- 0:48SPEAKER_02: Hello, beautiful humans at Beyond Limits.
- 0:52SPEAKER_02: I am coming to you with an off-the-cuff audio episode.
- 0:57SPEAKER_02: It's been a hot minute since we've had a new episode in the podcast.
- 1:01SPEAKER_02: There's so much shifting and changing.
- 1:04SPEAKER_02: What I have planned for the podcast is huge.
- 1:07SPEAKER_02: But instead of waiting until that's ready to go, and when you see it, you'll be you'll love.
- 2:00SPEAKER_02: She's like, Well, I'm doing 40k months, and this is like the dream.
- 2:04SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, okay, we get to dream higher now.
- 2:06SPEAKER_02: Like, I'm just, I had this moment and I caught it on camera and I shared it on my Instagram of just being so in love with this work, so in love with what I do, so oh realizing I was actually on a walk when I was walking to the gym this morning to train.
- 2:26SPEAKER_02: Well, we'll start off the episode here, and then I'll kind of go into what I was planning to.
- 2:32SPEAKER_02: It's like a how dare you not go be all that you can be.
- 2:36SPEAKER_02: How dare you play smaller?
- 2:41SPEAKER_02: How dare you not treat your calling and the prophecy that's written over your life with the severity and the intensity that it deserves, with the respect it deserves.
- 2:58SPEAKER_02: I just I just feel so in awe.
- 3:02SPEAKER_02: And so that's kind of what we're gonna be diving into today.
- 3:04SPEAKER_02: It's just a a raw.
- 3:06SPEAKER_02: I'm in my well, technically it's the dining room, but it's where I like to work.
- 3:10SPEAKER_02: I have beautiful red roses on my desk.
- 3:12SPEAKER_02: I am sipping a not full decaf espresso.
- 3:17SPEAKER_02: I play with my ratios because I measure it the beans.
- 3:20SPEAKER_02: I every day it's a little bit few grams of decaf, few grams of not decaf, and we we kind of make our own level of caffeination.
- 3:29SPEAKER_02: But I want to talk about really what stops people from expanding.
- 3:34SPEAKER_02: And there's there's many things, but I want this is the conversation we're gonna have today because sometimes you can have the income and the team and the level of success and the metrics and the life that from the outside is the goal.
- 3:50SPEAKER_02: And I want to bring this in because I work with anyone, you know, people going from 20 to 50, 50 to 100, you know, 100 to 200, but also people at million-dollar months and multimillion dollar months and their experience of life and business.
- 4:05SPEAKER_02: So I really see it all.
- 4:10SPEAKER_02: And so you can have all the things that from the outside look like the goal, but you can be sitting in your car after a lunch, after just having a million-dollar launch.
- 4:22SPEAKER_02: And then something something in you doesn't feel like peace.
- 4:28SPEAKER_02: It feels like like, is this it?
- 4:31SPEAKER_02: And it's not in gratitude, right?
- 4:32SPEAKER_02: It's not a sign that something's wrong.
- 4:34SPEAKER_02: It's just a soul that has already outgrown the container that you've built.
- 4:43SPEAKER_02: And so I want to talk about why sometimes even the most successful people or people who are chasing success or chasing the outcome are the ones who feel the least alive and what it actually takes to change that.
- 4:59SPEAKER_02: So if you're new to if this is the first time you were hearing me hi, this is beyond limits, I'm Liv.
- 5:03SPEAKER_02: And this episode is for the one who feels like she's doing everything right and is starting to wonder if quote unquote right was ever the actual destination.
- 5:13SPEAKER_02: So the meaning before we get into anything else, it's important to acknowledge that you've probably gotten here to where you are due to a certain amount of efforting.
- 5:30SPEAKER_02: Maybe you've out-executed people, you've learned the game, you've played it exceptionally well.
- 5:41SPEAKER_02: But there's usually there's always a moment, and I've seen this with so many people.
- 5:48SPEAKER_02: Something underneath is starting to ask you, okay, but what else?
- 5:52SPEAKER_02: But what now?
- 5:55SPEAKER_02: Or you hit a milestone, but it just doesn't feel satisfying, and then you think something's wrong, but it's because it's you're being invited to something deeper than a milestone.
- 6:07SPEAKER_02: Or you feel like if you actually allow yourself to settle into your life and fully celebrate it that something will be taken away.
- 6:17SPEAKER_02: Or you find yourself you can do it, but you can't do it over and over again.
- 6:23SPEAKER_02: Right, so you're able to do it once, but then something drops.
- 6:29SPEAKER_02: And eventually you can't ignore the gap between the two.
- 6:35SPEAKER_02: And this is where you'll start to experience a ceiling.
- 6:39SPEAKER_02: And it may not be like a catastrophic, like, oh my god, but it's this something kind of just stops.
- 6:46SPEAKER_02: It feels limited.
- 6:47SPEAKER_02: It's not like a failure, it's just this plateau that feels you can't quite break through that ceiling.
- 6:54SPEAKER_02: It's like a this level that you keep returning to no matter what you do.
- 6:57SPEAKER_02: And maybe that's a revenue number, right?
- 7:00SPEAKER_02: An income number that you keep bumping against the same ceiling.
- 7:03SPEAKER_02: Maybe it's always performing, right?
- 7:08SPEAKER_02: Trying to keep up.
- 7:10SPEAKER_02: My fiance calls it keeping up with the Joneses, trying to keep up with what's the latest thing.
- 7:14SPEAKER_02: Oh, now I need to learn how to yap.
- 7:16SPEAKER_02: Now I need to learn how to do this.
- 7:18SPEAKER_02: It's like whatever the latest trend is.
- 7:19SPEAKER_02: Well, that's the thing that I then gotta go do.
- 7:22SPEAKER_02: And so it keeps you outside of yourself, like you're playing a role of the woman rather than actually just being her.
- 7:29SPEAKER_02: Maybe it's in relationships, it could be personal or business.
- 7:34SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 7:34SPEAKER_02: This you just don't feel fully satisfied.
- 7:38SPEAKER_02: And none of this means that you're failing.
- 7:40SPEAKER_02: This just means that you've arrived at the edge of your current identity.
- 7:44SPEAKER_02: And your current identity, as extraordinary as it is, and that's kind of what I was saying in the beginning, has gotten you here.
- 7:50SPEAKER_02: But it's not built for where you are going.
- 7:54SPEAKER_02: Oh, Akasha wants to come in.
- 7:58SPEAKER_02: Pause.
- 7:59SPEAKER_02: She was living her best life lying in the sun in the backyard.
- 8:07SPEAKER_01: Come in, boo boo.
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: Yes, hot.
- 8:10SPEAKER_01: Have some water.
- 8:15SPEAKER_02: So you brush up against this identity.
- 8:17SPEAKER_02: That's why I love this.
- 8:18SPEAKER_02: This is like really off the cuff.
- 8:20SPEAKER_02: So you brush up against this old identity, right?
- 8:23SPEAKER_02: And the thing is, is that you can spend years trying to break through ceilings by changing the external.
- 8:28SPEAKER_02: And that's why, like, whatever the latest thing is, and now it's the the yap thing.
- 8:32SPEAKER_02: And I I'm not discounting, you know, learning skill sets or anything like that.
- 8:37SPEAKER_02: But now it's like, oh, now I gotta learn how to yap because so-and-so just had this big now.
- 8:42SPEAKER_02: The latest thing is learning how to yap.
- 8:44SPEAKER_02: I guarantee you know how to yap.
- 8:46SPEAKER_02: I had um, I'll just go on this and then we'll go to my example.
- 8:49SPEAKER_02: I have never met a woman who, when she's with people she feels comfortable with, her husband or her friends, does not know how to yap.
- 9:02SPEAKER_02: All right, can we we just acknowledge that every woman knows how to yap?
- 9:07SPEAKER_02: You just get in your head and you overthink and you try to figure out what's the right thing I need to say to get people to buy.
- 9:15SPEAKER_02: But you know how to yap.
- 9:17SPEAKER_02: I was actually saying this to a client, oh my god, one of my private clients last week on our private call.
- 9:23SPEAKER_02: And I was like, you know how to yap, you know how to talk.
- 9:25SPEAKER_02: The issue is that the way you talk to me on this call is different than the way you talk online.
- 9:29SPEAKER_02: I'm like, I get a completely different version.
- 9:32SPEAKER_02: I'm like, if you just yapped like this, I'm like, literally, I'm like, go back and watch this.
- 9:37SPEAKER_02: Because you're not, you're not trying to get it right.
- 9:40SPEAKER_02: I remember what this is gonna sound so simple.
- 9:42SPEAKER_02: I'm gonna share it with you.
- 9:43SPEAKER_02: I think I maybe you shared this in one of my programs.
- 9:45SPEAKER_02: I told you off the cuff, this is just hearing my brain.
- 9:48SPEAKER_02: One of the most powerful things that was said to me ever was just say what you mean.
- 9:52SPEAKER_02: I was like, No.
- 9:53SPEAKER_02: Say what I mean.
- 9:58SPEAKER_02: And so the ceiling that you create, right?
- 10:01SPEAKER_02: You some people will spend months, years trying to break through ceilings by changing the external, right?
- 10:10SPEAKER_02: They change the strategy, the offer, the team, the environment, the brand, the learning how to, yeah, now I gotta do this thing.
- 10:22SPEAKER_02: But the ceiling is not external, it's internal.
- 10:25SPEAKER_02: And nothing fundamentally shifts when you're only focused on the external.
- 10:28SPEAKER_02: The great thing is the external shifts when you do the internal, the internal is just required first.
- 10:35SPEAKER_02: And then people feel like, well, I can't understand why.
- 10:38SPEAKER_02: Because they've optimized everything that they can see, they've optimized the messaging, the strategy, the offer, the funnel, the ads, the I don't know, what else are people getting distracted by?
- 10:50SPEAKER_02: The website, the branding.
- 10:51SPEAKER_02: And I love that.
- 10:52SPEAKER_02: I love beautiful aesthetics.
- 10:56SPEAKER_02: But if you find yourself in a loop where you're doing all this external, but you're not experiencing this exponential 10x limitless growth, it's gonna be because you're focused on the external instead of the internal, right?
- 11:13SPEAKER_02: That's what was missed.
- 11:14SPEAKER_02: The ceiling was never out there.
- 11:16SPEAKER_02: It was at the edge of the self-concept that you have, the edge of that identity that stopped asking what else was possible.
- 11:23SPEAKER_02: Your ceiling is really a ceiling of identity.
- 11:25SPEAKER_02: And identity cannot be optimized, it can only be expanded.
- 11:29SPEAKER_02: And your identity is simply who you know and believe yourself to be.
- 11:32SPEAKER_02: And that is stored in your nervous system because your nervous system has this filing cabinets of who you believe yourself to be.
- 11:39SPEAKER_02: And actually, one of the most powerful things that I have learned to do is to put down any identity at a drop of a hat.
- 11:48SPEAKER_02: Anything.
- 11:50SPEAKER_02: It's to like the more you can actually allow your identity to be fluid, the more exponential your growth will be.
- 11:58SPEAKER_02: Like I was willing to put down my identity of helping people floating and hormones overnight.
- 12:02SPEAKER_02: It did not take me months.
- 12:04SPEAKER_02: I did not have to go through this process.
- 12:05SPEAKER_02: When I realized it was time, no hesitation, stopped, put it down, put on a new identity.
- 12:10SPEAKER_02: Took the old identity off, put a new one on.
- 12:14SPEAKER_02: But I don't have all of these entanglements and emeshments with old identities.
- 12:20SPEAKER_02: Not to go too quantum, but when you also become limitless, you realize you are everything all at once.
- 12:24SPEAKER_02: And so you're not, you don't have to be attached to any single identity because you're more like Doctor Strange experiencing multidimensional identities at once.
- 12:35SPEAKER_02: But that's a topic for a different time.
- 12:36SPEAKER_02: We won't go too quantum.
- 12:38SPEAKER_02: Um but this is where you got good, and then getting good replaced the wonder that got you here.
- 12:51SPEAKER_02: And this is where kind of speak uh sparking, there we go, the reel I posted today, or I think I called it just sitting here in awe, and that's what I was, I was just in awe.
- 13:04SPEAKER_02: Because early on, when you start your journey, you start your business, everything is possible.
- 13:09SPEAKER_02: Like the wonder is high.
- 13:10SPEAKER_02: I remember this identity is fluid, you don't know exactly who you are yet.
- 13:14SPEAKER_02: You could become anything, and you're lit up by that.
- 13:17SPEAKER_02: And not knowing was like fun.
- 13:20SPEAKER_02: But then you started getting successful, then you started making your first million, and maybe your second and your third, or your 20th.
- 13:28SPEAKER_02: Doesn't matter.
- 13:29SPEAKER_02: You started having some sort of forward momentum, some sort of success.
- 13:35SPEAKER_02: And it crystallized, right?
- 13:38SPEAKER_02: Something and it kind of solidified.
- 13:39SPEAKER_02: It was the beginning of an identity, but it's also the beginning of a limit.
- 13:44SPEAKER_02: Because especially, and I know because the amount of women who were on fire at the beginning of their business, but then lost themselves in the last couple of years, and then are now starting this re-emergence, it's it's mind-boggling.
- 13:59SPEAKER_02: Because it became a limit.
- 14:01SPEAKER_02: That crystallization became a cage.
- 14:03SPEAKER_02: The very thing that helped you succeed, knowing who you were, what you do, what you're worth, actually now prevents you from finding that next set point, that next floor.
- 14:17SPEAKER_02: At some point, knowing who you are becomes a way of not being who you're actually meant to be.
- 14:23SPEAKER_02: I think about if I had stayed stuck in just seeing myself as Dr.
- 14:28SPEAKER_02: Live, keep up with Dr.
- 14:29SPEAKER_02: Live.
- 14:30SPEAKER_02: While being a doctor is a large part of why I'm really good at what I do and why, you know, women come to me, they can still send me their blood work and I can look at it and make shifts.
- 14:41SPEAKER_02: And it's why I understand the nervous system so deeply and the emotional work.
- 14:47SPEAKER_02: But it becomes a cage.
- 14:52SPEAKER_02: And then you stop feeling the awe and the wonder.
- 14:55SPEAKER_02: Now I want to let's really like define these because these are not like airy fairy terms, right?
- 15:01SPEAKER_02: Awe is this state of encountering something that is larger than your current frame of reference, like actually being in awe.
- 15:11SPEAKER_02: It is the moment your existing model of what is possible gets cracked open.
- 15:18SPEAKER_02: It is the feeling of being small in the best way, like not diminished, but expanded right by what you are standing in front of.
- 15:29SPEAKER_02: I mean, and this can go by anything.
- 15:31SPEAKER_02: I'm you can be in awe looking at a tree.
- 15:35SPEAKER_02: But some people will look at a tree and they're like, okay, it's a tree.
- 15:38SPEAKER_02: But if you were to really look at your tree and open and expand your consciousness, you would look at a tree and you would see everything in the universe.
- 15:50SPEAKER_02: You'd feel the tree breathing.
- 15:53SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 15:54SPEAKER_02: Your existing model of what's possible gets cracked open.
- 15:58SPEAKER_02: You're some person one person's frame of reference is like, oh, it's just a tree.
- 16:02SPEAKER_02: Another person's frame of reference of like it's this is infinity.
- 16:09SPEAKER_02: But a lot of people don't allow themselves to stay in awe because they they're creating a lot of pressure in their system.
- 16:15SPEAKER_02: A lot of pressure, a lot of performance, a lot of trying to say the right thing, do the right thing.
- 16:21SPEAKER_02: Oh they don't live in a state of awe anymore.
- 16:28SPEAKER_02: You know who does a really good job at being in awe?
- 16:31SPEAKER_02: Children.
- 16:33SPEAKER_02: Children do a good job of staying in awe.
- 16:36SPEAKER_02: They're amazed.
- 16:37SPEAKER_02: I have two beautiful nieces.
- 16:39SPEAKER_02: Well, actually, no, technically I have three, but I have two Seth I'm closer with.
- 16:45SPEAKER_02: And oh my god, I love them.
- 16:48SPEAKER_02: One is like, is she three now?
- 16:50SPEAKER_02: Three, just over three.
- 16:51SPEAKER_02: The other one is gonna be turning one in a couple months.
- 16:56SPEAKER_02: Both of them are so cute.
- 16:58SPEAKER_02: But the awe, in terms of um, with my the one that's slightly older, three-year-old, we had this bubble game.
- 17:05SPEAKER_02: And I think it's called a bubble blaster.
- 17:08SPEAKER_02: I don't know.
- 17:08SPEAKER_02: But you put a bunch of, we did not have this growing up, but you put a bunch of bubble fluid in it, and it's like electronic.
- 17:15SPEAKER_02: I I don't know, it probably runs on batteries because there's no plug, but you push the button and it makes so many bubbles.
- 17:21SPEAKER_02: I feel like so only, like we were blowing through little things, and maybe we got like 10, 12 bubbles.
- 17:26SPEAKER_02: This is like a thing that just blows bubbles.
- 17:29SPEAKER_02: And the awe she had of the bubbles, and I'm in awe with her, and I'm like, oh my god, look at all these bubbles, and not like fake awe, but I'm like, look at all these bubbles, look at all the like every each bubble is just amazing.
- 17:40SPEAKER_02: I'm like, see how many bubbles we can catch.
- 17:44SPEAKER_02: But that's that that state of awe when they discover something, the state of awe when you give them a new food for the first time, right?
- 17:51SPEAKER_02: That we lose that as adults.
- 17:54SPEAKER_02: A lot of people you lose that.
- 17:57SPEAKER_02: Or they think they need to be so serious and so strategic.
- 18:00SPEAKER_02: I'm like, we're gonna start being in awe of life.
- 18:04SPEAKER_02: So that's that's awe.
- 18:05SPEAKER_02: Now, what's wonder, Greg?
- 18:06SPEAKER_02: Because awe and wonder go in the same, but they're different, but they're both required.
- 18:11SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 18:12SPEAKER_02: Wonder is the willingness to stay in a question instead of collapsing it into an answer.
- 18:18SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 18:19SPEAKER_02: It is the capacity to sit with I don't know yet without reaching for certainty.
- 18:25SPEAKER_02: Right, to let the unresolved stay open long enough to show you something new.
- 18:32SPEAKER_02: This is huge.
- 18:34SPEAKER_02: But so many people, instead of being able to sit and wonder, right, and I call it curiosity.
- 18:40SPEAKER_02: If you're in my world, you know, I say saying curiosity, saying discovery, this wonder.
- 18:46SPEAKER_02: Who like I don't know.
- 18:48SPEAKER_02: How beautiful is it that you don't know how the best things in your life are yet to unfold.
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: But if you can't stay in that wonder, right, because your system needs this safety, this security, I'm gonna call it the illusion of safety, the illusion of security of trying to figure it out or having a framework or having like whatever strategy you think that you need, right?
- 19:12SPEAKER_02: Which is giving you just an illusion of safety, security, and certainty, because you can't hold the out, you you can't experience limitlessness if you can't hold wonder.
- 19:20SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 19:21SPEAKER_02: And together, these are the engine of expansion.
- 19:23SPEAKER_02: Ooh, maybe I'll that's what I call the episode.
- 19:24SPEAKER_02: The engine of expansion.
- 19:27SPEAKER_02: It says awe and wonder because they keep your identity porous, right?
- 19:33SPEAKER_02: Like a sponge, like very porous, very permeable.
- 19:36SPEAKER_02: But when all goes offline, right, when you've decided either you consciously decide or unconsciously, maybe you get in your ego a bit of, oh, I know who I am and what's possible, your identity hardens, and it stops taking in new data.
- 19:51SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 19:51SPEAKER_02: You stop being in wonder.
- 19:55SPEAKER_02: You stop being open, you close off, you get out of the receiving zone, and you cannot think your way past the edge of your own self-concept.
- 20:04SPEAKER_02: So when you lose this wonder and awe, you lose that engine, you use the fuel.
- 20:16SPEAKER_02: The cap, the ceiling you're experiencing is just an identity that's been hardened.
- 20:20SPEAKER_02: The ceiling is not in the market or in an algorithm or an economy or in timing or in competition.
- 20:26SPEAKER_02: It's it's in the identity that looked at itself and said, Well, I think I know who I am now, and that's it.
- 20:32SPEAKER_02: But when you stay in wonder, you actually see the world differently.
- 20:40SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 20:41SPEAKER_02: A limitless woman is not perfect, but she is oriented differently.
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: She stays curious, even when it's uncomfortable.
- 20:50SPEAKER_02: She stays in wonder and awe.
- 20:52SPEAKER_02: Her mind doesn't automatically go to the worst, or why is this happening, or I can't believe this happened, or woe is me, or a victim mentality.
- 20:59SPEAKER_02: She doesn't go into micromanaging, especially when she's uncomfortable.
- 21:05SPEAKER_02: She treats things as interesting at best.
- 21:09SPEAKER_02: She seeks out people and experiences that make her feel awe and expanded and called forward.
- 21:17SPEAKER_02: She doesn't avoid spaces that feel bigger than her.
- 21:20SPEAKER_02: She moves towards them.
- 21:25SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 21:25SPEAKER_02: When she encounters something that has not been done, she doesn't lead with why can't it be done?
- 21:30SPEAKER_02: She leads with what would have to be true for it to be possible, and then she decides a new truth, and then boom, it becomes possible.
- 21:37SPEAKER_02: And she has this beautiful relationship with the unknown that there isn't anxiety.
- 21:44SPEAKER_02: Not knowing doesn't feel like a threat, it feels like this is the space I exist in.
- 21:50SPEAKER_02: And as someone who struggled in the past with severe anxiety and panic attacks, I'm I I know the level of control where you had to control even in.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: Plan out everything you were even gonna.
- 22:02SPEAKER_02: Oh, what am I having for dinner?
- 22:03SPEAKER_02: What am I having for this?
- 22:04SPEAKER_02: Because then that gives an illusion of control.
- 22:06SPEAKER_02: If plans change, I'd freak out.
- 22:08SPEAKER_02: If a recipe didn't turn out, I'd have a panic attack.
- 22:11SPEAKER_02: I know what the not knowing feels like.
- 22:16SPEAKER_02: I also know what it's like to not only be in the void, but to start to make friends with living in that liminal space, in that more quantum space.
- 22:28SPEAKER_02: The space where anything and everything is possible.
- 22:31SPEAKER_02: The one of infinite possibility.
- 22:36SPEAKER_02: But so often, the reason so many women have low aliveness and high success is because of this.
- 22:45SPEAKER_02: You know, a lot of the women, because I work with a lot of successful women, sometimes the women who's achieved the most are the ones who feel the least alive.
- 22:53SPEAKER_02: And the reason is not complicated, right?
- 22:55SPEAKER_02: The the path to success required specific things of her.
- 23:01SPEAKER_02: It required her to be a certain way.
- 23:03SPEAKER_02: She shut that down because she believed that was the cost.
- 23:09SPEAKER_02: She spent so much energy trying to micromanage.
- 23:16SPEAKER_02: And then she feels empty.
- 23:22SPEAKER_02: She doesn't have that fire anymore.
- 23:26SPEAKER_02: She lost part of herself.
- 23:29SPEAKER_02: I want you to think about the last time you were about to even like either do something or say something true that that wasn't filtered or managed, not softened for the room, or like actually just full you.
- 23:42SPEAKER_02: And then that split second you decided whether to do it or not, or say it or not.
- 23:46SPEAKER_02: That's the aliveness.
- 23:47SPEAKER_02: That's the thing that got regulated away.
- 23:51SPEAKER_02: And so so many women do this so often that it happens below like their level of awareness.
- 23:58SPEAKER_02: And what they're left with is a life where everything feels fine, but nothing also feels great.
- 24:03SPEAKER_02: My goal for you is never just that you make a lot of money, though you will, but it's also your experience of money.
- 24:10SPEAKER_02: Because there's a very big difference.
- 24:14SPEAKER_02: So I want to introduce something I call like the activation sweet spot.
- 24:19SPEAKER_02: And I want you to really feel this because it's not flat, but it's also not a dopamine high, it's alive.
- 24:26SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 24:27SPEAKER_02: It is this state where like your best thinking happens, where you're not micromanaging, you're not trying to contain yourself, you're not trying to get it right, you feel the most like you, time moves differently, right?
- 24:38SPEAKER_02: Not necessarily slower or quicker, but it's just full.
- 24:42SPEAKER_02: And you're completely in the moment because the moment is completely worth being in.
- 24:47SPEAKER_02: So let's go into this because I had to cry about this this morning.
- 24:51SPEAKER_02: So you know, I I cry about positive things.
- 24:53SPEAKER_02: When I cry, it's also because something is wrong.
- 24:55SPEAKER_02: And I was crying because I felt this such extreme presence and gratitude for the now, for the moment I am in.
- 25:11SPEAKER_02: But so many people gaslight themselves and they wait, not only just wait for an outcome to feel a certain way, but they use spiritual and energetic principles to bypass the now, and they just try to feel the feelings of the future as if it's already happened, that they completely miss that the moment right now is completely worth being in.
- 25:36SPEAKER_02: The moment you are in right now, wherever you are, if you're in the car listening to this, if you're on a walk, if you're doing dishes, if you're cooking dinner, if you're just sitting having a coffee, whatever it is, the moment you are in now is completely worth being in.
- 25:53SPEAKER_02: You don't have to escape it to visualize something in the future and make it seem like the now isn't good enough.
- 25:59SPEAKER_02: But a lot of people do that, right?
- 26:01SPEAKER_02: They they base the the good enough is when you're producing.
- 26:06SPEAKER_02: When there's there's something, oh well, when you've hit the income goal and this, then then you know, that that moment is completely worth being in.
- 26:12SPEAKER_02: But the moment you're in now, that's not worth being in.
- 26:14unknown: Right?
- 26:15SPEAKER_02: I want to be I want to be in the future.
- 26:16SPEAKER_02: I wanna, I wanna, I'm just gonna pretend I'm living in the future all the time.
- 26:25SPEAKER_02: But you're missing all of the magic.
- 26:28SPEAKER_02: If you were to actually drop in and realize the moment now is completely worth being in, you'd get where you want to be so much faster.
- 26:35SPEAKER_02: Because you're present, you're fully on, like you're fully turned on.
- 26:46SPEAKER_02: I want you to really realize that because how you relate to the now determines everything about what's available to you.
- 26:58SPEAKER_02: People use intensity as something to resolve, to manage, to regulate away from, to fix.
- 27:09SPEAKER_01: But that's not true.
- 27:16SPEAKER_02: And so that's where your identity gap lives is because your identity is constantly trying to go ahead.
- 27:27SPEAKER_02: The problem is that a lot of people are taught to regulate that tension away.
- 27:32SPEAKER_02: So every time they approach an edge, that bigger vision, that scarier move, that version of them themselves that's not familiar yet, right?
- 27:39SPEAKER_02: They they breathe it away or they journal it away or they whatever it is to manage them back, and the gap stays in their identity.
- 27:47SPEAKER_02: The tension is not the problem, the tension is the signal.
- 27:49SPEAKER_02: It's your system telling you this is the direction, this is where growth lives, right?
- 27:53SPEAKER_02: This is the edge worth crossing.
- 27:54SPEAKER_02: This is a void to exist in.
- 28:04SPEAKER_02: Because you were able to stay in the wonder and the awe of that new identity locked in.
- 28:10unknown: Right.
- 28:11SPEAKER_02: And so when you get an opportunity that's maybe bigger than anything else you've done before, you say yes.
- 28:16SPEAKER_02: You don't say now is not the right time.
- 28:19SPEAKER_02: You don't regulate down or regulate away, you stay in it.
- 28:24SPEAKER_02: You let your nervous system learn a new identity, a new level of activation.
- 28:31SPEAKER_02: And then that becomes your new normal.
- 28:33SPEAKER_02: And then you do it again and you do it again and you do it again.
- 28:38SPEAKER_02: But the people who break through their ceilings are not the ones who don't feel the tension, they're the ones who move through it instead of a way.
- 28:46SPEAKER_02: But so often when people brush up against tension, right, which is the gap in their identity, because they cannot approach it with awe and wonder, which allows them to expand, they think of it as something wrong.
- 29:04SPEAKER_02: Or that's a sign to not go that way.
- 29:08SPEAKER_02: And maybe it's also because someone told you there would be too much, that you need to be more realistic or more reasonable, that wanting that much, that, or being that ap unapologetic was wrong, and you believed it.
- 29:29SPEAKER_02: And this is why success is a doing frequency, but limitless is a being frequency.
- 29:37SPEAKER_02: Because there's a difference between being successful and being limitless, right?
- 29:41SPEAKER_02: Success is that doing.
- 29:43SPEAKER_02: I achieve, I execute, I optimize, I earn.
- 29:46SPEAKER_02: It's this identity built around what you produce.
- 29:49SPEAKER_02: And that's why when your identity is built around what you can produce, you will always be limited.
- 29:54SPEAKER_02: And the producing is always conditional, right?
- 29:56SPEAKER_02: I am I'm worthy when I'm producing, I am safe when I am performing, I'm enough when I'm achieving.
- 30:03SPEAKER_02: And as a type three Enneagram, let me tell you, I know this thing well.
- 30:10SPEAKER_02: Because if you're unaware, the shadow of a type three is ambitious to a fault almost.
- 30:17SPEAKER_02: If you know me, it's very you can see, even if you have been to my programs, I've talked about my childhood and stuff like that.
- 30:24SPEAKER_02: You can see how it why I developed into an NERAN-3.
- 30:30SPEAKER_02: So I'm very aware of that loop.
- 30:34SPEAKER_02: That's why I think I I'm I'm so good at teaching this.
- 30:39SPEAKER_02: Because I know the embodiment of what this is.
- 30:45SPEAKER_02: Right, versus limitless is a being frequency.
- 30:47SPEAKER_02: It's I am.
- 30:50SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 30:50SPEAKER_02: And from that being, from that presence, which remember, if you're abandoning the moment, if you're looking, always looking for a better one and avoiding the now, instead of treating the exact moment as not only something that's worthy, but that can be celebrated even if the money is not moneying or the proof isn't proofing yet, whatever it is that you're you're looking, whatever scoreboard you're creating.
- 31:13SPEAKER_02: When you're fully present, you have wonder and awe, and you're in that I am, from that being, from that state of being, everything moves.
- 31:23SPEAKER_02: The doing flows from the being instead of defining it.
- 31:27SPEAKER_02: The results are not the source of the identity, they're a natural output of the identity that doesn't need them to be whole.
- 31:35SPEAKER_02: It's not about doing less, it's about who's doing the doing.
- 31:39SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 31:39SPEAKER_02: A successful woman will ask, what do I need to do?
- 31:42SPEAKER_02: The limitless woman asks, who do I need to be?
- 31:45SPEAKER_02: And what does she do naturally?
- 31:48SPEAKER_02: That's why who you are being will always create exponential.
- 31:52SPEAKER_02: If you want to expand and grow, focus 10 times more on who you are being than what you are doing.
- 31:59SPEAKER_02: Most people do the opposite.
- 32:02SPEAKER_02: And that's why strategy alone will never close a gap and it can never override a gap in your identity that's stored in your system.
- 32:10SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 32:10SPEAKER_02: You can take a limitless strategy and put it inside a successful woman and get a sophisticated, successful woman.
- 32:18SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 32:19SPEAKER_02: The strategy of the container will always take the shape.
- 32:22SPEAKER_02: Always.
- 32:23SPEAKER_02: The container has to expand first.
- 32:25SPEAKER_02: You cannot 10x your income, your business from the identity that built a business worth 1x.
- 32:31SPEAKER_02: The math doesn't work.
- 32:32SPEAKER_02: Not because of the market, not because of the strategy, but because of what you are willing to risk and become.
- 32:38SPEAKER_02: The identity is the constraint.
- 32:41SPEAKER_02: And the identity that we were saying cannot be strategized.
- 32:43SPEAKER_02: It has to be expanded first.
- 32:45SPEAKER_02: So what does it, what does that take?
- 32:46SPEAKER_02: I want to be honest with you.
- 32:49SPEAKER_02: Because it does require, like we are saying, this willingness to feel unfamiliar without immediately reaching for a way to make it familiar again.
- 32:59SPEAKER_02: Without immediately reaching for something that gives you a dopamine hit.
- 33:05SPEAKER_02: Right, to refine the sales page one more time or to learn this, to stay in the room with a bigger version of yourself long enough for your system to normalize it.
- 33:18SPEAKER_02: To stay in that wonder and awe so you can stay in an expansive state.
- 33:23SPEAKER_02: This is why I'm such a big proponent of having places that don't just support you, but demand you to step into what's next.
- 33:33SPEAKER_02: That's why mentorship is so important.
- 33:37SPEAKER_02: Right?
- 33:37SPEAKER_02: Because when you are held to what's next and you are held to that higher standard, you don't dip down.
- 33:44SPEAKER_02: You don't self-sabotage, you don't go back to the old identity.
- 33:48SPEAKER_02: And you're also surrounded with other people who are calibrating you.
- 33:53SPEAKER_02: And your nervous system learns what's possible through being in proximity.
- 34:03SPEAKER_02: Something that calls you forward when your nervous system tries to pull you back because it will.
- 34:07SPEAKER_02: Not because you are failing, it's because what's nervous systems do, they return to the known.
- 34:11SPEAKER_02: And you need a force that is stronger than the pull to known or to the known, right?
- 34:17SPEAKER_02: What you know to be true.
- 34:19SPEAKER_02: You used to have a t-shirt, a Star Wars t-shirt that said, the force is strong with this one.
- 34:24SPEAKER_02: And so, like, you need a force, and not a force like when people think of forcing, like you know, pushing, but I mean like the Jedi force.
- 34:33SPEAKER_02: It's like the force is strong with this one.
- 34:37SPEAKER_02: Because you need a force, you need that internal force, that internal energetic magnetism, if you will, that is stronger than anything outside of you.
- 34:48SPEAKER_02: Like I want you to imagine right that version of you for a second.
- 34:54SPEAKER_02: But the version of you that is not managing anything, she doesn't have to try to get it right.
- 35:01SPEAKER_02: She walks into a room and doesn't spend a single second on comparing herself to everyone else or trying to figure out where she stands, who names what she wants without filtering it through what's reasonable, who's loud in the ways that matter, who's unapologetic, who's building something that matches her, not something she has to shrink to fit herself inside.
- 35:31SPEAKER_02: Right, the version that makes exponential amounts of money, has access to all of her power, but has a life that reflects the magnitude of who she knows she is, she no longer subscribes to any kind of limitations in her health, in her relationship, in her business.
- 35:56SPEAKER_02: She doesn't set caps on herself.
- 36:01SPEAKER_02: And she wants to discover how good life gets when she gets out of her own way.
- 36:10SPEAKER_02: She's in that wa and under wa awe and wonder, right, of what happens when there is nothing left inside of you that is holding you back from what you really want.
- 36:23SPEAKER_02: Because you've remor removed, right, the internal limits that make you live beneath what you're capable of.
- 36:34SPEAKER_02: You're free from any kind of internal ceiling.
- 36:42SPEAKER_02: And the thing is, is that she's always there, you're just not letting her out.
- 36:47SPEAKER_02: Like it's time to let her out of the cage.
- 36:49SPEAKER_02: Like the time is.
- 36:51SPEAKER_02: Now there's there's no reason to wait to become limitless.
- 36:54SPEAKER_02: Like let her out of the cage, let her fly.
- 36:57SPEAKER_02: Stop putting her in this cage, stop creating these limitations that don't exist.
- 37:02SPEAKER_02: Set yourself free.
- 37:06SPEAKER_02: You'd be amazed what happens when you realize that the cage you feel like you're experiencing, or the limit, or the ceiling, is because you've put yourself there.
- 37:15SPEAKER_02: And that you have the key and that you can open it anytime.
- 37:19SPEAKER_02: I think about this all the time when I see people and like they feel limited.
- 37:22SPEAKER_02: I'm like, you have the key, open the door.
- 37:25SPEAKER_02: Sometimes you need me to tell you that you have the key and that you can open the door.
- 37:29SPEAKER_02: And sometimes you don't realize that you can open the door, and I'm always here to remind you that you can open the door.
- 37:40SPEAKER_01: But it does require that awe and wonder.
- 37:50SPEAKER_02: Because if you can't stay in that awe and wonder, you'll compare yourself, or you'll doubt, or you'll hesitate, or you'll self-sabotage, you'll wait till next time, you'll think that money's a reason you can't do something, or some sort of resource you do or do not have is the reason you can or cannot do something, but that's victim.
- 38:15unknown: Right?
- 38:15SPEAKER_02: There's two different people in this world people who say how can I, and the people who say I can't.
- 38:24SPEAKER_02: So I want you to really let this land.
- 38:26SPEAKER_02: I want you to really analyze and think about for yourself where you've lost some of that awe and wonder that actually allows you to expand, where you're creating these ceilings and limits for yourself.
- 38:37SPEAKER_02: Why you may have lost the awe and wonder, like what really made you, maybe you know about a certain month.
- 38:42SPEAKER_02: Maybe there's something that happened, or maybe it was a few things that happened that really made you lose the awe and the wonder.
- 38:49SPEAKER_02: And then you started planning linearly, and you started getting distracted and creating limits, and you didn't realize you created this cage that you're now living in.
- 39:02SPEAKER_02: And that's why things started to feel flat, and that's why you don't feel as alive.
- 39:06SPEAKER_02: It's because you created all these cages for yourself, these all these limitations that you that need to operate in.
- 39:14SPEAKER_02: You didn't realize until this point just how many cages and how many limitations you created, limitations on how you can write content, send emails, do your business, run your business, what you say, what you can't say, limitations on how you can yap or not yap, limitations on the money you can make and how you can make it, or how the morning routine you have, or the body that's possible for you.
- 39:35SPEAKER_02: Or I mean, I've seen people do it with health.
- 39:37SPEAKER_02: It's like if one thing is going great, then they self-sabotage there, or you know, their relationship goes great, then all of a sudden their business, you know, slows down.
- 39:47SPEAKER_02: There's there's so many limits.
- 39:52SPEAKER_02: But this is your time to like free yourself.
- 39:57SPEAKER_02: Let yourself out of the cage.
- 40:02SPEAKER_02: Notice where you've been clinging on to an old identity that you need to put down.
- 40:11SPEAKER_02: Where you need to expand your identity of who you believe yourself to be.
- 40:17SPEAKER_02: And you expand that by being able to say in the one under one awe and wonder.
- 40:25SPEAKER_02: You stay amazed as to what's possible and what you can experience, because I guarantee there is so much for you in this moment right now that this moment could not change, and you could experience exponentially more from this moment.
- 40:42SPEAKER_02: So let let this all land.
- 40:44SPEAKER_02: Listen to it twice.
- 40:46SPEAKER_02: Send this episode to someone who you know needs to hear it.
- 40:51SPEAKER_02: And I will see you in the next episode.
