  they're calling for a boycott on it men's rights activists yeah yeah yeah

  put this in here and said people thought it was sexist and I assumed it was going

  that's very interesting from what I've seen this guy has actually even seen the

  movie yet seen the trailers and went M Max say like four things well that's the

  magic of the internet you don't need to actually have seen a film to judge it or

  played a game or or done anything in particular well in the trailer like a

  female a woman yells at Mad Max barks orders at him can't have that that's

  That's the basis of his yeah his complaint H the one line I love about

  this here we go uh clar writes that he's concerned men in America and around the

  world be duped by explosions fire tornadoes and desert Raiders into seeing

  what is guaranteed to be nothing more than feminist propaganda while at the

  same time being insulted and tricked into viewing a piece of American culture

  um it's Australian yeah Mad Max is uh is

  bad word about it everyone seems to be raving about it I don't think he can

  take a review from somebody who hasn't seen the movie no no no not unless it's

  another big uh release this this week uh this one's not out yet um but it's

  Witcher 3 so Witcher 3 comes out this week uh I'm very excited my pre-order

  has shipped it's on its way to me I know you shouldn't pre-order things because

  that encourages them to [ __ ] about half ass it yeah but I did so I'm sorry I
• 6:57
  just got excited when all the reviews gave it 10 out of 10 um but we've been

  through that before reviews 10 out of 10 BioShock Infinite which I still say was a I
• 7:08
  enjoyed the story the game wasn't the greatest yeah I agree I no my the big
• 7:15
  problem I had with BioShock Infinite was that by the time we got back CU When
• 7:20
  BioShock Infinite came out you and I were in the US yes and it was like a
• 7:25
  month before I was actually able to play it and everybody else had played it and
• 7:29
  wanted to talk about it so I was like [ __ ] so I had to sit down and and get
• 7:33
  through it and Shooters just aren't my thing and especially if I've got a rush
• 7:37
  and I'm I'm like kind of I I have to play it because I have to get through it
• 7:43
  so I can talk about it it felt like a chore and I don't know I didn't I didn't
• 7:47
  feel like the gameplay was that great but and I now I regret it because I do
• 7:52
  feel like the story line was good and I missed out on it like a bit so I still
• 7:57
  need to go back and play the DLC for yes see I haven't I haven't done that I

  mean I would like to play through the game again but I just don't have time
• 8:04
  I've got I mean I've got Witcher three coming well well with Witcher 3 coming
• 8:08
  out I decided I'll finally play a Witcher game oh yeah and I've tried to
• 8:13
  play one a few times but I've only got the PC and I don't know I have a hard
• 8:18
  time finding time to play PC games um Witcher the first game is the version
• 8:24
  that you'll get now is quite playable but it is very long and it's not as
• 8:30
  refined yeah um the version when it first came out was from I I didn't play
• 8:36
  it back then but from what I've heard it was completely unplayable because it was
• 8:39
  just such a complex complex thing and I mean it still is the the the version you
• 8:44
  get now there's you can get stuck so that certain quests you can't solve and
• 8:49
  apparently you can get to into certain situations where you can't finish the
• 8:52
  game oh god um that might not be true now they've patched those things but I
• 8:56
  mean it's great it's one of the first games where I actually felt like if I
• 9:02
  screwed something up it actually had an effect on the world like I we've talked
• 9:06
  about this before but the first Village that you get to there's a dwarf there
• 9:09
  and uh I was just chatting to him and I'm kind of a completionist so I tend to
• 9:13
  choose every dialogue option to see what happens yep so I made some silly joke
• 9:17
  about dwarves being short and he he basically said well [ __ ] you and then uh
• 9:24
  I couldn't I couldn't buy things from him anymore yeah I it's not like in um
• 9:29
  days gone by where you could go and just talk to the character and go through
• 9:32
  every single tree and then they just remember the last thing you said to them
• 9:36
  exactly you just got to you got to be a bit careful about that in particularly
• 9:38
  in these games like you you you can and and Witcher two actually from what I
• 9:43
  heard I didn't know this until recently so you I mean this might interest you
• 9:46
  since you're about to to yeah head into it apparently there's a decision that
• 9:51
  you make that kind of get makes the whole middle part of the game completely
• 9:55
  different I didn't know that like okay I mean I because I just played it yeah and
• 10:00
  and experienced it but apparently there's there's a whole completely
• 10:03
  different middle part of the game that you can play Oh depending on your choice I've just
• 10:10
  started Witcher 2 cuz I've decided I'll play that one cuz I got it ages ago in
• 10:15
  some sale that Xbox were having and I got it for $10 it's just been sitting
• 10:20
  there installed and I've never played it it was free uh with gold a little while
• 10:24
  ago yeah but no this is long before that like last year sometime it's a great
• 10:29
  it's really really good I like I'm a bit confused at the start yeah uh I'm really
• 10:35
  not quite sure what's happening well just stick with it if if if you can cuz
• 10:41
  it just really is [ __ ] awesome like I I will be good good and
• 10:48
  uh you didn't do the tutorial did you no I skipped
• 10:51
  that which may have been a little bit of a mistake but I'm going to stick with it

  I don't know if it'll help with the story line but it'll certainly help with
• 10:58
  things like cuz in Witcher games you've got to you got to do a bit of thinking
• 11:03
  and preparation before you you go off and Hunt cuz you yeah there's you know
• 11:08
  you've got to kill certain types of creatures and so you need to to to read
• 11:11
  up on them in game and then research the best way to fight them and kind of prep
• 11:16
  and I mean you probably can if you adjust the difficulty or whatever kind
• 11:22
  of just bash your way through it but I found the game was more enjoyable and
• 11:26
  and I got more out of it if I if I participated in all all that you know
• 11:30
  kind of well one of the things I just found out is you can't heal yourself in
• 11:33
  battle you actually have to take potions and stuff beforehand right yeah and just
• 11:39
  found that out cuz I am going to play through on normal yeah okay the way it's
• 11:42
  meant to be played so yeah you kind of have to buff yourself beforehand and
• 11:46
  prepare so like put the correct poisons on your blade and all that kind of jazz
• 11:51
  it's yeah so it's going to be a bit of a steep learning curve cuz I skipped that
• 11:56
  the tutorial but yeah I felt like I've played were enough tutorials that I
• 12:00
  could skip it but this one was a mistake but I'm going with it yeah no no I
• 12:05
  understand but uh I would recommend doing it well yeah as I mentioned Witch
• 12:10
  of three is on its way to me but uh as I also alluded to earlier uh
• 12:15
  unfortunately apparently a few people are upset that it might be a little bit
• 12:20
  sexist really yeah I mean this isn't I mean I obviously it's not an issue for
• 12:26
  me cuz I'm I'm a white male so well yeah I know in the first scene in which of
• 12:30
  two I wake up and I'm in bed with a
• 12:34
  naked redhe head uh I think that's Tris yes um and she's actually I don't know
• 12:41
  that they could complain about her too much she's quite a strong charact oh
• 12:45
  actually no they did complain about certain things well it's kind of just I
• 12:50
  I understand I do but I mean the other two games have been like that and it's
• 12:56
  it's set in a world that's based on a series of books and it's it's just this
• 12:59
  fantasy world that's set up like like you know life isn't great for a woman in
• 13:05
  that world unless she's a sorceress or something because then they're very
• 13:09
  powerful and they kind of rule everything and but I mean that's kind
• 13:14
  of there's a lot of a lot of fiction that's like that it's not like it's not
• 13:19
  like they've come out with this new thing and then everyone's shocked
• 13:22
  because it's it's really really sexist it's kind of like that's that's what
• 13:28
  fantasy fiction is is and I'm not saying that makes it okay I'm just saying you
• 13:31
  know what did you expect from from The Witcher you know like this is the game
• 13:36
  where this is the game where as a pre-order bonus for I think either the
• 13:40
  first one or the second one but you got a set of tarot cards that depicted all
• 13:43
  the main female characters topless like oh I remember that it's that's what the
• 13:49
  game is really it's it's he goes around and he bangs a bunch of chicks We've
• 13:53
  joked about that before as well like it's I don't know I don't disagree but
• 13:59
  also I don't but also I don't feel like it's I don't know like they're not
• 14:04
  saying that's how it should be no it's it's art well it's not every
• 14:11
  character female in that game is depicted like that no no but there's
• 14:15
  certainly second class to the men kind of thing in general life that depicted

  you know like if you're lower class in in the world of The Witcher you want to
• 14:26
  be a man yeah yeah like if you have to be one you have to be in that class you
• 14:32
  want to be a man because it's just gonna be it's just gonna be [ __ ] if you're

  not until really the last 50 years that's the way it's sort of been yeah

  we're not going to solve this problem on here obviously but I don't know it's a

  game people yeah it's a game and it's I mean this is not unexpected and I to be

  honest I think most of the the reviews haven't mentioned this at all there was

  just one in particular on um polygon where what's Arthur chares I think his

  name is or Gillies or something made a point of mentioning it that it kind of
• 15:04
  that he found it very noticeable and I don't know it just seems to be a trend lately not I
• 15:10
  mean to whether it's legitimate concern or not it seems
• 15:15
  to be a trend lately to just jump on that stuff and make a big deal out of it
• 15:20
  and I mean you know what people are probably going to argue that that's a
• 15:23
  good thing because it it points out that

  there's a problem but on the other hand like like for example in watch dogs when
• 15:33
  they made the the mission where you had to free or shut down the sex working
• 15:40
  business with they're selling the women that's trying to remember that
• 15:44
  well appar there a mission in Watchdogs where you kind of infiltrate a um like a
• 15:48
  sex work sex industry thing and they're selling women on the black market for
• 15:54
  for sex I assume um and and people said oh you know that's really really sexist

  and well I mean that's it it's based on unfortunately unfortunately it's based

  on on on fact and I mean yes it sucks that that's fact but I mean it's a game

  that tells a story that's based in a world like it's I don't know I seem

  people need to disconnect a bit more from from it and think about is the

  message that they're sending this is how it should be we should be selling these

  women or is the message you're fighting against this stuff in the game and I

  don't know I don't know just seems like I mean [ __ ] Jenna is not offended by

  that stuff like so I don't go around you know telling people they shouldn't put

  sexy ladies in The Witcher a lot of women like sexy ladies in The

  Witcher it's we're not going to solve it we we don't you're not going to win

  been horrible to him on Twitter ever since he got on there so he really

  reboot so I'm not quite sure uh I actually I got a a free trial of U

  Marvel unlimited and so I grabbed that and I thought oh I'll have a read and

  then I got I just I mean they even give you a a recommended reading order but I

  thought the series was older than the comics that I was reading they look very

  like recent the comics so okay I don't know but um I thought my main complaint

  with the film uh was that I thought

  ultron's plan in general was fairly vague and uh difficult to

  understand I didn't really know what he was up to in each scene and I know that

  he he his motivations evolved as he went along like at first he

  spoilers just fast forward for 5 minutes 10 minutes yeah yeah so I know that he

  wanted to wipe out the Avengers at first because he thought that the humans would

  never have peace while the Avengers were there yeah

  which I guess kind of makes sense um and but then as it went on he was then just

  trying to kill everybody yeah and I think I get that he he realized that in

  order for there to be peace there had to be no humans even sort of or he maybe he

  went crazy or I don't know I thought the progression didn't see didn't work as

  escalated very quickly yeah and it wasn't clear like what led him to those

  conclusions to me I mean I I should watch it again I think maybe it'll be

  clear cuz the other problem with the film I guess is that it's [ __ ] dense

  like there is a lot going as you said so many characters they all got to have a

  little bit of a story in there I thought Thor's Thor was left out a bit I thought

  he um he went off at one point and had a little Adventure but they didn't show

  skipped over which was when the Scarlet Witch gave them all these nightmares
