 2: thought this could be really good for dogs too.
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: What is your program? Please sign me up.
- 1:07:16Speaker 2: You– It's like a little crib that you put under
- 1:07:20Speaker 2: your mattress that's right next to you. So they're not
- 1:07:22Speaker 2: in your bed.
- 1:07:23Speaker 6: Yeah.
- 1:07:24Speaker 2: But they're right next to you.
- 1:07:25Speaker 4: Okay.
- 1:07:26Speaker 2: So then you can just reach over and rub them. Yeah.
- 1:07:31Speaker 4: I have them in two rooms away and they're still
- 1:07:33Speaker 4: bothering me.
- 1:07:35Speaker 2: Oh.
- 1:07:36Speaker 4: They're in their crates right now.
- 1:07:37Speaker 2: You're one of those mothers.
- 1:07:38Speaker 4: I don't want them to like shit in my room
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: or anything.
- 1:07:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: I'm one of those.
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: You do dog carriers on your body? No.
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: I do like a bag.
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: Oh.
- 1:07:47Speaker 4: My boyfriend does those and they love it.
- 1:07:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:07:49Speaker 4: He's like really a good parent. I'm like not a
- 1:07:52Speaker 4: good dog owner. I think that's my next like comedy thing.
- 1:07:55Speaker 4: My special should be like bad dog mom. You know
- 1:07:57Speaker 4: what I mean?
- 1:07:58Speaker 2: I just want to see somebody when they go to
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: pick up their dog do that thing where it's like
- 1:08:02Speaker 2: they have the pink and blue like blankie and then
- 1:08:07Speaker 2: you have to take off your shirt like in the hospital.
- 1:08:10Speaker 2: Just pull tits out and you're just like. And you
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: just have to take one. And the men do, too.
- 1:08:15Speaker 2: You know, like men now do it with their babies.
- 1:08:17Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: And I really need someone to do that.
- 1:08:20Speaker 4: I'll do that for you. I actually did that this morning, honestly. Like,
- 1:08:23Speaker 4: not on purpose. But they were like, I was like,
- 1:08:26Speaker 4: what do we do?
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: They ate.
- 1:08:27Speaker 4: Let's just put them on our chest and see if
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: they'll fall asleep. And we slept for an hour in
- 1:08:30Speaker 4: the bed like that. And I was like, oh, my God.
- 1:08:33Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:08:33Speaker 4: Is this what I have to do? Do they have
- 1:08:34Speaker 4: to sleep with me?
- 1:08:35Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:08:36Speaker 4: They'll sleep with me eventually.
- 1:08:38Speaker 2: My dog. Do you think you're going to get married?
- 1:08:40Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: At some point. When I can afford the whole wedding.
- 1:08:44Speaker 4: When I can just- Oh, you want a big shebang.
- 1:08:45Speaker 4: I want a big shebang.
- 1:08:46Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:08:46Speaker 2: I grew up- Do you want bridesmaids?
- 1:08:48Speaker 5: No. No.
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: I don't care about any of that stuff. But like
- 1:08:51Speaker 4: my bat mitzvah was like a wedding. You know what
- 1:08:53Speaker 4: I mean?
- 1:08:54Speaker 2: Like I like- How much money did you get for that?
- 1:08:56Speaker 4: For my bat mitzvah?
- 1:08:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:08:57Speaker 4: I don't remember. I have no idea how much money
- 1:08:59Speaker 4: I got.
- 1:09:00Speaker 5: Got.
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: I don't even know where it went.
- 1:09:01Speaker 2: Did it go by to your college or you don't know?
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: Probably.
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: It probably did. Or my parents took it and I
- 1:09:06Speaker 4: should just hit them up and be like, hey, what
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: happened to that bat mitzvah money? I did sell every
- 1:09:10Speaker 4: piece of Tiffany's jewelry I got for my bat mitzvah.
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: I just remember it was like I had a couple
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: Jewish friends and they had their bat mitzvah, which was
- 1:09:18Speaker 2: just like, you know, at a hotel.
- 1:09:20Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: And DJ and everything. And at that time, Catholics got confirmation.
- 1:09:26Speaker 2: Now they moved it up to 16, which is just.
- 1:09:29Speaker 2: Such a mistake because you just used to do it
- 1:09:31Speaker 2: your eighth grade year at the Catholic school and just
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: everybody did it. Even though they said you didn't have
- 1:09:35Speaker 2: to do it, you're like, well, you're going to be
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: the one like weird atheist that doesn't do it. So,
- 1:09:40Speaker 2: but literally like no party, no gift. And I'm like,
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: this sucks.
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: Bullshit.
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: Yeah. This really is not the same.
- 1:09:49Speaker 4: This is really just a fashion show and people hand
- 1:09:51Speaker 4: you gifts because you're like dressed in a cool dress.
- 1:09:54Speaker 2: I don't know. Yes.
- 1:09:55Speaker 4: It's not much more. But I don't know. I want
- 1:09:58Speaker 4: to have a wedding at some point. But I don't know.
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: People have given up. We've been together for so long.
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: How long have you been? Eight years. Oh, and you
- 1:10:06Speaker 2: guys were just doing the pookie thing.
- 1:10:08Speaker 4: We did the pookie thing.
- 1:10:09Speaker 2: Okay, so this couple, you guys went viral. And they
- 1:10:13Speaker 2: were just doing the showing off our outfits.
- 1:10:15Speaker 4: Yeah, like an outfit of the day.
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: But you know what also bugs me about TikTok? Some
- 1:10:21Speaker 2: person that just is like rich and then they're bored
- 1:10:24Speaker 2: housewife and they get on TikTok. TikTok. And they must
- 1:10:28Speaker 2: have hired somebody to help them do this.
- 1:10:30Speaker 5: Yes.
- 1:10:30Speaker 2: And so now they're doing the same thing that everyone
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: does where they take the earrings and they go. And
- 1:10:36Speaker 2: they like show the earrings and put them on. And
- 1:10:39Speaker 2: then they say, okay, you guys.
- 1:10:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:10:41Speaker 4: Uh-huh. She might ring.
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: They eat rings and the earrings. And so this girl
- 1:10:46Speaker 2: Pookie is from the South and her husband. And I
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: guess people were freaked out. Did they think he was
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: gay or something? Why were they freaked out for them?
- 1:10:52Speaker 2: He's like a robot.
- 1:10:53Speaker 4: They think she's like being held captive. They're all like,
- 1:10:56Speaker 4: blink twice if you're okay, Pookie. And he calls her Pookie.
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: And he like can't move. And he's like, this outfit
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: looks absolutely fabulous. But I think they were fine when
- 1:11:04Speaker 2: it went viral. But then they found out that she
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: went to the Antebellum party.
- 1:11:08Speaker 6: Oh.
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: That they would do in Southern colleges, which is, you know,
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: not a great theme.
- 1:11:15Speaker 4: No, I saw some TikTok.
- 1:11:16Speaker 2: Not a great time of history to be celebrating. No.
- 1:11:19Speaker 2: And so then she had to do a big apology.
- 1:11:21Speaker 2: Pookie went to the Kappa Sig party.
- 1:11:24Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:11:27Speaker 4: I was going to say, I saw some girl on
- 1:11:29Speaker 4: TikTok who was like, I went to college with Pookie,
- 1:11:32Speaker 4: and let me tell you, I have some photos. And
- 1:11:34Speaker 4: I was like, oh, man, they're all coming for her.
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: And then they're like, Pookie's been canceled.
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: I'm like, canceled for what?
- 1:11:40Speaker 2: Was she going on a tour with the opening for
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: J-Lo I didn't know about?
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: It's fine. I'm obsessed with the videos.
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: She's not going to go away.
- 1:11:50Speaker 4: No.
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: She did the right thing.
- 1:11:52Speaker 4: No, they're in Aspen today. I was dumb.
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: I went to this party. I was invited.
- 1:11:57Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:11:59Speaker 4: She's like, I didn't pick the theme. I just participated.
- 1:12:03Speaker 2: At this point, along with if you said something shitty—
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: About a celebrity on a podcast, but you actually are
- 1:12:13Speaker 2: like going to be in a movie next week. Like
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: you have a good agent. I say you got to
- 1:12:17Speaker 2: come clean with all of it. Yeah. Right now.
- 1:12:20Speaker 4: I think so.
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: You say, hey, if somebody finds it and a few
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: people on the internet get angry about it, I don't know.
- 1:12:29Speaker 2: Own it. Do you own it or is the new
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: advice to be ignore it? No. I think, well, I
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: think in some cases it's okay to ignore it.
- 1:12:39Speaker 4: Yeah, it depends what it is.
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: Because I kind of feel like if you ignore it,
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: it might be gone. Sometimes I think it feels like
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: it's such a bigger thing because it's happening to you.
- 1:12:49Speaker 2: And then when you realize that not even your close
- 1:12:52Speaker 2: friends knew that people were coming for you because you
- 1:12:56Speaker 2: said something they didn't like. And you're like, to you,
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: you feel like I'm getting canceled. My life's over. But
- 1:13:02Speaker 2: then I'm like, and then so you go and defend it,
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: but then you don't defend it right. I mean, it's
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: one thing to be like have page six write about it.
- 1:13:09Speaker 2: And then there's another where it's like a smaller.
- 1:13:11Speaker 4: A Reddit group. Yeah.
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: Like it's a smaller thing like that.
- 1:13:15Speaker 4: Twitter.
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: Now I kind of feel like my attitude has changed.
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: I almost feel like sometimes I think it's okay to
- 1:13:21Speaker 2: just like.
- 1:13:23Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: Ignore it. Whatever.
- 1:13:24Speaker 4: Who cares?
- 1:13:25Speaker 2: Yeah, whatever. Who cares? There's my top.
- 1:13:27Speaker 4: It's so cute.
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: Tell everybody again where they can follow you and find
- 1:13:31Speaker 2: you and see you in person.
