- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to the emotional mastery podcast.
- 0:03Speaker 1: I am your host, rochelle.
- 0:04Speaker 1: I'm a holistic human design health coach and this is a space for human design and spiritual journey.
- 0:10Speaker 1: It's not about being a master of your emotions, rather mastering the tools to self-inculate, to awakening yourself and remembering who you are.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Human design changed my life about five years ago and I've been learning and teaching the system ever since.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This podcast is human design meets spirituality, meets astrology.
- 0:27Speaker 1: You don't have to have a belief system to be here, just an open mind and curiosity.
- 0:32Speaker 1: This is a journey of meeting yourself and awakening to your infinite potential.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Now let the magic begin.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Welcome back to another episode of the emotional mastery podcast.
- 0:42Speaker 1: I was not actually going to record anything today because I completely dipped in my emotional wave.
- 0:49Speaker 1: I went pretty deep down, but what always shows me my progress is how quickly I'm able to pull myself out of those things.
- 0:58Speaker 1: It's coming back to these practices Today.
- 1:01Speaker 1: I'm recording this.
- 1:02Speaker 1: On Monday, the fifth, and so today was this Mercury-Pluto conjunction.
- 1:09Speaker 1: I anticipated a little bit of the intense energy because there's a lot this month going on with Pluto.
- 1:16Speaker 1: We're having Mercury, venus and Mars at some point all conjunct Pluto as it moves into, as they move into Aquarius.
- 1:23Speaker 1: We saw the sun conjunct Pluto as they both transitioned into Aquarius, which is a pretty big event.
- 1:31Speaker 1: Again, all these other planets that are going to be just dancing with this Pluto energy for a little bit.
- 1:38Speaker 1: This is really a time of transformation.
- 1:40Speaker 1: It's, of course, pluto is that death and rebirth cycle.
- 1:43Speaker 1: Whatever cycle that is for you, whether it's a cycle of a relationship, whether it's a cycle of a career, whether it's a mindset cycle, whatever it is, there's always this period of grief and sadness and a low that goes along with those cycles.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Again, I was anticipating something, but I forgot that my moon is opposite this specific conjunction, the Mercury-Pluto conjunction.
- 2:09Speaker 1: It's not directly opposite, which just means that it's going to be.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Pluto is going to continue to be opposite my moon for quite some time, because Pluto is a slow moving planet and it's going to be in Aquarius for 20 years.
- 2:21Speaker 1: It's going to be a while that it's shaking up my moon and also my natal moon is square, my natal Pluto, this Pluto energy, my moon is familiar with this Pluto energy, but having the extra Pluto energy in opposition to my moon just feels today, feels really intense.
- 2:43Speaker 1: I think a lot of times when I cycle through these really intense things.
- 2:48Speaker 1: It brings up a lot, or sometimes I feel like, should I be on medication?
- 2:54Speaker 1: Is this normal?
- 2:55Speaker 1: Then I'm looking at my diet.
- 2:56Speaker 1: I'm looking at what I'm eating and what I'm drinking.
- 2:59Speaker 1: If I'm moving my body, I look at all these factors.
- 3:02Speaker 1: To be honest, when I'm not drinking anything I feel so much better, which is basically why I've given up drinking.
- 3:07Speaker 1: I did have a little bit of wine this past weekend because I did dry January and I had a little bit of wine.
- 3:12Speaker 1: Then I noticed my emotions dip today.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Is that related to the little bit of alcohol that I had or is that just the cycle of my emotions?
- 3:19Speaker 1: Maybe it's a little bit of both, because the cycle of my motions have been relatively easy.
- 3:26Speaker 1: All things considered, pluto Aquarius for me is in my seventh house.
- 3:31Speaker 1: It was in my sixth house of health, daily routines, and now it's moving into my seventh house of relationships, long-term relationships, business relationships, romantic relationships, parental relationships, chill chat, whatever long-term relationships you have in your life.
- 3:45Speaker 1: I'm already feeling the momentum and the pull of this Pluto energy on that.
- 3:51Speaker 1: I feel like it's really asking for this transformation of course of relationships how I show up in relationships, what I expect in relationships, setting boundaries in relationships.
- 4:01Speaker 1: I have been feeling that as it's been moving on and I have spoken about it so many times in here before.
- 4:12Speaker 1: But romantic relationships have been my biggest challenge.
- 4:16Speaker 1: I have an Aries North Node and a Libra South Node.
- 4:21Speaker 1: That South Node energy is typically where we find comfort, what we lean into.
- 4:24Speaker 1: If you believe in past lives, it's the role we've overplayed in past lives.
- 4:29Speaker 1: That's that supporting role.
- 4:31Speaker 1: It's a little bit codependent.
- 4:32Speaker 1: It just wants to support the main actor in the play or whatever.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Aries is where you're headed in this life.
- 4:41Speaker 1: It is the themes of, if you're looking from human design lens, the second half of that Iranian life cycle.
- 4:46Speaker 1: It's going to be 42 to 84.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Those are themes of independence, self-leadership, its movement, its action, its taking control.
- 4:55Speaker 1: It is this leadership, energy Transitioning and I'm also in my nodal return right now, so it's really intense.
- 5:03Speaker 1: There's a lot that's really intense right now for me, but of course, this is where astrology is so beautiful.
- 5:08Speaker 1: And human design because it's really supportive of understanding the cycles that you're going through, because everything is cycles.
- 5:13Speaker 1: I think that's what's beautiful about astrology.
- 5:15Speaker 1: When you look at past cycles, you can see how these have played out over and over time and time again.
- 5:21Speaker 1: If you're out there and you don't believe in astrology, it's just cycles, it's patterns.
- 5:26Speaker 1: When the stars are in a certain place in the sky, certain things happen and it aligns, and it's repeatedly happened over and over again.
- 5:32Speaker 1: So we know from studying these patterns and these planets and how they've impacted us over all these years, how they will impact us psychologically, emotionally, physically, all the things energetically.
- 5:45Speaker 1: So, yeah, I think it's really great, of course, to know and to know and to understand these things and also to have grace and compassion that sometimes it sucks, sometimes it feels like shit, sometimes you wake up and you feel stuck.
- 5:59Speaker 1: I did a little bit of a poll in the broadcast channel and a lot of you, today specifically, were feeling stuck, low energy, grief, sadness.
- 6:08Speaker 1: I got a whole bunch of different answers and it's such a normal part of the cycle of life.
- 6:15Speaker 1: I think sometimes we don't have compassion for ourselves in those moments, in those cycles, and it's okay to be feeling the things and it's okay to not feel motivated, to want to sit and watch TV to you know, whatever it is, but it's always coming back to the practice that you know work.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Like I said, I didn't even want to record this.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Today I was feeling very low energy, really defeated, really stuck in sort of in that mindset of like that victim mindset of oh my gosh, it's never gonna work for me.
- 6:40Speaker 1: And then I realized the pattern I was playing out in a specific relationship where I do this fearful, avoidant thing where I push and I test and I poke and I see how far you can take it and I flip flop and I'm hot and I'm cold and I'm watching this all happening and I have compassion for myself because I heard an analogy and I always, always think about this when I find myself replaying specific patterns like this.
- 7:02Speaker 1: But there was this analogy I can't remember who it was, I saw it on Instagram, but it was this analogy of this person who's walking through the desert for three days, no food, no water.
- 7:10Speaker 1: They come upon a house, the person in the house feeds them, gives them water, and they're like inhaling this food, they're drugging the water they're asking for.
- 7:18Speaker 1: They're eating like they haven't eaten in three days, right, like they're starving, and the person that's sitting there, who has been well fed throughout these three days, is just calmly eating and we can look at that person and be like whoa, calm down.
- 7:30Speaker 1: You are so needy right now, like what is wrong with you, or we can have compassion that that person literally was starved for their core need for three days.
- 7:38Speaker 1: And it's no different when it comes to relationship and love, right?
- 7:41Speaker 1: I think sometimes we don't have compassion with ourselves that we never received, we never had our core needs met and I think when you distill down a lot of our issues, a lot of our triggers that come up when you really distill it down, I believe the core probably 90% of the coordinate among all of it is wanting to be loved at the end of the day, wanting to receive love, wanting to feel loved, wanting to feel seen, wanting to feel accepted.
- 8:04Speaker 1: Our core wounds tend to be feelings of rejection, of unworthiness, of being unlovable, right, like all of these things.
- 8:10Speaker 1: And it really comes down to this coordinate of just wanting love and wanting to be with people.
- 8:14Speaker 1: And it is about the inner work, right, it is about accepting myself, because if I don't accept myself, then how are you gonna accept me?
- 8:22Speaker 1: If I don't have boundaries and I let somebody walk all over me, how am I gonna be respected and loved and valued in the way that I deserve to be, in the way that I want to be.
- 8:30Speaker 1: But of course, it's challenging when you haven't received those things and then you want to receive it so badly and you have somebody that gives it to you breadcrumbs, right.
- 8:38Speaker 1: This is why people like love, bombing breadcrumbs, like all these things are things because we are so starved for the thing that we really need that we will I'm air-coating it fall for those things that we will play into those patterns.
- 8:50Speaker 1: And our mind does this funny thing where those patterns that we've been in before, where we're getting these little breadcrumbs of affection, where we're feeling loved, only after a fight, where we're manipulated or somebody's controlling us and somewhere in our mind, that's the way we receive love, as a child or whatever it comes back to.
- 9:07Speaker 1: And we know what we want, we know what we don't want, we know what we want, and yet our mind does this thing where it sticks to what it knows and we continue to call in patterns and people and situations that repeat those things.
- 9:19Speaker 1: And although it doesn't feel good and although we know it's not the thing that we really want, there's something that it fills something in us where we're like okay, well, they're angry at us, they're controlling us, they're telling us what you do.
- 9:28Speaker 1: That must mean that they love us, and so we fight even harder for it, and it is exhausting, to be honest.
- 9:34Speaker 1: It is exhausting, but again, it's really doing this work and I've done a lot, a lot of work around my self-worth, but I still find myself at times repeating these patterns where I feel For me, feeling safe to express myself in a relationship is quite challenging.
- 9:51Speaker 1: It's not something that I normally always feel, and so when I feel safe with somebody, when I can express myself, when I can show up as myself, when I feel comfortable, then it's like I want to cling to that because that's a piece that I haven't had before.
- 10:02Speaker 1: And that's sort of what I'm experiencing now, where I keep like going over and over and over and I'm not getting a core need met of this communication piece.
- 10:10Speaker 1: And it's not like not an avoidance of communication in the moment.
- 10:14Speaker 1: It just it feels like that dog paddling energy, of like I need more, I need more attention, I need you to call me more, I need you to text me more.
- 10:23Speaker 1: And then I have to ask myself like, first of all, are those things really important in doing my own work, my own inner work of feeling, seeing, seeing myself, accepting myself, loving myself and anything else is a compliment to that.
- 10:36Speaker 1: And also, we're human and, however you want to cut it, we are social creatures.
- 10:41Speaker 1: We want to be around people, we want to be loved by people, we want to be in relationship to people.
- 10:44Speaker 1: So that external validation is important, that love is important, that connection is important, and I guess it's not needing the external validation but is needing the connection right.
- 10:58Speaker 1: And so just I found like having a list of all the things that are important to me, to having a list of what I'm looking for, having a list of things that I offer to the table and, if you follow TBM, having your magnetic code, just like knowing, like for me that's freedom, authenticity, travel, spirituality, right, education, and so I think two of those are lumped in together, but either way, that's like my authentic codes.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Then I know, like running anything through that like, is this bringing me freedom?
- 11:25Speaker 1: Is this making me authentic?
- 11:26Speaker 1: Is this including travel, because travel is so important to me?
- 11:30Speaker 1: Is this increasing my spiritualities?
- 11:33Speaker 1: Is this helping me tap closer into myself and God?
- 11:35Speaker 1: And so like sort of asking those questions and then understanding you know the rest, and just having some sort of framework to come back to.
- 11:44Speaker 1: But I all of that to say I wanted to talk today about the not self because I had said last week I was going to talk about it this week because, from a human design lens, we are always trying to fill what we are not.
- 11:55Speaker 1: We are always seeking what we are not.
- 12:00Speaker 1: And so you know, as a, as your type, whatever your type is manifestor, reflector, projector, generator we all have a not self theme.
- 12:09Speaker 1: And the not self theme is great because we all know that feeling right, if you're a generator, that not self theme is going to be frustration.
- 12:17Speaker 1: If you're a bebaster, that not self theme is going to be anger.
- 12:19Speaker 1: If you are a projector, that not self theme is going to be bitterness.
- 12:22Speaker 1: And if you are a reflector, that not self theme is going to be disappointment.
- 12:24Speaker 1: So if you are any of those types, in a manifesting generator, it's going to be frustration first and foremost, and then anger, and Ra talks about the anger that a manifesting generator field is more rage than anger.
- 12:36Speaker 1: But that frustration is first right.
- 12:38Speaker 1: We can hit that frustration and then we feel like the rage.
- 12:40Speaker 1: And so identifying that not-self theme first and understanding what that feels like like I know what frustration feels, like right, like, when I'm frustrated, I'm like, okay, in some way I'm not myself right now I'm in the not-self, I'm operating incorrectly, like how can I readjust myself?
- 12:59Speaker 1: The second thing, too, that I will say is motivation.
- 13:02Speaker 1: Motivation is really huge and that comes from that top right arrow.
- 13:05Speaker 1: And so what is your motivation?
- 13:07Speaker 1: You can look at your charts, whether from my website, genetic Matrix, jovina archive, my Human Design.
- 13:14Speaker 1: I think they all talk about your motivation.
- 13:16Speaker 1: But it's gonna be fear, hope, need, guilt and innocence.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Those are those all the ones.
- 13:25Speaker 1: I think that's six right?
- 13:25Speaker 1: Fear, hope, desire, guilt, need, innocence.
- 13:30Speaker 1: I'm not sure if I put all those in the right way, but I think so.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Anyway, those are basically it.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Those are the six ones.
- 13:36Speaker 1: And then you have what they call a transferred motivation.
- 13:38Speaker 1: So if your motivation, let's say, is innocence, that transferred motivation is going to be desire.
- 13:45Speaker 1: If your motivation is guilt, that transferred motivation is going to be hope.
- 13:53Speaker 1: If your motivation is fear, that transferred motivation is going to be need, and vice versa.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Whatever that looks like for you, it's gonna be one of those.
- 13:59Speaker 1: So it's fear, hope, desire, need, guilt, innocence.
- 14:04Speaker 1: That's what it is, in that order.
- 14:07Speaker 1: And so when you are operating from the transferred motivation, you also know that you're in your not self.
- 14:12Speaker 1: So again, for example, my motivation is innocence and this really just means that I am designed to view life through this innocence lens.
- 14:23Speaker 1: Right, this is my six line profile and the six line motivation, and so when I view things, it's really sort of like coming from this place of curiosity.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Innocence.
- 14:33Speaker 1: It's not saying that I am innocent, but it's saying that the lens that I view from is this lens of innocence.
- 14:38Speaker 1: And so when I'm in that transferred motivation of desire, like I have to have the thing, I need to have the thing, like I'm chasing the thing, that's when I'm in my not self.
- 14:46Speaker 1: And for me personally, my unconscious son is in gate 30.
- 14:51Speaker 1: This is the Klingon fire and it's all about desire and expectation.
- 14:54Speaker 1: And then it crashes, right.
- 14:55Speaker 1: So, especially when I feel that I know I'm in my not self.
- 14:59Speaker 1: So, looking into what your motivation is and what your transferred motivation is, you really need the exact birth time to get some of these layers correct.
- 15:06Speaker 1: But whatever that is for you is another way that you can identify if you're in your not self.
- 15:12Speaker 1: So maybe you're feeling frustration, maybe you're feeling desire, if that's your transfer motivation, just checking in with yourself and be like am I operating correctly?
- 15:21Speaker 1: Like, am I desiring this thing?
- 15:23Speaker 1: Of course, desire in itself is a very nuance and it doesn't mean to be a bad thing.
- 15:27Speaker 1: But even when you're looking at it from the correct lens or from a healthy expression of desire, if I am still desiring something, I am still in my not self, I am still in that transfer motivation.
- 15:36Speaker 1: And so whatever that looks like for you, like identifying that, and then you wanna look at your bridge gates.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Right, what is your bridge gates?
- 15:45Speaker 1: Do you have any bridge gates?
- 15:46Speaker 1: Because those are gonna be a huge not self theme too.
- 15:48Speaker 1: And you know, somebody asked me how the transits really impact us, if everybody feels the transits and why some people feel it more than others.
- 15:54Speaker 1: And we're all gonna feel the transits right, when we look at human design, we all have everything in us.
- 15:59Speaker 1: When you look at that body graph, you have every single gate in your body graph.
- 16:03Speaker 1: If you didn't, they would pull some of them out, right.
- 16:05Speaker 1: But we all have every single gate in our body graph, so we're all experiencing them in some ways.
- 16:08Speaker 1: But what really makes it more intense for some is if you have the hanging gate on the other side, that's gonna make that gate that's activated.
- 16:18Speaker 1: So, for example, if you have let's just say if you have gate 61 in your conscious sign but you don't have gate 24, right, and say you have an unconscious crown, the activation of gate 24 is gonna.
- 16:28Speaker 1: You're probably gonna feel that more so than somebody who's got a defined Agena with gate 24 activated, right, it's just the nature of it because it's gonna give you that definition through the transit.
- 16:37Speaker 1: So you're actually gonna be turned on in that area and you're gonna feel it a little bit more intensely.
- 16:41Speaker 1: And because gate 24 for you is one of these, one of these bridge gates, it's gonna feel more intense because we're always seeking to fill what we are not.
- 16:50Speaker 1: And so in these areas where we can identify, okay, gate 24,.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Gate 24 is the shadow's addiction, right.
- 16:59Speaker 1: It's ruminating over things over and over and over again.
- 17:01Speaker 1: It wants to make sense of things.
- 17:02Speaker 1: It's rationalization, right.
- 17:04Speaker 1: And so when we are in that, we are in our not self too, because that gate, although it would bridge something for us, is not ours.
- 17:12Speaker 1: We do not have that energy.
- 17:15Speaker 1: So I have a wide split.
- 17:17Speaker 1: So that's, I need the entire channel of 59.6 in order to bridge my energy so that it flows quiesively throughout.
- 17:23Speaker 1: And I'm always seeking that energy and I oftentimes will project and this is the channel of intimacy, right, it's intimacy and it's conflict.
- 17:30Speaker 1: And so I oftentimes will project like you're not giving, even in my relationships, what I was just talking about, right, you're not giving me the intimacy I want, you're not contacting me more, you're not texting me more, you're not calling me more.
- 17:43Speaker 1: And then at what point do you not like taking ownership for my own stuff, taking responsibility for my own stuff and moving through my own stuff?
- 17:49Speaker 1: For so I don't need somebody to come in and fill that right, cause that's an energy that's not mine.
- 17:55Speaker 1: I don't have it.
- 17:56Speaker 1: And what's interesting is my daughter has 59.6.
- 17:59Speaker 1: It's the only channel she has, so she literally bridges that for me, my own home.
- 18:02Speaker 1: And it's still really easy to get into that victim-y thing because it's not my energy, I don't have it.
- 18:07Speaker 1: And when I meet people who have the magnetism of channel 59.6, because it is a beautiful magnetic channel and you can just feel it when people have it they are literally magnetic, people gravitate towards them, and whenever I'm in the energy of somebody, I get jealous where I'm like, oh, I wish I had that, but it's just because I'm always trying to fill what I'm not right.
- 18:29Speaker 1: And then every single center has a not self theme.
- 18:31Speaker 1: So if we're going through that hierarchy I've talked about it here before right, the hierarchy of shadows If you have an undefined ego center, that not self theme is feeling unworthy, right.
- 18:42Speaker 1: So are you making a decision from your authority or are you making a decision based on if this thing will make you worthy or not?
- 18:48Speaker 1: That's how you know.
- 18:49Speaker 1: If you're not self, right, we are.
- 18:52Speaker 1: You know human design talks about type, strategy and authority.
- 18:54Speaker 1: So what is your type?
- 18:55Speaker 1: What is your strategy?
- 18:56Speaker 1: What is your authority Operating from that?
- 18:57Speaker 1: There's so many nuanced layers beneath that.
- 18:59Speaker 1: And then when we're coming from our not self of these centers so again, if you have your ego making decisions based on if this will make you worthy or not.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Solar plexus an undefined solar plexus are you making decisions to avoid confrontation?
- 19:14Speaker 1: Are you lying to avoid confrontation?
- 19:16Speaker 1: Are you making decisions based on the fact that you want to avoid confrontation or not?
- 19:20Speaker 1: And then the G center are you making decisions based on if this will make you feel loved or not?
- 19:25Speaker 1: Right?
- 19:27Speaker 1: The spleen are you holding onto things that don't matter?
- 19:29Speaker 1: Is that what is driving your decision-making?
- 19:32Speaker 1: The ajna are you trying to be certain?
- 19:35Speaker 1: Are you trying to know everything?
- 19:37Speaker 1: Is that where you're coming from making decisions?
- 19:39Speaker 1: The head are you trying to create inspiration?
- 19:42Speaker 1: Are you asking all the questions that don't matter?
- 19:47Speaker 1: Is that what you're responding to?
- 19:49Speaker 1: Is that what you are making?
- 19:50Speaker 1: Decisions based on the root?
- 19:52Speaker 1: Are you trying to get the pressure off?
- 19:53Speaker 1: Are you trying to do things so quickly Because you don't want the discomfort of feeling like you have to do something?
- 19:59Speaker 1: Is that where you're making decisions from?
- 20:01Speaker 1: And then the sacral are you overworking yourself?
- 20:04Speaker 1: Are you taking on the energy that is not yours?
- 20:06Speaker 1: And are you overworking yourself?
- 20:08Speaker 1: Are you trying to be busy?
- 20:09Speaker 1: You're trying to go, go, go and do, do, do, when that's not your energy and the throat.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Are you trying to get attention so you can look through all of these and see if you're operating from the not-self theme or from the.
- 20:22Speaker 1: You know, if you're looking at your type signature or from yourself, from your authentic self.
- 20:26Speaker 1: And so, when you look at your design, we have all these open spaces.
- 20:30Speaker 1: We have all these white centers, all these white gates.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Everything in white is what we are not.
- 20:34Speaker 1: So this is why it's so helpful to continue to come back to your type strategy and authority and experiment with it and see where you're operating from and, of course, having the practices and the tools of like like.
- 20:47Speaker 1: Today I just woke up and I just felt it.
- 20:48Speaker 1: I was journaling and I was doing my affirmations and I was doing my gratitude.
- 20:52Speaker 1: I was like this is bullshit, I don't feel any of this right now.
- 20:54Speaker 1: I was in that stuck mindset of just like feeling frustrated about all the bills that I had to pay and feeling frustrated about, you know, work and other things like that, and I was like I don't want to sit here and write gratitude and I do think that you know, gratitude is the attitude and affirmations really work and positive mindset.
- 21:12Speaker 1: I truly believe in all those things and sometimes we can't ignore the lingering feeling that our body is actually physically manifesting.
- 21:22Speaker 1: So I closed my eyes and I just took myself into my body, took myself into my heart, and I was like what is this telling me?
- 21:26Speaker 1: What does it want to say?
- 21:28Speaker 1: What is my inner child crying for?
- 21:30Speaker 1: Like what is going on?
- 21:31Speaker 1: I feel stuck, I feel sluggish, I feel unmotivated, I don't feel creative, and so once I pulled myself through that, then I was like okay, let's have a seat at the table, let's have this conversation.
- 21:43Speaker 1: And so my little inner child was just feeling a little bit rejected, was feeling a little bit sad, was feeling like is this it?
- 21:51Speaker 1: And I just kind of brought that through my day and I was trying real hard to have a positive mindset without ignoring it.
- 21:59Speaker 1: And I got in the car and I don't know that I even listened to anything this morning on the way.
- 22:03Speaker 1: I was going to listen to music, but I know music always kind of pulls me a little bit lower because there's always that specific frequency that we want to listen to when we're feeling low.
- 22:10Speaker 1: So I go home after work and I read a little bit, I posted something on Instagram, I watched a little bit of TV and then I went to pick up my kids and I was listening to a podcast.
- 22:19Speaker 1: And one thing that they were saying in the podcast is like God speaks through those around us, and I truly believe this.
- 22:26Speaker 1: You know, I encounter people that will say something like man, that's exactly what I needed to hear today.
- 22:30Speaker 1: Like thank you, god, right.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Like that's what that is.
- 22:34Speaker 1: And this podcast was just one of those things because it was just talking about I'll link it below.
- 22:39Speaker 1: It was almost 30 podcast and they were talking about this woman was had a business that she was going to have to shut down because she literally was like bankrupt Like they were replying her cars and she had to sell her farm and all these things.
- 22:52Speaker 1: And she went to like sell her house and buy a new house and the realtor literally she was like crying and the realtor was like you need to do this, like ripped up the paper was like you will find a way to do it and it's just like that.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Something in that was like exactly what I needed to hear, where I was just like, yeah, like I got this, I got this, no matter what I feel in this moment, I got this.
- 23:15Speaker 1: I'm so passionate about this, I'm so fired up about this.
- 23:17Speaker 1: This is like the one thing in my life like that has truly lit me up, like consistently, and so I'm like I'm not giving up on any of this, even if I feel in this moment like, oh, where's it getting me Right?
- 23:29Speaker 1: And then I was reading the alchemist for the third or fourth or fifth time, I don't know.
- 23:32Speaker 1: I've read the book so many times, but there was a part where, if you've read it, mal Kizadek, I might have mispronounced his name.
- 23:40Speaker 1: I think that's how you pronounce it, anyway.
- 23:42Speaker 1: But he was telling Santiago the story about how he presents himself to people sometimes, because he presented himself as this king, the king of Salem.
- 23:53Speaker 1: He was like do you always come in, like people, human form?
- 23:56Speaker 1: And he was like no, sometimes.
- 23:57Speaker 1: There was a guy who was in a mine and he was mining for gold or diamonds or crystals or something, and he was just about to give up.
- 24:05Speaker 1: He's like so I came to him in the form of a stone.
- 24:07Speaker 1: He fell down in front of him right at the right moment where this man was so frustrated and just about to give up and he got so angry he kicked that stone and that he kicked that stone hard enough into the other stone that it cracked open and he was able to see the gold that he was digging for.
- 24:20Speaker 1: So these things come to us and it's just so parallel between that story and then this other thing.
- 24:26Speaker 1: It's like, if you are open to the answers to receive the inspiration right, and I love the alchemist.
- 24:33Speaker 1: He always talks about the universe is always conspiring to give you the thing that you desire.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Right, your personal legend.
- 24:40Speaker 1: The universe is always working for you, always.
- 24:43Speaker 1: You just have to look at the synchronicities, you have to open yourself up to it, you have to follow those little threads.
- 24:49Speaker 1: They're going to be uncomfortable, sometimes you're going to want to quit, but just keep going right.
- 24:54Speaker 1: Listen to the universe.
- 24:55Speaker 1: It's always, always, always talking to you.
- 24:57Speaker 1: So it was just reinspired me today to come and record this, just like that's been on my heart.
- 25:05Speaker 1: I guess why was feeling so frustrated for so many reasons?
- 25:08Speaker 1: And I get like it's so easy to get on ahead and just be like, oh my god, this and that and I'm always like this and why can't I change?
- 25:14Speaker 1: And I've been doing so much work and I'm still feeling stuck and I'm still not doing great in this area of my life.
- 25:18Speaker 1: And da, da, da.
- 25:19Speaker 1: And we can feel those things and a lot of those things, and then just be like, dust ourselves up like it's a new day, it's a new moment.
- 25:26Speaker 1: I get to choose.
- 25:27Speaker 1: Now, you know, we all have Something that holds us back, something, like I said before.
- 25:35Speaker 1: We have this thing in our mind where we feel, even if the thing isn't giving us what we want, even if it's a relationship, and unhealthy relationship, with toxic situation, like maybe a toxic relationship with our parents, but yet that's the only way we know how to receive love.
- 25:48Speaker 1: We continue to repeat that cycle because we don't know we can get any different.
- 25:52Speaker 1: But just keep showing up because you can and you keep doing that work and you keep Holding that vision.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Right, nothing amazing came out of Easy.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Right, like if we don't learn the lessons, and I think that's what Pluto is here to teach us right now.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Right, we have to go down to the depths.
- 26:13Speaker 1: We have to get smacked by Pluto.
- 26:16Speaker 1: We have to go through that death and Reaper cycle.
- 26:19Speaker 1: We have to grieve the things.
- 26:20Speaker 1: We have to dig deep down into the bowels of whatever it is We've been avoiding.
- 26:25Speaker 1: We have to face it in order to move past it.
- 26:29Speaker 1: And it's challenging, it's not going to be easy.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Right, like these Pluto transits are intense, but there is beauty and there is magic in it.
- 26:40Speaker 1: And being able to be able to hold the space for that and to get a little bit excited in those sticky moments.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Right, like it doesn't always feel it in the moment, but to be able to like ooh, yeah, this is hard.
- 26:54Speaker 1: Some's coming right, like something is coming.
- 26:55Speaker 1: If I can do the work and I can show up and I could do things that make me uncomfortable I'm already uncomfortable anyway why not just step out and do things that make me uncomfortable right and really move through these things?
- 27:05Speaker 1: And so I feel like that is the big lesson right now.
- 27:11Speaker 1: I don't know if that resonates for anybody else.
- 27:12Speaker 1: That's what's coming through me, that's what it feels like and that's what I'm gonna go with.
- 27:18Speaker 1: And, like I said, I did not have the motivation, the creativity, the nothing to record an episode today.
- 27:24Speaker 1: And I listened to that podcast and I was just like reignited, where I was like man, this, I love to do this, I love to do this, and a low of an emotion is not gonna take it away from me, and so I just sat here and that's what you get.
- 27:38Speaker 1: So I will, I will yeah, I don't know.
- 27:43Speaker 1: I was gonna say I will create like a little PDF or something for that.
