- 0:02Speaker 1: and that same night, he was.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Already asking me for a loan i'm sorry i didn't
- 0:06Speaker 2: realize it was in the middle of a mortgage application
- 0:08Speaker 2: i'm gonna talk fast because i know how your attention
- 0:10Speaker 2: spans be but i moved to a new town in
- 0:11Speaker 2: 2020 and i didn't have no friends i wasn't looking
- 0:14Speaker 2: for a hookup i wasn't looking for a date i
- 0:15Speaker 2: just wanted somebody to smoke with i downloaded tinder and
- 0:18Speaker 2: i'm like all right bet i'm gonna go through these
- 0:19Speaker 2: dudes and see who i can match with i guess
- 0:21Speaker 2: 2020 everybody smokes i matched with this one guy and
- 0:23Speaker 2: it just so happens that he lives like literally down
- 0:26Speaker 2: the street from where i'm at so i'm like all
- 0:27Speaker 2: right bet you're talking on tinder for a little bit
- 0:29Speaker 2: then he gives me his number he's like here just
- 0:30Speaker 2: text my number i'm like okay cool don't him judge
- 0:32Speaker 2: me but we linked up that same night but like
- 0:34Speaker 2: i said it was on some smoking weed shit like
- 0:35Speaker 2: we was not trying to do anything else at least
- 0:38Speaker 2: i wasn't so i tell him to meet me in
- 0:39Speaker 2: the middle because i didn't want to give him my
- 0:40Speaker 2: address and i didn't want to walk all the way
- 0:42Speaker 2: to his crib so we walked and met in the
- 0:43Speaker 2: middle getting to know each other more we're about to
- 0:45Speaker 2: start rolling up smoking cool we're like two blunts in
- 0:49Speaker 2: at this point and he goes can i borrow.
- 0:51Speaker 3: Forty dollars.
- 0:54Speaker 2: I'm looking around because i'm like you're talking to me
- 0:55Speaker 2: or you have a phone apparently he was talking to
- 0:57Speaker 2: me So I was like, $ 40 for what?
- 0:59Speaker 1: He was like, oh, my birthday is next week. I
- 1:01Speaker 1: need $ 40 to get a haircut. I'm like, your birthday
- 1:04Speaker 1: is not next week. Show me your ID.
- 1:05Speaker 3: Lo and behold, he.
- 1:06Speaker 4: Shows me his ID and his birthday was next week.
- 1:09Speaker 3: This was October 2020.
- 1:10Speaker 1: So he's a Scorpio. Just putting that out there. So
- 1:12Speaker 1: then I'm like, I guess I'll give you $ 40, but
- 1:14Speaker 1: you got to pay me back. He said he worked
- 1:16Speaker 1: at UPS. I worked at UPS. I know y'all get
- 1:18Speaker 1: paid weekly. So I know you're good for it.
- 1:20Speaker 4: He was like, no, for sure.
- 1:20Speaker 1: I got you.
- 1:21Speaker 3: But can I actually.
- 1:22Speaker 4: Get $ 80?
- 1:24Speaker 3: I was like, what do you need.
- 1:25Speaker 1: $ 80 for? What haircut costs $ 80? He was like, well,
- 1:28Speaker 1: I'm gonna get a haircut and then I'm gonna get
- 1:29Speaker 1: a bottle for my birthday.
- 1:30Speaker 3: I was like, you know what?
- 1:32Speaker 4: I'm a very generous person. If I got it, everybody
- 1:34Speaker 4: around me got it.
- 1:35Speaker 1: And I don't know if that's a toxic trait or
- 1:37Speaker 1: a good thing. My therapist said that's a toxic trait,
- 1:39Speaker 1: but hey, I fully expect people to have me the
- 1:42Speaker 1: way that I have them, even though that's never turned
- 1:44Speaker 1: out to be true.
- 1:45Speaker 3: So I'm like, Yeah, I guess.
- 1:47Speaker 2: I'll cash up you 80. Just pay me back when
- 1:49Speaker 2: you get paid next week. He was like, yeah, I
- 1:50Speaker 2: got you for sure. All right, so boom, we talking,
- 1:52Speaker 2: chopping it up. We still smoking. Then towards the end
- 1:55Speaker 2: of the night, I was like, all right, I'm going
- 1:56Speaker 2: to call it.
- 1:56Speaker 3: I'm going to go home. He was like, yeah, same. Blah, blah, blah.
- 2:00Speaker 2: Next day, we don't talk. I don't think it's weird
- 2:02Speaker 2: because mind you, I don't know you.
- 2:04Speaker 3: I just met you. We just smoked.
- 2:05Speaker 4: That's it.
- 2:05Speaker 1: So I'm not tripping over the fact that we didn't
- 2:07Speaker 1: talk today.
- 2:08Speaker 2: Next day, now it's been 48 hours since he asked
- 2:10Speaker 2: me for $ 80 and I gave it to him.
- 2:12Speaker 4: Crickets.
- 2:14Speaker 3: Crickets.
- 2:14Speaker 4: I'm like, damn.
- 2:15Speaker 3: Well, I kind of want to smoke. Let me get
- 2:16Speaker 3: up my new buddy.
- 2:17Speaker 4: I hit him up. My messages were green.
- 2:20Speaker 5: They were green.
- 2:21Speaker 3: I was like, oh, okay.
- 2:23Speaker 1: I go to look up his social medias. Don't find nothing.
- 2:27Speaker 1: I go to his Tinder profile. Don't see nothing.
- 2:29Speaker 4: I'm like, oh, I'm blocked. That's crazy. Over $ 80. So
- 2:35Speaker 4: you matched with me on Tinder.
- 2:37Speaker 3: We linked up. You asked me for money and you
- 2:39Speaker 3: blocked me.
- 2:40Speaker 5: I got got like that?
- 2:42Speaker 2: That's crazy. My thing is, right, I genuinely needed a friend.
- 2:45Speaker 2: I genuinely wanted someone I could smoke with every day.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Because like I said, I just moved here from Florida.
- 2:49Speaker 2: I didn't have no friends.
- 2:50Speaker 1: All my friends in this town are from middle school.
- 2:52Speaker 3: People I don't speak to no more.
- 2:54Speaker 4: And you just used me?
- 2:55Speaker 2: And like, if it was about the $ 80, I wouldn't
- 2:58Speaker 2: have been mad if you told me you couldn't.
- 2:59Speaker 3: Pay me back next week.
- 3:01Speaker 1: Shit, we could have done an installment plan if you
- 3:02Speaker 1: needed it. I know UPS really don't pay that much
- 3:05Speaker 1: unless you're like high up there.
- 3:06Speaker 3: We could have done 10s, 20s until you pay me back.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Shit, I could have even put you on a $ 5
- 3:11Speaker 1: a week installment plan.
- 3:12Speaker 3: It would have took a minute, but we would have
- 3:14Speaker 3: got there.
- 3:15Speaker 1: I was so confused because I genuinely feel like I
- 3:18Speaker 1: bring a good vibe.
- 3:20Speaker 2: To the function and I thought that he was peeping
- 3:23Speaker 2: my vibe.
- 3:25Speaker 4: Apparently not.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Apparently he was just peeping my pockets.
- 3:27Speaker 2: But that's my fault. My bad, Scorpio King. Flash forward
- 3:30Speaker 2: to now, I don't know anything about this dude. That
- 3:32Speaker 2: was the last time we ever spoke. It's been years
- 3:34Speaker 2: and I've never heard anything from him.
- 3:36Speaker 1: I hope that whoever he's finessing now, I hope he's
- 3:39Speaker 1: finessing them for more than just $ 80 because I feel
- 3:41Speaker 1: like if you wanted more, you could have gotten more
- 3:43Speaker 1: out of me.
- 3:44Speaker 3: I'm just that generous.
- 3:45Speaker 6: This is why I deleted my Tinder and why every
- 3:48Speaker 6: single girl watching this needs to delete her Tinder too.
- 3:51Speaker 4: This happened a few years ago and I honestly.
- 3:53Speaker 6: Consider myself so incredibly lucky to be alive after experiencing this.
- 3:57Speaker 6: I was living in New York City at the time
- 3:59Speaker 6: and I matched with a guy for the entire time.
- 4:01Speaker 3: We were talking.
- 4:02Speaker 6: He was really aggressively trying to get me to go
- 4:05Speaker 6: out with him.
- 4:05Speaker 4: And eventually I was like, okay, you know what?
- 4:07Speaker 6: I'm going to let this guy take me out on
- 4:09Speaker 6: a date.
- 4:09Speaker 4: And maybe I'm just being judgmental. Maybe he's not being desperate.
- 4:12Speaker 6: Maybe he's just putting in an effort. So the day
- 4:14Speaker 6: of the date rolls around and he tells me that
- 4:17Speaker 6: he wants to take me out to a restaurant that
- 4:19Speaker 6: is a bit of a hidden gem and is a
- 4:20Speaker 6: little bit outside of the city in an area of
- 4:23Speaker 6: Westchester called Yonkers. and even though he offered to drive
- 4:26Speaker 6: me i was like no it's all good i actually
- 4:28Speaker 6: had my own car in new york city so i agreed.
- 4:31Speaker 4: To meet up with him i feel like an absolute.
- 4:33Speaker 6: Idiot because i didn't even google this place before i
- 4:36Speaker 6: went so on the night of the day i'm driving
- 4:38Speaker 6: to this place i put it into my gps and
- 4:41Speaker 6: it's really weird because as soon as i see it
- 4:42Speaker 6: in the gps it says that the place is closed
- 4:45Speaker 6: so i text my date and i'm like hey i
- 4:47Speaker 6: just put this place into the gps and it is
- 4:49Speaker 6: telling me that it is actually closed to which he replies,
- 4:53Speaker 6: oh no don't worry they're really bad at updating their hours.
- 4:55Speaker 6: This is the part where I should have just been
- 4:57Speaker 6: like oh hell no and I should have canceled the
- 4:58Speaker 6: date but somehow I decided it would be a good
- 5:00Speaker 6: idea to get in my car and drive 40 minutes
- 5:03Speaker 6: to Yonkers.
- 5:03Speaker 4: For a date with a guy.
- 5:04Speaker 6: So after 40 minutes of driving in traffic, I arrive
- 5:07Speaker 6: at this place in Yonkers. I pull up to the
- 5:10Speaker 6: building and I quickly realize that there is nobody in
- 5:14Speaker 6: the parking lot and that indeed.
- 5:15Speaker 1: This business is really closed.
- 5:17Speaker 4: Not to mention my car is the only car in
- 5:20Speaker 4: the parking lot. So I start to panic.
- 5:23Speaker 6: And as I look behind me to put my car
- 5:26Speaker 6: in reverse, I notice another car pull up. This car
- 5:29Speaker 6: pulls up right beside me. I don't even look at
- 5:31Speaker 6: the person sitting in the car. I just simply back
- 5:34Speaker 6: up out of that parking lot as fast as I can.
- 5:36Speaker 6: And I get the heck out of there. The entire
- 5:39Speaker 6: way home, I am just looking in my rear view
- 5:41Speaker 6: mirror to see if there's anyone behind me.
- 5:43Speaker 4: And thankfully there was not. And the craziest part of all.
- 5:46Speaker 6: Of this is when I got home, I went back
- 5:48Speaker 6: onto that dating app and I could see that the
- 5:50Speaker 6: profile had unmatched with me.
- 5:52Speaker 4: I never got a chance to screenshot that profile.
- 5:54Speaker 6: I never learned the guy's last name, but I can't
- 5:57Speaker 6: tell you guys how many times I've heard this happening
- 6:00Speaker 6: to girls on dating apps.
- 6:01Speaker 4: It's not worth it. Just delete it for your own safety.
- 6:04Speaker 6: And if you are going to be on dating apps,
- 6:06Speaker 6: Please always make sure to get the person's last name
- 6:09Speaker 6: and to meet in a place that you are familiar with.
- 6:12Speaker 7: If you are on these dating apps or if you're considering.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Downloading a dating app, let me stop you on your tracks, bitch. Because, baby,
- 6:21Speaker 3: buckle up for a ride.
- 6:23Speaker 7: So I think enough time has passed for me to
- 6:25Speaker 7: tell this embarrassing ass story. And before I start, I
- 6:29Speaker 7: don't want to hear shit about your judgment.
- 6:30Speaker 3: I don't care. I don't care.
- 6:33Speaker 5: Okay?
- 6:33Speaker 3: So let's get into the story. Download it, be okay.
- 6:37Speaker 3: I'm thinking, okay, that's.
- 6:39Speaker 7: What I want to be, is a black man. But
- 6:41Speaker 7: ever since my dating experience on that app, I think
- 6:44Speaker 7: I'm an equal opportunity lover, baby. Okay, let's start there.
- 6:48Speaker 7: So I match with this guy. I go to his profile.
- 6:51Speaker 3: His profile is Chef's Kiss.
- 6:53Speaker 7: But the first red flag that stuck out to me
- 6:55Speaker 7: was the fact that his daughter was in a lot
- 6:57Speaker 7: of his pictures.
- 6:58Speaker 3: So I'm like, you know... I come from being a
- 7:01Speaker 3: single mom. Like, I come from a single mother, and
- 7:04Speaker 3: I am a single mother. So, like, I can respect
- 7:06Speaker 3: a man that loves his child. You know what I'm saying?
- 7:08Speaker 7: I'm just not sure I would post a picture like
- 7:10Speaker 7: that on a dating app of me and my child. But, like,
- 7:12Speaker 7: you know, thank you for letting me know you got
- 7:14Speaker 7: a kid. A daughter means a lot to you. And
- 7:15Speaker 7: I can tell that, obviously, from her being on your profile.
- 7:18Speaker 3: All right, cool.
- 7:19Speaker 7: So, we get to talking in the DMs or whatever
- 7:21Speaker 7: the case may be. The vibes is bobbing.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Like, he's like, you know what? Like, let me get
- 7:25Speaker 3: your number. All right, cool.
- 7:27Speaker 7: So, we exchange numbers. second red flag and i'm sorry
- 7:30Speaker 7: if this offends anybody but it was a green bubble
- 7:33Speaker 7: and i'm like god damn but i'm looking for love
- 7:37Speaker 7: i'm not looking for a pen pal i'm not looking
- 7:39Speaker 7: for facetime buddies all right cool we found out other
- 7:41Speaker 7: ways to communicate so we talking we vibing we have
- 7:46Speaker 7: so much in common number one we're both tourists our
- 7:52Speaker 7: children are tourists me and my son are 11 days
- 7:56Speaker 7: apart Him and his daughter are 11 days apart.
- 8:00Speaker 3: So we fell in love. Baby, we fell in love, okay?
- 8:08Speaker 3: We eat the same foods. He's a chef. I'm a foodie.
- 8:12Speaker 3: This is going to work. This is going to work.
- 8:14Speaker 3: This is the love of my life, okay? And let's
- 8:16Speaker 3: talk about it. Face card never declined.
- 8:19Speaker 4: He's answer.
- 8:20Speaker 7: You feel me? I'm like, I could see us doing this.
- 8:24Speaker 7: So every day we talking, we talking, we talking, we talking,
- 8:26Speaker 7: we talking. And he's just, we're like finding more synchronicities
- 8:29Speaker 7: with each other. We got tons of siblings. Like it's
- 8:33Speaker 7: just so many similarities. Ladies, please do not fall in
- 8:36Speaker 7: love with potential or please do not fall in love
- 8:39Speaker 7: based on common interests. I promise you it's the strangest
- 8:43Speaker 7: thing in the world that you could ever do because
- 8:44Speaker 7: there's so many layers to a person outside of like
- 8:47Speaker 7: the similarities y'all have that you have to get to know.
- 8:50Speaker 3: And I'm going to get into it. Okay.
- 8:52Speaker 7: I have a hard time with this. So I tend
- 8:54Speaker 7: to fall in love with single fathers. My last relationship
- 8:57Speaker 7: was with a single father. And I respect men who
- 9:00Speaker 7: are able to take their child under their wing and
- 9:03Speaker 7: raise them without a woman in the household, especially if
- 9:05Speaker 7: it's a girl. So that just gave me like a
- 9:08Speaker 7: certain level of respect for him that.
- 9:10Speaker 3: Other men couldn't equate to. You know what I'm saying?
- 9:13Speaker 3: So lesson learned.
- 9:14Speaker 7: Stop falling for these men who are single fathers because
- 9:17Speaker 7: they ain't shit too. Anyway, so back to the story.
- 9:20Speaker 7: Here's red flag number three. He told me he was
- 9:22Speaker 7: a sous chef. And I'm like, all right, cool. But
- 9:25Speaker 7: when we would text, it was constant communication. So here
- 9:29Speaker 7: go my stupid stuff. I got to Google what a
- 9:30Speaker 7: sous chef is. Because I'm like, if you're cooking, it's
- 9:33Speaker 7: unsanitary to always have your phone in your hand. So
- 9:36Speaker 7: I'm like, let me Google what a sous chef is.
- 9:38Speaker 7: So I Google what a sous chef is. And basically, like,
- 9:40Speaker 7: they're the executive chef in the kitchen that oversee everybody
- 9:43Speaker 7: else and make sure, like, the food that's plated is
- 9:45Speaker 7: probably done before it goes out to the customer.
- 9:47Speaker 3: All right, cool. So I'm like, OK, OK.
- 9:50Speaker 7: I can see how he's so expressive and able to
- 9:53Speaker 7: answer text messages so fast.
- 9:55Speaker 3: Benefit of the doubt, I've never worked in a kitchen.
- 9:58Speaker 3: Have you? Okay.
- 9:59Speaker 7: So I wasn't thinking that far. But one day, he
- 10:03Speaker 7: tells me he's about to start a new job. It's
- 10:05Speaker 7: better opportunities. The schedule is better. It's closer to home
- 10:08Speaker 7: for him and his daughter. And I'm like, yo, that's perfect.
- 10:09Speaker 7: Because he was traveling like two hours to commute to work.
- 10:12Speaker 3: And I'm like, yo, that's perfect.
- 10:14Speaker 7: I know how it is to pick up a kid
- 10:16Speaker 7: from elementary school and how much of a struggle it
- 10:18Speaker 7: can be for child care. So I'm like, yeah, like,
- 10:21Speaker 7: I'm wishing you the best, you know, praying for you, whatever.
- 10:24Speaker 4: Whoop-de-whoop.
- 10:27Speaker 7: He calls me from the job, and he's like, I
- 10:29Speaker 7: have to do all these trainings and stuff. And I'm like, okay, well,
- 10:32Speaker 7: you know, do what you got to do. He was like,
- 10:33Speaker 7: but they playing in my face. They trying to tell
- 10:35Speaker 7: me they going to give me a lower wage than
- 10:36Speaker 7: what they was going to give me.
- 10:37Speaker 4: So I ain't feeling it.
- 10:38Speaker 3: So I'm like, all right, you know, let's weigh out
- 10:40Speaker 3: the pros and the cons. I'm at work. Why are
- 10:42Speaker 3: you calling me? But I'm anything for my man, my man,
- 10:46Speaker 3: my man.
- 10:47Speaker 8: Right.
- 10:47Speaker 3: Even though he wasn't my man.
- 10:49Speaker 7: So I'm like, let me help him figure this out.
- 10:51Speaker 7: So we do the pros and the cons. And I'm like, yo, like,
- 10:54Speaker 7: pretty much, what are you going to do? So I'm like,
- 10:57Speaker 7: call me back when you figure out what.
- 10:58Speaker 3: You're going to do. Because regardless, you're employed. Like, that's
- 11:00Speaker 3: all that matters. You got a kid.
- 11:02Speaker 7: He calls me back. He ends up at Starbucks. So
- 11:05Speaker 7: I'm like, how did you get to Starbucks like that quick?
- 11:08Speaker 3: So he was like, oh, whatever. You know me. I
- 11:12Speaker 3: drink coffee all day. That's how I'm able to stay
- 11:13Speaker 3: up with these long hours at work. So I'm like,
- 11:15Speaker 3: all right, whatever. So he calls me back. He's still
- 11:18Speaker 3: at Starbucks. So I'm like, hours later, why are you
- 11:21Speaker 3: still at Starbucks? All right, cool.
- 11:22Speaker 8: Whatever.
- 11:23Speaker 3: That's none of my business. So then he calls me
- 11:25Speaker 3: like an hour later. He's like, yo, I'm about to
- 11:28Speaker 3: go to a studio. So I'm like, okay, no problem.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Where's the studio? In Harlem.
- 11:34Speaker 4: Okay, cool.
- 11:36Speaker 7: Cool, all right, cool, you a rapper, all right, fine,
- 11:38Speaker 7: you know, the hustle is there, I see it, I'm
- 11:43Speaker 7: a hustler too, baby, I'm a hustler, I'm a hustler, homie,
- 11:47Speaker 7: I get it, do your big one, but just don't
- 11:49Speaker 7: let me hear no whack shit, or we gonna have
- 11:51Speaker 7: a problem, so he calls me back that night, I'm asleep, dead.
- 11:55Speaker 3: Sleep to the world, he was like, yo, I think
- 11:57Speaker 3: I'm come see you tomorrow, so I'm like, And my mom,
- 12:00Speaker 3: we never met.
- 12:00Speaker 7: So I'm like, you're not coming to see me. We're
- 12:02Speaker 7: going out to eat or something. You're not getting my address.
- 12:04Speaker 7: You're not knowing where I live.
- 12:06Speaker 3: Like, all of this is cute. But I use my mata,
- 12:10Speaker 3: you feel me? I use my brain. So I'm like, oh,
- 12:13Speaker 3: let's go out for breakfast. Like, you know, whatever. Let's
- 12:15Speaker 3: do something cute. Let's go out for breakfast. You love coffee, right?
- 12:17Speaker 7: Let's go have a nice little cute coffee date.
- 12:20Speaker 3: Like I right back.
- 12:21Speaker 7: This is where things go awry. I get a strange
- 12:24Speaker 7: text message from a number I never saw before. And
- 12:27Speaker 7: it was a YouTube link. I'm like, oh, these skimmers are,
- 12:29Speaker 7: they're upgrading their tactics. And I'm like, what the bullshit?
- 12:32Speaker 7: So I didn't open the link.
- 12:33Speaker 3: I didn't touch it. I didn't nothing.
- 12:36Speaker 7: I get a phone call an hour later. Babe, you
- 12:38Speaker 7: saw that text message I sent you? I said, that
- 12:41Speaker 7: was you that texted me from that 646 number? I
- 12:43Speaker 7: was like, okay, this is the first time you're hearing
- 12:44Speaker 7: of you having two phones.
- 12:46Speaker 3: But no, I didn't look at it. So he's like,
- 12:47Speaker 3: look at it while we're on the phone. Look at it.
- 12:49Speaker 3: Look at it.
- 12:50Speaker 4: So I'm like, all right, cool.
- 12:52Speaker 7: I look at the video. This man is on the
- 12:55Speaker 7: public MTA, New York City bus, harassing a Caucasian man. Like,
- 13:05Speaker 7: trolling in real life. Like, on the bus. Camera in
- 13:08Speaker 7: the man's face, on the bus. I said, you know
- 13:16Speaker 7: you're black, right? And you know he's Caucasian, right? And
- 13:23Speaker 7: you know I don't think this is funny. You're harassing
- 13:27Speaker 7: this man. He like, babe, I'm.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Like, yeah, no, I don't like this. I don't like this.
- 13:36Speaker 7: I instantly get scared because now I don't know you.
- 13:39Speaker 7: I never knew you, but now I don't know you.
- 13:41Speaker 7: So I'm instantly nervous. So now in my mind, oh,
- 13:44Speaker 7: I'm never meeting you. I'm never linking you.
- 13:46Speaker 3: No breakfast.
- 13:47Speaker 7: I don't care if it's daylight saving outside in the
- 13:50Speaker 7: The sun is at the highest point in the sky.
- 13:52Speaker 7: I don't care if it's golden hour. I'm not meeting
- 13:55Speaker 7: you nowhere, no place, anytime. That was red flag. I
- 13:58Speaker 7: done ran out of the flags.
- 14:00Speaker 3: It's turning into the Olympics at this point, right? I
- 14:02Speaker 3: think y'all gonna have to look out for part two.
- 14:04Speaker 3: I ran out of time. What's up, y'all?
- 14:08Speaker 4: Part two.
- 14:09Speaker 7: I'm not leaving y'all hanging. We gonna drop these things
- 14:11Speaker 7: back to back like that. But whatever, let's get back
- 14:13Speaker 7: into the story.
- 14:13Speaker 3: So remember when I said, see, I went to the
- 14:15Speaker 3: studio the night before. He was drinking. I had cool.
- 14:19Speaker 7: So fast forward the next day. I told y'all he
- 14:21Speaker 7: texted me from a weird number.
- 14:22Speaker 3: I cool.
- 14:24Speaker 7: I watched the YouTube video. Highly disappointed. Had to put
- 14:27Speaker 7: him in his place.
- 14:28Speaker 3: Told him about himself.
- 14:28Speaker 7: Because why are you bothering these people on their way
- 14:31Speaker 7: to work, sir? Like, what are you doing? Like, when
- 14:34Speaker 7: I tell y'all it was bad, he was telling this
- 14:35Speaker 7: man he was going to throw coffee on him. Like,
- 14:37Speaker 7: I'm telling y'all, trolling him in real life.
- 14:39Speaker 3: He's like, what are you going to do? What are
- 14:40Speaker 3: you going to do? Fight me?
- 14:42Speaker 1: I'll beat your ass.
- 14:43Speaker 3: I'll beat your ass. Like, it was bad. I've got.
- 14:49Speaker 7: second-hand embarrassment over the phone from watching it. Mind you,
- 14:52Speaker 7: I'm watching it in live time while I'm on the
- 14:54Speaker 7: phone with him. And I'm reading him for a fail.
- 14:56Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 14:57Speaker 7: Because you don't do stuff like that around me. I'm
- 14:59Speaker 7: not one of the people that condone bullshit. So I'm
- 15:02Speaker 7: just like, why would you do that to that man? Anyway,
- 15:07Speaker 7: moving forward. So he hangs up. He's like, all right, cool, whatever.
- 15:10Speaker 7: There's too much going on where I'm at right now.
- 15:12Speaker 3: I'm going to call you back. I bet it is.
- 15:14Speaker 4: I bet it is.
- 15:16Speaker 3: So time has passed by.
- 15:18Speaker 7: Maybe about 10, 15 minutes, he texts me from his
- 15:20Speaker 7: actual number.
- 15:21Speaker 3: He's like, my phone was dead, so send me your address.
- 15:26Speaker 3: I'm like, I'm not sending you my address. I left
- 15:28Speaker 3: him sitting right there. I left him sitting right there,
- 15:31Speaker 3: because you're not getting my address. So he calls me
- 15:33Speaker 3: an hour later. He calls me an hour later, and
- 15:36Speaker 3: he's like, yo.
- 15:37Speaker 7: When, why you ain't sending your ad yet, so I'm like, oh, no,
- 15:40Speaker 7: because I'm trying to figure out if you're okay, like,
- 15:42Speaker 7: you know, just making up excuses, I'm just trying to
- 15:43Speaker 7: make sure you're okay, I don't know why I picked up.
- 15:45Speaker 3: This man's phone call, I really don't know why, I
- 15:47Speaker 3: really don't know why, but I had to, I guess
- 15:50Speaker 3: I was doing it for the plot, I don't know,
- 15:51Speaker 3: I don't know why I picked up, I don't know
- 15:52Speaker 3: why I picked up, so, um, when he called me
- 15:57Speaker 3: back to get.
- 15:57Speaker 7: My address or whatever the case may be, he starts
- 15:59Speaker 7: arguing with somebody in the background, so I'm like, yo,
- 16:01Speaker 7: what's up with you, like.
- 16:03Speaker 3: You all right, so he hang up, he like, yo.
- 16:06Speaker 7: I'm about to Oh, my God, I left out a part.
- 16:08Speaker 7: The night before, when he called me, he was saying
- 16:11Speaker 7: he was on his way home from the studio. It
- 16:12Speaker 7: was like 3 o'clock in the morning. He was arguing
- 16:14Speaker 7: with somebody at the bus stop. He was like, yo,
- 16:16Speaker 7: my nigga, stop staring at me before I come over
- 16:18Speaker 7: here and do you.
- 16:18Speaker 3: I'm like, what is going on? So this man pretty
- 16:23Speaker 3: much has anger issues, which is to be expected from
- 16:25Speaker 3: a Taurus. So I'm peeping this. I'm peeping this. I'm
- 16:32Speaker 3: peeping this. Keep in mind. So now he's arguing with
- 16:35Speaker 3: somebody in the store. So I'm like, yeah, I don't
- 16:36Speaker 3: have time for this. Call me back, whatever we'll do.
- 16:38Speaker 3: In my mind, it's still not meeting you. He don't
- 16:39Speaker 3: know that though, whatever.
- 16:40Speaker 7: So when we hung up, something was in me was
- 16:43Speaker 7: just like, go back to that YouTube video. So I
- 16:46Speaker 7: go back to the YouTube video and something tells me
- 16:49Speaker 7: to click on his picture.
- 16:51Speaker 3: I go to his YouTube page.
- 16:54Speaker 7: It's like four of them videos of him trolling people
- 16:57Speaker 7: all that morning. He gets on the public subway and
- 17:02Speaker 7: is putting the phone this close to people's face.
- 17:06Speaker 3: And I'm noticing a trend.
- 17:07Speaker 7: He's only picking on certain people of a certain community,
- 17:14Speaker 7: of a certain race. You know who to play with
- 17:18Speaker 7: like that. Because if it was me, I would have
- 17:20Speaker 7: called the cops.
- 17:20Speaker 3: I would have been a Karen. I would have called
- 17:22Speaker 3: the cops. I'm like, yo, what is... So I'm like, yeah,
- 17:26Speaker 3: he's off his rocker. He's bonkers. Like, something is wrong. Like,
- 17:28Speaker 3: this man.
- 17:29Speaker 7: Had some type of mental something going on.
- 17:32Speaker 4: Something.
- 17:33Speaker 7: Because it's just not making sense.
- 17:36Speaker 9: Y'all. Y'all.
- 17:41Speaker 7: He calls me back. This time another hour later. I'm
- 17:45Speaker 7: on the couch just thinking over my actions and I'm
- 17:47Speaker 7: just like, How did you let this happen?
- 17:51Speaker 4: How?
- 17:52Speaker 3: How did you let this happen?
- 17:53Speaker 7: You've been single for 14 months, on your own, doing
- 17:56Speaker 7: your big one, minding your business, drinking your water, losing weight.
- 18:01Speaker 7: Why did you let somebody like this into your life?
- 18:03Speaker 3: Like, you played. You played. You played. So I'm beating
- 18:06Speaker 3: myself up on the couch when he called me. He
- 18:08Speaker 3: called me. I'm like, yo, what's up?
- 18:10Speaker 7: He's like, you still need something to add or whatever.
- 18:12Speaker 7: But he's like, babe, I got something to tell you.
- 18:14Speaker 7: So I'm like, I got something to tell me. I'm like,
- 18:15Speaker 7: you ain't got nothing to tell me, but I, whatever.
- 18:19Speaker 7: Next thing you know, I hear, hold on. He clicks
- 18:23Speaker 7: back over. I'm hearing a third person. So I'm like,
- 18:26Speaker 7: is this thing trying to tell me he's married or something?
- 18:28Speaker 7: Because at this point, go back to your wife. I
- 18:31Speaker 7: hear a dispatcher say.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Are you still there? Are you still there? We're sending
- 18:35Speaker 3: the vehicle for you now.
- 18:36Speaker 5: Son of a bitch.
- 18:41Speaker 3: So he's like, are you going to send me one
- 18:42Speaker 3: for my wheelchair? Or why are you sending me a van?
- 18:45Speaker 3: Are you sending it for my wheelchair? So I'm like, wheelchair? Yeah.
- 18:48Speaker 3: So he starts laughing. He's like, no, I'm playing. I'm playing.
- 18:50Speaker 3: I'm playing.
- 18:50Speaker 7: I said, you've been doing a lot of playing this morning.
- 18:52Speaker 7: I really don't have time for it. So I hear
- 18:54Speaker 7: the lady say, all right, the vehicle will be there
- 18:57Speaker 7: in a couple minutes. I'm going to pick you up.
- 18:58Speaker 7: So not only is he trolling me, he's trolling her.
- 19:01Speaker 3: He's trolling the people around him. He's yelling at the
- 19:04Speaker 3: man at the hot dog stand that he ain't.
- 19:06Speaker 7: Giving me his cash. And he's trying to play with him.
- 19:08Speaker 7: And where's my change?
- 19:09Speaker 3: I'm just like, what? What is happening right now? So
- 19:19Speaker 3: he gets in the vehicle and I'm like, are you
- 19:22Speaker 3: kidding me right now?
- 19:23Speaker 7: I said, did you just call a rehab facility? He like, yeah, babe,
- 19:30Speaker 7: I got to go to rehab. I got a drinking problem.
- 19:32Speaker 7: I can't keep doing this. I can't keep doing this
- 19:35Speaker 7: to myself.
- 19:35Speaker 3: I said, kid.
- 19:36Speaker 7: I said, so when was you going to tell him
- 19:40Speaker 7: you had a drinking problem?
- 19:42Speaker 3: This man going to say, I told you. Now the
- 19:46Speaker 3: fuck you did it?
- 19:48Speaker 4: No, you did not!
- 19:50Speaker 7: Like yo i said so you're on your way to
- 19:53Speaker 7: rehab right now he's like.
- 19:55Speaker 3: Yeah they're coming to get me you heard the lady
- 19:56Speaker 3: say the dispatcher.
- 19:57Speaker 7: Say that they're coming to get me in 10 minutes
- 20:00Speaker 7: so i'm like How can you just make an.
- 20:03Speaker 3: Impulsive decision like this?
- 20:04Speaker 7: And this is when he told me he had a
- 20:06Speaker 7: drinking problem and that he told me. And I'm like,
- 20:08Speaker 7: you didn't tell me that because I wouldn't have talked
- 20:10Speaker 7: to you. I promise you I wouldn't have. So we
- 20:13Speaker 7: have a back and forth, back and forth, back and forth.
- 20:16Speaker 7: We just we just talking at this point. They like, babe,
- 20:19Speaker 7: I got to do this for us. We're going to
- 20:21Speaker 7: get an apartment. Me, you, his daughter name I ain't
- 20:25Speaker 7: going to say, my son name. I got to do
- 20:27Speaker 7: this for us. I got to get right for us.
- 20:29Speaker 3: We're going to get an apartment together. We're going to
- 20:31Speaker 3: live in Harlem.
- 20:33Speaker 7: He had this weird obsession with Harlem. He's not from Harlem.
- 20:36Speaker 7: He's not even from New York. So now I got
- 20:41Speaker 7: to play my part. I got to play the distraught
- 20:43Speaker 7: girlfriend that never met her boyfriend. He's like, yo, you
- 20:49Speaker 7: the love of my life.
- 20:51Speaker 3: We're going to do this together. I'm doing this for
- 20:52Speaker 3: the kids. I'm doing this for us.
- 20:54Speaker 7: If I don't take care of myself, how am I
- 20:56Speaker 7: going to be good for y'all? How am I going
- 20:57Speaker 7: to be able to pay all the bills? And I'm
- 21:01Speaker 7: just like, babe, why?
- 21:09Speaker 4: Why?
- 21:09Speaker 10: Why?
- 21:10Speaker 7: Why?
- 21:10Speaker 3: Why didn't you tell me? I could have helped you.
- 21:13Speaker 4: Why?
- 21:13Speaker 3: Why are you doing this to us? Why are you.
- 21:15Speaker 7: Doing this to us? So this man, he gets in
- 21:23Speaker 7: the van. He's bothering the driver. They drive him all
- 21:28Speaker 7: the way to Coney Island. He gets out the cab
- 21:31Speaker 7: multiple times. He's like, I'm about to get me a
- 21:33Speaker 7: Four Loko. I'm going to get me a Mangorita. I said,
- 21:36Speaker 7: you're still drinking?
- 21:38Speaker 3: I confused. So now I'm mad. Now I'm mad. Because
- 21:41Speaker 3: you're playing in my face. Now I'm mad. Now I'm mad.
- 21:44Speaker 3: So now this is insane for me. Now I'm mad.
- 21:46Speaker 3: So I'm like, why would you be drinking?
- 21:48Speaker 7: I thought you was trying to get better for us.
- 21:52Speaker 3: What happened?
- 21:53Speaker 7: He's like, if I'm going to rehab, why, why? If
- 21:57Speaker 7: I'm going to rehab, I might as well get it
- 22:00Speaker 7: out of my system. So I'm like, your way of
- 22:02Speaker 7: thinking is crazy. That's like me saying, let me binge
- 22:04Speaker 7: my food before I go on a weight loss journey.
- 22:06Speaker 3: That don't make sense. Like, just stop. It's a problem
- 22:09Speaker 3: at this point. Just stop. So he's like, I'm like, yo,
- 22:13Speaker 3: who else knows about this? I can't be the only
- 22:14Speaker 3: one who has this information, this pertinent information. I cannot
- 22:17Speaker 3: be the only person with this information. Who else knows
- 22:19Speaker 3: about this? I said, where's your mother? Where's your sisters?
- 22:21Speaker 3: Where are these 15 sisters you claim you got?
- 22:23Speaker 7: Where are these people at? So he died with his mama.
- 22:26Speaker 7: Mind you, never met the man, but I'm on the
- 22:28Speaker 7: phone with his mama. I'm doing better than I have
- 22:31Speaker 7: been in a lot of relationships that I was actually in.
- 22:33Speaker 7: I met the nigga mama over the phone before we
- 22:35Speaker 7: even met. So in that regard, baby, he was doing something,
- 22:41Speaker 7: but whatever.
- 22:42Speaker 3: So he calls his mother, and she's like, why? She
- 22:46Speaker 3: calls him his nickname.
- 22:47Speaker 7: Why do you keep doing this to yourself? I'm like, oh,
- 22:52Speaker 7: this nigga really got a problem problem.
- 22:54Speaker 3: I bet, too.
- 22:56Speaker 7: So I explain the situation to his mother. She starts
- 22:58Speaker 7: breaking down a bunch of stuff. The daughter don't live
- 23:01Speaker 7: with him, haven't lived with him in the past two years.
- 23:03Speaker 7: She all the way in a whole other state.
- 23:05Speaker 4: I'm just like, what?
- 23:07Speaker 7: Everything is a lie? Everything is a lie. So I'm
- 23:12Speaker 7: running out of time again. And when I tell you,
- 23:14Speaker 7: the story is not over yet. He turns up.
- 23:18Speaker 3: He turns it up 15 more notches. Okay. Yeah. I
- 23:21Speaker 3: see y'all in part three. All right, y'all.
- 23:24Speaker 7: This is part three of who the F did I
- 23:25Speaker 7: almost link? BLK online data app horror story. I told
- 23:29Speaker 7: y'all he is going to the facility. He finally gets
- 23:32Speaker 7: dropped off. So every time he hangs up with me,
- 23:34Speaker 7: I'm just getting an inkling to like look into this man.
- 23:38Speaker 7: So I go, I pay like $ 10 to do a
- 23:40Speaker 7: background research on him because at this point.
- 23:44Speaker 3: I'm hearing too much red flags.
- 23:46Speaker 7: And I'm just curious to see what this man's background
- 23:50Speaker 7: is like between the things that I've.
- 23:51Speaker 3: Heard from his mom, which I'm about to tell.
- 23:53Speaker 7: You, and the energy and his actions that he's displaying
- 23:58Speaker 7: over the phone. So I can only imagine what FaceTime
- 24:02Speaker 7: would have been like if this man would have had
- 24:03Speaker 7: an iPhone. But like I told y'all, he got Android.
- 24:05Speaker 7: So stick with me. The cab driver drops him off
- 24:08Speaker 7: at the facility and now he's having second thoughts. So baby,
- 24:12Speaker 7: you're not going to have no second thoughts with me
- 24:13Speaker 7: on this phone after I done heard all this foolishness
- 24:15Speaker 7: that you've been doing. So no, you're going to the place.
- 24:17Speaker 3: You're going.
- 24:18Speaker 7: No ifs, ands, or buts about it. So now I'm
- 24:21Speaker 7: using the whole family ploy thing to him. Like, oh yeah,
- 24:23Speaker 7: you got to do this for us. You got to
- 24:24Speaker 7: do this for your family. We love you. We want
- 24:26Speaker 7: you to be good. We want you to be safe.
- 24:28Speaker 7: We want you to take care of yourself. We don't
- 24:30Speaker 7: want you to have any problems. So when we move
- 24:32Speaker 7: into this apartment, you'll be okay.
- 24:34Speaker 10: All right?
- 24:35Speaker 7: So I'm using that. I'm using that to my advantage
- 24:38Speaker 7: and it's kind of like working. So he's like, all right, babe,
- 24:41Speaker 7: you know what?
- 24:41Speaker 9: You're right.
- 24:42Speaker 7: I'm just going to sit here for a few minutes.
- 24:43Speaker 7: I'm about to go inside now. Let me figure it out.
- 24:46Speaker 7: So he hangs up.
- 24:47Speaker 3: So I call his mom. I give his mother the update.
- 24:49Speaker 3: I'm like, you know what?
- 24:50Speaker 7: Let me pick this lady brain because now I need
- 24:53Speaker 7: to see. So now she's telling me how he has
- 24:55Speaker 7: no custody of his daughter. He hasn't had custody of
- 24:58Speaker 7: his daughter in the last two years.
- 24:59Speaker 3: And I'm like, Hmm. Okay. So then she also tells
- 25:05Speaker 3: me that he just recently got out of the hospital.
- 25:09Speaker 5: I'm like, hmm.
- 25:10Speaker 3: Strangely enough, he's always telling me he's at work.
- 25:12Speaker 7: She's like, oh, no, he doesn't have a job. He's
- 25:15Speaker 7: been in the hospital for months. He has cysts on
- 25:19Speaker 7: his brain, spots on his liver.
- 25:21Speaker 3: It's a whole lot, a whole lot of going on.
- 25:24Speaker 7: Eyes was yellow, skin yellow, jaundice kind of thing going on.
- 25:28Speaker 3: I'm like, oh. So his liver is fried, is what
- 25:32Speaker 3: you're telling me, from this drinking.
- 25:34Speaker 7: Because when he was in that car, he told me
- 25:36Speaker 7: he had a full bottle of Tito's, a full bottle
- 25:38Speaker 7: of Casamigos, and some other stuff in between.
- 25:42Speaker 3: And I'm like, you mean you share this with the
- 25:44Speaker 3: people at the studio? He's like, no.
- 25:46Speaker 7: I drunk this all by myself, which is why I
- 25:48Speaker 7: need to check into rehab, because I have a problem.
- 25:51Speaker 3: I said, oh, you have a problem? Problem, problem.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Hmm, interesting.
- 25:57Speaker 3: So let's go back to the conversation I have with mom.
- 26:00Speaker 7: So she's like, yeah, I wouldn't be shocked if his
- 26:03Speaker 7: time living in Far Rockaway, when he had a friend
- 26:06Speaker 7: that passed away, if he didn't try every drug in
- 26:08Speaker 7: the book.
- 26:10Speaker 3: I'm like, oh.
- 26:12Speaker 7: So she was like, yeah, you know, anything. I wouldn't
- 26:18Speaker 7: be shocked if he didn't try it. And I'm like, wow, okay.
- 26:22Speaker 7: Addictive personality, I see.
- 26:24Speaker 1: Okay, cool.
- 26:26Speaker 3: So we hang up. I give her the update.
- 26:28Speaker 7: Okay, he went into rehab. Hopefully he'll be contacting me
- 26:31Speaker 7: soon because I'm done.
- 26:32Speaker 3: Have a son.
- 26:33Speaker 7: This is too much for me. This is too much
- 26:35Speaker 7: for you, apparently, because you done gave up and relinquished
- 26:38Speaker 7: your rights a long time ago, baby. So I feel
- 26:40Speaker 7: you on that. So he gets to the rehab. I
- 26:45Speaker 7: get a phone call from the rehab.
- 26:46Speaker 3: I pick up.
- 26:47Speaker 7: I don't know why I'm still picking up phone calls
- 26:48Speaker 7: at this point, but I pick up. I pick up
- 26:51Speaker 7: and I'm hearing a bunch of screaming, commotion, yelling. Why
- 26:55Speaker 7: the F would y'all send me all the way to
- 26:56Speaker 7: Coney Island if y'all wasn't going to take me, if
- 26:58Speaker 7: y'all ain't have no more intakes for the day?
- 27:00Speaker 3: Y'all knew what time I called the cab. Why the
- 27:02Speaker 3: cab took this.
- 27:03Speaker 4: Long to get here, and I get here, and y'all
- 27:04Speaker 4: telling me y'all.
- 27:05Speaker 3: Can't take me tomorrow.
- 27:05Speaker 7: So I'm drunk right now. Like, this is why I'm here,
- 27:08Speaker 7: because I got a problem. Y'all sending me away. So
- 27:11Speaker 7: I'm trying to calm him down.
- 27:12Speaker 3: He's like, you know what? Speak to my wife. Clutching
- 27:17Speaker 3: my imaginary purse, because who is your wife? Not me.
- 27:19Speaker 3: Not I, sir.
- 27:20Speaker 4: So....
- 27:21Speaker 7: I get on the phone with the intake nurse. She's like, listen,
- 27:23Speaker 7: we cannot take him. It's after hours. You know, he
- 27:25Speaker 7: can come back tomorrow. We can send him to a
- 27:28Speaker 7: place to detox overnight, and then he can come back tomorrow.
- 27:30Speaker 3: But as of right now, we cannot take him. So
- 27:32Speaker 3: I'm trying to explain this to him.
- 27:33Speaker 7: He don't want to hear nothing. So I'm hearing him
- 27:35Speaker 7: yelling at the security guard, like, what are you looking at?
- 27:37Speaker 7: You want me to F you up and all of this?
- 27:38Speaker 7: So I'm like, oh, my God, now he's about to
- 27:40Speaker 7: fight security. So they're trying to calm him down. And
- 27:43Speaker 7: I'm like, it's a lot going on. So y'all call
- 27:45Speaker 7: me when y'all figure that out. That is not my husband.
- 27:48Speaker 7: Stop calling him my husband. And y'all figure that out.
- 27:50Speaker 7: But I'm hanging up.
- 27:51Speaker 3: So I hung up.
- 27:53Speaker 7: About 20 minutes later, I get a call from the person.
- 27:57Speaker 3: That oversees the intake nurses, the head nurse.
- 27:59Speaker 7: And he's like, oh, we're calling the cops to have
- 28:04Speaker 7: him apprehended because he has physically attacked our security guard
- 28:07Speaker 7: and has chased him around a parked car.
- 28:13Speaker 11: I said, oh.
- 28:16Speaker 3: Oh, yeah, this is far beyond my reach.
- 28:19Speaker 7: I said, once again, I'm not his wife. I have
- 28:21Speaker 7: no affiliation with that man. Stop calling me.
- 28:24Speaker 3: I'm done.
- 28:25Speaker 12: I'm done.
- 28:26Speaker 7: So upon looking this man up, I never got the
- 28:28Speaker 7: chance to, like, fully get the full report on him.
- 28:30Speaker 7: I paid the whole $ 10, the whole shebang, because I
- 28:32Speaker 7: wanted the tea, okay? And with these calls.
- 28:35Speaker 3: Going back and forth, like, it was just too much
- 28:37Speaker 3: going on that I didn't even care about the report
- 28:38Speaker 3: no more.
- 28:39Speaker 7: But I'm pretty sure, like, you know, there was some
- 28:41Speaker 7: type of, like, violence on there because this man is
- 28:44Speaker 7: apparently violent. So they kick him out. I get a
- 28:50Speaker 7: phone call a few hours later from a local supermarket
- 28:53Speaker 7: in the area. I don't got nowhere to go tonight.
- 28:55Speaker 3: They put me out. They call the cops. I had
- 28:57Speaker 3: to leave.
- 28:57Speaker 7: I'm like, yeah, you're doing a lot. You're doing a lot.
- 28:59Speaker 7: So you need to find somewhere to go tonight or whatever.
- 29:02Speaker 7: I'm like that hotel you called me from. Go back
- 29:04Speaker 7: to that hotel. Go back for the night because you
- 29:06Speaker 7: spent your money already. Go find figure out your way there.
- 29:09Speaker 7: I get a phone call the next morning. I hit
- 29:12Speaker 7: do do do in the back.
- 29:14Speaker 3: So I'm like, OK, he's at the hospital. He's safe.
- 29:16Speaker 3: All right, cool. So we were calling all the details
- 29:19Speaker 3: from the day before. And he's like, I said that.
- 29:20Speaker 12: What?
- 29:21Speaker 3: Oh, my God. I'm like, yeah, I spoke to your mom.
- 29:23Speaker 3: She gave me the tea. He's like, damn, she just
- 29:25Speaker 3: bought my business on Front Street.
- 29:26Speaker 7: You didn't put all your business on Front Street.
- 29:28Speaker 3: So somebody had to do it.
- 29:29Speaker 7: So now I'm telling him, like, I'm not even mad,
- 29:31Speaker 7: but we can just be, you know, we.
- 29:33Speaker 3: Could just go about our separate ways. Like, this is done.
- 29:36Speaker 3: This is a lot for me.
- 29:37Speaker 7: A person with a kid, like, you know, you should
- 29:39Speaker 7: have more respect. for the fact that I have a
- 29:40Speaker 7: child than to put me in a situation like this.
- 29:42Speaker 7: And now he's like, oh, you're kicking me when I'm down,
- 29:44Speaker 7: and everybody always leaves me, and whoop-de-whoop-de-whoop. And I said, oh,
- 29:47Speaker 7: you're not going to gaslight me into staying into this situation.
- 29:49Speaker 7: You're absolutely out of your mind, and you must still
- 29:52Speaker 7: be drunk. I said, I'm not doing this with you.
- 29:54Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 29:55Speaker 7: I really do apologize, but I'm going to be like
- 29:57Speaker 7: those other women, and I'm.
- 29:58Speaker 5: Going to leave.
- 30:02Speaker 3: His mom calls me a few days later. Fast forward.
- 30:04Speaker 3: His mom calls me a few days later. And she's like,
- 30:06Speaker 3: remember all the things I said about him trying different drugs?
- 30:09Speaker 7: Like, I don't know that for sure. That's just things
- 30:10Speaker 7: that I've heard. I said, oh, you're not going to
- 30:13Speaker 7: gaslight me as well. He must have called you, chewed
- 30:15Speaker 7: you up, and spit you out. And now you want
- 30:18Speaker 7: to call and do damage control.
- 30:20Speaker 3: It's not happening over here, sis. You yourself told me
- 30:21Speaker 3: to leave your son alone. And that's exactly what I
- 30:24Speaker 3: intend on doing.
- 30:25Speaker 7: So why are you calling me? Maybe about two days later,
- 30:28Speaker 7: I get a phone call from him.
- 30:30Speaker 13: Blocked a voice message alexis i miss you girl pick
- 30:37Speaker 13: up the phone call me back i won.
- 30:43Speaker 7: This is by far the craziest experience i've ever had
- 30:45Speaker 7: with someone that i've never met before.
- 30:49Speaker 3: This was a lot this was a lot and if.
- 30:51Speaker 7: He sees this video i pray he got the help
- 30:54Speaker 7: he needed um but stay far away from me baby
- 30:58Speaker 7: i don't want no parts okay.
- 31:03Speaker 3: But if y'all want more stories like this, because I've
- 31:04Speaker 3: got a few.
- 31:05Speaker 7: Of them, and if I'm willing to tell and I'm
- 31:07Speaker 7: willing to share, we'll.
- 31:09Speaker 3: Probably get into it. But, yeah. Ladies, do not fall
- 31:13Speaker 3: in love with potential. Was I in love? Obviously not.
- 31:16Speaker 3: I didn't know the man. I never met him. But, yeah.
- 31:23Speaker 3: This is my life. And, yes, I deleted the app.
- 31:29Speaker 4: And you should, too.
- 31:30Speaker 3: Okay?
- 31:31Speaker 4: Bye.
- 31:32Speaker 7: I messed up when I told y'all the story, y'all.
- 31:34Speaker 7: And this is going to act as like a part
- 31:35Speaker 7: four real quick. So I'm going to answer your question.
- 31:37Speaker 7: I'm going to give some bonus information in this video.
- 31:40Speaker 7: And I'm also going to put it inside the playlist.
- 31:42Speaker 7: So the daughter did, in fact, not live in New
- 31:45Speaker 7: York City at this point, because I do remember him
- 31:47Speaker 7: telling me.
- 31:47Speaker 3: That she did not like being in New York City.
- 31:49Speaker 3: It was too fast paced for her. She was so
- 31:51Speaker 3: used to Minnesota.
- 31:52Speaker 7: So she went back to move with his sister. So
- 31:55Speaker 7: when I spoke to his mom and I'm like, OK,
- 31:56Speaker 7: what sister does she live with? She told me he
- 31:59Speaker 7: does not live. She does not live with herself. My daughter,
- 32:04Speaker 7: which was one of many, she lived with her sister.
- 32:09Speaker 3: With an adopted family.
- 32:12Speaker 4: So I'm like, wow.
- 32:13Speaker 3: So everything was a lie. Even down to where the
- 32:16Speaker 3: little girl lived was a lie. I just couldn't believe it.
- 32:21Speaker 7: So, yeah, the whole time she lived in Minnesota, the
- 32:24Speaker 7: goal was for him to stay back in New York City,
- 32:26Speaker 7: stack his bread, stack his money.
- 32:29Speaker 3: So that way he can get a bigger apartment.
- 32:31Speaker 7: In a better school district for her to go to
- 32:32Speaker 7: school and feel more comfortable.
- 32:36Speaker 3: And all of that was a lie, as you guys
- 32:38Speaker 3: already know.
- 32:39Speaker 7: When he was in the hospital and we finally had
- 32:41Speaker 7: our conversation and I was able to press him about
- 32:43Speaker 7: the information that was provided to me by his mom
- 32:46Speaker 7: and that he personally told me out his own mouth
- 32:48Speaker 7: when he.
- 32:48Speaker 3: Was a drunk, belligerent fool.
- 32:50Speaker 7: I asked him for his address because I just felt
- 32:53Speaker 7: like everything is a lie at this point.
- 32:55Speaker 14: So I'm just.
- 32:56Speaker 3: Now, since I'm doing it for the plot, let me
- 32:58Speaker 3: get all the information I need. So he gives me
- 33:01Speaker 3: this address and I look it up. And it's like
- 33:03Speaker 3: in a industrial area in the Bronx.
- 33:08Speaker 7: Like it looked like a place where you drop like
- 33:11Speaker 7: those shipping containers in Dexter. I'm like, so you're going
- 33:17Speaker 7: to keep lying to me, not telling me the truth,
- 33:19Speaker 7: because I Googled this address and there's no residential area
- 33:23Speaker 7: nowhere near here.
- 33:27Speaker 3: Not even a block radius away.
- 33:29Speaker 4: He's like, I swear to God.
- 33:31Speaker 7: I swear to God that's where I live. I swear
- 33:33Speaker 7: to God, you want to see some mail? You want
- 33:34Speaker 7: to see some mail when I come out the hospital?
- 33:35Speaker 7: You want to see some mail?
- 33:36Speaker 3: You want to see my ID?
- 33:37Speaker 4: I said, this is not even a shelter.
- 33:41Speaker 3: So if you want to lie, lie correctly, baby, make
- 33:44Speaker 3: sure you send me an actual address.
- 33:46Speaker 7: That someplace, somewhere, somewhere someone can live. This looks like
- 33:51Speaker 7: an office or headquarters to a shipping container company.
- 33:57Speaker 3: The lies just kept coming and kept coming.
- 33:58Speaker 7: And i was like you know what i'm no longer
- 34:00Speaker 7: doing this for five i don't even care anymore you're
- 34:03Speaker 7: a bozo get your life together and stay away from
- 34:06Speaker 7: me at this point because it was just it was
- 34:09Speaker 7: just too much it was too much like the plot
- 34:11Speaker 7: thickened too much to the point where i couldn't keep
- 34:13Speaker 7: up okay baby so i had to go i had
- 34:15Speaker 7: to devolve oh my god y'all it is the next
- 34:18Speaker 7: morning and i'm remembering more important and pertinent details okay
- 34:22Speaker 7: So the reason why I was sticking around on these
- 34:24Speaker 7: phone calls every time he was calling me because he
- 34:26Speaker 7: did in fact tell me the reason why he got
- 34:28Speaker 7: so pissy poor drunk. The reason why he was drinking
- 34:31Speaker 7: that particular day and went to the studio is because
- 34:34Speaker 7: he was in his feels.
- 34:35Speaker 3: And the reason why he was in his.
- 34:37Speaker 7: Feels is because remember when I told you about the job,
- 34:40Speaker 7: giving him lower wages and him being closer to home?
- 34:44Speaker 7: All of that was for the purpose of him being
- 34:46Speaker 7: closer to home to be able to take care of
- 34:47Speaker 7: his daughter when she comes back to the city.
- 34:50Speaker 4: So I said....
- 34:52Speaker 7: If you don't want to take lower wages and you're
- 34:53Speaker 7: more than comfortable traveling two hours to commute to work,
- 34:56Speaker 7: what you need to do is call your daughter and
- 34:57Speaker 7: make sure she is really.
- 34:59Speaker 3: Dead set on coming back to the city.
- 35:00Speaker 7: Because if she doesn't want to be here, you changing
- 35:03Speaker 7: jobs is not the problem if she didn't like the school.
- 35:05Speaker 7: So he's like, all right, I'm going to call and
- 35:07Speaker 7: I'm going to call you back. When he called me back,
- 35:09Speaker 7: he mentioned nothing about the daughter. He mentioned nothing about
- 35:12Speaker 7: speaking to her. He told me, okay, she gets out
- 35:14Speaker 7: of school at a certain time. I think Minnesota is
- 35:16Speaker 7: a different time zone.
- 35:16Speaker 3: From New York City. He was like, I'm going to
- 35:18Speaker 3: call her when she gets out of school. I think
- 35:20Speaker 3: the next time he spoke, he told me he hadn't
- 35:21Speaker 3: spoken to her yet.
- 35:23Speaker 7: So at a point when he did speak to her,
- 35:25Speaker 7: I guess when he decided to go to the studio
- 35:28Speaker 7: and drink two bottles of Casamigos and Tito's.
- 35:31Speaker 9: Right.
- 35:32Speaker 7: So when he called me when he was in the
- 35:35Speaker 7: Uber that day and I'm like, yo.
- 35:38Speaker 3: Why did you do all of this? He was like,
- 35:39Speaker 3: to be honest, I'm doing this because she said she
- 35:41Speaker 3: didn't want to come back home.
- 35:43Speaker 7: And I feel like a bad father. So when his
- 35:45Speaker 7: mother said what she said about the daughter, it triggered him. So,
- 35:49Speaker 7: that's the reason why, like, I felt kind of, like,
- 35:51Speaker 7: emotionally connected a little bit. Because I'm like, dang, like,
- 35:55Speaker 7: he feel like he losing in life. And he kept
- 36:00Speaker 7: saying that. He was like, oh, don't kick me while
- 36:01Speaker 7: I'm down. Don't kick me while I'm down. And I
- 36:02Speaker 7: felt bad. Like, you know, I don't know this man. But, like,
- 36:05Speaker 7: I felt bad. Like, your daughter saying she don't want
- 36:07Speaker 7: to come live with you. And you're her only real parent.
- 36:11Speaker 7: It says a lot about you.
- 36:12Speaker 3: Because you can easily change your school. You can move.
- 36:16Speaker 3: You can do whatever you need to do. So, I'm
- 36:22Speaker 3: remembering things, y'all.
- 36:23Speaker 7: Because when I say I pushed this all the way
- 36:25Speaker 7: out of my frontal lobe, baby.
- 36:27Speaker 3: It had to go. It had to go. But I'm
- 36:29Speaker 3: remembering now. I should have been remembering before I told
- 36:32Speaker 3: the story. I'm sorry. But, you know, you're getting the
- 36:36Speaker 3: info nonetheless.
- 36:37Speaker 7: You're getting the tea nonetheless.
- 36:39Speaker 3: Okay? So, let me get ready for the gym. I'll
- 36:42Speaker 3: see y'all later.
- 36:43Speaker 4: Let me tell you about my dating horror story. I've
- 36:45Speaker 4: been sitting on this for months.
- 36:47Speaker 3: So.
- 36:48Speaker 4: I was telling this story to.
- 36:50Speaker 15: My friends last weekend and they were like, you have
- 36:53Speaker 15: got to make a TikTok about this. So let me
- 36:57Speaker 15: just give you a story time of the last date
- 37:00Speaker 15: I went on, which was this past February. I have
- 37:03Speaker 15: not been on a date since because I might be
- 37:06Speaker 15: slightly traumatized.
- 37:08Speaker 4: So I matched with this guy on Hinge.
- 37:11Speaker 15: And my friends were actually with me when I matched
- 37:14Speaker 15: and they were like, Bailey, just ask him on a date.
- 37:16Speaker 4: He seems really cool. And he did.
- 37:18Speaker 15: His conversation was great.
- 37:20Speaker 4: He was very articulate. I was just like, OK, sure.
- 37:24Speaker 15: So I messaged him and I said, hey, do you
- 37:26Speaker 15: want to meet at this bar? It's an arcade bar
- 37:29Speaker 15: that we have downtown here. And he's like, oh, my God,
- 37:33Speaker 15: I love that place.
- 37:33Speaker 3: Yes, I would love to.
- 37:34Speaker 8: Great.
- 37:35Speaker 3: OK, perfect.
- 37:36Speaker 4: So then the next day is the date. And like
- 37:40Speaker 4: an hour before the date, he texted me. He says,
- 37:42Speaker 4: so what are the vibes? What are you wearing?
- 37:44Speaker 15: Which I was kind of just like, I've never had
- 37:47Speaker 15: a guy ask me that, especially on a date to
- 37:50Speaker 15: a bar, but whatever.
- 37:52Speaker 4: So I wore all black. And if you guys scroll
- 37:54Speaker 4: all the way down to February.
- 37:56Speaker 15: You'll see my, it was a first date TikTok where
- 38:01Speaker 15: I used the first date sound from Blink-182.
- 38:03Speaker 4: So you can see I looked good. Okay. I looked really,
- 38:07Speaker 4: really good.
- 38:08Speaker 15: And so I just said, oh, I'm wearing all black.
- 38:10Speaker 4: I'm wearing a dress and a jacket and combat boots.
- 38:13Speaker 3: Okay, cool.
- 38:15Speaker 4: So buckle up, okay?
- 38:19Speaker 5: Buckle up.
- 38:20Speaker 15: So I get to the date. We meet in the
- 38:21Speaker 15: parking lot. First thing he does is go, oh. And
- 38:29Speaker 15: I'm just standing there all awkwardly, and he goes, hmm,
- 38:32Speaker 15: you look like you're going.
- 38:33Speaker 4: To start a cult.
- 38:37Speaker 5: Ha ha ha.
- 38:38Speaker 4: So right off the bat, I didn't like him, but
- 38:40Speaker 4: I drove all the way there and I'm going to
- 38:42Speaker 4: get a free drink. So sounds good.
- 38:44Speaker 15: So we are walking in and I was like, oh,
- 38:46Speaker 15: I haven't been here since they changed locations. And he goes, oh, yeah,
- 38:51Speaker 15: it's pretty nice in there, except the bartender's a fucking bitch.
- 38:57Speaker 4: Try two.
- 39:00Speaker 5: So then we're walking in and he is standing in
- 39:03Speaker 5: front of me.
- 39:04Speaker 15: And he is like going going like this behind him
- 39:08Speaker 15: but he's like going like this and i go what
- 39:11Speaker 15: and he's like give.
- 39:12Speaker 4: Me your id she's gonna ask for it.
- 39:15Speaker 15: Okay i said well you could use your words and
- 39:19Speaker 15: he like giggled and i was being totally serious so
- 39:22Speaker 15: i handed my id we're waiting for our drinks and
- 39:24Speaker 15: i was like what are you going to order? And
- 39:26Speaker 15: he was like, oh, I don't really drink.
- 39:29Speaker 3: And I was like, oh, okay.
- 39:32Speaker 15: Well, we could have gone anywhere but a bar. And
- 39:36Speaker 15: he's like, no, no, like I do sometimes.
- 39:38Speaker 4: And I was like, okay.
- 39:41Speaker 5: So we're still waiting.
- 39:43Speaker 4: And he goes, yeah, you know, I just used.
- 39:44Speaker 5: To be really big into pills.
- 39:46Speaker 4: And I'm like, Okay.
- 39:51Speaker 15: This is all within the first five minutes, by the way.
- 39:55Speaker 15: So then we finally sit down and he immediately just
- 39:57Speaker 15: starts talking.
- 39:58Speaker 4: Okay. And he's like, yeah, just so you're.
- 40:00Speaker 15: Aware, like, I'm not really interested in marriage or anything
- 40:03Speaker 15: like that.
- 40:04Speaker 5: And I was like, okay.
- 40:06Speaker 15: I was like, well, it's probably just not going to
- 40:08Speaker 15: work because, um, I'd like that to be an option
- 40:11Speaker 15: for me someday. And he's like, well, like, I don't
- 40:13Speaker 15: want to get married right now. And I'm like, I
- 40:16Speaker 15: was not planning on walking down the aisle with you tonight. So,
- 40:20Speaker 15: and he like giggled and I was being serious. And
- 40:23Speaker 15: then he goes, yeah, you know, I just, I make
- 40:25Speaker 15: so much money, like a lot of money.
- 40:27Speaker 4: And, uh, you know, she's going to have to sign
- 40:29Speaker 4: a prenup.
- 40:31Speaker 3: And I just go, ew. And he's like, what?
- 40:34Speaker 4: I was like, it's really fucking gross to say to.
- 40:36Speaker 15: Somebody within 10 minutes of meeting them, but okay.
- 40:40Speaker 3: Okay.
- 40:41Speaker 4: So then he goes, yeah, definitely no kids. Like, no kids.
- 40:46Speaker 15: I'm not interested in kids. And I was like, yeah,
- 40:49Speaker 15: once again, it's not going to work. By the way,
- 40:51Speaker 15: I already knew this wasn't going to work. I didn't
- 40:53Speaker 15: like him the second I met him, but I stayed
- 40:55Speaker 15: for the plot. Anyway, he was like, yeah, absolutely no kids.
- 40:59Speaker 15: And I was like, oh, yeah, this isn't going to
- 41:00Speaker 15: work because I'd like that to.
- 41:02Speaker 4: Be an option for me too. And he goes, well,
- 41:05Speaker 4: just not right now. And I was like, I wasn't
- 41:08Speaker 4: planning on getting pregnant by you tonight either.
- 41:11Speaker 3: So.
- 41:12Speaker 4: And he just giggled again.
- 41:13Speaker 3: And I'm just like, okay.
- 41:17Speaker 15: Then he goes, yeah, the last time I went on
- 41:20Speaker 15: a date here, which, red flag, why are you telling
- 41:24Speaker 15: me about your last date you went on?
- 41:25Speaker 3: I don't give a fuck.
- 41:27Speaker 4: Anyway, the last date I went on here, you know,
- 41:30Speaker 4: she got out of her car and she.
- 41:30Speaker 3: Was like way fucking fatter than I expected.
- 41:35Speaker 4: Sir, I know you're not fucking saying that to a
- 41:37Speaker 4: fat person. Anyway, He said, yeah, she was way fatter
- 41:43Speaker 4: than I expected.
- 41:44Speaker 15: So I, you know, I cut the date pretty short
- 41:47Speaker 15: and then I blocked her on my way home.
- 41:52Speaker 4: I just go, ew.
- 41:53Speaker 15: And he's like, what? I was like, you're just kind
- 41:56Speaker 15: of fucking gross. And I swear to God, I was
- 42:00Speaker 15: saying all this to him. I don't know if his
- 42:02Speaker 15: kink was being like shot down, but like he literally
- 42:08Speaker 15: was shot down this whole time. Okay, this is getting
- 42:11Speaker 15: way too long. I'm gonna have to do a part two.
- 42:14Speaker 15: Welcome back to my dating horror story part two. So
- 42:17Speaker 15: at this point, I'm like done.
- 42:19Speaker 5: I'm so done.
- 42:20Speaker 15: And I texted my friends who happen to be at
- 42:22Speaker 15: the bar right next to us. And I said, you
- 42:24Speaker 15: need to get me the fuck out of here. Like
- 42:26Speaker 15: I need to leave. This man is the worst man
- 42:28Speaker 15: I've ever met in my life. So I told him,
- 42:31Speaker 15: I said, hey, my friends are next door. They want
- 42:33Speaker 15: to come over and chit chat.
- 42:34Speaker 4: You cool with that? And he's like, Yeah.
- 42:37Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 42:37Speaker 3: I'm fine with that.
- 42:38Speaker 4: What do they want to like grill me? Do they
- 42:41Speaker 4: want to grill me? Do they like want to ask
- 42:42Speaker 4: me questions? And I was like, maybe, I don't know, maybe.
- 42:48Speaker 15: So my friends get there and he's like, Oh, Hey, like, did.
- 42:52Speaker 4: You want to like ask me questions? Like, did you
- 42:55Speaker 4: guys want to grill me? And they're like, I mean,
- 42:58Speaker 4: we can. So they did.
- 43:01Speaker 15: Their first question was, what are your goals for the
- 43:04Speaker 15: next five years?
- 43:06Speaker 4: And he goes, I don't have any.
- 43:10Speaker 15: I go, not one? Not one single goal? And he's like, well,
- 43:15Speaker 15: I mean, I have lots of money. I have a
- 43:18Speaker 15: nice house. I have a nice car.
- 43:20Speaker 5: Him and I have the same.
- 43:22Speaker 11: Car, by the way.
- 43:25Speaker 4: Mine is just white.
- 43:25Speaker 15: His was a burnt orange color, but we have the
- 43:28Speaker 15: same car. And I promise you, it's not fancy. Anyway,
- 43:32Speaker 15: and so I was icked out way hard by that,
- 43:35Speaker 15: but okay.
- 43:36Speaker 5: Then they asked like what his favorite kind.
- 43:38Speaker 3: Of music is.
- 43:39Speaker 4: And he says he likes like house music, like techno.
- 43:41Speaker 3: Music, stuff like that.
- 43:43Speaker 15: And I was like, oh, I don't really listen to
- 43:44Speaker 15: a lot of that. But I have some saved like
- 43:47Speaker 15: in my playlist. And I was like, my favorite person
- 43:51Speaker 15: of all time.
- 43:52Speaker 3: Is Stevie Nicks.
- 43:53Speaker 4: And he goes, who's he? Excuse me? How do.
- 44:01Speaker 3: You?
- 44:02Speaker 5: Anyway.
- 44:02Speaker 4: Okay.
- 44:03Speaker 3: So I was appalled by that.
- 44:05Speaker 4: Then like, he's got tattoos everywhere. He's tattooed all over
- 44:08Speaker 4: the place. And one of my friends was like, oh,
- 44:11Speaker 4: I like your tattoos on your hand. And he was like, thanks.
- 44:14Speaker 4: And then she saw like a scar and she's like,
- 44:16Speaker 4: oh gosh, what's that from? He's like, oh yeah. You know,
- 44:20Speaker 4: that's just from when I used it myself.
- 44:25Speaker 3: Okay.
- 44:25Speaker 5: Okay.
- 44:28Speaker 4: Then they said, what's the worst thing you've ever done?
- 44:30Speaker 15: And he's like, hmm, you know, that'd have to be
- 44:33Speaker 15: when I had a whole drawn out plan on how
- 44:37Speaker 15: I was going to schmurder my ex-girlfriend's ex-boyfriend with a sledgehammer.
- 44:46Speaker 4: We all were just.
- 44:47Speaker 3: Like, okay, what?
- 44:52Speaker 15: Now, let me say, this date has been three-ish hours.
- 44:56Speaker 3: He's gotten me one drink. OK, but he's got all
- 44:59Speaker 3: this money.
- 45:00Speaker 15: He's got me one drink and he has not asked
- 45:03Speaker 15: me one question about myself. Not one, not a single question.
- 45:10Speaker 15: There were more questions that were asked, but I can't
- 45:12Speaker 15: really think of them right now. We were talking about
- 45:15Speaker 15: like where we live or whatever. And he was like, oh,
- 45:19Speaker 15: my God, I can't believe you live there. And I
- 45:21Speaker 15: was like, weren't you raised here? And he's like, yeah,
- 45:24Speaker 15: but I got out of there. okay where'd you go
- 45:29Speaker 15: he went 35 minutes away where pretentious assholes live so
- 45:34Speaker 15: you know good for you buddy boy so at this
- 45:39Speaker 15: point my friends are over it they're like okay bailey
- 45:41Speaker 15: we're gonna go like we need to go we'll meet
- 45:43Speaker 15: you there and i'm like okay yeah i'll see you
- 45:46Speaker 15: soon so they walk out and he pays the tab
- 45:49Speaker 15: of our two drinks because he only got me one
- 45:52Speaker 15: fucking drink this whole three hours and And as we're
- 45:55Speaker 15: walking out, he like starts his car from inside the bar.
- 45:57Speaker 4: And I was like, and it was cold out.
- 45:59Speaker 15: And I was like, damn, I wish that I had
- 46:01Speaker 15: gotten remote.
- 46:04Speaker 4: Start in my car. And he goes, if you're broke,
- 46:07Speaker 4: just say that. Excuse me?
- 46:12Speaker 15: I am fucking broke, but that's so fucking rude.
- 46:18Speaker 4: At this point, I'm done.
- 46:19Speaker 3: I'm done.
- 46:20Speaker 15: So we walk out to the parking lot and he
- 46:22Speaker 15: gives me this awkward side hug thing. And my, and
- 46:26Speaker 15: he was a very skinny, short, tatted up man, which
- 46:30Speaker 15: is like my bread and butter, baby.
- 46:32Speaker 4: I love a skinny man.
- 46:33Speaker 3: I don't know why.
- 46:35Speaker 15: But my first reaction was to literally go, Ooh, God,
- 46:38Speaker 15: you are way too fucking bony for me. And he
- 46:41Speaker 15: was like, And I was like, yeah, I'm going to
- 46:46Speaker 15: have to, this isn't going to work out. So I
- 46:48Speaker 15: walk out to my car and he's like, well, have
- 46:50Speaker 15: fun talking shit about me to your friends.
- 46:52Speaker 4: And I was like, oh, I will.
- 46:55Speaker 3: I will.
- 46:56Speaker 15: I will. I, as soon as I got in my car,
- 47:00Speaker 15: I went to the app because I wanted to screenshot
- 47:03Speaker 15: a picture of him because I knew everybody was going to.
- 47:04Speaker 4: Ask me what he looked like. And he had blocked
- 47:07Speaker 4: me already.
- 47:10Speaker 5: Blocked me for that one comment.
- 47:13Speaker 15: Baby, you literally said to a fat person that you
- 47:16Speaker 15: were disgusted in another fat person. I just had to
- 47:20Speaker 15: call you out on your boniness. And then like five
- 47:23Speaker 15: months later, I saw him on the Are We Dating
- 47:25Speaker 15: the Same Guy Facebook page in our surrounding area. And
- 47:31Speaker 15: oh my God, the comments are hilarious. I'm fully aware
- 47:36Speaker 15: that I shouldn't have stayed three hours longer. But like
- 47:39Speaker 15: I said, I stayed for the plot because what in
- 47:42Speaker 15: the fuck?
- 47:43Speaker 3: So yeah.
- 47:46Speaker 5: Dating's going really, really well for me.
- 47:48Speaker 4: I'm bored and I'm in the mood.
- 47:49Speaker 12: So I'm going to tell y'all a story time about
- 47:51Speaker 12: a Tinder date from hell.
- 47:54Speaker 1: All right.
- 47:55Speaker 5: So y'all, I was around 19, 20 at the time.
- 47:57Speaker 12: I just graduated from high school. 2017 for year context.
- 48:02Speaker 12: And I used to get on Tinder just for fun.
- 48:04Speaker 12: Like just because I was bored. It was nothing to do.
- 48:06Speaker 5: I was on Tinder.
- 48:08Speaker 3: Now, I will say, stay off them fucking dating apps.
- 48:12Speaker 4: Please save yourself the trouble.
- 48:15Speaker 12: I met a lot of nasty ass creeps on there
- 48:17Speaker 12: that I didn't have no business running into because I
- 48:20Speaker 12: was bored. So this one boy in particular, he went
- 48:23Speaker 12: to A & T.
- 48:24Speaker 3: I'm an A & J because.
- 48:26Speaker 4: Just be y'all, just be y'all. He went to A
- 48:27Speaker 4: & T.
- 48:28Speaker 5: We matched on Tinder.
- 48:29Speaker 3: He was cute.
- 48:30Speaker 5: He was a short about chubby guy. um he had.
- 48:33Speaker 4: Like a ginger beer he was real cute real.
- 48:35Speaker 12: Cute so we was texting on tinder for a while
- 48:38Speaker 12: and he asked me for my number which i was
- 48:40Speaker 12: kind of hesitant to give to him but like i
- 48:43Speaker 12: said i was bored so he gets my number and
- 48:46Speaker 12: we were texting for like a week finally he said
- 48:50Speaker 12: fuck all that texting i don't want to see you
- 48:52Speaker 12: so i'm like okay if you want to see me
- 48:53Speaker 12: take me out on a date you know because i'm
- 48:57Speaker 12: not no cheap bitch or so the book i thought
- 48:59Speaker 12: at that time so he's like okay i'm gonna pick
- 49:02Speaker 12: you up um send me your address i'm gonna come
- 49:05Speaker 12: get you like around eight the next day so i'm
- 49:07Speaker 12: like okay cool so i'm not really excited you know
- 49:11Speaker 12: this was not my first date on tinder i was
- 49:13Speaker 12: a horrible person too i used to go on the
- 49:16Speaker 12: dates for the free food i sure did i did
- 49:18Speaker 12: i don't know i'm just know but i was nervous
- 49:21Speaker 12: you know i was nervous long story short he picked
- 49:25Speaker 12: me up and you know we vibing we get i
- 49:27Speaker 12: get in the car he looked like himself he's not.
- 49:29Speaker 5: A catfish you know what i'm saying he say i'm cute.
- 49:31Speaker 4: Too we bobbing we listening to music now.
- 49:35Speaker 12: What should have been the first red flag you is
- 49:38Speaker 12: that he kept playing Pimp C.
- 49:40Speaker 4: What was that song?
- 49:42Speaker 3: Y'all, I went to go look. Excuse me.
- 49:44Speaker 5: It's not Big C. It's Big Punisher. It's so hard.
- 49:46Speaker 1: To this day, I'm traumatized by that song.
- 49:49Speaker 4: He played that.
- 49:50Speaker 3: Song over and over and over and over and over until.
- 49:53Speaker 4: We got to our destination.
- 49:54Speaker 5: That song still haunts.
- 49:55Speaker 1: Me to this day.
- 49:57Speaker 5: If I hear that song, the saxophones start playing.
- 49:59Speaker 4: So we pull up to the destination.
- 50:01Speaker 5: I look around.
- 50:03Speaker 3: I look to my left.
- 50:05Speaker 16: I look to my right.
- 50:07Speaker 3: Why are we at Golden Corral?
- 50:09Speaker 12: I'm like, we're at Golden Corral.
- 50:12Speaker 1: Why?
- 50:12Speaker 4: What's going on?
- 50:14Speaker 3: He's like, what you mean?
- 50:15Speaker 4: We here to eat.
- 50:15Speaker 17: Eat?
- 50:16Speaker 4: We gonna eat some hot pizza?
- 50:19Speaker 5: He's like, what's wrong with Golden Corral?
- 50:21Speaker 3: I should have known better.
- 50:23Speaker 4: College student. Slightly balding. I should have known better.
- 50:32Speaker 5: But you know, we already here.
- 50:34Speaker 3: Bug it.
- 50:35Speaker 10: Bug it.
- 50:35Speaker 5: I'm not gonna lie. Bug it. I'm like, it's whatever.
- 50:38Speaker 5: You know, we already here.
- 50:39Speaker 1: I might as well eat it.
- 50:40Speaker 5: So we go inside. You know what I'm saying?
- 50:43Speaker 4: The total comes.
- 50:43Speaker 3: Up to $ 20.
- 50:44Speaker 4: I can't be, I'm not mad at you, player.
- 50:46Speaker 5: I'm not mad at you.
- 50:48Speaker 3: I'm not mad. But it's like, you really do got.
- 50:51Speaker 12: Me fucked up because Golden Corral, like, I don't like eating.
- 50:54Speaker 3: I don't like it. Like, no, you don't do that.
- 50:57Speaker 5: At least let me know before.
- 50:59Speaker 4: Let me know.
- 50:59Speaker 3: Like, you, I'm all dressed up.
- 51:02Speaker 1: Come on.
- 51:03Speaker 5: Come on, gang.
- 51:04Speaker 3: So we sit down and we start eating.
- 51:07Speaker 4: And that man starts to pig out.
- 51:09Speaker 3: He's getting his money's worth.
- 51:11Speaker 5: Money's worth.
- 51:13Speaker 4: He eats eight plates.
- 51:14Speaker 5: I'm still on my first one. I knew right then
- 51:17Speaker 5: and there.
- 51:19Speaker 3: I fucked up. I want to be those plates though
- 51:21Speaker 3: at the end of the night.
- 51:23Speaker 4: I just like.
- 51:23Speaker 12: So he eats his food and we finally finish.
- 51:27Speaker 5: And we leave. So now I'm like, okay, like, you know,
- 51:29Speaker 5: it was nice seeing you, whatever.
- 51:31Speaker 3: He's like, what you finna do after this? I'm like,
- 51:33Speaker 3: you know, go home.
- 51:35Speaker 4: He's like, nah, we can chill for.
- 51:36Speaker 3: A little bit.
- 51:37Speaker 4: Come on.
- 51:39Speaker 3: Like, I like you a lot. I bet you do
- 51:41Speaker 3: like me. I bet you do. I bet you do.
- 51:44Speaker 3: I bet you do like me.
- 51:46Speaker 4: Y'all, and this is where it gets really foolish on
- 51:48Speaker 4: my part.
- 51:49Speaker 3: Because, yes, I did.
- 51:51Speaker 4: I did go back with him.
- 51:52Speaker 5: I did hang out with him. Yes, I did.
- 51:54Speaker 3: I did that. I own it.
- 51:58Speaker 5: I'm 27 now.
- 51:58Speaker 3: Y'all can't judge me.
- 51:59Speaker 4: That was the past.
- 52:00Speaker 3: Let it go.
- 52:01Speaker 5: You can't judge me.
- 52:02Speaker 3: It was the past.
- 52:03Speaker 8: So.
- 52:04Speaker 3: We get to his dorm.
- 52:07Speaker 12: As soon as I walk in, first of all, your
- 52:09Speaker 12: roommate is here. And his room was a fucking pigsty.
- 52:13Speaker 3: You hear me?
- 52:14Speaker 4: Pigsty. Fritos on the bed.
- 52:17Speaker 3: Socks.
- 52:18Speaker 5: Krusty ass socks.
- 52:20Speaker 12: That you know what he did with them socks.
- 52:22Speaker 3: On the floor.
- 52:23Speaker 4: Shoes turned over and twisted over.
- 52:26Speaker 5: Pillow on the floor.
- 52:28Speaker 4: It smelled like BL in there.
- 52:31Speaker 3: Yeah. I want to go home. I didn't contest this.
- 52:35Speaker 12: Soon as he's trying to convince me to stay, he's like,
- 52:37Speaker 12: what you mean? We hear a knock at the door,
- 52:39Speaker 12: a hard-ass knock. And it was something like, open this
- 52:44Speaker 12: fucking door.
- 52:44Speaker 5: I know you in there.
- 52:45Speaker 18: I know you in there.
- 52:46Speaker 5: The whole room was silent. His roommate was silent. He's silent.
- 52:51Speaker 5: I'm silent. And I already know what the fuck's going
- 52:53Speaker 5: to go down.
- 52:54Speaker 3: She's banging on the door. You took me to go
- 53:00Speaker 3: to the crowd. You took me back to your dirty dorm.
- 53:03Speaker 4: And now somebody want to fight me over that?
- 53:05Speaker 3: Baby, you can have that. You can have it.
- 53:08Speaker 4: She beating on that door like she Nick Cannon off
- 53:09Speaker 4: the line. Open that fucking door for that lady, for real.
- 53:12Speaker 5: For real. So we in there for about a cool
- 53:15Speaker 5: 12 minutes.
- 53:16Speaker 3: At this point, I want to go home. I go
- 53:19Speaker 3: to the door and I open it.
- 53:20Speaker 4: I sure did because I'm trying to leave.
- 53:22Speaker 3: I really do want to go home.
- 53:24Speaker 4: I do.
- 53:24Speaker 3: And she like, and what is you?
- 53:27Speaker 5: I'm like, I'm the roommate's friend. Y'all, I'm not.
- 53:32Speaker 4: I'm not coochie.
- 53:33Speaker 3: I promise you I'm not.
- 53:34Speaker 5: If anything, I'm the most confrontational person ever.
- 53:37Speaker 3: But I choose my battles wisely.
- 53:40Speaker 5: I don't want to fight over no golden morale fight.
- 53:42Speaker 5: I promise you I don't.
- 53:43Speaker 3: I really don't.
- 53:44Speaker 5: So she comes inside and she starts talking to him.
- 53:47Speaker 5: And I respectfully, I leave.
- 53:50Speaker 4: I call my Uber.
- 53:52Speaker 5: I'm outside waiting in the hallway. I call my Uber.
- 53:55Speaker 4: It's good. You know what I'm saying?
- 53:58Speaker 5: I didn't want to be with the big Punisher anyways.
- 54:01Speaker 5: and that is why i don't talk about this.
- 54:07Speaker 12: I'm fat you fat i'm good i'm straight y'all sneaky
- 54:12Speaker 12: sneaky as fuck so yeah i went home he tried
- 54:16Speaker 12: to message me again you know that won't happen again

- 54:26Speaker 12: tinder date yes i did thank you Thank you for
- 54:30Speaker 12: listening to my story time.
- 54:33Speaker 4: Not again, not again.
- 54:36Speaker 14: Every single day, without fail, I am presented with a
- 54:38Speaker 14: new set of information and new stories about men from
- 54:41Speaker 14: dating apps that would make any woman who is still
- 54:44Speaker 14: currently using dating apps like Hinge want to delete them
- 54:47Speaker 14: faster than the speed of light, join a.
- 54:49Speaker 4: Convent, and stay single for all of eternity.
- 54:52Speaker 14: What I'm about to share with you guys, a story
- 54:54Speaker 14: that I was just sent from a friend of mine,
- 54:56Speaker 14: is so diabolical that I just have no words.
- 54:59Speaker 1: No words.
- 55:00Speaker 14: Before I begin, I just want to say, and I'm
- 55:02Speaker 14: sure that you guys are tired of hearing this phrase
- 55:05Speaker 14: that's been floating around this app from different creators, dating
- 55:08Speaker 14: apps will quite literally have you meeting people that you
- 55:11Speaker 14: were never meant to meet, putting you in situations that
- 55:14Speaker 14: you were never supposed to be in.
- 55:15Speaker 4: And the universe will teach you why every time.
- 55:17Speaker 14: I have my laptop here, and I'm just going to
- 55:20Speaker 14: summarize this story and the text that was sent to
- 55:23Speaker 14: the best of my ability for you guys. Basically, a
- 55:26Speaker 14: friend of mine and her friend said that they saw
- 55:28Speaker 14: my video that I made last week that went pretty
- 55:30Speaker 14: viral about men from dating apps in an account I
- 55:33Speaker 14: found about a man who.
- 55:34Speaker 4: Shares all of his experiences trying.
- 55:37Speaker 14: To sleep with women that he meets on dating apps
- 55:39Speaker 14: on the first date. That's diabolical enough, but this is
- 55:43Speaker 14: pure psychopath vibes.
- 55:44Speaker 4: Like, I have no words.
- 55:45Speaker 14: I'm just gonna get into it. So, anyways, she matches
- 55:48Speaker 14: with this man on Hinge. He's 35 years old. She
- 55:52Speaker 14: said that she gave him her number, and... They talked
- 55:55Speaker 14: on the phone for an hour, and they had a
- 55:57Speaker 14: great conversation. He made her laugh, and she even FaceTimed
- 56:01Speaker 14: him for a few minutes and said that he was
- 56:03Speaker 14: really good-looking, had a good job, seemed really smart, so
- 56:06Speaker 14: she agreed.
- 56:07Speaker 4: To go on a dinner date with him that he planned.
- 56:09Speaker 14: The night that he planned the dinner date for, she
- 56:11Speaker 14: had a work function prior, so she agreed to meet
- 56:14Speaker 14: him at the restaurant after her work function, and she
- 56:16Speaker 14: said she got to the restaurant.
- 56:17Speaker 4: It was like 8.30. They had a great date, great conversation.
- 56:22Speaker 14: They had a few glasses of wine and they actually
- 56:23Speaker 14: even stayed until the restaurant closed and they were told
- 56:26Speaker 14: to leave. So she was like over the moon, had
- 56:29Speaker 14: a great, great night with this guy. And he said,
- 56:31Speaker 14: let's go for a little walk. And she's like, yeah,
- 56:33Speaker 14: of course. But like, it has to be a quick
- 56:34Speaker 14: walk because I work the next day. They go on
- 56:37Speaker 14: this walk 15 minutes in. She says, listen, I really
- 56:41Speaker 14: have to go home.
- 56:41Speaker 4: I have work tomorrow.
- 56:43Speaker 14: I wish this night didn't have to end. If it
- 56:44Speaker 14: were a weekend, it would be another story. He says, no,
- 56:47Speaker 14: let's go to a bar and get another drink. And
- 56:48Speaker 14: she said, it's a weeknight. I really have to get home.
- 56:51Speaker 4: He says, okay. How about I get you an Uber?
- 56:54Speaker 14: She said at this point there were no other red flags,
- 56:57Speaker 14: no other inklings of misconduct, and he seemed just genuinely
- 57:01Speaker 14: interested in her and wanted to spend more time with her.
- 57:03Speaker 14: But unfortunately, she had to work the next day, and
- 57:06Speaker 14: if it were a weekend, it would be another story.
- 57:08Speaker 4: She couldn't go get another.
- 57:08Speaker 3: Drink with him.
- 57:10Speaker 4: He was normal. He seemed like a gentleman. He paid
- 57:11Speaker 4: the bill. He opened the doors. He did all the
- 57:13Speaker 4: right things.
- 57:15Speaker 14: She said her experience with him up until this point
- 57:18Speaker 14: was reason enough to trust him to let him get
- 57:20Speaker 14: her an Uber home. What could go wrong? And see,
- 57:23Speaker 14: this should be a nice thing that men offer to
- 57:25Speaker 14: do to get you home from a date safely via
- 57:28Speaker 14: ride share, but I guess not. I guess we have
- 57:30Speaker 14: to be more.
- 57:31Speaker 4: Careful with doing that now.
- 57:33Speaker 14: And she said that she had been away from her
- 57:35Speaker 14: office for hours and she hadn't charged her phone in hours.
- 57:39Speaker 4: Her phone was on less than 10%.
- 57:41Speaker 14: Also, he already knew where she lived because her building
- 57:44Speaker 14: came up in a previous conversation that they had. Anyways,
- 57:48Speaker 14: he confirmed her place of residence with her and he
- 57:52Speaker 14: called the Uber, and he waited for the Uber to
- 57:54Speaker 14: get there. He escorted her into the Uber, gave her
- 57:57Speaker 14: a kiss on the cheek, didn't even try to kiss
- 57:59Speaker 14: her on the lips. She said he was such a gentleman. Anyways,
- 58:02Speaker 14: she gets in the Uber.
- 58:04Speaker 4: They get on their way. He stays behind. She asks
- 58:08Speaker 4: the Uber driver for a charger.
- 58:11Speaker 14: She starts looking at her phone until she realizes she
- 58:14Speaker 14: is not going in the direction of her home, and
- 58:16Speaker 14: she looks at the Uber's navigation that is in the
- 58:21Speaker 14: front seat and sees that it is three minutes away
- 58:25Speaker 14: from the destination that he's going to she's saying this
- 58:28Speaker 14: isn't correct and he never sent her a screenshot or
- 58:32Speaker 14: anything saying where he called the uber to so she
- 58:37Speaker 14: is trying to call him and he doesn't pick up
- 58:40Speaker 14: and then the uber driver gets to the building and
- 58:42Speaker 14: she was like wait this is where he lives did
- 58:44Speaker 14: he do this on accident so she's calling him again
- 58:48Speaker 14: She's standing in front of the building and is about
- 58:49Speaker 14: to call an Uber. And he walks up to her
- 58:51Speaker 14: and goes, you said you didn't want the night to end.
- 58:56Speaker 14: And she's like, what? You called an Uber to your house.
- 58:59Speaker 14: You called me an Uber to your house. And he's like, yeah,
- 59:02Speaker 14: you said you didn't want the night to end. So
- 59:04Speaker 14: the night's not gonna end you can sleep by me
- 59:07Speaker 14: we can just go to sleep she said that she
- 59:11Speaker 14: was panic stricken her heart was pounding her fingers were
- 59:15Speaker 14: shaking as she was trying to call an uber and
- 59:17Speaker 14: he was inching closer to her saying let's just go
- 59:19Speaker 14: upstairs you could take off your heels i'll.
- 59:22Speaker 4: Give you comfortable clothes i'll.
- 59:23Speaker 14: Pour you another glass of wine We could watch a
- 59:26Speaker 14: movie or just go to sleep and I'll take you
- 59:27Speaker 14: home first thing in the morning. Don't you want to
- 59:30Speaker 14: do that? You said you didn't want the night to end.
- 59:32Speaker 14: I don't want the night to end either. I don't
- 59:34Speaker 14: see what the problem is. You think I'm just going
- 59:36Speaker 14: to let you go that easily. What he did is
- 59:39Speaker 14: super illegal. That is quite literally false imprisonment. So if
- 59:42Speaker 14: a man ever tries to do something like that to you,
- 59:44Speaker 14: call the police immediately. Anyways, she said she was so
- 59:47Speaker 14: terrified about the comment he made about not letting her
- 59:50Speaker 14: get away that easily. And she was so frozen in time,
- 59:53Speaker 14: couldn't move or speak, but she didn't know if she
- 59:55Speaker 14: should scream.
- 59:55Speaker 4: Or run and couldn't.
- 59:56Speaker 14: Bring herself to do those things. The more silent she was,
- 59:59Speaker 14: the angrier he got. He was talking crazy, saying, you
- 1:00:03Speaker 14: want to spend more time with me. I'm making it
- 1:00:05Speaker 14: a reality. I guess you're just this ungrateful. You're letting
- 1:00:08Speaker 14: a great night go to waste. I'm going on vacation,
- 1:00:10Speaker 14: so you won't see me for a bit. Unless you
- 1:00:12Speaker 14: go upstairs with me right now or just never see
- 1:00:15Speaker 14: me again, you probably don't even make a lot of
- 1:00:17Speaker 14: money at your stupid job anyways. I could change your
- 1:00:20Speaker 14: life tomorrow, but you won't let me. This is why
- 1:00:23Speaker 14: you're single and called her a bitch. Her Uber got there.
- 1:00:26Speaker 3: She got in.
- 1:00:27Speaker 14: She started crying, blocked him, reported him on Hinge, which
- 1:00:30Speaker 14: I feel like that's not that I'm like, because apparently
- 1:00:34Speaker 14: there's all these ways that you can get around being
- 1:00:36Speaker 14: down on Hinge and you could literally just make a
- 1:00:38Speaker 14: new account with a new number or new email. This
- 1:00:41Speaker 14: is so insane. Like, this is, this, I have, I
- 1:00:45Speaker 14: have no words. I've just, I have, like, anxiety for her. Like,
- 1:00:48Speaker 14: this sounds so traumatizing. Being banned from him literally is
- 1:00:52Speaker 14: not enough. He should be banned from society. He said
- 1:00:54Speaker 14: that he was going away for a while. Sounds like
- 1:00:57Speaker 14: he should be going to jail. He should be put
- 1:00:59Speaker 14: behind bars. Like, you might be a good guy, decent
- 1:01:04Speaker 14: guy on a dating app once in a while, but
- 1:01:05Speaker 14: what people don't understand is that these Dating apps are
- 1:01:08Speaker 14: hunting grounds for narcissists, for predators, for abusers, and you
- 1:01:11Speaker 14: need to be so careful. And the best thing to
- 1:01:13Speaker 14: do is just delete them. So go and delete your
- 1:01:15Speaker 14: dating apps if you are still on them. I don't
- 1:01:18Speaker 14: know what's going to convince you guys. Just be so careful.
- 1:01:22Speaker 14: This is so crazy. I also want to say God
- 1:01:25Speaker 14: was on her side in that situation. She had guardian
- 1:01:27Speaker 14: angels right there with her, protecting her, making sure nothing
- 1:01:29Speaker 14: happened to her. But most women do not get that
- 1:01:32Speaker 14: lucky in situations like that, and that's what I really
- 1:01:34Speaker 14: want to stress and emphasize to you guys.
- 1:01:37Speaker 19: And if you think your dating life is bad, let
- 1:01:40Speaker 19: me tell you a story.
- 1:01:41Speaker 4: Okay, let me tell you a story. See that back there?
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: That's a suitcase.
- 1:01:45Speaker 19: On Monday, I drove three and a half hours to
- 1:01:48Speaker 19: go visit a guy. Because he's in the army and
- 1:01:51Speaker 19: he just never could come visit me.
- 1:01:53Speaker 5: Whatever.
- 1:01:54Speaker 19: So I drive out there to go spend time with
- 1:01:57Speaker 19: him and be close that I can see him.
- 1:02:00Speaker 4: Every day for five days. I come over. He makes
- 1:02:04Speaker 4: me dinner the first night.
- 1:02:05Speaker 19: Burnt. The dinner to a crisp. Nothing against it. Most
- 1:02:09Speaker 19: men can't cook. Not surprised.
- 1:02:11Speaker 4: So he's like, you know what? I'm going to make
- 1:02:13Speaker 4: dinner tomorrow night.
- 1:02:14Speaker 5: So tomorrow, the next day, I just.
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: Go drive around and I go grocery shopping and I
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: get like.
- 1:02:19Speaker 19: $ 30 worth of groceries to make like a chicken garlic
- 1:02:23Speaker 19: parm dinner.
- 1:02:25Speaker 4: I go back to his place for two hours.
- 1:02:27Speaker 5: I am cooking so that the house smells good when
- 1:02:30Speaker 5: he gets home and that he has something hot and
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: ready to eat.
- 1:02:34Speaker 19: So I make this dinner. I prepare it in the oven.
- 1:02:37Speaker 19: He doesn't want to eat when he gets home right away,
- 1:02:40Speaker 19: which like, whatever. He's like, I'm going to go work out.
- 1:02:42Speaker 4: And then I'm going to eat.
- 1:02:42Speaker 3: And I was like, cool.
- 1:02:43Speaker 19: So he goes and works out. He comes out and
- 1:02:46Speaker 19: we eat dinner. Does not say thank you for cooking
- 1:02:49Speaker 19: the food. He does not say thank you for buying
- 1:02:51Speaker 19: the food. And he doesn't even really compliment. He was
- 1:02:54Speaker 19: just like, at the end, it was like, oh, it
- 1:02:56Speaker 19: was good. That was it. And so then I do
- 1:02:58Speaker 19: the dishes and I clean up. He kind of piddles
- 1:03:01Speaker 19: in there a little bit and then like dries and
- 1:03:02Speaker 19: puts away the dishes and And I was like, okay, well,
- 1:03:05Speaker 19: maybe he had a long day at work.
- 1:03:06Speaker 3: You know what?
- 1:03:07Speaker 14: I have no idea.
- 1:03:08Speaker 4: He's in the army. Who knows? Who knows what kind
- 1:03:09Speaker 4: of day he had?
- 1:03:10Speaker 19: So I was like, okay, I'll try again tomorrow.
- 1:03:12Speaker 4: So the next day I go out and I get
- 1:03:14Speaker 4: more groceries.
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: I buy the groceries.
- 1:03:15Speaker 4: I go back and I make dinner. He comes home
- 1:03:18Speaker 4: a little early and he goes straight to his bedroom, straight.
- 1:03:22Speaker 20: To his bedroom.
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: And I'm like, okay.
- 1:03:25Speaker 19: So I wait an hour and a half and I'm like, well,
- 1:03:28Speaker 19: he's still not out here. So I'm going to make
- 1:03:30Speaker 19: dinner and eat because I'm hungry. And it's like 6, 6.30
- 1:03:33Speaker 19: at the time.
- 1:03:34Speaker 14: And I was like, okay, I'm making dinner.
- 1:03:35Speaker 4: So I make a quesadilla for me.
- 1:03:37Speaker 19: I make extra and put it in the microwave for him.
- 1:03:39Speaker 4: He comes out like 45 minutes later. After I finish eating,
- 1:03:42Speaker 4: I already wash my dish and put it away. And
- 1:03:44Speaker 4: I'm just sitting on the couch talking.
- 1:03:46Speaker 3: To a friend.
- 1:03:47Speaker 4: He literally, I was like, hey, dinner, I made dinner.
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: It's in the microwave for you. And he was like, cool.
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: Goes in, grabs it.
- 1:03:53Speaker 19: Literally walks right back to his bedroom. Right back to
- 1:03:56Speaker 19: his bedroom and sits in there and eats the quesadillas
- 1:03:58Speaker 19: that I made by himself. And I know I'm really
- 1:04:00Speaker 19: worked up about it because right now it is 1030
- 1:04:04Speaker 19: at night and I am going home a day early.
- 1:04:08Speaker 4: Because I'm not, I'm not doing this. I'm going to
- 1:04:10Speaker 4: be home at 1am. I don't care.
- 1:04:12Speaker 19: Um, so he comes back out and I was like,
- 1:04:15Speaker 19: so what'd you think of it? And he was like,
- 1:04:17Speaker 19: it was, it was good. Tasted like an actual quesadilla.
- 1:04:20Speaker 19: It tasted like an actual quesadilla because it was an
- 1:04:23Speaker 19: actual quesadilla.
- 1:04:24Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:04:24Speaker 4: It was an actual quesadilla. I was like, okay, whatever.
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: It's fine.
- 1:04:28Speaker 19: I'm not making dinner tomorrow night. I'm just not doing it.
- 1:04:31Speaker 19: I'm not spending more money on this ungrateful man. So
- 1:04:35Speaker 19: he comes back from work, and he's like, hey, what
- 1:04:39Speaker 19: you been doing?
- 1:04:39Speaker 4: You just been chilling today? I'm like, yep, just been chilling,
- 1:04:43Speaker 4: calling people back home. They're checking in on me, whatever.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: And he was like, okay, I didn't know if you
- 1:04:47Speaker 4: made dinner or anything. I'm like.
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: I made dinner.
- 1:04:50Speaker 4: No, no, I did not.
- 1:04:52Speaker 19: Um, so he's, I was like, do you want to
- 1:04:54Speaker 19: watch a movie tonight? And he was like, well, I
- 1:04:56Speaker 19: think I'm going to just work out and make some dinner.
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: And I was like, okay, cool. So he works out,
- 1:05:01Speaker 4: he burns something in the kitchen for dinner.
- 1:05:02Speaker 19: And I'm literally like waiting to see if he's done
- 1:05:08Speaker 19: and we can watch a movie.
- 1:05:09Speaker 4: Goes back to his bedroom like a troll, like a hermit.
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: And so I go and I sit on the couch
- 1:05:14Speaker 4: and I'm.
- 1:05:14Speaker 5: Like, you know what?
- 1:05:15Speaker 4: I'm going to watch a movie.
- 1:05:16Speaker 19: So I walk out there to go sit on the
- 1:05:18Speaker 19: couch and select a movie. And I hear this man
- 1:05:21Speaker 19: in his bedroom talking to another woman. And I literally
- 1:05:27Speaker 19: have the receipts on this, but he's literally... in his bedroom,
- 1:05:32Speaker 19: playing a game, talking to another woman. And like the
- 1:05:35Speaker 19: first night that I came over, he was like, I'm
- 1:05:36Speaker 19: going to go back and play my game. And I'm like,
- 1:05:38Speaker 19: I wonder if he's just been talking to this chick
- 1:05:40Speaker 19: the whole time. So I was like, I was on the.
- 1:05:43Speaker 3: Phone with my friend.
- 1:05:43Speaker 4: I said, you know what? I'm leaving. I'm going to
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: just make up some crappy story and I'm leaving. So
- 1:05:49Speaker 4: I packed up all my stuff. I put it by
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: the door and I knocked on his door and I
- 1:05:53Speaker 4: hear him.
- 1:05:54Speaker 19: Oh, hold on a second. Somebody's knocking at my door.
- 1:05:56Speaker 19: I'm going to hang up and I'll call you back.
- 1:05:59Speaker 19: I'm like, somebody, that somebody is me, that person that
- 1:06:01Speaker 19: drove three and a half hours and took time off
- 1:06:04Speaker 19: work where she could have been earning money to spend
- 1:06:05Speaker 19: time with you. Yeah, that's that someone. So he opens
- 1:06:10Speaker 19: the door and I'm like, hey, my mom's having a
- 1:06:11Speaker 19: medical emergency.
- 1:06:12Speaker 4: She's in the ER.
- 1:06:13Speaker 3: I got to go home.
- 1:06:14Speaker 4: Total lie. Super fabricated.
- 1:06:16Speaker 19: I mean, I really should have just told him straight
- 1:06:18Speaker 19: up that I think you're boring. I think you have
- 1:06:20Speaker 19: no manners. And why are you talking to another girl
- 1:06:24Speaker 19: in your bedroom? Like, well, what is sitting on the couch?
- 1:06:28Speaker 19: literally in your own home. So yeah, I am currently
- 1:06:33Speaker 19: driving home. I am set to arrive at around 1.30 a.m.
- 1:06:37Speaker 19: back in Mississippi. I'm so sick of dating. I'm so
- 1:06:41Speaker 19: sick of dating because I don't know what it is
- 1:06:43Speaker 19: about me, but I just attract the douchiest men, like
- 1:06:47Speaker 19: the douchiest men. And this is terrible. At least I
- 1:06:53Speaker 19: have enough self-worth, I think, to leave. I'm not going
- 1:06:56Speaker 19: to stick around, but like, at the same time, why
- 1:06:59Speaker 19: does this keep.
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: Happening, what did I do, what did I do wrong, I.
- 1:07:04Speaker 19: Was never messy, I cleaned his house while he was
- 1:07:06Speaker 19: at work, I swept the floors, I cleaned the kitchen,
- 1:07:08Speaker 19: I cleaned the plastic he burnt off his stove the
- 1:07:10Speaker 19: night before, um, I cleaned his bathroom, like, what am
- 1:07:15Speaker 19: I doing wrong, and I'm like, I'm not doing, I
- 1:07:17Speaker 19: might be doing too much, honestly, I might be doing
- 1:07:19Speaker 19: too much, um, it's not that I'm not doing enough, uh,
- 1:07:22Speaker 19: but like, I'm a traditional kind of gal, like, you
- 1:07:25Speaker 19: open the door for me, you carry my bags, like,
- 1:07:29Speaker 19: you say thank you if I cook for you, um,
- 1:07:32Speaker 19: you wanna, you should wanna spend time with me, otherwise
- 1:07:34Speaker 19: I don't, I don't know why we're even considering dating, like,
- 1:07:37Speaker 19: this is just, it's bad, it's bad.
- 1:07:40Speaker 4: Anyways, um, that's my rant, so if you think your.
- 1:07:42Speaker 19: Dating life sucks, mine's probably worse, um, it's not that bad,
- 1:07:49Speaker 19: because I always get out of it, but, like, This
- 1:07:51Speaker 19: keeps happening. This keeps happening. And this one is the
- 1:07:53Speaker 19: worst because I actually drove here. He would not even
- 1:07:56Speaker 19: come to visit me. He would not come to visit
- 1:07:58Speaker 19: me first. And I drove here. I spent my gas.
- 1:08:02Speaker 19: I spent my money on groceries. I spent my time
- 1:08:03Speaker 19: cooking and cleaning. And yeah, this is what it has
- 1:08:07Speaker 19: amounted to. So I blocked him. So he's hopefully not
- 1:08:10Speaker 19: going to see this video.
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: But if he does.
- 1:08:13Speaker 4: Dude, you got to step up your game because you suck.
- 1:08:15Speaker 4: You are boring. We're so boring. And you need some
- 1:08:19Speaker 4: serious manners.
- 1:08:20Speaker 19: And I don't think you're ready to date because I
- 1:08:22Speaker 19: don't think you know how to treat a woman or
- 1:08:24Speaker 19: you're just a player and a cheater. So, yeah, I'm
- 1:08:27Speaker 19: disgusted with dating. So the next guy that takes me
- 1:08:30Speaker 19: on a date better impress me or... I might be
- 1:08:34Speaker 19: an old hag that lives by herself with her farm animal.
- 1:08:39Speaker 3: I'm just like, oh!
- 1:08:41Speaker 19: I was literally shaking when I knocked on his door
- 1:08:43Speaker 19: and I was picking up my bag sleeve because I was, like,
- 1:08:44Speaker 19: so upset.
- 1:08:45Speaker 4: I was like, this is bad.
- 1:08:47Speaker 3: This is bad.
- 1:08:47Speaker 5: So, yeah.
- 1:08:49Speaker 4: That is my fun story. I wish it was fake,
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: but I don't even.
- 1:08:53Speaker 19: Think I have the creative juices to create something like
- 1:08:57Speaker 19: that in my head.
- 1:08:58Speaker 4: Um, but yeah, dating sucks. I almost got murdered today
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: and this is what happened.
- 1:09:05Speaker 3: Imagine this guy at Bumble.
- 1:09:06Speaker 21: Um, we talk, like exchange a few messages back and
- 1:09:10Speaker 21: forth and then we switch to WhatsApp.
- 1:09:12Speaker 3: We decide to go on a date. So he plans
- 1:09:15Speaker 3: one for today.
- 1:09:16Speaker 21: When I asked him to send me what bar we're
- 1:09:18Speaker 21: going to, he, um, sent me a postcode.
- 1:09:21Speaker 4: And he was like, meet here.
- 1:09:22Speaker 21: So I Googled the postcode, and I put on maps,
- 1:09:25Speaker 21: and it was, like, flat.
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: There was, like, a residential street, so I was like,
- 1:09:30Speaker 3: what is this? I don't want to meet here. Like,
- 1:09:31Speaker 3: can we just meet at the bar?
- 1:09:32Speaker 5: And then he was like, no, just meet me here.
- 1:09:34Speaker 3: We can walk together. And I was like, can I
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: just please meet you at the bar? And, again, he
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: was just like, just meet me here. Obviously, I was
- 1:09:42Speaker 3: still going to go to the bar. He eventually told
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: me the bar's name.
- 1:09:45Speaker 21: And I am coming, well, I was supposed to be
- 1:09:48Speaker 21: in the office today, so I would have been coming
- 1:09:49Speaker 21: from wherever my office is. And he chose a place
- 1:09:55Speaker 21: that's like an hour away by two.
- 1:09:58Speaker 4: And it's a Tuesday, so I didn't really want to
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: do that.
- 1:10:01Speaker 3: I was like, that's too far.
- 1:10:02Speaker 21: I don't want to be back late and then end
- 1:10:04Speaker 21: up having to take like a really expensive Uber back
- 1:10:06Speaker 21: to my house.
- 1:10:08Speaker 4: And he was like, it's not far at all.
- 1:10:09Speaker 21: Like just walk across the bridge and then you can
- 1:10:12Speaker 21: tube to one stop, which it wasn't.
- 1:10:15Speaker 3: It would still take me about an hour to get there.
- 1:10:17Speaker 21: So I was like, no, can we just meet somewhere
- 1:10:19Speaker 21: in the middle so that we can both travel?
- 1:10:22Speaker 4: It's not just like, I don't know.
- 1:10:24Speaker 3: It's because he lived in that area that he wanted
- 1:10:26Speaker 3: to do that. I think he chose the bar and
- 1:10:29Speaker 3: he was.
- 1:10:29Speaker 21: Adamant on not changing location. And he was just like,
- 1:10:35Speaker 21: why are you making such a big deal out of it,
- 1:10:37Speaker 21: it's not, like, it's not a big deal, um, the
- 1:10:39Speaker 21: Uber's not expensive, it's, he, like, looked up the price, um,
- 1:10:42Speaker 21: and he was, like, it's only 15 pounds, which it
- 1:10:44Speaker 21: would not be, because from the, from my house to that, to, uh, like,
- 1:10:49Speaker 21: the bar by Uber would be, like, probably 30 pounds,
- 1:10:52Speaker 21: especially midnight, but there was a bit of back and forth,
- 1:10:55Speaker 21: and then I was, like, okay, you know what, let's
- 1:10:57Speaker 21: just reschedule for a different day, because, This is obviously
- 1:11:01Speaker 21: like not working. And now we're just in a bit
- 1:11:02Speaker 21: of a fight. So it's just weird and awkward. And
- 1:11:04Speaker 21: then maybe we shouldn't even go on a date. I
- 1:11:06Speaker 21: didn't say that part.
- 1:11:07Speaker 4: But anyways, he was like, well, I can't.
- 1:11:10Speaker 21: Now because I've had to put my credit card down
- 1:11:12Speaker 21: and they're going to charge me if I cancel the
- 1:11:17Speaker 21: reservation because it's less than 24 hours.
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: I went onto the website of the bar and I
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: clicked reserve table.
- 1:11:23Speaker 4: You did not have to put your.
- 1:11:24Speaker 3: Credit card down. I could easily fill out, you just
- 1:11:26Speaker 3: have to fill out your name and that's it.
- 1:11:29Speaker 21: Something told me to reverse image search his pictures, and
- 1:11:33Speaker 21: I used this website, it's called facecheck.id.
- 1:11:37Speaker 4: And it basically is, like, reverse image search, uh, for
- 1:11:41Speaker 4: social profiles and stuff, I put.
- 1:11:42Speaker 21: His picture in there, and it comes up with this, like,
- 1:11:47Speaker 21: fitness gym model based in Germany, I live in London,
- 1:11:50Speaker 21: so I was like, okay, and it had a completely
- 1:11:53Speaker 21: different name, uh, and all the pictures that were on
- 1:11:56Speaker 21: his profile were taken from that person's profile. So at
- 1:12:00Speaker 21: that point, I was like, okay, what the hell? So
- 1:12:04Speaker 21: he wanted to meet me at this random postcode, not
- 1:12:07Speaker 21: the bar. Random postcode, looked like a residential street. I'm
- 1:12:10Speaker 21: assuming it was his place. He was adamant on not
- 1:12:15Speaker 21: changing the location. He specifically wanted to meet there, and
- 1:12:19Speaker 21: he would not meet me halfway.
- 1:12:20Speaker 3: He lied about the credit card, putting it down.
- 1:12:23Speaker 21: And then he's not even real, so I don't know
- 1:12:27Speaker 21: what the intention was, I don't know what would have
- 1:12:29Speaker 21: happened if I went, and it's supposed to.
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: Be in a few hours, so I.
- 1:12:35Speaker 21: Obviously have not done anything, I screenshotted the profile, the
- 1:12:37Speaker 21: fitness model's Instagram, and I sent it to him, but
- 1:12:40Speaker 21: now I'm really scared, actually, so I've just, I've reported
- 1:12:44Speaker 21: him on Bumble, I'm gonna block him on WhatsApp before
- 1:12:46Speaker 21: he even responds, because I'm, I, I, I don't know
- 1:12:49Speaker 21: what would have happened, but everything is just, like, alarm bells.
- 1:12:53Speaker 21: And there, I'm pretty sure that would have been the
- 1:12:55Speaker 21: last day that I was seen alive. So, yeah, that
- 1:12:58Speaker 21: is how I almost got killed.
- 1:13:01Speaker 10: I just had the worst, most awkward, terrible Tinder date
- 1:13:06Speaker 10: of my life. And I just need to, like, talk
- 1:13:10Speaker 10: about it real quick because this is insane.
- 1:13:13Speaker 4: So....
- 1:13:16Speaker 5: I started talking to this guy literally today.
- 1:13:18Speaker 10: We matched on Tinder today and he was messaging me
- 1:13:22Speaker 10: and like was pretty adamant. Like I didn't answer him
- 1:13:25Speaker 10: at first and then like he messaged me again. So
- 1:13:27Speaker 10: I was like, whatever, like I'll give him a chance.
- 1:13:30Speaker 4: Like, sure.
- 1:13:31Speaker 10: So he's messaging me and basically is like, oh, like
- 1:13:37Speaker 10: add me on Snapchat.
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: I deleted my Snapchat.
- 1:13:41Speaker 10: And my Instagram and um, long story, but I basically was, like, oh,
- 1:13:46Speaker 10: I don't have Snapchat, like, you can text me, so
- 1:13:49Speaker 10: I gave him my number, and he starts texting me,
- 1:13:51Speaker 10: and basically, off the bat, he was, like, I really
- 1:13:54Speaker 10: want to see you, like, what are you doing later, like,
- 1:13:56Speaker 10: let's go to the movies, let's go on a date, and, like,
- 1:14:00Speaker 10: he was, he seemed so nice, he was so cute
- 1:14:04Speaker 10: on his Tinder bio, said he was in finance, he's
- 1:14:08Speaker 10: six feet, he had a real person like I was
- 1:14:12Speaker 10: like okay like sure let's go on a date and
- 1:14:18Speaker 10: he sent me like the movie and everything and basically
- 1:14:22Speaker 10: I was like yeah like I'm down like let's do
- 1:14:26Speaker 10: it and he was like awesome like bought the tickets
- 1:14:29Speaker 10: like I'll see you tonight blah blah and then we're
- 1:14:32Speaker 10: planning out like when we wanted to meet if we
- 1:14:34Speaker 10: wanted to meet like.
- 1:14:35Speaker 3: Prior all this stuff we talked like all day basically and.
- 1:14:40Speaker 10: And so it finally came to like before we were
- 1:14:44Speaker 10: going and he tells me that his car is in
- 1:14:48Speaker 10: the shop and he has to uber and it'd be
- 1:14:52Speaker 10: really nice if i wanted to pick him up instant
- 1:14:57Speaker 10: fucking red flag i should have just ran then don't
- 1:15:02Speaker 10: know why.
- 1:15:02Speaker 3: I didn't i was already in deep enough i was
- 1:15:04Speaker 3: just like.
- 1:15:05Speaker 10: Um yeah no like we should just meet there like
- 1:15:09Speaker 10: just uber so he's like fine with that whatever so
- 1:15:13Speaker 10: he ubers there i'm driving and he gets there like
- 1:15:15Speaker 10: a few minutes before me so i call him when
- 1:15:18Speaker 10: i pull in i'm like hey i just got here
- 1:15:20Speaker 10: we got there like an hour early because we wanted
- 1:15:22Speaker 10: to meet up and like talk and stuff before i
- 1:15:24Speaker 10: wanted to like get to know him because when you're
- 1:15:26Speaker 10: at a movie you can't talk and get to know
- 1:15:28Speaker 10: the person i'm so i'm so stupid for all of
- 1:15:33Speaker 10: this i in hindsight like i see this now anyway
- 1:15:36Speaker 10: I call him I'm like oh like do you want
- 1:15:38Speaker 10: to like come in my car and like we can
- 1:15:40Speaker 10: like hang out in here and like talk before the
- 1:15:42Speaker 10: movie or whatever and he's like yeah sure like I'll
- 1:15:44Speaker 10: come out just park wherever.
- 1:15:46Speaker 3: Thank god I park right literally right front.
- 1:15:49Speaker 10: And center like under the lights there's people outside there's
- 1:15:52Speaker 10: people in their cars like so I'm parked right front
- 1:15:56Speaker 10: and center he gets in my car and like all
- 1:16:00Speaker 10: is like fine and we're talking whatever and And I basically.
- 1:16:05Speaker 3: Like had to tell him.
- 1:16:06Speaker 10: So before I left my house, I realized I had
- 1:16:09Speaker 10: a cold sore on my lip, whatever. Like a lot
- 1:16:13Speaker 10: of people get them. I've gotten them ever since I
- 1:16:14Speaker 10: was a little kid. I don't know, but I know
- 1:16:17Speaker 10: they're contagious and I know it's basically herpes or whatever.
- 1:16:20Speaker 10: So I had to tell him. It was like the
- 1:16:23Speaker 10: worst thing to have to tell someone on a first date.
- 1:16:25Speaker 3: And I was so nervous. I was so scared.
- 1:16:27Speaker 10: And I'm like, if you want to leave now, like
- 1:16:29Speaker 10: if you're all set, like I get it. Like, don't worry.
- 1:16:33Speaker 10: I was like, I swear I don't have any other diseases. Like,
- 1:16:36Speaker 10: this is it.
- 1:16:36Speaker 3: I just, I have a cold sore and I have
- 1:16:38Speaker 3: to tell you. Cause like, yeah.
- 1:16:40Speaker 10: Like if we kiss, you know, like obviously we can't.
- 1:16:44Speaker 10: And he's like laughing. He's like, you're so cute. He's like, no, like,
- 1:16:47Speaker 10: I don't care. I actually just got over one myself.
- 1:16:49Speaker 5: Like, it's fine.
- 1:16:50Speaker 3: Like, I want to kiss you.
- 1:16:51Speaker 10: And I was like, oh, like, okay. I was like,
- 1:16:54Speaker 10: your choice, you know? And he's like, can I kiss you?
- 1:16:56Speaker 10: And I was like, sure.
- 1:16:57Speaker 3: I knew we literally were only talking for like five minutes,
- 1:17:01Speaker 3: not even.
- 1:17:02Speaker 10: Anyways, starts kissing me, keeps kissing me and like grabs
- 1:17:07Speaker 10: my leg and I'm like, oh God, like, okay, this is,
- 1:17:09Speaker 10: this is not like.
- 1:17:11Speaker 3: Not what I imagined.
- 1:17:13Speaker 10: So I kind of pull away. I started a different conversation.
- 1:17:17Speaker 10: We started talking. He's just acting like really weird. Like
- 1:17:21Speaker 10: he was like kind of annoyed that I like pulled
- 1:17:23Speaker 10: out of the kiss and And so I asked him like, Oh,
- 1:17:26Speaker 10: like what happened to your car? Like, why, why is
- 1:17:29Speaker 10: it in the shop? And he starts being so weird
- 1:17:33Speaker 10: and like moving around. He's like, yeah, like actually it's
- 1:17:37Speaker 10: really embarrassing. I lost my license on the 4th of July.
- 1:17:40Speaker 10: I got a DUI. Well, I'm like, Oh, like in
- 1:17:44Speaker 10: my head, I'm like, okay, this guy already lied to
- 1:17:46Speaker 10: me about something like this. Like, this is just that
- 1:17:50Speaker 10: I already have awful vibes about this. Um, Anyways, we
- 1:17:55Speaker 10: get over that and he just keeps like wanting to
- 1:17:58Speaker 10: make out and like kiss. And I'm like, like, I
- 1:18:01Speaker 10: just feel like I have to, like, it was just,
- 1:18:03Speaker 10: it was really awkward situation. And then he starts grabbing
- 1:18:06Speaker 10: my hand and putting it, I'm sure you can guess where.
- 1:18:11Speaker 10: And I basically had to pull away and like tell him, like,
- 1:18:13Speaker 10: I just want to like get this out of the
- 1:18:15Speaker 10: way now. I'm not, I'm not trying to do all that,
- 1:18:18Speaker 10: you know, like no. And his whole demeanor changed. He
- 1:18:23Speaker 10: completely changes. And he's basically like, Basically tells me, like,
- 1:18:27Speaker 10: that's all he wanted. Like, that's why he came tonight.
- 1:18:30Speaker 10: That's why he did all this. Because he was expecting that.
- 1:18:35Speaker 10: And I, like, had to tell him no.
- 1:18:37Speaker 3: Like, sorry.
- 1:18:39Speaker 10: And before this, too, he was telling me that I
- 1:18:41Speaker 10: should move parking spots or whatever.
- 1:18:43Speaker 3: And I wouldn't.
- 1:18:45Speaker 5: And even after me telling him that I'm not I'm.
- 1:18:47Speaker 10: Not doing all that, he still kept trying to get
- 1:18:50Speaker 10: me to move my car to like the back of
- 1:18:51Speaker 10: the theater where it's like completely dark and he's just
- 1:18:55Speaker 10: acting really off and really weird. And instantly I'm just
- 1:19:01Speaker 10: getting like awful vibes. Like I'm just like, and then
- 1:19:04Speaker 10: he starts like gaslighting me, telling me that I let
- 1:19:06Speaker 10: him on.
- 1:19:08Speaker 19: Huh?
- 1:19:08Speaker 5: Like, I'm so sorry for agreeing to go to the
- 1:19:11Speaker 5: movies with you and.
- 1:19:12Speaker 3: I wouldn't pick you up.
- 1:19:13Speaker 10: Like, I just, I didn't even argue with him because
- 1:19:17Speaker 10: I'm like, if I get this man angry, like, who
- 1:19:21Speaker 10: knows what's.
- 1:19:22Speaker 3: Going to happen?
- 1:19:22Speaker 10: I mean, thank God I'm right in front of the
- 1:19:24Speaker 10: theater under the lights and like, there's people around.
- 1:19:26Speaker 3: So, but he was like making jokes too. Cause like,
- 1:19:30Speaker 3: I had a nice car.
- 1:19:31Speaker 10: He's like, cause I kept saying like, oh, like, I
- 1:19:33Speaker 10: hope you don't kill me.
- 1:19:34Speaker 4: Like, I hope you're not a murderer.
- 1:19:35Speaker 3: And he's like, yeah, I could like literally kill you
- 1:19:37Speaker 3: right now. And like, take your car.
- 1:19:38Speaker 10: Like you have a nice car, blah, blah. And like,
- 1:19:40Speaker 10: I don't know, maybe it was just jokes. Like, cause
- 1:19:44Speaker 10: I was joking about it, but felt really off to me.
- 1:19:48Speaker 10: And you could tell he was like really pissed off
- 1:19:51Speaker 10: that I, and he kept trying to get me to like,
- 1:19:55Speaker 10: want to do stuff with him. And like, go he
- 1:19:58Speaker 10: was like oh like maybe we can still go see
- 1:20:00Speaker 10: the movie mind you i did check before i went
- 1:20:03Speaker 10: and we would have been the only two people in
- 1:20:06Speaker 10: that movie.
- 1:20:08Speaker 3: Like i just i had awful vibes i was like
- 1:20:10Speaker 3: no no no no no i'm like i don't want.
- 1:20:12Speaker 10: To waste your time like your time is valuable and
- 1:20:15Speaker 10: he's like he's like sulking he's like my time's not
- 1:20:18Speaker 10: valuable like i'm like okay you clearly are a psychopath
- 1:20:22Speaker 10: and you clearly have no self-esteem.
- 1:20:24Speaker 3: And you probably will just kill me like i like.
- 1:20:31Speaker 4: I don't even know if I can post this because.
- 1:20:34Speaker 3: I can't say all this stuff. Whatever, I'm posting it. But, yeah.
- 1:20:41Speaker 10: So, basically, I started crying and was just trying to
- 1:20:45Speaker 10: make him feel as bad as possible because I'm like,
- 1:20:46Speaker 10: I don't want this guy to kill me right now. Like,
- 1:20:49Speaker 10: he was being really weird. Like, there's so much I
- 1:20:51Speaker 10: could explain.
- 1:20:53Speaker 3: But I just, I.
- 1:20:54Speaker 10: Had so many red flags. Thank God I had my, like,
- 1:20:57Speaker 10: smarts about me and.
- 1:21:01Speaker 3: Whatever like this could have ended so much worse.
- 1:21:03Speaker 8: He basically was like oh like will you at least
- 1:21:07Speaker 8: wait for me like my uber to get here and
- 1:21:10Speaker 8: i was like yeah like sure like i'm not gonna
- 1:21:12Speaker 8: like put you up anymore like his uber.
- 1:21:17Speaker 3: Got there and like whatever he's gone i'm.
- 1:21:19Speaker 10: Low-key kind of scared i'm like is there a tracker
- 1:21:21Speaker 10: in my car is there something i don't know i'm
- 1:21:25Speaker 10: just gonna pray all is fine i'm okay but if
- 1:21:27Speaker 10: i wake up dead tomorrow y'all know what happened um but.
- 1:21:33Speaker 3: I shouldn't even joke like.
- 1:21:34Speaker 10: That but anyway i'm never going on another date again
- 1:21:39Speaker 10: and that's that's just that sorry he ruined it for everyone.
- 1:21:42Speaker 5: Okay good night bye i'm happy to be alive if.
- 1:21:45Speaker 17: You're not already scared of dating apps you might be
- 1:21:48Speaker 17: after today's video we're going to be talking about grace
- 1:21:50Speaker 17: this was in new zealand in 2018 this was actually
- 1:21:53Speaker 17: a request from one of you guys which is crazy.
- 1:21:55Speaker 17: I kind of forget that TikTok is like all over
- 1:21:57Speaker 17: the world. And I have people commenting from New Zealand,
- 1:22:00Speaker 17: from Australia, from the UK, which is so awesome. There's
- 1:22:04Speaker 17: a lot of talk of SA and violent abuse throughout this.
- 1:22:07Speaker 17: So if you don't think that that is good for
- 1:22:09Speaker 17: your mental health, please don't watch it. I'll try and
- 1:22:11Speaker 17: make a video one of these days without the mention
- 1:22:13Speaker 17: of that. But unfortunately that is mentioned in so many
- 1:22:16Speaker 17: of these cases. So this happens in New Zealand, but
- 1:22:19Speaker 17: Grace is actually from England. She lived there with her mom, dad,
- 1:22:22Speaker 17: and two brothers. She just graduated in 2018 and decided
- 1:22:26Speaker 17: she wanted to go off and travel the world. So
- 1:22:28Speaker 17: she went off on a backpacking trip from October all
- 1:22:31Speaker 17: the way to June. She started off in Peru, I believe.
- 1:22:35Speaker 17: And I'm pretty sure New Zealand was the final stop.
- 1:22:37Speaker 17: But she would contact her family every single day, sending
- 1:22:40Speaker 17: different pictures of things she was doing, things she was seeing.
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: They knew everywhere she was going.
- 1:22:44Speaker 17: So November 30th, she landed in, I believe it's pronounced Auckland.
- 1:22:49Speaker 17: I'm sorry, guys, this might come as a shock to you.
- 1:22:51Speaker 17: English is not my first language. Sometimes I do have
- 1:22:54Speaker 17: an accent. Sometimes I don't.
- 1:22:56Speaker 1: Don't yell at me. I'm trying my best.
- 1:22:58Speaker 17: But she arrives in Auckland and she is staying at
- 1:23:00Speaker 17: a hostel. Prior to checking into the hostel, she'd been
- 1:23:03Speaker 17: island hopping around New Zealand, but she decides to check
- 1:23:06Speaker 17: in the hostel. She's going to chill out for a
- 1:23:07Speaker 17: few days, decides to download Tinder. And this is when
- 1:23:10Speaker 17: she matches with a guy named Jesse Kempson. The next day,
- 1:23:14Speaker 17: Jessie asks Grace.
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: If she would want to meet up.
- 1:23:16Speaker 17: She isn't super into it at first, but then she
- 1:23:18Speaker 17: agrees to go and get drinks at a place called
- 1:23:21Speaker 17: Sky City. December 1st is the day of their date.
- 1:23:24Speaker 17: So they go out to get dinner and drinks. December
- 1:23:26Speaker 17: 2nd was her 22nd birthday. So the morning after, her
- 1:23:29Speaker 17: family and her friends, everyone's reaching out to her. Happy
- 1:23:32Speaker 17: birthday wishes. She's not responding. The time difference between the U.S.
- 1:23:36Speaker 17: and New Zealand is a big one. So they're not
- 1:23:38Speaker 17: getting very concerned yet. They figured she's out doing something
- 1:23:41Speaker 17: fun and she'll respond later. However, December 3rd comes and
- 1:23:44Speaker 17: there's still silence. December 4th is when her family officially
- 1:23:47Speaker 17: reported her as missing to the city of Auckland.
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: So Grace is now officially missing.
- 1:23:51Speaker 17: December 7th, her dad flies out to New Zealand and
- 1:23:54Speaker 17: he starts helping the police with the investigation.
- 1:23:56Speaker 4: They're looking at the cameras from her hostel.
- 1:23:58Speaker 17: They see that she left the night of December 1st
- 1:24:01Speaker 17: to go out on her date, but she never returned.
- 1:24:03Speaker 17: So they start looking into her social media and they
- 1:24:05Speaker 17: see that the night she went missing, she posted a selfie.
- 1:24:08Speaker 17: A guy commented and said, beautiful, very radiant, which... weird
- 1:24:12Speaker 17: timing because then she was never seen again but they
- 1:24:15Speaker 17: see his name it's jesse they decide oh he's probably
- 1:24:18Speaker 17: friends with hers probably some some guy that she met
- 1:24:20Speaker 17: here let's call him up and see if he knows
- 1:24:22Speaker 17: anything they leave a voicemail for jesse jesse calls back
- 1:24:25Speaker 17: the next day says that he does know her that
- 1:24:27Speaker 17: they did go on a date and later that day
- 1:24:28Speaker 17: he comes in for questioning he's very helpful very respectful
- 1:24:32Speaker 17: doesn't seem panicked at all just sits there and is
- 1:24:34Speaker 17: happy to help police and answer any questions they have.
- 1:24:37Speaker 17: He's being questioned, he tells police they matched on Tinder,
- 1:24:39Speaker 17: they went out on a date, went out to this
- 1:24:41Speaker 17: burger place, and he says that he specifically chose that
- 1:24:43Speaker 17: place because it's a very public area, and he didn't
- 1:24:46Speaker 17: know if he was gonna get catfished or not. Which,
- 1:24:49Speaker 17: when you know what he did, and when you know
- 1:24:51Speaker 17: what information he was holding and all the things that
- 1:24:54Speaker 17: he knew that he did while he's sitting there saying
- 1:24:57Speaker 17: that he didn't wanna.
- 1:24:57Speaker 3: Get catfished, is gross.
- 1:25:00Speaker 17: Anyway, the date was awesome, they were having a lot
- 1:25:02Speaker 17: of fun, Grace actually texted one of her friends while
- 1:25:05Speaker 17: she was on the date and said, I clicked with
- 1:25:07Speaker 17: him so well. And she's very excited about this guy, obviously.
- 1:25:10Speaker 17: And the friend texts her back. Grace says, I'll tell
- 1:25:13Speaker 17: you how it goes tomorrow. Jesse then tells the police
- 1:25:15Speaker 17: that around 9.40 p.m., the date ended. They ended the
- 1:25:18Speaker 17: night with a kiss.
- 1:25:20Speaker 4: Nice to meet you.
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: A kiss on the cheek, not the mouth. Nice to
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: meet you.
- 1:25:23Speaker 17: And then he ended up going to a different bar,
- 1:25:25Speaker 17: getting drinks by himself, and then went back to the hotel.
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: Got drinks at the hotel bar and went to bed.
- 1:25:30Speaker 17: He says he woke up around 9, 10 in the
- 1:25:32Speaker 17: morning the next day, very hungover. And police are like,
- 1:25:35Speaker 17: all right, I mean, we don't have anything to disprove
- 1:25:38Speaker 17: his story. So I guess he must be telling the truth.
- 1:25:41Speaker 17: So up until then, Jesse had been very honest, very
- 1:25:43Speaker 17: put together, nothing suspicious until the police asked him if
- 1:25:47Speaker 17: he's willing to take a lie detector test. And he says,
- 1:25:50Speaker 17: am I being arrested for something I didn't do?
- 1:25:54Speaker 4: Kind of a weird.
- 1:25:55Speaker 1: Reaction, Mr.
- 1:25:56Speaker 3: Jesse.
- 1:25:57Speaker 17: I keep saying hotel because he lived at a hotel
- 1:25:59Speaker 17: later on closer to the trial. It comes out that
- 1:26:01Speaker 17: he was just a big fat liar about random things
- 1:26:04Speaker 17: that didn't matter, about his job, about his siblings' jobs,
- 1:26:07Speaker 17: about his family, about where he lived. He apparently also
- 1:26:11Speaker 17: was obsessed with dating apps. He would meet up with
- 1:26:14Speaker 17: girls all the time and lie to them about everything.
- 1:26:16Speaker 17: He even told a girl that he had cancer one time.
- 1:26:19Speaker 17: Police get the camera footage from the hotel, more specifically
- 1:26:22Speaker 17: from the hotel elevator. Where they see the morning after
- 1:26:25Speaker 17: their date, Jesse is in the elevator. He makes eye
- 1:26:28Speaker 17: contact with the camera at one point at 8 in
- 1:26:31Speaker 17: the morning. But he told police that he was asleep
- 1:26:34Speaker 17: and hungover until like 9 or 10.
- 1:26:36Speaker 4: He's seen leaving at 8 in the morning and then he.
- 1:26:38Speaker 1: Comes back with his suitcase. So the cops are like, hey.
- 1:26:42Speaker 17: You said you woke up at 10, but actually you
- 1:26:44Speaker 17: left at 8 and came back with a suitcase. Why
- 1:26:46Speaker 17: did you do that? And he's like, oh, yeah, I
- 1:26:49Speaker 17: guess I must have. And it's like, the suitcase is upstairs,
- 1:26:53Speaker 17: so you can go look at it.
- 1:26:54Speaker 4: There's nothing in there.
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: You can go look at the suitcase and the cops.
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: Now they're suspicious, of course.
- 1:27:00Speaker 17: They get a search warrant to search his hotel. And
- 1:27:02Speaker 17: at first sight, it doesn't look like anything is out
- 1:27:05Speaker 17: of the ordinary, but they bring in luminol. When they
- 1:27:09Speaker 17: do that with the UV light and they see luminol
- 1:27:11Speaker 17: is shining all over the room, there is blood and
- 1:27:14Speaker 17: footprints all over. december 8th a saturday almost a week
- 1:27:18Speaker 17: after grace being missing jesse is now arrested on the
- 1:27:21Speaker 17: suspicion of her murder now he thinks i'm gonna confess
- 1:27:26Speaker 17: and wait until you hear his confession so jesse talks
- 1:27:29Speaker 17: about their date they went to a burger place got
- 1:27:31Speaker 17: dinner and drinks they went to a mexican restaurant got
- 1:27:33Speaker 17: more drinks than another bar got more drinks and there's
- 1:27:35Speaker 17: camera footage of them at every single place and the
- 1:27:38Speaker 17: most eerie thing is that in the camera camera footage
- 1:27:43Speaker 17: they look Like they're having the best time. I mean,
- 1:27:45Speaker 17: Grace is all over him. They're so touchy feely, hugging, kissing,
- 1:27:49Speaker 17: which is also so sad because that meant that Grace
- 1:27:52Speaker 17: felt so comfortable with him to be having that much
- 1:27:55Speaker 17: fun and just enjoying herself the day before her birthday
- 1:27:58Speaker 17: to then find out what actually happened is devastating. They're
- 1:28:01Speaker 17: seen going back to Jesse's hotel. He has his arm
- 1:28:04Speaker 17: around her. They're holding hands. Like it looks like it's
- 1:28:06Speaker 17: going great. He says they get back to his hotel
- 1:28:09Speaker 17: room and they start kissing smooching grace brings up 50
- 1:28:13Speaker 17: shades of gray she mentions how she's into the type
- 1:28:16Speaker 17: of actions that are in 50 shades of gray like
- 1:28:19Speaker 17: kinky aggressive control that kind of intimate activity and this
- 1:28:25Speaker 17: is again jesse's story they are starting to get more
- 1:28:28Speaker 17: and more into it grace asks him to bite her
- 1:28:31Speaker 17: and then he asks her to choke her and then
- 1:28:34Speaker 17: he says that they finished what they're doing he then
- 1:28:37Speaker 17: gets up goes to the shower falls asleep in the
- 1:28:40Speaker 17: shower and then comes back into bed and just goes
- 1:28:43Speaker 17: to bed which i'll just say this now later in
- 1:28:45Speaker 17: the trial it comes out that when he went to
- 1:28:48Speaker 17: the shower and fell asleep he actually wasn't sleeping he
- 1:28:51Speaker 17: was looking up Adult videos, if.
- 1:28:53Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: So Jesse wakes up.
- 1:28:55Speaker 17: He says that when he woke up, he thought that
- 1:28:57Speaker 17: Grace actually left because he didn't see her, but then
- 1:28:59Speaker 17: he sees her body on the floor or with blood.
- 1:29:02Speaker 4: Coming out of her nose. He says he was in
- 1:29:04Speaker 4: complete shock.
- 1:29:05Speaker 17: He actually went to go dial 911, but then realized, oh,
- 1:29:08Speaker 17: this probably will look bad on me. So he didn't
- 1:29:11Speaker 17: dial 911. And once he realized that she was dead,
- 1:29:13Speaker 17: he freaked out. He left at eight in the morning,
- 1:29:16Speaker 17: which is when he was seeing it in the elevator,
- 1:29:18Speaker 17: which he says he was freaking out. But if you
- 1:29:20Speaker 17: see the footage, which you should look up, He looks
- 1:29:23Speaker 17: so weirdly calm. So he leaves, he comes back, he's
- 1:29:26Speaker 17: rented a car and has bought a suitcase. So he's
- 1:29:30Speaker 17: seen going back in the elevator with the suitcase. He
- 1:29:32Speaker 17: then tells the police that this is when he stuffed
- 1:29:35Speaker 17: Grace's body in the suitcase. And he's talking about this
- 1:29:38Speaker 17: as if it was really traumatizing for him. He says,
- 1:29:41Speaker 17: while he was shoving her body in the suitcase, he
- 1:29:43Speaker 17: kept saying, I'm sorry.
- 1:29:45Speaker 3: He didn't say this, but.
- 1:29:46Speaker 17: We know this now from the camera footage the police
- 1:29:48Speaker 17: ended up finding, but He also went to go buy
- 1:29:51Speaker 17: a carpet cleaning machine. He stayed in his hotel room
- 1:29:54Speaker 17: until around 6 in the morning, then left with two suitcases.
- 1:29:57Speaker 1: He loaded the suitcases to his car.
- 1:29:59Speaker 17: He went to go buy a shovel, then went to
- 1:30:02Speaker 17: a car cleaning place, cleaned his car, then went to
- 1:30:04Speaker 17: a dry cleaning place, got his clothes cleaned, and he
- 1:30:08Speaker 17: was gone for around three hours. And then he was
- 1:30:10Speaker 17: seen returning with a whole different outfit and no shoes.
- 1:30:14Speaker 17: After he did his whole cleanup job, he was seen
- 1:30:16Speaker 17: returning with two suitcases, which the They now know that
- 1:30:21Speaker 17: in one of the suitcases.
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: He left with was Grace's body.
- 1:30:24Speaker 17: So how come he's coming back with two suitcases? They
- 1:30:27Speaker 17: ask him and he says he actually bought another suitcase.
- 1:30:30Speaker 17: So that's why he was offering to the cops.
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: Oh yeah, my suitcase is upstairs. You guys can look
- 1:30:34Speaker 1: at it because it was a.
- 1:30:35Speaker 17: Brand new suitcase because he had already hidden the one
- 1:30:37Speaker 17: with Grace's body. After confessing the real story, which who
- 1:30:42Speaker 17: knows because this guy is just such a liar.
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: He lies about everything.
- 1:30:45Speaker 17: But after saying that, he took the police to where
- 1:30:48Speaker 17: he hid Grace's body, which was a wooded area around
- 1:30:50Speaker 17: 20 miles out. And then he was finally arrested. In
- 1:30:53Speaker 17: the trial, Jesse pleads not guilty. He's holding on to
- 1:30:57Speaker 17: a story that it was a tragic accident. He's blaming Grace, saying,
- 1:31:01Speaker 17: he's the one who wanted it. She asked me to
- 1:31:03Speaker 17: bite her. She asked me to choke her.
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: It was an accident.
- 1:31:06Speaker 17: It's not my fault that the choking led to that.
- 1:31:09Speaker 17: And his lawyers are obviously backing him up, saying she
- 1:31:12Speaker 17: wanted it.
- 1:31:13Speaker 5: It's not his fault.
- 1:31:14Speaker 17: Which, let me just say, the autopsy, her official cause
- 1:31:17Speaker 17: of death was strangulation. And it takes between 5 to
- 1:31:20Speaker 17: 10 minutes of constant strangulation to lead to death.
- 1:31:25Speaker 4: It's not an accident.
- 1:31:27Speaker 17: It's 5 to 10 minutes of, obviously, a lot of
- 1:31:29Speaker 17: pressure to the neck for that to happen.
- 1:31:32Speaker 3: That just, no.
- 1:31:34Speaker 17: It later also comes out that he took pictures of
- 1:31:36Speaker 17: Grace after she was dead.
- 1:31:38Speaker 3: He took those pictures of.
- 1:31:39Speaker 17: Her and then he started Googling while he was in
- 1:31:42Speaker 17: the shower falling asleep. He started Googling where he could
- 1:31:45Speaker 17: hide her body. And then he also got on Tinder,
- 1:31:48Speaker 17: scheduled another date to go the day after Grace died.
- 1:31:52Speaker 17: So as Grace's body is in his hotel room, he
- 1:31:55Speaker 17: goes on a date. The girl ends up saying that
- 1:31:57Speaker 17: he was really weird, really creepy. And said very uncomfortable,
- 1:32:00Speaker 17: weird things about how all day he was looking for
- 1:32:02Speaker 17: a suitcase to put his sports gear in, telling her
- 1:32:06Speaker 17: that his friends are police and the police are having
- 1:32:09Speaker 17: a hard time finding missing people. But that you can't
- 1:32:12Speaker 17: find someone's dead body if it's four feet underneath the ground,
- 1:32:17Speaker 17: like just weird things like that. On the first date,
- 1:32:20Speaker 17: the girl is like, you were literally a weirdo.
- 1:32:23Speaker 3: What are you doing?
- 1:32:24Speaker 17: And so creepy to think that I'm sure many of
- 1:32:26Speaker 17: us have gone on dates and been like, this guy's
- 1:32:28Speaker 17: really weird and then not thought about it. But like
- 1:32:30Speaker 17: this girl went on a Tinder date, thought this guy's
- 1:32:34Speaker 17: really weird.
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: I'm not going to talk to him again.
- 1:32:35Speaker 17: And then found out that actually during that date, he
- 1:32:38Speaker 17: had a dead body of a girl that he took
- 1:32:40Speaker 17: on a date in his hotel room.
- 1:32:43Speaker 1: Like, just crazy.
- 1:32:44Speaker 17: Anyway, he was found guilty and got life in prison
- 1:32:47Speaker 17: with a minimum of 17 years. That is the heartbreaking
- 1:32:51Speaker 17: story of Grace Malame. So sad, so scary, and also
- 1:32:57Speaker 17: just traumatic.
- 1:32:58Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: Be safe out there, my girls. I love you all.
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: Let me know what you think.
- 1:33:06Speaker 17: And if you have any other suggestions.
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: I have debated telling this story for a few days,
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: but all of my friends are literally like, this story
- 1:33:13Speaker 1: is so wild. You need to put this on TikTok.
- 1:33:17Speaker 1: This also like just happened this past weekend. So I'm
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: still processing what exactly happened. This isn't really a dating
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: horror story in the sense that something bad happened. It's
- 1:33:26Speaker 1: just the weirdest thing that's ever happened to me.
- 1:33:29Speaker 4: So a little bit of backstory.
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: About three-ish weeks ago, maybe a month ago, This guy
- 1:33:34Speaker 1: and I met on Hinge. This guy and I start
- 1:33:36Speaker 1: talking and we just initially clicked. Like, I don't know
- 1:33:38Speaker 1: what it was, but we just started talking. It was
- 1:33:40Speaker 1: definitely like an instant connection, right?
- 1:33:42Speaker 4: Okay, so I live in Las Vegas.
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: So he tells me that he is going through the
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: process of getting into the Firefighter Academy.
- 1:33:47Speaker 4: Out here in Vegas.
- 1:33:48Speaker 1: And before you say anything, before you say anything, I
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: know this was my first red flag. And he actually
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: lives in the Los Angeles area, but he's.
- 1:33:55Speaker 4: Coming out here. His dad lives out here. That's a
- 1:33:57Speaker 4: key part of the story.
- 1:33:58Speaker 1: He's coming out here to do like the last final
- 1:34:00Speaker 1: things that you do before you go.
- 1:34:01Speaker 4: Into the academy.
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: And so he is out here this upcoming weekend for
- 1:34:04Speaker 1: that reason. And so we agreed to link up and
- 1:34:06Speaker 1: meet for a drink on Sunday night. And it was
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: one of those first dates that you kind of leave
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: and you're like on a high. Like everything was so good.
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: We had like an immediate connection, an immediate spark. And sincerely,
- 1:34:16Speaker 1: that does not happen to me often. I don't date
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: a lot in general. So I leave this first date,
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: like I said, on a high. He kisses me goodnight.
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: He's a great kisser. I'm like, this is fantastic. So
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: he's driving back to LA the next day. And before
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: he leaves, he stops by my house. He gives me
- 1:34:30Speaker 1: a kiss and a hug goodbye.
- 1:34:31Speaker 14: And he's like, I can't wait to see you again.
- 1:34:32Speaker 4: Like, I'm so excited about you.
- 1:34:33Speaker 1: And for the next two weeks when he was supposed
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: to come out here, we are talking, texting on the
- 1:34:38Speaker 1: phone every single day, every single night.
- 1:34:41Speaker 4: But like a week before he's supposed to come out
- 1:34:42Speaker 4: here again and.
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: Do like his last exam or whatever it is, I
- 1:34:45Speaker 1: asked him, I said, you know, instead of staying at
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: your dad's house, like, why don't you just stay with
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: me that weekend?
- 1:34:51Speaker 5: I know. I know.
- 1:34:52Speaker 17: Okay.
- 1:34:52Speaker 1: He's like, that would be great. So, you know, we
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: can spend a lot more time together, get to know
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: each other that whole weekend, whatever. So we're talking about
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: him coming out here this weekend and he's very much
- 1:34:59Speaker 1: into sports.
- 1:35:00Speaker 4: And so he's like, yeah, you know, like I want
- 1:35:01Speaker 4: to watch the game this weekend.
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: And I said, Well, I don't have a TV. Like
- 1:35:05Speaker 1: I still have a TV in my house. And he
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: like makes a joke that he's going to have to
- 1:35:08Speaker 1: buy a TV in order for him to watch the
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: game this weekend.
- 1:35:11Speaker 3: And I think it's.
- 1:35:11Speaker 4: Like a hee hee ha ha joke. I'm like, oh yeah, whatever.
- 1:35:14Speaker 3: Okay, so Saturday comes.
- 1:35:15Speaker 4: He's flying out here this time.
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: And the flight's only like 45 minutes to an hour
- 1:35:18Speaker 1: from Vegas. One hour before he boards his plane, this
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: man literally texts me out of nowhere.
- 1:35:24Speaker 4: And he's like, okay, I bought the TV from Target.
- 1:35:26Speaker 4: It's ready for pickup.
- 1:35:27Speaker 5: What?
- 1:35:28Speaker 8: Wait!
- 1:35:30Speaker 3: Said, what?
- 1:35:31Speaker 4: What? He was like, yeah, you know, I told you
- 1:35:33Speaker 4: like sports are really important to me.
- 1:35:34Speaker 1: It's like how I relax. I watch the games like
- 1:35:36Speaker 1: every weekend. And I was like, you bought a TV
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: to put in my house.
- 1:35:40Speaker 4: So I'm kind of just like, okay.
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: Um, all right, I guess. I sent him a picture
- 1:35:45Speaker 1: of my living room and I'm like, where are you
- 1:35:47Speaker 1: going to put it? You either need to buy a
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: TV stand or like mount it on the wall or something.
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: And we go back and forth and he's like, I
- 1:35:53Speaker 1: don't really want to spend the money on a TV stand.
- 1:35:55Speaker 4: Like we're just going to mount it to the wall.
- 1:35:56Speaker 4: And I'm like, Okay, so I'm getting a little weirded
- 1:35:59Speaker 4: out because that's, you.
- 1:36:00Speaker 3: Know, a little odd.
- 1:36:01Speaker 4: I don't know how the topic of finances got brought up.
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: Oh, I think it had to do with the TBC.
- 1:36:05Speaker 1: I just didn't want to spend the money on a TBC.
- 1:36:06Speaker 4: So somehow now.
- 1:36:07Speaker 1: We're talking about money and how we're going to have like,
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: you know, kind of a relaxing, like more chill weekend.
- 1:36:12Speaker 4: And then he drops the bomb on me that we're going.
- 1:36:13Speaker 1: To split everything this weekend, including dinner tonight.
- 1:36:17Speaker 4: We're not going anywhere fancy. Okay, we're going out for.
- 1:36:20Speaker 1: All you can eat $ 30 sushi. This man just bought
- 1:36:22Speaker 1: a TV to put on my wall. And now he's
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: telling me he can't afford to.
- 1:36:24Speaker 4: Buy me sushi.
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: So now I'm going for being a little bit weirded
- 1:36:28Speaker 1: out by the TV to like full on panicking, like
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: halt the brakes, hold on. Now he's on the plane,
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: on his way here, okay? As this is all going down,
- 1:36:37Speaker 1: he says to me, he says, the TV's ready for.
- 1:36:39Speaker 4: Pickup if you want to go get it. What the fuck?
- 1:36:42Speaker 5: Dude.
- 1:36:44Speaker 3: Huh?
- 1:36:44Speaker 4: I am panicking, okay? I live with a roommate.
- 1:36:47Speaker 1: She's also my best friend and I'm texting her full
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: panic mode. I'm like, I don't know what the fuck
- 1:36:51Speaker 1: is going on. I don't know what to do. And
- 1:36:53Speaker 1: honest to God, God loved my best friend because she
- 1:36:56Speaker 1: was my rock and my calm in this situation. She
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: was like, don't panic. Like just pick him up and
- 1:37:02Speaker 1: let's figure it out when you get back to the house.
- 1:37:04Speaker 1: So I picked this man up from the airport, right?
- 1:37:06Speaker 1: And obviously like my energy has shifted a little bit
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: at this point, but I'm trying to like stay positive in.
- 1:37:10Speaker 4: This weird situation.
- 1:37:12Speaker 1: He wants to stop by his dad's house before we
- 1:37:14Speaker 1: go pick up the TV at Target. Not only was
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: I this man's Airbnb this week, and I was also
- 1:37:19Speaker 1: apparently his Uber now, and on the way to Target,
- 1:37:21Speaker 1: I'm driving there, and.
- 1:37:22Speaker 4: I'm just like, help me!
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: This happened so fast, I didn't even have time to
- 1:37:26Speaker 1: freak out and be like, whoa, hold on! So we
- 1:37:28Speaker 1: get back to my house, okay? He meets my roommate,
- 1:37:31Speaker 1: unloads a TV. For the next three hours, this man
- 1:37:34Speaker 1: is mounting a TV on my wall. His TV on
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: my wall.
- 1:37:38Speaker 4: Sitting there on the couch drinking wine. watching him mount
- 1:37:41Speaker 4: his TV to my wall.
- 1:37:43Speaker 11: Oh, hell no, man. What the fuck, man?
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: And we did not go get dinner, by the way,
- 1:37:47Speaker 1: because I'm not about to split the bill with you, bud.
- 1:37:50Speaker 1: We did get Chick-fil-A and he did pay for that. So,
- 1:37:52Speaker 1: you know, at this point for my roommate, this is comedy.
- 1:37:55Speaker 4: You know what I mean? She's got like a front
- 1:37:57Speaker 4: row seat to a shit show and she's enjoying it.
- 1:37:59Speaker 4: So after, you know, three hours.
- 1:38:01Speaker 1: Goes by and he's mounting the TV on my fucking wall,
- 1:38:03Speaker 1: I'm a little wine drunk and now I'm pissed off.
- 1:38:05Speaker 4: And I'm kind of like, let's just go to bed.
- 1:38:07Speaker 3: Like I'm tired.
- 1:38:08Speaker 1: So it is Sunday morning. Okay, bright and early. I'm
- 1:38:11Speaker 1: not a morning person. All right, let me just say that.
- 1:38:13Speaker 1: Bright and early at 6.30 a.m., this man wakes up
- 1:38:17Speaker 1: to come downstairs to watch the game at 6.30 a.m.
- 1:38:21Speaker 4: In my house. The whole morning, I am just pissed.
- 1:38:24Speaker 4: The whole time, he's on my couch watching the game.
- 1:38:28Speaker 4: This man has barely paid attention.
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: To me the whole i can't wait to spend time
- 1:38:32Speaker 1: with you get to know you has gone out the
- 1:38:34Speaker 1: window now it's like 10 a.m okay i'm downstairs in
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: the kitchen my roommate's down there he's on the couch
- 1:38:40Speaker 1: and i made breakfast for all of us.
- 1:38:41Speaker 4: Because i'm.
- 1:38:44Speaker 1: A nice person My roommate goes to a workout class,
- 1:38:47Speaker 1: all right, after breakfast. And I kind of take this
- 1:38:49Speaker 1: as my opportunity to like sit down with him on
- 1:38:51Speaker 1: the couch. And I'm like, look, this is not how
- 1:38:53Speaker 1: I thought this weekend was going to go. And the
- 1:38:55Speaker 1: only thing you seem to be concerned with is this
- 1:38:57Speaker 1: TV and sports. You've barely looked at me. I will
- 1:39:01Speaker 1: say during this conversation, he was very nice.
- 1:39:02Speaker 4: He's very polite. He's like, I'm sorry.
- 1:39:04Speaker 1: He's like, I've just been so stressed out lately. And
- 1:39:06Speaker 1: like sports is how I wind down. So I just
- 1:39:08Speaker 1: wanted to watch it this week, whatever. And so, you know,
- 1:39:10Speaker 1: I very kindly and gently was like, you know, you
- 1:39:13Speaker 1: got to, Pack up your shit and go to your dad's.
- 1:39:16Speaker 4: He's like, I understand.
- 1:39:17Speaker 11: All good.
- 1:39:18Speaker 1: I took him to his dad's. Dropped him off, you know,
- 1:39:20Speaker 1: because I'm the Uber. TV's still on my wall. So,
- 1:39:25Speaker 1: he's got to come get that. I've officially given up dating.
- 1:39:28Speaker 4: All right? This is my white flag in surrender.
- 1:39:31Speaker 3: I'm good. No more.
- 1:39:32Speaker 18: A long time ago, I had matched with this guy
- 1:39:34Speaker 18: on Tinder. And he seemed really normal and really nice.
- 1:39:36Speaker 18: And he asked me on a date after talking for
- 1:39:37Speaker 18: a few days. And we had decided that we would
- 1:39:40Speaker 18: meet up halfway between our houses. And the way that
- 1:39:42Speaker 18: we decided this was that he asked me where I lived.
- 1:39:44Speaker 18: And I gave him the general neighborhood that I lived in,
- 1:39:46Speaker 18: and he just found a place that was approximately halfway
- 1:39:48Speaker 18: between our neighborhoods. And so when I get there, I
- 1:39:50Speaker 18: realized when I was mapping it out that it was
- 1:39:52Speaker 18: a lot closer to his house than to my house.
- 1:39:54Speaker 18: It was like a 40-minute drive for me, and it
- 1:39:55Speaker 18: was like 20 minutes for him, if that.
- 1:39:57Speaker 4: And so I was giving him shit about it when
- 1:39:58Speaker 4: I got there, of course.
- 1:39:59Speaker 18: I was like, wow, nice of you to pick a
- 1:40:00Speaker 18: place that's closer to you.
- 1:40:02Speaker 4: I thought we were doing halfway. And he was like, no, no,
- 1:40:04Speaker 4: it's definitely halfway. I'm sure of it. And I was like, well,
- 1:40:06Speaker 4: it's not, but whatever. He's like, no, I'm so sure
- 1:40:08Speaker 4: of it. And he wouldn't let it go.
- 1:40:09Speaker 18: So he was like, watch, give me your address. I
- 1:40:10Speaker 18: will prove it to you right now because I would
- 1:40:12Speaker 18: never set you up like that. And so I give
- 1:40:13Speaker 18: him my address.
- 1:40:14Speaker 4: He puts it in.
- 1:40:15Speaker 18: And he's like, oh, yeah, it's a lot closer to
- 1:40:18Speaker 18: my house. I didn't realize it was 40 minutes from you.
- 1:40:20Speaker 4: I'm so sorry. Let me go get you a drink.
- 1:40:21Speaker 4: He's like, it's me a drink. And we have a
- 1:40:22Speaker 4: really good night, actually. We really hit it off. I
- 1:40:24Speaker 4: really liked the guy.
- 1:40:25Speaker 18: And at the end of the night, he was being
- 1:40:26Speaker 18: a little bit pushy about coming over to my house.
- 1:40:28Speaker 18: And I was like, not really vibing with that. It's
- 1:40:31Speaker 18: not something that I want to do on a first date.
- 1:40:34Speaker 18: And obviously, like, I'm thinking he want to, you know,
- 1:40:36Speaker 18: I know what you want to do if you want
- 1:40:37Speaker 18: to come over.
- 1:40:37Speaker 4: That was stupid.
- 1:40:38Speaker 18: So I was like, no, I'm OK. But he was
- 1:40:41Speaker 18: very pushy about it. And so I was like, OK,
- 1:40:42Speaker 18: you can come over, but we're only watching a movie.
- 1:40:44Speaker 18: And I'm very serious about that. Like, if we're if
- 1:40:46Speaker 18: you're coming over, we're hanging out and that's literally it.
- 1:40:49Speaker 18: And so he was like, OK, no problem. And so
- 1:40:50Speaker 18: he comes over and that's genuinely what we do. We
- 1:40:53Speaker 18: watch a movie and we hang out. And at the
- 1:40:55Speaker 18: end of the night, he's.
- 1:40:56Speaker 4: Getting ready to go. And he's looking at me while
- 1:40:58Speaker 4: I'm sitting on the couch. He's like, you know, I'm
- 1:40:59Speaker 4: really glad that you allowed me to come over tonight.
- 1:41:01Speaker 4: And I was like, me too, actually. It's been a
- 1:41:04Speaker 4: really good night. I really enjoyed hanging out with you.
- 1:41:06Speaker 4: He was like, yeah, I was going to come over
- 1:41:08Speaker 4: either way. And I was like, what? Because he was
- 1:41:11Speaker 4: straight-facing it. He wasn't, like, it didn't sound like a joke.
- 1:41:13Speaker 4: I was like, what do you mean by that? And
- 1:41:15Speaker 4: he said, well, I mean, if you had said no,
- 1:41:17Speaker 4: I was probably still going to show up. And I
- 1:41:21Speaker 4: was like, that's... but you didn't have my address. You're
- 1:41:24Speaker 4: not going to show up. And he was like, I
- 1:41:25Speaker 4: do have your address.
- 1:41:26Speaker 1: I was like, no, you haven't.
- 1:41:28Speaker 4: I told you my neighborhood.
- 1:41:29Speaker 18: And I'm thinking back, like when we were first texting
- 1:41:31Speaker 18: and he asked my neighborhood, I was like, no, I
- 1:41:33Speaker 18: told you the neighborhood that I lived in.
- 1:41:34Speaker 4: And like, it'd been a long night. It'd been like
- 1:41:36Speaker 4: five hours since the beginning of the date at this point.
- 1:41:37Speaker 4: And he was like, no, at the beginning of the date,
- 1:41:39Speaker 4: I asked for your address.
- 1:41:39Speaker 3: Remember?
- 1:41:41Speaker 18: And like my heart stopped and I realized this man's
- 1:41:43Speaker 18: a predator. And he was like, yeah, I got your
- 1:41:46Speaker 18: address right off the bat. I was coming either way.
- 1:41:52Speaker 18: I never spoke to that man again. Stay safe out
- 1:41:54Speaker 18: there because there are some real-life predators on these dating apps.
- 1:41:57Speaker 4: And, like, God, I don't know. If I hadn't done
- 1:42:00Speaker 4: what he wanted, God forbid. And, like, I don't even know.
- 1:42:03Speaker 18: I think it would have been a power thing if
- 1:42:05Speaker 18: he came to my house because, like, we genuinely just
- 1:42:07Speaker 18: hung out.
- 1:42:07Speaker 4: So it's not like he was, I don't know, scared.
- 1:42:10Speaker 18: Genuinely can't believe I almost forgot to tell you guys
- 1:42:12Speaker 18: the craziest part about that. A couple days later, after
- 1:42:14Speaker 18: deciding not to talk to him anymore, I found an
- 1:42:16Speaker 18: account of his on TikTok. And when I looked up
- 1:42:18Speaker 18: his handle in the search bar, it like popped up
- 1:42:21Speaker 18: with a bunch of videos that people had made about him.
- 1:42:22Speaker 4: Like he had gone a little bit viral because he
- 1:42:25Speaker 4: had assaulted a girl. So crazy.
- 1:42:31Speaker 9: Story time of how my Tinder date love bombed me
- 1:42:33Speaker 9: and then accused me of having herpes.
- 1:42:35Speaker 16: And no, this is not clickbait, although I literally wish.
- 1:42:37Speaker 4: It was because I would do anything for this to
- 1:42:39Speaker 4: not be my life.
- 1:42:40Speaker 8: But here we are.
- 1:42:41Speaker 7: Okay.
- 1:42:41Speaker 4: If you are like my mom or my sisters.
- 1:42:44Speaker 9: Or Literally anyone I know for that matter.
- 1:42:47Speaker 4: Just go ahead and keep scrolling.
- 1:42:48Speaker 9: This girl and I, we matched on Tinder and we
- 1:42:51Speaker 9: like hit it.
- 1:42:52Speaker 4: Off almost immediately.
- 1:42:53Speaker 9: Like, I just feel like we clicked really, really fast,
- 1:42:56Speaker 9: which if you're on the dating apps.
- 1:42:58Speaker 4: Or anything like that, that usually doesn't happen.
- 1:43:00Speaker 9: Like you usually don't see many normal people on there.
- 1:43:03Speaker 9: So when you finally see someone that's like normal and
- 1:43:07Speaker 9: not totally weird or wanting something really weird, you know,
- 1:43:10Speaker 9: you know, um, you like gravitate towards them which is
- 1:43:13Speaker 9: kind of what happened so she was like really fun
- 1:43:16Speaker 9: to talk to and everything we didn't talk very long
- 1:43:18Speaker 9: and she was like okay i'm gonna go to bed
- 1:43:20Speaker 9: like night whatever and i was like okay i'll message
- 1:43:22Speaker 9: you tomorrow i messaged her the next day and she
- 1:43:26Speaker 9: replied in the afternoon and was just like hey just
- 1:43:29Speaker 9: so you know i'm not on my phone like literally
- 1:43:32Speaker 9: at all during the day and i know like if
- 1:43:35Speaker 9: you're gay if you're um a girl or i don't
- 1:43:38Speaker 9: know anyone for that matter You know that that's probably
- 1:43:40Speaker 9: a really big red flag. Me, I was like, I
- 1:43:43Speaker 9: was like, okay, she's not on her phone until eight,
- 1:43:46Speaker 9: nine o'clock at night.
- 1:43:46Speaker 4: That's normal.
- 1:43:47Speaker 9: So we would only talk in the evening times. And
- 1:43:51Speaker 9: we would talk for a few hours each evening. And
- 1:43:54Speaker 9: she was so funny and so sweet to me.
- 1:43:57Speaker 16: Like, she was like, you're so funny. You're so cute.
- 1:44:00Speaker 4: You're like the prettiest girl ever. And I was just like, oh,
- 1:44:03Speaker 4: that's so nice.
- 1:44:04Speaker 9: Because I'm so stupid and gullible. So we talked pretty
- 1:44:07Speaker 9: consistently for like a week. with the exception of like
- 1:44:10Speaker 9: one or two nights. And then finally, one of us
- 1:44:13Speaker 9: was like, okay, like we should meet up.
- 1:44:14Speaker 4: We should hang out.
- 1:44:15Speaker 9: And she was like, okay, it has to be like
- 1:44:17Speaker 9: this day. I was just like, okay, whatever, you know,
- 1:44:21Speaker 9: another red flag. But once again, I was like, perfect.
- 1:44:26Speaker 9: So we meet up at a bar, and we hit
- 1:44:29Speaker 9: it off. At least I felt like we did.
- 1:44:32Speaker 4: Pretty quick.
- 1:44:34Speaker 9: And she was just like, Oh my god, everything I said,
- 1:44:37Speaker 9: she was like, you are the greatest human to ever exist.
- 1:44:40Speaker 16: You are so pretty. You are so kind. You are
- 1:44:43Speaker 16: everything I want.
- 1:44:45Speaker 4: And I was just like, eating it up.
- 1:44:48Speaker 9: Like I was just like, Oh my god, I'm obsessed
- 1:44:51Speaker 9: with this girl. Now mind you, when we first started talking,
- 1:44:55Speaker 9: we both were like, we're not looking for like anything like.
- 1:44:57Speaker 4: We're not specifically looking for anything serious.
- 1:44:59Speaker 9: But if something comes from you know, someone that we
- 1:45:01Speaker 9: meet or whatever, then we're.
- 1:45:03Speaker 4: Okay with that. And I meant that, but there.
- 1:45:07Speaker 9: Were a couple of times throughout us talking that she
- 1:45:09Speaker 9: would make comments that was like, I don't really want
- 1:45:12Speaker 9: anything serious. Like I'm worried you're going to want something serious.
- 1:45:15Speaker 9: And I was just like, no, like, I understand. Like,
- 1:45:17Speaker 9: if that's not what you're wanting, then, you know, whatever.
- 1:45:20Speaker 9: We still ended up hanging out, meeting up, whatever. So
- 1:45:23Speaker 9: we have a couple of drinks and after like a
- 1:45:26Speaker 9: couple hours of hanging out, she's like, oh my God,
- 1:45:28Speaker 9: the time's gone by so fast. I'm like having the
- 1:45:30Speaker 9: greatest time ever. Like I want to keep hanging out.
- 1:45:33Speaker 16: And I was like, oh, like, well, we can go
- 1:45:35Speaker 16: to like a different bar or whatever.
- 1:45:37Speaker 4: And she's like, no, I don't really want to keep drinking,
- 1:45:39Speaker 4: like blah, blah, blah.
- 1:45:39Speaker 9: And so she was like, but I really, I really
- 1:45:42Speaker 9: want to keep hanging out. And I was like, okay, well,
- 1:45:44Speaker 9: like you can come over to my house.
- 1:45:46Speaker 4: And she was like, perfect.
- 1:45:49Speaker 9: We get back to my house and she's pretty forward
- 1:45:51Speaker 9: when we get back to my house about what she's wanting.
- 1:45:55Speaker 4: Um, when she gets, like, when she got there, like, after.
- 1:45:58Speaker 16: We, like, put on a movie and stuff like that, which, whatever, fine, so, you.
- 1:46:02Speaker 9: Know, one thing led to another, I'm sure you could
- 1:46:06Speaker 9: assume by now what happened, we kind of hooked up
- 1:46:08Speaker 9: a little bit, um, and then she, right after that,
- 1:46:11Speaker 9: she was like, it's getting really late, like, I need
- 1:46:13Speaker 9: to go, and I was like, okay, fine, whatever, took
- 1:46:15Speaker 9: her back to her car, whatever, The next day, she
- 1:46:19Speaker 9: texts me in the morning, mind you, and is like,
- 1:46:22Speaker 9: I had the best time ever. Like, when is too
- 1:46:24Speaker 9: soon to see you again?
- 1:46:26Speaker 14: And I was like, oh, my God, she wants to
- 1:46:28Speaker 14: see me again.
- 1:46:29Speaker 9: Like, I'm just so naive. So it's a Sunday morning
- 1:46:34Speaker 9: when she sends this. We hung out Saturday night. We
- 1:46:37Speaker 9: end up agreeing to hang out the next day as
- 1:46:39Speaker 9: in Monday.
- 1:46:40Speaker 4: So this is where things get interesting.
- 1:46:44Speaker 16: She comes over and she's pretty.
- 1:46:46Speaker 9: Forward again about what exactly like she's wanting, which is fine.
- 1:46:53Speaker 9: But I didn't think that I guess that's maybe all
- 1:46:55Speaker 9: that she was going to want coming over that second night.
- 1:46:59Speaker 4: But I was like, whatever.
- 1:47:01Speaker 16: So we end up hooking up again and.
- 1:47:06Speaker 9: She, at the end of it, got really, really weird,
- 1:47:09Speaker 9: like was super like standoffish and like then verbally was like,
- 1:47:14Speaker 9: just so you know, like I'm feeling very, very anxious
- 1:47:16Speaker 9: right now. And like we had both kind of expressed
- 1:47:18Speaker 9: to each other that like we both had anxiety.
- 1:47:20Speaker 4: So I was trying to be like, you know, understanding
- 1:47:23Speaker 4: and I was like, it's okay. Like if you need
- 1:47:24Speaker 4: to leave, I understand. Like I totally understand like.
- 1:47:27Speaker 9: What it's like to be anxious in a place that
- 1:47:29Speaker 9: you're like not comfortable in and everything like that.
- 1:47:32Speaker 4: She was like, no, it's fine. I'm having fun.
- 1:47:34Speaker 9: But like, I just want to tell you like nothing
- 1:47:37Speaker 9: is ever going to come from this. Like literally nothing
- 1:47:39Speaker 9: is going to come from this.
- 1:47:41Speaker 4: And I was like, okay, you know, whatever.
- 1:47:44Speaker 9: For whatever reason, she was still like freaking out, I
- 1:47:47Speaker 9: guess maybe that we had hooked up and like that
- 1:47:49Speaker 9: I was going to maybe be wanting more or something.
- 1:47:52Speaker 4: I don't really know.
- 1:47:54Speaker 16: But I was trying to like make her feel better
- 1:47:56Speaker 16: despite everything.
- 1:47:57Speaker 9: How much she, like, love-bombed me, like, I'm not gonna lie,
- 1:47:59Speaker 9: I was genuinely confused, but I was.
- 1:48:01Speaker 4: Like, whatever, like, she had told me a few times, like,
- 1:48:04Speaker 4: she wasn't really wanting anything.
- 1:48:05Speaker 9: Serious, whatever, so it was at that point that my
- 1:48:09Speaker 9: dumb ass thought, like, to make her feel better about, like,
- 1:48:12Speaker 9: why ever reason she was feeling like that, I was, like, look, like,
- 1:48:15Speaker 9: I'm not in any place, really, to be in a
- 1:48:17Speaker 9: relationship either, like, I had been honest and open with
- 1:48:19Speaker 9: her about my divorce.
- 1:48:21Speaker 4: Um, the only thing that I.
- 1:48:23Speaker 9: Wasn't honest with her about was the fact that I
- 1:48:25Speaker 9: was living with my ex, not my ex wife. An
- 1:48:28Speaker 9: ex from a really long time ago who I'm now
- 1:48:30Speaker 9: friends with, whatever. But I justified me not telling her
- 1:48:34Speaker 9: because I was like, she just told me she wanted casual.
- 1:48:37Speaker 9: So I didn't feel like it was important to tell her.
- 1:48:39Speaker 9: Mind you, any other person that I had talked to on...
- 1:48:43Speaker 9: Any of the apps I have been open and honest
- 1:48:45Speaker 9: about really like early on about.
- 1:48:48Speaker 4: My divorce and my living.
- 1:48:49Speaker 9: Situation out of respect for other people's boundaries and maybe
- 1:48:52Speaker 9: what they're wanting in life. I didn't want to just
- 1:48:54Speaker 9: like bombard them one day because she just kept telling
- 1:48:56Speaker 9: me she didn't really want anything.
- 1:48:58Speaker 5: She wasn't sure what she wanted, blah, blah, blah.
- 1:49:01Speaker 4: I didn't feel like it was necessary to disclose that
- 1:49:03Speaker 4: right at the beginning.
- 1:49:04Speaker 9: So anyways, I was like, hey, don't even worry. Like
- 1:49:07Speaker 9: I'm literally like divorce living with my ex. Like it's
- 1:49:11Speaker 9: not a big deal. Like you're good. And it was
- 1:49:13Speaker 9: in this point that literally like something completely flipped on her.
- 1:49:18Speaker 9: She was like, are you serious? You're literally living with
- 1:49:21Speaker 9: your ex. And like, we just hooked up and blah, blah, blah.
- 1:49:24Speaker 9: And your ex is here. And I was like, it's
- 1:49:26Speaker 9: not my ex wife. And she was like, I don't care.
- 1:49:29Speaker 9: Like she got very hostile. Like she wasn't really being
- 1:49:34Speaker 9: like mean or like yelling, but I could tell she
- 1:49:37Speaker 9: was like, she was pissed. And I was like, I'm sorry. Like,
- 1:49:41Speaker 9: I didn't, I just thought like you told me you
- 1:49:43Speaker 9: wanted casual. Like I was, I don't like, I didn't
- 1:49:45Speaker 9: mean to make you uncomfortable. Like I felt really, really bad.
- 1:49:48Speaker 9: And then she literally looked at me and was like,
- 1:49:51Speaker 9: if you're lying about living with your ex, how do
- 1:49:53Speaker 9: I know that you're not lying about having herpes?
- 1:49:56Speaker 4: I was like, pause, simmered the fuck down.
- 1:50:04Speaker 16: So she was pretty worked up and I was pretty offended.
- 1:50:09Speaker 4: Um, and I was like, look, I don't have hernias
- 1:50:13Speaker 4: and I'm a.
- 1:50:14Speaker 9: Nurse and I understand how important it is to disclose
- 1:50:16Speaker 9: that type of stuff before you do things with people. Um,
- 1:50:19Speaker 9: but I was like, you know, you told me you
- 1:50:22Speaker 9: didn't really want anything. Like we had never really talked
- 1:50:25Speaker 9: about our lives much or.
- 1:50:26Speaker 4: Anything like that. So I was like, I'm sorry.
- 1:50:28Speaker 9: Like, I just didn't think I needed to like disclose
- 1:50:30Speaker 9: that part of my life. Like I never lied about it.
- 1:50:33Speaker 9: I just never said, Hey, I'm living with my ex
- 1:50:36Speaker 9: from high school. Like I, that, was never said. So yeah,
- 1:50:41Speaker 9: she was pretty upset and ended up leaving and it
- 1:50:44Speaker 9: was really awkward when she left, but I was just like, whatever.
- 1:50:47Speaker 4: And I was a little upset.
- 1:50:49Speaker 9: Like I was just embarrassed that she said those things
- 1:50:52Speaker 9: and you know, like just with the divorce and everything,
- 1:50:55Speaker 9: I do carry like a lot of embarrassment and everything
- 1:50:57Speaker 9: that happened and.
- 1:50:58Speaker 4: Like my living situation. So I was just feeling a.
- 1:51:00Speaker 5: Type of way about it.
- 1:51:01Speaker 4: She ended up messaging me that night and.
- 1:51:04Speaker 9: Being like hey um I know I acted a little
- 1:51:07Speaker 9: immaturely and was like wanting to apologize and.
- 1:51:10Speaker 4: I didn't end up messaging her till the next.
- 1:51:11Speaker 9: Day we kind of talked about things and she understood
- 1:51:15Speaker 9: that like like where I was coming from and like
- 1:51:17Speaker 9: apologized and everything and I was like saying sorry too
- 1:51:20Speaker 9: and like you know whatever and that was that that
- 1:51:23Speaker 9: was the end of it so long story short stay
- 1:51:26Speaker 9: off the dating apps because.
- 1:51:28Speaker 16: Most people on there are off their fucking rocker.
- 1:51:30Speaker 5: So y'all let me tell you about this horror story
- 1:51:33Speaker 5: date that I went on right so I was talking
- 1:51:36Speaker 5: to this guy and it was a Tuesday I was
- 1:51:38Speaker 5: off that day he was off that day so I'm
- 1:51:39Speaker 5: like okay like what you doing today what you got
- 1:51:41Speaker 5: plans for tonight he's like oh I'm probably gonna go
- 1:51:44Speaker 5: to the movies I'm like oh okay that's cool he
- 1:51:46Speaker 5: was like yeah do you want to come with me
- 1:51:47Speaker 5: and I'm like not really because I don't really like
- 1:51:49Speaker 5: to go to movies on the first day because hello
- 1:51:52Speaker 5: it's a movie what are we gonna talk about right
- 1:51:55Speaker 5: but then um i ended up talking to my friend
- 1:51:57Speaker 5: on the phone and i'm like oh like i'm gonna
- 1:51:59Speaker 5: go out to get something to eat but this guy
- 1:52:00Speaker 5: asked me some movies like should i go she was
- 1:52:02Speaker 5: like yeah you should go like why not so i
- 1:52:04Speaker 5: would start calling back and i'm like hey like you
- 1:52:06Speaker 5: know what i don't mind going to the movies but
- 1:52:07Speaker 5: can we change the movie theater to somewhere that's a
- 1:52:10Speaker 5: little bit like in the middle of the both of
- 1:52:11Speaker 5: us so he's.
- 1:52:12Speaker 4: Like yeah sure no problem okay cool so.
- 1:52:15Speaker 5: I'm getting ready for the movies or whatever and then
- 1:52:17Speaker 5: i think he had texted me he was like oh
- 1:52:20Speaker 5: do you think this movie theater checks bags? And I'm like, um,
- 1:52:23Speaker 5: probably not because as far as I know, movie theaters
- 1:52:27Speaker 5: don't check bags unless you know the Sunrise movie theater
- 1:52:31Speaker 5: in Valley Stream that used to be lit back in
- 1:52:33Speaker 5: the day. They check bags for whatever ghetto ass reason,
- 1:52:36Speaker 5: but movie theaters usually do not check bags. So he's like, oh, okay, cool.
- 1:52:40Speaker 5: Because I'm gonna bring some food. And I'm like, oh shit,
- 1:52:43Speaker 5: you lit.
- 1:52:43Speaker 3: Okay, cool. Right.
- 1:52:45Speaker 5: So now I'm in my car I'm on my way
- 1:52:47Speaker 5: to the movie theater and then he calls me he's
- 1:52:50Speaker 5: like hey how far are you I'm like oh I'm
- 1:52:52Speaker 5: like 10 minutes away he's like okay um do you
- 1:52:55Speaker 5: need me to get your movie ticket I'm like yes
- 1:53:00Speaker 5: I need you to get my movie ticket why wouldn't
- 1:53:03Speaker 5: I need you to get my movie ticket so then
- 1:53:06Speaker 5: he's like okay cool so I get to the movie
- 1:53:09Speaker 5: theater and I'm like okay I'm here where you at
- 1:53:13Speaker 5: he was like oh i'm inside and i had a
- 1:53:15Speaker 5: long moment for a second i'm like you inside the
- 1:53:17Speaker 5: movie theater he's like yeah i'm inside i'm like so
- 1:53:21Speaker 5: you like about to watch the movie he's like nah
- 1:53:24Speaker 5: like i'm at the concession stand so i'm like okay
- 1:53:26Speaker 5: cool so i come in his back is turned to
- 1:53:29Speaker 5: the door they're like bro you know i'm coming like
- 1:53:32Speaker 5: turn around come in between like you know how movie
- 1:53:35Speaker 5: theaters they have the first door the second door like
- 1:53:37Speaker 5: come out there like something he didn't do that right
- 1:53:40Speaker 5: So I come over to him, and I'm like, hey,
- 1:53:41Speaker 5: what's up? He's like, hey, give me a little side
- 1:53:43Speaker 5: hug or whatever. Then he starts telling me, like, oh,
- 1:53:46Speaker 5: his app is acting funny, like he can't log in.
- 1:53:48Speaker 5: I'm like, oh, damn, like, you didn't.
- 1:53:50Speaker 7: Do, um.
- 1:53:53Speaker 5: Like a password recovery password reset he's like nah it's
- 1:53:56Speaker 5: not letting me you don't gotta ask like email blah
- 1:54:00Speaker 5: blah i'm like damn that's crazy so he's like oh
- 1:54:02Speaker 5: do you want anything to eat and i'm like yeah
- 1:54:04Speaker 5: i'll take chips and a drink so he's like okay
- 1:54:07Speaker 5: cool so i see one of the tickets and the
- 1:54:09Speaker 5: tickets is like 44 for the both of us and
- 1:54:12Speaker 5: in my head i'm like damn that's kind of crazy
- 1:54:16Speaker 5: especially when you know like on a tuesday the tickets
- 1:54:18Speaker 5: cost like what seven dollars or something seven to 22
- 1:54:22Speaker 5: like that's a big jump anyways So he orders the
- 1:54:24Speaker 5: tickets and he's kind of like upset because like it's expensive, right?
- 1:54:29Speaker 5: Or it's not the price that he was expecting it
- 1:54:30Speaker 5: to be.
- 1:54:31Speaker 3: His app was not working.
- 1:54:32Speaker 5: It wasn't expected, whatever. Okay, cool. So I get my
- 1:54:35Speaker 5: food and now we're walking to the movie theater. And
- 1:54:39Speaker 5: he is walking. Mind you, this man is like 6'2, 6'3.
- 1:54:43Speaker 4: So he's walking.
- 1:54:44Speaker 5: And when he's walking, he's taking donkey strides, horse strides,
- 1:54:48Speaker 5: mad big steps.
- 1:54:50Speaker 4: I'm shorter.
- 1:54:52Speaker 3: I'm 5'4.
- 1:54:53Speaker 5: I'm average height. I'm not about to run to keep
- 1:54:55Speaker 5: up with you, right? So I'm walking my regular pace.
- 1:54:58Speaker 5: And then he... What did he do? I'm walking my
- 1:55:02Speaker 5: regular pace. So then he peeps like, oh... she's not
- 1:55:05Speaker 5: walking next to me so he stops and like he
- 1:55:07Speaker 5: waits for me or whatever right so we get to
- 1:55:09Speaker 5: the movie theater and then he's like okay i'm gonna
- 1:55:10Speaker 5: be right back like text me when the movie starts
- 1:55:12Speaker 5: so i'm like okay like is he going to that
- 1:55:14Speaker 5: bathroom like what's going on so he goes he comes
- 1:55:18Speaker 5: back he's like okay i gotta figure it out i'm
- 1:55:20Speaker 5: getting my money back okay cool so we're watching a
- 1:55:23Speaker 5: movie i'm eating my chips i'm dipping it in my
- 1:55:25Speaker 5: cheese like you know then i'm like okay do you
- 1:55:27Speaker 5: want some he's like no i don't want any i
- 1:55:29Speaker 5: got my own chips can i just have some cheese
- 1:55:31Speaker 5: so i'm like okay cool so he takes out a
- 1:55:33Speaker 5: bag of purple doritos and he act like you know
- 1:55:38Speaker 5: he get his the cheese or whatever so i'm like
- 1:55:40Speaker 5: okay cool so then the man takes the cheese holding
- 1:55:43Speaker 5: the cheese that i need for my dry ass chips
- 1:55:47Speaker 5: right and eat some and it puts it under like
- 1:55:51Speaker 5: not in the middle of us on the side that
- 1:55:52Speaker 5: he's sitting on so on his right side because i'm
- 1:55:54Speaker 5: sitting on his left side so i'm like okay so
- 1:55:56Speaker 5: i'm kind of just sitting there i'm not eating my
- 1:55:58Speaker 5: chips anymore right but i'm not about to say nothing
- 1:56:00Speaker 5: to you because like i need my cheese back so
- 1:56:04Speaker 5: then i'm like um he's like oh you need that
- 1:56:08Speaker 5: i'm like yeah yeah So he gives me my cheese bar.
- 1:56:13Speaker 5: I proceed to eat my shit. And I'm not about
- 1:56:15Speaker 5: to ask him if he wants cheese again because I
- 1:56:17Speaker 5: already know what this nigga about to do. He about
- 1:56:19Speaker 5: to take the fucking cheese and not give it back.
- 1:56:21Speaker 5: And I'm about to have some dry-ass chips, right? So
- 1:56:25Speaker 5: we're sitting there watching a movie. Then this nigga pull
- 1:56:27Speaker 5: out a fucking box of chicken wings. Okay? I'm not
- 1:56:32Speaker 5: going to lie. Them chicken wings look good, right? He
- 1:56:34Speaker 5: pull out his box of chicken wings. Did this man
- 1:56:37Speaker 5: ask me.
- 1:56:38Speaker 1: If I wanted a fucking chicken wing?
- 1:56:40Speaker 10: No.
- 1:56:42Speaker 5: So he's chowing down like he's going to town on
- 1:56:46Speaker 5: these chicken wings.
- 1:56:47Speaker 3: I'm like, wow, that's crazy.
- 1:56:49Speaker 4: Peeped, peeped.
- 1:56:50Speaker 5: I didn't ask for none. That's your business.
- 1:56:52Speaker 3: Peep.
- 1:56:53Speaker 5: But I peep, I peep. So then we're watching the
- 1:56:56Speaker 5: movie and then he's like, oh, that's a Porsche. That's
- 1:56:59Speaker 5: a Porsche rocket ship.
- 1:57:00Speaker 3: That's a Porsche.
- 1:57:01Speaker 5: In my head, I'm like, bro, do you know that
- 1:57:03Speaker 5: I'm just a girl? Like, I don't know nothing about cars.
- 1:57:05Speaker 5: I don't know nothing about supercars, fancy cars. I don't
- 1:57:08Speaker 5: know nothing. I don't care either. Like, all I see
- 1:57:11Speaker 5: is a Porsche. I don't know what kind of Porsche
- 1:57:12Speaker 5: it is, nor do I care. Anyways, so the movie continues,
- 1:57:18Speaker 5: and then he, like, puts his hands like this, like,
- 1:57:20Speaker 5: behind his head. And I guess he was about to, like,
- 1:57:23Speaker 5: put his arm, like, like, you know, you know, like, oh,
- 1:57:28Speaker 5: I'm tired. Put my arm around his head. I was like,
- 1:57:31Speaker 5: Mind you, I told you he was sitting next to
- 1:57:33Speaker 5: me on this. I said, okay, we can continue watching
- 1:57:36Speaker 5: the movie. Um, yeah, so the movie comes to an end. So,
- 1:57:41Speaker 5: we're getting up or whatever. Mind you, my mother-in-law's just
- 1:57:44Speaker 5: think I had Doritos. He had chicken wings. He had fucking,
- 1:57:47Speaker 5: I don't know, french fries.
- 1:57:48Speaker 3: All that other.
- 1:57:49Speaker 5: Shit that he had to pick the fuck up. Oh,
- 1:57:52Speaker 5: did I mention that he ordered popcorn too? I want
- 1:57:57Speaker 5: to say he ordered popcorn too, but Maybe he didn't.
- 1:58:00Speaker 5: So we're just going to leave that out.
- 1:58:01Speaker 8: Right.
- 1:58:02Speaker 3: So the movie is over.
- 1:58:03Speaker 4: So I get up.
- 1:58:04Speaker 5: I got my little trail, whatever. And he's taking his
- 1:58:07Speaker 5: sweet eyes. So in my head, I'm like, yo, I'm
- 1:58:09Speaker 5: gonna just walk to like the exit of the movie
- 1:58:12Speaker 5: theater because this is awkward. Like me just standing here.
- 1:58:15Speaker 20: Right.
- 1:58:16Speaker 5: So the movie's done. and he yeah obviously the movie's
- 1:58:20Speaker 5: done so anyway so he he gets up he meets
- 1:58:23Speaker 5: me at the door does he have his trash i
- 1:58:25Speaker 5: don't even know because i think i waited for him
- 1:58:27Speaker 5: like outside the movie theater and not just by like
- 1:58:29Speaker 5: the trash cans so i get outside i'm waiting for
- 1:58:31Speaker 5: him or whatever and he's like okay like i gotta
- 1:58:34Speaker 5: go use the bathroom i'm like okay cool i'm away
- 1:58:36Speaker 5: right here.
- 1:58:37Speaker 16: Um negative as soon as he went into.
- 1:58:40Speaker 5: That bathroom doors i booked it i ran ran ran
- 1:58:44Speaker 5: and i think one of the guys that was in
- 1:58:46Speaker 5: the movie with us he like saw me and he
- 1:58:48Speaker 5: was coming out like he was walking to his car
- 1:58:50Speaker 5: too so like he look he starts laughing because he's
- 1:58:53Speaker 5: like like you're leaving like that's funny anyways i booked
- 1:58:59Speaker 5: it to my car i blocked his number and yeah
- 1:59:02Speaker 5: i haven't heard from that man since because how dare
- 1:59:05Speaker 5: you Ask me to come to the movies with you,
- 1:59:07Speaker 5: then ask me if I need you to buy my ticket.
- 1:59:09Speaker 5: I don't need you to buy my ticket, but you
- 1:59:10Speaker 5: will buy my ticket because you asked me to come
- 1:59:13Speaker 5: to the movies. Furthermore, you're a man and I'm just
- 1:59:15Speaker 5: a girl. And as far as I know, the movie
- 1:59:19Speaker 5: tickets are $ 7 today. How dare you take my cheese
- 1:59:23Speaker 5: and not give it the fuck back?
- 1:59:25Speaker 4: How dare you get chicken wings?
- 1:59:27Speaker 5: And if you knew you didn't want to share your
- 1:59:29Speaker 5: chicken wings, dude, you could have asked me when you
- 1:59:31Speaker 5: was at the chicken wing spot and be like, yo,
- 1:59:33Speaker 5: do you want some chicken wings? This is what I'm
- 1:59:35Speaker 5: about to eat at the movie theater. How dare you
- 1:59:39Speaker 5: try to touch me? i can't even say that definitive
- 1:59:43Speaker 5: if he was really trying to put his arm around
- 1:59:45Speaker 5: me but how dare you even like why would you
- 1:59:47Speaker 5: even do that in a movie theater and who the
- 1:59:49Speaker 5: fuck gives a fuck if they're driving a porsche rocket
- 1:59:52Speaker 5: ship obviously that's not the name of the car but
- 1:59:55Speaker 5: you know i'm just saying like it's a supercar who
- 1:59:58Speaker 5: cares i can't afford it you can't afford it why
- 2:00:02Speaker 5: do we care anyways that was a day horror story
- 2:00:05Speaker 5: that i went.
- 2:00:06Speaker 4: On And that was the first time I did somebody
- 2:00:09Speaker 4: on a date.
- 2:00:10Speaker 5: And I'm actually really proud of myself because all me
- 2:00:13Speaker 5: would have sit there and endured it. And I'm leaving, baby.
- 2:00:18Speaker 3: I'm out of here.
- 2:00:19Speaker 1: A couple of weeks ago, I was supposed to go
- 2:00:21Speaker 1: on this first date with a guy from Hinge. And
- 2:00:23Speaker 1: he was texting me a lot leading up to it.
- 2:00:25Speaker 1: It got to the point where if he would text
- 2:00:27Speaker 1: me and I wouldn't respond for like a.
- 2:00:28Speaker 4: Couple hours, he would be like, damn, somebody forgot about me.
- 2:00:31Speaker 4: Happened several times to the point where I'd be like, okay,
- 2:00:34Speaker 4: I know you're kidding and you're joking around, but this
- 2:00:36Speaker 4: is a.
- 2:00:36Speaker 3: Little bit much.
- 2:00:37Speaker 1: Like we haven't even been on a first date and
- 2:00:39Speaker 1: I work and stuff, so I'm not going to respond
- 2:00:41Speaker 1: right away. His first response was, all righty. And then
- 2:00:43Speaker 1: he followed that up with, why don't you let me
- 2:00:45Speaker 1: know what times you work so I know when to
- 2:00:47Speaker 1: text you. And I was like, I already told you
- 2:00:49Speaker 1: I work a nine to five, but also I can
- 2:00:50Speaker 1: chat sometimes with like.
- 2:00:52Speaker 3: Why, why is this a thing?
- 2:00:54Speaker 4: Like we haven't even met. But we had a date
- 2:00:56Speaker 4: planned and he seemed like a nice guy besides that.
- 2:00:58Speaker 1: So I was willing to just go on his first
- 2:01:00Speaker 1: date and see how five was in person. Gets to
- 2:01:02Speaker 1: the day of the date and he texts me good
- 2:01:04Speaker 1: morning and he texts me, hey, confirming that we're still
- 2:01:08Speaker 1: on for seven o'clock tonight.
- 2:01:09Speaker 4: With the place that we were supposed to go. And
- 2:01:11Speaker 4: I was like, yep, sounds good. I'll see you there.
- 2:01:14Speaker 1: The evening rolls around and I fully get ready for
- 2:01:17Speaker 1: his date. And I text him before it is supposed
- 2:01:19Speaker 1: to start. And I'm like, hey, I'm leaving now.
- 2:01:21Speaker 4: I'm on my way.
- 2:01:21Speaker 1: And my text goes to green and it hadn't been
- 2:01:24Speaker 1: green before. I text him again after he doesn't respond.
- 2:01:27Speaker 1: And it's supposed to be the time of our date.
- 2:01:28Speaker 1: And I was like, hey, we still on?
- 2:01:31Speaker 3: Like what's going on?
- 2:01:32Speaker 4: Same thing, green text. He doesn't respond. And then I
- 2:01:35Speaker 4: tried calling.
- 2:01:36Speaker 3: Him, which I shouldn't have.
- 2:01:37Speaker 1: I should have just left it at the unanswered text, right?
- 2:01:39Speaker 1: But I called him trying to see like, What was happening?
- 2:01:42Speaker 1: Like maybe his phone died. Like who lets their phone
- 2:01:44Speaker 1: die before first date?
- 2:01:45Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 2:01:46Speaker 4: Phone goes straight to voicemail. I literally think this man
- 2:01:49Speaker 4: blocked me. This man who would not leave me alone
- 2:01:51Speaker 4: for days and desperately wanted to go on a date
- 2:01:54Speaker 4: with me. Like he was so excited about me.
- 2:01:56Speaker 3: It was pretty obvious. And I mean, who wouldn't?
- 2:01:59Speaker 4: Like look at me.
- 2:02:00Speaker 1: Anyhow, he blocked me before our date and he had
- 2:02:04Speaker 1: confirmed our date. what kind of psycho ass behavior is
- 2:02:11Speaker 1: that that genuinely is probably one of the weirdest things
- 2:02:14Speaker 1: that has happened to me while dating and weird things have.
- 2:02:16Speaker 3: Happened to me like weird things.
- 2:02:18Speaker 4: I'll be retiring from the dating scene until further notice.
- 2:02:21Speaker 4: I give up.
- 2:02:22Speaker 22: I don't think that my soulmate is in Indiana and
- 2:02:25Speaker 22: I don't even know why I'm even trying. And these
- 2:02:28Speaker 22: men on dating apps are absolutely crazy. If you watched
- 2:02:32Speaker 22: my dating horror stories that I posted on Valentine's Day,
- 2:02:35Speaker 22: remember the guy who tried to blame being racist on
- 2:02:38Speaker 22: his cat? That guy also vaped at the dinner table on.
- 2:02:41Speaker 4: Our first date. And I just overlooked that.
- 2:02:46Speaker 17: Yeah.
- 2:02:47Speaker 1: A grown ass man vaping at the dinner table on
- 2:02:50Speaker 1: our first date. And I was like, yeah, let's definitely
- 2:02:53Speaker 1: have a second date. An opening line I got the
- 2:02:58Speaker 1: other day on a dating app was, I hope you
- 2:03:00Speaker 1: like neck kisses.
- 2:03:01Speaker 3: I was like, whoa, what the heck?
- 2:03:03Speaker 4: Like, you're really going to open with that?
- 2:03:04Speaker 1: And then he got really mad that I was like,
- 2:03:08Speaker 1: not into him opening with, hope you like neck kisses.
- 2:03:11Speaker 4: I legitimately bought a.
- 2:03:12Speaker 1: Book the other day called How to Date Men When
- 2:03:15Speaker 1: You Hate Men.
- 2:03:18Speaker 5: It's gotten to that point.
- 2:03:19Speaker 1: As excruciating as it is to date in this day
- 2:03:22Speaker 1: and age, it.
- 2:03:22Speaker 4: Also makes for a great story time. So at least
- 2:03:25Speaker 4: there's that. If there's one thing men have, it's the audacity.
- 2:03:30Speaker 10: And I'm done.
- 2:03:30Speaker 3: I'm done.
- 2:03:31Speaker 23: So my Tinder match ended up committing fraud against me,
- 2:03:34Speaker 23: stealing all my cards out.
- 2:03:36Speaker 3: Of my wallet. You know, no big deal. No big deal, right?
- 2:03:39Speaker 3: This is Atlanta, am I right?
- 2:03:41Speaker 4: This is old.
- 2:03:42Speaker 3: This happened a while ago.
- 2:03:43Speaker 23: So, this might not even be the man's Instagram.
- 2:03:46Speaker 4: But his name is Zion Diggs.
- 2:03:48Speaker 23: He lives in Ellenwood. And we went on, like, a
- 2:03:51Speaker 23: few dates. You know, we matched on Tinder. And he
- 2:03:54Speaker 23: paid for the dates, right? So, I'm not thinking, like,
- 2:03:57Speaker 23: this guy would rob me.
- 2:03:58Speaker 3: I'm like, okay.
- 2:03:59Speaker 23: He paid for the dates. Like, obviously, he got some money. So,
- 2:04:04Speaker 23: this was when I was still living in the dorm.
- 2:04:05Speaker 4: We.
- 2:04:07Speaker 23: We're on a date, and then after the date, we're like, oh,
- 2:04:09Speaker 23: let's go back to my dorm room and play some
- 2:04:11Speaker 23: games or, like, whatever. So while he's in my dorm room,
- 2:04:15Speaker 23: I'm like, okay, I'm hungry. I want to go to
- 2:04:17Speaker 23: the cafe and grab food. People who stayed in the
- 2:04:19Speaker 23: dorm know about the cafe. And, like, that was 2020,
- 2:04:22Speaker 23: and it was, like, lots of COVID restrictions, right?
- 2:04:24Speaker 7: So I had to like give him my student ID
- 2:04:27Speaker 7: and he had to like sneak.
- 2:04:28Speaker 3: In the dorm. So it's not like we could just
- 2:04:30Speaker 3: go in and out the dorm as we please. So
- 2:04:33Speaker 3: I left him in my dorm.
- 2:04:34Speaker 23: Room to go to the cafe. Little did I know
- 2:04:36Speaker 23: as I left him in my dorm room, he was
- 2:04:37Speaker 23: stealing all of my debit cards, all of my credit cards,
- 2:04:41Speaker 23: stealing everything on my wallet out of my dorm room.
- 2:04:44Speaker 23: The next day, I started getting charges on my stuff.
- 2:04:49Speaker 23: While he was still in my room when I went
- 2:04:50Speaker 23: to the cafe, I didn't realize until afterwards that He
- 2:04:53Speaker 23: sent himself two payments of $ 140 on Cash App and
- 2:04:57Speaker 23: made all these attempted charges on my card. Then, after
- 2:05:03Speaker 23: everything was all said and done, this man went to
- 2:05:06Speaker 23: go and write, scam the Nigerian scammer on his Instagram
- 2:05:08Speaker 23: story because I'm Nigerian.
- 2:05:12Speaker 3: He went to go and write, scam the Nigerian scammer.
- 2:05:15Speaker 5: What?
- 2:05:16Speaker 23: And if this is not bad enough, I want to
- 2:05:19Speaker 23: say a year or two later, This man starts talking
- 2:05:22Speaker 23: to my friend, like my close friend. And the way
- 2:05:25Speaker 23: we figured it out is because her and I went
- 2:05:27Speaker 23: out for dinner and she posted a selfie of us together.
- 2:05:30Speaker 23: Why did he swipe up on that selfie? And it's like, oh,
- 2:05:32Speaker 23: how you know her? So my friend is like, why
- 2:05:35Speaker 23: is my man asking how I know you? Like, so
- 2:05:37Speaker 23: I see the man and I'm like, ain't this the
- 2:05:39Speaker 23: man who robbed me? So yeah, like just, just be careful.
- 2:05:44Speaker 3: That's it.
- 2:05:46Speaker 20: When I was 20, I had this Tinder date with
- 2:05:48Speaker 20: this girl. Who said, hey, we should get pizza from
- 2:05:52Speaker 20: this place called XYZ. It's a local place, so I'm
- 2:05:55Speaker 20: not naming it.
- 2:05:56Speaker 11: And I said, oh, sure. Should I go pick it up?
- 2:05:59Speaker 11: And she said yes. So I was like, oh, okay.
- 2:06:02Speaker 20: So I assumed she had already ordered it because it
- 2:06:04Speaker 20: was her idea and she was the one who brought
- 2:06:07Speaker 20: it up.
- 2:06:07Speaker 11: So I was like, oh, she probably wants me to
- 2:06:08Speaker 11: pick up the order.
- 2:06:10Speaker 3: So I get to the pizza place and.
- 2:06:13Speaker 20: I'm like, hey, I have an order to pick up
- 2:06:16Speaker 20: for her name. And they look in the back and
- 2:06:18Speaker 20: they're like, oh, we can't find anything. And I'm like, oh, OK,
- 2:06:21Speaker 20: give me just one second. So I call the girl.
- 2:06:23Speaker 20: I'm like, hey, did you put the order in for
- 2:06:25Speaker 20: the pizza? And she goes, no, you were supposed to
- 2:06:30Speaker 20: buy it. And I said, oh, well, I had no idea.
- 2:06:36Speaker 11: I didn't.
- 2:06:37Speaker 20: So it's not going to be ready yet. And she's like, okay,
- 2:06:41Speaker 20: well just come over then.
- 2:06:42Speaker 11: So I was like, okay.
- 2:06:44Speaker 20: So I told the lady, I was like, can you
- 2:06:46Speaker 20: put in an order for like a large cheese pizza
- 2:06:50Speaker 20: for like takeout? And she's like, yeah, it's going to
- 2:06:52Speaker 20: be like 20 minutes. I won't charge you until it's done.
- 2:06:55Speaker 20: You just want to put it, like put in for
- 2:06:56Speaker 20: it and then come back when it's done and pay.
- 2:06:58Speaker 11: And I was like, yes. So then I drove to
- 2:07:00Speaker 11: this girl's house and she had this.
- 2:07:04Speaker 3: Okay.
- 2:07:05Speaker 11: So I drove to this girl's house and she was
- 2:07:06Speaker 11: in a two story apartment.
- 2:07:07Speaker 4: Okay.
- 2:07:08Speaker 20: And so I get up there and knock on her door.
- 2:07:10Speaker 20: She lets me in. She says, take your shoes off
- 2:07:12Speaker 20: immediately when.
- 2:07:13Speaker 11: I get into the room.
- 2:07:14Speaker 3: So I was like, okay.
- 2:07:15Speaker 20: And then she's like, do you mind if we take
- 2:07:17Speaker 20: my dog on a walk? And it was like this little,
- 2:07:20Speaker 20: like this big, it was a cute dog. It was
- 2:07:23Speaker 20: a very small dog. But she's like, do you mind
- 2:07:25Speaker 20: if we take it on a walk?
- 2:07:26Speaker 11: And I was like, sure.
- 2:07:27Speaker 20: And it had been raining that day and the day before.
- 2:07:33Speaker 11: So we go out.
- 2:07:34Speaker 20: To the stairs and she has the dog on a
- 2:07:36Speaker 20: leash and she says can you pick my dog up
- 2:07:39Speaker 20: down the stairs for me and i kind of was
- 2:07:43Speaker 20: like yeah but i didn't question it and i said
- 2:07:45Speaker 20: yeah sure so i picked the dog up brought it
- 2:07:47Speaker 20: down the stairs and then we're walking and we're walking
- 2:07:51Speaker 20: and we get to a crosswalk and there's this little
- 2:07:53Speaker 20: shallow puddle no more than an inch to two inches
- 2:07:57Speaker 20: deep on the ground and Probably like this big.
- 2:08:01Speaker 11: Okay. Like this big. Like I could probably fit two
- 2:08:05Speaker 11: shoes in it. And she goes, stops and says, can.
- 2:08:10Speaker 3: You please pick him up over this?
- 2:08:12Speaker 11: I don't want him to get hurt. I looked at
- 2:08:16Speaker 11: her and I said, why?
- 2:08:18Speaker 5: Why?
- 2:08:20Speaker 11: He's fine. It's a dog.
- 2:08:23Speaker 20: And a car was coming, so we just crossed, and
- 2:08:25Speaker 20: I didn't even pick him up, and we just ignored
- 2:08:27Speaker 20: it after that. And we keep walking her dog, and
- 2:08:34Speaker 20: as we get to this park, she's like, I hate
- 2:08:37Speaker 20: living down here because I'm just always so scared that
- 2:08:39Speaker 20: guys are going to assault me because I'm just so pretty,
- 2:08:42Speaker 20: and guys probably want to assault me right when they
- 2:08:44Speaker 20: see me. I was like, what the fuck? Right when
- 2:08:47Speaker 20: I heard that, I made a plan to leave. So
- 2:08:50Speaker 20: my plan was to say that I left my wallet
- 2:08:53Speaker 20: at that park and that I had to go look
- 2:08:55Speaker 20: for it. So we walked back to her house and
- 2:08:58Speaker 20: once we got inside, I went to the bathroom and
- 2:09:00Speaker 20: I was like, oh my.
- 2:09:01Speaker 11: God, I can't find my wallet. She's like, you didn't
- 2:09:04Speaker 11: leave it here? And I was like, no.
- 2:09:05Speaker 20: I was like, maybe it's in my car.
- 2:09:09Speaker 11: So she's like, okay, let's go check.
- 2:09:10Speaker 20: So she walks down with me and we go down
- 2:09:12Speaker 20: her stairs and I'm walking in front of her, okay?
- 2:09:15Speaker 20: Keep in mind, I'm like, I'm here she's here behind
- 2:09:18Speaker 20: me okay I'm walking walking and she goes why do
- 2:09:21Speaker 20: you get do you like being in France it makes
- 2:09:23Speaker 20: you feel like the leader or something and I said
- 2:09:26Speaker 20: no I'm just walking and that was it and then
- 2:09:32Speaker 20: she I got to my car and she's like can
- 2:09:35Speaker 20: you guess which one's mine and I didn't even guess
- 2:09:37Speaker 20: it she's like okay go look for your wallet so
- 2:09:39Speaker 20: I went in my car and And my wallet was
- 2:09:42Speaker 20: in my back pocket this whole time.
- 2:09:44Speaker 4: Okay.
- 2:09:44Speaker 20: So I like pretended like I was rummaging around in
- 2:09:48Speaker 20: my car for my wallet. And I don't know, like
- 2:09:53Speaker 20: 30 seconds into that, just all of a sudden my
- 2:09:55Speaker 20: door opens and she goes, did you find it? And
- 2:09:59Speaker 20: I was like, no, I'm still looking. I think I
- 2:10:01Speaker 20: left it at the park. And she goes, she like
- 2:10:04Speaker 20: looked at me like this.
- 2:10:08Speaker 11: Are you sure?
- 2:10:09Speaker 20: And fucking padded my pockets down. patted me down on
- 2:10:13Speaker 20: my front pockets. And luckily it wasn't there. And I
- 2:10:16Speaker 20: just said, no, I think I left it at the park.
- 2:10:18Speaker 20: Go get the pizza because we have to go get
- 2:10:21Speaker 20: it soon. And I'll go back there and check and
- 2:10:23Speaker 20: I'll meet you there. And she just stared at me
- 2:10:26Speaker 20: like this.
- 2:10:28Speaker 11: And said, fine.
- 2:10:31Speaker 20: And closed the door and got in her car and
- 2:10:35Speaker 20: drove off. And I fucking dipped. I didn't go to
- 2:10:37Speaker 20: the park. I went home, never talked.
- 2:10:40Speaker 11: To her again. Don't go on Tinder dates. Seriously.
- 2:10:45Speaker 3: It's well, okay.
- 2:10:46Speaker 11: I'm sorry.
- 2:10:48Speaker 20: That's not what I meant. Be careful with who you
- 2:10:51Speaker 20: go on Tinder dates with.
- 2:10:55Speaker 4: Crazy dating horror stories.
- 2:10:57Speaker 14: I have to tell you guys this one. This is
- 2:10:58Speaker 14: very scary. So went on three dates with this guy.
- 2:11:02Speaker 4: First two dates, totally normal. No red flags.
- 2:11:04Speaker 14: First date was a coffee date. And then we ended
- 2:11:06Speaker 14: up having lunch later that day. And then the next
- 2:11:08Speaker 14: time was dinner. Both totally normal. Third date, he said, hey,
- 2:11:12Speaker 14: let's get some Mexican food.
- 2:11:15Speaker 3: I was like, cool.
- 2:11:15Speaker 14: Don't have to tell me twice about some chips and
- 2:11:17Speaker 14: queso and a margarita.
- 2:11:18Speaker 4: Let's do it.
- 2:11:19Speaker 14: So we went, had a great evening. The whole time
- 2:11:21Speaker 14: he was talking about his car, how his car is
- 2:11:23Speaker 14: like his baby. I don't know anything about cars. So
- 2:11:25Speaker 14: he was saying what kind of car it was. I
- 2:11:27Speaker 14: had zero idea what that meant.
- 2:11:28Speaker 3: Whatever.
- 2:11:29Speaker 14: It was a flex apparently for him.
- 2:11:30Speaker 4: It was a convertible. That's all that I knew.
- 2:11:32Speaker 14: He talked about it the entire time, how he like
- 2:11:33Speaker 14: built it himself, all those things. So after dinner, he says, hey,
- 2:11:37Speaker 14: would you want to like ride around in my car?
- 2:11:39Speaker 14: He's like, it's a really nice night.
- 2:11:41Speaker 3: It's a convertible.
- 2:11:41Speaker 4: Would love to turn the music up and just.
- 2:11:43Speaker 3: Have a great time.
- 2:11:44Speaker 14: Now riding around with music and the windows down was
- 2:11:46Speaker 14: like one of my favorite things to do in the world.
- 2:11:48Speaker 4: So I was like, yeah, we can do that. That's
- 2:11:49Speaker 4: my third date with this guy.
- 2:11:50Speaker 23: It should be fine.
- 2:11:51Speaker 14: Now my friends knew that I was on a date
- 2:11:53Speaker 14: with this guy, but did not know like that I
- 2:11:55Speaker 14: would be going anywhere with him, obviously. So I wasn't
- 2:11:58Speaker 14: anticipating like going to a house or anything like that.
- 2:12:01Speaker 14: We get in the car, we're listening to music, all
- 2:12:02Speaker 14: is well. It's been a great evening. Then he pulls
- 2:12:05Speaker 14: into a neighborhood. I was like, where are we going?
- 2:12:08Speaker 14: He said, oh, this is my house. He's like, I
- 2:12:10Speaker 14: have leftover food in the back. I just really want
- 2:12:11Speaker 14: to run into the refrigerator real quick. I was so
- 2:12:15Speaker 14: uncomfortable because I'm like, no one knows where I'm at.
- 2:12:17Speaker 14: I did not tell them that I was going to
- 2:12:18Speaker 14: somebody's house. So I was like, I would prefer us not.
- 2:12:21Speaker 3: Like, can we just go back?
- 2:12:22Speaker 14: And you can just drop me off and then come
- 2:12:23Speaker 14: right back. He's like, no, I'm already here. Like, I
- 2:12:25Speaker 14: live 15 minutes away from the restaurant. I don't want
- 2:12:27Speaker 14: to drive all the way back.
- 2:12:28Speaker 4: We're already here. Let me run in. You don't need
- 2:12:29Speaker 4: to come in.
- 2:12:29Speaker 3: Like, okay.
- 2:12:31Speaker 14: So he runs in. I sit in the car. 10,
- 2:12:33Speaker 14: 15 minutes later, this man is still not out. I'm
- 2:12:35Speaker 14: texting him from outside in the car like, hey, is
- 2:12:37Speaker 14: everything okay? He finally calls me and he's like, hey,
- 2:12:40Speaker 14: you should just come in. My dog is having some trouble.
- 2:12:42Speaker 14: I think she ate something bad. Come in and just
- 2:12:44Speaker 14: like stay with me for a few minutes and then
- 2:12:46Speaker 14: we'll go.
- 2:12:47Speaker 4: I'm like, okay. If I could go back and shake
- 2:12:50Speaker 4: myself and tell myself absolutely not run, I would, but
- 2:12:53Speaker 4: I did not. At the time, I was too much
- 2:12:54Speaker 4: of a.
- 2:12:55Speaker 14: People pleaser and I was afraid to say, hey, I
- 2:12:58Speaker 14: just don't feel comfortable with this.
- 2:12:59Speaker 4: So I went along with it to be nice.
- 2:13:02Speaker 14: I go inside and there is two wine glasses full
- 2:13:05Speaker 14: of wine.
- 2:13:06Speaker 4: And this was like the fourth red flag.
- 2:13:08Speaker 14: I was like, hey, I don't really feel comfortable getting
- 2:13:10Speaker 14: drunk or like drinking a lot. Thank you so much, though.
- 2:13:14Speaker 14: He gets so mad.
- 2:13:16Speaker 4: What do you mean?
- 2:13:16Speaker 14: Do you think I'm going to like do something to
- 2:13:18Speaker 14: you just because you're drunk? Sir, why is that your
- 2:13:20Speaker 14: first thing to say?
- 2:13:21Speaker 3: That's strange.
- 2:13:22Speaker 4: So I just said, no, thank you. I'm good.
- 2:13:25Speaker 14: Guys, the state gets scary and weird and awful and.
- 2:13:27Speaker 3: All the things.
- 2:13:28Speaker 14: So but it's getting long. We're going to make a
- 2:13:30Speaker 14: part two. So follow on for part two. crazy dating story,
- 2:13:34Speaker 14: convertible guy, part two. If you haven't watched part one,
- 2:13:37Speaker 14: you can go watch it so you're not lost. And
- 2:13:39Speaker 14: also trigger warning to those of you who have maybe
- 2:13:41Speaker 14: experienced SA or grape, you may not want to watch this.
- 2:13:46Speaker 14: Just wanted to say that first.
- 2:13:47Speaker 8: Okay.
- 2:13:47Speaker 14: So at this point I have to, like, I have
- 2:13:50Speaker 14: already said no to the drinks, right?
- 2:13:53Speaker 4: He says, okay, fine, whatever.
- 2:13:54Speaker 14: You could tell he's irritated, but he lets it go.
- 2:13:56Speaker 4: He says, let's play some board games.
- 2:13:58Speaker 3: I'm like, cool, let's do it.
- 2:13:59Speaker 14: So we play some board games. The whole time I'm
- 2:14:01Speaker 14: like sitting there in my head, like no one knows
- 2:14:03Speaker 14: where I'm at. Like I have to do something. So
- 2:14:05Speaker 14: I share my location with a friend, but like didn't
- 2:14:07Speaker 14: tell her where I was and tell her like what
- 2:14:09Speaker 14: was happening. I just shared the location.
- 2:14:11Speaker 4: And the whole time I'm like beating myself up. Like,
- 2:14:13Speaker 4: why am I here? I don't want to be here.
- 2:14:14Speaker 4: He makes me uncomfortable. I'm not sure what to do.
- 2:14:16Speaker 14: So in the middle of the game, he says something
- 2:14:19Speaker 14: so sweet, whatever your eyes are glistening, your skin is beautiful,
- 2:14:23Speaker 14: whatever they say.
- 2:14:24Speaker 4: And he kisses me. I tried to let it go
- 2:14:26Speaker 4: and tried to.
- 2:14:27Speaker 14: Just like get out of my own head and just
- 2:14:28Speaker 14: enjoy the moment. But the whole time I was like,
- 2:14:30Speaker 14: I don't know what he's expecting here. And he's already
- 2:14:32Speaker 14: irritated at me. So after we kiss for a minute,
- 2:14:35Speaker 14: I push him away.
- 2:14:35Speaker 4: And I was like, I'm good.
- 2:14:38Speaker 14: He keeps trying. I push him away again. I was like, no, no,
- 2:14:42Speaker 14: I'm really, I'm good. And this is where it gets scary.
- 2:14:45Speaker 14: He whips me up off the couch, pushes me up
- 2:14:48Speaker 14: against the wall. And he says, I love it when
- 2:14:51Speaker 14: a woman says no. It just makes me push harder.
- 2:14:56Speaker 14: My eyes got real big. My heart starts beating really fast.
- 2:14:59Speaker 4: Like, okay, what is my game plan here? And then
- 2:15:01Speaker 4: he says, no, really say no again.
- 2:15:03Speaker 15: I love it.
- 2:15:04Speaker 4: And he gets so excited on his face.
- 2:15:08Speaker 14: Now I have worked with predators for years as a
- 2:15:11Speaker 14: mental health therapist. I understand their mindset and I understand
- 2:15:13Speaker 14: that it is a control issue. They get off on fear.
- 2:15:17Speaker 14: I was not about to give this man any fear.
- 2:15:19Speaker 14: So in that quick, quick thinking, I just kind of,
- 2:15:22Speaker 14: I didn't want to give him any fear. So what
- 2:15:23Speaker 14: I did was I played very like cool.
- 2:15:25Speaker 4: Very neutral. I just said, oh, okay. He's like, no,
- 2:15:29Speaker 4: I mean it. Say no again. I was like, no,
- 2:15:31Speaker 4: I already did once.
- 2:15:32Speaker 14: And you could tell he was not sure what to
- 2:15:34Speaker 14: do because he'd never experienced that. So I was like, okay,
- 2:15:37Speaker 14: thank you so much for such a great night. Like,
- 2:15:39Speaker 14: I really appreciate the fact that you bought me dinner.
- 2:15:41Speaker 4: Like what? That was incredible. I said, plus like the games.
- 2:15:44Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 2:15:45Speaker 14: And of course in my head, I'm freaking the F out,
- 2:15:47Speaker 14: but out loud, I was like, I'm not giving this
- 2:15:48Speaker 14: man the like justification or the, you know, the satisfaction.
- 2:15:53Speaker 3: That's the word.
- 2:15:53Speaker 14: I'm not giving him the satisfaction of seeing me scared.
- 2:15:56Speaker 14: So again, I just said, thank you so much. I'm
- 2:15:57Speaker 14: going to go ahead and call an Uber because you're drunk,
- 2:15:59Speaker 14: but like, feel free to just wait around with me
- 2:16:02Speaker 14: if you want, or like wait in the house.
- 2:16:03Speaker 3: I'm going to go outside.
- 2:16:04Speaker 14: And this threw him so off that he did not
- 2:16:07Speaker 14: know what to do. He was like, Oh, okay.
- 2:16:09Speaker 4: Well, thanks. Thanks so much. I get to see you again.
- 2:16:11Speaker 3: I was like, absolutely.
- 2:16:13Speaker 14: Because again, I was not going to tip this man
- 2:16:15Speaker 14: off that I was scared or freaking out.
- 2:16:17Speaker 3: He ended up.
- 2:16:17Speaker 14: Waiting outside with me for the 15 minutes it took
- 2:16:20Speaker 14: for the Uber to come. he kissed me on the
- 2:16:22Speaker 14: cheek goodbye i got in the car and left now
- 2:16:24Speaker 14: i know there's gonna be people who pick me apart
- 2:16:25Speaker 14: for this response but it got me out of life
- 2:16:27Speaker 14: and i'm i would do it again in a heartbeat
- 2:16:30Speaker 14: other than i would have just never gone in the
- 2:16:32Speaker 14: first place and for those of you who ask if
- 2:16:34Speaker 14: i turned him in to the police no i did
- 2:16:35Speaker 14: not i have had a lot of experience with this
- 2:16:38Speaker 14: type of thing as a therapist and i see that
- 2:16:41Speaker 14: unless there's actual like crazy violence they just don't take
- 2:16:44Speaker 14: it seriously a threat is like he said she said
- 2:16:46Speaker 14: it's not going to be taken seriously I did report
- 2:16:49Speaker 14: him to the app that I matched with him on.
- 2:16:51Speaker 14: I was like a dangerous person, but that's the extent
- 2:16:53Speaker 14: of it. I obviously blocked him right away, which you
- 2:16:55Speaker 14: guys know, if you follow.
- 2:16:56Speaker 4: Me, I don't block people up easily, but that was terrifying.
- 2:16:59Speaker 14: And I did go to therapy after that and really
- 2:17:01Speaker 14: dug into why I was such a people pleaser and
- 2:17:03Speaker 14: struggled so much with just saying I'm uncomfortable. And I
- 2:17:06Speaker 14: did a lot of work around that, but I could
- 2:17:09Speaker 14: do a whole series on this and the importance of
- 2:17:10Speaker 14: boundaries and being able to communicate.
- 2:17:12Speaker 4: No means no, but it was a pretty terrifying situation.
- 2:17:16Speaker 3: Crazy, right?
- 2:17:17Speaker 24: Okay, I saw a girl on TikTok do her hench
- 2:17:19Speaker 24: horse story and it triggered some of my PTSD.
- 2:17:22Speaker 1: So I'm going to be doing one of mine for y'all.
- 2:17:24Speaker 1: So this was my freshman year.
- 2:17:27Speaker 24: I decided to download every single dating app that there
- 2:17:29Speaker 24: was because college men just were not it.
- 2:17:32Speaker 4: And look, let me be your big sister and tell
- 2:17:34Speaker 4: you this.
- 2:17:34Speaker 24: If you're in college, about to go to college, about
- 2:17:37Speaker 24: to grab, do not get on no dating app. It
- 2:17:39Speaker 24: is literally a canon event to download a dating app
- 2:17:41Speaker 24: and meet like literally the man of your nightmares.
- 2:17:44Speaker 3: Because I met mine.
- 2:17:45Speaker 1: And it just so happened he was a part of
- 2:17:47Speaker 1: the army.
- 2:17:48Speaker 4: So we matched.
- 2:17:50Speaker 1: And we you know started doing a little small talk
- 2:17:52Speaker 1: on hinge like i was texting but i wasn't really
- 2:17:55Speaker 1: texting for real because like the app When you first
- 2:17:58Speaker 1: download dating apps, it's like they just throw anybody at you.
- 2:18:01Speaker 3: So it took a lot of like.
- 2:18:02Speaker 24: Swipe, swipe, swipe, swipe, swipe to finally come across it.
- 2:18:05Speaker 4: And once I did, like, you know, we had small
- 2:18:06Speaker 4: talk here and there, whatever.
- 2:18:08Speaker 1: And then we decided to move it to iMessage and
- 2:18:10Speaker 1: we started talking to Maura.
- 2:18:11Speaker 4: And then he was like, oh, I want to take
- 2:18:12Speaker 4: you out to eat. Cool. We got to eat and everything.
- 2:18:15Speaker 4: Everything's great.
- 2:18:15Speaker 24: And then he takes me back to his apartment, whatever.
- 2:18:19Speaker 24: We go in there, meet his dog and whatever.
- 2:18:22Speaker 4: Dog's really cute. Cool.
- 2:18:23Speaker 3: Go to the room and we just go to sleep.
- 2:18:25Speaker 3: Nothing happened. So this continues.
- 2:18:27Speaker 24: Like we would go on a date. We would like
- 2:18:28Speaker 24: go out. We would just do things, always spending time together.
- 2:18:31Speaker 24: And I was really thinking that this was the.
- 2:18:32Speaker 10: One, y'all.
- 2:18:33Speaker 4: He would get me flowers.
- 2:18:34Speaker 3: He would get me gifts.
- 2:18:34Speaker 24: He would show up to my dorm and stuff. Like
- 2:18:36Speaker 24: super duper sweet. I was thinking nothing was wrong with
- 2:18:38Speaker 24: this man. Or so I thought. One fateful day. I
- 2:18:42Speaker 24: don't know why he decided to do this, but he
- 2:18:44Speaker 24: asked me if I had Snapchat. And I had Snapchat,
- 2:18:46Speaker 24: but it was when I was like in middle school,
- 2:18:48Speaker 24: high school-ish. I really only keep it just for like memories.
- 2:18:51Speaker 24: I don't use it that much. I was like, yeah,
- 2:18:53Speaker 24: but I'll use this. He said, add me on there.
- 2:18:55Speaker 4: Cool.
- 2:18:55Speaker 24: I had him on Snapchat and he sends me a
- 2:18:58Speaker 24: video and the video is him engaging in sexual intercourse
- 2:19:02Speaker 24: with some other girl. And I can clearly see it's
- 2:19:04Speaker 24: him and I can clearly see it's another girl. And
- 2:19:07Speaker 24: he's like, can I do this to you whenever we, yeah.
- 2:19:10Speaker 24: So obviously I am confuzzled.
- 2:19:12Speaker 3: I'm being boozled.
- 2:19:13Speaker 24: I'm just sitting there livid looking at my phone. Like,
- 2:19:16Speaker 24: why would you send me this? Even if it's not recent,
- 2:19:19Speaker 24: why would you send me your tape with another girl?
- 2:19:23Speaker 24: It wasn't making no type of sense, y'all. So I
- 2:19:24Speaker 24: did not even give him the time of day. I
- 2:19:27Speaker 24: blocked him his number. I blocked him on Snapchat. I
- 2:19:29Speaker 24: blocked him on Instagram.
- 2:19:31Speaker 3: Blocked him.
