- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, gorgeous, it's Lala Kent.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Welcome to Untraditionally Lala. Welcome to our very first Untraditionally
- 0:10Speaker 2: Lala podcast, where we are going over season three, episode
- 0:16Speaker 2: one of the Valley.
- 0:18Speaker 1: So I'm worried about doing this.
- 0:22Speaker 2: That's okay, talk about it, talk about it because this
- 0:27Speaker 2: I remember me and you looking at each other going,
- 0:29Speaker 2: we may not have friends.
- 0:31Speaker 1: I know.
- 0:31Speaker 3: I'm really worried, and I have mom friends that Lisa
- 0:35Speaker 3: the show, I know that listen to everything.
- 0:38Speaker 2: Yes, yes, we can't care, Lisa. Let me ask you this,
- 0:41Speaker 2: what was Lauren's thought? What was her her thought on
- 0:47Speaker 2: me and on you and I doing this?
- 0:49Speaker 1: I think she was excited about it? Well was she?
- 0:52Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 0:55Speaker 2: I don't think she's that excited. And she was like,
- 0:57Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't want to hear anything. You
- 0:59Speaker 2: guys are saying, you're gonna put me in a hot water.
- 1:02Speaker 2: I said, yeah, I am, I'm going to put you
- 1:03Speaker 2: in the deepest, hottest, boiling water.
- 1:05Speaker 1: I'm going to call her out on things.
- 1:07Speaker 2: I am too, now that me and you are doing this,
- 1:11Speaker 2: we did want to go back so we could at
- 1:13Speaker 2: least figure out where how.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Did we get to this now. Yes, yes, but.
- 1:18Speaker 2: Listen tell the Ocean story about when you were because
- 1:22Speaker 2: it's just a cute one.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:24Speaker 3: So Ocean the other night was really doting on me
- 1:27Speaker 3: at bedtime. She was like, do I need a drink?
- 1:30Speaker 3: Do I need my fan turned on? She's going to
- 1:33Speaker 3: turn off my light, close my door, really doting to
- 1:37Speaker 3: the point where it was kind.
- 1:38Speaker 4: Of weird, what do you need?
- 1:41Speaker 1: What do you need? Exactly?
- 1:43Speaker 3: So I just had this prompting that I needed to
- 1:46Speaker 3: get up and check on things. In fact, I was thinking,
- 1:49Speaker 3: the back door is still open. I come out of
- 1:52Speaker 3: my bedroom and my cute little granddaughter is running down
- 1:55Speaker 3: the hall with a big old candy bar and it's bedtime,
- 2:00Speaker 3: like way past bedtime. She looks at me like, oh, no,
- 2:03Speaker 3: I've been caught. And I said, you know what I
- 2:06Speaker 3: saw on the camera that you were doing? You saw
- 2:08Speaker 3: me on the camera.
- 2:10Speaker 1: She was so so now she thinks we have cameras.
- 2:12Speaker 4: She had finished off the m and ms.
- 2:14Speaker 1: No, she's a sweet tooth gay.
- 2:17Speaker 4: She's probably been doing this every night.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Yeah, we have to put that candy out higher, so
- 2:21Speaker 2: now we know if she dotes on you, she's sneaking
- 2:24Speaker 2: candy from somewhere.
- 2:25Speaker 1: Yes, but big time. Anyway, I just thought it was cute.
- 2:28Speaker 2: And now I want a deep dive. All right, what
- 2:31Speaker 2: are I want to start with? Just the relationships that
- 2:34Speaker 2: have not come to an end? Jackson, Brittany, Jackson Brittany.
- 2:38Speaker 2: But I saw the Zen party. He was wanting to
- 2:42Speaker 2: drag it out to the very end. He told Brittany
- 2:44Speaker 2: that Jax yeah, well he well that was on season
- 2:48Speaker 2: two at the very end, right, Just looking at it
- 2:52Speaker 2: and seeing Michelle and Jesse and then seeing Brittany and
- 2:57Speaker 2: Jack's I have so many opinions because I've seen close.
- 3:04Speaker 1: I've just been in the mix.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Yes, and not only that, just I've with law her
- 3:11Speaker 2: going through her like separation, not from marriage, but just
- 3:14Speaker 2: like not getting the engagement, not going further. But like
- 3:19Speaker 2: when I see Michelle and Jesse and Lacey and them
- 3:23Speaker 2: trying to make that all work.
- 3:25Speaker 4: And Lacey is the girlfriend is the girlfriend.
- 3:27Speaker 2: Of the girlfriend who was the girlfriend from OCI who
- 3:31Speaker 2: is now can be named. So I always think that
- 3:37Speaker 2: the man is the problem.
- 3:40Speaker 1: There's some sort of they need.
- 3:43Speaker 2: It's almost like I have control and I can't let
- 3:46Speaker 2: that last bit of control.
- 3:48Speaker 3: Go well, and I don't want to call them narcissists
- 3:51Speaker 3: because I'm not a therapist neither of narcissistic behavior.
- 3:55Speaker 2: If you were to read the dictionary and read the definition, yes,
- 3:59Speaker 2: maybe that is exactly what it says.
- 4:01Speaker 1: I'm not either.
- 4:02Speaker 2: All I'm saying is from a guy, and I'm not
- 4:04Speaker 2: going into the mental and like all of that and
- 4:07Speaker 2: the therapy of it. I'm just saying it seems like
- 4:11Speaker 2: they don't want to They want to make.
- 4:14Speaker 4: Their lives tough.
- 4:15Speaker 2: It wasn't because they can control that tough because they've
- 4:17Speaker 2: lost all control. And I just by the look of it,
- 4:22Speaker 2: even when you don't have control of over your own life,
- 4:24Speaker 2: work and whatever. And like I said, I don't know
- 4:26Speaker 2: what's going on, but that's one thing that they know
- 4:28Speaker 2: they can control, and that's why they try to make
- 4:31Speaker 2: their life hell because Lacey, like Michelle asking Lacey to
- 4:37Speaker 2: get him to sign the divorce papers. What is Jesse
- 4:42Speaker 2: saying to each of them that isn't adding up Because
- 4:45Speaker 2: Lauren and Amber, this is my biggest thing, is Lauren
- 4:48Speaker 2: and Amber hated each other and didn't even know each
- 4:52Speaker 2: other hated but it was because of the stories that
- 4:54Speaker 2: he would say exactly, so the stories with Michelle and Lacey.
- 4:58Speaker 2: I feel like be squashed if Jesse wasn't doing whatever
- 5:03Speaker 2: is whatever it is he is doing behind closed doors.
- 5:06Speaker 2: I feel like he's controlling both narratives because that's what
- 5:08Speaker 2: he needs, he needs to control. But once you get
- 5:11Speaker 2: rid of the guy, the girls usually seem pretty well. Yeah,
- 5:16Speaker 2: so that is that's me on I feel like they
- 5:20Speaker 2: the divorces are because of that reason. They love the
- 5:23Speaker 2: control and they won't give up that control. You what
- 5:25Speaker 2: do you think?
- 5:26Speaker 3: I'm in a total agreement with you? Okay, total agreement because.
- 5:31Speaker 1: That's the only thing that I've seen. And I'm hoping
- 5:34Speaker 1: with the episode.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Two we get a little bit more because I'm just
- 5:38Speaker 2: going off of what we've seen on one.
- 5:40Speaker 1: In a little bit of two.
- 5:41Speaker 2: You know, yeah, me too, So I'm hoping that it
- 5:44Speaker 2: looks like it's got good bearing.
- 5:45Speaker 1: So I'm excited to see what I'm doing.
- 5:46Speaker 3: And I'm really proud of Brittany and what she's taken
- 5:48Speaker 3: on and what she's accomplished, and you know, the mortgage
- 5:52Speaker 3: and all the things that.
- 5:53Speaker 2: She's and I mean not only that, but seeing what
- 5:56Speaker 2: was added to her mortgage, oh yeah, because of you know,
- 6:01Speaker 2: being a single parent and like that's the thing.
- 6:03Speaker 1: People make mistakes.
- 6:04Speaker 2: I don't think Jack's mental was like I'm going to
- 6:07Speaker 2: do all this so it's more expensive for her. Things happen.
- 6:11Speaker 2: You know, addiction is ahell of a thing, but once
- 6:14Speaker 2: you can get out of it, you know a lot
- 6:16Speaker 2: of things. But I'm very proud of Brittany in the
- 6:19Speaker 2: way she's handled herself. So what about can we talk
- 6:24Speaker 2: about Zach pep tides?
- 6:26Speaker 1: We are we are tiders.
- 6:29Speaker 2: So when he was stabbing himself with the g LP,
- 6:32Speaker 2: I was like, Hey, different stuff, but same thing, baby,
- 6:36Speaker 2: So let's talk about Janet and the sipency.
- 6:39Speaker 4: I know that's really sticky, all of that it is.
- 6:45Speaker 1: So I'm trying to figure out how she was in to.
- 6:49Speaker 3: The sip and sea then and Kristen were holding right, yeah, Casita, Yeah,
- 6:56Speaker 3: that they've had a lot of turbulence.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Question if you're if you Nia and Kristen, would you,
- 7:02Speaker 2: with everything that you have seen and know what's going on,
- 7:05Speaker 2: would you have invited Janet?
- 7:07Speaker 3: Honestly, well, probably not because they really don't have a
- 7:10Speaker 3: relationship right now. They're not really on speaking terms and
- 7:13Speaker 3: they've had a lot of like contentious.
- 7:17Speaker 4: Yeah, no behavior going on.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that Janet you you you made your point.
- 7:23Speaker 2: And I know that she knows this as well. We've
- 7:25Speaker 2: all talked, but she drove it too far to the
- 7:30Speaker 2: point where like, you're attacking my family. You're attacking like
- 7:33Speaker 2: you're attacking the man of the family who has like
- 7:36Speaker 2: there would be a lot of repairing that would have
- 7:41Speaker 2: to be done.
- 7:42Speaker 4: But on the flip side, Danny needs to keep his
- 7:44Speaker 4: hands to himself.
- 7:45Speaker 1: And that's my next thing.
- 7:47Speaker 3: And Nia when they were at the Zen party, was
- 7:50Speaker 3: making a point to him saying, this is on camera.
- 7:53Speaker 2: It's like and that's where I'm like, okay, and this
- 7:58Speaker 2: is what you trying to hide to everybody that we're
- 8:01Speaker 2: only one episode in. Me and Lisa have been watching
- 8:04Speaker 2: the past what two days. Everything's kind of so Lisa
- 8:09Speaker 2: when she's talking about that that's that's season two, last
- 8:13Speaker 2: episode when they're talking about the perfect life, and I
- 8:18Speaker 2: kind of agree when Jacks was like, you're you're pretending
- 8:22Speaker 2: that you have this perfect life. Jackson is getting so
- 8:24Speaker 2: frustrated because he had to dismiss him from his bar
- 8:28Speaker 2: with whatever happened inside that could have gotten both of
- 8:31Speaker 2: them in trouble.
- 8:32Speaker 4: He said he had to call me a multiple times.
- 8:35Speaker 1: And then for Nita Goo, well, I almost hit you
- 8:37Speaker 1: drunk in the road.
- 8:38Speaker 2: It's like, Okay, Nia deflecting, deflecting, and I'm not gonna lie.
- 8:42Speaker 4: I'm a deflector.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Yeah, situations too, I get it, but not Okay.
- 8:47Speaker 2: It isn't. But I just feel like new season knew everything.
- 8:54Speaker 2: With what has happened, there has to be some sort
- 8:56Speaker 2: of repairing. But how do you think you can even
- 9:00Speaker 2: pair the relationship between Danny.
- 9:02Speaker 3: Nia and Danny needs to take accountability for his actions
- 9:07Speaker 3: and they need to not worry that the cameras are
- 9:10Speaker 3: rolling because you signed up for it. Exactly what are
- 9:15Speaker 3: you trying to portray? Like why are you worried that
- 9:18Speaker 3: there's cameras there?
- 9:20Speaker 1: Okay, and that can unfold? Well, I mean, and that's
- 9:23Speaker 1: the thing.
- 9:24Speaker 2: We have some insight about the show because obviously we
- 9:28Speaker 2: live with somebody who.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Is on it, and.
- 9:32Speaker 2: There's always every time I've seen Danny in an altercation
- 9:36Speaker 2: with somebody, Nia is right behind to kind of deflect, deflect,
- 9:41Speaker 2: and like steer him into whatever narrative they've talked behind,
- 9:45Speaker 2: talked about behind closed doors. So I don't love me
- 9:48Speaker 2: and Danny at all. You guys can come at me.
- 9:50Speaker 2: I think they're they're hiding something. And to be honest,
- 9:53Speaker 2: it seem they feel like a Utah family. Yeah, oh
- 9:58Speaker 2: totally like very you Utah very and if you know,
- 10:01Speaker 2: you know, but that's they just seem like that to me.
- 10:05Speaker 2: And they just like they seem like they're a Utah family.
- 10:08Speaker 2: And when I say this, like, I'm sorry, she looks
- 10:11Speaker 2: like the cookie cutter. Our life is perfect, we have
- 10:14Speaker 2: the children, but she's got our antenna's up. Yes, ever,
- 10:17Speaker 2: and that is like, so you taught to me of
- 10:20Speaker 2: like the mom keeping the cookie Cutter house that looks
- 10:24Speaker 2: this way. The husband, what will the neighbors say? My
- 10:28Speaker 2: husband is outside mowing the lawn with a beer. What
- 10:30Speaker 2: will my neighbors think? It's like she is trying to
- 10:33Speaker 2: control Danny into the narrative of like what will everyone
- 10:36Speaker 2: think of us?
- 10:37Speaker 3: She wants to have the perfect pageant life. Yes, that's
- 10:40Speaker 3: what I can.
- 10:41Speaker 1: And I love you, but that doesn't exist on camera.
- 10:45Speaker 1: No I don't.
- 10:46Speaker 2: I'm just no one does. Here's the thing, most of
- 10:48Speaker 2: us listening don't know her.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 10:51Speaker 2: All I'm saying is from what I've seen and just
- 10:53Speaker 2: the little experiences that I've had.
- 10:57Speaker 1: This is my this is how I feel. Yeah, and
- 11:00Speaker 1: these are my opinions about it too. Come at me.
- 11:03Speaker 1: You can have your own opinions.
- 11:04Speaker 2: We can battle them out, but like those are my
- 11:06Speaker 2: opinion of like, every time he's in hot water, I
- 11:09Speaker 2: have to come and save him because he will say
- 11:11Speaker 2: something that won't come to the cookie Cutter home, right.
- 11:14Speaker 3: So, and I also think that because there's so much
- 11:18Speaker 3: contention that I wouldn't.
- 11:20Speaker 4: Want to be at the sipancy if I were Janet.
- 11:22Speaker 2: No, I wouldn't either. And there's kids, and you want
- 11:25Speaker 2: that to be a good energy. My what about Kristin
- 11:32Speaker 2: and Janet? This is where my hiccup is a little
- 11:36Speaker 2: bit of like I feel like they are taking on
- 11:39Speaker 2: other people's like hatred of each other and like taking
- 11:43Speaker 2: it for them. I feel like they could have a
- 11:45Speaker 2: conversation and mash everything that they've Yeah.
- 11:49Speaker 4: She's protecting Kristen's protecting her.
- 11:51Speaker 1: Friends, and I can't.
- 11:54Speaker 2: And I can defend christ because I would be Kristin
- 11:56Speaker 2: and I would be defending But there.
- 11:58Speaker 1: I I don't know.
- 12:00Speaker 2: I'm this type of person who is close enough to
- 12:02Speaker 2: these people where it's like I want to see everyone
- 12:05Speaker 2: get along, but then we wouldn't have a show.
- 12:07Speaker 1: But that's what I want. Not everybody's going to get on, No,
- 12:10Speaker 1: they're not.
- 12:10Speaker 2: There's too many many personality, too many personalities, and a
- 12:13Speaker 2: lot of things that I think have happened that they're
- 12:16Speaker 2: not getting over. So I agree because if I were them,
- 12:20Speaker 2: I would have not invited her as well.
- 12:22Speaker 1: So that is me on that. Let's go back to Brittany,
- 12:25Speaker 1: can we?
- 12:26Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 12:27Speaker 2: What are your thoughts on her and her dating after Jack's.
- 12:33Speaker 5: You know what?
- 12:33Speaker 4: I think she should go out and have a good time.
- 12:35Speaker 3: She's been through a lot, She's been through a ton,
- 12:38Speaker 3: and I think she needs to go on have fun.
- 12:39Speaker 4: Does it mean she's getting married tomorrow?
- 12:41Speaker 1: No? So you did? That's what you think as well?
- 12:45Speaker 4: Why not go kick up your heels?
- 12:48Speaker 1: I see.
- 12:49Speaker 2: I'm going to rock in a hard spot with it
- 12:51Speaker 2: because I love Brittany more than anything and I want
- 12:55Speaker 2: her to go out and have fun because she did
- 12:57Speaker 2: put in a decade and I feel like she's through
- 13:00Speaker 2: a lot. She's been through a lot. I want Brittany
- 13:02Speaker 2: to go have fun. But the one thing that I
- 13:04Speaker 2: do want Brittany to do is love herself the way
- 13:07Speaker 2: I feel like a lot of us love her. Yeah,
- 13:09Speaker 2: you know, and when Tom brought up a master dating,
- 13:13Speaker 2: Brittany is no.
- 13:14Speaker 1: But I when I the.
- 13:16Speaker 3: Girls, when they get together, Lauren comes home, I call
- 13:20Speaker 3: her Lauren has the best time and the best stories
- 13:23Speaker 3: and just jovial and happy.
- 13:25Speaker 2: And Brittany is a bubble of joy. I love Britney,
- 13:31Speaker 2: but I like, I want to see her going and
- 13:34Speaker 2: do all of these things and hang out and go
- 13:37Speaker 2: have fun with these guys I think she is and
- 13:39Speaker 2: I want her to. But I also want her to
- 13:41Speaker 2: know her value and know her worth and I want
- 13:43Speaker 2: her to do what Tom is what was saying, and
- 13:45Speaker 2: like this master the master dating, because I like she
- 13:50Speaker 2: Brittany can get any guy, but I want her to
- 13:53Speaker 2: be able to get the right one.
- 13:56Speaker 1: Because I mean, I know, I know, and she can.
- 13:59Speaker 2: But I want her to know her worth as well,
- 14:01Speaker 2: and that she is very special and she's gone through
- 14:04Speaker 2: a whole lot and that is not who she is,
- 14:06Speaker 2: and her worth is high. That's what I want her
- 14:08Speaker 2: to know. And that's where I do want this. I
- 14:10Speaker 2: would love her to. I mean, I want to self,
- 14:13Speaker 2: what is it? I want to master date and then
- 14:15Speaker 2: come home and master date. Thank you I want her
- 14:21Speaker 2: to master date because I think that she would find
- 14:24Speaker 2: a lot of peace, and I think that she would
- 14:27Speaker 2: find a lot of love within herself that she doesn't
- 14:30Speaker 2: know she has because of the ship she's gone through.
- 14:32Speaker 1: Go have fun, Britt, I love you.
- 14:47Speaker 2: I want to make a point on them wanting Jesse
- 14:50Speaker 2: saying that he wants the modern family dynamic. This is
- 14:55Speaker 2: where I'm saying where we had it, Lisa, We had
- 14:59Speaker 2: it Dad, Pam Brandon, Oh, yeah, like, you're right, we
- 15:04Speaker 2: had what Jesse is wanted.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Right.
- 15:07Speaker 3: My husband Kent, was married before I had a child,
- 15:10Speaker 3: and then the divorce and we'd go out with Pam Lynn.
- 15:15Speaker 2: Like, guys, I my first job ever was from my
- 15:20Speaker 2: dad's ex wife's new husband.
- 15:22Speaker 4: Yep.
- 15:22Speaker 2: I worked at a golf course. So I get where
- 15:25Speaker 2: Jesse is wanting that dynamic. You're not going to get
- 15:28Speaker 2: it when you are the problem.
- 15:31Speaker 3: Well, you can't call your your soon to be ex
- 15:34Speaker 3: a whore, yeah, and all these other things and expect
- 15:39Speaker 3: to have a modern family, modern family damage control.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Hello. Yes.
- 15:44Speaker 4: The thing that I don't.
- 15:45Speaker 3: Like is, like he's saying in one of the episodes
- 15:49Speaker 3: last season, I believe it was that she was sleeping
- 15:52Speaker 3: with a billionaire for money because people were questioning how
- 15:57Speaker 3: she made ends meat and then he's calling her a
- 16:00Speaker 3: or and all these other things.
- 16:01Speaker 1: But it is not okay. But also I don't think
- 16:05Speaker 1: he was the one modern family.
- 16:06Speaker 4: You're not going to get it.
- 16:07Speaker 2: Dude calling your your wife, not even your ex wife,
- 16:12Speaker 2: mother of your child.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Hello.
- 16:15Speaker 4: Yeah, And she can look back on this, you know, and.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Well that's where well, that's where the well, that's where
- 16:23Speaker 2: the cut is too deep, where I don't think you
- 16:24Speaker 2: can ever heal.
- 16:26Speaker 1: We'll see, but I don't think I can come back
- 16:29Speaker 1: from that. No. But that's just me. That's just me too.
- 16:36Speaker 2: I want to talk to you about the infertility that
- 16:41Speaker 2: Kristen oh.
- 16:43Speaker 3: I know, well, you know I can relate, not on
- 16:46Speaker 3: that degree because she's been trying to just yeah, like
- 16:50Speaker 3: a long long time dad and I had a bit
- 16:53Speaker 3: of a time getting pregnant the first time, but not
- 16:56Speaker 3: to that exactly.
- 16:57Speaker 2: And I'm only asking and bringing this up because obviously
- 17:00Speaker 2: we know they have their baby, but I want to
- 17:02Speaker 2: know because of where they are and not going out
- 17:05Speaker 2: and just their relationship they're talking about.
- 17:08Speaker 4: I feel like post depression.
- 17:10Speaker 3: This all happens, but very bad and I can totally
- 17:14Speaker 3: relate with Kristen, like it's it's a big adjustment.
- 17:17Speaker 4: You don't have the body that you had before.
- 17:20Speaker 3: You're tired, you're emotional the whole nine yards, and I
- 17:25Speaker 3: get that.
- 17:25Speaker 1: But here's the one thing that.
- 17:29Speaker 2: I that Luke said that I have said that I
- 17:34Speaker 2: feel like a lot of guys have said, but I
- 17:36Speaker 2: never know the woman's and I don't know if I'll
- 17:38Speaker 2: get it from you even But when you're like when
- 17:41Speaker 2: girls are like, I don't want to have sex because
- 17:44Speaker 2: I don't love my body, but Luke is like, you
- 17:47Speaker 2: have boobs, you have a buddet. It's like I love it.
- 17:50Speaker 2: Isn't that enough for just the one guy? And no,
- 17:54Speaker 2: it's not, Well you should be in a guy's body
- 17:56Speaker 2: because we sure hate ours.
- 17:58Speaker 4: Well, I'm just saying.
- 17:59Speaker 3: And I can late too, because I was having my
- 18:02Speaker 3: first baby like Kristen, and I had a friend that
- 18:05Speaker 3: was on her fourth. I had two friends that were
- 18:07Speaker 3: on their fourth kids. And I remember being so depressed
- 18:11Speaker 3: that my friend came over. She ripped open the drapes
- 18:14Speaker 3: and said, you've got to get dressed, You've.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Got to get out of the house.
- 18:17Speaker 4: And she, you know, really pulled me out of that.
- 18:20Speaker 4: But it's a real thing, no real.
- 18:23Speaker 2: Sure, and I do think just talking to you about it,
- 18:27Speaker 2: even like Nia said three months they need a date night,
- 18:30Speaker 2: Well they did.
- 18:30Speaker 4: Need a date night for sure.
- 18:32Speaker 3: Dad and I had Tuesday nights was our date night,
- 18:35Speaker 3: just the two of us. We'd go out one night
- 18:37Speaker 3: on the weekend with friends, but Tuesday night was date night.
- 18:40Speaker 3: And that is so important just to you know, have
- 18:43Speaker 3: your life somewhat back to incorporate this cute child.
- 18:47Speaker 4: But you got to have you know, the whole dynamic.
- 18:49Speaker 2: And that's where I'm trying to, you know, relate with
- 18:55Speaker 2: Luke on that level, but like I can't at all,
- 18:59Speaker 2: you know, like they just had a baby. He's trying
- 19:02Speaker 2: to make his wife feel a certain way and the
- 19:05Speaker 2: way she looks she is beautiful. Yeah, and then him like,
- 19:07Speaker 2: well I still need to go out. Like there's a
- 19:10Speaker 2: lot of things and I've never been in that boat.
- 19:12Speaker 2: So it's like how do you go through that? And
- 19:14Speaker 2: I think he's handling it the best way he can.
- 19:16Speaker 3: Well, he's being very cute to her, I think, but
- 19:19Speaker 3: you know, your hormones are out of whack.
- 19:21Speaker 1: It's it's just no, and.
- 19:22Speaker 2: That's the other thing that like I can only imagine
- 19:26Speaker 2: what you guys go through mentally. All I can say
- 19:28Speaker 2: is I'm an alright guy. I can't say for all men,
- 19:31Speaker 2: but like I take on energy and like if hers
- 19:34Speaker 2: isn't good, mine isn't going to be good and it
- 19:35Speaker 2: would be tough for me. So I feel like a
- 19:38Speaker 2: lot like I want to give Luke and even all
- 19:39Speaker 2: the guys you know, credit for getting their their significant
- 19:45Speaker 2: other through it, but also like you know, it's different too,
- 19:49Speaker 2: though I don't want it to be.
- 19:52Speaker 4: To go and have coffee with his friends. He got
- 19:54Speaker 4: to go and meet for drinks.
- 19:56Speaker 2: I know, but Dad did that. I don't think Luke
- 19:58Speaker 2: does that. I think Luke is like, no, I'm I'm
- 20:01Speaker 2: at home like you whatever. You know, we all have
- 20:04Speaker 2: certain feelings like even if somebody were to say, go
- 20:07Speaker 2: do what you want to do, I'm not going to
- 20:09Speaker 2: be able to do that if I have a child
- 20:11Speaker 2: at home, like I won't be able to go and
- 20:13Speaker 2: enjoy and maybe Dad could go enjoy. Maybe Luke is
- 20:16Speaker 2: stuck in his own head of like why am I
- 20:18Speaker 2: enjoying when she's not? Yeah, And that's where it's just
- 20:20Speaker 2: like it's tough for everyone, and he's like, you know,
- 20:22Speaker 2: I want to go do these things, but I don't
- 20:24Speaker 2: want to do him with anybody, but you right, I agree.
- 20:28Speaker 1: So, but that's just how I look at it.
- 20:31Speaker 2: I just want to give Luke and Kristen some props
- 20:35Speaker 2: on how they've handled it, and I want them to
- 20:38Speaker 2: go on some date nights and and that soon.
- 20:41Speaker 6: Yes, yeah, yes, because on that level, Yeah, what are
- 20:46Speaker 6: your what are what did you think about the uh
- 20:50Speaker 6: Luke and Sosa?
- 20:56Speaker 3: I know, I was like dying when I saw that part.
- 20:59Speaker 3: It was like I donated to the same sperm bank.
- 21:03Speaker 3: You look at her, she just got the blue eyes,
- 21:05Speaker 3: the same coloring.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Guys.
- 21:07Speaker 2: When they did the side by side, I looked at
- 21:11Speaker 2: both my mom and sister and I said, DNA test
- 21:14Speaker 2: the media. Barn was like, no, I got it off
- 21:16Speaker 2: the off the tap fresh, it was newer.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I was like, I don't think I did the math.
- 21:21Speaker 2: I did the math, and I was like, well, we're
- 21:22Speaker 2: not very good at math, so maybe we should just
- 21:25Speaker 2: go in.
- 21:25Speaker 1: But that was like all of the things that he
- 21:28Speaker 1: was checking off. Well.
- 21:30Speaker 2: I loved how he was like cooking, Yeah, I could
- 21:32Speaker 2: have been one. He was like, my hobby's changed and
- 21:33Speaker 2: it's like, woww you lean that's me.
- 21:37Speaker 1: What was the other one? A degree in finance and accounting,
- 21:42Speaker 1: Like it was very like side by side.
- 21:44Speaker 2: It was well, not only side by side, you put
- 21:46Speaker 2: them side by side and you're like, oh shit, this
- 21:49Speaker 2: might be your fucking kid. Great job, by the way,
- 21:52Speaker 2: it's an amazing child.
- 21:58Speaker 1: Honestly, we might need her on over. That's plon over.
- 22:02Speaker 2: But yeah, I think that by the end of this
- 22:06Speaker 2: season I'll have a DNA test for that because I
- 22:10Speaker 2: do need to know.
- 22:10Speaker 1: And I don't care if anyone is going to be
- 22:12Speaker 1: swapping looke come here. Oh it's not now word, we're
- 22:16Speaker 1: doing it. We're doing it because I can't.
- 22:20Speaker 3: And then Brittany was back from her trip with her
- 22:23Speaker 3: man on the on the episode.
- 22:26Speaker 2: Oh yes, let me eat k this is my biggest
- 22:30Speaker 2: thing that I want to talk about.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Thank you for bringing it up. Britney's saying that she
- 22:36Speaker 1: could get bored.
- 22:38Speaker 3: See adrenaline rush sometimes that people like they get addicted
- 22:43Speaker 3: to the.
- 22:44Speaker 1: To their crazy. Yeah, well, when you do it for
- 22:46Speaker 1: ten years, what do you know?
- 22:47Speaker 2: There's no different, Like, you don't feel like you're in
- 22:50Speaker 2: a relationship if it's not that.
- 22:51Speaker 3: Yeah, but I think it's cute that they met each
- 22:54Speaker 3: other and then reconnected years later.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Same.
- 22:57Speaker 2: But here's my thing. I I don't think and this
- 23:02Speaker 2: goes for any Bravo person, man, woman, whoever you're dating.
- 23:07Speaker 2: If you try to date somebody normal that you bring
- 23:11Speaker 2: onto the show, you're always like, she'll always have chaos.
- 23:15Speaker 2: So no matter what, I don't think she'll ever have
- 23:18Speaker 2: a relationship boring Because what Lisa, if I started dating
- 23:23Speaker 2: a girl, I don't know.
- 23:25Speaker 4: What if they just had a nine to five job
- 23:27Speaker 4: and they were.
- 23:28Speaker 5: Beautiful, beautiful, they have that normal Yeah, normally I think
- 23:36Speaker 5: that's what this guy is a nine to yes.
- 23:38Speaker 2: But here's where my point comes. Yes he's a nine
- 23:41Speaker 2: to five Yes. If it gets serious, what happens to
- 23:45Speaker 2: your nine to five?
- 23:47Speaker 1: It's no more.
- 23:48Speaker 2: Really, you're on a TV show and you better be
- 23:52Speaker 2: giving more.
- 23:52Speaker 4: Other shows that they have.
- 23:55Speaker 1: I Jason still works. See I guess I don't know.
- 24:01Speaker 1: She does like an attorney.
- 24:03Speaker 2: Yes, I all I'm saying is you can take a
- 24:06Speaker 2: normal person, but if they get involved in this, who
- 24:10Speaker 2: knows how that.
- 24:11Speaker 1: Normal person will act?
- 24:13Speaker 2: True, because we all like to think that we'd act
- 24:15Speaker 2: a certain way, like I would never have done that.
- 24:18Speaker 2: Stick a camera in your face and tell me that,
- 24:20Speaker 2: because it's very different.
- 24:22Speaker 1: True.
- 24:22Speaker 2: So, I I always think, no matter who Brittany is
- 24:27Speaker 2: dating or anybody in the Bravo world, if they pick
- 24:30Speaker 2: somebody not in it, get ready because you're gonna have
- 24:32Speaker 2: a stir of fun.
- 24:34Speaker 1: Just my opinion.
- 24:35Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm excited to find out.
- 24:38Speaker 1: You're excited to find out. Yes. Oh. Then when they
- 24:43Speaker 1: were at lunch, Brittany el coyote.
- 24:48Speaker 3: Yeah, and they were talking about what Janet went through
- 24:50Speaker 3: at Britney's house with Kristen.
- 24:53Speaker 1: What are your thoughts on that?
- 24:55Speaker 5: I thought it was inappropriate on Kristen's end. Yeah, Well,
- 25:00Speaker 5: what would you have done if you were Brittany there?
- 25:02Speaker 1: What would you have done if you were Brittany?
- 25:03Speaker 4: I think Brittany should have intervened.
- 25:05Speaker 2: I think we're all going to say that. But if
- 25:07Speaker 2: you're Brittany in that moment, what are you doing? Because
- 25:10Speaker 2: I'm not going to lie to you. I may have
- 25:11Speaker 2: been Brittany. I'm you're Yes, you're at your house, there's
- 25:15Speaker 2: kids around, something just happened. You're thinking, how do I
- 25:19Speaker 2: get her to be happy? While her happy? How do
- 25:22Speaker 2: I do all of this? And by the time, like
- 25:24Speaker 2: you even get your thoughts, you've been quiet and everything's
- 25:27Speaker 2: already done. Yeah, because you can't bet Like I thought
- 25:30Speaker 2: Brittany was in it. I mean it should have never happened, obviously,
- 25:33Speaker 2: but I think Brittany was in a tough position. But
- 25:36Speaker 2: she does say that she avoids confrontation. Well, she's a
- 25:39Speaker 2: people pleaser, she is, and that's where I think master
- 25:42Speaker 2: dating could help her. Yeah, on not people pleasing.
- 25:46Speaker 3: Blame her though for not wanting like she is a
- 25:50Speaker 3: people pleaser, and that's okay.
- 25:52Speaker 2: It is, but to a certain degree. Yeah, you know,
- 25:56Speaker 2: because a friend to everyone is a friend to no one. Oh,
- 26:00Speaker 2: remember I find these words. It was That's just what
- 26:03Speaker 2: I've that was today. You know, a friend to everyone
- 26:06Speaker 2: is a friend to no one. So it's like you
- 26:07Speaker 2: have to have your you know, so pick but like, yeah,
- 26:11Speaker 2: I and that's the thing.
- 26:13Speaker 4: I felt bad for Janet. I think it was embarrassing
- 26:16Speaker 4: for Janet. She had this little guy that wanted to
- 26:19Speaker 4: go swimming.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Well there I get upset the two boy cruisy getting
- 26:25Speaker 2: to play.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Yeah, and like Janet thought, if she is there, she'll
- 26:30Speaker 3: stay in the house.
- 26:31Speaker 4: I'll be in the pool. We won't have to cross paths.
- 26:34Speaker 2: No, so yes, I but I'm not going to say that, Yes,
- 26:41Speaker 2: Britney should have, but I'm not going to say if
- 26:42Speaker 2: I was in her boat, I would have either, So
- 26:44Speaker 2: I can't get upset for her not saying anything.
- 26:46Speaker 3: I think I would have tried to diffuse the situation.
- 26:49Speaker 3: But of course I'm sixty five years old, so hello.
- 26:53Speaker 5: Yeah, some more life experience over there. Yeah, okay, that's
- 26:58Speaker 5: just my opinion.
- 26:59Speaker 1: I just love to.
- 27:00Speaker 4: That's the beauty of opinions.
- 27:01Speaker 1: Everyone has one, kind of like a butt yep.
- 27:17Speaker 2: I just want to end this with our thoughts on
- 27:20Speaker 2: this Lacey character who was nameless last season, sending cease
- 27:27Speaker 2: and desists every which way, and now then chooses to
- 27:32Speaker 2: be on this show, and people are people have been
- 27:36Speaker 2: asking and through the Green Vine allegedly this Lacy character,
- 27:43Speaker 2: and Lacey is Jesse's new new girlfriend.
- 27:46Speaker 5: She was Orange County girl, okay, and she didn't want
- 27:50Speaker 5: anything to do with anything to do yes, and now.
- 27:53Speaker 2: She does season she's on phase to the Yeah, now
- 27:58Speaker 2: has a name, now has a name?
- 28:02Speaker 4: How did they meet?
- 28:04Speaker 1: Honestly, I have no idea.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Was it on a data It was either on a
- 28:07Speaker 2: dating app or on Instagram. It was it was a
- 28:12Speaker 2: virtual meet. That's what I do know. They met on
- 28:14Speaker 2: some app Okay from what I hear.
- 28:17Speaker 3: From what I hear, her backstory is she was married
- 28:20Speaker 3: married to a wealthy man.
- 28:23Speaker 1: Allegedly.
- 28:24Speaker 3: This is all alleged because allegedly, yeah, and that he
- 28:27Speaker 3: had an affair on her the same time she was pregnant.
- 28:32Speaker 3: The mistress of whatever you want to call her got pregnant,
- 28:37Speaker 3: and so they've got kids and he left for mistress
- 28:41Speaker 3: for the.
- 28:41Speaker 2: Mistress allegedly and now allegedly Lacey gets money from this
- 28:48Speaker 2: man every month dollar signed. Do not know whatever it is,
- 28:53Speaker 2: but that is where I think a lot of people
- 28:55Speaker 2: are asking and wondering where she came from. That is
- 28:59Speaker 2: kind of who she is. We said, yes, we see
- 29:04Speaker 2: her at the sipancy and she has an interaction with Michelle. Yes,
- 29:10Speaker 2: awkward and back to the point I think they could
- 29:15Speaker 2: have a real relationship.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Is it wasn't for Jesse.
- 29:19Speaker 3: Yeah, Michelle said, I just want to get divorce. Yes,
- 29:25Speaker 3: she's willing to walk away just I want my life.
- 29:28Speaker 1: I just want my life.
- 29:30Speaker 2: And that says a lot if you're wanting to get
- 29:32Speaker 2: out and you don't care for anything but just your freedom,
- 29:35Speaker 2: your debt says a lot, and.
- 29:37Speaker 1: Give it to her.
- 29:38Speaker 2: But that's where I'm saying, like, Jesse, Yes, Jesse, I
- 29:41Speaker 2: don't like. I have no ill will either. I have
- 29:44Speaker 2: no thoughts about like anyone right now, honestly. But what
- 29:48Speaker 2: I will say is you're going downhill quick on the
- 29:50Speaker 2: way that these two women are interacting with each other,
- 29:54Speaker 2: because I've been in a situation where I'm near it
- 29:58Speaker 2: seeing it with my sister and am her and you, Jesse,
- 30:02Speaker 2: are the fucking common denominator, and I will call you
- 30:04Speaker 2: out because I know that these two women will probably
- 30:08Speaker 2: get along if it wasn't for you and whatever stories
- 30:11Speaker 2: you're pitching behind closed doors to each one of these women,
- 30:15Speaker 2: because you should have filed for divorce, and why Lacey
- 30:18Speaker 2: is fine with you not being divorced. Has a lot
- 30:20Speaker 2: of questions on what the fuck Lacey has to do
- 30:23Speaker 2: with a lot of this, because I think I can see.
- 30:27Speaker 4: Why Michelle's upset with Lacey sinning.
- 30:29Speaker 1: I just I can't too. Why do you?
- 30:33Speaker 2: I'm going to tell you why I think Lacey came on,
- 30:35Speaker 2: and you can tell me why you I think she
- 30:38Speaker 2: came on and was nameless. The season two, and I
- 30:42Speaker 2: think that so many people were talking about her, you
- 30:45Speaker 2: have to kind of come in and now fight for yourself.
- 30:48Speaker 2: That's what I think has happened. I don't think she's caring,
- 30:50Speaker 2: like I don't think from what I know, we haven't
- 30:53Speaker 2: seen a lot.
- 30:54Speaker 1: I don't think she cares for the but I could
- 30:57Speaker 1: be wrong. They all want it.
- 30:58Speaker 2: I don't think she's here for the fame and things
- 31:00Speaker 2: like that.
- 31:02Speaker 4: I'm just interested to see how it plays.
- 31:03Speaker 1: Out that season.
- 31:07Speaker 2: I will say this season, because we watched a little
- 31:10Speaker 2: bit of two and two is good. Yeah, we've only
- 31:12Speaker 2: seen one of this and a couple of little snippets,
- 31:15Speaker 2: but this one has some good bearings on it.
- 31:17Speaker 1: I think so too. I think it's going to be
- 31:19Speaker 1: really good.
- 31:19Speaker 2: No, I'm very excited for it, and I hope that
- 31:22Speaker 2: you guys enjoyed listening to the season three episode one
- 31:28Speaker 2: recap of Untraditionally La La with and t T.
- 31:33Speaker 4: Thanks for tuning in. Bye,
