  God to give you an encounter, ask him to visit

  Desire is a very important component in the Kingdom. But

  desire is not enough to produce the kind of people
• 2:52
  of an aggregated understanding that produces power, that produces a

  a true witness in the Kingdom. So here and there
• 3:04
  we have pieces of truths that we have gathered, some
• 3:06
  from salmons, some from preachers, some the structures that I
• 3:14
  used to make a building. You look at this building,
• 3:17
  for instance, you find out that there are a number
• 3:20
  of components that were in place. There was the foundation,
• 3:24
  there are places where castings happen. In this building, there
• 3:28
  is the zinc, the finishing, the esthetics, all of them
• 3:32
  had to be put strategically to produce a beautiful building.
• 3:37
  It matters the order and the formation to produce a building. Now,
• 3:41
  that's how we believe it is. Knowledge must be added
• 3:45
  to knowledge, but that with wisdom. Collosians three hundverse sixteen says,
• 3:50
  let the world of Christ dwell in you richly. Then
• 3:53
  it says in all wisdom. It matters that it dwells
• 3:57
  in wisdom. If the word of Christ wealth in you
• 4:00
  and is without wisdom, then you will find out that
• 4:04
  you have so many truths, but you do not know
• 4:07
  how to combine them to produce victory. Allelujah, praise God.

  Having access to truth is like a chef in the
• 4:16
  kitchen about to cook. Let's say you want to make
• 4:19
  fried rice or joel of rice. You can have the rice,
• 4:22
  and you can have all the ingredients, but three or
• 4:25
  four people can use the same ingredients the same kitchen
• 4:30
  and produce foods that are of various tastes. Are we together, orthers,
• 4:34
  It will be delight onme. You will be pleasant, Orthers. Sadly,
• 4:37
  it will be a disasters, same ingredients, same kitchen, same condition.

  The difference is the combination. That's how truth is. Line
• 4:46
  must be line upon line, precept upon precept, here, a
• 4:51
  little there, a little, So very quickly, I want to
• 4:54
  run for the minutes that we have. I want to
• 4:57
  show you a roadmap. I want to show you the
• 5:01
  road map that helps a believer to become a person
• 5:05
  of stature and power. I also want to show you
• 5:09
  the road map that can allow a person, a territory,
• 5:13
  or a generation to truly establish the Kingdom of God.
• 5:18
  I also want to show you, very briefly, the structure
• 5:22
  of God's program, his end time program. And I hope
• 5:26
  that we'll be able to discuss a few things with
• 5:28
  the time that we have. I hope you're interested in
• 5:31
  learning praise the name of the Lord. This is particularly
• 5:35
  important for those who are called into ministry. We have
• 5:40
  a very serious responsibility not only to help people find salvation,
• 5:46
  but to grow their spiritual understanding to a point where
• 5:50
  they become witnesses. Indeed, Allelujah, the spiritual quality, the quality
• 5:57
  of believers across any terror. It's a messless reflection of
• 6:03
  the depth and the strength of the spiritual voices. That
• 6:07
  train them. Let me say that again, the quality of
• 6:11
  believers in any territory will always be a reflection of
• 6:17
  the depth of spiritual understanding of the voices the leaders
• 6:23
  that train them. A man of God and a woman
• 6:26
  of God who is deep in spiritual things will produce
• 6:30
  a people of power and stature. A man who may
• 6:34
  not be as deep may not produce people beyond the
• 6:38
  level of encounter. So this will profit both men of
• 6:42
  God and profit all of us together as we seek
• 6:45
  to press into perfection. The Lord bless us in the
• 6:48
  name of Jesus now to produce a true apostolic community.
• 6:56
  When you want to produce believers that are fortified, men
• 7:00
  and women who have stature and have power, who have
• 7:03
  maturity and can be trusted with God's program, there are
• 7:08
  a number of truths. There are certain bodies of truth
• 7:15
  spiritual knowledge that must be available to the believers within
• 7:20
  that territory. Allelujah, there is a certain body of truth,
• 7:25
  body of light that if you do not find, and
• 7:28
  if you do not understand, you may never be able
• 7:31
  to host the program of God and to execute it
• 7:35
  with precision. Allelujah, prays the name of the Lord, and
• 7:40
  I'll give you three of them, the three among the
• 7:43
  many bodies of knowledge that believers must have. Number One,
• 7:47
  you must understand God's prophetic program. It is important for
• 7:52
  you to understand the full texture and the scope of
• 7:56
  God's prophetic program. Your relevance in the Kingdom and your
• 8:00
  relevance in this dispensation will be predicated upon your horror
• 8:05
  understanding of God's prophetic program. Number two, you must understand
• 8:14
  the demands for being a host, the demand to be
• 8:22
  trusted by God to birth that program. You must know
• 8:27
  the kinds of vessels that God is looking for. Understanding
• 8:31
  his program is number one. But it's important for you
• 8:34
  to know that God loves everybody, but he cannot use everybody.
• 8:40
  There is a kind of man God is looking for.
• 8:44
  There is a kind of vessel God is looking for.
• 8:47
  There is a kind of believer God is looking for.
• 8:51
  There is a kind of weakness God is looking for.
• 8:54
  So in as much as we have several Christians, genuine
• 8:57
  Christians across Cannel, across enough, you may find out that
• 9:02
  not many may be at the courting edge of God's
• 9:06
  prophetic program, and others have gone so far to know
• 9:09
  what God wants to do. But there is a demand.
• 9:13
  So that's the second body of knowledge you must know.
• 9:15
  Number three, you must understand God's strategy for executing his program.
• 9:22
  So I'm listening for you the bodies of knowledge that
• 9:26
  helps a man to be relevant in God's program. And
• 9:29
  I listed for you number one that you must understand
• 9:33
  God's prophetic program. What exactly is it you talk about
• 9:37
  Kingdom com what exactly is it? The average believer just
• 9:41
  knows that, okay, we're talking about God. But they cannot
• 9:44
  articulate with intelligence what God's prophetic program is. And unfortunately
• 9:49
  sometimes that includes preachers. They cannot give you a concise
• 9:53
  definition as to what God's program is. And if you
• 9:57
  do not know what God's program is, then functioning in
• 10:00
  his vineyard becomes a risk because it means you will
• 10:03
  mislead a lot of people, not because you are false,
• 10:06
  but because you are ignorant. Number two, the vessels. You
• 10:12
  cannot prepare a people and mature them to be of
• 10:16
  stature and to be usable until you understand the portrait
• 10:21
  of the kind of vessel God is looking for. When
• 10:25
  you want to apply for a job, For those of
• 10:27
  you who are working or seek to work, when the
• 10:31
  application comes out, they detail for you very clearly the demands.
• 10:36
  Am I right on that? So they say, for instance,
• 10:38
  we are looking for a driver, and then they least
• 10:41
  it very clearly that driver should have maybe five years experience,
• 10:45
  he should have been able to drive across this and
• 10:47
  that if you think you are qualified, then apply. And
• 10:52
  sometimes others can take the risk to apply, and the
• 10:55
  company says, well, because you took the risk, we will
• 10:59
  train you to match that demand. But that demand will
• 11:03
  not be compromised. Are we together? And then number three
• 11:07
  the execution strategy. I think this is where most believers
• 11:11
  have failed, and it is why many territories do not
• 11:15
  produce true witnesses. Because we understand God's program, and sometimes
• 11:21
  we even pay the price to become the kinds of
• 11:24
  vessels that God can use. But we now begin to
• 11:27
  use our strategies to execute divine programs, and you find
• 11:32
  out that it becomes burdensome and it does not work
• 11:36
  well in breathing God's program. His program must be executed
• 11:40
  by his strategy, not our strategy. In desiring to bring
• 11:46
  down Jericho, Joshua Neil already that Jericho was God's will
• 11:52
  to be brought down as part of their ongoing process
• 11:56
  into the Promised Land. So he was aware of the program.
• 12:00
  He knew that God would use them, and they had
• 12:04
  aligned themselves to be the kinds of vessels. But there
• 12:07
  was number three that was left, the strategy. If he
• 12:10
  did not get the strategy right, the knowledge of Jericho
• 12:14
  coming down and preparing themselves as great vessels will still
• 12:18
  not count in bringing victory. In Needer to inquire from
• 12:23
  the Lord what strategy do we use, and he was
• 12:26
  giving a very strange strategy that you go around Jericho
• 12:30
  once every week and then on the seventh day, you
• 12:34
  go around seven times the priests bearing the trumpet, and
• 12:38
  at the seventh time you will blow the trumpet and shout,
• 12:41
  and that was what birthed the victory. So it is
• 12:44
  a risk to assume any strategy and believe, because you
• 12:49
  are sincere, it would bear the glory of God. No, sir, No, sir.
• 12:54
  The strategy for execution is also very important. Un let's
• 12:59
  see how far God will help us in dealing with
• 13:02
  these three areas. Wherever we stop, will take the time
• 13:06
  to pray, and that will be sufficient for tonight. If
• 13:09
  God is already helping you, say amen. So let's talk
• 13:12
  about God's end time program very quickly, what exactly is it.
• 13:16
  We talk about God's prophetic program, we talk about Kingdom com,
• 13:21
  we talk about, you know, God's program for the nations.
• 13:25
  But I need to give us perspective very quickly God's program,
• 13:30
  and I'm going to be summarized very quickly since I
• 13:33
  have a limited time with us. Now, God's program, like
• 13:37
  you may have heard me teach, affects three groups of people.
• 13:40
  Please write that down. There are three groups of people. Essentially,
• 13:49
  the first group of people are the world of sin
• 13:52
  us or the unbelieving world. God's program affects number one,
• 13:58
  the world of sinners, the unbelieving world. Number two, it
• 14:02
  affects the Church. So God has a program for the world,
• 14:07
  the unbelieving world. God has a program for the Church,
• 14:11
  the saints, and then God has a program for society. Again,
• 14:17
  God has a program and agenda for the unbelieving world.
• 14:22
  God has an agenda for the Church, and God has
• 14:26
  an agenda for society. So every time you talk about
• 14:29
  Kingdom com, every time you talk about God's end time
• 14:33
  prophetic program, let your mind go to these three groups.
• 14:37
  There is an aspect of that agenda that is to
• 14:40
  the unbelieving world. There is an aspect of that agenda
• 14:44
  that is to the church, and there is an aspect
• 14:47
  of that agenda that is to society. The reason this
• 14:50
  is important is because knowing this will help you appreciate
• 14:54
  your location in that job description. Are we together? There
• 14:58
  are people who, in giving them their individual mandates, they
• 15:03
  will be sent to the first aspect, the unbelieving world
• 15:07
  that becomes your core area of assignment. There are those
• 15:10
  who their core area of assignment will be within the church,
• 15:14
  among the saints, and there are those who have the
• 15:17
  privilege to serve God's purposes across the broader society. If
• 15:22
  you do not understand this, you may not see that
• 15:25
  the person who is serving in society is as important
• 15:29
  as a person who is serving the world of sinners.
• 15:32
  The dichotomy that we have experience in the Body of
• 15:35
  Christ has been because we have not broadened our understanding
• 15:39
  about God's program a we're together. So most people, when
• 15:43
  they say God, use me, the average man's idea is
• 15:46
  God give me a church. God give me a pool pach,
• 15:49
  God give me a mic. I want to be a preacher.
• 15:52
  That's a very dangerous orientation and that's why there are
• 15:56
  people today on the pul pache who should not be
• 15:58
  on the pul pitch. They're on the pulpit where they
• 16:01
  should be in banking halls. They're on the pulpit when
• 16:04
  they should be in government. Are we together? But because
• 16:07
  they do not know that there is a tripartit composition
• 16:11
  of God's agenda, they feel the only way I can
• 16:14
  serve God is to be a preacher or to be
• 16:17
  an evangelist. And they find out that the grace is
• 16:19
  not there because our location is not within us. Are
• 16:28
  we following already? This is very important and until and
• 16:33
  unless you are taught to see that the man who
• 16:35
  has the privilege to be at the mission field and
• 16:38
  the one who is bringing finances for the gospel, and
• 16:41
  the one who is mature in the saints, no one
• 16:44
  is greater than the other. It is simply the privilege
• 16:48
  of job description. Are we together? When I came in
• 16:53
  from the airport, it took a driver to drive me here.
• 16:56
  It took the protocol or the security to clear the road.
• 16:59
  Am I right on that? And so imagine if the
• 17:02
  driver were not available. As powerful as the meeting is,
• 17:06
  I would not be here. I had to depend on
• 17:08
  the driver. So God's program is threefold, not onefold. What
• 17:16
  we call the Great Commission a Christian term, even though
• 17:21
  it's not in the Bible as the word great Commission.
• 17:24
  It has been taught in a very incomplete way by
• 17:29
  sincere people. We grew up hearing preachers talk about Great Commission,
• 17:35
  but they did not capture the whole picture. And as
• 17:39
  sincere as they were, it produced lopsided believers. So for
• 17:44
  the average person, our concept of the Great Commission is
• 17:48
  sole winning, and it ends there. And that is the
• 17:51
  initial part of it, but not the only part of it.
• 17:54
  If you truly want to understand the Great Commission, there
• 17:57
  are three scriptures you have to examine. Number one you
• 18:01
  have to examine mac Chapter sixteen from verse fifteen. Please
• 18:06
  give it to us. Let's hurry up. Matt Chapter sixteen,
• 18:09
  from verse fifteen. And he said on to them, go
• 18:14
  ye into all the world. What did he tell them
• 18:16
  to do? Go yee into all the world, and preach
• 18:21
  the Gospel to every creature. You find that there verse sixteen.
• 18:25
  It says he that believes and is baptized shall be saved,
• 18:29
  but he that believe it not shall be dumb. Then
• 18:32
  he now says this sign shall follow them that believe
• 18:35
  you know in my name shall cast up devil. So
• 18:38
  that's the first part. Unfortunately, this is the only part
• 18:41
  that most people emphasize. Go ye into the world and
• 18:44
  preach the gospel. But that's only one. Let's go to
• 18:47
  the second one. Matthew chapter twenty eight. Please give us
• 18:53
  Matthew chapter twenty eight the second component from verse eighteen
• 18:59
  Matthew twenty eight eight and verse eighteen, and Jesus said,
• 19:03
  unto them all power. The word power. There is not
• 19:07
  an accurate rendition is a word exusia authority. You find
• 19:11
  that corrected in NKJV. But just for your knowledge, all
• 19:15
  authority in heaven and in earth has been given onto me.
• 19:20
  Verse nineteen. He says, go ye, So how many goalies
• 19:24
  do we have? Now there is one that is max
• 19:27
  synoptic account. Go ye and preach the gospel.
• 19:30

  Speaker 1: Right now we see another mandate. Go but this time
• 19:34
  around he says, make disciples. Go and make disciples of
• 19:41
  all nations. So the first component, preach the gospel to
• 19:46
  all creation. Are we together? And to do that you
• 19:49
  need signs and wonders and miracles, because they will not
• 19:53
  believe until they see signs. But now and not a
• 19:57
  mandate is to make disciples. These ones don't need signs
• 20:02
  and one do's and miracles necessarily, they need the ministry
• 20:05
  of the world and the ministry of the Holy Spirit
• 20:07
  to mature and to build them. That you baptize them
• 20:12
  in the name of the Father, the Son, and the
• 20:14
  Holy Spirit Verse twenty. Not visit them, just ones on
• 20:21
  a crusette ground, teaching them to observe all things that
• 20:26
  I have commanded you. And while you are doing this,
• 20:29
  it's not only signs that follow you. I will be
• 20:32
  with you. Are we together now even to the end
• 20:36
  of the age. That's the second component. Let's go to
• 20:39
  the third one very quickly. At chapter one and verse eight.
• 20:44
  I'm showing you the complete picture of the great commission.
• 20:48
  But you shall receive power after the Holy Spirit has
• 20:53
  come upon you, and you shall be noticed. He now
• 20:57
  does not talk about preaching here. He does not just
• 21:01
  talk about discipleship. He talks about being representing. You shall
• 21:06
  be witnesses. A witness does not need his voice alone.
• 21:12
  A witness needs his life and everything he has. You
• 21:16
  shall be witnesses onto me in Jerusalem, in Judea, in Samaria,
• 21:22
  and to the Autumo's part of the earth. Until you
• 21:26
  combine Mark sixteen, Matthew twenty eight and acts Chapter one,
• 21:33
  verse eight, your understanding of God's program will be faulty.
• 21:38
  Are we learning already? So some people choose Mark sixteen,
• 21:43
  then they go and preach, then they stop there orthers
• 21:47
  shoes Matthew twenty eight. Then they disciple believers, then they
• 21:51
  stop there others shoes add Chapter one and verse eight.
• 21:54
  So there is a desperate such for power, but no souls,
• 21:58
  no building. Seeing that now prays the name of the
• 22:01
  Lord God's program. I repeat again. I hope you're understanding
• 22:06
  me so far that it affects three groups of people
• 22:10
  the unbelieving world. There's a program for the church, and
• 22:13
  there's a program for society. Are we together now? Very important?
• 22:18
  Let me define for you very quickly the Great Commission.
• 22:20
  What exactly is the Great Commission? This is important. I
• 22:26
  read for you a definition that I wrote here. It's
• 22:28
  very important. The Great Commission is a mandate given by
• 22:35
  Jesus to his disciples, and now to all believers, a
• 22:43
  mandate given by Jesus himself. It was then to his disciples,
• 22:49
  but now it's extended the call to all believers, to
• 22:54
  reach the entire globe with the Gospel of Salvation, to
• 23:02
  bring nations to the knowledge of the truth and onto
• 23:07
  maturity through discipleship is a long read. And then to
• 23:14
  bring territorial and social transformation, or take that again. The
• 23:19
  Great Commission is a mandate given by Jesus Christ to
• 23:25
  his disciples and then today to all believers to number one,
• 23:30
  reach the entire globe with the Gospel of Salvation. That's
• 23:37
  the first part. Number two to bring nations to the
• 23:42
  knowledge of the truth and onto spiritual maturity through discipleship,
• 23:51
  and then number three to consequently bring territorial and societal transformation.
• 23:57
  This right here is a complete picture of the Great Commission.
• 24:03
  It's a complete picture of God's end time program. Now,
• 24:08
  at every point God will have certain emphasis. There are
• 24:13
  things He will be emphasizing in certain seasons, but ultimately
• 24:18
  this is the bigger, larger, richer picture. And anyone who
• 24:22
  truly loves God and wants to be relevant, particularly in
• 24:26
  this end time, then you must understand the full scope
• 24:29
  of his program. Number one, bringing the Gospel of Salvation
• 24:33
  to the lost. Number two bringing the sense to a
• 24:36
  point of maturity and stature through discipleship, and then number
• 24:41
  three bringing about territorial transformation. Allelujah, you get the definition. Now,
• 24:50
  So three components one world evangelization, world evangelization, and Canno.
• 24:56
  Listen very carefully. World evangelization, that's the first aspect. Number two,
• 25:03
  the maturity of the saints the church through discipleship. This
• 25:08
  is where the five fold ministry comes. And then number three,
• 25:13
  changing and influencing your society. Now, let me tell you this.
• 25:18
  Anywhere you find these three components alive in a territory,
• 25:22
  it is impossible for the program of God to suffer.
• 25:27
  If you find the program of God suffering in any territory,
• 25:31
  one or more or all these three components is missing.
• 25:35
  So I tell you this. If the church in cano
• 25:38
  or the church is not not is suffering, someone is
• 25:41
  not doing his job in terms of world evangelization, or
• 25:45
  someone is not doing his job in terms of maturing
• 25:48
  those who are saved. Or someone is not doing his
• 25:51
  job in producing an apostolic community of witnesses who will
• 25:56
  penetrate every system and every strata. You get that. Now,
• 26:00
  let me tell you the danger if all you do
• 26:03
  is to go to the mission field and win souls,
• 26:06
  those souls will be saved. But if you don't match
• 26:09
  sure them, they will rot the same way. If you
• 26:13
  you know salts are likened to fish. How many of
• 26:16
  you seen have seen fish? A fisherman? When you fish?
• 26:19
  Do you leave the fish at the citia forever? No?
• 26:22
  You pick them from there and begin to clean them.
• 26:25
  Am I right? And to package them? Or let me
• 26:27
  use the language of agriculture. If you have vests, do
• 26:31
  you leave your harvest at the farm there? No wild
• 26:34
  beast and animals will come. If you have a set tomato,
• 26:38
  it has a very short lifespan. Am I right? On that?
• 26:40
  If you leave it at the farm there it begins
• 26:43
  to rot. That's what is happening to many believers. So
• 26:47
  we have many sincere missionaries. We have many pastors who
• 26:51
  win souls and those people come, but because there is
• 26:55
  no system to take it from there. The second component,
• 26:59
  they are left for a very long time. They don't grow,
• 27:02
  and sometimes you pile them in church. They are full
• 27:05
  of flesh, cannally minded. They have not become spiritual eventually
• 27:10
  because of longevity of stay in church. You just give
• 27:13
  them appointments because they have stayed long. They were long
• 27:16
  in church. What they did not grow, and the danger
• 27:21
  listen carefully. The danger is that you find leaders who
• 27:26
  are still infants, even though they've stayed long in church.
• 27:30
  They are still infants because growth is not a gift.
• 27:35
  You evolve into it. And in the realm of the spirit,
• 27:38
  you can be saved for ten years and remain the
• 27:41
  way you were saved. Now, you imagine a gentleman who
• 27:48
  did not go through this second phase. He's not enjoyed
• 27:51
  the ministry God designed for the church. No maturity, no understanding.
• 27:57
  I'm not talking of someone being fake. I'm talking of
• 28:00
  sincere person who was not trained. Sooner or later that
• 28:04
  gentleman becomes a youth pastor. That gentleman now becomes a
• 28:08
  head pastor, what kind of members is he going to produce?
• 28:11
  He will only produce people that reflect his ignorance because
• 28:14
  he was not trained. Are you seeing how the program
• 28:19
  of God gets weakened in society? The man was not
• 28:23
  trained to appreciate prayer. The man was not trained to
• 28:26
  appreciate fasting. Or he may even be prayer for but
• 28:29
  not know why. He just knows his mentors prayed and
• 28:32
  they said pray you ask him, why do you do?
• 28:34
  He said, look, I don't know. Just pray. There's no understanding.
• 28:38
  You see that now, and then you can help believers
• 28:43
  who may be fortunate to have maturity. They are thoughts.
• 28:47
  But then they do not know that the relevance of
• 28:51
  the believer is not in church. The church is not
• 28:54
  the place of manifestation. No, the church is the place
• 28:57
  of training. When you are trained in then you are
• 29:01
  deployed in society to be the light and to be
• 29:04
  the salt. Matthew Chapter five thirteen to sixteen. It says
• 29:08
