- 0:04Speaker 1: NFL Game View is a production of the NFL in

- 0:15Speaker 2: Game Review for about Mercedes Benz, Patrick Claybund back here
- 0:17Speaker 2: with my dear friends Greg Rosenthal and Cynthia Freeland, who
- 0:20Speaker 2: it's very difficult to kind of get differences in picking
- 0:23Speaker 2: once the season goes on, because we learn more, we're
- 0:26Speaker 2: starting to make the same picks. But we've still managed
- 0:29Speaker 2: to differ just a little bit.
- 0:31Speaker 3: Greg, I mean we tried to the last couple of weeks.
- 0:33Speaker 3: I had a perfect week two weeks ago. Let's put
- 0:35Speaker 3: up the standings for last week. Is that what you're
- 0:37Speaker 3: trying to set me up for?
- 0:38Speaker 2: No, I just wanted you to say that you guys
- 0:40Speaker 2: are my friends and we occasionally have So here's here's
- 0:44Speaker 2: what goes on. Greg has a one game lead now
- 0:46Speaker 2: on Cynthia, who has a three game lead over me,
- 0:50Speaker 2: and we're battling back and front.
- 0:52Speaker 3: I think the important part is all of us have
- 0:53Speaker 3: great records over the last two weeks.
- 0:55Speaker 4: How about that?
- 0:56Speaker 5: Yeah, Well, we'll give you a diplomatic thing to say.
- 0:58Speaker 6: For a guy who was literally being chased by security
- 1:01Speaker 6: through the halls of NFL Network had to say.
- 1:03Speaker 4: Let's cut that out.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Oh so, Cowboys Niners a classic rivalry, much like the
- 1:10Speaker 2: rivalries on this show. Lately, San Franz has gotten the
- 1:12Speaker 2: best of Dallas. They've won the past three matchups, including
- 1:15Speaker 2: last year when they dismantled the Cowboys forty two to ten.
- 1:18Speaker 2: In Week ten, George Kettle had himself a day, grabbing
- 1:21Speaker 2: three receptions for three touchdowns the Randy malstat line against
- 1:25Speaker 2: the Cowboys. Teams meet up again Sunday night in Santa Clara.
- 1:28Speaker 2: The forty nine Ers lost Brandon Ayuka last week to
- 1:31Speaker 2: a torn acl Deebo Samuel statuses in the air.
- 1:34Speaker 7: Did the Cowboys get it done coming off the bi Greg.
- 1:36Speaker 4: I do not think so.
- 1:38Speaker 3: You want to buy week to restart your program, but
- 1:41Speaker 3: I think the forty nine Ers win this game twenty
- 1:42Speaker 3: six to twenty. It's a familiar matchup because of the
- 1:45Speaker 3: coaching situation in Dallas. Mike McCarthy had to be asked
- 1:50Speaker 3: during the week in a public press conference, Hey, what
- 1:55Speaker 3: do you think about your boss saying that you designed
- 1:58Speaker 3: bad plays and that you have a bad scheme.
- 2:01Speaker 4: I have never heard that from an owner.
- 2:04Speaker 3: During the middle of the season, it started making me wonder,
- 2:07Speaker 3: like if they don't win this game. With all the
- 2:08Speaker 3: bad memories that they've had against the forty nine ers,
- 2:11Speaker 3: they had the playoff loss, they had the blowout loss
- 2:13Speaker 3: you mentioned last year. Patrick, I worry about what's going
- 2:16Speaker 3: on here. They're not getting healthy on defense, the offense
- 2:19Speaker 3: is stagnant. I think the forty nine ers still have
- 2:22Speaker 3: enough talent and certainly enough scheme. I think they can
- 2:25Speaker 3: overcome their injuries on offense with a week to prepare
- 2:28Speaker 3: against this Cowboys defense, which has really been struggling.
- 2:31Speaker 5: You have six points, I have seven points.
- 2:33Speaker 6: I have twenty eight to twenty one, a few more
- 2:35Speaker 6: overall points projected for me as opposed to you from
- 2:38Speaker 6: Greg in this matchup. Why Well, I'm looking at this
- 2:41Speaker 6: Cowboys defense, and I'm looking at their ability to give
- 2:44Speaker 6: up Yak in.
- 2:44Speaker 5: The passing game.
- 2:46Speaker 6: They're just allowing guys to have tons of yards after
- 2:49Speaker 6: the catch. This has been an interesting stat about brock
- 2:51Speaker 6: Perty this year. He actually ranks last in terms of
- 2:54Speaker 6: the yardage coming the percentage of his yardage coming from Yak.
- 2:57Speaker 6: Where's for the past eight seasons that was a San
- 2:59Speaker 6: Francisco thing. So I think that trend reverses in this matchup.
- 3:03Speaker 6: And start to see that catch and run thing that
- 3:05Speaker 6: we're totally used to from this offense come back big time?
- 3:09Speaker 4: Is it?
- 3:09Speaker 5: George Kittle? Sure?
- 3:10Speaker 4: Is it?
- 3:11Speaker 5: Deebo Samuel Sure?
- 3:12Speaker 4: Is it?
- 3:12Speaker 5: Everyone?
- 3:13Speaker 6: The answer is yes, anyone that's playing, They're gonna have
- 3:15Speaker 6: a good yacht day.
- 3:16Speaker 7: I believe that they will have a good yack day.
- 3:18Speaker 2: I don't necessarily see the high scores that you guys do.
- 3:21Speaker 2: I have a lower scoring game, a slower pace game
- 3:24Speaker 2: because the Dallas Cowboys still.
- 3:26Speaker 7: Cannot stop the run. Greg mentioned the bye week.
- 3:28Speaker 2: They had an entire offseason to figure out how to
- 3:30Speaker 2: approach the opposition running the ball.
- 3:32Speaker 7: Here's what they've done.
- 3:33Speaker 2: They are dead last and rushing efficiency, dead last against
- 3:36Speaker 2: under center runs, and dead last thirty two in three
- 3:40Speaker 2: categories in design runs. Jordan Mason second in the league
- 3:44Speaker 2: in yards and carries. Again, if they couldn't do it
- 3:47Speaker 2: in an entire offseason, I don't know what the bye
- 3:50Speaker 2: week is going to do. We are all aboard on
- 3:52Speaker 2: the forty nine ers against the Dallas Cowboys. Nemaus get
- 3:55Speaker 2: us Cowboys.
- 3:56Speaker 3: There are no Cowboys fans left anymore, so they can't
- 3:58Speaker 3: meme us.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Both considered Super Bowl contenders coming into the season as
- 4:03Speaker 2: where the Bill who made a new acquisition last week
- 4:06Speaker 2: who had an.
- 4:07Speaker 7: Immediate impact not pictured in there was a celebration. Ever,
- 4:10Speaker 7: I going to hug Mark Cooper.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Him like feeling uncomfortable at all the love coming from
- 4:15Speaker 2: his teammates. The Bills are the Seahawks at Luomenfield, Josh
- 4:17Speaker 2: Allen against Gino Smith Seattle coming off a big win
- 4:20Speaker 2: in Atlanta.
- 4:21Speaker 7: Do they keep that going at home?
- 4:23Speaker 6: Cynthia, I think they keep it closer, But I still
- 4:26Speaker 6: have Buffalo winning this matchup twenty five to twenty three.
- 4:29Speaker 6: When I'm looking at Josh Allen this season and what
- 4:31Speaker 6: he's been doing, let's just say the number two hundred.
- 4:34Speaker 5: And eighty six.
- 4:34Speaker 6: That's how many consecutive passes that Josh Allen has thrown
- 4:37Speaker 6: without that other thing that happens. I know sometimes Buffalo people,
- 4:41Speaker 6: we are Midwesterners.
- 4:42Speaker 5: I'm a Midwesterner. They're Midwesterners.
- 4:44Speaker 6: There.
- 4:44Speaker 5: That's the highest compliment I can give you. You can't
- 4:46Speaker 5: jinx it.
- 4:47Speaker 6: So that thing that's the opposite of completing a pass
- 4:49Speaker 6: but not incomplete anyways, that hasn't happened. It is the
- 4:52Speaker 6: longest current streak in football. It is the longest streak
- 4:54Speaker 6: in Bill's history.
- 4:56Speaker 5: That has been a.
- 4:57Speaker 6: Huge reason why this team is so great. And the
- 4:59Speaker 6: quick passes that is where they've really gotten things going,
- 5:02Speaker 6: especially on first and second day. That's going to continue
- 5:05Speaker 6: because that is a one way to really target the
- 5:07Speaker 6: Seattle defense.
- 5:08Speaker 7: Yeah, you don't want to do that thing that hasn't happened.
- 5:11Speaker 7: To quote my dad, that thing.
- 5:12Speaker 2: There's three things that can happen when you throw the ball,
- 5:14Speaker 2: and two of them are bad, and one of those
- 5:16Speaker 2: is the thing that Cynthia is talking about that.
- 5:18Speaker 7: We're not talking about.
- 5:19Speaker 2: I also have a close Bills win twenty six to
- 5:21Speaker 2: twenty five because of Josh Allen. The Falcons offense was
- 5:24Speaker 2: an issue for the Seahawks in the run game, but
- 5:26Speaker 2: in the passing game they were kind of limited because
- 5:28Speaker 2: Kirk Cousins isn't necessarily the most mobile.
- 5:31Speaker 7: So you go from defending Kirk Cousins to.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Having to deal with this guy out on the edge
- 5:36Speaker 2: where he's number two in the league in passing yardage
- 5:40Speaker 2: on the run that's running at over eight miles an
- 5:42Speaker 2: hour and throwing the ball. He's also in the top
- 5:44Speaker 2: ten in terms of scramble yards. I think that's tougher
- 5:47Speaker 2: for Seattle. So I've got a Bills win here.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Great, man, this is messed up because the Seahawks were
- 5:53Speaker 3: three point underdogs last week.
- 5:54Speaker 4: I picked them. I got it.
- 5:55Speaker 5: I know that's how you got up on them.
- 5:56Speaker 3: I just figured one of you guys would take him. Here,
- 5:59Speaker 3: we have the same type of score, thread in the needle,
- 6:01Speaker 3: A close Bills win twenty nine to twenty seven. Yeah,
- 6:04Speaker 3: because it's like, kill your darlings. I love both these teams.
- 6:06Speaker 3: I picked the Bills to win the super Bowl this year.
- 6:08Speaker 3: It's partly because of the pass rush. So let's look
- 6:10Speaker 3: at what Greg Russo and Ed Oliver and this whole
- 6:13Speaker 3: group as a team is doing. They have a team passer.
- 6:16Speaker 3: What we all have two point scores.
- 6:18Speaker 5: I just thought that you were gonna like third person.
- 6:21Speaker 6: Let's look at what Greg has said about Yeah, I'm not.
- 6:24Speaker 3: If I win the picks competition for a third straight year,
- 6:27Speaker 3: I might start going third person all the time.
- 6:29Speaker 4: But for now, I want to talk.
- 6:30Speaker 3: About this defense because I do think against the Seattle
- 6:33Speaker 3: offensive line, that's the difference. It shows that we don't
- 6:35Speaker 3: feel that strong because we have the Seahawks covering all
- 6:38Speaker 3: three of us the three point spread, and yet we
- 6:41Speaker 3: don't have them winning.
- 6:43Speaker 2: I think the biggest factor there is DK Metcalf's health,
- 6:46Speaker 2: and yes, and if that was the other way, I
- 6:48Speaker 2: would have been comfortable same picking the Seattle Seahawks instead
- 6:51Speaker 2: Seattle Meme Away.
- 6:53Speaker 7: Moving to the Eagles, they've been able to win two straight.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Last week, Sinquan got some sweet revenge against his old team.
- 7:00Speaker 7: He's done it again. The Eagles and Bengals.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Once upon a time long ago, Burrow and LSU bested
- 7:06Speaker 2: Hurts and Oklahoma in the Peach Bowl. They haven't met
- 7:09Speaker 2: in the professional ranks yet, so this is their first
- 7:12Speaker 2: time since.
- 7:13Speaker 7: He's won three of their last four games. Who's winning
- 7:15Speaker 7: this one.
- 7:15Speaker 6: Cynthia, You know, I was a little surprised when I
- 7:17Speaker 6: saw the outcome of my model in this one. But
- 7:19Speaker 6: I have the Eagles just the one point win, twenty
- 7:22Speaker 6: four to twenty three, in part.
- 7:24Speaker 5: Because of that guy who we just saw. Do I
- 7:25Speaker 5: think it's going to be one hundred and seventy six
- 7:27Speaker 5: yards and a bajillion touchdowns in this game? I mean,
- 7:30Speaker 5: it could very well be.
- 7:31Speaker 6: However, I think it's more about the consistency on early
- 7:34Speaker 6: downs so that Jalen Hurts has a chance to really
- 7:37Speaker 6: do the thing that he does best, which is figure
- 7:39Speaker 6: out all the different pass catching options that he has
- 7:41Speaker 6: on every single down.
- 7:42Speaker 5: I know that Trey Hendrickson is there. I know there
- 7:44Speaker 5: are some o line questions in terms of health.
- 7:46Speaker 6: However, Saquon running to the other side gives a lot
- 7:49Speaker 6: of help to Jalen Hurts and the offense. So for me,
- 7:51Speaker 6: it's the run game, in the stability in the run
- 7:53Speaker 6: game that tips the scales in the favor of the Eagles.
- 7:56Speaker 2: And we have a similar difference in terms of one
- 7:59Speaker 2: point and a similar win in the Philadelphia Eagles. And
- 8:02Speaker 2: it's side a similar reason because the Bengals run defense,
- 8:05Speaker 2: while it has improved over the last few weeks, during
- 8:08Speaker 2: this run not enough. I got the Eagles twenty one
- 8:10Speaker 2: to twenty because I went to see just how much
- 8:13Speaker 2: the Bengals run defense had improved over the past few weeks, considering.
- 8:16Speaker 7: The fact that Saquan is coming to town.
- 8:18Speaker 2: So weeks one through four they were dead last in
- 8:21Speaker 2: rush defense success rate, and since then they've climbed all
- 8:24Speaker 2: the way up to still being in the bottom ten.
- 8:26Speaker 7: They've gone from the opponent being.
- 8:27Speaker 2: Successful forty nine percent of the time to forty six
- 8:30Speaker 2: percent of the time. I don't think that's enough against
- 8:32Speaker 2: Saquon and company.
- 8:33Speaker 4: Correct, I love me some home favorite, Just Greg, let's go.
- 8:39Speaker 3: It has been a couple weeks actually since I had
- 8:40Speaker 3: to do it, Just Greg, But I have the Bengals
- 8:42Speaker 3: winning this game. I have them covering this game twenty
- 8:45Speaker 3: four to twenty. I'm not feeling comfortable about Jalen Hurts
- 8:48Speaker 3: in this Eagles offense right now because Jalen Hurts isn't
- 8:51Speaker 3: feeling comfortable. I know they won twenty eight to three,
- 8:54Speaker 3: but Fred Johnson, who's out there playing left tackle, is
- 8:58Speaker 3: not starter level at the NFL level. This is a
- 9:01Speaker 3: good Bengals pass rush. Even when Jalen Hurts has been
- 9:03Speaker 3: protect lately. He's just kind of sitting there and waiting
- 9:07Speaker 3: and you said, like trying to make a decision, and
- 9:09Speaker 3: then he throws it to AJ Brown and that works
- 9:11Speaker 3: pretty well.
- 9:11Speaker 4: AJ Brown is just amazing.
- 9:13Speaker 3: But I look at these two teams and I thought
- 9:16Speaker 3: the pointspread was going to be higher in this game
- 9:18Speaker 3: because I just think the Bengals are a better team
- 9:20Speaker 3: right now than the Philadelphia Eagles, So I like them
- 9:22Speaker 3: to win and maybe even buy more than four points.
- 9:24Speaker 7: We'll see. All right, let's go from there.
- 9:26Speaker 2: This guy or that guy Cynthia, which star more likely
- 9:30Speaker 2: to have over seventy four receiving yards in this game?
- 9:32Speaker 7: Is it aj Brown or is it Jamar Chase?
- 9:34Speaker 6: It's both, but of the two, I think that Jamar
- 9:37Speaker 6: Chase has more yards in general. While I'm looking at
- 9:41Speaker 6: this opportunity here against the defense, and yes the Eagles
- 9:44Speaker 6: they have upticked that sack number big time, I still
- 9:47Speaker 6: think that this is Jamar Chase's yack. I mean, he
- 9:50Speaker 6: said it himself this week. He's like, you know, he's
- 9:52Speaker 6: gonna let let all of his performance do the talking
- 9:54Speaker 6: for him for how valuable he is.
- 9:56Speaker 5: Right, he answered it. You should google it.
- 9:57Speaker 6: It's very funny, meaning pay the man, which is what
- 10:00Speaker 6: they absolutely should and will do. But in this case,
- 10:03Speaker 6: I think it's going to be around night yards. So
- 10:04Speaker 6: I have a lot more than seventy four.
- 10:06Speaker 7: Yeah, a lot of great receivers in this game. I
- 10:08Speaker 7: think they should pay Jamar Chase.
- 10:10Speaker 2: I think they should pay t Higgins because it's fun
- 10:12Speaker 2: to see these guys on the field. At the same time,
- 10:14Speaker 2: Bears are the commanders. Jayden Daniels has been dealing with
- 10:16Speaker 2: a rib injury. If he can't go, Barcus Mariota gets
- 10:19Speaker 2: the start. Who do you like in this potential battle
- 10:22Speaker 2: of top picks?
- 10:22Speaker 3: Grew Well, I like them both, but I like what
- 10:24Speaker 3: Caleb Williams is doing with the up tempo Bears passing attack.
- 10:28Speaker 3: I have the Bears winning this game twenty to seventeen.
- 10:30Speaker 3: I'm operating under the assumption Jaden Daniels isn't playing. I
- 10:33Speaker 3: would flip it if he is. But let's talk about
- 10:35Speaker 3: that up tempo game. Caleb Williams in the last couple
- 10:38Speaker 3: of weeks, including the game in London, was playing so
- 10:41Speaker 3: fast and this is the part of the game where
- 10:44Speaker 3: maybe a younger quarterback isn't having to think quite as much.
- 10:47Speaker 3: You're dictating the matchups, and he's showing that he's very
- 10:50Speaker 3: good at the line of scrimmage, being able to figure
- 10:52Speaker 3: out and go fast, fast fast.
- 10:54Speaker 4: Our friend Steve Weisch on the NFL.
- 10:56Speaker 3: Daily podcast talk to someone within the organization and they said,
- 11:00Speaker 3: it really took a few weeks to figure out what
- 11:02Speaker 3: he likes to do.
- 11:03Speaker 4: And Caleb Williams, he likes to go fast.
- 11:05Speaker 3: We know he's accurate I mean, just look at that
- 11:07Speaker 3: seamball there to Cole Comet, the weapons are all healthy
- 11:11Speaker 3: coming off of a bye week, So yes, if there's
- 11:13Speaker 3: no Jayden Daniels, I think it's a lower scoring game.
- 11:16Speaker 4: And I like the Bears to win in that scenario.
- 11:18Speaker 2: A similar situation where I agree, I appreciate Caleb's contributions. Again,
- 11:23Speaker 2: a surgical magician literally doctor strange in that capacity, I've
- 11:27Speaker 2: got a Bears win as well by two points for me,
- 11:30Speaker 2: mainly because of the Bears defense. I recognize Caleb's playing better,
- 11:33Speaker 2: but considering what this defense has done, and I think
- 11:35Speaker 2: they'll be even healthier after the buy. Now, there was
- 11:38Speaker 2: Nojakwan Brisker, Kyler Gordon as of Thursday, but rotational guys
- 11:42Speaker 2: like Jacob Martin and Zach Pickens full participants as well.
- 11:45Speaker 2: The lowest opposing quarterback rating allowed in the league, whether
- 11:50Speaker 2: it's Marcus or Jayden. I think the Bears defense makes
- 11:52Speaker 2: it tough and that gives me a confidence in a
- 11:55Speaker 2: two point edge.
- 11:55Speaker 6: Cynthia Well, I'd like to have a surgeon that's magical
- 11:59Speaker 6: as opposed to a magician that's a surgeon. Anyway, either way, here,
- 12:02Speaker 6: I'm taking Washington here twenty four to twenty three. I
- 12:05Speaker 6: am operating under the assumption that we will see Jade
- 12:08Speaker 6: and Daniels. I do believe that I understand that this
- 12:11Speaker 6: is a rib injury, and I understand that's very painful.
- 12:13Speaker 6: But I also know that he's got this one circled since,
- 12:16Speaker 6: like last.
- 12:17Speaker 5: You know, the very minute you.
- 12:19Speaker 6: Walk down, like whenever we schedule released in.
- 12:21Speaker 5: May, Revenge game not Revenge.
- 12:23Speaker 7: But they doubted me.
- 12:24Speaker 5: They doubted me. They thought I was number two. I
- 12:27Speaker 5: thought all the world one. I felt, oh no.
- 12:29Speaker 6: But I do think that this is an important one
- 12:31Speaker 6: for him, probably emotionally. His coach has nothing but good
- 12:33Speaker 6: things to say about him. When I'm looking at his
- 12:35Speaker 6: ability to connect with Terry McLaurin specifically, I know you
- 12:38Speaker 6: talked about how great those offensive backs are for the Bears,
- 12:41Speaker 6: but you also talked about they're not practicing. They weren't
- 12:44Speaker 6: practicing this week for Kyler or Gordon, for Jakwan Brisker.
- 12:46Speaker 5: So Jalen Johnson is just one man.
- 12:49Speaker 4: You know.
- 12:49Speaker 5: He can't patrol the whole field. And I do understand that.
- 12:52Speaker 6: You know, the other guys have been great and stepped
- 12:54Speaker 6: up in replacement, but This is a prime number, baby,
- 12:56Speaker 6: and probably won't be by the time it starts, because
- 12:58Speaker 6: I imagine it's gonna change a Ruski it. But you know,
- 13:02Speaker 6: I think it's Washington unfortunately for Bears.
- 13:04Speaker 2: All right, congratulations to the commanders. You get the first
- 13:06Speaker 2: prime number of the day. That's the Drive to Excellence

- 13:24Speaker 2: Terms and conditions apply. Colts and the Texans top two
- 13:27Speaker 2: teams in the AFC South. When they met back in
- 13:30Speaker 2: Week one. Houston won it by two, twenty nine to
- 13:32Speaker 2: twenty seven.
- 13:32Speaker 7: It feels like forever ago. What happens this.
- 13:34Speaker 6: Time in Week A, Cynthia a Begger win for Houston
- 13:37Speaker 6: is what I have forecast twenty six to nineteen in
- 13:39Speaker 6: this matchup.
- 13:40Speaker 5: I want to say something about how CJ. Stroud has
- 13:42Speaker 5: been playing.
- 13:43Speaker 6: I did a lot of homework on Stroud specifically, and
- 13:46Speaker 6: he's kind of been like quarterbacking two point Oho.
- 13:48Speaker 5: There's like three steps one. Step one, be really good.
- 13:50Speaker 6: You don't necessarily need to be offensive rookie of the
- 13:52Speaker 6: year good, but you do need to be really good.
- 13:54Speaker 5: Step two.
- 13:55Speaker 6: Then maybe what you're gonna do is you're gonna have
- 13:56Speaker 6: defenses try to really have things that they do against you.
- 14:00Speaker 5: Specifically, we saw it last week with the Packers.
- 14:03Speaker 6: They didn't even blitz it, but they brought the heat
- 14:05Speaker 6: with four or fewer pass rushers and that got to him.
- 14:07Speaker 5: All right, now we learn something. Now it's c J.
- 14:10Speaker 6: Stroud's turn to evolve into his next iteration of him.
- 14:13Speaker 6: So all these bad things are seeing happen that is
- 14:15Speaker 6: not gonna be the case in this matchup.
- 14:17Speaker 3: I love that, and I love the Texans in general.
- 14:20Speaker 3: I didn't like seeing all that negative c J.
- 14:22Speaker 4: Stroud.
- 14:22Speaker 3: You know tape, let's put something positive about the Texans.
- 14:25Speaker 3: They win thirty three to nineteen, and it's partly because
- 14:29Speaker 3: c J. Stroud's gonna hand the ball off to Joe
- 14:31Speaker 3: Mixon and the offensive line that's so bad at pass
- 14:33Speaker 3: protection doesn't have to worry about it as much.
- 14:35Speaker 4: This is the biggest.
- 14:37Speaker 3: Boom or bust offense, and especially boom or bust running.
- 14:42Speaker 4: Game in the entire league.
- 14:43Speaker 3: But when it's boom or bust, Patrick, what do you
- 14:45Speaker 3: think happens against the Colts defense.
- 14:47Speaker 7: Yeah, it's the boom, it's boom.
- 14:49Speaker 4: I mean Joe Mixon.
- 14:51Speaker 3: He can have one, one, negative one and then he'll
- 14:53Speaker 3: have forty And I think that's what's gonna happen in
- 14:56Speaker 3: this game.
- 14:56Speaker 4: Three or four different times.
- 14:58Speaker 3: They end up racking up big rushing yards with those
- 15:00Speaker 3: quick hitting runs where it really gets up the seam
- 15:03Speaker 3: and I'm going thirty three to seventeen.
- 15:05Speaker 4: It's a get right game for the Texans offense.
- 15:07Speaker 2: All it's unanimous. I've got the Houston Texans as well
- 15:10Speaker 2: in this game. A bounce back game, not just for CJ. Stroud,
- 15:14Speaker 2: who had eighty six yards passing, but for Tank Dell
- 15:16Speaker 2: as well, because when I think about the Colts, I
- 15:18Speaker 2: think about Gus Bradley's defense going out there and having
- 15:21Speaker 2: a similar type scheme and plan week after week after week,
- 15:25Speaker 2: and Cynthia outlined you got to be a little bit
- 15:27Speaker 2: different to get c J. Stroud off the edge and
- 15:30Speaker 2: back in week one, there was a lot of Tank
- 15:32Speaker 2: Dell getting involved. He also had two carries in the
- 15:34Speaker 2: game seven targets. I know it's been a slow start,
- 15:37Speaker 2: but I think without Nico Collins, this is the game
- 15:40Speaker 2: for TANKDLL to come out there and have a big
- 15:42Speaker 2: game against a division rival.
- 15:44Speaker 7: More to come here on game debut. Up next to another.
- 15:47Speaker 2: Big matchup for the top spot in a vision going
- 15:49Speaker 2: down in Tampa. Baker in the Bucks versus Kirko Chains again.
- 15:54Speaker 2: They scored a billion points last time. Who's ready to
- 15:56Speaker 2: claim the South? Our answer right after this, Oh, that
- 16:05Speaker 2: was the most fun I've had on a Thursday night
- 16:07Speaker 2: since Baker Mayfield's epic win across the street at so
- 16:10Speaker 2: Far Stadium a couple of years ago.
- 16:12Speaker 7: That was a walk off win.
- 16:14Speaker 2: In Week five for the Falcons against the Bucks. We
- 16:16Speaker 2: got a big rematch Sunday for first place in the South.
- 16:19Speaker 2: Tampa will not have Chris Godwin unfortunately, or Mike Evans
- 16:23Speaker 2: who gets it done here.
- 16:24Speaker 6: Cynthia Well, that shifted my score completely. I have at
- 16:26Speaker 6: Landa winning this one twenty three to twenty. It's not
- 16:29Speaker 6: great when you have to say, like these two guys
- 16:31Speaker 6: who are everything to your offense are gone. But on
- 16:34Speaker 6: the other side, you need to sit down for the
- 16:36Speaker 6: stat I know drew our producer really likes it too.
- 16:39Speaker 6: Do you know that last week was the first time
- 16:41Speaker 6: in Bajon Robinson's career as a pro that he had
- 16:44Speaker 6: one hundred or more rushing yards and a rushing touchdown
- 16:46Speaker 6: in the same game that.
- 16:48Speaker 7: I had no idea.
- 16:49Speaker 5: That's wild, Like, I don't that's that's how a good
- 16:53Speaker 5: mic drop thing.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Anyways, he had security should be going after Arthur Smith
- 16:56Speaker 3: for that.
- 16:57Speaker 4: I mean, that's ridiculous.
- 16:58Speaker 6: I mean, that's that's a wild stat It's pretty incredible.
- 17:02Speaker 5: But this is the difference maker in this game.
- 17:03Speaker 6: I think both defenses have some big question marks, but
- 17:06Speaker 6: with all of those pieces missing on offense, the run
- 17:09Speaker 6: game and the stability the run game can give you
- 17:11Speaker 6: the ball control. It just means maybe he has another
- 17:13Speaker 6: one hundred yard and one rushing touchdown.
- 17:16Speaker 5: Wild that's the first one.
- 17:17Speaker 2: It's something that we've been saying for most of this
- 17:19Speaker 2: season that this is not the traditional run.
- 17:21Speaker 7: Stopping Todd Bowles defense.
- 17:23Speaker 2: I have Atlanta winning this one mainly again, it's a
- 17:26Speaker 2: lot to overcome with the injuries, and the Falcons.
- 17:29Speaker 7: Had that big win.
- 17:31Speaker 2: With the entire facility available for Tampa Bay and now
- 17:35Speaker 2: they go back in and this offensive piece is just
- 17:38Speaker 2: hurt and including Darnell Mooney is back. Folks, you want
- 17:44Speaker 2: to talk about a stat line on Thursday Night football,
- 17:46Speaker 2: Darnell Mooney had sixteen targets. He had nine catches. This season,
- 17:50Speaker 2: he has thirty two catches. Eleven of them have been
- 17:52Speaker 2: on third down, third and Darnell is on the way
- 17:55Speaker 2: for Tampa.
- 17:55Speaker 4: Bayker, Okay, I think this is a tough one.
- 17:57Speaker 3: I don't like when they play their whole season series
- 18:00Speaker 3: within just a couple of weeks and it's over this
- 18:02Speaker 3: the biggest game, and yet there's something about me. It's
- 18:05Speaker 3: just a hunch that the Bucks get this wrong. And
- 18:06Speaker 3: you might say you want more than a hunch, but
- 18:09Speaker 3: let's go just Greg Nation, My hunches have been like
- 18:12Speaker 3: one or two games better than these two over about
- 18:14Speaker 3: a two hundred and eighty games sample size. So this
- 18:16Speaker 3: is a pick against the Atlanta Falcons defense.
- 18:19Speaker 4: Let's go to that. Let's go to the tape for
- 18:21Speaker 4: some bad Falcons defense. They don't have anything.
- 18:25Speaker 3: Yeah, that was the point, Like, it's not really much
- 18:28Speaker 3: of a difference that I get like one or two
- 18:29Speaker 3: games up on you guys, but I like to brag
- 18:31Speaker 3: about it. The numbers are ridiculous for how bad this
- 18:35Speaker 3: pass rush is dead last in the league in pressure rate,
- 18:38Speaker 3: despite the fact that they blitz at the tenth highest
- 18:41Speaker 3: rate in the league. So they're sending extra guys and
- 18:44Speaker 3: they still get no pressures.
- 18:45Speaker 4: You know how many sacks they have this season.
- 18:47Speaker 3: Six, that's like a light day's work for Aiden Hutchinson.
- 18:51Speaker 3: Give me a break with this pass rush. I think
- 18:53Speaker 3: the scheme for the Bucks is good. Baker Mayfield's up
- 18:55Speaker 3: and down. We're due for an up. Let's go Trey Palmer,
- 18:59Speaker 3: Let's go Bucks defense. And I just think it. They
- 19:01Speaker 3: don't deserve to win the division this early.
- 19:03Speaker 5: The Falcons catch us stray. Why go to remind me
- 19:06Speaker 5: that A Hudginson isn't playing?
- 19:08Speaker 3: Oh sorry, yeah, that was well. He he's the guy
- 19:10Speaker 3: with five or six sex in game.
- 19:11Speaker 4: Just me worked.
- 19:12Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 19:13Speaker 2: Anyway, we're gonna sort everything out here and make sure
- 19:15Speaker 2: everybody's okay.
- 19:16Speaker 7: The team everyone looking up at.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Right now, the Chiefs, of course, Kansas City the only
- 19:21Speaker 2: remaining unbeaten. If you're wondering VIT's seeing Jack Jones going
- 19:23Speaker 2: to the end zone. This is the last time they
- 19:25Speaker 2: haven't lost a game since Christmas, and it was against
- 19:28Speaker 2: the Raiders back in December, Antonio Pierce's squad win an
- 19:31Speaker 2: arrowhead sucker punched. The Chiefs went in twenty to fourteen
- 19:34Speaker 2: to Spight am O'Connell throwing for sixty two yards. Since then,
- 19:38Speaker 2: mahomes squad has won twelve straight games, including a game
- 19:42Speaker 2: where they hoisted the Lombardi Trophy. So that gets us
- 19:44Speaker 2: too quick picks here on game debut, A big rematch,
- 19:48Speaker 2: well big for one day between the Raiders and the Chiefs.
- 19:51Speaker 2: A and O'Connell out with a thumb injury, so incomes Gardner.
- 19:54Speaker 7: Will Gardner shock the world?
- 19:55Speaker 4: Greg he will not.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Chiefs win this game twenty four to thirteen with their
- 19:59Speaker 3: new wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins getting it done for Patrick Mahomes.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Maybe it's not a huge package of plays, although the
- 20:07Speaker 3: way he's been.
- 20:08Speaker 4: In different offenses throughout his career.
- 20:09Speaker 3: I would expect he's out there thirty forty STAPs and
- 20:12Speaker 3: certainly in the red zone. Patrick Mahomes needs someone that
- 20:15Speaker 3: can catch a ball in tight windows where he knows
- 20:18Speaker 3: he can be accurate, and just his receiver is gonna
- 20:21Speaker 3: make a play. Justin Watson nice player, not that guy.
- 20:24Speaker 3: DeAndre Hopkins definitely that guy. They get it done and
- 20:27Speaker 3: they remember that loss to the Raiders. They do not
- 20:29Speaker 3: want to let it happen again.
- 20:31Speaker 2: So there it is Raiders fans, although maybe you feel
- 20:34Speaker 2: the same way we do it this point, the Packers
- 20:36Speaker 2: and Jags down in do ball.
- 20:37Speaker 7: Green Bay has won three in a row. The Jags
- 20:39Speaker 7: to play back to back games in London. They flow back.
- 20:41Speaker 7: They don't have no buy Cynthia. Can they overcome that?
- 20:45Speaker 6: No. I actually have a closer game than maybe you
- 20:48Speaker 6: might think. Twenty six to twenty two for Green Bay.
- 20:51Speaker 6: I'm looking at Jordan Love and how well he does
- 20:53Speaker 6: when he doesn't get blitzed. I mean, the numbers are staggering,
- 20:56Speaker 6: like one hundred and fourteen passer rating, eleven touchdowns.
- 21:00Speaker 5: He's right up the top of the league when nobody
- 21:02Speaker 5: blitzes him.
- 21:03Speaker 6: And it's very unlikely that this team, because they're really
- 21:06Speaker 6: The strategy for the Jags has been to sort of
- 21:08Speaker 6: protect a lot of their secondary so you can't blitz.
- 21:12Speaker 6: You can't leave them on that like less number situation
- 21:15Speaker 6: when you got all these.
- 21:16Speaker 5: Different pass catchers.
- 21:17Speaker 6: So they're likely to not blitz a lot in this one,
- 21:19Speaker 6: which means we're gonna get good Jordan Love not interception.
- 21:22Speaker 5: Jordan Love. Packers win all.
- 21:24Speaker 2: Right, Gregson got the score getting really SOLDI he's thirty
- 21:26Speaker 2: seven to seventeen. They're the passers at the Broncos at
- 21:30Speaker 2: mile high. Bryce Young starting for Carolina. A rough one
- 21:33Speaker 2: as the youngster has to go against the number one
- 21:35Speaker 2: passing efficiency defense in the league. That's why I've got
- 21:38Speaker 2: the Broncos here eighteen to ten. But let's talk about
- 21:41Speaker 2: that Denver Broncos offense, mainly Javonte Williams, who didn't get
- 21:45Speaker 2: to finish an incredible performance against the Saints because they
- 21:48Speaker 2: got the garbage time so early backups came in. So
- 21:51Speaker 2: here's another chance for the tackle breaking monster Javonte to
- 21:55Speaker 2: go up against a bad rushing defense in the NFC
- 21:58Speaker 2: South for him to try to feast upon them. Time
- 22:01Speaker 2: for us to seize the season presented by Caesars Sports Book.
- 22:04Speaker 2: As we are looking at the Jets and the Patriots
- 22:07Speaker 2: first touchdown score odds, it's three gents at the top
- 22:11Speaker 2: breasts Davante and Garrett Wilson, followed by Ramandre Stevenson's not
- 22:14Speaker 2: getting a lot of carries in the red zone specifically,
- 22:17Speaker 2: and then Antonio Gibson. So let's discuss this big in
- 22:21Speaker 2: some places. Matchup in Foxboro, Aaron Rodgers and the Jets
- 22:24Speaker 2: have lost four straight.
- 22:25Speaker 7: Do they turn it around? Cynthia?
- 22:27Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 22:28Speaker 5: Is it a turnaround?
- 22:30Speaker 7: Do they beat the Patriots?
- 22:30Speaker 6: They beat the Patriots twenty five to seventeen. It's a
- 22:34Speaker 6: pretty big win by eight points. But I want to
- 22:36Speaker 6: talk about DeVante Adams because when you trade for someone
- 22:38Speaker 6: and you make this much noise about it, we absolutely
- 22:41Speaker 6: need to break down his first game and he lined
- 22:43Speaker 6: up in the slot on fifty what he played ninety
- 22:45Speaker 6: six percent of snaps, so I guess his hamstring's okay.
- 22:48Speaker 6: And he lined up in the slot fifty one percent
- 22:50Speaker 6: of the time. That is actually the highest for him
- 22:52Speaker 6: since twenty sixteen. Back we were all just children and
- 22:55Speaker 6: he was playing in Green Bay with Aaron Rodgers. What
- 22:58Speaker 6: happened there, Well, he didn't really make much noise on either.
- 23:00Speaker 6: He did get a bunch of a decent amount of
- 23:02Speaker 6: targets in this game. However, I think that it takes
- 23:05Speaker 6: a minute for all the chemistry to come back. And
- 23:07Speaker 6: when you're looking at this defense, I'm sorry they're banged up.
- 23:10Speaker 5: I don't think they're soft. I just think that they're
- 23:12Speaker 5: banged up.
- 23:12Speaker 2: Yeah, sometimes things take tom sometimes they take longer than
- 23:15Speaker 2: two and a half seconds, which is how long it's
- 23:17Speaker 2: taking Aaron Rodgers to get rid of the football, especially
- 23:19Speaker 2: when he plays the team with a decent pass rush.
- 23:22Speaker 7: He is not playing one. This week.
- 23:24Speaker 2: The New England Patriots bottom ten in terms of pressure percentage.
- 23:27Speaker 2: And you look back at these few games, look at
- 23:29Speaker 2: the pocket for Trevor Lawrence to throw this deep ball
- 23:31Speaker 2: to BTJ and Christian Zalis played a solid game, but
- 23:35Speaker 2: it's hard to cover. Quarterbacks are able to just stand
- 23:39Speaker 2: back there and throw the ball like this, and imagine
- 23:41Speaker 2: Aaron Rodgers doing that. I don't have a big Jets
- 23:45Speaker 2: win because I don't necessarily trust the Jets or think
- 23:47Speaker 2: they're a very good football team eighteen seventeen, but I
- 23:49Speaker 2: do think if you can't rush Aaron Rodgers, then it's
- 23:52Speaker 2: going to be hard to beat Aaron Roch.
- 23:53Speaker 5: Okay, so we seventeen's hilarious.
- 23:55Speaker 4: We do have a memeller.
- 23:57Speaker 3: It feels like eighteen seventeen, that's the last time the
- 23:59Speaker 3: Patriots were good. But I have the Patriots covering, so
- 24:03Speaker 3: you got that go And for you Patriots. Two of
- 24:05Speaker 3: the three of us have you covering it's twenty four
- 24:07Speaker 3: to twenty. Let's just talk about Drake May because I've
- 24:10Speaker 3: heard talk in New England like, yeah, Drake May's playing well,
- 24:13Speaker 3: but everything else is a disaster.
- 24:15Speaker 4: Don't lose the forest for the trees.
- 24:17Speaker 3: Like this organization, the defense, the head coach, everything's disorganized.
- 24:21Speaker 4: None of it matters.
- 24:22Speaker 3: Drake May is the only thing that matters about this
- 24:25Speaker 3: entire organization. This season is a full on success. If
- 24:30Speaker 3: Drake May is a real dude. I think he's a
- 24:33Speaker 3: real dude. Through two games, he is looking like a
- 24:35Speaker 3: real dude. Whether the coaches last or the teammates last,
- 24:38Speaker 3: it doesn't matter because finding a franchise quarterback is the
- 24:42Speaker 3: only thing that matters.
- 24:43Speaker 4: Drake May. I love you.
- 24:44Speaker 6: I would like to put up a little meter of
- 24:46Speaker 6: how many times do you sort of accidentally throw shade
- 24:48Speaker 6: at me as a Lions fan who actually hasn't had
- 24:51Speaker 6: a team that's been good in a long time. Eighteen
- 24:53Speaker 6: seventy you're a Patriots fan. Okay, you got like all
- 24:56Speaker 6: these rings on your finger from whatever that is?
- 24:59Speaker 5: Two for you, sir.
- 25:00Speaker 4: They literally won the Super Bowl like six years ago.
- 25:02Speaker 4: So that's a fair point.
- 25:03Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, so there it is. It's meme alert and
- 25:06Speaker 2: Greg once again it gets to bemoan. Oh the troubles
- 25:10Speaker 2: that he has seen as a fan. Oh, I'm sorry
- 25:12Speaker 2: for the New England Patriots that sees the season. Presented

- 25:33Speaker 2: in Miami to take on the Dolphins to a tongue
- 25:35Speaker 2: Valoa expected to play, and that's the main reason I
- 25:38Speaker 2: think he gets the Fins back on track with They
- 25:40Speaker 2: win it by one, twenty one to twenty just because
- 25:43Speaker 2: the offense looks so much different, guys, when it's to
- 25:46Speaker 2: a tongue of Valoa back there playing quarter. In fact,
- 25:49Speaker 2: let's remind everybody just how quickly he gets the ball
- 25:52Speaker 2: into the hands of his playmakers. And yes, the reason
- 25:56Speaker 2: that I didn't necessarily believe the Chargers were going to
- 25:59Speaker 2: beat the Arizona Cardinals last year. Last week was because
- 26:02Speaker 2: the Chargers don't make big plays. Well, I think Jalen Waddle,
- 26:06Speaker 2: Raheem Moster, Tyreek Hill. I know it hasn't been this year,
- 26:09Speaker 2: but traditionally those are three guys that can make big
- 26:12Speaker 2: plays at Devon han In.
- 26:13Speaker 7: I think it's a Finns win break.
- 26:15Speaker 3: I have gone back and forth on this game more
- 26:17Speaker 3: than any game all season long, and yet somehow I
- 26:20Speaker 3: ended up on the Dolphins winning by ten points. I
- 26:23Speaker 3: just feel like it's like a blowout either way. I
- 26:25Speaker 3: think the Dolphins running game is why I kind of
- 26:27Speaker 3: believe in Tua's return, because everything else about the Dolphins
- 26:31Speaker 3: has been getting better. Let's to show the running game.
- 26:35Speaker 3: Please don't look at me anymore. You guys are laughing
- 26:37Speaker 3: that I made it a ten point win. Someone's gonna
- 26:40Speaker 3: win this game in a blowout. They just feel like
- 26:41Speaker 3: teams that are gonna collapse if they fall behind. But
- 26:44Speaker 3: this running game over the last two weeks has been awesome.
- 26:48Speaker 3: The last couple weeks, over one hundred and seventy five
- 26:50Speaker 3: yards one ninety three against the Pats, one to eighty
- 26:52Speaker 3: eight against the Colts, and the Cardinals rush defense is
- 26:56Speaker 3: one of the worst in the league. So if the
- 26:58Speaker 3: running blocking is getting going, everyone's healthy. Raheem Moster is back,
- 27:03Speaker 3: Jalen Wrights playing great eight chan is there. I think
- 27:06Speaker 3: that supports to a tugbailoa where he doesn't need to
- 27:08Speaker 3: be the hero, and it's a great matchup against the Cardinals.
- 27:11Speaker 6: Well, you have a huge win for the Dolphins and
- 27:13Speaker 6: you have a very narrow win for the Dolphins. I
- 27:15Speaker 6: will be Goldilocks and go right in between. I have
- 27:17Speaker 6: Miami winning twenty five to twenty one in this one,
- 27:21Speaker 6: and sneakily, this front for the Miami Dolphins has had
- 27:24Speaker 6: a lot of pressure. Now it hasn't always resulted in
- 27:27Speaker 6: a sack, but it's like almost forty four percent of
- 27:29Speaker 6: the time they're getting after the opposing quarterback. Kyler Murray
- 27:32Speaker 6: is a special type of different sort of dude back there.
- 27:35Speaker 6: But I want to give this this defense a little
- 27:37Speaker 6: bit more credit. And I also want to talk about
- 27:39Speaker 6: Chop Robinson. I love his name, and he has the
- 27:42Speaker 6: second highest pressure.
- 27:43Speaker 5: Rate among rookie so that's fun.
- 27:46Speaker 6: And when I'm looking at what could potentially happen in
- 27:48Speaker 6: this matchup, I do think like we have, potentially, at
- 27:52Speaker 6: least the season so far because of some other weird stuff,
- 27:54Speaker 6: we've forgotten that the defense has gotten significantly better.
- 27:57Speaker 2: And they needed Chop Robinson to hit because he was
- 27:59Speaker 2: seen as that developmental guy where you come in and
- 28:02Speaker 2: work on things.
- 28:03Speaker 7: Well, he's getting product, so shout out to him.
- 28:05Speaker 5: Maybe he's a surgical magician.
- 28:07Speaker 7: He could be the best kind of magician.
- 28:09Speaker 2: Tyreek said earlier this week, with Tua back, it's Thomas,
- 28:12Speaker 2: strike up the band, start him in fantasy. We've been waiting, Tyrek,
- 28:15Speaker 2: So let's do some maths, Cynthia. Will the cheatah have
- 28:18Speaker 2: over eighty three receiving yards on Sunday?
- 28:21Speaker 6: Absolutely. I don't know what noise cheatahs make, but I
- 28:23Speaker 6: think it's like a lion. They'll were rorish cheatah kind
- 28:26Speaker 6: of like chirpish. Okay, well they'll chirp. The cheetah will chirp.
- 28:29Speaker 6: But ultimately, here I looked to find something that I
- 28:32Speaker 6: could could kind of put my wrap my head around
- 28:35Speaker 6: about this defense, and there aren't a lot of defensive
- 28:37Speaker 6: backs who are doing things that would stop him.
- 28:40Speaker 5: How about that, right, the yards after the catch.
- 28:43Speaker 6: The speed, all of it, all the different locations that
- 28:45Speaker 6: his coach gets him in. This feels like a big
- 28:47Speaker 6: cheetah chirping game.
- 28:48Speaker 3: So I was told by the producers I could chime
- 28:50Speaker 3: in here. I'm going to use this time to ask
- 28:52Speaker 3: for some fantasy help from the experts. It is my
- 28:54Speaker 3: two quarterbacks in this game, Tua and Kyler Murray. I've
- 28:59Speaker 3: been starting Kyler all year.
- 29:00Speaker 4: Who do you go with?
- 29:02Speaker 7: I would start Kyler for the rushing ups.
- 29:04Speaker 6: I feel like, well, it's just the way that I guess.
- 29:06Speaker 6: It would depend on how your scoring goes.
- 29:07Speaker 4: But it is six points. Okay, we're getting too deep.
- 29:10Speaker 4: Kyler Kyler. We like them both, but we like them both.
- 29:12Speaker 5: They're both startable.
- 29:13Speaker 7: Hey, joined me and Cynthia for NFL Fantasy lest coming
- 29:15Speaker 7: up on Monday.
- 29:16Speaker 4: From this room.
- 29:16Speaker 7: Lamar and the Ravens looked amazing Monday night in Tampa.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Will they keep it rolling Sunday against Jameis Winston now
- 29:22Speaker 2: and the Browns or.
- 29:23Speaker 7: Should they be on upset alert? Find out what we
- 29:25Speaker 7: think after a quick break.
- 29:33Speaker 2: Yeah, unless you've been I don't know if having a
- 29:36Speaker 2: good time during the fall of the past eight years,
- 29:38Speaker 2: Lamar Jackson's arm does exist.
- 29:39Speaker 7: The Ravens and Browns.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Jamis Winston starting for Cleveland with Deshaun Watson out for
- 29:44Speaker 2: the year. Baltimore won five straight of these matchups in
- 29:46Speaker 2: the division. Do they make it six, Cynthia, they do?
- 29:49Speaker 6: They make it six by seven points? Twenty six two
- 29:52Speaker 6: nineteen is what I have in this matchup. I just
- 29:54Speaker 6: want to take a moment for Lamar Jackson's arm. Just kidding,
- 29:57Speaker 6: I mean, I am actually talking about that.
- 29:59Speaker 5: But the play action.
- 30:00Speaker 6: Passing has been a thing of beauty for him. And
- 30:03Speaker 6: I know when you look at the stats, you're like, wow,
- 30:05Speaker 6: you know the Browns defense is actually pretty good against
- 30:07Speaker 6: play action. Oh no, no, this is not Lamar Jackson
- 30:10Speaker 6: play action that they've faced to create those stats. So
- 30:13Speaker 6: this is probably the last week that you're'd be able
- 30:15Speaker 6: to get in on any good value for Lamar Jackson
- 30:19Speaker 6: to be the MVP, if you know what I'm saying,
- 30:22Speaker 6: and that knocking on what did happen? But if you
- 30:25Speaker 6: want to get the value, it's probably the last week
- 30:27Speaker 6: you'll be able to do that. A win seven points
- 30:29Speaker 6: a good Lamar Jackson game, especially on play action.
- 30:31Speaker 3: I love a good agreement between Cynthia and I. We
- 30:34Speaker 3: both have a seven point margin which means we have
- 30:36Speaker 3: Jameis Winston and the Browns covering the spread baby steps
- 30:39Speaker 3: here that they keep it close.
- 30:41Speaker 4: And it's because of Jameis Winston that I think it's
- 30:43Speaker 4: going to be close.
- 30:44Speaker 3: He comes in last week and he executes what I
- 30:47Speaker 3: thought was the best offensive drive I really saw from
- 30:50Speaker 3: a Browns quarterback all season. Let's his playmakers like David
- 30:54Speaker 3: and Joku make a great touchdown and throw that was
- 30:56Speaker 3: not a throw Watson was even gonna make on time
- 30:59Speaker 3: to the outside there, getting Cedric Tillman involved, just ball
- 31:03Speaker 3: out of his hand quickly. We haven't seen a lot
- 31:05Speaker 3: of Jamis Winston, and we know that he's going to
- 31:07Speaker 3: be aggressive. You said your model indicates that that adds
- 31:12Speaker 3: some volatility. Might get really good, he might be really bad.
- 31:14Speaker 3: At least it gives him a chance for a quarterback
- 31:16Speaker 3: that's really good, which they didn't have a chance for
- 31:18Speaker 3: for before.
- 31:18Speaker 5: I miss Joe Flacco. I mean, I'm being a brown
- 31:21Speaker 5: that was really fun last year.
- 31:22Speaker 3: I think Jameis Winston actually can do a pretty good
- 31:24Speaker 3: absolutely imitation of late career Joe Flack.
- 31:26Speaker 2: Abolutely yeah, we do think it's a better quarterback situation.
- 31:31Speaker 2: I don't necessarily think that the Cleveland Browns are going
- 31:33Speaker 2: to win this game. I do have them scoring over
- 31:34Speaker 2: twenty points for the first time this season and getting
- 31:37Speaker 2: a twenty five to twenty one Baltimore Ravens win. The
- 31:40Speaker 2: reason I think they will score those points is because
- 31:43Speaker 2: we could celebrate hal great Lamar and the offense have
- 31:46Speaker 2: been Lamar's throwing for nine yards per attempt, But another
- 31:49Speaker 2: good quarterback this season has been the quarterback that's playing
- 31:53Speaker 2: the Baltimore Ravens.
- 31:54Speaker 7: They're giving up eight point three yards per attempt.
- 31:57Speaker 2: The second most passing yards in the league, and dealing
- 32:00Speaker 2: with the other teams one is a huge issue.
- 32:03Speaker 7: Now.
- 32:03Speaker 2: Of course, it's not my Kevin's or Jamar Chase or
- 32:06Speaker 2: DeVante Adams.
- 32:07Speaker 7: Those guys.
- 32:07Speaker 4: Jerry Judy, Yeah, but it is Jerry Judy, and we'll
- 32:10Speaker 4: see David and Joku.
- 32:11Speaker 2: Because we Marlin Humphrey injury status, they get Jalen Armor
- 32:15Speaker 2: Davis perhaps back this week, Arthur Maulette back as well.
- 32:19Speaker 2: But I'm gonna need to see it from the Ravens
- 32:21Speaker 2: quarterbacks where I have a dominant win.
- 32:23Speaker 7: Over any team in the NFL. We're not done going
- 32:26Speaker 7: international quite yet here as we celebrate this meeting live
- 32:30Speaker 7: for Munich.
- 32:31Speaker 2: The Giants square off against the Panthers on NFL Network, Rive,
- 32:34Speaker 2: Shine and watch Sunday, November tenth at nine thirty am
- 32:37Speaker 2: Eastern only on NFL Network and NFL Plus. Subscription required
- 32:42Speaker 2: for NFL Plus Premium.
- 32:44Speaker 7: Is to get to another round of quick picks.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Speaking of the g Man, they got the Steelers Monday night,
- 32:49Speaker 2: Russ was cooking against the Jets.
- 32:51Speaker 7: What happens here?
- 32:52Speaker 4: Greg, I think the Steelers win this game.
- 32:54Speaker 3: I think the Giants keep it closer than the points
- 32:57Speaker 3: spread would indicate. But it's partly because Russell Wilson got
- 33:00Speaker 3: so much credit last week for his wide receivers just
- 33:03Speaker 3: making out rageous plays.
- 33:04Speaker 4: It was almost annoying because I'm a I like Justin Fields.
- 33:07Speaker 3: I was surprised they made this move, and I do
- 33:09Speaker 3: think the offense maybe has a higher upside here if
- 33:12Speaker 3: Russell Wilson keeps testing deep down the field in a
- 33:14Speaker 3: way and using play action like Justin Fields wasn't. But
- 33:17Speaker 3: let's be real, George Pickens making outrageous grabs. The tight
- 33:22Speaker 3: ends are making nice catches. Friarmuth had that one hander,
- 33:25Speaker 3: it would be perfect.
- 33:26Speaker 7: If this is a nice ball.
- 33:28Speaker 4: Hearing is no, that's a little nice ball.
- 33:30Speaker 3: It's a nice ball, but it's like deflected and he
- 33:32Speaker 3: kind of has to slow down. There's a lot of
- 33:34Speaker 3: good balls. This will just mean it's a team sport.
- 33:36Speaker 3: Here's the Friarmuth one hander. Just give some love to
- 33:39Speaker 3: the receivers. Maybe this group is a little better than
- 33:41Speaker 3: we taught.
- 33:42Speaker 2: Yeah, celebrate all all the success there. Titans and Lions
- 33:46Speaker 2: coming up in Motown. Cynthia squad winning four straight? Are
- 33:49Speaker 2: they making it five?
- 33:50Speaker 6: I have a ten point win for the Lions twenty
- 33:52Speaker 6: eight to eighteen in this matchup. I need to give
- 33:55Speaker 6: a little love to Brian Branch and Kirby Joseph. We
- 33:58Speaker 6: don't necessarily talk about kind of safeties and defensive backs
- 34:02Speaker 6: on teams who are picked to win by ten points
- 34:04Speaker 6: or more, but I'm going to because this team, there
- 34:06Speaker 6: are four guys in the NFL with has at least
- 34:08Speaker 6: four interceptions, rarely only two that are on the same team. So, huh,
- 34:13Speaker 6: put that in your pipe and smoke at Greg.
- 34:15Speaker 3: I mean he might be a Defensive Player of the
- 34:16Speaker 3: Year candidate right now. Brian, I mean you we also
- 34:20Speaker 3: that was for.
- 34:21Speaker 5: Taking shots at my Lions earlier.
- 34:23Speaker 4: Y all support your line. I didn't take a shot
- 34:25Speaker 4: at the well find that you place me in. Hutchinson
- 34:28Speaker 4: is a great place, and then.
- 34:29Speaker 5: You were like, oh, it's so hard being good Patriots man.
- 34:32Speaker 2: The roar again. Restore it as it has been for
- 34:35Speaker 2: a few years now. The Saints and the Chargers.
- 34:37Speaker 7: Over there at so Far Stadium.
- 34:38Speaker 2: Spencer Rattler expected to start again if Derek Carr can't
- 34:41Speaker 2: go for New Orleans.
- 34:42Speaker 7: I don't necessarily think that matters.
- 34:44Speaker 2: I like the Bolts in this one by the grand
- 34:46Speaker 2: high score of sixteen points to fifteen points, because we've
- 34:51Speaker 2: saw Sean Tucker show up become the RB one in fantasy,
- 34:54Speaker 2: Javonte Williams having a huge game, eventually able to sit
- 34:58Speaker 2: out for most of the fourth quarter. And now this
- 35:01Speaker 2: Saints run defense is going to have to see JK.
- 35:04Speaker 7: Dobbins and the Chargers.
- 35:05Speaker 2: I think you're gonna get some Kamani videll in this
- 35:08Speaker 2: game as well, and they're gonna run the ball a
- 35:10Speaker 2: ton and there's not gonna be a lot of possessions.
- 35:13Speaker 7: But Greg and Cynthia have barn burners compared to me.
- 35:16Speaker 5: Yeah, what hilarious scores?
- 35:17Speaker 4: This week.
- 35:19Speaker 3: You know what, though, I like what you're what you're
- 35:21Speaker 3: putting out there, Patrick, that it's under one score.
- 35:23Speaker 4: That seven and a half points is a lot.
- 35:25Speaker 3: The Saints are getting back five or six starters this week.
- 35:28Speaker 3: They have the extra rest coming off through, so.
- 35:30Speaker 5: They don't ever see Shaheed. You think MVS is gonna
- 35:33Speaker 5: be like, all right, let's go.
- 35:34Speaker 3: They got a couple offensive linemen their defense. Come on,
- 35:37Speaker 3: I think I think the Chargers invite close games.
- 35:39Speaker 2: With all due respect to Super Bowl champion Marquez Valdez Scantling, He's.
- 35:45Speaker 7: Not Rashid Shaheed, but who is? Yeah, nobody not me.
- 35:50Speaker 2: Sunday at nine am Eastern, Rich Eyes and Kurt Warner,
- 35:52Speaker 2: Steve Mariucci, Cynthia Freeland and the rest of the crew
- 35:56Speaker 2: get you set with NFL Game Day Morning. The guys
- 36:00Speaker 2: tell us which NFC powerhouse has the tools to turn
- 36:02Speaker 2: their season round. Plus Higgins and Raheem Moster joined the
- 36:06Speaker 2: show live. Probably two best guests on that show. Sunday,
- 36:09Speaker 2: nine am Eastern, right here on a NFL network. Time
- 36:12Speaker 2: for write this down here on game debut. Some predictions
- 36:16Speaker 2: for Week eight. Why don't you kick it off for
- 36:18Speaker 2: the people?
- 36:18Speaker 3: Okay, sometimes there's a pick. There's a game that I
- 36:21Speaker 3: feel so strong about. We got to bring it back
- 36:23Speaker 3: during write this down, and it's Packers Jaguars. Actually, that
- 36:27Speaker 3: was a quick pick for you, so now I get
- 36:29Speaker 3: to talk about it. I feel so good about the
- 36:30Speaker 3: Packers in this game. Thirty seven to thirty seventeen is
- 36:33Speaker 3: the number that I have, So that's twenty points.
- 36:36Speaker 4: The spread here is only four. This is one of
- 36:38Speaker 4: my favorite picks of the whole year.
- 36:40Speaker 3: People thinking that the Jaguars are suddenly competent just because
- 36:43Speaker 3: they played the Patriots. No, this is the thirty second
- 36:46Speaker 3: defense in the league in total defensive efficiency.
- 36:49Speaker 4: Matt Lafleur is gonna look.
- 36:51Speaker 3: At these linebackers and look at these safeties, and he's
- 36:53Speaker 3: gonna help Jordan Love pick them apart. I put the
- 36:56Speaker 3: over under on Packers points around forty in this game.
- 36:59Speaker 3: They're just gonna score so much they win by way
- 37:01Speaker 3: more than four.
- 37:02Speaker 6: All Right, Well, I'm gonna go to the game in
- 37:04Speaker 6: Denver between the Panthers and the Broncos, and I'm gonna
- 37:07Speaker 6: talk about bo Nix's rushing yards. He's gonna have more
- 37:10Speaker 6: than twenty six of them. This guy's his EPA on
- 37:13Speaker 6: scrambles is point nine to eight.
- 37:14Speaker 4: That is a lot.
- 37:15Speaker 5: So what's gonna happen.
- 37:16Speaker 4: I don't know.
- 37:17Speaker 5: Actually, this could happen in the first quarter, ladies and gentlemen.
- 37:19Speaker 5: So I'm looking at his opportunity in this game.
- 37:22Speaker 6: And even though I don't necessarily think it's gonna be
- 37:24Speaker 6: something where he's running late in the game to do
- 37:26Speaker 6: anything crazy, I just think it happens in the beginning
- 37:28Speaker 6: early often have his before halftime happiness.
- 37:31Speaker 7: You can move on.
- 37:32Speaker 2: You're gonna get them on this one, just like you
- 37:34Speaker 2: did with Jamiir Gibbs, because bow Nix has more scramble
- 37:37Speaker 2: yards than anybody, like anybody, and scramble opportunities.
- 37:40Speaker 7: It's nuts.
- 37:41Speaker 2: And I'm also gonna get some low hanging fruit. Shout
- 37:43Speaker 2: out to my dear friend Marcus Scrampt who says that
- 37:45Speaker 2: low hanging fruit tastes just as good. And for a
- 37:48Speaker 2: reception for Mark Cooper, I think is a nice easy.
- 37:52Speaker 2: It's like when you're walking down the street and somebody's
- 37:54Speaker 2: got the orange tree inside of the fence and all
- 37:57Speaker 2: of the oranges at eye level are gone. There's a
- 38:00Speaker 2: clear line that shows you how tall the people walking
- 38:02Speaker 2: down the street are because they just grab it. That's
- 38:04Speaker 2: what I'm doing here because a Mari shows up. He
- 38:06Speaker 2: has six catches for the Buffalo Bills, including a touchdown.
- 38:09Speaker 2: I think he has a solid game in more more
- 38:12Speaker 2: than three and a hal outs to.
- 38:13Speaker 4: Living in California. We're just picking fruit off trees, the
- 38:16Speaker 4: normal thing.
- 38:17Speaker 7: That's that's what we do. We like security, Enjoy, Enjoy
- 38:21Speaker 7: all those things. Join us next week. Enjoy all the games, folks.
