- 0:06Speaker 1: Hello, my loves It is La La Kent. Welcome back
- 0:08Speaker 1: to the Give Them La La Podcast. We are here
- 0:10Speaker 1: recording from my home, our home. So if you hear
- 0:14Speaker 1: a lot of hustle and bustle, it is another chaotic
- 0:17Speaker 1: day in the Birmingham, Kent household. Whoa, it's like a
- 0:21Speaker 1: tornado in here. You're gonna hear dogs, kids, But you
- 0:25Speaker 1: know the drill. Before we get the episode on and
- 0:28Speaker 1: pop in, we have something really fun that we are doing.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Because we are in the madness of March. I thought
- 0:37Speaker 1: how fun would it be to bring in some Bravo celebrities.
- 0:41Speaker 2: And make our own little bracket.
- 0:43Speaker 1: And make our own brackets. So here's how it's gonna work.
- 0:46Speaker 1: And we're gonna bump more gums on this. When the
- 0:49Speaker 1: bonus comes out on Monday. Easton is going to pick
- 0:52Speaker 1: eight housewives. I'm going to pick eight housewives. Those housewives
- 0:58Speaker 1: are going to face off and the way that they
- 1:01Speaker 1: are going to take it is you guys going to
- 1:05Speaker 1: the Give Them La La pod page and you're gonna
- 1:08Speaker 1: is there a link there that say so.
- 1:10Speaker 3: In the bio, we will put the link that you
- 1:14Speaker 3: can click and it will take you to where you
- 1:17Speaker 3: can vote and the bracket and just in the bio.
- 1:20Speaker 1: And what I love about this is they are gonna
- 1:22Speaker 1: be housewives who maybe you secretly love but it's an
- 1:25Speaker 1: unpopular opinion. And guess what, here's where you can show
- 1:28Speaker 1: them some love and not get mad hate for it,
- 1:30Speaker 1: which is like the best freaking part of it all.
- 1:33Speaker 1: So I'm really excited about this. I love nothing more
- 1:36Speaker 1: than talking housewives. It's a love language for me. So
- 1:40Speaker 1: this whole bracket system is going to be so fun.
- 1:44Speaker 1: I'm excited on the bonus to tell you who our
- 1:46Speaker 1: housewives are. We're going to have the sweet Celebrity sixteen
- 1:53Speaker 1: shout out Gig, shout out Gigi. She was like, instead
- 1:56Speaker 1: of Brava celebrities, you should call it sweet Liberties and
- 1:59Speaker 1: only do housewives. I was like, you're speaking my language, girl, you.
- 2:02Speaker 2: Have You're listening, Lisa, You're listening.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Even when I feel like you're not. Uh So, we
- 2:09Speaker 1: had Ocean's birthday party over the weekend. It was themed Minions.
- 2:13Speaker 1: She said she wanted a slime birthday party, Minions themed
- 2:17Speaker 1: and the way that you guys know, if you have kids,
- 2:20Speaker 1: they are like farts in the wind right. They may
- 2:23Speaker 1: want Minions. But by the time the party comes, they're like,
- 2:26Speaker 1: and I want Minions. I wanted a wicked party, and
- 2:29Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, well no. The way that I shoved
- 2:32Speaker 1: Minions down her throat for the past month, I was like,
- 2:35Speaker 1: we're watching Minions. We're watching Minions. I need to get
- 2:39Speaker 1: keep her excited for the theme with the party.
- 2:41Speaker 3: That check and you had to go and she was
- 2:42Speaker 3: coming home from school. You were like, hey, were you
- 2:44Speaker 3: just put on the Minions.
- 2:45Speaker 1: For I was like, yeah, I needed it was absolutely spectacular.
- 2:51Speaker 1: We had it at the Slumu Institute, which is where
- 2:54Speaker 1: they make a lot of slime. It's all slime. There
- 2:57Speaker 1: was so many slimy experiences, including like the Nickelodeon type
- 3:03Speaker 1: sla happening where you stood under like a faucet that
- 3:07Speaker 1: dumped slime on you. Ocean wouldn't do it, and I
- 3:10Speaker 1: was fine with it.
- 3:13Speaker 3: No, I saw kids doing it. I saw a video.
- 3:16Speaker 3: One of the kids didn't even have like the jacket
- 3:18Speaker 3: on it.
- 3:18Speaker 1: They did it. Just horrendous.
- 3:22Speaker 2: That couldn't be me.
- 3:23Speaker 1: The kids had a blast, the parents had anxiety. One
- 3:27Speaker 1: little girl ruined her sweatshirt the moment she got in
- 3:29Speaker 1: there because she shoved her hands into this pot of
- 3:32Speaker 1: slime and got it all over her sleeves. Loom goes,
- 3:35Speaker 1: I'm billing you for the sweatshirt. I was like, that's fine,
- 3:38Speaker 1: it was she was joking. But the kids had the
- 3:41Speaker 1: most amazing time. She she had an actual minion come
- 3:47Speaker 1: and that, No.
- 3:48Speaker 2: The minion was the best thing. Yeah, the actual minion.
- 3:51Speaker 2: The actual minion was frightened kids. The kids who loved
- 3:54Speaker 2: the minion, and.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Then the kids who were screaming bloody murder every time
- 3:58Speaker 1: the minion made its way over.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Ah, just looking for their mom. That was my favorite thing.
- 4:03Speaker 3: There was one kid and she was the cutest little thing.
- 4:06Speaker 3: And she's sitting at the table and the minions to
- 4:08Speaker 3: her back, and you would have thought that she just
- 4:12Speaker 3: kept looking back to make sure that this minion was
- 4:15Speaker 3: nowhere near her. And she looks back and she sees
- 4:19Speaker 3: it making its way, and she starts to get closer
- 4:22Speaker 3: to the table, and it starts getting closer, and she
- 4:24Speaker 3: looks at her mom and goes, wow, and the mom
- 4:29Speaker 3: jumps at I was dying holding so Sophia her. I'm
- 4:33Speaker 3: laughing my ass off. I'm feeling terrible, But it was
- 4:36Speaker 3: the best thing. I've ever seen is that minion.
- 4:38Speaker 2: It was like.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Great ruger to the party for some of the kids.
- 4:42Speaker 1: I actually feel bad that I didn't take that into
- 4:44Speaker 1: consideration because Ocean used to be afraid of any character.
- 4:48Speaker 3: But that's why you thought it would be okay, because
- 4:49Speaker 3: she was afraid afraid, and now that she's not, you're like, eh,
- 4:53Speaker 3: nobody else's because everybody.
- 4:55Speaker 2: Else was not afraid when she was.
- 4:56Speaker 1: There were just a couple kids that were like, fuck
- 4:58Speaker 1: the mini I have zeros desire to have that thing
- 5:00Speaker 1: next to me. We had what is what food did
- 5:05Speaker 1: we have? I ordered with.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Panda that I didn't pick up in time Panda Express.
- 5:09Speaker 1: I call easton you guys, and I said to him like, hey,
- 5:14Speaker 1: we're headed up. We're making slime. We're headed up in
- 5:16Speaker 1: like twenty minutes to eat the food. And he goes, perfect,
- 5:21Speaker 1: I'm leaving now. And I'm like, oh, great, so you'll
- 5:24Speaker 1: be here in like what ten minutes. He goes, I'm leaving,
- 5:27Speaker 1: Sherman oaks. The food was forgot to pick up the
- 5:31Speaker 1: freaking food. I told him the food has to be
- 5:33Speaker 1: picked up at eleven fifteen. It is noon noon. I
- 5:38Speaker 1: tell you, he hasn't even left the house in Sherman Oaks.
- 5:40Speaker 1: I wanted to murder you. I want to murder you
- 5:45Speaker 1: now because I was already stressed. There's something about children's
- 5:49Speaker 1: birthday parties that like add just another layer of stress.
- 5:52Speaker 1: And so I started venting to the moms and I
- 5:54Speaker 1: was like, so what if he doesn't get here, she goes,
- 5:56Speaker 1: then the kids don't eat. It's fine. Whatever there's I
- 6:00Speaker 1: was like, wow, okay, if I mean, if you're fine
- 6:04Speaker 1: with it, I'm fine with it, like there is a possibility.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Thank god we had Nick and Joe.
- 6:09Speaker 2: Well I did.
- 6:10Speaker 3: But if you look through our text, I will say,
- 6:12Speaker 3: because I thought you sent it to me. And so
- 6:14Speaker 3: I looked at it and I saw the Chipultley text.
- 6:18Speaker 1: That's not my fault.
- 6:19Speaker 3: No, I know, I'm saying that was on me. So
- 6:21Speaker 3: I saw the text and I thought that, okay.
- 6:23Speaker 1: There it is from a different day, from.
- 6:25Speaker 2: A different day, and it was like twelve something.
- 6:28Speaker 1: It doesn't matter. You have to drop the ball heavily.
- 6:31Speaker 1: And had I not had Nick and Joe, I would
- 6:34Speaker 1: have been screwed. I'm really not happy with you.
- 6:38Speaker 3: It's fine because we have Panda coming out of our ears,
- 6:41Speaker 3: and I don't.
- 6:43Speaker 2: I wish.
- 6:44Speaker 3: I wish I didn't pick it up. At this point,
- 6:47Speaker 3: I have bowel issues. I can't sit down without.
- 6:52Speaker 1: We've had it for every meal Panda Express.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Just to let you guys know, this party was on Saturday.
- 6:57Speaker 3: I've had it Saturday night.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Sunday.
- 7:01Speaker 3: Yeah, I had mudles and chicken for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Yesterday I felt like there was concrete in my body.
- 7:10Speaker 1: We still haven't made a dent.
- 7:12Speaker 2: No, So actually I wish I didn't pick it up.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Well, it was a spectacular party and all the kids
- 7:18Speaker 1: had so much fun. I used this party planner, Adri
- 7:22Speaker 1: She has a company called Picnic and Pedal, and I
- 7:26Speaker 1: just want to put it out there you guys, I
- 7:29Speaker 1: paid for this party. I'm only mentioning her, not for
- 7:34Speaker 1: any other reason. This isn't a spawn Con sponsored shout out.
- 7:38Speaker 1: She has done every single birthday party of Ocean, so
- 7:42Speaker 1: that's four years, and has made each birthday so spectacular.
- 7:48Speaker 1: If you are planning any type of party, I highly
- 7:52Speaker 1: recommend Picnic and Pedal. They always kill it. The detail
- 7:56Speaker 1: is insane. I just find myself, well, there's just so
- 8:01Speaker 1: much pressure taken off by using her.
- 8:03Speaker 2: We have the because she does the cookies. She does
- 8:06Speaker 2: it all.
- 8:07Speaker 1: I don't have to think about a thing. I am
- 8:10Speaker 1: not a creative person. So I'm like, you just said, like,
- 8:13Speaker 1: I trust you, send me it. I know what I
- 8:15Speaker 1: like and what I don't like, but I can't start
- 8:16Speaker 1: from scratch. It was so fabulous and all of the
- 8:21Speaker 1: kids had the best time. The party favors. I just
- 8:23Speaker 1: did these, like Little Minion, I like sippy not sippy cups. Yeah,
- 8:28Speaker 1: it's because I hate junkie party favors.
- 8:32Speaker 2: Yeah, it's not real.
- 8:33Speaker 3: It's like a metal They can refill it, put whatever
- 8:37Speaker 3: they want, they can take it to school.
- 8:38Speaker 2: Yeah, it's a It's a usable.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Usable party favor. And I have to tell you. So
- 8:43Speaker 1: I was talking to Ocean after the party and I
- 8:46Speaker 1: was like, Hey, we'll call him Henry. We'll just make
- 8:48Speaker 1: up a name. I was like, do you want to
- 8:50Speaker 1: have a playdate with Henry? I really love his mom.
- 8:54Speaker 1: His mom is really fun. Let's have a play date
- 8:56Speaker 1: with him. So then last night I get a a
- 9:00Speaker 1: text from a different kid. We'll call him Hank. Hank's
- 9:04Speaker 1: mom sends me a message and is like, hey, can
- 9:07Speaker 1: Hank FaceTime Ocean. He's talked about her all day. So
- 9:11Speaker 1: I say to her to ocean we're in bed, I said,
- 9:14Speaker 1: would you like to have a play date with Hank?
- 9:16Speaker 1: And she goes, I like, Hank, do you like Hank's mom?
- 9:22Speaker 1: I said, I love Hank's mom. She was, Okay, I'll
- 9:24Speaker 1: have a play date with him. Like she now knows
- 9:27Speaker 1: that it's stuck.
- 9:28Speaker 2: With me like them as well. But do you like it?
- 9:33Speaker 1: Because if you do, then like, for sure, I'll do
- 9:34Speaker 1: a play date.
- 9:35Speaker 2: But if you don't, I don't need to play them, right.
- 9:38Speaker 1: I'm like, yes, you figured out the rules of the game,
- 9:41Speaker 1: of the play date game.
- 9:42Speaker 2: She's quick to it.
- 9:48Speaker 1: You guys have heard me talk, Oh maybe you haven't.
- 9:51Speaker 1: I spoke about it briefly on Amazon Live that the
- 9:57Speaker 1: custody battle is fine over. Yeah, after three years and
- 10:03Speaker 1: some change. And I won't go into detail about what
- 10:07Speaker 1: that looked like. It was an insanely long day, hours
- 10:13Speaker 1: upon hours. I was dead and emotionally drained once it
- 10:17Speaker 1: was finished, just because when it's been such a long
- 10:21Speaker 1: road and such a long battle and just the unknown
- 10:25Speaker 1: and change freaks me out. And to say that, like
- 10:29Speaker 1: that chapter of my life is closed is such an
- 10:34Speaker 1: incredible feeling. I know that the agreement that we came
- 10:40Speaker 1: up with is going to benefit Ocean to the highest level.
- 10:46Speaker 1: And that's what you know, it's all about, is keeping
- 10:50Speaker 1: her in good spirits, her having consistency, which was my
- 10:54Speaker 1: biggest thing. I don't do well with chaos. And I
- 10:58Speaker 1: feel really, really grateful that it's over now. My eyes
- 11:01Speaker 1: are still open, my ears are open, like mom is
- 11:04Speaker 1: still mama bearing her ass off. But uh, like my
- 11:09Speaker 1: lawyer said, it'll never be fully over. But at least
- 11:13Speaker 1: we have a signed agreement that is not temporary, if
- 11:17Speaker 1: that makes sense.
- 11:18Speaker 2: Yes, So the questions have been answered in a way.
- 11:22Speaker 1: We have a roadmap now to follow. Whereas for the
- 11:25Speaker 1: past three years we had some like my old lawyer
- 11:29Speaker 1: was such a buffoon who like bled me dry. And
- 11:33Speaker 1: thank god that I was introduced to a new family
- 11:36Speaker 1: lawyer that really had uh, your interest, my best interest,
- 11:40Speaker 1: but most importantly Ocean's best interest at heart, and has
- 11:44Speaker 1: walked me through the family court system. He's just like
- 11:47Speaker 1: a really good, a good solid lawyer. And Tina Swiften,
- 11:52Speaker 1: who you guys know, she's a narcissistic abuse specialist. She
- 11:56Speaker 1: went through a ten year custody battle over her girls
- 11:59Speaker 1: and even she loves my lawyer. So I was like,
- 12:03Speaker 1: all right, this is a good man.
- 12:05Speaker 2: Oh I love your lawyer.
- 12:07Speaker 3: Like just when he's on the phone, even good days,
- 12:10Speaker 3: bad days, I feel like he's always digging Yeah, us
- 12:14Speaker 3: out of a trench.
- 12:15Speaker 1: I think so too. So that part of my life is,
- 12:19Speaker 1: you know, somewhat, it's somewhat come to a close. Also,
- 12:23Speaker 1: on that Amazon Live it had come out that Jack's
- 12:27Speaker 1: the Hot mic with Alex Baskin that podcast it came out,
- 12:30Speaker 1: it came out where he admitted to a twenty year
- 12:33Speaker 1: cocaine addiction and I don't do well live like it
- 12:42Speaker 1: kind of freaks me out because sometimes I misspeak or
- 12:46Speaker 1: I use words that maybe I shouldn't have used. And
- 12:50Speaker 1: I said on it, I'm extremely proud of him, and
- 12:53Speaker 1: of course that's what everyone picked up, right, Lala Kent
- 12:56Speaker 1: is extremely proud of jaxs Taylor and I I just
- 13:01Speaker 1: you know, And it did throw Brittany off. I got
- 13:03Speaker 1: a phone call shortly after and we got on the phone,
- 13:06Speaker 1: and you know, she was not happy with me, and
- 13:10Speaker 1: I did take myself and put myself in her shoes.
- 13:15Speaker 1: I was like, if back in the day she said
- 13:19Speaker 1: that about my ex, I would feel nothing but rage,
- 13:22Speaker 1: and like, how could you use that word when you
- 13:24Speaker 1: know what he's done to me? So I just want
- 13:26Speaker 1: to like somewhat try to explain myself a bit. And
- 13:29Speaker 1: this is not an excuse, because she very valid point.
- 13:32Speaker 1: I would have had someone's head on a platter if
- 13:34Speaker 1: the roles were reversed. I'm now somewhat on the other
- 13:37Speaker 1: side of this experience, and I try to tell people
- 13:40Speaker 1: when they're in it, you know this is not your forever,
- 13:43Speaker 1: This too shall pass. You will be okay to say
- 13:46Speaker 1: it doesn't shape who you are. I would be lying.
- 13:50Speaker 1: You come out of a situation like this a completely
- 13:53Speaker 1: different person, but you do come out of it much
- 13:57Speaker 1: stronger and the bad stuff doesn't affect you as as
- 14:02Speaker 1: much as it did in the moment. If I could
- 14:03Speaker 1: go back and tell myself when I was in that situation,
- 14:07Speaker 1: one thing, I would have told myself to handle situations
- 14:10Speaker 1: a little bit differently than I did. But that's, you know,
- 14:13Speaker 1: hindsight's twenty twenty and you can't deny emotions that you're
- 14:18Speaker 1: feeling in a moment.
- 14:19Speaker 2: No, but I also do. And that's the other thing,
- 14:22Speaker 2: is you were an addict. You're an addict. I'm an addict.
- 14:27Speaker 3: I were doing things and I feel like you came
- 14:31Speaker 3: and said, you're proud. I may not even know somebody
- 14:36Speaker 3: that is going through something, and I'm taking out the
- 14:38Speaker 3: person just who they are. Anybody who is an addict
- 14:43Speaker 3: who hears another addict is finding help, I'm always going
- 14:47Speaker 3: to be proud because I'm not looking at who that
- 14:51Speaker 3: person is or what they did to even people I
- 14:53Speaker 3: know around me.
- 14:54Speaker 2: I'm proud of them for finding help.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Okay.
- 14:57Speaker 3: That's how I also look at it, because it is
- 15:00Speaker 3: now he's being honest. If you're bringing that up, you're
- 15:03Speaker 3: now you've said you're an addict.
- 15:06Speaker 2: That's number one.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Well that is quite literally Step one, yeah.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Is Step one is saying that I am an addict.
- 15:13Speaker 3: And if he now just said that on a podcast,
- 15:16Speaker 3: I am outside of Jax Taylor's name, I am proud
- 15:20Speaker 3: of that addict finding help.
- 15:22Speaker 1: Okay.
- 15:23Speaker 2: And that's why I believe you said it.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Yes, And I was trying to explain to to Brittany
- 15:29Speaker 1: and we're all We're all good. The thing that I
- 15:31Speaker 1: love about my friendship with Brittany is that it is
- 15:34Speaker 1: nothing but honesty. Right, we have had it out with
- 15:37Speaker 1: each other, but we always come back around. And at
- 15:40Speaker 1: the end of our conversation, she said, I'm sorry that
- 15:43Speaker 1: I called and reacted this way. I just had to
- 15:45Speaker 1: say something, and I said, we do not have a
- 15:47Speaker 1: true friendship if you cannot call me and talk about
- 15:51Speaker 1: how you're feeling, even if it's explosive.
- 15:53Speaker 4: I i'd right, I call me and explode and talk
- 15:59Speaker 4: to me about the problem, and don't call somebody else
- 16:01Speaker 4: and start talking behind my back.
- 16:04Speaker 1: Right, And by the way, if you got a vent
- 16:05Speaker 1: about me, like by me, but but beind my back.
- 16:09Speaker 2: About me though I don't care. That's a true friend.
- 16:12Speaker 1: That is a true friend, but you she should also
- 16:15Speaker 1: be able to go invent about me to someone. Everyone
- 16:18Speaker 1: needs another person to you know. Not everything is for
- 16:21Speaker 1: our years. And I stand by that. There's been so
- 16:24Speaker 1: many times where I'm like, you know what. I apologize
- 16:26Speaker 1: that I said that, but I wasn't meant for you
- 16:28Speaker 1: to hear. So I'm like a little annoyed that like.
- 16:30Speaker 3: They told you, and because me telling them made me
- 16:33Speaker 3: feel really good and I forgot everything and.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Now I have living a little unproductive of them telling you.
- 16:41Speaker 1: But it's fine. I've also been a rat. So my
- 16:46Speaker 1: biggest thing with that was letting I know what JAXX
- 16:52Speaker 1: has done to Brittany. I know firsthand it is not
- 16:55Speaker 1: my story to share. That is Britney's story to share.
- 16:58Speaker 1: I blocked that man for a reason. I know that
- 17:01Speaker 1: a lot of things will come out on the valley.
- 17:04Speaker 1: The trailer just dropped. The trailer looks great. I love
- 17:09Speaker 1: what they did with Brittany as far as she's going
- 17:12Speaker 1: through the hardest time of her life, but they still
- 17:15Speaker 1: showed moments of who Brittany really is. Of like, she
- 17:19Speaker 1: has fun, She's got a laugh that is the most fun,
- 17:24Speaker 1: you know, And I love that they showed that because
- 17:26Speaker 1: I think it's going to be a pretty heavy season. Again,
- 17:29Speaker 1: I was like four hundred months pregnant, so I bop in.
- 17:33Speaker 1: But my biggest thing to her was like in sobriety.
- 17:37Speaker 1: And I don't think anyone who is not in the
- 17:40Speaker 1: program will ever understand this. I when I venture back
- 17:45Speaker 1: into the Bravo world of filming a show, it is
- 17:50Speaker 1: constant internal conflict because what I am learning in my
- 17:54Speaker 1: program at times, what I do in my professional life
- 18:01Speaker 1: it goes against everything I learned in my program. Quite literally,
- 18:05Speaker 1: and I'm like, how do I become okay with this?
- 18:09Speaker 1: Because this is my job, right, this is how I
- 18:13Speaker 1: pay my bills, bills, this is how I pay my bills,
- 18:16Speaker 1: this is how I feed my kids. So I can't
- 18:19Speaker 1: just give it up, right, It's a very fine line
- 18:22Speaker 1: that I'm walking. And I was trying to explain this
- 18:24Speaker 1: to Brittany. I'm in the rooms, okay, and we are
- 18:28Speaker 1: on a very public platform where if I'm the one
- 18:32Speaker 1: who goes in and says about someone like Jack's or
- 18:36Speaker 1: anybody for that matter, who comes out as an addict,
- 18:39Speaker 1: take away, you have to separate the person from the disease. Right,
- 18:45Speaker 1: That's what I had to do. Although I know what
- 18:47Speaker 1: Jacks is capable of and how he's treated my friend
- 18:51Speaker 1: strictly talking about him admitting his twenty year cocaine addiction,
- 18:55Speaker 1: I cannot be someone in the program that says bullshit
- 19:00Speaker 1: and here's a laundry list of all of the things
- 19:02Speaker 1: that you've done. I then become an unsafe person in
- 19:05Speaker 1: the room that I go to with my meetings. I
- 19:10Speaker 1: have to say, that is incredible that you are admitting that.
- 19:14Speaker 1: I wish you all the best and I will be
- 19:16Speaker 1: service to you in this program.
- 19:18Speaker 2: And there it is.
- 19:19Speaker 3: And that's the thing you don't Once somebody can admit
- 19:23Speaker 3: that they're powerless, their.
- 19:27Speaker 2: Name who they are, that's out the window.
- 19:31Speaker 3: You are now on a new path of becoming the
- 19:34Speaker 3: human that you want to be. So I am of service,
- 19:37Speaker 3: right that one thing is why you dismiss the name
- 19:42Speaker 3: the person, because they just did the hardest thing effort.
- 19:45Speaker 1: Well. By the way, though, in those rooms, I don't
- 19:47Speaker 1: know any of those people. All I know is you're
- 19:51Speaker 1: an addict because you're in this room with me. I
- 19:53Speaker 1: don't know how you treated your ex girlfriend, how you
- 19:55Speaker 1: treated your ex boyfriend, your wife, your children. I have
- 19:58Speaker 1: no freaking clue unless you get up and share that.
- 20:01Speaker 1: But even that is just such a small piece of
- 20:03Speaker 1: your story, right, There's always another side. So when I
- 20:07Speaker 1: was asked about Jack's in that video, you know, the
- 20:10Speaker 1: Amazon life, that's a place that I was coming from,
- 20:13Speaker 1: is I'm like, I got to shove everything that I
- 20:15Speaker 1: personally know about this man and only focus on the
- 20:18Speaker 1: sobriety part. And I did reach out to him over
- 20:21Speaker 1: a text message. I unblocked him and I told him
- 20:25Speaker 1: like I would take a bullet for Brittany like, that's
- 20:29Speaker 1: my girl. I will always pick her when it comes
- 20:31Speaker 1: to your sobriety. If you need anything, please reach out.
- 20:34Speaker 1: He reached out yesterday asking me for some meetings. Easton
- 20:38Speaker 1: helped me put a list together of meetings that and
- 20:41Speaker 1: he's spoken about going to these meetings. I'm not outing him.
- 20:44Speaker 1: I've made sure of that, and I told him I'll
- 20:47Speaker 1: always be here when it comes to your sobriety. But
- 20:50Speaker 1: when it comes down to it, Brittany is my friend.
- 20:53Speaker 1: I am in full support of her, and I pray
- 20:56Speaker 1: for his sobriety because he has Cruise and it is
- 21:00Speaker 1: detrimental that he stays clean. Yeah, so that Cruise has it.
- 21:04Speaker 3: At Yeah, and that's you know, those meetings are steps
- 21:08Speaker 3: to become a better father and all of those things.
- 21:12Speaker 2: So that's why you're being of service, you know.
- 21:14Speaker 3: Yeah, So it's good that you are doing that, because
- 21:16Speaker 3: if you were in this program and he had these
- 21:19Speaker 3: questions for you, and maybe you had you know, were
- 21:22Speaker 3: callous and didn't want to do it because of Brittany,
- 21:26Speaker 3: you may do a disservice to Brittany and Cruz and
- 21:28Speaker 3: now he doesn't feel safe of anything beyond.
- 21:32Speaker 1: That, I do a disservice to my own sobriety.
- 21:36Speaker 2: And that's the thing.
- 21:37Speaker 3: It's what he did is very hard to do. I've
- 21:40Speaker 3: done it on this podcast, and I promise you I'm
- 21:43Speaker 3: nowhere near Jax Taylor's name. So for him to go
- 21:46Speaker 3: and do that, he, I'm hoping, is really taking what
- 21:49Speaker 3: he has seriously, because you don't come out and just
- 21:52Speaker 3: say that two millions of people, because he has now
- 21:56Speaker 3: just put a target on his back that you really
- 21:58Speaker 3: can't go and do anything secretly.
- 22:00Speaker 2: People will find out. And that's how I know he
- 22:02Speaker 2: is taking this serious.
- 22:04Speaker 1: That is my hope, and his sobriety is a priority.
- 22:08Speaker 1: Brittany is my friend and she is my number one priority,
- 22:11Speaker 1: keeping her safe, keeping her in a good space, listening
- 22:14Speaker 1: to her, and letting her know that I am your teammate.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Although he x reaches out to me about certain things,
- 22:23Speaker 1: he will not manipulate me. I know this song and dance.
- 22:27Speaker 1: I will talk to him about sobriety it is, But Brittany,
- 22:30Speaker 1: you are my fucking team.
- 22:33Speaker 2: When it comes to Jack's.
- 22:35Speaker 3: When you guys are talking, it is about the program.
- 22:40Speaker 2: That's it.
- 22:40Speaker 1: Yes, I really liked the Valley trailer. I was shocked.
- 22:45Speaker 2: I made it.
- 22:46Speaker 1: See it everyone, it's ready, it's ready for viewing it.
- 22:52Speaker 2: So tell me you made it.
- 22:54Speaker 1: She was shocking. I was like, I barely was even
- 22:57Speaker 1: in this.
- 22:58Speaker 2: I remember you filmed five times at most, and.
- 23:02Speaker 1: It was very quick, quick little things.
- 23:06Speaker 3: Yeah, you were about you four hundred months pregnant, So
- 23:10Speaker 3: it was a very quick.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Longest pregnancy the doctor's ever seen in all his lifetimes.
- 23:15Speaker 3: And his dad, right, and his dad, well, you saw
- 23:18Speaker 3: his grandfather first pregnant and then he had to get
- 23:21Speaker 3: he retired, and then your husband.
- 23:23Speaker 2: And then he was I've ever seen.
- 23:25Speaker 1: I gotta put you to my son. I'm retiring.
- 23:27Speaker 2: I'm retiring. Here's my son, and he just had a son,
- 23:29Speaker 2: and you may be able to see him.
- 23:31Speaker 1: No, So the fact that I made the trailer, I
- 23:33Speaker 1: was like, wow, this is weird seeing myself pregnant. No,
- 23:38Speaker 1: I didn't see myself pregnant. It was just like I
- 23:40Speaker 1: haven't been. It's weird because although I was on a
- 23:44Speaker 1: show for a really long time, I've kind of sunk
- 23:48Speaker 1: into like not being in that world like that, like
- 23:51Speaker 1: I've kind of been okay with it. And to see
- 23:54Speaker 1: myself I felt very exposed.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, my anxiety is it's coming back? Like yes,
- 24:01Speaker 2: like what, You're right? I never thought of.
- 24:03Speaker 3: It that way, Like you saw yourself and you just
- 24:06Speaker 3: thought everything that you were on TV previously doing is
- 24:11Speaker 3: now going to come back.
- 24:13Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:13Speaker 1: I was like, what I do?
- 24:14Speaker 2: You can now judge me?
- 24:16Speaker 1: Right, And they're already doing that, and I'm like TV,
- 24:20Speaker 1: So I thought that they did a really good job.
- 24:23Speaker 1: I will say that Alex Baskin said, this is probably
- 24:26Speaker 1: one of his most iconic, the best shows, the best
- 24:34Speaker 1: season that he's put together, not of the Valley in general,
- 24:38Speaker 1: of all the projects, and that makes.
- 24:40Speaker 3: Me really excited because he's put together some iconic seasons.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Let me tell you, I didn't watch the first season.
- 24:45Speaker 3: Well, no, no, I don't because you were going through
- 24:48Speaker 3: your own thing and away from like you just said,
- 24:52Speaker 3: you got away from it, and now you go back
- 24:54Speaker 3: and you see yourself on TV.
- 24:56Speaker 1: Could be watching season two and not because I'm I
- 24:59Speaker 1: just all probably fast forwarding through my parts because I'm
- 25:02Speaker 1: just not quite or muting it because I do want
- 25:04Speaker 1: to see myself.
- 25:04Speaker 3: That's why I I'm very excited for it because I
- 25:09Speaker 3: have obviously the little insider dates of everything going on. Right,
- 25:13Speaker 3: But I am excited to see how it's all put together,
- 25:18Speaker 3: because they really did have a crazy ass season.
- 25:21Speaker 1: It was like never ending.
- 25:22Speaker 2: Oh you weren't even a part of it, and you
- 25:24Speaker 2: were getting phone calls just from people just to get
- 25:27Speaker 2: it off their chest.
- 25:28Speaker 1: And I loved it. I was like, so big, just
- 25:30Speaker 1: being like being an outsider to the drums is actually
- 25:33Speaker 1: five stars. Oh right, Yeah, it was great. Tama Judge
- 25:40Speaker 1: posted something on her story and it was she said
- 25:44Speaker 1: it was a long run when life gives you real problems.
- 25:47Speaker 1: This reality shit doesn't make sense. Peace, I'm out. So
- 25:50Speaker 1: they're filming right now, and Andy Quinquen Andy Cohen was
- 25:57Speaker 1: on his radio show and he was like, I obviously
- 26:00Speaker 1: you know, can't comment while they're still filming. But apparently
- 26:05Speaker 1: on their trip, she like quit the show. In this article,
- 26:11Speaker 1: it's saying that she posted this selfie from the airport
- 26:14Speaker 1: and that mental health is health, and I fully agree.
- 26:17Speaker 1: I think when a show starts taking a mental toll
- 26:20Speaker 1: on you, it is totally okay to tap out. But
- 26:25Speaker 1: she's going through a lot right now. Her co host
- 26:29Speaker 1: to two Tease, Teddy Mellencamp, has just you know, come
- 26:33Speaker 1: out with having cancer.
- 26:36Speaker 2: And that I.
- 26:38Speaker 3: Mean that there for like, if you're that close and
- 26:42Speaker 3: have that, I could see her that being enough to
- 26:45Speaker 3: tap out.
- 26:46Speaker 1: Yeah, and you know that's her best friend. And I
- 26:49Speaker 1: think when you you've done it well, start realizing real
- 26:52Speaker 1: life and you start having conversations that you find to
- 26:57Speaker 1: be fucking stupid when now.
- 27:00Speaker 2: Your best friend has cancer in real life gets real.
- 27:03Speaker 2: I mean that's enough.
- 27:04Speaker 3: Yeah, that's enough for me to look at like, hey,
- 27:07Speaker 3: I'm taking time and getting I'm making sure that my
- 27:10Speaker 3: best friend has somebody next to them if they need.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Yeah, and you do get angry. I always go back
- 27:16Speaker 1: to the season I filmed after dad passed away, and
- 27:20Speaker 1: I was like, how are we talking about anything other
- 27:22Speaker 1: than that?
- 27:23Speaker 2: You know?
- 27:24Speaker 1: And because other because life is happening. But I was
- 27:28Speaker 1: so angry because I'm like, the world is supposed to stop.
- 27:31Speaker 1: How is everyone?
- 27:33Speaker 3: Like?
- 27:33Speaker 1: How are people?
- 27:34Speaker 3: I was selfish and like I what made me feel
- 27:38Speaker 3: better and I was selfishly doing this is I needed
- 27:40Speaker 3: other people to be sad with me. They didn't need
- 27:42Speaker 3: to be sad for my dad, but they needed to
- 27:44Speaker 3: find and dig something that they were sad about because
- 27:47Speaker 3: you were missing because I was miserable.
- 27:49Speaker 2: So I needed misery. Yeah, I that is a totally
- 27:53Speaker 2: never And that was the thing.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Like it you didn't need to be sad for me
- 27:56Speaker 3: and my dad, but you needed to be sad with me.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Yeah, totally get that. Yeah, there's something that happens where
- 28:04Speaker 1: it's although you know Teddy is quite literally you know,
- 28:09Speaker 1: putting on the fight of her life, there's something there's
- 28:12Speaker 1: there's mourning that still happens. You know, the unknown, Well.
- 28:17Speaker 2: There it is, and you never know if cancer, Like.
- 28:19Speaker 1: What is this going to look?
- 28:20Speaker 2: Like?
- 28:20Speaker 1: How is this going to change my life? And then
- 28:23Speaker 1: the people around you do go through these stages of
- 28:29Speaker 1: oh my gosh, I'm devastated, Oh my gosh, I'm so
- 28:33Speaker 1: fucking angry. Yeah, and that is clearly going to impact
- 28:40Speaker 1: how you handle filming a show like Real Housewives mm hmm.
- 28:45Speaker 3: And then the repercussions of people talking about how you're acting,
- 28:49Speaker 3: you just don't need.
- 28:50Speaker 1: Right because then I know exactly what they're gonna say.
- 28:53Speaker 1: If she comes out of pocket this season, she's going
- 28:55Speaker 1: to go back. The audience will say, well, what was
- 28:59Speaker 1: your excuse for last?
- 29:00Speaker 2: Yeah, Like they're.
- 29:01Speaker 3: They'll always reach into the bag and things like that,
- 29:04Speaker 3: and it's like you know what, last season, maybe there
- 29:06Speaker 3: were things.
- 29:06Speaker 2: Going on like this that we didn't bring out there.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Maybe I'm just a bitch who calls out yea And
- 29:13Speaker 1: you may not like hurt, but I'm telling you it
- 29:16Speaker 1: is great television.
- 29:18Speaker 3: Well, I mean, there's a reason why she's been on
- 29:20Speaker 3: it for as long as she has, and she does
- 29:23Speaker 3: deserve to take a break if if that is for
- 29:25Speaker 3: mental mental reasons, and I don't think you need to.
- 29:28Speaker 2: Have a like can you hear that?
- 29:31Speaker 1: Is that your stomach?
- 29:32Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 29:32Speaker 3: That's Panda Express trying to make its way out something,
- 29:38Speaker 3: making it concrete.
- 29:42Speaker 1: I can't roy producers are looking for new ladies to
- 29:46Speaker 1: come in for season six. Oh yeah, if you could
- 29:52Speaker 1: pick two of them, who would you choose.
- 29:55Speaker 2: To stay stay on the news? So is that what
- 29:58Speaker 2: it's up to? Just two of them? Are?
- 30:01Speaker 1: I mean? I think it? They never Bravo was very
- 30:04Speaker 1: good at keeping a tight lid on things until it's
- 30:10Speaker 1: like out and ready to go, because I don't think
- 30:12Speaker 1: that they want a lot of people's opinions, you know,
- 30:16Speaker 1: and I understand that because you're never going to have
- 30:21Speaker 1: a solid, one way answer. All we know is people
- 30:25Speaker 1: did not like the They didn't like last season for me,
- 30:29Speaker 1: I call it season two with this new cast, they
- 30:32Speaker 1: were over it. I did not watch literally any of it.
- 30:37Speaker 1: I even tried to watch the reunions coming off of
- 30:40Speaker 1: like a pretty insane finale for them, and even that
- 30:44Speaker 1: was like pretty snoozy. So something's gotta change. If I
- 30:48Speaker 1: could keep let me go first, Okay, you go first,
- 30:51Speaker 1: so that I honestly.
- 30:54Speaker 2: Airing, okay, and then Geno, Lions, Generalians has to stay.
- 31:00Speaker 1: In my opinion, Wow, I did not think that that
- 31:03Speaker 1: was the direction you were going to get.
- 31:05Speaker 2: Really not at all.
- 31:06Speaker 3: I think I also Uba, but you said too. Uba
- 31:12Speaker 3: could take either of their spots. I do love her, Okay,
- 31:15Speaker 3: but let's.
- 31:16Speaker 2: Say Jenna Lions and Uba.
- 31:19Speaker 3: Maybe I don't think and Aaron brings a storyline like
- 31:22Speaker 3: Uba does. But Jenna Lyons is just iconic with everything
- 31:26Speaker 3: she does, so I feel like she has to stay.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Okay, you want to hear mine? Yeah, I would either
- 31:30Speaker 1: go Jessel oh.
- 31:33Speaker 2: I do love Jet. Yeah.
- 31:34Speaker 3: Maybe I just need another season with all of them
- 31:37Speaker 3: one more time. Let's just see what they can do.
- 31:40Speaker 1: Let's give him Al Aaron or I would do?
- 31:43Speaker 2: Is this their second season? Yes? See, I feel like
- 31:49Speaker 2: you got to give them one more run. Not it isn't,
- 31:53Speaker 2: but I don't ford it is.
- 31:56Speaker 3: But like that's the other thing is like I don't
- 31:58Speaker 3: dislike any of the cares, like the the women on.
- 32:00Speaker 1: It, they're not meshing.
- 32:02Speaker 3: Well no, but obviously there can be something that you
- 32:05Speaker 3: can do to make that television.
- 32:08Speaker 1: No, you got to you gotta switch it up.
- 32:10Speaker 2: I think third times a charm in my opinion.
- 32:15Speaker 1: Really yeah, I thought that having Rebecca min Cough was
- 32:20Speaker 1: like I think they thought it could be iconic, but
- 32:22Speaker 1: it just wasn't. That didn't slap Brynn. I don't think
- 32:26Speaker 1: mentally can handle it right now. I think she needs
- 32:28Speaker 1: to take such I I.
- 32:31Speaker 2: Love obviously Brinn on my television.
- 32:32Speaker 3: No, I think she's in that boat of she needs
- 32:34Speaker 3: to find her and I don't think she was built
- 32:38Speaker 3: for reality TV.
- 32:39Speaker 1: You know what, then let's get rid of two people.
- 32:41Speaker 1: I think Jen Rebecca Minkoff she was. I don't think
- 32:44Speaker 1: she was main I can't remember.
- 32:46Speaker 2: But let's get but let's do and Brent and I
- 32:49Speaker 2: is there one more because Brn, I think is uh
- 32:52Speaker 2: is not even a pick.
- 32:53Speaker 3: I think she needs to be off for mental reasons
- 32:56Speaker 3: to find her to do things to others.
- 33:00Speaker 1: Yes, I could do without Gena Allons.
- 33:03Speaker 2: Really.
- 33:03Speaker 1: Yeah, I think she's totally iconic but boring, but doesn't
- 33:07Speaker 1: Reality TV is such a specific type of iconic that
- 33:11Speaker 1: you have to.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Be and see, you know, more than me. I just
- 33:14Speaker 2: enjoyed watching her, but maybe I see, but I'm.
- 33:16Speaker 1: Like the boring, Like I didn't find her to be
- 33:21Speaker 1: someone that I was like looking forward to her scenes.
- 33:23Speaker 1: I think ci Uba Jessel and Aaron Steer the ship
- 33:30Speaker 1: and then you you know, work around that cast.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Yeah, I like that.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Yeah, I do too, you know. Okay, I wanted to
- 33:39Speaker 1: talk about Neo for a second. Did you read this.
- 33:42Speaker 2: Neo the singer.
- 33:43Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm so sick of love songs, so sad and slow,
- 33:50Speaker 1: you know what I'm talking about?
- 33:51Speaker 2: Yes?
- 33:52Speaker 1: Icon kind of a dick though.
- 33:54Speaker 2: Did he do something that I'm not gonna like him? For?
- 33:57Speaker 1: His ex came forward talking about how he's an narcissist.
- 34:00Speaker 1: This was a few years ago, and like, really.
- 34:02Speaker 3: Doesn't Sometimes I feel like a lot of people just
- 34:04Speaker 3: throw that word around.
- 34:05Speaker 1: It's not true. Wrong, wrong, art audience member. Okay, it
- 34:11Speaker 1: is an epidemic. They're everywhere and people you want to
- 34:15Speaker 1: know why it's everywhere, and you want to know why.
- 34:21Speaker 1: You want to know why it's being thrown around now
- 34:23Speaker 1: because everyone is because people are finally learning that narcissism
- 34:27Speaker 1: doesn't equal big egos themselves. It is such a specific
- 34:34Speaker 1: and once you see one, you cannot un see it.
- 34:36Speaker 1: You're like, oh my god, they are everywhere. No, truly,
- 34:40Speaker 1: I am I one, not in the slightest.
- 34:43Speaker 2: I don't know who I am.
- 34:44Speaker 1: People say that I'm one.
- 34:46Speaker 2: Maybe I'll try to be one, Please don't.
- 34:48Speaker 1: That's not even funny.
- 34:50Speaker 2: I don't even know how to be one.
- 34:52Speaker 1: Neo has introduced the world to his four girlfriends the
- 34:56Speaker 1: polyamorous relationship. He says, say something nice or move on.
- 35:01Speaker 1: I'm okay with this. How do you feel about it?
- 35:04Speaker 1: I could never be in a relationship like that because
- 35:07Speaker 1: I'm selfish.
- 35:08Speaker 3: I like, I'm possessive, really mine and only mine.
- 35:13Speaker 1: I don't find you. I've seen you with girlfriends, and
- 35:15Speaker 1: you're not possessive in the least.
- 35:17Speaker 3: I'm not going to say, like, I'm actually possessive, but like,
- 35:20Speaker 3: if I'm dating you, you're not dating anyone else, neither.
- 35:22Speaker 1: Am I I think that that's yeah, yeah, I think
- 35:25Speaker 1: that that's totally fine. Yeah, but someone who has a
- 35:29Speaker 1: hard time staying faithful to one person, I think it
- 35:34Speaker 1: is one hundred percent okay to be like, you know what,
- 35:37Speaker 1: I find it to be a struggle to commit to
- 35:39Speaker 1: just one.
- 35:40Speaker 2: Yeah, but I stopping it four.
- 35:42Speaker 1: Well, guess what I think now that it's out there,
- 35:45Speaker 1: he could have a conversation with all four of them
- 35:48Speaker 1: and be like, are you cool with bringing in someone
- 35:50Speaker 1: else to the mix?
- 35:52Speaker 2: Hi?
- 35:53Speaker 1: Yah?
- 35:53Speaker 3: It sounds like a lot of visits to the old
- 35:55Speaker 3: STV doctor.
- 35:57Speaker 1: No, I don't think so. And here's I say that.
- 36:01Speaker 1: I think once you can be out there as being
- 36:05Speaker 1: your truest self and you're honest, that opens a line
- 36:10Speaker 1: of communication, and with communication, I believe comes safety, security,
- 36:17Speaker 1: hearts don't get hurt, you know, like they are all
- 36:20Speaker 1: aware that this is how they've all signed up for
- 36:24Speaker 1: this type of life now with him?
- 36:26Speaker 2: Yeah, good, honor couldn't It's kind.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Of fun because if it's like, Ugh, Neil really wants
- 36:32Speaker 1: a blowy tonight and you can talk to the rest
- 36:34Speaker 1: of the girls and you're like, I'm tired and like
- 36:38Speaker 1: Susie's had a little too much to drink.
- 36:39Speaker 2: The blow yourself.
- 36:41Speaker 1: But Savannah is down for the cause, so you like,
- 36:44Speaker 1: punt the heavy lifting off to Savannah for the night.
- 36:47Speaker 2: But what if he doesn't want Savannah? What if it's
- 36:51Speaker 2: Jenny's night. No, she's not down for the blowing.
- 36:54Speaker 1: But you have four?
- 36:56Speaker 2: Yeah, but Neo is Neo going to go tonight and.
- 37:00Speaker 1: Schedule things? Now it's becoming complicated. Now I'm thinking maybe
- 37:03Speaker 1: it's a really bad idea. See, he says, since the
- 37:07Speaker 1: world is so intrigued, I guess I should introduce my
- 37:10Speaker 1: lovers properly. Ladies and gents, I present my pyramid.
- 37:15Speaker 2: Oh, my god, god, my pyramid.
- 37:18Speaker 1: Here they are and quite literally a triangle pyramid looking
- 37:23Speaker 1: thing sitting next to each other.
- 37:26Speaker 2: Looks like they could all do better. It kind of.
- 37:30Speaker 1: Looks fun does. Ladies are ri l Hill, Breonna Williams,
- 37:35Speaker 1: Christina and Monete. I think that's how you say it.
- 37:41Speaker 1: They all look beautiful. They're all eating lobster, having the
- 37:45Speaker 1: best time ever, just getting laid left and right. It
- 37:49Speaker 1: looks exhausting. To be quite honest, I'd be happy if
- 37:52Speaker 1: Neo left. I'd be like, Oh, this.
- 37:53Speaker 2: Is my type of that's I'm thinking Neo in that boat.
- 37:57Speaker 3: It is like, oh, that's a lot of conversations, all
- 38:00Speaker 3: very beautiful, very tired.
- 38:02Speaker 1: Oh, it looks like they have fun. You guys, look
- 38:04Speaker 1: it up. I'm on page six. You guys have probably
- 38:07Speaker 1: seen it already. I live under a rock, but I
- 38:09Speaker 1: don't know one. R and b artists four bad bitches.
- 38:14Speaker 1: That's what it is. Real Housewives of Atlanta return on
- 38:18Speaker 1: Sunday night. Are you excited for it? Rorcia Williams is back,
- 38:23Speaker 1: Drusidora is going to be back as well. And then
- 38:26Speaker 1: it looks like Kenya may make a brief appearance. But
- 38:29Speaker 1: she left the show after that whole thing where she
- 38:33Speaker 1: put photos up of like one of her cast members
- 38:35Speaker 1: giving a blowjob. It was like revenge porn and kind
- 38:38Speaker 1: of backfired. She did do the tamer and Hall show
- 38:43Speaker 1: and was very remorseful. I I know that Kenya is
- 38:49Speaker 1: an acquired taste. I think that she's made decisions that
- 38:52Speaker 1: not everyone loves. She has always been so friendly to
- 38:55Speaker 1: me and kind. I like her. Cynthia Baileyison as a friend.
- 39:00Speaker 2: Of Okay, yeah, it'll be a good season.
- 39:04Speaker 1: And then uh, Shemiah Morton, She's been on for so long,
- 39:09Speaker 1: but she upgraded. They threw her a peach.
- 39:11Speaker 2: Oh, she's got the peach.
- 39:13Speaker 1: She got the peach. She's going to be turning around
- 39:15Speaker 1: like this with maybe a hair wab.
- 39:18Speaker 2: Oh do you think they do it with two hints? Yeah?
- 39:20Speaker 1: And I bet she's going to have a legout.
- 39:22Speaker 2: You better have to wait.
- 39:24Speaker 1: Really, how does that work? The Bravo fan favorite Phaedra
- 39:29Speaker 1: Parks is slated to return to the Real Housewives later
- 39:32Speaker 1: in the season. Thank God. When she went on to
- 39:35Speaker 1: Married to Medicine, I was like, Okay, great for Married
- 39:39Speaker 1: to Medicine. That's a great show. It didn't seem like
- 39:43Speaker 1: the right fit.
- 39:45Speaker 2: Could tell you.
- 39:46Speaker 1: She is an Atlanta housewife through and through. I love Phaedra.
- 39:52Speaker 1: If you guys remember I had kind of said that,
- 39:55Speaker 1: like I heard she was like kind of a nightmare.
- 39:59Speaker 1: We all hear when I met her at Bravocon a
- 40:03Speaker 1: couple of years ago. She could not have been kinder,
- 40:07Speaker 1: more gracious. She was so friendly. I'm like, you know what,
- 40:11Speaker 1: this just goes to show that you cannot have one
- 40:14Speaker 1: off day no, because people remember, and that's a sad
- 40:21Speaker 1: thing that you have to be on at all times, friendly,
- 40:24Speaker 1: smiling at because there are times where it's like I
- 40:27Speaker 1: don't freaking want to be on today. I'm pissed. I
- 40:30Speaker 1: woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
- 40:32Speaker 2: Don't talk to me, don't talk to me.
- 40:35Speaker 1: And someone probably took that one moment and spread these
- 40:40Speaker 1: lies about Phaedra Parks. I like her, and I love
- 40:43Speaker 1: the fact that her tell is the eye twitch.
- 40:46Speaker 2: Shet away with shit.
- 40:48Speaker 1: On Atlanta anymore after traders think about it now anytime
- 40:54Speaker 1: someone calls her out on Atlanta because of wes On,
- 41:00Speaker 1: traders called out the eye twitch said your eye twitches,
- 41:04Speaker 1: and then it was like they're gonna know, They're gonna
- 41:07Speaker 1: be like this bullshit, Padri, your eye is twitching, you know.
- 41:11Speaker 2: No, it ain't. It is not.
- 41:14Speaker 1: It's like it's my fake eyelash.
- 41:16Speaker 2: I just got some scaring my eye.
- 41:19Speaker 1: Did you watch I think it would be hard. There's
- 41:24Speaker 1: just something about like a tell that you cannot get
- 41:27Speaker 1: rid of. It doesn't matter how hard you try. Otherwise
- 41:30Speaker 1: we would all conquer our tells and we'd all just
- 41:32Speaker 1: be out in these streets. Narcissistic liars, right the devil
- 41:36Speaker 1: in the family. The fallout of Ruby Frankie that it
- 41:40Speaker 1: is crazy, you guys, She's the influencer that was like
- 41:44Speaker 1: a mom blogger and she started out very normal. This
- 41:47Speaker 1: new docu series. Finally the husband is interviewed, the oldest daughter,
- 41:56Speaker 1: and the oldest son, and and one hundred or a thing.
- 42:00Speaker 3: It's over a thousand hours, over one thousand hours of
- 42:03Speaker 3: unreleased footage.
- 42:04Speaker 1: Yeah, like the archives, and she's like talking about pens.
- 42:06Speaker 1: She's like the scheduling, and she sounds why can I
- 42:10Speaker 1: hear you?
- 42:12Speaker 2: I was just about to say that to the dogs.
- 42:14Speaker 1: It was wild. I'm like, this is where you take
- 42:17Speaker 1: the opportunity to the moms to be like if you
- 42:20Speaker 1: hear the noise in the back, this.
- 42:22Speaker 3: Is the little time I have to get this situated
- 42:24Speaker 3: and then we're off to church instead.
- 42:27Speaker 2: That's the thing I loved. How why am I hear
- 42:29Speaker 2: it in the dad? You're getting ready.
- 42:31Speaker 1: For church, so it's twelve thirty five, that's why there's noise.
- 42:37Speaker 1: It was the most insane culty. Let me tell you
- 42:41Speaker 1: guys something, and I've talked about this before. There are
- 42:44Speaker 1: parts of the Mormon Church that I look at and
- 42:46Speaker 1: I go, those are amazing values. If you can just
- 42:49Speaker 1: pluck those values out and implement them into your life,
- 42:55Speaker 1: you are going to be in great shape. They interview
- 43:00Speaker 1: a guy and he talks about Happy Valley. Now, when
- 43:02Speaker 1: I lived there, I was aware of Happy Valley. However,
- 43:06Speaker 1: I was told, allegedly, allegedly it was called Happy Valley
- 43:12Speaker 1: because a majority of the residents were addicted to anti drugs.
- 43:18Speaker 2: Anti yes, And that's why I'm.
- 43:21Speaker 1: Pretty sure that's that's literally why I was told they
- 43:26Speaker 1: call it Happy Valley because they're all on happy drugs.
- 43:30Speaker 3: Utah just stand if you wikipedia, Utah just will put addiction.
- 43:36Speaker 1: There's there's a high level of pill popping happening. The
- 43:43Speaker 1: amount of pressure that the Mormon Church puts on men
- 43:48Speaker 1: and women is so unhealthy and destructive. I cannot get
- 43:54Speaker 1: behind that church to save my fucking life.
- 43:57Speaker 2: Just the uh the view of perfect that part.
- 44:01Speaker 1: And you know what, there are some people that may
- 44:03Speaker 1: conquer it and say this is my religion, and I
- 44:05Speaker 1: practice it to the best of my ability, But I'm
- 44:07Speaker 1: only human. For those people, that is amazing. I think
- 44:11Speaker 1: that's great. I've always been transparent and organized. Religion freaks
- 44:15Speaker 1: me out and I sometimes will go to the Utah Airport.
- 44:20Speaker 1: I haven't been back in a while, but when I've
- 44:22Speaker 1: been and there's missionaries coming or going, I cannot help.
- 44:26Speaker 1: But feel deep, deep sorrow.
- 44:29Speaker 3: Oh, when I would fly to LA, like when I've
- 44:32Speaker 3: lived in Utah and I'd come out to see you guys.
- 44:35Speaker 2: Yeah, there would always be.
- 44:38Speaker 3: Like missionaries going out and going to LA to go
- 44:41Speaker 3: to wherever they were going.
- 44:43Speaker 2: And every time I.
- 44:45Speaker 3: Would look at them, I would just like lose life
- 44:50Speaker 3: because I felt so bad.
- 44:52Speaker 1: And you know what, they may like read me into
- 44:55Speaker 1: it and love it, and for that I've just seen
- 44:58Speaker 1: more times than not.
- 45:00Speaker 3: I've been closer to the people who hate it more
- 45:03Speaker 3: than closer to the people who love it.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Yeah, And this is just like another I mean, there's
- 45:07Speaker 1: a whole reality show, the Mormon Wives Show, where it's.
- 45:10Speaker 2: Like secret lives of Mormon lives.
- 45:12Speaker 1: Addicted to that show because it it's a cult wild.
- 45:16Speaker 5: It's a culty feel that nobody unless you go to
- 45:21Speaker 5: Utah and you live in it, you can't explain it,
- 45:25Speaker 5: explain it, and it is the weirdest feeling.
- 45:28Speaker 2: But when you leave it and then you're the outsider
- 45:30Speaker 2: looking in on it, you are very intrigued. This is
- 45:33Speaker 2: fucking weird. Yeah.
- 45:35Speaker 1: So this Ruby Frankie though, was like a very normal
- 45:38Speaker 1: mom at first. Yeah, and then she got addicted to
- 45:41Speaker 1: the paycheck. She got addicted to the fame and the fame.
- 45:45Speaker 1: It was the one thing that she wanted.
- 45:46Speaker 3: She didn't get addicted to the paycheck. Even the dad
- 45:49Speaker 3: said that she never cared about money.
- 45:52Speaker 1: She wanted the validation.
- 45:53Speaker 2: She wanted the validation and the fame.
- 45:55Speaker 1: He was saying that the one thing she always wanted
- 45:58Speaker 1: to be was a great mom, but she was never
- 46:01Speaker 1: praised for it. And the moment she posted her first
- 46:04Speaker 1: video that went viral, she for the first time was
- 46:07Speaker 1: validated for her job as a mom. Yeah, and she
- 46:12Speaker 1: was like a really cute mom. However, there's a scene
- 46:15Speaker 1: of her showing those pens Easton And even if I
- 46:18Speaker 1: didn't know she was insane and like the devil reincarnated,
- 46:23Speaker 1: I would be terrified of her.
- 46:24Speaker 3: Oh, Like if you didn't know who she was or
- 46:26Speaker 3: and you were like, hey, just watch this like ten
- 46:28Speaker 3: seconds of this video, I'd.
- 46:30Speaker 1: Depends if she does it like four different ways she
- 46:32Speaker 1: holds in this.
- 46:35Speaker 2: So excy.
- 46:36Speaker 3: I know, I'd be looking at it like is she
- 46:39Speaker 3: doing magic, gonna make one disappear or something?
- 46:41Speaker 2: Who is this woman?
- 46:42Speaker 1: Favorite favorite part of the entire documentary, the cops roll
- 46:49Speaker 1: up on the house banging on the door and Jody
- 46:51Speaker 1: Hilda Brands in their Bang Baby the line she was,
- 46:55Speaker 1: I'm on the phone with my lawyer. That's great, get
- 46:57Speaker 1: out of the house.
- 46:58Speaker 2: Oh my favorite.
- 47:00Speaker 1: Do you need a warrant?
- 47:01Speaker 2: Not in this situation, not at this moment or not
- 47:03Speaker 2: at this time? We do not.
- 47:05Speaker 1: So that was my most favorite part. You want to
- 47:07Speaker 1: know what was the most wild though, was at the
- 47:09Speaker 1: very end. The husband is asked by a producer do
- 47:12Speaker 1: you still love her? And he says, yes, I still
- 47:15Speaker 1: love her. No, that's he's still brainwashed.
- 47:19Speaker 3: Yeah, because how you could look at your children and then.
- 47:25Speaker 1: I love for someone that did that to them?
- 47:27Speaker 3: Yeah, Like I my hatred for that human would go
- 47:34Speaker 3: to length of how can I hurt her in prison?
- 47:38Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 47:39Speaker 3: Like I would look at my kids every day and
- 47:41Speaker 3: just only that thought would hit and just I would
- 47:44Speaker 3: have demonic thoughts of it, saying what this woman did
- 47:48Speaker 3: to these kids?
- 47:49Speaker 2: I she needs to feel because.
- 47:52Speaker 1: Prison is and I don't think that thirty years was enough.
- 47:55Speaker 1: You're rotting in here for like end of your days.
- 47:58Speaker 3: I want her out side in hot sand with black clothes,
- 48:04Speaker 3: no socks, and I want so to.
- 48:06Speaker 1: Say it like an eye for an eye type.
- 48:07Speaker 3: Mentality and I want you handcuffed to waits. Oh wow, yes,
- 48:12Speaker 3: I like That's how I feel. I would love if
- 48:16Speaker 3: you know.
- 48:16Speaker 1: That's a contentsial topic.
- 48:17Speaker 2: It is, and I really do like it. What you
- 48:20Speaker 2: do is how you get done. So if you do
- 48:23Speaker 2: that and you get caught, you get done that certain way,
- 48:25Speaker 2: and I guarantee a lot of crime would stop and
- 48:27Speaker 2: a lot of things because if you get caught for
- 48:29Speaker 2: doing that, I get I have to do this. Yeah.
- 48:33Speaker 1: No, hey, I mean, I hate to say it. I
- 48:36Speaker 1: agree with you. I mean, we have there is nothing
- 48:39Speaker 1: more innocent than children and animals. So I highly recommend
- 48:44Speaker 1: watching that docuseries because I loved how many hours of
- 48:48Speaker 1: footage they showed. It was just like the documentaries that
- 48:52Speaker 1: I've seen and like the twenty twenty version also very good.
- 48:57Speaker 1: But when they're interviewing the kids and the husband mm hmm.
- 49:00Speaker 1: By the way, the husband got hot.
- 49:03Speaker 5: Yeah, he got good with a beard, a great beard.
- 49:06Speaker 2: Yeah yeah, he just needs to hate that.
- 49:08Speaker 1: Woman, right, and he lost all hotness when he was
- 49:11Speaker 1: like her, I just want my family back, bro, Where
- 49:16Speaker 1: are you watching what we're wanting?
- 49:18Speaker 2: He got kicked out of your family, buddy, And.
- 49:20Speaker 1: Then your wife turned into the devil. However, the oldest
- 49:24Speaker 1: daughter did say, I don't believe that Jody turned her
- 49:28Speaker 1: into this person. I believe she had abuse in her
- 49:30Speaker 1: all along.
- 49:31Speaker 3: I well, they were kind of getting like abused in
- 49:35Speaker 3: a way before she even met her.
- 49:37Speaker 1: Mm hmmm.
- 49:38Speaker 3: He was getting expelled from school because his mom. He
- 49:41Speaker 3: didn't want to listen to adults because his mom was
- 49:43Speaker 3: so terrible.
- 49:44Speaker 1: Well, yeah, that's what making him do all of these.
- 49:46Speaker 2: Things for seven months. Well that's abuse.
- 49:49Speaker 1: That's why she got canceled.
- 49:50Speaker 3: Well that's where she liked to find and that was
- 49:53Speaker 3: without Jody. So this was in her before Jody, of course.
- 49:57Speaker 2: So and that was the other thing that I love
- 50:00Speaker 2: that she said.
- 50:00Speaker 3: When she was crying, like locked up with like chains
- 50:03Speaker 3: and she was saying like how she felt bad, she
- 50:05Speaker 3: was like I've heard too many like crocodile tears from
- 50:08Speaker 3: her to believe anything.
- 50:09Speaker 1: That's so true.
- 50:12Speaker 2: And they both didn't.
- 50:13Speaker 3: I liked how she goes and I didn't even want
- 50:14Speaker 3: to look at her, so I just stared at the
- 50:16Speaker 3: judge the whole time.
- 50:17Speaker 1: I couldn't look at her either. How could you, I
- 50:20Speaker 1: don't think you could. I mean, she's truly the devil. Yeah, Like,
- 50:24Speaker 1: I can't imagine doing that to my children. Well no
- 50:27Speaker 1: one could, obviously.
- 50:28Speaker 3: No looking at them and thinking that the devil was
- 50:31Speaker 3: in them.
- 50:32Speaker 2: It's like, who do you look?
- 50:34Speaker 3: Who do you think you are that you would have
- 50:37Speaker 3: spawned right look in the mirror.
- 50:40Speaker 1: I want to thank you guys for tuning in to
- 50:42Speaker 1: another episode of the Give Them La La podcasts, and
- 50:45Speaker 1: I'm going to catch you guys on Monday for the
- 50:47Speaker 1: bonus and then again next week on Wednesday. I love
- 50:52Speaker 1: you guys, have a great rest of the week. Back
