FDA approvals included tavapadon (Juvmo; AbbVie), a selective D1/D5 dopamine agonist for Parkinson disease; apitegromab (Isembyld; Scholar Rock), an add-on myostatin inhibitor for spinal muscular atrophy; and levacetylleucine (Aqneursa; IntraBio Inc) for ataxia-telangiectasia.
