- 0:00If for any reason there is more demand than supply, the prices will tank because people will not want to bring in their bids. But at the same time, for any reason, if the demand is more than the supply, then prices will rise. That reality is enough to remind you that you cannot just jump into the market and buy because everything is green, green, green, green, green.
- 0:27you have to remember and ask yourself, why am I buying into this stock? On my own part, why I had more than 30% of my portfolio on what I would call my defense stocks, companies that I know that, I mean, as long as Nigeria does not go out of communications, MCM will always be needed. Aradel has proven to be somebody who can match, who can do something good.
- 0:58irrespective of the recent sale, which has come about because some people are trying to offload because they probably have left their, what's the name, their lock period, what do they call that period, whereby they have to go into lock before they can buy a sale. So don't take away the fact that the company books look good. Don't take that fact away. Now compare that to somebody who then decides that, without mentioning names, a member stock, one of these stocks that are...
- 1:25i mean you have it there was a company or was it last year who they have they made easily than a millionaire as a very neutral the whole year but you see the stock price moving on the market that's the identity of people who have that as much as 60 percent of their portfolio while the solid companies are you know so question is are you here because you are trying to gamble or you are here because you want to um put yourself in a position whereby
- 1:53in a few years, in a few months, you can live well off your investments. I mean, there are people who now are collecting dividends worth the amount they paid for as unit price a couple of four or five years ago. People who are collecting NACO and all of that, they've already bought in their single unit figure, their lower double unit figure, who are now collecting dividends.
- 2:16that has covered what they paid in the first instance. So that's the question one needs to ask themselves. What are you here for? Are you here to gamble? Are you here to actually invest so that in the next couple of years, your dividend return, if at all you are buying for dividend sake, your dividend returns can cater for your, what's the name, for your important things or the capital appreciation is such that you can go to bed and retire and all of that. So that's just the reality from this period. And I'm using it to sort of...
- 2:46play out some of the stocks that I saw were more less like gamble. I've been using it to, you know, DCA my defense stocks, DCA the events. By the time the market stabilizes back and I have more liquidity, I can then jump back into the gamble stocks, stocks that I know can be influenced and whatever. But no, I'm making those ones a larger percentage of my portfolio. It has to be clarity of thoughts and thoughts. That's my takeaway from this video. And it just reinforces the jazz.
- 3:16one has planned and you cannot just be a gambler as you said yeah thank you well very very beautiful submission um you know anytime call always speak i always like try to listen and you know take one or two things because at least he has always he does not speak every time so i take note of um most things that he says and i hope everyone so he's also um taking you know um
- 3:46um he said favor you wanted to say something go ahead yeah sure before i before i sorry before before i go into today's uh you know today's um you know show um i would i want you to i want to listen to everybody i want to know what people are feeling and going through because it doesn't make sense that we keep on here and us
- 4:18you know just come and present and everybody goes this is more or less like a family to me and this is our family call our someone so i want to hear you guys tell me so that we know i know from where how you guys converse that's when i draw inspiration from um you know even new topics as to what we're going to discuss so that's how i draw my inspiration it's not that i come here i prepare for any topic and garbage nah so anyways
- 4:54When everything came down this last month, like during June, my portfolio went down like I won. Like I've learned now that maybe I'll be buying like B2B during regular months. When I see dips, I can go aggressive and put a lot of money into it.
- 5:37okay okay um okay that's good um i want to also
- 5:57i don't want the regular source new people what they've been facing and just talk to me you know it's very important to have it's very important to have this kind of conversation so what's the next hello so can everybody hear me yeah we can hear you can i go sure go ahead go ahead um okay i started them investing last last year last year november december
- 6:44So I purchased, okay, I will just talk about Aradel. I have some other stocks. The largest of my portfolio is Aradel. And the run this year, you know, I'm new to it. So the run this year was interesting. Up to the stage of last month, which everything started going down. And it's a new experience.
- 7:13i was um pained that with all the run that i had and i didn't even take any profits yes i'm investing for the long run but i was still pained so it seems as if um as if he's not going to go back up again so you know i started playing on this calculation in my head that if i had them even taking part of the profit again i can see maybe use it
- 7:44i can't sorry okay yes i get the fact that i'm seeing your profit school well you know again you said you're using two words two contractors say well investor trader you know a trailer i would have yeah it is all about 30 percent like me even more by 30 40 percent and i've got it i asked myself okay i've got into my level i take my problem
- 8:10now we're talking about an hour that i okay you are investing for the long run i don't think you should be paying without because the profits um from some of the profits but went and uh i i feel like you should again when you're on our live session if you're on live session you should also ask me very very i mean for those that missed the live session on youtube um our youtube live session the critical
- 8:38the uh critical warrior um live session please go watch that live session um i don't think you should be hungry that i rather went down you should be you shouldn't be happy that you could average down your cost if you bought um at your price to have a very good um good average cost
- 9:01because again as an investor you you need a conviction of this company in the next two to three years what's your time horizon for this company why how long are you investing okay i'll talk about that during the course the general state but you can go ahead all i was just trying to say is don't contradict you being a trader and an investor and you're not saying oh yes they should have taken something no they are no longer investing yeah already trading you know and if you say okay oh
- 9:30with how that will be balanced like there's a difference between rebalancing the portfolio and um you know taking profit because you think that's a model good and all those things that's not you trading again i mean sorry that's what you invest in again you're already like a trader like me i could be a trader um that's why i have different portfolio trading portfolio
- 9:53an investment portfolio i do not i have not i can't even but let me bust you guys and i've not checked my investment portfolio for over two months i go and i make some purchases this coming week so i might have to just look at it and you know i'll be okay maybe taking some um let's take proper and then okay um yeah maybe what i should have used is a rebalance
- 10:18It's not as if I'm taking profit like spending the money or anything. Even if I sell part of it, I will still invest it back. So it's just trying to say like maybe using the money to selling it when it's high and buying more when it's low. But I know that it's more like trading, I guess. So I can't even do that.
- 10:48um so but i've come to realize that um if i'm investing for a long time i just have to overlook all this and and just um accept it when it goes down and try and just uh buy more when it's good when it's good now so this is a new experience for me but um i'm learning from it and also i also joined your live yesterday
- 11:18it was a lot of a blessing from you guys you guys are really doing a lot you are not me say so many things about um the the stocks that we can go into um like maybe insurance stocks and all those stuff so it was is is quite a good and good experience for me so that's my part thank you
- 11:48okay i need two more persons before we we we go ahead so go ahead yeah so two more persons and i need it to be ladies ladies only two more persons two more persons two more persons ladies one lady one guy guys let's not waste time we have a lot to talk about can i talk sure yeah cool you can go ahead so for me um
- 12:56This kind of, will I say, correction, have actually taught me a lesson. So I started investing, that was last year, February. So for me, after I got to know about Nigerian stock market in 2024, but I didn't start investing. So I first of all took my time to learn.
- 13:25and understand how the market works. And that was even before I got to meet you on Twitter, before following and joining this group. But last year, February, that was when I started investing. And before then, I was into cryptocurrency. So I kind of moved and channeled my energy towards Nigerian market. But I was, not I was, I'm still a long-term investor.
- 13:55So then when I met your group, and then I started learning about trading, and I was like, okay, since the strategy is different, let me just continue learning to see how the trading works. And last month, I decided to allocate a small capital to trading. The first one I bought was Deep Cap. And then before the correction started,
- 14:25But my annoyance was there is no fresh fund to, you know, average down. That is what is pending me. So I decided, okay, that probably my strategy will be to have at least 30% of my entire portfolio in cash whenever I have cash available. So that when such opportunity presents itself again, I should be able to, you know, take advantage and then.
- 14:52put 50% allocation on trading and new profit I get from trading to invest in my long-term portfolio since markets will always come down to, you know, whenever there is a runoff, there's always be an opportunity to come down. So I think I want to be 50-50 in both trading 50% and long-term investment as well, 50%. Beautiful. Okay.
- 15:25good good you know again a lot of things and i always tell people that this is a marathon right it's a marathon and um it's not um something that you want to quickly cash in now or cashing out or you want to quickly do a lot of things on do you understand um okay one more question before we go into the main the main the main topic of today i mean we're going to talk about the general state of the market
- 15:55And then listen to you guys. You know, we talk about make some good conversation, you know, about this nonsense that these guys wrote. And these are the guys that want to send this market back again to where I don't know. Please, please, please. One more lady. I need a lady to talk, please. I need a lady. Why is it that you ladies are not? Come on now. Come on.
- 16:29I need a lady. I will not start to. If a lady does not unmute herself and not speak. Because I want to understand how a lady, I mean, how you women handle your emotions with this current market condition. How have you guys done it? How are you guys feeling? I know some of you that are married, you're just not getting more money from your husband. Hello. Go ahead.
- 17:01okay good afternoon everyone so okay let me start from i started investing i think last year june um the nigerian stock market but i just i started small so basically for me it's basically i've been averaging up and i like to say i'm a long-term investor but i think this um this this market downturn has um i don't know whether i don't know whether i'm actually a long-term investor
- 17:33well i just like saying it but yeah the market has taught me how to control my emotions the last time this thing happened was in october i think november when the tax issue came about and then because of it i had to sell off some of my small stocks that ended up going higher when the markets returned and so i learned a lesson in other i learned a lesson that when the market just goes down i should learn to control my emotions and hold on to what i have because
- 18:03it always goes back and it always goes higher and then you now have a lot of regrets that you sold early and that's what has helped me to manage this current situation most of these stocks i bought them early enough my price should have been lower but because i kept on averaging up my my prices now went up and so as the market is going down it's affecting me you will see my earlier buys were quite lower than what it was but because i kept on adding
- 18:32It just affected me. But I'm learning to manage my emotions by telling myself, oh, okay, it's a long-term thing. Wait for three years, wait for five years, it's going to return. And then I have people that I'm speaking to that are also encouraging me. It's not like I'm not afraid. I'm looking at Aradel and I'm like panicking. I've tried, okay, NACO, I entered NACO at a very high price. I've tried as much as possible to average down, but every day the market keeps giving me negative 10%. So I just stopped. I just told myself,
- 19:01i'll stop buying for now whatever cash i have i'll just save it when i see that the market is looking positive i might now start buying to add up hopefully the market doesn't reach my price before i have enough cash to average that that's basically what i'm telling myself so now i'm storing more of cash than buying equities okay thank you very much for uh wonderfully sharing your um so it's greatly appreciated and you don't know what this has been so
- 19:33a lot of ladies here that i always get to speak um i know that john john always speak um so if she has the opportunity to and she's not busy she'll share one one or two um thank you for sharing with everybody um i mean so i took a listen you know that was a smiley about something that you said so it's good you know i'm well done again for a long time i always tell people
- 20:02as long as you bought the right stuff and again there's no longer like i don't know how to put it just like the way i was telling people when i was 400 now for sure i was like this is a steel i i almost like i was there's this guy his name is kate i was always shouting it in his ear i said i don't know that was just the distance
- 20:34you know what i mean for four million there 100 000 that's and i know i know some of you have their money and i like and i was like see they were scared too when i was trading at um 800 it went as low as 400 or something right 400 and uh lost 50 percent of its value that was when it was listed and that confidence in me even for naku
- 21:03even for anything. Because, again, when you match the share prices to what these guys are doing in terms of fundamentals and you're doing the valuation, you ask yourself, you tell yourself the same thing. The numbers have upgraded. The rating has been done, like you said. And we share documents. There is no document that did not hit. All the valuation documents, and I'm going to work on one because of...
- 21:32you guys, me and my partner will do something, I mean, my PA, I mean, me and her will do something. It's just that I will check this thing and share with you guys again. All I'm just saying is, all of them were hit. Yes, now you ask yourself, where do I want to see this country in the next three years? As long as...
- 22:00other than has not come to tell us that oh they need to raise in equity no they don't need that that's why they did these structural loans structured dollar loans different um you know they use bonds and every other thing at the end of the day so all these things i look yes um i had to for those sorry what's up guys i'm not going to forgive you guys very soon um i
- 22:29i did the what i call it again i did the um i took my time writing um serious seriously on um on this thing i took my time writing on the single procession that you guys and you could see my phone in terms of how why harada well went down i mean and we saw um
- 22:57uh we know that it was from insider and every other thing you know and i was like okay instagram's doing all these things it doesn't make sense though that it should have been absorbed by you know should have been absorbed by let's say the um market makers so at the end of this um thing
- 23:25All these things, when the market comes back to where it is, you'll not even remember that this day happened. Anyways, let's quickly look at some things that happened in the market. But before that, these are the major things. I mean, this is one of the major things that pushed the market down. How many of you have gone through this document? How many of you have gone through this document? And who can give us a summary of it? Dave, have you?
- 24:06six page documents and basically all the document was talking about is why did they make any sense did they make any point because i don't think i just i saw any points so just a quick summary they talked about you know 50 the countries that i would have to see frontier markets i'd also mention the different classifications that they have unclassified
- 24:32frontier markets, I think emerging markets, the advanced emerging market and the developed market. Those are the major categories they have. And they also talked about, you know, what the T plus one sentiment was all about. And then they also talked about countries that have T plus one. And they also talked about what they feel, right, is the problem that fits.
- 24:53see right as with our t plus one sentiment and also be the reference to pakistan right and how can but can a party standard move to t plus one in february and how they are still on 50 um frontier market so the only concern they talked about which i feel that was not was not i had no sustenance to it right it was profounding but i feel like to talk a bit more around
- 25:18why FITC was worried about T plus one. The other thing they mentioned was pre-funding, right? And how pre-funding might be the reason why FITC was agitating and press us under our injury again, right? But that's pretty much what the entire six pages talk about, yeah. It was not that, they spent a lot of time thinking about the T plus one settlement, the FITC itself, and the various, and they had just one section where they just talked about pre-funding issue.
- 25:45and that was just it right so i feel like the document didn't really talk about why that pre-funding is a serious problem right the risk it presents it presents right to foreign investors right coming to the market and they talk about the nuances of the Nigerian of Nigeria itself right how you know t plus one affects foreigners i mean are you expecting them to paint the picture of where we'll be coming from where we are
- 26:09and why that pins the picture of concern right for the regulators but they didn't they didn't do justice to that that was my major concern there beautiful very very very beautiful um okay before i go ahead um okay before i go ahead oh also ready documents very important to have um also ready document just share one or two your two cents because this is a serious issue and um if
- 26:42These guys, after reading this nonsense that CIS wrote, and this is a so-called professional body, sorry to those that have the certification. And if this is what they come up with, a six-page journal, then I'm really, really, there's a problem in our educational system. So please, who read this document?
- 27:13come and share one or two things sorry this is again i want everybody to participate so who read the document who's going to share one or two things if you read the documents come and share it with us it's the only future that read this document let's go ahead um i i made sure that i shared the document before we had the meeting so i was thinking maybe people would have gone through the documents so for sure if you agree with me you know that the paper or the yeah the journal is more
- 28:18advocacy-driven than evidence-driven. Do you agree with me? These documents, they were just praising themselves and telling us the good things about T-plus-one settlements. They were advocating for this T-plus-one. Yes, I agree with you. So, it was more of the, let me prove my case, and you see this in more than evidence.
- 28:51Number one, Nigeria does not have that infrastructure to do the tip-off for foreigners. Yes, we might have the infrastructure in Ombrum. Of course, definitely we should have that. We have that infrastructure in Ombrum because it is narrow. But we are talking about dollars. So many people that need to be involved. Number one, CPM. Number two, what's the infrastructure that you are saying you perform? And one thing that people don't know is that
- 29:23custodians cannot be formed for the foreign rights the custodian does not act as a man custodian only acts on behalf if you don't have money which your custodian means you don't have money so you're not telling your custodians to form for you because i was hearing some kind of stupid arguments with some people like and i was like do you really understand what the meaning of a custodian or who a custodian is and we don't have that so it was
- 29:55it asserts that the um dvp that means um we were playing this is no longer clear for player we're defending against the player which now we have not answered the 50 index the 50 asked and showed concern and mainly the concern was more or less about how would the foreign guys participate if they are bringing in their money and their money has not settled
- 30:26c plus one me in nigeria yeah i've sold i've converted my money you you're still waiting for your money to to land into your custodian um account before you buy anything exactly and the concern i'm definitely most of these consultants
- 30:59then the major concern of the 15 days was okay the only question is whether london new york or asia based institutional investor can execute ngx trade and reliably complete fs transaction that is the middle major concern
- 31:28approval is very important because before you have when they're sending 15 million dollars of 30 million dollars to grab by an equity meaning the bank of that money where that money is coming from needs to approve cbn needs to check that money is going to be reported to so many efcc nfi and a lot of things so many checks like that money is not um terrorist driven you know any other thing yeah
- 31:58custodian instruction which is to take time and holding within c plus one without holding ideal narrow balance in advance that's the major concern they don't want to order exactly so and this is a professional body that did not capture
- 32:31this thing i asked myself about this thing i was so irritated you were praising yourself nobody's not saying you should not praise yourself but what can i read in this document nigerian history you are giving us historical this thing and at the end of the day you ask yourself again you gave us nigerian history he went to the benefits you know he never said anything you went to
- 33:07fix the result decision to defend and you have to cut and don't mind you and i just say i am under our own classifier so it's going to be bloody if these guys do not put us in that index wine trouble so you guys should um make sure that you are going to be a long-term investor in some of these companies and understanding the concern over pre-funding do you understand this thing this is where i was expecting them to kill hit the nail on the head
- 33:44and if there was they should they should have admitted that oh there was a problem and they are working on it not saying that it is a perfect zone did you read this part did they answer any question yeah because if you read this part if you read this part you you'll be like okay after understanding the content
- 34:17i was expecting to read that okay this is what you know ngx tbn csc has done right to be able to allow this one i had a problem regarding funding but i didn't see what about solutions right to that to be pre-funded from the media that they didn't talk about solutions they explained the problem very clearly everybody is just making what the funding means right but it did not answer the question right that the regulators is going to be asking like okay how will i be able to not perform
- 34:47this document does not answer our question anyway and that's what i said they said a lot of things right talked about sentiment talked about you know dpv another time but they didn't really talk about how we're going to tackle that before because i already talked to me that like okay as a foreigner if i'm reading this what what is the solution like that was missing entirely in the document so again takes me back to this part oh my word what is this what did i what have i done
- 35:39and it takes two years msci came and we failed now we are going to and these people want to send us back again to ajm and they want to send us back again to where i go from it to guarido
- 36:05i don't want many people to run away because it's the market this is where you see opportunities at a point that one must give it and it has shown clearly that our our market is still largely dependent how many of you agree with me let me come let me see how many people that are how many of you agree with me that our market is largely dependent on foreign on the foreign guys how many of you agree and i said it yesterday
- 36:42Whatever NGS is releasing about domestic institutions, domestic participants has increased. Yes, it has increased in 9 out of 10. But can they push the market? Somebody brings dollars, even just $1 million to buy a particular stock. Do you know what $1 million is into our economy? With the exchange rate.
- 37:12Guys, are you getting what I'm saying? That's why I always tell people, I don't trust, I mean, that's, I'm not saying that it's wrong. The document that NGS released, every month, I mean, every quarter, telling us institutional participation, just that 6% foreign participation, do you know, go and check the volume of 6% of foreign participation. And again, so many things that are wrongly reported in that document.
- 37:43especially number one aspirants because the aspirants that are breathing in money is not an error they use the fintech guys convert the money send it to their broker some of them will do five thousand pounds or five thousand dollars do you know how much is that and somebody is doing that maybe monthly i mean weekly i can call that person a domestic participant so that flows whatever data that ngx is doing
- 38:16Because they are also foreign participants. How many of you agree with me that they are also foreign participants? Hello. Am I the only one talking to myself? Are you guys still collecting? Not seeing so many injury. I'm also not seeing injury. Yeah, you are right. We agree. We agree. So, in as much as this T plus one, and you don't expect a foreign institution to be using Flutter Wave. They can't even use Flutter Wave. Even compliance will never allow.
- 38:59infrastructure to move somebody that is bringing in um 20 million dollars you think we want to kill them with charges we are moving about 20 million dollars via flutter with or any top um top institution even their providers
- 39:42the beauty of the crypto markets that's why i always laugh at people thinking that why we can beat all these things and everything somebody can just click
- 39:55five billion from his from his house and that money has gone to the person five billion you cannot try that in the traditional system you can't move one billion and the whole institution because do you know that that's a liquidity and i'm moving a liquidity out of a compact country i'm moving one billion dollars out of the particular economy cbn the federal reserve will flag it i'm just talking just think about it think about it you are moving five billion dollars out of a country
- 40:33There is no way, even the central bank governor would flag it. That transaction will be vetted by FBI, CIA before they approve it. That money is not going to that fund. It's going to a world it's supposed to go for. Come back to Nigeria that we have never used such infrastructure.
- 41:07come back to nigeria yes it can be good for for for us right it can be good for us for we locals but let's think outside the box in as much as we cannot do without these foreign guys that is what i want to tell you guys there's nothing you people will tell me because this data i see it every day you know who was dumping for the banking stocks now i'm seeing this poem um
- 41:43cbn framework and some of these banks will not pay dividend the main guys that will just enjoy this thing is it will be um that's why they don't even have too many foreign um partners on their board i mean on their district i'm coming back to the banks and i keep on saying it and they keep on proving me right this is not how we envisage the market to be and agama i don't know what did you
- 42:27i was a minister of finance even though i don't like the guy abubakar i mean the tax terrorist he's supposed to summon him why would you change c plus two to t plus one why who told you that we are complaining who told you that the market was complaining about why why are we so quick and there are other problems in the market not even transaction settlements
- 43:05with global practice and if you check in africa is the only nigeria that is doing t plus one south africa is t plus three i think i shared something on countries practicing their transaction settlements um cycle i shared it on the platform i look for that documentary and share again ask nigeria i mean ask our our people why have they not improved the markets even this t plus one let me post you there were issues
- 43:42But people did not know. I was one of the few persons too that had problems with my account. Before they started doing test run, I was part of them. I was part of the account that got affected. It took me one month before I could rectify it. But I never came to the platform to shout about it or talk about it. There were issues. There were issues year on year. But look at these people now, acting like an idiot.
- 44:22writing to us telling us that and everything is fine whereas when they started the team was doing when they were religious if the css does not lose money and you're joking they lose money sometimes again if by august ending if we start seeing movements that market continues to go down in july does know that the fpc result will will not log out at nigeria to the index except in my hands
- 45:07but hopefully I expect these regulators to be talking to the FITC guys I expect them to talk to them and you know explain like talk to them even it's not just talking to only the FITC and the Ruzel guys it's not just doing that also bringing all foreign customers all key stakeholders and have a meeting with them come we want to do this tip as well how
- 45:42Because I'm very sure that we have many people that are very reactive in this part of this world. We have a lot of people that are very, very reactive. What I would have expected them to do is have a one-on-one conversation with these guys. Because these are the guys that will actually move the money around from custodians, the foreign custodians, to the brokers. Apart from the foreign custodians.
- 46:12even for the key financial services that mean the guys that push this money like that do that does the debit and credit when they are moving this money sit down with them have a conversation with them look for something that works i mean that work for them i mean they'll use that to create a robust framework and they didn't do that i'm very sure the people that did this thing they were already thinking about nigerian or how to create their money and they said
- 46:43dg is working now this sec this dj that will keep put us in bear market if k is not taking same dg did you even send people to go to pakistan to go and learn how their own t plus one is all they do is send people to go and learn in new york stock exchange to go and learn what t plus one is how they do their transactional settlements we are not ready to tell ourselves the truth you know we are not ready to tell ourselves the truth even when
- 47:26Elon Musk was doing his spaces. I expected that NGS would have sent the key people, key operational guys to go and learn. And SCLCS, NGS, registrars, everybody would go there to take a cue from how the MJP Morgan conducted this thing and work with the market operators, capital market operators in the New York Stock Exchange. Understand how they did the crediting.
- 47:56Do you know how many people accounts were funded already? They were pre-funded already. It was only pre-funded before the bell rang and went off. I expected this is where business development money should be going into. But if you ask the nonsense Timmy guy, now I'm already pissed because that guy is just...
- 48:20It's docile. It does not speak. Like you asked yourself, why is it that we don't have so many unscrupulous elements leading positions? It's no longer about certificate or whether you have the certificate. When there is a problem in the market, there is nowhere to be found. When there is a problem in the market, how do you continue with that conscience? How do you continue to do such kind of thing? It's crazy. It's crazy.
- 49:02But when one person is going to do white party, you see some of the CEOs and plus the guy, plus the chairman of NGS, who have already set a trap for him, he should go there. People that you are regulating are going to go and do white party with them. But common problem, you can't fix common problem. And this is what always starts or leads to a bear market. Useless policy. Remember I told you guys, you can have a very good financial report.
- 49:34companies can have good earnings just start good energy release everything is fine economy macro economy is good you know and you know what happened next just wants to be testing that thing that is a god i want to disrupt the market do you understand with us with us snap and billions it happened in november and i told people november it was just tax problem
- 50:05And this regulator, you saw how Wale Edu came to the market quickly to come to doubt the tension. And they said they were looking to this capital gain tax thing. And the market was instantly, we had a reversal. The market got a reversal. And the market, in that week, gained almost, we claimed, I mean, we covered those losses. And I told people, I was telling people, go and buy, go and buy. These things, I'm telling people to go and buy. Because, man.
- 50:36This is why I always tell you guys, if I say Nigeria is volatile, do you not believe me that Nigeria is volatile? But when you go out of the market and you sell a loss, you lose. I always tell you guys, Nigeria is volatile. This is one volatile thing that is happening now. And everybody is scared. We are not scared. The only time I always want to live is maybe there is war. But for now, there are a lot of opportunities.
- 51:08So why are you scared selling? Oh, you want to take down 30 million Naira losses. Most fund managers or asset managers, their position is 10 Naira losses. Because these are stocks that they buy. Anything they want to sell. That's when they know that everything is over at the end. You know that everything is over at the end. You see how they're coming back to 700, 400 Naira. You see how they're coming back to probably 1,000 Naira. So you ask yourself this kind of question.
- 52:01sorry guys give me one minute give me one minute so you pass yourself all these things why are you running away from the market okay when you sell now what will you put the money what's gonna put it in there you are already late to sell you know now you're gonna put it in a bunch of 16 you know so that means all the teaching or all the things i've taught you uh on this platform i mean it does the comma for your other year same thing happened in november and people were scared
- 53:02I told them, go on, buy. They were still checking my conviction if I'm still holding some of these stocks. I'm still holding them. And I told you, I told you, I've told you guys my position. I'm holding Aradel. I'm holding Champion. I'm holding Linkashore. I've told you, yeah. Again, it's not financial advice. Nako. And I even got more. I think my average position for, my average cost for Nako is still around 500 or something. I mean, 600 or something.
- 53:36500 or 600 i have not checked first yeah so again sorry at the end of the day all these things like saying is that there are opportunities the only problem is these guys need to come and tell us in the market that oh this thing is a live and this nonsense t plus one create a framework for foreign guys that they can work with
- 54:11because it will be more more if this gas continues to double down and the truth is our market is not still yes you may have domestic participation largely but if you look at what the foreign transactions that is going on mbs go and check the mbs reports um last quarter do you know how much cap foreign um capital inflow importation the current capital invitation was a how much it was um
- 54:43seventy three five point three million dollars do you know how much that will be multiplied by one thousand three hundred and eighteen years multiply that by one thousand three hundred and eighteen years and you ask yourself again i am saying oh the foreign party stop listening to stupid like sorry to read the word stupid but they are stupid stop listening to them because we we can't do without these foreign guys in our markets and at the end of the day look at these guys pakistan and important nothing they said nothing
- 55:20um education if a professional body that does that that oversees this um
- 55:52the stock market the capital market can write this is pager paper and presented it to 50 rules there and not making any points then there's a problem lord of jesus there is a problem in our in our system so what are they not instilling to professionals that planned out this route six pager
- 56:26nothing and it was just like crossbow okay what are you writing nothing do you know what my md said when i shared that document with him this morning he said what are these guys saying like they they just they were rambling with no valid points that was what he just told me that was what my md said he said they were just rambling with nobody at the end of the day
- 57:07this document presented nothing and uh let me just go back to my screen and let's talk about some things let me share stop sharing these documents so i just wanted to touch on that and uh for us to have a valid uh you know conversation regarding that so this um again was one of the major costs for our markets um because those guys the foreign guys already know new
- 57:37and some of them were already like they're taking off some profits and all those things are waiting for the direct to sexual but for our they'll use it either i wrote a detailed analysis for them and i said it's how they like they will be in a local period for for six months so let's see we don't the eye property we won't buy you know our alarm to take profit but could that have been done very well well yeah it should it could have been done better if uh market makers were
- 58:08but they could have been done better but look at this huge sell-off look at this you sell off before it does need serious buy again and i don't even check what i wrote maybe you should read the analysis very well read the analysis you get what i've said this was money actually leaving the market and this one again that came but for now the major i don't think anybody wants to consume to sell the foreign guys i mean i said the local institution there's a little that they could
- 58:38the books you look over guys were buying and buying and buying and buying there's a lot there's literally you can do six months six month local period um could have been done better and uh this huge imbalance i see this as money printer and this is a very very good average entry point for anybody that have sense if you are buying here or you are buying in these books you are not losing anything buying here buying in this box
- 59:05um going back to 2000 i think um i don't go back to 2000 now you must be kidding um are there as new buyers definitely they're not waiting for dividend because the dividend will not give them a land i mean buy them one better plot of i mean buy them sweet land in a or property in a mordova or wherever so dividend lovers too i don't know i'm not trying to initiate dividend is good but
- 59:37It doesn't mean that ARADA is a bad thing. Now the valuation for ARADA is swinging too. ARADA is now trading, you know. ARADA is kind of cheap now. It's cheap. I have to redo my valuation again. Or now they look at their cash flow. I need to see that. Once they release their H1, so I will have a very, very, very big picture of using my EBITDA.
- 1:00:05Apart from that, I think I have some access. I mean, I have access to some key info that I might use. Maybe eventually, they'll be able to sell. But anyways, guys, for NGS Bank, let's just talk about NGS Bank. And again, they have a lot of problems. They have a lot of year-on-year problems. Remember my three people. Share your music.
- 1:00:42yeah so let's talk about uh ngsbnk right um again for ngsbnk you can see what i said about ngsbnk um the old schools i mean the old school framework or structure um is kind of um you know putting a lot of pressure on to these banks
- 1:01:08market some some of them already now ub is already telling you guys that they will pay dividend i don't know if you guys are still falling for the gimmicks are you falling for the gimmicks are you falling for the gimmicks maybe you shouldn't fall for the gimmicks um so ngs being kissed down by 17 percent and um it's looking like that if we don't get now if we don't get bounce now i expect like because see there's a reason why all these bounces always happen there's a like
- 1:01:36i expected that would go about at the 2009 points um region but we lose this level trust me ladies and gentlemen we're coming back to 1875 which is not going to it's not going to be good but i expect that we should consolidate here for like uh and i would start seeing my ngs bnk run back again to 2194 well it depends on what uh we're doing access bank depends on what access bank
- 1:02:05i said why am i calling this anytime difficult for us um maybe we're not going to because they've been they want uh you know propelling this this disease so again outdoor structure we need them to come out tell us clearly so they need to actually need to come and tell us how does um the framework would be
- 1:02:36and if it makes sense even um if markets will be happy with that but i don't think market is happy with that framework also um again i wrap up my submission with uh well what are you doing in ngs insurance so these are then maybe i'll just talk about industrials for oil and gas i've loved it so much i'm not talking about it oil and gas there's no issues oil and gas so um
- 1:03:08Any oil and gas that is not hedging oil price, knowing that, knowing fully well that Donald Trump, and because all these, all these wahala, and that place is not serious. So the oil markets will continue to be volatile under the United States. I mean, under this, under this new administration, I mean, under the, under this US administration, the oil markets will become volatile.
- 1:03:39For insurance, again, this is a very serious problem for insurance. Regulators were not proactive and it has been kind of crazy. Regulators are not doing anything. They cause these problems, NICOM especially.
- 1:04:10this index is down by 17 percent and everything so should we right should we um you know lose this level we'll be coming back again below the 1 000 points but doesn't mean that well let me tell you guys something about this insurance piece that i see people does miss like trying to throw sheets you know you can't proceed or bounce up name
- 1:04:35You know, when you are trying to protect your brand or your name or everything, you just keep quiet and listen. Especially, I'm talking to those folks on WhatsApp. And I hope your friends can pass my message to them. The truth is, because I just choose not to, you know, come down to your level to, you know, to talk money, I don't care. I see them, I just laugh and I smile because many of you just, you know, keep showing me that,
- 1:05:06You are not who I think you are because I feel like some of you, I was thinking maybe some of you are very smart or not smart. It just shows that you are not smart. And I overrated you because I was thinking you had something upstairs and you don't have something upstairs. So I see a lot of people trying to...
- 1:05:35um say oh thank you you call this and it's not really at this price or oh because somebody called this at one thousand three hundred which other there's never one thousand three hundred that oh because i said it was going to three thousand context always matter and i don't have to come every time to be explaining to people if you cannot sit down to read the analysis that i wrote no never did i even say you can't even
- 1:06:04it's simple say oh i'm already was going to direct direct one three thousand or regardless is going to this disease or tantalizes going to 10 10 10 now so again for those people sorry somebody's mic is wrong um so at the end of the day i love our people because they said oh these people said i am the
- 1:06:32and just insurance strong will be televised of course but there are problems there are also progress that we too we didn't factor in would you have factor in um 50 bringing that um latest info you know you can't you are not god and it shows that we are still humans was there any mistake no mistake because this again this still gives generational buying opportunities at the end of the day
- 1:07:00You know, we'll pick up this insurance. When the insurance, there's a clarity, like the acts, the acts is already clear. And people can make money from insurance companies. If everything, like all this capital nonsense is done, I can tell you for a fact that this industry will, I mean, this sector will be, eyes will be on them. Same insurance company that will tell you they don't have money.
- 1:07:31but when you want to buy them you start seeing they're running right now you want to go and do something this i'm even telling you i'm telling from the industry perspective we just completed um the rights of one private um insurance company which i led to the um the transaction did the right secular did a lot of things uh with my video of my team and everything when we told them they were not enjoying like they said they were really waiting for one of the major um
- 1:08:03majority share that will drop which is a government i'm not going to mention it so that you guys will know that research um you guys will know the point but when we when we went for the meeting we're like ah what we're hearing i'm not going to say too many things because i don't know he's going to play this video in future maybe 10 years but at the end of the day this company was like they they were like oh they are poor they are these then the guy goes today you know somebody who was spent trying to overtake him that's the end
- 1:08:34um different things does change the guy now started like he contacted us well this is this we have to show to the government that this is what they are doing and every other thing and the money that they were supposed to pay they didn't give them i mean it was even more than that what we know from the other team anyways if you think the insurance sector will not run i don't know what you're saying like this i can see yeah they give
- 1:09:07glorious opportunity yes it will take time it's going to be long but but when these guys are correcting and they are repricing back to where they are supposed to be repriced at many of them will just do easy 100 easy 100 easy 100 and it's not even 100 i'm looking at for most of these companies this these guys well um what i expect them like many of them again for you for instance you're looking at
- 1:09:36uh consolidated or mark some beautiful insurance companies and how they are um you know and how many of them as well they have strong fundamentals it's just that many of you have not just just taking your time to actually research and actually find out what these companies what the insurance companies are doing right now some of them are if you notice
- 1:10:09most insurance companies now the law i mean the acts require them to separate life and non-life insurance is a very is a money printer insurance is a money printer it's only in this part of the world i know that insurance companies are are strange in america we have so many numerous insurance companies that we buy them and they are happy so at the end of the day you will not be like
- 1:10:49we are not yet we are not yet to go to be right we are here to actually make money right like i always tell people we are here to make money not here to be right because when the moment you start saying oh i'm trying to be right it's the moment you miss the picture and you're here to be financially free it's not just making money generationally the stock market is a world creation
- 1:11:28it's a world uh you know well just think about it this from this conversation that we are having think about it in the next uh um next couple of months now you will say ah i think you said this i don't want to be here oh i suppose what action what was the action that you took apart from simple setting right because simple said it does not amount to you um generating wealth
- 1:12:04i don't want to yeah i want to say oh i took action and the benefits of that is the time to prioritize companies that you know that especially i'm buying a skill level and i love the question that somebody i'm going to ask me yesterday what would long-term investors what do you expect long-term investors should be doing in terms of them buying value stocks sometime should they be averaging down
- 1:12:36or should they hold, or should they panic sell? I said, no, okay, he said panic sell. I couldn't frame up the question very right. But at the end of the day, my answer to him was, long-term investors have been clamoring for cheap prices, cheaper prices, and cheaper valuation for these companies. And this is the best time to show that, to prove that loyalty, to prove that conviction that you had.
- 1:13:08that confirmed that oh because i've done my analysis all i see um so many nigerian investors so many nigerian investors do not have convictions they think that they can just analyze companies and they think oh because when market is going up yeah that's the best time to buy no you are buying somebody's exit price you don't even know maybe that person's um person's um validation maybe that person's target has it
- 1:13:38You don't know if this thing has hit or not. Or you don't know if that such person's target has been met. As a long-term investor, and I said it yesterday, and I'm going to say it here on this call. As a long-term investor, the best time to always top up is the best time when markets, we have this kind of condition. But if I ask many of you, oh, do you have cash? They say, oh, no cash. But what were you doing?
- 1:14:10You know, sometimes I always tell people, and a couple of, some of you that have reached out to me in my DMs, and I tell you, I'm not comfortable buying these prices. Maybe we should just hold. Or just, you know, just hard off or top off at that region. Because when the rest time comes, I'll let you know, I'll tell you who will go and load with everything that you have got. And again, there's a way you play this. Everybody with different strategies.
- 1:14:39especially for and i wrote an article for naku not many people took that article seriously did you see how many of you let me just ask you again how many of you saw that article played out especially for for those that bought at a higher price and all those things you saw that article played out that i said you know what i said it's sell parts like how many of you read the article and took like i'm very sure because if you had not if you did not read the article
- 1:15:07definitely you'll be under the water today and that bonus now is just going to be meaningless to you that's it that's it and that money that you if you are dreaded you could have bought um cheaper um today because i will never expect you to go back into the market and be buying that because the articles anyways guys this is just i'm it's not a blame you everybody is learning
- 1:15:45you know me so i'm learning i learned i learned from the best from the best you know and uh at the end of the day we are all here to help each other and this is why i'm always dedicating my sundays to you guys every day we discuss this even if our people it means that i even have a couple of meetings that line up after this meeting and we have these kind of conversations and um we discuss not everybody do these kind of things i do
- 1:16:19And this is to show that, again, we are all in. And again, let's go back to... I'm just talking generally now about markets. I forget about what... Insurance companies, again, like I said, if you are young, make sure that you are loading. At least now, at least you are loading at least. You must have one million units in some of these key companies. Just leave it. Just buy it. Maybe you have a portfolio.
- 1:16:47you know that okay with these three million goes it's nothing but yes it's a lot of money right you know but you are taking a gamble on this company i said oh okay five x 10 x that's what i want to do but they are serious now think about it again and i want to give you guys one idea like give you guys something um if you get something let me just tell you let me just give you something you know how much uh i rather can you buy
- 1:17:17Oh, I've already given you guys the answer and the explanation. So, watch where these guys, where the key guys in Arado, where would they be checking their money? Like some of these phones. I know that most of it will go into maybe buying a property or something. For somebody to sell that amount of money, that person is going to go into real estate or maybe a business that he or she or such person have. But look at those, you know, companies that they have affiliations with. And one of it, you already know the
- 1:17:49company i'm about to talk about and place in the insurance space go and check what they are doing if they are heavily buying in those kind of companies you don't have to wait but for somebody to not sell that particular steak i don't want to say anything anyways i've given you that script so at the end of the day these are the questions so these are the these are the things that you ask yourself um and
- 1:18:28you know you tell yourself that okay these are these as you're buying the blue chip stocks you ask me many many of them already are everything is priced you know and uh when you have this price uh you you take out you take advantage don't buy when market is already running out i see people like how can you buy my market is running out so shooting your average
- 1:18:57and you are dashing the market to your profit that you are getting at the same time hey thank you sorry at the same time you are now thinking i've given you guys one expo one the one expo i just gave you guys is that go and check what those guys are doing also there's another company so that is in the i'll not call this thing a particular guy is ruling is sitting on the board
- 1:19:28of a particular company and people know that their access to that company or their access to that company is that their access to that company is that person that is actually sitting down for them and fronting for them. I don't know what they want to do. I don't know what they want to achieve. I don't know how that is going to achieve. But I know that that company at a particular point in time, the other company that the guy is sitting down on the board would be.
- 1:19:58yeah i don't know would be job maybe an acquisition and trying to protect shareholders anyways again it's not financial advice anything i say i'm not saying that this is financial advice anyways any other question i think i would i dropped my pencil here i'll be my i'll stop speaking here
- 1:20:38So, any questions? Is there any questions? Sorry, can I ask a question? Please. Thank you again for your time and everything. Sorry, for the inch you gave now, is it the insurance sector? If you don't mind, I'm just trying to get an inch if possible. I know it's not financial advice.
- 1:21:53yes yes
- 1:22:07um amount i don't want to give a clue uh so you guys should have done that as i meant for you guys guys sitting out there and that company did a huge volume they did your new volume last week today and intentionally did not write okay i wrote about them on the group you said about them said about their key levels that company if you look at what they have in their total assets it doesn't make any sense that that is still trading at that
- 1:22:37at that valuation it doesn't make any sense because that company can actually sell let me know can actually say something and then and they say oh dumb and so and that company is that problem is going to be uh people access to that particular stuff and again and that would make it that could be a game changer once they do a share a share swap so again i'm not going to say too much about it maybe charles might
- 1:23:10sorry please what's the range of what they are selling at the moment surprise i'm not i'm not giving you any rich you know what that voice explained so again yeah inventory is crazy yeah it's crazy is you know the company this was a company that oh sorry i'm not going to talk about it you guys many people are like oh they started looking at the balance sheets oh look at the loan look at the debt that you want to go and collect
- 1:23:43you know my problem with people is that they think they know about the market and i'm not just making noise i'm not making us i'm talking from because i know the company i know these markets and i can say that i can beat my chest any day anytime i don't need to crunch
- 1:24:03I'll do my valuation, do all those normal textbook things that everybody's happy to do. But when people are selling, they're not thinking of valuation. They're thinking of protecting their funds. And that was what happened. And when I started laughing at it, people say, oh, Aradale valuation. They say, well, whereas somebody's selling because after six months, they've not approved. Anyways, apart from that, I do it. Basically, the sale of Aradale was...
- 1:24:33it's not consolidated okay that was okay the one i was talking about was corner consolidated the first one that's a clue they have 25 percent stake so watch something has been cooking in that company i don't know but even though i'm not cool with what their numbers are if i strip off their fx in that insurance company insurance company because you can't know the truth from them so um
- 1:25:10if you look at the price to sales of that company it's just so undervalued and when the appointment was done it was not said that that was when it was done i knew that something was true for him to be on that boat i knew that something
- 1:25:36Something has changed. And something has happened. Again, I love you guys. So I'm not a wicked. If it's WhatsApp, I will never tell them anything. WhatsApp, I've told them I'm fighting with them. So they should... I did not do a circle request session with them. So I only posted on here. I posted here, I mean, I posted on Twitter, on X. At least. They can go and check on my ex-family. So I'm not... I'm not...
- 1:26:09anyways i i've already i don't want to say too much but just think about it we said the same thing for one company two again and people were making noise i talked i spoke about charms i spoke about even the catalyst has still done well that's done well like as well within that three point four night but bandwidth i mean bandwidth and 4.65 is a serious uh correction um
- 1:26:38I spoke about the fertilizer. Some people said, oh, they were waiting for the fertilizer to get to 10. Because I told you that my target is 10. It does not mean that the price will run to 10. There's a difference between. You need to understand how technical analysis works. Right? So, I'm not saying that, oh, see you in the communities. You will never see me do that. If I tell you the target is 10, it does not mean that you can't play.
- 1:27:07you can play now you can play in the nearest future but it does not mean i have sold my positions are still intact on that analyzer even though yes i sold it when it went to 6.45 came back again thoughts more um on that value stocks i just spoke about wapco hbm i said something stellar if you know wow i was like telling people i can't buy like wapco at 3.7
- 1:27:54even though the valuation was sweet and nice but there was going to be correctional pullbacks so
- 1:28:00again at the point in time i took some lessons here that were up 60 70 percent i said i was going to sell and i'll buy what for convenience below 300 now and ladies and gentlemen if you read the analysis i said what who is trading below that 300 is yes i can start building a good position and i know that i want to buy a hundred thousand units i don't know i'm being back in my back game is around that region but by buying a hundred thousand years it cost me 20 something million now to buy
- 1:28:32training 29 million not buying it at the end that's four million five or 50 million that's 50 million means one place 500 naira for sure of course i believe in the hbm guys the oxen um the housing uh or how they call their name i believe in them what they are doing but buying a a wacko adam region then there was the initiates that i spread stuff i'm not going to talk about them like i said
- 1:29:02But if you like, even I like. Yeah, even I like. No, yeah. I think the initiative is cooking many things. Many things. And those buy. And I can beat myself that I buy. I expect to see directors' dealings, insiders' dealings. I expect to see that. Because definitely, they see, I mean, like confidence, hey, what's up, how you doing? Confidence, you know?
- 1:29:33At the end of the day, I don't know what to say. This is a company that has a trajectory to join the name board. Do you think they will continue to trade at these prices? No problem. I'm not saying you should go and buy. Don't go and put me out. I'm not saying you should go and buy. Just go and do your research. You know, NMIC, think about this. Who are the people that signed contracts with the government for NMIC stuff?
- 1:30:11who are they think about it which uh which platform will benefit i'm not going to talk about mtn everybody knows that mtn is the time well whichever price that is trading between 600 700 how much how many units can you acquire that's the media that you ask yourself for mtn what are they doing mtn is do something very few mtn is like our video or maybe i'll say or my no not my phone
- 1:30:41And you ask yourself, you say, okay, MTA. MTA is like it's national security for us. And whether I like it or not, MTA goes. And again, they've been able to pay off their foreign loans. So think about that. Jesus. Anyways, let's move away from that. What's the next? I was talking about, what's your name again? I was talking about one company. Who can remind me?
- 1:31:11i thought about something so with this nmic that's an assignment to him digital everybody keeps saying who are the companies on the exchange guys that you know you're talking about and again cbs spoke about data centers cbs spoke about uh there's a reason why cbs spoke about data center there was an event that um that they hosted them i think champs was part of those guys
- 1:31:39talk about this i was in that event but data centers and all those things like that if you don't know by the way mta has data center that is already functioning anyways um sorry sorry a question i'm thinking the big fours uh microsoft and co wouldn't they be thinking of coming also
- 1:32:04is it not better to support your own life i'm just thinking if they'll be yeah of course i don't think they want to come and build it it's a lot of papers yeah because i have them google has already started already google already but they will need to they need to they need to partner with not those same data centers doing something in terms of cloud so think about it if and if cbn is saying they don't want our data to be
- 1:32:32process outside nigeria again that all banks should retain or keep data of um you know of clients you know you know what that means you know what that means to people who think about it you know the likes of maybe who who is going to benefit from it for i think about is still the ice guys that will benefit so money is coming to them whether you are going to empty win maybe a chance
- 1:33:02maybe an e-transact. An e-transact, I expect them to be taking this gig for NMIC. I don't know their plan or what NMIC is. So a lot of things are happening in terms of the digital space. This AI, you know, AI, data storage, cloud storage, all these things like that. Start thinking. Now, this is a space that people have not really...
- 1:33:30understood especially the older ones they will never tell they will never have no think about putting money in those kind of problems because they'll they'll be what you don't see one kind of big chunk of revenue coming from that space for for these guys at the end of the day we are thinking an arbitrage should not an arbitrage is what people is not is an arbitrage for me i always tell people don't miss an arbitrage an arbitrage is when something is boring and it doesn't make sense
- 1:34:00and somebody saying why no money judge are they pay attention that's where you should start buying with all your life right load and say okay the best you say yes it was an arbitrage there was an arbitrage for tantalizer at one night there was an arbitrage for deep capital the same deep capital that many people insult today that they've changed their name to cmfc there was an arbitrage that returned to 11 there was liquid it was liquid i knew somebody that had 500 1 million in it
- 1:34:31and held from it he held to phone error he was even scared when it's done so all these things all these things again i don't know arbitrage when people are not interested in it and look at where this administration is going i bet you if that man wins even though i don't want him to win if that man wins you know what's coming to the mining space yes you say oh the mining there's no clarity or not there now there will be clarity because that guy needs money to continue to finance his foolish lifestyle
- 1:35:11and the other people that will continue to steal money and they need to start paying off those notes even wins so i don't know and you see some of your banks are already filing into that space say they want to start financing mining and this thing i mean i've said so many things let me just wrap it up any other question before i go away from there any question see you at later space if there's no question thank you thank you okay
- 1:35:48another question senko before you go so based on what i'm doing right now i'm researching based on the tips you're giving about this company i can see some two companies and i think i can see some of the companies that you had posted an article on during the week but those companies are not yet on the ngx neither are they on the nasd i don't know but my ask is i will go back to it right now
- 1:36:21and then i'll get you up in the dm but i am seeing i'm seeing charms and i'm seeing i'm seeing the possibility of the other company we've been speaking about yeah so that's why i i don't want to bring this one up yet i'm not going to that one should be offline don't worry that should be offline okay thank you yeah that's it i just confirmed again all right
- 1:36:50for chance let me just tell you guys what's going on go and go and check the insiders that is happening last week last week the company has been on fire like they've been over 200 million units i don't know what chance they've been sneaky that's my problem with them like don't come into the market to tell us what your what are you guys are cooking or you know stephen speaking anyways at the end of the day guys some of these companies that you think are dead
- 1:37:20that are doing something. They are not there to, let me tell you now, they are not there to, it's just because they did not just come to the market. There's one company, I'm not going to call their name. They got delisted by NGS. But they are not planning on getting relisted. But the problem was, the major problem why NGS got them delisted was because there's a minimum amount of capitalization you need to meet in terms of your book value.
- 1:37:50So NGS told them, go and meet that capitalization. Then we can come back and bring you back again to the market. I'm not going to call their name. Anyways, a lot. Do not, let me tell you, as from today, never ever in your life disrespect any company. Again, never in your life disrespect any company again because you don't know what they are doing. And when they bring these things back to the market, you see that they come and you
- 1:38:20you see somebody somebody that's a very no stupid person who invest billions of naira in a company no stupid person ask the truth never don't try it again i used to be part of those people that used to laugh at some of these companies yes i banned i can ban pants is different from you know now speaking directors trying to throw shades or at the company they don't laugh at you like at the end of the day people that are seeing what they are doing will what will get the benefits
- 1:38:52with the way things are going many companies are doing so many restructuring that and updating ngx and ngs you know does not mean the ngs staff cannot buy shares it's not and it's not illegal they can buy it can be this binder or they can't take pension managers from pension fund that will never come and tell you anything yeah because all these companies they go to them and they open all their secrets they are used to this pension guys this is it
- 1:39:23so we need you guys to come and give us money anyways i'm tired before you put me in trouble i'm almost saying anything again um any other question again doesn't mean that what is affecting our market is just external forces beyond our control it's not because companies are releasing bad results not because the macros the normal macros are bad no the macros are still fine and beautiful nice neat okay
- 1:39:56many people are coming they're piling it so but the major question the major forces that number one is the stupid policy and number two is a stupid policy of this t plus one and number two is all this this um please any question i want to go back anyways if there's no no question um i wish you guys a successful week let's see again we can have our meeting again for your own out okay right um so
- 1:40:29um so what do you think about this uh of course they already told us that uh the police and everything is under review do you think we should resend to t plus two or they should find a way around for those um foreign investors they need to find a way they will never i don't think they want to if they go back to t plus two that's another problem means that they do not think it's well understand foreign guys will not trust us so they need to find
- 1:40:56a way around it by building a proper framework, by working with the custodians, asking them, or maybe at the end of the day, maybe just foreign guys will not have another special, their own business T plus two tickets. And while the T plus one book, which does not make sense because they need to be convergent. So they need to be a proper framework by these guys. And this is a lesson to them. You don't rush to do something in isolation.
- 1:41:25of the main guys that are bringing this fx liquidity that's helping the market so they need to work together with these guys oh cheese people does need to come together we have a decent conversation and um draw a proper framework and everybody's happy and we eat we drink milk and uh or for those that take alcohol and the markets is fine
- 1:41:51For now, I don't know. I'm not panicking. I don't know why people are panicking. Why are you panicking? Have I swooned? Did I tell you that this thing? Like I said, Nigeria is very cheap. If I'm comparing the South African market to what's over $1.7 trillion or $2 trillion to somebody that is just doing $200 billion. We have never hit $200 billion. And many of you are panicking. We are below $100 billion. What are you guys, what are you saying now?
- 1:42:24at a point in time some people that think that they are mad they can't be mad forever that's the truth they will never be mad forever you can't be mad or madder than the market the market is the market it's either if things are not working there are some people who have to go or some people or they need to listen to what the market is saying
- 1:42:49as simple as abc thank you very much and have a wonderful day now please share the video bye
