- 0:16Speaker 1: Find a nice comfortable place to sit or lie down,
- 0:22maybe in your own bedroom or maybe on the sofa.
- 0:27Allow your eyes to gently close and focus on your breathing.
- 0:35Just let all your troubles just float away. So take
- 0:43a deep breath in through your nose and slowly and
- 0:50gently breathe out through your mouth. Again, take another deep
- 1:00breath in and slowly and gently breathe out. One last time,
- 1:13deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe out. Now
- 1:25bring your breathing back to its normal rhythm and just relax,
- 1:30letting all your thoughts just drift away. Now imagine yourself
- 1:43being in a wide open space. The sky is a
- 1:48beautiful blue with hardly any clowns at all, and the
- 1:52sun is at its highest, and the grass around you
- 1:57looks all velvety and soft. And as you walk along,
- 2:03you trip over a large tree route, which is hard
- 2:07really because there are no trees around you, they are
- 2:11only in the distance. You get back up and brush
- 2:16yourself down, and you notice something shining through the grass
- 2:23on the ground. It looks like there's a pulsating light
- 2:28underneath the grass.
- 2:30Speaker 2: How odd.
- 2:34Speaker 1: This light is pulsating so much it looks well almost alive,
- 2:42kind of how a beating heart might look. The shimmering
- 2:47light is actually a portal. Maybe it's a portal to
- 2:54another place in time and space. So you walk over
- 2:59to the light to take a look at it, and
- 3:04it's then that the light suddenly shoots upwards and you
- 3:08find yourself being pulled into it. It is a doorway
- 3:11to somewhere else.
- 3:13Speaker 3: How exciting.
- 3:16Speaker 1: You find yourself sliding down on an underground water slide,
- 3:22circling round and round, going faster and faster. This is
- 3:26really great fun. You can see lots of colors flashing
- 3:31past you, sparkling lights everywhere, wind blowing in your face,
- 3:38pushing your hair making it fly backwards. Then all of
- 3:43a sudden, you land on the ground with a big bump,
- 3:49and you find yourself outside of a really lovely little
- 3:53cottage with a big red door and a very shiny
- 3:56brass door knocker on it. You think that this little
- 4:01cottage must have a coal fire lit inside, because you
- 4:05can see smoke coming from the chimney. Oh how lovely.
- 4:11You take a look around you and you realize that
- 4:15you are in an underground world. In fact, it's a
- 4:20whole village deep underground there are houses and little shops.
- 4:28There are people going about their business. One of them
- 4:32even says good morning to you. You can even see
- 4:37children playing in the park across the street. And there
- 4:42are even odd, funny looking little cars driving along too.
- 4:47You've never seen cars like them before, very strange. Just
- 4:54as you're about to knock on the door, it opens,
- 4:57and standing before you is a very marry, posh, eccentric
- 5:02English gentleman. Well, I say gentleman, but he's really a
- 5:08very tall, slim hair with little round yellow spectacles perched
- 5:13on his nose. He is wearing a large green spotted
- 5:19bowt eye, and he has a very large pocket watch
- 5:22dangling from one of his pockets. He looks at you
- 5:27and he smiles, and he says, welcome to.
- 5:32Speaker 2: My humble abode, my dear friend. Let me introduce myself.
- 5:37I am Professor Harry Hopkins. How may I be of
- 5:42assistance to you today?
- 5:45Speaker 1: You smile back and you say hello. He invites you
- 5:50into his little house, which looks an awful lot bigger
- 5:54on the inside. He asks you if you would like
- 5:58a nice cup of tea while you chat. He takes
- 6:02you into his lovely sitting room, and then pops into
- 6:05the kitchen to make the tea. You take this opportunity
- 6:11to have a good look around his beautiful home and
- 6:14this beautiful room which is full of lovely old antiques.
- 6:21And you notice he has a lot of photographs in
- 6:24silver frames dotted all around the room, and they are
- 6:28all photos of him, photos of him climbing up a tree,
- 6:35photos of him riding his surfboard, and there are even
- 6:40photos of him looking very dapper reading his books. The
- 6:48professor returns to his sitting room pushing a beautiful ornate
- 6:52tea trolley on little wheels, which he stops next to
- 6:57his big, overstuffed chair, and he says.
- 7:00Speaker 2: Shall I pour the tea?
- 7:04Speaker 1: You see the trolley is full of cakes and sandwiches,
- 7:07and two rather lovely china cups and saucers too for
- 7:11your tea. He also has little china plates for the
- 7:15cakes and the sandwiches too, and you notice that there
- 7:20is a nice big cake covered with strawberry ice cream.
- 7:26The professor asks you to choose what you would like
- 7:29to eat, anything at all, he says, So sit and
- 7:34chat with the Professor Harry Hoppins for a little while
- 7:39and get to know him. Ask him questions about his
- 7:43life and what he does. See what he says?
- 8:03Speaker 4: Eighteen the second eighteen nineteen sec.
- 8:42Speaker 3: En eighteen.
- 9:34Speaker 1: After your little chat with the Professor, you ask him
- 9:38about the very large pocket watch he has dangling. He
- 9:44tells you that this pocket watch is very special. Indeed,
- 9:48it can take you on magical adventures. He tells you
- 9:53that the special pocket watch can take you anywhere that
- 9:57you want to go.
- 10:00Speaker 3: Shows you how.
- 10:02Speaker 1: First, he asks you where would you like to go?
- 10:07So you tell him so. To make the watch work,
- 10:12he turns the hands around three times. He then jumps
- 10:16and spins in the air, and he gives a little hop,
- 10:19oh dear, But then he hits his head on the
- 10:21roof because he jumps too high. With a puff of
- 10:27smoke and what feels like a mini whirlwind, you are
- 10:30transported to another place. You feel a bit dizzy because
- 10:34all of the spinning around, few, round and around. The
- 10:39Professor tells you to jump on his back so he
- 10:42can give you a piggyback ride. He then starts to
- 10:46move at a very fast pace. He doesn't walk. He
- 10:49hops at an incredible speed and an incredible height, and
- 10:54you find this utterly exhilarating. And so much fun. The
- 11:01professor is also like a mini whirlwind, but he is
- 11:06very very nice. The two of you arrive outside a
- 11:13very large mansion with amazing gardens, and this, the professor
- 11:20tells you, is Harry Hoppins' holiday home. It's where he
- 11:26himself likes to go on vacation, and he is so
- 11:30excited to show you his favorite place in the whole world,
- 11:36which he refers to it as a rather delightful place.
- 11:42There are some very large sculptures in these magnificent gardens.
- 11:48Rabbits and hares are dotted all over the place. There
- 11:53are also some large ones of very large dogs, because
- 11:57the Professor says that they are his favorite animal. The
- 12:04first thing that you see is a sparkling crystal escalator,
- 12:09and that takes you up to and inside this dazzling mansion.
- 12:15It takes you straight into a huge room with doorways
- 12:19on either side going back as far as the eye
- 12:22can see. You look up above you and you see
- 12:27a huge glass dome for a roof.
- 12:30Speaker 3: You can see the sky, You can see the.
- 12:33Speaker 1: Birds and the clouds.
- 12:34Speaker 3: It's fantastic.
- 12:38Speaker 1: This is a very special mansion. It's a place where
- 12:45each room takes you to a different magical land, even
- 12:50to different planets if you want to. There is a
- 12:54sign above each door saying what that land is. One
- 13:01sign says Land of the Pixies, another one says Land
- 13:07of the Prehistoric World, and yet another one saying Land
- 13:13of the Giant Mice. There is even a very strange
- 13:18sign saying Land of the Talking Furniture. Hmm, that might
- 13:24be worth a visit, or maybe there is somewhere else
- 13:29that you would like to go. With Harry Hoppins guiding you,
- 13:34the Professor now asks you to choose a room to
- 13:37go into. So you walk up and down, trying to
- 13:41decide to pick which one you would like to go
- 13:44into most. Finally you make your choice. You step through
- 13:54the door with Harry Hoppins to the room of your choice.
- 14:00Speaker 3: Go inside.
- 14:03Speaker 1: Where does it take you? Where do you want to go?
- 14:08Most of all, now spend some time exploring the land
- 14:16you have chosen to visit, and have some fun. See
- 14:21the sights, see the people, have fun with the professor,
- 14:28and most of all, bring back a souvenir from your trip.
- 15:07Speaker 5: See where did you go?
- 17:54Speaker 3: What did you say? Who did you meet?
- 18:03Speaker 1: Now it's time for you to return home. But first
- 18:08you must thank Harry Hopkins the Professor, for being such
- 18:12an excellent guide and very possibly your new best friend.
- 18:21You thank him for the really tasty cup of tea
- 18:24and the beautiful cake. You thought it was very enjoyable
- 18:28and tasty. So if you like, you can stay here
- 18:35as long as you want. You can continue exploring, having
- 18:42a good look around this underground village with the Professor
- 18:46as your guide.
- 18:48Speaker 3: That would be fun.
- 18:53Speaker 1: Now imagine yourself being back in the wide open space
- 18:58when you last began your adventure with Harry Hoppins. The
- 19:02sky is a beautiful blue, there's hardly any clouds at all,
- 19:07and the sun is at its highest, and the grass
- 19:10around you looks all velvety and soft. You notice the
- 19:16shimmering light in the distance again, and you really hope
- 19:19it's the magical portal that takes you to see Harry.
- 19:24You get closer and the light suddenly shoots upwards and
- 19:28you find yourself being pulled into it. It is the doorway.
- 19:31Oh my, here we go again. How exciting.
- 19:35Speaker 2: Wow.
- 19:37Speaker 1: You find yourself sliding down on the underground water slide,
- 19:41circling round and round, going faster and faster. Oh, this
- 19:45is really great fun. Lots of colors are flashing past you,
- 19:51sparkling lights everywhere. The wind blowing in your face makes
- 19:54your hair fly backwards. It feels so much fun. I
- 20:00had forgotten just how good this really does feel. All
- 20:04of a sudden, you'll land on the ground with a
- 20:07little bump, but not quite as big as the last time.
- 20:11He must be perfecting this heart of landing. You spart
- 20:19Harry's lovely little cottage with the big red door and
- 20:23very shiny brass doorknocker on it, and you're so excited
- 20:27to be back here again. And just as you're about
- 20:30to knock on the door, Harry opens it and throws
- 20:33his arms out to you and says, I.
- 20:35Speaker 2: Am so glad you came back to visit me. I
- 20:38have so much to share with you. Please come here,
- 20:41Please come in.
- 20:43Speaker 1: And he hushes you through into his lovely cottage. Harry
- 20:48tells you that you've arrived just in time. He tells
- 20:52you that he's been working on a new invention and
- 20:55he really would like to show it to you, so
- 20:58he takes you into an the room. It's a bit
- 21:01chaotic this room, the stuff everywhere on the floor, hanging
- 21:07on the walls, and you don't even know what all
- 21:10this stuff is, but it does look really interesting though.
- 21:16Harry takes you over to a very large bench and
- 21:19shows you what he's been working on, and it looks
- 21:24like a tiny bean bag. It's very squishy and soft.
- 21:30Harry tells you it is sleep machine, and you look
- 21:34at him and you wonder if he's just lost his marbles.
- 21:37There's no way anyone could fit on this tiny little
- 21:41bean bag and have a sleep. But Harry doesn't notice
- 21:45to look on your face. He just carries on explain
- 21:48to you what it is. As he listened to him,
- 21:51your eyes wander around the room looking at all of
- 21:55the other strange things, and you wonder what they are.
- 22:00When Harry stops talking, he sees you looking at all
- 22:03of his other inventions, so he offers to show you
- 22:05some of them and tell you what they do. There
- 22:10is what looks like to you anyway, a small wooden
- 22:14box on one of the other benches. Hairy tells you
- 22:18to think of something you would like to eat, a
- 22:22chocolate bar maybe, or a piece of fruit. But it
- 22:25has to be your very very favorite, he says, Just
- 22:32imagine it.
- 22:33Speaker 2: In your mind's eye, really see it, see every little detail,
- 22:41taste it.
- 22:41Speaker 1: Even so you do as he asks. After a minute,
- 22:48Hairy tells you to open the box. You open the
- 22:52box and give a little gasp of delight because inside
- 22:55the box is your very favorite thing to eat. Oh
- 22:59my goodness, man, how did he do that? Harry tells
- 23:03you can even eat it if you want to. Next,
- 23:09he shows you a little bottle with a deep blue
- 23:11liquid inside it. Harry tells you that if you drink it,
- 23:17it will make you as tall as a giant. But
- 23:21it won't make you try that one, because if you
- 23:23do well, you maybe end up with your head sticking
- 23:26out of the top of his house and your arms
- 23:29and legs sticking out of the windows. We don't want that,
- 23:32do we, Harry says, giving a little laugh, and you think, no,
- 23:37we don't want that. Oh, it might be fun trying.
- 23:44There are so many inventions and potions in Harry's room
- 23:49that you just know you will have to come back
- 23:52again to see all of them, because there's just too
- 23:55many to see Right now, Harry takes you back to
- 23:59the tiny little bean bag. He tells you it's not
- 24:04quite finished yet, and Harry asks you if you would
- 24:08like to help him complete the sleep machine. Oh yes, please,
- 24:12you tell him so. For a few moments, work with
- 24:18Harry and help him to finish his new invention. Now
- 26:24that you've helped Harry to finish his sleep machine, he
- 26:28asks you if you would like a drink and a
- 26:30slice of cake, and he will let you try out
- 26:33his new invention. After you've had that. How cool is that?
- 26:40Harry tells you to go back into the living room
- 26:43and he will fetch some lunch. The Professor returns to
- 26:48the living room pushing a beautiful ornate tea trolley on
- 26:51little wheels which you've seen before, and he stops and says, help.
- 26:57Speaker 2: Yourself, my little apprentice.
- 27:02Speaker 1: You see the trolley is full of cakes and sandwiches
- 27:04and two rather lovely china cups. You remember them too.
- 27:10They are for your hot drinks that if you want.
- 27:14He also has little china plates for cakes and sandwiches too,
- 27:19and you notice that there is a nice big cake
- 27:22covered with strawberry ice cream. He asks you to choose
- 27:27what you would like to eat, any of them at all?
- 27:29He says, wow, and you thought you were just getting
- 27:32a slice of cake. Now that the two of you
- 27:54have finished your huge lunch and a little chart. Harry
- 27:59tells you it's time to try out his new sleep machine.
- 28:04So you return to Harry's workshop and you both go
- 28:08over to the bench where the tiny bean bag is.
- 28:12Harry tells you that the tiny bean bag is so
- 28:15small that it can fit into your pocket, so you
- 28:19can take it with you wherever you go, and if
- 28:21you feel the need for a little now, you can
- 28:24just pop it out of your pocket and it's there.
- 28:28Harry says that one day everyone will have one of these.
- 28:34Harry takes the tiny bean bag off the table and places.
- 28:37Speaker 2: It on the floor.
- 28:40Speaker 1: He takes out his pocket watch, the one you've forgotten
- 28:43he had, and holds it in his hand.
- 28:47Speaker 2: A quarter turn should do it, he says.
- 28:51Speaker 1: You thought that this pocket watch could only take you
- 28:53to other places, magical places, but no, it does a
- 28:58lot more than that. Hairy turns to dial in one
- 29:02of the hands on the pocket watch. Then something amazing happens.
- 29:07Speaker 3: The tiny bean.
- 29:08Speaker 1: Bag begins to grow bigger and bigger. Then just as
- 29:17suddenly as it started, it stops. It's now bigger than
- 29:22a normal beam bag, so big you feel like throwing
- 29:26yourself on it. Hairy tells you to sit on it,
- 29:29so you do, and you just sink into it. It's
- 29:34so soft and cozy. It's the squishiest thing you have
- 29:39ever sat on. The bean bag gently begins to vibrate.
- 29:46It's like it's given you a gentle back rub and
- 29:49it's taking away all of your worries. Then, very slowly
- 29:55and very gently, it begins to rock from side to side,
- 30:02and you feel like having a great big sleep here.
- 30:05He says you can if you want to. He doesn't mind,
- 30:09it's what it for, he laughs. Your eyes are feeling
- 30:15heavy now, and your body's feeling tired, so you close
- 30:21your eyes for just a minute. There's no harm in
- 30:24just resting them for a little while, sir. If you
- 30:29take a deep breath in through your nose and gently
- 30:34blow it out from your mouth, you take another deep
- 30:39breath and then gently blow it out, and you feel
- 30:46very sleepy now, so tired, but so relaxed. You feel
- 30:55a gentle wave of sleepiness starting at your feet, and
- 31:00you can feel your toes going to sleep. And it
- 31:05feels all warm and tingly and ever so soft. This
- 31:10bean bag is so amazing. You feel a soothing, gentle
- 31:16wave of sleepiness coming up your calves and your shins.
- 31:22You can feel it going up your thighs, and you
- 31:25think that maybe your legs have already gone to sleep.
- 31:29If you're very tired now, so sleepy, but so happy,
- 31:37and your eyelids feel so heavy, being an inventor can
- 31:42be a very tiring occupation. The beautiful wave of sleepiness
- 31:49travels all the way up your body and down your
- 31:53arms and into your hands, making your body feel very
- 31:59very heavy, very very tired, and very very sleepy. This gentle,
- 32:11warm wave of sleepiness travels up your face and over
- 32:16the top of your head, and then down the back
- 32:19of your neck.
- 32:21Speaker 3: Oh, you feel.
- 32:22Speaker 1: So tired now, so so sleepy, and you feel nice
- 32:29and warm and snuggly on this very squishy bean bag.
- 32:35And just before you drift off to sleep, you think
- 32:39to yourself, what a wonderful thing Harry has invented, and
- 32:45so very pleased that he chose you to try it first.
- 32:52So just have a little sleep now. You can always
- 32:55help Harry again tomorrow. So for now, night, night, sleep, night.
- 33:09Speaker 3: Now.
- 33:09Speaker 1: Imagine that you are in a beautiful, lush green forest
- 33:15with the most amazing trees, tall trees, short trees, and
- 33:20they smell beautiful.
- 33:24Speaker 3: It's so fresh and clean, and.
- 33:27Speaker 1: The air is crisp, and as you walk along, you
- 33:33feel a great sense of peace, almost like you're floating
- 33:39on air, and the weather is perfect. You hear the
- 33:46birds singing in the trees and it makes you feel
- 33:49very happy. It's then that you notice that you are
- 33:55in a little path, so you decide to follow it.
- 33:59We don't know where it will lead, but you decide
- 34:02to go anyway. After walking for a little while, you
- 34:10find yourself standing in front of a cave. You didn't
- 34:14see it at first because there are bushes everywhere, but
- 34:17as you got closer you could see the wide open entrance.
- 34:23You wonder what's inside it, so you decide to explore it.
- 34:33Speaker 3: You enter the cave.
- 34:35Speaker 1: It's a bit dark at first, but as your eyes
- 34:38just it becomes a lot clearer and you find you
- 34:43can see perfectly well. And as you walk deeper into
- 34:48the cave, you see lights shining in the distance, and
- 34:53you follow the lights to see what it is. As
- 34:59the cave opens up a bit more, the light gets
- 35:03brighter and he begins to sparkle and shine, and it's
- 35:10then you see a little girl sitting nearby at some
- 35:14sort of table, and it's made of a huge sparkly rock.
- 35:20She's dressed like a princess in a beautiful blue gown
- 35:25that shimmers as she moves. She even has a tiara
- 35:30on her head, and it shines so brightly, it shines
- 35:36just like the stars do on a crystal clear night.
- 35:42Speaker 3: She looks up and she sees you.
- 35:46Speaker 1: She smiles at you and tells you that her name
- 35:49is Connie and that she is indeed a princess. Wow,
- 35:55a real life princess. How cool is that? She tells
- 36:02you that she is Connie, the Crystal Princess, and she
- 36:07lives far away on another planet with her family and
- 36:10her friends, but this cave is where she likes to.
- 36:15Speaker 3: Be more than anything.
- 36:20Speaker 1: As you look around, you you realize that you are
- 36:24in a very large, beautiful crystal cabin, and the cavern
- 36:30is vast. It's so huge you cannot see where it
- 36:34begins or even where it ends. And there are crystals
- 36:38adorning every wall, even the roof and the floor. There
- 36:44are so many crystals that you cannot recognize them all.
- 36:48And they sparkle and they shine so brightly. It's just wonderful.
- 36:57There are so many beautiful colors everywhere with the light,
- 37:03it's like you're standing inside a rainbow. The light in
- 37:09this cavern is dazzlingly bright, but it doesn't hurt to
- 37:12look at it. The light it's all over your body,
- 37:18touching your skin, touching your hair, even touching your face,
- 37:24and it feels so soft and warm. And Connie, the
- 37:30crystal princess, is lit up like a perfect rainbow of color.
- 37:37She smiles at you and asks you if you would
- 37:40like to see some of her crystals, and she tells
- 37:43you to come and sit next to her and she
- 37:45will show you them. Connie says that crystals are her friends.
- 37:54Speaker 3: And you find this a.
- 37:55Speaker 1: Bit odd because she thought that crystals, well, they.
- 37:58Speaker 3: Were just colored stones.
- 38:00Speaker 1: Connie laughs, No, she says they are alive with light
- 38:05and beauty, and she tells you that crystals can help
- 38:09you with almost anything you need.
- 38:14Speaker 3: She picks up.
- 38:15Speaker 1: A beautiful pink colored crystal, and she tells you that
- 38:19this one is called rose quartz, and it can help
- 38:24you to send love out to any one you want to,
- 38:27even the whole world if you want. Connie places the
- 38:32crystal in your hand and tells you to hold it tight.
- 38:36And as you do, you begin to feel the crystal
- 38:40start to vibrate. It starts to feel warm in your hand,
- 38:46and it tingles, but in a nice way. And it's
- 38:52there that you notice you can hear a little voice
- 38:56in your head. It's the voice of the crystal. It's
- 39:01talking to you. Can you hear it? Wow, you are stunned.
- 39:08The crystal is actually speaking to you. It's just a
- 39:14little whisper, though, but you can hear it. Cardi, what
- 39:21is it saying to you? The crystal also tells you
- 39:29that Connie is their best friend and she takes care
- 39:33of them every day. She comes to see them and
- 39:36talk to them all the time, and the crystals love
- 39:40it when Connie comes to visit them. The crystal tells
- 39:44you that they go deep within the earth and there
- 39:47are lots and lots of them.
- 39:51Speaker 3: And there are many.
- 39:52Speaker 1: Different kinds of crystals in all different shapes and sizes,
- 39:56and many many amazing colors. Because the crystals love Connie
- 40:04so much, they let her make jewelry with them. She
- 40:08makes bracelets, necklaces, ear rings, rings, and all kinds of
- 40:14other things. Connie says that when you wear a piece
- 40:19of jewelry made out of crystal, or maybe just carry
- 40:22a piece around with you in your pocket. You carry
- 40:25all the goodness of the crystal. The purpose of some
- 40:30crystals is to protect you. Some offer giving and receiving love.
- 40:37Some of them are for helping you to sleep while
- 40:39at night. And there are lots and lots of other
- 40:43reasons to carry crystals with you because they are truly
- 40:47beautiful and they are alive. So for a few moments,
- 40:54just stay with Connie and the crystals. Talk to them,
- 41:00find out what they can be used for, See if
- 41:04you can identify any of them. Brun your hands over them,
- 41:10and see what they feel like and how do they
- 41:13make you feel. And Princess Connie says she will teach
- 41:18you too to make things with crystals, just you and
- 41:22hair and the crystals. So for a few moments, just
- 41:27stay with Connie and the crystals.
- 44:08Speaker 3: Well, that was nice, wasn't it.
- 44:13Speaker 1: Talking to the beautiful crystals with Princess Connie. But it's
- 44:19time for you to return home now. But then Connie
- 44:24asks you if you would like to stay with her
- 44:26in the Crystal Cave tonight. She tells you there is
- 44:30an extra bed for you if you would like, and
- 44:33you say you would like that very much. You are
- 44:39quite tired now, so Princess Connie leads you over to
- 44:43your very own bed.
- 44:45Speaker 3: And it's amazing.
- 44:49Speaker 1: It's made entirely of crystals, and it has a lovely,
- 44:54big squishy quilt on it with two enormously soft pillows.
- 45:00It all for you. You climb up onto your nice
- 45:05soft bed and you snuggle down and say good night
- 45:10to Princess Connie and the beautiful sparkling crystals. Princess Connie
- 45:16says good night back and goes off to her own bedroom.
- 45:22Speaker 3: And it's quiet now, but.
- 45:25Speaker 1: You can hear very soft and very beautiful singing. It's
- 45:31the crystals. The crystals are singing you to sleep.
- 45:37Speaker 3: How wonderful you whisper thank you to the crystals, and gently.
- 45:44Speaker 1: Close your eyes, and remember you can come back here
- 45:50any time you want, and maybe when you wake up
- 45:54in the morning you might want to start collecting some
- 45:57crystals of your very own. You feel so happy and
- 46:05so peaceful, but very very tired and sleepy. So rest now,
- 46:14surrounded by the beautiful singing crystals.
- 46:20Speaker 3: Just rest now.
- 46:38Speaker 1: Imagine that you are in the most wonderful God, walking
- 46:43down a very pretty path with lots and lots of flowers.
- 46:49They are very pretty flowers, and they're in all the
- 46:52colors of the rainbow. There are pink flowers, blue flowers,
- 46:58there are yellow flowers. There are great big purple flowers,
- 47:04and the biggest orange flowers you have ever seen. You
- 47:09wonder what they are because you've never seen them before.
- 47:14You continue to walk along this pretty path and feel
- 47:17your arms and legs gently relaxing. Even your feet are relaxing,
- 47:24and the ground and it feels all squidgy and soft,
- 47:28but it's not wet, just nice and soft. As you
- 47:34walk along this winding path, see rabbits and squirrels playfully
- 47:40chasing each other and running in and out of the undergrowth.
- 47:44They don't see you at all. They run under the
- 47:47bushes and in and out of the flowers. They're having
- 47:51such fun, and you watch them and you smile to yourself.
- 47:58They seem so happy just playing together and being with
- 48:02each other. You can hear bees flying lazily from flower
- 48:09to flower, collecting the pollen to make for their dinner.
- 48:15You see big fat bumblebees landing gently on the flowers,
- 48:20and you wonder how on earth they can fly. They
- 48:24are so big that they have such tiny wings, but
- 48:29you feel so happy and safe in this wonderful and
- 48:33special garden. You come to the end of the winding
- 48:41path and you find yourself standing in front of the
- 48:45biggest tree you have ever seen. It looks like a
- 48:49very old and very large oak tree with the most
- 48:53splendid branches reaching upwards to the beautiful blue sky, reaching
- 49:00out to feel the warmth of the sun on its
- 49:02luscious green leaves. This is a very special tree. As
- 49:11you look at it, you notice it has a pretty
- 49:14yellow door in the side of this magical old tree,
- 49:20So you turn the handle of the door and you
- 49:22go inside. There are little lanterns hanging all around the
- 49:28room you were in. They looks so warm and inviting,
- 49:34and as your eyes adjust to the light, you see
- 49:38that there are many doors all around the room, fat ones,
- 49:43thin ones, wooden ones. There are even some round ones too.
- 49:52You see a winding spiral staircase with an oddly shaped
- 49:56door at the top of the stairs, so you climb
- 49:59the ste and when you reach the top, you look
- 50:04at the door and you wonder what on earth could
- 50:07be on the other side, So you decide to take
- 50:11a look. You step through the door, and there to
- 50:17greet you is a very lovely fairy with the most
- 50:21loving smile on her face, and she tells you that
- 50:26her name is Lily. She has blonde hair, so blonde
- 50:31it's almost white. She is wearing a beautiful silver dress,
- 50:38and her wings too are silver, and they flutter gently
- 50:42behind her. She lives here inside this beautiful, magical oak tree.
- 50:50Speaker 2: This is her home.
- 50:54Speaker 1: You say hello to her and tell her your name.
- 50:59She tells you that lots of fairies live here. They
- 51:02work here too, and she asks you if you would
- 51:06like to explore it with her. Will obviously you say yes.
- 51:12In this room there are many doors too, and Lily
- 51:17asks you which door would you like to go through first?
- 51:22Speaker 3: You can choose any door you want. Which one will
- 51:26it be? Do you think you may find the.
- 51:31Speaker 1: Room where the fairies make their shoes, or will it
- 51:35be the sewing room where they make all of their clothes.
- 51:40Will it be the big kitchen where they are making
- 51:43the dinner for this evening?
- 51:45Speaker 3: Or maybe you will find.
- 51:47Speaker 1: The great hall where all the younger fairies are learning
- 51:51to fly. They are testing out their new wings. You
- 51:58decide to open the big arched door, faced and you
- 52:03see that you are in the Great Hall and you
- 52:07see many fairies, mainly many young fairies testing the new wings.
- 52:12A few of them are even lifting off the floor
- 52:15and gently rising.
- 52:19Speaker 3: As you watch them, you.
- 52:21Speaker 1: Begin to feel your shoulders start to tingle, and when
- 52:26you look to see why, you see you have grown
- 52:29the most perfect set of wings on your back, and
- 52:34they are silver, just like lilies, and you can feel
- 52:38them fluttering gently behind you. You realize that you can
- 52:45wriggle them and make them flap, and it's so much fun.
- 52:52As you flap your wings gently, you are astonished because
- 52:57you look down and you see that you have left
- 53:01the floor and you're hovering just like the other fairies.
- 53:06This is fantastic. You have wings and you can fly
- 53:11just like Lily. Lily tells you to follow her, so
- 53:19you flap your wings gently and move around the room.
- 53:24Lily introduces you to some of the other fairies who
- 53:26are very excited to meet you. So for a few
- 53:32moments spend some time with Lily and the young fairies
- 53:37flying around the Great Hall. You laugh as you wash
- 53:43through the air with your new wings. You think to
- 53:46yourself that this is so much fun. You swoop high
- 53:50up almost to the ceiling, and wash back down again.
- 53:55You fly low to the floor, then soar high up again.
- 53:59You love having wings. This is just wonderful. So for
- 54:05just a little while fly with the fairies. Watch what
- 54:11they do, do what they do, but most of all,
- 54:15have some fun. Wow, that was so much fun. Were
- 56:40your wings?
- 56:41Speaker 2: Though?
- 56:42Speaker 1: Are beginning to get tired now and they're starting to
- 56:46feel a little bit heavy on your back, So it's
- 56:51time to head back home. You say goodbye to Lily
- 56:56and her friends, and they tell you that they hope
- 57:01you will come back again really soon, and when you do,
- 57:06they will show you what is behind the other doors.
- 57:11Lily then asks you, instead of going home, would you
- 57:16like to sleepover with Hair and her friends. Well, of
- 57:20course you would. Lily takes you to a very special bedroom.
- 57:29It's filled with flowers and beautiful crystals, and it has
- 57:34an enormous bed just for you.
- 57:40Speaker 3: As you get comfortable.
- 57:41Speaker 1: When you're bed, Lily sings you a little lullaby to
- 57:47help you sleep. She has a very lovely voice, but
- 57:53she doesn't sing with words, just beautiful sounds.
- 58:00Speaker 3: It's so lovely and so peaceful.
- 58:04Speaker 1: And your eyes have already closed the sound of Lily's
- 58:10voice is just so beautiful. Just before you drift off
- 58:18to sleep, you thank her for what she has shown
- 58:23you today, and especially for the lovely silver wings. You
- 58:30really really enjoyed that Lily is a very kind fairy
- 58:38and we should always be kind to each other and
- 58:41to all living creatures, just like Lily does. But for now,
- 58:50breathing gently through your nose and slowly sighed the breath out. Again,
- 59:03breathe in gently and slowly, just sigh the breath out
- 59:14one last time. Gently breathe in and slowly sigh the breath.
- 59:25Speaker 6: Out, and now just sleep, just rest, night night, and.
