- 0:08Speaker 1: Scalable advice for sure. It's hell level love lo Love
- 0:14Speaker 1: Love Levello. Welcome to the naughty but nice your house
- 0:18Speaker 1: rump Shooter. It is Thursday, which means our dear friend
- 0:21Speaker 1: Mark Looper joins us. Hey, Loopy, are you there?
- 0:23Speaker 2: Loopy?
- 0:24Speaker 1: Lewis here?
- 0:25Speaker 2: Bright?
- 0:26Speaker 1: Hey, lupy lou. We've got a ton of gossip to
- 0:28Speaker 1: get into. Let's jump right in. What time is it,
- 0:30Speaker 1: my friends? It is tea time. Jared Leto denies new
- 0:35Speaker 1: shocking sexual assault allegations. So Jared is forcibly, we should
- 0:40Speaker 1: be very clear her forcibly denying explosive sexual assault allegations
- 0:46Speaker 1: that have emerged from several different women in a new
- 0:50Speaker 1: BBC documentary Jared Leto the Hollywood's Dark Secret. I have
- 0:57Speaker 1: hit the phones. I have got a copy of this.
- 1:01Speaker 1: I have watched it. It is remarkable. They tell a story.
- 1:07Speaker 1: This is the BBC. They're really good at this. This
- 1:09Speaker 1: is not some silly independent, This is not a person
- 1:14Speaker 1: with a grudge to hold. This is not somebody who's
- 1:18Speaker 1: doing something to get attention. This is the BBC. It
- 1:22Speaker 1: is thorough. They have spoke to these ladies. I know
- 1:25Speaker 1: the legal process of working with Big networks. This went
- 1:29Speaker 1: through legal so he is saying it is absolutely and
- 1:33Speaker 1: absolutely false, categorically false. He said, quote, I have never
- 1:39Speaker 1: sexually abused anyone in my life. Well, the documentary features
- 1:43Speaker 1: several different women, some alleging misconduct dating back to when
- 1:48Speaker 1: they were teens teenagers. Think about that for a minute.
- 1:51Speaker 1: They were teenagers, including claims of sexual assault, grooming, inappropriate
- 1:58Speaker 1: sexual conversation. Once again, he has denied this in the past.
- 2:02Speaker 1: This is not the first time this has come up.
- 2:05Speaker 1: This story has been badded around for a couple of years. Mark,
- 2:09Speaker 1: we both work in Hollywood. We know what this world
- 2:12Speaker 1: is like. I've heard rumors for a really long time.
- 2:16Speaker 1: This reminds me almost of Harvey Weinstein or even a
- 2:19Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. We heard the rumors. We didn't have any proof.
- 2:22Speaker 1: I didn't have any proof on either of those people.
- 2:24Speaker 1: If I had, I would have come forward. But there
- 2:27Speaker 1: has been whispers a bad Jarrett's behavior for a really
- 2:32Speaker 1: long time. Now the BBC seems to have proven it.
- 2:37Speaker 1: He once again is denying it. This documentary is explosive.
- 2:40Speaker 2: What do you think, Yeah, it's incredible. What's about to
- 2:43Speaker 2: happen here?
- 2:44Speaker 1: You know?
- 2:44Speaker 2: The BBC this moves the story forward because when the
- 2:49Speaker 2: allegations from our previous year of that story, it got
- 2:51Speaker 2: a lot of attention, but it didn't really go anywhere.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Nothing really happened, and we kind of just moved forward
- 2:56Speaker 2: and he was in a big movie even as early
- 2:59Speaker 2: as last year. So I'm curious to see now what
- 3:02Speaker 2: comes of this. Will there be a police report, Will
- 3:05Speaker 2: there be studios or pure people dropping him, because I
- 3:08Speaker 2: think once that happens, it's going to start to tumble down.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Yeah. It's like a Domino's effect, isn't it. Once somebody
- 3:15Speaker 1: is brave enough to stand up and say we won't
- 3:18Speaker 1: be part of this. Once an agent, a manager, a publicist,
- 3:22Speaker 1: the movie studio stands up and says we just won't
- 3:25Speaker 1: be part of him and his career anymore than it does,
- 3:30Speaker 1: the dominoes do tumble. That's how these stories work. We've
- 3:34Speaker 1: seen it with other celebrities. It always starts as a whisper,
- 3:37Speaker 1: It really does. That's where I got the title of
- 3:39Speaker 1: my book from. Everything starts as a whisper, then a
- 3:42Speaker 1: blind item, then a rumor. Then we read about it
- 3:45Speaker 1: in an outlet that we probably looked down our nose
- 3:48Speaker 1: on maybe a tabloid outlet, which I always say, get
- 3:50Speaker 1: it right. But that's where they start. And then once
- 3:54Speaker 1: it works its way up to an institution like the BBC,
- 3:59Speaker 1: that's like ABC or NBC. It's almost maybe bigger because
- 4:03Speaker 1: it's government funded. It is not in the scandal business. No,
- 4:07Speaker 1: it is almost like a public broadcasting system. Once they
- 4:12Speaker 1: decide to do this, and they can't do it unless
- 4:14Speaker 1: they've got the evidence. This is an executive sitting around saying,
- 4:17Speaker 1: you know what, let's make a documentary about Jared. No,
- 4:21Speaker 1: they could make a documentary about anyone they want, but
- 4:23Speaker 1: they can only put into it what is accurate, what
- 4:26Speaker 1: is truth, what is reported. This is what television does
- 4:29Speaker 1: at its best. I think I love being entertained. I do,
- 4:31Speaker 1: and there's many many greater entertainment shows, entertaining shows, movies
- 4:36Speaker 1: on TV. But this is where television really really makes
- 4:40Speaker 1: a difference. To remember the Martin Basheer documentary on Michael
- 4:44Speaker 1: Jackson that changed everything. There's been several examples of these
- 4:49Speaker 1: moments where a film a documentary has really ignited a
- 4:55Speaker 1: public demand for truth and so saying it, which he's
- 5:01Speaker 1: doing today. He has done that in the past, seems
- 5:05Speaker 1: to be the way that he thinks he can get
- 5:07Speaker 1: out of this. But the accusations. Honestly, it is not
- 5:11Speaker 1: aired yet in America. It will it will air here.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Wouldn't you see this? Mark? It's really detailed, it's really specific.
- 5:17Speaker 1: It is really really horrifying. Good question, though, Mark, Let's
- 5:21Speaker 1: see what happens next. Will he lose endorsements? Will he
- 5:25Speaker 1: lose his record deal? Will he lose upcoming projects? Will
- 5:29Speaker 1: agents manage ERUs want to work with him? Although the
- 5:31Speaker 1: celebrities want to work with him. That's the big question
- 5:35Speaker 1: which brings us to our pole question of the day.
- 5:38Speaker 1: Jared Letter, he denies. Is it Lita or Letter? Mark?
- 5:42Speaker 1: I say Letter? Is it Liito?
- 5:44Speaker 2: I seen Jared leto Letter?
- 5:46Speaker 1: I say letter too. Jared Letter denies denies sexual assault
- 5:51Speaker 1: allegations made in a new BBC documentary. Do you believe him?
- 5:56Speaker 1: It's tricky, isn't it? Because in America we are told
- 5:59Speaker 1: we have to believe people are innocent until proven guilty.
- 6:03Speaker 1: I believe in that, Mark, I hold that very very dear.
- 6:07Speaker 1: But I think what I just watched was a lot
- 6:09Speaker 1: of proof and a lot of guilt. I don't want
- 6:12Speaker 1: to sway the vote but go vote on our Twitter
- 6:15Speaker 1: page at x page add naughty nice rob Our Facebook
- 6:19Speaker 1: page is naughty gossip and be sure to check back
- 6:22Speaker 1: to mal Raua to hear your results. Hey, Loops, what
- 6:26Speaker 1: do you work it on?
- 6:27Speaker 2: I got a wild one for you, right. Julian Uransick
- 6:30Speaker 2: is blasting Jerry O'Connell over a traumatizing romance. Let me explain. So,
- 6:36Speaker 2: julian Aransick is reopening the book on her painful romance
- 6:39Speaker 2: with Jerry O'Connell, accusing the actor of rewriting their love story.
- 6:44Speaker 2: On her podcast, Ransick said their relationship with serious filbatic
- 6:48Speaker 2: relations of love before she was then blindsided by photos
- 6:52Speaker 2: of O'Connell holding hands with Jerry Hallola so random. She
- 6:55Speaker 2: described betrayal as devastating and traumatizing, claiming Key let her
- 7:00Speaker 2: he later beg for a second chance now. Ransick also
- 7:03Speaker 2: alleged that their final breakup was cold and humiliating, saying
- 7:06Speaker 2: O'Connell ended things from his condo balcony.
- 7:10Speaker 1: What do you think we like Jerry? I mean we've
- 7:13Speaker 1: both worked with him, with both around him. I do
- 7:15Speaker 1: like him, but I also like Julianna Ramsick. I've known
- 7:18Speaker 1: her for year. She was very kind to me when
- 7:20Speaker 1: she was at the peak of her success, when she
- 7:22Speaker 1: was hosting Red Carpets with Ryan Seacrest, when everybody watched.
- 7:25Speaker 1: He nobody does anymore. But she was like a star
- 7:28Speaker 1: there with Ryan. I think she was even better at
- 7:30Speaker 1: doing it than Ryan. And he's great at it too.
- 7:33Speaker 1: But she read about this in her book many many
- 7:37Speaker 1: years ago. He brought it up. So, Jerry, this is
- 7:40Speaker 1: on you. You picked the scap, you poked the bear
- 7:44Speaker 1: nobody was to I'd forgot they even dated. I forgot
- 7:48Speaker 1: about him and Jerry Hallowell, the spice Girl. I'd forgot.
- 7:51Speaker 1: I'd forgot all this. Jerry has loose lips. He can't
- 7:55Speaker 1: help himself. You've been around him, Mark, He's a chatty
- 7:58Speaker 1: catty and himself into problems all the time. And so
- 8:03Speaker 1: he did bring this up. He did admit that he
- 8:06Speaker 1: was a terrible boyfriend, but he didn't tell the whole story.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I don't blame Juliana here. It's a way to get
- 8:13Speaker 1: back into the spotlight. We're talking about I've not spoken
- 8:15Speaker 1: about Juliana in a decade or so, so we're talking
- 8:17Speaker 1: about her again. She has a podcast with her handsome
- 8:20Speaker 1: husband from the Apprentice. He's got stories to tell. Oh
- 8:23Speaker 1: my goodness. I think he was one of the original
- 8:26Speaker 1: investors too in Bethany's Skinny Girl. He knows all that
- 8:29Speaker 1: dish I know, and that's what we should be talking
- 8:32Speaker 1: about too, Jerry, I do like you. We can have
- 8:35Speaker 1: people we like do awful things. Good people can do
- 8:38Speaker 1: terrible things. I think he was just an awful boyfriend.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I think he was enjoying Hollywood. I think he was
- 8:44Speaker 1: getting a lot of attention, but he was in a
- 8:46Speaker 1: serious relationship. It wasn't he makes it out to be
- 8:49Speaker 1: just like a little fling with Juliana Ransick. No, they
- 8:52Speaker 1: were a couple. She thought he might be the one,
- 8:56Speaker 1: and then she opened up a weekly magazine and there
- 8:59Speaker 1: he was holding hands with us. Neither thing that makes
- 9:04Speaker 1: me very confused about this mark is that Jerry knows
- 9:07Speaker 1: the truth, and the truth does not seem to be
- 9:10Speaker 1: pretty here. So why bring this back up.
- 9:13Speaker 2: There's no point in this, I mean, no other than
- 9:16Speaker 2: maybe we're just talking about him again. And I know
- 9:19Speaker 2: he's listening. He is in the business of getting attention
- 9:21Speaker 2: and he likes that. But this is not the kind
- 9:24Speaker 2: of headline I would want about myself.
- 9:26Speaker 1: I don't want this. What do you think Rebecca thinks?
- 9:29Speaker 1: Rebecca remey and she's like, shut up, Jerry. Shut She
- 9:33Speaker 1: knows who he is. I think she loves who he
- 9:35Speaker 1: is too, and this is a fundamental part of his personality.
- 9:39Speaker 1: You can't love Jerry and not love gossip. When he
- 9:42Speaker 1: used to fill in for Wendy, I loved him on
- 9:44Speaker 1: the show. I know the ratings weren't great and the
- 9:46Speaker 1: audience wanted Wendy. They didn't want this skinny white point.
- 9:49Speaker 1: They wanted Wendy. But I thought he was great and
- 9:52Speaker 1: be he really loves gossip. N it comes to play, Julia.
- 9:58Speaker 1: I think he should get Juliana is inviting him on
- 10:00Speaker 1: her podcast. Jerry, if you're listening, Glove, you should go on.
- 10:03Speaker 1: You should go on, and you should let her say
- 10:06Speaker 1: to you what she's wanted to say to you for decades.
- 10:10Speaker 1: She has wanted to give you a piece of your cheating,
- 10:14Speaker 1: her cheating, her mind about you cheating. Yes she has.
- 10:17Speaker 1: I say you have to take it like a mat
- 10:19Speaker 1: I say, Jerry, you brought this up. Let let the
- 10:23Speaker 1: truth come out. I love this story. Okay, moving along,
- 10:26Speaker 1: Tony Romo, who I don't really know. But when I
- 10:28Speaker 1: worked with Jessica Simpson, he dated her for a minute,
- 10:30Speaker 1: so I have met him. Very tall, sort of he's
- 10:33Speaker 1: sort of like a Travis Kelcey type guy, not for me.
- 10:37Speaker 1: Not terribly refined, sort of bit sort of burly, is
- 10:42Speaker 1: that the right world, Very sportsy, but people find him
- 10:45Speaker 1: very attractive. What he has he has Now he's now
- 10:49Speaker 1: got a police record, and we've got the video the
- 10:52Speaker 1: body cam to prove it. So newly released body cam footage,
- 10:56Speaker 1: which I can't believe actually is released legally, like the
- 11:00Speaker 1: please give this out, Like it's not that this was
- 11:04Speaker 1: a shady transaction with TMZ, this was at leaked. This
- 11:08Speaker 1: is like a public record. So remember that next time
- 11:11Speaker 1: you get arrested, Mark, it's gonna be videoed and I
- 11:14Speaker 1: will play that video. So he took a field sobriety
- 11:18Speaker 1: test for oh WI. I did not know what that was,
- 11:22Speaker 1: but it's operating a vehicle while impaired on drugs or alcohol.
- 11:28Speaker 1: And he had glassy red eyes. He did talk to
- 11:32Speaker 1: them a little bit. He wasn't making much sense. He
- 11:34Speaker 1: said he was on his way to see his grandpa
- 11:36Speaker 1: and his grandma. The police were having none of it now.
- 11:40Speaker 1: He is a longtime CBS sports analyst. I don't know
- 11:43Speaker 1: if this gets you fired from CBS. The new CBS
- 11:47Speaker 1: seems to be a very different place than the old CBS.
- 11:50Speaker 1: I think he's gonna be okay there, but it is embarrassing.
- 11:53Speaker 1: Nobody wants video. Forget being arrested. Mark, You and I
- 11:58Speaker 1: have been out and had one too many drinks, and
- 12:00Speaker 1: if somebody takes an Instagram I might take that down
- 12:02Speaker 1: the next day. Like I don't want red eyes, I
- 12:06Speaker 1: don't want blotchy skin, I don't want you can practically
- 12:09Speaker 1: smell the alcohol in the photographs. I just I think
- 12:13Speaker 1: after one drink phones turn them off. And if we
- 12:17Speaker 1: do get arrested, I think the police should not release
- 12:20Speaker 1: that video. It is not good and that footage will
- 12:22Speaker 1: last forever. Is this gonna hurt his career.
- 12:24Speaker 2: I don't know if it's gonna hurt his career. He
- 12:26Speaker 2: didn't kill anyone. However, it's very dumb and someone like
- 12:28Speaker 2: him should have an uber or a driver. You have
- 12:31Speaker 2: the resources. Why are you doing this? It's very silly.
- 12:34Speaker 1: Get an uber? Okay. The biggest star, the biggest movie
- 12:38Speaker 1: star of the moment, maybe of the last ten years
- 12:41Speaker 1: has suddenly been revealed. Who am I talking about?
- 12:43Speaker 2: Talking about? Tom Harland. So he's already stirring it in
- 12:47Speaker 2: the Blackbuster the Odyssey, and now he's poised to dominate
- 12:51Speaker 2: the box office again. Rob as Spider Man. Brand New
- 12:54Speaker 2: Day opens this weekend. In Street Projections suggests that Marvel
- 12:58Speaker 2: sequel could deliver one of the biggest open weekends in
- 13:00Speaker 2: movie history, potentially surpassing a record set by Holland's previous
- 13:04Speaker 2: Spider Man film. And with blockbuster franchises, critical buzz and
- 13:09Speaker 2: devoted fan base, this thirty year old actor has cemented
- 13:13Speaker 2: himself as one of the world's biggest leading men.
- 13:16Speaker 1: It's amazing and he's a really good guy. Everybody says
- 13:19Speaker 1: he's just the best guy. I love this. It's time
- 13:21Speaker 1: maybe to pass the bat on. It's a new generation
- 13:24Speaker 1: Tom Holland. I think he can. He can carry the
- 13:26Speaker 1: flag for all of us. He's a nice guy. He's
- 13:28Speaker 1: a talented guy. Do you know he's from musical theater.
- 13:30Speaker 1: He was Billy Elliott in London, in the West End.
- 13:33Speaker 1: He started as a stage guy. That's why he's doing
- 13:35Speaker 1: the Frank Sinatra. Not Frank Sinatra. He's doing the who
- 13:39Speaker 1: Is It Frank? Not Gene Kelly, That Fred Astaire. He's
- 13:44Speaker 1: doing the Fred Astaire movie next. Because he can dance.
- 13:49Speaker 1: He was Billy Elliott. He knows ballet, he knows tap,
- 13:52Speaker 1: he can do it. People are gonna be furious that
- 13:55Speaker 1: I forgot Fred Astair's name, but I've watched I love
- 13:59Speaker 1: I love Fred Astare. I think he's gray. I think
- 14:01Speaker 1: he's a good guy, and I love that he is
- 14:03Speaker 1: now the undisputed king king of the box office. Take
- 14:07Speaker 1: that Tom Cruise, Okay, moving alone. Prince Harry faces a
- 14:11Speaker 1: multimillion dollar legal bill. So today was the day that
- 14:14Speaker 1: we thought we were going to find out how much
- 14:15Speaker 1: he would have to pay the publisher of The Daily Mail.
- 14:18Speaker 1: It didn't come back today, but there were arguments today
- 14:21Speaker 1: and the Daily Mail lawyers were good. They said this
- 14:24Speaker 1: case was pursued in an unreasonable and cavalier manner, forcing
- 14:30Speaker 1: them to spend thirty four million pounds. Harry Sir Elton,
- 14:35Speaker 1: John Elizabeth Hurley, David Furnish, Elton's husband, they all deny
- 14:40Speaker 1: that they acted improperly. But when you look at this case,
- 14:43Speaker 1: I don't know if it should have ever gone to court.
- 14:46Speaker 1: They were angry with the paper for writing something, for
- 14:49Speaker 1: saying something they didn't like. Well, if we get angry
- 14:51Speaker 1: and we were allowed to sue and shut organize house
- 14:54Speaker 1: and stand, that's censorouship. That's a really dangerous place to be.
- 14:59Speaker 1: And so I think that this is right that it
- 15:01Speaker 1: was thrown out. There is no evidence none whatsoever. It
- 15:04Speaker 1: went on for years. It felt like a vengeance campaign
- 15:07Speaker 1: here against an outlet that Harry just didn't personally like.
- 15:11Speaker 1: And now he's gonna have to pay the cost. If
- 15:14Speaker 1: it cost them thirty four million dollars in legal fees,
- 15:17Speaker 1: someone's gonna have to pay that. And I think sometimes
- 15:20Speaker 1: if it hurts, it stops you from doing it again.
- 15:23Speaker 1: If the punishment is not that big, then they'll keep
- 15:27Speaker 1: doing this. This has to stop. It was outrageous what happened.
- 15:30Speaker 1: I think most people would agree with that, even people
- 15:33Speaker 1: that certainly do love Harry and believe it in privacy too. Hey,
- 15:37Speaker 1: we're going to take a quick break and we will
- 15:40Speaker 1: be right back. Welcome back to the naught even nice
- 15:45Speaker 1: sham your host from Shooter, their dear friend Mark Glupo, Heleppy.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Let's get to the polls. Do Jen Aniston is bringing
- 15:52Speaker 1: her boyfriend Jim to sell his books, not her. So
- 15:55Speaker 1: we all think Jen's gonna be at the ninety second Street.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Why.
- 15:58Speaker 1: I know you have your tickets. Mark, it's actually Jim.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Jim Curtis is at the Y, but he's going to
- 16:03Speaker 1: be introduced interviewed by Jen. It has sold out. Would
- 16:06Speaker 1: you ask your girlfriend to help? If that girlfriend happened
- 16:09Speaker 1: to be as famous as Jen? Would you piggyback? I
- 16:12Speaker 1: have a book out, so if I could get to
- 16:14Speaker 1: Jennifer Mark, she would be hosting me at night at
- 16:17Speaker 1: the Why. But she's not my partner. That's the distinction
- 16:21Speaker 1: here is that I think asking for help from people
- 16:24Speaker 1: is one thing. Asking your partner to do it feels
- 16:27Speaker 1: like a business deal. I don't quite know how I
- 16:29Speaker 1: feel about this. Would you ask your partner your girlfriend
- 16:32Speaker 1: for help?
- 16:32Speaker 2: No?
- 16:33Speaker 1: Eighty five percent said yes, if you want to sell
- 16:35Speaker 1: your book, I get it. Naughty you might't be laughing, Okay,
- 16:38Speaker 1: don't forget to vote on today's pole. Go to add
- 16:41Speaker 1: to it a page I had naughty nice rab Facebook
- 16:44Speaker 1: page is naughty Gossip And be sure to check back
- 16:46Speaker 1: Tom Rol to hear your results are now one My
- 16:49Speaker 1: favorite part of the show and nicest of the.
- 16:52Speaker 2: Day now one Today it's William and Kate Less. They're
- 16:58Speaker 2: sharing rare summer family moments with us and on Instagram
- 17:02Speaker 2: or Less. The roundup featured a sweet moment with Prince George,
- 17:05Speaker 2: Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, alongside highlights from the couple's
- 17:09Speaker 2: very busy, busy schedule, Keip's return to international travel, her
- 17:13Speaker 2: emotional visits with cancer patients, and her charity work. I'll
- 17:17Speaker 2: take the center stage. What do you think.
- 17:20Speaker 1: I think it's lovely, if there's a new side to
- 17:22Speaker 1: William mcay. I think they've really modernized. They wouldn't put
- 17:24Speaker 1: these pictures out ten years ago. They just they no
- 17:26Speaker 1: way would we get to see anything this intimate. They're
- 17:29Speaker 1: taking hold of their own message. I know they've hired
- 17:31Speaker 1: new people within the palace, They've hired new people within
- 17:33Speaker 1: their organization. I think they're doing a terrific job. These
- 17:36Speaker 1: pictures are beautiful. They just look great. They're all such
- 17:39Speaker 1: a happy family, and so I think this is the
- 17:42Speaker 1: real asset to the monarchy. And you know, I don't
- 17:46Speaker 1: want to bash Megan and Harry here, but there's just
