- 0:47Speaker 3: Well, welcome, welcome, welcome. You're listening to the Sports Shop show.
- 0:53Speaker 3: I'm the Sports Shock Wayne Candy. Good morning to you
- 0:56Speaker 3: out there and listening land. Happy me. Friends giving to
- 1:03Speaker 3: all of you. Get it? Friends giving? I learned about
- 1:06Speaker 3: it yesterday from my little angel of a daughter. She
- 1:14Speaker 3: explained what friends giving is and it's funny how we
- 1:20Speaker 3: just will find a way to celebrate. The young generation
- 1:25Speaker 3: definitely will find any day to slack and do nothing.
- 1:31Speaker 3: Now they have a friends giving for you out there
- 1:34Speaker 3: that might have missed it, or maybe it's just me.
- 1:36Speaker 3: I'm quite sure my panel who's always up on you know,
- 1:41Speaker 3: no ditty and no cap. You know these guys here,
- 1:44Speaker 3: they know all the new slang and laying and clothing
- 1:48Speaker 3: and that kind of stuff. They're astute gentlemen. I'm a
- 1:51Speaker 3: little more old school. Check writer's stamp in the male guy.
- 1:56Speaker 3: That's me. But it works for me. Do it works
- 1:59Speaker 3: for you, you know, and stay in your lane. The
- 2:02Speaker 3: Bad Producer don't really do that. He likes to get
- 2:04Speaker 3: in everybody's lane. But friendsgiving? Have you been to one?
- 2:08Speaker 3: If you have, be okay with it when I ask
- 2:12Speaker 3: you admit it. Don't be don't be hind because you
- 2:16Speaker 3: think I'm gonna say something. But I get with my
- 2:19Speaker 3: friends and we just get together, you know, with friendsgiving.
- 2:23Speaker 3: For you that don't know's it's like Thanksgiving, but only
- 2:26Speaker 3: with friends and the menu is Thanksgiving food. Don't get that.
- 2:34Speaker 3: But hey, there you go. I know, without a doubt,
- 2:40Speaker 3: Big Kenny has heard about it. Bad Producer probably has
- 2:44Speaker 3: been to one as well. In DJ doc. You know
- 2:48Speaker 3: he's an enthusiast of old schools, so I know he
- 2:52Speaker 3: hasn't been to a friends giving. You know, I'm just
- 2:55Speaker 3: picking the personalities I know to be in there. Have
- 3:00Speaker 3: you ever hosted of friends given? Let's getting that out
- 3:03Speaker 3: of the way real quick.
- 3:04Speaker 5: Good morning, So no, I haven't hosted a friends Have
- 3:06Speaker 5: you been to one? I don't believe in friends, sir,
- 3:11Speaker 5: h No and no, no, no, I mean I've heard
- 3:14Speaker 5: of it. Just two days ago, I saw.
- 3:17Speaker 6: A hashtag friend no no, no, no, just friends giving hashtags.
- 3:22Speaker 6: And I saw a bunch of like one person come
- 3:24Speaker 6: in individual the ladies, one at a time for the video,
- 3:27Speaker 6: the TikTok video and show and they in pajamas or whatever.
- 3:30Speaker 3: And so I thought it was only a girl's thing.
- 3:33Speaker 3: Now it's been around for a while showing this. Oh
- 3:36Speaker 3: I didn't. I'm saying, I say girlfriends, give me well, it's.
- 3:38Speaker 6: Say, but them the only people those are the only
- 3:41Speaker 6: people that I see that's doing it or like.
- 3:43Speaker 5: Now it's and see I mean no, I've heard of
- 3:47Speaker 5: it for years. It's been around, probably more than a
- 3:50Speaker 5: decade decade. Yeah, but I you know, I struggle getting
- 3:54Speaker 5: along with the people I'm blood related to.
- 3:57Speaker 3: I just can't go out and find no strangers. I
- 3:59Speaker 3: want to said around. It's a hard negotiating Thanksgiving. D
- 4:05Speaker 3: you've been good morning? No? Have you ever heard of it? No,
- 4:08Speaker 3: it's the first okay, yeah, my first taste friends giving
- 4:12Speaker 3: friends given. Now, at first I thought it was friendship
- 4:15Speaker 3: giving now and then it's just short friends.
- 4:22Speaker 5: So interesting that you said that, because I got a
- 4:26Speaker 5: text message not long ago from one of uh, the
- 4:32Speaker 5: college age children about the friends Giving menu and it's things. Now,
- 4:38Speaker 5: this is serious, this friends giving menu, and it's stuff
- 4:41Speaker 5: like fruit case so dip, hot wings. So it's not
- 4:51Speaker 5: like traditional some people do.
- 4:57Speaker 3: Supposed to be we call that kickoff.
- 5:02Speaker 5: They call it friends giving, Which was why when I
- 5:05Speaker 5: was looking at it, I was like, these kids really
- 5:08Speaker 5: be trying to just make us believe they doing something new,
- 5:12Speaker 5: But you just came up with a different name.
- 5:14Speaker 3: It seems like the world, really it wants to throw
- 5:16Speaker 3: out the old traditions and create a new, a new one,
- 5:20Speaker 3: when the old traditions actually are the same thing you're creating.
- 5:27Speaker 5: And here it is mac and cheese and buffalo chicken dip.
- 5:32Speaker 5: That's what a student is going to bring them, meatballs
- 5:35Speaker 5: and pasta, salad, drinks, plates and napkins, devileda eggs, fruit dessert,
- 5:40Speaker 5: and biscuits. Public's chicken tortilla chick.
- 5:49Speaker 3: I don't know. That's the closest place I was wondering,
- 5:52Speaker 3: why so specific with the chicken tortilla chips, and fruit
- 5:57Speaker 3: key lime pie and corn soup. Now my child's gonna
- 6:01Speaker 3: go with the corns flame. So you kind of.
- 6:04Speaker 5: Tell that doesn't like go with buffalo. So I know
- 6:08Speaker 5: it sounds more traditional meal. But that's what we thought,
- 6:12Speaker 5: you know, because some people do the tradition the friends.
- 6:16Speaker 6: Giving that I thought. I have seen this. Another thing
- 6:19Speaker 6: I seen him do is now you just found about
- 6:21Speaker 6: this two days ago. No, I'm saying another thing that.
- 6:25Speaker 3: Ago. But what I'm saying, I don't know what they
- 6:27Speaker 3: call this.
- 6:28Speaker 5: You keep catching him when he says stuff like that.
- 6:35Speaker 5: You found tuesdays.
- 6:36Speaker 6: I found out about him when I saw a post
- 6:38Speaker 6: that this was a friends giving event they did over
- 6:41Speaker 6: the weekend.
- 6:41Speaker 3: So I found out.
- 6:42Speaker 6: But what I'm saying on Tuesday whatever two days was
- 6:45Speaker 6: two days ago Tuesday, Okay. So what I have seen
- 6:49Speaker 6: him do this color food party, like everybody come in,
- 6:52Speaker 6: has it? Have y'all seen that like that?
- 6:54Speaker 1: Yes?
- 6:55Speaker 7: I don't.
- 6:55Speaker 3: What is that? Is that? Not of of friends?
- 6:58Speaker 5: That's a girl's say, that's all girls thing, that's one
- 7:01Speaker 5: hundred percent. And what he's talking about a color party
- 7:04Speaker 5: is where you pick your favorite color and all the
- 7:06Speaker 5: food is all the food and the drinks that you
- 7:09Speaker 5: bring is in your favorite color. Now I'm surprised that
- 7:12Speaker 5: you knew what that was, but not friends giving.
- 7:14Speaker 3: No, I don't know what it is. You just imagine
- 7:18Speaker 3: deductive reason. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, so I can putting together. Yeah,
- 7:25Speaker 3: you could have been a detective. You could have been.
- 7:30Speaker 5: Like me going just decided to use your powers for
- 7:33Speaker 5: the other side, you know what I'm saying.
- 7:34Speaker 3: I'm just gone with Darth now in the last couple
- 7:37Speaker 3: of days. Also, you know, I'm kind of like the things.
- 7:39Speaker 3: I know you guys been all over it. But obviously
- 7:41Speaker 3: we all kind of just find about the friends giving
- 7:43Speaker 3: together because two days ago. I didn't know about it
- 7:47Speaker 3: until yesterday. But the Trump dance, the Trump dance. Have
- 7:54Speaker 3: you seen the Trump Dance? I was you've gotten You've
- 7:58Speaker 3: gotten me with? Oh yeah, that's it. I consider myself
- 8:01Speaker 3: the world wide. I don't do it for us, no
- 8:05Speaker 3: stand up. So people can they see him on the camera? Yeah,
- 8:08Speaker 3: okay it so they can see it. Make sure they
- 8:11Speaker 3: see it's just basically just off rhythm, kind of broken robot,
- 8:16Speaker 3: just like that, you know, like this death upon me.
- 8:21Speaker 5: I don't remember that Dancy right now, our loyal listener
- 8:26Speaker 5: Jared is saying I met her two Fridays ago, one
- 8:30Speaker 5: month ago. She had a little beer on her breath.
- 8:34Speaker 3: Who is she?
- 8:37Speaker 5: I think he might have texted you wrong. No, this
- 8:40Speaker 5: is on, this is online. This is on the Sports
- 8:43Speaker 5: Jock Show with Wayne Gandy. No, I don't have the
- 8:48Speaker 5: power to delete it. Fridays ago, one month now, two
- 8:54Speaker 5: Fridays ago definitely was not one month ago.
- 8:57Speaker 3: Well, I'm telling you, the true up dance is a thing.
- 9:01Speaker 3: I've seen a couple of guys, and I saw him
- 9:04Speaker 3: do it on Sunday and some of the NFL games
- 9:08Speaker 3: and they scored. And then the next day when I
- 9:11Speaker 3: was doing some research for the game, I have this
- 9:14Speaker 3: Friday for high school second round, Lownes County ten and
- 9:17Speaker 3: one taking on Beauford ten and one. I was going
- 9:21Speaker 3: to bring the nine pages of Beaufort college candidates, but
- 9:26Speaker 3: it's too long.
- 9:27Speaker 8: Wow.
- 9:27Speaker 3: Basically, anybody that's on Beuford, yes, it is going to
- 9:31Speaker 3: college for football. No, lie, y'all think I'm driving You
- 9:34Speaker 3: see them on your teams every Saturday. It's just so
- 9:37Speaker 3: many of them out there.
- 9:38Speaker 5: But Beauford's one of those programs where a friend of
- 9:43Speaker 5: ours that lives out of State has a son that
- 9:44Speaker 5: plays football.
- 9:45Speaker 3: They came here to play a tournament at Beauford.
- 9:49Speaker 5: She called to tell us, who already knew what it
- 9:53Speaker 5: was like.
- 9:53Speaker 3: Hey, have y'all ever been up here to Beuford? This
- 9:58Speaker 3: is like, yeah, we lived and we know about it.
- 10:01Speaker 3: But have you seen it? It looks like a university? Yeah,
- 10:05Speaker 3: it does. And I saw this soccer star score goal
- 10:10Speaker 3: over in the European League and he did the Trump
- 10:13Speaker 3: dance and I clicked on it and it was kind
- 10:17Speaker 3: of like what you're saying, because without any kind of
- 10:20Speaker 3: kind of you know, context, then you don't really it
- 10:23Speaker 3: just looks like maybe he's just joking at a jiving
- 10:27Speaker 3: like r G three, right, and we've all done, am
- 10:30Speaker 3: I right? We've all the jive? Am I right? We're
- 10:34Speaker 3: all taking a little moment and just jives a little bit. So,
- 10:38Speaker 3: but the Trump dance and friends giving things I have
- 10:41Speaker 3: learned this week, and I just wanted to share it
- 10:44Speaker 3: with you guys. But obviously everybody, uh dj jo, had
- 10:48Speaker 3: you seen the Trump dance before? No?
- 10:50Speaker 5: No, okay, so we all learning stuff this week, Enlightenment.
- 10:54Speaker 5: So the Stellers guy did it in the m M
- 10:58Speaker 5: A Ring the Trump. Yeah, he and then he went
- 11:02Speaker 5: to handed that and then he when he handed the
- 11:04Speaker 5: belt too, that John Jones. It looks like John John
- 11:08Speaker 5: Jones that last weekend, and then went and ingratiated himself
- 11:13Speaker 5: to the President.
- 11:14Speaker 3: Of Yeah, President elect took basically the whole cabinet. Yeah, yeah,
- 11:19Speaker 3: that's what we're doing. Elon Musk, you know. But when
- 11:21Speaker 3: they Elon sent all, you know, the the spaceships, because
- 11:25Speaker 3: you know Elon got spaceships. He don't even fly private
- 11:30Speaker 3: you have.
- 11:30Speaker 5: You seen the new release of the They said that
- 11:33Speaker 5: anybody voting against the Trump cabinet is voting for a
- 11:36Speaker 5: primary financed by a man named Eating Musk.
- 11:40Speaker 3: Yes, they are very much open with it. They went
- 11:43Speaker 3: all went to the fight the cabinet, the Secretary of
- 11:46Speaker 3: Sanctary of Education, you know, because they need to see
- 11:49Speaker 3: what cage fighting don't look like that's what's gonna be
- 11:53Speaker 3: going on.
- 11:53Speaker 5: And you know, and Jared clarified, he said, that's from
- 11:58Speaker 5: next Friday on. And then Uncle Charlie said the that
- 12:02Speaker 5: Kenny was late, that's who he was with the girl
- 12:05Speaker 5: with a beer on her breath.
- 12:08Speaker 3: I would never be with a woman with a little
- 12:10Speaker 3: beer on her Thursday Night football. Tonight, the Stillers at
- 12:14Speaker 3: eight and two headed to Cleveland two and eight. You're
- 12:17Speaker 3: gonna hear a lot of people up until game time
- 12:21Speaker 3: talk about a trap game, trap games. This shapes up
- 12:24Speaker 3: to be the definition of what they would call a
- 12:27Speaker 3: trap game. Where you play probably your toughest opponent Sunday
- 12:35Speaker 3: and then in a four day period you end up
- 12:37Speaker 3: playing at least record wise, probably the weakest opponent, and
- 12:42Speaker 3: a division team on the road that's two and eight.
- 12:47Speaker 3: Cleveland has nothing to lose. They literally can just start
- 12:52Speaker 3: dialing up plays things that really just can confuse you.
- 12:58Speaker 3: That's the trap game is where you got an idea
- 13:01Speaker 3: what they do, but they two and eight, so who
- 13:04Speaker 3: cares if they're two and nine, right, So let's just
- 13:07Speaker 3: run anything. You go get it and the quarterback gets
- 13:10Speaker 3: stuck like what you're doing.
- 13:13Speaker 5: We're gonna run the zip, trap, two four, slant on
- 13:17Speaker 5: three break.
- 13:20Speaker 3: What is that? Nobody knows yet? Go do something so
- 13:24Speaker 3: this game, I guess Jameis Winston is still a quarterback
- 13:26Speaker 3: over at Cleveland, the starter. I'm not sure how they
- 13:31Speaker 3: have gone in the last couple of games. As far
- 13:33Speaker 3: as the quarterback, well, I haven't said Strong. Yeah. I
- 13:38Speaker 3: don't know about injury or things like that, but as
- 13:40Speaker 3: far as I know, he's still the starter. He's strong. Pittsburgh,
- 13:44Speaker 3: this is a great win to get, and I think
- 13:46Speaker 3: that's what head coach Mike Tomlin. This is a great
- 13:50Speaker 3: game to get. Division game. You just beat Mighty Baltimore.
- 13:54Speaker 3: You get this game, you get ten days off, and
- 13:58Speaker 3: you have the ability to be nine in two and
- 14:01Speaker 3: you start feeling like it's a race for home filled advantage.
- 14:05Speaker 3: It's a race with Buffalo and Kansas City that if
- 14:09Speaker 3: you did get to the AFC Championship, they have to
- 14:12Speaker 3: come to the Steel City and play. That's what you
- 14:16Speaker 3: once you start getting this game, you end up with
- 14:19Speaker 3: five six games left, and then you start thinking about
- 14:22Speaker 3: not just the playoffs, but where I can force somebody
- 14:26Speaker 3: to come play me, which in the case of Buffalo,
- 14:29Speaker 3: the weather Buffalo Pittsburgh is the same same thing in
- 14:32Speaker 3: Kansas City. But you never know who you might end
- 14:34Speaker 3: up playing. You definitely want to bring them dome teams
- 14:38Speaker 3: and put them in that cold weather because the Steelers
- 14:41Speaker 3: has is different than every but not every team, but
- 14:45Speaker 3: a lot of teams is they're not just outside. They're
- 14:49Speaker 3: still outside on grass. It's a lot of teams that's outside,
- 14:55Speaker 3: but they have put in artificial turf. Grass gives. As
- 14:59Speaker 3: you say, Jason Tucker missing field goal. When he plants
- 15:03Speaker 3: them clicks, they move. We are in Baltimore. Baltimore's on
- 15:09Speaker 3: the turf. It is a different shoe. So all those
- 15:12Speaker 3: little things come into play. But we'll be right back
- 15:15Speaker 3: with more to Sports Shock Show, Friends Giving and the
- 15:18Speaker 3: Trump Bands.
- 15:32Speaker 9: Don't bowl. Wayne more of the Sports Josh Hill with
- 15:35Speaker 9: Wayne Damdidias coming up.
- 15:36Speaker 10: Now, and we got but returning military vets. They've served

- 15:49Speaker 3: Now we have there.

- 16:37Speaker 8: I never realized that I'd be taking care of a
- 16:40Speaker 8: two year old and a nine year old on my own.
- 16:43Speaker 8: I think men can be a little stubborn sometimes where
- 16:46Speaker 8: pride gets in the way and they may want the help,
- 16:49Speaker 8: they may not know how to ask. With my traditions,
- 16:53Speaker 8: with the family support in line, just with my mind frame,
- 16:56Speaker 8: I was able to turn a negative into as I
- 17:00Speaker 8: knew I needed more tools on my toolbox to take
- 17:03Speaker 8: care of these little girls that just lost their mother.
- 17:07Speaker 8: It's time for me to be that father that I
- 17:09Speaker 8: knew I could be. I think just being that good
- 17:12Speaker 8: role model as well, that model's good behavior in front
- 17:15Speaker 8: of them, going to work every day, coming home and
- 17:18Speaker 8: being able to put on that smile. The biggest reward
- 17:21Speaker 8: about being a dad is sitting back and watching your
- 17:24Speaker 8: kids be happy.
- 17:27Speaker 11: Never stop being a dad. That's dedication. Find out more
- 17:30Speaker 11: on Fatherhood dot gov. Brought to you by the US
- 17:33Speaker 11: Department of Health and Human Services and the AD Council.
- 17:38Speaker 3: And now back to the Sports Job.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Dwayne and.
- 17:43Speaker 10: The Jock of the Day is sponsored by Mattress HEROESUSA
- 17:47Speaker 10: dot com the sleep you deserve at a price you
- 17:49Speaker 10: can afford. No, no, no, It's time to present the
- 17:53Speaker 10: Jock of the Day on the Sports Jockshit.
- 17:55Speaker 12: Just taking it to a completely different level this year.
- 17:58Speaker 10: Where we highlight an acolyte has taken their game to
- 18:01Speaker 10: the next level.
- 18:29Speaker 3: Welcome back to the sport Shock Show. I'm the Sports
- 18:31Speaker 3: Shock winging candy. Thursday Night football Stellers eight and two
- 18:34Speaker 3: at the Browns. It is a rivalry that you used
- 18:38Speaker 3: to see as the best rivalry in that AFC North,
- 18:42Speaker 3: but that Pittsburgh Baltimore idea has become a bigger thing.
- 18:47Speaker 3: And for you Atlanta fans, the Atlanta United will be
- 18:51Speaker 3: at the Orlando SC this Sunna Day in the semi final.
- 18:57Speaker 3: I'm telling you this because I was surprised. I forget
- 19:00Speaker 3: Major League Soccer is still going on. They're down to
- 19:02Speaker 3: the semi finals and the Atlanta United is basically they
- 19:06Speaker 3: beat Orlando in there in the finals. And I don't
- 19:09Speaker 3: think Atlanta even realizes that as a city. And I
- 19:15Speaker 3: get the emails all the time because I go to
- 19:18Speaker 3: a lot of the matches, but kudos to them, but
- 19:21Speaker 3: they are in the semi finals and this is Sunday
- 19:24Speaker 3: for this match.
- 19:25Speaker 5: And and why don't and why don't we as a
- 19:28Speaker 5: city Atlanta talk about.
- 19:30Speaker 3: It more because they don't have an Atlanta sports is
- 19:33Speaker 3: plain and simple, and we're gonna talk about it later
- 19:34Speaker 3: with Dallas, Atlanta sports is driven by a single individual
- 19:39Speaker 3: of note and fame. Okay, okay, because I was going
- 19:43Speaker 3: to say, remember how the people don't have interest in
- 19:45Speaker 3: Atlanta unless you have a famous, famous somebody want somebody
- 19:50Speaker 3: participating now, because remember the Atlanta United went through coaching
- 19:54Speaker 3: changes and interim coaches and all of.
- 19:56Speaker 6: Those things right after they won the championship the first
- 19:59Speaker 6: and so they they had to pull themselves together to
- 20:02Speaker 6: get to this point.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Couple name players at that time, but I don't I
- 20:06Speaker 3: think they're gone now. Jets owner Woody Johnson reportedly wanted
- 20:10Speaker 3: to bench Aaron Rodgers after that week for loss now
- 20:14Speaker 3: this could be in conjunction to why Robin Sala got
- 20:18Speaker 3: fired as well. The three people that are in charge
- 20:23Speaker 3: are usually the owner, the GM, and the head coach.
- 20:26Speaker 3: That is the trilogy that typically makes decision in the bargaining.
- 20:31Speaker 3: It becomes okay, you made this choice or you made
- 20:35Speaker 3: this choice, and then you have to be the one
- 20:37Speaker 3: who fall on the sword. Robert Sala, it just fired
- 20:40Speaker 3: the GM on Monday. For the Jets, I'll get the
- 20:43Speaker 3: name in here a second. So now Woody Johnson the owner.
- 20:47Speaker 3: It'll be interesting to see what they do with Aaron
- 20:49Speaker 3: Rodgers here as the season winds down. If they bench him,
- 20:55Speaker 3: I expect Aaron Rodgers to come back somewhere next year.
- 20:59Speaker 3: I doubt the Hall of Fame is gonna want to
- 21:01Speaker 3: leave on this note. But it's very interesting the Jets
- 21:05Speaker 3: and even when they had annoying that the Jets, remember
- 21:09Speaker 3: everything about the Jets was annoying it on paper, nothing
- 21:13Speaker 3: about their team had been shown on the field. And
- 21:18Speaker 3: in a two seasons, one season where Aaron Rodgers did
- 21:21Speaker 3: not even participate because of the injury they've brought on
- 21:25Speaker 3: Devonte Adams. How much will that that's not going to
- 21:29Speaker 3: keep him there. If Aaron Rodgers is not there, he's
- 21:31Speaker 3: not gonna want to start with some rookie quarterback and
- 21:35Speaker 3: the records you're going with, and I don't care who
- 21:37Speaker 3: it is, they could be even the Shadeur. He's not
- 21:41Speaker 3: going to go back there. He's chasing no championship to
- 21:44Speaker 3: go along with his taco bell that's in his house,
- 21:47Speaker 3: which are some great commercials. Whoever came up with that.
- 21:50Speaker 3: I don't think he has a taco bell because you
- 21:52Speaker 3: know just the staff. Well, I've seen him in his
- 21:56Speaker 3: uniform and Taco Bell won't give him guns. He got, well,
- 22:01Speaker 3: they got a light menu. But what did Johnson wanted
- 22:06Speaker 3: to a bench? Aaron right? What a what a soap opera?
- 22:10Speaker 3: This is what this is.
- 22:11Speaker 5: This is what I thought was interesting me is you've
- 22:14Speaker 5: got football owners like Jerry Jones who just do what
- 22:18Speaker 5: they're going to do from the top to the bottom.
- 22:21Speaker 3: He's every position on his staff.
- 22:24Speaker 5: And then you got a Woody Johnson who says, I
- 22:26Speaker 5: thought about benching the starting quarterback of the team that
- 22:33Speaker 5: I own.
- 22:34Speaker 3: And then what you would defer that decision to? Are
- 22:37Speaker 3: you maybe.
- 22:37Speaker 5: Suggesting that Robert Salah was like, nah, let's give him
- 22:39Speaker 5: another week and he didn't paying out, So now you
- 22:41Speaker 5: lose your job. And then somebody else was like, let's
- 22:44Speaker 5: give him another week. I think it's interesting that I'm
- 22:48Speaker 5: looking for a balance of owner personality. I don't want
- 22:51Speaker 5: them all Jerry Jones, but if you see this happening.
- 22:56Speaker 5: I don't know if it was Aaron Rodgers' influence, but
- 22:59Speaker 5: the Jets saw this unraveling weeks ago, and as the owner,
- 23:04Speaker 5: he could have said, hey, man, let's you know, let's
- 23:07Speaker 5: try something different, because I'm.
- 23:08Speaker 3: Sure it's trying something you got rid of Robert Sola.
- 23:10Speaker 3: He fired the GM Joe Douglas, and now I would
- 23:15Speaker 3: expect he changed offensive coordinators and the guy that they
- 23:20Speaker 3: had there in place for you know, he went out
- 23:22Speaker 3: and got DeVante Adams.
- 23:24Speaker 5: And you know what this sounds like. This sounds like
- 23:28Speaker 5: these pants are too tight. It's got to be the design.
- 23:32Speaker 5: I bought it from this store. That's why they're tired,
- 23:35Speaker 5: I hear.
- 23:35Speaker 3: And that's why I was saying earlier before we go
- 23:37Speaker 3: to break, you came in my office, Robert Saler and
- 23:41Speaker 3: Joe Douglas, and you pitched me something right. And a
- 23:46Speaker 3: lot of times I was cool with some things until
- 23:48Speaker 3: you start telling me one hundred million guaranteed, because then
- 23:52Speaker 3: I wanted some results. Yes I did, Yes, I did.
- 23:55Speaker 5: So you keep trying to tell me it's the designer
- 23:59Speaker 5: when really we know it's you.
- 24:01Speaker 3: Fat That's what it did. That's why I don't fit.
- 24:03Speaker 3: We'll be back more to Sports Jock Show right after this.
- 24:09Speaker 13: Yeah, damn old world.
- 24:19Speaker 3: I never thought i'd see today. That's to my ole girl.
- 24:22Speaker 3: Now I'm a duck kid hollering that old girl got one.
- 24:25Speaker 1: Got to three folk Girls.
- 24:27Speaker 9: Don't go awayne bore of the Sports Josh Show with
- 24:30Speaker 9: Wayne Dandidos coming up next.
- 24:34Speaker 14: Daisy was abandoned by her family and placed in foster
- 24:37Speaker 14: care at fifteen years old. Her life was full of uncertainty.
- 24:43Speaker 14: She thought she'd never have a permanent place to call home.
- 24:47Speaker 15: Before I was adopted, I felt like I wasn't enough.
- 24:51Speaker 15: I had this hole in my heart and I never
- 24:53Speaker 15: knew what I needed to patch that hole. But when
- 24:56Speaker 15: my mom asked to adopt me, that hole was closed.
- 24:59Speaker 15: It feels so normal now to say that I'm a
- 25:01Speaker 15: part of this family. I am surrounded by love, I
- 25:04Speaker 15: feel safe, and that whole inside of me is gone.
- 25:08Speaker 15: I am whole. I'm finally enough, just as I am.
- 25:12Speaker 14: The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is changing the lives
- 25:17Speaker 14: of teenagers at risk of aging out of foster care.

- 25:28Speaker 14: can help learn more at Dave Thomas Foundation dot org.
- 25:34Speaker 16: Uh oh, brah, that's buzzed.
- 25:35Speaker 3: Oh yeah, yeah, he's starting with the woots.
- 25:39Speaker 17: And now a speech.
- 25:41Speaker 10: I just want to say that friendship is about heart,
- 25:45Speaker 10: heart and brain.
- 25:46Speaker 3: Who's with me?
- 25:47Speaker 4: Good thing is he knows when he's.
- 25:49Speaker 10: Buzzed, and my brain is saying when it's time to
- 25:52Speaker 10: go home, Somebody call me a ride.
- 25:54Speaker 18: Love that guy, me too, know your buzzed warning signs,
- 25:57Speaker 18: call for a ride when it's time to go home.

- 27:08Speaker 3: And now back to the sports job, Wayne Gandy in
- 27:15Speaker 3: the red zone. You're now rally you gotta love you,
- 27:30Speaker 3: gotta love you. I just swam a chilling case.
- 27:34Speaker 19: Sons someone seven forty five to trib Tracy Shawdy out.
- 27:39Speaker 19: I need to see you until you next to me.
- 27:42Speaker 3: I'm the five went back to this boy shop show.
- 27:44Speaker 3: I'm in the sport shock Wayne Candy. Guys real quickly,
- 27:49Speaker 3: Deshaun Perry, Lavelle, Davis, Dion Chandler. These are the young
- 27:56Speaker 3: men who were murdered November thirteen, twenty twenty two. One
- 28:05Speaker 3: survivor or the University of Virginia football team was Mike Collins.
- 28:11Speaker 3: If you saw last year, Mike Hollins finally got into
- 28:15Speaker 3: a football game to play former UVA player Christopher Darnelle
- 28:25Speaker 3: Jones Junior. Yesterday pleaded KLT to murder charges, which basically
- 28:32Speaker 3: would have made this a two year case. To get
- 28:36Speaker 3: to that point in these kind of cases real quickly,
- 28:41Speaker 3: Why does it take that long? And I say that
- 28:46Speaker 3: from the point of I know you want to make
- 28:49Speaker 3: sure the justice system is fair and goes through the particulars.
- 28:57Speaker 3: But Mike Hollins, who survived, knows who shot it, right,
- 29:05Speaker 3: wouln't Mike Collins know? Yes? Yes, like I can see
- 29:09Speaker 3: if you've killed all four of us and nobody really
- 29:11Speaker 3: can identify. But two years with a gentleman who was
- 29:15Speaker 3: there at the time that these shootings, why did it
- 29:18Speaker 3: take so long? Basically when there is a true person
- 29:22Speaker 3: who knows who shot him and bust was full of
- 29:26Speaker 3: people that saw it, yes, and the person who was
- 29:31Speaker 3: and we all agreed on who it was that shot me,
- 29:34Speaker 3: and y'all said it was him, and I matched that
- 29:37Speaker 3: separately by myself and y'all said it was this guy.
- 29:40Speaker 5: And then when they said who was it, that dude
- 29:43Speaker 5: right there and it matched up. And I think a
- 29:45Speaker 5: lot of why the legal system, because at the core,
- 29:50Speaker 5: we want to make sure that it's just and nobody
- 29:53Speaker 5: who's innocent gets prosecuted, nobody who's guilty gets away. But
- 29:58Speaker 5: it takes two years for something like this to go
- 30:00Speaker 5: to court because in our legal system, we've set it
- 30:04Speaker 5: up where it's possible for us to blame our actions
- 30:07Speaker 5: on something outside of our wilful and deliberate decisions. I
- 30:11Speaker 5: was stressed, you bullied me. I never felt comfortable in
- 30:16Speaker 5: social situation.
- 30:17Speaker 3: And that's the part I understand that you and DJ
- 30:20Speaker 3: Doug and even the bad producer have taught me. But
- 30:23Speaker 3: my issue still with that is who did the shooting
- 30:29Speaker 3: exactly exactly I'd get around to the particulars that they
- 30:34Speaker 3: were calling me fat boy or whatever you want to
- 30:36Speaker 3: try to say justified that you pulled out your gun, because, Uh,
- 30:41Speaker 3: justification of pulling out the gun for me only is
- 30:44Speaker 3: somebody pulled out a dangerous weapon to you on you yes,
- 30:47Speaker 3: yes or others and you was trying to prevent Yeah,
- 30:51Speaker 3: so DJ dot why two years though, we're two years
- 30:56Speaker 3: into this and I and when I say that, I'm like,
- 30:58Speaker 3: because there's families, not only Mike Hollins who survived, but
- 31:03Speaker 3: there's three other players family. It's a whole university football team.
- 31:07Speaker 3: Some of those guys that you will see Saturday or
- 31:10Speaker 3: to night and whenever they play again, actually played with
- 31:12Speaker 3: these four gentlemen. And why are we taking this long
- 31:18Speaker 3: to get to this point?
- 31:20Speaker 20: Yeah, it's our judicious system, right, So no case takes
- 31:26Speaker 20: precedent and goes to the front of the line. So
- 31:28Speaker 20: if in Virginia their judicious system, their court system is
- 31:33Speaker 20: backed up with cases, say, for example, like how COVID
- 31:36Speaker 20: impacted the entire country, they still had to do every
- 31:41Speaker 20: case by case. So whether it's capital murder or you know, manslaughter,
- 31:47Speaker 20: it doesn't take precedent and go to the front of
- 31:49Speaker 20: the line. So that's what makes it more delayed and
- 31:53Speaker 20: gets you two or two years. And thank you for
- 31:55Speaker 20: that negative information. Now that does help me because I'm
- 31:58Speaker 20: thinking the d A, I'm thinking the governor and the
- 32:04Speaker 20: president of the university all called now like, yeah, we're
- 32:07Speaker 20: gonna need this.
- 32:08Speaker 5: Sports cases like that, they call that fast track. They
- 32:12Speaker 5: we're gonna fast We're gonna make this a priority. But
- 32:16Speaker 5: he takes he was trying to go full up governor
- 32:19Speaker 5: and Attorney general and things like that too fast track.
- 32:21Speaker 6: But this gentleman was trying to go to trial at first,
- 32:24Speaker 6: and apparently he with whatever they convinced him to plead
- 32:27Speaker 6: not guilty. And as the DJ doc said, there's a
- 32:31Speaker 6: lot of other things that go along with it. But
- 32:33Speaker 6: along with that, they have to, you know, they have
- 32:36Speaker 6: to be able to talk, to be able to, like
- 32:38Speaker 6: you said, not only say all the things that happened.
- 32:40Speaker 6: But he's trying to they're trying to prevent him from
- 32:43Speaker 6: only getting a life sentence or try to keep him
- 32:45Speaker 6: off of death row with all these other motions but things.
- 32:50Speaker 5: But to what sports Shock is saying, I think is
- 32:52Speaker 5: that in cases where there is an obvious perpetrator of
- 32:58Speaker 5: a heinous crime, to debate are you guilty or not
- 33:03Speaker 5: seems feudal and it's just a it's we're just going
- 33:10Speaker 5: through the process for the sake of going through the process.
- 33:14Speaker 3: We know you, but you know you, and my example
- 33:17Speaker 3: that popped in my head was the Boston Marathon bombing
- 33:21Speaker 3: bombing the two brothers, and one brother got murdered or
- 33:26Speaker 3: not kidding. He got killed that day and the other
- 33:29Speaker 3: brother they found in that boat. Yeah, but about four
- 33:32Speaker 3: months later he was on he was supermax. We heard
- 33:37Speaker 3: from him since he got going so fast you thought
- 33:40Speaker 3: they killed both of them that day. But he's out
- 33:42Speaker 3: in Colorado at the supermax. And we've all been to
- 33:45Speaker 3: a prison, and that was a federal offense. Federal, so federal,
- 33:52Speaker 3: they don't have to well go by a case.
- 33:55Speaker 5: Well and a federal the Attorney General of the United
- 33:59Speaker 5: States can step in or the attorney general of the
- 34:02Speaker 5: state can step in, and federal is usually a coaster.
- 34:07Speaker 3: But I understand now that gives a little more framework
- 34:09Speaker 3: for me, like because I'm thinking, but I'm thinking a
- 34:13Speaker 3: case where.
- 34:15Speaker 20: The burden of proof is right there, there is no
- 34:18Speaker 20: hurd the proof you said I did it?
- 34:20Speaker 3: Where Mike, Mike woke up from his injuries, Mike, who
- 34:23Speaker 3: shot you? Yeah, what's he's right there, right, Churt.
- 34:27Speaker 5: But see he doesn't a matter of fact, Mike didn't
- 34:29Speaker 5: even get asked.
- 34:30Speaker 3: Mike woke up from his COVID it was like.
- 34:32Speaker 5: Man, Chris shot me bron DoD. Y'all know that he
- 34:35Speaker 5: was that he volunteered that information. Hey man, y'all catch
- 34:38Speaker 5: Chris yet.
- 34:39Speaker 6: Well in the plea agreement he's getting you know, it's
- 34:41Speaker 6: a chance twenty years of life.
- 34:43Speaker 3: So that's another part of it. I didn't see twenty
- 34:45Speaker 3: years of life. I just saw life sentence.
- 34:47Speaker 6: Well, and see that's the crazy thing that's going on
- 34:50Speaker 6: right like right now with when they when they give
- 34:53Speaker 6: these sentences. Just found out that the young lady from
- 34:56Speaker 6: who murdered her children almost thirty years ago, she's been
- 34:59Speaker 6: up parole, but what was in her sentence is for
- 35:03Speaker 6: every twenty after the twenty years, for every like two
- 35:06Speaker 6: years she could come up for PAROLEA Susan Smith, Yes,
- 35:09Speaker 6: was murdered in your team thirty years ago in Union,
- 35:14Speaker 6: South Carolina. So she just yesterday they.
- 35:16Speaker 3: No, she had to serve thirty years before she could
- 35:18Speaker 3: even have a parole hearing. And her thirty years was
- 35:21Speaker 3: just this month.
- 35:22Speaker 5: Correct, right, and now she gets to like many two
- 35:25Speaker 5: years years, apply every two years, parole every two years,
- 35:30Speaker 5: every two years now.
- 35:32Speaker 3: And I'd like to think the court system of South
- 35:35Speaker 3: Carolina for that's the choice you made, Susan. I'm sorry.
- 35:41Speaker 20: And her ex husband, he stood up in court in
- 35:43Speaker 20: the parole here and all not getting released.
- 35:46Speaker 3: All I see is a three year old and a
- 35:48Speaker 3: fourteen month old that you scrapped in a car who
- 35:53Speaker 3: would have been thirty three, god willing, or thirty one.
- 35:58Speaker 3: And that's all I can imagine. The crying and the
- 36:01Speaker 3: yelling of those young children. There were so many more options.
- 36:07Speaker 3: You could drop them anywhere. You can depart the car
- 36:10Speaker 3: in front of Walmart, let the winners down and drive off.
- 36:13Speaker 3: You could have left them with the left them with
- 36:15Speaker 3: the daddy who seems to love them. The fire department
- 36:19Speaker 3: takes some of every Tuesday or something where you don't
- 36:22Speaker 3: even have to justify it's some rule in there like that. Well,
- 36:26Speaker 3: you don't even have.
- 36:27Speaker 5: To walk up. You just off no explanation. It's a
- 36:31Speaker 5: safe it's a safe haven for you.
- 36:33Speaker 3: And I'm sorry that you didn't realize that twenty three
- 36:36Speaker 3: when they said life, they meant life. You're only fifty three,
- 36:39Speaker 3: so that means you're my age, so you're very capable
- 36:43Speaker 3: of getting out. You want to get out right now
- 36:44Speaker 3: at my age, with the energy that you have and
- 36:48Speaker 3: still get to live life. Nah, no, catch me in
- 36:55Speaker 3: another you know, don't catch me. Don't catch me. Really,
- 37:00Speaker 3: the only person who should allow miss me the husband.
- 37:05Speaker 3: So until the ex husband say he okay and missed
- 37:09Speaker 3: me with all that he should have the right, he's
- 37:12Speaker 3: the only person that should be in the room and
- 37:16Speaker 3: until he is okay. But you're taking his two boys away,
- 37:22Speaker 3: but you seem like he's never gonna be okay. He
- 37:24Speaker 3: said that he'll never want to see it. He said
- 37:26Speaker 3: that I'm going to the grade they're gonna bring out
- 37:31Speaker 3: in the box. That's where he wants to go with it.
- 37:33Speaker 3: And I'm one hundred percent the reasons again, and I'm
- 37:37Speaker 3: talking about willful, deliberate and intention And.
- 37:40Speaker 6: The only reason I brought that up because you know,
- 37:42Speaker 6: you want to make sure that like when they do
- 37:44Speaker 6: say these twenty years the life of these life centers,
- 37:47Speaker 6: that you realize that these people have the possibility to
- 37:49Speaker 6: get a parole later on after if they live that long.
- 37:53Speaker 3: Well, Uh, the great pat Riley, the architect of so
- 37:56Speaker 3: many teams, the Knicks, the heat for the last thirty years.
- 38:03Speaker 3: But we forget the slick hair, fastly dressed showtime Hollywood.
- 38:11Speaker 3: Pat Riley. He will now have a statue outside of
- 38:16Speaker 3: the Lakers Arena. What is it now, Crypto dot Com Staple,
- 38:20Speaker 3: What is it? They've changed it again. They keep selling that. Yeah,
- 38:24Speaker 3: I gotta look it up. It might be the Forum Cryptos.
- 38:32Speaker 3: That's the Crypto Forum Staples Arena, something like that. But
- 38:36Speaker 3: Pat will get a statue out there with all the legends,
- 38:39Speaker 3: and rightfully so. He was the architect of the showtime
- 38:44Speaker 3: offense of the eighties. So congratulations to you, Pat Riley.
- 38:47Speaker 3: We'll be back, and I think he already is outside
- 38:49Speaker 3: of and they should. I think they even named the
- 38:53Speaker 3: court after him in a ceremony earlier this year. We'll
- 38:56Speaker 3: be back more to Sports Jock Show right after this.
- 39:00Speaker 17: X E L.
- 39:01Speaker 3: Jacob xc E L Jakin Pray for my demons.
- 39:04Speaker 21: But I got you every time I sip up, not
- 39:06Speaker 21: getting round annoying the sounds of.
- 39:09Speaker 3: The storm when it came. She understand I can't.

- 42:09Speaker 27: London say you can see a sports jaint. I'll shit
- 42:14Speaker 27: even Jenny walk back.
- 42:17Speaker 3: To this foroy Shock Chum the Spy, Shuck Wing Dandy.
- 42:20Speaker 3: Good morning to you the King. I know some of
- 42:23Speaker 3: you got scared when it said quitting. You thought maybe
- 42:28Speaker 3: this was the he was leaving the NBA, But no,
- 42:31Speaker 3: Lebron James is deciding that he's going to step away
- 42:35Speaker 3: from social media for I don't know if it's forever
- 42:39Speaker 3: or for a while. Guys. What does that mean? Does
- 42:44Speaker 3: that mean that he is just tired of the online comments?
- 42:51Speaker 3: Or I've seen people say this and then a couple
- 42:53Speaker 3: of months later they go back on it for some reason.
- 42:55Speaker 3: What are the breaks from social media media?
- 42:58Speaker 18: For?
- 43:00Speaker 5: There are two things that I know people to take
- 43:02Speaker 5: social media breaks. For one, because they've offended the social
- 43:07Speaker 5: media demographic and they're gonna let things cool down.
- 43:11Speaker 3: I'm gonna take a little.
- 43:12Speaker 5: Break, get myself together, do some rehab, go soul search
- 43:16Speaker 5: and apologize for my racist misogynists whatever it is ways
- 43:20Speaker 5: and come back. And then there's the mental health break,
- 43:24Speaker 5: people coming at me. I lost the game or I
- 43:28Speaker 5: got the twists and had to withdraw from the competition,
- 43:32Speaker 5: and now everybody just telling me what a loser I am.
- 43:35Speaker 3: So I'm gonna take a mental health breaks. Why do
- 43:39Speaker 3: I need to make a note that I'm leaving? Why
- 43:42Speaker 3: just can't leave? Well, that's the new thing to do.
- 43:46Speaker 6: If you a celebrity, or when you want to make
- 43:48Speaker 6: a statement, you say I'm leaving, or you put it
- 43:51Speaker 6: out there. I know a lot of people have since
- 43:54Speaker 6: the election last week have decided to leave X because
- 43:57Speaker 6: of Elon Musk, because he's the owner. So I don't
- 44:00Speaker 6: know if that's anything to do with Elon Musk or
- 44:03Speaker 6: if he's just.
- 44:03Speaker 3: Something going Like you said something going on with it.
- 44:06Speaker 3: I didn't say something was going on, but no, you
- 44:09Speaker 3: just said I said I'm in the court of law.
- 44:11Speaker 3: I didn't say anything.
- 44:13Speaker 6: As whatever you read to make to bring the story
- 44:16Speaker 6: to us to say.
- 44:18Speaker 5: Don't look over at me, don't look over at me.
- 44:20Speaker 5: I'm in I'm in the courtroom. No, I didn't even
- 44:26Speaker 5: know I was working today.
- 44:27Speaker 6: But before he left, we did the screenshot something that said, well,
- 44:32Speaker 6: Richard Klein and Climban had wrote but he said, with
- 44:35Speaker 6: so much hate and negativity in the world, confused me
- 44:37Speaker 6: why national sports medium think that the best way to
- 44:39Speaker 6: cover sports through negativity. With all this knowledge of sports,
- 44:43Speaker 6: the social society, university brings us together, So why so
- 44:48Speaker 6: it's just that's just some of the things. I guess
- 44:50Speaker 6: there's just a lot so much negativity out there within
- 44:53Speaker 6: the sports and everything.
- 44:55Speaker 20: Yes, most times, like Kenny said, it begins as a
- 45:00Speaker 20: mental break because a lot of people that are on
- 45:02Speaker 20: social media, they'll get so much backlash and negativity from
- 45:06Speaker 20: their followers that they'll decide to take.
- 45:09Speaker 3: A mental break.
- 45:09Speaker 20: And you know, now mental health is being pushed more
- 45:12Speaker 20: in the country than ever before. And so in his case,
- 45:15Speaker 20: like Bad Producers indicated, he was the guy Rich Kleimbing
- 45:22Speaker 20: that posted was like nowhere else but sports is it
- 45:27Speaker 20: more universally accepted and promotes togetherness of all racist creeds colors,
- 45:33Speaker 20: you know, but the media that covers it covers it
- 45:38Speaker 20: and just puts negativity out for clickbait. And so Lebron
- 45:43Speaker 20: liked it the posts he reposted and say, hey, you
- 45:46Speaker 20: know what, it's about time for me to take a break.
- 45:48Speaker 20: So that's more so because he's not in favor of
- 45:52Speaker 20: all the negative coverage that is being placed upon sports
- 45:55Speaker 20: in today's society.
- 45:56Speaker 3: And Lebron is a millennial, he would be like the
- 46:00Speaker 3: first or second year what we declare it is a millennial.
- 46:04Speaker 3: Coming up on his fortieth birthday. I looked at it
- 46:07Speaker 3: and thought, wow, Okay, he's forty. He has one son
- 46:11Speaker 3: that's twenty, other one's about seventeen, has a daughter that's
- 46:14Speaker 3: like maybe twelve, And I was thinking, maybe he, at
- 46:17Speaker 3: this age has realized I don't want to be in
- 46:20Speaker 3: the same pot as my kids. You can grow where
- 46:25Speaker 3: your kids, you know. I know a lot of people
- 46:28Speaker 3: find it funny when I tell them, well, I kind
- 46:29Speaker 3: of fell off the Atlanta scene when one of my
- 46:33Speaker 3: good closest friends I bumped into his daughter at a
- 46:37Speaker 3: club and she said, hey, uncle Wayne.
- 46:41Speaker 10: And I.
- 46:43Speaker 3: Realized that she had grown up to finally be old
- 46:48Speaker 3: enough to be in the club. I call that my
- 46:51Speaker 3: cue dog moment. And I realized it was time for
- 46:53Speaker 3: me to remove myself and go out to places that
- 46:57Speaker 3: was not necessarily older, but a little bit. She wouldn't
- 47:01Speaker 3: be attracted were she wouldn't be attracted to, you know,
- 47:04Speaker 3: at least in Atlanta. Now, if I'm banging having a
- 47:07Speaker 3: nice time out, and they yeah, and that's what we
- 47:10Speaker 3: all came here for. But in Miami, I could restrict myself.
- 47:14Speaker 3: Uh not. It's just one of those Okay, I don't
- 47:16Speaker 3: want to party right with, you know, my good friend's
- 47:21Speaker 3: daughter and she I realized I didn't say anything to her.
- 47:25Speaker 3: I was wrong that my window of time of this,
- 47:29Speaker 3: And that's why when I saw this, I was like,
- 47:31Speaker 3: maybe Lebron he don't want to She was a seventeen
- 47:34Speaker 3: year old Bryson Brice Bryce, he don't want to be
- 47:38Speaker 3: on something. And Bryce come in and BJ twenty three,
- 47:44Speaker 3: he and then then his daddy and then next thing
- 47:47Speaker 3: you know, he looks down and his little daughter code
- 47:49Speaker 3: name is down there. I don't want to know who
- 47:52Speaker 3: wants to be in that I had to experience yesterday.
- 47:55Speaker 5: But I mean, really, really, you know, I do social
- 47:57Speaker 5: media and group had made my post just and my
- 48:02Speaker 5: son commented on it, and I was like, yeah, okay, yeah,
- 48:05Speaker 5: you know what I'm saying. Okay, I learned that, but
- 48:07Speaker 5: but it's one of those things where you do have
- 48:10Speaker 5: to start kind of uh making. Now some people would
- 48:14Speaker 5: try to say that maybe Lebron's taking a break, because
- 48:18Speaker 5: this is a good way to not have to deal
- 48:22Speaker 5: with a lot of the negative chatter he's been getting lately,
- 48:25Speaker 5: and maybe he wants to separate himself from that and
- 48:27Speaker 5: and figure out his head space and how he feels
- 48:29Speaker 5: about it, because now a lot of negative chatter is
- 48:31Speaker 5: about his kid and people trying, oh, he's an athlete,
- 48:34Speaker 5: he's just this my kid, it's my son.
- 48:37Speaker 3: And and it.
- 48:37Speaker 5: Hit different when you out there as turned up four
- 48:41Speaker 5: eighty seven.
- 48:42Speaker 3: Talking about my son like that, And that's what I'm saying,
- 48:45Speaker 3: You don't know my son might be on a point with.
- 48:53Speaker 6: And you got professional pull up on me, turned up
- 48:56Speaker 6: FO two.
- 48:56Speaker 5: Eighty seven, you know, And then this dude come back, snick,
- 49:00Speaker 5: I come up and now you won't you know what
- 49:02Speaker 5: I mean, I ain't even gonna get in.
- 49:03Speaker 3: There's what I say.
- 49:04Speaker 6: You got all the guys from even on the football
- 49:06Speaker 6: side to the basketball side just killing him right now.
- 49:11Speaker 6: Just Ryan Clark just went in on about Brownie not
- 49:14Speaker 6: going on road games.
- 49:16Speaker 3: So it's just you, and it's funny. It's so funny
- 49:19Speaker 3: and hippocritical of a lot of and I can see
- 49:21Speaker 3: why not. We can move on. And I always say
- 49:23Speaker 3: this on the show. Our society is so we pick
- 49:27Speaker 3: who we like and then it's okay, and then the
- 49:30Speaker 3: people we don't because there's no difference between Lebron James
- 49:34Speaker 3: and Dion Sanders at all. They have their great fathers
- 49:38Speaker 3: that have the power and the will to place their
- 49:41Speaker 3: kids in places. You know, my biggest thing with your
- 49:46Speaker 3: Doer will be cansher Doer function next year without his dad.
- 49:51Speaker 3: He's never done that. Never. That's the one thing he
- 49:54Speaker 3: had has been his coach for Elvis. That's why he
- 49:57Speaker 3: was offensive coordinating when he was in high school. He
- 50:00Speaker 3: became the coordinator so he controlled and that's really the
- 50:04Speaker 3: only hurdle should do it most likely, other than the
- 50:07Speaker 3: other stuff. That's gonna be his biggest hurdle to be
- 50:10Speaker 3: isolated unless his dad ends up at a team with
- 50:13Speaker 3: him in the NFL. But we'll see. We'll be back
- 50:17Speaker 3: with more of the Sports Job Show right after this.
- 50:20Speaker 3: We're gonna fight. But I think first class flight fresh
- 50:30Speaker 3: off the plane into the big you know, the little
- 50:32Speaker 3: more than.

- 52:45Speaker 29: Center Court on sports news gossip blah blah blah blah blah.
- 52:56Speaker 29: Wow too much?
- 53:16Speaker 3: What make you the sports shock Show? I'm the sport
- 53:19Speaker 3: Shock Wing Game, the Good Morning till your Thursday Night
- 53:21Speaker 3: football stealers at the Browns. We left talking about Lebron
- 53:27Speaker 3: James quitting social media, and I was making the comment
- 53:31Speaker 3: about Lebron and it's just people don't like Lebron. So
- 53:35Speaker 3: if he was Michael Jordan, and what was Michael Jordan's
- 53:38Speaker 3: sold his name, Jeffrey Marcus was old. If he had
- 53:42Speaker 3: made it to the NBA and this was the way
- 53:45Speaker 3: they're handling, people would have been on board. But with
- 53:48Speaker 3: it being Lebron, it makes it wrong. People love prime time.
- 53:53Speaker 3: So whatever he has done with his kids, nobody is
- 53:55Speaker 3: spoken about the nepotism but ball but wherever they go,
- 54:01Speaker 3: and and a lot of guys as I'm getting the
- 54:04Speaker 3: coaching just for that reason. Roddy White became the receivers
- 54:09Speaker 3: coach at Peachtree Ridge because his son had was that
- 54:13Speaker 3: in the high school team, Champ Bailey. I just bumped
- 54:15Speaker 3: into him about a month ago. His son is a
- 54:18Speaker 3: ninth grader. They made him the secondary coach over at
- 54:21Speaker 3: Holy Innocent. He ain't coach nowhere but his son on
- 54:25Speaker 3: the team, and we got an opportunity from you want
- 54:30Speaker 3: to come coach the secondary? Yeah, we ain't. He had
- 54:33Speaker 3: to find him because you know we can't afford it. Well,
- 54:39Speaker 3: I'm saying the principal and a D was trying thinking
- 54:41Speaker 3: about head coach. Why do you just want to limit
- 54:44Speaker 3: yourself champ? Yeah, the secondary, but it's like me sitting
- 54:48Speaker 3: here and you guy. This guy was three and seven
- 54:51Speaker 3: last year. We can get rid of him right now.
- 54:53Speaker 3: Oh no, I just want to be the secondary coach.
- 54:55Speaker 3: Fonnie Holliday, great friend of mine. He became a D
- 54:57Speaker 3: line coach. He's still there even though it's son has
- 55:00Speaker 3: moved on. But that's how he ended up over there.
- 55:03Speaker 3: So it became a defensive lineman. So many of x NFL,
- 55:08Speaker 3: when you see there out there coaching, they go take
- 55:12Speaker 3: the job. So that's just how it is. Why not
- 55:15Speaker 3: why not try to create the best atmosphere when you
- 55:19Speaker 3: can and stop acting like it's just athletes In any
- 55:22Speaker 3: industry parenting, that's life, especially if it's the same job.
- 55:30Speaker 3: Your daughter comes and say she wants to be a comedian. Boom,
- 55:33Speaker 3: your daughter comes and say she wants to be a
- 55:35Speaker 3: DJ man. Come on up in.
- 55:37Speaker 6: Here, I'm gonna be that's a terrible name.
- 55:42Speaker 3: That ain't gonna help you in. Let me let me
- 55:44Speaker 3: show you what why I didn't become DJ pool right.
- 55:48Speaker 3: Let me show that could get you in and I'm
- 55:53Speaker 3: djaying the festival tomorrow. You open up, that's what you know.
- 56:00Speaker 3: Come to the party. Yeah, you and I slide I'll
- 56:03Speaker 3: slides you in. Yeah. And then they looking over the
- 56:06Speaker 3: who that girl? Instead of planning something that's recorded. When
- 56:09Speaker 3: I need to go take a break, use the bathroom,
- 56:11Speaker 3: get a place, I'll let you and announce you.
- 56:15Speaker 1: On the mic.
- 56:16Speaker 3: And when they asked you need us a featured, Nope,
- 56:19Speaker 3: And I bring my own features. And I get excited
- 56:22Speaker 3: because I'm like, I don't unders people get criticized. And
- 56:25Speaker 3: I told you about that nepotism. These people talk their sons,
- 56:29Speaker 3: you like these Denzel, So you don't call Denzel's son nepotism.
- 56:36Speaker 3: You don't call ice cube son nepotism because them but
- 56:40Speaker 3: the people that you don't Julia Roberts take her daughter
- 56:43Speaker 3: and make sure something. Oh see he jumped the line.
- 56:48Speaker 3: Well so this is not la than that is a
- 56:52Speaker 3: heavy weight producer director. He the one brought us all
- 56:55Speaker 3: them comedy shows from the Kings and comedy and all
- 57:00Speaker 3: that stand. Lathan, Yes, and then oh I didn't know that.
- 57:04Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 57:04Speaker 3: How do you think you get in? You get in
- 57:07Speaker 3: most people, Dallas Howard, They get to teach, and I
- 57:10Speaker 3: just don't get And that's why I said, who knows
- 57:13Speaker 3: is this right or wrong? How they're handling it's never
- 57:15Speaker 3: really been done most people, you know. And if it
- 57:18Speaker 3: had most people somewhere else, you know. And Doc rivers
- 57:24Speaker 3: him and his austin a lot of people playing like,
- 57:28Speaker 3: oh well if he end up here, he shouldn't be
- 57:30Speaker 3: able to coach. Why not? I don't know, because if
- 57:35Speaker 3: you can coach a kid, you don't even have to talk.
- 57:37Speaker 3: They know that. Look. You don't even have to yell
- 57:41Speaker 3: out there. You just crossed them on, and they know
- 57:43Speaker 3: what them crossed on. We all got that look from
- 57:45Speaker 3: the choir stand. We absolutely sit back there on that
- 57:48Speaker 3: back row and look up there before you get that look, Man,
- 57:52Speaker 3: gonna be some smoke.
- 57:57Speaker 5: They have specific you wouldn't tap that child too more
- 58:05Speaker 5: times and kept on talking.
- 58:07Speaker 3: I'm talking about get you before the quiet before church over.
- 58:10Speaker 1: Man.
- 58:12Speaker 3: Chris Dolman, who was a top tier uh NFL player,
- 58:17Speaker 3: made the Pro Bowls twice. He is now the head
- 58:19Speaker 3: coach of Texas Southern. I don't know how many years
- 58:22Speaker 3: he's been down there, but he has called his fans
- 58:27Speaker 3: out and uh he calls the fans out about coming
- 58:33Speaker 3: to the game. He's suffering from what a lot of
- 58:37Speaker 3: schools and when y'all brought this story up.
- 58:39Speaker 26: UH.
- 58:40Speaker 3: Most recently, I was talking to a couple of people
- 58:42Speaker 3: about Georgia State. Georgia State, UH is one step away
- 58:48Speaker 3: from blocking all tailgating around their stadium. I know that
- 58:53Speaker 3: morehouse here is now charging to come to the tailgate area,
- 58:59Speaker 3: not just you want to set yours up, if you
- 59:02Speaker 3: just want to come into a certain yardage of the
- 59:07Speaker 3: stadium and just be there. They're charging a mission. Georgia
- 59:12Speaker 3: State is because coming to the tailgate and not buying
- 59:16Speaker 3: a ticket is not supporting the team. I've been screaming
- 59:20Speaker 3: that for the last twenty years because I see so
- 59:24Speaker 3: many Oh man, what was the score? Oh Man, I
- 59:27Speaker 3: just went to the tailgate. So you went and stood
- 59:29Speaker 3: out in front of a stadium for five hours and
- 59:32Speaker 3: youn't even because they never went in the game because
- 59:34Speaker 3: you didn't support You didn't support the team. Drink but
- 59:38Speaker 3: you didn't support the team. Now, so at least if
- 59:41Speaker 3: you even bought the cheapest seat and then just tailgate it,
- 59:45Speaker 3: because it would have helped that.
- 59:46Speaker 5: I was going to say, sir, because that would be.
- 59:49Speaker 5: That would be the category I fall in. I'm gonna
- 59:51Speaker 5: get a ticket. I don't know if I'm gonna get
- 59:53Speaker 5: in the stadium. I get a ticket though, you're gonna
- 59:56Speaker 5: get my money at the box office. But I might
- 59:58Speaker 5: just think I'm gonna just stay right here. But I
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: will support the team through buying a ticket.
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: And the numbers that Chris dal Daleman, we'll talk about
- 1:00:07Speaker 3: on the other side. To break the numbers that he's
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: talking about is high school numbers. The attendance rate that
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: he's talking about Texas Southern is getting is at at
- 1:00:19Speaker 3: the high school levels, especially in Texas.
- 1:00:21Speaker 6: They get that many at high school games, more than
- 1:00:23Speaker 6: that of the high school games in Texas.
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: You can get that at the game on Friday at Buford.
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: Oh yeah, but I'm just saying him in Texas Southern,
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: I know, we know we'll be back for more. The
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: Sports Stock show right after this.
- 1:00:40Speaker 30: We do not don't about the money to hammer through
- 1:00:44Speaker 30: the time. We don't not believe in the morning the
- 1:00:49Speaker 30: whole they just doing that.
- 1:00:52Speaker 3: And I don't not forget anything, don't boy.
- 1:00:55Speaker 9: Wayne One of the Sports Josh Hill with Wayne Gamby, Yes,

- 1:02:03Speaker 10: quarters of Americans believe that coverage represents a critical piece
- 1:02:06Speaker 10: of financial security, yet only forty nine percent actually have
- 1:02:10Speaker 10: life insurance.
- 1:02:10Speaker 31: When I was twenty five, Me and my wife were
- 1:02:12Speaker 31: just getting started with our family and thought, we live
- 1:02:14Speaker 31: forever life insurance.
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: Well, what's the last thing on my mind? What about you?
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: Will you be leaving benefits or bills?
- 1:02:20Speaker 31: When I was forty, with a kid in college and
- 1:02:22Speaker 31: bills piling up, I was worried how my family will
- 1:02:24Speaker 31: survive without me. That's what I'm made an appointment with
- 1:02:26Speaker 31: the insurance informant.
- 1:02:27Speaker 10: Information gives you power, and life insurance gives your family
- 1:02:30Speaker 10: security no matter what stage of life you're in.
- 1:02:33Speaker 31: Now that I'm molder, I don't worry about whether I
- 1:02:35Speaker 31: leave my family with bills or benefits.
- 1:02:37Speaker 3: The answer is easy, whether.
- 1:02:38Speaker 10: You're twenty five or fifty, whether you earn a little
- 1:02:41Speaker 10: or a lot, All you need is the insurance informant
- 1:02:43Speaker 10: to help you build a foundation of security, because without you,
- 1:02:47Speaker 10: your family will have two options, benefits or bills? Which
- 1:02:51Speaker 10: legacy will you leave behind? Log on today, benefits or bills?
- 1:02:55Speaker 3: Dot Com?
- 1:02:56Speaker 10: That's benefits or bills dot Com?
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: Enough to enough?
- 1:03:04Speaker 2: I don't have any high shall share your sucking and
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: we hold the world ransom for Wayne.
- 1:03:10Speaker 5: Excuse me while I whipped this out shore broadcasting live
- 1:03:15Speaker 5: and it led her to a chail.
- 1:03:17Speaker 3: This this is the Sports Shock Ship with Wayne Dandy.
- 1:03:22Speaker 4: You Bill began, fill me up?
- 1:03:25Speaker 17: Can you win me down again?
- 1:03:26Speaker 4: You flank me down that console.
- 1:03:29Speaker 12: Fame council Pat.
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: It comes to Mark?
- 1:03:32Speaker 17: Is it just.
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: I'm gonna do it?
- 1:03:38Speaker 4: Begin, I'm gonna go on the way you began.
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: Welcome back to the Sports Shock Show. I'm the sport
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: Shock Wayne Candy, Good morning to you. On this Thursday,
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: rolling a week away from Thanksgiving, we learned about friends
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: giving at the beginning of the show. We also talked
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: about the trump dance that the guys said. Because all
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: three of these guys, the one thing they had on
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: me is they were all breakdancers. Back in the eighties
- 1:04:09Speaker 3: a rapper. I tried to break dancing.
- 1:04:12Speaker 5: I tried to back that listen, you know that little
- 1:04:14Speaker 5: helicopter where you do the you kind of liking the
- 1:04:18Speaker 5: downward dog and then you do the leg flip. I
- 1:04:21Speaker 5: tried that, and at two hundred and thirty five pounds
- 1:04:23Speaker 5: at sixteen years old, that just wasn't That just wasn't
- 1:04:27Speaker 5: my thing.
- 1:04:27Speaker 3: So I just checked too.
- 1:04:31Speaker 6: Yeah, and I always had the money to buy the record,
- 1:04:34Speaker 6: so you got to play the record. You want to
- 1:04:36Speaker 6: break dance, I'm gonna have to play looking for the
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: perfect beak.
- 1:04:39Speaker 3: You know I had? Okay, okay, so.
- 1:04:42Speaker 6: I'm buying my money. I'm buying the record, so I'm
- 1:04:45Speaker 6: I'm playing music. I'm not dancing, so I'm hip hop,
- 1:04:47Speaker 6: but I'm helping you keep the beat because I ain't
- 1:04:50Speaker 6: got no rhythm. I ain't got no rhythm. I admit
- 1:04:52Speaker 6: that I can't dance because you even did the truck.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: Horribly.
- 1:04:59Speaker 17: That was sai.
- 1:05:00Speaker 3: Ain't got no real trump and that dance don't require rhythm.
- 1:05:04Speaker 3: Thursday Night football Stealers at the Browns tonight at eight o'clock,
- 1:05:11Speaker 3: we talked about the United. I got to find out
- 1:05:13Speaker 3: who on the other side. Can't be biased like that,
- 1:05:16Speaker 3: so I'll find out who's the other team. But the
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: Atlanta United will play take on Orlando s C. On
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: Sunday in the semi final. You know the other side
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: of the breath.
- 1:05:26Speaker 9: No.
- 1:05:27Speaker 5: I just wanted to say, in today's generation, do you
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: know how ancient you sound even caring about something that
- 1:05:36Speaker 5: isn't your For you to be even wanting to know
- 1:05:40Speaker 5: who the opponents are. He's so name like he really
- 1:05:43Speaker 5: cares about anything outside of what's on his timeline kind
- 1:05:47Speaker 5: of thing really says like, Wow, this dude's from another generation.
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I want to be fair to the other semi finyl.
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: Hold on, let me google that word fair. Is it
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: like like the cost to get on a train? Is
- 1:06:00Speaker 3: that what you're talking about?
- 1:06:01Speaker 17: Like that fair?
- 1:06:02Speaker 3: All the two teams that's missing, I look it up
- 1:06:07Speaker 3: for you. But Atlanta United who won a championship, what
- 1:06:11Speaker 3: was that now?
- 1:06:12Speaker 5: Five years ago? And not longer than a little longer
- 1:06:16Speaker 5: than that, No, not much longer than that. It's right
- 1:06:18Speaker 5: when they opened the bins. When did they open the bins?
- 1:06:20Speaker 6: It was a year they opened the bens Sadi's ben
- 1:06:24Speaker 6: Stadium was twenty seventeen.
- 1:06:25Speaker 3: Okay, seven years ago, eighteen seventeen. And we'll make sure
- 1:06:30Speaker 3: they were taking on Orlando as se. We talked about
- 1:06:34Speaker 3: the Jets owner Woody Johnson says he wanted to bench
- 1:06:39Speaker 3: Aaron Rodgers. He's already benched Robert salav by firing him.
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: He already benched Jets GM Joe Douglass by firing him,
- 1:06:49Speaker 3: as well, Ron James quitting social media. And we left
- 1:06:53Speaker 3: the bottom of last hour talking about Texas Southern and
- 1:06:59Speaker 3: coach Chris Dishman saying that he wants the fans to
- 1:07:03Speaker 3: come out. He said, we probably had less than fifteen
- 1:07:07Speaker 3: hundred people, and that's probably what it felt. It was
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: more than that. It was more than that. The official
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: is that it was sixty nine hundred people, correct, but
- 1:07:16Speaker 3: sixty nine hundred people in a twenty one thousand seat stadium.
- 1:07:22Speaker 3: That's how it feels. It does feel that way, it seems,
- 1:07:26Speaker 3: you know, because you're talking about what is that basically
- 1:07:29Speaker 3: a third, so two thirds of the stadium is empty,
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: and that would feel that way because remember, everybody is
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: most of the times spaced out, so you're not getting
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: that big roar in one area more than it's not
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: like you know, and I always said when I go
- 1:07:46Speaker 3: to the Hawk games, and a couple of seasons they
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: be they didn't have a lot of turnout. I was like, man,
- 1:07:53Speaker 3: at the end of the first period, they should just
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: go tell everybody to move down to this section, like,
- 1:07:59Speaker 3: give everybody a period to declare their seats. But what
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: about the one in the third quarter fourth that on
- 1:08:05Speaker 3: that lateness, maybe that would prevent some of that. Well,
- 1:08:08Speaker 3: if you that's how I let you get in there.
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: And then the effect of what I wanted has been lost.
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: Now this is and this is something here we go.
- 1:08:16Speaker 6: But like Kenny said, he might not go to the game,
- 1:08:19Speaker 6: but he's gonna buy a ticket. He'll get there when
- 1:08:21Speaker 6: he can. And that's what we face here in Atlanta.
- 1:08:24Speaker 6: We see a lot of people. I mean even at
- 1:08:26Speaker 6: it was even worse when they used to have the
- 1:08:28Speaker 6: club side. Remember when you could only be on that
- 1:08:30Speaker 6: one side before it used to be everybody could go around,
- 1:08:34Speaker 6: but it was just like you would see.
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: People coming in. It's a hypothetical. I'm not saying you
- 1:08:38Speaker 3: can do that because I have a ticket for this seat.
- 1:08:40Speaker 3: So you don't want to be like Sedgid entertainer. I'm saying,
- 1:08:44Speaker 3: in a hypothetical, what you really want is to create
- 1:08:48Speaker 3: the visual of being surrounded by the fans, and the
- 1:08:53Speaker 3: first second levels are the two that create that. Do
- 1:08:59Speaker 3: you get it? And I understand.
- 1:09:01Speaker 5: I don't think it's I don't think it's out of
- 1:09:03Speaker 5: the realm of possibility for a team to put that
- 1:09:06Speaker 5: on their ticket. We sell you a ticket, You buy
- 1:09:09Speaker 5: a ticket for your seat. By halftime, that seat, if
- 1:09:13Speaker 5: it's not been claimed by the ticket holder, can be
- 1:09:17Speaker 5: doled out to make sure that the stadium looks full.
- 1:09:20Speaker 5: We could put that in our verbage and we could
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: put that going forward, because I think it's unfair for
- 1:09:27Speaker 5: people to do that.
- 1:09:28Speaker 3: I'm gonna just show up at the third quarter. Why
- 1:09:30Speaker 3: are you even here? Seat, Philip? Why did you even
- 1:09:32Speaker 3: come if you weren't planning to come to the game.
- 1:09:37Speaker 3: So stayed doing that, And I just wanted to say, because,
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: like I said, with Georgia State here in Atlanta, right downtown,
- 1:09:44Speaker 3: we've seen it. If you turn on a University of
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: Miami game, We're talking about a top ten team, but
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: turn on a University of Miami game and it's maybe
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: forty percent, sometimes maybe half of it, but the other
- 1:09:59Speaker 3: half is not there.
- 1:10:01Speaker 5: And if you sell tickets for a living, that hurt.
- 1:10:05Speaker 5: See them FTCs be hurt. You take it personal, like
- 1:10:07Speaker 5: these people don't like me.
- 1:10:08Speaker 3: Even at the Falcons game, it's Dan what Dan quinn
- 1:10:16Speaker 3: petition that fans come back to their seats because they
- 1:10:19Speaker 3: would be in the building, but they'd be out in
- 1:10:22Speaker 3: the breezeway chim Well, that's not helping the team. That's
- 1:10:25Speaker 3: not creating that vibe that the coaches want. And I
- 1:10:30Speaker 3: think that's where Chris Dishmond was just calling for people
- 1:10:34Speaker 3: to come out to the game, guys of the CFL.
- 1:10:38Speaker 3: The Great Cup was happening. A young lady ran out
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: on or walked out basically on the field. She was
- 1:10:45Speaker 3: completely naked other than her shoes. A lot of people
- 1:10:51Speaker 3: criticizing the security people for not basically tackling her quicker,
- 1:11:00Speaker 3: which I can understand. Anyone man or woman walk out naked.
- 1:11:03Speaker 3: People back there like, man, now you go because you
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: grab it brou where, because because you know. And I
- 1:11:13Speaker 3: only wrote it down because I was like, what could
- 1:11:16Speaker 3: be why somebody? Is it the alcohol? Listen to my choices?
- 1:11:20Speaker 3: I wrote down, is it alcohol? Attention? A bucket list
- 1:11:28Speaker 3: mind thing? You know some people have crazy things on
- 1:11:30Speaker 3: their bucket list, or a dare all of the above
- 1:11:37Speaker 3: bucket naked?
- 1:11:38Speaker 5: I would I would say all of the above, and
- 1:11:41Speaker 5: that was my answer. I would say a combo of
- 1:11:44Speaker 5: all of that. Girl, my body looking, I'm scared to
- 1:11:50Speaker 5: show it.
- 1:11:50Speaker 3: I dare you to go out there hook click some more.
- 1:11:57Speaker 5: Thinking about running out on the field. Ten thousand likes,
- 1:12:00Speaker 5: eight hearts, I'm gonna do this girl, And so I
- 1:12:04Speaker 5: should put another category all of the above. Yes, okay,
- 1:12:08Speaker 5: and I was because she took her time. It did
- 1:12:11Speaker 5: take a while when I watched that security.
- 1:12:14Speaker 3: But with the sensibilities of our society, if I go
- 1:12:19Speaker 3: out there and don't people afraid to enforce stuff, especially
- 1:12:24Speaker 3: if they're not like the higher up, if they's just
- 1:12:28Speaker 3: the lowrd to me, if I don't go to her,
- 1:12:32Speaker 3: because you can see both men trying to do a
- 1:12:34Speaker 3: good job of not looking at her naked. They were
- 1:12:38Speaker 3: trying to make sure that nobody can criticize them because
- 1:12:41Speaker 3: you now it's all on you. Oh yeah, yeah, now
- 1:12:45Speaker 3: you know I can't. Previous times you could just go
- 1:12:48Speaker 3: out there with the fux arm across the head and
- 1:12:50Speaker 3: everybody she was out there like yeah, yeah, get your
- 1:12:55Speaker 3: grab and we all and was like, oh no, you
- 1:12:59Speaker 3: should I'm looking, And then y'all didn't have to touch you.
- 1:13:02Speaker 3: Y'all should have just kind of walked around her and.
- 1:13:06Speaker 5: Kept I'm saying, because in all honesty, we've all farmed
- 1:13:09Speaker 5: the naked woman in the.
- 1:13:10Speaker 3: Head of right, she's just clowning, and you asking, I
- 1:13:15Speaker 3: ain't caught down.
- 1:13:17Speaker 5: I mean not to hurt nobody, and I ain't no savage.
- 1:13:19Speaker 5: I'm just saying, he's up Johnny, why don't you sit down,
- 1:13:22Speaker 5: quit acting.
- 1:13:22Speaker 3: Up security and people are under true pressure. Yeah, a
- 1:13:28Speaker 3: couple of weeks ago to the security police officers at
- 1:13:31Speaker 3: the guy at the Florida Georgia game. You know, they
- 1:13:36Speaker 3: don't believe you supposed to have to use any kind
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: of force to get these two heavily intoxicated people to
- 1:13:44Speaker 3: stop fighting. And now that your should stop at Big Kenny, right,
- 1:13:49Speaker 3: and now this woman carry Kenny.
- 1:13:52Speaker 5: Now she's carrying the coat and the coat is over
- 1:13:55Speaker 5: her hand, which means she could be concealing something.
- 1:13:57Speaker 3: I got a balance. I still got a job to do,
- 1:14:00Speaker 3: which is keep these people and her. That's why.
- 1:14:03Speaker 5: So if I run up to grab her and she
- 1:14:05Speaker 5: come up with the knife and I get cut, then
- 1:14:08Speaker 5: what that's why you gotta get you? But then she
- 1:14:11Speaker 5: cuts you, stab you in the heart though, just cut
- 1:14:14Speaker 5: you in the hand.

- 1:27:09Speaker 3: Welcome to the Sports Shock Show. I'm the Sportshock Wing
- 1:27:12Speaker 3: Kenyon the Dallas Cowboys whose season roughly is over. I
- 1:27:17Speaker 3: remember they're in the division with the Eagles and the Commanders.
- 1:27:23Speaker 3: Both of those teams look like they are poised to
- 1:27:28Speaker 3: win that division. Cowboys without Dak Prescott for the rest
- 1:27:32Speaker 3: of the year. They've had a lot of injuries, still
- 1:27:34Speaker 3: haven't gotten the Marcus Lawrence back on defense. Just a
- 1:27:39Speaker 3: year that a lot of people had excitement thinking the
- 1:27:42Speaker 3: team was going to do some big things. Finally they
- 1:27:46Speaker 3: are three and seven, but after their last loss to
- 1:27:51Speaker 3: the Texans, Monday night video has surfaced of Ceedee Lamb
- 1:27:59Speaker 3: and Trayvon Diggs. Just a few hours after that lost
- 1:28:03Speaker 3: down in Dallas. The duo was at a nightclub shooting
- 1:28:08Speaker 3: a video. Now I can't tell whose video, if one
- 1:28:13Speaker 3: of them have a rap song, or both of them
- 1:28:15Speaker 3: have a rap song, or they were guests camo on someone.
- 1:28:20Speaker 3: I don't see that in the story they would turn
- 1:28:23Speaker 3: up though. Do you know what they were particular rapper
- 1:28:26Speaker 3: I saw the same video.
- 1:28:27Speaker 6: I thought they were just as a Monday night, you know,
- 1:28:30Speaker 6: somewhere in that city, just where they have parties, because
- 1:28:33Speaker 6: what I read was this they were partying.
- 1:28:34Speaker 3: I didn't know they were in a video shoot. Well, yeah,
- 1:28:37Speaker 3: it's saying that they were shooting a video. The cameras
- 1:28:40Speaker 3: they were dressed up. I don't know. It didn't say
- 1:28:43Speaker 3: which rapper or which artists. Excuse me that they were
- 1:28:47Speaker 3: in the video Ford And as we talk about with
- 1:28:50Speaker 3: a lot of athletes, some of them still love and
- 1:28:54Speaker 3: do their own songs and promote them. But a lot
- 1:28:58Speaker 3: of the fans of the Cowboys upset about just a
- 1:29:03Speaker 3: few hours, not even the next day, because you know,
- 1:29:06Speaker 3: maybe about Wednesday and you want to shoot a video.
- 1:29:09Speaker 3: But people believe that the loss an athlete most likely
- 1:29:13Speaker 3: maybe go home or to dinner and home, but not
- 1:29:16Speaker 3: out in a celebratory way, especially two of the biggest
- 1:29:20Speaker 3: stars on the team, you would imagine. But here's the deal, Dallas,
- 1:29:26Speaker 3: and I've said this and which our man commandchie Greg
- 1:29:28Speaker 3: was here, and it's just the thing about the Cowboys
- 1:29:32Speaker 3: and some of why they haven't crossed over to another
- 1:29:36Speaker 3: championship in twenty seven, twenty eight years, it's because the
- 1:29:42Speaker 3: team and the fan base and the owner and everybody
- 1:29:44Speaker 3: else is still living on Emmett, Troy and Michael. You're
- 1:29:51Speaker 3: not really demanding a reup. You're not really demanding the
- 1:30:00Speaker 3: team these players to own and create. You're still and
- 1:30:06Speaker 3: you talk to Cowboy fans and you're always trying to
- 1:30:10Speaker 3: figure out, well, how long can you ride? Like you know,
- 1:30:14Speaker 3: twenty five years is what they call a life in prison.
- 1:30:19Speaker 3: It's been past that. So when do you run to demand?
- 1:30:25Speaker 3: And that's kind of how these players get treated. They
- 1:30:28Speaker 3: get a certain fanfare, as though they get TV ratings,
- 1:30:33Speaker 3: they get the national games, as though they are the
- 1:30:37Speaker 3: team that won the last Super Bowl. They get just
- 1:30:42Speaker 3: as much coverage as the Chiefs. You get a daily
- 1:30:47Speaker 3: report on Dak Prescott and Jerry Jones. It is like
- 1:30:50Speaker 3: you get a daily report on Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelson.
- 1:30:57Speaker 5: Yeah, and Dak is not even playing. We know the
- 1:31:00Speaker 5: report gonna say about that every day. He's still out that.
- 1:31:03Speaker 3: Pushing his house down, Travis Kelsey and Patrick Mahone's house
- 1:31:07Speaker 3: getting robbed. Yeah. The only thing different. Lamar Hunt, the
- 1:31:11Speaker 3: owner of the Chiefs, rarely is seen in the public's eye.
- 1:31:16Speaker 3: Jerry Jones is the first man to speak. But a
- 1:31:20Speaker 3: lot of this is when do you call for your team.
- 1:31:24Speaker 3: Auburn just won a championship in twenty ten. That has faded.
- 1:31:30Speaker 3: We want another one. That's been a long time, that
- 1:31:34Speaker 3: was fourteen years. Somewhere in the next five six years.
- 1:31:37Speaker 3: We hope. You know, like I tell people, if you
- 1:31:39Speaker 3: can do it every ten years, hey, you're doing great
- 1:31:44Speaker 3: them people that do three or four, that's just exceptional.
- 1:31:46Speaker 3: But if you can get you a National title or
- 1:31:49Speaker 3: a Super Bowl ten years, you in there. He's doing something. Now.
- 1:31:55Speaker 3: Some teams have made it in reason like the Yankees.
- 1:31:58Speaker 3: And Yankees make you think, but everybody has a drought.
- 1:32:02Speaker 3: You don't get the team all the time, even if
- 1:32:04Speaker 3: you got the most money, because you have injuries, you
- 1:32:07Speaker 3: have some people you pay that fade a lot of baseball,
- 1:32:11Speaker 3: especially in baseball. You started on that ten year contract,
- 1:32:15Speaker 3: you was thirty two, Well you're thirty seven. You ain't
- 1:32:18Speaker 3: hitting the ball over the fence. But I'm still on
- 1:32:20Speaker 3: the hook for the eighty million. And that's the kind
- 1:32:24Speaker 3: of production. I just know what the Cowboys and these
- 1:32:28Speaker 3: fans are rightfully so. And maybe this will get you
- 1:32:30Speaker 3: to start realizing, like maybe you should put more pressure
- 1:32:33Speaker 3: on these players, because all the pressure in Dallas seems
- 1:32:36Speaker 3: to be on Mike McCarthy and dak now As you
- 1:32:43Speaker 3: throw a splash of Jerry, but the other units, nobody
- 1:32:50Speaker 3: talked about defensive coordinator. I don't who's the defense coordinator
- 1:32:54Speaker 3: down there?
- 1:32:54Speaker 34: This year.
- 1:32:55Speaker 3: I got rid of Dan Zimmerman. Just got there. Good
- 1:32:58Speaker 3: to see Mike back in the game after this got killed,
- 1:33:01Speaker 3: or I think you might have committed suicide. Oh you're
- 1:33:04Speaker 3: so good to see. Mike was here in Atlanta with
- 1:33:06Speaker 3: me for a you but go ahead by Kenny.
- 1:33:07Speaker 5: I wanted to ask, is there a way to somehow
- 1:33:11Speaker 5: curb that behavior punish it?
- 1:33:13Speaker 3: When?
- 1:33:14Speaker 5: I mean, because some fans might be thinking, you got
- 1:33:16Speaker 5: all that energy to go shoot a video, you could
- 1:33:18Speaker 5: have made that catch. You could have I'm saying, maybe
- 1:33:22Speaker 5: you could have did some high stepping to get away
- 1:33:24Speaker 5: from that little tackle, or you some of that energy
- 1:33:27Speaker 5: to make your tackles when you Why is there no
- 1:33:32Speaker 5: expectation from the organization, A no ability to say, look, man,
- 1:33:37Speaker 5: during the season, let's just focus on the season.
- 1:33:41Speaker 3: I don't need you in a rap video, Jerry Jones.
- 1:33:46Speaker 6: And you can't really say it because guys got other
- 1:33:48Speaker 6: if you if you try to limit that that that
- 1:33:50Speaker 6: I mean, the other players can't do their commercials, do
- 1:33:52Speaker 6: what they got sponsorship dollars with. But you don't like listen, listen,
- 1:33:56Speaker 6: listen what you're saying during the season wearing the seas saying.
- 1:34:00Speaker 5: I'm saying, you work for the company. Correct, you work
- 1:34:04Speaker 5: for the company. Your your shift to contract. I'm more
- 1:34:08Speaker 5: of in the contract contract. I'm saying, but you contracted
- 1:34:11Speaker 5: with me for this period, correct, for these hours, Yes,
- 1:34:16Speaker 5: and my hours of Sunday.
- 1:34:18Speaker 3: I just need you Sunday from morning to night to
- 1:34:20Speaker 3: be focused on this but the game, and you do
- 1:34:23Speaker 3: have me morning into the game. Yeah, the game is over.
- 1:34:25Speaker 3: And that's what I'm saying.
- 1:34:26Speaker 6: Once you got these other things, you cannot if you
- 1:34:29Speaker 6: start trying to put limitation on certain one. You can't
- 1:34:31Speaker 6: shoot videos for rap videos, but you can go shoot it.
- 1:34:34Speaker 6: I'm saying on game Coca Cola commercial. No, I'm saying
- 1:34:36Speaker 6: on game day, well, the game was over. I'm saying
- 1:34:39Speaker 6: the game is over, but it's still game now. And
- 1:34:44Speaker 6: that's that's what I'm saying now.
- 1:34:46Speaker 3: Is everybody want to bring their selves to work, sir.
- 1:34:50Speaker 3: That's the problem you want to be.
- 1:34:52Speaker 5: You want to bring the bad producer to the sports
- 1:34:56Speaker 5: jock show and be the bad producer.
- 1:34:58Speaker 3: Why you here? Only power is to draft and bring
- 1:35:06Speaker 3: in free agents that have the mentality. So you end
- 1:35:12Speaker 3: up like the Stillers, or you end up like the
- 1:35:14Speaker 3: Patriots when Bill Belichick were there, where they only bring
- 1:35:17Speaker 3: in a certain particular personality. They don't even and and
- 1:35:22Speaker 3: that don't mean they don't have missus, right. I mean
- 1:35:25Speaker 3: they target a certain type, but they target a that's
- 1:35:28Speaker 3: my only protection. So I can't meet you out by
- 1:35:30Speaker 3: your car and the players parking lot like, Bro, look,
- 1:35:33Speaker 3: I'm gonna need you. I'm gonna need you focused a
- 1:35:36Speaker 3: little more'll probably end up fighting. That's what I'm hoping.
- 1:35:39Speaker 3: I'm saying, you.
- 1:35:41Speaker 5: See record and you mean you rushing out of here
- 1:35:44Speaker 5: to go shoot a rap video.
- 1:35:45Speaker 3: That's what Mike. Remember. Magic Johnson's short career was that
- 1:35:49Speaker 3: the guys will already dressed. He said, by the time
- 1:35:53Speaker 3: he does these little five ten minutes after the game
- 1:35:56Speaker 3: and get to the locker room for the speech, some
- 1:35:59Speaker 3: guys already to walk out in the locker room. They
- 1:36:02Speaker 3: said he couldn't take it because he was gonna end
- 1:36:04Speaker 3: up fighting somebody, because they didn't have after they didn't
- 1:36:08Speaker 3: have no kind of feeling of.
- 1:36:09Speaker 5: Oh man, we are we gotta get better, we got
- 1:36:13Speaker 5: what did we do wrong today?
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:36:15Speaker 3: So that's the only choice is the draft people of
- 1:36:19Speaker 3: a certain mindset and hope it turn out. Speaking of
- 1:36:24Speaker 3: Bill Belichick, rumor is maybe Jacksonville. My question to you guys,
- 1:36:31Speaker 3: can you see Bill Belichick and Jacksonville faster than you
- 1:36:35Speaker 3: can see Dion Sanders in Dallas next year, which was
- 1:36:41Speaker 3: the first option Bill Belichick in Jacksonville. Okay, seventy two
- 1:36:45Speaker 3: year old, kind of gives him that Tom Coughlin. Uh,
- 1:36:49Speaker 3: they you know, when they were riding high, Tom Coughlin
- 1:36:51Speaker 3: was the head coach and even when they he wasn't
- 1:36:54Speaker 3: the head coach, he was the GM So it was
- 1:36:56Speaker 3: a lot of his years. They had that kind of
- 1:36:58Speaker 3: because Jacksonville has a problem. They got a quarterback. Hey
- 1:37:04Speaker 3: solid we we we we know that dionna tell you
- 1:37:09Speaker 3: he not going nowhere. Well. DJ Dowks says that he
- 1:37:13Speaker 3: saw an article that Dion said he's happy.
- 1:37:15Speaker 5: In Colorado and he has he said the same thing
- 1:37:18Speaker 5: at Jackson State and then the video saying I Ain't
- 1:37:20Speaker 5: never going nowhere.
- 1:37:21Speaker 3: He was packing.
- 1:37:21Speaker 5: He was like in his luggage like Jackson State, we
- 1:37:26Speaker 5: are going. I'm happy here. My family is gonna written
- 1:37:30Speaker 5: and the next thing, you know, the son graduated, graduated.
- 1:37:34Speaker 5: He did the interview from the tarback. Hey man, I
- 1:37:39Speaker 5: know you can hear the jet injins in the back. Yeah,
- 1:37:43Speaker 5: I'll get out of this Mississippi real quick too. I'm saying,
- 1:37:46Speaker 5: and the Colorado people shouldn't have no expectation that that
- 1:37:50Speaker 5: ain't the same Dion Sanders that they're dealing with. So
- 1:37:53Speaker 5: I'm saying the fact that he could end up in
- 1:37:55Speaker 5: Dallas just as quick as a Belichick could end up
- 1:37:59Speaker 5: in Jacksonville is to me a fifty to fifty back.
- 1:38:02Speaker 20: I'm I'm my money's on the push. No Dion and
- 1:38:07Speaker 20: Jerry's eagles with clash. I mean, imagine those two guys
- 1:38:12Speaker 20: who want the spotlight nickname frime time.
- 1:38:14Speaker 3: Let me tell you something.
- 1:38:16Speaker 5: When you got two people who want the spotlight, they
- 1:38:19Speaker 5: comfortable pushing one a little bit in the shadows, then
- 1:38:22Speaker 5: fighting for they little they are standing there over talking
- 1:38:26Speaker 5: each other because.
- 1:38:27Speaker 3: That's what they lost. You get a done king Muhammad Ali.
- 1:38:31Speaker 3: Yeah that's that situation. Yeah exactly, that's what you get.
- 1:38:35Speaker 3: You get Jerry Jones is done king the circus and
- 1:38:39Speaker 3: Dion is Muhammad Ali.
- 1:38:41Speaker 17: You don't know.
- 1:38:42Speaker 3: Nothing right, but it'll be perfect. But I know how
- 1:38:45Speaker 3: to roll with the punches. I know how to go
- 1:38:47Speaker 3: with the joke. Remember we remember our first objective is
- 1:38:51Speaker 3: for the limelight. Yes, that's what I'm saying.
- 1:38:54Speaker 5: We love the money So however, we generate that some
- 1:38:59Speaker 5: days you cop, some days I'm bad cops.
- 1:39:01Speaker 3: Some days we gonna switch. And you best believe if
- 1:39:05Speaker 3: Jerry calls DM, I'm will enswer Yes, sir, you mean
- 1:39:10Speaker 3: I canify it. It ain't gonna even be No, get
- 1:39:14Speaker 3: myself together and keep watching the phone ring. It's gonna
- 1:39:16Speaker 3: be first ring. All he saw was j e R.
- 1:39:20Speaker 3: Can't he even getting the red? Ain't he gonna answer it?
- 1:39:23Speaker 10: Like this?
- 1:39:24Speaker 3: Hey, coach, if you want me to coach, I come.
- 1:39:26Speaker 3: I don't know what you want. But no, no, no,
- 1:39:28Speaker 3: you miss It's the same skit, but dream Hello coach. No, no, no, no, no, Hey,
- 1:39:33Speaker 3: mister Jones JJJ.
- 1:39:38Speaker 17: What don't you know?
- 1:39:41Speaker 3: I'm ready, dog, I'm ready the doll baby, I'm.
- 1:39:50Speaker 37: Waiting all my brain. It could taste graphic things. It
- 1:39:53Speaker 37: turned traumatic teens in the atticts and things. It's like
- 1:39:56Speaker 37: watching the movie Planet Ramic Swing, which means I can
- 1:39:58Speaker 37: see the whole planet in I see cash at the
- 1:40:01Speaker 37: top of a battle.
- 1:40:02Speaker 3: On't go away.
- 1:40:03Speaker 9: More of the Sports Jock Show with Wayne Dantidius coming
- 1:40:06Speaker 9: up next.
- 1:40:08Speaker 3: Jeeves, what are you doing what? I'm just smalling the lawn.
- 1:40:12Speaker 30: No, it's blazing hot and dry out here.
- 1:40:15Speaker 12: Don't you remember Smokey Bear says.
- 1:40:17Speaker 33: Avoid using power equipment when it's windyer dry.
- 1:40:21Speaker 3: Where'd you learn this?
- 1:40:22Speaker 33: Oh, it's on smokeybear dot com with many other wildfire
- 1:40:26Speaker 33: prevention tips.
- 1:40:27Speaker 3: Right, thanks, honey Bear.
- 1:40:30Speaker 33: Because remember, only you can prevent wildfires.

- 1:41:37Speaker 8: I never realized that I'd be taking care of a
- 1:41:40Speaker 8: two year old and a nine year old on my own.
- 1:41:43Speaker 8: I think men can be a little stubborn sometimes, where
- 1:41:46Speaker 8: pride gets in the way and they may want the help,
- 1:41:49Speaker 8: they may not know how to ask. With my traditions,
- 1:41:53Speaker 8: with the family support in line, and just with my
- 1:41:56Speaker 8: mind frame, I was able to turn a negative into
- 1:41:59Speaker 8: a positive. I knew I needed more tools in my
- 1:42:02Speaker 8: toolbox to take care of these little girls that just
- 1:42:06Speaker 8: lost their mother. It's time for me to be that
- 1:42:08Speaker 8: father that I knew I could be. I think just
- 1:42:11Speaker 8: being that good role model as well. That model's good
- 1:42:14Speaker 8: behavior in front of them, going to work every day,
- 1:42:17Speaker 8: coming home and being able to put on that smile.
- 1:42:20Speaker 8: The biggest reward about being a dad is sitting back
- 1:42:23Speaker 8: and watching your kids be happy.
- 1:42:27Speaker 11: Never stop being a dad. That's dedication. Find out more
- 1:42:31Speaker 11: on fatherhood dot gov brought to you by the US

- 1:42:38Speaker 3: And now back to the sports job Dwayne Gandy.
- 1:43:02Speaker 27: London say, you can see the sports jaint sing even.
- 1:43:10Speaker 3: Back to the sport Shock show. I'm the Sportshock winging.
- 1:43:13Speaker 3: Gandy spot liked money and then winning. That's the thing
- 1:43:21Speaker 3: that Dion Sanders and Jerry Jones coming. Yes, yes, they
- 1:43:25Speaker 3: liked the spotlight money first, money second and winning third.
- 1:43:33Speaker 3: Good combination. That's what they actually seen different than someone
- 1:43:38Speaker 3: like a Belichick. Belichick is about the winning more than
- 1:43:44Speaker 3: he's about anything from what he has shown us. And
- 1:43:47Speaker 3: that's why I feel like Dion and Jerry and as
- 1:43:51Speaker 3: I said, the one key thing that Dion snuck in
- 1:43:53Speaker 3: this year on a lot of people was he kind
- 1:43:55Speaker 3: of put together his what his staff he could take
- 1:43:58Speaker 3: to the pro pros. Yeah, a lot of people don't.
- 1:44:04Speaker 3: A lot of people don't get in hiring coaches. One
- 1:44:07Speaker 3: of the first things they're going to ask you, who
- 1:44:09Speaker 3: is who do you have? You have to have that
- 1:44:12Speaker 3: already kind of made up. You have to have those
- 1:44:16Speaker 3: inner conversations with people in a sense or that hypothetical. Now,
- 1:44:20Speaker 3: if I get this job over here. I need to
- 1:44:22Speaker 3: go here and tell the coach. You know, I already
- 1:44:28Speaker 3: got the what's the offensive coordinator has? Right? Yeah, yeah,
- 1:44:33Speaker 3: so I had him. You say, zim are already there,
- 1:44:37Speaker 3: so I can keep him. I got the D nine coach.
- 1:44:39Speaker 3: As I was saying about it, I can put Sap,
- 1:44:41Speaker 3: I can start some things where pieces go together. And
- 1:44:46Speaker 3: Warren Sapp, as I said, Warren Sapp can be a
- 1:44:49Speaker 3: great coach, but he's more suited for how he has
- 1:44:53Speaker 3: lived his life to be a pro coach, because you
- 1:44:57Speaker 3: don't have that part where you have to necessarily have
- 1:45:00Speaker 3: to be an example of a man, you know, that
- 1:45:04Speaker 3: quality man in pros. You just people expect you to
- 1:45:09Speaker 3: be in on it.
- 1:45:11Speaker 5: Sometimes when I look at Coach Prime and what he
- 1:45:13Speaker 5: did out there in Colorado, especially with the addition of
- 1:45:17Speaker 5: the coaching staff that he's assembled, it makes me think
- 1:45:20Speaker 5: of a social media influencer that I used to say,
- 1:45:24Speaker 5: she acts so stupid that it's brilliant. Nobody with that
- 1:45:30Speaker 5: much business success is that unaware. And Coach Prime came
- 1:45:34Speaker 5: in his first year making a lot of noise and
- 1:45:37Speaker 5: then started assembling an NFL quality coaching staff and started
- 1:45:42Speaker 5: winning and nobody's really paying.
- 1:45:44Speaker 3: Attention to the fact that he could leave with these people,
- 1:45:47Speaker 3: you know what, didn't look like an NFL coach, and
- 1:45:49Speaker 3: they just going along with I'm so happy we went
- 1:45:52Speaker 3: in and they recruiting, and the next thing, you know that, Hey,
- 1:45:54Speaker 3: the last nugget to that is that he would have
- 1:45:57Speaker 3: accomplished his mission. He would have been the head coach
- 1:46:00Speaker 3: of his sons basically their whole college career. So he
- 1:46:05Speaker 3: got those people. He even got his first big pick,
- 1:46:08Speaker 3: Travis Hunter. He would have stayed around to the people
- 1:46:11Speaker 3: that really were there for him on day one that
- 1:46:14Speaker 3: he had obligations. Now I'm here. He could really see
- 1:46:17Speaker 3: that as a sign I can move on easily. Ray
- 1:46:20Speaker 3: Lewis the Hall of Famer, which you ray is on
- 1:46:24Speaker 3: a short list for the Florida Atlantic Job Reports are
- 1:46:30Speaker 3: the one article says there's been no communication, but this
- 1:46:34Speaker 3: seems to be a higher that has the possibility of
- 1:46:38Speaker 3: setting up to be like a Dion Sanders. Ray Lewis
- 1:46:43Speaker 3: being from Polk County, Florida. Over there in Lakeland, they
- 1:46:49Speaker 3: fired their second year coach, Tom Herman this past Monday
- 1:46:53Speaker 3: after a six and sixteen record, And if you're a
- 1:46:57Speaker 3: Florida Atlantic. What you're doing, it's similar and the template
- 1:47:02Speaker 3: has been set with Dion of using a brand name
- 1:47:08Speaker 3: for recruitment. Remember the head coach now, and that's where
- 1:47:12Speaker 3: Dion stayed around, got in the game when the game
- 1:47:16Speaker 3: changed to be about what he's about, the brand, the selling.
- 1:47:21Speaker 3: He's really like a g M. He's he can sell
- 1:47:24Speaker 3: the team. I'll get you other coaches, I'll get you
- 1:47:29Speaker 3: that players, right, you go get the players. So ray Lewis,
- 1:47:33Speaker 3: you guys, you think this is somewhere ray would start.
- 1:47:36Speaker 5: Well, think about you just talked about the personalities of
- 1:47:40Speaker 5: Jerry Jones and Dion and what they have in common.
- 1:47:42Speaker 5: There's spotlight first, there's money, and then there's winning. Ray Lewis,
- 1:47:47Speaker 5: what his priorities first would probably be what winning, toughness
- 1:47:51Speaker 5: something like that. Do you think he's got Do you
- 1:47:53Speaker 5: think he's got the temperament for something like this? Do
- 1:47:56Speaker 5: you think somebody gonna get grabbed?
- 1:47:57Speaker 3: NOA, this is your story that ray Lewis would be
- 1:48:01Speaker 3: a guy that would be trying to want to turn
- 1:48:03Speaker 3: a program around.
- 1:48:04Speaker 6: Yeah, I would want to say he would come in.
- 1:48:06Speaker 6: He would be more like my man was down at
- 1:48:08Speaker 6: Bethune Cook when his dame is slipped my.
- 1:48:11Speaker 3: Mind his teammate at Miami.
- 1:48:14Speaker 6: Yeah, Edy, he would have that mentality like, hey, you
- 1:48:18Speaker 6: got you. People ain't promised me this. You hadn't promised
- 1:48:21Speaker 6: you that.
- 1:48:22Speaker 3: Ray.
- 1:48:22Speaker 6: I feel that he would and he would assemble a
- 1:48:25Speaker 6: superstaff just like Dion.
- 1:48:28Speaker 26: Uh like that.
- 1:48:29Speaker 6: I think that he would do that, And I think
- 1:48:30Speaker 6: that he would uh try to really turn the program
- 1:48:33Speaker 6: around because he hadn't.
- 1:48:35Speaker 3: He tried the TV thing.
- 1:48:36Speaker 6: It didn't he he didn't didn't work out with him,
- 1:48:39Speaker 6: and coaching may be more in his field, Like you said,
- 1:48:42Speaker 6: he's gonna be more on let me turn this program
- 1:48:45Speaker 6: around like Ed Reid, Hey you promised me this.
- 1:48:47Speaker 3: We're gonna do this for the kids.
- 1:48:50Speaker 6: Because he was really not that really sought after as
- 1:48:53Speaker 6: a you know, it was like a last minute thing
- 1:48:55Speaker 6: that he went to Miami.
- 1:48:56Speaker 12: So uh.
- 1:48:58Speaker 6: He he is that type of coach that could come
- 1:49:00Speaker 6: from the NFL that would be great for collegen and
- 1:49:04Speaker 6: set the mold that other coaches can come in and
- 1:49:08Speaker 6: and my thing with Dione with the staff to heal symbol,
- 1:49:11Speaker 6: I think that I think he's gonna stay.
- 1:49:14Speaker 3: You know, I don't think he's gonna you don't have
- 1:49:16Speaker 3: to hold of Mike. I noticed you and Kenny sometimes
- 1:49:19Speaker 3: you don't want to talk your hold of Mike. Why
- 1:49:21Speaker 3: is that? I mean, but you used to hold them
- 1:49:23Speaker 3: when you For me, it's just a muscle memory whenever.
- 1:49:28Speaker 3: I just noticed that is to its like sometimes you
- 1:49:36Speaker 3: just hold I find it sometimes physically have to touch Y.
- 1:49:44Speaker 3: Lewis you think it's his pre life weighs in on
- 1:49:49Speaker 3: this as far as recruitment. I mean, it's a colorful
- 1:49:52Speaker 3: pre life, you know, not not in this day and time.
- 1:49:57Speaker 20: I think it's forgiving enough, you know, you know, because
- 1:50:00Speaker 20: he's he's almost considered a minister right now these days.
- 1:50:03Speaker 20: You know, he goes around and speaking churches and so
- 1:50:06Speaker 20: on and so forth. I'm wondering if it'll be kind
- 1:50:10Speaker 20: of like a if he was to get the job,
- 1:50:12Speaker 20: kind of like a JJ Reddick having never coached, you know,
- 1:50:15Speaker 20: at least then coached on lower levels.
- 1:50:18Speaker 3: So that would be my number one you know concern. Yeah,
- 1:50:22Speaker 3: it's just that part of the motivation and the fame
- 1:50:26Speaker 3: is there, but there is still a part of it.
- 1:50:29Speaker 3: He has to have some xes and os and then
- 1:50:31Speaker 3: you hit the nail on the headsports job.
- 1:50:33Speaker 6: Maybe that maybe that's the reason why we're getting conflicted
- 1:50:36Speaker 6: stories because they trying to keep the colorful past down
- 1:50:40Speaker 6: before he say hey, I'm the coach, so they don't
- 1:50:42Speaker 6: get that.
- 1:50:42Speaker 3: Now I think we're getting conflicting stories because you want
- 1:50:45Speaker 3: them to hire him, and I'm being I'm waiting let
- 1:50:48Speaker 3: him objective because all of those.
- 1:50:53Speaker 5: You have to understand all of those things from a
- 1:50:56Speaker 5: program from the bureau, from the bureaucratic stand. If I
- 1:51:01Speaker 5: let Ray Lewis beat my head coach, and then somebody
- 1:51:04Speaker 5: on my team does something that they deem out of
- 1:51:07Speaker 5: character or possibly violent, then.
- 1:51:09Speaker 3: Here I go with the all sphere of the team.
- 1:51:12Speaker 3: And this is for those that don't know before as
- 1:51:15Speaker 3: we go to break ray Lewis. Here in Atlanta twenty
- 1:51:18Speaker 3: four to twenty five years ago, two people were killed.
- 1:51:22Speaker 3: No one was arrested, or at least no one was
- 1:51:26Speaker 3: sent to prison. Ray Lewis got off. But easily you
- 1:51:30Speaker 3: give him this job, and you have the families of
- 1:51:33Speaker 3: those two kids calling yes and in this day and
- 1:51:36Speaker 3: time reminding people, yes that they lost some loved ones
- 1:51:40Speaker 3: on his watch. That night. We'll be back more to
- 1:51:43Speaker 3: Sports Jock Show right after this.
- 1:52:00Speaker 1: This f.
- 1:52:08Speaker 9: Pas on bo Wayne Or of The Sports Josh Show
- 1:52:17Speaker 9: with Wayne Dandidos Dummy Up Next.
- 1:52:20Speaker 14: Daisy was abandoned by her family and placed in foster
- 1:52:23Speaker 14: care at fifteen years old. Her life was full of uncertainty.
- 1:52:28Speaker 14: She thought she'd never have a permanent place to call home.
- 1:52:33Speaker 15: Before I was adopted, I felt like I wasn't enough.
- 1:52:36Speaker 15: I had this hole in my heart and I never
- 1:52:38Speaker 15: knew what I needed to patch that hole. But when
- 1:52:42Speaker 15: my mom asked to adopt me, that hole was closed.
- 1:52:45Speaker 15: It feels so normal now to say that I'm a
- 1:52:47Speaker 15: part of this family. I am surrounded by love, I
- 1:52:50Speaker 15: feel safe, and that hole inside of me is gone.
- 1:52:54Speaker 3: I am whole.
- 1:52:56Speaker 15: I'm finally enough, just as I am.
- 1:52:58Speaker 14: The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is changing the lives
- 1:53:03Speaker 14: of teenagers at risk of aging out of foster care.
- 1:53:07Speaker 14: Like Daisy, every child deserves a permanent, loving home. You

- 1:53:30Speaker 3: as in spaghetti sandwiches for dinner. They're my favor Dad,
- 1:53:34Speaker 3: You're the goat.
- 1:53:36Speaker 11: You don't have to speak teen to be a perfect parent.

- 1:53:50Speaker 3: And now back to the sports jib Wayne Gandy, it's
- 1:53:57Speaker 3: time hit a school board. Will we get a skin on?
- 1:54:00Speaker 29: And sports and how they intermingle on the Sports Jack
- 1:54:05Speaker 29: Show with Wayne Gandy.
- 1:54:22Speaker 3: Walk back to the Sports Shock Show. I'm the Sports
- 1:54:24Speaker 3: Shock Wayne Gandy, that too. So I'm telling you, man,
- 1:54:28Speaker 3: your eyes glimmer like a three year old seeing Santa
- 1:54:33Speaker 3: Claus actually come down the chimney. When we talk about
- 1:54:37Speaker 3: Dion Sanders, Baby, it's it's a glimmer, man. I'm talking
- 1:54:43Speaker 3: about like a thirst or yearning.
- 1:54:45Speaker 1: Boy.
- 1:54:46Speaker 3: That's just you should see your eyes. No, Diddy, no,
- 1:54:49Speaker 3: you have no gleam in your eye. I didn't say no, Diddy, no, No,
- 1:54:57Speaker 3: I'm saying you're saying, I'm ain't the way you're saying it.
- 1:55:01Speaker 3: And he's not even saying but I agree. But I
- 1:55:05Speaker 3: thought I had to say no. Did you know, don't
- 1:55:09Speaker 3: you saying it. The statement has to say that no,
- 1:55:12Speaker 3: did no Diddy because that's the way you kind of
- 1:55:14Speaker 3: mean sports job. Yeah, I'm a rule follower, so I
- 1:55:19Speaker 3: knew that's so. But you said Santa Claus, and that's
- 1:55:22Speaker 3: the only reason.
- 1:55:23Speaker 35: I mean.
- 1:55:23Speaker 6: It's kind of in a Diddy way. No said Santa Claus.
- 1:55:28Speaker 6: He said no, I ain't nothing funny about Santa Claus.
- 1:55:30Speaker 3: He's for the kids. That's what you like.
- 1:55:35Speaker 6: You want to sit on his left. I'm just saying, now,
- 1:55:38Speaker 6: you're supposed to say no. Even for saying that, you're
- 1:55:40Speaker 6: supposed to say no Diddy or whatever.
- 1:55:42Speaker 3: Yes, you do, unless you intended it like that anyway,
- 1:55:48Speaker 3: like he intended it.
- 1:55:49Speaker 1: In a freak.
- 1:55:52Speaker 6: Any way that you want to take the freaking taking
- 1:55:54Speaker 6: it no way, I'm taking it like this. He Deon
- 1:55:58Speaker 6: is probably one of the best to do it. So
- 1:56:00Speaker 6: that's why we're talking about best to do what I'm just.
- 1:56:02Speaker 3: Saying right now with the marketing, the branding of himself
- 1:56:07Speaker 3: and to the point that we got him like Deane,
- 1:56:09Speaker 3: ain't the best to do nothing until you win a championship.
- 1:56:12Speaker 3: If you're talking about from a coaching standpoint, I'm.
- 1:56:15Speaker 6: Talking about just from the moment that he decided that
- 1:56:17Speaker 6: Florida state when he said I'm gonna be.
- 1:56:20Speaker 3: Well, you said, now, so are you talking about the
- 1:56:22Speaker 3: coaching or you're talking about the player. I'm just talking
- 1:56:25Speaker 3: from all of it, from the player to the coaching.
- 1:56:27Speaker 3: I'm not talking about all of them. I'm talking about
- 1:56:29Speaker 3: you're saying because right now he's coaching, so we know
- 1:56:31Speaker 3: he's a great player. Well he's right now. He's surpassed
- 1:56:34Speaker 3: a lot of things that everybody was old he's gonna be.
- 1:56:37Speaker 3: You're not going to We're still doing that child thing
- 1:56:39Speaker 3: where you throw other people under the bus through your point.
- 1:56:42Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying is what that has to
- 1:56:44Speaker 3: do with your glimmer in your eye of lust?
- 1:56:46Speaker 6: No, it's lust of enjoying that he's doing good and
- 1:56:50Speaker 6: everybody's I think it's like a physical thing. No, it's
- 1:56:54Speaker 6: because your eyes, like we'll move one Dollar is retiring
- 1:57:00Speaker 6: officially after losing his match over the weekend.
- 1:57:03Speaker 3: The thirty eight year old, who spent two hundred and
- 1:57:06Speaker 3: nine weeks over four years of his career, ranked number one.
- 1:57:11Speaker 3: When you talk about dominance and then we're going to
- 1:57:14Speaker 3: have to find new names. I mean some of the
- 1:57:16Speaker 3: legends of our time, or at least the generation X time. Yes,
- 1:57:21Speaker 3: when you talk about Serena Williams, Venus Williams, Roger Federer,
- 1:57:27Speaker 3: Novak Djokovic is getting up there in age. We saw
- 1:57:30Speaker 3: Maria Cherylpova. So some of the people that set the
- 1:57:33Speaker 3: tone of our time. Who was the first two you
- 1:57:35Speaker 3: mentioned I and that's.
- 1:57:42Speaker 10: Just it.
- 1:57:43Speaker 9: I just like that.
- 1:57:47Speaker 3: In the air phones just twenty three years Raphernel and
- 1:57:52Speaker 3: thank you sir for all the enjoyable moments that you
- 1:57:55Speaker 3: gave us. Hopefully you'll do some kind of senior tour,
- 1:57:59Speaker 3: maybe some doubles or something that we can still get
- 1:58:02Speaker 3: a look at you. Inside the NBA, we talked about them,
- 1:58:06Speaker 3: Charles Barkley and the gang moving on to ESPN, but
- 1:58:09Speaker 3: they still will shoot their show with the agreement with
- 1:58:13Speaker 3: TNT and ESPN from Atlanta, and I think that gives
- 1:58:17Speaker 3: in bowls well as far as keeping that crew. As
- 1:58:21Speaker 3: I said, those gentlemen other than Shaq, who's the youngest
- 1:58:25Speaker 3: up there about fifty two, Charles, Kenny and Ernie, those
- 1:58:30Speaker 3: people are sixty plus years old. So trying to go
- 1:58:33Speaker 3: to Connecticut could have been one of those things where
- 1:58:37Speaker 3: they bowed out do.
- 1:58:37Speaker 5: You think Charles what comes in from Alabama? He lives
- 1:58:41Speaker 5: in the Atlanta area, he has place here? Does he
- 1:58:44Speaker 5: think he lives out in Phoenix, Arizona? And yeah and
- 1:58:48Speaker 5: bounces around. Yeah, that's correct.
- 1:58:50Speaker 3: Yeah, the Raiders. The Bad producer was telling us that
- 1:58:56Speaker 3: the Davis family has sold another percentage, this time about
- 1:59:00Speaker 3: fifteen percent of the team. The Raiders being in Vegas
- 1:59:07Speaker 3: definitely holds well for this kind of venture for the
- 1:59:12Speaker 3: Davis family. When you talk about the power brokers, the
- 1:59:16Speaker 3: billionaire hotel casino people that you can sell parts of
- 1:59:22Speaker 3: your team too. Next thing you know, there'll be a
- 1:59:25Speaker 3: complete hotel built around the stadium. Who knows where they
- 1:59:30Speaker 3: can take the reins of this team. Remember also Mark
- 1:59:36Speaker 3: Cuban so his Mavericks to a family that was out
- 1:59:43Speaker 3: of Vegas as well, and he only sold like a
- 1:59:49Speaker 3: little bit over that. You know, he still got a
- 1:59:51Speaker 3: large parce. But he's old enough to where I was
- 1:59:55Speaker 3: speculating that if Vegas ever needed a team, know, the
- 2:00:01Speaker 3: NBA is going to put official team there. They're going
- 2:00:04Speaker 3: to happen in a minute. Remember the A's will start
- 2:00:07Speaker 3: there in two years. They already have the w NBA team.
- 2:00:11Speaker 3: They got the Golden Night the Nights, so all they're
- 2:00:14Speaker 3: missing is a basketball team. So NBA has been doing
- 2:00:19Speaker 3: their summer league there for years, so I expect them
- 2:00:23Speaker 3: to have an official team there in a minute to
- 2:00:27Speaker 3: go along the NBA. What else do we have here,
- 2:00:31Speaker 3: Tyrese Maxie, we were talking about Jola bib the other day,
- 2:00:35Speaker 3: calling out Jola Beebe for his tardiness in a team
- 2:00:39Speaker 3: meeting they had this week. They didn't lose. Still last
- 2:00:42Speaker 3: night Paul George got hurt again and left. But Tyrese
- 2:00:47Speaker 3: Maxie from the report I see or saw, excuse me
- 2:00:50Speaker 3: or red called Jola Beebe not just it wasn't just
- 2:00:55Speaker 3: for this team meeting. Everything. He was late to everything. Yes,
- 2:00:59Speaker 3: he's always always late the things. Similarly, it's funny because
- 2:01:03Speaker 3: I saw it and I laughed because I thought about practice, practice,
- 2:01:08Speaker 3: and then we just saw this with the Sixers twenty
- 2:01:10Speaker 3: years ago with Allen Iverson where their superstar was late
- 2:01:15Speaker 3: to things, and the same thing Tyrese Naxi, who had
- 2:01:18Speaker 3: the guts to talk to the biggest part of the
- 2:01:21Speaker 3: franchise about being on time and when it happens a
- 2:01:25Speaker 3: lot of times that does become the story in the
- 2:01:28Speaker 3: locker room. Yeah, when you're sitting around, it's one thing
- 2:01:32Speaker 3: that once here or there. But when you're sitting there
- 2:01:34Speaker 3: always waiting on a teammate, then that becomes the buzz
- 2:01:40Speaker 3: and everybody.
- 2:01:40Speaker 5: Then when you finally throw up, you're talking about how
- 2:01:43Speaker 5: you not gonna play and.
- 2:01:45Speaker 3: You get a chance. As we go to break the
- 2:01:47Speaker 3: pickerball tournament. The video, the guy kicks the guy in
- 2:01:54Speaker 3: the face. Have y'all seen that yet?
- 2:01:57Speaker 1: Yees?
- 2:01:57Speaker 3: At the end of the match, when they came up
- 2:01:59Speaker 3: to shake hands, you'll see one of the opponents reach
- 2:02:05Speaker 3: over to get his pickle paddle. I guess that's what
- 2:02:08Speaker 3: they call him. And when he reached over the net
- 2:02:11Speaker 3: to pick it up, the guy kicked him in the face. Wow,
- 2:02:15Speaker 3: it looked like he knocked him out, But I hadn't
- 2:02:17Speaker 3: seen any charges put in it. And we are in
- 2:02:20Speaker 3: the ocean. The truth is he will throw you to
- 2:02:25Speaker 3: the ocean. It's time to wrap things up on the
- 2:02:28Speaker 3: Sports Judge Show with Wayne Kenny. When you hear the
- 2:02:37Speaker 3: sounds of the ocean against the swatch out Tessa minute
- 2:02:40Speaker 3: to Ben, we'd like to thank you for tuning in
- 2:02:41Speaker 3: to today's show, Monday Show, Any segment in the hour
- 2:02:44Speaker 3: any moment. We hope we entertained you. DJ jop Bad,
- 2:02:48Speaker 3: Producer Big Kenny, the funny Man himself, thank you for
- 2:02:51Speaker 3: your contributions to the show today. Remember Thursday night football
- 2:02:55Speaker 3: stealers at the Browns going in the ocean today So easy.
- 2:03:01Speaker 3: Sometimes y'all make this. It's it's almost and I don't
- 2:03:03Speaker 3: even have to explain it. Miami Jackson Senior High football
- 2:03:08Speaker 3: coach Max Atworks caught in the classroom by a student
- 2:03:17Speaker 3: watching porn. You know I don't have to dress that up.
- 2:03:21Speaker 3: You know how that goes, Bax. You're gonna go to jail.
- 2:03:26Speaker 3: You get down there with child and danger ment and
- 2:03:29Speaker 3: your use of student government property. Man can getting fired
- 2:03:37Speaker 3: is the least of whatever your problems is. You're gonna
- 2:03:40Speaker 3: end up in jail. You're gonna end up being on
- 2:03:42Speaker 3: a sex offender list. One of the students caught the
- 2:03:46Speaker 3: coach and recorded him for about a minute watching porn
- 2:03:50Speaker 3: in the classroom, says a state champions. I don't know
- 2:03:54Speaker 3: that Miami the district let him go, but Max Edwards
- 2:03:59Speaker 3: watching horn hounded Miami Jackson Senior High. That self explanatory.
- 2:04:04Speaker 3: And I told you sometimes they make it easy. Max
- 2:04:07Speaker 3: buck the plank and you know that kids posted it
- 2:04:19Speaker 3: to everybody. You know how your kids. They got no lawyer.
- 2:04:23Speaker 3: He sent it to everybody on the planet. They put
- 2:04:26Speaker 3: a sentence nap and then they just shared it from
- 2:04:29Speaker 3: the Sports Shock show. We'll see you in the future. Peace,
