- 2:04Speaker 2: Welcome back to the Son of a Boy Dad podcast.
- 2:07Speaker 4: Today.
- 2:08Speaker 2: It is June ninth, Monday, eleven thirty pm. We're here
- 2:16Speaker 2: a lot from HQ Traday's.
- 2:19Speaker 3: So good to see my superstar friends.
- 2:22Speaker 4: So good to see you boys, literal.
- 2:24Speaker 3: Superstars in my midst.
- 2:26Speaker 4: It's good to be back, of course.
- 2:28Speaker 3: How good is tires?
- 2:30Speaker 2: It's phenomenal.
- 2:31Speaker 3: It's actually phenomenal. It's very fun actually, laugh out loud
- 2:34Speaker 3: funny the entire time, which is such a treat. Francis,
- 2:38Speaker 3: you were so good in it.
- 2:39Speaker 4: Great.
- 2:40Speaker 3: It made me excited and so happy for you.
- 2:43Speaker 4: Thank you. That's very nice. I appreciate it.
- 2:46Speaker 3: It was so funny. I was really pleased with it
- 2:48Speaker 3: from the moment you come on the screen. It was funny.
- 2:50Speaker 3: Pissed me the fuck off, dude. I was like, this, motherfucker,
- 2:57Speaker 3: who the fuck do you think you are doing that
- 2:59Speaker 3: good in that show?
- 3:00Speaker 4: That big oh man, that's high praise? Well, you know, uh.
- 3:04Speaker 4: Thrilled to be in it and had an awesome, awesome
- 3:08Speaker 4: time watching it and checking it out. But I was
- 3:11Speaker 4: saying to people downstairs because they were saying nice things.
- 3:14Speaker 3: I saw them gathered at your knee like a grand
- 3:18Speaker 3: oral tradition. Yeah, you're just at the rocking chair and
- 3:23Speaker 3: on the rundown set as Meek Phil and Klemor sat
- 3:26Speaker 3: at your knee.
- 3:26Speaker 4: Yeah, they don't care at all.
- 3:28Speaker 3: That's not true. They definitely do.
- 3:30Speaker 4: They're like, did barstool make it?
- 3:32Speaker 3: No?
- 3:33Speaker 4: What is it?
- 3:34Speaker 3: No, that's not true?
- 3:35Speaker 2: So did what did Dave get in tat contact with
- 3:38Speaker 2: Netflix or was that you? Or how did that work?
- 3:45Speaker 2: So they were gathered around school scenes, not there filming.
- 3:49Speaker 2: Why didn't opportunity?
- 3:51Speaker 3: Why didn't you tell the sales team I'm gonna wait
- 3:53Speaker 3: and watch it on snapchat?
- 3:55Speaker 2: We definitely could have gotten ads and tires easily sould tires.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Why weren't you wearing merchandise to create?
- 4:04Speaker 2: Why was there no creative mads?
- 4:06Speaker 4: He's had a lot of anxiety, not even a subtle
- 4:09Speaker 4: shoutout of better help. Really couldn't even she worn that
- 4:12Speaker 4: in at all?
- 4:15Speaker 3: So what were they saying downstairs? Uh?
- 4:18Speaker 4: They were being really nice and and you know, I said, look,
- 4:22Speaker 4: I've I'm in season one. I remember thinking when this
- 4:26Speaker 4: comes out, that's gonna do it. That'll be it. My
- 4:31Speaker 4: career is gonna be on the Fact show. Anything I
- 4:37Speaker 4: want is gonna come my way. And it was just
- 4:43Speaker 4: a forty five minute round of applause and that went
- 4:48Speaker 4: away and was right back to things being exactly the same.
- 4:52Speaker 4: So I am going to appreciate this moment and uh,
- 4:58Speaker 4: you know, be very happy and on my thing that
- 5:01Speaker 4: I liked the most about it is really just that
- 5:04Speaker 4: my parents get to watch it and see.
- 5:07Speaker 3: In a context they understand.
- 5:08Speaker 4: They see they they log into Netflix and they select
- 5:12Speaker 4: it and it's recommended because I think it's like one
- 5:15Speaker 4: of the top two shows on Netflix right now. And
- 5:18Speaker 4: go to my episode and there I am, and uh
- 5:21Speaker 4: that that's really cool for me.
- 5:23Speaker 3: How are the themes for your parents?
- 5:26Speaker 4: Did I ever tell you that? Like, there was a period.
- 5:30Speaker 4: I don't know if they still do this, but Netflix
- 5:33Speaker 4: used to have this thing where it was like it
- 5:34Speaker 4: would generate categories of movies or shows that had very long,
- 5:41Speaker 4: very specific category names that were tailored to you based
- 5:44Speaker 4: on your selection.
- 5:45Speaker 2: Yeah, I remember that. It was just it would never end.
- 5:47Speaker 2: It was like TikTok and you just scroll for effort. Yeah,
- 5:50Speaker 2: categories would not stop.
- 5:51Speaker 4: And I had I tried to write a joke about
- 5:54Speaker 4: how my dad was trying to subliminally message to me
- 5:59Speaker 4: his desire to be closer to me as a father
- 6:01Speaker 4: and son via the Netflix categories that were being created.
- 6:06Speaker 4: Like one of them I remember was like father son
- 6:09Speaker 4: reunion stories.
- 6:11Speaker 3: But you know, bonding over baseball with my favorite little boy.
- 6:15Speaker 4: Movies about fathers who want their sons to understand how
- 6:18Speaker 4: proud they are of them. But don't exactly know how
- 6:20Speaker 4: to vote wize it, you know. And because I shared
- 6:24Speaker 4: their Netflix account, so I thought that was like his
- 6:26Speaker 4: way of trojan horsing it.
- 6:28Speaker 2: But unfortunately that joke doesn't play these days. No, in
- 6:33Speaker 2: this capitalist society that we live in.
- 6:35Speaker 4: Well, they got rid of that, didn't they.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Yeah, because now everyone's got to pay the fucking eighteen
- 6:39Speaker 2: dollars a month or whatever it is, no sharing.
- 6:43Speaker 4: They also don't even really do those categories anymore.
- 6:46Speaker 2: No, No, they don't do that.
- 6:47Speaker 4: It's really just like thrillers, mysteries, yeah, comedy.
- 6:50Speaker 2: They made the product worse and they heightened the price
- 6:54Speaker 2: by a lot.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Sure it was probably telling on some people. It was
- 6:57Speaker 3: probably like Japanese carts tune boobs.
- 7:01Speaker 2: When I was when I was really young, I used
- 7:03Speaker 2: to get like because it was like we would chair
- 7:05Speaker 2: when I was in middle school or high school, and
- 7:07Speaker 2: we would share Netflix, and I'd be like, if my
- 7:10Speaker 2: parents saw that I watched this, I'm not gonna be happy.
- 7:13Speaker 2: I would make it. I would make a new account,
- 7:15Speaker 2: watch something and then delete the account. Like I would
- 7:18Speaker 2: make a new account under the same I would make
- 7:21Speaker 2: a new profile.
- 7:21Speaker 3: On Yeah, yeah, what did you what kind of stuff.
- 7:25Speaker 2: Were you want to watch like a Kevin Hart stand
- 7:27Speaker 2: up special, I would wipe the wipe the profile.
- 7:33Speaker 4: Honey, who was watching them said, no, Black Committee.
- 7:40Speaker 2: That John Mulaney didn't raise you in Massachusetts.
- 7:46Speaker 3: You watched the drug addict philandering white guy, not the
- 7:50Speaker 3: philandering black guy.
- 7:53Speaker 4: No, but shout out Netflix Love, Netflix.
- 7:55Speaker 3: Shout out to Tires. I heard that there was more
- 7:58Speaker 3: fucking on this set of Tires than White Love. Oh yeah,
- 8:00Speaker 3: of course I heard the question. You fuck fest in Westchester.
- 8:05Speaker 3: They just have It's just like Caligula.
- 8:08Speaker 4: Yeah, that's it. Well, why do you think I took
- 8:10Speaker 4: my shirt off while I was reading this book?
- 8:12Speaker 3: Of course, you know, just as a peacocking method. Yeah,
- 8:17Speaker 3: there's so many great cameos. I turned on fucking episode
- 8:22Speaker 3: six or seven and Feidelberg is talking to Vince Vaughn.
- 8:25Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that was crazy.
- 8:26Speaker 3: What the fuck was that we were? It pissed me off.
- 8:29Speaker 2: We were shooting something yesterday and we were I was
- 8:32Speaker 2: I was asking fights about it because I was like,
- 8:33Speaker 2: I didn't recognize you at first, and I was like,
- 8:37Speaker 2: were you wearing a wig? And he was like, now
- 8:38Speaker 2: it was my real it was his real hair. He
- 8:40Speaker 2: said that they just did it like that, and then
- 8:42Speaker 2: they changed his role because his hair was like, well,
- 8:45Speaker 2: clearly you're not a car salesman. They like pretty much
- 8:50Speaker 2: gave him like a perm and then they were like,
- 8:53Speaker 2: you're going to be a bartender.
- 8:54Speaker 3: Now what who changed his hair?
- 8:58Speaker 2: Just the hair and makeup people.
- 8:59Speaker 3: I think, well, and that that changed the whole Yeah,
- 9:01Speaker 3: that's what he said.
- 9:03Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, he was in the Convention episode and I
- 9:07Speaker 4: could see what. Yeah, I see what you mean. He
- 9:08Speaker 4: would have been like another salesperson there. I thought that
- 9:12Speaker 4: was the best episode of the series, the Convention season. Yeah,
- 9:16Speaker 4: the Convention one.
- 9:17Speaker 2: I haven't finished the whole show. I'm like halfway through.
- 9:19Speaker 4: But dude, it's so funny.
- 9:22Speaker 8: Uh.
- 9:23Speaker 4: And that guy brock Majors is fucking hysterical.
- 9:26Speaker 2: Brock Majors thing was really and he was.
- 9:28Speaker 4: So like to a team well done about that genre
- 9:33Speaker 4: of motivational speaker.
- 9:36Speaker 8: Uh.
- 9:36Speaker 4: And I think Shane just like wanting to hate watch
- 9:39Speaker 4: him was fucking hysterical.
- 9:41Speaker 2: I was the whole time I was thinking of when
- 9:42Speaker 2: you and him went to uh see what's his name?
- 9:45Speaker 4: Oh yeah, Jordan Peters.
- 9:47Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, what's what I was thinking of because.
- 9:49Speaker 4: Jane brought me to see Jordan Peterson.
- 9:52Speaker 3: What what was this?
- 9:54Speaker 4: I mean, I don't know.
- 9:55Speaker 2: I think you told the story on the podcast.
- 9:57Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't think I was there. Cliff Nutes, I don't.
- 10:01Speaker 4: I don't even really remember a whole lot about it
- 10:05Speaker 4: other than that I wasn't familiar really with Jordan Peterson.
- 10:09Speaker 4: And you know, he came out and he started crying,
- 10:15Speaker 4: and I was like, what is happening right now? He
- 10:18Speaker 4: was so worked up and so upset about maybe the
- 10:23Speaker 4: state of the world or I was flabbergast, and people
- 10:28Speaker 4: were like leaning in as if it was like a
- 10:31Speaker 4: thing though. You know one of those major evangelical churches.
- 10:36Speaker 2: Have you seen when people will be like, uh, He'll
- 10:39Speaker 2: be like an interview with Jordan Peterson and they'll be like,
- 10:42Speaker 2: how are you? And he'll sit for like for like
- 10:44Speaker 2: two minutes, and he'll be like curious, determined, sad, beyond words, tortured,
- 11:00Speaker 2: how are you?
- 11:02Speaker 9: And it's like, dude, oh my yead, how do I
- 11:04Speaker 9: even approach that question?
- 11:06Speaker 2: But my favorite thing about the tires part was when
- 11:10Speaker 2: they did the take your shirt off, because there's a
- 11:12Speaker 2: video there's a dude that actually does that. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 11:15Speaker 2: and there was one where he's like up on this
- 11:19Speaker 2: dude that he wears like skin tight shirt and then
- 11:21Speaker 2: he wears these like insane short shorts and they will
- 11:24Speaker 2: do that. But the oh my god, dude, when he
- 11:26Speaker 2: when he rips his shirt off, the dude, the jack
- 11:28Speaker 2: guy rips his shirt off and the guy grabs just
- 11:31Speaker 2: his skin.
- 11:35Speaker 4: What is this?
- 11:36Speaker 2: I was like screaming laughing. It was so funny.
- 11:42Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean that guy's body is unbelievable.
- 11:45Speaker 3: Yeah, unbelievable.
- 11:49Speaker 2: Yeah, it was like, dude, that that reminded me of
- 11:51Speaker 2: like a I don't know, I feel like that genre
- 11:55Speaker 2: of television like like to that level hasn't been around
- 11:58Speaker 2: in a while of just like.
- 12:02Speaker 4: Yeah, when Shane's going around and he's like I'm Jewish
- 12:06Speaker 4: and then he's like I'm not Jewish.
- 12:09Speaker 3: It's just like a month age. I could have been
- 12:10Speaker 3: a throwaway that had something in it. Dude. I thought.
- 12:13Speaker 3: I saw Gerbon and Shane on Schultz's podcast and they
- 12:18Speaker 3: were like kind of like at first, there would be
- 12:20Speaker 3: nice about Gerbon's body, and then they were being like
- 12:22Speaker 3: kind of like talking ship on it, and then he
- 12:24Speaker 3: popped his shirt off and his body looks fucking great. Yeah, normal,
- 12:30Speaker 3: he maximized his frame. Don't you think he did the
- 12:33Speaker 3: best he could with his frame?
- 12:34Speaker 2: No, I think he's got more potential.
- 12:36Speaker 3: I feel like he maximized his frame. I feel like
- 12:38Speaker 3: his frame like everything's there for what his frame is.
- 12:41Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 12:42Speaker 3: He has this avalanche shoulders that he can't really build on,
- 12:45Speaker 3: but he has. I feel like he really maximized his frame.
- 12:48Speaker 2: I feel like his frame is my like his current
- 12:51Speaker 2: body is my peak frame, Like that'll be me peaking
- 12:55Speaker 2: out on my frame.
- 12:55Speaker 3: I think he brought her shoulders.
- 12:57Speaker 10: No you do, dude, I'm telling you, but he has
- 13:00Speaker 10: more potential for him. I'm just reading the news peak frame. No,
- 13:04Speaker 10: you have more potential. You have water, but he's done more.
- 13:07Speaker 2: I have water hips.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Yeah, but that's nice.
- 13:11Speaker 4: No, that kills your urban has the silhouette of a
- 13:13Speaker 4: woman in a burkeye. It just sort of drapes off
- 13:17Speaker 4: of his head, straight down.
- 13:18Speaker 3: And here's the frame of the guys who are trap maxing.
- 13:21Speaker 3: You've never seen the guys who are trap max Yeah.
- 13:25Speaker 2: They do one. They it's awesome. They like commit to
- 13:29Speaker 2: it for like a year, and then he is noticeably
- 13:32Speaker 2: larger than the other.
- 13:33Speaker 4: Yeah, like the guy who's the trader in three hundred.
- 13:36Speaker 3: Yeah, the trader, the like the.
- 13:41Speaker 4: Troll guy who's like totally misshaping.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Is one huge trap.
- 13:45Speaker 11: Yea.
- 13:45Speaker 3: But sad speaking, I'm sorry, I just have to touch
- 13:48Speaker 3: it before we leave your body. I think that you've
- 13:51Speaker 3: been having a bit of a women Yama situation.
- 13:54Speaker 2: What does that mean?
- 13:55Speaker 3: Where they like measured him and he was like he
- 13:57Speaker 3: had grown three inches even though he's a fully grown
- 13:59Speaker 3: at all. I passed you in the hallway. I think
- 14:01Speaker 3: you're an easy six three if you engage your core
- 14:04Speaker 3: and straighten your spine.
- 14:05Speaker 2: Yeah, maybe I think you.
- 14:07Speaker 3: Might be six to three.
- 14:08Speaker 2: No, I'm not even close to six. I will say
- 14:11Speaker 2: we were when we ohen you sent that photo yesterday
- 14:15Speaker 2: of me fights and we were filming with someone else,
- 14:18Speaker 2: little cameo. I won't spoil, but uh I was like him,
- 14:21Speaker 2: I am, I'm I'm a lot taller, because I was like,
- 14:23Speaker 2: I'm way taller, closer to that person's height than I
- 14:26Speaker 2: would have thought I was. It was a taller person.
- 14:29Speaker 3: That was a good hint.
- 14:31Speaker 2: I want to have it to be like anybody.
- 14:33Speaker 3: I want to wait.
- 14:34Speaker 4: Before we before we go off on that I didn't.
- 14:37Speaker 2: I was going to say, speaking of big hips, I
- 14:40Speaker 2: watched I watched Julia's Alaska video. Incredible. Yeah, dude, it
- 14:44Speaker 2: was like up there with any outdoors video I've ever watched. Yeah,
- 14:47Speaker 2: like insanely well yeah really it was insanely well made video.
- 14:53Speaker 2: Very very very recommended.
- 14:56Speaker 3: Great huge hips, huge hips.
- 14:58Speaker 2: Though on him, Yeah he's got big, he's got Gipps.
- 15:00Speaker 3: Wouldn't feel it if he gave birth?
- 15:01Speaker 2: No no.
- 15:04Speaker 3: Somersault.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, tires is fucking phenomenal.
- 15:12Speaker 3: Phenomenal, it got you should be so proud. But but
- 15:16Speaker 3: isn't it sad how you said earlier that like literally
- 15:19Speaker 3: no feeling of triumph lasts. Yeah, that's why whatever, Like
- 15:24Speaker 3: like if someone does something like say he came out
- 15:26Speaker 3: with a special everyone would be like, so what's next
- 15:28Speaker 3: for you? Like, let me live in the moment. That's
- 15:30Speaker 3: why dudes after they win a super Bowl, they're like,
- 15:32Speaker 3: and we're gonna fucking wit a good next year because
- 15:35Speaker 3: they probably don't even have the high.
- 15:36Speaker 2: I think A. J. Brown said it lasted for like
- 15:39Speaker 2: a day and then the next day he was like,
- 15:41Speaker 2: well I kind of want to just get back to playing, just.
- 15:44Speaker 4: Like playing dude, I remember watching this clip of on
- 15:49Speaker 4: Larry King of the guest was the guy from SNL
- 15:53Speaker 4: who did all the AT and T commercials with the kids.
- 15:55Speaker 4: What was that guy's name.
- 15:57Speaker 2: Jared Yep from Subway.
- 16:01Speaker 3: No, it's Melissa vinethrow right, I.
- 16:04Speaker 2: Have no clue to be honest.
- 16:05Speaker 4: No, it's that guy who you know is from Good
- 16:07Speaker 4: Neighbors Stuff.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Ben.
- 16:11Speaker 4: No, there's Kyle Moon Beck, Bennett well done, Bennett back Bennett.
- 16:15Speaker 2: So he was on a bunch of AT commercials.
- 16:17Speaker 4: Yeah, that's that was that was his like thing. Oh really,
- 16:21Speaker 4: I think those contributed to him getting SNL.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Oh, I know I did not know that.
- 16:25Speaker 3: And that's one of your goats.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely, I love that. I think I would say
- 16:29Speaker 2: for sure. Yeah. Good Neighbor Stuff is like some of
- 16:32Speaker 2: the best sketches ever.
- 16:33Speaker 4: Yeah. So he he was on Larry King and and
- 16:36Speaker 4: Larry King asked him a question like what do you
- 16:38Speaker 4: wish you had known earlier or something, and his answer was,
- 16:44Speaker 4: I wish I had known that you never make it, like,
- 16:48Speaker 4: even when you make it, you have to keep making it.
- 16:51Speaker 4: Oh yeah, there's never a some sort of like promised
- 16:55Speaker 4: land that you get to where all of a sudden
- 16:59Speaker 4: you can like cruise or coast. At that level, Yeah,
- 17:03Speaker 4: you have to constantly continue to hunt no matter what
- 17:09Speaker 4: you know. You think, like, well, Leonardo DiCaprio, right, okay,
- 17:12Speaker 4: so you know, isn't he just like chilling in his
- 17:15Speaker 4: house saying no to that script, no to that script. Oh,
- 17:20Speaker 4: Martin Scorsese, I'll actually read this one. And then he's like, okay,
- 17:24Speaker 4: I'll do that.
- 17:25Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 17:25Speaker 4: Well, maybe maybe there's like four people in the fucking.
- 17:29Speaker 2: Industry at that level sense.
- 17:31Speaker 4: Every single other person is fighting for their next paycheck.
- 17:37Speaker 4: It's just orders a magnitude more at a certain level.
- 17:40Speaker 3: Yeah, even like Adam Sandler and Will Ferrells, two of
- 17:43Speaker 3: like the funniest guys of all time. During that Conan
- 17:46Speaker 3: O'Brien thing, everybody's like, well, your last seven movies sucked.
- 17:49Speaker 3: It's like, dude, these are like the fun like some
- 17:51Speaker 3: of the funniest humans that have ever made content. And
- 17:54Speaker 3: then there's still like a punchline that they have to
- 17:57Speaker 3: tell themselves just so they can see himself aware they
- 18:00Speaker 3: make seven shitty movies.
- 18:02Speaker 2: It is crazy how many big actors, how many shitty
- 18:05Speaker 2: Like if you look at their IMDb and you're like, damn,
- 18:07Speaker 2: I didn't realize that, like most like big actors have
- 18:10Speaker 2: like four good movies and then.
- 18:12Speaker 3: Like Daniel.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Seventy five, like thirty percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
- 18:17Speaker 3: Yeah, like genuinely like snow gangs.
- 18:26Speaker 4: You know who's the king of that, by the way,
- 18:28Speaker 4: is Samuel L. Jackson. Oh yeah, of course Samuel L.
- 18:31Speaker 4: Jackson is revered. Yeah, and you think about it, you're like,
- 18:35Speaker 4: that guy's done some amazing movies. Go look at his
- 18:37Speaker 4: IM page. That's what he's been in four hundred movies.
- 18:42Speaker 4: And I would bet you his average Rotten Tomatoes score
- 18:45Speaker 4: is in the single digits.
- 18:46Speaker 3: He probably just has dog Detective, Yeah, exactly, like random.
- 18:50Speaker 2: Ship movies probably pay them so much money. Yeah, there's
- 18:54Speaker 2: probably a movie like the script sucks, the movie sucks.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Let's blow the budget on Samuel L. Jackson.
- 19:01Speaker 4: There are there's certain there's certain actors that like, uh,
- 19:07Speaker 4: there's certain actors that even though Nicholas Cage is another example,
- 19:11Speaker 4: Oh yeah, you really do it.
- 19:13Speaker 2: With most actors except for like the best of all time.
- 19:16Speaker 4: We're never not gonna think that Nicholas Cage is a
- 19:19Speaker 4: movie star, right, Yeah, But Nicholas Cage could put out
- 19:24Speaker 4: one hundred horseshit movies in a row. Yeah, and then
- 19:30Speaker 4: maybe he'll put one out that's like, oh that did
- 19:33Speaker 4: you see him in Pig?
- 19:34Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 19:35Speaker 3: Wow?
- 19:36Speaker 4: What a what a genre bending, you know, departure from
- 19:40Speaker 4: his typical thing.
- 19:42Speaker 2: Like National Treasure banger. I think there's like more National
- 19:47Speaker 2: Treasure movies than there are Fast and Furious movies. Like
- 19:50Speaker 2: there's like seventy of them really now, but they're making
- 19:54Speaker 2: they're making more than I only knew the first and
- 19:56Speaker 2: second one. I think there's there might be, moll. I
- 19:58Speaker 2: think there's more than two. Correct, be wrong. I just
- 20:00Speaker 2: wanted to make that joke.
- 20:01Speaker 3: It's a good joke. Fast and Furious is coming up
- 20:05Speaker 3: on Land Before Time. Wasn't there like twenty Land Before
- 20:08Speaker 3: Time movies? I don't know, you guys know Land before Time?
- 20:10Speaker 4: Yeah? The last one was Time Time Before Times. Uh, Shane,
- 20:18Speaker 4: I'll tell you that the outfit I chose to wear
- 20:22Speaker 4: for the uh, for the red carpet, like the premiere,
- 20:25Speaker 4: that was a very difficult decision.
- 20:28Speaker 3: And because you knew you're gonna get made fun of
- 20:30Speaker 3: by Guardin.
- 20:31Speaker 2: He told me you said you had two outfits.
- 20:35Speaker 4: In mind.
- 20:35Speaker 2: He said that you guys hung out the night before.
- 20:38Speaker 2: He was like, Francis said, he's got two outfits, and
- 20:40Speaker 2: he said he doesn't know which one he's gonna pick. I, well,
- 20:44Speaker 2: I think what I told him that's a little lost
- 20:47Speaker 2: in translation.
- 20:47Speaker 4: I had another outfit that I didn't bring that I
- 20:50Speaker 4: was choosing between see I see, and I think it
- 20:52Speaker 4: was that green impact. It was the it was the
- 20:56Speaker 4: u Kim jong Un Eastern outfit.
- 20:59Speaker 3: You guys, Oh yeah, oh, that would have been sick.
- 21:02Speaker 3: That would have gone so well on the on the
- 21:04Speaker 3: red car.
- 21:04Speaker 4: I would have I wanted to wear that, but I
- 21:07Speaker 4: just knew that throughout the night Shane would have been
- 21:11Speaker 4: hunting me down to come up with new ways to
- 21:15Speaker 4: shove me in an absolute locker of shame.
- 21:17Speaker 3: Can you bring up your picture?
- 21:19Speaker 2: What was it?
- 21:19Speaker 3: What did you actually wear?
- 21:20Speaker 4: I ended up wearing.
- 21:21Speaker 3: It was like a sweater vest sometimes.
- 21:24Speaker 4: Polo with uh you know, it was black polo with
- 21:29Speaker 4: those like gray dress pants that I have. This is
- 21:31Speaker 4: it right here? But it's a see through, pretty understated.
- 21:37Speaker 4: It's through, though it's a little shear, I'll admit. I
- 21:40Speaker 4: think the way the lights hitting it is making it
- 21:42Speaker 4: more sheer than it actually is.
- 21:44Speaker 3: You know, that they probably like developed new camera lights
- 21:47Speaker 3: in two thousand and one to try and see and
- 21:49Speaker 3: Hathaway's nipples or something like that.
- 21:51Speaker 4: Yeah, you know, world's first X ray camera.
- 21:55Speaker 3: They definitely started some new ship on the red carpet too.
- 21:58Speaker 3: They're exploiting you and your your great pecks.
- 22:00Speaker 2: A thermal lens.
- 22:05Speaker 4: This is the camera that actually found in love Green goggles.
- 22:10Speaker 4: But yeah, I went with that, and even so, I
- 22:12Speaker 4: mean I was I was getting dressed at Shane's house
- 22:14Speaker 4: and I walked out and I was like, all right,
- 22:15Speaker 4: I'm so glad. I went with the tone down. I'm
- 22:18Speaker 4: so glad. I cranked like.
- 22:20Speaker 2: Shorts and a T shirt.
- 22:21Speaker 4: Yeah, wearing a T shirt. And I walked out and
- 22:26Speaker 4: immediately Shane goes, Frank those pants.
- 22:30Speaker 3: You needed to give him that, Like, I feel like
- 22:32Speaker 3: that was like, what are you gonna wear? I feel
- 22:34Speaker 3: like you needed to give him something to chew on,
- 22:36Speaker 3: make him a little bit less nervous.
- 22:38Speaker 7: Well.
- 22:38Speaker 4: I tried to say, look, I have this could be
- 22:40Speaker 4: my last premiere ever. You know, my career is just
- 22:43Speaker 4: not where yours is, and I have to save these.
- 22:45Speaker 3: Moments, so you gotta go out swinging.
- 22:48Speaker 4: I wanted to which you stayed with him?
- 22:51Speaker 3: Yeah, how did that? How did that work out? Did
- 22:53Speaker 3: he invite you or did you invite you?
- 22:57Speaker 4: I don't even know. I think that his assistant told
- 23:00Speaker 4: me that I could and then so nice credit with him.
- 23:03Speaker 4: He's really low key about all that.
- 23:07Speaker 2: He's very imagine that conversation. I can picture that text conversation.
- 23:10Speaker 4: I don't even think I said I didn't. Yeah, I
- 23:15Speaker 4: think on the way I was like, hey, you know
- 23:18Speaker 4: I'm staying at your home, right? He was like, yeah,
- 23:21Speaker 4: they told me.
- 23:24Speaker 2: I would give me an unbelievable amount of anxiety.
- 23:31Speaker 4: It was one of those things where I was like,
- 23:32Speaker 4: should I bring this up?
- 23:34Speaker 2: Like we should? I just sneak in Yeah yeah.
- 23:37Speaker 4: And like then in the morning, off on the door
- 23:39Speaker 4: with coffee and be like I came to visit.
- 23:43Speaker 2: I just cowboy camped it in the yard. Boy a
- 23:47Speaker 2: lot of coffee over back doubles over is a good mattress,
- 23:50Speaker 2: believe it or not.
- 23:51Speaker 3: He probably just has a wing though that you could
- 23:53Speaker 3: kind of hide in and uh like there's gotta be
- 23:56Speaker 3: uh made quarters or something that you could.
- 23:58Speaker 4: Just It was great. He's got a lovely house and
- 24:03Speaker 4: I had a great time. I went and I should
- 24:09Speaker 4: I should have kept my shirt on. Ye, funny, I
- 24:12Speaker 4: should have. I learned that later, but I was going
- 24:17Speaker 4: to say that. Uh, there was this huge sort of
- 24:20Speaker 4: collection of all these great people down there at the
- 24:23Speaker 4: same time. So Caleb and Glennie and their whole crew
- 24:26Speaker 4: were down there. Uh, they came to the premiere, and
- 24:31Speaker 4: Kevin and John were there with their KC radio crew
- 24:36Speaker 4: and then all the people involved with the show. So
- 24:39Speaker 4: it's really fun.
- 24:41Speaker 3: Uh. When do we travel as a crew?
- 24:43Speaker 2: Yeah, we don't. We don't really roll as a team.
- 24:46Speaker 3: Everybody's squad.
- 24:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I think we should kind of squat Lennie.
- 24:52Speaker 3: I can't even.
- 24:52Speaker 4: Get sass to respond to a text message, let alone
- 24:56Speaker 4: book flights together.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Texting you all weekend talking to off the ledge.
- 25:01Speaker 4: I think at one point I went, Harry, are you okay?
- 25:05Speaker 4: You would respond?
- 25:06Speaker 2: Did do that, but it was because I did have
- 25:07Speaker 2: a big weekend.
- 25:09Speaker 4: Yeah, and I was very busy. I know that you're
- 25:12Speaker 4: responding to somebody with the right frequency. So I'm just
- 25:16Speaker 4: in a.
- 25:17Speaker 2: I respond to you more than I responded to you
- 25:20Speaker 2: immediately after you texted me this, more like it saw mondays.
- 25:24Speaker 2: I got to wake up early and.
- 25:25Speaker 4: Reply to text You make me feel needy, like I.
- 25:28Speaker 2: Had to reply to like fifteen texts this morning.
- 25:30Speaker 4: You make me feel like you're like gaslighting me into
- 25:33Speaker 4: being a needy girlfriend.
- 25:35Speaker 2: No, Francis, I literally was texting you the entire I
- 25:39Speaker 2: don't know what you're talking about.
- 25:41Speaker 4: There's a lot of unresponded to questions.
- 25:44Speaker 2: There really isn't like look like, look at all that
- 25:48Speaker 2: blue from me.
- 25:50Speaker 4: Well, yeah, you come back in.
- 25:53Speaker 3: That's a strategy of the late text. Or you send
- 25:55Speaker 3: four texts text me, but they're all like one word,
- 26:00Speaker 3: you just.
- 26:00Speaker 4: Stack them up.
- 26:01Speaker 2: I uh yeah, had a pretty big weekend. I bought
- 26:04Speaker 2: a PC. What yeah, oh my god, yeah I did.
- 26:09Speaker 4: What the heck?
- 26:10Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 26:11Speaker 4: Would you win the lottery or something?
- 26:13Speaker 3: Now my uh well, Francisse Tires, I might as well
- 26:16Speaker 3: treat myself.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Now my my loaner, are you like terminally ill it? Actually, well,
- 26:22Speaker 2: what happened was my loaner? Uh work laptop broke. I
- 26:27Speaker 2: got logged out of our like security firewall, log in thing,
- 26:33Speaker 2: whole thing. I was like, well, I need a computer.
- 26:35Speaker 2: I don't even have a computer for myself at home.
- 26:38Speaker 2: And then I was looking online at PCs and I
- 26:42Speaker 2: was like, all right, they're actually the same price, if
- 26:45Speaker 2: not cheaper than a MAC. So I was like, I'm
- 26:50Speaker 2: just gonna get a PC.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Wow.
- 26:52Speaker 2: So I just bought up pretty.
- 26:53Speaker 3: Built where'd you get it? And I just walked it
- 26:56Speaker 3: home and set it up right away.
- 26:58Speaker 2: I got it. I got it delivered nice, same day delivery.
- 27:01Speaker 2: Is it box extra?
- 27:02Speaker 4: Is it a good one that you will not outgrow
- 27:05Speaker 4: and that will Yeah, you service your gaming needs.
- 27:07Speaker 2: It's one I don't I'm not You're not going to
- 27:10Speaker 2: game on it?
- 27:10Speaker 4: I played, uh, what the heck?
- 27:13Speaker 2: Yeah, it is pretty funny. I did buy it, and
- 27:15Speaker 2: I was like, I'm kind of just using it for workship,
- 27:18Speaker 2: but it's got all these like Neon lights and stuff.
- 27:21Speaker 3: Sending emails.
- 27:22Speaker 2: Yeah, that is like the last thing. The first thing
- 27:26Speaker 2: I did when I got it. I was like, I
- 27:27Speaker 2: gotta send bunch of emails.
- 27:30Speaker 4: We've been talking.
- 27:31Speaker 2: Like Neon keyboard with fucking.
- 27:34Speaker 4: We've been talking about this PC for months.
- 27:38Speaker 2: All right, well I'll tell you about it. So I did. Uh.
- 27:41Speaker 2: So I played Halo on it, which was sick. I'm
- 27:44Speaker 2: incredible at Halo, obviously.
- 27:46Speaker 4: You know what. I'm actually not bad at Hall really yeah, fun, fun,
- 27:50Speaker 4: We could play Halo together and you wouldn't be upset.
- 27:53Speaker 2: I dude, I've been telling you for months to get
- 27:55Speaker 2: a game, get a console.
- 27:56Speaker 4: I'm worried. It's a slippery slope.
- 27:58Speaker 2: It's really not.
- 27:59Speaker 4: I'm worried that if as soon as I get one
- 28:01Speaker 4: and I start playing video games, that'll be.
- 28:03Speaker 2: It's really not like I play like everything. Me my
- 28:07Speaker 2: friend like me, Matt and Nate and Mooke play like
- 28:11Speaker 2: a ton of video games. Bo Bo will play like
- 28:15Speaker 2: he'll come on, He'll play for like an hour and
- 28:16Speaker 2: a half and get off.
- 28:19Speaker 3: He's adjusted, I see, sozy.
- 28:22Speaker 4: Some people can do it in moderations.
- 28:24Speaker 2: Yeah, but Bo's got He's got the addiction in him.
- 28:27Speaker 2: He just fights it off.
- 28:28Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 28:28Speaker 4: I mean Bow and I and Bow and I are
- 28:30Speaker 4: can the spirits.
- 28:31Speaker 2: Yeah exactly.
- 28:32Speaker 4: I could see myself being sort of like a Bow figure.
- 28:36Speaker 3: You're bo archetype in their group.
- 28:37Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 28:38Speaker 3: Let me let me.
- 28:38Speaker 2: Let me take you guys back in time and build
- 28:40Speaker 2: you up to the PC.
- 28:42Speaker 4: I also really quickly though, I like in the way
- 28:45Speaker 4: that your friends like you have that core group of four. Yeah,
- 28:49Speaker 4: it's like you guys are the Sex and the City cast,
- 28:52Speaker 4: And it's like I could see myself taking a quiz
- 28:54Speaker 4: on AOL instant Messenger, Which of Harry's friends are you? Yeah,
- 29:00Speaker 4: I'm such a I'm such a bow. Yeah, Run's more
- 29:06Speaker 4: of a I'm a Harry Rons of Peters, I would say, right.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Yeah, a little bit. Peters's definitely got a little Peters
- 29:14Speaker 2: in him.
- 29:15Speaker 3: Yeah, Peters is He's more sure of himself and just
- 29:19Speaker 3: a quiet, quiet killer.
- 29:22Speaker 2: Yeah, a little bit. Now you got a little Peters
- 29:24Speaker 2: in you.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Definitely, it's nice to say. Yeah, I mean I would
- 29:27Speaker 3: love to take the quiz to find out of Peters.
- 29:30Speaker 4: We should develop that quiz. We can do it on
- 29:31Speaker 4: Harry's PC.
- 29:33Speaker 3: Well, uh, take us back in time first and we'll see.
- 29:36Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 29:36Speaker 2: So, I so I was at my sitting at my desk, right,
- 29:41Speaker 2: I think it was like a Thursday, or I had
- 29:43Speaker 2: a day where I didn't really have anything going on, okay,
- 29:45Speaker 2: and I was sitting at my desk.
- 29:49Speaker 3: What are those retro sours?
- 29:51Speaker 2: Retro sours? What is in them? Drugs?
- 29:54Speaker 4: Sour? Little shower game, mostly sour?
- 30:00Speaker 3: Trying to suckle.
- 30:01Speaker 4: Please don't now that you're starting, you're kicking off with saga.
- 30:05Speaker 4: Figured I should settle and well, please do.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Not suck into the into the mics.
- 30:11Speaker 3: We're so just sucking back here. I'm here, I'm not
- 30:14Speaker 3: sucking on the mic.
- 30:15Speaker 2: And how people are gonna hate that? Well anyway, So
- 30:18Speaker 2: I was sitting at my desk, and you know, my
- 30:20Speaker 2: desk situation, it goes back and forth. I don't know.
- 30:23Speaker 2: I wasn't thrilled with my setup. You know, there's a
- 30:25Speaker 2: certain level of desk that I was trying bare bones.
- 30:28Speaker 2: It's not bare bones, but it's like it's almost there,
- 30:30Speaker 2: but it's not quite. It wasn't quite there. You know,
- 30:32Speaker 2: something was missing. And what I realized was it was
- 30:35Speaker 2: ten inches. It was ten inches of desk that was
- 30:37Speaker 2: missing because my desk faces this wall and it was
- 30:44Speaker 2: kind of in the middle of the wall, but I
- 30:47Speaker 2: had space. It was it was all the way up
- 30:49Speaker 2: against the left wall, but I had ten inches. I
- 30:53Speaker 2: measured it of extra space on the right and I
- 30:55Speaker 2: was like, I feel like if I moved the desk
- 30:57Speaker 2: up against the right side of the wall, making it even,
- 31:00Speaker 2: then I'll have this extra ten inches. So what I did,
- 31:03Speaker 2: I was gonna like just get I was gonna try
- 31:05Speaker 2: and find like some sort of desk extension. But I
- 31:07Speaker 2: was worried that it wouldn't be uh strong enough to
- 31:10Speaker 2: hold shit. So I built a shelf right on next
- 31:15Speaker 2: to the desk, added the ten inches change the game completely.
- 31:17Speaker 3: What did you build it with?
- 31:19Speaker 2: Uh? I just built it?
- 31:22Speaker 3: What is it out of?
- 31:23Speaker 2: It's like I by ordered a wood plank and.
- 31:27Speaker 3: You how did you attach it?
- 31:28Speaker 4: How did you support it?
- 31:30Speaker 2: I had to get You have to get like the
- 31:31Speaker 2: bindings for the for the plank. So it's like it's
- 31:35Speaker 2: like a it's like a ninety degree angle metal piece
- 31:39Speaker 2: that you drill in.
- 31:40Speaker 3: Right right right, and you drilled it. You have a drill.
- 31:43Speaker 2: I had to get a drill.
- 31:44Speaker 3: How long screws did you use?
- 31:46Speaker 2: Not long?
- 31:47Speaker 4: Did you do guide? Did you do guide screws first?
- 31:51Speaker 2: Like drill in and drill out?
- 31:54Speaker 3: Classic?
- 31:55Speaker 4: Well you do the you do you create a little
- 31:57Speaker 4: bit of a hole so that you can then do
- 31:58Speaker 4: the bigger screw right.
- 31:59Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what I did?
- 32:00Speaker 4: Is that right? Yes? Wow? So you know carpentry.
- 32:04Speaker 2: No, that is the bare bones of carpentry.
- 32:08Speaker 4: I mean, look, man, you did pretty well. You knew
- 32:11Speaker 4: that you needed the ninety degree sort of shelf elbow.
- 32:17Speaker 4: You looked it all up.
- 32:18Speaker 2: It is googled how to build a shelf.
- 32:20Speaker 3: I love this, man, it's pretty enterprising.
- 32:22Speaker 4: I know you guys are going to hate this. I'm
- 32:24Speaker 4: proud of you.
- 32:25Speaker 2: Thank you. Yeah, the extra ten inches has changed my
- 32:28Speaker 2: life completely.
- 32:29Speaker 4: Well sure is it more of an esthetic thing that
- 32:32Speaker 4: it was bothering you? That the gap was there was
- 32:34Speaker 4: just too.
- 32:34Speaker 2: Much clutter on my desk and now there's no clutter.
- 32:37Speaker 4: I love that you, instead of decluttering your desk, went
- 32:42Speaker 4: out and bought more desk.
- 32:43Speaker 2: Well, exactly because I was like I all want on.
- 32:47Speaker 4: You learned carpentry so that you could spread your clutter
- 32:52Speaker 4: out more.
- 32:53Speaker 2: No, it's not, it's it's necessary clutter.
- 32:56Speaker 4: Is that right? Yes, well then it wouldn't be clutter.
- 32:58Speaker 2: No, because it's like shit that like I had, because
- 33:00Speaker 2: I have those shelves on the kitchen. Yeah, so I
- 33:04Speaker 2: would take all that ship when I was cleaning and
- 33:05Speaker 2: I would put it on those shelves. Then it would
- 33:07Speaker 2: always end up back on my desk.
- 33:08Speaker 4: What kind of stuff are we talking about?
- 33:10Speaker 2: It's just like controllers, wires, you know, ship.
- 33:15Speaker 4: You know there are these professional organizers. Have you ever
- 33:19Speaker 4: heard of these people?
- 33:21Speaker 2: Mexicans?
- 33:22Speaker 3: Asians Marie Condo bro.
- 33:28Speaker 2: Yeah, Asians worked too.
- 33:29Speaker 4: No, there are people that will come to your home.
- 33:32Speaker 2: And that I don't need those people.
- 33:33Speaker 4: That's what I'm I'm just saying to you. There are
- 33:35Speaker 4: services which, first of all, would have cost less than
- 33:38Speaker 4: what you spec.
- 33:41Speaker 2: Why you said Asians at the exact same time, that's
- 33:46Speaker 2: mine is accurate. How is yours more accurate than mine?
- 33:49Speaker 4: Japan is all about simplicity. Mexico is all about home depot.
- 33:53Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly, That's where I got my ship.
- 33:55Speaker 4: But you went south of the border.
- 33:58Speaker 2: I went Irish, I went boots on the ground.
- 34:01Speaker 4: I'm just saying you could have gone.
- 34:03Speaker 2: You know, with everything going on in this country right now,
- 34:06Speaker 2: I figured it's good to, you know, learn shit myself.
- 34:10Speaker 3: Yeah, you're not always gonna have these guys at home depot.
- 34:13Speaker 3: You're gonna you have to get out of the nest
- 34:14Speaker 3: a little bit. Imagine you driving to home depot and
- 34:17Speaker 3: like being like, I need three guys to build a tenn.
- 34:21Speaker 2: Next to my dad renting a fucking a U haul.
- 34:26Speaker 3: They are like running jump I either.
- 34:28Speaker 2: Twenty four by ten inch plaquet wood. Dude, you could
- 34:33Speaker 2: have just carried that on the subway.
- 34:36Speaker 3: Like filming it, being like these three Mexican guys got
- 34:39Speaker 3: stunning one.
- 34:40Speaker 8: Dad.
- 34:41Speaker 3: Yeah.

- 37:12Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 37:12Speaker 4: Put they would get you like a little basket to
- 37:14Speaker 4: put your controllers in that was designated specifically for that. Look,
- 37:19Speaker 4: I actually could use one of those. Yeah, I'm not
- 37:21Speaker 4: telling you how to live your life anymore. I stopped,
- 37:24Speaker 4: you know, but I do actually think that you would
- 37:28Speaker 4: really be happy with with one of those people. Probably
- 37:31Speaker 4: they come in they jug you up a little bit.
- 37:34Speaker 3: You're talking about just a girl, right.
- 37:36Speaker 4: Yeah, like one of those women whatever. Yeah, female people.
- 37:41Speaker 3: They'll just put a basket and you're supposed to like
- 37:43Speaker 3: put blanks in the basket.
- 37:44Speaker 4: Yeah. They'll go to the container store. Yeah you ever
- 37:46Speaker 4: heard of the container store?
- 37:48Speaker 2: Yeah? I was actually I was looking at the container.
- 37:50Speaker 4: Soirls know their way around those dude. They they navigate
- 37:55Speaker 4: that place like the way that you navigate Best Buy.
- 37:58Speaker 3: Yeah, they plan to go to it like it's a
- 38:00Speaker 3: sporting event.
- 38:01Speaker 4: It is really cool. You ever go into a container store.
- 38:03Speaker 4: I went in with my mom once after I had
- 38:06Speaker 4: moved apartments when I was young, and she was like,
- 38:08Speaker 4: we need these, and we need this, and we need
- 38:10Speaker 4: two of those. You no plastic bins to go under
- 38:13Speaker 4: my bed and because they had no space. Yeah, and
- 38:16Speaker 4: all of a sudden, your tiny shoe box apartment works
- 38:20Speaker 4: because you put your winter coats under the bed until
- 38:23Speaker 4: you need them.
- 38:24Speaker 2: You vacuum sealed them, stuff like that.
- 38:26Speaker 3: It is really like they're like red light district. It's
- 38:29Speaker 3: like built to like appeal to their biology of nesting,
- 38:33Speaker 3: like these deep seated like female biological traits.
- 38:37Speaker 4: Yeah, it's passed down.
- 38:39Speaker 3: Yeah, they love that shit. They love a container. My
- 38:42Speaker 3: wife just has like a like just a white box
- 38:45Speaker 3: and there's just nothing in it.
- 38:47Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 38:48Speaker 2: Yeah, that's my problem is every box is filled, Every
- 38:51Speaker 2: closet is filled.
- 38:52Speaker 3: Stuff in each box.
- 38:53Speaker 4: Oh you got the wrong boxes then, because they have
- 38:55Speaker 4: ones that'll expand somehow.
- 38:58Speaker 3: Yeah let me dragon.
- 39:00Speaker 2: I don't really care though about Like that's the thing
- 39:03Speaker 2: is I really only like the desk is the biggest
- 39:06Speaker 2: thing by far right now.
- 39:09Speaker 4: When I was married, my wife bought these like uh,
- 39:12Speaker 4: these things, I don't even know what they're called, but
- 39:14Speaker 4: they're for packing and you zip them and you put
- 39:18Speaker 4: your clothes in them, and you fold your stuff up,
- 39:21Speaker 4: you roll your stuff up, and you put your clothes
- 39:22Speaker 4: in them real tight, and then you can actually zip
- 39:25Speaker 4: it closed in two ways and it just compresses everything down.
- 39:30Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 39:30Speaker 4: So for a really long trip, if you're traveling for
- 39:33Speaker 4: two weeks or something like that, all of a sudden
- 39:36Speaker 4: you can fit twice as many clothes in there as
- 39:40Speaker 4: you might have thought.
- 39:41Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what that's what we do when we go camping.
- 39:43Speaker 4: Packing. What are they called packing? I don't know what
- 39:46Speaker 4: they're called.
- 39:47Speaker 3: You could just yeah, you need to just vacuum seal
- 39:48Speaker 3: your whole apartment. Yeah, like my couch, just have it
- 39:54Speaker 3: like down into like a small area.
- 39:56Speaker 2: Vacuum seal my couch into a lazy boy?
- 40:01Speaker 3: Don't they say that like all of the matter of
- 40:04Speaker 3: the universe could be like like crushed down into like
- 40:08Speaker 3: a marble or something like that.
- 40:10Speaker 2: I could see it.
- 40:12Speaker 3: I could see it.
- 40:12Speaker 4: How would that happen?
- 40:13Speaker 2: The right hydraulic press?
- 40:15Speaker 3: I think that it's my next thing.
- 40:16Speaker 2: I don't want to pick up what is it? Hydraulic press?
- 40:19Speaker 3: What was that?
- 40:20Speaker 2: Just crushing ship?
- 40:21Speaker 7: Oh?
- 40:21Speaker 3: Like that people put like marbles in between.
- 40:26Speaker 4: There's a British woman who watches them. Yeah, yes, absolutely,
- 40:30Speaker 4: I see, though not even for a second. I don't
- 40:34Speaker 4: like gloss.
- 40:35Speaker 3: She's amazing too crunchy.
- 40:37Speaker 4: Oh that was quite nice.
- 40:39Speaker 3: You know what the thing is?
- 40:40Speaker 2: She her ship will pop up on my Instagram and
- 40:42Speaker 2: I'll be like, I gotta get I gotta get more
- 40:44Speaker 2: of these, and then to click on her profile and
- 40:45Speaker 2: I can't find any of them.
- 40:46Speaker 4: Yeah, I think she is perfect. I agree with her
- 40:50Speaker 4: on every single one. Oh yeah, weirdly.
- 40:53Speaker 3: Yeah, but do you think that that's like a confirmation bias,
- 40:57Speaker 3: like you think she says it simultaneously?
- 40:59Speaker 4: Maybe right, I don't know, because you should.
- 41:01Speaker 3: Do one on your own and audit her and be
- 41:03Speaker 3: and you should go through each one and be like,
- 41:06Speaker 3: do I feel good about this and then watch her
- 41:08Speaker 3: video see how much you lined up on?
- 41:09Speaker 4: Well, there are ones where it starts before the press
- 41:13Speaker 4: has touched the thing, and I've already made what I think.
- 41:17Speaker 4: I always I think that's gonna be great. I like that,
- 41:20Speaker 4: and then I don't, and she she can have that
- 41:22Speaker 4: as well. So that's interesting.
- 41:26Speaker 2: That is interesting.
- 41:27Speaker 3: You need a hydraulic press because some stuff you just
- 41:30Speaker 3: want to see. It's just like a masculine urge I think,
- 41:33Speaker 3: or maybe it's feminine too.
- 41:35Speaker 2: If I got a hydraulic press and I put it
- 41:37Speaker 2: in my living room and I got like I have,
- 41:40Speaker 2: like I have like a I have like a four
- 41:41Speaker 2: K camera, right like I have I have a sony camera,
- 41:44Speaker 2: And I started just pumping out, like brain Rod, like
- 41:48Speaker 2: how much money do you think is in that? I
- 41:50Speaker 2: think I could make like ten k a month? Straight up?
- 41:53Speaker 2: I swear to god, I think I could easily.
- 41:55Speaker 3: Yeah, with just the hydraulic press.
- 41:57Speaker 2: Just the hydraulic press just breaking.
- 41:59Speaker 3: I would just go to the trash like, yeah, yeah.
- 42:04Speaker 2: I gotta go home. I'm evenna smash this ship.
- 42:06Speaker 4: I think you need to be more uh more selective
- 42:10Speaker 4: than that, though, you know, you'd have to think about
- 42:13Speaker 4: what people would be curious to see wrecked.
- 42:16Speaker 2: Yeah, anything the coasters, crushing coasters in the hydraulic press.
- 42:22Speaker 3: A million view, that's.
- 42:24Speaker 2: Like we got to hit a subscriber amount, Like we
- 42:27Speaker 2: got to hit some we gotta read some sort of
- 42:29Speaker 2: big before we're crushing the Joe Rogan cattle big time.
- 42:33Speaker 2: Because especially because it's not going to be a satisfying
- 42:35Speaker 2: crush at all, you don't know that I do what
- 42:38Speaker 2: will happen is the hydraulic press will put up a fight.
- 42:41Speaker 2: The Rogan, I mean, the Rogan cattle bell will put
- 42:43Speaker 2: up a big fight against the press. And then you know,
- 42:46Speaker 2: the handle will probably just explode, it'll pop.
- 42:48Speaker 4: Yeah, and then and then you've created an ied.
- 42:51Speaker 2: Yeah, exactly. Now you just got Rogan's head.
- 42:54Speaker 4: Now, now it's that movie warfare on the street outside
- 42:58Speaker 4: your apartment.
- 43:00Speaker 2: That is the problem. You need a lot of protective gear.
- 43:03Speaker 4: Did I ever tell you, guys, I know I've told
- 43:05Speaker 4: this story before. Just I'll tell you quickly. One time
- 43:08Speaker 4: after Christmas when I was living in Brooklyn Heights, I
- 43:11Speaker 4: lived on the fifth floor of a walk up and
- 43:13Speaker 4: I needed to get rid of my Christmas tree. Yeah,
- 43:16Speaker 4: and I could have just dragged it all the way
- 43:18Speaker 4: down the hallway, but I knew that that would create
- 43:21Speaker 4: a huge amount of needles, pine needles and all that. Yeah,
- 43:23Speaker 4: it's a mess, And so I decided to just look
- 43:26Speaker 4: out my window and drop it out the window if
- 43:30Speaker 4: no one was around at that studeo.
- 43:33Speaker 2: Honestly, when you said you had a Christmas tree on
- 43:34Speaker 2: the fifth floor, that was the first thing I thought, right.
- 43:37Speaker 4: But here's what happened off the dude, this was the problem.
- 43:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 43:41Speaker 4: I had this great, this metal sort of ornamental grate
- 43:45Speaker 4: in front of the window because there was no there
- 43:47Speaker 4: was no nothing. The whole window opened, so there was
- 43:51Speaker 4: like and it was it was this low, so you
- 43:54Speaker 4: could easily have fallen out. So they had put this
- 43:57Speaker 4: old kind of flaking black heavy metal great that came
- 44:04Speaker 4: up to about I don't know your waist right to
- 44:07Speaker 4: create some kind of a railing. And I pushed the
- 44:11Speaker 4: tree out and it gets caught on the grate, so
- 44:14Speaker 4: I start shoving it and shoving it, and all of
- 44:17Speaker 4: a sudden, both the tree and the grate come loose
- 44:22Speaker 4: and start falling. And this great weighed seventy five thousands. Yeah, yeah,
- 44:29Speaker 4: and it I remember looking out the window. It was
- 44:32Speaker 4: just I remember the silence. There was silence as they fell.
- 44:37Speaker 4: And then the grate hit the ground and it exploded
- 44:40Speaker 4: into four thousand pieces of metal that went everywhere, and
- 44:46Speaker 4: there was a line of cars along the block and
- 44:49Speaker 4: one of them there its alarm started going on. Oh yeah,
- 44:53Speaker 4: and I remember being like, I need to get out
- 44:55Speaker 4: of the window, and I just sort of faded back
- 44:58Speaker 4: and then I went down and later and like dragged
- 45:02Speaker 4: the tree to the place that was supposed to be
- 45:04Speaker 4: and then picked up the pieces to the Great and
- 45:07Speaker 4: later on my super two weeks later, he came by
- 45:10Speaker 4: to like look at something, and he's like, all right,
- 45:12Speaker 4: I need to talk to you about something. And I
- 45:14Speaker 4: was like, what's up. He goes one of your neighbors
- 45:17Speaker 4: who lives below you said that they saw a Christmas
- 45:20Speaker 4: tree fall out the fucking window. It just it just
- 45:26Speaker 4: dropped by the window like a poet saw a Christmas
- 45:31Speaker 4: tree and then heard the explosion of the Great. Dude
- 45:36Speaker 4: it to this day. It is one of the dumbest
- 45:38Speaker 4: Probably I've done some dumb shit in my life that
- 45:41Speaker 4: is up there as a top three dumbest thing that
- 45:43Speaker 4: I could have done. I could have easily killed somebody, Yeah,
- 45:46Speaker 4: easily easily. Yeah, very I did check to make sure
- 45:49Speaker 4: that no one was coming, because I didn't want anyone
- 45:51Speaker 4: to see me throw a Christmas tree off the fifth
- 45:53Speaker 4: floor of a window. But even so, you know, if
- 45:59Speaker 4: someone had walked out of the entrance of my building
- 46:01Speaker 4: right at that minute and and and been gored by
- 46:04Speaker 4: the ball bearings of the Great, or if.
- 46:08Speaker 3: You had made sure that there was enough space and
- 46:11Speaker 3: then you threw it and then the grade exploded and
- 46:14Speaker 3: like pierced their back because they were like far away.
- 46:18Speaker 3: That would be so. I mean, what's the opposite of
- 46:19Speaker 3: a Christmas miracle?
- 46:21Speaker 4: A Christmas nightmare?
- 46:22Speaker 3: That would have been a Christmas nightmare? That really would
- 46:27Speaker 3: have been a Christmas nightmare?
- 46:29Speaker 4: Nightmare on fucking street you lived, I think so, Yeah,
- 46:35Speaker 4: in Brooklyn, in Brooklyn nights.
- 46:36Speaker 3: Yeah, I didn't realize that. I used to go to
- 46:39Speaker 3: a doctor and I always said I thought it was
- 46:45Speaker 3: one of the best street names in Brooklyn.
- 46:47Speaker 4: Yeah, Harry knows, he's been over there.
- 46:55Speaker 2: You know what's funny. Yesterday when we were shooting, we
- 46:57Speaker 2: were talking. We were talking sports and whatnot, as men do,
- 47:00Speaker 2: and uh, we were we were like, I was like,
- 47:03Speaker 2: fights have you been watching the Stanley Cup at all?
- 47:05Speaker 2: And he was like I watched Game two and I
- 47:07Speaker 2: was like yeah, same man. I was like, I'm definitely
- 47:09Speaker 2: gonna watch Game three tonight and uh and then we
- 47:13Speaker 2: were like is basketball on tonight too? And then collectively,
- 47:17Speaker 2: like six of us were all like no, not Basketball's tomorrow.
- 47:21Speaker 2: We were like, damn, it's crazy. How long have a
- 47:22Speaker 2: break they have? And then I got home and I
- 47:24Speaker 2: went to turn on the hockey game, and I realized
- 47:26Speaker 2: that basketball was on Sunday and talkie was tonight. And
- 47:30Speaker 2: it was funny because we were all fully like collective,
- 47:33Speaker 2: We talked about it for like five minutes straight and
- 47:35Speaker 2: we were all fully convinced, dude, just collectively.
- 47:38Speaker 4: Are you for real with what you just said out loud?
- 47:41Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 47:42Speaker 4: That was the dumbest, most worthless. That was so not
- 47:47Speaker 4: what I was expecting. I thought there'd be something there.
- 47:50Speaker 2: I thought it was.
- 47:51Speaker 4: I thought you have we through. I thought you were
- 47:53Speaker 4: trolling me.
- 47:53Speaker 2: Thought it was a great story.
- 47:55Speaker 4: I was like, surely there's more than just scheduling to this.
- 48:00Speaker 2: I think it's funny that everyone thought that the one
- 48:02Speaker 2: game was on and we were all wrong.
- 48:04Speaker 4: That's what was unique.
- 48:06Speaker 2: Got a great got a lot of the group ship, dude,
- 48:09Speaker 2: because there's a little callback, you know, I texted them
- 48:11Speaker 2: when the game started.
- 48:12Speaker 4: By the way, you're all wrong. You're a great storyteller
- 48:15Speaker 4: and you are very funny. That was so out of
- 48:18Speaker 4: character for you. You agree, Am I wrong? That was nuts?
- 48:23Speaker 3: I was. I wasn't gonna say anything at first, but
- 48:26Speaker 3: but that that was I'm like below your standard of
- 48:30Speaker 3: a notable life. Spirit man.
- 48:33Speaker 4: That was crazy.
- 48:34Speaker 2: All right, all right, I get it.
- 48:36Speaker 3: Well, just explain what Maybe I'm missing something.
- 48:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I thought it was funny.
- 48:40Speaker 3: But like, what was that? What was the part that I'm.
- 48:42Speaker 2: Not going to dig deeper into trying trying to find
- 48:45Speaker 2: what was funny about it?
- 48:47Speaker 3: It was the fact that we everybody was wrong.
- 48:49Speaker 2: Everyone was wrong.
- 48:50Speaker 16: Yes, holy smokes man, I was gonna until Francis said
- 48:57Speaker 16: something out It was like maybe deep in the recent
- 49:00Speaker 16: this in my brain, I was like, that was a
- 49:01Speaker 16: little bit light for what you're usually back what usually
- 49:04Speaker 16: it was.
- 49:04Speaker 2: I mean, hey, it wasn't meant to be a grand slam,
- 49:06Speaker 2: you know, it.
- 49:07Speaker 3: Was just a thought start. Yeah, it was a thought start,
- 49:09Speaker 3: a conversation take us from one.
- 49:13Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm like shell shocked right now. I don't know.
- 49:15Speaker 2: I really don't think it was I don't think it
- 49:17Speaker 2: was that bad.
- 49:17Speaker 4: I think that what happened was I was watching you tell,
- 49:21Speaker 4: and I was excited about your story, and then I
- 49:24Speaker 4: heard you almost realize mid story.
- 49:28Speaker 2: No, I don't think so.
- 49:29Speaker 4: I don't think there's a whole lot here.
- 49:33Speaker 2: I think you were expecting more. You had some weird
- 49:35Speaker 2: false expectation. We're deep into the show. If I had
- 49:38Speaker 2: something good, it would have already been said. I'm not
- 49:41Speaker 2: saving ship for past an hour in or however long.
- 49:45Speaker 4: And we are fair enough, fair enough. I mean, you know,
- 49:49Speaker 4: maybe it hurt that you had to follow the Christmas
- 49:51Speaker 4: tree story.
- 49:52Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I just want to know what kind of stuff.
- 49:54Speaker 2: I mean, I didn't know we were like writing for
- 49:56Speaker 2: the show, start preparing some bits.
- 49:57Speaker 4: I mean, you know, because I saw you before.
- 50:01Speaker 2: I saw you look at your hand and be like,
- 50:03Speaker 2: I think I've told you guys, the story of the Christians.
- 50:06Speaker 4: I think I have said that story before, but I do.
- 50:09Speaker 2: I don't think you have. I don't think I've ever
- 50:10Speaker 2: heard that story. I do want to wait.
- 50:13Speaker 3: Before you sweach what are you not telling us?
- 50:16Speaker 2: What do you mean?
- 50:17Speaker 4: Did you censor something from that story?
- 50:20Speaker 2: Not at all. No.
- 50:21Speaker 3: I was saying, if that's the that stuff is so boring,
- 50:24Speaker 3: and you're saying it out loud, like, what's the other
- 50:25Speaker 3: stuff that's going on in your life that's not remarkable?
- 50:29Speaker 2: Not nothing exactly.
- 50:31Speaker 3: I think that's the point.
- 50:32Speaker 2: I split Gate two came out for a wominal game it.
- 50:35Speaker 4: I loved the desk story. I loved that.
- 50:39Speaker 3: Yeah, that was fantas juicy as hell.
- 50:41Speaker 2: Yeah, it's really good.
- 50:42Speaker 3: There's so many brands.
- 50:43Speaker 2: I'm happy with my performance due you are.
- 50:47Speaker 4: We rely on you.
- 50:49Speaker 2: I feel like you guys are trying to like get
- 50:51Speaker 2: in my head.
- 50:52Speaker 4: But I'm not no, no, no no.
- 50:54Speaker 3: I was never said you asked about it.
- 50:57Speaker 2: I wouldn't have even said I'm not worried a lot
- 50:59Speaker 2: of tomorrow when we record, I'm bringing bits.
- 51:02Speaker 4: Okay, good, good, good good.
- 51:05Speaker 5: Uh.
- 51:05Speaker 4: Quickly, I just want to issue a quick shout out
- 51:09Speaker 4: to a very serious, a great listener of ours. His
- 51:12Speaker 4: name's Vince, and he's in the Navy, and he's about
- 51:16Speaker 4: to deploy on a submarine for six months, and he's uh,
- 51:21Speaker 4: he just got engaged, and uh, he's a big time listener,
- 51:24Speaker 4: and I just want to shout him out.
- 51:26Speaker 2: What you say to a man.
- 51:31Speaker 3: Little navy riff seamen something with that.
- 51:36Speaker 2: Just busting balls here. He's a fan of the show.
- 51:38Speaker 4: That's great. I love that. Shout out to Vince. Thanks
- 51:41Speaker 4: for listening. Hopefully you guys get serviced down underwater. I
- 51:45Speaker 4: don't even know.
- 51:46Speaker 2: I'm sure they have better WiFi than we could possibly comprehend.
- 51:49Speaker 4: You're probably right, they'd have to, dude. Submarine submarines are nuts.
- 51:56Speaker 4: Could they go they go down? They're on them for
- 51:59Speaker 4: so long, and it's such a small days.
- 52:02Speaker 3: Even if no matter who you are in the Navy,
- 52:04Speaker 3: don't you have to do at least thirty days on
- 52:05Speaker 3: a submarine or something. I don't know, I'm talking out
- 52:08Speaker 3: of my ass.
- 52:09Speaker 4: I know that you you get like assigned to submarines,
- 52:12Speaker 4: and I think the Navy knows that that is a
- 52:15Speaker 4: tough assignment, right, so they end up. I think the
- 52:18Speaker 4: pay is the best, and then I think it is
- 52:21Speaker 4: like a long period on and then you get a
- 52:24Speaker 4: long period off.
- 52:25Speaker 2: Interesting.
- 52:26Speaker 4: I think that's the case.
- 52:27Speaker 3: One conjugal too, not very funny.
- 52:31Speaker 4: I'm just trying to honor forces here.
- 52:34Speaker 11: You know, I didn't laugh much at that Navy story
- 52:40Speaker 11: with that fan of our funny about it sounds like
- 52:43Speaker 11: we're losing a listener.
- 52:45Speaker 2: It sounds like we're gonna we just lost a listener
- 52:47Speaker 2: to the submarines. I can't imagine he's gonna be listening
- 52:52Speaker 2: to the pod much now, and then I probably gonna
- 52:53Speaker 2: be working. That story disappointed me more than anything.
- 52:57Speaker 4: Gosh a little defensive there, you know, Look, we got
- 53:01Speaker 4: to call I'm just speaking, I know, you would do
- 53:04Speaker 4: the same to me if I had said if I
- 53:05Speaker 4: had said something like.
- 53:06Speaker 2: That, Francis, are you at a point in comedy where
- 53:10Speaker 2: if you were walking, so you were walking like in
- 53:12Speaker 2: your neighborhood and you saw like Bill Burr walking down
- 53:14Speaker 2: the street, But that'd be something that would if like
- 53:17Speaker 2: it's be like, holy should there was Bill BurrH? Or
- 53:20Speaker 2: would you literally just walk by and be like, I
- 53:22Speaker 2: don't give a fuck.
- 53:24Speaker 4: No, I would would I would be thrilled to see
- 53:26Speaker 4: Bill Burr?
- 53:27Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, Would you say anything or not?
- 53:28Speaker 4: I would, yeah, because I've talked to him a lot.
- 53:32Speaker 4: Oh okay, I said something with him when he came
- 53:34Speaker 4: into barstool in like twenty nineteen.
- 53:36Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I forgot. He has like old barstool ties.
- 53:39Speaker 4: And and I saw him recently and I went and
- 53:42Speaker 4: saw us play. So I have things I can yeah, compliments,
- 53:45Speaker 4: I can give him.
- 53:46Speaker 3: Sense, We'll give another level comedian at that level that
- 53:48Speaker 3: you're to make the story.
- 53:49Speaker 4: You wouldn't know, Louis, Louis, I would be I wouldn't
- 53:53Speaker 4: say anything, wouldn't say anything. No, cool, I don't have
- 53:55Speaker 4: anything to I don't know him.
- 53:57Speaker 2: I saw I was walking in I saw Louie and
- 53:58Speaker 2: I didn't say anything, Oh, that's what your devil, And
- 54:05Speaker 2: I was like thrilled. Yeah, I was thrilled that I
- 54:08Speaker 2: saw him. But immediately I was like, I'm not gonna
- 54:10Speaker 2: say i've seen him insane. If I said something that would.
- 54:13Speaker 3: Be what, like what level? If you're like, I'm a
- 54:16Speaker 3: big fans, I don't know.
- 54:17Speaker 2: I Hey, what's up. But I was like, I'm not gonna,
- 54:19Speaker 2: I'm just gonna.
- 54:20Speaker 4: I've seen Louis three times randomly in New York City.
- 54:23Speaker 2: That was the only time I've ever That was actually
- 54:25Speaker 2: probably the only time I've ever really seen like a
- 54:27Speaker 2: really famous person in the city.
- 54:30Speaker 4: I've seen some. I've seen some. Sometimes it's fun to
- 54:32Speaker 4: spot them because they often wear hats and sunglasses and
- 54:36Speaker 4: you have to be like, wait a second.
- 54:37Speaker 2: I've seen like people like at comedy clubs.
- 54:39Speaker 4: Obviously, but that doesn't it's more interesting to see them
- 54:42Speaker 4: out in the wild. I've seen John Mulaney twice. One
- 54:45Speaker 4: time he was going into Whole Foods. I saw Louis
- 54:47Speaker 4: and Whole Foods in line. Interesting, and he was talking
- 54:49Speaker 4: to the woman behind him, this older woman, and she
- 54:52Speaker 4: had no idea who he was. Yeah, yeah, and they
- 54:54Speaker 4: were talking about like the price of chicken, and I
- 54:57Speaker 4: was like, that is awesome. And I was three people
- 54:59Speaker 4: in of them, and I was just listening to be like,
- 55:01Speaker 4: she has no fucking.
- 55:02Speaker 3: Hey, can I buy his chicken?
- 55:03Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 55:04Speaker 2: I don't know who? It would like who I would stop?
- 55:08Speaker 3: Do you mean stop? Like? I think there's a difference
- 55:10Speaker 3: between stopping someone in saying I don't know who.
- 55:12Speaker 2: I would say Hi.
- 55:13Speaker 4: Would you say something to Sebastian if you saw him?
- 55:16Speaker 4: Would you be like, I really love your work or whatever?
- 55:18Speaker 7: No?
- 55:19Speaker 3: Probably you don't think it feels I bet it feels
- 55:21Speaker 3: nice to the people for you to just very in
- 55:23Speaker 3: passing without wanting anything from them, being like big fan.
- 55:27Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 55:27Speaker 3: True, I think that that's I get where you're coming from,
- 55:30Speaker 3: where you probably don't want to bother them or like
- 55:32Speaker 3: be a weirdo to them.
- 55:33Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 55:34Speaker 3: But if you're like I appreciate your work as like
- 55:36Speaker 3: a flyby and ask for nothing from them, I think
- 55:39Speaker 3: you're like a value add true.
- 55:42Speaker 4: Yeah, maybe I think that's totally fair. I also think
- 55:47Speaker 4: I had I remember that Louis said once on a
- 55:51Speaker 4: podcast that he does not like when people he sees
- 55:55Speaker 4: that people recognize him in New York. And it's because
- 55:58Speaker 4: he likes to just exist and sort of experience New
- 56:01Speaker 4: York on an anonymous level, and he rides the subway
- 56:04Speaker 4: and things like that.
- 56:05Speaker 3: Right, So let's give him all of his fame and that. Yeah,
- 56:10Speaker 3: pick one, dude, seriously, Let's give him the riches and
- 56:16Speaker 3: the end.
- 56:18Speaker 4: So I knew when I saw him the first time
- 56:22Speaker 4: I saw him that I had that ringing in my head.
- 56:25Speaker 4: And I was walking out of a coffee shop in
- 56:26Speaker 4: the West Village and he was walking in with his
- 56:29Speaker 4: daughter and I saw him and I went like that,
- 56:33Speaker 4: and then I just went with my cup and he
- 56:36Speaker 4: went subtle nod. Then he came in through the door,
- 56:39Speaker 4: and I was so proud of myself.
- 56:41Speaker 2: This yeah, and then I've passed him.
- 56:48Speaker 3: And then you called everyone you knew pretty much?
- 56:50Speaker 2: Yeah, I did text my friends.
- 56:53Speaker 4: Did I tell you?
- 56:54Speaker 2: They were stoked.
- 56:55Speaker 4: I went and saw the old Brennan's opening night of
- 57:00Speaker 4: his three mics show, just randomly. I bought tickets and
- 57:04Speaker 4: went and saw it recently. This was years ago, uh,
- 57:08Speaker 4: And it was in that tiny little theater off of
- 57:11Speaker 4: Lafayette Street. I can't even remember what that place is called,
- 57:14Speaker 4: but that's where he was running it, and I went
- 57:16Speaker 4: and saw it and I sat down in my seat
- 57:18Speaker 4: with my buddy, and then in came to sit next
- 57:22Speaker 4: to us, and I'll do this in order. Yeah, Dave Chappelle,
- 57:27Speaker 4: Damn Trevor, Noah, Chris Rock, John Legend, Chrissy Tagan, Colin Jost,
- 57:37Speaker 4: they all sat six Oh god, they were sitting like.
- 57:44Speaker 3: When they order a cheese pizza next.
- 57:46Speaker 4: To me.
- 57:49Speaker 2: On the show if Epstein's Islands.
- 57:51Speaker 4: Yeah, I think that's Epstein's Island.
- 57:56Speaker 2: No way, Chrissy t I love Chrissy running the island.
- 58:00Speaker 4: No way.
- 58:00Speaker 3: Oh, I forgot that your friend, your actual friend.
- 58:02Speaker 4: She's a friend of mine.
- 58:03Speaker 2: Oh, I didn't know we had tas you know our
- 58:09Speaker 2: podcast had direct Jeffrey. Yeah, I thought we were all clean.
- 58:18Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 58:18Speaker 3: I was talking to my friend Alan Dershowitz the other
- 58:20Speaker 3: day and he was saying the same thing.
- 58:23Speaker 4: Dude, it's crazy, how uh prevailing the Epstein Island thing is?
- 58:29Speaker 4: Is that ever gonna go away?
- 58:30Speaker 17: No?
- 58:31Speaker 2: I don't think so. But it also is kind of
- 58:32Speaker 2: weird because.
- 58:33Speaker 3: It's like there's out of witness protection.
- 58:38Speaker 2: I totally agree. There are sides to it though, where
- 58:41Speaker 2: it's like there's the side of like, oh I want like, yeah,
- 58:44Speaker 2: there should be the piece, people should be held accountable,
- 58:46Speaker 2: And then there's a side of like if there's nothing,
- 58:51Speaker 2: like there's there seems to be a group of people
- 58:53Speaker 2: who would never admit it, but like they want it
- 58:56Speaker 2: to be more famous celebrity is than it is. Like
- 59:02Speaker 2: it I feel like it's gonna get.
- 59:03Speaker 4: Like everything that conspiracy theorists.
- 59:05Speaker 2: No, like not even like conspiracy theorists, not even that level,
- 59:08Speaker 2: but like like people on Twitter who are like like oh.
- 59:12Speaker 3: Uh, Angelina and Jolie and Brad Pitt.
- 59:14Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, yeah, well those are conspiracy theorists. Well I
- 59:18Speaker 4: don't know.
- 59:18Speaker 2: If I would. I'm not, but I don't mean like
- 59:19Speaker 2: I don't mean like fucking I'm not talking like war
- 59:22Speaker 2: mode conspiracies. I'm talking like, you know, baseline people who
- 59:25Speaker 2: are like super into politics and they're like, what do
- 59:27Speaker 2: you mean Bill Clinton isn't on the list, like furious
- 59:31Speaker 2: that like these people weren't raping kids, you know what
- 59:34Speaker 2: I mean? That's what I'm getting at. I see what
- 59:36Speaker 2: you mean, like that, I've seen that on Twitter.
- 59:38Speaker 4: I would be so I would still classify those people
- 59:41Speaker 4: like they want they think there's smoke, so they they
- 59:44Speaker 4: assume there's fire. Yeah, but they're like, as you said,
- 59:47Speaker 4: they they want it to be true. They want to
- 59:50Speaker 4: affirm their suspicions, which again to me, I would I
- 59:55Speaker 4: would say, in the absence of evidence, that is your
- 59:59Speaker 4: conspired I.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: Don't even mean like, I don't even mean like direct like,
- 1:00:04Speaker 2: I mean like more political Like I think it's more
- 1:00:07Speaker 2: politically driven. Yeah, Like everyone hates Elon Musk. Elon Musk
- 1:00:11Speaker 2: tweets that Trump was on Epstein Island. I knew Elon
- 1:00:14Speaker 2: was the smart one all along.
- 1:00:16Speaker 9: Oh, they came to his side from the people, did Yeah,
- 1:00:19Speaker 9: the people who are obsessed about us yeah, and who
- 1:00:22Speaker 9: hate Trump and who hate Trump really yes, and then
- 1:00:24Speaker 9: people who don't hate Trump and loved Elon the whole time,
- 1:00:27Speaker 9: and all of a sudden liked guy.
- 1:00:29Speaker 4: I saw Elon do that, and I was like, give
- 1:00:31Speaker 4: me a fucking break, dude. Yeah, but that Epstein's Island
- 1:00:35Speaker 4: is this generation's like McCarthyism.
- 1:00:37Speaker 2: Yeah, but some people are really dumb, you know.
- 1:00:40Speaker 4: I thought that was so specious of Elon Musk. I
- 1:00:44Speaker 4: thought it was just thin as hell. Yeah, you're gonna
- 1:00:47Speaker 4: just like it's it's the oldest like fucking yeah, taking
- 1:00:52Speaker 4: your ball and punting it over the thing because you
- 1:00:54Speaker 4: can't play the game. You got kicked out. You got
- 1:00:56Speaker 4: kicked out of the game. And he's like, you know what,
- 1:00:59Speaker 4: fucking Epstein's isle, Epstein's ile. Yeah.
- 1:01:02Speaker 2: I just think like, isn't it like, isn't it like
- 1:01:04Speaker 2: if like.
- 1:01:05Speaker 3: That's something Christy Teagan's friend would say, for sure, that.
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: Is a teaguing quote. But isn't it like it's not
- 1:01:11Speaker 2: it's not a quote. Wouldn't you be wouldn't you be,
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: regardless of your thoughts on Trump, Like, wouldn't you be
- 1:01:18Speaker 2: more happy to learn that he wasn't molesting children?
- 1:01:22Speaker 3: I get that.
- 1:01:22Speaker 2: I like, if you found out that anyone was molesting children,
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: wouldn't your initial reaction be like that sucks rather than like, yes,
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: you're and I hated him all along. You're like, well, yeah,
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: I knew it. Yeah, but it's like, well, what kids
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: had to molest for kad to be molested for you
- 1:01:41Speaker 2: to get that?
- 1:01:42Speaker 4: Your heart went back to like a level of idealism
- 1:01:45Speaker 4: that hasn't existed in fucking yeah thirty since nine eleven.
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: Yeah, you are right, you are right.
- 1:01:50Speaker 4: When when for a moment people were like, actually, let's
- 1:01:54Speaker 4: not wish that things are worse than they are.
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: It is, Yeah, you are right because it hasn't happening
- 1:01:58Speaker 2: for years. When it's like a a YouTuber gets in
- 1:02:01Speaker 2: trouble and then people are like finally and it's like,
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: but you're still like celebrating that that person something.
- 1:02:09Speaker 4: There's that great line from The Big Short when the
- 1:02:12Speaker 4: two young guys sell their uh their puts or whatever
- 1:02:15Speaker 4: on the housing market there.
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: Like people are gonna lose.
- 1:02:18Speaker 4: It's like what you're what you're you're betting against the
- 1:02:21Speaker 4: American economy. People are gonna lose their houses, like stop dancing,
- 1:02:24Speaker 4: you know. Yeah, for for those conspiracies to be true.
- 1:02:29Speaker 4: If that gave those people glee, the the underlying truth
- 1:02:34Speaker 4: of that is that more people raped kids, then yeah,
- 1:02:39Speaker 4: yeah that's a great point.
- 1:02:40Speaker 2: Yeah, it's just like, yeah, the whole revealing of the
- 1:02:43Speaker 2: like the I don't know, I guess people want the information,
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: which I understand. I think it's more like but it's like,
- 1:02:49Speaker 2: who's someone I'm trying to think of someone that I
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: like despise, like a famous.
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: Person, uh Steiny.
- 1:02:56Speaker 2: No, no, not him, But like I don't know, Like
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: let's say it's the end of the football season. It
- 1:03:00Speaker 2: looks like the Chiefs are gonna win. This is gonna
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: go to the super.
- 1:03:03Speaker 3: Bowl again, when Stein's gonna win his big bet.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: And Sin is gonna win his big bet. I'm not
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: gonna be if it came out that Patrick Mahomes was
- 1:03:09Speaker 2: on the Epstein flight logs, I wouldn't be sitting there like, ah,
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: let's go he raped all those kids.
- 1:03:16Speaker 4: Yeah, I know, but that's again, that's just because I
- 1:03:18Speaker 4: think you have other stuff to sustain your day.
- 1:03:22Speaker 2: Yeah, it's true that new PC, but my new PC.
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: When you get the power of that thing and you
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: feel that you can have like seven thousand tabs open
- 1:03:31Speaker 2: at once, yeah, you start to wonder, is this how
- 1:03:34Speaker 2: you get into Well? I think he was on the
- 1:03:36Speaker 2: list right, you know he started seventeen Twitter tweet deck.
- 1:03:43Speaker 4: You're subscribing, yeah stuffs.
- 1:03:47Speaker 2: Yeah. The morning I got the hydraulic press in the
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: corner working.
- 1:03:51Speaker 3: Overtime, making your like IRL split screen videos of the
- 1:03:55Speaker 3: hydraulic press and you talking about ship on the other side.
- 1:03:58Speaker 2: Just cutting subway surf and hydraulic press clips together.
- 1:04:02Speaker 4: I love the idea that you're so fixated on the
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: Internet that you accidentally put your.
- 1:04:09Speaker 2: Press instead of the press.
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: Oh no, well, what's that? The new the new corporation
- 1:04:18Speaker 3: was a planter or whatever Palenteer. I'm not sure, but
- 1:04:22Speaker 3: they're they're aggregating everybody's information. So you're just making yourself
- 1:04:26Speaker 3: way easier to aggregate by putting it all in a tower.
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: Yeah, it is true. I'm gonna have to dispose of
- 1:04:31Speaker 2: the tower.
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: That's the one that Cash Bettel was talking about, right,
- 1:04:36Speaker 3: He's like, Oh, it's just gonna make it way easier,
- 1:04:38Speaker 3: or I think maybe jd Vance was talking about it too.
- 1:04:41Speaker 3: It's gonna make it way easier for the FBI or
- 1:04:43Speaker 3: whatever having a tower.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: No.
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: Yeah, if you have a tower that you're tweet decking
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: off of, it's easier for the FBI to find illegals.
- 1:04:51Speaker 2: I see, do they know I'm on a VPN? Though?
- 1:04:55Speaker 2: The first thing you do when you get a tower
- 1:04:57Speaker 2: is down on a VPN.
- 1:04:58Speaker 3: Do you actually know you should? Bro?
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: I probably should. I do have some crazy like because
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: I forgot when you get a PC, you gotta get
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: like you gotta get like a virus protection. MAC just
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: comes with it all built in. Yeah, you never got
- 1:05:10Speaker 2: to worry about a virus.
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: Yeah, PC.
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: Everything you do, it says like, permission for this to
- 1:05:16Speaker 2: access all of the files on your PC, permission for
- 1:05:20Speaker 2: this to make changes on your on your on your PC.
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: I played, Uh. I played Halo split Gate two, which
- 1:05:29Speaker 2: if you like Halo Francis, you would love split Gate two.
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: It's like a combination of Call of Duty and Halo.
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: Fun new arena game, free to play, Yeah, Halo, and
- 1:05:39Speaker 2: I played call I downloaded cod it was two hundred
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: and eighty gigabytes, so I deleted. I just wanted to
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: see what it was like to play Piece to play
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: CAD on PC, so I adjusted all the settings I
- 1:05:49Speaker 2: did to watch the whole setting story. I played like
- 1:05:50Speaker 2: two games. It was the exact same shit, better graphics,
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: I will say, I have PS was pretty similar though.
- 1:05:55Speaker 4: I haven't played video games in so long. And I
- 1:05:59Speaker 4: was at Change and he was off doing Rogan and
- 1:06:03Speaker 4: so I was like, oh, I'll play some video games.
- 1:06:06Speaker 4: And I tried to turn it on. Yeah, buddy, it
- 1:06:11Speaker 4: was as if I was like trying to unlock files
- 1:06:18Speaker 4: to you know, Epstein's Island. It was the most complicated
- 1:06:22Speaker 4: ship to his code, you know that thing where you
- 1:06:26Speaker 4: got to hit like a combination of buttons and an Xbox. Yeah, no,
- 1:06:31Speaker 4: I don't have that was crazy. We had to get
- 1:06:33Speaker 4: I had to get that.
- 1:06:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:06:35Speaker 4: And then well then I went into his library of
- 1:06:39Speaker 4: games and I was like, oh, look there's Halo. Tried
- 1:06:42Speaker 4: to play Halo man, Nope, couldn't play Halo. You had
- 1:06:46Speaker 4: to download it. And then and it was like, well, what, okay,
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: what do I what Halo do I want to play?
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: And then I ended up getting this like pack that
- 1:06:55Speaker 4: include Haload three because that's the one, the last one
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: I knew really well, Halo three, which was great.
- 1:07:03Speaker 2: Halo four came out like when I was like six.
- 1:07:07Speaker 4: Yeah, I loved playing Halo three. Guardian was my favorite mape.
- 1:07:11Speaker 2: What did you play it on?
- 1:07:13Speaker 7: Uh?
- 1:07:13Speaker 4: On Xbox?
- 1:07:15Speaker 2: It's the original Xbox.
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: You played it on Advocate, So I had.
- 1:07:17Speaker 4: I had an Xbox three sixty.
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: Nice big, greatest console of all time.
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: Really in a way, easily, Yeah, except you'd get those
- 1:07:24Speaker 4: three Rings of Death, the Red Ring of the Red
- 1:07:26Speaker 4: Ring of Death.
- 1:07:28Speaker 2: Did you ever actually get it? I did have that,
- 1:07:29Speaker 2: I never actually got it.
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: And then my buddy, who was really into gaming, uh,
- 1:07:34Speaker 4: did the work for me to send it back for
- 1:07:37Speaker 4: the under the warranty to get on very nice, which
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: was awesome because I wasn't going to do that. I
- 1:07:43Speaker 4: don't remember what I got him in return. Maybe I
- 1:07:45Speaker 4: got him some some food.
- 1:07:48Speaker 2: That that sounds like a proper exchange.
- 1:07:51Speaker 4: Yeah, but we I was trying to play, and so
- 1:07:54Speaker 4: then I, you know, I couldn't figure out how to
- 1:07:57Speaker 4: get that going. It was crazy. It was like you
- 1:07:59Speaker 4: you're You're system is not you have to download a
- 1:08:02Speaker 4: new thing in order to be able to play this.
- 1:08:04Speaker 2: That's what like.
- 1:08:05Speaker 4: Gaming is, Like, what the fuck?
- 1:08:06Speaker 2: It's constantly updating, downloading.
- 1:08:08Speaker 4: So then I went into the games that he already
- 1:08:10Speaker 4: had downloaded, and a lot of those had crazy things
- 1:08:14Speaker 4: that I, for some reason I couldn't play. So then
- 1:08:17Speaker 4: I ended up just playing Mortal Kombat. Oh it was okay, man,
- 1:08:22Speaker 4: what about Hell Let Loose? Yeah, Shane set that up
- 1:08:25Speaker 4: for me later. But even just choosing a map was impossible.
- 1:08:29Speaker 4: I was going through lobbies and.
- 1:08:30Speaker 2: Hell that Loose is and I've played that.
- 1:08:33Speaker 4: The maps are humongous. I don't don't even find the.
- 1:08:36Speaker 2: AC you can't find the answer.
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: It just I just ended up running for until the
- 1:08:41Speaker 4: game ended. Yeah, it was like the other teams won.
- 1:08:45Speaker 3: You just did Cardio.
- 1:08:46Speaker 4: I didn't see a single person.
- 1:08:48Speaker 2: The biggest maps of all time, and there's like seven
- 1:08:50Speaker 2: hundred people on both teams.
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: There's a nightmare.
- 1:08:53Speaker 2: But there's no like you don't see. There's no like
- 1:08:56Speaker 2: like username that pops above their head or anything like.
- 1:08:58Speaker 2: It's just there on the screen. Just move around like
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: in the shadows, and then you don't even know if
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: you kill them, you just shoot in their direction.
- 1:09:05Speaker 4: I I didn't. I didn't really have a good time,
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: and I was really disappointed. And I remember the simplicity
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: of taking a disc and putting it into the machine
- 1:09:14Speaker 4: and then it boots up and you're playing the game,
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: and it's like, do you want to play campaign or
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: do you want to play multiplayer?
- 1:09:21Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: And that was it. So I do want to play.
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: I want to play Halo with you. Yeah, you should
- 1:09:28Speaker 4: get it. I got it for free. I wouldn't even
- 1:09:30Speaker 4: know which Halo we're talking about now.
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: It's like Halo Infinite. I think that's the current one,
- 1:09:36Speaker 2: but I haven't played Halo since Halo Reach.
- 1:09:39Speaker 3: You're not gonna You're not gonna get addicted first.
- 1:09:41Speaker 4: I'm not gonna get addicted, but I'm not even gonna
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: be able to get in.
- 1:09:44Speaker 2: If you just get an Xbox, dude, an Xbox like
- 1:09:46Speaker 2: series Z S or X or whatever it is. They're like,
- 1:09:48Speaker 2: I think they're like two hundred bucks.
- 1:09:50Speaker 4: Yeah, money doesn't grow on trees, you know, and then
- 1:09:53Speaker 4: you get to get yourself like A we can't all
- 1:09:55Speaker 4: buy monitor.
- 1:09:58Speaker 2: It's another two fifty our Zopa, great brand.
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: I can't play it on my television.
- 1:10:03Speaker 2: Oh you can if you want to have you know,
- 1:10:05Speaker 2: terrible FBS latency input delay is does Shane play on
- 1:10:11Speaker 2: a TV?
- 1:10:12Speaker 4: Yeah, as far as I can tell, Yeah.
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: That's not the I mean, you can do that, it's
- 1:10:17Speaker 2: just not what it is.
- 1:10:18Speaker 3: He on fraud Watch for that.
- 1:10:20Speaker 2: A little bit. Yeah, depends on the games you play,
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: Like a first person shooter on like a I'd assume
- 1:10:26Speaker 2: what is it, like an eighty inch flat screen? Yeah,
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: saying a first person shooter on that is insane. You're
- 1:10:33Speaker 2: just not going to get your.
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: Best performance swinging with the donut.
- 1:10:37Speaker 2: The input delay has to be when you.
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: Go to the tournaments and you play on a little
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: thirteen inch screen, it becomes way easier exactly eight inch.
- 1:10:45Speaker 4: I am stoked that you got a PC. I'm pumped
- 1:10:48Speaker 4: about it.
- 1:10:48Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know, like it got over.
- 1:10:50Speaker 4: The hump because I was telling you for so long,
- 1:10:52Speaker 4: you can you can afford this, and you said.
- 1:10:54Speaker 2: No, Yeah, you were, you were very I was thinking
- 1:10:56Speaker 2: about that the entire time I was doing it. I
- 1:10:58Speaker 2: was like, Francis was dead on because I've been saying.
- 1:11:01Speaker 2: I was like, I think it's like four grand for
- 1:11:02Speaker 2: a PC and it wasn't even one thousand dollars.
- 1:11:06Speaker 3: That's so awesome.
- 1:11:07Speaker 2: You're a laptop for a computer that will last forever
- 1:11:09Speaker 2: because you can just upgrade the parts constantly.
- 1:11:12Speaker 4: That's cool.
- 1:11:13Speaker 3: So what part lasts forever?
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: I don't know. I don't know anything about it. I
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: just got it. I'm hoping I don't have to upgrade
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: my part yet. Yeah, I got a decent I think.
- 1:11:24Speaker 2: I think my motherboard is pretty solid. I got sixteen
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: gigabytes of RAM.
- 1:11:28Speaker 7: Not bad.
- 1:11:29Speaker 3: It's plenty of RAM.
- 1:11:29Speaker 2: That's plenty of RAM. And if I need more, I
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: should get more RAM.
- 1:11:33Speaker 3: Yeah, you could easily get more RAM. I don't even
- 1:11:37Speaker 3: know what RAM.
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: I have no idea.
- 1:11:39Speaker 3: Memory, some random access memories.
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: It's some sort of memory thing with like I think
- 1:11:44Speaker 2: it's like how much space your computer. I don't know.
- 1:11:47Speaker 3: I never knew RAM or I never knew horsepower.
- 1:11:51Speaker 2: Yeah, it's something with how much your computer is using.
- 1:11:54Speaker 2: I think I don't know. I have this whole screen
- 1:11:56Speaker 2: up that says like CPU percentage and shit like how
- 1:12:00Speaker 2: much is being used?
- 1:12:01Speaker 4: So what's the next big upgrade for your PC?
- 1:12:07Speaker 3: See? People just want to know nothing celebrate.
- 1:12:10Speaker 2: I played Call of Duty on it, which I would
- 1:12:11Speaker 2: assume is one of the more advanced, faster moving games
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: that you could play other than like I don't know
- 1:12:18Speaker 2: what elden ring or something shit with the graphics and
- 1:12:21Speaker 2: it operated completely fine, So I don't know what else
- 1:12:24Speaker 2: I would need. But unless I was like streaming, what's.
- 1:12:27Speaker 4: The difference between your PC and a five thousand dollars PC?
- 1:12:31Speaker 4: More RAM yeah, or better graphics better.
- 1:12:36Speaker 2: Better graphics, better, more lights, more lights, because I want
- 1:12:40Speaker 2: the best for my boy, like I was getting. I
- 1:12:42Speaker 2: think I when I played COD I think I peaked
- 1:12:45Speaker 2: at like one hundred and twenty five fps, which is
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: like fine, it's good, it's not great. Like the the streamers,
- 1:12:54Speaker 2: the dudes that are like huge when you watch their games,
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: they're getting like over like two hundred and fifty fps,
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: double one hundred more. Oh right, they can get up
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: I think to like around three.
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: Did you say one twenty five for you? Yeah, and
- 1:13:08Speaker 4: then they have two fifty Yeah that's double.
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: No, it's yeah, it is exactly double. I was thinking
- 1:13:18Speaker 2: one fifty three hundred the whole thing. Don't worry about it.
- 1:13:21Speaker 3: I was gonna let us, thought, I'm not trying to.
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: Tatting Francis is on my ass.
- 1:13:26Speaker 4: No I'm not. I did that gently. I did that.
- 1:13:29Speaker 4: You you corrected me, my ass, You corrected me. So
- 1:13:34Speaker 4: I said, wait a second, am I wrong? And then
- 1:13:35Speaker 4: I did the math and I thought, no, not, but
- 1:13:37Speaker 4: you know what, that's okay. I I am still thrilled
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: that you got your PC.
- 1:13:42Speaker 2: You know what I will, You know what I will? Uh,
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: this was kind of funny. I already told you guys
- 1:13:46Speaker 2: this though, But I was saying, I've been I've been
- 1:13:49Speaker 2: waking up with like my throat super dry, super congested,
- 1:13:52Speaker 2: and I was like, I'm definitely snoring because I've been
- 1:13:54Speaker 2: sleeping on my back. So I did what you've you've
- 1:13:57Speaker 2: recommended in the past, which was the mouth tape with
- 1:14:01Speaker 2: the eyemass, and I set my alarm for this was yesterday.
- 1:14:05Speaker 2: I set my alarm for ten thirty am, went to
- 1:14:08Speaker 2: bed at like, went to bed around like midnight or
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: maybe one. I woke up at two pm. God, I
- 1:14:17Speaker 2: look up at two pm in the same position with
- 1:14:20Speaker 2: the mouth tape still on and ask still on. I
- 1:14:26Speaker 2: checked my phone, dude, and I was like, I was
- 1:14:28Speaker 2: like no. I was like, I was like, I must
- 1:14:30Speaker 2: have Did I take a nap?
- 1:14:31Speaker 3: Is it daylight?
- 1:14:32Speaker 2: SA? And I just will I was like, this can't
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: be possible, dude.
- 1:14:37Speaker 4: If I woke up at two pm, I would be terrified.
- 1:14:40Speaker 2: All you got to do in a situation like that,
- 1:14:42Speaker 2: because that is like you wake up and you're like,
- 1:14:44Speaker 2: I'm the biggest piece of shit on the planet. How
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: the fuck could this it possibly happen?
- 1:14:47Speaker 4: You have four hours time, you might as well have
- 1:14:49Speaker 4: dinner exactly four breakfast.
- 1:14:51Speaker 2: You kind of just gotta you just gotta do what
- 1:14:53Speaker 2: you can with what you got, and you gotta you
- 1:14:55Speaker 2: gotta just like put it in the back burner and
- 1:14:57Speaker 2: be like, be like, I just got to operate, like
- 1:14:59Speaker 2: I've already been awake for eight hours.
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: Even at the height of my puberty, even at like
- 1:15:07Speaker 4: the most angsty teenage stage in my life, I don't
- 1:15:10Speaker 4: know if I ever slept.
- 1:15:11Speaker 2: I haven't slept. I haven't slept in that plate. I
- 1:15:13Speaker 2: think I'm happy for you.
- 1:15:15Speaker 3: I felt so good. Did it feel good? Did your
- 1:15:18Speaker 3: brain feel like?
- 1:15:19Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:15:20Speaker 2: I felt good. I was able to fall asleep at
- 1:15:22Speaker 2: like one last night. Actually that's not true. I probably
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: went to bed at like.
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: Two thirty Jesus Christ.
- 1:15:28Speaker 2: But I did make I was productive with it because
- 1:15:30Speaker 2: I was like, I played video like I we.
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: Shot played video games.
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: Well, we shot, we shot, we filmed. It was a Sunday,
- 1:15:38Speaker 2: we were we were doing work four barstool, not typically
- 1:15:41Speaker 2: something you see around these parts.
- 1:15:43Speaker 3: So we did it.
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: We shot, you know, we shot on a Sunday, and
- 1:15:47Speaker 2: then we uh And then I went home. I played
- 1:15:49Speaker 2: some video games and then I got off and I
- 1:15:50Speaker 2: was like, well, I'm definitely not gonna be able to
- 1:15:52Speaker 2: fall asleep. So I wrote for like an hour and
- 1:15:53Speaker 2: then I went to bed.
- 1:15:54Speaker 4: Nice.
- 1:15:55Speaker 2: Yeah, so it's like you just gotta gotta And then
- 1:15:57Speaker 2: I woke up at nine today to punish myself. Okay,
- 1:16:00Speaker 2: So because I went to bed around like two thirty,
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: and I was like, I was like, doesn't matter, You're
- 1:16:03Speaker 2: waking up at nine regardless it doesn't matter what time
- 1:16:08Speaker 2: you're falling asleep tonight. We can't make you're not waking
- 1:16:11Speaker 2: up at two pm tomorrow, dude.
- 1:16:14Speaker 4: On the night of the premiere, I went to bed
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: at five am. Five am.
- 1:16:19Speaker 2: Yeah, that.
- 1:16:21Speaker 4: I woke up at like nine to thirty. Yeah, and
- 1:16:24Speaker 4: I have not recovered from that still.
- 1:16:27Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 1:16:28Speaker 4: That was. That was five days ago. Yeah, I'm telling
- 1:16:32Speaker 4: you all through my time in Chicago, I was a wreck.
- 1:16:36Speaker 3: I had.
- 1:16:39Speaker 4: I don't mean to get gross, but we talked about
- 1:16:42Speaker 4: this a lot. I had diarrhea in Chicago, and it
- 1:16:47Speaker 4: was for like a day and a half and it
- 1:16:49Speaker 4: was in the type where every forty five minutes I
- 1:16:53Speaker 4: had to go I would I would finish going to
- 1:16:55Speaker 4: the bathroom and get up, and then twenty minutes later
- 1:16:58Speaker 4: I'd be like, I have to go to the bathroom again, and.
- 1:17:02Speaker 3: It's like an hour glass. There's just say asshole, dude.
- 1:17:06Speaker 4: It was. It was so insane and I I was
- 1:17:10Speaker 4: not hungry because I didn't feel well, so I was
- 1:17:12Speaker 4: just drinking tons of water. And I told Brandon before
- 1:17:17Speaker 4: the fucking Friday show, I go, dude my opener. Brandon.
- 1:17:21Speaker 4: I was like, Dude, you need to be prepared to
- 1:17:25Speaker 4: come on stage while I'm on I've had to do that.
- 1:17:28Speaker 4: I was like, you, I there is no telling if
- 1:17:32Speaker 4: five it could be five minutes into my set, then
- 1:17:35Speaker 4: I'm like, all right, everybody. And I would have told
- 1:17:37Speaker 4: the crowd. Yeah, I would have been like, I would
- 1:17:39Speaker 4: have been honest with them, like, guys, I'm just gonna
- 1:17:42Speaker 4: level with you here. Uh, I have horrific digestive problems
- 1:17:47Speaker 4: right now, and I might need to jump off stage,
- 1:17:51Speaker 4: but I'll be right back and Brandon will come out
- 1:17:53Speaker 4: say hi to you. Guys. He loved Brandon. You loved him,
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: and he and I might just be you know, swapping
- 1:18:01Speaker 4: might be a little revolving door.
- 1:18:03Speaker 2: I've had it happen where I've had to When when
- 1:18:06Speaker 2: I was in comics doing comics Roadhouse, Yeah, the casino,
- 1:18:11Speaker 2: we were Me and Mook did that gig and that's
- 1:18:13Speaker 2: when you only got it's just two men show. And
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: I had to do that. It was in between the
- 1:18:18Speaker 2: late show and the early show. I had to find
- 1:18:22Speaker 2: the manager and ask him to get me a modium.
- 1:18:24Speaker 2: And I was like, I was like, dude, Like Moke
- 1:18:26Speaker 2: was on stage and I was like, I won't be able.
- 1:18:29Speaker 2: I was like, I'm not even kidding, I won't be
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: able to go up, and they got it and I
- 1:18:32Speaker 2: went up, and as me and Mouke were passing on stage,
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: I was like, be ready, be ready for.
- 1:18:40Speaker 3: What you're gonna want to stretch.
- 1:18:44Speaker 2: The thing with Mook probably knew him when I said
- 1:18:45Speaker 2: be ready, he knew immediately what I meant.
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: He's probably telling you that as the opener. Yeah ready.
- 1:18:52Speaker 3: I got a short leahrom myself.
- 1:18:54Speaker 4: I've never taken amodium, and uh, it works, and.
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: I think fucking amazing.
- 1:19:00Speaker 4: One of the reason I've never taken it is that
- 1:19:01Speaker 4: one time I took gas X gas X, it was
- 1:19:06Speaker 4: like I had taken a my my stomach. I'll never
- 1:19:12Speaker 4: forget the knots yet. It was like, oh, we're just
- 1:19:15Speaker 4: gonna tie off your butthole.
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: It doesn't It doesn't help with gas.
- 1:19:19Speaker 4: It hurts so much.
- 1:19:21Speaker 2: Dude, Dude, I'll have the worst gas pains ever and
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: I'll take gas X and it'll they'll get worse. It
- 1:19:25Speaker 2: does not. It does not release anything. It just shuts
- 1:19:28Speaker 2: it down.
- 1:19:29Speaker 4: So that's why I thought taking emodium. I kind of
- 1:19:31Speaker 4: equated it where I thought, this is gonna stop stop
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: her up.
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: It definitely. I said I'd take.
- 1:19:37Speaker 4: Something from my body, but that seemed bad to me.
- 1:19:41Speaker 2: It might shut you down for a day, You'll be
- 1:19:44Speaker 2: firing up the next day. No, it's not painful, Okay,
- 1:19:46Speaker 2: it just shuts you down.
- 1:19:48Speaker 3: You've got to try it just recreationally. Yeah, take a
- 1:19:50Speaker 3: little microdose of it, just to get a taste.
- 1:19:52Speaker 4: I will say that. You know, this was like I
- 1:19:56Speaker 4: went on like a five or six day basically bender. Yeah,
- 1:20:00Speaker 4: of just terrible food, lots of late nights drinking, right.
- 1:20:05Speaker 3: John Love, it's Veronica Slowikowska.
- 1:20:10Speaker 4: No, But what I My point is that I went
- 1:20:13Speaker 4: straight from Austin to Chicago and and that when I
- 1:20:17Speaker 4: had that diarrhea, I mean it was brought on from
- 1:20:19Speaker 4: this civil war I was putting myself through and on
- 1:20:24Speaker 4: the other side of it. Yesterday when I finally emerged
- 1:20:27Speaker 4: and got home, I have never looked better in my life.
- 1:20:32Speaker 2: Wow.
- 1:20:32Speaker 4: I was so like, that's all you need, just reset
- 1:20:36Speaker 4: fucking hydrated.
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: And I was like.
- 1:20:39Speaker 4: God, damn, dude, nothing makes you look better than diarrhea.
- 1:20:43Speaker 4: Two days of diarrhea, Yeah, that's true.
- 1:20:46Speaker 3: Get all the water weight out, juice clean was a cleanse.
- 1:20:50Speaker 3: It was great, and the juicer is your buttle, your
- 1:20:53Speaker 3: your bum.
- 1:20:54Speaker 4: It's like I vacuum sealed my skin around my own body.
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: I wish any any still frames from that, any stills, No,
- 1:21:02Speaker 3: nothing that he can show.
- 1:21:03Speaker 2: Yea, now it's all on the desktop.
- 1:21:08Speaker 3: Into my hidden file.
- 1:21:12Speaker 2: Yeah, definitely got to take advantage of my new hacking abilities.
- 1:21:17Speaker 3: You're probably the one who got me.
- 1:21:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I could, now, that's for sure.
- 1:21:21Speaker 3: Really easily. I put multi factor on all my ship.
- 1:21:24Speaker 2: Good luck. Multi multi factor is getting a little getting
- 1:21:27Speaker 2: to be a little much.
- 1:21:28Speaker 3: I know I have multiple outside apps that like double
- 1:21:32Speaker 3: double protect, three factor, four factors.
- 1:21:34Speaker 2: Yeah, multi factor to sign in for fear factor.
- 1:21:39Speaker 4: The two factor thing is necessary. I am in the
- 1:21:44Speaker 4: midst of a fucking battle. Oh my god, do you
- 1:21:47Speaker 4: know who I'm battling with?
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: By the way, two factor easy pass, mm hmm, that's
- 1:21:52Speaker 2: going to be a tough fight.
- 1:21:53Speaker 4: Broan, I'm assuming you have easy at What in the
- 1:21:59Speaker 4: fuck is going on with tolls?
- 1:22:02Speaker 3: It's the congestion pricing.
- 1:22:04Speaker 4: Bro tolls are I mean, do you remember when you'd, like,
- 1:22:08Speaker 4: as a kid, be on a road trip with your
- 1:22:10Speaker 4: family and you just throw like a quarter into.
- 1:22:13Speaker 3: A bucket and then it's like Okay, now you.
- 1:22:16Speaker 4: Can drive to Michigan. Yeah, I'm telling you. I drove
- 1:22:20Speaker 4: down to DC for my dad's birthday and back. The
- 1:22:24Speaker 4: cost to do that driving was like one hundred and
- 1:22:28Speaker 4: twenty dollars of tolls.
- 1:22:30Speaker 2: Yeah, it's insane.
- 1:22:30Speaker 4: And it's all from the bridges in New Jersey. Anytime
- 1:22:34Speaker 4: you cross a bridge in New Jersey, it's sixteen dollars.
- 1:22:37Speaker 2: Yeah, that's fucked congestion pricing.
- 1:22:40Speaker 4: The congestion pricing is nine bucks and the Hudson the
- 1:22:43Speaker 4: Hudson Tunnel toll is sixteen dollars. So just to come
- 1:22:48Speaker 4: into the city that way, it's twenty five. Right. Yeah,
- 1:22:51Speaker 4: but there's all these other bridges that you got across.
- 1:22:54Speaker 4: Delawar's tolls, Washington's you know, DC's tolls or whatever. Like
- 1:22:59Speaker 4: I mean, I went through.
- 1:23:00Speaker 3: It's cheaper to take a train round trip by fall.
- 1:23:03Speaker 4: Dude, it's crazy.
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: It's probably cheaper to fly, cheaper to take Uber.
- 1:23:08Speaker 12: Yeah, honestly, what are Uber drivers making? What percentage dold
- 1:23:13Speaker 12: they make easily? No, I think it's I think Uber
- 1:23:16Speaker 12: is making six figures off of them. I think that
- 1:23:18Speaker 12: they're making labor.
- 1:23:20Speaker 2: Which I don't think they make a ton. I don't
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: think they make terrible money though.
- 1:23:23Speaker 3: Really in Manhattan, because every car has got to be black,
- 1:23:28Speaker 3: like it's got to be an escalator.
- 1:23:29Speaker 2: Yeah, and it costs so much. But yeah, I think
- 1:23:32Speaker 2: it's not good.
- 1:23:34Speaker 3: You're getting that picture for us.
- 1:23:35Speaker 4: I did take a picture of myself, but it's pretty gay.
- 1:23:39Speaker 3: I just want to see it.
- 1:23:40Speaker 4: You want to see I'm in a towel at my
- 1:23:42Speaker 4: golf club. No, I'm not even go show. It's two good.
- 1:23:45Speaker 3: Let me see. I'm not gonna don't go to Harry.
- 1:23:47Speaker 3: I'm not going to judge you.
- 1:23:49Speaker 4: I was pretty. I was pretty ripped in this picture.
- 1:23:52Speaker 4: You see it?
- 1:23:54Speaker 3: Oh my god, it looks like the goddamn Venus Demilo.
- 1:23:58Speaker 4: This is diarrhea body right, Jesus Christ.
- 1:24:01Speaker 3: Bro looks like Steve Garbin up there.
- 1:24:03Speaker 4: It's it Hairballs tuning out. Can't handle it all right.
- 1:24:08Speaker 2: I'm just good on your body.
- 1:24:09Speaker 4: Bro, Hairball. You know what I want to do. I
- 1:24:12Speaker 4: talked to hair Ball about this. I pitched him on this.
- 1:24:13Speaker 4: He didn't respond. I said, no, I can't do this.
- 1:24:17Speaker 4: I want to train Harry for content.
- 1:24:21Speaker 2: That's when you lose me.
- 1:24:23Speaker 4: Yeah, I want to go. You're in the gym you're
- 1:24:25Speaker 4: working out and you're constantly complaining about being sore.
- 1:24:28Speaker 2: I think I haven't complained about being sore in months.
- 1:24:31Speaker 3: It says no. Let's say he says no. It's a
- 1:24:33Speaker 3: definite note because usually he'll say yes. In a real
- 1:24:35Speaker 3: answer will be.
- 1:24:36Speaker 2: No, that's true, that is true. Yeah, no is usually
- 1:24:39Speaker 2: the answer is yes, and then down the road it
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: will be now. But I'm saying no right off the bat.
- 1:24:44Speaker 4: You realize a million years if you and I did it.
- 1:24:47Speaker 2: I did that for barstool already, I hated it. What
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: when when I do the whoop thing? Oh, I was
- 1:24:54Speaker 2: in good shape.
- 1:24:55Speaker 4: Then this would just be you and me going into
- 1:24:57Speaker 4: one of those private gyms, right yeah, and zero interest
- 1:25:01Speaker 4: doing I don't know, a couple of workouts.
- 1:25:04Speaker 2: Get like Klemor or Tommy to do something like that.
- 1:25:06Speaker 4: I'm not it's got to be I'm not.
- 1:25:08Speaker 2: Gonna be on camera sweating and like lifting up one
- 1:25:11Speaker 2: hundred pounds, and.
- 1:25:12Speaker 4: It would be a fun piece of content.
- 1:25:15Speaker 2: It would be you can go solo.
- 1:25:16Speaker 4: If you did it for Ron dot com.
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: Even now, still absolutely I would be that would rip
- 1:25:23Speaker 2: on un I'm not doing it. Don't you guys do it?
- 1:25:27Speaker 3: We'll do Halo.
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: You guys can do it. I'll do Halo for sure. Yeah,
- 1:25:30Speaker 2: but you guys, you guys play Halo.
- 1:25:32Speaker 4: I'd like to play Halo.
- 1:25:32Speaker 2: Yeah, let's play Halo. Uh what we'll do? One v
- 1:25:37Speaker 2: ones because I'm not good at I've played Halo very little.
- 1:25:40Speaker 4: I think it's a good I think it's a good.
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: Like I don't even I only have the settings down.
- 1:25:44Speaker 4: I got to figure out Halo Reach though, if that's
- 1:25:46Speaker 4: the newest one, I don't know.
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: No, No, Halo Reach is not even close to the
- 1:25:49Speaker 2: newest one.
- 1:25:50Speaker 3: Giving in points.
- 1:25:53Speaker 2: Yeah, we can give them points, give you three points.
- 1:25:56Speaker 4: But I need to figure out, like what the new
- 1:25:58Speaker 4: technology and guns are like and throws all that, because
- 1:26:02Speaker 4: in Halo three, the new thing that they had with
- 1:26:04Speaker 4: these orbs that you could throw that would deplete someone
- 1:26:08Speaker 4: shield or you know what I mean. No, No, not
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: a grenade like power balls that you'd pick up and
- 1:26:17Speaker 4: you could throw them and if someone walked through its radius,
- 1:26:20Speaker 4: then it would deplete their shield and then you could
- 1:26:22Speaker 4: shoot them.
- 1:26:22Speaker 2: Got it.
- 1:26:23Speaker 4: That was a new thing for that and I'm sure
- 1:26:25Speaker 4: that so many new things like that have come out
- 1:26:27Speaker 4: since then.
- 1:26:28Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know. It usually goes game by game. Well,
- 1:26:31Speaker 2: some games are easier to play than others. Yeah, like
- 1:26:34Speaker 2: every year, like this year, Call of Duty is just
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: on the ground and they just release the trailer for
- 1:26:38Speaker 2: Black Ops seven and it's all jet packs and ship mm.
- 1:26:42Speaker 2: But uh, we'll take I'll take a look. Okay, we'll
- 1:26:45Speaker 2: get the logistics down. I mean, you're gonna have to
- 1:26:47Speaker 2: practice if we want to make this a good video,
- 1:26:49Speaker 2: or we could do. But the thing is, I will,
- 1:26:52Speaker 2: But I am going to practice.
- 1:26:53Speaker 4: Because you were so embarrassed when we played Madden. Yes, yeah,
- 1:26:56Speaker 4: I get that.
- 1:26:57Speaker 2: So how many points do you want? What's your handicap?
- 1:26:59Speaker 4: Well, why don't Why don't I play the game first?
- 1:27:02Speaker 4: That's what I just said.
- 1:27:03Speaker 2: I have said you weren't going to.
- 1:27:05Speaker 7: Huh.
- 1:27:05Speaker 2: I said, that's what I just said, And you said
- 1:27:07Speaker 2: you weren't going to.
- 1:27:09Speaker 4: I don't know that I said that.
- 1:27:10Speaker 2: I said, I said, well, you should practice before, and
- 1:27:12Speaker 2: you said, well, I didn't practice for Madden.
- 1:27:14Speaker 4: Yeah, but that doesn't mean that I'm not going to
- 1:27:16Speaker 4: practice for that.
- 1:27:16Speaker 2: That's what insinuates, for sure. It's definitely what it hints at.
- 1:27:20Speaker 4: I think I was just saying that to give you
- 1:27:22Speaker 4: a little bit of a little brotherly chef.
- 1:27:26Speaker 3: Shout out to the birds, the birds brotherly chef.
- 1:27:30Speaker 2: Oh yeah to Bush.
- 1:27:32Speaker 3: All right, all right, I am in uh Amarillo really Ario.
- 1:27:39Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:27:40Speaker 2: Websites for that at ron dot com, dot dot com.
- 1:27:44Speaker 4: I'm I'm kind of off the grid for a little.
- 1:27:50Speaker 3: Same on Netflix, but I'll.
- 1:27:51Speaker 4: Be in in the fall. I have a lot coming
- 1:27:54Speaker 4: out coming up Phoenix and Philly and Boston, Austin and.
- 1:28:01Speaker 2: Yeah, I got a bunch coming up in the fall
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: as well somewhere else.
- 1:28:04Speaker 3: I'm also going to be in Destin, Florida.
- 1:28:06Speaker 7: Hell yeah, cool, alright, alright, was a.
- 1:28:27Speaker 8: Step still under grounds, so game around.
- 1:28:45Speaker 5: Falling long way falling so.
- 1:29:04Speaker 4: Was so.
- 1:29:08Speaker 5: So then you need so.
- 1:29:12Speaker 17: No, I'm coming. I'm on a phone long I was
- 1:29:24Speaker 17: on your phone, and one.
- 1:29:29Speaker 5: I was on your phone.
- 1:29:31Speaker 8: In one.
- 1:29:35Speaker 5: I was on your phone in the street. Can take me?
- 1:29:58Speaker 8: I was phoning why sae just a distant the fast,
- 1:30:15Speaker 8: fastal paper, the go.
