- 0:14SPEAKER_01: Okay, so today.
- 0:15SPEAKER_01: Well, first of all.

- 0:20SPEAKER_01: What's going on?
- 0:21SPEAKER_01: Uh you got homecoming coming soon, your last homecoming.
- 0:25SPEAKER_01: How's that?
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, I'm excited.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: Um I'm excited for homecoming uh with my girlfriend and excited to hang out with my friends that night.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: Um that week is also fun.
- 0:36SPEAKER_00: We got a spirit week, so we got we get to dress down every day, and I'm excited.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: I mean, it's our my last one of the party of my life, so yeah.
- 0:44SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: I mean, I don't think they got college homecoming.
- 0:48SPEAKER_01: Um, okay, well, I mean, perfect.
- 0:50SPEAKER_01: You you you mentioned we're mentioning homecoming and and your girlfriend.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: Um, so you've been in a relationship now for a year.
- 0:58SPEAKER_01: For a year.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: Now, today that's one thing I really want to talk about.
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: Like, there's we're in I talk this, I talk about this a lot on on social media.
- 1:08SPEAKER_01: Like, we're in a loneliness epidemic.
- 1:11SPEAKER_01: Our uh the Surgeon General, Vivek Murphy Murphy, uh, mentioned it um a couple of years ago.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: Um, right here, you know.
- 1:18SPEAKER_01: Uh Warren Farrell wrote The Boy Crisis, Jonathan Haidt, he's been a leading voice.
- 1:24SPEAKER_01: Uh wrote the this is the anxious generation, the righteous mind, uh Gene Twang, Dr.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: Deborah Sow.
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: For the first time in history, um, unless you're homosexual or gay, uh we're also in a sextinction.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Uh Deborah, Dr.
- 1:39SPEAKER_01: Deborah Sow, which people are not having sex.
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: Gay people uh happen to have a better sense of community, where we are all worried trying to fit in in the status quo.
- 1:53SPEAKER_01: And I'm saying that because where I'm leading with, and I want to hear some of your thoughts, Johnny.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: Like, there's all this stuff of look maxing.
- 2:01SPEAKER_01: Are you familiar with look maxing?
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like men now are are breaking their jaws and and and and doing all these things.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: I just there's a new trend now, also, like that people aren't showering.
- 2:14SPEAKER_01: And men, have you heard of that?
- 2:15SPEAKER_01: No, yeah.
- 2:16SPEAKER_01: If you look at TikTok, it took off TikTok.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: Terrible.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: Stop watching TikTok, guys.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: This is the problem.
- 2:20SPEAKER_01: You guys are watching TikTok thinking this is what's gonna happen for you to connect with the opposite sex, and it doesn't work.
- 2:27SPEAKER_01: Um yes, there's men now who aren't showering because as human, as men and women, we release phermones, and and what really attracts us to the other person isn't, yes, cologne smells good, but it's their the natural scent.
- 2:44SPEAKER_01: Men, young men.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: There's a difference between your natural scent and you going to the gym or running around and not showering for three, four days.
- 2:54SPEAKER_01: That's not your natural scent.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: It's not attractive either.
- 2:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's not sexy at all.
- 2:58SPEAKER_01: Um, there's just so much.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: I could talk about this stuff for for weeks on end.
- 3:05SPEAKER_01: I'm really concerned.
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: Johnny, what is it that you see?
- 3:08SPEAKER_01: Uh I mean, in your case, like you have a girlfriend, and obviously we're not gonna mention names, but what's going on with your youth and their inability to connect and build like real relationships?
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: What are your thoughts on that?
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: Uh, a lot of insecurities.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Um, of course, look, Maxine.
- 3:27SPEAKER_00: If you guys don't know what that is, it's basically like doing surgery to yourself or even guys putting on makeup nowadays and stuff, and just to look good because they're insecure about how they look.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: Um, I feel that I mean it's really just based off your insecurities and people people don't really care that much of of like you shouldn't care what people think about you because they really don't care.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: Um, a lot of people don't care.
- 3:56SPEAKER_00: Uh so like it's all really mental, I guess.
- 4:00SPEAKER_00: And I feel like most of these this people out there that are that are just trying to do that are just trying to look better for other people, even though other people don't really care how they look, they're not paying attention to them.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: Um it's really just insecurities and and stuff that people are uncomfortable with, but at the same time, like be secure yourself and and know who you are, know your worth because God made you the way you are for a reason, and and that's how that's how I mean you're gonna be, you know.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: Like now with all these things about like changing your looks, changing your sex, all this stuff, like I mean, to me it's ridiculous.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: So that's my opinion.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: Well, and and this is the thing, right?
- 4:45SPEAKER_01: Like, you can't wear, like literally put on or take off physically, confidence.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: You can't put surgery to build confidence.
- 4:57SPEAKER_01: Like, I I have a friend who who she's a doctor, and she's freaking amazing.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: Like, and that's what she does.
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: She does surgeries, and then she does exactly I mean, she goes above and beyond, like, because she really, really cares.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: So much so that if a person wants too many sick surgeries, she'll say, Listen, I I I think you know, maybe, and she'll recommend against her business, recommend to go see somebody because confidence is something inside of you, and what's happening is we are looking at so social media started all of a sudden the the going rate uh or what women are looking for, um, and this is a cause of a huge problem for for young men, is six feet tall.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: Obviously, you're you're still in high school, but in a few years, this is what what they look for.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: Six feet tall, six pack, and making six close to seven figures.
- 5:53SPEAKER_01: You got like an extremely small percentage of men who fit that description.
- 5:59SPEAKER_01: And here we go, we got this loneliness epidemic.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: We got 10% of men getting 90% of the dates, 45% of people ages younger than you, son, ages 18, well, not anymore, you just turned up had a big birthday, 18 or 25, 45% of men have never asked a woman out on a date.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: And then we don't have these dialogues because, as men were taught, one emotion, anger, we need to do better than this.
- 6:29SPEAKER_01: Parents.
- 6:30SPEAKER_01: Like, we're failing as parents if our children are looking at us constantly scrolling in social media and we're not being present in their lives.
- 6:42SPEAKER_01: Because it's not their fault that they're addicted.
- 6:46SPEAKER_01: And they have it's not their fault that all they know is they're looking at this highlight reel of this perfect life of someone who may not even be real now, because now even like with AI, like it may not even be a real human being.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 7:00SPEAKER_01: And then we're comparing ourselves to that.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: And girls who girls who scroll on Instagram, they're 20% one in five girls feels worse about themselves after scrolling on Instagram and and Facebook.
- 7:16SPEAKER_01: Well, girls are not on Facebook, Instagram, then yeah, one in five girls feel worse about themselves after after social media, and their suicide attempts are five times the successes of men.
- 7:30SPEAKER_01: Like this is a national emergency, a crisis, not just in our country, but throughout the world.
- 7:39SPEAKER_01: And I I I'm really worried about this, and and I I need it here.
- 7:43SPEAKER_01: What what solutions do you find?
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: Son, like you're young, I you know, I see things from a different lens from years of experience, from from you know, like the research that I'm putting out there and that that I've studied and learned, but I'm not hearing a lot of solutions.
- 7:59SPEAKER_01: I uh we're building something, but it's not done yet, and I think it's the answer.
- 8:03SPEAKER_01: You want to talk a little bit about what you feel that is, and and not necessarily share yet because we're not ready.
- 8:10SPEAKER_01: I didn't think we were gonna go here with this, but kind of like what you think we're we're we need to do as as people.
- 8:18SPEAKER_01: I know you you shared a little bit, but elaborate more, and how we can finally get to where we want, where we need to.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: Before I say that, I think you said like about the women are five times you said more success.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: No, no, no, no.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: Attempt he meant he meant five times more, they attempt themselves five times more.
- 8:37SPEAKER_01: Yeah, the attempted suicide rate for women is like five times, but but they they really don't want to do it.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: There's something no one wants to die.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: You you die, you take your life, and I know people say it's the most selfish thing you could do, and and I'm not that's not I'm not gonna go neither here nor there.
- 8:56SPEAKER_01: When you believe that your life, there's nothing better on the other side, you lose hope, like whether it's a relationship, whether it's your life, that that's how low you are, and you're comparing yourself to other highlight reels.
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: And and I know I'm going on a tangent here, but I'm so passionate about this.
- 9:16SPEAKER_01: And and here I'm gonna call out some women.
- 9:18SPEAKER_01: Like, I'm calling you out like hard.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: Stop expecting men to carry all the baggage.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: Like whatever you dealt with in your life, in your youth, like all of us have dealt with stuff, but I see this piling on.
- 9:34SPEAKER_01: You know what?
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: I'm going for it.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: To hell with it, man.
- 9:36SPEAKER_01: I'm going for it.
- 9:37SPEAKER_01: The women's movement has been a failure, an absolute failure.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: Men, you took it too far by taking advantage of women, but now the idea that we're equal is absolutely valid.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: But we're we have different values.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: We're different, we have different levels, different values in in the real world.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: To think that we're all equal, it's men's job to protect, to provide, to defend, to go out there and keep his family safe.
- 10:10SPEAKER_01: But now, women, you want men to make more than you, yet you want to make the same as them.
- 10:16SPEAKER_01: You want them to take care of the kids.
- 10:19SPEAKER_01: You like it's all these things and and that are piled on on men, and then oftentimes we're not even taught how to express our emotions, how to feel our feelings.
- 10:32SPEAKER_01: And and we gotta put it all together when any woman who's out there calling out, like, I'm all about cal calling out like the states and this manosphere, like, that's not a man.
- 10:47SPEAKER_01: Like, that's not a man.
- 10:49SPEAKER_01: That's a hurt man, a hurt man, a wounded man who's attacking women.
- 10:52SPEAKER_01: Because I'll defend women till the day that I die, but also defend the vulnerable young men who don't know any better and who are being used and manipulated at being turned on.
- 11:01SPEAKER_01: And I I met a guy um 60-something years old, uh, son.
- 11:06SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna I've got an attention here, I want to hear your thoughts.
- 11:10SPEAKER_01: Uh in March, and and at an event with Daniel Cox, and he's actually releasing a book, Uncoupled, well, this week.
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: Uh, I think it's this this week, uh, that talks about like how people are not coming together in relationships, and yet we all want it.
- 11:27SPEAKER_01: Well, I'm talking to this man, and we're in the walking out of the walking out of the event, and he said he remembered when he was in his 20s, he sent a text to a woman asking if she wanted to meet for coffee.
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: And I guess she didn't text, meant to send her a group text, and it sent it was sent to him, said, Oh my god, this guy's so disgusting.
- 11:53SPEAKER_01: I can't believe he he he sent me this message.
- 11:56SPEAKER_01: Here's a man now sixty-something years old, and who's lived with that moment of insecurity, that self-doubt.
- 12:04SPEAKER_01: And we can easily point out, oh, you know what, suck it up, be tough.
- 12:08SPEAKER_01: But we're not taught that.
- 12:10SPEAKER_01: Like, we're not taught that.
- 12:12SPEAKER_01: Like women have a great sense of community, and and and you you you have really grabbed the mantle and and the great thing about the women's movement, everyone we're all equal, and we got equal rights, but we have different values.
- 12:27SPEAKER_01: We as men need to do better at at home being there in community with one another, not being there just to watch the game or to talk politics or talk business about being real, like about our problems.
- 12:41SPEAKER_01: Um we're losing way too many great men out there.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: And if you look at the checklist of of like we have a checklist, especially women of all these wants, Eli Finkel, expert on on relationships, uh did a research and he found that those whole checklists, you could fit every single box.
- 13:02SPEAKER_01: You go into live, in-person dating, and almost every single couple, none of them fit the box.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: Because love isn't something that you pay for, you could check off the check off a list, it's something that you feel.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: Um whoa, there we go.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: I I I guess I have to let that out.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so about like that confidence aspect that uh my dad was saying about before.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: Um I think that confidence is honestly the biggest thing you need.
- 13:30SPEAKER_00: Uh you walk with confidence everywhere you are.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: Your chest out.
- 13:33SPEAKER_00: My dad's my dad's taught me always to sit up.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: I I shrug my shoulders a lot.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: My sister tells me all the time, my mom tells me all the time.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: Um it's a bad habit, it really is.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: And um walk with confidence.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: Uh I mean, there's so many celebrities and artists out there that like how do you think they got there?
- 13:49SPEAKER_00: Like, let's say like DJ Cadid.
- 13:51SPEAKER_00: I mean, he's like 250 pounds short, and he's living a great life because he just carried his confidence all the way through.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: Um many more artists that like are not good looking at all and they could have gotten like made fun of when they were younger, bullied when they were younger, but they carried that confidence, they believed in themselves, and and they they pushed through and they succeeded.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: So I think confidence is honestly like how you get over your insecurities, um, and and believing in yourself.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: Uh for parents out there, um one of the most important like phrases to tell your kid, or like words to tell your kid, is that you believe in them.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: Um because it shows them that uh anything's possible.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: Um and when it comes to uh love and and relationships and stuff, I think that people now it's just again, it's always on the phone, it's always the the screen, and there's no actual real connection.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: Um my dad was talking about what we're building and stuff.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna really jump uh like on it a lot, but I mean love is something that that you don't need to see, it's just something that you feel.
- 15:09SPEAKER_00: It's not it's it doesn't need to be visible, and um and once you feel it, what's visible to you doesn't matter.
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: It's it because it's that emotion, that feeling that you got when you met that person, when you talked to that person, when you were real with that person, and it really doesn't matter.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: I mean there's uh a lot of people that oh they could be the hottest couples, the cutest, the sexiest couples, but if you really look at the behind the scenes behind that that relationship, um I'm not saying all of them, but most of them probably aren't aren't that that strong connection, that strong bond, uh, and that strong relationship.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: So yeah, that's why.
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: Wow, that Johnny, I'm gonna use your word, man.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: That was fire.
- 15:53SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: That that that was that was great, man.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: That um there's so many things I want to add on to it, and and and like confidence.
- 16:04SPEAKER_01: First of all, you know, you talked about the shoulders.
- 16:07SPEAKER_01: We feel how our body structure, your physiology, like chest back, like you know, one thing I learned from Tony Robbins is like find your pose.
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: What's that pose that makes you feel powerful?
- 16:20SPEAKER_01: Like, even create a name.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: I know that sounds crazy.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: Like, I created Frankie empowers, like I created this version of me.
- 16:29SPEAKER_01: You know, I was Frank, this angry, like sad, depressed, like guy.
- 16:34SPEAKER_01: I created Frankie, this guy full of life.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: Like, find that version of you don't have to name him, it feels weird, but put your body like in the state because how you position your body, if your shoulders are like this and your head's down, how do you think that person's gonna feel?
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: As opposed to like shoulders back, chest up, and when you walk, when you walk with what are you doing?
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: What are you breeding?
- 17:00SPEAKER_01: You're breeding confidence to everybody around you, like, man, look at that guy.
- 17:05SPEAKER_01: And if you doubt me, watch this.
- 17:08SPEAKER_01: Somebody right now, let's say in in school, or somebody that you know, like at a party, and and somebody trips and falls, or or something where like everyone laughs.
- 17:19SPEAKER_01: The person who turns around, laughs at himself, and says, Oh man, that was crazy.
- 17:27SPEAKER_01: That is hot.
- 17:29SPEAKER_01: Like, that's hot because everyone's like, they'll laugh with you, but it's like immediately you just became a leader.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: Immediately you just became a leader because it's how do you handle those difficult situations?
- 17:42SPEAKER_01: Like, are you embarrassed?
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: Are you shrugged down?
- 17:44SPEAKER_01: Are you blaming somebody else?
- 17:47SPEAKER_01: Or are you laughing at yourself because a person who can laugh at themselves you become unshakable?
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: And that's sexy.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: Um for men and for women.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: Um yeah, and and now to to go on to what we were sharing, Johnny, about about the power of of being like really fully seen, you know.
- 18:12SPEAKER_01: The word love gets thrown out a lot.
- 18:14SPEAKER_01: Like there's love.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: Uh I I'm ups I'm I have an obsession with uh with people.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: I I I love everyone.
- 18:22SPEAKER_01: I'm pretty close to everyone.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: There may be like one person that I don't love and I don't know them personally.
- 18:28SPEAKER_01: Let's leave it there.
- 18:30SPEAKER_01: Um But I just love people, and that's why I get so passionate about the a lot of the problems that I see going on.
- 18:37SPEAKER_01: I know that we can do better.
- 18:40SPEAKER_01: And we use the word love when it comes to relationships.
- 18:43SPEAKER_01: We we overuse it.
- 18:44SPEAKER_01: We see some men specifically because at some point, and this is you can look at the studies, Terry Real talks about this.
- 18:53SPEAKER_01: Men and girls and boys, we grew up the same way, up until the age of five or seven.
- 18:58SPEAKER_01: We're allowed to feel these feelings.
- 19:00SPEAKER_01: And I'm gonna give you an example of twins, boy and a girl.
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: Girl falls off the bike, scrapes her knee, starts crying, oh my god, honey, are you okay?
- 19:08SPEAKER_01: It's gonna be okay.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: Same thing happens to the boys.
- 19:11SPEAKER_01: Suck it up, suck it up, yo.
- 19:13SPEAKER_01: Boys don't cry.
- 19:15SPEAKER_01: It's not that we don't feel, it's that we suppress.
- 19:19SPEAKER_01: And that's a physical uh situation.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: But they teach us the same way on our emotions.
- 19:26SPEAKER_01: So we still have the emotions, but we start to believe that these emotions are wrong, and this is why boys and men end up having succeeding in suicide four times, quadrupled the suicide rate from 2010 till right now, 2026.
- 19:41SPEAKER_01: Quadrupled in 16 years.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: All of a sudden, I shouldn't be feeling these things.
- 19:47SPEAKER_01: It becomes a thought.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: I can't be sharing this with my friend or my boy because there's something wrong with me.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: So we fall in love visually, or we think we do, or we call that love.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: But you can't really fall in love unless somebody sees all of you the good, the bad, the ugly parts, the insecurities, and chooses that person.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: Anyway, that's love.
- 20:20SPEAKER_01: So I would go to the extent that most men have never experienced love.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: They experience loving, lust.
- 20:27SPEAKER_01: We got a lot of testosterone, our sex drive is a lot is stronger than women.
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: It's not love.
- 20:34SPEAKER_01: Women experience love.
- 20:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah, there's still most people, there's a part of them they never show.
- 20:42SPEAKER_01: So show your true uh I'm gonna quote a Kimberly Cindy Lauper here or somebody else.
- 20:47SPEAKER_01: I don't think you know who that is.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: But for my generation, sure was on um true colors and and because that's who, as you mentioned, son, God made us to be.
- 20:58SPEAKER_01: With all of our imperfections, like the real us, not the one who's been burned that shows up angry, bitter, resentful, spiteful.
- 21:07SPEAKER_01: The real us.
- 21:09SPEAKER_01: The one who was around before life hit us, scored us, burned us.
- 21:16SPEAKER_01: Um yeah, uh you wanna any any takeaways you want to throw out there?
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, walk with confidence, like we both said, um believe in yourself.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: Uh tell other people that you truly love and and tell them that you believe in them.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: Uh those words matter a lot to people.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: Um when they do something good, tell them I'm proud of you.
- 21:40SPEAKER_00: Um and yeah, just walk with confidence.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: Don't don't be insecure.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: Um everyone has their their special traits and and their special abilities, and and that's that's how God made us to be, and and that's how we should that's how we should live our life.
- 21:57SPEAKER_00: And and we shouldn't have to be insecure about
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: ourselves uh in any aspect so well and i'm glad uh you mentioned confidence again it's like we're riding the confidence horse here like it's this is important and and and i want to like i want to clarify something before i i i jump back on the the confidence i love women i love women i have a a daughter i have a mother i have a sister i have loved with every part of me um women throughout my journey of life in different avenues what i'm sharing is not an attack on on women at all because a real woman is is by nature a nurturer like the word love like like when you i think of the word love what i think is is a woman's love like pureness it's women who've gotten scarred who've been hurt who've been broken and then thought that or told himself a story that that and it's all a story what happened is in a story that's real to you but the story that I'm not gonna let myself go down that path again but you can't experience loss if you never experience love which is the most beautiful you can have all the money in the world all the resources of the world but not have that one person that feels like home or not be able to experience real love with all of you and it's a life not worth really fully living you can't squeeze the zest out of life without that and uh on the confidence nobody was born in any with this with the perfect skill set we have certain gifts and talents that we need to feed but confidence is it's like a muscle what is it you're struggling with talking to a girl let's say let's say we're we're talking about relationships talking to a girl well go up you know what everyone here or most of you are gonna know this name Mel Robbins but before Mel Robbins became the Mel Robbins that's like superstar number one podcast in the world with a let them before that she was Mel Robbins five second rule that's where I knew her from and that book was your mind is got it gives you five seconds before you talk yourself out of it.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: So you got five seconds from a thought from a moment from that I want to ask her out I want to do this I want to to get yourself jump out of bed before you you say I just want to stay a few more minutes 54321 and go take action get used to the muscle of rejection oh my god I don't want to get you're gonna get rejected welcome to this thing the game of life you are going to fail throughout your journey in life and you're going to fail and you're going to fail and you're going to fail and sooner or later you are going to hit success by default the person who succeeds is not the one who hasn't failed the one who failed really ultimately failed is the one who quit ask a girl out ask the pretty girl out right now at school ask her out talk to her oh no what if she says no then you know what then you'll stop every day saying oh I want to talk to her today oh wait till tomorrow it'll end right there that's it it'll be over with and you know what you'll be like guess what wasn't that bad and then you go again and you go again you know what happens after a while you start getting a yes you start getting a win you start succeeding here and that is how confidence is built you don't go to the gym one time all of a sudden you're jacked no it's repetition same thing with confidence that's my takeaway today this was a for me and Johnny I spoke a little too much on this show so next one you you you gotta chime in I'm just uh there's someone in your life today young old we all have challenges we have hard times start with one hour a day one hour less a day of the phone and go reach out to somebody who may be struggling with some type of confidence or some type of situation in their life with we all need people we don't need a specific one person we all need somebody let's be that somebody for someone that's it for today this is Frankie and this is Johnny and thank you conversations we never had and hey before we forget subscribe I was gonna say go ahead go ahead you save uh subscribe and and follow on Instagram and and YouTube and give us a like and if you guys have any questions comment or just DM us and and we'll be we're ready to do another we did one a little while ago we're ready to do another one we're waiting to get a couple more questions so we can like piece them together and soon and by the way soon we're gonna start asking people if you want to be a part of the podcast if you want to chime in you know I keep saying chime in that's just like an old word uh if you want to jump in and and and be a part of this like uh together we grow together we grow thank you guys just remember to follow Frankie and Johnny podcast Frankie and Johnny bada bing you know what I'm saying thank you guys
