- 0:00Speaker 1: Fly from Midtown Manhattan. Here comes the Mark Simone Show
- 0:05Speaker 1: on seven ten. Wr Hey, another beautiful day.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Well be a little rain later on. Now the problem
- 0:15Speaker 2: is there's going to be a rain. There's rain in
- 0:17Speaker 2: the forecast for tomorrow morning. That's when the big Knicks
- 0:20Speaker 2: Parade takes place. It'll be at ten o'clock. The Knicks
- 0:25Speaker 2: Parade is expected to draw one million people. This sounds
- 0:32Speaker 2: like trouble a million people in Mom Donnie world. I
- 0:38Speaker 2: don't know. And we like the police commissioner, but he's
- 0:42Speaker 2: got no experience in this sort of stuff. I don't know.
- 0:46Speaker 2: This could be to a million people. You might need
- 0:50Speaker 2: a little rain tomorrow. If things go badly, the parade
- 0:53Speaker 2: will be fine. It's just when it's done, like the
- 0:56Speaker 2: next game. When it's over, sometimes some of these people
- 0:58Speaker 2: go crazy. Little rain might help afterwards. They used to
- 1:02Speaker 2: say in the good old days, rain is the best policeman.
- 1:05Speaker 2: It kind of gets the criminals to go home. But
- 1:10Speaker 2: they'll end at City Hall at about eleven thirty or so,
- 1:16Speaker 2: and then they're going to do the big ceremony. And
- 1:18Speaker 2: apparently it hasn't really been announced yet. Alicia Keys will
- 1:21Speaker 2: sing New York State of mind. At the ceremony, this
- 1:26Speaker 2: will be pretty pretty good. There are tickets, there are
- 1:29Speaker 2: only a million. People will line the parade route, which
- 1:32Speaker 2: is quite long. But at City Hall Plaza there's only
- 1:36Speaker 2: room for six hundred. They're holding a lottery to give
- 1:39Speaker 2: away some of those tickets. I think you only got
- 1:40Speaker 2: about another half hour to get into that lottery and
- 1:44Speaker 2: possibly win tickets. So big by the way, we'll bring
- 1:47Speaker 2: it to you live. I don't care how much you
- 1:51Speaker 2: love the Knicks. I wouldn't go there with the million
- 1:52Speaker 2: people there. Who knows what's going to happen, who knows
- 1:56Speaker 2: what could break out there. But if you stay home
- 1:58Speaker 2: or wherever you are, you can listen to it. The
- 2:01Speaker 2: parade there's really nothing to listen to. It's just throwing
- 2:04Speaker 2: ticker tape. There's no such thing as ticker tape anymore.
- 2:07Speaker 2: It's this artificial fake ticker tape that they make. But
- 2:13Speaker 2: the ceremony will be the best part. The speech is
- 2:15Speaker 2: the singing the songs. But we'll bring you that live
- 2:17Speaker 2: probably around eleven thirty tomorrow, which another added benefit. I
- 2:22Speaker 2: can get done early like that too, So be listening
- 2:26Speaker 2: here tomorrow. We'll bring it to you live. The whole ceremony.
- 2:29Speaker 2: Alicia Keys live and you never know who's going to
- 2:32Speaker 2: show up at that ceremony to speak talk about the Knicks.
- 2:35Speaker 2: It is the biggest thing in New York. It is unbelievable.
- 2:39Speaker 2: The Yankees are on a winning streak. Nobody even notices.
- 2:41Speaker 2: The Yankees used to be the center of sports attention
- 2:44Speaker 2: in New York. Now nobody pays any to. It's all Nicks,
- 2:47Speaker 2: all the time. So big day tomorrow. Hey, the Gilgo
- 2:51Speaker 2: Beach Monster is going to be sentenced a little later
- 2:55Speaker 2: this morning, probably in the next hour. It's expected it'll
- 2:59Speaker 2: get obviously life in prison, no chance of parole. But
- 3:03Speaker 2: the only question they're waiting to see how many life
- 3:06Speaker 2: sentences he gets. He's admitted to eight murders. Just a
- 3:12Speaker 2: crazy looking monster of a guy. You know, they were
- 3:16Speaker 2: looking for that Gilgo Beach killer. I remember for years
- 3:18Speaker 2: they had no idea who it was. They couldn't find him.
- 3:21Speaker 2: And then some new guys took over the investigation. They
- 3:23Speaker 2: were very smart. They were able to track down It
- 3:26Speaker 2: was an unusual make of a car. They narrowed it
- 3:30Speaker 2: down only six people own one. They found one in
- 3:33Speaker 2: this neighborhood, and well, how can you be sure who it? Well, oh,
- 3:37Speaker 2: you got to do is look at this guy. I'm
- 3:38Speaker 2: sure as soon as they got a look at this guy.
- 3:41Speaker 2: I mean, if you were doing a movie about a
- 3:43Speaker 2: crazed serial killer and this guy showed up at the
- 3:46Speaker 2: casting call, you'd hand him the part right on the spot.
- 3:50Speaker 2: So he'll be sentenced at any moment. So the Iran
- 3:53Speaker 2: Deal a lot of false news out there. We're gonna
- 3:56Speaker 2: give him three hundred billion, totally false, completely false the number.
- 4:00Speaker 2: It's not three hundred billion, and we're not given them anything.
- 4:03Speaker 2: It's not us money. It's their money, which we will
- 4:06Speaker 2: put into a fund and it will be released to
- 4:09Speaker 2: them bit by bit if they know, based on performance,
- 4:13Speaker 2: based on sticking to the agreement. Now, nobody likes this
- 4:17Speaker 2: Iran deal. Everybody hates it. Nobody's seen it, Nobody really
- 4:20Speaker 2: knows what's in it. There's supposedly Bloomberg supposedly has published it,
- 4:25Speaker 2: Axios has revealed the twelve points. Nobody knows if any
- 4:29Speaker 2: of this is accurate stuff or if it's real. Now
- 4:32Speaker 2: the good news. They keep trying to Obama, the Democrats
- 4:36Speaker 2: keep trying to compare this to the Obama Deal. No
- 4:41Speaker 2: comparison at all, none zero, totally different deals. First of all,
- 4:46Speaker 2: the Obama deal was one hundred and fifty nine pages.
- 4:50Speaker 2: He made the mistake most presidents make. They let the
- 4:53Speaker 2: State Department, they let the idiots with the briefing books
- 4:57Speaker 2: put the deal together. It was one hundred and fifty
- 4:59Speaker 2: nine pages of fine print. The Trump deal is a
- 5:03Speaker 2: page and a half. It's very clear, there's no fine print.
- 5:08Speaker 2: It's got all kinds of things in it. Most important
- 5:11Speaker 2: thing is there absolute pledge. Now we don't know if
- 5:15Speaker 2: they ever stick to anything, but the pledge to never
- 5:18Speaker 2: build a nuclear weapon, buy a nuclear weapon, acquire a
- 5:21Speaker 2: nuclear weapon of any kind. Also, they will turn over
- 5:28Speaker 2: all their enriched uranium, which we will destroy. It may
- 5:32Speaker 2: involve the International Atomic Energy Agency. They may come in
- 5:36Speaker 2: and do it with us, but we'll go in there
- 5:39Speaker 2: and destroy it in place. That's something we've done before,
- 5:42Speaker 2: we know how to do it. Then, this basically, it's
- 5:46Speaker 2: not the greatest deal, but it's basically punting. This will
- 5:50Speaker 2: go for sixty days, give them time to work out
- 5:52Speaker 2: something even better. The US would allow Iran to resume
- 5:56Speaker 2: oil sales. That's the other big part of the deal.
- 5:59Speaker 2: The straight of or moose will open completely open. There'll
- 6:02Speaker 2: be no tolls, no fees, no anything, which would help
- 6:05Speaker 2: Iran start selling oil again, which could get their economy
- 6:10Speaker 2: actually started again. The US will lift the naval blockades,
- 6:15Speaker 2: but well, our ships will remain there to resume that
- 6:19Speaker 2: blockade any second we need to. US and their allies
- 6:24Speaker 2: would stop fighting across the region. It goes on. Iran, Oman,
- 6:30Speaker 2: Gulf states would negotiate new shipping and maritime security arrangements
- 6:34Speaker 2: for the Gulf. Now here's the other key thing. We
- 6:37Speaker 2: depend on this well wet we don't use any of
- 6:39Speaker 2: the oil, but other countries depend on the straight Ohorn
- 6:42Speaker 2: moose to get that oil out of there. So one
- 6:45Speaker 2: reason for all this stalling is we're gonna get set
- 6:50Speaker 2: up so that we never depend on the straight Ohrn
- 6:52Speaker 2: moose again. There would be other ways to move oil
- 6:55Speaker 2: out of there without having to use the straight It
- 6:57Speaker 2: would require pipelines. That's expected to be somewhere in this
- 7:02Speaker 2: Pipelines will be built. It's the other countries, it's Dubai,
- 7:06Speaker 2: it's Cutter, it's Oman, it's the sal East that need
- 7:10Speaker 2: to move that oil so instead of having to get
- 7:12Speaker 2: it out by the straight Horn moose. We'll start building
- 7:15Speaker 2: pipelines and other ways to ship it in other directions
- 7:21Speaker 2: so oil can get out without the straight of horn moose.
- 7:24Speaker 2: That's important for the future. Now you saying, well, you
- 7:26Speaker 2: can blow up a pipeline, Yeah, you can, but you
- 7:29Speaker 2: can fix it pretty fast too. You can patch it
- 7:31Speaker 2: up pretty fast. President Trump on all this.
- 7:35Speaker 3: What's happening is that at an appropriate time, there's no
- 7:38Speaker 3: rush at all. We have cameras from space on it.
- 7:41Speaker 3: We know everybody that goes there, which is like nobody.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Yeah, we can watch all the nuclear material.
- 7:48Speaker 3: The B two bombers hit it, the entire mountain collapsed
- 7:51Speaker 3: inside it. It's a very tough excavation. Nobody else can
- 7:55Speaker 3: do it but US and probably China. They have the equipment.
- 7:58Speaker 3: We have the equipment. We're in no rush, but we
- 8:02Speaker 3: get it, and when we get it, will destroy it.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Yeah, all the nuclear material will be destroyed, much of
- 8:06Speaker 2: it under that rubble. You know, you got to remember
- 8:10Speaker 2: President Trump, the greatest foreign policy president we've ever seen.
- 8:14Speaker 2: When it comes to the Mid East, from you know,
- 8:19Speaker 2: killing Solomony to blowing up destroying Iran's nuclear reactors to
- 8:23Speaker 2: all of this, nobody's ever had the nerve to do
- 8:25Speaker 2: all this. Now, a lot of that dust is under
- 8:29Speaker 2: the mountain where we destroyed the nuclear reactors. So it's
- 8:32Speaker 2: an incredible engineering feat to get to it. But we
- 8:35Speaker 2: can do that, that's what he's talking about. But it
- 8:37Speaker 2: looks like Friday they'll sign it in Switzerland.
- 8:40Speaker 3: I'd like to get a formal setting first before we
- 8:43Speaker 3: do that, but I have no problem with that. It's
- 8:45Speaker 3: a great document. He's what it says, Iran will never
- 8:49Speaker 3: have a nuclear weapon. That's where it says it won't
- 8:51Speaker 3: have one to buy to develop. They will not have
- 8:55Speaker 3: a nuclear weapon. And I would say that's about ninety
- 8:58Speaker 3: nine point nine percent of what I want it.
- 9:00Speaker 2: Yeah. And also President Trump said yesterday that he never
- 9:05Speaker 2: cared about regime change there. That was never the thing.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Eh doesn't quite pass the smell of this, but but
- 9:15Speaker 2: he makes a good point. We really did get regime
- 9:17Speaker 2: change in some ways. I mean, the whole leadership was
- 9:21Speaker 2: killed immediately first day. The fourteen top leaders of Iran
- 9:24Speaker 2: were blown up the first day of the war. And
- 9:27Speaker 2: then there was a second group that took over and
- 9:30Speaker 2: then we killed them too. So we've had regime change
- 9:34Speaker 2: twice in Iran. This third group that's now running things.
- 9:38Speaker 2: He says they're easier to deal with. They're a bit
- 9:40Speaker 2: more rational, and that's why the less need for regime change,
- 9:44Speaker 2: because we really had it twice and apparently this third
- 9:47Speaker 2: group more rational. And also they saw what happened to
- 9:50Speaker 2: the first two leadership groups, so they're a little more
- 9:55Speaker 2: flexible after watching what happened to the first two groups. Hey,
- 10:00Speaker 2: the other big news, Oh well, actually it's one more clip.
- 10:04Speaker 2: The Obama Deal that bore no resemblance to this. The
- 10:07Speaker 2: Obama deals, we just hand them money and they promised
- 10:10Speaker 2: not to use their nuclear weapons. The Obama deal did
- 10:12Speaker 2: nothing to get rid of the nuclear stuff, nothing at all.
- 10:15Speaker 3: This deal is a wall to a nuclear weapon. His
- 10:20Speaker 3: deal was a road to a nuclear weapon. My deal.
- 10:24Speaker 3: They can't have a nuclear they get blown up. If
- 10:26Speaker 3: they have a nuclear weapon, they get blown up.
- 10:29Speaker 2: Yeah, the Obama deal did nothing about taking their nuclear
- 10:32Speaker 2: materials stopping it. In fact, we just ended up sending
- 10:35Speaker 2: them money. They could, you know, spend more money on
- 10:39Speaker 2: nuclear stuff. Hey. I don't know why he did it,
- 10:41Speaker 2: but well I kind of do. Vice President Vance has
- 10:44Speaker 2: a new book out, and even the biggest publishers their
- 10:48Speaker 2: publicity departments are the dumbest in the world. That's why
- 10:51Speaker 2: you go out and you hire most big authors, professional
- 10:55Speaker 2: big authors that do it all their life, hire their
- 10:57Speaker 2: own publicists because if you depend on the twenty four
- 11:00Speaker 2: year old knitwitz that are working in the publicity department
- 11:05Speaker 2: in the publishing house, they just book you on anything
- 11:07Speaker 2: and everything. They don't even know what they're booking you on.
- 11:08Speaker 2: I mean, listen, I hear from them all the time
- 11:11Speaker 2: suggesting guests that would be totally inappropriate. Nobody would have.
- 11:16Speaker 2: They have no idea what they do. They just book
- 11:17Speaker 2: you on everything. The view. Vice President Vance went on
- 11:21Speaker 2: that I think he knows better. I think he wanted
- 11:24Speaker 2: to do because he knows it'll go viral. You got
- 11:25Speaker 2: some good viral clips out of there. Of course, they
- 11:28Speaker 2: were attacking them left and right, the fours at four
- 11:32Speaker 2: or five women. They all look the same, and they're
- 11:36Speaker 2: all clucking away and yelling and screaming. They're asking them
- 11:39Speaker 2: the most loaded vicious attack questions, and as soon as
- 11:42Speaker 2: he starts answering, they're cutting him off, yelling at him.
- 11:45Speaker 2: But he was pretty good at it. He sit there
- 11:47Speaker 2: and took it.
- 11:47Speaker 4: There's a b Yes, Donald Trump, he said this, he
- 11:49Speaker 4: knew Jeffrey Epstein back in the nineteen.
- 11:51Speaker 2: Yeah, of course they got to bring up Epstein. Now
- 11:54Speaker 2: we've seen the files, six million pages, pretty clear that
- 11:58Speaker 2: Donald Trump had known Jeffrey Epstein very early in the
- 12:00Speaker 2: good old days for a year or two, saw what
- 12:03Speaker 2: a creepy was, immediately cut him off, threw him out
- 12:06Speaker 2: of mar A Lago, called the police on him, and
- 12:08Speaker 2: for the last thirty years had nothing to do with
- 12:11Speaker 2: Jeffrey Epstein. And if you read the Epstein files, it's
- 12:14Speaker 2: pretty clear Epstein hated Donald Trump. They were bitter enemies.
- 12:18Speaker 2: You can see it all through the files. In fact,
- 12:21Speaker 2: many times you see Epstein plotting with that wormy little
- 12:24Speaker 2: Michael Wolf to try to bring down Trump. But of
- 12:27Speaker 2: course it's the view. They don't know what's going on.
- 12:30Speaker 2: They kept asking about Trump and Epstein.
- 12:32Speaker 4: Yes, Donald Trump, he said this, he knew Jeffrey Epstein
- 12:35Speaker 4: back in the nineteen eighties. He also threw Jeffrey Epstein
- 12:37Speaker 4: out of his club when he found out it was
- 12:38Speaker 4: a creep and reported him to the police. That's something
- 12:41Speaker 4: that the media often misses when it reports the story.
- 12:44Speaker 4: They tell the fact that they knew each other in
- 12:46Speaker 4: the eighties, which the President himself admits. They ignore the
- 12:48Speaker 4: fact that he knarcked on him to the police and
- 12:51Speaker 4: led ultimately to Jeffrey Epstein's downfall.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Yeah, they also forget to mention that it was under
- 12:55Speaker 2: the Trump administration, first Trump administration, that Epstein got arrested
- 13:00Speaker 2: and charged. Now I know, Oh, look at it. Here's a
- 13:04Speaker 2: picture of them together at a party. Yeah, look at
- 13:06Speaker 2: the picture. Trump looks like he's thirty eight years old
- 13:08Speaker 2: in the picture. Now, whoopy Goldberg keeps springing up. They'll
- 13:13Speaker 2: love to make it. Look who be Goldberg playing the
- 13:15Speaker 2: race card, trying to propel the myth that the Trump
- 13:19Speaker 2: administration is a racist? And why did they take all
- 13:23Speaker 2: the black history off down They're trying to erase it.
- 13:27Speaker 2: You know what really happened when they came in there,
- 13:30Speaker 2: They found out that every department had web pages, websites,
- 13:34Speaker 2: like the Pentagon had a website that was four thousand pages.
- 13:38Speaker 2: It had the history of the world, the history of America,
- 13:41Speaker 2: the history of the Holocaust, the history of slavery, the
- 13:44Speaker 2: history of this of this so part of the Trump
- 13:48Speaker 2: administration and Doze and all that was clean up these
- 13:50Speaker 2: websites if you have If the Pentagon has a website,
- 13:54Speaker 2: it should just be the Pentagon website and Pentagon stuff.
- 13:58Speaker 2: You know, like if the Motor Vehicle Apartment as a website,
- 14:01Speaker 2: all it's supposed to be is all the information on
- 14:04Speaker 2: the Motor Vehicle Department click here. If you want to
- 14:06Speaker 2: get a driver's license, click here to find out how
- 14:08Speaker 2: to get a registration. That's all it should be. It
- 14:11Speaker 2: doesn't have to have thousands of pages of the history
- 14:13Speaker 2: of every car. So they cleaned up all these websites.
- 14:16Speaker 2: The Pentagon took down all that history and and just
- 14:20Speaker 2: it became a Pentagon website. You know, all the information
- 14:24Speaker 2: you need about the Pentagon click here. If you want
- 14:27Speaker 2: to take a tour click here. If you want to
- 14:28Speaker 2: know the hours, that's all it should be. So but
- 14:33Speaker 2: New York Times and others. He took down the They
- 14:35Speaker 2: took down all the black history, they took down the Holocau.
- 14:39Speaker 2: They just cleaned up the website. But here's Whoopi Goldberg.
- 14:41Speaker 2: And notice when Vance tries to answer, he just jumps
- 14:44Speaker 2: all over them.
- 14:44Speaker 5: So when you see, you know, things the emmatil stuff
- 14:50Speaker 5: coming down or them doing all kinds of removal of
- 14:54Speaker 5: information of black heroes. How do you, how do you
- 15:00Speaker 5: how does that sit with you? Well?
- 15:02Speaker 4: What do you?
- 15:03Speaker 2: What exactly are you talking about?
- 15:04Speaker 4: Will be because you no, No, I want to I want.
- 15:09Speaker 5: To know what. So in a lot of the museums
- 15:18Speaker 5: just there's so many I just you know.
- 15:21Speaker 2: She didn't know what she's talking about. She's just repeating
- 15:23Speaker 2: a myth that was spread around by the Morning Joe types. Now,
- 15:26Speaker 2: remember there's high IQ shows, low IQ shows, Rachel Maddow,
- 15:30Speaker 2: that would be like a high IQ left wing show.
- 15:34Speaker 2: The View is a low IQ show, low IQ audience.
- 15:37Speaker 2: So whatever these clucking hens say, the audience cheers them.
- 15:41Speaker 2: They don't know anything about anything, but they love it.
- 15:44Speaker 2: This is actually vance, This is vance. Later in the day,
- 15:49Speaker 2: he then went on to do a million shows. He
- 15:51Speaker 2: was on the Five, he was on Guttfeldt, he was
- 15:54Speaker 2: on anything he could go on. But later he was
- 15:57Speaker 2: asked about being on The View.
- 15:58Speaker 4: I expected them to be absolutely vicious, and they were
- 16:01Speaker 4: only a little bit vicious. It wasn't It wasn't as
- 16:04Speaker 4: bad as I thought it was going to be. Joy
- 16:06Speaker 4: Behar even said during the break, not joking, she said,
- 16:10Speaker 4: you know what you're like pretty good for a Republican
- 16:13Speaker 4: and I was like, whoa, that is a way better
- 16:15Speaker 4: compliment that I expected from Joy Bayharr.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Yeah. Anyway, we've got a lot to get to we'll
- 16:20Speaker 2: take some calls next. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 16:24Speaker 2: seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two one
- 16:28Speaker 2: zero seven ten
