- 2:59Speaker 1: 8 o'clock? Well, 8 o'clock is the beginning of the day.
- 3:02Speaker 1: That's right at the top of the day. People want

- 3:31Speaker 1: It'll be awesome. So then Dan at 10, Haley at noon.
- 3:35Speaker 1: What else do you need in life? It's great. It's
- 3:38Speaker 1: super great. I'm so happy to be a part of it.
- 3:40Speaker 1: So that's Monday. I'll tell you more about that later, too.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Just little reminders so we can make sure everybody's locked in.
- 3:46Speaker 1: But rumble.com slash Vince, that's where you want to be subscribed.
- 3:49Speaker 2: All right.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Let's see here. Don Lemon is under arrest, which is
- 3:55Speaker 1: an amazing piece of news. This was something that we
- 3:58Speaker 1: had a preview on because originally we saw a couple
- 4:03Speaker 1: of this is all a couple of weeks ago. We
- 4:04Speaker 1: saw the invasion of that Baptist church in St. Paul, Minnesota,
- 4:09Speaker 1: as a bunch of left wing lunatics barrel into a
- 4:12Speaker 1: church service and then begin menacing the congregation. to the
- 4:16Speaker 1: point that you have children crying, absolutely paralyzed with fear
- 4:19Speaker 1: as these lefties are screaming in their faces. That crazy guy,
- 4:23Speaker 1: William Kelly, and all these other people just going ballistic.
- 4:27Speaker 1: And it's a total violation of the law. It's a
- 4:29Speaker 1: violation of the FACE Act. And, you know, anybody who
- 4:32Speaker 1: saw this thing goes, man, we need some accountability here.
- 4:34Speaker 1: We need consequences for these people. And then a couple
- 4:37Speaker 1: of them got arrested. A couple of them have already
- 4:39Speaker 1: been arrested, already taken into custody. They've since been released.
- 4:44Speaker 1: from any sort of pretrial confinement, but the process has
- 4:46Speaker 1: begun for them. One of the guys who stood out
- 4:49Speaker 1: was Don Lemon. Why wasn't Don Lemon arrested? Well, the
- 4:52Speaker 1: answer to that up until this point has been radical
- 4:55Speaker 1: judges have been interfering to protect Don Lemon, to keep
- 4:58Speaker 1: him from accountability, despite the fact that Don caught on camera,
- 5:03Speaker 1: his own camera, helping the people who stormed the church
- 5:09Speaker 1: and feeding them breakfast in the morning. He was buying
- 5:12Speaker 1: them coffee and donuts, you know, planning this out with them,
- 5:16Speaker 1: going into the church. He's menacing the pastor. He goes
- 5:20Speaker 1: up to the pulpit, demanding to know why the pastor
- 5:24Speaker 1: doesn't honor the First Amendment by letting these crazy people
- 5:26Speaker 1: scream in his church. And then when he walks out
- 5:29Speaker 1: at one point, he says, you know, look, I saw
- 5:31Speaker 1: there's kids that are traumatized, but that's how protest works.
- 5:34Speaker 1: That's how protest works. And as I said at the time,
- 5:35Speaker 1: that's not how protest works. That's how terrorism works. If
- 5:38Speaker 1: you're terrorizing people into compliance, that's terrorism. That's not protest.
- 5:43Speaker 1: So spare us your protest lectures. And you caught all
- 5:45Speaker 1: of this on camera, and that includes your own violations
- 5:48Speaker 1: of the law. But sure enough, overnight last night, and
- 5:52Speaker 1: all this news is breaking this morning, Don Lemon was
- 5:55Speaker 1: arrested in Los Angeles. Don Lemon arrested in Los Angeles.
- 6:00Speaker 1: They say he was covering the Grammys.
- 6:02Speaker 2: What?
- 6:02Speaker 1: He was covering the Grammys? What was he covering? Don
- 6:04Speaker 1: Lemon covering the Grammys? Anyway, the New York Post, one
- 6:07Speaker 1: of many outlets with reports on this this morning, that
- 6:10Speaker 1: Don Lemon's been busted. And they say the following. Don
- 6:15Speaker 1: Lemon arrested for Minnesota church invasion while in Los Angeles
- 6:19Speaker 1: covering the Grammys, allegedly. Disgraced ex-CNN anchor Don Lemon was
- 6:24Speaker 1: arrested early Friday over the anti-ice protest. that stormed at
- 6:29Speaker 1: Minneapolis Church during a Sunday service, according to his attorney
- 6:34Speaker 1: and U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi. Don Lemon was taken
- 6:38Speaker 1: into custody by federal agents in Los Angeles, where he
- 6:40Speaker 1: was covering the Grammy Awards, Lemon's attorney Abby Lowell said
- 6:45Speaker 1: in a statement shared with multiple reporters. He was one
- 6:47Speaker 1: of four people arrested by federal agents early Friday in
- 6:52Speaker 1: connection with the coordinated attack on City's Church in St. Paul, Minnesota,
- 6:56Speaker 1: Bondi later confirmed in a statement. Yeah, sure enough. So
- 7:00Speaker 1: he got arrested overnight. You'll notice Abby Lowell is his attorney.
- 7:05Speaker 1: That's his attorney. Abby Lowell is also Hunter Biden's attorney.
- 7:09Speaker 1: That's where you know that name from. You're like, I
- 7:10Speaker 1: know that. Yeah, that's Hunter Biden's attorney, of course, obviously,
- 7:13Speaker 1: representing Don Lamont. And Abby Lowell released a statement, and
- 7:19Speaker 1: it's typical stuff. I mean, look, it's got Don Lemon's
- 7:21Speaker 1: logo all over it. There's a picture of Don Lemon
- 7:23Speaker 1: in black and white holding out his Don Lemon microphone.
- 7:26Speaker 1: It's a very, it's a iconic photo now. He's an
- 7:31Speaker 1: American hero. Don Lemon was taken into custody, says Abby Lowell,
- 7:36Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's attorney, by federal agents last night, Los Angeles.
- 7:40Speaker 1: He was covering the Grammy Awards. He's been a journalist
- 7:42Speaker 1: for 30 years. He's constitutionally protected, says Abby Lowell. And
- 7:48Speaker 1: Abby Lowell says the following, he goes, the First Amendment
- 7:50Speaker 1: exists to protect journalists, whose role it is to shine
- 7:55Speaker 1: light on the truth and hold those in power accountable.
- 7:59Speaker 1: He says, this unprecedented attack, this unprecedented attack on the
- 8:04Speaker 1: First Amendment and transparent attempt to distract attention from the
- 8:08Speaker 1: many crises facing the administration will not stand. An unprecedented
- 8:15Speaker 1: attack on the First Amendment. Ladies and gentlemen, which amendment
- 8:21Speaker 1: is under attack If Don Lemon storms a Christian church
- 8:26Speaker 1: and menaces the faithful, which amendment would be under attack
- 8:29Speaker 1: in those circumstances? I believe that would be the First Amendment.
- 8:34Speaker 1: It's the very first part of the First Amendment. All
- 8:38Speaker 1: of these lunatics going in after these Christians are trampling
- 8:42Speaker 1: all over their First Amendment rights. So Don Lemon broke
- 8:45Speaker 1: the law. He F-A-ed, and now he's F-O-ing. And again,
- 8:49Speaker 1: we had an advanced preview of this because Harmeet Dhillon
- 8:52Speaker 1: joined us and discussed this on January 19th, not too
- 8:56Speaker 1: long ago, 11 days ago. Cut nine. Here's Harmeet Dhillon,
- 9:00Speaker 1: the assistant attorney general for civil rights, explaining that, yes,
- 9:04Speaker 1: the Justice Department is going after Don.
- 9:06Speaker 3: Watch.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Yeah, no, it sure looks like it. So among the
- 9:09Speaker 1: people who went into the church was Don Lemon, who
- 9:13Speaker 1: was filming himself throughout the day, supporting the people who
- 9:18Speaker 1: went into the church in the morning. He was giving
- 9:20Speaker 1: them donuts and coffee. and then he went up to
- 9:22Speaker 1: the pulpit and was confronting the pastor, and then afterwards
- 9:26Speaker 1: he said that traumatizing children is a feature of protest.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Are you keeping a close eye on Don Lemon's activities
- 9:32Speaker 1: in that church?
- 9:34Speaker 4: Look, certainly a lot of the video that we are
- 9:37Speaker 4: looking at is put out by him, including additional statements
- 9:41Speaker 4: from him. What I have said publicly about this, and
- 9:43Speaker 4: I don't want to prejudge anything, and everyone's entitled to
- 9:46Speaker 4: presumption of innocence, is that a journalist is not inoculated
- 9:49Speaker 4: in from criminal charges just because they say they're a
- 9:53Speaker 4: journalist or they switch hats rapidly between being a journalist
- 9:56Speaker 4: and a participant. And so you can't embed yourself in
- 10:01Speaker 4: a crime and then say, I'm a journalist, I'm just
- 10:04Speaker 4: filming it for clicks or whatever. It's a crime to
- 10:08Speaker 4: go into a house of worship and disrupt it. And
- 10:11Speaker 4: so we're looking at the video and we are making
- 10:15Speaker 4: our judgments and we're talking to witnesses Not everything is
- 10:18Speaker 4: on video, so there are witnesses who can give us
- 10:20Speaker 4: some information about the initial encounters and what went on. But,
- 10:24Speaker 4: you know, just whether he's the subject of a criminal
- 10:29Speaker 4: investigation or not, he's bringing coffee to the organizers. He's
- 10:32Speaker 4: kissing them. He's saying, we, outside the church. So these
- 10:36Speaker 4: are all things that he's put out there that we're
- 10:38Speaker 4: looking at.
- 10:39Speaker 2: We.
- 10:40Speaker 1: He's saying we. Yeah, journalists do that. They say we
- 10:45Speaker 1: when they watch a bunch of Christians get menaced inside
- 10:48Speaker 1: of a church. OK, so that's that's the situation. That's
- 10:51Speaker 1: the assistant attorney general for civil rights and the attorney
- 10:55Speaker 1: general of the United States, Pamela Bondi. Well, this is
- 11:01Speaker 1: her this morning. Here's what she had to say on
- 11:03Speaker 1: all of this. She said at my direction early this morning,
- 11:06Speaker 1: federal agents arrested Don Lamont. Trahearne Jean Cruz, Georgia Fort,
- 11:12Speaker 1: and Jamiel Lydell Lundy, what a name, in connection with
- 11:16Speaker 1: the coordinated attack on City's Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.
- 11:20Speaker 1: More details soon. You know, with Pam Bondi, I recognize,
- 11:27Speaker 1: and I share this, that there's always this kind of like,
- 11:29Speaker 1: you know, underlying skepticism. Is she doing enough? Is she
- 11:32Speaker 1: the right person for the job? Are they handling things? And,
- 11:35Speaker 1: you know, whatever your thoughts are on Pam Bondi, That's
- 11:38Speaker 1: what I want her doing. I want her arresting these people.
- 11:41Speaker 1: I want her arresting, I don't care how high profile
- 11:43Speaker 1: or powerful you are. I don't care if you know
- 11:46Speaker 1: the right people. I don't care if Abby Lowell is
- 11:48Speaker 1: your attorney. What I care about is that nobody is
- 11:51Speaker 1: above the law and anybody who attempts to break the law,
- 11:54Speaker 1: especially a high profile person, we should make an example
- 11:58Speaker 1: of them as a deterrent to any other would-be criminal.
- 12:01Speaker 1: You break the law, there are consequences for you. So
- 12:04Speaker 1: say whatever you want about Pam Bondi, and we've said
- 12:06Speaker 1: a lot, but I'm telling you right now, This is
- 12:09Speaker 1: precisely what she should be doing. They placed these guys
- 12:12Speaker 1: under arrest. Let's keep doing that, okay? And so don't
- 12:15Speaker 1: miss in this news. It's not just Don who was arrested.
- 12:18Speaker 1: They also popped three other people in the process. And
- 12:21Speaker 1: one by one by one, they're going after these people.
- 12:23Speaker 1: That's good. That's good. And they're doing this job the
- 12:25Speaker 1: right way. The final point on this, and then we've
- 12:28Speaker 1: got a lot of other things to get to, including
- 12:31Speaker 1: the Interior Secretary of the United States. Doug Burgum is
- 12:34Speaker 1: joining us. We've got a lot to talk about. American Energy,
- 12:37Speaker 1: America 250. But the reason Don Lamond gets arrested, the
- 12:43Speaker 1: reason this occurs is because a federal grand jury said
- 12:48Speaker 1: this is legit. So this was the findings of a
- 12:51Speaker 1: federal grand jury to bring these indictments against him. So what?
- 12:55Speaker 1: Now grand juries are invalid? I thought grand juries were
- 12:58Speaker 1: perfectly legitimate. Like if a grand jury returned an indictment
- 13:01Speaker 1: against Donald Trump, President Trump, the left went and said, look,
- 13:05Speaker 1: these are unimpeachable. You can't second guess a grand jury.
- 13:11Speaker 1: These are American citizens who rendered this judgment. What happened here?
- 13:15Speaker 1: American citizens rendered this decision, and now we've got Don
- 13:19Speaker 1: Lemon in custody. So I'm going to go with it.
- 13:21Speaker 1: I'm going to go with it. Those are the rules.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Nobody's above the law. And Don Lemon's finding out the
- 13:25Speaker 1: hard way. I don't think he thought this was going
- 13:27Speaker 1: to happen. Well, it's happening. It's happening, Don. It's happening, Don.
- 13:34Speaker 2: All right.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Let's see. Coming up today, a couple things for you. Oh,
- 13:40Speaker 1: one other thing. Actually, one other thing from the church.
- 13:42Speaker 1: One other thing from the church. While I'm on the subject,
- 13:44Speaker 1: let's stick with this. Remember, one of the ringleaders or
- 13:48Speaker 1: perhaps the ringleader of the invasion of the church, other
- 13:50Speaker 1: than Don Lemon, was a woman called Nakima Levi Armstrong,
- 13:54Speaker 1: Nakima Levi Armstrong. And she has already been through a
- 13:57Speaker 1: portion of the FO sequence because she was arrested. And
- 14:02Speaker 1: she was talking about this, cut eight, watch this. She
- 14:05Speaker 1: was talking about the fact that she was placed under
- 14:08Speaker 1: arrest and she had handcuffs put on her. And this
- 14:12Speaker 1: was such a traumatizing experience. She said, now I know
- 14:15Speaker 1: what it feels like to be a slave. Yeah, heard
- 14:18Speaker 1: me correctly. Cut eight, watch this.
- 14:21Speaker 3: We had belly chains around our waist, and we had
- 14:24Speaker 3: handcuffs with bars in the middle. As someone who majored
- 14:29Speaker 3: in African-American studies, I can tell you that that is
- 14:32Speaker 3: the closest I ever felt to slavery in my life.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Being shackled as.
- 14:38Speaker 4: If I was a slave.
- 14:41Speaker 3: It is unacceptable and unconscionable, but it's on brand for
- 14:45Speaker 3: a while.
- 14:46Speaker 1: No, you were handcuffed as if you were a criminal,
- 14:50Speaker 1: which you are. That's what happened. She's a little shocked
- 14:55Speaker 1: that the justice system includes detaining you and handcuffing you
- 14:59Speaker 1: if you break the law. That's weird. That's reality smacking
- 15:03Speaker 1: her in the face. That's the closest thing I've ever
- 15:05Speaker 1: been to being a slave. You've had a pretty good life,
- 15:08Speaker 1: I would say. I mean, this is like the most
- 15:10Speaker 1: pampered possible assessment. I didn't know any consequences were coming
- 15:14Speaker 1: for me. This is the weirdest thing I've ever encountered.
- 15:17Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 15:18Speaker 2: Yeah. That's what happens.
- 15:19Speaker 1: You break the law, we hold you accountable. This is
- 15:22Speaker 1: very simple math. You want to avoid that fate? Don't
- 15:24Speaker 1: break the law. Don't menace Christians. Don't pour into a
- 15:27Speaker 1: church you're not welcome in and then just get in
- 15:29Speaker 1: everybody's face and scare the children. How about don't do that?
- 15:32Speaker 1: And then no handcuffs. And then you don't have to
- 15:34Speaker 1: experience the perils of slavery again.
- 15:36Speaker 2: Idiot.
- 15:37Speaker 1: It's just like slavery. You don't even, she said she
- 15:40Speaker 1: was a, what did she say she was a major in?
- 15:42Speaker 1: African American studies?
- 15:45Speaker 5: What?
- 15:45Speaker 1: You may want to get a refund from wherever you
- 15:47Speaker 1: got that degree. You have no idea what you're even
- 15:49Speaker 1: talking about. This is just like slavery.
- 15:51Speaker 2: No, it's not.
- 15:52Speaker 1: It's nothing, it is, it's nothing like slavery, you colossal moron.
- 15:56Speaker 1: But there she is. She's, she's one of those high
- 16:00Speaker 1: IQ church invaders that was just arrested. So we'll keep,
- 16:05Speaker 1: We'll keep following that saga. We've got a lot going on.
- 16:11Speaker 1: We've got a lot of movement on the SAVE Act. Remember,
- 16:16Speaker 1: the SAVE Act is a really great idea. It involves
- 16:22Speaker 1: verifying that American citizens are actually American citizens when they
- 16:27Speaker 1: register to vote. Verifying nationwide. Can you imagine? The most
- 16:31Speaker 1: common sense thing in the whole world. And then additionally,
- 16:35Speaker 1: There's a new element being added to the SAVE Act
- 16:38Speaker 1: in the last, especially 24 hours, led by Chip Roy
- 16:43Speaker 1: and Mike Lee and a bunch of other Republicans are
- 16:45Speaker 1: now signing on to it. It is a national voter
- 16:49Speaker 1: ID component. In other words, in every election all across
- 16:52Speaker 1: the country, in order to register to vote, you have
- 16:55Speaker 1: to prove you're an American citizen and you have to
- 16:58Speaker 1: show photo ID when you vote. Now, in a lot
- 17:01Speaker 1: of states, that's already the case, that latter part. that
- 17:04Speaker 1: you have to show photo ID when you vote. That's
- 17:06Speaker 1: in basically Republican states. Democrat states, they don't want photo
- 17:11Speaker 1: ID as a predicate to voting because they kind of
- 17:14Speaker 1: like having a vulnerable fraudulent system. That's what they enjoy.
- 17:17Speaker 1: And the last thing in the world they want to
- 17:19Speaker 1: do is have a secure election. The movement right now
- 17:23Speaker 1: in the United States Congress is very much on the
- 17:25Speaker 1: side of making it so that you have to prove
- 17:28Speaker 1: you're an American citizen when you register to vote, and
- 17:30Speaker 1: you have to show photo ID in every single state
- 17:34Speaker 1: in our union when you cast that ballot. We're going
- 17:37Speaker 1: to get into the details of why so much movement
- 17:41Speaker 1: is happening right now in the Senate. This is a
- 17:43Speaker 1: result of your voice, your efforts. We'll talk about it.
- 17:47Speaker 1: We'll get to that coming up. But first, we've got
- 17:49Speaker 1: the Secretary of the Interior joining us in just a moment.
- 17:52Speaker 1: We'll talk to Doug Burgum. That's ahead on this edition
- 17:55Speaker 1: of Vince. First and foremost, I got to share with
- 17:59Speaker 1: you our great sponsors. Every day, Americans make choices that
- 18:02Speaker 1: shape our country's future, right down to which cell phone
- 18:05Speaker 1: provider we support. Here's what a lot of Americans don't
- 18:07Speaker 1: even realize, though. Patriot Mobile is not just a wireless provider.
- 18:11Speaker 1: They're a Christian conservative organization that sells top-tier cell phone service.
- 18:15Speaker 1: They've been on the front lines helping to defend our
- 18:17Speaker 1: freedoms long before it was cool, standing in the gap
- 18:20Speaker 1: when others would not. And the best part is they
- 18:22Speaker 1: deliver prioritized premium service on all three major U.S. networks,
- 18:26Speaker 1: giving you the same or even better coverage, backed by
- 18:29Speaker 1: 100% U.S.-based customer support. Get unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots,
- 18:34Speaker 1: international roaming, and so much more. And when you switch
- 18:37Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile, you're going to support a company that
- 18:39Speaker 1: does help fuel the Christian conservative cause and advance Patriot
- 18:42Speaker 1: Mobile's values of faith, family, and freedom. Switching? Easier than ever.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Activate in minutes. Keep your number. Keep your phone or

- 19:02Speaker 1: call 972-PATRIOT. Make the switch today.
- 19:07Speaker 2: All right.
- 19:08Speaker 1: I'm happy to have joining us today the Interior Secretary,
- 19:12Speaker 1: of the United States. That's Secretary Doug Burgum. He joins
- 19:15Speaker 1: us now.
- 19:16Speaker 5: Mr.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Secretary, great to have you on the program. Thank you.
- 19:18Speaker 2: It's great to be with you. Good morning.
- 19:20Speaker 1: Good morning to you. We had one of your colleagues,
- 19:23Speaker 1: Secretary Chris Wright, on yesterday. We were talking American energy
- 19:26Speaker 1: with him as well. And I know, like, I don't
- 19:29Speaker 1: think people realize how big your portfolio is. Like, the
- 19:33Speaker 1: Interior Department, people hear that, like, they don't even know
- 19:35Speaker 1: what it is. Like, what's the Interior Department? What are
- 19:36Speaker 1: you handling? It turns out you've got, like, the whole
- 19:39Speaker 1: country under your control. Tell people about the Interior Department,
- 19:42Speaker 1: and especially as it relates to American energy. What are
- 19:44Speaker 1: you dealing with?
- 19:45Speaker 2: Well, first of all, you're absolutely right, Vince. Probably the
- 19:48Speaker 2: most misnamed department ever. ever in the history of America
- 19:52Speaker 2: because the Interior throws people off. 14 time zones going
- 19:56Speaker 2: from American Samoa to the U.S. Virgin Islands. All of
- 20:00Speaker 2: the Bureau of Land Management, all of the Bureau of Reclamation,
- 20:07Speaker 2: open service mining, offshore Bureau of Energy Management, which is
- 20:10Speaker 2: all the offshore, all the national parks, all the relationships
- 20:14Speaker 2: and trust management with Bureau of Indian Affairs. You add
- 20:16Speaker 2: all of this stuff up, we're talking 500 million acres
- 20:20Speaker 2: of surface, 700 million acres of subsurface, 3.2 billion of
- 20:24Speaker 2: offshore acres. If interior was a balance sheet, it would
- 20:27Speaker 2: be the largest balance sheet in the world. in terms
- 20:31Speaker 2: of asset management. And of course, buried in all that
- 20:34Speaker 2: is the rich in minerals, rich for grazing, rich for timber,
- 20:40Speaker 2: rich for oil and gas, critical minerals. And when we
- 20:43Speaker 2: do a lease to sell on in itself, the money
- 20:46Speaker 2: goes to the American citizens. I mean, people talk about
- 20:50Speaker 2: all the debt that America has. We've got all this debt.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Our balance sheet on the asset side is could be
- 20:54Speaker 2: 10 times bigger than what our debt is. And we
- 20:57Speaker 2: never talk about it. So think of think of this
- 20:59Speaker 2: as the balance sheet of America.
- 21:01Speaker 1: That's pretty amazing. And I want to get into the
- 21:03Speaker 1: energy stuff in a moment, but I can't help but
- 21:05Speaker 1: like totally ask you about what it's like the privilege
- 21:07Speaker 1: of doing the job. So you get the National Park Service.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Does this mean that you've been able to go visit
- 21:12Speaker 1: like the basement to the Lincoln Memorial? Are you getting
- 21:15Speaker 1: to see like these exclusive spots that most Americans don't
- 21:18Speaker 1: get to take a look at?
- 21:19Speaker 2: Well, I would say, oh, yeah, I have had a
- 21:22Speaker 2: chance to get into that. But one thing we are
- 21:24Speaker 2: doing is because it is so cool under the Lincoln Memorial,
- 21:27Speaker 2: a lot of people don't know that whole thing is
- 21:29Speaker 2: built like on gigantic cathedral arches that lift it up
- 21:32Speaker 2: like almost 100 feet. that we're opening up a museum
- 21:36Speaker 2: in conjunction with Freedom 250 under the Lincoln Memorial. So
- 21:40Speaker 2: all the citizens are going to be able to get
- 21:41Speaker 2: in there and get a chance to see exactly the
- 21:45Speaker 2: amazing engineering that holds that incredible, iconic memorial up in
- 21:49Speaker 2: the air on what was a swamp. They filled it in.
- 21:52Speaker 2: They built these cathedral arches. And it's sort of like
- 21:55Speaker 2: the Lincoln Memorial is built on top of Notre Dame
- 21:59Speaker 2: because that's what it feels like underneath it.
- 22:02Speaker 1: That's so cool. So is there a lot of things
- 22:04Speaker 1: that you're doing right now for America 250? Are we
- 22:07Speaker 1: going to see a lot of events at the nation's monuments?
- 22:10Speaker 2: Absolutely. And of course, this is, as you said, you
- 22:12Speaker 2: asked about the honor, but serving as the 55th Secretary
- 22:15Speaker 2: of Interior, one of the oldest departments in the government,
- 22:19Speaker 2: and have an opportunity because we have not just our
- 22:22Speaker 2: 63 flagship national parks, which everybody thinks about, the Yosemites,
- 22:26Speaker 2: the Grand Canyon, the Yellowstones, the glaciers, but we also
- 22:30Speaker 2: have the All the historic sites, we have everything from
- 22:35Speaker 2: Concord and Lexington, Independence Hall, every Civil War battlefield, revolutionary battlefields,
- 22:41Speaker 2: almost 500 national historic sites. And so at Interior, then
- 22:46Speaker 2: we manage across all of those locations, any objects that
- 22:50Speaker 2: are found. So think of like the Indiana Jones aspect
- 22:53Speaker 2: of this thing, which is the Interior curates more historical
- 22:57Speaker 2: objects than anybody but the Smithsonian. So all the cool
- 23:01Speaker 2: stuff that America has, but the celebration for U.S. 250,
- 23:04Speaker 2: we're going to be celebrating it across all of these
- 23:08Speaker 2: properties and all these assets from, like I said, from
- 23:11Speaker 2: the Statue of Liberty, the Golden Gate Bridge. But, you know,
- 23:14Speaker 2: here in D.C. this summer, it is going to be,
- 23:17Speaker 2: I think, I might be breaking national news right here,
- 23:20Speaker 2: but there is going to be an attempt, I think
- 23:24Speaker 2: we're going to hit it, but it could be the
- 23:25Speaker 2: largest fireworks display ever on Earth in on the 4th
- 23:30Speaker 2: of July in Washington, D.C., this could be as many
- 23:33Speaker 2: as 20 times larger than the typical 4th of July
- 23:36Speaker 2: event if those plans hold. But just for you, Vince,
- 23:41Speaker 2: first time I've said that out loud, but National Park
- 23:43Speaker 2: Service is the one that manages the ball. So if
- 23:47Speaker 2: you're shooting off fireworks between the Lincoln Memorial and the
- 23:49Speaker 2: Washington Monument, you can thank your National Park Service for
- 23:53Speaker 2: managing all the aspects of safety and all the management
- 23:56Speaker 2: being at these celebrations right here as part of our
- 23:59Speaker 2: incredible 250th birthday.
- 24:01Speaker 1: I'm sorry, 20 times larger? First of all, the fireworks
- 24:04Speaker 1: show each year on July 4th is incredible at the
- 24:09Speaker 1: National Mall. You mean 20 times as many explosives? 20
- 24:13Speaker 1: times the length? What are we talking about here?
- 24:14Speaker 2: I think they're talking pounds of fireworks. And so this
- 24:20Speaker 2: is going to be a record-setting effort that we're chasing.
- 24:23Speaker 2: Could be a Guinness World Book of Records.
- 24:25Speaker 1: I love it. I love it. Well, it's a perfect
- 24:27Speaker 1: way to celebrate America 250. I'm very excited about that.
- 24:31Speaker 1: Let's see. Let me ask you about American energy because
- 24:34Speaker 1: that's a big issue right now and clearly in your portfolio.
- 24:38Speaker 1: You just mentioned a moment ago that some of that
- 24:40Speaker 1: energy is pulled from land that you are managing on
- 24:43Speaker 1: behalf of the American people. And so in other words,
- 24:45Speaker 1: when the government makes a lease, allows a lease for
- 24:48Speaker 1: somebody to drill that oil, we get money back from
- 24:51Speaker 1: the lease, and that money can be used to pay
- 24:53Speaker 1: down our debt? I mean, how much more of that
- 24:56Speaker 1: could we be doing? Because I know this audience, and
- 24:58Speaker 1: I certainly care, we've got $ 38 trillion in debt. Is
- 25:00Speaker 1: it possible that we can really attack it through expanding
- 25:04Speaker 1: more energy exploration?
- 25:06Speaker 2: The answer is absolutely, because not only do we get,
- 25:08Speaker 2: they lease it, and we get a paycheck. And And
- 25:12Speaker 2: then when they produce it, we get a royalty. So
- 25:15Speaker 2: then we make money. We're partners in getting a revenue
- 25:18Speaker 2: stream off of the royalty that comes off of the
- 25:20Speaker 2: onshore and offshore mineral development. And it's not a little thing.
- 25:25Speaker 2: I mean, right now on lands managed by the Department
- 25:28Speaker 2: of Interior represent 27% of all the oil production in
- 25:32Speaker 2: this country. Interior's interior resources the American people are producing
- 25:39Speaker 2: more oil than Exxon Mobil is So this is a
- 25:42Speaker 2: it's a big opportunity and of course, but what's happened
- 25:45Speaker 2: over the last 30 years You go back to the
- 25:48Speaker 2: the Clinton era, which is hey, we're gonna save this
- 25:51Speaker 2: spot at all So we're not going to cut a tree. Oh,
- 25:54Speaker 2: we're worried about you know, the impact of of beef
- 25:57Speaker 2: and And so, you know, we're gonna stop grazing Oh
- 26:01Speaker 2: mining that's dirty We should stop doing it when the
- 26:03Speaker 2: US is doing it cleaner better safer smarter than anywhere
- 26:06Speaker 2: And when we got out of the mining business who
- 26:09Speaker 2: got into it China controlling all those critical and rare
- 26:11Speaker 2: earth minerals tearing up the Congo Indonesia child labor no
- 26:16Speaker 2: environmental controls. If people care about the environment, they should
- 26:19Speaker 2: want the U.S. to produce every electron, every drop of
- 26:22Speaker 2: liquid fuels and everything that you mine. I mean, the
- 26:25Speaker 2: cell phone that all of your listeners have has got
- 26:28Speaker 2: 65 different critical minerals in a single cell phone. We
- 26:32Speaker 2: should be doing that here, not just for national security,
- 26:34Speaker 2: but because for job creation, because we do it cleaner,
- 26:37Speaker 2: smarter and safer. All of that can happen. Most of
- 26:40Speaker 2: those resources or most of the land that we own
- 26:43Speaker 2: is in the West. That's where most of the these
- 26:45Speaker 2: rich resource minerals are. And again, so from the West
- 26:49Speaker 2: all the way up through Alaska, big opportunity. And think
- 26:53Speaker 2: of it as America's untapped Southern wealth fund. I mean,
- 26:56Speaker 2: this is an asset that could be generating benefits for
- 26:59Speaker 2: every American.
- 27:00Speaker 1: Yeah, man, I hope you succeed big time.
- 27:03Speaker 2: And I should just throw this in. We generated more
- 27:05Speaker 2: revenue in interior in just the last eight months than
- 27:07Speaker 2: they did in the entire four years of Biden, because
- 27:10Speaker 2: we got back in to the business of giving leases
- 27:13Speaker 2: for timber, for grazing, and for oil and gas, and
- 27:16Speaker 2: for mining. So we're driving the revenue number up, but
- 27:19Speaker 2: we're just getting started.
- 27:20Speaker 1: That's great news. OK, talk to me about China, because
- 27:24Speaker 1: I know you know a lot about this subject. It
- 27:26Speaker 1: seems to me, I've been talking to this audience a
- 27:29Speaker 1: lot about this, that President Trump has been kicking the
- 27:32Speaker 1: power cord out on China. He's done it in Venezuela.
- 27:35Speaker 1: He's doing it in Iran. I mean, China very dependent
- 27:38Speaker 1: on the black market for discounted, illicitly purchased oil. That's
- 27:43Speaker 1: all going away right now. What's your perspective on this?
- 27:47Speaker 1: Because it seems to me that not only is this
- 27:49Speaker 1: an energy and an economic situation, it's also a national
- 27:52Speaker 1: security situation.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Absolutely, Vince. It's so fun to hear you say that.
- 27:57Speaker 2: You get it. You understand that. So many people don't.
- 28:00Speaker 2: President Trump, I'll call it energy dominance. When you have
- 28:04Speaker 2: energy dominance, then you can do energy diplomacy. You can
- 28:07Speaker 2: use it to end wars overseas, and you can use
- 28:10Speaker 2: it to lower the cost of everything at home. So
- 28:13Speaker 2: prosperity at home, peace abroad. But as you said, the
- 28:16Speaker 2: failed sanctions of the Russia and Iran into China's discount
- 28:25Speaker 2: gas station. They were buying China's been buying energy They're
- 28:28Speaker 2: the most energy dependent country in the world But they've
- 28:31Speaker 2: been buying it from bad actors on the black market
- 28:35Speaker 2: over the over the Biden administration years President Trump is
- 28:38Speaker 2: changing that and even if you know Venezuela oil goes
- 28:41Speaker 2: back on the world market if China wants to buy
- 28:43Speaker 2: it great they can pay the world price as opposed
- 28:45Speaker 2: to they were getting it basically close to half price
- 28:48Speaker 2: and here one month ago and shipping it on the
- 28:52Speaker 2: dark fleet. So it's going to help balance out trade
- 28:57Speaker 2: around the world. And it's also, the Venezuela is shifting
- 29:00Speaker 2: the geopolitical, for 70 years, the geopolitical center of the
- 29:04Speaker 2: world was driven by oil and it was driven by
- 29:06Speaker 2: the Middle East. That can move back to the Western
- 29:09Speaker 2: Hemisphere with President Trump's energy dominance approach.
- 29:13Speaker 1: And then finally, and I know you're short on time,
- 29:15Speaker 1: so I want to stick the landing here. Venezuela, the
- 29:19Speaker 1: president seems to have made a lot of progress there.
- 29:22Speaker 1: He's obviously gotten rid of Maduro. He's taken him into
- 29:25Speaker 1: custody here in the United States. Maduro, the illegitimate leader
- 29:28Speaker 1: of that country, not elected at all. So he got
- 29:31Speaker 1: rid of him. He's managing the government there right now.
- 29:34Speaker 1: He's managing the oil supply coming out of Venezuela. Just
- 29:38Speaker 1: give us a picture of what's happening there. And where
- 29:40Speaker 1: do you think things go next?
- 29:41Speaker 2: Well, you had Chris Wright on yesterday and Chris Wright's
- 29:44Speaker 2: on point on that for the for for Team Trump.
- 29:49Speaker 2: on navigating how we get oil production up and how
- 29:51Speaker 2: we get that energy sold. President Trump is again driving
- 29:57Speaker 2: a strategy where you control the oil, you control the economy,
- 30:00Speaker 2: and then you can control the direction of where it goes.
- 30:02Speaker 2: And this is going to be a great opportunity that Venezuelan,
- 30:05Speaker 2: 25 years ago, all that Venezuelan oil was primarily flowing
- 30:08Speaker 2: to the United States. All of our refiners on the
- 30:11Speaker 2: Gulf Coast are set up to manage that heavy Venezuelan crude.
- 30:15Speaker 2: And when that product comes to the US, it means
- 30:17Speaker 2: lower gas prices for Americans. So this is like, this
- 30:21Speaker 2: is President Trump, like making a triple bank shot with
- 30:24Speaker 2: his eyes closed, because this thing, it hits China, it
- 30:28Speaker 2: hits all the illicit sales, it's going to put the
- 30:32Speaker 2: squeeze on Cuba, which is another, you know, failed state
- 30:34Speaker 2: right at our doorstep. And then it's great for the
- 30:37Speaker 2: American public. And Without any troops on the ground and
- 30:41Speaker 2: without any dollars going into this thing, the private sector
- 30:44Speaker 2: from the U.S. is ready to step in and start
- 30:47Speaker 2: going after it. Venezuela's reserves are larger than Saudi Arabia's.
- 30:52Speaker 2: I mean, it's the largest in the world. And they've
- 30:55Speaker 2: been in 20 years of decline in terms of production.
- 30:58Speaker 2: They conspicuously tens if not hundreds of billions of dollars
- 31:02Speaker 2: of assets from American companies who are ready to go
- 31:04Speaker 2: back in. This is going to be a win for
- 31:07Speaker 2: the Western Hemisphere, a win for American citizens, certainly a
- 31:10Speaker 2: win for affordability. Because when you have lower energy prices,
- 31:14Speaker 2: there's an energy component in the clothes you wear, the
- 31:16Speaker 2: food you eat, the home you heat, the electricity, what's
- 31:20Speaker 2: powering the computers that are running our meeting today. It's
- 31:25Speaker 2: in all that stuff. And those prices are coming down
- 31:28Speaker 2: thanks to President Trump and his energy dominance agenda.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Yeah, I love it. And America built Venezuela's oil industry,
- 31:33Speaker 1: and now we're rescuing it again. Thank you, Doug Burgum.
- 31:37Speaker 1: It is nice to talk to you, sir, Mr. Secretary,
- 31:39Speaker 1: the Secretary of the Interior. Good to have you with
- 31:41Speaker 1: us on a Friday. Thank you.
- 31:42Speaker 2: Well, good to be with you, Vince. I hope to
- 31:43Speaker 2: see you again soon.
- 31:45Speaker 1: Good talk to you soon. A little bit of breaking
- 31:46Speaker 1: news there from the Interior Secretary. The 4th of July
- 31:51Speaker 1: celebration for America 250 will be 20 times larger than
- 31:56Speaker 1: it's ever been before. That's exciting. The biggest fireworks show
- 32:01Speaker 1: in world history? Yeah, I'll take it. That sounds like
- 32:04Speaker 1: a Trump event, actually. That's a lot of fun. Yeah,
- 32:08Speaker 1: thank you again to the Secretary. Thank you to all
- 32:10Speaker 1: the Cabinet Secretaries who joined us this week. Very cool.
- 32:13Speaker 1: We'll have all these guys back. There's always more to
- 32:16Speaker 1: check in on with those guys. All right, coming up,
- 32:18Speaker 1: the SAVE Act. What are we going to do? What
- 32:20Speaker 1: are we going to do to safeguard America's elections? There's
- 32:24Speaker 1: progress in the Senate right now, and it's because of you.
- 32:29Speaker 1: For real. The details on that coming up in just
- 32:32Speaker 1: a moment. Before we get there, I want to thank
- 32:33Speaker 1: the great sponsors who make this program possible. Thank you
- 32:37Speaker 1: very much to Kaoshi. Kaoshi's a great sponsor. Kaoshi's funny.
- 32:41Speaker 1: You know why I like Kaoshi? Because I can track
- 32:44Speaker 1: all sorts of data and market sentiment about where people
- 32:48Speaker 1: think things are going. So for instance, just now I
- 32:50Speaker 1: was talking to the Interior Secretary about some of these
- 32:54Speaker 1: adversarial nations that trade in energy. And one of them
- 32:58Speaker 1: is Iran. Iran sends 90% of its oil exports, its
- 33:02Speaker 1: energy exports to China. And look at this from Kalshi
- 33:06Speaker 1: this morning. Is Ali Khamenei going to leave as the
- 33:10Speaker 1: supreme leader? You have to see the numbers here. Kalshi,
- 33:14Speaker 1: people are placing good money on the fact they think
- 33:17Speaker 1: this guy is out this year, that there's going to
- 33:19Speaker 1: be regime change in Iran. Before April 1st, 32% chance.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Lots of people thinking that. 42% chance before July 1st.
- 33:27Speaker 1: 48% before September 1st. There's a lot of people expecting
- 33:35Speaker 1: Ali Khamenei to be yanked as supreme leader out. That's
- 33:38Speaker 1: on Kalshi today. Fascinating stuff. Everybody's got their opinion. Everybody's
- 33:43Speaker 1: got their opinion. Kalshi is one of the only places
- 33:45Speaker 1: where you can actually trade on the real world events
- 33:48Speaker 1: in all 50 states. It's not just politics, economics. They've
- 33:50Speaker 1: got markets on everything. Inflation numbers, sports, pop culture. It's cool,
- 33:55Speaker 1: and I use it to track odds and see what

- 34:21Speaker 1: to our great sponsor, The Wellness Company. You know, a
- 34:24Speaker 1: big medical hack of 2025 was actually several peer-reviewed studies
- 34:29Speaker 1: identifying possible direct connections between antiparasitic medications having off-label benefits
- 34:35Speaker 1: fighting a wide variety of cancers. And this actually kind
- 34:38Speaker 1: of makes sense, doesn't it? Because the connection between tumor
- 34:40Speaker 1: growth and parasites, that's been studied for years. It's been
- 34:43Speaker 1: reported that millions of Americans do suffer from parasitic infections
- 34:47Speaker 1: that do often go undetected or undiagnosed. This is why Dr.
- 34:50Speaker 1: Peter McCullough, the chief scientific officer at the Wellness Company,
- 34:54Speaker 1: one of the world's most published cardiologists, says that these
- 34:57Speaker 1: studies make a clear case to do at least one
- 35:00Speaker 1: medical-grade parasite cleanse annually. The Wellness Company USA's compounded ivermectin
- 35:05Speaker 1: and memdem... Meb Endazol, I always trip over that word,
- 35:09Speaker 1: but it's Meb Endazol, is a doctor prescribed gold standard
- 35:12Speaker 1: combination dose designed to help the body eliminate parasites plus
- 35:17Speaker 1: other incredible benefits. Each bottle contains 90 capsules. That's enough
- 35:21Speaker 1: to complete four 21 day cleanses. You can fill out
- 35:24Speaker 1: a quick intake form. A doctor reviews it. They issue
- 35:27Speaker 1: a prescription right for you and your medical grade parasite
- 35:31Speaker 1: cleanse arrives in a week. Now it's time for a
- 35:33Speaker 1: new year and a new you. Reset and own your health.

- 35:51Speaker 1: All right. Let's talk about what is going on with
- 35:56Speaker 1: the SAVE Act. Now, you know by now, Mike Lee
- 35:59Speaker 1: and Chip Roy have been pushing this. I'm trying to
- 36:02Speaker 1: get Chip run the radio program today. We'll see if
- 36:05Speaker 1: that happens. I hope he stops by. I texted with
- 36:07Speaker 1: producer Jim last night. I was like, hey, let's get
- 36:09Speaker 1: Chip to stop by. So we'll see if we can
- 36:12Speaker 1: get him. But here's the rub. Here's what's happening. This week,
- 36:16Speaker 1: all of a sudden, it looks like the dam is
- 36:19Speaker 1: starting to break on the establishment Republicans in the United
- 36:24Speaker 1: States Senate supporting this thing. We did a show recently
- 36:28Speaker 1: where I was reviewing Chuck Grassley. And kind of the,
- 36:32Speaker 1: now candidly, kind of the mealy mouth sort of like
- 36:37Speaker 1: trying to like pull the wool over your eyes or
- 36:39Speaker 1: whether or not he supports the SAVE Act. I didn't
- 36:42Speaker 1: like it. I didn't like it at all. And we
- 36:45Speaker 1: just got an update from Chuck Grassley yesterday, midday yesterday.
- 36:49Speaker 1: He now says, I have long supported voter ID in
- 36:53Speaker 1: ensuring that only citizens vote in our elections, which is
- 36:57Speaker 1: why I'm now a co-sponsor of, the SAVE Act. Well,
- 37:01Speaker 1: that's a huge change because before he was straight up saying,
- 37:04Speaker 1: I'm not against the SAVE Act. Well, not being against
- 37:08Speaker 1: it is not the same as being for it. So
- 37:09Speaker 1: why don't you be more specific? So here's Chuck Grassley.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Now he's being specific. Not only is he for it,
- 37:13Speaker 1: he's a co-sponsor of it. I'm a co-sponsor of the
- 37:16Speaker 1: SAVE Act now, says Chuck Grassley. Well, it turns out
- 37:18Speaker 1: you can teach an old dog new tricks. How did
- 37:20Speaker 1: Chuck Grassley get there? That's you. You did that. You
- 37:26Speaker 1: called his office. You let him know on social media.
- 37:29Speaker 1: You started pounding that drum in order to get him
- 37:33Speaker 1: to a point where he says he's going to support
- 37:34Speaker 1: the SAVE Act. And it's not just him. Suddenly, all
- 37:39Speaker 1: these senators, these Republican senators, not all of them, but
- 37:41Speaker 1: a lot of them are now saying, actually, I support it, too.
- 37:45Speaker 1: And that includes John Thune, importantly, the leader of the
- 37:49Speaker 1: Republicans in the Senate. In fact, John Thune is now
- 37:54Speaker 1: promising a floor vote on this legislation. And he said,
- 37:59Speaker 1: I'd like to add something else to it as well.
- 38:01Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Here's John Thune cut one this week.
- 38:04Speaker 6: Understanding is that they are still modifying the bill. It
- 38:08Speaker 6: includes right now a requirement that you be a citizen
- 38:11Speaker 6: to register to vote, but it doesn't include a requirement
- 38:14Speaker 6: that to vote you be a resident. So in other words,
- 38:17Speaker 6: if you're going to have what we call voter ID
- 38:18Speaker 6: or photo ID, when somebody goes into the ballot box
- 38:21Speaker 6: to vote, that's not currently covered in the bill. So
- 38:23Speaker 6: that's been fixed and addressed, and I think the new
- 38:26Speaker 6: bill that comes out hopefully will deal with that. But,
- 38:29Speaker 6: I mean, at some point we'll have that vote.
- 38:31Speaker 2: I'm for it.
- 38:32Speaker 6: I think most of our colleagues in the Senate are
- 38:34Speaker 6: And I don't, you know, it hasn't had consideration in
- 38:37Speaker 6: the relevant committee yet, but I know there's a high
- 38:40Speaker 6: level of interest among our members in getting a vote
- 38:42Speaker 6: on SABAC.
- 38:43Speaker 1: All right, keep the pressure on. We have to keep
- 38:46Speaker 1: the pressure on here. We got to get the dam
- 38:48Speaker 1: to fully break. We got to get to a majority here.
- 38:51Speaker 1: I mean, there's a million other things that these guys
- 38:53Speaker 1: have to do. We got to keep the pressure on
- 38:54Speaker 1: to get rid of the blue slip. We got to
- 38:55Speaker 1: keep the pressure on to get rid of the silent filibuster.
- 38:58Speaker 1: We have to keep the pressure on and get these
- 39:00Speaker 1: guys to get their asses into the Senate and vote
- 39:03Speaker 1: for this thing. and safeguard our elections. This is the
- 39:06Speaker 1: most obvious thing on the whole planet. It's a really,
- 39:09Speaker 1: really basic thing. Certify that somebody's an American citizen. Confirm
- 39:13Speaker 1: it before you let them register to vote. That's it.
- 39:15Speaker 1: That's all we're asking for. That's it. Every American can
- 39:18Speaker 1: prove they're a citizen. Just let them do it. Let
- 39:20Speaker 1: them register to vote. Nobody else. We don't need our
- 39:23Speaker 1: system corrupted by illegals or people who are not allowed
- 39:26Speaker 1: to vote joining the rolls. None of this like automatically, oops,
- 39:29Speaker 1: we accidentally registered a bunch of illegals to vote through
- 39:33Speaker 1: our motor voter laws or whatever. None of that. Stop
- 39:36Speaker 1: that crap now. And this is what the US Senate
- 39:39Speaker 1: is apparently getting a lot of esteem right now to do.
- 39:42Speaker 1: They're near that majority level. They're getting closer. Keep the
- 39:45Speaker 1: pressure on. Now, Let's talk about the legislation itself. What
- 39:49Speaker 1: does it do? And I was curious about this. So
- 39:51Speaker 1: I dove into the actual text of the legislation because,
- 39:54Speaker 1: you know, that's what I'm into. And here's what I
- 39:58Speaker 1: found out. Here's here's one that here's something that leapt
- 40:00Speaker 1: off the page at me. Absentee voting, absentee voting is
- 40:08Speaker 1: is a big deal in the country. And we need
- 40:10Speaker 1: to deal with like, hey, what's the deal with like.
- 40:13Speaker 1: photo ID. So the bill, which is now called the
- 40:16Speaker 1: Save America Act, Save America Act would one, require only
- 40:20Speaker 1: American citizens, you have to prove it, to register to vote. Two,
- 40:24Speaker 1: election officials who screw this up, they can be sued
- 40:27Speaker 1: by American citizens for failing to do their jobs correctly.
- 40:31Speaker 1: And then on the photo ID component, Not only do
- 40:34Speaker 1: you need to produce a photo ID to get a ballot,
- 40:38Speaker 1: if you're getting an absentee ballot, you have to produce
- 40:39Speaker 1: a photo ID to get the ballot sent to you.
- 40:42Speaker 1: You also have to produce a photo ID when you
- 40:45Speaker 1: send it in. You have to submit a copy of
- 40:46Speaker 1: your own photo ID when you send it in. There's
- 40:48Speaker 1: double photo ID verification to use an absentee ballot. Take
- 40:53Speaker 1: a look here. Absentee ballots. In the case of an
- 40:56Speaker 1: individual voting by absentee The individual shall include a copy
- 41:01Speaker 1: of the eligible photo identification document, A, with the request
- 41:06Speaker 1: for an absentee ballot, and B, with the submission of
- 41:10Speaker 1: the absentee ballot. So it's double photo identification requirement in
- 41:17Speaker 1: order to do this. Now, this is a chef's kiss,
- 41:22Speaker 1: perfect level of security for the absentee ballot system. Now,
- 41:26Speaker 1: of course, we should limit the use of absentee ballots
- 41:28Speaker 1: as much as humanly possible. People should show up on
- 41:31Speaker 1: election day and vote, candidly. That's the way this should
- 41:33Speaker 1: all be handled. But we do have people who can't
- 41:36Speaker 1: necessarily be home. If you're a service member who is overseas, deployed,
- 41:41Speaker 1: and you want to vote in an election in your
- 41:43Speaker 1: community or in your country, by all means, absentee ballot
- 41:46Speaker 1: for that person, totally legitimate. But insofar as we have
- 41:49Speaker 1: absentee ballots, photo identification on both sides of it, okay?
- 41:53Speaker 1: Let me remind you what happened in Georgia. Remember Georgia?
- 41:56Speaker 2: Georgia.
- 41:57Speaker 1: We're talking about Georgia this week because we got a
- 41:58Speaker 1: lot of FBI investigation going on into the 2020 election.
- 42:03Speaker 1: What happened in Georgia? Well, back in 2020, the way
- 42:08Speaker 1: that they had set up their insane election system is
- 42:12Speaker 1: that if somebody submitted an absentee ballot, you know how
- 42:15Speaker 1: they did it? Signature verification. All you had to do
- 42:19Speaker 1: was sign it. And then an election official would stare
- 42:22Speaker 1: at the signature that was on the ballot and then
- 42:24Speaker 1: stare at the signature that was on file and go, hey,
- 42:26Speaker 1: that's good enough. Or that election official would go, eh,
- 42:30Speaker 1: they don't match. I'm going to throw this one out. Well,
- 42:32Speaker 1: hold on a second. What, do you got a bunch
- 42:34Speaker 1: of handwriting experts sitting around? What, people's signature is the
- 42:37Speaker 1: same from the moment they register to vote to the
- 42:38Speaker 1: moment they cast the vote? Is your signature the same
- 42:41Speaker 1: today when it was when you were 18 years old?
- 42:43Speaker 1: Is it the same? I mean, for most people, it's not.
- 42:45Speaker 1: For me, it's not. So what is that system? It
- 42:48Speaker 1: was an insane system in Georgia. And for what it's worth, historically,
- 42:53Speaker 1: that system is actually disenfranchised. I love the left talking
- 42:56Speaker 1: about they don't want to disenfranchise black voters. They were
- 42:58Speaker 1: disenfranchising black voters like crazy through that insane system. So
- 43:01Speaker 1: what did they do in Georgia? Remember the voter integrity
- 43:04Speaker 1: law that they passed in Georgia, that Republicans successfully got passed?
- 43:08Speaker 1: The one that Joe Biden called makes Jim Crow look
- 43:12Speaker 1: like Jim Eagle. Remember that crap that we were getting?
- 43:14Speaker 1: It was at the same time that Texas was passing
- 43:16Speaker 1: its own voter integrity law. Georgia changed its laws around
- 43:20Speaker 1: absentee ballots. And here's the change they made. When you
- 43:23Speaker 1: submit your absentee ballot, you write your state license number
- 43:27Speaker 1: on the ballot, your driver's license number. In other words,
- 43:29Speaker 1: you're using an ID number, ID reference number, so that
- 43:34Speaker 1: way when the ballot is submitted, they actually have something
- 43:36Speaker 1: to compare it to. So it's a form of of
- 43:38Speaker 1: voter ID built into the absentee ballot system. Now, does
- 43:42Speaker 1: it go the distance the same way this legislation does? No,
- 43:45Speaker 1: it doesn't. It doesn't require the photo ID to be
- 43:48Speaker 1: Xeroxed and included with the ballot, which it should. But
- 43:53Speaker 1: it's way better than the signature system. It's way less
- 43:56Speaker 1: vulnerable to fraud, and it's way less vulnerable to election
- 43:59Speaker 1: officials who are deciding willy-nilly which ballots to actually count.
- 44:03Speaker 1: It's way better. And what did it do? Well, black
- 44:06Speaker 1: turnout went up in Georgia. Fewer black voters were disenfranchised.
- 44:10Speaker 1: And the election was made more credible by the fact
- 44:13Speaker 1: that it had verification and safeguards. So, again, don't believe
- 44:16Speaker 1: any of the lies. Oh, photo ID disenfranchises black voters.
- 44:19Speaker 1: I'm sorry. That's a racist assumption that comes from you
- 44:22Speaker 1: if you actually believe it. or is just horse crap
- 44:26Speaker 1: designed to protect a fraudulent system using some sort of
- 44:30Speaker 1: black moral blackmail as a means to do it. It's
- 44:33Speaker 1: just grotesque all the way through. So no, let's make
- 44:37Speaker 1: our election safe. And this legislation will go a long
- 44:39Speaker 1: way to do it. So now it's called not just
- 44:41Speaker 1: the SAVE Act, but add this to your vocabulary. It's
- 44:44Speaker 1: the SAVE America Act. It's now called the SAVE America Act.
- 44:51Speaker 1: And this is what you should be demanding that your
- 44:54Speaker 1: lawmaker not only pass, but browbeat every single other colleague
- 44:59Speaker 1: around them to join them in this endeavor. Chip Roy
- 45:03Speaker 1: is the guy. Chip Roy and Mike Lee in the Senate.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Chip Roy overnight saying, breaking, based Mike Lee and I
- 45:10Speaker 1: have finalized the Save America Act. The Save America Act
- 45:14Speaker 1: adds a voter ID requirement for voting in federal elections.
- 45:19Speaker 1: while maintaining the original SAVE Act's proof of citizenship requirement
- 45:22Speaker 1: for voter registration, let's roll SAVE America. Now, how's the
- 45:29Speaker 1: left reacting to this?
- 45:30Speaker 2: Oh, they hate it.
- 45:32Speaker 1: They hate it. They do not like this at all.
- 45:36Speaker 1: In fact, Among election rigors, there's a fellow called Mark Elias.
- 45:40Speaker 1: You know his name? Remember, he was responsible for commissioning
- 45:43Speaker 1: the Steele dossier. He was Hillary Clinton's lawyer at Perkins Coie,
- 45:47Speaker 1: who was, you know, kind of the kind of the
- 45:49Speaker 1: bag man who was handling all of this. He was
- 45:51Speaker 1: he got in touch with Fusion GPS and they got
- 45:53Speaker 1: Christopher Steele. This guy draws up the Steele dossier. They
- 45:56Speaker 1: make all these phony allegations about Donald Trump and Russia. Trump,
- 45:59Speaker 1: Russia collusion. That was Mark Elias who was quarterbacking that
- 46:02Speaker 1: whole stunt. Mark Elias, who has been involved in interfering
- 46:05Speaker 1: on behalf of Democrats in every election they can possibly rig.
- 46:08Speaker 1: That's Mark Elias. Mark Elias has a blog. Perhaps you
- 46:12Speaker 1: didn't know about it. It's called Democracy Docket. Democracy Docket.
- 46:15Speaker 1: What does Democracy Docket think about all this? Mark Elias.
- 46:18Speaker 1: They are scared to death by the SAVE Act. They
- 46:23Speaker 1: call it the most extraordinary attack on voting rights in
- 46:27Speaker 1: American history. How the SAVE Act upends over a century
- 46:31Speaker 1: and a half of protecting voting. That's the real headline
- 46:35Speaker 1: from Mark Elias's actual blog. They're panicking. Now, you tell
- 46:41Speaker 1: me something. Why would you panic that we are verifying
- 46:46Speaker 1: that only American citizens vote in our elections? Why would
- 46:51Speaker 1: you panic that we're asking people to show photo ID
- 46:56Speaker 1: in order to vote in our elections? Why would it
- 46:59Speaker 1: be the, quote, most extraordinary attack on voting rights in
- 47:03Speaker 1: American history to make sure only Americans vote? The answer
- 47:08Speaker 1: is it wouldn't be. It's not an attack on voting rights.
- 47:13Speaker 1: It's a preservation of voting rights. If you let illegal
- 47:17Speaker 1: aliens vote in our elections, you know what that does
- 47:18Speaker 1: to my vote? It disenfranchises me. It waters it down.
- 47:23Speaker 1: It steals from me. It undermines the will of the
- 47:26Speaker 1: American people. And so the attack on voting rights is
- 47:30Speaker 1: making it so that your election system is vulnerable to fraud.
- 47:33Speaker 1: That's what Mark Elias stands up for. These people always
- 47:38Speaker 1: move forward. And then what they do is they dress
- 47:41Speaker 1: up their own cruel power priorities as somehow being something
- 47:46Speaker 1: of virtue. An old friend once said, It's the dipsy-do flip-a-roo.
- 47:51Speaker 1: They accuse you of exactly what they're doing. Sure enough.
- 47:55Speaker 1: Sure enough. They're attacking voting rights. And then when you
- 47:58Speaker 1: try and protect voting rights, they say you're attacking voting rights. Yeah,
- 48:03Speaker 1: we've seen that a lot. In fact, there's another guy,
- 48:06Speaker 1: another Democrat called Dan Goldman, the Levi Strausser. This guy
- 48:11Speaker 1: is a tool. This guy is a tool. And he
- 48:15Speaker 1: just put out a thing called saying that the Republicans
- 48:18Speaker 1: are trying to rig the elections right now by raiding
- 48:23Speaker 1: the Fulton County, Georgia election offices, raiding it in order
- 48:28Speaker 1: to review the 2020 election. Again, an election six years ago.
- 48:31Speaker 1: How would we rig an election by conducting a criminal
- 48:34Speaker 1: investigation into the 2020 election? What the hell are you
- 48:37Speaker 1: even talking about? And he says that we are in
- 48:41Speaker 1: the midst of rigging an election, that is Republicans, conservatives,
- 48:44Speaker 1: by arresting rapists in Minnesota? Is this real? Are you
- 48:49Speaker 1: serious right now? Here he is. Here's that tool, Dan Goldman,
- 48:53Speaker 1: the Levi Strauss there who's in Congress for some reason.
- 48:55Speaker 1: Listen to this idiot.
- 48:57Speaker 5: Stephen Miller is trying to rig the election.
- 49:00Speaker 1: Let me explain.
- 49:02Speaker 5: Because what's going on in Minneapolis is all part of
- 49:05Speaker 5: a much larger scheme that dates back months and months.
- 49:09Speaker 2: The idea, of course, is.
- 49:11Speaker 5: To send Donald Trump's paramilitary force masked agents intent on
- 49:17Speaker 5: inciting and conducting violence to create a whole situation.
- 49:25Speaker 1: Listen to the lies that this guy tells his sucker
- 49:28Speaker 1: of an audience. So what's really happening is in Minnesota,
- 49:31Speaker 1: we're going up, picking up homicide convicts, we're picking up rapists,
- 49:35Speaker 1: we're picking up child abusers, illegal aliens, people who should
- 49:38Speaker 1: not be in our country. getting them the hell out
- 49:39Speaker 1: of the country. And Dan Goldman continues to feed the
- 49:42Speaker 1: vicious lies that are getting people like Renee Good and
- 49:46Speaker 1: Alex Preddy killed. That's Dan Goldman. Goldman, who's got blood
- 49:49Speaker 1: on his hands, is telling the rest of us that
- 49:51Speaker 1: Donald Trump's trying to steal the election by enforcing the law.
- 49:54Speaker 5: In cities across this country where he can then invoke
- 49:57Speaker 5: the Insurrection Act. And if he votes the Insurrection Act,
- 50:01Speaker 5: he can then claim that he needs to cancel the
- 50:04Speaker 5: elections until the, quote, invasion.
- 50:07Speaker 1: You're such an idiot. First of all, Trump hasn't invoked
- 50:10Speaker 1: the Insurrection Act. This has been a source of frustration
- 50:12Speaker 1: to me and this audience and all sorts of Republicans,
- 50:14Speaker 1: conservatives everywhere. Americans were like, invoke the insurrection now, put
- 50:17Speaker 1: this thing down. Let's just stop this nonsense. Let's stop
- 50:20Speaker 1: the violence to stop the criminality. So you're advancing a
- 50:24Speaker 1: conspiracy theory about something that we're frustrated President Trump hasn't
- 50:27Speaker 1: even done yet. So what the hell are you talking about?
- 50:29Speaker 1: You absolute goon.
- 50:31Speaker 2: Is over with.
- 50:32Speaker 5: But what we've seen in the last couple of weeks
- 50:35Speaker 5: are many more dots that are connected now.
- 50:38Speaker 1: He's connecting dots. He's got yarn on a board. He's
- 50:41Speaker 1: got the pushpins and everything.
- 50:42Speaker 5: In this master plan. This week, the Fulton County Board
- 50:46Speaker 5: of Elections was searched by the FBI for their voter
- 50:49Speaker 5: rolls and other voting information. All based on the completely
- 50:54Speaker 5: bogus accusations that there was fraud in Georgia in 2020.
- 50:57Speaker 1: How did they wait a second? Hold on a second.
- 51:00Speaker 1: How is it that the FBI was able to do this?
- 51:03Speaker 1: How does the FBI? Here's a fun little brain experiment
- 51:07Speaker 1: for you, Goldman. How is it that the FBI can
- 51:10Speaker 1: just go into a building and seize paperwork? What would
- 51:13Speaker 1: it take for the FBI to be allowed to do
- 51:15Speaker 1: something like that? Can they just make it up as
- 51:17Speaker 1: they go along with Trump just being authoritarian? They just
- 51:19Speaker 1: blast their way into a building, grab whatever paperwork they want.
- 51:22Speaker 1: How does this work exactly? What did the FBI do
- 51:25Speaker 1: in advance of going into that building? Let's see. They
- 51:28Speaker 1: obtained a freaking warrant. They have a judicial warrant. They
- 51:32Speaker 1: went to a judge and they said, hey, we have
- 51:34Speaker 1: evidence that a crime was committed. The judge looked and
- 51:36Speaker 1: they said, oh, wow. Yeah, we got probable cause here.
- 51:38Speaker 2: Yep.
- 51:39Speaker 1: You crossed the threshold. Certainly looks like a crime to me.
- 51:41Speaker 1: Go ahead, fellas.
- 51:42Speaker 2: Go in there.
- 51:42Speaker 1: Grab the paperwork. So Dan Goldman is pretending like this
- 51:45Speaker 1: was just invented. Donald Trump is just barreling his way
- 51:48Speaker 1: in there, grabbing paperwork. That's not the way this works
- 51:50Speaker 1: at all. In fact, this administration follows the law. You
- 51:53Speaker 1: may not be familiar with it because your party really
- 51:55Speaker 1: hasn't done that for many years. But this administration follows
- 51:57Speaker 1: the law. And here he is advancing a conspiracy theory.
- 52:00Speaker 1: And he's now saying that the judges are in on it.
- 52:02Speaker 1: Now he's saying that the criminal justice system is in
- 52:05Speaker 1: on some sort of conspiracy theory to help Donald Trump
- 52:07Speaker 1: steal an election.
- 52:08Speaker 5: We're out of the statute of limitations for almost all crimes.
- 52:11Speaker 5: So this is clearly an effort just to get information.
- 52:15Speaker 1: Almost all crimes. Well, which crimes are we still in
- 52:17Speaker 1: play with.
- 52:18Speaker 2: Here, Goldman?
- 52:19Speaker 5: But it's not the only one, because Pam Bondi wrote
- 52:22Speaker 5: a letter to Governor Tim Walz that said ICE agents
- 52:26Speaker 5: would withdraw from Minnesota if Minnesota gave the Department of
- 52:32Speaker 5: Justice their voter rolls, which they have no right to.
- 52:36Speaker 5: and no need for, other than to try to purge them.
- 52:39Speaker 1: I mean, even the little clip that he showed on
- 52:41Speaker 1: screen shows that Pambadi did not say that. But she
- 52:44Speaker 1: is telling him, like, hey, turn over your voting rolls.
- 52:46Speaker 1: Why would Minnesota be a source of concern about their
- 52:49Speaker 1: voting rolls? Why in the world would that be an issue?
- 52:52Speaker 1: Could it be that the Minnesota Democrats perpetually commit fraud
- 52:56Speaker 1: in every environment that they have power over? Yes, is
- 53:00Speaker 1: the answer. Yes, is the answer. It's the reason why
- 53:02Speaker 1: this week everybody believes that Ilhan Omar faked some sort
- 53:05Speaker 1: of weird apple cider vinegar attack on herself. It's because
- 53:09Speaker 1: you just assume if you're a Minnesota Democrat, it's fraud.
- 53:12Speaker 1: Whatever you're doing, it's fraud. You're stealing our money. It's fraud.
- 53:14Speaker 1: You're not giving out money to people for housing. You're
- 53:17Speaker 1: not giving out money to people for autism. You're not
- 53:19Speaker 1: giving out money to people for actual daycare. It's going
- 53:22Speaker 1: to the quality leering center so you can rob us blind.
- 53:25Speaker 1: So enough of that crap. So show us your voting rolls.
- 53:28Speaker 1: I want to take a close look at that because
- 53:29Speaker 1: I'd like you not to steal something else from us.
- 53:32Speaker 5: This comes on the heel of Donald Trump saying last
- 53:36Speaker 5: week on the same day that he have to consider
- 53:40Speaker 5: invoking the Insurrection Act and later in that day that
- 53:44Speaker 5: we shouldn't even have elections. It's not a coincidence that
- 53:48Speaker 5: he said those two things on the same day.
- 53:50Speaker 1: This guy's trying to stitch together things that don't fit.
- 53:53Speaker 1: So anyway, the point is that like the idea that
- 53:56Speaker 1: Donald Trump is going to cancel an election. This is
- 53:58Speaker 1: this is you know why he thinks like this. I'll
- 54:00Speaker 1: tell you why. If he even for a moment sincerely
- 54:03Speaker 1: believes this, and that guy lies like he breathes, so
- 54:04Speaker 1: I don't even know what he actually believes. But the
- 54:07Speaker 1: reason you get something like that from Dan Goldman is
- 54:10Speaker 1: because that is how Democrats think. Fundamentally, They think outside
- 54:16Speaker 1: of the terms of the way the rest of us
- 54:18Speaker 1: operate in the country. So, like, if you don't like
- 54:20Speaker 1: a politician, your thought process is, okay, how can I
- 54:23Speaker 1: rally support to vote that guy out? Or if you
- 54:25Speaker 1: do like a politician, you're like, how can I rally support?
- 54:27Speaker 1: How can I make it so that that guy can
- 54:28Speaker 1: stay in power?
- 54:29Speaker 2: Right?
- 54:29Speaker 1: You're thinking about it through the rules of the game.
- 54:32Speaker 1: That's not what Democrats think. How do Democrats think? Democrats think,
- 54:35Speaker 1: how can I rig this? How can I rig this?
- 54:38Speaker 1: How can I remove my political opponent from the ballot?
- 54:40Speaker 1: Maybe we can do it in a state like Maine
- 54:42Speaker 1: or Colorado. Those were places that were trying to kick
- 54:44Speaker 1: Donald Trump off the ballot. That's where Democrats were trying
- 54:46Speaker 1: to do that. Maybe we could remove our Democrat primary opponents,
- 54:49Speaker 1: people like RFK Jr. We could keep him off the ballot.
- 54:51Speaker 1: Let's figure out a way to do that or Dean
- 54:52Speaker 1: Phillips or any of these other guys. You know, maybe
- 54:55Speaker 1: we could imprison our political opponent. We'll just stick the
- 54:57Speaker 1: justice system on him. We'll get, you know, fat Fannie Willis.
- 55:01Speaker 1: We'll get big tish James. We'll get fat Alvin Bragg.
- 55:04Speaker 1: We'll do, we'll just get these guys, you know, idiot
- 55:07Speaker 1: Jack Smith. We'll get all these guys to go after
- 55:10Speaker 1: Donald Trump. We'll try and throw him in prison and
- 55:13Speaker 1: maybe that'll prevent them from being reelected. That could be,
- 55:16Speaker 1: That could be wonderful. Maybe that'll work. Maybe we'll just
- 55:19Speaker 1: deprive the American people of knowing anything about how corrupt
- 55:21Speaker 1: this Democrat is. We'll just hide the whole Hunter Biden
- 55:23Speaker 1: story and prevent the American people from knowing so that
- 55:26Speaker 1: when they go to the polls, they're deprived of the
- 55:28Speaker 1: information that's necessary to inform them about how to make
- 55:31Speaker 1: a better decision. We could just actually rig the election.
- 55:33Speaker 1: That could be good. Maybe we do that. Maybe we
- 55:35Speaker 1: just let illegal aliens into the country like crazy, tens
- 55:39Speaker 1: of millions. We stuff them in the blue states. We
- 55:41Speaker 1: get extra congressional seats that we don't actually earn, right?
- 55:44Speaker 1: We get extra electoral college votes that we don't actually earn.
- 55:46Speaker 1: We just rigged the election. It's not like we're going
- 55:49Speaker 1: to appeal to voters. It's not like we got some
- 55:51Speaker 1: great policy that they're actually going to subscribe to. So
- 55:53Speaker 1: why don't we just rig it? How about that? So
- 55:55Speaker 1: when Dan Goldman's assessing all of this, he's like, I
- 55:58Speaker 1: can't believe Donald Trump's auditing our behavior. He must be
- 56:01Speaker 1: trying to cancel elections and rig elections. The only reason
- 56:06Speaker 1: he comes to a conclusion like that is, A, he's lying,
- 56:08Speaker 1: or B, these are his instincts. And he's just saying
- 56:11Speaker 1: them out loud because he assumes Donald Trump is as
- 56:13Speaker 1: evil as he is. And chances are it's some combination
- 56:16Speaker 1: of both. goofball stuff, dangerous stuff. It's all the more
- 56:21Speaker 1: reason why Democrats shouldn't have any more power at all.
- 56:24Speaker 1: And we should work really hard to prevent it. So
- 56:26Speaker 1: how do we do that? Pass the SAVE Act. Excuse me,
- 56:30Speaker 1: the SAVE America Act. Fix our elections up. And while
- 56:34Speaker 1: you're maintaining pressure on the United States Congress to do
- 56:36Speaker 1: that very thing, and we should, we're having results right now, guys.
- 56:40Speaker 1: It's working. More senators are joining us right now. As
- 56:44Speaker 1: we pressure them to do that, get rid of the
- 56:46Speaker 1: blue slips, get rid of the silent filibuster, and get
- 56:49Speaker 1: on board with the MAGA agenda. Because the rest of
- 56:51Speaker 1: us are already there. Now you slowpokes who are supposed
- 56:54Speaker 1: to be leading the country need to catch up. We'll
- 56:56Speaker 1: lead you. We'll lead you. All right. Today, the big

- 58:53Speaker 7: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 58:57Speaker 7: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 59:00Speaker 7: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 59:02Speaker 7: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
- 59:06Speaker 2: That is it.
- 59:07Speaker 7: This is not a football game.
- 59:10Speaker 1: If you vote, we will win. It is not complicated.
- 59:13Speaker 1: The Dan Vontino Show. Follow and listen on your favorite platforms.
