- 0:30loss. So get ready to grow with me, Porsche the Producer, let's
- 0:35dive in. Hey listeners, welcome back to another episode of Group Porsche.

- 0:53greatest of Grew with Porsche. So before we begin, I'm just grateful.
- 0:58My heart is just full of gratitude today, Like it's just what I call
- 1:03made. That cup runs over a type of thing. But today, guys,
- 1:04we are joined by a special guest. We are joined by an intuitive
- 1:08truth seeker who was on a mission to what I call create a community around
- 1:14healing. While combining two of her passions, health and film. You guys
- 1:18might have seen her on Oprah and also MPR because her message is truly inspirational
- 1:23and full of healing. So welcome founder of Truth Seeker Wellness, Miss Judy
- 1:30Benasha. How are you doing today, Judy? I'm so good. I'm
- 1:33so grateful to be with you, you and me Bo. Judy. You
- 1:37know, I remember when we first met. I felt like there was just
- 1:40a divine connection. And you know, I know it took us a little
- 1:44bit of time to get this schedule, but you know, everything happens at
- 1:47the right time. So Judy, for our audience who are tuning it,
- 1:49I always start off these conversations with gratitude. What are you grateful for today?
- 1:55I am grateful that I've had so many people pass so that I can
- 2:01learn the lessons that I may have missed if I was sort of taking life
- 2:07for granted, if that makes any sense. So I'm I'm grateful to be
- 2:12excited to be alive every day and I'm working progress, believe me, but
- 2:16I'm just excited to be here duty I can feel that. You know,
- 2:22it may sound tadboo to our society to express gratitude right for our loved ones,
- 2:30our friends who have made their transition or graduation from this physical plane,
- 2:36to say that we're grateful for the life and legacy and the lessons that we've
- 2:42taken from them and that we incorporate into our own life. Right, we're
- 2:46continuing to honor them. We're continuing to show people that yes, this person
- 2:52did exist physically, right, and even though they're no longer here, there's
- 2:57still a part of them with us no matter what. And I well,
- 3:01I'm sensitive to energy, and I feel like they're with us whenever we're thinking
- 3:07about them anyway. And I feel like your mom and my mom brought us
- 3:10together on purpose. So yeah, makes me happy. Didn't know you,
- 3:15Oh Judy, Julie, go make me cry. So it's so interesting for
- 3:20our audience who was standing in before me and Judy began this conversation. I
- 3:23have to share with all of you that I took mister Fletcher out my doggie
- 3:28for p o'clock and there was two monarchs playing in the front yard, big
- 3:32ones, I mean the size of my hand, and it just brought so
- 3:37much comfort to my mom and your mom. Yeah, you know, they
- 3:40always say like butterflies are angels sent from heaven or kind of like that bridge
- 3:46between our physical world and where our loved ones have gone. So it,
- 3:53Judy, this is just truly confirmation that you know, we are amongst you
- 3:58know, our loved ones in a different form, right. And I think
- 4:00if we learn to embrace that life quote unquote after transition is different than I
- 4:09think that our grieving process may not be so tumultuous. And Judy, you
- 4:15know, I really want to dive in because I mean, we your journey,
- 4:20your story of grief is very unique, but not as unique as what
- 4:26people may think. You know, both of us are entrepreneurs, right,
- 4:30And one of the things that I'm always curious about considering that we go through
- 4:34so many transitions as entrepreneurs, right from moving to a different state or even
- 4:41embarking on a new community of support. So, Judy, far our audience,
- 4:46how are you navigating the grief that comes with being an entrepreneur? So,
- 4:51I mean I've lost my mom and my dad and a sister and a
- 4:56brother. So just in my immediate family there's four right, along with grandparents
- 5:01and ancestors and all that thing. And you know, friends, dear friends,
- 5:05people I've worked with lost a lot of people as as we all do,
- 5:12right, and it affects me as an entrepreneur because I feel like every
- 5:17time I process something, I have to share about it. It's just sort
- 5:20of the way I'm built. If I learn about a vegetable and I'm in
- 5:25a grocery store, I can't help myself. I have to talk about it
- 5:28to somebody. My husband's always like, can we please use grocery shop and
- 5:31not talk to anybody? And it's just not how I'm wired. And luckily
- 5:35I met him when I was ten years old. Otherwise, you know,
- 5:40he would have smacked me. Because I just love. I love. If
- 5:46I know something, I want to I want to share it, you know.
- 5:49And so after my mom passed, I was doing, you know,
- 5:55testing around my health, and the more I learned about her illness, she
- 5:59had a varying answer. More I was learning about her illness, the more
- 6:01I wanted to share. And my background is in holistic healthcare since nineteen ninety
- 6:09as a professional and then also film and television professionally since nineteen ninety four.
- 6:14So I wanted to bring my worlds together into a documentary about healing, and
- 6:19so I started my film called Truth Seeker. And you know, we always
- 6:29get what we wish for, even if we're not conscious that we're wishing for
- 6:32it. So my name is truth Seeker. And so I did a bunch
- 6:39of testing to see if I had her health history. And what I found
- 6:44out was through a DNA test that she was my mom, but my dad
- 6:47wasn't my dad, and she had already passed, so I couldn't speak with
- 6:51her about it. And it's been a fascinating journey. And so now the
- 6:59film Truth a Seeker really makes a lot of sense to me. And and
- 7:03because I want to share with people I know what I went through, I'm
- 7:06calling identity level trauma. I totally lost my identity because my DNA test didn't
- 7:14tell me who I was, It told me who I wasn't. And I'm
- 7:17now fifty four, but I found out when I was fifty and it shook
- 7:24my whole world. It really did. It was a journey finding out who
- 7:30my biological dad was and turned out to be someone I knew until I was
- 7:34eight years old. So I knew him from zero to eight and I loved
- 7:38him like a father, which is funny. Family friend. This is a
- 7:44very common thing going on right now. I know, according to MIT TECH,
- 7:48when I went through it in twenty nineteen, twenty six million people had
- 7:53a DNA discovery through a DNA test and that's a lot of people, and
- 7:59it's a lot of identity level trauma. So now I'm doing a docuseriies not
- 8:03just a documentary culture seeker, and I'm partnered with the surgeon, the seventeenth
- 8:09Surgeon General the United States, doctor Richard Carmona, and he's talking about the
- 8:16science and I'm talking about the healing aspect. And I'm also coming from a
- 8:20place of I know nothing. I mean, I've worked in all his stic
- 8:24healthcare since nineteen nineties, so I have degrees in things, but you know,
- 8:28we live and learn, and so I'm coming from a perspective of I
- 8:33don't know everything. But if I don't know it and I want to know
- 8:35it, I'm going to find someone who does and then have them talk to
- 8:39you about it. So we're also starting a podcast of the same name,
- 8:43hopefully airing so soon, and it'll be on healing, so for people who
- 8:48haven't done a DNA test and gone through that, but they just have a
- 8:52healing journey they're going through, it still could be a good fit for you.
- 8:56But yeah, so I'm as an entreprene nor the deaths that I've gone
- 9:03through and the crisis life crisises, I guess that I've gone through, if
- 9:09that's a whole word, has led me to where I am now, which
- 9:13was, you know, I decided to tell my story, and telling my
- 9:18story meant that some of my family weren't going to speak to me again.
- 9:22And I was grieving the loss of my mom already, and then I found
- 9:26to who my biological dad was and he had passed already. So I've never
- 9:31been able to talk to either of them about the truth. And my family
- 9:35members that may or may know something aren't talking and they're not talking to me,
- 9:39and especially since I'm talking about it publicly. And but the day I
- 9:43decided I wanted to talk about it, I got an email from Oprah's team
- 9:48from Oprah Daily asking me to speak with them about forgiveness. So I got
- 9:54a chance to talk to Oprah about forgiveness on this topic, and and it's
- 10:00been a ride, that's for sure. Yeah, Judy, you know first
- 10:05and foremost what I'm picking up right now. And it's funny because we before
- 10:11we started our conversation, you pulled an angel card around forgiveness, right,
- 10:16and let's be realistic when we're grieving, right, you're grieving obviously the fact
- 10:22that you can't ask your mom the question of how come this was hidden for
- 10:28me, that the person who I thought was my dad is not. Once
- 10:31I discovered who my dad is, I can't ask him anything. And now
- 10:37my family, who has known in a sense about this all this time.
- 10:45I'm fifty something years old, I'm half a century years old, just now
- 10:48discovering that my whole identity has taken a whole new turn. It's like you've
- 10:54been flipped upside down and Judy far our audience, Right, how do you
- 11:01forgive not only just yourself, but also the individuals your mom, your dad,
- 11:11and your family for them not being able to support you in the way
- 11:20that you needed them. Well, you know, the truth is, everybody's
- 11:24doing the best that they can with the tools that they have. Right,
- 11:26So I don't feel a need to forgive anybody because I feel like they're just
- 11:33doing what they can to sustain life or people that have gone through life already.
- 11:37And I wish I could show you, guys, this card because the
- 11:41Angel card I pulled is forgiveness and understanding. That's what it says. And
- 11:46oh, here it is. And I'm using a background because I just moved,
- 11:50so you can't really see it, but it's forgiveness and understanding and portion.
- 11:54I literally pulled a card right before she introduced me today, So I
- 12:01guess that's the topic forgiveness and understanding. When it comes to my mom,
- 12:05we were really really close and I talked to her every day all day and
- 12:11Porsche knows this, you know. I believe that the other side is like
- 12:15paper thin. And when I feel her, or smell her, or just
- 12:20think of her, or that song comes on the radio, I know she's
- 12:22with me. I know she is. And sometimes I'll laugh, sometimes i'll
- 12:26cry. I'll usually cry, but you know, it's different every single time.
- 12:31And what I know about my mom is that she led a heartfelt life.
- 12:37She did the best that she could and and I was I'm fifty four,
- 12:43right, so I was created in sixty eight. I came out in
- 12:48sixty nine, but I was created in sixty eight, and there was just
- 12:50a different way of life for some, not for all, back then,
- 12:56and I can't it's not for me to judge her relationships, you know,
- 13:00it's not my relationship. And my mom and dad that raised me chose each
- 13:05other every day for fifty seven years, fifty eight years they were married,
- 13:09and I'm not even that old, so I can't. You know, being
- 13:13in any relationship every day is a choice, and so I don't begrudge any
- 13:18of her decisions. And my dad is still alive, that raised me ninety
- 13:24two, and we talk about this and he'll never tell me the full story,
- 13:30and that's okay. That's for his protection and it's his choice, and
- 13:33I respect that, and I respect my mom and her choices, and I
- 13:39am grateful to be alive. So for the people who don't want me to
- 13:43talk, that's okay for them. I'm still gonna do it because I don't
- 13:50want to have any shame for being born. I don't want to have any
- 13:52shame for a second of my life. I am here and this has happened.
- 13:58And I've done a few things wrong in my lifetime, oh my goodness,
- 14:05you know what I mean. But this is not one of them.
- 14:07I did not This is not this. I am a product of someone else's
- 14:13decision, you know, And I don't want to be a victim of that
- 14:18of circumstance. I want to be empowered. And so my work in the
- 14:22world now is to help other people be empowered by their life. And it's
- 14:28messy and it's okay, and we feel a lot of things and that's okay,
- 14:33but we just, you know, we need to be kind to each
- 14:35other and we need to be good to ourselves. And it's spreaky, kind
- 14:39of weird the way I think about it. But when my mom was sick
- 14:43and in the hospital, there was a doctor for every organ. And I'm
- 14:46not sure how many of you out there have had a cancer journey in the
- 14:50family, but there's a doctor that comes in and talks about every organ.
- 14:54So it really made me think, you know, my liver didn't kill my
- 14:58mom, So why am I hurting my liver over eating, you know,
- 15:03or you know, having too many nachos or reason's pieces like, my liver
- 15:05didn't do anything, So why am I harming my liver? And the name
- 15:11of grief, you know, and the name of treat or whatever we want
- 15:16to call it, escape some people say it's a it's a you know,
- 15:20you get a treat for being at the end of the week, especially as
- 15:26an entrepreneur, like I got through my thing. I can have some cupcakes
- 15:28or I can have and for me, and I now think about all of
- 15:33my organs and what my thoughts are doing to them and what my food is
- 15:39doing to them, and and it's all kind of just nutrition. And so
- 15:43I am on a d healing journey right now. Because I did beat up
- 15:50my liver. I think we've all, you know, grief. You know
- 15:56I'm somebody to Judy. It's weird because once my mom made her transition,
- 16:00I found myself in a sense not having an appetite. Uh yeah, I
- 16:06didn't have that. I was well. I'm proud of myself for I'm getting
- 16:11back on what I call the steady train, where I gave myself a pat
- 16:17on the back last week for actually having three home cooked meals breakfast, lunch,
- 16:22and dinner. I'm proud of you for that. I'm happy for you
- 16:26for that. It's good. It's good for you. I mean, we
- 16:29need to eat for me. I just wasn't eating for my health. I
- 16:33was eating for my feelings and it didn't work. It made me much sicker.
- 16:38And I'm not trying to get in the ground that fast. You know,
- 16:42I want to. I want to be here and I'm grateful for being
- 16:45here, and you know, I need to. I needed to align my
- 16:49mission with my physical intentions, if that makes sense, as I have a
- 16:55hot flash. Well, Judie, I love how you brought that up.
- 17:00Kind of being in the right church in the right pew instead of being in
- 17:04the right church just several pews all the way back. You know, I
- 17:08think a lot of us need what I call that accountability, that reminder of,
- 17:14hey, make sure that what we're putting out into the world is in
- 17:17alignment with what we're actually doing. Yeah, alignment for me is a big
- 17:22deal. And as somebody who also has taught you know, mindset and manifestation
- 17:27since two eleven, I was feeling very out of alignment with my mission.
- 17:33And before I started working with DNA and people who've gone through these things and
- 17:37identity level trauma and every group that has identity level trauma, I just didn't
- 17:45feel like I was I was true to my word, you know. And
- 17:51then I realized that a lot of it became habit, you know, and
- 17:55and hurting myself on purpose, but it was a habit. It was so
- 17:59unconscious you know. So I'm working on all the layers with you know,
- 18:04all the all my spiritual practices, but I'm also doing EMDR and tapping and
- 18:12so working with a therapist and working with coaches and people like me because I
- 18:18don't have all the answers. I just but I want to find those people
- 18:22and then share them share their wisdom with everyone. So yeah, that's my
- 18:27mission now, and I love that, Judy, And for our audience,
- 18:32duty who is tuning in if they're interested in connecting with you and learning more
- 18:37about your work. Is there a social media handle or a website you can
- 18:40share with us today? Yeah, I am on Instagram. It's at Judy
- 18:45Banasher and I can give you the links portions so you can put it on
- 18:51there. And the website is Truthseeker Wellness dot com excellent, and I'll give
- 18:57you all of that. Yeah, because I love talking to people and I
- 19:00love meeting people. So I'd love to, you know, answer anything I
- 19:04can. If anybody has a comment or question, I would love to talk
- 19:08to you. Appreciate Judy. You know what's coming up for me right now
- 19:14is obviously you're focused on seeking the truth and finding the truth and uncovering the
- 19:18truth and considering that a part of your journey was so heavily rooted in not
- 19:27truthfulness, right in a lie. What would you say, was that nudge
- 19:34to you to seek the truth instead of continue to stay under the veil of
- 19:40that lie. Well, I mean, so I got dub truth seeker before
- 19:45I figured this out, because I've always been I know, thanks Universe,
- 19:51I really would thank you. I have always been that person that wanted to
- 19:56uncover every mystery I could. I've always just been very, very curious.
- 20:00And my glasses are flogging up because of my hot flash. Pardon me,
- 20:06that's just live and and so I just always wanted to understand the truth.
- 20:12And when you find out that you're personally the family secret and you've been lied
- 20:19to every minute since birth, you know, it takes it takes a toll.
- 20:25It takes a minute just to find your footing again. And when I
- 20:30was a kid, I never felt right. I always felt like an outsider
- 20:34in my house. I didn't look like anyone in my house. My oldest
- 20:38brother's blonde, blue eyed, my oldest sister's red hair and blue eyes,
- 20:42and my sister and others. Yeah, my brother. So I had a
- 20:47redhead and a blonde, blue eyed, and my brother brown hair and blue
- 20:49eyes, and I have black hair and green eyes, or I did before
- 20:53I started to gray, which is happening now. But you know, I
- 21:02yeah, So I just always felt like an outsider and an intruder. Even
- 21:07in my house, I never fit in. I never felt right, I
- 21:10never felt like. I always felt like I had to chase love. And
- 21:15I would make up stories about myself when I was little to try and fit
- 21:19into everyone else's narrative. So I was this person who grew up lying to
- 21:25try and find my way, Like I just wanted people to like me.
- 21:30So I was trying to be who they needed me to be, you know.
- 21:33And and so this whole thing coming so full circle. And when I
- 21:41recognized that about myself and stopped lying, you know, you grow up.
- 21:44You have to allow yourself to grow up and not be who we always thought
- 21:48we were, you know. So now I'm very comfortable in my own skin.
- 21:55It's my skin, you know. So I'm very comfortable as who I
- 21:57am and don't need to make that up. And and so it was really
- 22:04like a huge meaning in the words truth seeker, and and it was two
- 22:11of the heads of pretty large book company, a publishing company that dubbed me
- 22:18truth seekers. So I heard them and I listened, and I was like,
- 22:22okay, because I am really so curious what truth is and and how
- 22:30to live in that peacefully, because it doesn't always feel good when you find
- 22:33the truth. It doesn't feel good to have to go on a healing journey.
- 22:38It doesn't, you know, it's uncomfortable. And now I'm just getting
- 22:42very comfortable with discomfort, if that makes it any sense at all. Oh,
- 22:48yeah, I'm embracing the uncomfortable with a comfortable hook. Yeah in a
- 22:55nutshell. And I mean, Judy, when I think about just the journey
- 22:59you've been on right to discover that this identity that you thought that you had,
- 23:07yeah, really is not it. And then the universe kind of implanting
- 23:12this, Hey, you're going to be a truth seeker, not realizing you're
- 23:17gonna be playing inspect her gadget in your own life, like right, and
- 23:22you know, and then having the gift of speaking to Oprah about this.
- 23:27And it wasn't only because she is who she is. It's when I met
- 23:33her, she had just lost her father. It was a couple of days
- 23:37after her father passed, and it was a really big gift to just be
- 23:41in the presence of someone grieving, and and she was in the room with
- 23:47her her dad when he passed. I was in the room with my mom,
- 23:49So we had talked about that, and I felt so connected to this
- 23:53human and and all of the idea of icons and celebrity and whatever else there,
- 24:03you know, that stilliness is it was just human to human. And
- 24:07then I found out that she had had a DNA journey at DNA discovery of
- 24:11her own. She had two sisters named Patricia, and she found her oldest
- 24:18sister, Patricia, you know, later in life. And it was beautiful
- 24:22to just recognize that I am not alone, you know, and how important
- 24:26that was for me to feel like, oh, this even happened to Oprah.
- 24:33You know, It's not about money or race or religion or country of
- 24:38origin. It's human. And and if me talking to her help me the
- 24:45way it did that, I want to talk to millions of people. I
- 24:48just want to talk to as many people is a humanly can that have gone
- 24:51through this discomfort and pain because we're not alone and community is everything. And
- 24:59I feel so strongly about loneliness, you know, as as a big piece
- 25:06of grief. Right, it feels very lonely. But when you start talking
- 25:10to people, you realize they've gone through it too, and it doesn't make
- 25:15you happy, but it makes you feel like, Okay, I'm not it's
- 25:18not just me, and they're surviving, and so I can survive this.
- 25:23I can get through it, because there are days with grief that you feel
- 25:27like this will never end and it's not a wave, it's a roller coaster
- 25:33and I'm stuck on it forever. And it's not true. It's not true.
- 25:38It's a moment and it's awful. But no one is alone on this
- 25:44planet. We're all here together. So really a beautiful thing that you're doing
- 25:48in the world. I think, thank you, Judy. You know,
- 25:52it's funny how you've been coined the truth seeker. And I remember I was
- 25:56sharing with my mom before she made a transition, how wanted to go back
- 26:00to school to become a mental health therapist to work with people in grief.
- 26:06Well, it just seemed, Judy, that every time I wanted to apply
- 26:08to school, apply to school, it just wasn't the right time, wasn't
- 26:11the right time. And then of course here cubs grew a Porsche my mom
- 26:15Max are transition and then I do a whole series around grief. You know.
- 26:19It's so it's similar to your jarity. Right, you've been kind of
- 26:23coined the truth seeker. Now I've been kind of coined like how you know,
- 26:29helping people find the hidden gift. Yeah, well you're a truth seeker
- 26:32too, And all your listeners are truth seekers or they wouldn't be here.
- 26:36You know, it's not just me. I mean that's what they named me.
- 26:40That's what my docum series will be about, and podcasts and stuff.
- 26:44But we're not alone in any of this. You know, it's global,
- 26:49one hundred percent, Especially with grief. I think there tends to be so
- 26:55much isolation that happens because of the way society has as ingrained what grief is.
- 27:03Well, we've been taught to stay quiet, especially as women, right,
- 27:07don't if you're upset and a man sees you upset, it's because you're
- 27:12just you're a woman. It's not because you're a person in pain. That's
- 27:17the old story, right, and most of us don't feel like that anymore.
- 27:19But I think it's so important for people in grief to feel it and
- 27:23and if that means you're in a supermarket and they played that damn song that
- 27:27you and your mom used to play in the car every single time and you
- 27:33burst into tears, that's perfect. That's fine, it's what happens. And
- 27:38you're You're perfect, Judy. Oh my goodness, that has happened to me
- 27:45so many times. I remember last year being the first Christmas without my mom.
- 27:56Yeah, and I was in the grocery store. I'm trying to hold
- 27:59my tea bag because I know and I remember hearing the song I miss You
- 28:07more than words. And I'm literally standing over by where I'm getting eggs,
- 28:15almond milk, coconut, and I mind, you know, it's it's cold
- 28:18as a morgue over there in the grocery store. I've got on like ninety
- 28:23layers of clothes, and I'm trying to fight back the tears, fight back
- 28:30the sweat because I'm in the store right so I can relate to it.
- 28:36But you know, I gotta admit, though, crying has been so amazing
- 28:41through my grief journey, just letting it go. I think we undervalue the
- 28:48benefits of shedding tears. I feel so much lighter out to be graphic.
- 28:52When I have those good ugly cries where the snot is so thick, I
- 28:56can literally wrap a lasso around my car and tow it type of thing.
- 29:02Right, But the big ugly cry is there for a reason. You're able
- 29:07to cry like that because your body needs it. And and that goes back
- 29:11to the organ conversation. Your liver has to process the feeling, and so
- 29:18to your kidneys, and so do all your organs. And when we don't
- 29:22allow to process those feelings, we get sick. And that doesn't help the
- 29:27person who's already passed. That only makes it harder on them. Right,
- 29:32So if we want to consider other people around us, I say lean into
- 29:38every big ugly cry and rage and you know, to not hurt another person.
- 29:45But if you feel rage when you're upset, that's just as important as
- 29:51feeling tears and and all of that. You can scream into a pillow,
- 29:56you can go to the mountains and and scream and yell, or go to
- 30:00a you know, workout. Classic For me, boxing, I did a
- 30:04kickboxing class. Oh my god, that felt so good. It was so
- 30:10cathartic for me to kick something because I am a pacifist on so many levels,
- 30:15and it felt really good to just let that rage piece of me come
- 30:19out. I didn't know how pissed off I was until I started doing that.
- 30:26And there's no one way, right, there's something for everybody, but
- 30:29for me, it was that kind of yeah. And I was in the
- 30:33gym once and I looked over and I saw this, you know, like
- 30:37arobic class, and they were doing this really specific dance move that was my
- 30:41mom's token thing on the floor and I burst into tears at the gym and
- 30:47I just sat there staring at these people, bawling my head off, walked
- 30:49outside, got it kind of together, but I let myself cry and went
- 30:53back in and finished my workout. And it's just it is what it is,
- 30:57and if people judge it, that's not about us, that's about them,
- 31:02hundred percent judy. And I'm I'm the same when I used to be
- 31:04that person where I'm like, I gotta hold my tears so I go to
- 31:07the car. Nope, sometimes they just start and I just remove myself from
- 31:11the room or situation again, get myself together. But I allow myself to
- 31:17feel, and I think that's kind of what we're really getting at is that
- 31:22essence of giving ourselves permission to feel all the emotions right instead of stifling our
- 31:26grief, allow it, embrace it right, embrace it like a hug the
- 31:33discomfort, the comfortable hug to the discomfort, and then allowing ourselves to fully
- 31:41feel it, yeah, and not evade it like we don't have to push
- 31:47it away. We've been We've been told for a lifetime that you know,
- 31:52you shouldn't be upset, you shouldn't show any emotion. People don't want to
- 31:56hear it, you know. And and the truth is, if we're around
- 32:00people and we're saying, I'm in so much pain right now, can I
- 32:04talk to you about this? Or can I have a hug? And they
- 32:06say no, that's perfect for them. But those are not the people we
- 32:10should be around right now. Right. I'm not in judgment of those people.
- 32:15Everyone has to protect themselves the best way they can. Not everyone is
- 32:20capable in that moment of giving right, But there are plenty of people who
- 32:25will, and strangers that show up and just love on you, and giving
- 32:30them the opportunity to do that is huge. So you just never know,
- 32:36you know, if you're sitting on a rock having a good cry. Somebody
- 32:39may walk up and just sit next to you and that's like the coolest thing
- 32:44ever. Oh I've got a story for that, Judy. I several years
- 32:47ago, I was outside, I lived out of state, and I was
- 32:51literally bawling my eyes out on my lunch break in front of my car.
- 32:54I was so upset. And I can't even tell you, Judy, what
- 32:58this man looks like. To this day. All I remember is he came
- 33:02and put his arm around me and said, I don't know what's going on
- 33:06in your life, but I'm going to pray for you. He prayed for
- 33:08me and walked away. I don't even know what he looked like. Just
- 33:13sweetest can be. So you're one hundred percent right. We just need to
- 33:16allow, be open to when people are willing and wanting to support us as
- 33:22we're going through our grieving moments. Yes, allowing, though, is the
- 33:27key. Allowing. We have to allow, and that for me, with
- 33:31manifestation and teaching manifestation, that's one of the biggest pieces is that we want
- 33:37all these things, but we don't always allow it to happen, and it's
- 33:40like an energy block, you know. And and when the universe sends you
- 33:45somebody who's going to care for you and take care of you through this,
- 33:49even though you can't explain it to them, even if they don't really get
- 33:52it, but they're kind to you and they want to support you if you
- 33:57can allow it. It's everything, and it also has an impact, you
- 34:01know, an impact and effect on them that's so beautiful and there's a ripple
- 34:07effect of goodness that comes from that. And it's just from feeling your feelings
- 34:13one hundred percent. One hundred percent. We've got to learn to allow ourselves
- 34:17to feel and then when the emotions do take over, don't stifle them.
- 34:22And then to what's your point duty about manifestation? Right, we may not
- 34:27be able to see the whole yellow brick road map in front of us,
- 34:31but just going with the flow, you know, taking action steps every single
- 34:36day and just allowing the path to just form organically organically. Guys, Judy,
- 34:45you know, first and foremost again, I'm so grateful for you coming
- 34:47on and sharing with our listeners so much of your wisdom and your roadmap to
- 34:53healing from this life of kind of somewhat deception to now pivot to a moment
- 35:00of truth. Yeah, dude, we're gonna be wrapping up here soon.
- 35:04And for our audience who is tuning in if again, if they want to
- 35:07connect with you, can you share your social media and website again for us,
- 35:12Yes, so on all social media, I'm I'm Judy ben Asher.
- 35:16And then if you want to find my website, it's truth Seeker Wellness dot
- 35:23com. Truthseeker Wellness dot com. And and I would just love to talk
- 35:30to everybody. So I want to talk to everybody. But you know,
- 35:35I just think that anyone listening is here for a reason, whether they believe
- 35:38in universe or source or God or every We all have our different names for
- 35:44things and feelings about things, and no judgment on any of it, you
- 35:49know from I know Porscha and I. So you don't have to believe in
- 35:53my beliefs, you know, reading angel cards and things to connect with me.
- 35:58I'm happy to talk to you and just be a source for you.
- 36:02That's that's what I have to offer in the world, and it makes me
- 36:07so happy, you know, sort of healing for people. You're more than
- 36:14that, you're a healer, You're you know, just a true inspiration of
- 36:17how our adverse circumstances can indeed be converted to an opportunity if we're open to
- 36:25seeing it and open to answering that call instead of putting it down. Well,
- 36:31and that's what you're doing with this podcast, which is beautiful. And
- 36:35I have so much respect for you and what you're doing in the world.
- 36:37And both of us went through a thing, and now we're trying to help
- 36:42other people going through a thing. And that's the best that we can do.
- 36:45Right, It's just show up. So even if it's messy, even
- 36:49if we don't have all the answers, you and I are people that show
- 36:52up, and and I love that about you, and I'm so grateful to
- 36:54know you. I think it's just really important what you're doing. Thank you
- 37:00so much. Duty just hearing that is just a true testament to all the
- 37:04work that I've been doing these last couple of years. And you know,
- 37:07to want to help more people to get to where I am, or make
- 37:12peace with what I call the often taboo noss around grief. Yeah, it's
- 37:19as if you know feelings are a bad thing, and they aren't. We're
- 37:23not all the same person, we don't know, we don't all have to
- 37:28pretend to be happy all the time we're allowed to feel bad, you know,
- 37:31it's just feeling bad in a community you know, of love and a
- 37:37judgment free community space like this is everything, and I think it's really just
- 37:42urgent and important. And that's why I have I have two groups, one
- 37:46for DNA people that have gone through identity level trauma and another group for people
- 37:52that want to manifest and do mindset work, just to have a community space
- 37:57for people where they're loved on for whatever they think, you know. And
- 38:01so I think the more listeners that you can get, the better because you're
- 38:07just doing such beautiful things in the world. Thank you, Thank you Judy
- 38:10so much, well everybody that was your truth seeker herself, miss Judy ben
- 38:17Asher that you heard from. And that concludes another episode of Grew of Porsche,
