- 0:02Hello, good morning, welcome.
- 0:05I am Samuel Trapp.
- 0:06This is International Flavor.
- 0:08You are listening to Dem Radio.
- 0:13We're here every freaking weekday morning from 7.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.
- 0:21Well, you know what?
- 0:22I'm going to strike reverse that.
- 0:24Do you remember that?
- 0:25It's one of my favorite parts of Willy Wonka.
- 0:27When Gene Wilder played Willy, he would say, strike, reverse that, and then she'd reverse
- 0:39it.
- 0:39I always liked striking things.
- 0:41Strike!
- 0:42As a lawyer, you can just say, strike, and suddenly it didn't happen.
- 0:46Move to strike.
- 0:47You would move the judge to strike something that someone said, some pleading that someone
- 0:52had written, and you could say, your honor, I move to strike that document.
- 0:56That's a nonsensical document that I don't support in any way, shape, or fashion.
- 1:01What was that from Liar, Liar?
- 1:03When Jim Carrey would go, because it's devastating to my case, your honor, right?
- 1:09So that's what we're here to talk about this morning, is things that are devastating to
- 1:12the case of normalism in Europe.
- 1:16Europe's a bunch of nuts, okay?
- 1:18Okay, as example number, who knows what, there's so many of them, it's hard to say what all
- 1:29the examples are.
- 1:31Now, I have tried to be a good citizen here in the radio, well, you know where I am?
- 1:40I'm sorry, I didn't even tell you where I am.
- 1:42I am live to you from the Lake Ozark Real Estate of the Art Studio, broadcasting some
- 1:50stuff to you.
- 1:51And here I am, I'm trying to be a good citizen inside the Real Estate State of the Art Studio,
- 1:56where I say you can call me at 573-746-8020, or you can send emails to liveatdamradio.com,
- 2:04and sometimes I actually read them.
- 2:06You can do that, and it's pretty rare though.
- 2:09Or you can send emails to me at samuelt at internationalflavor.com, samuelt at civicoutlaws.com.
- 2:17We received our 501c3, what do you call it, 501c3 proof from the Internal Revenue Service.
- 2:32Received that, so we are officially a charity that goes after government overreach.
- 2:39That is where we go.
- 2:42We hunt down those who overreach.
- 2:46We take examples of overreach, and we drive.
- 2:51We go after them.
- 2:53And it's always entertaining to watch the cockroaches scurry when we get some things.
- 3:03I'd love to do this in the EU, so we're going to share with you a little bit of news, because
- 3:13the headlines this morning are all full.
- 3:16I haven't even seen the Russian reaction yet, but we're waiting.
- 3:20So the EU leaders, after almost four years of war, the International Monetary Fund, great
- 3:34little organization that requires you to do things their way or you don't get the money.
- 3:41They estimate that Ukraine, as some people call it, I call it Ukraine, or Naukraine,
- 3:50because people are on the edge over there, and it would actually be Naukraine, they are
- 3:57standing on the edge and they're about to fall off the cliff over there in Ukraine,
- 4:02because they need 161 billion more dollars, or that's only 137 billion euros, sounds better
- 4:11that way, doesn't it, to fund 2026 and 2027.
- 4:17The government is on the verge of bankruptcy there in Kyiv, and they desperately need the
- 4:23money by spring.
- 4:25They have to have the money or they can't live.
- 4:31You know, they want to know, can we have the Russians' money, please?
- 4:38Can we please have that 310 billion dollars?
- 4:45Orban is having a real conversation about this.
- 4:53Although they have backed off of stealing Russia's money.
- 4:59How do you like that?
- 5:01These are, well, I think they realized what they were doing, these globalists and the
- 5:07globalism and what is left of the cabal, at least on the European side, and it'll be back.
- 5:14I mean, Trump is three years left till they, you know, they're just counting down the time.
- 5:21And Putin had an annual press conference last night that was entertaining, and we might
- 5:26get a little bit of that to you.
- 5:29And but the big news is Ursula von der Leyen and giving away the Russian funds, which didn't
- 5:40work.
- 5:41And so what happened?
- 5:43Oh, let's put it out there.
- 5:47They say they're crushing, they are crushing Vladimir Putin's hope for victory.
- 5:56They're crushing it.
- 5:57Of course, they're losing territory all over the place.
- 6:00So Pokrovsk and Myrnogrod now are completely in the favor of Russia.
- 6:06They're covered.
- 6:07So Myrnogrod, Petrovsk, they are Zaporizhia, and there they are.
- 6:14They are now fully under Russian control.
- 6:18And so, Sierski, watch this coming for the next couple of weeks.
- 6:22By the end of the year, Sierski will be gone, is what I think.
- 6:27I think that the 90 billion is going to give, you know, that's for this year.
- 6:37And they didn't steal the Russia's money.
- 6:39They did.
- 6:39They decided the debt is too horrible.
- 6:41And Ursula, she was pushing for it.
- 6:44Do you remember Ursula on the Disney show?
- 6:47Who is the big lady?
- 6:48She was Ursula, the great big octopus wearing a black dress.
- 6:52For what was that show?
- 6:54Little Mermaid.
- 6:55So there they were in the Little Mermaid.
- 6:57And Ursula was the big old octopus in a black robe.
- 7:01That's what I want you to think of every time you think of Ursula von der Leyen,
- 7:05because it's the same characteristic.
- 7:08You know, you got to take over the planet and you have no authority to do so.
- 7:12The EU spokesperson, the EU voice of sanity, insanity.
- 7:23Is is has been backing this.
- 7:28Let's see.
- 7:28I wish that the maybe we should listen to the presser on this on this here.
- 7:38Let's see.
- 7:39Let's listen to a tiny bit of Ursula von der Leyen because they're talking about giving up some money.
- 7:46Let's see if I can figure out how to do this.
- 7:48Hold the phone.
- 7:49Energy supplies from Russia and important progress.
- 7:54This is the president of the EU.
- 7:59Our work will continue at pace.
- 8:02We need to create the conditions to reach an agreement by the end of next year.
- 8:08This is key to ensure we have enough time to implement our decisions,
- 8:14to adopt the legal acts, to prepare our administrations for the next budgetary cycle in 2028.
- 8:22The budgetary cycle.
- 8:23So I want to commend the excellent work carried out by the Danish presidency under your leadership,
- 8:31dear Metta.
- 8:33Some remarkable steps have been taken during these last six months.
- 8:39Where's Ursula?
- 8:41Let's skip that guy.
- 8:42Everybody likes to listen to Ursula.
- 8:44Here she comes.
- 8:45Ready?
- 8:47Yes.
- 8:47Good evening or good morning.
- 8:49I should better say we all share one clear goal.
- 8:53She's saying good, good, good morning because they had to stay late and they have one clear goal.
- 9:00A just and lasting peace for Ukraine.
- 9:03That was the motto of the discussion today.
- 9:06So we get.
- 9:07Where's the just and lasting peace covered from your funding war?
- 9:12Here it is.
- 9:13With a clear objective to address Ukraine's pressing financing needs for the next two years.
- 9:19And I'm very pleased to say we made it.
- 9:23We have secured an agreement that we can deliver on the financing needs for Ukraine for the next
- 9:31two years.
- 9:31As you know, the commission had proposed two solutions.
- 9:36Both legally sound.
- 9:38Both technically feasible.
- 9:40On one hand, we proposed EU borrowing on the market.
- 9:44And on the other hand, we had developed the reparations loan.
- 9:50Very important was in our discussion that last week already on Friday,
- 9:55we had sent a very clear and strong political message by immobilizing
- 10:01the Russian assets in the European Union over the long term.
- 10:06So that message was very clear.
- 10:09And building on that, we today had then agreed to find a solution for the financing of Ukraine
- 10:15in the next two years.
- 10:17The member states have agreed to finance the Ukraine through EU borrowing on the capital
- 10:22markets for an amount of 90 billion euros for the next two years.
- 10:28We will do this by way of enhanced cooperation.
- 10:33That is backed by the EU budget headroom.
- 10:37And Bay means the EU has so much money that they can just hand it off to Ukraine.
- 10:43Right by the headroom.
- 10:45Max headroom is on an unanimous agreement to amend the MFF.
- 10:52Similarly to the reparations loan.
- 10:55Very important here.
- 10:56Ukraine would only need to pay back the loan once it receives reparations.
- 11:04Until then, the immobilized Russian assets will remain immobilized.
- 11:09And the union reserves its right to make use of the cash balances to finance the loan.
- 11:17This is the solution we found together.
- 11:19And as discussed in the last weeks, financing Ukraine beyond 2027 will then be part of the
- 11:27next MFF discussion.
- 11:30The EU's next budget, so the next MFF was also on the agenda.
- 11:36The Danish presidency has done a remarkable work.
- 11:40Oh, yeah.
- 11:41We got you.
- 11:42We got you the money, Green Goblin.
- 11:44So this is a big success for the old Green Goblin.
- 11:47He gets to wander around and say, we get this money.
- 11:51But all is not well in the European Union.
- 11:56There are troubles a-brewing.
- 11:59Here's what happens.
- 12:00The French president came after the old Macron, who's got his 15%, 10% approval rating in
- 12:09his own country.
- 12:11He says that the EU should be open to re-engage with Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin as diplomacy
- 12:23regarding the Ukraine conflict is gaining momentum.
- 12:28Yes, diplomacy.
- 12:30Yeah, diplomacy is gaining momentum.
- 12:34What he means is, we stole your money.
- 12:38We have frozen your money.
- 12:39And so now we think that you're going to be ready to talk to us.
- 12:44Wrong answer, Ghost Rider.
- 12:46They are not going to talk to you.
- 12:50He was speaking to reporters in Brussels.
- 12:52Macron said some countries have already established contact with Moscow.
- 12:56Wow.
- 12:57Some people have established contact with Moscow.
- 13:00That's diplomacy, isn't it?
- 13:03Europeans and Ukrainians have an interest in finding the framework to re-engage in that
- 13:08discussion properly.
- 13:10I think it will become useful again to speak with Vladimir Putin.
- 13:14Old Vladimir Vladimirovich is, you know, I'm sure he's waiting over there on the couch
- 13:19for you to show up.
- 13:21That's what I think.
- 13:22And Macron said, add that without a structured framework, we are discussing among ourselves
- 13:30while negotiators go alone to talk with the Russians.
- 13:34And that is not optimal.
- 13:36Really?
- 13:37Holy crap.
- 13:38How long did it take him to figure that out?
- 13:41Jeez, takes two sides to bargain.
- 13:44And if you, I'm sorry, if Europe wants this war so bad, which is what they want, they
- 13:49should get ready to do it.
- 13:51Macron's comments came after the EU leaders failed to agree on the plan to use 210 billion,
- 13:58246, that's euro, 246 billion dollars in frozen Russian assets as part of a reparations loan.
- 14:07So instead, they give them a loan and then free, well, they've already frozen Russian
- 14:15money, and then say it only has to be, so it's not a loan, is it?
- 14:20It's only a loan if and, if and, they say, if and Russia ever agrees to pay reparations
- 14:29to Ukraine, right?
- 14:31They should pay reparations.
- 14:33If that's the case, why not say you can buy these areas?
- 14:40You know, Russia, why don't you buy them?
- 14:44Why don't you say, all right, we'll give you the funds, the 300 and some odd billion dollars,
- 14:52we'll give that to you.
- 14:54And we get the property.
- 15:00Where's old Trumpster with his transactional deal like that?
- 15:03We get the money and there you have it.
- 15:07Crazy stuff.
- 15:09160 billion dollar shortfall for the old Ukrainians over the next two years.
- 15:17160 billion dollar shortfall means you probably shouldn't stay in business any longer.
- 15:24And so the EU is going to take over, right?
- 15:28The plan collapsed due to opposition from Belgium to steal the Russian money.
- 15:32They hold the bulk of the assets and have warned of the potential legal and financial
- 15:38fallout that I've been warning about.
- 15:40I don't know, maybe they listened to me.
- 15:44Instead, the EU leaders agreed to raise funds on capital markets to provide Ukraine with
- 15:51a hefty multi-year loan.
- 15:53That underscores the rift within the EU as several member states opted out.
- 16:00Russia, of course, condemns the Western proposals to use its assets as theft and is already
- 16:07engaged in retaliation on the legal sphere.
- 16:13Senior Russian negotiator Kirill Dmitriev welcomed the collapse of this plan, saying,
- 16:20the whole world just watched you fail to bully others into breaking the law.
- 16:27I think that's a key, a key quote.
- 16:34And we should, we should, that should be the new theme of the war in Ukraine.
- 16:40It's not fought for democracy.
- 16:44It's fought for corruption.
- 16:47It's fought for funding the same old a-holes.
- 16:51That's what it's all about.
- 16:53Um, we're doing the hokey pokey in Europe and we're turning ourselves around.
- 17:00And that's what it's all about.
- 17:03You do the hokey pokey and they're doing it and stealing, but, but not with stolen money.
- 17:11I'm wondering how they're going to pay it back.
- 17:15Putin and Macron, they last spoke in July.
- 17:21And they've only spoken twice since 2022.
- 17:26And, uh, you know, a month ago, the French president advised other EU states to consider
- 17:32restoring a dialogue with Moscow.
- 17:34So they're out there running around in their own little circle saying, um, you know, war's
- 17:39going to continue.
- 17:41They're pushing old, uh, Sierski into making foolish counterattacks.
- 17:47So yesterday, Sierski pulled, um, a huge percentage, let's call it, from Sumy region,
- 17:54which is up on the North, South of Belgrade, where the Russians have pretty much just, uh,
- 18:00eased everything.
- 18:01And they're just defending.
- 18:02So these a-holes don't run back up into Belgrade and in the Kursk area that we had a year ago
- 18:07in the, in the August timeframe, when there was such a joke and they had this stupid attack
- 18:12inside of Russia.
- 18:13And then, uh, Russia had to push them back.
- 18:15And Russia hasn't gone any further in that area.
- 18:19Sumy is not necessarily on the chopping block.
- 18:23What, what they have said they're going to do, and what Putin has said he's going to
- 18:27do for years, a couple, three years now, is that, uh, we're going to create a buffer zone,
- 18:34buffernaia zona.
- 18:36And that buffer zone will be created, uh, to stop the Ukrainians from bombing places
- 18:43like Belgrade.
- 18:44And, uh, uh, so Sumy is just South of Belgrade.
- 18:48And that area is where the genius of Sierski is all about to collapse, right?
- 18:54Because that is where they put all their forces, uh, year and a half.
- 18:59That's almost, no, it's, I suppose it's only a year plus, a year and several months, um,
- 19:05where they put all their stuff, uh, their, uh, troops and said, here's what we're going
- 19:10to do.
- 19:11Here's a good plan.
- 19:12We're going to go into Kursk, to hell with our own Eastern front, to hell with what the
- 19:17war is all about, which is, uh, the Donbass region.
- 19:20And now Zaporizhzhia and Kherson, and let's go put them up here in Sumy and run all through
- 19:29into Kursk and we'll start bombing Belgrade, which has been going on pretty regularly since
- 19:35the start of the war.
- 19:36And so up on the North, that's what they've done.
- 19:38Well, now Sierski, the genius, uh, so Zaluzhny, that, that genius, he had to go, uh, uh, yeah,
- 19:45he was kind of exiled over to England, right?
- 19:49And so Sierski, the war genius, here he is, who has just lost territory steadily because
- 19:55of the issues that are approaching him while he can't really do it.
- 19:58You know, it's, I mean, he, he, he can't, he has no, uh, uh, I mean, he has no arm,
- 20:07no personnel left.
- 20:09Who are you going to continue to throw there?
- 20:11You can't do it.
- 20:13And, and, and he's, it's going to continue.
- 20:15So now he's pulled everybody out of Sumy, according to all the military analysts here,
- 20:21he's pulled them out of there and he's thrown them East into where?
- 20:24Seversk and then Southeast into the Pokrovsk-Mirnograd region.
- 20:30So the Russians yesterday made some pretty serious gains.
- 20:34Where?
- 20:35Sumy!
- 20:37You pulled all your, it's like, don't you, I mean, we know the Russians know where your
- 20:43army is, where your people are.
- 20:45Their intelligence, their military intelligence is pretty damn good.
- 20:48And so they've sucked all the people down from there and throw them into Petrovsk and
- 20:55Mirnograd area to, so that, so that they can have some short-term successes before the end
- 21:03of the year.
- 21:03They were hoping to do this over the last couple of days.
- 21:06And there have been a couple of counterattacks, one in Seversk and one in Petrovsk and Mirnograd,
- 21:13which is Southeast down there.
- 21:14And so they have these couple of successful, meh, marginally successful counterattacks.
- 21:23And these counterattacks, you know, are short-lived, just like the Kursk where they
- 21:31attacked into Kursk, cost them, according to any, any reasonable estimate, 70 to 100,000
- 21:38men, 70,000 to 100,000 men to jump into Russia.
- 21:43Foolish, foolish, foolish.
- 21:46And now, instead of having your defenses may maintain a steady line in the North, in the
- 21:53Sumy region, they have yanked them all out because Sirsky's on his last legs.
- 21:59And so he's sending them to die in Petrovsk.
- 22:04And this is foolish from a military point of view, because as soon as they left, the
- 22:11Russians attacked.
- 22:13And the Russians already crossed the river in the East that I told you about earlier
- 22:18this week, and they are pushing.
- 22:22And so the reason I tell you all of this, because, you know, if you don't know where
- 22:27the maps are and you don't have anything there, it's because bullying others into breaking
- 22:33the law.
- 22:34They're also bullying Sirsky and the old Z-Monster into coming up with something public
- 22:45on, you know, that you can post on your X channel that Zelensky and his Instagram can
- 22:53claim a victory.
- 22:55But this is the biggest, most foolish waste of money that there is.
- 23:02And worse than that is the countless number of lives.
- 23:09I read an estimate that 500,000 soldiers this year, 40,000, 40-something thousand plus every
- 23:20single month.
- 23:21And it's going up.
- 23:23The number's not going down.
- 23:26They said 67,000, wasn't it, in October?
- 23:3067,000 Ukrainian men.
- 23:32Russia turned over 1,000 bodies yesterday.
- 23:36And so how much is that per man?
- 23:41Because their families each get the equivalent of about between $200,000 and $300,000 that
- 23:49the families get for the sacrifice.
- 23:52So the globalists are paying the families of people to, you know, that are being sent
- 24:00to slaughter.
- 24:01That's what's happening.
- 24:02And all of this money and militarization, they're pushing for World War III.
- 24:09Ukraine is on the front of it.
- 24:11And what they got to do while they arm themselves in the EU, up to 5% of their budgets, because
- 24:19the U.S., under the old Trumpster anyway, is backing off.
- 24:24So they got to wait.
- 24:25There's a mix on this.
- 24:27You got to wait three years till the Trumpster is gone and hopefully a new globalist.
- 24:32You know, if they get Rubio in there, things will go back to normal for the globalists,
- 24:38you know, if they get him in there.
- 24:43And hopefully for them, not hopefully for me, I think this is BS, they can continue
- 24:49the war.
- 24:49And all it's going to cost them is a loan, not of their money, of their future, because
- 24:57if they don't figure out a way, don't think that the attempt to steal Russia's money isn't
- 25:03going to continue, because it is.
- 25:05And they're going to keep on trucking.
- 25:08They're going to change the law.
- 25:09They're going to do something like that.
- 25:11But one of those things, according to Macron, is, well, I guess it's time to talk.
- 25:18Maybe we should talk to Russia now.
- 25:19Don't you think we should get the opinion of Russia now, finally, he says.
- 25:25I mean, twice.
- 25:27I mean, he talked to him once this year, and I don't remember when the other one, but
- 25:31he spoke to him in July.
- 25:33That'll resolve the conflict, won't it?
- 25:36And Russia, you know, they say, well, you know, we're ready for that engagement.
- 25:42Always have been.
- 25:44We're ready to talk.
- 25:46Let's talk.
- 25:47But the only talk they want to do is it's like they don't want to talk to you.
- 25:51They want to talk at you.
- 25:53They want to tell you what you've got to do.
- 25:55Russia denounces the EU's militarization, but has said that, in principle, we're ready
- 26:01to talk.
- 26:02Dmitry Peskov, Kremlin spokesman, said that Europe's participation on the Ukraine conflict
- 26:10wouldn't bode anything good.
- 26:14So that would bode nothing good.
- 26:16Nothing good is going to come of that.
- 26:20Isn't that crazy, friends and neighbors?
- 26:27You know, we've got all kinds of crazy, crazy news in the world this morning.
- 26:39Let's talk about China for a second, okay?
- 26:43Because I think this was the state of Missouri.
- 26:46It came out in the news yesterday that China sued the United States, a state, you know,
- 26:54Missouri, they've sued Missouri.
- 26:57So Missouri won a $24 billion default judgment against China over mishandling the coronavirus
- 27:09pandemic.
- 27:10$24 billion in Missouri won this war.
- 27:16So we are, what did we do?
- 27:20We sued the province of Wuhan over there here in Missouri.
- 27:25China filed a suit in the court in Wuhan now against Missouri and several American officials
- 27:32and accused them of harming China's economic and reputational interests through litigation
- 27:39linked to COVID-19, the pandemic.
- 27:43According to the documents released by Missouri AG Catherine Hannaway, the lawsuit was filed
- 27:50in a court in Wuhan by Chinese scientific and state institution.
- 27:55They named the defendants as Missouri Governor Mike Kehoe, U.S. Senator Eric Schmidt, and
- 28:03former Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey.
- 28:06The complaint argues that Missouri's legal action and public statements are vexatious
- 28:12litigation and defamation and cause a significant economic loss.
- 28:16This is all propaganda.
- 28:18This is our propaganda, our Missouri-based propaganda to have you believe that our fearless
- 28:26leaders are doing something on your behalf.
- 28:29They are not, okay?
- 28:31Just so you know.
- 28:32And Beijing is suing them.
- 28:34So if it's good for the goose, it's good for the gander.
- 28:37So we didn't participate in your lawsuit in the U.S. because it was bullshit.
- 28:41Pardon my French.
- 28:42Isn't what the Chinese are saying.
- 28:45So if you're going to play those games and use some crazy propagandized ridiculousness
- 28:53in a federal court in the United States, well, we're going to do the exact same thing.
- 29:03I think what I want to do is go out to the Missouri court system.
- 29:11Where was this filed?
- 29:13I forget.
- 29:14And I pulled it up.
- 29:15And you know what I think I'm going to do?
- 29:17I think I'm going to download and do a legal analysis for you of this ridiculous story.
- 29:25I think it would be entertaining, if nothing else.
- 29:29So as you can go back and where is it?
- 29:34Where's the rest of it?
- 29:36So Missouri is trying to enforce their default judgment issued earlier this year by a Missouri
- 29:43federal court.
- 29:44So default can be set aside.
- 29:49In fact, they might want to come over here and fight it.
- 29:52But you can all usually set that aside.
- 29:54Under Missouri law, it's like if you wait a year, then it's presumed to still be good.
- 29:58So you got to do it within a year.
- 29:59That's Missouri law.
- 30:00Federal law, I don't remember.
- 30:02But we'll have to go and find out how you set aside a default.
- 30:06And I'll figure it out and give us a real report on that and the likelihood of ever
- 30:12getting this money from China.
- 30:17Remember, money makes the world go around.
- 30:21And it's the same in politics.
- 30:24And if Missouri is going to do that, this will be my fact checking of the BS in there.
- 30:32And I read this story like 2 o'clock this morning.
- 30:35And I forgot to go and download the pleadings.
- 30:40But what I'm going to do is download the pleadings to this and see where we are.
- 30:44And then I'll try to find the ones in a Chinese newspaper somewhere.
- 30:49I'll see if I can come up with those and get the actual text of those.
- 30:53I'm sure they published them in English somewhere.
- 30:55But wouldn't it be fun to go through this nonsense?
- 31:00The 2020 Missouri filed a lawsuit and alleged that China concealed information about COVID-19.
- 31:09But more importantly, this is the kicker.
- 31:12They interfered with the global supply of personal protective equipment, masks, hello,
- 31:21during the early months of the pandemic.
- 31:24So here's the Chinese entities did not appear in the proceedings because it's crap.
- 31:31So they're saying because China interfered with people getting masks.
- 31:38I can't wait to read this.
- 31:40I meant to download it early this morning, but I never got there.
- 31:43Maybe I'll try to figure that out and get the actual pleadings to JR.
- 31:49It'd be fun to go through this today.
- 31:52It's good for Friday entertainment, Friday humor.
- 31:57Missouri officials, these geniuses, have said they intend to pursue
- 32:02the Chinese state-owned assets to collect a judgment.
- 32:06Because China has a lot of state-owned assets around in the United States, tons of them.
- 32:13China is a very large landholder of farmland and stuff like that.
- 32:18So it's actually a pretty sly and devious thing that Missouri is doing.
- 32:24In keeping with how sly and devious politics are in Missouri,
- 32:29anyway, they're now going up against the big bad Chinese.
- 32:33So the Chinese are going, well, all right, we'll do the same for you.
- 32:37We'll sue you for $50 billion because $24 billion,
- 32:41if you seize the property that we have here, well, we'll start taking U.S. property.
- 32:47So all politics goes back to money, how you get the money.
- 32:54If the idiots in Missouri can all stand up and go,
- 32:58yep, we got those big bad Chinese in here, it's about the money.
- 33:03They can go and say that we've gotten money.
- 33:06If you think that the state of Missouri pulling any of this judgment,
- 33:11if they collect this $24 billion judgment, if you think it's going to help you any in Missouri,
- 33:19you better think again because it's not.
- 33:22You won't see anything different in your life if Missouri gets this.
- 33:28But I guarantee you those pushing for this sure as hell will.
- 33:34Their families will be set for generations and they will make sure that they are,
- 33:41that they get their little chunk of the pie for their cronies and their family members.
- 33:49That's how it works in politics, right?
- 33:53So Missouri says they're going to pursue Chinese owned assets and collect on this judgment.
- 34:00Beijing has rejected the ruling, says it is illegitimate and political,
- 34:05and has warned of retaliation if Chinese assets are seized.
- 34:11China has denied allegations that COVID-19 originated in a lab in Wuhan
- 34:17and that it deliberately concealed information of the outbreak.
- 34:21They maintain that the country acted transparently and responsibly
- 34:25and have pointed to international scientific debates that remain
- 34:30unresolved over the virus's origins.
- 34:33Now, I don't really know. I don't care.
- 34:35It was all a scam anyway, no matter how you slice it.
- 34:38It was a way to get people more control of other people.
- 34:43The debate over the origins of COVID-19 has been an international debacle
- 34:49since 2019 when it was first detected.
- 34:54Some U.S. officials and lawmakers have said a lab incident cannot be ruled out.
- 34:59Well, cannot be absolutely proved either.
- 35:02A number of scientists and international bodies say the available evidence
- 35:05has not conclusively determined whether the virus emerged naturally or through a lab-related event.
- 35:12Frankly, I lean toward the lab-related event,
- 35:15sponsored and funded by the United States government, is what I say.
- 35:22So, you know, the craziness of COVID, I never ever participated in,
- 35:31except the time that I was forced to wear a mask on an American Airlines flight.
- 35:38And so I wrote F masks across my mask, put it on,
- 35:43and boy, the looks I got from the flight attendants and stuff like that wearing that mask,
- 35:50they didn't like it.
- 35:52Oh, they didn't like it.
- 35:53And it was, and I think I may have caused, you know,
- 35:56it could have been some sort of international incident because I was coming up from,
- 36:00where was I?
- 36:02Brownsville, Texas.
- 36:04Brownsville to Dallas to Columbia was the flight.
- 36:11So Brownsville, it's a cool little, you know, cool little airport, little tiny airport.
- 36:16And that's where you go if you're going to go to the little island off of there,
- 36:22Padre Island, I think it is.
- 36:24And so I went over there, checked on the way back.
- 36:30Now on the way there, I didn't have to wear a mask.
- 36:32There was nothing there.
- 36:33And so I was bitching about that.
- 36:36There I am wandering through.
- 36:38And this is when signs were first posted.
- 36:40And these signs were posted that said, put on your, put on your, you know, we've decided.
- 36:48It's a city ordinance.
- 36:49City ordinance, okay, in Brownsville that said you have to wear a mask.
- 36:57Okay.
- 36:58And so you got to wear a mask because the city said, and when we walked in there,
- 37:02there were a bunch of federal people, you know, that were standing, you know, that are there.
- 37:11All of these, you know, ICE agents are there.
- 37:15They have the federal employees.
- 37:19And I said, wait a minute.
- 37:22This is federal property.
- 37:25All airports are federal property.
- 37:27Is this airport federal property?
- 37:28Well, yeah.
- 37:29Well, how in the world is a city ordinance?
- 37:34This is a voluntary thing here then, is it not?
- 37:39And they said, well, the U.S. government is still working on, they haven't done masks,
- 37:44but we're going to require you to get in to wear a mask.
- 37:47But I didn't wear a mask.
- 37:49I'm wandering around the, I said, well, you know, this is federal property.
- 37:53You want to arrest me, you better have a, you know, somebody come and do it,
- 37:57but it better not be local, you know, Jim Bob, the state cop, or I'm sorry, the city policeman.
- 38:04The city policeman can't arrest me in here.
- 38:08And I said, well, we'll get a, we'll get a federal, you know, federal,
- 38:13there are federal marshals here.
- 38:14I said, well, bring them on.
- 38:16I said, if federal marshals are going to enforce a county, a city ordinance,
- 38:22that'll be entertaining.
- 38:24It's like, let's do that.
- 38:26And I was kind of being a dick.
- 38:28And because they were saying, you have to, sir, you have to put on your mask.
- 38:32I was like, I am not putting on a mask.
- 38:35And so I'm sitting in the airport.
- 38:37Nobody, people were eyeballing me like crazy.
- 38:40It was like, Brownsville was a little bit like Columbia in those days to be, you know, Columbia.
- 38:45They love Missouri.
- 38:46I mean, they love people telling them what to do.
- 38:49They love to tell you what you will do.
- 38:52Columbia was one of the first to get their own little ordinance too,
- 38:57to make it look like we're doing something.
- 39:00And Missouri was one of the first to sue China because this is what, you know, China,
- 39:06look what they did to us.
- 39:08They're causing us to wear masks, right?
- 39:10And well, I didn't engage in that.
- 39:13And then here's the shitty part, though.
- 39:15Pardon my French.
- 39:16When I got up to the counter there, you know, when they start checking you in,
- 39:22for America, it wasn't, it wasn't a Federali.
- 39:26It wasn't a city policeman.
- 39:29It wasn't a state cop.
- 39:31It wasn't even a county dude.
- 39:33When it was American Airlines and American Airlines loved, they just loved COVID.
- 39:42Oh my God.
- 39:44They're all, I can't, I still have miles that I won't use on American Airlines
- 39:51because of this nonsense.
- 39:53These guys are, I couldn't, they were so happy to beat all of the flight attendants,
- 40:00everywhere you go, any ticket counter.
- 40:03I tell you what, these guys were just in heaven that they now had a method
- 40:11to do what they liked to do anyway, to control and be rude to people.
- 40:16Have you ever, have you flown American Airlines recently in the last several years?
- 40:22What a bunch of pricks.
- 40:24They act like, I mean, you are scum on the bottom of their shoe.
- 40:33You're a piece of gum on the bottom of a shoe that they just got to scrape off.
- 40:39And it's always, you know, these people, they're like the government worker that is in control
- 40:44of their little kingdom.
- 40:47And by God, you can't mess with them on their own little kingdom.
- 40:52Sir, sir, this is how they talk to you.
- 40:54Sir, you need to take that mask off.
- 40:56That's pretty rude.
- 40:58That's like, well, you know, I don't want to wear a mask.
- 41:01You're the one forcing me to wear a mask.
- 41:03I'm wearing a mask.
- 41:05You know, I think it's you guys who are being rude.
- 41:09I think it's you guys who, this is just nonsense.
- 41:13If you believe that saving, you know, that a mask is gonna save you, then save yourself.
- 41:22But don't tell me that I have to wear a mask because you feel triggered because, you know,
- 41:29there's some pandemic cruising around.
- 41:31And if your mask saves you, what difference does it make if I don't believe the mask saves me
- 41:36or you?
- 41:38Who's gonna die?
- 41:39Me.
- 41:40You're protected.
- 41:41You can't ingest.
- 41:43Doesn't a mask breathe both ways?
- 41:45Or is it just to protect you from me?
- 41:50So you need to, I don't think you, you know, I'm healthy.
- 41:53You don't need to protect yourself from me.
- 41:56But if you feel like everybody else, you see them wandering around today wearing masks.
- 42:02They're not doing it because they are afraid of them, you know, of their germs getting out
- 42:09and cause, trust me on that one.
- 42:11They aren't wearing a mask to protect you.
- 42:18They absolutely are not.
- 42:19They are wearing a mask to protect themselves.
- 42:22So if you are wearing a mask, you should be protected.
- 42:27What do you care if I choose to live dangerously and not be protected?
- 42:32I don't understand it.
- 42:34Masks either worked in both directions or they didn't.
- 42:37I don't know.
- 42:38Maybe I've been meaning to bitch about that for a long time.
- 42:42I don't know because that issue's been gone for a while.
- 42:45But I, you know, it's just so stupid.
- 42:47And, you know, I, that's the only time I wore mask.
- 42:52The only time.
- 42:53And I wrote F masks on the front of it and I wore it.
- 42:56And I was a confrontational a-hole the whole time.
- 43:00But all of the flight attendants, all of the ticket counter agents, American Airlines is
- 43:06the Gestapo of the skies, right?
- 43:09And they, it's crazy.
- 43:11It was nuts.
- 43:13I couldn't believe it.
- 43:14And I tell you what, that one experience nixed me from American Airlines.
- 43:21I'll fly American Airlines, Dallas to Doha because American Airlines doesn't fly that.
- 43:29That's Qatar Airways.
- 43:30And that is fantastic.
- 43:32And you want to go somewhere globally, go to Dallas, get a flight, 12 hours, Doha, go
- 43:40Doha to anywhere in the world, you know.
- 43:44Well, if you're here, Dallas is a good connection.
- 43:48If you're trying to get, you know, to South America, all those other places, Dallas is
- 43:51a great connection for that.
- 43:52And Dallas is a great airport too.
- 43:54Of course, American Airlines is housed there.
- 43:56But, you know, that's neither here nor there.
- 43:59You try not to fly with those a-holes.
- 44:00But if you go to Dallas and you get on an air, a flight to Doha, 95 times out of 100,
- 44:10that's going to be run by Qatar Airways.
- 44:13And Qatar Airways is fantastic.
- 44:15And the Gestapo of the air stops at the Qatar Airways counter there.
- 44:21Those are, they're fantastic.
- 44:23They take care of you.
- 44:25You know, the, it's, it's a different world.
- 44:28If you've flown and seen the Gestapo, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
- 44:33And it wasn't only during masks, it still exists, you know, when you fly.
- 44:38But if you fly an international that, you know, the international ones are fantastic.
- 44:43Aeroflot is 10 times better than American Airlines, Delta, any of them, name it, hands
- 44:48down, they are great and they take care of you.
- 44:52They treat you well.
- 44:53It's, it's like flying 30, 40 years ago.
- 44:56You know, when they, when, when, when they respected you, they don't anymore.
- 45:01No, no, no.
- 45:05So this mask thing in Missouri is all about the propaganda that began way back then.
- 45:12It doesn't matter these days, you know, who, you know, Wuhan made this move, right?
- 45:18Missouri is going to enforce this 24 billion.
- 45:20The state filed this lawsuit, blah, blah, blah.
- 45:23Missouri officials said they intend to pursue the state-owned assets.
- 45:27China denies debate over the origins, blah, blah, blah.
- 45:31All of it the same.
- 45:34Crazy, crazy stuff.
- 45:37Now we're going to go back to Russia just because I like to.
- 45:40And Russia is handing over the remains of a thousand more soldiers that they have,
- 45:49I don't know, collected, I suppose.
- 45:52They are repatriating the humanitarian, you know, the remains.
- 45:58Moscow has transferred to Kiev a thousand and three more soldiers killed by, you know,
- 46:04killed by Russian forces.
- 46:08Vladimir Medinsky, who is Putin's aide said on Friday, repatriation of these remains
- 46:16was approved earlier this year.
- 46:19Russia has received over time 26 bodies of slain troops in Ukraine.
- 46:29Wow.
- 46:29But a dozen similar operations were reported in 2025 with a huge number of Ukrainian remains,
- 46:40many of them unilateral, meaning Russia is the only one that turned over remains.
- 46:47And Putin warned earlier this week that the pace of advancement is increasing
- 46:52and he accumulated knowledge in his last visit of dealing with Ukrainian fortifications.
- 47:03So there's a city called Zaporizhzhia, a very big city.
- 47:06And a couple of years ago, they put some serious entrenchments in
- 47:12Ukraine and the Ukrainians.
- 47:15And, you know, they'll never get past this line.
- 47:18It's what we spent spent.
- 47:19Remember, remember a couple three years ago when they were talking about having
- 47:25deep, deep.
- 47:29Supplies of Western.
- 47:32Equipment, Western hardware.
- 47:34Well, around these big cities, especially after Zaporizhzhia, when when they they had a
- 47:42Russian drive into Zaporizhzhia and the city of Zaporizhzhia is a big, big city.
- 47:48Now, I believe that Zaporizhzhia will be, you know,
- 47:50the Russians will be on the door of that within six months or so.
- 47:54That's what I believe.
- 47:57And the.
- 48:00Ukrainians, for their part, built this huge series of bunkers, of fortifications, of everything.
- 48:07And now.
- 48:09But the Russians have learned how to deal with these things.
- 48:12They put them on the edges of all their bigger cities.
- 48:15Russians already overcame these in Pokrovsk, in Bakhmut.
- 48:20Remember Bakhmut?
- 48:22Artyomovsk, I think it was it was the Russian name.
- 48:26And the Ukrainians changed it to Bakhmut.
- 48:29And so Petrovsk, there were their Mirnagrad.
- 48:34This was here.
- 48:35And now the Zaporizhzhia line.
- 48:37And it's a big one.
- 48:38It's a big series of fortifications where there's all kinds of fortifications.
- 48:43They don't have any Patriot missiles anymore.
- 48:46And when's the last time you heard about a Patriot missile taking down something?
- 48:50You haven't.
- 48:51And they're very quiet about that because, you know,
- 48:54they don't want to say that Russia has outclassed.
- 48:59Getting, you know, their S-400 series has outclassed the Patriot defense system big time.
- 49:07And the Patriot, you know, and they're destroying the Patriot systems with the use of these
- 49:16drones that they're using.
- 49:19And it's, tell you what, it is continuing.
- 49:24In Russia now, the news yesterday was that on either end of this fortification that stretches,
- 49:31I don't know, quite a few kilometers around the city,
- 49:36like the whole southern ring of the city, right?
- 49:39And it's a big deal that they dug and they entrenched and spent these
- 49:42millions that were set for this or spent some of it developing this.
- 49:49And now the Russians have surrounded it on both ends.
- 49:56And they've gone around it.
- 49:58And so you having these defense lines, that's what Russians keep talking about,
- 50:04which are pots like a cooker, like a pressure cooker.
- 50:11You know, they're putting these pots and then they put the lid on the pot.
- 50:15That's how they talk about it.
- 50:16And so they surrounded Petrovsk.
- 50:19They surrounded Myrnogrod.
- 50:21A couple, three months ago, I told you about the 10,000 encircled soldiers
- 50:25in Myrnogrod and Petrovsk, two big cities right near each other.
- 50:30Well, Russia went around them and they surrounded the cities.
- 50:34They cut off their supply lines all the way.
- 50:37It's a huge operation.
- 50:39These are not small cities.
- 50:40And they went around, blocked them off, said, you know,
- 50:44you want the press to come and see how this goes?
- 50:48You know, let's bring in some Western press.
- 50:51You don't believe we're winning here?
- 50:53Bring it in.
- 50:54Meanwhile, you got Green Goblin creating selfies, fake ones with the use of AI,
- 51:03saying that he's in a city they did the same thing to up in Seversk.
- 51:08And there, you know, this is this is continuing.
- 51:11And the Russians are getting better and better at it.
- 51:14And the next one, pay attention to the city, is going to be for Zaporizhia.
- 51:19The next one is they're going to be driving in from Sumy
- 51:22and creating the buffer zone that Putin's been talking about because it's opportunity.
- 51:31Opportunity is, Sersky pulled off quite a few brigades from the Sumy lines
- 51:37and is sending them down for a propaganda tour so that he can say,
- 51:41no, no, no, we're still in Petrovsk.
- 51:43So they're mounting a counteroffensive on Petrovsk,
- 51:47which has been securely held by Russia for nearly a month.
- 51:51And the Mirnagrad part.
- 51:53Now, when you look at the map, there's maybe a couple of small pockets deep inside the
- 52:00Russian lines where these troops are still there, but they've all died.
- 52:04Ten thousand.
- 52:05Because nobody believed.
- 52:07And the same things went on up in Seversk where Zelensky created his little fake video.
- 52:15And now keep an eye on it.
- 52:17Next city, Zaporizhia.
- 52:19Next region, Sumy.
- 52:22And Russia has said, for how long now?
- 52:25We will drive until we meet our goals.
- 52:29You want to claim that a referendum didn't occur?
- 52:37That's your right.
- 52:38It's your prerogative.
- 52:39But a lot of people have recognized these territories as ours,
- 52:42especially Crimea, that they have recognized.
- 52:45And want a way to end the war?
- 52:48Recognize those territories as Russian because they've been Russian for generations.
- 52:54And I'm not saying that, you know, there aren't Ukrainians there.
- 52:58But the Ukrainians want to pretend that they haven't been, you know,
- 53:02a huge, huge, overwhelming majority Russian there.
- 53:08As is true everywhere in Ukraine, except the far west.
- 53:12You know, arguably, Kyiv West is more Ukraine.
- 53:18Now it is, after 30 years of we hate Russia from Ukraine.
- 53:24Pumped with U.S. agency for international development money.
- 53:28Now it's true, you know, that most of the West,
- 53:31most of the West of Ukraine speak Ukrainian.
- 53:34And they're ultra nationalist.
- 53:36You know, these are the guys who are the most
- 53:39a jazzed up about going and trying to kill them, some Russians.
- 53:44But they have failed.
- 53:45And every time these elite nationalist units get sent over, they get destroyed.
- 53:50They get their asses handed to them, just like they did in Kursk.
- 53:54And now Sierski is doing the exact same thing.
- 53:58And he will be in the frying.
- 54:00Well, he's in the frying pan.
- 54:01Pretty soon he's going to be tossed out with the leftover grease in the bottom.
- 54:06That's what I say.
- 54:08That's coming, maybe even by the end of the year, especially since now
- 54:13the old Z monster has gotten his 90 billion from Ursula von der Leyen.
- 54:24Let's see what happened to that story.
- 54:27There was another story about Donald Trump was
- 54:32canceled the green card lottery.
- 54:36Well, he suspended it.
- 54:40So every year I read when I was practicing law years ago, I represented
- 54:46several green card lottery guys.
- 54:48I represented this Russian guy years and years ago.
- 54:51That was a man.
- 54:55When was that?
- 54:55Had to be 2005, maybe 2006.
- 55:00And he was getting thrown out of the country.
- 55:04And I forget what it was.
- 55:06He was an overstay on a visa.
- 55:07He was trying to figure out business stuff.
- 55:09He had asked for asylum because he claimed to have been from from country.
- 55:15He was Muslim or something like that.
- 55:17And he was, you know, whatever it was, he was claiming asylum here for religious reasons.
- 55:30And I don't think he was going to win.
- 55:32The law was on his side and we were getting ready for the final hearing.
- 55:35Those hearings back then would go for years, seriously.
- 55:40And they still do.
- 55:42I haven't done one recently, but it's the same.
- 55:44You come over, you say you're going to report for asylum and they give you a working permit.
- 55:51They give you a kind of a temporary green card, at least a withholding from removal.
- 55:58And if they give you this withholding from removal, you're here then awaiting your case
- 56:06and you're basically legal.
- 56:08This is what this is what that meant.
- 56:11Well, he and, you know, he was trying to figure out how he could stay.
- 56:18And so he had told them that this asylum was open.
- 56:22So the case is open.
- 56:23These cases dragged on for years.
- 56:24And he was in the middle of it and in the middle of it.
- 56:30You know, I always recommended this to everybody.
- 56:32Anyway, you want to come to the US, sign up for the green card lottery,
- 56:36because every year they would give away 100,000 green cards in this lottery.
- 56:42And it's I mean, everywhere else in the world.
- 56:45It's a scam.
- 56:47I'll tell you that about that in a minute, because I found much more out about it traveling
- 56:53around in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
- 56:58It was crazy.
- 56:59So every year about I think it's October 1st is the deadline.
- 57:03Don't quote me on that.
- 57:04They have this green card lottery and the lottery you have to sign up every year.
- 57:09And as part of any lawyer's repertoire, if you're going to be
- 57:15protecting someone or helping them, you're going to say, look, you know,
- 57:20whatever happens if you're here for asylum, ultimately, you may not get approved.
- 57:25Ultimately, you might get sent back home.
- 57:27In the meantime, you know, live it up because you could be temporary, you know,
- 57:32and maybe try to find a different way to stay or whatever.
- 57:35But always any lawyer would be an idiot if he didn't tell you to sign up for the green card
- 57:41lottery.
- 57:42So every year, millions of people from around the world sign up for the green card lottery.
- 57:48In Uzbekistan, they're charging you the equivalent of about 450 dollars to come in,
- 57:55get on a free website for immigration control and fill out your documents.
- 58:01And they have these offices everywhere in downtown cities in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan,
- 58:08Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek had a couple in Kyrgyzstan.
- 58:13And you go and everywhere you go, you'd see they'd be open all night long.
- 58:16And people would be wandering in.
- 58:18One day I went into one and I said, what are you doing?
- 58:20And they said, well, you know, we're helping people get their green card, you know,
- 58:25get through the green card lottery.
- 58:26I said, what are you charging them?
- 58:28I said, how much did it cost me to apply for this?
- 58:31You know, the guy told me the amount.
- 58:32I was like, holy, I said, you realize it's free?
- 58:35Well, of course they realize it's free.
- 58:38They get in and they've created whole streams of business over there.
- 58:42And I'm walking in and chatting with them and going, you know, this is quite the scam.
- 58:47Maybe I should move to Uzbekistan, hang up a little sign that says,
- 58:55American will help you sign up for the green card lottery.
- 58:59Because that's all they were doing.
- 59:00And so these people every year, they go and apply for the green card lottery.
- 59:05But 400 bucks to them is a month's pay, for God's sake.
- 59:09And so, you know, it'd be the equivalent of over here.
- 59:12I'm your lawyer.
- 59:13Pay me 2,500 bucks and I'll help you do that.
- 59:17You know, you want to hire a lawyer.
- 59:18Well, these guys have already been lawyers.
- 59:19They're just young kids that speak English and speak Russian or Uzbek.
- 59:25And they take their money.
- 59:29I mean, it's quite the plan.
- 59:30You know, it's more power to them.
- 59:32You know, you want to create a business and help people get it done right.
- 59:35But damn, that was a lot of money.
- 59:37You know, so they're charging people a month's pay.
- 59:39You know, and you can file it for free on the website.
- 59:42Anyway, the old Trumpster.
- 59:44So 100,000 people, a million people, a couple million people a year
- 59:48fighting for this 100,000.
- 59:50And your chances aren't all that great of getting picked up.
- 59:53And now that it's a popular program, it's there.
- 59:55Well, Trumpster just suspended the green card lottery
- 59:59after the Brown University stuff, right?
- 1:00:03And he was linked to this program, I guess.
- 1:00:07U.S. President Trump suspended the green card lottery
- 1:00:10after officials said the suspect in the shootings at Brown University
- 1:00:13and MIT had entered the country through that system.
- 1:00:18Homeland Security Secretary Noem said on Thursday
- 1:00:20that at Trump's direction, USCIS would immediately halt
- 1:00:25the diversity immigrant visa program,
- 1:00:29which allows lottery winners to become permanent U.S. citizens.
- 1:00:32Just like happened with my guy way back in 05,
- 1:00:35right before the hearing with the judge.
- 1:00:39This worked out perfect for him.
- 1:00:41And luck of the draw, he won the diversity visa program
- 1:00:46and the judge adjusted his status on the spot
- 1:00:50when we went there, when he won the letter,
- 1:00:52because when he received his letter,
- 1:00:55because we were literally a week or two from the thing.
- 1:00:58And he showed me the letter.
- 1:00:59I said, wow, he's a lucky B word.
- 1:01:03Bastard, I suppose I can say bastard.
- 1:01:05You lucky bastard.
- 1:01:07I said, I don't think you're going to win.
- 1:01:09So, you know, but here you go.
- 1:01:11And I presented it to the judge at the hearing.
- 1:01:13The judge adjusted his status on the spot
- 1:01:15and he got his green card and his whole family,
- 1:01:19you know, everybody was there.
- 1:01:20But this announcement by Noem followed a five day manhunt
- 1:01:24for 48 year old Portuguese national Claudio Manuel Neves Valente,
- 1:01:30who authorities suspect killed two students
- 1:01:33and wounded nine others
- 1:01:34in the shooting at Brown University on Saturday
- 1:01:37and shooting the MIT professor Nuno Leiro
- 1:01:40two days later in Brookline, Mass.
- 1:01:42Officials said the suspect took his own life
- 1:01:45and was found dead in New Hampshire
- 1:01:46with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
- 1:01:50This heinous individual.
- 1:01:53How is an individual heinous?
- 1:01:55Remember when that word was all popular back in the 80s?
- 1:01:58Heinous, always reminds me of Bill and Ted.
- 1:02:03Excellent.
- 1:02:04Totally.
- 1:02:04Or that's Jif Spicoli.
- 1:02:07Awesome.
- 1:02:08Totally awesome.
- 1:02:11Anyway, I'm having fun this morning.
- 1:02:12I don't know why.
- 1:02:13But this heinous individual
- 1:02:14should never have been allowed in our country.
- 1:02:17Noem wrote on X, referring, of course, to Valente.
- 1:02:22According to the court affidavit cited by authorities,
- 1:02:26Valente initially came to the U.S. on a student visa in 2000
- 1:02:31and won the green card lottery
- 1:02:34because his lawyer had him figure that out
- 1:02:37through the diversity visa lottery program in 2017.
- 1:02:42Oh, look, here's the numbers.
- 1:02:44They changed it.
- 1:02:44Or I was wrong.
- 1:02:46Maybe I was.
- 1:02:46But it says the diversity program makes up to 50,000.
- 1:02:51I think that number used to be 100.
- 1:02:53But what do I know?
- 1:02:5450,000 immigrant visas available each year
- 1:02:57by lottery to people from countries
- 1:02:59with low immigration rates.
- 1:03:01So every year, the Citizenship and Immigration Services
- 1:03:06tells you what countries are eligible for this program, right?
- 1:03:12And so they don't do it from places like Mexico.
- 1:03:16You're not eligible from Mexico
- 1:03:17because we have plenty of people that come from Mexico.
- 1:03:19But people with lower immigration rates
- 1:03:21is where they set this up.
- 1:03:23I always thought it was a weird program anyway.
- 1:03:25But people from countries with low immigration rates
- 1:03:29can come to the US with their winners of spouses
- 1:03:32they can undergo vetting and interviews
- 1:03:34before being admitted.
- 1:03:35Nome said the halt is intended to ensure
- 1:03:39no more Americans are harmed by this disastrous program.
- 1:03:43It's not the program that's disastrous.
- 1:03:45It's your policing facilities.
- 1:03:48I'm not saying I agree with the program or disagree.
- 1:03:51You know, if you want to spend your money on that,
- 1:03:53go right ahead.
- 1:03:54If you want to encourage Uzbeki young people
- 1:03:56to scam out their family,
- 1:04:03any people that walk in down the street
- 1:04:06of huge amounts of money to enter a free program,
- 1:04:09well, you know, go right ahead.
- 1:04:11But that's what's happening, friends and neighbors.
- 1:04:14But it's not the program that's disastrous.
- 1:04:17You know, it's this vetting procedure.
- 1:04:21The whole immigration system needs to be overhauled.
- 1:04:25But this move follows broader immigration restrictions
- 1:04:29by the old Trumpster in recent weeks,
- 1:04:31including Titan review of other illegal
- 1:04:34or legal immigration pathways,
- 1:04:37because there was another shooting incident
- 1:04:39in Washington, D.C. involving a suspect
- 1:04:42who came to the US by way of a different immigration program.
- 1:04:48I hate to say it, you know,
- 1:04:50and you might not agree with this,
- 1:04:51but why don't we accuse the guns then of murder?
- 1:04:57You know, if the program is needs to be,
- 1:05:01you know, charged and put away,
- 1:05:03let's put away this program.
- 1:05:05And I'm not against it.
- 1:05:07I don't care one way or the other program.
- 1:05:09No program doesn't affect me.
- 1:05:10I don't care.
- 1:05:12My liberty interests don't go there.
- 1:05:15But, you know, remember my philosophy on liberty
- 1:05:18is the same as I read in Machiavelli.
- 1:05:24You know, you want to wander around swinging your arms.
- 1:05:27That's your freedom.
- 1:05:28Somebody else wants to wander around
- 1:05:30swinging their arms.
- 1:05:32That also is freedom.
- 1:05:34And the only time that government is necessary
- 1:05:39is to regulate when my swinging arms
- 1:05:41hit your swinging arms.
- 1:05:43That's it.
- 1:05:45And so this doesn't affect me.
- 1:05:47So I don't need the government in this respect, right?
- 1:05:51So I don't know what area of freedom
- 1:05:55they are necessarily engaging in.
- 1:05:59But if people wish to come here,
- 1:06:02you know, I don't have any qualms with that.
- 1:06:05You know, people want to come to America.
- 1:06:07If I want to move to wherever this guy was from,
- 1:06:10where did he say he was from?
- 1:06:11Portuguese.
- 1:06:12He was from Portugal.
- 1:06:14Yeah.
- 1:06:15Portugal is a pretty cool country.
- 1:06:18You know, I've been there.
- 1:06:19It's very pretty.
- 1:06:22And I was only there for two days.
- 1:06:23But what I saw, I liked.
- 1:06:26I like it a lot.
- 1:06:28And that's where I was.
- 1:06:29Anyway, I'm completely babbling.
- 1:06:31No one has saved me with a phone call or anything today.
- 1:06:35But that's okay.
- 1:06:37The green card lottery is officially suspended.
- 1:06:41This is important to me.
- 1:06:43So years ago, I had an idea for writing a book.
- 1:06:47I always decided years and years ago,
- 1:06:50boy, this was in the 90s.
- 1:06:51I can't believe I just thought about this.
- 1:06:54And it was when, because I was in the army, right?
- 1:06:58And so points were a big thing for getting promoted.
- 1:07:01And I always max my points out.
- 1:07:03So I knew as soon as the point system dropped,
- 1:07:06I had 900, I had 1000 points.
- 1:07:08And the points were 998 all the time anyway.
- 1:07:11So those two percenters, I was a two percenter
- 1:07:14as far as having the points.
- 1:07:15I maxed out every point in every category for promotion points.
- 1:07:19So I knew as soon as somebody put me up to be promoted,
- 1:07:22I would be promoted, right?
- 1:07:24But there was also a pretty strong push to encourage
- 1:07:29or for commanders to approve people of color
- 1:07:32to get promoted beforehand.
- 1:07:35Universities, it was a big deal.
- 1:07:36You know, you had your diversity,
- 1:07:38sorts of, I don't know, selection process
- 1:07:44to get into university and stuff like that.
- 1:07:46They were trying to diversify.
- 1:07:48And I'm not against that either.
- 1:07:49I don't, you know, I don't care.
- 1:07:50But I would always make facetious jokes to say,
- 1:07:55you know, basically all I am is the,
- 1:07:58I'm the average white guy.
- 1:08:00You know, I'm five foot nine.
- 1:08:02You know, I'm of average weight.
- 1:08:03I weighed 185.
- 1:08:05You know, I don't weigh that anymore.
- 1:08:08I'm about 10 pounds up.
- 1:08:10But, you know, I'm no longer average.
- 1:08:12I'm in the upper pile of fatness.
- 1:08:15And I'm not fat, but I'm not at the average weight.
- 1:08:21I was of the average age.
- 1:08:23I had two and a half, I had three children.
- 1:08:25So two and a half was the average way back then.
- 1:08:27And so I decided that I was the average white man.
- 1:08:30And I thought the average white man should speak more
- 1:08:36because we were the ones being discriminated against.
- 1:08:39And as soon as I hit the age 50,
- 1:08:40it's like, well, now, you know, I was of the average age,
- 1:08:45you know, back then, 37, 38.
- 1:08:48And now I'm no longer of the average age
- 1:08:51and I can't be the average white man.
- 1:08:53But I used to make jokes that it's the white people,
- 1:08:57white men especially,
- 1:08:59who are being discriminated against.
- 1:09:01And I used to say facetious things.
- 1:09:03So the U.S. agency, the DEI programs, here we go.
- 1:09:08Our civil rights genius, Andrea Lucas,
- 1:09:10who's the chair of the EEOC.
- 1:09:15Let's see, I'm gonna read the whole story to you
- 1:09:18because it's short and it's pretty damn funny.
- 1:09:20The head, it's not funny, it's, you know, foolish.
- 1:09:22But the head of the U.S. federal body
- 1:09:24responsible for enforcing workplace civil rights,
- 1:09:28the EEOC, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
- 1:09:33urges white men to come forward
- 1:09:36if they believe they have been discriminated against.
- 1:09:38It's come full circle, people.
- 1:09:40Including under diversity, equity,
- 1:09:42and inclusion, DEI initiatives.
- 1:09:45In a video message published on Wednesday,
- 1:09:48Andrea Lucas, the chair of the U.S. EEOC,
- 1:09:51called on white male employees and job applicants
- 1:09:54who feel they were targeted because of their race or sex
- 1:09:57to submit a formal complaint.
- 1:10:00She's out, you know, seeking complainants.
- 1:10:04She emphasized that strict deadlines apply
- 1:10:07for filing claims with the agency.
- 1:10:08It's 270 days, or thereabouts,
- 1:10:11if you're gonna file with, you know, the EEOC.
- 1:10:16The EEOC is committed to identifying, attacking,
- 1:10:18and eliminating all forms of race and sex discrimination.
- 1:10:23She directed potential complaints
- 1:10:25to the EEOC's official guidance,
- 1:10:27which notes that federal anti-retaliation protections
- 1:10:30extend to workers who resist mandatory DEI training.
- 1:10:35So, if I don't want DEI training,
- 1:10:40you can't force me to take it, basically,
- 1:10:42is what the EEOC is now saying.
- 1:10:46Supporters of DEI policies argue
- 1:10:48that the programs help address systemic disadvantages
- 1:10:53faced by a marginalized group.
- 1:10:55And now that I'm over 50,
- 1:10:57I am white man over 50.
- 1:11:01I am the most marginalized group in the country.
- 1:11:06Isn't that right?
- 1:11:07I don't, what do I get?
- 1:11:08Where's my privilege?
- 1:11:10Where's my white privilege?
- 1:11:11Somebody argued with me about that once in New York City.
- 1:11:15New York City, get a rope.
- 1:11:17Maintaining that unequal outcomes
- 1:11:20reflect structural barriers to progress
- 1:11:24rather than merit alone.
- 1:11:26Under DEI initiatives,
- 1:11:28employees from privileged groups
- 1:11:32are often told to learn about their own advantage.
- 1:11:36I have a white person, a white male advantage.
- 1:11:41Critics say that the policies, I'm a critic,
- 1:11:44amount to ideologically driven discrimination
- 1:11:48and do little to meaningly reduce inequality or prejudice.
- 1:11:54And I have felt that every single day.
- 1:11:59You know, I don't care if you're gay,
- 1:12:01but don't tell me that you're better than me
- 1:12:03because you're gay.
- 1:12:04I don't care if you're a woman.
- 1:12:06Don't say you're better than me
- 1:12:08or you should get a percentage increase
- 1:12:11in your consideration for a job
- 1:12:16because you're a woman.
- 1:12:18Nonsense.
- 1:12:19But anyway, that's our world today.
- 1:12:21But President Trump named Lucas
- 1:12:23as acting head of the EEOC in January
- 1:12:25and she was confirmed in early November.
- 1:12:29A lawyer by training and an outspoken critic of DEI,
- 1:12:34she's served as a commission member
- 1:12:36since Trump's first term.
- 1:12:38Her reconfirmation by Congress in July
- 1:12:40drew opposition from Democratic lawmakers
- 1:12:43who accused her of politicizing the agency.
- 1:12:47Oh, and it wasn't politicized before.
- 1:12:51Friends and neighbors, nonsensical nonsense.
- 1:12:56All the way around.
- 1:12:58What else do we have to talk about today?
- 1:13:00We only have a few minutes because it's Friday.
- 1:13:03So on Fridays, I am going to end a little bit early
- 1:13:06to give the next host the opportunity
- 1:13:12to prep a little bit.
- 1:13:14And so I'm going to tell you about the schedule
- 1:13:19on damn radio.
- 1:13:20Today, we have me from 7.30 to really only 8.45,
- 1:13:28a couple more minutes.
