- 1:30Speaker 3: So yeah, it's too bad, but wasn't you expect It's
- 1:34Speaker 3: a podcast call twenty five whistles, twenty wine, Hey welcome.
- 1:41Speaker 1: I had a rotten weekend in every form h Arkansas
- 1:45Speaker 1: losing wasn't just the losses, terrible losses is complete disaster.
- 1:48Speaker 1: And then my Oregon bet. I lost three thousand dollars
- 1:51Speaker 1: in an Oregon bet.
- 1:52Speaker 3: Oh, it's terrible. I made.
- 1:54Speaker 1: I had a net plus weekend, but that was my
- 1:57Speaker 1: biggest bet. I hit Arkansas plus ten for two thousand,
- 2:00Speaker 1: and I hit the Cowboys. I bet them plus two
- 2:04Speaker 1: and a half for two thousand. So I made it.
- 2:06Speaker 1: But the bet that I told everybody would win, I was.
- 2:07Speaker 1: It was a bad loss. Somebody messed with me. Was like,
- 2:09Speaker 1: I bet money and I lost, and my husband's irritated.
- 2:11Speaker 1: So I just paid them back. I'm ben't. No, I'm
- 2:14Speaker 1: not doing anymore because once I always once I let
- 2:16Speaker 1: that cat out of the back, I don't do anymore.
- 2:19Speaker 1: It was like when I was doing the teacher lists.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Once I admitted I had done a few, I wasn't
- 2:23Speaker 1: doing anymore because then one hundred thousand come at you.
- 2:25Speaker 1: But it's a brutal weekend for me. It's a brutal weekend.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I've never once in the history of my online or
- 2:32Speaker 1: so or being somewhat known, been like that the coach
- 2:35Speaker 1: has lost the game. I've never said that because it's
- 2:37Speaker 1: like there's so many things that can go wrong. The
- 2:39Speaker 1: coach has lost the arkansall game and because it wasn't
- 2:41Speaker 1: just a single person or a single area that failed.
- 2:45Speaker 1: I might have been thirty seconds and that's it.
- 2:47Speaker 3: Okay.
- 2:47Speaker 1: It was drop punts, it was time management, it was penalties,
- 2:54Speaker 1: it was there was like five different areas all in
- 2:58Speaker 1: the span of like twelve minutes. And that is a
- 3:00Speaker 1: coaching culture that is not a player messed up here
- 3:04Speaker 1: or there. We do We dominated Oklahoma State. I was
- 3:07Speaker 1: getting text people going, yeah, good for you. You're gonna kill it.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Tommy Chuck text me. I didn't respond. I'm not even
- 3:14Speaker 1: gonna read it. And then when we lost the game,
- 3:17Speaker 1: I'll let him have it and he goes, you're right,
- 3:18Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I shouldn't have done that. He goes, he
- 3:21Speaker 1: you guys looking great.
- 3:22Speaker 3: I never have been there. Never.
- 3:24Speaker 1: I thought about it for a half second.
- 3:26Speaker 3: Don't ever do it because I.
- 3:27Speaker 1: Will blame you for the laws. But I did tweet.
- 3:30Speaker 1: This was an absolute coaching failure because it wasn't just
- 3:33Speaker 1: like a fumble, a punt, drop, penalty, uh, time management thing,
- 3:40Speaker 1: what are we doing fourth?
- 3:40Speaker 4: Now?
- 3:40Speaker 1: It was all of that and a quick span. And
- 3:42Speaker 1: that's not any individual's fault. That's not having them ready Yeah,
- 3:46Speaker 1: that's that's a that's a coaching and I don't think
- 3:48Speaker 1: we should change coaches. But it was a bad It
- 3:52Speaker 1: was the worst I have felt in years. And we've
- 3:55Speaker 1: had worse seasons and wor worst defeats. There's the worst
- 3:58Speaker 1: of I said on the show this more. It's the
- 4:00Speaker 1: only time I ever thought about it. I'm not giving
- 4:01Speaker 1: me more money.
- 4:03Speaker 3: I didn't. I didn't.
- 4:05Speaker 1: I'm still there. But that's the only time I ever
- 4:07Speaker 1: felt like that, where it's like, if this is what
- 4:09Speaker 1: it's gonna be, I'm not giving them any more money
- 4:10Speaker 1: because I give him a lot of money. So and
- 4:14Speaker 1: we just talking about that with coach light bulb. Yeah,
- 4:17Speaker 1: but I'm still pissed. That's all I'm done. But that
- 4:22Speaker 1: was my weekend. And then I was like, at least
- 4:23Speaker 1: Organs made a lot of money and then they barely
- 4:25Speaker 1: beat Boise, but hey, too much access to a no
- 4:27Speaker 1: so far this season, let's go Yeah, Kansas lost. Yeah,
- 4:33Speaker 1: but that wasn't too much access.
- 4:35Speaker 3: That was no.
- 4:35Speaker 1: I know that was on the show. Yeah, But like
- 4:37Speaker 1: coach Leipold, I like him a lot. Yeah, and I
- 4:39Speaker 1: was rooting for him. And then Illinois beat him, but
- 4:41Speaker 1: Illinois played pretty good. Yeah, you know its gonna be tough. Yeah,
- 4:45Speaker 1: Notre Dame got beat. Oh my god, that's hilarious. I mean,
- 4:51Speaker 1: number five team playing Northern Illinois and Notre Dame. I
- 4:54Speaker 1: pulled the clip of the school call that or like
- 4:58Speaker 1: the local It feels like a college gets just a
- 5:01Speaker 1: small town. Yeah. So here's the NIU broadcast because Notre
- 5:05Speaker 1: Dame had a trying to kick a field goal at
- 5:08Speaker 1: the very end of the game. Okay, here we go.
- 5:10Speaker 1: He's lining it up five seconds left.
- 5:12Speaker 3: Then I you up sixteen fourteen sixty two yarder. Snap
- 5:17Speaker 3: hoole Jeters kick this fuck. It's fucked. It's fucked.
- 5:21Speaker 1: Big up by yea you big up. Bye. Huskies who
- 5:25Speaker 1: done it?
- 5:26Speaker 2: Buskies with the biggest upset and au this street.
- 5:30Speaker 1: They come to South in Indiana.
- 5:32Speaker 2: And they knock off the number five team in the country.
- 5:36Speaker 2: N i U sixteen Notre Dame fourteen the football guns,
- 5:41Speaker 2: we're shining downy awesome.
- 5:46Speaker 1: It gives me chills because I know being a school
- 5:48Speaker 1: like that going in you're playing the number five team
- 5:51Speaker 1: in the country, much less Notre.
- 5:52Speaker 3: Dame, and.
- 5:55Speaker 1: At again at the end when you know, okay, it's
- 5:57Speaker 1: probably not gonna work out. We played really well, but
- 5:59Speaker 1: they have an opportunity to win, so they're gonna win.
- 6:01Speaker 1: You're kind of waiting for it, of course. Yeah yeah,
- 6:03Speaker 1: so was I freaking game. But that was awesome.
- 6:07Speaker 3: And I love your money, with your money, I mean no.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I'm talking about Arkansas though, Okay, I'm staying, gotcha. What
- 6:11Speaker 1: was funny about this was, first of all, shout out
- 6:14Speaker 1: and I either coach was at he went to school there,
- 6:17Speaker 1: and he.
- 6:17Speaker 3: Went to school at Notre Dame, No n IU okay.
- 6:20Speaker 1: And he was crying in the postgame. It was awesome
- 6:22Speaker 1: to see because he was like, this is my dream job.
- 6:25Speaker 1: And so and I last week was talking about Notre
- 6:27Speaker 1: Dame's coach. I still love him. Yeah, he's awesome, but
- 6:30Speaker 1: they're done now.
- 6:31Speaker 3: What was the Northern Illinois coach the one tell I
- 6:34Speaker 3: think they showed his like pregame speech and he was
- 6:36Speaker 3: telling him like, we're not playing a logo, We're playing
- 6:39Speaker 3: the man right in front of you. I didn't see that,
- 6:41Speaker 3: which I thought was really cool when he said that, Like,
- 6:44Speaker 3: don't go into this game thinking you're playing this big school.
- 6:47Speaker 3: You're playing the man in front of you and you're
- 6:49Speaker 3: just trying to beat that one person and if you
- 6:50Speaker 3: do that, we can win this game.
- 6:52Speaker 1: It sounds like a pretty common speech, though if I got
- 6:55Speaker 1: that one, I've never heard that one. I'm looking back now,
- 6:56Speaker 1: it looks cool.
- 6:57Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm sure you said all the time.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Yeah that was It's pretty awesome though. Yeah, there are
- 7:05Speaker 1: a lot of upsets. I was just gonna read this text.
- 7:07Speaker 1: I sent Caitlyn's dad. So he is an OU fan Diehard,
- 7:11Speaker 1: and he texts me great start when the game started.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Oh no, So he says, great start, and I say,
- 7:20Speaker 1: let's pump the breaks. I send him I mean, let's
- 7:22Speaker 1: pump the breaks and he goes, oh, sorry, I'll refrain
- 7:24Speaker 1: from any positive comments till the game is over. And
- 7:28Speaker 1: then he says I'll miss the second half because he
- 7:30Speaker 1: had to go and babysit his grandson. Whither And I said,
- 7:33Speaker 1: this is exactly what I said to him, and I
- 7:34Speaker 1: post this on my social media. I said, okay, well
- 7:36Speaker 1: you can't watch the second half. I'm going to give
- 7:38Speaker 1: a look into the future. What's going to happen? I said,
- 7:40Speaker 1: quote this is what I'll be saying in about two hours.
- 7:43Speaker 3: Dang.
- 7:43Speaker 1: They ended up running away with it in the fourth quarter.
- 7:45Speaker 1: Oh well, classic Arkansas, I'll lose it like that, and
- 7:48Speaker 1: then what happens? We freaking lose it in the fourth
- 7:51Speaker 1: quarter and then get beaten overtime. That's crazy, you called it,
- 7:55Speaker 1: And then I sent it back to him. I said,
- 7:57Speaker 1: just making sure you saw this, and he knew not
- 7:58Speaker 1: to respond even that when you.
- 8:00Speaker 3: Sent that, were you being sarcastic? No? Or were you
- 8:03Speaker 3: or were you hoping you're riding this to do the
- 8:05Speaker 3: reverse ch It's not even reverse chinks. This happened. This
- 8:08Speaker 3: happens every time I get that.
- 8:10Speaker 1: It's happened so many times that that's the expectation, and
- 8:13Speaker 1: when it doesn't happen, you're like, wow, I can't believe
- 8:16Speaker 1: we won. That I'm the loser, and I put the
- 8:20Speaker 1: statement out I'm a loser. I'm a big loser when
- 8:22Speaker 1: it comes to sports. I'll be a loser. I'll never
- 8:24Speaker 1: not be a loser. And why I let it affect
- 8:25Speaker 1: me so much, that's on me. That's my fault. I'm
- 8:29Speaker 1: still pissed. I was, and I promised myself this season
- 8:33Speaker 1: I was not gonna let I was not gonna live
- 8:34Speaker 1: and die, and I did. If we'd got beat thirty
- 8:37Speaker 1: to two, got lucky with one safety. I'd have been like, well,
- 8:39Speaker 1: that sucks. Look like we're gonna suck again. Hopefully we
- 8:41Speaker 1: get better as the season goes. I would have liked
- 8:44Speaker 1: that better.
- 8:44Speaker 3: Than what happened here.
- 8:45Speaker 1: A little string of hope. It was a not even
- 8:47Speaker 1: a string of hope. It was a full like boat
- 8:50Speaker 1: towing rope of hope because we were dominating that. We
- 8:53Speaker 1: dominated every stat every stat we dominated them. It's oh
- 8:57Speaker 1: my god, double overtime, double overtime, and none of that.
- 9:01Speaker 1: They wouldn't have scored the second overtime had our linebacker
- 9:05Speaker 1: and I picked the dude up and slammed him and
- 9:06Speaker 1: got a penalty for unsports and light conduct. Everything we
- 9:10Speaker 1: did we were not coached. Well I'm not and again
- 9:13Speaker 1: hopefully when we get coached better. Bobby Petrino's the man,
- 9:17Speaker 1: and Taylor Green was great. That quarterback was Goody's great.
- 9:20Speaker 1: He threw a pick but he got hit and the
- 9:22Speaker 1: ball went up. But it was just it was bad anyway,
- 9:25Speaker 1: Like I'm so pisstill right now?
- 9:30Speaker 3: Sorry, man, that's all right?
- 9:32Speaker 1: Kevin won?
- 9:33Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 9:33Speaker 5: What the what was that?
- 9:35Speaker 3: Yeah? Do you want to win?
- 9:36Speaker 2: Though?
- 9:37Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 9:38Speaker 6: I like it, but I'm gonna take it while I
- 9:40Speaker 6: can't because they're not gonna come very often this year,
- 9:42Speaker 6: so right now I'm gonna enjoy it. If we keep
- 9:44Speaker 6: winning and it's week eight, then I'm like, oh, guys,
- 9:45Speaker 6: let's let's we need to tackle if you.
- 9:47Speaker 3: Want to early.
- 9:48Speaker 1: And I agree, it's gonna be hard for me to
- 9:50Speaker 1: root against. However, and it was a good win. I
- 9:52Speaker 1: mean they beat three and Bengals. Yeah, I watched it
- 9:54Speaker 1: pretty much the whole game. Yeah, but it's that weird
- 9:59Speaker 1: and it's different than college because in college, you lose
- 10:03Speaker 1: a bunch, you just don't go to a bowl game
- 10:04Speaker 1: and then you don't get recruits. In the NFL, if
- 10:07Speaker 1: you lose, you get a better pick, and if you're
- 10:09Speaker 1: gonna lose, you might as like the NBA, don't don't
- 10:12Speaker 1: be mid either, lose all and hope you get a
- 10:15Speaker 1: good bab We'll hope you get a good ball or
- 10:17Speaker 1: win all because if you go on as like eight.
- 10:20Speaker 1: So I'm glad you won. I was happy for you,
- 10:22Speaker 1: thank you, but I was like, man, after watching how
- 10:26Speaker 1: bad Carolina played, Oh my gosh, I was like, I
- 10:29Speaker 1: want the number one pick if I'm Kevin, I don't
- 10:31Speaker 1: want to win that much. You just take this as
- 10:33Speaker 1: a unless for some reason, you guys can win twelve
- 10:36Speaker 1: or thirteen games. Yeah, getting playoffs? Yeah, playoff contention. Is
- 10:40Speaker 1: that a possibility? I guess is my question in your mind? No?
- 10:43Speaker 6: Okay, now, especially the division. I mean, we'll see what
- 10:46Speaker 6: the Jets do tonight. But they all won yesterday. They're
- 10:48Speaker 6: all good teams, you know, the Bills, Dolphins, Patriots, and
- 10:51Speaker 6: we'll see what the Jets want.
- 10:52Speaker 1: To put the Patriots. I was happy. You want, I
- 10:55Speaker 1: want to know.
- 10:55Speaker 6: I'll take it because next week might be a completely
- 10:58Speaker 6: different story. Yeah, so I'm gonna ride it like you
- 11:00Speaker 6: get to that next week. Seahawks.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Yeah, you'll probably lose that, but you probably would have
- 11:04Speaker 1: lost this one too. So exactly, biggest, biggest upset.
- 11:07Speaker 3: Sweet headed pie, show my mouth, Alabama, Yeah, spread wise.
- 11:11Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:11Speaker 1: I was happy for you, thank you, And I was
- 11:13Speaker 1: happy for anybody I hate. I was pissed all weekend.
- 11:16Speaker 1: And it would have been cool if like all the
- 11:18Speaker 1: teams won.
- 11:19Speaker 5: All of our teams.
- 11:20Speaker 1: Yeah I did. The Cowboys did win, which is great.
- 11:22Speaker 3: Is a great victory. Oh, it was a great win, dude,
- 11:25Speaker 3: I kind.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Of believe they were what I I logged on at
- 11:27Speaker 1: the beginning of the game of DraftKings and they were
- 11:29Speaker 1: plus two point five, and I was like, I know
- 11:32Speaker 1: they're in Cleveland, but I'm not gonna not take some
- 11:36Speaker 1: of that action. And that Oregon loss was so kind
- 11:38Speaker 1: of hurt nice chasing a little bit. So I was
- 11:41Speaker 1: woted to put two thousand bucks on it and go.
- 11:43Speaker 1: I put two one thousand dollars bets on it. So
- 11:46Speaker 1: if I was going to cash out, it was feeling
- 11:48Speaker 1: pretty good. So I did that. I cashed out for
- 11:52Speaker 1: like eighteen thirty on one and then won the second
- 11:55Speaker 1: one fully.
- 11:56Speaker 3: But it looks solid. Yeah, it looks good. I like
- 11:59Speaker 3: what I saw. The defense again, it was really really,
- 12:02Speaker 3: really good. But again just reminded me of last year
- 12:05Speaker 3: because that's exactly how we started. Our defense was so good,
- 12:08Speaker 3: we had a few picks, and our offense was decent
- 12:11Speaker 3: but not as good as we wanted to be. And
- 12:13Speaker 3: I kind of felt that this time around, too, like
- 12:15Speaker 3: our offense started explosive. If we can get the ball
- 12:18Speaker 3: to Ceede Lamb, it was.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Good, I bracket on the whole game, but.
- 12:22Speaker 5: If we couldn't get the ball to him, we were
- 12:23Speaker 5: kind of in trouble.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Well, Brandy Cook's had a touchdown. He's going to have
- 12:26Speaker 1: to be something. Yeah, but I'll say, Zeke look better
- 12:30Speaker 1: than I thought he would.
- 12:31Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 12:31Speaker 1: I mean Zeke's also not fifty. Feels like he's fifty
- 12:33Speaker 1: just around forever, right, But I mean, if they could
- 12:36Speaker 1: get some production out of Zeke. But every contract, well
- 12:39Speaker 1: those two contracts are signed. I mean Parsons will come,
- 12:42Speaker 1: that's next. Yeah, but it's not like it's not like
- 12:44Speaker 1: they have to do it right now.
- 12:45Speaker 5: Yeah yeah, yeah, but.
- 12:47Speaker 6: Did you guys watch the game like with sound and everything?
- 12:49Speaker 6: Of course the Brady is what I'm asking. Oh, Brady's
- 12:52Speaker 6: first game.
- 12:53Speaker 1: Yeah it was tough. Yeah, two things. I'm it's tough.
- 12:59Speaker 1: It wasn't that good, but that's okay. It's this is
- 13:01Speaker 1: the first game, so I didn't really expect it to
- 13:03Speaker 1: be that good. It wasn't that good, But that wasn't
- 13:07Speaker 1: my main takeaway. The main takeaway is when I don't
- 13:09Speaker 1: see him, or if I don't know it's Tom Brady,
- 13:11Speaker 1: he kind of sounds like a nerd.
- 13:12Speaker 3: He sounds like a big nerd. It kind of sounds
- 13:15Speaker 3: like what I would sound like if I were doing.
- 13:16Speaker 1: If you didn't know it's Tom Brady, you were like,
- 13:18Speaker 1: just judge this person's voice. It would be like, that's
- 13:22Speaker 1: not one of the elite football players in my life.
- 13:25Speaker 3: That's fair, which I like, That's what I liked about
- 13:27Speaker 3: the whole thing, Like for once the goat isn't really
- 13:29Speaker 3: good at something.
- 13:30Speaker 5: He will he will probably be good eventually, but.
- 13:32Speaker 3: You know, for the first time around, like this is cool,
- 13:34Speaker 3: we normalized him a little bit.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Yeah, and I didn't want to go tom Brady sucked
- 13:38Speaker 1: because I saw the internet. Really, given he should have
- 13:40Speaker 1: not been that good as first time. They probably should
- 13:43Speaker 1: have not put him on the Cowboys three pm game,
- 13:46Speaker 1: the big They could have easily put their number one
- 13:48Speaker 1: team on a really good game in that first block.
- 13:51Speaker 3: Just but again he's Minnesota on the Panthers.
- 14:00Speaker 1: But yeah, I know, my big takeaway was not that
- 14:03Speaker 1: he wasn't good, because I think he will get better.
- 14:07Speaker 1: Does he kind of his voice? They need to put
- 14:09Speaker 1: more they needed base. They need to go and they
- 14:12Speaker 1: need to have an engineer. Ye put the lows up there,
- 14:15Speaker 1: go in and make his voice deeper, because you can
- 14:17Speaker 1: do that without actually affecting the voice. You just you
- 14:19Speaker 1: just make the lows lower. They do that to us,
- 14:21Speaker 1: that's what we do in yes, Yeah, because he just
- 14:24Speaker 1: sounds like a nerd. His voice sounds like a nerd. Yeah,
- 14:26Speaker 1: but what I liked about it and he'll have to
- 14:28Speaker 1: fix it.
- 14:28Speaker 3: He'll go back.
- 14:29Speaker 1: I'm sure he's watching watch killing them today.
- 14:31Speaker 3: Oh yes, he would say that.
- 14:34Speaker 1: I said that. Yeah, he's doing that as the game's going.
- 14:36Speaker 1: Like I felt that because I do that too. Yeah,
- 14:38Speaker 1: Like he can't be a fan, like you can't be
- 14:40Speaker 1: a family. Oh oh no, you can't do that. He's
- 14:44Speaker 1: a tough week one for him. Yeah, that's okay.
- 14:46Speaker 3: It makes you realize how good, Like you know, what's
- 14:48Speaker 3: who's the Panthers tight end? Who was who?
- 14:51Speaker 1: That's who was the big winner yesterday? Yeah, because the
- 14:54Speaker 1: entire internet was like, we like justice for he was awesome. Yeah,
- 15:01Speaker 1: and he was actually very classy when he got the
- 15:03Speaker 1: job taken away from him, Like he did a ton
- 15:04Speaker 1: of interviews and he's like, you know what, it's Tom Brady.
- 15:07Speaker 1: It sucks. He was like, yeah, it sucks, but I'm
- 15:10Speaker 1: gonna do my job. I want second team now. He
- 15:13Speaker 1: did the Super Bowl right in the Super.
- 15:15Speaker 6: Bowl, I think nance Fox, maybe I think maybe it
- 15:20Speaker 6: was Fox.
- 15:20Speaker 1: They also into the super Bowl last year, and then
- 15:23Speaker 1: gets like he did I do too?
- 15:24Speaker 3: Then I feel like then he was then regulated. Yeah
- 15:30Speaker 3: it was great. Yeah I thought so. I thought that,
- 15:32Speaker 3: But but he got deregulated because for Tom Brady, that's it,
- 15:36Speaker 3: that's it. I don't think anyone else could have done that.
- 15:38Speaker 1: And then what did he do the did you do
- 15:39Speaker 1: the Panthers game? He did a Steelers falcon That's what
- 15:42Speaker 1: it was.
- 15:42Speaker 3: Yeah, that's a disaster game to just six, but also
- 15:47Speaker 3: to like Tom didn't know what to say it Yeah,
- 15:50Speaker 3: which is weird, Like you talk all the I mean
- 15:51Speaker 3: you know that.
- 15:52Speaker 1: I don't think it's he doesn't know what to say.
- 15:54Speaker 1: There is definitely a it's a relationship with you and
- 15:58Speaker 1: the you and the play by play guy. He sometimes
- 16:02Speaker 1: you don't know when to talk or if they're gonna talk,
- 16:04Speaker 1: and you definitely don't want to step on each other.
- 16:07Speaker 1: And so it's very much like if you're gonna make
- 16:10Speaker 1: up make a show like an Afternoon Joe or a
- 16:13Speaker 1: sports radio show, a two people that have never really
- 16:15Speaker 1: worked together, there's it's like a dance. You got to
- 16:19Speaker 1: learn when other people I would say it's like us
- 16:21Speaker 1: on stage. You know, when I'm making little movements where
- 16:23Speaker 1: I'm about to go, if I'm taking a breath, you
- 16:25Speaker 1: know when to take the All of that happens with
- 16:27Speaker 1: your partner.
- 16:28Speaker 5: But stop talking right now. That's what the game's sounded like.
- 16:32Speaker 3: I know what we re quiet.
- 16:33Speaker 1: For ten seconds?
- 16:35Speaker 3: Why is he not talking here?
- 16:37Speaker 1: But I would say that's what that was. They'm just
- 16:40Speaker 1: not understanding how to work together.
- 16:43Speaker 5: Yet He's gonna get better.
- 16:45Speaker 1: He absolutely will. Yeah, and i'd put more in his mind.
- 16:50Speaker 1: He kind of sounds like this, yeah, good, but he
- 16:52Speaker 1: will be great all right. Time for the Tittle Tattle.
- 16:54Speaker 3: Let's go for years.
- 16:56Speaker 1: His name ever, the tittle Tattle.
- 17:03Speaker 6: In honor of Red Zone being back. What is the
- 17:06Speaker 6: longest you think you could host a radio station without
- 17:08Speaker 6: taking a break?
- 17:09Speaker 1: Whoa, But here's what I'll say about Red Zone. There
- 17:12Speaker 1: there are breaks because he just throws in the game,
- 17:14Speaker 1: just goes for a couple of minutes a little bit. Yeah, no,
- 17:17Speaker 1: they switch but I mean yeah, but it's not like
- 17:19Speaker 1: he's just going for eight hours. He can pee he
- 17:24Speaker 1: needs to, he says, he does it. I know, but
- 17:26Speaker 1: he could if he really had to. It's like a song.
- 17:27Speaker 1: I would say. It's like going, hey, you have to
- 17:31Speaker 1: do a mute, like could be an actual quote unquote DJ,
- 17:34Speaker 1: which I am not. Never call me a freaking DJ
- 17:37Speaker 1: and play songs. How long could you go? Well, that's
- 17:39Speaker 1: just a sleep thing, so probably like forty hours. I
- 17:43Speaker 1: had to do that once in a snowstorm, really because
- 17:45Speaker 1: nobody could get in or out of the station and
- 17:46Speaker 1: we didn't have it wasn't where the songs were in
- 17:50Speaker 1: a computer system. You had to switch out CDs. I
- 17:52Speaker 1: think I did about forty hours one.
- 17:53Speaker 3: Yeah, that's crazy, I know. And I also felt I
- 17:56Speaker 3: think I fell asleep once during Ricky Martin.
- 17:57Speaker 1: She bangs and I remember what a song I know,
- 18:00Speaker 1: and I remember here in the end of it being like,
- 18:02Speaker 1: oh that's interesting, Oh my god.
- 18:03Speaker 3: And then I was like there was that silence for
- 18:06Speaker 3: like Tom Brady.
- 18:08Speaker 1: So I think he does an excellent job, but he
- 18:11Speaker 1: does get little breaks.
- 18:14Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I was listening for like ten minutes straight.
- 18:16Speaker 3: I'm my gosh, this guy's good. Oh yeah, he just
- 18:18Speaker 3: talks for so long.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Yeah, he's definitely good. But if he doing this, if
- 18:23Speaker 1: I had to just talk talk talk, my voice would die.
- 18:25Speaker 1: And yeah, with no, five hours, six hours, what does
- 18:29Speaker 1: he go? Eight seven seven eight? Yeah, No, he's good.
- 18:33Speaker 1: But let's not forget he does get little breaks, okay
- 18:35Speaker 1: if he needs one. Don't they play commercials to it
- 18:38Speaker 1: at one point during the game.
- 18:39Speaker 6: Yes, yeah, they're like a little yeah, a little side yeah, yeah,
- 18:42Speaker 6: on the side there, all right?
- 18:43Speaker 3: What else you got?
- 18:43Speaker 5: All right?
- 18:43Speaker 6: After barely beating Boys stayed on Saturday? Do you think
- 18:46Speaker 6: Oregon fans should start feeling worried?
- 18:48Speaker 1: Boys? Is pretty good, but yeah, I think Oregon fans
- 18:51Speaker 1: are probably realizing they should probably have a little more
- 18:55Speaker 1: humble pie, a little more be humble, you know, Kendrick
- 19:00Speaker 1: humble because it may not work out. It may not
- 19:03Speaker 1: work out in the exact way that you think it's
- 19:05Speaker 1: going to because it's going to get harder. But this
- 19:08Speaker 1: also could be really great for them, and it could.
- 19:10Speaker 1: There's a lot of learning, and it's best to learn
- 19:12Speaker 1: when you win. Sure, that's that's the best learning is.
- 19:16Speaker 1: You have to learn the hard way, but you also
- 19:18Speaker 1: still get to w Dylan Gabriel played. Okay, what two
- 19:23Speaker 1: touchdowns two hundred and forty yards decent stat line? Uh,
- 19:26Speaker 1: they won a game winning field goal that I in
- 19:30Speaker 1: the fourth quarter. They were up by like ten for
- 19:32Speaker 1: a minute or sex, and I thought, okay, here it goes,
- 19:34Speaker 1: and the Bois he just kept kept going. You watched
- 19:36Speaker 1: that game or no?
- 19:36Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 19:37Speaker 1: Well yeah, I had three thousand dollars on it, so
- 19:38Speaker 1: I watch.
- 19:39Speaker 3: But it was late.
- 19:39Speaker 1: That's why nine o'clock star. Yeah.
- 19:41Speaker 6: I was up for the first half and I couldn't
- 19:43Speaker 6: step back to that. But that running back for.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Boises okased on geez. So yeah, if I'm an Oregon fan,
- 19:49Speaker 1: I definitely am worried that maybe I had too few
- 19:55Speaker 1: fears going into the season that you now kind of
- 19:58Speaker 1: have to start paying more attention to who are we playing?
- 20:02Speaker 1: How can we beat them? Will we beat them? Instead
- 20:04Speaker 1: of just going all right, here's another w let's just
- 20:05Speaker 1: get to the playoff?
- 20:06Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, all right?
- 20:07Speaker 6: What else going to the NFL? Which team's loss should
- 20:09Speaker 6: cause more fans concern? The Bengals, the Browns or the Falcons.
- 20:12Speaker 1: Let's talk about individually the Falcons. You're looking at A
- 20:15Speaker 1: guy was coming off a terrible Achilles' injury. I'm just
- 20:17Speaker 1: not gonna penalize Kirk Cousins for not being that good yesterday.
- 20:21Speaker 1: That's first came back after that Achilles is maybe the
- 20:25Speaker 1: worst other than Alex Smith whenever he lost his whole leg.
- 20:28Speaker 1: Basically that Achilles is about the worst thing that can
- 20:30Speaker 1: happen to you if it's because it takes so long.
- 20:33Speaker 1: So I'm definitely not gonna hold Kirk Cousins accountable for
- 20:38Speaker 1: having a game that really wasn't that great. I thought
- 20:41Speaker 1: they would do a bit better, but I'm gonna take
- 20:43Speaker 1: Cousins off of that. I still think the Falcons will
- 20:45Speaker 1: end up being pretty good. Secondly, the Bengals, I don't know.
- 20:52Speaker 1: I just I bet them live and I was like, oh,
- 20:55Speaker 1: for sure they can back and win this thing.
- 20:57Speaker 3: Think we all thought that.
- 20:58Speaker 1: Yeah, that sexy touchdown they got all back. It was
- 21:02Speaker 1: a big like they had a chance. But I'm the Browns.
- 21:09Speaker 1: Deshaun Watson cannot play quarterback. He just can't play quarterback.
- 21:13Speaker 1: He's done. He's There were throws he was making that
- 21:15Speaker 1: weren't even close like he was he was like throwing
- 21:17Speaker 1: flagging outs and I mean and not throwing it out
- 21:20Speaker 1: of balance, but throwing it into the sideline.
- 21:24Speaker 3: Over.
- 21:25Speaker 1: If I'm the Browns, I'm going defense, Please God, and
- 21:28Speaker 1: please put James Winson in it.
- 21:29Speaker 3: Yeah, they also.
- 21:31Speaker 1: Can't really trade or cut Watson. That's just too much.
- 21:37Speaker 1: It's it sucks for Browns fans because I feel like,
- 21:41Speaker 1: in a different timeline, I'm a Browns fan. That's what
- 21:44Speaker 1: being an archantas raisback fans, it's a Browns fan, it's
- 21:47Speaker 1: a Jets fan. It is it is. So if I
- 21:56Speaker 1: am the Browns, I think I'm probably having the worst day.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Oh really yeah, because.
- 22:04Speaker 1: They have no quarterback and they're not going to have
- 22:05Speaker 1: a quarterback and they're gonna have that quarterback for another
- 22:10Speaker 1: couple of seasons. That sucks. Or they're gonna have to
- 22:12Speaker 1: hold him and he's gonna eat up all the cap
- 22:13Speaker 1: and be a bench player. Defense look fine, but the
- 22:17Speaker 1: defense is only going to play so well until they're like, man,
- 22:20Speaker 1: screw this, it doesn't matter what we do.
- 22:21Speaker 3: It's like the Jets last year. Yeah, all right, last question?
- 22:25Speaker 1: All right, what's new team debut? Impress you the most?
- 22:27Speaker 1: San Donald, MVP, go give it to him. Here's temper
- 22:30Speaker 1: tend to start at the game.
- 22:31Speaker 3: Yeah he was. He looked good. Sam Donald's temper he
- 22:34Speaker 3: was tim for ten. It was crazy.
- 22:37Speaker 1: Donald went nineteen for twenty four to eight and two touchdowns.
- 22:39Speaker 1: And the two eight numbers is a bit low, but
- 22:41Speaker 1: they didn't have to do much. I mean, the Vikings
- 22:45Speaker 1: kind of ran that game. The Texans are going to
- 22:49Speaker 1: be really good because they have four legitimate offensive threats
- 22:56Speaker 1: with Nico Collins. Nico Collins is their number one and.
- 23:00Speaker 3: That deep.
- 23:02Speaker 1: The deep past, Oh my gosh, two guys on them.
- 23:04Speaker 3: Crazy.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Diggs is I don't even want to say a two,
- 23:07Speaker 1: but it's at one point five. Diggs is one point five.
- 23:10Speaker 1: Nico Collins is so good. Digs is also really good,
- 23:12Speaker 1: but Dick is also kind of a tank. And then Mixing,
- 23:18Speaker 1: who ran the crap out like they are a fort
- 23:20Speaker 1: It reminds me of what the forty nine ers a bit,
- 23:25Speaker 1: you know, Mixing is not McCaffrey. But Nico Collins is
- 23:28Speaker 1: probably better than Ayuk and they actually have a number two.
- 23:32Speaker 1: But uh, the Texans were really good. The Cowboys defense
- 23:38Speaker 1: and Zimmer was solid.
- 23:40Speaker 3: Awesome. They just need somebody offensively to join the club.
- 23:45Speaker 1: They need to in the treehouse. Need somebody else come
- 23:47Speaker 1: up with the tree another pair of fans out there,
- 23:49Speaker 1: and we go back.
- 23:50Speaker 3: To the Eagles.
- 23:52Speaker 1: They look good, I mean, Sakuon looked great, and I
- 23:55Speaker 1: know that that happened on Friday night. So it's been
- 23:58Speaker 1: a while between Hurts and Saquon and Vonta Smith and
- 24:02Speaker 1: A J. Bryant like they're is probably gonna be as
- 24:04Speaker 1: good as we thought. It's gonna be tough and Jordan
- 24:07Speaker 1: Love out for four or five weeks sucks for the Packers.
- 24:11Speaker 1: If they can go let's say it's five weeks, they
- 24:13Speaker 1: can go two and three, that's big. They can win
- 24:15Speaker 1: to that's big for them. Who's gonna play quarterback? As
- 24:19Speaker 1: a Malik Willis just got traded up from the Titans.
- 24:21Speaker 3: Are they going to go?
- 24:22Speaker 1: Speaking of the Titans, will they go and get the
- 24:25Speaker 1: last starter?
- 24:25Speaker 4: Here?
- 24:26Speaker 1: Ran Tanne?
- 24:27Speaker 5: Oh yeah, what's he doing?
- 24:29Speaker 3: Is he on the couch?
- 24:29Speaker 1: He's on the couch. But he said he's only coming
- 24:31Speaker 1: back for like a great deal, A great deal, I
- 24:35Speaker 1: got you. A deal's a pickle, but I got Yeah. So,
- 24:40Speaker 1: if I were to pick who impressed me, I think
- 24:44Speaker 1: the Texans probably overall seem like the team that could
- 24:48Speaker 1: actually be a real factor because they have so many
- 24:51Speaker 1: weapons and they're good defensively, right, it's not like they're
- 24:53Speaker 1: they're lopsided.
- 24:54Speaker 3: But who who?
- 24:55Speaker 1: I didn't expect to be. I mean the Vikings man,
- 24:58Speaker 1: I expect Sam Donald to come out doing that. So, uh,
- 25:02Speaker 1: there you go. That's Tiptown.
- 25:02Speaker 3: I thank you, stupid.
- 25:04Speaker 2: His name is the title Tonnele.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Let's get.
- 25:10Speaker 1: So let's talk about this. Pick a player and choose
- 25:12Speaker 1: if they have more or less. That's what we're talking
- 25:13Speaker 1: about when we talk about, uh with DraftKings to pick
- 25:16Speaker 1: six app So let's do tonight and I don't know
- 25:19Speaker 1: when you're here, hopefully here this today and it's before
- 25:21Speaker 1: the game that's happening tonight. But with pick six, you
- 25:23Speaker 1: can do this at any time, so you can pick
- 25:26Speaker 1: two to six players. If for tonight, for example, Aaron
- 25:28Speaker 1: Rodgers more or less than two hundred and thirty five
- 25:31Speaker 1: passing yards more, Yeah, two thirty halve. It just feels
- 25:35Speaker 1: low though it does good defense for years. But I'm
- 25:39Speaker 1: still gonna go more. Just pick us two thirty five. Yeah,
- 25:42Speaker 1: and Rogers, let's go. I just don't want to I
- 25:45Speaker 1: don't want to get I don't want to get beat
- 25:47Speaker 1: by Rogers, So I'm gonna go more. Brock Purty more
- 25:50Speaker 1: or less thirty one and a half passing attempts.
- 25:53Speaker 3: That's a lot passing attempts with McCaffrey in the backfield.
- 25:57Speaker 1: I say less, I say full load for McCaffrey to less, Yeah,
- 26:02Speaker 1: I'll probably go less too. Brees Hall more or less
- 26:05Speaker 1: than sixty four and a half rushing yards more. If
- 26:09Speaker 1: I'm agreeing with Addie, I'm losing.
- 26:11Speaker 2: So I would lose.
- 26:12Speaker 3: That's why I'm going for I would lose.
- 26:13Speaker 1: I would lose because I'm agreeing with that.
- 26:15Speaker 3: You first, so you don't change your mind.

- 26:58Speaker 1: we're all aging, But what.
- 26:59Speaker 3: Is your issue.
- 27:00Speaker 7: I'm thirty three years old and I was thinking of
- 27:01Speaker 7: getting a Ceede Lamb jersey this season. Okay, he's twenty
- 27:04Speaker 7: five years old. It feels weird to me having somebody
- 27:07Speaker 7: who is younger than me, like represented on my body.
- 27:10Speaker 1: Interesting because you think, as a jersey wearer, you're a kid,
- 27:15Speaker 1: and it's like an adult you look up to.
- 27:17Speaker 7: Yeah, every time I've had a jersey, it's been somebody
- 27:19Speaker 7: older than me, Like Romo. They were older than me,
- 27:21Speaker 7: And now I'm like, oh, I want another jersey.
- 27:22Speaker 3: He's twenty five.
- 27:23Speaker 5: That's a good point.
- 27:24Speaker 1: I never really thought about that either.
- 27:26Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Now let me think about any jerseys I have that
- 27:28Speaker 1: I wear. Well, not a big jersey.
- 27:31Speaker 3: I don't wear it. Oh you know.
- 27:32Speaker 1: I wore it one time just to be like what up?
- 27:34Speaker 1: But that was only to prove a point and for
- 27:36Speaker 1: like an hour on the show, like I've never actually
- 27:38Speaker 1: worn it. I will wear an Andre dausin jersey that
- 27:41Speaker 1: I have a war two way older if I sixties. Yeah,
- 27:44Speaker 1: Mark grace older. Older, that's what's the Zobe. I wore
- 27:50Speaker 1: a Kobe jersey when we were in Arizona, and I
- 27:52Speaker 1: bought that from the ninety store older.
- 27:56Speaker 3: Hmm, there's no one else that you wear. That's I
- 27:59Speaker 3: don't think.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Now that I think about it, I think I would
- 28:01Speaker 1: feel weird wearing the jersey of someone younger than I am,
- 28:03Speaker 1: because does I.
- 28:05Speaker 3: Wear a Dak Prescott jersey? Man and he's younger than
- 28:08Speaker 3: I am. I know, so that is kind of weird,
- 28:11Speaker 3: But I've never thought of that just because it's my team,
- 28:14Speaker 3: and I would easily wear a Ceedie Lamb jersey. I'm
- 28:17Speaker 3: Michael Parsons jersey, A DIGS. I don't care. Like that's
- 28:21Speaker 3: my team.
- 28:21Speaker 5: I'm not worried that they're younger. But now that I
- 28:23Speaker 5: think about it, it's weird.
- 28:25Speaker 1: It's a little weird because I don't think I would
- 28:27Speaker 1: have been worried about it either, But now that you
- 28:28Speaker 1: bring it up, I think I think I would only
- 28:30Speaker 1: wear the jersey of like someone that I looked up
- 28:32Speaker 1: to when I was a kid, not an athlete now,
- 28:35Speaker 1: because I know too many athletes now and they're bigger
- 28:40Speaker 1: idiots than I am, and I'm.
- 28:41Speaker 3: A pretty big idiot, sure, and I guess I don't
- 28:43Speaker 3: want to wear a jersey of a dumb kid. Yeah,
- 28:47Speaker 3: but you know, like if you look at like you
- 28:49Speaker 3: go to a game and you see the stands, there
- 28:51Speaker 3: are a lot of people in jerseys, and I would
- 28:53Speaker 3: say eighty percent of them are wearing the jersey of
- 28:57Speaker 3: a younger person.
- 28:57Speaker 1: But I would say one hundred percent of them aren't us.
- 29:00Speaker 3: So we're cooler than all that.
- 29:01Speaker 1: No, no, just fat. We're just saying this that. I
- 29:04Speaker 1: never thought about it either. But Mike brings up a
- 29:06Speaker 1: great point. It'd be tough for me to wear a
- 29:07Speaker 1: jersey of a.
- 29:08Speaker 3: Current player now.
- 29:09Speaker 1: Gosh, I never thought of it because I only wore
- 29:10Speaker 1: jerseys of players that I looked up to. And I
- 29:12Speaker 1: don't look up to any athletes now because I just
- 29:14Speaker 1: see them as flawed humans.
- 29:17Speaker 3: You don't look up to Tom Brady as being the goat.
- 29:21Speaker 1: As just a really great quarterback. But Tom Brady's also older.
- 29:24Speaker 3: Than I am.
- 29:25Speaker 5: He's older than this.
- 29:26Speaker 3: Yeah, that's crazy, that's crazy. He just retired and he
- 29:29Speaker 3: was older than us.
- 29:30Speaker 1: Yeah, tom Brady's older, but by a couple of years.
- 29:32Speaker 3: Lebron's older than us. No, Lebron's a couple years younger. Gosh,
- 29:37Speaker 3: so he's really the only one that was that's currently playing,
- 29:40Speaker 3: I mean just retired, that's older than us. Yeah.
- 29:43Speaker 1: I want to wear jersey of a current athlete because
- 29:45Speaker 1: when I think of.
- 29:46Speaker 7: Getting a jersey, it's like somebody who I aspire to be, Like, yeah, yeah,
- 29:49Speaker 7: someone you look up to.
- 29:50Speaker 3: No, that's not it.
- 29:51Speaker 1: And as a kid, we looked up to them as athletes,
- 29:53Speaker 1: but also we were like they must be great people too,
- 29:55Speaker 1: because they're great athletes.
- 29:56Speaker 3: But we're also not wearing their jersey because we want
- 29:59Speaker 3: to be them as people. We want to we like
- 30:02Speaker 3: them as a player.
- 30:04Speaker 1: Yeah, but the personal part of it sales factor really Yeah,
- 30:07Speaker 1: do you think.
- 30:08Speaker 3: Of them when you watch football? Like I wonder what
- 30:10Speaker 3: kind of absolutely is every single one of them?
- 30:12Speaker 5: Like Tyreek Hill, we know what kind of person.
- 30:14Speaker 1: Bad dude.
- 30:15Speaker 3: We know exactly what kind of guy he is. Yeah,
- 30:17Speaker 3: bad dude.
- 30:19Speaker 1: So yeah, that's a good question. I never thought about it,
- 30:21Speaker 1: but now that you think about it, I don't think
- 30:22Speaker 1: I wear a jersey of a current player.
- 30:24Speaker 3: Yea, I don't think I'm gonna do it.
- 30:25Speaker 1: You're not going to do it if you could order
- 30:27Speaker 1: one and just get like a number one, a number zero,
- 30:32Speaker 1: a number ninety, whatever. You could put a number on
- 30:33Speaker 1: with no name. It doesn't matter. I feel like, let's
- 30:35Speaker 1: look a little lame.
- 30:36Speaker 3: What do you think about your last name on it?
- 30:39Speaker 3: Your last name? I don't mind that. Have a ton
- 30:41Speaker 3: like that people have giving me. Yeah, if I were
- 30:42Speaker 3: going to wear a jersey, that's what I would wear.
- 30:45Speaker 1: I would wear one with my name on it. Maybe
- 30:47Speaker 1: that's what you do, Mike, and most of mine don't
- 30:48Speaker 1: say if I buy it, it doesn't say my last
- 30:50Speaker 1: name is Bobby.
- 30:51Speaker 3: On it, right, Yeah, I just have the ones people
- 30:54Speaker 3: given me and it says Garcia on it, which is
- 30:57Speaker 3: weird because if it makes it makes me feel like
- 30:59Speaker 3: people full see me and they think that I'm trying
- 31:02Speaker 3: to be a player, you know what I mean. Like
- 31:04Speaker 3: it's like, why would he have his own because I
- 31:06Speaker 3: don't know a number?
- 31:07Speaker 1: When you go golfing and you're in like the gear,
- 31:09Speaker 1: like oh you're a professional.
- 31:10Speaker 3: Yeah yeah yeah yeah, Like would remember the the Puma
- 31:14Speaker 3: stuff that we got that's not just regular regular Puma
- 31:17Speaker 3: stuff that we got. It was from Team Puma, which
- 31:20Speaker 3: had logos that not every Puma sure that you buy
- 31:23Speaker 3: a Dick sporting is.
- 31:24Speaker 1: Good, but nobody knew that. I didn't know that.
- 31:26Speaker 3: No, you can tell that, but I didn't know that
- 31:28Speaker 3: we look like legit golfers when we wear that.
- 31:30Speaker 1: We did not, so okay, So I had to deal
- 31:32Speaker 1: with Puma because they gave me clubs or clothes, you know,
- 31:35Speaker 1: all kinds of stuff. And so I was like, Eddie
- 31:38Speaker 1: takes some of the stuff because it was like boxes
- 31:39Speaker 1: and boxes of it, and it was like, some of
- 31:40Speaker 1: the stuff is like for the pros and I didn't.
- 31:42Speaker 1: I didn't know that. But it's the same. You can
- 31:44Speaker 1: probably bought it anyway.
- 31:46Speaker 3: No way, It's got logos on there that you just
- 31:47Speaker 3: don't see the regular guy wearing. But I wouldn't. I
- 31:49Speaker 3: wouldn't know the difference, and then people probably look at
- 31:51Speaker 3: us being like, oh, he's got a pros.
- 31:53Speaker 1: Now. The only time I think that factors in is
- 31:55Speaker 1: if you're wearing golf spikes at a golf tournament. That's
- 32:00Speaker 1: the only time I'm like, all right, you're kind of
- 32:03Speaker 1: a goober, because golf definitely has a if you're on
- 32:06Speaker 1: the course a dress code. Yeah, oh yeah, so I
- 32:08Speaker 1: don't mind you looking like a golfer dressing like a
- 32:10Speaker 1: golfer if you're just watching golf, because golf kind has
- 32:12Speaker 1: a dress code on the course. If you're wearing golf
- 32:15Speaker 1: shoes and you're only watching, that's weird.
- 32:19Speaker 3: That just in case they call me up.
- 32:23Speaker 1: If you're an adult and you go to a baseball
- 32:26Speaker 1: game with a glove, oh with no kid, with no kid,
- 32:30Speaker 1: If you go with the kid in the kids kid's
- 32:32Speaker 1: glove and you were both taking your glove because you
- 32:34Speaker 1: want to be with your selling, you know, that's fine.
- 32:36Speaker 1: That's bonding. If you're going to a baseball game and
- 32:39Speaker 1: you're an adult and you're taking a glove and there
- 32:41Speaker 1: are no kids with you, that's lame, man.
- 32:43Speaker 3: But what just went to the Arizona Diamondbacks game and
- 32:46Speaker 3: I thought to myself, what am I and we do?
- 32:48Speaker 3: We were in prime foul territory perfect, you know, like
- 32:52Speaker 3: fourteen rows back right behind the net.
- 32:54Speaker 1: This is it.
- 32:54Speaker 3: If there's a riety up there, I'm going to get something.
- 32:57Speaker 3: And nothing came my way. But I started, I think
- 32:59Speaker 3: thought the whole like, what am I gonna do? Am
- 33:01Speaker 3: I gonna use my hat u a bare hand? I
- 33:04Speaker 3: wouldn't because I don't care enough about a ball.
- 33:06Speaker 1: But if you're an adult man, you reach up with
- 33:07Speaker 1: your bare hand and you grab it, because I've seen
- 33:09Speaker 1: many adult men reach up and catch them.
- 33:10Speaker 7: Yeah, we just saw a white Sox and Rangers. I thought,
- 33:12Speaker 7: I dude catch it with his bare hand, just like.
- 33:14Speaker 5: No problem, that's an animal.
- 33:16Speaker 3: I will not even try that because to catch a
- 33:19Speaker 3: foul ball it's gonna.
- 33:20Speaker 1: Hurt from a random player, is not worth breaking a finger. Yeah,
- 33:24Speaker 1: because if you don't catch it right in the palm,
- 33:25Speaker 1: first of all's pregnant. It's probably gonna bruise your palm, probably,
- 33:29Speaker 1: And if you don't catch it exactly right, you could
- 33:31Speaker 1: break a finger if you're trying to make that the
- 33:33Speaker 1: claw shape with your hand to kind of catch it,
- 33:35Speaker 1: and you're off by just a little and it hits
- 33:37Speaker 1: you know, a football hit.
- 33:38Speaker 3: Your fingertip and it jams your finger.
- 33:40Speaker 1: Yeah, a baseball coming that fast, especially if it was
- 33:42Speaker 1: if it's not any so even, but even a pop
- 33:44Speaker 1: fly coming straight down, it's gonna hurt.
- 33:46Speaker 3: Well, that's really what we were dealing with because it
- 33:47Speaker 3: wasn't gonna be a straight ball because of the net.
- 33:49Speaker 3: The net was there, man, But there was one I
- 33:52Speaker 3: saw that went up to the second deck and it's crazy.
- 33:54Speaker 3: The guy it looked like he was gonna get it,
- 33:56Speaker 3: and then it hit the seat and went all the
- 33:58Speaker 3: way back down and you gotta be like, oh, that
- 34:00Speaker 3: was so so close.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not even trying.
- 34:02Speaker 3: I would duck.
- 34:03Speaker 1: The only way I wouldn't duck is if like a
- 34:05Speaker 1: line drive were coming at Caitlin, then I would try
- 34:09Speaker 1: to stop it.
- 34:09Speaker 3: But I would not to stick my hand out. I
- 34:11Speaker 3: would probably try to stick my whole body.
- 34:12Speaker 1: In Secret Service style, yep, because I think I would.
- 34:16Speaker 1: I could possibly misjudge it with my hand and it
- 34:18Speaker 1: would still hit her. Yeah, I put my hand up
- 34:21Speaker 1: and I miss if that thing's cutting curving. If it
- 34:26Speaker 1: hits her, like it can protect me.
- 34:28Speaker 3: Dude, you'd be hailed a hero if you like just
- 34:31Speaker 3: dove and blocked her, you'd be on center. Diving would
- 34:34Speaker 3: look kind of lame if I'm diving like a Secret
- 34:36Speaker 3: Service or you dive and it doesn't even come close
- 34:38Speaker 3: to you. Guys.
- 34:39Speaker 1: See, that also is a risk. But I think I
- 34:42Speaker 1: may just take her and kind of like move her
- 34:45Speaker 1: a little mover and get just try to get in
- 34:47Speaker 1: front of her, because I wouldn't mind taking that shot.
- 34:50Speaker 1: But I don't think I'm ever gonna wear a player jersey.
- 34:52Speaker 3: That's current.
- 34:55Speaker 1: I don't think I was anyway, but now I for
- 34:57Speaker 1: sure won't. Just I'm never going to be an adult.
- 35:00Speaker 1: Well you need to order because cowboys need all that
- 35:01Speaker 1: money for that new dbat contract.
- 35:02Speaker 3: I know you need to make that up.
- 35:04Speaker 1: I'm never gonna be an adult and wear a glove
- 35:05Speaker 1: with no kid, and I'm never gonna wear golf shoes
- 35:09Speaker 1: to watch golf if I'm not playing golf.
- 35:13Speaker 3: Yeah, that's that One's dumb. That's the dumbest thing I
- 35:16Speaker 3: ever heard. But you know what, if you ever have kids, bones,
- 35:18Speaker 3: you're gonna get caught when you're gonna be like your
- 35:20Speaker 3: kids are gonna go to the bathroom and you're gonna
- 35:21Speaker 3: be there with your glove, and they're gonna see you
- 35:22Speaker 3: and be like the bobby there with a glove. I
- 35:24Speaker 3: don't care.
- 35:24Speaker 1: I'll be like, wait a minute, my kids back. In
- 35:26Speaker 1: a second, I thought i'd be hearing a hold on.
- 35:28Speaker 3: It's hold on.
- 35:29Speaker 1: How'd you feel about the that contract highest paid player?
- 35:33Speaker 3: First thing I thought, I was like, all right, he
- 35:35Speaker 3: better deserve it. Well, if you mean earn it, because
- 35:38Speaker 3: I earn it. That's what I mean. Okay, it's just tough,
- 35:40Speaker 3: and I don't know.
- 35:41Speaker 1: That he deserves it. But they never pay these quarterbacks
- 35:44Speaker 1: on what they deserve. They always paid on what. It's
- 35:46Speaker 1: always a what we think we're going to get out
- 35:48Speaker 1: of them.
- 35:48Speaker 3: So first thing, I never really understand the business of it.
- 35:51Speaker 3: And look at a contract, they say highest paid, what's guaranteed?
- 35:54Speaker 5: What's not guaranteed? How do what kind of bonus? In sentences?
- 36:00Speaker 1: What is the incentives?
- 36:01Speaker 3: Incentives are in there? I just don't understand that part
- 36:03Speaker 3: of the game. So I see that.
- 36:06Speaker 1: Can you pull this contract, Mike, whatever you see and
- 36:08Speaker 1: read me? Because I know it's sixty million a year,
- 36:10Speaker 1: but read I know it's four years, two hundred and forty.
- 36:13Speaker 1: But will you read if there are any of those
- 36:14Speaker 1: that Eddie's mentioned that have been announced in sentences?
- 36:17Speaker 3: No incentives. So I see that and I'm like, wow,
- 36:21Speaker 3: this is crazy. The highest paid. But then I think, like, okay,
- 36:24Speaker 3: it's the highest paid right now, he gets paid whatever
- 36:27Speaker 3: sixty million, but they could drop him whenever they want.
- 36:31Speaker 1: Correct A lot of it's guaranteed.
- 36:34Speaker 5: Oh, it is a lot guaranteed.
- 36:35Speaker 3: Because I look at the z contract a few years ago,
- 36:38Speaker 3: like it was the biggest contract and running backs ever gotten.
- 36:41Speaker 3: What do they do?
- 36:41Speaker 5: They keep him for a couple of years and they
- 36:43Speaker 5: let him go.
- 36:44Speaker 3: So there's just a lot of dead cap too if
- 36:45Speaker 3: you do that, which means you might as well have
- 36:47Speaker 3: paid him.
- 36:47Speaker 1: Oh they lock it up like you're not paying him it. Again,
- 36:51Speaker 1: a lot of different ways to break down a contract,
- 36:53Speaker 1: but heavy signing bonus up front, they have to joke.
- 36:57Speaker 1: They have to move the money around in order to
- 36:58Speaker 1: make the salary cap work in diff ways. But also
- 37:01Speaker 1: there are times where let's say they do cut somebody,
- 37:03Speaker 1: but there's there's also going to be a bunch of
- 37:05Speaker 1: dead cap even though they're not paying it, they can't
- 37:06Speaker 1: use it somewhere else, So there is it's not like
- 37:10Speaker 1: they're cutting someone to get that money to sign somebody else. Yeah,
- 37:15Speaker 1: like the Cardinals when they tanked, they part of their
- 37:18Speaker 1: deal was even when they traded like Hopkins really close
- 37:21Speaker 1: to the season, they had a bunch of dead but
- 37:24Speaker 1: they were trying to create so much dead cap that
- 37:26Speaker 1: they weren't allowed to spend money. It's still counted as
- 37:28Speaker 1: spent money because teams have to spend a certain amount
- 37:31Speaker 1: of money every year, like that's the rule. You can't
- 37:33Speaker 1: go like this year only and to spend ten whole
- 37:35Speaker 1: million dollars. There's a minimum what they have to spend.
- 37:38Speaker 1: So if Michael pull up the terms, if they've announced it,
- 37:41Speaker 1: what do you see.
- 37:41Speaker 7: I don't see any incentives. Like Eddie was talking about,
- 37:44Speaker 7: we had two forty two thirty one guaranteed eighty millions
- 37:47Speaker 7: signing bonus.
- 37:49Speaker 1: So he's getting two thirty one guaranteed, Yeah, over four years, amazing.
- 37:51Speaker 1: So the nine million is probably coming in years three
- 37:54Speaker 1: and four split four point four point five, and I'm
- 37:57Speaker 1: just guessing that's what it is, or it could be
- 37:58Speaker 1: two point three year good for him, but so your thoughts, it.
- 38:03Speaker 3: Just it sucks because it just feels like, you know,
- 38:06Speaker 3: what we liked about Tom Brady was he would take
- 38:08Speaker 3: pay cuts so that the team would have enough money
- 38:11Speaker 3: to play to pay other players, and then you can
- 38:13Speaker 3: surround yourself by good people do. With CDs contract and
- 38:16Speaker 3: Dak's contract, what are we gonna have left?
- 38:19Speaker 1: But Tom Brady did one wasn't normal. You've seen Mahomes
- 38:24Speaker 1: restructure his deal as well, maybe a couple of times
- 38:27Speaker 1: now too. Brady had already won championships as well, and
- 38:30Speaker 1: Brady already had his money right he was meeting, he
- 38:33Speaker 1: was doing that, and he had been only long enough
- 38:34Speaker 1: that he had his money, but he didn't want But
- 38:36Speaker 1: that was a number one to him, was to win championship.
- 38:40Speaker 1: We don't know that that's Dak's a number one. Dax's
- 38:42Speaker 1: literally maybe to have security for his family, his kids, family.
- 38:46Speaker 3: But I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about us
- 38:47Speaker 3: as a fan as they don't get right, you know,
- 38:50Speaker 3: like they don't care. But it's just as a fan,
- 38:52Speaker 3: it kind of hurts a little bit because we know
- 38:55Speaker 3: that we can't get other players now.
- 38:58Speaker 1: But that can also be the team's fault. I don't know,
- 39:00Speaker 1: I blame Dak. I'm not gonna blame anybody for getting
- 39:01Speaker 1: their money.
- 39:02Speaker 3: No, no, no, ever.
- 39:03Speaker 1: But the team could have signed him a year earlier
- 39:05Speaker 1: and saved ten million bucks so another I mean three
- 39:10Speaker 1: four million bucks a year and use that to get
- 39:16Speaker 1: other players. I mean it's the team's fault too for
- 39:18Speaker 1: not offering that could deal.
- 39:19Speaker 3: Now, I'm not blaming Dak. I'm just you know, you
- 39:21Speaker 3: asked me what I thought.
- 39:22Speaker 1: Well, you do said when Tom Brady gave up money,
- 39:24Speaker 1: So that is blaming Dak.
- 39:25Speaker 3: I don't expect Dak or anyone else to do that.
- 39:27Speaker 3: That's what was special about Tom Brady. He really, you know,
- 39:30Speaker 3: he would do that to win, and I just thought
- 39:32Speaker 3: he didn't do it at first. I didn't. He did
- 39:33Speaker 3: it once he was older and had a lot of
- 39:35Speaker 3: money and he could do that. I remember why I'm
- 39:37Speaker 3: sticking up for Dak so much. But well, you're comparing
- 39:39Speaker 3: them Tom Brady. It's just not a fair analogy. And
- 39:41Speaker 3: it's just the highest paid quarterback in the NFL and
- 39:42Speaker 3: your highest paid player want to be the highest paid
- 39:44Speaker 3: as one hundred percent right.
- 39:47Speaker 1: I love not just you, but everybody always wants to
- 39:49Speaker 1: spend or tell other people when and how to get
- 39:51Speaker 1: their money and what they should do with their money.
- 39:54Speaker 1: And I'm not just saying this about you, but even
- 39:56Speaker 1: the Wilie. What Tom Brady used to do with the teams,
- 40:00Speaker 1: with the players, it's it's absolutely a business to us.
- 40:03Speaker 1: It's not it's personal. It's very personal because it's our team.
- 40:05Speaker 3: Right with them, it is a business.
- 40:07Speaker 5: It's they're looking at their future.
- 40:09Speaker 1: And you get the most you can. When with Brady,
- 40:12Speaker 1: he'd already won championships, and he also knew that his
- 40:14Speaker 1: business was being a champion.
- 40:15Speaker 3: He coldre more championships. That's way more money.
- 40:16Speaker 1: Later on, Yeah, why do you think it's a three
- 40:18Speaker 1: hundred million dollars deal with Fox? Because he won seven
- 40:20Speaker 1: Super Bowls?
- 40:21Speaker 3: Three hundred million dollars deal, That's that's why he signed.
- 40:23Speaker 3: How long is he going to be doing this? I
- 40:26Speaker 3: don't know.
- 40:27Speaker 1: I don't know what his contract was. They were a
- 40:29Speaker 1: roastone today. Again, I looked again. We took a little
- 40:31Speaker 1: break a minute ago. I looked again and it was
- 40:33Speaker 1: non stop rose Fest.
- 40:34Speaker 3: Ten years, ten years on the mic? How much was
- 40:38Speaker 3: the three hundred and seventy five million dollars? See, if
- 40:42Speaker 3: you give it some of that up, you can get
- 40:43Speaker 3: out of the badcaster, other broadcasters that are better than him. Yeah,
- 40:47Speaker 3: you can have them in there with them.
- 40:49Speaker 1: You think the quarterback will throw more than three hundred
- 40:51Speaker 1: yards that specific quarterback? Do you think the running back
- 40:54Speaker 1: from Philly will have less than one hundred yards rushing?
- 40:56Speaker 1: How about the receiver in Miami grabbing a touchdown? Put

- 42:23Speaker 1: How much did you watch NFL wise?
- 42:25Speaker 2: Oh?
- 42:25Speaker 3: I the only game I watched watch was the Cowboys
- 42:28Speaker 3: game because we were trying to catch a flight for
- 42:31Speaker 3: the noon games. So I was driving to the airport
- 42:35Speaker 3: listening to noon games. So I put it on red
- 42:37Speaker 3: Zone kind of in my car while all my kids,
- 42:39Speaker 3: my family were in there. And dude, trying to listen
- 42:42Speaker 3: to NFL Red Zone is hard. You think watching is tough,
- 42:45Speaker 3: listening is impossible. We had no idea what games they
- 42:48Speaker 3: were talking about, so I listened for about forty five
- 42:50Speaker 3: minutes while we drove to the airport, and then I
- 42:52Speaker 3: had it on my phone just kind of watching back
- 42:54Speaker 3: and forth. But I never really got to watch a
- 42:56Speaker 3: game until Cowboys and then the Sunday night game. I
- 42:59Speaker 3: watched all that the Lions, Rams, Lions Rams. Great game thoughts, Uh,
- 43:06Speaker 3: awesome game. I feel like, uh the Rams, they I
- 43:11Speaker 3: mean they had that game. I think I think they
- 43:13Speaker 3: were I mean I really thought they were gonna win
- 43:15Speaker 3: that game. Uh. It really it hurt to watch that
- 43:20Speaker 3: offensive lineman go against Hutchinson because like once their their
- 43:25Speaker 3: starter went out, dude, they were just buwling that lineman. Yeah.
- 43:28Speaker 1: The Rams also had like five six defensive players not
- 43:34Speaker 1: able to play.
- 43:35Speaker 3: Yeah, like they were depleted on defense. I know they
- 43:37Speaker 3: had rookie cornerbacks at one point and that's no good.
- 43:39Speaker 3: And I was watching them against James and Williams and
- 43:42Speaker 3: that wasn't even a mile or I'll say brown James
- 43:43Speaker 3: Willims just toasting them. I mean that one long touchdown
- 43:47Speaker 3: was just James Williams. They're gone. Without all that, I
- 43:49Speaker 3: think the Rams could have won that game. I think
- 43:50Speaker 3: there pretty good this year. Yeah, thanks, Stafford's gonna be
- 43:53Speaker 3: pretty good this year. I'll walk you through a couple
- 43:55Speaker 3: of these. And since you were you had your dad's funeral,
- 43:57Speaker 3: so we give you a pass. Thank you, and that
- 43:59Speaker 3: that was mainly Saturday, which man, I didn't watch any
- 44:02Speaker 3: college and I felt so left out because I placed
- 44:04Speaker 3: all my bests before we left on college at all.
- 44:07Speaker 3: On College, I put like five parlays I did I
- 44:10Speaker 3: did you know, ten bucks on Notre Dame. I did
- 44:12Speaker 3: ten bucks on Alabama to cover I don't think I
- 44:15Speaker 3: want one bet. But I didn't watch it, so it
- 44:16Speaker 3: really didn't hurt, you know, like I wasn't watching myself
- 44:21Speaker 3: lose the money.
- 44:21Speaker 1: Yeah, the pain isn't stabbing, it's just oh man, that's
- 44:24Speaker 1: so yeah. The stabbing suck. The stabbing sucked for me.
- 44:27Speaker 1: Whenever the Titans ended up blowing that Bears game because
- 44:29Speaker 1: I bet a ton oh and I bet on the
- 44:32Speaker 1: Titans money line and Titans plus four, I was like,
- 44:35Speaker 1: this is over and it was. And I think Kayleb
- 44:39Speaker 1: Williams half like one yard passing, but he won the
- 44:43Speaker 1: game and he celebrated. He did, and I would have
- 44:45Speaker 1: celebrated too. Will Love sucked, yeah, and well it looked
- 44:49Speaker 1: like with will Evis. It wasn't a bo Nicks kind
- 44:53Speaker 1: of sucked where you could really see some flashes with
- 44:55Speaker 1: bon Neecks. I think bon Nick is gonna be good.
- 44:57Speaker 1: It was a there's no hope here. It was a
- 44:59Speaker 1: Dani Jones kind of suck. He just has bigger muscles. Like,
- 45:04Speaker 1: the only thing about will Levis he's ripped is that
- 45:06Speaker 1: he just has big muscles.
- 45:07Speaker 5: It looks like a cartoon character.
- 45:08Speaker 1: When he runs, you worry, You don't worry. He's gonna
- 45:11Speaker 1: break in half. But he's not good, and I don't
- 45:13Speaker 1: really see how it can be good.
- 45:14Speaker 3: How did Tony Pollard do? I mean really good?
- 45:18Speaker 1: I bet on him. I bet fifty bucks to him
- 45:19Speaker 1: to score the first touchdown he did.
- 45:20Speaker 3: There we go.
- 45:21Speaker 1: I'm won like five hundred bucks, all right that one. Yeah,
- 45:24Speaker 1: Paul looks solid, So I'll I'll give you a couple
- 45:27Speaker 1: thoughts on each game. Do you watch Packer the Eagles Packers?
- 45:29Speaker 1: That was a Friday night game.
- 45:30Speaker 3: I'll watch half of that second half. Saquon looked really good.
- 45:33Speaker 5: Yeah, it was weird to see him in Eagles jersey,
- 45:37Speaker 5: but he looked good.
- 45:38Speaker 1: Jordan Love mcl injury. I did say see a few
- 45:40Speaker 1: minutes ago that they have contacted our boy here, Tannehill.
- 45:46Speaker 3: No word yet. Who's the backup in Green Bay? Do
- 45:48Speaker 3: you know Milke Willis? They just tried to come from here.
- 45:51Speaker 3: It will be hilarious. Is I think Green Bay plays
- 45:55Speaker 3: the Titans coming up? Is that?
- 45:57Speaker 1: That might even be next week? Mike me, look, how
- 46:00Speaker 1: about that Malik Willis comes back. If he's the starter
- 46:02Speaker 1: to play the Titans, the team that just traded him
- 46:04Speaker 1: as cool and will Levis, it might be next week?
- 46:07Speaker 7: Yeah, twenty second?
- 46:08Speaker 3: Oh boy about that? Uh Steelers falcons Cousin through a
- 46:12Speaker 3: couple bad picks.
- 46:13Speaker 1: He he obviously is coming out to rehab mode. So
- 46:18Speaker 1: I'm not gonna hold it against Kirk Cousins.
- 46:19Speaker 5: Justin fields played right.
- 46:21Speaker 1: Yeah, Russell Wis was a light scratch and and in
- 46:22Speaker 1: the most goober Russell Wilson way.
- 46:24Speaker 5: He wore pads the whole.
- 46:25Speaker 1: Time, even though he was even though he wasn't going
- 46:28Speaker 1: to get in the game, there was no chance he
- 46:30Speaker 1: was going to get in the game, and he still
- 46:31Speaker 1: wore pad It was such a good and I don't
- 46:33Speaker 1: know if I would have thought it was a goober thing,
- 46:34Speaker 1: if I didn't already think he was a goober by
- 46:35Speaker 1: everybody telling me he's a goober, showing me the goober
- 46:37Speaker 1: things he does.
- 46:38Speaker 3: I'm righty Cooch, I'm still ready right.
- 46:40Speaker 1: But they kicked six field goals and won the game. Wow,
- 46:43Speaker 1: Steelers did they won?
- 46:45Speaker 3: Eighteen ten?
- 46:46Speaker 5: Not one touchdown?
- 46:47Speaker 1: Falcons did they threw Pittscott touchdown?
- 46:50Speaker 3: Your boy, Kyle Pitts. Does he look better this year?
- 46:53Speaker 1: Well? Yeah, he did catch a touchdowns that was pretty good,
- 46:56Speaker 1: but the Falcons struggled yesterday.
- 46:58Speaker 3: Just in general, banking on him for years.
- 47:00Speaker 1: Bill's thirty four Cardinals twenty eight. Yes, Josh Allen had
- 47:03Speaker 1: four total touchdowns. The Cardinals scored a lot of points.
- 47:06Speaker 1: Marvin Harrison didn't really put up number. Marvin Harrison could
- 47:08Speaker 1: have won the game at the end. He was wide opening.
- 47:10Speaker 1: Caylin Murray didn't see him. Oh, Calin Murray looked pretty good.
- 47:14Speaker 3: Yeah, I saw some runs that he made that were
- 47:15Speaker 3: really good. Dude, these so little, He's so little. And
- 47:18Speaker 3: here's the thing about Josh Allen, like I feel like
- 47:20Speaker 3: he's so worried that they're not going to be good,
- 47:23Speaker 3: that he has to do everything himself. And the clips
- 47:26Speaker 3: that I saw, you know, is just like he's, dude,
- 47:28Speaker 3: he's doing too much as a quarterback.
- 47:29Speaker 1: I think that's always what he does.
- 47:31Speaker 3: But it's like, man, I can hear it and I
- 47:33Speaker 3: don't know NFL has done something with the sound where
- 47:35Speaker 3: it just sounds good this year, Like you hear all that,
- 47:39Speaker 3: you can hear them when they get hit going oh,
- 47:42Speaker 3: like I'd never heard that before. It was amazing. And
- 47:45Speaker 3: every time he gets hit.
- 47:46Speaker 1: He go oh. Bears twenty four Titans seventeen. Bears outscored
- 47:50Speaker 1: the Titans twenty four zero after being down seventeen zero.
- 47:53Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 47:54Speaker 1: Bengals Patriots, Patriots won sixteen to ten.
- 47:57Speaker 5: Unbelievable, It is unbelievable.
- 47:58Speaker 3: Good for Kevin, but whatever. Texans twenty nine, Colts twenty seven.
- 48:02Speaker 5: Richardson looks good.
- 48:03Speaker 3: He did, and he made a couple just chunks, like
- 48:07Speaker 3: rolling chunk. Richardon did look good. Accuracy looked good on
- 48:10Speaker 3: that point conversion too. At the end, he just ran
- 48:13Speaker 3: through the guy. There was nobody open. He's like got
- 48:16Speaker 3: to make a play and his size paid off. He
- 48:18Speaker 3: lowered his head and ran through him.
- 48:20Speaker 1: Texans did win. Colts did look good again. Joe Mixing
- 48:23Speaker 1: thirty carries one hundred and sixty yards straw with two touchdowns,
- 48:26Speaker 1: but not a big passing number if I remember correctly,
- 48:29Speaker 1: But he didn't.
- 48:30Speaker 3: Have to like they're run, they're running the ball all
- 48:32Speaker 3: over the Colts. Dolphins twenty Jaguar seventeen.
- 48:35Speaker 1: Both looked good. Jaguars quick up up, Dolphins came back,
- 48:39Speaker 1: kicked field goal to win it. Saints forty seven, Panthers ten.
- 48:42Speaker 1: It was over from the beginning. I believe at one
- 48:43Speaker 1: point it was thirty to three. Was it Carol Young
- 48:46Speaker 1: in first pass?
- 48:47Speaker 3: Was that seventh reception? I saw that I heard I
- 48:50Speaker 3: heard it in the car.
- 48:51Speaker 1: Not only that that Carolyn. Offensive line was terrible again,
- 48:55Speaker 1: that's what they need. Bryce Young had no time, but
- 48:57Speaker 1: also didn't look good. It was. It was bad.
- 49:00Speaker 3: I'm not giving up hope that they'll be a little
- 49:02Speaker 3: better this year, but this was not the game. So
- 49:04Speaker 3: Saints look better than you think, or just playing the
- 49:06Speaker 3: car the Panthers.
- 49:08Speaker 1: Dude, it was so over, so quick. I don't know.
- 49:11Speaker 3: Car looked good and then Carr played.
- 49:14Speaker 1: I don't have a statue in front of me, but
- 49:15Speaker 1: I think car ended up passing for a ton of yards.
- 49:17Speaker 1: But how do you not?
- 49:19Speaker 3: I mean, the defense is so deflated, the offense can't score.
- 49:23Speaker 1: Vikings meet the Giant Sam Darnold two touchdowns went pretend
- 49:26Speaker 1: to start the game. Chargers twenty two, Raiders ten Domins
- 49:30Speaker 1: had a bunch of rush yards and that's also Hardball's
- 49:32Speaker 1: first win. Seahawks twenty six, Broncos twenty. Kenneth Walker had
- 49:36Speaker 1: over one hundred yard rushing.
- 49:37Speaker 3: I believe you have him in fantasy. I did. That's
- 49:39Speaker 3: why I knew that. Well, you knew that's.
- 49:42Speaker 1: And then I watched bo Nicks had a couple of interceptions.
- 49:44Speaker 1: But there's a promise there, and Seahawk's gonna be good.
- 49:46Speaker 1: The Broncos didn't lose by much. Cowboys thirty three, Round seventeen,
- 49:49Speaker 1: We did that, Bucks thirty seven, Commanders twenty.
- 49:51Speaker 3: Baker through four touchdowns. Wow, Baker Mayfield and you guy's good.
- 49:57Speaker 3: I'm not bad, but okay, he hasn't I mean, no,
- 50:01Speaker 3: the same, still the same. Yeah, I know he ignored
- 50:03Speaker 3: me and that's not that he left me on red.
- 50:06Speaker 3: So not that pressing it type sounds college wise.
- 50:09Speaker 1: I give you a few headlines here. Michigan got whooped
- 50:12Speaker 1: by Texas from the very beginning. Yeah different, it was
- 50:14Speaker 1: game on, game on over just big time. Penn State
- 50:19Speaker 1: barely beat Bowling Green thirty four to twenty seven. Really,
- 50:22Speaker 1: I don't want two overtime markets. All loss is terrible.
- 50:24Speaker 1: George Wap Tennessee Tech. This was in a game Notre Dame.
- 50:27Speaker 1: I'm losing to Northern Illinois, which he played the call earlier.
- 50:29Speaker 1: Is crazy that I wasn't even watching. I was just
- 50:32Speaker 1: checking the score. It was like, no way this will last,
- 50:35Speaker 1: No way, this will last, no way.
- 50:37Speaker 3: Oh my god, they're gonna keep the plug goal, They're
- 50:38Speaker 3: gonna make th Oh my, it is over. I got
- 50:40Speaker 3: back to the hotel, turned the TV on. The first
- 50:42Speaker 3: thing I saw was Northern Illinois celebrating. I'm like, what
- 50:44Speaker 3: what are they celebrating for?
- 50:46Speaker 1: Cam Rise and got hurt in the Utah game? Oh no,
- 50:48Speaker 1: they beat Baylor twenty three twelve. They say it's not
- 50:50Speaker 1: gonna be a serious injury. All miss what MTSU mital Tennessee.
- 50:54Speaker 1: Alabama beat Southern Florida forty two to sixteen.
- 50:56Speaker 3: But it was not Yeah, that all came later at
- 50:59Speaker 3: the end. I think they scored twenty in the fourth quarter.
- 51:03Speaker 3: That game is not with the score show.
- 51:05Speaker 5: I saw. It was really close at the half.
- 51:06Speaker 1: Missouri will Buffalo, Ohio State b Western Michigan. Like those
- 51:09Speaker 1: aren't games. Tennessee had a game because they were in
- 51:11Speaker 1: a neutral site playing North Carolina State, Tennessee was fourteen.
- 51:14Speaker 3: North Constate was twenty four. Tennessee they just whopped him
- 51:16Speaker 3: fifty one to ten.
- 51:18Speaker 1: Over is over it.
- 51:19Speaker 3: It was like men and boys playing each other.
- 51:21Speaker 1: Oregon barely beats Boise State, which we talked about, and
- 51:23Speaker 1: Kansas lost to Illinois twenty three seventeen and yeah, that
- 51:27Speaker 1: kind of stuff because we were rooting for coach. Yeah,
- 51:30Speaker 1: so Red, did you get to watch any well, not
- 51:32Speaker 1: get did you watch any football? Doll?
- 51:34Speaker 4: I was pretty much driving the entire time, but I
- 51:36Speaker 4: did have it on It was probably it was probably
- 51:38Speaker 4: illegal to do, but I did have it.
- 51:40Speaker 3: On my phone. That's what Eddie did. Yeah, but he
- 51:41Speaker 3: had kids in the car, so his work they were
- 51:43Speaker 3: watching it.
- 51:44Speaker 4: I it okay, Hey yeah, hey yeah go. I did
- 51:47Speaker 4: a little bit of the Packers game. I mainly just
- 51:49Speaker 4: watched stuff to keep up with my fantasy.
- 51:51Speaker 3: A little bit. You know, how'd you do?
- 51:53Speaker 1: I won?
- 51:54Speaker 3: Could you beat? I did pretty good? Adam Hamburg? Oh good? Yeah?
- 51:58Speaker 1: I stick got to Kevin pretty good? Yeah you did
- 52:01Speaker 1: that Head Stroud and Nico Collins? Yes, and you got
- 52:04Speaker 1: Kenneth Walker.
- 52:05Speaker 3: And who's that? Who's the King City?
- 52:07Speaker 5: U worthy?
- 52:09Speaker 3: Well, our commissioner, who's I can't believe you got him
- 52:12Speaker 3: so early. It wasn't even early. And I really expect
- 52:16Speaker 3: if I know it was earlier than I guess it
- 52:18Speaker 3: would have, he would have normally gone. But I was
- 52:20Speaker 3: ready to get him, like I really was right around
- 52:22Speaker 3: the time you got him.
- 52:23Speaker 1: Well, our our commission our dope commissioner sets the league
- 52:26Speaker 1: up and we're doing the draft during the first game,
- 52:29Speaker 1: so it's the chief it's a Chiefs and Ravens, and
- 52:33Speaker 1: Worthy had already scored two dude.
- 52:35Speaker 3: He looked awesome.
- 52:36Speaker 1: Maybe he had scored a touchdown, maybe even two. And
- 52:39Speaker 1: it was like, fifth round is my pick, and if
- 52:40Speaker 1: you draft him in your starting lineup, you get the
- 52:42Speaker 1: points for that first game.
- 52:43Speaker 3: So it was like I was gonna take him in
- 52:44Speaker 3: the six, six or seven times anyway.
- 52:46Speaker 1: As like a flex my homes and I was like,
- 52:50Speaker 1: screw it, I'll take the fourteen points and hopefully get
- 52:52Speaker 1: me a week one win. Like to me, I felt
- 52:54Speaker 1: like that was a I'm drafting for a win this week.
- 52:58Speaker 3: But it was sooner than I thought you.
- 53:00Speaker 1: I would have drafted on that soon had he not
- 53:02Speaker 1: scored maybe even two touchdowns already. Yeah, So but yeah,
- 53:06Speaker 1: oh good, Mike, did you win?
- 53:08Speaker 3: Bet?
- 53:09Speaker 7: You still has party tonight?
- 53:10Speaker 1: But I think O win.
- 53:11Speaker 3: What are you by?
- 53:12Speaker 7: I'm about like thirty point today?
- 53:14Speaker 3: Yeah, you went, Eddie. It depends on tonight. I have
- 53:18Speaker 3: Aaron Rodgers, I have yeah, Aaron Rodgers, and I have uh,
- 53:22Speaker 3: you must be down then, huh Williams. I'm down by forty.
- 53:28Speaker 3: I feel like I could cover that. And you have
- 53:29Speaker 3: Aaron Rodgers, yeah, in the receiver and Mike Williams. Mike Williams.
- 53:35Speaker 3: It just depends if they go off. It's my game
- 53:37Speaker 3: if they go Yeah, but it's going off. Is not
- 53:40Speaker 3: all I need?
- 53:40Speaker 1: All I need is twenty five and fifteen?
- 53:43Speaker 3: Yes, it's it. That's it.
- 53:45Speaker 5: And I feel like that what is it?
- 53:46Speaker 1: Second percentage to win?
- 53:47Speaker 3: Is I'm at thirty? At thirty, I'm at thirty percent Yeah.
- 53:51Speaker 1: Yeah, not that the percentage matters, but that those are
- 53:53Speaker 1: the odds based on that path.
- 53:55Speaker 3: Thirty is a good percentage, I feel with just two
- 53:59Speaker 3: guys left down by forty, come on, baby, but.
- 54:04Speaker 1: You're not probable.
- 54:05Speaker 3: I'm not probable. Yeah, but you know, no, dude, you
- 54:08Speaker 3: ever did all those project projections? I think out of
- 54:11Speaker 3: all my projections, I.
- 54:12Speaker 1: Say projections are different than when they do the percentages.
- 54:15Speaker 1: Those are two different things.
- 54:15Speaker 3: Projections are just making a guess how many points are
- 54:17Speaker 3: going to score.
- 54:18Speaker 5: But I think the probability is made because of the projections.
- 54:22Speaker 1: I think the probability is also made though, with how
- 54:24Speaker 1: many players you have left.
- 54:25Speaker 3: Yeah, that's also a factor. Is that Watson doing that?
- 54:29Speaker 1: Let's say, like the trade with IBMS. Yeah, I hate
- 54:32Speaker 1: that thing. All right, it's a good week.
- 54:36Speaker 3: It was good. It was good. I wish I would
- 54:38Speaker 3: have watched more. But next week, well you had a reason.
- 54:43Speaker 3: I know, my dad's funeral, but it was funny because
- 54:46Speaker 3: that wasn't funny. But and I got mad at my
- 54:48Speaker 3: kids for doing it. But I would, you know, we
- 54:51Speaker 3: had like a wake or whatever on Saturday where people would,
- 54:53Speaker 3: you know, come and visit our family, and there's a
- 54:56Speaker 3: lot of talking and visiting with people.
- 54:58Speaker 5: And I'd be talking to one of my dad's friends.
- 55:00Speaker 3: He'd be telling me a story and we're like, you know,
