• 0:20
Speaker 1: But before we get into this diddy crap, let me cover my ass.
• 0:24
  Speaker 1: No ditty.
• 0:25
Speaker 1: The thoughts, views and opinions shared on the Flow Show no Filter are for educational and entertainment purposes only.
• 0:35
Speaker 1: I am not a professional, I am just.
• 0:43
  Speaker 1: Good morning y'all.
• 0:48
Speaker 1: Good to see everybody.
• 0:51
Speaker 1: The breakfast crew is in the building.
• 0:53
Speaker 1: C-tuck, angie, lily, melissa, tracy, alicia, c-tuck, my boy.
• 1:01
  Speaker 1: What's up y'all?
• 1:02
Speaker 1: This is a mess.
• 1:07
Speaker 1: I hopped in the shower today.
• 1:08
Speaker 1: I got out of the shower I looked in the mirror.
• 1:10
Speaker 1: I said the fro is froing.
• 1:11
  Speaker 1: Today.
• 1:11
Speaker 1: I'm going to bring the fro out for today's show.
• 1:13
  Speaker 1: Hope y'all don't mind.
• 1:17
Speaker 1: The fro is going to join us today and we got a lot to get into Taco Tuesdays, ooh.
• 1:24
Speaker 1: Into Taco Tuesdays, oh.
• 1:27
Speaker 1: Last Taco Tuesdays I had some peach, some type of peach, something taco.
• 1:33
  Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
• 1:35
Speaker 1: I ate every last one of them things and I'm probably going to get them again this week because once I find something I like, I wear it out.
• 1:43
Speaker 1: Once I find a new food that I like, I wear it out.
• 1:45
Speaker 1: Once I find a new food that I like, I wear it out until I get tired of it.
• 1:49
Speaker 1: I'll probably have those peach tacos again today.
• 1:52
Speaker 1: Hope you get you a taco, like I said.
• 1:57
  Speaker 1: Once again.
• 1:57
Speaker 1: Good morning to the breakfast crew.
• 1:59
Speaker 1: Melissa said yes, the fro is flowing, baby.
• 2:05
Speaker 1: Yeah, hey, I gotta give it a couple pats for that boom.
• 2:10
Speaker 1: You should see it in person.
• 2:13
  Speaker 1: I'm just playing.
• 2:15
Speaker 1: But um, without further ado, let's get into what's going on.
• 2:22
Speaker 1: Man, this diddy, this diddy case is one of the craziest cases I ever covered.
• 2:29
Speaker 1: I mean, no matter how much the prosecution proves their case, we always had an element of when you got big money, anything can happen.
• 2:39
Speaker 1: And I think that's what really has everybody on edge about this case.
• 2:44
Speaker 1: Because no matter how much, rico, the prosecution has proven, we know two things.
• 2:52
Speaker 1: We know Diddy got a whole lot of money and we also know these jurors have been coming and going as they please.
• 3:05
Speaker 1: I don't give a damn what nobody say.
• 3:07
  Speaker 1: Me myself.
• 3:08
Speaker 1: I would have preferred a sequestered jury, much like we had in the OJ trial, much like we've had, in a lot of hope, high profile trials.
• 3:17
  Speaker 1: I've told y'all from the very beginning I don't care what nobody say, I just I didn't.
• 3:24
Speaker 1: I don't feel good about this juror not being sequestered in New York with a defendant who has been proven to intimidate motherfuckers.
• 3:35
Speaker 1: But we shall see.
• 3:39
Speaker 1: Angela said we don't mind.
• 3:41
Speaker 1: I don't mind If he runs down the pole with that usher say I don't mind, I don't mind If he runs down the pole with that usher said I don't mind.
• 3:53
  Speaker 1: Fro real.
• 3:59
Speaker 1: Julie says fro real.
• 4:02
Speaker 1: Yeah, the fro is real, the fro.
• 4:03
Speaker 1: Let the fro be with you.
• 4:04
Speaker 1: Good morning, punk rock girl.
• 4:06
Speaker 1: Hope everybody have a good breakfast today.
• 4:09
Speaker 1: But yeah, that's the only.
• 4:10
Speaker 1: My only concerns is that this jury has been coming and going and New York is already crazy.
• 4:15
  Speaker 1: Who knows?
• 4:17
Speaker 1: But we'll see and let's get into it.
• 4:20
Speaker 1: So hope everybody is enjoying their Tuesday morning.
• 4:25
  Speaker 1: Betsy, we got.
• 4:27
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 4:29
Speaker 1: Johnny says she still can't believe the jury wasn't sequestered.
• 4:32
Speaker 1: The jury wasn't sequestered.
• 4:33
Speaker 1: Yeah, I really don't understand the thought process behind that.
• 4:37
Speaker 1: Yeah, the jury, the defense, the defense made a shocking claim.
• 4:47
Speaker 1: We're going to get into that.
• 4:48
Speaker 1: Melissa says New York is corrupt, very, very, very, very, very corrupt.
• 4:54
Speaker 1: But let's get in today.
• 4:59
Speaker 1: We're going to start a little early too.
• 5:02
Speaker 1: No more, no more, ain't no much.
• 5:03
Speaker 1: I got my Diet Coke.
• 5:05
  Speaker 1: Take a swig.
• 5:10
Speaker 1: Now I can do my gig.
• 5:12
  Speaker 1: Let's go.
• 5:13
Speaker 1: I've been working on the shirts, y'all.
• 5:15
Speaker 1: So tomorrow, god willing, I'll be launching the shirts and then Wednesday night or Thursday morning I'll be in New York for the closing arguments and I got a strong feeling we might have a verdict Friday.
• 5:30
Speaker 1: So if everything goes well, I'll be out there for the verdict too.
• 5:34
Speaker 1: But the merch is going.
• 5:37
  Speaker 1: I got.
• 5:38
Speaker 1: I've been working on the shirts y'all wanted.
• 5:40
Speaker 1: I got a Kick Rocks with Flip Flops shirt I got.
• 5:44
Speaker 1: I Am Just Good I got.
• 5:44
Speaker 1: And I got a few other ones that y'all wanted.
• 5:44
Speaker 1: I got a Kick Rocks with Flip Flops shirt I got.
• 5:45
Speaker 1: I Am Just Good.
• 5:45
Speaker 1: I got a few other ones that y'all requested, of course I got, and I Don't Like it.
• 5:50
Speaker 1: I use mostly all y'all's suggestions, looking forward to y'all enjoying the merch store.
• 5:59
Speaker 1: Hopefully I can launch it tomorrow while we're on the show.
• 6:04
  Speaker 1: That's my hope.
• 6:05
Speaker 1: But I want to start off with a quote as we get into this Diddy mess.
• 6:09
Speaker 1: I want to start off with a quote, and this has come from a page called the Diddy Docket on X, formerly known as Twitter, and it says imagine 30 plus years of leading the culture, covering magazines, touring the world, hosting the most popping industry parties making hits and making millions, and not making one single real friend along the way.
• 6:51
Speaker 1: Shout out to Diddy Doc.
• 6:55
Speaker 1: You know, I think that's a powerful quote Doing all of that and not making one real friend along the way.
• 7:05
Speaker 1: Nobody to step up.
• 7:09
Speaker 1: And why am I starting today with that quote?
• 7:13
Speaker 1: Well, yesterday I broke the news that the defense announced they don't have a single witness.
• 7:23
Speaker 1: They don't have a single witness.
• 7:26
Speaker 1: They don't have any mother MF-er to speak on Diddy's behalf.
• 7:33
  Speaker 1: Not one.
• 7:34
Speaker 1: His mama ain't speaking, son ain't speaking, ashton Kutcher ain't speaking.
• 7:45
Speaker 1: Ellen called Diddy her snuggle McFugglefuggle or whatever the hell she done.
• 7:52
  Speaker 1: Skipped town.
• 7:52
Speaker 1: I'm hearing she out the country.
• 7:54
Speaker 1: Everybody's saying who knows, but I do know where she's not, and that's not defending her snuggle fucker or whatever she called Diddy.
• 8:04
  Speaker 1: This is why.
• 8:12
Speaker 1: Oh, and then, out of all of that, naomi Campbell.
• 8:13
Speaker 1: She had multiple tweets talking about happy birthday to my brother.
• 8:19
Speaker 1: I'll never leave your side, or always by my side, forever by your side, but see to me forever.
• 8:28
Speaker 1: I guess forever to me don't mean the same as forever to Naomi Campbell, because forever means forever, a long time.
• 8:34
Speaker 1: I guess Naomi meant forever until you really need me.
• 8:38
Speaker 1: Then it's screw you.
• 8:42
Speaker 1: But this is why I've always been a man of the people.
• 8:45
Speaker 1: This is why I've never been close, nor did I ever give a fuck about being cool with celebrities.
• 8:57
Speaker 1: I got a couple celebrity friends, but they are celebrities who are real people to me.
• 9:04
Speaker 1: But for the most part, I've always been more comfortable with the people like y'all, like my community, because see the people we genuine.
• 9:14
Speaker 1: When you down, we going to pick you up.
• 9:16
Speaker 1: We going to ride with you.
• 9:17
  Speaker 1: Celebrity world.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: When somebody down, they get the fuck away and so it's all fake.
• 9:31
Speaker 1: Now, do I blame them for not being by Diddy's side?
• 9:32
  Speaker 1: I don't blame them.
• 9:35
Speaker 1: Diddy treated people like shit and I was there.
• 9:40
Speaker 1: I know I'm not talking from no articles, I'm talking from being in the circle running around when I was rapping and witnessing.
• 9:50
Speaker 1: Diddy treated people like pure horse shit and this is why we're here.
• 10:02
Speaker 1: And out of all those celebrities, out of all those celebrities that Diddy did parties for, made hits for and was on their shows and all of that, the only straggler he could get was Crazy Kanye, and even Kanye showed up for five minutes and got the hell out of there.
• 10:30
Speaker 1: Now there's a rumor that he's back out there, but they're not going to put Kanye on no damn witness stand.
• 10:37
  Speaker 1: We know that.
• 10:37
Speaker 1: So when they made that announcement I don't know if I've ever seen that and y'all tell me in the chat.
• 10:48
  Speaker 1: I don't know if we've ever seen and I don't give a.
• 10:53
Speaker 1: Like some people are trying to say it's not the defense's burden to prove, to prove innocence.
• 11:01
Speaker 1: But why do y'all have, why do y'all have, why do y'all even why does every defense team present a case for a couple weeks then?
• 11:11
Speaker 1: So I don't want to hear that shit like don't tell me, don't piss on me and tell me it's right, there are no witnesses because nobody wants to speak on it and everybody's guilty.
• 11:27
Speaker 1: They act like we forgot that.
• 11:30
Speaker 1: They said they were going to put a vashta from human resources, from bad boy from diddy's company.
• 11:37
Speaker 1: They said they were going to put vashta on the stand where.
• 11:42
Speaker 1: Why she ain't on the stand?
• 11:43
Speaker 1: Because they know that cross-examined would have chewed her up and spit her out.
• 11:47
Speaker 1: This is what happens when you're caught red-handed.
• 11:53
Speaker 1: Don't tell me no shit about.
• 11:56
Speaker 1: You ain't got no bird in the proof and every case I've ever seen the defense has witnesses.
• 12:03
Speaker 1: I ain't never seen one where the defense didn't have one single MF-er to come up there and speak on your half.
• 12:14
Speaker 1: At least speak to your character what they call that character witnesses.
• 12:21
Speaker 1: You ain't got nobody to go up there and say, man, my bro Diddy is a good guy, he would never do these things.
• 12:30
Speaker 1: You ain't got nobody to say that.
• 12:34
Speaker 1: Thank you for the super chat, linda.
• 12:36
Speaker 1: I'm going to give me some.
• 12:37
Speaker 1: I'm going to give me an extra taco on Linda.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: Thank you, linda, I really appreciate it.
• 12:42
Speaker 1: I'm going to give me an extra taco today and I'm going to think about you.
• 12:50
Speaker 1: I'm going to call that extra taco Linda.
• 12:51
Speaker 1: I'm going to put that taco in the air.
• 12:54
Speaker 1: I'm going to say this is for the great Linda.
• 12:56
Speaker 1: She was a beautiful person and I'm going to smash that taco like you ain't never seen before.
• 13:06
Speaker 1: Tacos do not last long.
• 13:07
Speaker 1: In my hand I got a big mouth couple bites, boom Gone.
• 13:11
Speaker 1: Next taco I need about four or five of them.
• 13:13
Speaker 1: So if y'all want to give me some more stupid super stickers y'all know I'm greedy.
• 13:17
  Speaker 1: I'm about 6'3".
• 13:18
Speaker 1: 240 pounds, 235 pounds, big dude.
• 13:24
Speaker 1: I eat a lot, so I would appreciate it.
• 13:26
Speaker 1: I'm going to pour a little out after I demolish that taco.
• 13:30
Speaker 1: I'm going to pour a little out for Linda's super sticker.
• 13:35
Speaker 1: In all seriousness, I thank you, but you ain't got nobody to go up on the stand and say, man, the Sean Combs I know would never do these things he's accused of.
• 13:53
Speaker 1: What about all them people with all the free puff shirts, the family members, the godfathers and all these people speaking up?
• 14:03
Speaker 1: Everybody has something to say, even the creeps in the comments.
• 14:07
Speaker 1: See, it's easy to talk in the comments, it's easy to put on a free puff shirt and walk around in New York for attention.
• 14:17
Speaker 1: But when you've got to put your hand, but when we find it out, when it's time to put that hand on the Bible and say you swear to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth, so help you God.
• 14:30
Speaker 1: We got billions and billions and billions of people on this planet, billions on this planet, and we can't find one person to put their hand on the Bible and go up there and say I wanna tell the truth about Sean Combs.
• 14:48
Speaker 1: Let that sink in.
• 14:50
Speaker 1: Let that sink in.
• 14:55
Speaker 1: Not one person that's telling.
• 15:04
Speaker 1: I don't give a damn how they try to spin it.
• 15:06
Speaker 1: We're going to go over a couple articles where we're going to get both sides.
• 15:09
Speaker 1: You know that's what we do on the Flow Show.
• 15:11
Speaker 1: We're going to get both sides because, hey, I don't know everything.
• 15:14
Speaker 1: Maybe it is a good sign for the defense, maybe they do feel like ain't nothing been chosen.
• 15:20
Speaker 1: Okay, anquinette Anquinette, hold up Anquinette Anquinette, hold up Anquinette Anquinette.
• 15:28
Speaker 1: I'm about to pass out.
• 15:30
Speaker 1: I'm about to have a good taco day.
• 15:32
Speaker 1: Anquinette Brown, thank you for the $20 super sticker Shit.
• 15:38
Speaker 1: After today I'm going to be like 6'3", 245 pounds.
• 15:42
Speaker 1: Y'all about to put an extra five pounds on me today.
• 15:46
Speaker 1: I appreciate it, big dude, big daddy, but that's crazy.
• 15:54
Speaker 1: And if I'm a juror, I can't help but look at that as an innocent man.
• 16:01
Speaker 1: You got to have somebody that's going to speak for you.
• 16:05
Speaker 1: If you're an innocent man, I don't even see how a jury could not look at that as a negative.
• 16:12
  Speaker 1: I don't see it, y'all.
• 16:19
Speaker 1: Now we're going to get into some articles, and first let me get into this.
• 16:21
Speaker 1: Get into some articles.
• 16:23
Speaker 1: And first let me get into this.
• 16:23
Speaker 1: Since we're on the subject of celebrities, all the celebrities told Diddy he can kick rocks from flip-flops with no socks, and that'll be on a t-shirt.
• 16:35
Speaker 1: Y'all can buy it tomorrow.
• 16:37
Speaker 1: But I ain't never seen so many people tell somebody to kick rocks so much.
• 16:44
Speaker 1: That's why Diddy was so thirsty to drag Kanye West into it.
• 16:50
Speaker 1: He was trying to find somebody who was stupid enough to join this freak off party.
• 17:02
Speaker 1: And since we're on the subject of celebrities who are acting, brand new all of a sudden, don't nobody know Diddy?
• 17:09
Speaker 1: Not too long ago, diddy was the darling.
• 17:15
Speaker 1: He was on everybody's Tonight Show.
• 17:18
Speaker 1: He was on everybody's commercial.
• 17:20
Speaker 1: Everybody wanted to take a picture with him.
• 17:24
Speaker 1: He was even involved in the political.
• 17:28
Speaker 1: He was a Democrat Voter died.
• 17:39
Speaker 1: And now he is fighting for his life, looking at a life sentence.
• 17:43
Speaker 1: And he can't even get Cousin Junebug to get on the stage.
• 17:45
Speaker 1: Now does he have a cousin named Junebug?
• 17:49
Speaker 1: Hell, no, that's just a metaphor.
• 17:53
Speaker 1: This is the flow show, no filter.
• 17:56
Speaker 1: You know I'm liable to say anything, but for real.
• 18:04
Speaker 1: So let's talk about two people who just distanced themselves from Diddy, before I even get into the court jargon and the mumbo jumbo Oprah and TD Jakes.
• 18:18
Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all saw the clip, but they had some function, but they had to let it be known All of a sudden.
• 18:25
Speaker 1: They don't know if y'all saw the clip, but they had some function, but they had to let it be known.
• 18:26
Speaker 1: All of a sudden, they don't know Diddy.
• 18:29
Speaker 1: Oprah says she ain't never been to a Diddy party.
• 18:32
Speaker 1: Td Jake said I'll get into the article, I ain't going to spoil it.
• 18:37
Speaker 1: So this article comes from the Independent.
• 18:41
Speaker 1: Y'all know I love the Independent, I like this publication because they get into the fucking nitty gritty.
• 18:46
Speaker 1: They don't give any Fs.
• 18:49
Speaker 1: This one, the Independent, says Oprah Winfrey and Bishop TD Jakes addressed rumors they attended Diddy parties.
• 19:00
Speaker 1: It says Mega Church Pastor TD Jakes did admit to briefly visiting the rap mogul's house to wish him happy birthday.
• 19:11
Speaker 1: So let's get into this article.
• 19:13
Speaker 1: Oprah Winfrey and the high profile pastor, bishop TD Jakes, have both publicly denied attending parties hosted by embattled rap mogul Sean Diddy Collins.
• 19:29
Speaker 1: Now, before I continue in this article, y'all, if all of a sudden, nobody was at the Diddy parties.
• 19:36
Speaker 1: When I saw the Diddy parties, they looked packed to me, they looked star-studded, it looked like everybody was there.
• 19:44
Speaker 1: The who's who, the who, ain't the has-beens even snuck in.
• 19:48
Speaker 1: Now, all of a sudden, my eyes was lying to me.
• 19:54
Speaker 1: Wasn't nobody at the damn party?
• 19:56
  Speaker 1: How that work?
• 19:59
Speaker 1: Now, all of a sudden, wasn't them, motherfucker, at the Diddy party?
• 20:04
Speaker 1: I could have swore them.
• 20:05
Speaker 1: Diddy parties was packed.
• 20:07
  Speaker 1: Were those bots?
• 20:11
  Speaker 1: Were those mannequins?
• 20:14
Speaker 1: What were all these bodies that I saw at the Diddy party, because all of a sudden nobody was at the Diddy party.
• 20:25
  Speaker 1: It's.
• 20:30
Speaker 1: It's comical to me, but let's continue.
• 20:34
Speaker 1: Combs, 55, is currently on trial for new york in new york, facing charges of ex-rafficking, transportation to engage in prostitute and racketeering, and many of the allegations center around the drug-fueled sex parties known as freaks the parties that Okay.
• 20:57
Speaker 1: So now it says.
• 20:57
Speaker 1: On social media, unsubstantiated claims and AI-generated images have linked both Winfrey and Jakes to these events.
• 21:07
Speaker 1: According to the reports in EEW Magazine, the publication of Christian organization empowering everyday women, the pair addressed the scrueless rumors while on stage at the Good Soul Forum in Dallas, texas.
• 21:28
Speaker 1: They had to go all the way to Dallas, texas, to tell Diddy to kick rocks.
• 21:34
Speaker 1: Don't, nobody know Diddy, no more.
• 21:37
Speaker 1: Nobody ever knew him.
• 21:39
  Speaker 1: Jay-z don't know him.
• 21:40
Speaker 1: Him and Jay-Z was having photo ops, posing, doing all kind of poses, doing this and this and shoulder to shoulder and toasting glasses, and then he don't know, I don't be.
• 21:58
Speaker 1: Now, it's one thing to take a picture.
• 22:01
Speaker 1: It's one thing to take a picture.
• 22:04
Speaker 1: You can say, hey, let me fix this light, let me see if I can get a little bit more light.
• 22:09
Speaker 1: Yeah, there we go, give me a little light.
• 22:10
Speaker 1: A little light in this.
• 22:13
  Speaker 1: There we go.
• 22:13
Speaker 1: Give me a little light.
• 22:15
Speaker 1: Give me a little light in this.
• 22:17
  Speaker 1: There we go.
• 22:17
  Speaker 1: I ain't that dark now.
• 22:19
Speaker 1: Have me looking like Shaq.
• 22:21
Speaker 1: I got a little golden tone in my joint, but anyway, I understand.
• 22:29
Speaker 1: They can say, hey, anybody can take pictures.
• 22:34
Speaker 1: But and just because you take pictures with somebody don't mean you know them.
• 22:41
Speaker 1: But when you're taking pictures like this and like this and like this and doing all these crazy ass poses, you know that person.
• 23:01
Speaker 1: Jay-z said he ain't know this.
• 23:02
Speaker 1: Well, why was you taking all these jail pose pictures with him, holds pictures with him?
• 23:16
  Speaker 1: That's why I don't fool with celebrities.
• 23:17
Speaker 1: Y'all have made me famous and I'm still kicking it with y'all.
• 23:24
Speaker 1: I'm still kicking it with the regular people.
• 23:26
  Speaker 1: I'm not.
• 23:27
  Speaker 1: I don't trust no celebrity.
• 23:29
Speaker 1: I don't want y'all they fake and I know they fake Loving your theatrics.
• 23:40
Speaker 1: Hey, this is what we do.
• 23:43
Speaker 1: This is what we do.
• 23:44
Speaker 1: Early morning People be like how you got so much energy in the morning.
• 23:46
  Speaker 1: I'm a morning person.
• 23:47
Speaker 1: This is when I shine, when I go out of town and I kick it.
• 23:53
Speaker 1: I fuck a day party up.
• 23:56
Speaker 1: I'm the day party king.
• 23:57
Speaker 1: At night can't do it.
• 24:00
  Speaker 1: I turn into a pumpkin.
• 24:02
  Speaker 1: 10, 11 o'clock I turn into a pumpkin.
• 24:05
Speaker 1: I'm ready to go night night, but in the morning or during the day I'm a firecracker anyway, don't.
• 24:14
  Speaker 1: Nobody know him.
• 24:16
Speaker 1: So Oprah continues after she said Oprah says I have never been near a puff party.
• 24:27
Speaker 1: Now, I don't want to call oprah a liar.
• 24:34
Speaker 1: I don't want to call oprah a liar, but it's hard for me to believe she was never.
• 24:45
Speaker 1: Now I'm not gonna say I thought oprah was at no free call.
• 24:48
  Speaker 1: I ain't gonna say that I don don't think.
• 24:51
Speaker 1: I definitely don't think Oprah was baby oiled up with Astro Glide.
• 24:54
Speaker 1: But I'm talking about the regular puffy parties.
• 24:58
Speaker 1: Hard for me to believe she was never, ever at one.
• 25:03
  Speaker 1: I don't.
• 25:06
Speaker 1: That's hard for me to believe.
• 25:07
  Speaker 1: Anyway, let's continue.
• 25:09
Speaker 1: She says I have never been near a puff party.
• 25:13
  Speaker 1: I'm glad I adjusted that light y'all.
• 25:18
Speaker 1: I was looking like damn, I got a tan.
• 25:20
Speaker 1: She continued Anybody who knows me knows If there is a party, I'm the first one out.
• 25:30
Speaker 1: The nature of my personality is that I am not a party person.
• 25:34
Speaker 1: This is not who I am.
• 25:36
Speaker 1: I like to sit at home with my thoughts by the fire with the dogs.
• 25:40
Speaker 1: In other words, puffy your ass on your own I'm.
• 25:47
Speaker 1: I'm gonna give you the real.
• 25:48
Speaker 1: I'm gonna give you what she really trying to say.
• 25:50
Speaker 1: Because she a celebrity, she can't talk like I can talk.
• 25:52
Speaker 1: That's why I don't want to be no celebrity.
• 25:52
Speaker 1: I'm going to give you what she's really trying to say.
• 25:52
Speaker 1: Because she's a celebrity, she can't talk like I can talk.
• 25:53
Speaker 1: That's why I don't want to be no celebrity.
• 25:55
Speaker 1: Whatever I am, if I'm a celebrity, if I'm famous, if I'm known, I'm the type that's going to say the real shit, I'm not doing this.
• 26:04
Speaker 1: What she's trying to say is Puff or Diddy, your ass on your own.
• 26:12
Speaker 1: I'm putting so much distance between us you can put a Walmart in between us.
• 26:19
Speaker 1: That's what she's trying to say.
• 26:22
Speaker 1: She's just trying to make it sound good.
• 26:26
Speaker 1: Then she tags in.
• 26:28
Speaker 1: It was like a tag team event.
• 26:30
Speaker 1: She tagged in her partner, bishop Jakes.
• 26:32
Speaker 1: He had to come in and take a dump on Diddy.
• 26:36
  Speaker 1: He wasn't through.
• 26:39
Speaker 1: Then he had to come in.
• 26:41
Speaker 1: Now you know, bishop TD Jakes, who recently stepped down as a senior pastor of Dallas Mega Church, the Potter's House of Dallas, said he had briefly visited one of Combs' parties during the daytime.
• 26:55
  Speaker 1: Pastor, pastor, pastor.
• 27:00
Speaker 1: I don't think a pastor needs to be at a Diddy party at all?
• 27:08
  Speaker 1: I don't think so.
• 27:13
Speaker 1: Somebody said Oprah, no, her ass was there, oprah's there, oprah's there, her and Gail was there turning up.
• 27:22
  Speaker 1: They better hope.
• 27:25
Speaker 1: I guess Oprah must have scrubbed all the footage and pictures, because I'm sure somebody got one.
• 27:34
Speaker 1: I got a question in here what do I think about the judge meeting?
• 27:37
Speaker 1: I'm sorry y'all these things the chat be moving so fast.
• 27:42
Speaker 1: Sometimes I miss some stuff, but I saw somebody ask me a question about the judge.
• 27:46
Speaker 1: I missed it, though.
• 27:48
Speaker 1: Billy Benny was in there.
• 27:53
Speaker 1: Hey look, y'all tore Benny ass up.
• 27:57
  Speaker 1: No, did he?
• 27:58
Speaker 1: Yeah, that was Benny and them.
• 28:01
Speaker 1: Yeah, that was AI.
• 28:02
Speaker 1: Hey look, ai is the new.
• 28:05
  Speaker 1: I got hacked.
• 28:06
Speaker 1: Remember when every time somebody would say some wrong shit on the internet, they would say they got hacked.
• 28:13
Speaker 1: Now, ai is if you caught red handed and you got pictures and video and they got all type of evidence.
• 28:22
Speaker 1: Now you can say it's AI.
• 28:25
Speaker 1: So like if I say some, if I say some shit on here to get me in trouble, today, I can just say there was AI.
• 28:32
Speaker 1: That wasn't me, that was AI.
• 28:35
Speaker 1: Ai is the new.
• 28:38
  Speaker 1: I got hacked.
• 28:41
Speaker 1: But according to TD Jakes, he stopped by Puffy's house for 30 minutes to say happy birthday.
• 28:47
Speaker 1: And it was 2 o'clock in the afternoon with staff people, and it was two o'clock in the afternoon with staff people.
• 28:59
Speaker 1: So let me speak on this.
• 29:00
Speaker 1: Let me tell you how see what I'm the king of, see if people be.
• 29:05
Speaker 1: It's hard to argue with me because I like to take your own shit, because I can argue my point and you can argue your point.
• 29:15
Speaker 1: But I think it's always more effective when you take someone's their own statements and flip it against them, because that's your statements, this is your actions.
• 29:26
Speaker 1: You can't argue your actions.
• 29:29
Speaker 1: You can argue what I say and say I'm wrong.
• 29:31
  Speaker 1: So I don't do that.
• 29:32
Speaker 1: If you ever notice I take someone's their own words and their your actions.
• 29:33
Speaker 1: You can argue what I say and say I'm wrong.
• 29:33
  Speaker 1: So I don't do that.
• 29:33
Speaker 1: If you ever notice I take someone's their own words and their own actions and use them against them.
• 29:38
Speaker 1: And I'm about to do that with TD Jakes and cook his ass a little bit.
• 29:43
Speaker 1: The kitchen is open, early Breakfast, crew sausage, bacon, eggs, and I'm going to throw a little TD Jakes in there because this is what I'm going to say.
• 29:57
Speaker 1: You stopped by his house to say happy birthday for 20, 30 minutes.
• 30:01
Speaker 1: Okay, you clearing your name, whatever, right?
• 30:04
Speaker 1: Well, from that statement, what I do know is you were cool enough with him to stop by his house.
• 30:13
Speaker 1: Follow me y'all making a point about how this celebrity world is full of shit and they can't handle me because I'm too real, way too real.
• 30:24
Speaker 1: I think even a celebrity every time about telling me to be careful.
• 30:28
Speaker 1: I think the celebrities are scared of me.
• 30:30
Speaker 1: I truly do, because they know I'm real.
• 30:35
Speaker 1: You know, when you fake, you fear real.
• 30:38
Speaker 1: So anyway, td Jakes, out his own mouth, just admitted he made a special stop to Diddy's house to say happy birthday.
• 30:59
Speaker 1: Now TD Jakes is a bishop, bishop, a pastor, a this or that.
• 31:00
Speaker 1: So we know you're cool enough to to pull up on him and say happy birthday.
• 31:02
Speaker 1: So you got some type of relationship.
• 31:03
Speaker 1: Judging by your own words, td jakes, you are a pastor or bishop.
• 31:11
Speaker 1: Why aren't you praying for Diddy right now?
• 31:16
Speaker 1: Diddy is facing the most, he's in the most crucial time of his life and you are a pastor or a bishop, or whatever you want to call it, and you are prioritizing clearing your name as opposed to how much of a relationship you have with him.
• 31:35
Speaker 1: You are more concerned with clearing that than publicly praying for this brother, not saying I'm sticking up for diddy, but I'm just calling out how fake this celebrity world is.
• 31:48
Speaker 1: And to me you're a fake pastor.
• 31:51
Speaker 1: All the pastors I know will be praying for Diddy in this tough time, praying for the victims, praying for everybody involved, saying some positive words, something like that.
• 32:09
Speaker 1: But you ain't doing that, tdjs.
• 32:11
Speaker 1: You haven't made one public statement about praying for the victims, praying for the family, praying for Diddy's mom, praying for people involved.
• 32:20
Speaker 1: That's how the bishops and pastors I know that's what they do, but you're not doing none of that.
• 32:26
Speaker 1: You are prioritizing yourself and clearing your name from supposedly being at these diddy parties.
• 32:33
Speaker 1: That's fake as hell.
• 32:35
Speaker 1: To me it proves as you're trying to prove and distance yourself.
• 32:41
Speaker 1: To me it proves how fake that whole world is and I'm I'm questioning your Bishop and your calling and what you do.
• 32:49
Speaker 1: So that's why I don't get involved in that world.
• 32:56
  Speaker 1: Y'all it's faith.
• 32:58
Speaker 1: You got a pastor who ain't even praying for the victims involved, ain't even mentioned the victims or the alleged victims, nor have you shown any support for somebody that you pulled up, made a special stop to go say happy birthday at a ditty party where you had no business being at a ditty party as a bishop or a pastor, but you pulled up.
• 33:20
Speaker 1: So if you could pull up, I think you could support him in this rough time, but you won't.
• 33:27
Speaker 1: So that just proves to me what we've been saying about all these celebrities and all that.
• 33:36
  Speaker 1: I don't believe shit.
• 33:37
Speaker 1: They say how about that?
• 33:38
Speaker 1: Now Bishop Jakes went on to say okay.
• 33:45
Speaker 1: As for the online rumors connecting him romantically with Combs, he said I am almost 70 years old.
• 33:52
Speaker 1: What do I look like?
• 33:53
  Speaker 1: I am a grandfather.
• 33:55
Speaker 1: Jakes announced earlier this year that he is handing leadership of the church he founded to his daughter, sarah Jakes, and his son-in-law.
• 34:06
Speaker 1: Then he had you know, know, he had the incident when he passed out on stage.
• 34:15
Speaker 1: They talking about that.
• 34:16
Speaker 1: We don't gotta go into that.
• 34:17
Speaker 1: Bottom line is these celebrities are saying Diddy you on your own, bro, cash me out, I'm done with you.
• 34:25
Speaker 1: This is why I don't fuck with celebrities.
• 34:28
Speaker 1: This is why I've always been a man of the people, which is why I will always Be a man of the people.
• 34:33
  Speaker 1: I don't give.
• 34:33
Speaker 1: I will always be a man of the people.
• 34:33
Speaker 1: I don't give a damn about no celebrities.
• 34:36
  Speaker 1: I don't trust them.
• 34:37
Speaker 1: I don't like the way they roll.
• 34:39
Speaker 1: It's fake and phony.
• 34:40
Speaker 1: If you got to shit on people and that's another thing I'm not giving nobody no credit for being a billionaire or a hundred millionaire when you willing to shit on everybody to get there, I think a lot of us could get millions and billions if we didn't give a fuck about our fellow man.
• 34:57
Speaker 1: I for sure would be a millionaire or a billionaire if I didn't care about shitting on people.
• 35:02
Speaker 1: So to me, while people talking about wow, we shouldn't tear down this black man, he wealthy and this, and that If you are willing to shit on anybody you come in contact with, take their rights, take their publishing, intimidate them, beat their ass, I ain't giving you no credit.
• 35:23
Speaker 1: Anybody to me, anybody with no heart, could get to a million and billion dollars.
• 35:28
Speaker 1: Ain't no honor in that?
• 35:33
Speaker 1: Now, if you get there by being right, treating people right, then I give you some credit.
• 35:39
Speaker 1: But if you get to a million, you become a millionaire and you are willing to shit on people with no regard.
• 35:51
Speaker 1: Why the hell am I praising you because you got millions?
• 35:55
Speaker 1: You only got millions because you don't give a fuck about your fellow men, about people, about women, about children, about any of that.
• 36:05
Speaker 1: You should have a hundred million.
• 36:07
Speaker 1: That's just my thoughts.
• 36:15
Speaker 1: So, with all that being said, let's get into the fucking court shit.
• 36:17
Speaker 1: We done had our little tea, we gonna close the kitchen for now and we gonna get into what the hell going on in court.
• 36:25
Speaker 1: So there's a few articles I wanted to go over, but let's talk about what they're saying about Diddy's courtroom strategy of not calling anybody as a calculated risk and what people are thinking about it.
• 36:44
  Speaker 1: What experts?
• 36:45
Speaker 1: Because I told you I'm not a professional.
• 36:47
Speaker 1: I'm just good than a motherfucker, I'm better than the professionals a lot of times, because they don't know how to break it down.
• 36:57
Speaker 1: What people can understand.
• 36:58
Speaker 1: I know how to break it down so everybody can understand what the hell I'm saying.
• 37:02
Speaker 1: Everybody can't do that.
• 37:04
Speaker 1: That's why y'all come to the Flow Show, no filter, monday through Friday, 7.30 am, eastern Standard Time, and rock out with the Breakfast Crew Like people like Angie, like people like Lily, even Desi in here, desi coming up in here.
• 37:21
Speaker 1: We got all the best.
• 37:22
  Speaker 1: Anitra, what's up?
• 37:27
Speaker 1: So Denny's defense a courtroom strategy is a calculated risk from our good friends at Fox News.
• 37:33
Speaker 1: Y'all know how I feel about Fox News.
• 37:35
Speaker 1: Sometimes they got good articles, sometimes I don't like what the hell they talk about, but I spread it around.
• 37:41
Speaker 1: I'm not biased, so I use Fox News, I use ABC, I use everybody.
• 37:47
Speaker 1: So I don't want to hear nobody's mouth.
• 37:49
Speaker 1: I remember my mom used to always say that I'm doing this, I don't want to hear nobody mouth.
• 37:52
Speaker 1: I remember my mom used to always say that I'm doing this, so I don't want to hear nobody's mouth.
• 37:55
Speaker 1: So I use all the publications because I don't want to hear nobody mouth that I'm biased.
• 38:00
Speaker 1: I use them all, even the ones I don't fucking like.
• 38:03
Speaker 1: So anyway, the decision by sean diddy combs lawyers to not call any witnesses to testify in his federal trial for sex crime comes down to the prosecution's burden of reasonable doubt, according to legal experts.
• 38:18
Speaker 1: Diddy's lawyer, mark Agnifilio, indicated Monday in court that the defense plans to review evidence with the jury and won't require witnesses to testify on the rapper's behalf.
• 38:31
Speaker 1: The rapper's legal team expects to rest its case Wednesday, with closing arguments expected to begin the following day, thursday.
• 38:41
Speaker 1: The decision whether or not to call witnesses during the defense case is a calculated risk.
• 38:48
Speaker 1: Criminal defense and civil attorney Ad Dante, pointer of lawyers for the people LLC told Fox news not calling any witnesses means the defense is essentially telling the jury there is no one they know in the whole universe who can speak on Diddy's behalf to aid his defense.
• 39:09
Speaker 1: I agree with that statement.
• 39:10
Speaker 1: Then I tell y'all I said if I'm on the jury, if I'm on the jury, I'm looking at that like bruh.
• 39:21
  Speaker 1: You're guilty.
• 39:22
Speaker 1: You don't have one person in the whole fucking universe, the whole planet Earth.
• 39:27
Speaker 1: You don't have one person that will get up there and say he ain't capable of these things.
• 39:34
Speaker 1: Your honor Sean Combs, aka Mohawk, sticky Note Itty Bitty.
• 39:42
Speaker 1: Diddy Smalls with the tootsie roll would never put baby oil all over women and hire sex workers to come in there and have sex with them and blow up people's cars and extort people and threaten to take their rent away and threaten to to put out sex tapes if they didn't pay twenty thousand dollars.
• 40:06
Speaker 1: He would never do these things.
• 40:07
Speaker 1: And then on cross-examination they'll start showing text messages, audio, video, news, paper, art.
• 40:17
Speaker 1: They got so much damn evidence.
• 40:19
Speaker 1: Ain't nobody trying to get on that hot seat by the time the cross examination be done.
• 40:25
Speaker 1: They'd be fucking toast, literally.
• 40:28
Speaker 1: They'd be a piece of toast up there.
• 40:30
Speaker 1: It won't even be a person, no more.
• 40:32
Speaker 1: It'd be a fucking piece of burnt toast up on the stand.
• 40:36
Speaker 1: So I don't blame nobody for getting up there Because it's so much evidence.
• 40:45
Speaker 1: It's evidence on top of it.
• 40:47
Speaker 1: They couldn't even get to all the evidence.
• 40:49
Speaker 1: Prosecution said man, we skipping some of this evidence.
• 40:53
Speaker 1: It's just too much.
• 40:54
Speaker 1: The jury can't even understand all this.
• 40:57
Speaker 1: So I agree with this statement, but let's continue.
• 41:01
Speaker 1: On the other hand, calling a witness can open that person up to questioning and perhaps elicit damaging testimony against Diddy, depending upon their interactions with him and their knowledge of these women, and perhaps elicit damaging testimony against Diddy depending upon their interactions with him and their knowledge of these women.
• 41:19
Speaker 1: Pointer likened the defense's decision not to call any witness to a Pandora's box.
• 41:24
Speaker 1: You know you open Pandora's box and all types of shit come out.
• 41:29
Speaker 1: So if calling witnesses will open a Pandora if you innocent, I don't think calling witnesses opens Pandora's box if you innocent.
• 41:43
Speaker 1: So I don't care how they spin it.
• 41:48
Speaker 1: To me it's just not a good sign.
• 41:51
  Speaker 1: Let's continue.
• 41:58
Speaker 1: Given the defense is signaling they do not intend to call a single witness, they do not think any potential defense-friendly witness will result in a net gain for Diddy.
• 42:12
Speaker 1: His lawyers have essentially determined the juice is not worth the squeeze, and that's one of my favorite sayings.
• 42:19
Speaker 1: I don't know if y'all have heard me say that on here, but I say it a lot in my regular life outside of the podcast.
• 42:26
Speaker 1: Shit, the juice is not worth the squeeze, meaning you take that lemon.
• 42:33
Speaker 1: You take that lemon and you squeeze that lemon like a pair of ice grips and you damn near break your hand trying to squeeze that lemon and all you get is a teeny, weeny, beeny itty bitty.
• 42:49
Speaker 1: Let's just use the words itty bitty little drop's.
• 42:52
Speaker 1: Just use the words itty bitty, little drop.
• 42:54
Speaker 1: And in that case they would say the juice ain't worth the squeeze.
• 42:58
Speaker 1: But if you take that lemon and as soon as you squeeze it a centimeter, it just start flowing.
• 43:05
Speaker 1: That's when the juice is worth the squeeze.
• 43:08
Speaker 1: I love that saying.
• 43:09
Speaker 1: So what they're saying is the little you're going to get from putting on a witness for Diddy.
• 43:19
Speaker 1: That little positive you're going to get is going to get tore the fuck up on that cross-examination.
• 43:31
Speaker 1: You're going to wish you never would have put grandma on the stand.
• 43:33
Speaker 1: Or you're going to wish you never would have put grandma on the stand.
• 43:34
Speaker 1: Or you're going to wish you never would have put the human resource lady on the stand, because they're going to be like well, you say you're a great guy, but we got here where you pay for dildos on the company account.
• 43:50
Speaker 1: Can you explain that to us?
• 43:53
Speaker 1: Human resources person will be like uh, am I going to jail?
• 44:00
Speaker 1: Anybody who worked for Diddy that get on that stand will fuck around and end up in jail themselves.
• 44:07
Speaker 1: That's another reason why ain't nobody get up there.
• 44:13
Speaker 1: You're in charge of human resources, ma'am um, and we see right here you authorize payments for the free calls for, for materials for dildos for baby, for baby or astroglide.
• 44:28
Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, you reimbursed.
• 44:30
Speaker 1: You reimbursed Sean Combs for drugs he bought.
• 44:37
Speaker 1: You want to explain Motherfucking human resource person be like I wish to evoke my Fifth Amendment.
• 44:44
Speaker 1: Right, and please don't take me to jail.
• 44:47
Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying.
• 44:48
Speaker 1: Like that thing can go left if you try to get up there speaking for Diddy.
• 44:54
Speaker 1: So I understand why nobody got up there.
• 44:55
  Speaker 1: Let's continue.
• 44:57
Speaker 1: Now that we've established that the juice wasn't worth the squeeze, let's see what else they got to say.
• 45:04
Speaker 1: Judge Aaron Subramanian will likely ask Diddy to confirm his decision to not take the stand.
• 45:10
Speaker 1: They say Diddy testifying would just allow the prosecution to retell their case and put the previous items of evidence in front of the jury for a second or third time.
• 45:23
Speaker 1: Pointer explained Silence is golden, says Anquinette Brown.
• 45:30
Speaker 1: The prosecution would have a field day going through each and every video, text and witness statement made at trial against him and forced Diddy to admit the authenticity of the videos, the receipts and invoices.
• 45:47
Speaker 1: Also, items were covered at his home and hotel room and that he was present during the events described in prior testimony.
• 45:57
Speaker 1: In light of the evidence already presented at trial, this would most likely be an excruciating and humiliating cross-examination the kind prosecutors wait their whole career to conduct.
• 46:18
Speaker 1: In other words, you crock potty pan, sewer, flame, broiled, deep fried waffle maker.
• 46:35
Speaker 1: I can never get those waffle makers right.
• 46:39
Speaker 1: I can never get it to cook right.
• 46:42
Speaker 1: Anyway, any cooking term, you can twice bake Barbecued.
• 47:00
  Speaker 1: Andy say barbecued.
• 47:01
Speaker 1: Give me some more cooking terms, y'all.
• 47:02
Speaker 1: I don't cook a lot, I don't really cook at all, so I don't even know how I know all these terms.
• 47:10
Speaker 1: Matter of fact, if you want to get the real-time exclusive Diddy coverage, I just put the link in the support link.
• 47:17
Speaker 1: Flambora, flam, flambit, whatever that is, I just put the link in the chat.
• 47:23
Speaker 1: Burnt to a crisp.
• 47:24
Speaker 1: I just put the link in the chat.
• 47:26
Speaker 1: You know I'm about to be in New York, I'm going to be in on them closing arguments.
• 47:30
Speaker 1: I'm going to tell you exactly what the hell happened, how Diddy Face was looking, how his mama was looking, everything in the court.
• 47:36
  Speaker 1: Do a $23 subscription.
• 47:38
Speaker 1: I just put the somebody say spit roast, I like that Flambé.
• 47:44
Speaker 1: Yes, come on with the terms y'all.
• 47:46
  Speaker 1: So go ahead.
• 47:48
Speaker 1: If you look in the chat, if you want to subscribe, do a twenty three dollar subscription.
• 47:54
Speaker 1: It goes towards helping me get my ass to New York and I'm going to give you a real time coverage straight from the courtroom and I'll be out there Thursday morning for the closing arguments and I'm telling you, I believe that the verdict probably going to come Friday.
• 48:08
  Speaker 1: I don't think.
• 48:09
Speaker 1: Whatever the verdict is, I don't think it's going to take him a long time.
• 48:12
Speaker 1: So let's go into let's continue Closing arguments for the tribe which began broiled, okay, sauteed, yes, sauteed.
• 48:23
Speaker 1: There you go, sybil.
• 48:23
Speaker 1: I was thinking I couldn't remember His ass sauteed.
• 48:27
  Speaker 1: Let's continue.
• 48:32
Speaker 1: Closing arguments are expected to be on thursday.
• 48:41
Speaker 1: A trial attorney, trey lovell, told fox news digital that the defense likely wants to double down on reasonable doubt and that diddy's exotic lifestyle does not equal what the prosecution has proposed, which is that Diddy formed a criminal enterprise to pleasure himself.
• 49:00
Speaker 1: Tony Soprano said oh no, they call him the Tony Soprano of Babywell.
• 49:06
Speaker 1: The only reason to not call witnesses in your defense is if you're absolutely, if you absolutely believe there is reasonable doubt and you don't want to do anything to take away from this, including calling your own witness.
• 49:21
Speaker 1: Lovell said it would make sense to call a psychiatrist to explain the behavior of cassie and jane as being more reflective of a consensual relationship based upon the autonomy each woman had, the benefits they received and the love they have for Diddy.
• 49:42
Speaker 1: Further, calling executives at Bad Boy Entertainment would be helpful to distance the corporations from Diddy's more personal behavior, to dispel the criminal enterprise element.
• 49:55
  Speaker 1: Finally.
• 49:56
Speaker 1: But see, they can't do none of this because if they call any executive, the prosecution has evidence that all of this was operating under the business and they have tons of evidence.
• 50:11
Speaker 1: I can't see it no other way.
• 50:17
Speaker 1: Finally, possibly an industry or legal expert could just could distinguish the aspects of sex workers versus prostitution to counter the prostitution charge.
• 50:30
Speaker 1: So why wouldn't they do any of this, lavelle added.
• 50:34
Speaker 1: However, the defense felt even corner witnesses such as these would have the potential of adversely affecting reasonable doubt and chose not to pan seared stir fry.
• 50:52
Speaker 1: Yeah, I forgot stir fry, stir fry, good one.
• 50:57
Speaker 1: This guy goes on to say it's a real big gamble to testify in a case like this, where the prosecution has brought racketeering charges, which allows them to bring this wealth of bad acts evidence there.
• 51:11
Speaker 1: By taking a stand, he would just subject himself to even more bad acts that were prohibited by the court, and so that was probably the right call.
• 51:21
Speaker 1: Diddy's decision to not testify can also be considered savvy as well, because he can say in closing look to the jury, the prosecution has six weeks of time to show you to try to prove their case.
• 51:35
Speaker 1: The defense lawyers are going to say this we show the reasonable doubt through our cross examinations and we don't want to waste any more of your time.
• 51:45
Speaker 1: You now have enough to know that there's reasonable doubt in this case and that's why we didn't bring a case and to remind the jury that the presumption of innocent always goes to Diddy as a defendant in this case.
• 52:02
Speaker 1: He also noted that the burden of proof is on the government, not bad boy, founder Diddy, when you present a case, if you're on the defense side, you better be good, because if it falls flat, then you kind of move back to the market and you might be in a worse position than you started.
• 52:26
Speaker 1: I know some people are suggesting that, well, wow, doesn't that have something?
• 52:30
Speaker 1: Doesn't he have something he could put on?
• 52:33
Speaker 1: It may be in some ways an opportunity for the defense to say, no, we didn't need to.
• 52:37
  Speaker 1: I don't know y'all.
• 52:42
Speaker 1: I'm trying to see it both ways.
• 52:45
Speaker 1: I only see it one way.
• 52:46
Speaker 1: It just looks bad to me because even if the prosecution didn't prove anything're, if the prosecution didn't prove anything, and if the prosecution Didn't prove anything and you're not what, why is it so dangerous for you to put on some witness?
• 53:03
Speaker 1: You the ball in your court.
• 53:06
Speaker 1: You can put on whoever you want.
• 53:11
Speaker 1: So to me it just don't even make sense that if you're saying the prosecution ain't prove shit, so what you so scared for, then this is a life sentence.
• 53:22
Speaker 1: You, looking at you wouldn't want to go up there and present anything that helps your case.
• 53:27
  Speaker 1: That just don't.
• 53:28
Speaker 1: And I'm trying to see it both ways because y'all know it's one thing I'm big on.
• 53:32
Speaker 1: I try not to get stuck on one side, just in case I'm missing something.
• 53:38
Speaker 1: So I'm really trying to understand the side of.
• 53:41
Speaker 1: Maybe you don't feel like you need to, but nah, that just don't look good to me.
• 53:49
  Speaker 1: I don't know.
• 53:49
Speaker 1: Y'all tell me what y'all think in the comments.
• 53:51
  Speaker 1: Float for president.
• 53:54
  Speaker 1: Thank you, angie.
• 53:54
Speaker 1: Hey, I'm thinking about it, thinking about it.
• 53:58
  Speaker 1: Float for president.
• 54:01
  Speaker 1: Yeah, y'all.
• 54:03
Speaker 1: So I try, but I just only see it one way.
• 54:07
Speaker 1: To me it just don't look good, it don't look positive that you don't have one person to speak when you facing a life sentence.
• 54:14
Speaker 1: You're gonna tell me for six weeks in your mind, let's say, let's, let's go by their theory.
• 54:20
Speaker 1: So for six weeks the prosecution ain't proved shit and it's plenty of reasonable doubt.
• 54:26
Speaker 1: So if that's the case, you should have no problem putting on somebody.
• 54:30
Speaker 1: Then, if the prosecution couldn't do any damage when they were calling their own witnesses, what makes you think they can do damage when you call your own witnesses that you handpicked?
• 54:42
Speaker 1: Make it make sense.
• 54:46
Speaker 1: Help me see it the other way.
• 54:49
Speaker 1: I only see it as a negative.
• 54:51
  Speaker 1: I don't see it as a positive.
• 54:52
Speaker 1: To me it only says you're guilty as hell.
• 54:57
Speaker 1: They proved it every day.
• 55:02
Speaker 1: Twice on Sunday they proved their case.
• 55:07
Speaker 1: And you know you can't even put his mama on the stand without getting chewed up and spit out and stir fried and pan seared and crock potted and deep fried and microwaved and air fried Shout out to Shana.
• 55:23
Speaker 1: Every time I say air fry, I think about Shana, my special person, shana.
• 55:28
Speaker 1: Shana can do amazing things with an air fryer y'all.
• 55:32
Speaker 1: One day I'm going to talk about it, not today Air fryer they even bringing in the dude who do this.
• 55:44
Speaker 1: At this point I think the dude the salt bae.
• 55:50
Speaker 1: I even think he's sprinkling salt off his elbow on Diddy at this point.
• 55:54
Speaker 1: It's getting so bad.
• 55:55
Speaker 1: Where's Salt Bae at?
• 55:56
Speaker 1: You shouldn't be this turned up on a Tuesday morning.
• 56:07
Speaker 1: You shouldn't be turned up on.
• 56:10
  Speaker 1: Yeah, salt Bae.
• 56:11
Speaker 1: They done Salt Bae'd him, did bay.
• 56:12
Speaker 1: They done salt bayed him.
• 56:13
Speaker 1: Diddy done got salt bayed.
• 56:19
Speaker 1: I wish Diddy would get on the stand, though this is just some personal shit.
• 56:23
Speaker 1: This ain't technical, this ain't no article.
• 56:25
Speaker 1: I just wish Diddy would get on the stand because you know he an egomaniac, narcissistic, control freak.
• 56:32
Speaker 1: I think it would be pure entertainment for Diddy to get on the stand because you know he an egomaniac, narcissistic, control freak.
• 56:37
Speaker 1: I think it would be pure entertainment for Diddy to get on that stand.
• 56:37
Speaker 1: But this is how bad this case is, because Diddy even got on the stand when he shot up the club and got away with it back with J-Lo.
• 56:45
Speaker 1: And, by the way, j-lo, where your ass been at?
• 56:49
Speaker 1: J-lo, where have you?
• 56:52
Speaker 1: You have been so quiet we could hear a cat piss on cotton.
• 56:57
Speaker 1: J-lo ain't never been this quiet and that ain't a bad thing.
• 57:05
Speaker 1: But when Diddy shot up the club he was literally caught red-handed then and he still got on that stand.
• 57:15
Speaker 1: So that's another thing that's going to be very telling If he don't get on this stand, which he probably ain't.
• 57:29
Speaker 1: It's just too many things to point to hand in cookie jar Hand.
• 57:34
Speaker 1: You have hand outside the cookie jar and you have hand in the cookie jar.
• 57:40
Speaker 1: And then you got whole elbow in the cookie jar.
• 57:46
Speaker 1: Then he got his whole elbow, his whole arm, in that cookie jar and it's stuck.
• 57:53
  Speaker 1: Yeah, j-lo ain't saying nothing.
• 58:02
Speaker 1: Melissa said the gun was in her purse.
• 58:06
  Speaker 1: Poor Sean too.
• 58:07
  Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
• 58:09
Speaker 1: Sean ended up doing 10 years for nothing.
• 58:15
Speaker 1: But people want to get mad at me for calling out Diddy when he has ruined hundreds, if not thousands, of lives over the years.
• 58:26
Speaker 1: I don't know what to say.
• 58:33
Speaker 1: All I know is J-Lo quiet, everybody quiet, everybody quiet, except for the people on the right side of history.
• 58:46
Speaker 1: I can't say it enough that it's very, very telling that not one person has showed up and did his defense, forget the witness stand, even just showed up to court.
• 59:04
Speaker 1: Only people show up to court is his son and his mama People you expect to be there, but not a person in the industry, not a celebrity friend, not a cousin he grew up with.
• 59:15
Speaker 1: Nobody, not even any of these quote unquote girlfriends Nobody.
• 59:28
Speaker 1: What's that Keep Sweat song?
• 59:31
  Speaker 1: Nobody.
• 59:32
Speaker 1: Y'all heard that song?
• 59:36
Speaker 1: Y'all know that song?
• 59:36
Speaker 1: Y'all know that song is any keep sweat fans in here?
• 59:38
  Speaker 1: Nobody.
• 59:39
Speaker 1: It's like who showed up?
• 59:40
Speaker 1: Who showed up for diddy?
• 59:41
Speaker 1: Nobody in the keep sweat voice.
• 59:46
Speaker 1: But in all seriousness, all of this just points to guilt to me.
• 59:52
Speaker 1: Celebrities distancing themselves from you nobody even showing up to the courtroom to support you.
• 1:00:03
Speaker 1: Forget getting on the stand, forget putting your hand, raising your hand on the bible and saying I'm gonna tell the whole truth and not a bunch of truth about Diddy Woo.
• 1:00:14
  Speaker 1: That's a hell of a.
• 1:00:14
  Speaker 1: That's a hell.
• 1:00:16
  Speaker 1: I know that.
• 1:00:17
Speaker 1: Bible on fire in the courtroom.
• 1:00:18
Speaker 1: They haven't even showed up.
• 1:00:24
Speaker 1: The only person showed up was Kanye West and he was there.
• 1:00:29
Speaker 1: It took him longer to put on his white outfit.
• 1:00:31
Speaker 1: It took him longer to put on his all white outfit.
• 1:00:35
Speaker 1: It took him longer to do that than it did for him to stay in the courtroom or the courthouse.
• 1:00:40
Speaker 1: He was there all the 10 minutes as if he was just saying look, diddy, I'm doing this, so you can shut the hell up, I'm gone.
• 1:00:50
Speaker 1: But as we die, as we, this week, this is going to be a crucial week.
• 1:01:00
Speaker 1: We have been covering this case.
• 1:01:02
Speaker 1: I've been covering this case since, I think, september 2023, I believe was when Cassie lawsuit dropped or when she was talking about the lawsuit.
• 1:01:11
Speaker 1: That is when I start covering this case.
• 1:01:13
Speaker 1: I've been covering this case before anybody.
• 1:01:16
Speaker 1: I was definitely the first person, especially with a large platform, to be covering this because, if y'all remember, when Cassie was first threatening to do the lawsuit, everybody thought it wasn't going to go nowhere.
• 1:01:29
Speaker 1: But there was one person who knew it was going to go somewhere and that's your boy right here Flo, daddy, flo on all platforms.
• 1:01:37
Speaker 1: And when I covered it, people was like why are you covering that gossip stuff?
• 1:01:41
Speaker 1: Because you know, I only cover real stories.
• 1:01:42
Speaker 1: I said this ain't gossip, this is some real shit.
• 1:01:46
Speaker 1: This is about to be big.
• 1:01:46
Speaker 1: And here we are today.
• 1:01:50
Speaker 1: So I appreciate everybody who's been on this journey.
• 1:01:55
Speaker 1: I am honestly ready for this verdict to be over because, like I told y'all, I'm ready to get back to covering everything.
• 1:01:59
Speaker 1: I am a journalist, like I tell people, I'm a journalist at heart and this is the trial of the century, the biggest trial of my lifetime, and I decided to give it the attention that it deserved.
• 1:02:14
Speaker 1: So I focused on it and I would do it again.
• 1:02:20
Speaker 1: But damn it, if I ain't tired of freak-offs.
• 1:02:23
Speaker 1: I'm tired of Baby Oil, I'm tired of Astro Glide, I'm tired of King Knights, I'm tired of cleaning up, hearing about clean-ups and freak-offs and all that.
• 1:02:32
Speaker 1: I'm tired of cleaning up, hearing about cleanups and freak-offs and all that.
• 1:02:35
  Speaker 1: I'm tired.
• 1:02:35
Speaker 1: I want to talk about Trump and Iran and I want to talk about the ICE raids.
• 1:02:43
Speaker 1: I want to talk about Fat Joe, I want to talk about Tyler Perry, I want to talk about all kind of stuff and hopefully we get a verdict this week so we can get back to that next week and get back to talking about everything that means a lot to us, and not diddy, diddy, moe, diddy, moe, diddy, moe, diddy, diddy, diddy.
• 1:03:08
Speaker 1: So tune in y'all, I'll be out to New York this week.
• 1:03:15
Speaker 1: Today, I think prosecution is finishing up.
• 1:03:19
Speaker 1: Today, yesterday, they put more bricks into the.
• 1:03:26
Speaker 1: I guess I'll go over one last article with y'all.
• 1:03:30
Speaker 1: I'm going to stay a little longer.
• 1:03:31
Speaker 1: Today they have a, is it this one?
• 1:03:40
Speaker 1: So BBC has an article as Diddy's prosecution.
• 1:03:47
Speaker 1: I'm going to stay a little longer.
• 1:03:49
Speaker 1: Today, y'all, diddy's prosecution reads how compelling is the case against them.
• 1:03:53
Speaker 1: Prosecutors in New York Are set to rest their case After weeks long.
• 1:04:00
Speaker 1: Mr Combs has admitted To domestic violence but has pled not guilty To the prosecution's charges.
• 1:04:08
Speaker 1: The defense has yet to make a case, as we talked about.
• 1:04:12
Speaker 1: Legal experts say their testimony has helped, uh, the prosecution.
• 1:04:18
Speaker 1: When we talk about their testimony we're talking about ex-girlfriend cassie, rapper kid cuddy, who also dated cassie.
• 1:04:26
Speaker 1: Uh, former assistants, hotel security guards and others say they witnessed Mr Combs' abuse and those testimonies legal experts say helped prosecutors present a compelling case to a panel of 12 jurors, but a conviction on all counts remains far from assured.
• 1:04:49
Speaker 1: Here are some key aspects of the case and the potential vulnerabilities in the prosecution's arguments.
• 1:04:57
Speaker 1: Cassie and Jane helped build sex trafficking.
• 1:04:59
Speaker 1: A key witness for the prosecutors was Ms Ventura, a musician and model known as Cassie.
• 1:05:08
Speaker 1: She testified for days about her abusive on and off 11-year relationship with Mr Combs.
• 1:05:14
Speaker 1: Eight months pregnant and often speaking through tears, miss Cassie Ventura testified that Diddy, aka Mr Combs, beat and coerced her into so-called freak ups.
• 1:05:27
Speaker 1: This was during which she would have sex with multiple male escorts.
• 1:05:32
Speaker 1: Prosecutors then alleged Mr Combs used drugs, violence and manipulation to pressure several women into unwanted sexual encounters with male escorts.
• 1:05:43
Speaker 1: Cassie's testimony delivered when she was.
• 1:05:48
Speaker 1: She delivered weeks when she was weeks away from giving birth.
• 1:05:52
Speaker 1: It was critical to the prosecutor's case, especially the sex trafficking, which is a charge that carries a maximum sentence of life in prison.
• 1:06:11
Speaker 1: Some of the strongest evidence was a surveillance video of Mr Combs beating Miss Cassie in the hallway of a hotel during an alleged freak-out and the testimony of a hotel security guard who said mr combs offered him money to get rid of the tape.
• 1:06:19
Speaker 1: Prosecutors also displayed photos of cassie.
• 1:06:23
Speaker 1: Many injuries allegedly alleged from the rapper's abuse.
• 1:06:27
Speaker 1: Heavy, heavy, heavy, heavy stuff.
• 1:06:31
Speaker 1: Y'all happened in this case.
• 1:06:33
Speaker 1: But then we had another former girlfriend known as jane.
• 1:06:37
Speaker 1: We all know who jane was.
• 1:06:39
Speaker 1: I ain't gonna say it on here because everybody got their panties in a bunch and talking about they want to sue people.
• 1:06:44
Speaker 1: I ain't trying to get sued.
• 1:06:45
Speaker 1: But we know who jane is.
• 1:06:48
Speaker 1: Anybody that got 50 cent to their name right now know who jane is.
• 1:06:54
Speaker 1: Uh, she talked about the hotel nights and the freak-offs, uh.
• 1:07:01
Speaker 1: But jurors were also known.
• 1:07:04
Speaker 1: Shown loving text messages that cassie and jane sent to mr cones, including some in which women expressed interest in participating in those sex acts.
• 1:07:18
Speaker 1: The public is becoming more and more knowledgeable about the domestic violence and the fact that women may feel compelled to stay in abusive relationships, said Jennifer Beaton, a former prosecutor with the Southern District Court of New York.
• 1:07:32
Speaker 1: But a mix of loving messages and allegations of coercion could sometimes be difficult for a jury to put together.
• 1:07:41
Speaker 1: Ms Beto suggested Mr Combs' case might not be one that is as clean as the jury might like it to be.
• 1:07:50
Speaker 1: Further complicating their case, prosecutors lost a third alleged victim who they had hoped would testify after they were no longer able to contact.
• 1:08:01
Speaker 1: Y'all know that was.
• 1:08:03
Speaker 1: Everybody know that was Gina.
• 1:08:05
Speaker 1: Nia Rahmani, a former federal prosecutor, said losing an alleged victim could hurt the case because a prosecution benefit from having multiple testimonies.
• 1:08:19
Speaker 1: Jurors may disbelieve one victim, but it is really hard for them to disbelieve many, he explained.
• 1:08:29
Speaker 1: Now lawyers sought out to prove the criminal enterprise.
• 1:08:31
Speaker 1: Mr Combs is facing an equally serious charge of racketeering.
• 1:08:36
Speaker 1: We talked about the racketeering part, with prosecutors alleging he relied on loyal employees to run a criminal enterprise, also to facilitate his sexual abuse of women and to also hide his conduct.
• 1:08:50
Speaker 1: The the Racketeering, influence and Corrupt Organization Act, also known as RICO, was originally created to take out mob bosses.
• 1:08:59
Speaker 1: Remember I explained that in much detail but has since been used in other cases, including a sex trafficking trial that R Kelly, who was convicted for 30 years and I keep saying R Kelly, who was convicted for 30 years, and I keep saying R Kelly's recall was nowhere near as strong as Diddy's recall.
• 1:09:18
Speaker 1: That is what makes it hard for me to believe that he's going to be found not guilty In that same court.
• 1:09:27
Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, I did.
• 1:09:31
Speaker 1: Uh, r kelly's was in the southeast district.
• 1:09:34
Speaker 1: It was like a, a different district, but they said the district that diddy is in has the more aggressive prosecutors and actually for lack of better words the better prosecutors.
• 1:09:46
Speaker 1: Um, and, like I said, r kelly's was nowhere near as strong as diddy's recall and he got 30 years.
• 1:09:54
Speaker 1: It's hard for me to not see Diddy get be convicted, but we shall see.
• 1:10:01
