- 0:16Speaker 2: Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of Two Teas and
- 0:19Speaker 2: a Pod. We are recapping the finale episode of Dubai Bye.
- 0:25Speaker 3: Bye Dudbye Bye.
- 0:27Speaker 4: Isn't it funny that last recap we did we said
- 0:32Speaker 4: goodbye bye and that's the name of their party.
- 0:35Speaker 3: Oh?
- 0:36Speaker 2: Hold on, I have a lot of issue you know
- 0:39Speaker 2: how I have issues with Yes, I know en Yeah,
- 0:42Speaker 2: I mean clearly, but me too. I've got issues. You've
- 0:46Speaker 2: got them too, but queen icon legend. I also have
- 0:52Speaker 2: issues with tiaras.
- 0:56Speaker 3: And have you ever worn one?
- 1:00Speaker 2: Do I seem like somebody that's worn a tiara?
- 1:02Speaker 3: No?
- 1:02Speaker 4: No, I mean I don't think I've ever worn one.
- 1:05Speaker 4: I mean, if I did, maybe it was a joke,
- 1:07Speaker 4: like a plastic one for Halloween.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Like from when we went there, Yes, exactly.
- 1:13Speaker 4: Maybe like when I was getting married and they put
- 1:15Speaker 4: like a sash and you know, you do that stupid
- 1:18Speaker 4: stuff at your bachette party. But other than that, I don't.
- 1:22Speaker 4: I'm just believe it or not. This is shocking to you.
- 1:25Speaker 4: But I'm not a tir type of girl.
- 1:27Speaker 2: I mean, I know that we're both delicate flower queens
- 1:32Speaker 2: that normally sit and thrown.
- 1:33Speaker 3: Wait did you say ice queen? Yeah? I didn't.
- 1:36Speaker 2: I didn't say that, but we can add that in.
- 1:39Speaker 3: But but that's what I read when you said that. Yeah,
- 1:42Speaker 3: you're you read my mouth?
- 1:43Speaker 2: Have you seen on Instagram where there's always the person
- 1:47Speaker 2: that mouth reads what people are saying, even though oh
- 1:49Speaker 2: my god what they're saying.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Do you know that?
- 1:51Speaker 4: I almost lost my shit the other day? Why because
- 1:55Speaker 4: I'm in my confessional and you're in there for hours, right,
- 1:59Speaker 4: And the producer that was interviewing me, as he asked
- 2:04Speaker 4: me a question I was responding, he would go like
- 2:07Speaker 4: this no, and then he go he like when I'm talking,
- 2:11Speaker 4: he goes like this, like get it out.
- 2:12Speaker 3: And then otherwise he's.
- 2:13Speaker 2: Like, yeah, so start talking right and now just say anything.
- 2:17Speaker 3: So Teddy when last week when you yes, that's what
- 2:20Speaker 3: he would do, and I'm like, oh, way, my god.
- 2:23Speaker 3: So I told him I go stop.
- 2:26Speaker 4: He's like what I go, you mouth read everything I
- 2:30Speaker 4: say and he goes, oh my god, Heather just told
- 2:33Speaker 4: me the same thing.
- 2:34Speaker 3: Now everyone. So I'll be do my interview and I
- 2:36Speaker 3: go duct tape.
- 2:37Speaker 2: You know, go, well, there is like if you guys
- 2:40Speaker 2: follow this Skinny Confidential. I've wanted this, but apparently it's
- 2:43Speaker 2: always sold out where there's like a tape that you're
- 2:46Speaker 2: supposed to put on your mouth when you sleep, and
- 2:49Speaker 2: so you don't like get wrinkles, so you don't get wrinkles,
- 2:53Speaker 2: so you don't like clinch your jaws, you don't do whatever.
- 2:57Speaker 2: But now I kind of want to try it because
- 2:59Speaker 2: I realized that I do that sometimes. I went to
- 3:01Speaker 2: I had like an audition last night, and I found
- 3:05Speaker 2: myself where I found myself when she was talking, and
- 3:08Speaker 2: I was like, stop, stop, Why am I doing that?
- 3:14Speaker 3: Sophia told me I do it sometimes too?
- 3:16Speaker 2: You do Tamera?
- 3:18Speaker 3: Really? I know, I know I do it too, But
- 3:20Speaker 3: I'm curious.
- 3:21Speaker 2: Are we doing it because we're trying to control what's
- 3:23Speaker 2: coming out of the persons?
- 3:24Speaker 3: Why or are we doing it because we're like excited
- 3:28Speaker 3: for what I do it a lot? You do? Oh
- 3:31Speaker 3: my god, you were doing it in.
- 3:33Speaker 2: The OC episode with me. I know we're we can't.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Yeah, you were doing it.
- 3:40Speaker 4: Oh my god, Oh my god, Oh my god. I'm
- 3:41Speaker 4: gonna have to watch it again.
- 3:44Speaker 2: I mean, it's so good.
- 3:46Speaker 3: Okay, let's get on to uh, Dubai, let's not.
- 3:48Speaker 4: Let's it's not about me today, Teddy, It's not and
- 3:51Speaker 4: a shocking turn of events.
- 3:52Speaker 2: We're actually here to talk about Dubai, but are also
- 3:56Speaker 2: control breaks.
- 3:57Speaker 3: So I have steak, teeth steak. It's ten oh seven.
- 4:03Speaker 4: Oh, you have no idea. My cluster must be through
- 4:05Speaker 4: the roof Eddie, who's We're on this high protein diet.
- 4:08Speaker 4: So it's like eggs and steak and protein powders and
- 4:11Speaker 4: more eggs and it's Yeah.
- 4:14Speaker 2: Before we get into this episode, let's talk about reunion looks,
- 4:17Speaker 2: because these girls look so beyond hot. Their color that
- 4:21Speaker 2: wasn't a multi choice color option palette, because this is.
- 4:26Speaker 3: The way a reunion should be. Everybody in the same color.
- 4:31Speaker 2: Stanbury looks stunning class an. So now Chanel looks exactly
- 4:39Speaker 2: like what you would imagine. So over the time, I know,
- 4:43Speaker 2: I love the red hair.
- 4:44Speaker 4: It's over the top, but it's not like over the
- 4:46Speaker 4: top crazy, No, it's so good. Then we mean I
- 4:49Speaker 4: could probably I mean that, Oh my god, I didn't
- 4:52Speaker 4: see that thing on our heads.
- 4:54Speaker 2: That's what I'm saying. It's like that is I imagine
- 4:56Speaker 2: sitting that for twelve hours?
- 4:59Speaker 3: I couldn't.
- 5:00Speaker 2: Then we've got Brookes, who looks beautiful. I gotta be honest.
- 5:03Speaker 2: I don't love Brooks shoe. It's a little thick in
- 5:06Speaker 2: the in the toes for me. But she looks stunning.
- 5:10Speaker 2: Her hair looks great, her makeup looks great. Then we've
- 5:13Speaker 2: got Lisa Milan, who her red is slightly in this picture.
- 5:18Speaker 2: It's a little burgundy. Yeah, it's more burgundy.
- 5:21Speaker 3: But I mean, where do.
- 5:22Speaker 4: They find dresses like this because they don't have them
- 5:24Speaker 4: on Revolve and that's the only place I go listen.
- 5:28Speaker 3: I think they have designers that reach out to them,
- 5:30Speaker 3: unlike us.
- 5:31Speaker 4: Really two seasons and they got designers reaching out.
- 5:36Speaker 3: And it's not Michael Costello.
- 5:42Speaker 2: And then we've got Sarah who her face is just stunning.
- 5:48Speaker 4: And then her face is just stunning. She is, her
- 5:54Speaker 4: face is stunnying. She is a beautiful person. That was
- 5:56Speaker 4: any But I don't care for this. I don't care
- 5:59Speaker 4: for this dress. It looks it doesn't fit well, it's
- 6:02Speaker 4: not fit a good body, and it's just so much fabric.
- 6:07Speaker 4: It looks like a pantsuit. Yeah, because there's maybe it
- 6:10Speaker 4: is thing down the middle. I don't know, but it's
- 6:12Speaker 4: not I don't love it.
- 6:14Speaker 2: And we've got Tolene. It's not my favorite either with
- 6:19Speaker 2: the and normally I like the way I mean, Toleine's
- 6:22Speaker 2: body is incredible, credible.
- 6:24Speaker 4: Who's doing my favorite? I have to fund two three?
- 6:29Speaker 2: Stanbury?
- 6:30Speaker 3: Oh we did it? Yeah? Yeah, I mean that's how
- 6:33Speaker 3: I would want to look at her reunion.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Yes, she looks beautiful. Okay, So this episode starts out
- 6:51Speaker 2: where Toilene tells Stanberry she should have stood up for
- 6:55Speaker 2: her yesterday and Tolene, may you know, I got to
- 6:59Speaker 2: say this, Telene may have turned up the heat just
- 7:02Speaker 2: a touch too much.
- 7:03Speaker 3: Just because she's not Stanbury for three minutes. I know
- 7:08Speaker 3: she would.
- 7:08Speaker 4: Telene was doing all the things, all the things she
- 7:11Speaker 4: could to get involved, Like I think sometimes it's like, okay,
- 7:15Speaker 4: this is it.
- 7:16Speaker 3: This is the last time. See now you're doing it
- 7:19Speaker 3: to me now when you're moving and I'm doing it not,
- 7:21Speaker 3: I feel like you can't. Yeah, I know. Now, just
- 7:23Speaker 3: don't mimic me, Teddy, don't mimic me.
- 7:26Speaker 4: By the way, I got a DM the other day
- 7:28Speaker 4: saying do you find it weird that Teddy is transforming
- 7:31Speaker 4: into you? And I'm like really, because I didn't know
- 7:33Speaker 4: if I was transformed into her, she's transforming into me.
- 7:36Speaker 2: And honestly, how could you not we talk? We are
- 7:41Speaker 2: talking every single day of the week. The only thing
- 7:44Speaker 2: that once you start doing this with your hands, that's
- 7:47Speaker 2: when we really have a problem.
- 7:48Speaker 3: Yeah, you think you could add that.
- 7:50Speaker 2: To your movements, like just really bring it in, try.
- 7:52Speaker 3: Not to Okay, we got to get back to Dubai.
- 7:55Speaker 2: Okay, Fine, they're at the beach party. Sarah tells Lisa
- 7:59Speaker 2: she shouldn't have said Tolene doesn't have a business. Lisa
- 8:03Speaker 2: defends herself and Tolene questions if this is an apology.
- 8:07Speaker 2: Lisa tells Tolene if she can't be bitchy and not
- 8:10Speaker 2: expect to be called a bitch Toleine tells Chanelle that
- 8:15Speaker 2: Lisa could stab her and Chanelle would still justify it.
- 8:18Speaker 2: Brooks tell Chanel she is very different whenever Lisa's around.
- 8:23Speaker 2: I have to say, I realized this is what the
- 8:25Speaker 2: whole episode is about to be about.
- 8:28Speaker 4: Yeah, but when your housewife, should you expect other house
- 8:32Speaker 4: I have to help you fight your battles.
- 8:34Speaker 3: Well, Tolene's fighting everybody's battles, but I don't necessarily do
- 8:39Speaker 3: you think that the ladies are extra hard on Toelene.
- 8:43Speaker 4: They're her for sharing her opinion and they're all opinionated. So,
- 8:47Speaker 4: I mean, I know Tolene's outspoken, but I think there'd
- 8:50Speaker 4: being a little bit hard on her.
- 8:52Speaker 2: It's not necessarily that I think people are hard on Tolene.
- 8:55Speaker 2: It's that we are supposed to believe that there is
- 8:58Speaker 2: a closeness between Chanelle and Lisa that I've never felt
- 9:02Speaker 2: me either.
- 9:03Speaker 3: That's why I thought I was going crazy. I'm like,
- 9:05Speaker 3: am I'm missing something? Because I've never thought that they
- 9:07Speaker 3: were that close. Yeah.
- 9:09Speaker 2: So when they so they started doing all these flashbacks
- 9:11Speaker 2: of all the times that Lisa has, you know, essentially
- 9:16Speaker 2: told Schanell what to do, like take off your gloves
- 9:18Speaker 2: or don't wear this or do this or blah blah blah.
- 9:22Speaker 2: I never took that as Chanelle really going and doing
- 9:26Speaker 2: whatever Lisa wants.
- 9:28Speaker 3: The slashbacks do, Yeah, that's what the flashbacks do.
- 9:32Speaker 4: They try to change your mind or try to reinforce
- 9:35Speaker 4: something that probably might even not be true.
- 9:38Speaker 3: So I have a question for you.
- 9:40Speaker 2: You're not going to want to answer it, but you're
- 9:41Speaker 2: going to have to right now. If you had a choice,
- 9:43Speaker 2: would you rather be good friends with Lisa Milan or Stanbury. Stanbury, Yeah,
- 9:50Speaker 2: I know that's the problem.
- 9:51Speaker 3: Even though she was this was not her good episode. No,
- 9:54Speaker 3: I just love her. Well did you see her recent thing?
- 9:57Speaker 3: I love Lisa too, what but she probably know.
- 10:02Speaker 2: She was just talking about like being with somebody I
- 10:06Speaker 2: forget what it is like similar to you and Eddie,
- 10:09Speaker 2: like being with somebody who is what's what's the what's
- 10:13Speaker 2: the phrase? Like when somebody.
- 10:14Speaker 4: Always ticket he's five years younger. Let's not get crazy.
- 10:17Speaker 4: It's not like he's eighteen years younger than me.
- 10:19Speaker 2: Is that what Stanbury and Sergio are?
- 10:23Speaker 3: Yeah, something like that.
- 10:24Speaker 2: But she's like, yes, of course I'm married to a
- 10:27Speaker 2: hot young man, but it doesn't mean he's laying around
- 10:30Speaker 2: and his box are shorts, doing nothing. Like we're living
- 10:34Speaker 2: a life that I wasn't able to live before, and
- 10:37Speaker 2: we really enjoy it and all of these things. And like,
- 10:40Speaker 2: I really kind of resonated with what they said, because
- 10:43Speaker 2: there's so many times in our life where it's just
- 10:46Speaker 2: so like back to back business, showing up, doing your work,
- 10:50Speaker 2: doing whatever, that you hit a point in your time
- 10:52Speaker 2: where are like I just want to have fun.
- 10:55Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what that's where we're at right now.
- 10:57Speaker 4: Since Eddie closed Cut Fitness, it was always work, work, work, work,
- 11:02Speaker 4: And prior to that he was at the law firm
- 11:04Speaker 4: and it was always work and I never got to
- 11:06Speaker 4: see him. And now it's been two years since we
- 11:09Speaker 4: close Cut and we spend so much time together. Of course,
- 11:12Speaker 4: he's started a new business, is big treat business, but
- 11:16Speaker 4: he's at home. It's not like he's getting up and
- 11:18Speaker 4: going to work every day. And then we got the
- 11:20Speaker 4: CBD business that you know, pretty much runs itself at
- 11:23Speaker 4: this point, but we do spend a lot of time.
- 11:26Speaker 4: And now I'm like, I don't really want you to
- 11:29Speaker 4: do anything else because I love our life. Like you know,
- 11:33Speaker 4: we're older though than you and Edwin, so it's like
- 11:37Speaker 4: living half time in Big Bear and going to be
- 11:39Speaker 4: able to travel whenever.
- 11:40Speaker 2: You want because you don't have little kids. And that's
- 11:42Speaker 2: what brings us back to the point of Stanbury and Sergio.
- 11:45Speaker 2: Then bringing in little kids, like even if Edwin and
- 11:48Speaker 2: I wanted to go travel for three weeks or do whatever,
- 11:52Speaker 2: that's not an option unless we're going to take all
- 11:55Speaker 2: of our kids, take them out of school. Like I
- 11:58Speaker 2: really don't have that option to live a life like that.
- 12:01Speaker 3: No right now, and you won't for a good ten years.
- 12:04Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean even when the other kids, like, we
- 12:06Speaker 2: will still have Dove.
- 12:08Speaker 4: Yeah, I mean she's five yet, or she's five, right, she's.
- 12:11Speaker 2: Four, she's almost five. But like today with her like
- 12:15Speaker 2: peace sign of like it's.
- 12:17Speaker 3: So cute and that hair.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Everybody's like, why does she have half a head of
- 12:21Speaker 2: curly hair and half ahead of straights?
- 12:24Speaker 3: Oh really, yep, so does Eva.
- 12:26Speaker 4: So the outside of her hair is straight and the
- 12:28Speaker 4: underneath of her hair is curly, curly curly.
- 12:31Speaker 3: Yeah, like curly beyond curly. I thought curly Dove had neurosurgery.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Maybe it was like because they had to cut like her,
- 12:41Speaker 2: like so much of her skull open that like her
- 12:43Speaker 2: hair confused, but like this whole side is like she
- 12:49Speaker 2: wakes up and it's like a rat's nest of curls
- 12:52Speaker 2: and this side is both.
- 12:53Speaker 3: So it's just one side, well except the underneath certain
- 12:56Speaker 3: curly no matter what.
- 12:58Speaker 4: But it's so funny. Yeah, everyone's like, brush your hair.
- 13:02Speaker 4: Every time I take a picture of her when she
- 13:03Speaker 4: was little, I'm like, it is brushed. It's just it's
- 13:06Speaker 4: a freaking mess. Yeah, okay, we got we gotta focus.
- 13:09Speaker 4: Can we focus?
- 13:10Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, please. Stanbury and Chanelle meet for lunch.
- 13:13Speaker 2: They decide to have a goodbye Dubai party together and
- 13:17Speaker 2: they record a video invite. This relationship, to me feels
- 13:22Speaker 2: a little bit like, with our powers combined, we can
- 13:25Speaker 2: guarantee a third season either way. Then we're gonna pivot
- 13:29Speaker 2: to Sarah helps her son with his homework. Sarah says
- 13:31Speaker 2: that her son is so traumatized she can't even leave
- 13:34Speaker 2: the house. Then she facetimes a Keen and tells him
- 13:39Speaker 2: she's been going through a lot and she wants to
- 13:41Speaker 2: focus on her child right now.
- 13:43Speaker 3: And then a.
- 13:44Speaker 4: Keen holds up on her, like, why do I feel
- 13:46Speaker 4: like Sarah rented a keen for a storyline? I mean,
- 13:49Speaker 4: this wouldn't be the first time an housewife is rented
- 13:52Speaker 4: a boyfriend run a man.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Do you think that maybe Sarah didn't let a Keen know,
- 13:58Speaker 2: like I'm gonna break up with you on camera, Like
- 14:01Speaker 2: she was probably like, Hey, in ten minutes, I'm going
- 14:03Speaker 2: to FaceTime you on camera.
- 14:06Speaker 4: It kind of looks that way, but I kind of
- 14:08Speaker 4: feel like it's all set up.
- 14:10Speaker 3: Yeah, that's always like how when n Asina set up,
- 14:13Speaker 3: I'm like, this is just not it's not hitting.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Right, But also who hangs up at that point? Why
- 14:18Speaker 2: not make a comment back? Why not be like, explain
- 14:21Speaker 2: to me what's going on?
- 14:23Speaker 3: It was like thank you, and.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Except she's describing a keen in a very different way
- 14:31Speaker 2: of what we're saying. What we're saying is he's very
- 14:33Speaker 2: checked out, he's removed, blah blah blah. She's like, he's obsessed,
- 14:36Speaker 2: he's stalking, he's in love with me, he can't get
- 14:39Speaker 2: buying that.
- 14:39Speaker 3: I'm sure we're going to be hearing from a keen.
- 14:42Speaker 2: But also then why is a keen still in Germany?
- 14:44Speaker 3: Is that? Upsays to you would have moved his asked
- 14:46Speaker 3: to Dubai already, Right, maybe a keen will be at
- 14:48Speaker 3: the reunion. I do not think we'll be seeing you
- 14:51Speaker 3: don't think. I think we may be seeing a keen
- 14:54Speaker 3: on the next season of Love Island or that would
- 14:57Speaker 3: be a good choice. Right, you should be a cast director.
- 15:01Speaker 2: You know what, it's my next job. Then Stanbury and
- 15:04Speaker 2: her daughter, Yes Mien, go horseback riding. Stanbury tells he
- 15:07Speaker 2: has me and she had to talk with Sergio about
- 15:09Speaker 2: the baby, but she doesn't want one right now. And
- 15:11Speaker 2: Yasmine says that the only reason you're bringing a child
- 15:14Speaker 2: into the world is for Sergio, and that's unfair to
- 15:16Speaker 2: the child. Stan Bury says, maybe it's time to look
- 15:19Speaker 2: for a surrogate.
- 15:21Speaker 4: I think, I think if it's gonna happen, gonna be sarrogate.
- 15:23Speaker 4: It's not going to be her. She's got a new
- 15:26Speaker 4: body since last season got now it's not in body,
- 15:31Speaker 4: So I mean, she's been open about it.
- 15:32Speaker 3: That's why I say that. But Caroline doesn't think.
- 15:34Speaker 4: Carolyn doesn't think Sergio wants a baby only because of
- 15:37Speaker 4: her age. He wants to move it forward so quickly.
- 15:41Speaker 4: But if she announces at the reunion she's pregnant, I
- 15:44Speaker 4: don't think it's ever coming.
- 15:46Speaker 3: Oh, she's not gonna. I think she's gonna announce that
- 15:49Speaker 3: she's having a surrogate. At that age, she should just
- 15:51Speaker 3: adopt like a fifteen year old. Well, I think they
- 15:55Speaker 3: will probably have another kid.
- 15:56Speaker 2: I think they will have a surrogate, and I think
- 15:58Speaker 2: they will go through all the motions. I think, could
- 16:00Speaker 2: you imagine? I mean, I have a four year old
- 16:04Speaker 2: camera and I am struggling.
- 16:07Speaker 3: I how old were you when you had her?
- 16:10Speaker 2: So I'm forty three right now, So what was I
- 16:12Speaker 2: thirty nine?
- 16:13Speaker 4: That I was thirty eight when I had Sophia? So
- 16:16Speaker 4: I get that it is definitely harder. But she's ten
- 16:20Speaker 4: years older than you.
- 16:22Speaker 3: No, no, she's not. She's ten years older than you
- 16:26Speaker 3: would have been when you had death. She's forty eight. Yeah,
- 16:30Speaker 3: I mean that's it's hard.
- 16:32Speaker 4: It's really hard, and it's older you are, the harder
- 16:35Speaker 4: it is on your body. I'm not going to mean
- 16:37Speaker 4: it happen, but this is not the problem. It's not
- 16:40Speaker 4: the actual pregnancy, which is challenging, but it's fifty eight
- 16:45Speaker 4: sixty eight taking them to school like you're going to.
- 16:49Speaker 2: Be seventy three flying them to college.
- 16:52Speaker 4: No, that's what I'm saying. No, Kenya had a baby
- 16:55Speaker 4: later in life, so you did, and she's talking about
- 16:58Speaker 4: wanting to have another one. But the thing is, it's
- 17:00Speaker 4: different when it's like your first one. Maybe you had
- 17:02Speaker 4: struggles and you couldn't get pregnant and all those and
- 17:04Speaker 4: you really wanted a baby, like okay, yeah, do everything
- 17:07Speaker 4: you can. But when you have three kids that are
- 17:11Speaker 4: teenagers plus that already give you a hard time, that's
- 17:14Speaker 4: a lot to ask exactly when you've already like you're
- 17:17Speaker 4: over the hump. Everybody can wipe their own ask and
- 17:19Speaker 4: make make their own cereal. And now you're like and
- 17:22Speaker 4: drive at this point, now you're like, oh, I'm going
- 17:24Speaker 4: to have a.
- 17:26Speaker 2: Now I'm going to start over and go to mommy
- 17:28Speaker 2: and me and like try to suck my hand.
- 17:31Speaker 3: No, you know, you know that kid is going to
- 17:33Speaker 3: go straight to camp. Oh you can walk. You're going
- 17:39Speaker 3: away to boarding school. Good luck?
- 17:42Speaker 2: You know what?
- 17:42Speaker 3: They started a TK boarding school.
- 17:45Speaker 2: It's oh my god. Well, then Chanelle facetimes her sister.
- 17:48Speaker 2: Chanelle tells the woman that the woman told her she's different.
- 17:51Speaker 2: When Lisa's around, Chanelle told Lisa about this comment, and
- 17:55Speaker 2: Lisa told her not to bring it up or talk
- 17:57Speaker 2: about it because it would make her look like a
- 17:59Speaker 2: bad friend. Lisa's controlling and wonders if this is a
- 18:02Speaker 2: one way friendship. This is my issue with you buy Okay,
- 18:05Speaker 2: I know we can't talk too much about OC, but
- 18:07Speaker 2: what you guys are dealing with on OC is truly
- 18:10Speaker 2: just like a shit show of everybody's disastrous things going
- 18:14Speaker 2: on in their life. I hate when a television show
- 18:17Speaker 2: becomes about the show, and I think that's what's happening
- 18:20Speaker 2: with Shanelle and Lisa, that's what's happening between Lisa and Stanbury,
- 18:25Speaker 2: or Chanelle and Stanbury, like all of it, Brooks. Every
- 18:29Speaker 2: single thing is about the television show. It's not real
- 18:31Speaker 2: life drama. And that bothers me.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Well, everybody arrives at the goodbye party immediately being greeted
- 18:38Speaker 2: by Chanelle and Stanbury. They're wearing crowns and sitting and thrones,
- 18:42Speaker 2: and they offer their hands for everybody to kiss. I'm
- 18:45Speaker 2: here to tell you I would never and we do
- 18:48Speaker 2: that when we can't put my old lady palm out
- 18:52Speaker 2: for people to kiss.
- 18:54Speaker 4: Like, here's my clause, Claw, I have like the worst
- 18:59Speaker 4: hand us no worse.
- 19:01Speaker 2: No nails right now either, right, I don't have That's
- 19:05Speaker 2: how I getting my hair right now, Collard.
- 19:07Speaker 3: I'm not kidding me. Nails.
- 19:08Speaker 4: I'm not doing any nothing until I have to. I
- 19:11Speaker 4: absolutely have to, don't care.
- 19:14Speaker 3: Well.
- 19:14Speaker 2: Then Brooks brings her much younger guest. She DMed, but
- 19:19Speaker 2: there's nothing romantic between them. But then he talks about
- 19:22Speaker 2: the showers, and then Lisa refuses to kiss any hand.
- 19:25Speaker 2: She says it's thirsty, it's giving forced, it's actually giving nothing.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Nothing nothing.
- 19:31Speaker 4: And I would kiss channel's in Stanbury's hand, or would
- 19:33Speaker 4: you just bend over and say kiss my ass?
- 19:36Speaker 3: I think it. I mean I don't know that I
- 19:39Speaker 3: would kiss anybody's hand. I think I would give them.
- 19:41Speaker 3: I would lean over their thrones.
- 19:43Speaker 2: And like give them a kiss on the cheek. But
- 19:45Speaker 2: like kissing her hand is like a different level, like
- 19:48Speaker 2: as somebody who loves you know, some passive aggressiveness. This
- 19:52Speaker 2: setup definitely is a lesson to be exactly that, like everybody.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Is just that house is pretty nice. Huh, that house
- 20:00Speaker 3: was nice.
- 20:01Speaker 2: But then we have to skip to the end where
- 20:03Speaker 2: freaking Chanelle blows the door blanket.
- 20:06Speaker 4: Oh my god, that's so funny. And then when they
- 20:08Speaker 4: said somebody said maybe a Chanelle or Caroline. When it's
- 20:12Speaker 4: summertime in Dubai, like people leave because to leave the
- 20:16Speaker 4: whole summer, their tires melt.
- 20:19Speaker 3: Well, that's like Lakina. It's like the people that live
- 20:22Speaker 3: in Lakita.
- 20:24Speaker 2: I mean it hits a certain month the country club
- 20:28Speaker 2: set like shut down. Everything ends, and then they have
- 20:31Speaker 2: to oh, like I need to have my home base.
- 20:35Speaker 4: Well yeah, for sure, for sure when you and I
- 20:39Speaker 4: would not be able to survive a summer in palm
- 20:42Speaker 4: desert with our melanoma skin.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Stanbury and Chanelle thinking that that video was any thing
- 21:00Speaker 2: other than cringe.
- 21:01Speaker 3: I don't even understand what the point of it was.
- 21:04Speaker 2: It makes me wonder like, can they even smell their
- 21:06Speaker 2: own farts?
- 21:08Speaker 3: No? No, I can't sell somewhere.
- 21:12Speaker 2: I don't fart that I actually have heard you or
- 21:16Speaker 2: was that a kuef?
- 21:18Speaker 3: I can't remember, but I really don't fart. It's because
- 21:21Speaker 3: I poop all day long.
- 21:23Speaker 2: Oh my gosh. Well, then Lisa talks with Chanelle. Chanell
- 21:26Speaker 2: asks what's the point of declining to talk with them?
- 21:28Speaker 2: Lisa tells Chanelle. She asks Stanbury about her supposed bragging
- 21:32Speaker 2: comment regarding buying Stanbury's family house, and Stanbury said she
- 21:35Speaker 2: never said that.
- 21:37Speaker 3: Chanelle says she never said it.
- 21:38Speaker 2: Lisa swears on her children's life and then said, may
- 21:41Speaker 2: God something strike them down, like that's an indentense.
- 21:45Speaker 4: I think she's a dead I swearing my children life
- 21:47Speaker 4: a new trendon Housewife Universe. I never heard it quite
- 21:50Speaker 4: a bit.
- 21:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, I think.
- 21:53Speaker 2: The issue with all of these fights is the same
- 21:56Speaker 2: as Tolene and Brooks fight. It's just constantly over the
- 21:59Speaker 2: show and it doesn't land with the audience, and that's
- 22:02Speaker 2: why we're not as invested in Dubai.
- 22:04Speaker 3: It should have all the crux.
- 22:06Speaker 2: To like be an amazing show, but we're just watching
- 22:09Speaker 2: them fight over who the queen bee of the show is,
- 22:12Speaker 2: which is freaking annoying.
- 22:14Speaker 3: Oh, I own somebody in apology who Danielle from Jersey?
- 22:19Speaker 2: Why?
- 22:20Speaker 3: Well did you see all the.
- 22:21Speaker 4: Headlines saying that Danielle beat up her brother's sister. I'm like,
- 22:25Speaker 4: oh my god, that's not what I said. I said,
- 22:28Speaker 4: so many people reach out to us to try to
- 22:30Speaker 4: feed us information, and we were talking about that, and
- 22:33Speaker 4: I'm like, yeah, I mean this one person reached out
- 22:35Speaker 4: and told me that, and then people were writing it
- 22:37Speaker 4: as it was fact. I said, it's there's no fact
- 22:40Speaker 4: to it. There's no truth to it, Like, it's just
- 22:42Speaker 4: how people try to get us to say things.
- 22:45Speaker 3: Yeah, we have no idea. I shouldn't have said that.
- 22:47Speaker 3: I just shouldn't have said that.
- 22:48Speaker 2: It was what you were saying when people were messaging you.
- 22:51Speaker 2: But speaking of people messaging us, you know, the episode
- 22:54Speaker 2: ends where we see essentially the demise of Chanelle and
- 22:58Speaker 2: Lisa's friendship over what looks like a jealousy between her
- 23:03Speaker 2: and Stanbury's relationship. But then all of a sudden, Chanelle
- 23:06Speaker 2: is hysterical. She blows her nose into like Valentine, she
- 23:10Speaker 2: takes her clothes off.
- 23:11Speaker 3: What's the future of Dubai? What do you think?
- 23:14Speaker 2: So, I mean, I have no idea where it means
- 23:18Speaker 2: this show lands. I think the biggest thing for me
- 23:22Speaker 2: when it comes to Dubai is these women have to
- 23:24Speaker 2: at least like each other a little bit, and that's.
- 23:28Speaker 3: The problem they don't.
- 23:29Speaker 2: And I think we'll see what happens at the reunion,
- 23:33Speaker 2: and I think by Andy's tone, we'll see how he
- 23:37Speaker 2: feels and where this show is going. I do think
- 23:39Speaker 2: there's aspects of Dubai that is incredibly interesting, and there's
- 23:43Speaker 2: personalities that I really love, but it's just not meshing
- 23:47Speaker 2: well together. So I don't know if that just needs
- 23:50Speaker 2: more time. And when I go back and watch Real
- 23:53Speaker 2: Housewives Orange County season two, I'm like, this licked it
- 23:56Speaker 2: so like it does take it.
- 23:59Speaker 4: It does take time, but that was way back in
- 24:02Speaker 4: the beginning, so you can't compare that if you want
- 24:04Speaker 4: to compare, compare like New York because they're a fairly
- 24:08Speaker 4: new show new cast. Yeah, it'll be interesting to see
- 24:13Speaker 4: what they end up doing with Dubai. They continue, well,
- 24:17Speaker 4: I guess we'll I guess we'll see once we get
- 24:19Speaker 4: to the reunion.
- 24:19Speaker 3: But I mean it.
- 24:23Speaker 2: It wasn't the world's best finale and the husbands are
- 24:26Speaker 2: even just like, what the hell is going on? It
- 24:29Speaker 2: seemed very checked out, very produced, and not my favorite,
- 24:34Speaker 2: even though I love them individually, together it's a little
- 24:38Speaker 2: bit tough
