- 1:25about Inspirations to Real Life, and I want
- 1:28you to know what we're about, and why
- 1:32we're on the air, and pretty much what
- 1:33we do, because this is the key, guys,
- 1:37to having an amazing life.
- 1:39I'm John C.
- 1:40Morley.
- 1:40I'm a serial entrepreneur.
- 1:42I'm an engineer.
- 1:43I'm a marketing specialist.
- 1:44I'm a video producer, podcast host, coach, graduate
- 1:49student, and a passionate lifelong learner, and back
- 1:52as a team motivational expert of the day.
- 1:55And today's granular topic to end, remember I
- 1:59told you we had these little short weeks
- 2:00because of the way we were doing this?
- 2:03Your real flex is how you regroup after
- 2:06things go wrong, and I hope you'll pay
- 2:09attention to this, because these are some things
- 2:11that really can make or break you in
- 2:15the New Year 2026.
- 2:18Remember, guys, I said if you have failed
- 2:20to plan, you have planned to fail.
- 2:22Welcome, everyone, my friends, my colleagues, my associates,
- 2:25so great to have you here on another
- 2:27energizing, amazing episode, ladies and gentlemen, of, yes,
- 2:30guys, the ever-popular Inspirations for Your Life
- 2:34show, the Daily Motivational Show.
- 2:37Again, we are clocking in after today, being
- 2:40on the air officially, yeah, four years on
- 2:43the road, guys, and tomorrow will mark our
- 2:46fifth year.
- 2:47We're all about motivation, leadership, growth, and mindset
- 2:50mastery.
- 2:51Again, I am your host, John C.
- 2:53Morley, and I'm here to guide you on
- 2:55this amazing enigma of a powerful journey of
- 2:59self-improvement and team transformation.
- 3:03Over the years as a serial entrepreneur and
- 3:07coach, I've learned that the real strength of
- 3:10any group, whether it's in business, family, or
- 3:14friendships, shows not when things go perfectly, but
- 3:18when we bounce back after being together, after
- 3:21a setback.
- 3:22So today, we're diving into 30 ideas that
- 3:25help you and your team, well, be able
- 3:28to rise stronger after these challenges, because bouncing
- 3:32back isn't just about recovery.
- 3:35It's resilience in action.
- 3:37Let's begin together.
- 3:38You ready?
- 3:39Number one, name one tough situation your household
- 3:43has already survived.
- 3:46It could be anything, all right?
- 3:49Acknowledging past victories reminds everyone that, yes, they've
- 3:55been through storms before and made it through.
- 3:58Reflection builds faith in your collective ability to
- 4:02overcome again and again and again.
- 4:04And hopefully, that'll be, let's say, more fuel
- 4:07to get us to do more of that
- 4:08in the future.
- 4:09Number two, ask what did we learn instead
- 4:12of, why did this happen to me?
- 4:15Shift from the blame game to the growth
- 4:18game.
- 4:19Every setback carries a seed of wisdom.
- 4:22If we pause long enough to find it,
- 4:24we will.
- 4:26Number three, guys, build a hard day playlist
- 4:30together.
- 4:31Music heals wounds.
- 4:32I've said this before.
- 4:34Create a shared soundtrack that uplifts your spirit
- 4:36and reminds your team to keep moving.
- 4:41Number four, celebrate one tiny win from today.
- 4:47It could be anything.
- 4:48It could have been the fact that you
- 4:49guys took the Christmas tree down together, that
- 4:51you went on a walk, that you had
- 4:55breakfast together, you made breakfast together, whatever it
- 4:57is.
- 4:58Even a small success is worth recognition.
- 5:01So small wins generate momentum and strength and
- 5:05connection.
- 5:06That's our key.
- 5:07Number five, guys, tell someone, thanks for how
- 5:11you handled that.
- 5:13Gratitude softens stress and builds trust.
- 5:17Recognizing effort fuels future teamwork.
- 5:20Are you ready for number six?
- 5:22I know you are.
- 5:23Turn one mistake into a next time.
- 5:27We'll plan for that.
- 5:28Progress happens when you convert errors into a
- 5:33strategy.
- 5:34Use setbacks as training for the true comeback.
- 5:38Create a code word that means I need
- 5:41support, not solutions.
- 5:44Sometimes people just need empathy, not advice.
- 5:49A shared code empowers honest communication.
- 5:55I think that's really important to realize.
- 5:58Number eight, guys, take a five-minute walk
- 6:02together after an argument.
- 6:05Movement clears mental fog.
- 6:08Walking allows emotions to percolate in cooling while
- 6:12keeping the connection intact.
- 6:16Number nine, write three ways you're stronger than
- 6:23last year.
- 6:25Growth often hides in our hardships.
- 6:28Recognize how far you've come individually and, yes,
- 6:32collectively.
- 6:33Number 10, guys, ask this question.
- 6:36What would make tomorrow just 1% easier?
- 6:41Tiny adjustments spark big change.
- 6:44Focus on incremental wins rather than instant fixes.
- 6:49Number 11, share a story of a past
- 6:52comeback.
- 6:54Stories nurture our hope.
- 6:57Remind your team of the strength they've demonstrated
- 7:01before.
- 7:02Number 12, plan a midweek treat.
- 7:05A fun break, dessert, drive, movie, or even
- 7:10a game.
- 7:12This will recharge the morale within your group.
- 7:15Balance keeps teams bonded, and I think many
- 7:19people don't realize that because they try to
- 7:21stress teams and get teams to do more
- 7:23than they actually can.
- 7:24And then everybody wonders, well, why is the
- 7:26team falling apart?
- 7:28Well, if you were going to do a
- 7:30run, right, and you started out running really
- 7:32fast and you really couldn't handle the run,
- 7:35that would be a problem, right?
- 7:36But if you built up incrementally, then you'd
- 7:38be able to handle it, right?
- 7:39That's the important thing.
- 7:40Number 13, say we're allowed to be disappointed
- 7:44and hopeful, okay?
- 7:47Healthy teams acknowledge feelings without losing true optimism.
- 7:53Both truth and hope can coexist together, yes,
- 7:57within the same sentence and even in the
- 7:59same environment.
- 8:01Number 14, turn off bad news for one
- 8:05hour.
- 8:05I mean, if you have a TV on,
- 8:06I'm not a TV person watcher, but the
- 8:10TV always has bad news on it, right?
- 8:12So why not turn it off?
- 8:13I mean, there's always going to be bad
- 8:15news somewhere.
- 8:16Why not focus on the positive right here?
- 8:20Constant negativity drains resilience.
- 8:24Protect your mental space to restore balance.
- 8:28Number 15, please list three resources you have
- 8:31right now.
- 8:32It could be skills, people, or even tools
- 8:35in your life.
- 8:36Focusing on the assets.
- 8:37Instead of problems, shifts the perspective from scarcity
- 8:42to capability.
- 8:43I think that's something a lot of people
- 8:45miss, but it's something you have the power
- 8:47to do right now.
- 8:49Now, as we are on the dawn and
- 8:52probably people are wondering, so how many, and
- 8:55it's a good question, how many hours and
- 8:57minutes till New Year's?
- 9:00And so right now when we're shooting this
- 9:02show, and this is going to change, right,
- 9:05from time to time, it's definitely going to
- 9:07change, because as we get closer to New
- 9:11Year's, the time is obviously going to change.
- 9:14But if somebody had to ask you right
- 9:17now, how many, let's just say, how many
- 9:20minutes and hours till midnight?
- 9:25And again, I think when we think about
- 9:29that from a perspective point, it gets us
- 9:34to realize things are real in our life.
- 9:38So maybe you want to go to like
- 9:39a countdown clock.
- 9:40Those are some really good things that you
- 9:43can do.
- 9:44And I think tracking this whole thing of
- 9:47what New Year's is, is important, not just
- 9:52for me, but for everybody, because we want
- 9:54to celebrate what's happened in our life.
- 9:57We want to celebrate some of these challenges,
- 10:00right?
- 10:01And so I know a lot of us
- 10:04out there, we get a little bit daunted
- 10:07by what something means.
- 10:13And so I want to tell you that
- 10:14right now, at this exact moment, there are
- 10:17actually six hours, two minutes, and yes, 50
- 10:21seconds till midnight.
- 10:23That'll keep changing, right?
- 10:24But so that's not a lot of time.
- 10:27So if you have failed to plan, you
- 10:30plan to fail.
- 10:31Now, don't feel bad if you have not
- 10:34planned yet for 2026.
- 10:35You can still take tomorrow and figure out
- 10:37what you want to do.
- 10:39And there's lots of things you could do,
- 10:40right?
- 10:41But my advice to you is don't let
- 10:44tomorrow go by without coming up with at
- 10:48least an initial plan of how you're going
- 10:51to make your 2026 an even better year.
- 10:53All right?
- 10:54That's something I want you to think about.
- 10:56It's not something to scare you, but I
- 10:58don't want you to be like, oh my
- 11:00gosh, this just went by and I don't
- 11:03know where I'm going.
- 11:07If you don't know where you're going, chances
- 11:10are a lot of people are going to
- 11:12be in the same boat and be like,
- 11:14that's on your team, be like, I don't
- 11:16know what we're doing.
- 11:16What are we doing?
- 11:17I have no clue what we're doing.
- 11:20And I think sometimes people don't realize that
- 11:26they have more power than they give themselves
- 11:30credit for.
- 11:31Does that make some sense?
- 11:34I mean, I'm hoping it does.
- 11:35Because if it makes some sense, then that
- 11:39will change the perspective, ladies and gentlemen, of
- 11:42who you are and who you are becoming.
- 11:47Yeah, that's a very, very powerful thing to
- 11:55understand.
- 11:55All right, a very, very powerful thing.
- 11:58And what I wanna say to all of
- 11:59you right now is that potential is what
- 12:042025 should be all about to you.
- 12:08Okay, it should be all about that.
- 12:10Doesn't have to be about that, but that's
- 12:12what it is about.
- 12:13And so when we think about 2026, like
- 12:16I said, now looking at the clock, six
- 12:18hours and no minutes and basically 50 seconds
- 12:22at that moment until midnight hits.
- 12:24So number 16, ask what's the next right
- 12:28step that I need to take?
- 12:30So not how do we fix everything at
- 12:34the moment.
- 12:34We're not trying to solve the world's problems
- 12:37in 20 seconds.
- 12:38Big problems will shake when they're divided into
- 12:41clear, manageable, kind of like modal comments, simple
- 12:46actions.
- 12:47Number 17, guys, thank the person who stayed
- 12:51calm when you couldn't.
- 12:55Acknowledging emotional anchors strengthens trust and connection within
- 13:00any group.
- 13:01I don't care whether it's a family unit.
- 13:03I don't care whether it's a volunteer unit.
- 13:04I don't care whether it's an educational unit.
- 13:06It has that power and it will strengthen
- 13:09if it's truly done with the right premise.
- 13:12Number 18, guys, admit, today was rough.
- 13:17Yeah, it was, but we're still here.
- 13:21And I think sometimes we miss that point
- 13:24that look at all the stuff we've gotten
- 13:26through this year.
- 13:27If you were just to play a little
- 13:29deja vu reel, right, of 2025 in your
- 13:32head, and think about all those challenges you
- 13:35went through, right, I know I can roll
- 13:37that reel in my head.
- 13:38I'm like, oh my gosh, but we're still
- 13:40here.
- 13:41We got through them and everything is fine.
- 13:44So I think our brain goes into hyperdrive
- 13:47mode and is like, oh my gosh, right?
- 13:48But we need to tell our brain, look,
- 13:50we've gotten through this in the past and
- 13:53we can get through this in the future
- 13:54again.
- 13:55We never get challenges that our body can't.
- 13:59Our universe will never do that to us.
- 14:01Vulnerability, ladies and gentlemen, grounds progress.
- 14:05It's okay to accept struggle while still showing
- 14:08determination.
- 14:09So some people think if I show a
- 14:11struggle, then that means I'm a failure.
- 14:13No, it doesn't.
- 14:14Some of the greatest minds of our time
- 14:16have struggled.
- 14:18If we don't struggle, we don't succeed.
- 14:22I think sometimes when things come to us
- 14:23too easily, maybe we're afraid of how that's
- 14:27gonna embrace us.
- 14:28Maybe we're afraid of what that's gonna do.
- 14:30Maybe, right?
- 14:30I mean, that's just the thing.
- 14:32So if we can embrace these things and
- 14:33we can embrace the moments in our life,
- 14:36that's pretty powerful, guys, pretty powerful.
- 14:39And I wanna make sure I got this
- 14:40out to you before I went out to
- 14:42dinner for New Year's Eve, because I know
- 14:44how important it is to you guys to
- 14:46have this.
- 14:47And I didn't wanna be doing this show
- 14:48at 1230, even though I could have.
- 14:50I wanna make sure this happened on December
- 14:5231st, 2025.
- 14:54And in case you're wondering about the New
- 14:56Year's countdown, well, now we're five hours, 58
- 15:00minutes, and 12 seconds till it happens.
- 15:02So you can really appreciate the 2026 when
- 15:09you think about all the good things that
- 15:11you did in 2025.
- 15:13Now, I'm not saying 2025 was a perfect
- 15:15year because it wasn't for everybody, but there
- 15:18were things in 2025 that you learned and
- 15:21lessons that you're gonna carry into 2026.
- 15:24Are you ready for 19?
- 15:25I know I am.
- 15:26Reframe one setback as practice, not failure.
- 15:31Success is built on reps, okay?
- 15:34Just like if you lift weights, right?
- 15:36So you can do three sets of 12,
- 15:41right?
- 15:41Three sets of 15.
- 15:43The number of reps you do, right?
- 15:45The number of repetitions, right?
- 15:48So three sets, three sets, and the reps
- 15:51might be 12 or 15, right?
- 15:53With dumbbells or weights or what have you.
- 15:55Or maybe you're doing squats.
- 15:57Three sets of 12 squats, right?
- 16:01So the reps is what's part of the
- 16:04set, and the set is what you repeat.
- 16:06Treat your missteps, ladies and gentlemen, as training.
- 16:10Don't as defeat, because you're gonna kill yourself.
- 16:13Number 20, write a backup plan for one
- 16:16big worry you have.
- 16:18Preparedness creates a calmness environment.
- 16:22When you know there's a plan B, stress
- 16:24just sort of, I don't know, loses its
- 16:26momentum.
- 16:27It loses the power that it was originally
- 16:29charged with.
- 16:30Number 21, say we're a team.
- 16:33Nobody does this alone.
- 16:35Unity multiplies strength.
- 16:37Remind everyone of the power in collaboration.
- 16:41Now, I don't say this to you weekly.
- 16:44It's important that you understand that collaboration is
- 16:47something that we need to be doing, not
- 16:50because we should have to do it, but
- 16:52because we wanna do it.
- 16:54Does that make sense to everybody?
- 16:55I hope it does.
- 16:56Number 22, guys, make a no yelling promise
- 17:00for tonight's disagreement.
- 17:03Now, I know it might be people in
- 17:05your family.
- 17:05They may yell, they may argue, they may
- 17:07scream.
- 17:08Even if they're in pain, they may yell,
- 17:10they may scream, they may curse.
- 17:12But you know what happens when you do
- 17:13that?
- 17:14It actually doesn't make the problem better.
- 17:16It exacerbates the problem.
- 17:18It seems like it takes energy off of
- 17:21the current emotion, which it does, but it
- 17:24just makes the problem worse and it makes
- 17:26people around you be like, oh my gosh,
- 17:28like what's going on?
- 17:29I mean, we've all been in discomfort before.
- 17:32Lots of different comfort, right?
- 17:33I can give one to you when I
- 17:35broke my tib and fib.
- 17:36And I remember after my leg healed and
- 17:38I remember going across the floor and I
- 17:40remember the phone ringing and my mind knew
- 17:44that I was supposed to take it easy
- 17:46on the foot, even though I had just
- 17:47gotten the cast off.
- 17:48But for some reason, the phone rang and
- 17:52a mean thing I did was just said,
- 17:53oh, I got the cast off, I can
- 17:55just walk.
- 17:55And I felt the funniness on my left
- 17:58leg.
- 17:59Not a pain, but a discomfort.
- 18:01I'm like, oh, I don't think I wanna
- 18:02do that again.
- 18:03But I didn't make that my whole day
- 18:05because what you focus on will repeat.
- 18:10If you say I'm in pain, if you
- 18:11say I'm in discomfort, if you say I
- 18:13hate life, guess what keeps happening?
- 18:15The universe keeps giving you more reasons to
- 18:17hate life.
- 18:18So why not try saying I love life?
- 18:20I know I'm in discomfort right now.
- 18:22I know I'm not as the way I
- 18:24wanna be, but I know I'm getting better
- 18:26and I know each day is becoming easier
- 18:29for me.
- 18:29Try that ladies and gentlemen.
- 18:31Respect creates a safety.
- 18:33Conflict can be resolved without noise or any
- 18:36shame.
- 18:36So many people I know try to throw
- 18:38shame and all these noise because they think
- 18:41it's gonna solve the problem.
- 18:42But you know what it does?
- 18:43Again, it exacerbates the problem.
- 18:46Number 23, share a meme or a joke
- 18:49to break the tension.
- 18:51Laughter resets energy.
- 18:53It's an underrated form of resilience.
- 18:57Does that make sense guys?
- 18:58I hope it does.
- 18:59Number 24, remember one fear that never actually
- 19:04came true.
- 19:05I can talk of lots of those in
- 19:07the past, especially when I was younger, right?
- 19:09You know, we worried about so many things,
- 19:11even school.
- 19:12And a lot of those things never came
- 19:14to fruition because we actually worried about things
- 19:19that never really existed.
- 19:20So if we spend time worrying on things,
- 19:23especially if we can't control something, that's not
- 19:26gonna make us feel very good.
- 19:27It's gonna deplete our energy and it's gonna
- 19:29make us feel depressed, right?
- 19:32You know that guys.
- 19:33So perspective is what becomes our reality.
- 19:37You create your reality.
- 19:38You create everything in your life by the
- 19:40perspective for which you assign.
- 19:42Perspective will heal the anxiety.
- 19:44So let's just change the lens a little
- 19:46bit, especially in 2026.
- 19:48Let's put a softer lens on and let's
- 19:50not be so harsh on things.
- 19:52Most worries guys will lose the steam and
- 19:55the momentum when they really prove out that
- 19:59you're kinder.
- 20:00And I think that's an important thing for
- 20:02us to know.
- 20:03Number 25, guys, ask this question.
- 20:06How can we support each other better this
- 20:09week?
- 20:10Yes, how can we support each other better?
- 20:12What can I do to help you this
- 20:13week?
- 20:14Teams will thrive when everyone's needs are seen
- 20:17and valued.
- 20:18A lot of people have this thing in
- 20:21them.
- 20:21It's called selfishness.
- 20:23You know what I'm talking about.
- 20:24Sure you do.
- 20:24So selfishness actually doesn't help anybody.
- 20:29It doesn't even help the person who's being
- 20:30selfish because you know what happens?
- 20:32You get what you want, but then you
- 20:33feel like a jerk, right?
- 20:35So number 26, tell someone I believe in
- 20:39you.
- 20:40Even on the off days, belief from others
- 20:43will reignite the confidence when self-doubt creeps
- 20:46in.
- 20:47This is a real, real secret.
- 20:50Sometimes people will not believe in your strategy
- 20:52and it's okay.
- 20:53You don't need to get other people to
- 20:56believe in you, okay?
- 20:58As long as you believe in yourself, who
- 21:00gives a darn what the rest of the
- 21:02world thinks?
- 21:02I don't care whether they're family, whether they're
- 21:04friends, whether they're, let's say they're competitors.
- 21:09It doesn't matter what anybody else thinks because
- 21:13your reality will become their reality when you
- 21:17focus on it long enough, all right?
- 21:18I know that seems very powerful.
- 21:20Number 27, take one deep group breath.
- 21:24You ready guys?
- 21:25Inhale.
- 21:27Remember, hold it.
- 21:29You're gonna hold it for four.
- 21:30One, two, three, four.
- 21:32Okay, inhale for four, holding it for two
- 21:34and exhale for six.
- 21:36One, two, three, four, five, six.
- 21:39So we're gonna go ahead and do this
- 21:41again.
- 21:41We're gonna inhale for four, hold it for
- 21:45two, great, and exhale for six.
- 21:49One more time.
- 21:50Inhale for four, hold it for two and
- 21:54exhale for six.
- 21:57I know your group might be saying, I
- 21:59don't wanna do this.
- 22:00Well, maybe the people that don't wanna cooperate
- 22:03with your team and don't understand the meaning
- 22:06of the word team shouldn't be on your
- 22:08team, okay?
- 22:09It's a privilege to be on a team.
- 22:11It's not a right, remember that guys.
- 22:13So that one deep group breath, taking a
- 22:16couple of them or tackling a problem, could
- 22:19be your ace, okay?
- 22:21Shared calmness creates clarity, remember that.
- 22:25Breathing together resets the emotional climate.
- 22:29And when we can breathe in tandem, when
- 22:31we can be in a room and our
- 22:32heartbeats can all sync together, okay?
- 22:35That is a coherence.
- 22:37And coherence is one of the biggest attributes
- 22:41of successful people.
- 22:43They don't necessarily know their incoherence directly, but
- 22:47they strive for it and they can feel
- 22:50their incoherence.
- 22:50Does that mean something?
- 22:51So being in coherence is a very big
- 22:54key, all right?
- 22:56Number 28, remind yourself you've survived.
- 23:03That's right, 100% of your worst days,
- 23:06that track record means you can face whatever
- 23:09comes next.
- 23:10Now, maybe you have a dog, maybe you're
- 23:12in a room and maybe the dog comes
- 23:14in the room.
- 23:14Did you know that having that dog in
- 23:16the room for just a few minutes next
- 23:18to you, that dog and you will become
- 23:21in coherence within a few minutes, your heartbeats
- 23:24will be together.
- 23:26When our heartbeats are together, that means we're
- 23:30in a state of connectedness.
- 23:32Now, many people spend hours trying to figure
- 23:35out how do I get connected?
- 23:36How do I get coherent?
- 23:37Well, what they're doing is they're doing in
- 23:39a way that I'm gonna say is a
- 23:42superficialness, a way that's really not about doing
- 23:46it for truth.
- 23:47They're doing it because they have an ulterior
- 23:49motive, one that's not gonna be for the
- 23:51greater good of all concern.
- 23:53Number 29, guys, I want you tonight to
- 23:56end the night with one thing I appreciate
- 24:01about, that is gratitude.
- 24:04Gratitude close your day, even if everyone around
- 24:07you gives you negativity, tells you this is
- 24:10bad, tells you all kinds of things, I
- 24:13want you to take the lens, and I
- 24:15want you to realize that you can shift
- 24:18your perspective somewhere else.
- 24:21Gratitude should close your day every day with
- 24:24a true connection.
- 24:26Appreciation, guys, restores the emotional harmony.
- 24:29You know you want emotional harmony, so why
- 24:31not do that?
- 24:32We're almost done with this show, guys, so
- 24:34let's continue this strong.
- 24:35Number 30, I want you to wake up
- 24:37tomorrow morning, January 1st, with we'll figure it
- 24:42out together.
- 24:44Starting the day with unity sets the tone
- 24:46for teamwork and resilience, just like the dog,
- 24:49just like people in tandem.
- 24:51When people naturally come together, okay, and they're
- 24:55on the same page, you get a calmness,
- 24:58and that calmness creates a stability effect, which
- 25:01we call coherence.
- 25:03Being more technical about it, our heart gets
- 25:06in coherence with other people's hearts.
- 25:08There's been studies done on this all around
- 25:11the world.
- 25:11I'm not gonna bore you on that with
- 25:12tonight's show, but I just want you to
- 25:14understand that if you found trouble in 2025,
- 25:17I will tell you why it was.
- 25:19It's because your heart was not in true
- 25:22coherence, so I want you to strive to
- 25:25be in coherence, but do it by being
- 25:27a genuine person, not by being someone that's
- 25:30out for an ulterior motive.
- 25:31All right, guys, now, when teams learn to
- 25:34bend, okay, without breaking, guess what happens?
- 25:39They become unstoppable.
- 25:42And, you know, maybe you thought of it
- 25:43about this with buildings and even bridges.
- 25:45Do you know that bridges, some of the
- 25:47best bridges in the world and buildings in
- 25:49the world that are built, even the widest
- 25:51and large span bridges, do you know that
- 25:53they have a little bit of a sway
- 25:55to them?
- 25:56Okay, they have that little bit of movement
- 25:58because if they didn't, you know what happened?
- 26:00They would snap with any storm.
- 26:03So there has to be a little give,
- 26:04there has to be a little take.
- 26:06And so if you're too rigid like this,
- 26:09you're gonna snap or someone else is gonna
- 26:10snap and you're like, oh, I hate working
- 26:13with that person.
- 26:14So try coherence.
- 26:15Coherence will allow you to ebb and flow
- 26:18together.
- 26:20All right, ladies and gentlemen, I want you
- 26:21to please incorporate these practices because if you
- 26:25do, they will build trust, they will build
- 26:27gratitude, and they will build an emotional endurance.
- 26:30The foundation of any strong family is coherence.
- 26:35Company or any partnership that you have, it's
- 26:38coherence.
- 26:40If this message, ladies and gentlemen, resonated with
- 26:43you on any level, I invite you to
